And now, here is your host, Mike Lindell.
Hello, everybody.
Welcome to the Lindale Report, and we're new tonight with Rumble, everybody.
We are on Rumble, True Social, and I talked to everyone at Rumble last week, and you guys, I'm going to explain tonight how important it is that all these new platforms that have sprung out of what I'm going to talk about tonight and how important they are, our communication.
This is going to be the The first part of this show, the first 35 minutes of this show is gonna be what brought us here and how important it is.
Now, I have my show every night at 6 p.m.
here on the Lindale Report on Frank's Speech, and we're gonna be going from Rumble.
I haven't used this Rumble account.
Now, it's brand new to me.
We're gonna be doing it every day.
I'm gonna be posting stuff.
We've gotta communicate over at Truth Social.
You can't think of any better three platforms.
And so I'm going to bring us here.
I'm going to start, I'm going to tell you a little bit what I was before this happened.
So many, I think people, well, I know so many millions of us have all of a sudden, because we want this checked out or we believe in this, all of a sudden we're censored, canceled, or we're pretty much a conspiracy theory or a bad person.
Well, they, As you all know, my story is the American Dream on steroids.
And I want to show, before the 2020 election, or actually even before 2016, I had never even voted before.
I hadn't voted.
I didn't think politics was somebody else's problem, especially voting machines.
I didn't even know how elections were done.
I didn't know anything about anything like that.
But I'll tell you what I did know.
I knew where I'd come from, and I knew the American dream.
And I want to show you, yesterday, we did our parade in my hometown, Carver, Minnesota.
Incidentally, also where MyPillow was founded, or where I invented MyPillow.
But I want to show that parade to everyone.
And it's just, we've done this for years and years now.
And I just showed you, myself and the town hasn't changed.
I haven't changed.
What's changed is, Where we're at as a country and as in politics and in media, we're going to talk about media tonight.
Remember back in the day, I was the media's darling and all of a sudden now it's like, you know, let's attack.
I was just on the phone today with the New York Times.
They finally called me.
It's been a complete silence for about the last month since the Moment of Truth Summit and they called today.
But we're going to come all the way forward to that as to Why did the New York Times call me today?
And the Washington Post just did a big article yesterday.
We're going to go through that.
But for now, I want to show you a little bit.
Brandon or Logan, do you have the parade?
I want to show my hometown parade yesterday.
Hello everybody.
We're here in my hometown of Carver, Minnesota.
We're about ready to do the Carver Parade.
We've been doing it for years.
We're giving out.
We're throwing out for all the kids and the adults.
These are all the Go Anywhere pillows with Bible scenes on them.
We have Noah's Ark, Joan and the Whale.
We've got Daniel and the Lion standing.
And then we've got regular.
Regular?
Yeah, yeah, regular.
And then when they come with verses, they're all going to come with a Bible verse.
Trust in the Lord with all your heart, lean on your own understanding, and always acknowledge Him, and He will direct your paths.
Proverbs 3, 5, 6.
And we're giving out $10 gift cards today too.
Let's go.
Yay, Priscilla!
Yay!
Yay, Priscilla!
Yay!
I want my door, I want my door, I want my door.
I want my door, I want my door, I want my door.
I want my door now, I see.
But that's America.
We're not a divided country.
This is this regime that's in there, whatever is going on with the Uniparty, the Deep State, the China, everything.
We've skipped right over socialism to communism.
That's what's come into our country.
And that's why we have to get rid of these electronic voting machines.
But yeah, I just wanted to show you all that because my life changed It changed in 2016 when I first met Donald Trump in August of 2016.
I didn't change, the media changed.
I came back to Minnesota after a private meeting with him, and we had a meeting.
He says, Mike, you make your stuff here in the US?
He says, I want to bring the manufacturing back.
And remember, this was August 15th of 2016.
I want to bring the manufacturing back.
And then we talked about, I said, I used to be an ex-addict and he said, I want to stop the drugs flowing in through the Southern border.
And, uh, but it was just a businessman type of meeting where I'm going, wow, this he's, that just makes sense.
Problem solution and knowing what it would manifest to.
Well, I got back to Minnesota and a lot of, you know, this story, I, I went and did a press release and said, Hey, um, I, I talked to, uh, I met with, uh, Donald Canada, Donald Trump, and, uh, And I wanted to put, didn't even tell him what we talked about.
