And now, here is your host, Mike Lindell.
Well everybody, welcome to the Lindell Report and uh...
I guess I have my own breaking news tonight.
This afternoon, I went down hunting in Iowa for the early teal season with my friend this morning at 4 a.m.
We got up, headed down to Iowa.
We were coming back, and we stopped to go through a Hardee's in Mankato, where I was born, in Mankato, Minnesota, and cars pulled up in front of us, to the side of us, and behind us, and I said, These are either bad guys or the FBI.
Well, it turns out they were the FBI.
So, we have a big show to tell you tonight.
I just want to get all your friends on right now.
We're putting this out on Rumble.
We're now at Rumble.
They're putting it out on True Social.
This is going to be big breaking news here right now, everybody.
Get all your friends on right now.
We just did a notification push.
I'm on Facebook Live over here.
It's kind of funny.
Brandon, tonight, Mark Zuckerberg's only allowing 40 people on my Facebook Live.
Can you believe that?
Yeah, we don't need them now.
We got Rumble and Frank Speech.
That's right.
We don't need them.
We do not need them.
Frank Speech, Rumble, True Social.
But this is disgusting.
If the ones of you that did get on my Facebook, share with everybody right now.
We have breaking news.
And it's my own news.
And we're going to show how disgusting they did.
Obviously, they didn't arrest me.
You know, it's kind of, Brandon, you heard me say for the last weeks now, how come they don't come and get me?
I have all the evidence to show them.
Well, today I thought my prayers were answered, but no, they wouldn't take me.
You mean you asked them to arrest you?
Oh, yeah.
I'll tell you about it in a second here.
I want everybody to get on.
We've only got 45 people on Facebook.
Alan Duke must really be upset, him and Mark Zuckerbach.
But by the way, before we get going everybody, before we tell you what happened today, Alan Duke sent me a picture of him and Martin.
Did I tell you that?
No, why?
Oh yeah, just out of the blue this weekend, I said, shame on you, Alan Duke.
And Alan texts back and he said, Mike, what did I do?
I haven't done anything this weekend.
And I said, this is for prior terrible things you've done, Alan.
And he goes, oh, I understand.
He goes, me and Martin are here at the Capitol.
So they were in D.C.
or someplace.
Both of them looking with these, uh, you know, they just did two cats that just ate the canary, right?
So Martin's over here from Belgium and they're both going, you know, he said, we're looking for fake news.
No, they're, you know, yeah, that's the problem.
Um, Martin and, and, uh, Alan, you should, you should look at the truth when it's right in front of your face.
Look in the mirror.
This is where we're at.
This is where we're at in this country.
And, uh, I think everybody's on now or everybody's getting on.
Did they get the notification come?
Okay, we got the notification.
If you're watching us on Getter, we're learning how to get the push notifications out.
Now, every day, I got news, everybody.
Every day, Lyndale TV is now going to be live-streamed, starting tomorrow, 24-7.
Lyndale TV 1, 24-7, on Rumble, everybody.
So, they moved us up to a feature There that the other show right now that you're all watching on Rumble.
And we're really trying to get the word out of things.
And you're going to you're going to love to hear tonight what our country, you know, how they have weaponized the FBI.
And and we're going to get we're going to get to it in a few minutes here.
We've got everybody from last night.
Walter Doherty is still coming on to talk about the cast vote records.
And to finish that conversation about the other evidence now of the biggest crime in the history of the world that was committed in the 2020 election, and now we have the biggest cover-up of the biggest crime ever.
Okay?
And we're right in the middle of it!
At least I am, Brandon.
I know it today.
Brandon hasn't even heard this.
He goes, what?
He goes, what?
And I go, Brandon, let me tell you on the show, you can interview me.
And he kept asking me questions.
I called you while I was going down.
Yeah, yeah.
He called me up.
I go, Brandon, I got the eyes here.
I said, I got to go.
I'm a little busy.
Click, click, click.
And then for 45 minutes, I knew nothing.
I heard click.
And then for 45 minutes, I knew nothing.
I'm like, what?
Right, he's going, don't book any guests, okay?
I got a story coming here.
This is my dream coming.
That's why I was calling to see what guest should I book.
I only need one tonight, Mike himself.
Well, anyway, I'm watching Facebook.
You guys share on Facebook.
Tell everybody we're live here on Facebook.
We have breaking news.
You're going to hear it here first.
All right, let's not anybody wait any longer.
By the way, everyone should tweet, Facebook, email, Gitter, whatever it is you use.
Call, email, through social.
I'm all here.
You're about to hear Mike.
This is the first time, this is the first time he's told the story.
I know Patty Murray with 100% FedUp is watching.
She's ready to watch and write a story.
I know Pete just texted me.
He's interrupted his programming.
Pete's telling him to carry it.
So this is, Mike is going to be telling this for the first time.
We're all hearing it, including myself, for the first time.
Right, right.
Well, so, as you all know, everybody, I've been wondering, you know, why isn't the FBI coming to bash my door down and arresting me, okay?
Because I have all the evidence.
I've been saying that on this show, Brandon, over and over again.
Why can't I go to January 6th, that big charade they have, and lay down the evidence we have, lay down the Dennis Montgomery 32 terabytes if they lift that lawsuit, if they lift the gag order, If they lift the gag order in Nevada, where we have the gag order that's on this.
So today, everybody, well, this is something.
That was very weird.
A lot of strange things happening today, everybody.
Well, anyway, so let's start from the beginning today.
So me and my buddy, we hear that there's ducks on the pond down in Iowa, the pond I always go to hunting, and set the alarm for 4 a.m.
And get up at four, we head down to Iowa, and we do real good.
Well, we had to get back, I had to be back around noon today to get ready for the day.
I had media, I had all stuff this afternoon.
The guy from the New York Times, and Charlie, I'm sorry I didn't give you this story today when you called.
He's a reporter for the New York Times, he's doing a big article.
told him he could, I even told the guy can come and visit my factory, talk to my employees,
talk to my workers and hopefully Charlie from the New York Times actually is a real journalist
and reports the real things that are going on in our country and how he couldn't believe it that
my pillow got sued by Dominion and that this, you know, they all own shares or a lot of them own
shares in my pillow. It's company owned, it's employee owned. He goes, really?
I go, yeah, I said they attacked and they're hurting.
You guys, you guys attack the journalists in this country and the media attacks companies like MyPillow and small businesses and others and de-platforms everybody, but yet they stick up for companies we've never heard of before until the last two years.
Dominion, Smartmatic, ESS, Art, Diebold, um, you know, and these, these voting machine companies.
So anyway, here we're coming back from, from Iowa now.
And remember, you guys, it's two hours back to my hometown of Chaska, Minnesota.
Well, I stopped where I was born, incidentally, in Mankato, Minnesota, and we go through a Hardee's drive-thru.
We pull around to the back, and we're just about going through it.
We pull through the drive-thru to take the order.
We pull up, and she says, pull ahead, you know, because they had to make the order if the order wasn't done.
We pull ahead, and a car comes perpendicular and parks a little ways in front of us.
And I've been around the block and I said to my buddy, I said, that's either a bad guy or it's FBI.
I said that straight up.
I said, it's either FBI or it's a bad guy.
And not to say that some FBI guys can't be bad guys, right?
Luckily it wasn't a bad FBI guy, right?
So anyway, then another car at the same time pulls up and pins us in here.
To our right side.
Now remember, I got the wall to the left when I'm just past the order thing, where I can only get out about three feet.
And then another guy comes flying up for his order, but he wasn't getting an order, Brandon.
He was pinning in the back of the car, right?
And these aren't the, what you think of like, you know, Secret Service cars or something.
They were all different models and, oh, they're all undercover, you know?
Anyway, so I don't know.
I opened my door and I say, um, who are you?
And he, and uh, You know, and he says, uh, we're FBI.
I said, show me your badges.
So they show one badge.
I said, how about yours?
You know, I don't trust anybody.
Like, you know, there's bad people.
Well, they do that.
And I said, what do you want?
And, uh, he says, we need to talk to you.
So I pull over and, uh, pull over and he starts asking questions.
I said, I want to see some more ID.
So they show me some more badges, right?
I'm looking at them.
I don't, you know, how are you going to know a fake badge from a real one?
You know, But anyway, I said, uh, I said, are you going to, um, we start talking and they're asking me questions about Colorado.
And, uh, I said, you know, you guys, I said, are you going to arrest me?
I said, I've been asking for you guys.
This will make international, this will make national news.
And they go, no, no, we're not going to arrest you.
I'm going, well, then what do you want?
And they go, we're going to ask you some questions.
So they start asking me these questions about Colorado, about Dominion Machine, Colorado, Tina Peters, and Doug Frank.
They're asking you about Doug Frank?
Yeah, Doug Frank.
They go, how long have you known Doug Frank?
and I go, I met him at the Lindale, I mean, when we filmed Absolute Interference,
first time I ever met him, and I told the FBI guys, I said, you guys probably already know this.
I said, it's when we filmed Absolute Interference, but it was so good.
I said, we got to stop the presses and we made scientific proof.
So anyway, I started drilling them.
I go, how come you guys don't ask me questions about Dennis Montgomery's data so we can get this charade over with?
I said, can you get me to the January 6th corruption?
I said, I volunteered to go there.
And they go, Mike, we're talking about Colorado.
Sam, you know, they wanted to keep me focused, right?
Were any of them cracking a smile?
Did any of them say anything?
Yeah, yeah, they were.
These guys were, I want to say this for the record, they were pretty nice guys, okay?
I mean, none of them had an attitude thing, but I'm just going to... So none of them acted like they didn't like you?
They all act like they liked you?
Oh yeah, yeah.
I mean, they were very, very, you know, gracious.
I mean, they were just being...
You know, they go, we're just doing our job, because I kept drilling them.
They actually said that?
They said, we're just doing our job?
Yeah, we're doing our job.
And I said, well, I said, oh, yeah, why don't you come?
Here's exactly what I said.
I go, oh, yeah, why don't you come and bash my door down like you did Sharona Bishop's and others in Colorado?
And you know what he said?
The one guy goes, yeah, but Sharona didn't answer the door.
And I go, oh, really?
So one of them, one of them was definitely either from Colorado.
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
Then the guy, Then, so we get, we go through probably 10, 15 minutes and I'm basically telling them, you know, why can't we, you know, you know, so I'm, cause I'm wanting them to me, I want to, I want to get it out there and go, you know, what do you need?
You know, I'm going, you know, I'm hoping that they're going to arrest me and I could go, Hey, here's the evidence, whatever Dominion wants.
And anyway, then he goes, um, well, I got, I got some bad news and I go, okay, here it comes.
Right.
He goes, Uh, we're taking your cell phone.
We have a warrant for your cell phone.
I go, no, I said my whole company.
I run five companies off that.
I don't have a computer.
My hearing aids run off this.
Everything runs off my phone.
I said, and then I said, if I don't give it to you, will you arrest me then?
And I was just, you know, I'm going, are you kidding me?
You're not getting my phone.
And so he shows me this arrest warrant.
We're going to put it up here on a thing or not.
This phone, arrest warrant to arrest my phone.
A warrant for your phone.
It's a PINA for your phone.
A warrant for your phone.
Yeah.
So he gives me this and we'll put it up on the screen in a minute.
And I'm going, so then I go, well, can I call a lawyer?
So I called, I actually called a lawyer.
He gets on the phone and, And I said, hey, I'm not giving him my phone.
And he's going, no, you should give him the phone.
He goes, sir, we have a warrant for his phone.
And I go, I'm thinking, well, they'll arrest me if I won't give the phone.
But no, if you read this, they would have done everything they could because the phone was right there.
Believe me, they would have got the phone.
With physical force, they would have got the phone.
I mean, if that, so, you know, I had to give up the phone, right?
And, uh, I go, everything I run up off this phone, I said, can we, I said, uh, this is my life.
This is to businesses rely on this.
Everything I have relies on it.
I can't even imagine you can just take somebody's phone because they want me to be a witness in, in a, in a, in a, um, the Tina Peters, um, case.
OK, but I'm not a witness.
They just want my phone.
Remember, everybody, when they asked for my phone records for the January 6th raid, I sued them and said, no, you're not getting my records for anything.
You know, how dare you get my records?
Remember, I sued the January 6th people.
You know, what's her name?
Liz Cheney.
No, well, yeah, maybe it was, Shane.
I don't know, that whole little charade they got going on with the January 6th committee.
I sued them and said, no, you're not getting my- Nancy Pelosi?
Yeah, Nancy Pelosi and the gang.
So anyway- And the gang.
Now, instead, because I suppose they knew that, that I'm not going to take this, that they come out and do this.
So what we're going to do, everybody, I want you to put up, I'm going to put up the first letter.
I want everybody to see this, what they said.
If you can read this, Brandon, I want you to read this to everybody.
You want me to read it to everybody?
Okay, wait, I'll read it.
I got one, I got it here in front of me.
The reason why is because it's so small on the screen in front of me.
Yeah, okay.
Here's what it says, everybody.
Dear subpoena recipient, okay, an official criminal investigation of a suspected felony is being conducted by an agency of the United States and a federal grand jury in the District of Colorado.
As a subpoena recipient, okay, you are not under obligation of secrecy.
We request that you do not disclose the existence of this subpoena for an indefinite period of time.
In other words, they don't want me to tell anybody about this subpoena or what just happened today.
Although the law does not require non-disclosure unless a court order is issued, we believe that the impact of any disclosure could be detrimental to the investigation.
Well, if you, and then it says, if you do not believe that you can comply with this request, in other words, if you can't shut up, if you're going to tell the world anyway, please notify the undersigned assistant United States attorney before you disclose the existence of this subpoena.
Thank you.
Sincerely, Aaron Tittlebaum.
Well, Mr. Aaron Tietelbaum, I hope you're watching because this is your notification that I'm telling the world about this garbage you come and take my cell phone that runs my companies when you could have just asked for anything you want.
I'm talking of any text messages or whatever you're looking for.
So there you have it, Aaron Tietelbaum, Assistant United States Attorney.
There's your notice.
And yes, I am going to tell the world about what you guys have been doing.
This is disgusting.
You guys in Colorado bash people's doors in?
Jenna Griswold, one of the most evil people this world has ever seen, the Secretary of State of Colorado, has done nothing but collude with Dominion, Dominion's headquarters in Colorado, to hurt our country, to hurt, to take our country down, to hurt the people of Colorado, and to hurt, now they're, now they're, Hurting my pillow, they're hurting my employees, everything else.
I don't have all the data I lost on my phone that you now have.
Brandon, they wouldn't even let me do anything.
They wouldn't let me do a backup, download, anything.
And by the way, one of our team members, one of our team members, attorney, says the warrant and subpoena are out of federal court in Colorado.
This is a federal investigation of the Mesa image.
The reports show Dominion, which is, of course, the reports we've been showing here, you know, the Report 1, 2, and 3, of which Walter Dory is a part of, I believe, is about to be on.
Yeah, Walter's going to be coming on here at 6.30, everybody.
Well, he's a part of that.
This is the investigation, everybody, that they're doing with the Mesa 3 report.
This is what Dominion and Jenna Griswold don't want you to see.
And it's right here on Frank's Beach, everybody!
So this attorney, who I can name if you want, is saying that he just searched it.
It's out of the federal court in Colorado.
Federal investigation of the Mesa image.
The report showed Dominion overwrote the operating system on the EMS, destroying all log files and actual ballot manipulation inside the machine without taking that image before the data was destroyed by the trusted build.
No one would know what happened.
Tina Peters is a So he says they're doing this because the MACE report shows what's going on with the machines.
That's right.
DM is not the only evidence.
This is from the other side, i.e.
inside the machines.
So apparently what you guys have... In other words, when he said DM, Dennis Montgomery's isn't the only evidence.
That's completely separate.
When you said DM there.
So what he's saying, which I haven't even talked to these attorneys, you guys, I only had a chance to take a shower and put my suit on.
I've been tied up for hours on this stuff.
So, you're here first.
So what they're saying is, they're investigating, they're trying to take my phone, for what?
That's what I don't get.
But they take my phone, and the image is right here on Frank's speech for the whole world to see.
The FBI did ask me, he goes, well, I said, why don't you report the evidence?
I said, I said, you guys have the evidence.
Why are you investigating?
Why aren't you?
Why are you letting Janet Griswold?
Here's what I told him.
I said, you guys are going to be on my six o'clock Lindell report all over the world.
And he goes, oh, with this corruption.
And he goes, and the head FBI guy goes.
He goes, Mike, why are you saying it's corrupt?
I said, no, not you guys.
You're just doing your job.
I get it.
But you're being weaponized by an evil person, Jenna Griswold, the Secretary of State of Colorado.
You're getting weaponized by your own government against citizens that have done nothing but said, hey, we can't have these electronic voting machines.
I said, it's disgusting.
I said, now you're taking away from me the only way I do my business.
But how did they respond to that?
They're just doing this job, and he said, and I said, why are you, what has our country become?
I told him.
They sat and talked to me.
I don't know, a half hour, we even talked to, he was a hunter, his brother, one of the guy's brother had read my book, and he goes, he goes, man, with your past, he goes, and he says, you know, it's American dream, you know.
So these guys are not antagonistic at all, it sounds like to me.
No, no, I talked to him about God.
I said, yeah, I said, you know, I said, we're in the greatest revival for Jesus Christ in history.
I was trying to witness to the guy.
There's the headline, Mike Lindell leading FBI agents Christ.
There's your headline.
Exactly!
I know I was!
But the one guy, you know, I said, you know, what have we become as a nation, as a country, where our own government Protects our own media.
Are you listening, Cheryl and all of you out there?
Charlie, if you're watching.
Emma Brown, if you're watching.
Anybody, all you journalists out there.
What have we become as a nation?
With our own government?
This is what they did in Nazi Germany, everybody!
They're attacking citizens, Gold Star moms.
They're attacking companies, like I told Charlie today, before I even told him.
He's probably watching about the FBI.
I didn't know.
I didn't know what to tell him that or not, because it was happening right during when I was talking to him about 20 minutes later.
And he's doing a whole story at the New York Times.
I said, Charlie, if you write a good article, maybe it wouldn't be the failing New York Times anymore.
You know, I said, and no, and I, and I told him a couple of journalists, one was for the New York Times once, and they read my book and they actually wrote, wrote the truth.
And I read the Washington Post article, Brandon, a couple of days ago.
I said, this guy was a real journalist, at least partially.
It, it, it was torn.
He actually wrote some things that were the news and it was about the cast vote record.
You couldn't even lie about the cast vote records that it shows the corruption.
It's either, it's either machine manipulated or it's not.
I mean, it's one or the other, right?
Well, anyway, what have we become as a nation when you got, like I told him, like my pillow, you know, employee owned and, uh, they get attacked and have to sit and worry about billion dollar lawsuits.
You know, they go home, they have families to feed, they're Democrats, liberals, Republicans, conservatives.
Um, Hispanic, black, Asian, white.
We're all like one big family.
And he goes, well, how do your employees take that?
I mean, how are they taking it?
I said, we're trying to get by.
We've lost hundreds of millions of dollars because of cancel culture and you media people attacking.
And you attack people that you attack people.
So even judges are afraid to make a ruling.
They kick things down the thing to standing this horrible thing called standing.
They just kick the can for standing.
But other cases they're pushing through that are so corrupt and so evil, like going after a gal that just does her job, a gold star mom, and does her job, takes a backup of her computer.
Do you know Tina Peters never even had a jaywalking ticket in her life?
Ever.
You know?
And here's the, and here's, but here's the FBI coming up to me and taking, I don't, it'd be different if I had a computer and stuff in it.
I do everything as you know, off that phone.
Everything.
I don't sit in front of a desk.
I go to my employees.
I sit at a big table, if you're ever in my office.
I sit at a big table just like this one.
I'm interactive.
I'm doing a million things at once, and they take the phone.
Then, losing the pictures, I just went on a family vacation for three days, and all the pictures, you know?
And the FBI takes all this stuff.
Well, I got news for them.
I talked to one attorney.
I said, we're going after tomorrow morning.
We're going to get it to court to get rid of, or to try and get it back.
But in the moment you can't, you know.
And then he kept apologizing.
He goes, kind of apologizing.
He goes, you know, I didn't mean to like, get you, I don't know what the word would be.
Exercised?
No, stressed out, stressed out or whatever.
I go, I'm fine.
I said, Yeah, you know, I said, I'm absolutely fine.
I said, here's my friend that hasn't been through stuff like that, you know, that's sitting there.
And I said, and...
But they, uh, you know, they're almost, I don't know if they were really apologetic, but he kind of was.
And I'm going, you know what?
Don't you guys feel bad?
You're doing stuff that you're getting weaponized by the government.
I said, don't you care about our country?
You guys all know that these voting machines have to go and they're all standing there.
You could just see that they wanted to go like this.