And the media, which I was the media's darling, you know, you know, everything I, everything I did, like how many more people are you hiring, Mike?
How many, you know, how many more pillows have you sold?
All of a sudden they attacked me.
They called me a racist.
They called me, I mean, a drug dealer.
I, even though I was a drug user, they're calling me all these things that I never did in my life.
And, and, uh, just attacking me relentlessly.
And all I did was have a meeting with a guy that I believed in, but that's when it changed.
The Better Business Bureau attacked and took us from an A plus to an F at MyPillow.
That was the first attacks back then.
At least we had some training, but I'm going to bring it up to now, but I'm going to tell you all this, that this is where we're at.
The 2020 election is going to go down as one of the most important elections in history, if not the most important.
And why is that?
It's because of everything that's happening, the things that we have found out, the stuff that, the evil that's shown its ugly face in all platforms.
You look at Suckabuck's Facebook and Twitter and all these platforms, and that goes back to two very important dates.
January 7th and 8th of 2021, everybody, 1.2 million Americans, and actually others around the world, were canceled.
They were canceled by YouTube, Vimeo, Suckabucks Facebook, Twitter, Google, Apple.
I mean, just all kinds of people that were canceled on platforms.
And all they did was they spoke at churches were canceled, but people, they tried to take our voice.
They tried to take our voice.
Okay.
I compare it when I was growing up, but I've said this comparison before, when you have a TV, The old-fashioned black and white TVs, and you turned them off as kids, and they'd shrink down to this little tiny dot, and you would turn it back on before the dot went out, and it would all come back to life.
Well, that's where we were on the January 7th and 8th.
And the people that didn't get canceled, everybody else was in fear to even speak up about the election, or anything to do with the election.
I call it a divine appointment.
One of the biggest that I've ever had in my life was on January 9th.
On January 9th, I was given by Brandon House and Mary Fanning, a guy, they told me a name, Dennis Montgomery, and they gave me this evidence that showed that he had all, it took basically a movie of the whole election from, of the whole 2020 election.
So here I'm handed this evidence on January 9th, 2021.
And I've never let up since.
I'm out there, I'm going, hey, we have this.
We need to fix this.
We need to fix this.
And I was attacked, attacked, attacked.
Then a significant thing happened on February 4th, everybody, of 2021.
Something very important happened that day.
And what it was, was it changed my life forever.
And it changed a lot of you out there forever.
Smartmatic sued Fox News.
And everyone said, well, why does that affect us all?
Well, if everybody remembers, absolute proof was coming out on February 5th.
Okay, the impeachment trials were four days later.
When we did, we had done the whole month prior to that, everybody, the media attacked me relentlessly.
Mike Lindell, my pillow got lost, four more retailers, Bed, Bath & Beyond, Kohl's, Costco, But as they were attacking me, I would say, just to get the word out, I would say, did you hear about China?
Did you hear about our election?
Do you hear about the machines?
Do you hear about these machines?
But I was able to use that media to at least get the word out.
Now, one of the things is, what I always say to people is, back then, And you all remember at Newsmax where the guy took his microphone and ripped it off and left the stage because my Twitter account, or left the camera because my Twitter account had been taken, or had been de-platformed.
They took away my Twitter.
Then they took away my pillow sweater.
Well, when they did that, all of the media's going, all the conservative media, Salem Media, Fox News, Newsmax, all of them, Anyone, they'd be over there going, Mike Lindell got canceled.
Mike Lindell got canceled by his, look what Costco did.
Look what Bed, Bath & Beyond did.
Buy more pillows.
Well, that was great, but you know what?
That helped support this over here, the company.
But what they did is they wouldn't let me come on their shows to say why I was canceled.
Everyone needs to understand that.
I was not allowed to go on any of them to show why I was canceled.
One of the last ones was Newsmax, when that guy pulled his microphone off, because he brings me on.
He says, Mike, you lost your Twitter account.
Boy, how does that hurt your company?
I said, did you hear about China?
Did you hear about these machines?
Did you hear about these electronic voting machines, these algorithms?
And I'm saying that, and it was shut down.