You know what I mean?
No, I'm serious.
Everybody knows.
You know, say yes, they need to go.
This isn't a Democrat or Republican thing.
It's, but here, this is the tip of the spear, everybody, what they're trying to do.
Does Dominion and Janet Griswold think that they're going to intimidate me, Brandon?
They're not.
You know, when I, but I, you know, here I'm thinking, I'm telling the FBI, how come they don't come and get me and bring me in?
You know why?
Because they'd have to throw the evidence out there.
Now they take my phone and, uh, You know, the evidence, what I should have said, what I should have, I hope they can pull, but I don't have anything on there.
I said, you guys, the evidence is right up on Frank's speech.
The Mesa County image is right on Frank's speech, Brannon.
Yep.
And then they asked a few things.
They said, when did you meet Dr. Frank?
Yeah, I was going to ask you about that.
They really are interested in Dr. Frank, aren't they?
Yeah.
And I said, well, let me, he goes, you know, he goes around the country.
I go, yeah.
And he goes, well, does he work for you?
I go, no, but I've helped him out a couple of different times where I said, the guy's a hero.
He left his job.
He's a physicist.
One of the smartest men in the world.
And he's going around to help save our country, and I said, his data, I told the FBI guys, I said, you guys realize his data comes from the Secretary of State, it comes from the machine.
This is the data they told you happened.
So you can't argue that data.
That's why Doug Frank has never been discredited.
You know that, Brad, right?
Right, right, right.
You can't discredit data.
Comes from them!
They're going, here's your data, this came right out of our machine, here's the results.
Just like the cast vote records, everybody.
You can't argue with them.
It's like I said before, it's like if you miss a football game and you wanted to watch the highlights, they're in order, and here's your cast vote records.
I like what Dr. Dougherty said last night, or Walter Dougherty said, he goes, You know what?
Everyone's been out there in the media.
They've been calling me, too, about, oh, Mike, every county clerk is so busy now.
Really?
They've got to do their job?
Wow, what a concept.
You do your job.
And let me tell you how easy it is to get the cast vote records.
OK, there it is.
Boom.
You email.
You hit a button.
Now, did you hear what he said what San Francisco Township did?
Put it online.
They put it up online.
So all you county clerks out there that are crying the blues because we're trying to save our country and you have to send multiple requests out, just put it up on your website and call it a day.
Okay?
Maybe you should do that anyway.
It's public knowledge.
It's the Freedom of Information Act.
Put it up there for all to see.
And maybe, just maybe someday, Dominion in them criminals, we would hold them accountable and say, open up the machine.
But let me tell you everybody, one of them is open and we have it here on Frank's Beach.
The Mason County Report.
Now let me tell you, that cell phone they took, here's what they want to brand.
Why don't we pull up the first exhibit?
Okay.
Go to the second page here.
This is just disgusting.
Let's go to the second page, Logan.
I told the FBI, I go, oh, does it have to do with anything called Dominion?
I said, so there's the thing there.
You can see the district court, the search warrant, and seizure.
Go to the next page, Logan.
The next one.
Yeah, OK.
This was a picture of me.
It was kind of funny.
But this, you can't see it here.
It's in black and white.
You see what it says up there?
They're looking for me.
Well, anyway, I said to the FBI, I said, you haven't even checked my ID, you know, and they're, and they're wanting my, you know, and anyway, that they had sent him a picture.
And, uh, I guess the first time I've ever been stopped where they didn't check your ID.
Um, what's the next one?
Okay.
So now if you read down, it says, I said, does this have anything to do with Jenna Griswold in Dominion?
Well, sure enough, there's a Lindell cell phone.
If you read down, it says, What's that say?
Read that one, paragraph A. Let me read it here quick.
It says... Oh, I'm sorry, Mr. Aaron Tietelbaum, that we're telling the whole world about this, but you wanted me not to.
All records and information relating to damage to any Dominion computerized voting system Yes.
including any impairments or attempt to impair the integrity or the availability of the data,
a program, a system, or information.
Yes.
Why would I have to supply that when you already have it here or we already have it here on Frank's
Speech?
It's right on the website.
It's right on our website, everybody.
Look it up.
We're going to pull it up in a minute, before Walter comes on here.
Walter should come on shortly.
Let's go to the next, let's get Walter on, but let's skip to a few pages.
I just want to show where it goes.
Skip, why don't you skip?
It's Lyndale Cellphone, Lyndale Cellphone.
We want Lyndale Cellphone, Lyndale Cellphone.
And they, I mean, they really think there's something on that cell phone.
They could have told me.
Oh, and then you know what I told the FBI?
You can go ahead, go to the main screen, Logan.
I told the FBI I go, so you guys follow me all the way hunting?
He goes, well, we can't really disclose that.
Because you've got to realize they tracked me somehow, Brad.
Yeah, that was one of the questions on my list here.
They were clearly tracking you all day.
Yeah, they had to track me all day.
And I'm going, well, what were they waiting for?
That I was going to shoot too many ducks or something?
You know, it was crazy.
Then they would have gotten you on violating your limit.
Yeah, but they don't care about that.
I mean, they're there for this corruption that I've done at Griswold.
But anyway, I said to him, I go, Well, so you were tracking me through the phone and he just didn't say anything.
I go, I go, you and Tim Cook.
I go, Tim, how you doing in there?
You know?
And, uh, I go, you know, Tim Cook.
He goes, yeah, I've heard the name.
I did make him laugh a few times, but, uh, but they, uh, I mean, it's just, they take away my way to do business.
And, um, you know, so people calling me, I mean, you can't imagine numbers, you know?
I mean, it's just unbelievable.
That they can just come and take a citizen's phone.
Not to mention, if you use the cloud, they already have access to it all in the cloud.
Yeah, I don't know.
I don't know why they have... My lawyer said they overstepped their bounds.
The little things they wanted for the cell phone.
I mean, you've got to realize, I'm in a lawsuit with Dominion and Smartmatic.
They haven't preserved anything.
They haven't given us anything.
They've gone around erasing stuff, right?
All their discovery, I just keep giving.
All their discovery, I've given.
Hey, you want Dennis Montgomery?
You want the evidence?
Get this thing lifted in Nevada.
Here it is, Dominion, and bye-bye.
We melt you down to prison bars.
You know, the Dominion and, you know, I keep saying Dominion, but this one here is specifically to this Colorado garbage.
Well, you know what, Brandon?
That Mesa County report on that image, why don't we bring in Walter?
Because this is... By the way, you want to show this real quick.
This is what you want to show, right?
This inside the machines.
Is this what you want to show?
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
Let's show this before Walter comes on.
So everybody, here's what he asked me.
He said, where do you get this?
He did say that.
And I said, well, the evidence is up there on Frank's speech.
And he goes, where'd you get it?
I go, it's all over the internet.
I said, it's been everywhere.
Anybody could grab it.
You guys just don't hear about it because you watch too much Fox News.
Maybe the FBI should be watching your show, Brandon, and our show, so they could find out that we have all the evidence, instead of all of them sitting around watching Fox News.
Well, here it is.
If they go to frankspeech.com, they just look for that banner right there.
There it is.
Inside the machines, let's click on that.
There it is, people.
Now, if you pull down, there's the report.
Now, this is actually inside.
Okay, keep going down.
Each of the files below, these are all the files.
It tells you how to download.
This is the actual images, the actual data, everybody.
It explains everything there.
This is what they took Report 3 from.
This is the validated forensic disk images, everybody.
It's right here.
Report number three's there.
There's the bombshell proof.
Look at it.
I mean, you can just have a heyday here.
Keep going down, Brandon.
Keep going.
This is all the table of contents of report number three, of which Walter Doherty was one of the authors of that, and he's going to come on right now.
Instead, I'm going to have Walter, when he comes on, I want him to talk a little bit about what they're trying to hide here in Colorado by taking Mike Lindell's cell phone, which I'll tell you what, everybody, what has their country come to?
You know, that they've taken other people's phones.
You know, you think of the FBI bashing people's doors down.
Remember in Colorado, that's the home they've done it to, at least three doors.
One lady, they pulled her daughter down.
I think she was 13 years old in her underwear out.
It's made her stand out in the yard for over an hour.
And with no female officers, the neighbors all looking at her.
I mean, it was disgusting, Brandon.
But they did say, they did say, well, Mike Sharona didn't answer her door very fast, you know.
Wow.
And then I talked to Sharona.
She said, oh, for 35 seconds to get from all the way across the thing, like who's knocking on my door?
You know, banging on my door at nine o'clock in the morning when you're teaching your kids home or Bible school, whatever she was doing.
And then they ripped one of her daughters down there with a hoodie.
You know, it's just disgusting.
Then they, But go ahead, let's bring in Walter, everybody.
So let me just ask you this, because I know the audience is wondering this.
How did it all end when you finally closed up the conversation and departed?
So then I called the attorney, said, no, give me your phone.
And I asked him if I could be arrested, if I'd rather get arrested than give him my phone.
Because I said, if I get, can you just arrest me?
I want to say, here, here's the evidence world, because I knew that would be a bigger platform.
So you actually said that, can you just arrest me?
I said, could you arrest me?
I said, I've been telling people, if you've been watching my show, I've been wanting to get arrested.
And their response was?
What'd they say?
The response was, no, we just want your phone.
And then I go, if I don't give him my phone, can I get arrested?
And then I got the lawyer yelling on the phone, just give him the phone!
Give him the phone!
You know?
But that was my, you know, that phone was everything.
So how did it end?
How did you guys part ways?
How did it end?
Well, then he gave me the phone and my guys, one of them was talking to my buddy in the back about it.
The dog, you know, was sitting in the back there.
Him and I, one FBI guy we talked about, he's a big game hunter.
So the whole conversation turned finally to personal things, hunting and dogs and your book.
We were personal, but everything was a little bit personal before, somewhat after he got done, I got done answering all their dumb questions.
I'm going, that's a stupid question.
You already know that.
All you got to do is read the fake news media.
They don't even say stupid things like that.
I don't know what went on back then.
They were asking me stuff that everybody knows the whole truth about it anyway.
You know?
Mike, when did you first meet Tina Peters?
I'm at the Cyber Symposium.
Wow, did you?
She flew in on an airplane.
Yeah, really?
Of course she did.
So did a hundred other people from 17 other states.
You know, remember I had four pilots, Brandon?
But anyway, it ended.
We, we, uh, um, I just kept asking.
I go, you know, they, I said, did you guys really follow me hunting and all that?
And then, and, uh, he goes, uh, I think the one guy said, he goes, no.
I said, well, and then they wouldn't tell me how I tracked.
I know it was through the phone, obviously.
I did ask him, I said, is there a tracking device on my truck?
Because I wanted to know that.
And I said, I think you guys have to tell me the truth.
It might be a law.
He goes, no, there's no tracking device.
So do you think they were waiting?
It was 100% they tracked my phone.
I know that.
Did you have to run out and get another phone since then?
No, I came back here.
This is my IT ladies, yeah.
But all the stuff is on that other phone.
Mike, do you think they were waiting for you for several hours to get done hunting?
They would have no idea that I was in Mankato, Minnesota.
Not a clue!
Not a clue!
That'd be like, you know, so they track by the phones.
Remember, Bill Barr said you can't track through phones.
Remember Bill Barr, the crooked A.G.
Bill Barr?
But what I'm saying is, do you think they were just kind of cooling their heels, waiting for you to come out of the field and come up that direction?
No, no, no.
We were an hour from where we hunted.
We were driving back.
We were an hour coming back from hunting.
We stopped at just some random Hardee's in Mankato, Minnesota.
Do you think they went down to Iowa with you and came back up?
That part I don't know, Brandon.
I think they spent a lot of resources.
All they had to do was say, hey, can we have a...
This conversation, whatever they're looking for in here, it says they want basically the stuff I've already given Dominion.
I've given Dominion all the discovery.
Here you go, Dominion.
The only thing I can't show yet is the Dennis Montgomery stuff, but you're going to love that because you are guilty.
And we're waiting for that gag order to be lifted.
So here's Dominion and Jenna Griswold in Colorado.
And they're basically the same stuff I'm reading here as the stuff I've already given to Dominion.
I took it off my phone, given it to them.
You know what Dominion's given me?
Zero, everybody.
Zero.
You know what Dominion's given any other case in the United States that I know of?
Zero, everybody.
They're never, ever, ever going to give anybody anything, Brandon.
But they don't have to by... This is in federal court.
Do they not have to comply with certain deadlines in federal court?
Brandon, Brandon, Brandon.
When you're a criminal...
There's no laws.
We're a lawless society right now.
Are you kidding me?
They don't follow the law.
That's like telling a murderer, you better not, you better stay in your house tonight.
Don't go anywhere.
We'll be right back.
But that to me, I'm not a lawyer, but that to me shows that the judges are not helping because the judges should be saying, wait a minute, there are deadlines.
We have procedure in federal court for subpoenas and for discovery and you guys are not, you're asking him for stuff.
Are you trying to say I have a crooked judge in D.C.?
I'm trying to say the judges don't seem to be doing this accordingly.
My name is Judge Nichols out of D.C.
I don't know, Brandon.
I'm hearing what you're saying, but I don't understand.
I don't understand why he pushed my case out and said it was frivolous.
I don't know.
You know, I'm not going to sit here and badmouth Nichols because I really don't know.
But what you're saying could be true.
Why would he do this in favor of a company called Dominion?
Oh, maybe there's a pass there?
I don't know.
I'll have to check into that on Judge Nichols.
Very interesting.
It's disgusting.
Let me tell you about our judges, Brandon.
Judges in this country right now, another case kicked down the thing called, and it's called standing.
Everybody, this word called standing, when you kick a, Kick the can as a judge and say there's no standing, there's no standing, there's no standing.
Those are judges that deep down inside you know you should have looked at that evidence and you should have been stood up and have some moral character.
That's what God put you here for, to be a judge.
I don't use an excuse to kick a case out.
Well, let's see here.
Oh, you're guilty?
No standing.
No standing.
I'm gonna kick this one out for no standing.
No judge has looked at any evidence.
They've kicked it out for no standing.
What's that, Brandon?
And by the way, this reminded me, I got a text yesterday from one of the folks in South Dakota What does that mean?
there has reversed himself on some of these cast vote records so I don't know
what changed his mind but the judge reversed himself. What does that mean
that he's going to give him out or he's not going to give him out? No I think
he's going to. Well maybe judges are going to start We've got to pray, everybody.
I want everybody to pray.
Get on your knees and pray for our judges and their friends and their family and their neighbors.
If you're a neighbor, friend, or family of a judge, encourage them to never kick stuff out on standing.
To be a judge and look at the evidence!
Look at these things!
We have to get rid of these voting machines!
They're weaponizing the FBI against everybody!
It's disgusting!
Here it is!
South Dakota Lincoln County Auditor Sherry Lund Kent sent Key Lund News an order to vacate signed by Circuit Court Judge John Peckis.
The file date says Friday, September 2nd.
Lund said the order vacates the order requiring preservation of records issued on Thursday, September 1st, 2020.
You can view the order here.
Lund said Lincoln County will not be destroying election material related to the November 3rd, 2020 election, but couldn't speak for other counties.
She said there's still pending litigation and deferred any other comments to the Lincoln County State's Attorney's Office.
So that's an interesting case.
Yeah, exactly.
But yeah, you need to wonder, and then you need to wonder why a judge would even allow, I mean, this is, you know, This assistant United States attorney to come and take a company phone that's running.
That's everything I had there.
Of course, you know, I'm going to have to now go get emails and texts.
All my text messages, everything.
So, you know, I mean, everything was in there.
If I text you right now, you're not going to get it.
No, no, you can go ahead and try.
Say hello, FBI.
Say tell them, tell them what you think of the judges out there.
I think I'll refrain.
I think I'll refrain.
I'm going to get you in trouble.
I know!
That's exactly right!
You want me to talk about your judge and D.C.
and everything?
Well, I just think he's made some very poor choices, and you know what?
It's disgusting.
I'm sitting back here.
I have all the evidence.
Dominion has not done anything, but yet my case gets dismissed.
They dismiss it and they say, and you should pay sanction.
For what?
I've done nothing.
I've done nothing wrong.
I was given evidence by Dennis Montgomery, you and Mary Fanning.
We got the evidence on January 9th.
I put it out there.
I bring the evidence to the court to get it lifted.
We got to pray that that judge in Nevada just slips it and this all goes away, everybody.
Lawfare's gone.
Everyone's going to go, hey, the machines are gone.
Where could you, in a private business, I said to these FBI guys, I said, where in a private business, guys, could you, if a company came in, and they housed all your computers, Brandon, everything in your house ran off these computers, and something went wrong, and they said, oh no, but you can't look inside.
You don't get to look in the computers.
And we paid for those computers.
We as citizens paid for these voting machines, everybody.
They won't let you see what's inside them.
What are they hiding?
You want to know what they're hiding?
Look at the Mesa County Report No. 3.
Look, it's right here on Frank's Speech.
They took my phone away because of it today.
They took my phone away for no reason.
Surrounded me.
Now, if I hadn't been through stuff in my life, you think that wouldn't be traumatizing?
Oh yeah.
Lucky I called my friend out.
I called my friend out.
I go, you know what?
This has nothing to do with you.
At first, I thought they might be bad guys.
So I said, you know what?
These could be bad guys.
I said, or they're going to be like FBI or somebody.
You know, we were kind of hoping, I was kind of hoping a little bit on the law enforcement side rather than, uh, You know, and that would be good law enforcement.
You know, I mean, these guys, obviously, you know, maybe some of these same FBI guys treated people out in Colorado differently, which I know they did.
A lot of them, a lot of bashing doors in and treating people like scum, you know, bragging people, you know, and not arresting anybody, just treating them like garbage.
These guys were not like that.
I will say that.
But they, you know.
Was your buddy taking any photos or video during this time?
No.
Are you kidding?
He was eating his food.
I said, can he go eat?
I had to calm him down.
I go, it's okay.
Can he go eat?
You know, I mean, you know, he's that kind of guy and I don't want to get them all stressed out, you know?
And then the, and the FBI guy goes, well, do you care if he hears?
I go, you can tell him anything you want.
I got nothing to hide.
You know, I have nothing to hide.
I think I'm very transparent.
If they wanted me by phone, all Dominion would have to say, hey, can we have your phone?
I've already given you all the copies because I want to give Dominion everything because I want something, Brandon.
Now show me what you got.
Remember, let's say you're playing poker.
You've got to show your hand, Dominion, sooner or later because you're lying and you're cheaters in this game.
You're scum.
It's disgusting.
Jenna Griswold, you just passed off Brad Rassenberger and Alan Duke for the biggest... Alan Duke's just a traitor.
The other two are actually criminal.
I won't put Alan Duke in the criminal file.
Jenna Griswold passed off Brad Rassenberger for, I believe, one of the biggest criminals this country's ever seen.
Period.
Wow.
Well, we better bring on Mr. Daugherty before we run out of time.
Hey, Dr. Daugherty, welcome back to the Lindendale Report.
Well, thank you very much.
This is absolutely shocking that you would stop for a hamburger and have your phone seized.
If they wanted to talk on the phone, all they had to do was ask.
They didn't have to grab you stopping for a hamburger.
But the Going out of town and out of town and out of town.
You know, there have been times it could have been detrimental to the company.
At least I was an hour away.
I had to quick get back and, you know, tell people, get a hold of people that I had appointments and everything else.
Say, hey, you won't be able to get a hold of me.
You know, right.
It was just horrible.
Absolutely terrible.
Well, the key points in Mesa Report No.
3, as you said, it's posted.
It's Mesa County Report No.
3.
It's posted on frankspeech.com.
What this details is the results of an examination inside the Dominion voting machine in Mesa County, Colorado, where Grand Junction is the county seat, that was first performed by Jeff O'Donnell, who's a database expert.
And when he looked at that image, He found that there was basically a second set of books that had been created inside the machine during the course of both the November 2020 general election and the April 2021 municipal election for Grand Junction City Council.
So the county owns the machines and they run the city election for them as well.
So the two key points in that report are that there were unauthorized databases created During the course of the election.
So by the end of the election, in the case of November 2020, there was a total of 91,000 some odd votes reported in the results database, but there were no longer 91,000 ballots visible to the clerks if they had gone back and asked to look at one of those images again.
And the second point, major point, is that when Dominion, at the direction of the Secretary of State, performed the trusted build to upgrade the software, they erased all of those election records.
So, by federal law, election records have to be maintained a minimum of 22 months after an election.
Colorado law is even stricter.
It has a 25-month limit.
So, those two key points in MESA report number three.
Unauthorized databases were created and election records were deleted.
Okay, Walter, I want to ask, Walter, I want to say something right there to everybody too.
Also, when they deleted those records, when they deleted those records, which in report number three, this is inside the Dominion machines, everybody, they deleted the election, the 2020 election records.