But when Smartmatic sued Fox on February 4th of 2021, everybody, it was over.
Since that day, no one has been able to go on any media, from CNN, MSNBC, for sure not Fox, Newsmax, Salem Media, any media out there, and talk about genes.
Talk about companies, Dominion, Smartmatic, ES&S.
Talk about these companies, or these algorithms, or these things that happened in our election.
Elections, I'm gonna say.
So you couldn't talk about it.
And then even recently, as you all know, even Fox and Newsmax wouldn't even let you hear about 2,000 meals, which was government cameras taking pictures or movies of people committing felonies.
And they're going, oh no, we're not going to have you on to talk about this.
I mean, it's disgusting, but this is where the media is at.
And what happened then, if everybody remembers on February 4th of 2021, On February 5th, after Smartmatic sued Fox, on February 5th, we dropped Absolute Proof.
We came out with that movie.
Bran and Mary, we'd all put it together, got this movie out.
And February 5th of 2021 at 9 a.m., the movie launched.
Now, I couldn't even buy my own AdWords.
Google, YouTube, Vimeo, they all just, just shut it down.
But because of all of you out there, And because of, actually because of Rumble too, we were on Rumble and they kept us on there.
We were able to get the word out and 150 million people seen that movie in four days.
In four days.
Okay?
It wasn't banned on Rumble.
It wasn't banned on, we had our own, we had set up our own streaming then.
And this was a movie.
And when it came out though, two things happened.
One is, The media went completely silent on me.
I call it going Fox on a person.
Went completely Fox, okay?
No media, not even the bad media would attack me.
Not one word, it was silence.
So that actually, it actually was the birth of Frank's speech.
Because I thought, you know what?
If I don't get a platform where they can, you know, Have my own servers and have my own, to be able to do my own show, like you're seeing right here, where they can take my voice by just not even attacking me.
And that's what they did.
And they did it for almost 20 days.
And as we started to make Frank's Speech, we started putting it together, which took months.
But we put it together pretty fast to at least get the streaming part out.
Now, one of the things, when I was out of the media then, what did I have to do?
I had to ask Dominion to sue me, just to get back in the media.
I figured they couldn't resist.
Finally, Dominion sues me after I talked.
Come on, Dominion, sue me, sue me.
Well, the bad media, the fake news media couldn't resist going, Mike Lindell is asking Dominion to sue him, and they had a Dominion guy on there.
It's kind of funny how the media, they love these companies that start with Dominion, Smartmatic, ES&S.
Heart, all these, Diabold, all these companies that nobody's heard of until this election.
They protect them like they're, you know, like they're all related to them, but they attack companies, USA entrepreneurs, and in a USA product like MyPillow, attacking relentlessly.
Well, when after the attack, then I was at attack, attack, attack, and I'm getting to a point here.
So we get Frank's speech up and we have, cause to keep the communication open, And I have this show every day at 6 p.m., Monday through Friday.
Now, we got up to the moment of, or the Cyber Symposium, and here is the media there.
After the Cyber Symposium was a little over a year ago, what did the media do?
They attacked me all the way up to the Cyber Symposium, and they kept bringing up Dennis Montgomery, which I had never even told anybody his name, but they were attacking me.
CNN drilled me for three hours.
Um, did you get this from Dennis Montgomery?
You know, that's, that's disinformation.
If you got it from him, you know, he's, uh, you can't trust that.
You can't trust that.
I'm going, whoever's saying about this Dennis Montgomery, because I had it from multiple sources.
Well, anyway, they, uh, but they can't bring them up.
But then after the cyber symposium, which we could not put out all the information, because I'm sure as you all know, now the case is sitting in Nevada with a gag order on, on the Dennis Montgomery information.
We're gonna have a lot of that for you in the coming week here.
A lot of information on that.
So you can, that's something to look forward to.
It's gonna be a lot of news.
And so anyway, after the cyber symposium, once again, the media went silent for, again, that's the way to silence a voice is just not pay attention, not talk to them, or not attack them.
Or not even acknowledge him.
I felt like a non-person after the cyber symposium.
Almost 20 days went by.
Again, nothing in the media.
Then one horrible little journalist named Zachary, he couldn't resist.
He says, Mike Lindell's failed cyber symposium.
He had to sell his airplane.