Now, not just the 22 months and the 24 months federal and state, they also are involved in many, many lawsuits.
Where they are supposed to preserve evidence.
They have, from my lawyers, they can't delete any of that evidence, Walter, and they did.
They deleted evidence in my court case.
They deleted it!
That's absolutely correct.
And when you go to court, I've learned it's called spoiliation, and then a jury has to say, they have to assume the worst.
And we are kind of blessed here, right?
Because we know what they deleted.
Is that correct?
Yes, it is.
And the reason we do is because Tina Peters made a backup before the trusted build.
And just any responsible computer center operation knows that you have to make daily backups.
Would you put your money in a bank that didn't back up their computer every night to know what the balance in every account was?
Of course not.
So just making frequent backups.
And I'm sure that your IT department had made a backup of your phone.
I hope it was recent.
Well, let me tell you, Walter, let me tell you about that.
I forgot to say this to Brandon.
I asked the FBI if I could back up my phone.
Now I do, my phone, my IT doesn't do that backup except for an automated thing and the last time it was backed up was probably about over a week ago because I'm always on the road and it's got to be connected to the internet and all this other stuff.
So I lost a week.
For sure I have at least a week of data that I can't get back.
But also my, you know, any pictures, I went on a family trip this last weekend, those will be gone.
You're confirming what I was thinking earlier.
Everything then, if you're backing it up, is on a cloud.
FBI was coming to take my phone I would have done a backup you're right.
But Mike, you're confirming what I was thinking earlier.
Everything then if you're backing it up is on a cloud all they would have to
done is get a court order get your information they would have never have even
have to bother you.
I already gave in my lawsuit with Dominion I've already given them all that.
Everything they've asked for in this thing here, what they want on that phone, I've already given them.
That's what's disgusting.
But what I'm saying is, they've already got it if they wanted it.
Right.
They want to intimidate everything.
Yes!
Walter Stetzer.
We have it right here on Frank's speech.
They not only deleted evidence, but it shows manipulation.
Correct, Walter?
It shows not just one election, but I've heard two elections, right?
That's correct.
Both the November 2020 general election and the April 2021 municipal election showed a similar pattern of manipulation, where after about a fourth of the votes were counted, a second set of databases was created, and some but not all ballots were transferred to the new databases.
So the chain of custody on the ballots that were not transferred was completely broken, with the result that in the case of the city council election, The winning margin was about 3,000 votes.
There are 8,000 votes that are in question, which means we really don't know who won that election.
And so I would hope the Grand Junction would run another city council election after seeing it.
And this is the point about lack of transparency in the machines, is that if you can't see what's happening inside the machine, how can you trust it?
And now that we have seen what happened inside the machine, We know for sure you can't trust it.
Walter, can I ask you, what did you do before all this election craziness?
What did you do?
What was your profession?
What did you all do?
I taught computer science and engineering at Texas A&M University and I retired in 2019.
So I spent 32 years there and five years before that teaching computer science and also doing occasional consulting work for The government and also private companies.
Right.
Would you ever?
I'm going to ask you this because I know we only got a few minutes left, but does it surprise you?
If you, the way we're at nowadays that you have that, first of all, I want to ask you is that this, what's, what's the bigger surprise to you?
The crime that you've now seen with your own eyes of this election crime, uh, the coverup, Or the way the media doesn't report it?
I mean, or is it all the above?
I mean, did it surprise you when you did months of investigation of validating this report and seeing this data, and then you put it up there and it's like nobody cares?
Does that surprise you?
Well, the biggest surprise to me has been that every level that we've uncovered They're the worst level below it.
And I don't know how many levels down it goes.
Right.
Right.
And you're talking, and that's kind of like me there too.
It surprises me when you get to here, you're going, where does the evil end?
You know what I mean?
It's like, you know, where does it, where does it end and where does it stop?
And it seemed at times, everybody, it seems overwhelming, but I'm telling you, um, every day is better than the day before, because we're getting the word out.
It's the communication.
Everyone says, well, Mike, why would you want to be arrested by the FBI?
You know why?
I would want to do it because I would want everybody to say, hey, there's evidence.
The evidence is here.
Here's the defense.
It's like my Dominique case.
This is the defense.
And now we... ...that we've examined, they don't.
And so of the counties that we've looked at across the country, the cast vote record has enabled us to detect some types of manipulation That couldn't be detected by a standard risk limiting audit or other ways because they only look at the total.
They don't look at the progress of votes during the course of the election.
So you remember on November 2020, there were several states where the totals were slowly going up and then all of a sudden there was a huge jump.
Well, when there's a huge jump like that, you have to ask, well, where did that 50,000 or 100,000 votes come from.
And then, when you ask to see the ballots, and they wait five months before they supply them, as happened in the case of Arizona, and then you find out that some of them are counterfeit, they're not on the proper ballot paper, then... So, like I say, every bit of data and information, the data is data.
You know, the facts are what they are.
And when you calculate the numbers, and the numbers don't match, you say, why don't the numbers match?
And you find another level behind that.
Right, right.
Well, Walter, thanks for coming.
I'm going to have to have you on again now.
I'm sorry about this breaking news.
But have you back?
Has Texas been easier to get cast vote records now?
I know they were very stubborn before.
Some counties supplied them very promptly.
It took seven months in the case of my county.
I filed a request January 29th and just got it about two weeks ago after Attorney General Ken Paxton ordered them to.
We are still getting reluctance from some counties who say, well, the Secretary of State said we shouldn't release them.
And I say, the Attorney General opinion has the force of law until the legislature says otherwise.
You have to do what the Attorney General says, but some of them still haven't, so we're working on it.
Well, we'll have you back, and then I want to not only show us the importance of the cast vote records and your graphs, but I also want you to give a report on Texas if you can.
We'll have you back when you get one of those counties and let us know if there was corruption in that county through the machine.
But thanks for coming on, and everybody, I'm going to be going, Bran, I'm going to be going on your show, right?
Yes, you're going to be live on my show at 730 Central, 730 Central live on my show.

Tonight on the Worldview Report, the pre-election purge is underway as Joe Biden's Justice Department goes after his political enemies with house raids and subpoenas.
Another sting operation in Florida nets dozens of suspects engaged in sexual abuse of underage children, including two who work at Disney and several others who work in either law enforcement or the teaching profession.
We've got several more cases to report of young healthy people dying suddenly under mysterious circumstances.
And is the CDC cooking the books to cover up data that shows the COVID vaccines are causing heart ailments?
The shocking evidence is in.
We've got some disturbing quotes from the new King of England.
All these stories and more as the Worldview Report begins right now.
This is Worldview Report with host Brandon Howes.
Whether it is news from the nation's capital or your state capital, from the classroom to the boardroom, from national security to national and local news that impacts you and your family, Worldview Report is your trusted source for vital and uncensored news.
And now, here is Brennan House.
Good evening, and welcome to the Worldview Report.
I'm your host, Brandon Howes.
Well, as the world all knows, Queen Elizabeth II passed away last week after 70 years on the British throne, which, by the way, made her the longest reigning monarch in the nation's history.
Her son, Prince Charles, is now King Charles III.
This is significant because when the COVID bioweapon was released on the world, Charles was one of the first world leaders to jump at the chance to support the World Economic Forum's so-called Great Reset, which seeks to transition the world into a digitized one-world global system based on the elimination of fossil fuels, forced vaccines for all, And new restrictions on the lives of people everywhere.
Here is Prince Charles, now King Charles, speaking in 2020 after the onslaught of COVID.
We have an incredible opportunity to create entirely new sustainable industries.
Investing in nature as the true engine of our economy.
Changing our current trajectory will require bold and imaginative action, together with determination and decisive leadership.
In order to secure our future and to prosper, we need to evolve our economic model, putting people and planets at the heart of global value creation.
If there is one critical lesson we have to learn from this crisis, we need to put nature at the heart of how we operate.
We are on the verge of catalytic breakthroughs that will alter our view of what is possible and profitable within the framework of a sustainable future.
We need nothing short of a paradigm shift.
One that inspires action at revolutionary levels and pace.
We simply cannot waste any more time.
The only limit is our willingness to act.
So, ladies and gentlemen, my plea today is for countries to come together to create the environment that enables every sector of industry to take the action required.
We know this will take trillions, not billions of dollars.
We also know that countries, many of whom are burdened by growing levels of debt, simply cannot afford to go green.
And the time to act is now.
That video, well, it speaks for itself.
He refers to a military operation to transition the world into an entirely new way of living.
And what's he referring to when he says he wants, quote, trillions at his disposal, end quote?
Who is the male pronoun he refers to there?
Some have speculated it appears to be a reference to some kind of Antichrist figure who will be given a position of power over all the nations.
Yes, Prince, now King Charles, is a man who bears watching.
The Biden Justice Department has launched a pre-election purge against Trump supporters, and for the most part, the media is silent.
One exception is Tucker Carlson, who interviewed attorney Harmett Dillon, three of whose clients were among the approximately 50 Trump supporters who either had their houses raided or received subpoenas to turn over documents.
Take a listen to his interview from September 9th with Dillon.
So a Fox News alert for you.
Remarkable story.
We don't know the full parameters of it, but apparently the FBI has launched a full-scale purge of supporters of Donald Trump.
That would be Joe Biden's likely opponent in the coming presidential election, and that purge has intensified significantly today.
Harmeet, thanks so much for coming on.
What is the truth?
Well, the truth is that a few days ago, a political reporter called several people and said, hey, have you heard or have you been served yet?
The FBI is going to be serving 50 approximately search warrants and or subpoenas on Trump supporters.
And then, you know, within 24 hours of that, two of our clients Three of our clients actually did either get search warrants or subpoenas, and these subpoenas are extremely broad.
They're from the Capitol siege section of the United States Department of Justice's D.C.
office.
So if nothing else, this seems to be an attempt at intimidation, just like they threaten lawyers who defend Trump with disbarment.
Now they're threatening election integrity activists by bashing down their front doors in the middle of the night.
Is there any question left that America has become an authoritarian society?
And as Tucker said, the liberals who scream the loudest about democracy and democracy are totally fine with this transition into a dictatorship.
Journalist J.D.
Rucker at the Liberty Daily reports that another major sex trafficking sting has gone down in Florida, revealing Disney has a, quote, penchant for hiring creeps, groomers, and rapists, end quote.
The latest bust found two more Disney employees among the alleged abusers.
According to Fox News, a sex sting operation in Florida led to 160 arrests of sex workers and those who solicit their services.
That's what the Polk County Sheriff's Office announced last week.
Among those arrested in the week-long operation, called Fall Hall 2, were two Disney employees, a state corrections officer, several teachers, and a deputy police chief from Georgia.
Rucker notes that some may point out that the two Disney employees out of 160 perverts is not that many.
After all, Florida is among the states with the highest number employed by the company.
But two out of 160 is 1.25 percent and it seems every new sting nabs at least one or two and often more from Disney.
There have been excuses made that since Disney works with children, predators are drawn to the company.
But Rucker asks, what if it's the other way around?
What if Disney does what it can to attract groomers because that's exactly who they want to hire?
It's a very good question.
And now for the latest sad stories of young people dying suddenly of unexplained causes.
This time, it's out of Baltimore.
They're basically saying they don't know what killed a 16-year-old athlete, but it definitely wasn't the jab, so don't ask.
According to the Baltimore Sun, a Randallstown High School student died Tuesday after, quote, experiencing a medical emergency, end quote, at a school sports practice.
The student, a junior whom Baltimore County public school officials declined to identify, was at practice Tuesday afternoon when he experienced the medical emergency.
Baltimore County police officers responded at approximately 6 p.m.
to the school.
Medics transported the victim to an area hospital, where sadly, he was pronounced dead.
Autopsy results are pending.
Jack Davis at the Western Journal didn't mention the jabs, but offered a substat knock against the official narrative, saying, quote, officials did explain the nature of the emergency.
The high temperature in Randallstown that day was 82 degrees, end quote.
It's not comfortable playing football in 82 degree heat, but high school athletes have played and practiced in much higher temperatures for decades.
The preponderance of evidence in which young fit athletes have been dying suddenly of so-called unknown causes correlates perfectly with the rollout of the experimental COVID vaccines.
Correlation is not causation.
But there comes a point when there are just too many coincidences to not start asking questions and getting to the root cause of this phenomenon.
And of course, it's not just athletes who are dying.
This past week, a reporter for Global News Regina died suddenly in his home.
He was only 24 years old.
Kimberly Fowler, a morning anchor for Canada's Global Regina television network, shared the shocking and tragic news of the death of her colleague during a live telecast on September 9th.
Watch this video.
Before we leave you this morning, we have some sad news to share.
This is our first morning back on the air after a member of the Global Regina team has passed away.
Our Matthew Rodrigo Poll sadly died suddenly yesterday in his home in Regina.
Now, Matthew was a bright reporter in our newsroom, and you could regularly see his reports on Global News Morning, sometimes covering current affairs, and other times just struggling to learn new sports live on TV.
Now, beyond the workplace, Matthew was very close with his family, quick to crack a smile and always stylish.
He said he wanted to be the best-dressed reporter in Regina, and he definitely was.
We'd like to thank everyone who has reached out to offer us their condolences, and we extend our condolences to his family.
Matthew Odrigopoul will be dearly missed, and we'd like to sign off in honor of Matthew this morning.
Also this week, the quarterback at Wake Forest University, Sam Hartman, was reportedly reactivated after being treated for a severe blood clot.
Time has now passed, the point at which any reasonable person can't deny that something isn't right about all these deaths and injuries.
Folks, we have a problem, a global problem, with teens and young healthy adults suddenly and mysteriously passing away.
Others, suffering blood clots and debilitating heart attacks.
We will continue to highlight each and every one of these cases as we hear about them.
And as Dr. Peter McCullough suggested in an interview I conducted last week, We will from this point forward assume that they are vaccine related unless the families come forward and show us otherwise.
We'll be right back after this break.

Welcome back from the break.
Now, some damning evidence that the CDC has been covering up data that showed the COVID vaccines were causing significant numbers of severe heart conditions in young males.
The corporate media's corrupt fact-checkers have relied on the CDC as the gold standard for all COVID-related information.
And these fact checkers have repeatedly slapped a misinformation label on any report that suggests that COVID vaccines are associated with a significantly higher rate of mortality, or myocarditis, or potentially causing blood clots, heart attacks, or strokes.
But the CDC recently released analysis of its own vaccine safety data link, and it shows the incidence of myocarditis in vaccinated young men Is three to five times higher!
Then what the agency was reporting at this time last year.
This is what's coming to us from the Federalist.
In August last year, for example, the CDC reported 42.6 cases of myocarditis or pericarditis per million males ages 12 to 15 after the vaccination.
Now, the CDC says the rate is actually 150.5 per million.
Which aligns with information from health experts the media has maligned as purveyors of misinformation or fake news.
Data from a study conducted by medical scientist Tracy Hogue and others in 2021 aligns with the latest CDC numbers.
This again is great reporting from The Federalist.
BlackRock, the world's largest investment portfolio manager, announced at the World Economic Forum Summit in May of 2022 that it had signed a memorandum of understanding with the United Nations to promote the growth of, quote, gender lens investing, end quote.
I don't even know what that means.
Do you?
The term is described by one multinational accounting firm as quote investing in organizations that promote workplace equity or in organizations that offer products or services that improve the lives of women in a substantial manner end quote.
So, in short, it's part of the United Nations Agenda 2030 goals for so-called sustainable development, which is another way to say one world control of all things.
A surveillance state based on technocracy.
The CEO of BlackRock, Larry Fink, also sits on the board of the World Economic Forum, which is the world's largest promoter of public-private partnerships.
Perhaps the biggest PPP is between the World Economic Forum and the UN, which together are engaged in trying to bring about what they call the Great Reset, or the Fourth Industrial Revolution, and a restructuring of the world's economic and social standards in line with Technocracy, transhumanism, and digitizing everything into a one-world system.
With an annual revenue of $19.3 billion, BlackRock was accused in 2021 media stories of flexing its economic might.
By demanding so-called corporate polluters explain how they meet BlackRock's goal of net zero carbon dioxide emissions by 2050, or risk BlackRock divesting from those companies with its managed funds.
That's according to Center Square.
At least two states are now starting to respond and push back.
The state of Texas, their comptroller, Glenn Hedger, published a list of 10 financial companies that boycott energy companies.
BlackRock was on his list.
Heger said in a statement, quote, the environmental, social and corporate governance, also known as ESG movement, has produced an opaque and perverse system in which some financial companies no longer make decisions in the best interest of their shareholders or their clients, but instead use their financial clout to push a social and political agenda shrouded in secrecy, end quote.
Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton, who we've interviewed here many times, stated in a letter that BlackRock's energy agenda may violate state laws across the country that are, quote, requiring a sole focus on financial return.
Our states will not idly stand for our pensioners' retirements to be sacrificed for BlackRock's climate agenda."
That's what Paxton's letter stated, which was signed by a total of 19 GOP state attorneys general.
In August, Florida Governor Ron DeSantis and the State Board of Administration passed a resolution that removed ESG from consideration when it comes to investing state funds.
DeSantis said in a statement, quote, corporate power has increasingly been utilized to impose an
ideological agenda on the American people through the perversion of financial investment priorities
under the euphemistic banners of environmental, social, and corporate governance
and diversity, inclusion, and equity.
End quote.
Good for the governor.
In other news, according to a new Rasmussen Report survey, Republican and independent voters overwhelmingly agree that Biden should be impeached, along with a third of Democrats.
Overall, 52% of likely U.S.
voters say they would support the impeachment of Biden, with 38% saying they would strongly support it.
The poll margin includes 77% of Republicans, 50% of Independents, and 32% of Democrats who would like to see the current president get booted from his position.
However, less than half of voters believe that Republicans will actually take action to impeach Biden.
That's probably because they know that most Republicans are controlled opposition.
47% believe it is likely the GOP will attempt to impeach Biden, while 43% don't see it happening in his first term.
Quote, support for impeaching Biden is highest among voters 40 to 64, who are also most likely to think that if Republicans win the midterms, they actually will impeach the president.
Retirees are least supportive of impeaching Biden.
End quote.
That's what the poll included.
The CDC violated three federal laws in order to commit criminal data fraud and willful misconduct during the COVID scare of 2020.
That's according to a member of America's frontline doctors.
The Administrative Procedures Act requires every federal agency making changes to data to open public comments and to inform the Office of Management and Budget of any agency changes, notifying them of the required internal oversight.
This involves filing the changes in the Federal Registry under the Paperwork Reduction Act.
One of the laws that was broken, says Dr. Henry Ely, was the Information Quality Act, which says an agency cannot use data from an outside source like the CDC used with its faulty projection models from Imperial College of London and University of Washington.
Ely said in an interview with the Gateway Pundit that the CDC violated these laws by changing how death certificates must be reported, but only for COVID, making it possible for COVID to be put in place of the pre-existing conditions on the death certificates.
This, quote, allowed them to cook the books, end quote, and trigger the declaration of a national emergency, so says Dr. Early in this interview with Alicia Powell of the Gateway Pundit.
Dr. Early has joined with two state senators to file a petition asking a grand jury to look at these violations.
Watch this video.
We collectively have put in well over 25,000 hours, 25,000 hours of work on this.
And what it did was it culminated in a grand jury petition that we filed in the Ninth Circuit Court on March 7th of this year.
Now, when we filed that on March 7th, of course, the wheels of justice turn very slow if they turn at all.
And so, the defendants that we named, Rochelle Walensky, current director of the CDC, Xavier Becerra, current secretary of the HHS, Brian Moyer, current head of the National Vital Statistics System, and then Alex Azar, the former head of the HHS, and Robert Redfield, who's a key player in this, the former head of the CDC.
The substance of the allegations are this.
That the CDC is responsible for initiating a chain of events that have been incredibly damaging to Americans, but that are predicated upon criminal data fraud and willful misconduct.
And these are two very important legal concepts for people to get themselves aware of because the CDC committed, I should say violated three federal laws in order to commit the criminal data fraud.
All right.
And this is something that a lot of Americans don't know about.
Every federal agency is required to follow the same rules.
That's number one, and that's protected by a little known act called the Administrative Procedures Act.
Every single agency, if they're making changes to data and how data is collected and how it's published and how it's analyzed, is required to open up public comment.
The process that initiates that is when an agency wants to make a change, they file in the federal registry.
And that launches all of this stuff.
And that's required under law under what's called the paperwork reduction act.
Now it doesn't sound like anything, but actually it's a really big deal.
The last law, federal law, that's so important is called the Information Quality Act.
And what it expressly states is that a government agency cannot use data from an outside source like they used with all the projection models at the start, right?
And that they have to publish accurate information that's easy for the public to understand.
I mean, it's very, very clear.
Well, thank you to the Gateway Pundit for that important interview.