As I'm flying around in my airplane, okay?
Well, so then they attack again, attack again.
And now, so remember, there's been, there's two times the media went completely silent.
That's, you know, silencing our voices.
And I consider, by the way, everybody, my platform, God gave me this incredible platform of being with my pillow, being able to be known before this all happens.
I believe if that wouldn't have happened, if God wouldn't have set that up, I wouldn't have a chance because I didn't change.
I've been so open.
I tell it like it is.
I tell who I was, where I've come from.
I speak out about the biggest revival for Jesus Christ there ever is, which we're in right now.
I don't change.
I didn't change.
The media changed their attitude towards me, is what it was, or what they have to this narrative, or whatever, who's ever ordering it up from up above there, or from at the top.
I said to the New York Times guy, I said, Who's the guy up above you that ordered you to now do this hit job today?
You guys, you didn't talk to me for 20 days.
Anyway, so they went completely silent.
Then they attack again.
Now, the third time they went completely silent.
Remember the first time was absolute proof for 20 days.
Then I put a lot of the evidence out there at the cyber symposium.
Again, silence for about 20 days.
Here comes the third time.
The third time comes And last February or so, when the Mesa County report number three came out, which is the Tina Peters, a lot of you that know about that, if you don't know, you can go to frankspeech.com, go down, learn all about it.
She did her job.
She was a county clerk.
She's a gold star mom.
She was a county clerk that had, when Dominion came in and ordered this trusted bill to delete all of, All of the 2020 election illegally, well, she did a backup when they're supposed to do these.
They all did the backups, other commissioners did too, but Tina did her backup.
So the backup showed where it showed before and after.
It showed everything that they had deleted.
In court, they call that spoliation.
If you throw away evidence, you get rid of evidence, you have to assume the worst.
When we already know what the worst was, the worst was it shows the elections.
Not just the 2020 election, but another election in 2021 in Mesa County that was completely manipulated with the machines and put votes flipped.
100% it shows that, and we have it posted right on frankspeech.com here, or at the app, Frank Speech.
Now, so when this came out in February, once again, the media went completely silent, everybody.
Completely silent.
That was almost a month, maybe longer.
No, no.
And I'll sit, and you guys, I'll call up Jim Acosta.
I have every single reporter's number on this phone, from the New York Times to Politico to CNN, MSNB.
I got them all.
All the reporters, they're right here.
I could dial them up right now.
None of them would have the courage to answer.
Not one.
They're not going to answer.
But boy, when they want to attack or they want something, they'll call me up.
Yeah, we're doing, like today with the New York Times.
Mike, we're doing a piece on the cause of America.
That seems to be their attack lately.
I go, hey, did you know about these machines to get rid of them?
Well, no, my piece isn't about that.
It's about the cause of America.
We're attacking them today.
So unless they have orders to go on attack, they don't answer my call.
They don't text me.
They don't write.
It's a very lonely out here, you know, waiting to get attacked.
Well, anyway, so they went silent then.
And now, now let's get to this.
Now we get up to the moment of truth summit.
If you all haven't seen that, You need to go to Frank's Speech.
You need to download the app and go to the Moment of Truth Summit, or you can go to themomentoftruthsummit.com and go there.
And we put everything there for this two-day event.
We would non-stop, no commercials.
It was live, everybody, live.
There was no editing.
It was a live event.
All 50 states got up and spoke what happened in their state, what's happening in their state.
Then we had another piece on there.
Clinton Curtis, which was the Democrat that did the first, he did the first algorithms to steal elections.
Clint was on there.
He had been, he set the first ones back in the early 2000s.
He voted for Biden.
I talked him into coming to the event.
I go, this isn't a rally.
This is about getting rid of these electronic voting machines forever in our country to save our country.
Help save our country.
That's what I told him.
And Clint, he agreed to come and he got on that stage, if you guys have to see this, and he showed the first algorithm he set up.
He showed how he was, he couldn't get the Republicans.
Remember the Democrats for 18 years fought to get rid of these machines.
We got to get rid of them.
Amy Klobuchar, Kamala Harris, you name it.
Harry Hershey, the old cyber guy that corrupted, now that he's on the side of the fix.
He went up to New Hampshire and deleted all the data cards.
Thanks, Harry.
Nice job.
But you'll get his.
So here you have all these Democrats and now you have Clint Curtis up there.
How did they discredit him?
He voted for Obama.
He said it right on stage.
I mean, he voted for Biden.
I'm sure he did Obama too.
He's a lifelong Democrat, I guess, for at least the last 15, 20 years.
I think he was a Republican originally.
But once again, it doesn't matter what party are in here.
We need to get rid of these electronic voting machines.
But Clint got up there.
And he told his whole story.
And then he said, it was funny because back then he couldn't get the media, couldn't get the Republicans to want to get rid of the machines, even though he went public and passed a lie detector test and say, I did it!
I set these up!
51-49, 51-49.
Back when Bush beat Kerry, he believes it was because of his algorithm.
He had the Netherlands call him up, the Netherlands called him up, you guys, the country and said, Hey, um, we know you set these machines so that you could, um, you know, steal or steal a country.
And we're afraid that we're going to get hacked.
What can we do to, what can we do to prevent this now?
And you know what Clint told him?
He said, throw them into the ocean.
As you all know, I have another solution, melt them down and use them for prison bars.
I like to recycle.
And, uh, you hear that Brad Rasenberger?
And anyway, so Clint said, he tells the Netherlands that, and you know what the Netherlands did, everybody?
It took them five months.
They got rid of every machine in the Netherlands.
They are paper ballots, hand counted, under camera, just like France and many other countries.
And they have elections, not selections.
What a concept.
But now here we are at this moment of truth summit.
This is a month ago, everybody.
Okay.
This guy from the New York Times said there was somebody from the New York Times there.
I didn't see any articles about it.
Did you?
No, absolutely not.
So here's, here's what, and then we had Dennis Montgomery saying that we had the lawyer Kurt Olson get on stage.
We told the whole Dennis Montgomery story.
I said, you know, didn't you guys ever wonder what happened to my 32 terabytes of information from the 2020 election?
Well, there's a government's gag order on it.
So right on stage, I hit the button for the lawsuit out in Nevada to get that released so you all can see it.
We get this opened up and it's over.
All these machine companies, this lawfare goes away.
It's disgusting.
These companies that sued over 200 people and Or sent them threatening letters, citizens that were poll watchers.
They went and got home security system because the one company, Dominion, had done this to them.
Sent them threatening letters like mafia letters.
Usually, you hold your evidence or else.
Ooh.
Or else what?
You're going to sue me for $6 billion?
Like you have me in my pillow?
You know, these are the things that the, it's called lawfare.
It's disgusting.
If that judge in Nevada lifts that, it's over.
Here's the evidence.
Boom.
That's just from one camera angle, though.
You guys have to realize this.
And this is where I'm getting at now.
From one camera angle.
That's the biggest camera angle.
Shows, like, the whole election from the 3rd to the 6th.
Not the whole election.
Those four days where this election was watched.
And Dennis Montgomery's a hero, everybody.
And then what did they do?
They went after him.
He worked for the government.
He did everything for the government.
They turned it on our own people.
And you gotta read that.
You gotta look at the story.
That's gonna be posted up there.
Or go to Frank's speech.
Go to the moment of truth.
And go down there and watch that hour on Dennis Montgomery.
And watch that.
Then we had... So you have those things there.
But you know what?
Come that Monday.
Come that Monday everybody.
I'm going, what's going on?
Oh, no, no.
There was one more thing there.
The big thing.
This is why we're in the second half of the show.
We also talked about, we had experts on the stage and we talked about cast vote records.
Cast vote records.
And remember everybody, I went around this country and I got the election records, which is who registered, who they vote for.
I mean, or how many people, when they voted, who they voted for, and then also, or who the machines totally voted for, and then what the rolls look like a month later.
So I have that for all the states.
It's called a Freedom of Information Act.
You can ask for these things.
Sometimes they charge you.
They charged me in Alabama $40,000.
John Merrill, Secretary of State, $40,000, Mike.
Sure you want them?
Yeah, John, I'll take them.
Corrupt Alabama, yes.
For you, John, absolutely.
I want him behind bars too.
So anyway, a Republican, John Merrill, the Secretary of State's who they've infiltrated.
So now you have these, we asked, we learned this summer about cast vote records, everybody.