We'll be right back with our nightly commentary after this break.
Now it's time for our Nightly Worldview Report commentary.
MSNBC broadcaster Joe Scarborough told his audience on September 9th that Jesus deliberately avoided saying anything about the sanctity of unborn life.
Despite being what he said is a backsliding Southern Baptist, Scarborough said he still knows the Bible and that the most central figure of the New Testament, Jesus, never once asked his followers to protect life in the womb.
Watch this.
You just say, as a Southern Baptist, I grew up reading the Bible.
Maybe a backslidden Baptist, but I still know the Bible.
Jesus never once talked about abortion.
Never once.
And it was happening back in ancient times.
It was happening during His time.
Never once mentioned it.
For people perverting the gospel of Jesus Christ down to one issue, it's heresy.
Go, if you don't believe me, if that makes you angry, why don't you do something you haven't done in a long time?
Open the Bible, open the New Testament, read the red letters.
You won't see it there.
And yet there are people who are using Jesus as a shield to make ten-year-old rape girls go through a living and breathing hell here on Earth.
They've also conveniently overlooked the parts of the New Testament where Jesus talks about
taking care of the needy, taking care of those who are helpless, who live a hopeless life
because they believe, these state legislators believe, that life begins at fertilization
and ends at childbirth.
And Cady, what a powerful message yesterday from a son of a...
The Federalists, well they cited multiple Christian theologians and pastors who debunked
this popular pro-abortion talking point that blatantly ignores the obvious, that Jesus
didn't need to explicitly restate what the Bible, God's Word, already says about the
existence and sanctity of pre-born human life.
Bye.
Both the Old and New Testaments frequently acknowledge and refer to life in the womb as sacred.
By the way, did you know that the Greek name or word for baby is the same whether inside the womb or outside the womb?
Doesn't that tell us what God thinks about the sanctity of the unborn child?
Well, we also find in the Bible that it was a big deal to harm a Hebrew child that was still in the womb.
In fact, if such occurred, it was met with swift financial punishment, and that's described in Exodus chapter 21, verses 22 to 25.
It's also why Deuteronomy chapter 24, verse 16 forbids children from being put to death for the sins of their parents.
Scarborough continued his twisted diatribe by claiming that, quote, people perverting the gospel of Jesus Christ down to one issue, end quote, saving pre-born lives, are guilty of what he called heresy.
But it's really Joe Scarborough who's guilty of blaspheming the Holy Spirit, which the Bible calls the one unpardonable sin.
Why do I say that?
Because the sin of blaspheming the Holy Spirit is committed when you assign to God evil motives.
In this case, Scarborough is telling people that God is okay with killing unborn babies.
He must condone it, because he never mentioned it in the New Testament.
Well, that's wrong.
That's outrageous, and it's despicable on its face, just in purely moral terms, regardless of whether you're a Christian or not.
But it puts his soul in grave danger.
So pray for Joe Scarborough, that he would be struck by the fear of God and seek repentance.
Well, that does it for this edition of the Worldview Report.

And we're only going to be able to keep Mike a few minutes.
I have a whole lot of other guests to get to tonight.
I'm not going to take the time to tell you who, because we've got to get right to Mike Lindell, because the media is stacking up wanting to talk to him.
But thankfully, we get the first interview tonight at 6 o'clock on his show, The Lindell Report, and now here at Brandon House Live.
Mike joins us from his home office in Minnesota.
Mike, welcome to Brandon House Live and to Lindell TV!
Well, thanks, Brannon.
It's been, uh, you know what?
I guess this is about as good.
I told the FBI you just will arrest me.
I want to, I want you to take me in.
I want to take me in.
That will make the news and I'll show you all the evidence.
Maybe then CNN will call or Fox News.
We know Fox won't call, but you know what?
I said to the FBI, maybe CNN would call, maybe the New York Times, maybe the Wall Street or the Washington Post.
Guess what, Brannon?
They've all called right before this.
CNN, I got to call them back.
They go, no, no, I want to know about your FBI.
I go, really?
You guys haven't called me?
And since we put out the evidence again for you, since Dennis Montgomery, we put the evidence in right on stage and it's sitting in Nevada to get this released, a gag order released.
The CNN guy goes, Mike, I just want to know about the FBI.
I go, um, you do it my way.
If you want me to call you back, I said, don't you tell me what you want.
So I got to call him back after here.
I'm going on here and going on Flashpoint.
Then I'm going to be calling the CNN, corrupt CNN.
But once again, everybody, isn't it something?
No Fox, no Newsmax, no Salem Media, nobody's calling.
You know what?
There won't be one of them calling me, Brandon, because you know what this lawsuit, you know why they took my phone?
Because of Dominion and Jenna Griswold, the FBI surrounds me at a Hardee's.
An hour from here, I was down hunting in southern Minnesota, or in Iowa, coming back, they surrounded me at a Hardee's.
Three cars, four FBIs get out, I go to my buddy, I said, it's either really bad guys or the FBI.
And they said they wanted your phone.
We can throw some of the legal documents on the screen, Logan, maybe explain what these are.
They're asking for your phone, right?
Absolutely.
And then they told me not, and whatever you do, it says here, now, you don't have to tell anybody, we prefer, I love this one here, Brandon.
This one says, I don't have time to read it all, but it says, we request that you do not disclose the existence of this subpoena for an indefinite period of time.
Although the law does not require non-disclosure unless a court order is issued, we believe that the impact of any disclosure could be determined Could be detrimental to the investigation.
If you do not believe you can comply by this request, in other words, if you can't keep quiet, please notify the undersigned Assistant United States Attorney General before you disclose the existence of this subpoena.
In other words, they don't want to tell anybody that they took my phone.
Well, guess what, Aaron Tietelbaum?
I told everybody!
Everybody.
It's disgusting.
You guys, you guys, they've weaponized the FBI, Brannon.
This is what our government's done to the people of this country.
This is disgusting.
And my phone, my phone is blowing up tonight.
All of these people are blowing my phone up that we've been working with for the last few years, asking about you and how you're doing.
Are you still with us, Mike?
Logan, did we just lose Mike?
I think we just lost Mike.
Make contact with our leader again, will ya?
And while you're doing that, can you throw up the one screenshot, Logan, where they put out his picture?
They actually, I guess, had to provide a picture in case these agents didn't know what he looked like.
There you go!
Now, you can't tell because it was black and white, but they threw up his picture and made sure the agents knew what he looked like.
You're kidding me.
That was really that quick?
I guess he had to go on another show that quick?
All right.
Wow.
Okay.
Well, no, there he is.
Hold on.
Hey, Mike, we lost... Nope.
He called me.
Now he's gone again.
All right.
Well, that's breaking news.
Oh, he's back.
Now he's back.
All right.
Hey, Mike.
The media keeps beaming in.
I got a few more minutes to tell you all.
It's disgusting, everybody, what they did.
I told these reporters that keep calling me, we're an employee-owned company at MyPillow, and now you take the way their CEO runs the company?
I don't have a computer, Brandon.
That phone was everything.
Everything, all my stuff for all my companies, everything.
You know that.
Everything was there.
And I told them, I said, well, if I don't give it to you, will you arrest me?
No, we won't.
We were taking that phone, you know.
And then they didn't want me to tell anybody about it, this Attorney General Aaron Tietelbaum.
Let me tell you something.
Jenna Griswold, the Secretary of State of Colorado, working in conjunction with Dominion, she now became what I believe is one of the most evil people this planet's ever seen next to Brad Rasenberger down in Georgia.
What they have done to the people of Colorado and people that don't, you know, I said to the FBI, I said, well, gee, at least you guys didn't bash my door in like you did other people in Colorado.
And they go, well, Sharona, Sharona Bishop, she didn't answer her door fast enough.
Disgusting, Brandon.
They weaponized our government against us.
I have done nothing wrong.
And this we found out is a federal subpoena coming out of Colorado.
So this is all about the Mesa County and Tina Peters case, correct?
That is correct.
And they wanted to know about the image.
I said, you guys can see the image right here on Frank's Beach.
We got the whole evidence right up here for you.
It shows, you guys, it shows what Dominion did.
They deleted.
This shows inside the Dominion machines.
They deleted the 2020 election.
Brandon, that's my evidence in my case against these guys.
Yeah.
Yes, we're gonna go, I'm going, I'm looking for that square on, uh... When these guys call, when these guys call, I might have to be interrupted because, you know, at least you guys, at least the media is reaching out and I can tell them all about this evidence.
I can now tell everybody.
I'm on Instagram, by the way, tonight, Brandon.
I've never been on there live.
I know, I'm getting, I'm getting texts from friends that are watching you on Instagram saying he's talking to you on the phone while he's on Instagram.
Yeah, the first time, but the first time, uh...
The first time ever I've been live on Instagram.
It's better than Suckabuck's Facebook.
I'm sure Alan Duke will put the hammer to that.
Oh yeah, he will.
Here's the screenshot at Frank's speech.
Inside the machines.
So what you're saying, Mike, is... You guys, if you go to Inside the Machines, everybody, and you have anybody that knows anything about cyber, this shows what they were hiding from us.
This shows what the country... I mean, what they've been hiding from your country, from all of us citizens.
This shows what Dominion, this shows what Dominion has done.
This shows, and my phone is ringing off the hook, Brandon.
From CNN to everybody.
Isn't it funny that you know who's not going to call me, everybody?
I want everybody to believe.
Fox News or Newsmax or Salem Media will not call me.
Come back to me, guys.
Let's see who this is.
Yeah, who's this?
Oh, you're at One America News.
Okay.
Hey, Dan, this is about the FBI, right?
Yeah.
Yeah.
I can talk about it, but I got to get, I got to call CNN back and you're live on Brannan House live right now.
I thought so.
But thanks, Dan.
I'll call you back.
This is One American News, everybody.
One of the few greatest channels this country's ever seen.
They have been one of maybe three different channels that have stood against all this stuff, and you guys have won.
Dan, you're awesome.
I'll call you back.
They aired Absolute Proof for two days starting February 4th.
And you know what OAN got for thanks for that, everybody?
A lawsuit.
AT&T took him off of, well, they got the lawsuit, but AT&T.
Brandon, I do gotta go now, but thanks for having me on, and you guys, I might be able to come back later part of your show.
I know you got a bunch of guests.
We'll fix you in.
Everybody, the FBI!
...is getting weaponized by our government.
They took my phone today that runs my whole company.
Thank you all.
God bless.
All right, folks.
That's Mike Lindell checking in.
And by the way, we did about 45 minutes on this tonight, 6 p.m.
Central to 6.45 on his show that I co-host with him, the Lindell Report.
Every night, 6 p.m.
Central, then my news at 7 to 7.30, the Worldview Report, then Brennan House Live.
We are posting that 45 minutes Which is the full hour of his show, but 45 minutes we dealt with this.
We're posting it right now at frankspeech.com for all of you that want to hear the details in greater length.
Clearly they had to have been tracking him by his phone, right?
They clearly knew he was in the duck fields there in Iowa, came up out of Iowa.
And then as he got to a Hardee's in Mankato, three FBI cars surrounding his car, while he's up against the wall where you order, and blocking him in, and then wanting his phone.
Which again, he does run his whole business, all of his businesses, he runs several of them, and he runs all of them off his phone.
He does not own a computer.
I know that!
I've worked with him now for what's going to be real soon close to two years and I can tell you he doesn't have a computer.
He runs it all off that phone and now that phone is gone.
So this is what is happening folks and again I think he's right weaponizing of the FBI.
Well this all fits right in line with my documentary Brainwashed America Part 2.
Because I deal with four high-ranking retired FBI agents who are in that documentary.
In fact, one of them is Terry Turchi, the former Assistant Deputy Director of the Counterterrorism Division of the FBI.
Logan, if you have the graphic, throw it up real quick before we go to Matt Staver of the Liberty Council.
This coming Sunday night, I will premiere, the world premiere, right here on Lyndell TV, the world premiere Of part two of my documentary, Brainwashed America.
7 to 10 p.m.
It is three hours.
Part two is three hours.
Part one, you can watch for free right now at brainwashedthemovie.com.
Don't do it now, do it later, but mark it and do it later.
Brainwashedthemovie.com.
Part one, it's two hours.
That's part one.
Part two is three hours.
And in there I have former high-ranking FBI guys, including Terry Turchi, the former Deputy Assistant Director of the Counterterrorism Division of the FBI.
I'm warning in this three-hour documentary, also with men, three of them that I interviewed, who were in the Vietnam War and were at the Hanoi Hilton.
They were tortured relentlessly by the communists.
They're in my documentary.
I interviewed these three guys personally.
They're warning about the communist tactics and the need to resist the communists.
The theme of this is really moving leaders out of the way.
There are 12 steps to brainwashing.
The first one is moving leaders out of the way.
The second one I cover, point two of the 12, takes me three hours to cover these two points.
This is going to be a lengthy documentary series.
Point two in the 12 steps is to get people to question and doubt the traditional values of their family, of their community, of their nation.
And my friends, these people, the three men that I interviewed that were brutally tortured by the Communists in Vietnam, in the Hanoi Hilton, openly discussed the vital role the American people have to play in resisting the Communists.
Not going along.
Not writing confessions.
Not taking part in propaganda.
But to resist, even to the point, as they did, of brutal torture for, some of them, six and a half years.
Six and a half years of brutal torture, and they would not go along.
They would not write propaganda pieces.
They would not go on video to do propaganda.
I have some very surprising interviews and information in this three hours.
I want you to spread the word far and wide.
This is your duty, folks.
I've spent a lot of years working on this.
Part 2 now released for free.
I used to sell my documentaries.
Like my documentary, Siege.
I used to sell it.
8 hours.
8 and a half hours.
Sabotage.
6 hours.
Sell them.
And then I started making all this stuff free.
Why?
Because America is in great peril.
And we need to put out as much as we can and as free as possible.
As much as we can.
Sunday night, 7 to 10 p.m.
Central Time at LyndellTV.
FrankSpeech.com.
Tweet it.
Text it.
Email.
Get her.
Spread the word.
Far and wide.
Big night.
The world premiere of Brainwashed America Part 2.
It's gonna blow your mind.
Blow your mind.
I'm not even done with it.
That's the kind of pressure I'm putting myself under.
I've been doing 10 hours a day, all weekend long, for multiple weekends.
I mean, we're all summer, all spring, all summer, 10 hours a day, every day, on the weekends.
And I'll have to pull some massive hours on Saturday to finish it up to bring it to you Sunday night.
Here we go.
It's gonna be amazing.
And I hope inspirational.
Joining me now is the founder, chairman of the board, chief legal counsel, American hero.
He won a case at the U.S.
Supreme Court this year 9-0.
Matt Staver.
Matt, welcome.
Sorry we're late.
Thanks for being patient.
Breaking news tonight as the FBI surrounds the car of Mike Lindell while he's just come out of the field about an hour south in Iowa.
He gets up to Mankato, Minnesota, pulls into a Hardee's through the window drive up and gets three FBI cars surrounding and pinning him up against the wall.
Oh, thank you.
I've been following this breaking news story.
It's quite shocking.
It's hard to believe that we're living in the United States of America, where you have the highest law enforcement branch of the United States, the Department of Justice, the FBI, coming after law-abiding American citizens, and you can see that it's all political.
They're all going after people who are Republicans who supported Donald Trump.
This is really a purge, and you talk about these communist countries or these repressive regimes.
We've read about that, we've seen it from a distance, and unfortunately now we're seeing that here Absolutely, absolutely.
Let's talk about the cases you're involved in.
Absolutely shocking some of the stuff you're dealing with.
Let's talk first about the marriage bill.
I mean, You put out an excellent newsletter.
I urge everyone to sign up for it at LC.org.
It stands for Liberty Council.
LC.org.
You can sign up for the newsletter, as I do, and I'm looking at one that you've been putting out and talking about and warning about, and that is a piece of legislation that is going to legalize polygamy in America.
We also have some bills that are pending, I want you to tell us about, that will legalize child brides.
Can you talk to us about this, please?
Yes, this bill is H.R.
8404, misnamed the Respect for Marriage Act.
It actually destroys and deconstructs marriage.
This passed the House of Representatives.
It's in the United States Senate right now.
They know that they already have four Republicans.
They need ten Republicans to get to the 60 vote majority, super majority for the filibuster.
And consequently, they have four that we know of.
However, Democrat from Wisconsin, Senator Tammy Baldwin.
She is heading up the Republican, trying to get additional votes, along with Republican Susan Collins from Maine.
They're trying to get additional Republican votes.
She just recently said that she has up to possibly eight Republicans.
Some of those have silently told her that they will support the bill.
So they need anywhere between Six and two more Republicans.
Somewhere between two and six to get to that 60 vote majority.
It looks like they're going to vote on this beginning either Monday or certainly next week.
They're going to be rolling out this bill this week.
Here's what it does.
It is a bill that will federalize same-sex marriage.
So if when a burger fell, the Supreme Court opinion of 2015 Five to four opinion.
Three justices that were on that majority are no longer there.
When that ultimately gets overruled, like Roe v. Wade, you would still have same-sex marriage.
That's number one, and that would force it on all the states as a federal law, not some judicial fiat that we had in 2015.
The second thing that it does, and this is what's really problematic, is it requires Every state to abide by any marriage law of any other state, not just same-sex marriage.
So, for example, what do some of these other states have that other states don't?
There's only a few states in the country that have no age limit on marriage.
California is one of those few states.
And what we see in California and some of these other places, Arizona recently passed some marriage limitation Before, they didn't have a marriage age limit.
Florida did not have a marriage age limit, but they passed a marriage age limit.
Why?
Because what you find in these cases where the states have no age limit on marriage are child bride situations.
Now, that's not what we normally think of as perhaps an 18-year-old marrying a 17-year-old or a 17-year-old marrying a 16-year-old.
17-year-old marrying a 16-year-old.
These are young girls, 12, 14, even younger, getting, quote, married to men in their 40s,
their 50s, or even more.
And how is that happening?
These men, these much, much older men, are sexually abusing these young girls.
There's lots and lots of documentation on this.
There are support groups with regards to this issue.
They're impregnating them, and then they're getting married to these young girls, continuing to sexually abuse them while they're a minor.
And as a minor, they have no legal rights.
They can't sign a contract.
They can't put their name on an apartment.
They cannot flee.
They cannot file for divorce because they're a minor.
If they flee, they're a juvenile.
And if you were to house that juvenile, to protect that juvenile from this abusive, rapist, quote, husband, you could be criminally charged for being an aid to a fugitive juvenile.
So even the support organizations that are there to help child brides that are abused, they're very difficult situation because they could be criminally prosecuted by helping any of these juveniles because they have no legal rights.
So they cannot flee.
If they do flee, they're returned back to their abuser husband because they're a juvenile and have no legal rights.
And consequently, they can't escape until they reach the age of majority.
That's how we know many of these stories with these women that have been able to escape.
That's why Arizona's law was changed.
That's why Florida's law was changed, because one of the child brides in Florida, after she was able to escape the situation, she went to the Florida legislature and shared her story, and Florida imposed an age limitation on marriage.
The same thing for Arizona.
In also Arizona before this happened, and certainly even now, but certainly in places like Utah, you have polygamous communities.
While all states currently ban polygamy, Utah decriminalized polygamy, and they haven't had any criminal prosecution or any prosecution in the last 49 years.
There is really no penalty whatsoever for polygamy in Utah, except for something equivalent to a traffic fine.
So it's not criminal anymore in Utah.
It's basically a slap on the wrist with a small fine, perhaps some community service for the worst offenders.
And then they go on and they continue with their polygamous relationships.
Wow.
So in those polygamous relationships where one man might have 12 wives and, you know, 50 children, what happens in these stories are coming out more and more and more.
And there's lots of stories regarding this.
These young girls, 10, 12 years old, They're given to uncles or cousins and they're being forced to enter into a polygamous marriage without their consent.
They're forced into that until, again, they reach the age of majority when they can ultimately flee those situations.
So here's what will happen.
It takes away states' rights well beyond same-sex marriage.
So one of these states like California, if they have one of these kinds of child bride marriages, If that child bride marriage was to move now to Florida, Florida would say, no, we don't recognize that marriage.
We've made a policy decision against that years ago through our legislature.
But now under H.R.
8404, that means California can export these child bride marriages across the country.
Now you also talk, we also mentioned about polygamy.
We mentioned that Utah, it's just a slap on the wrist.
When we first talked about the loophole in this particular bill that opens up the door for being polygamy nationwide, some people said, oh, that's just exaggeration.
Well, just last week, Wednesday, Senators Tammy Baldwin, a Democrat from Wisconsin, and Susan Collins, a Republican from Maine, in order to get more Republican votes, they have now acknowledged that there is a, quote, drafting error, close quote, in the bill That opens the door for polygamy.
Believe me, this is no drafting error.
It is intentional.
It's always been there.
Export Selection