The cast vote record is, they told us, showed us on the stage too.
It's the order that the votes come in and it's these votes, it's basically, I believe it's kind of like a movie of the voting, of the whole election.
Kind of like from the inside of the machine.
Remember, these come from the counties and from the Secretary of State's office.
So this is what the machine said happened.
So they can't deny this.
Like right now they're trying to discredit past vote records out there.
You can't discredit them.
It's like one plus one is two.
Whatever the machine is telling you, that's what it is.
It's a download of what the machine said happened.
So let's say you missed out.
I used an example.
The football season started yesterday.
Let's say I missed the game.
Okay?
If I wanted to watch the game, if I wanted to watch it, by the way, I'm from Minnesota.
Yes, the Vikings beat Green Bay.
It's pretty cool.
So, but if I missed that game, I'm going to watch that game and I'm going to see a whole rerun of the game and maybe the important parts, right?
Or the way the scores came in, okay?
It's like a replay of the game.
That's what the cast vote record.
I'm gonna watch this game.
Well, it doesn't change the game.
It's what this is telling you happened during that game, if you believe the machines.
Remember, this is from the machines.
This is from them.
They're saying, here it is, when you request these.
Well, here's what happened.
So we did this request, So we did this request and Walter Doherty and Jeff O'Donnell were on stage and they showed us what cast vote records mean and how it shows 100% if they've been manipulated by computers or the machines, which is one and the same.
So if there's been an algorithm that's been manipulated the vote, where you have selections and not election, that's why you need the cast vote records.
Also everybody, they brought up an Edison report.
All your votes in the United States, this was new to me too, this was new to me too, all the votes in the United States go through a monopoly called Edison in New Jersey.
They all flow through this company called Edison.
Now Edison takes them and he puts them out to all the media.
I was trying to tell this to this New York Times reporter today, I said, I said, why don't you educate people sometimes?
I said, these are facts.
I said, you know, unless you want to make them non-facts and go get crooked Alan Duke to say that, you know, well, that's false information.
But no, they're facts.
They came from the machine.
Then they went through this Edison and they put them out.
That's a fact.
Well, now you can see, did you ever watch on TV, everybody, where all of a sudden you see votes go in negative?
Of course we did.
We've seen it in the 2020 election.
We've seen in the news some recall in California.
We've seen 300 votes go from yes to no.
We've seen thousands of votes in the 2020 election go in the negative.
You're watching CNN or Fox or actually, it doesn't matter which one you're watching, you'd see it goes to the negative because it came through that Edison.
Now, so we can watch in real time elections being taken.
Stole by the machines.
And then if you get those cast vote records, you know 100% that they were machine manipulated.
There's no in between.
You don't have a gray area and go, well, maybe they were half manipulated.
No, it's either they were machined or computer manipulated, or it was an election.
There's no in between.
So these cast vote records are so important.
Well now, so here's what happens.
After that moment of true summit, I get Monday and I go, you know what?
Google did not let me buy AdWords.
They banned me from buying AdWords, so I couldn't get the word out.
We thought, I think a couple million people watched that.
You know, we had RSBN there, a streaming right here from Rumble.
And those went between that and Real America's Voice, Steve Bannon, and then we had Frank Speech.
And they're getting it out over the social media from your true social to your getter.
To your gab, to your clout hub.
And then we had other journalists there that, gateway pun, and different journalists there.
But my point being is, if we didn't have that, they canceled everything else.
There was nothing on Fox or Newsmax or Salem Media.
Nothing.
Or very little on Salem Media.
Very little.
Jenna Ellis was there.
She was there.
But there was very little.
It was like, are you kidding me?
So once again, we have to be the voice.
We have to get our voices together.
That's why you're going to see me on Rumble here.
I'm so, I talked to Chris, the owner of Rumble, and, uh, and, uh, Devin Noonan with True Social.
We've got to, we just got to keep getting the word out, getting our voices bigger.
Everything, as long as there's communication everywhere, you know what?
Let's talk about these things, just like when Clint Curtis and I are going to go around.
I told this to the rotten New York Times reporter that called me.
I said, you know what?
Why don't you call Clinton?
I said, call up him.
We're both going to go to the Democrats and the Republicans, politicians, and say, do you guys really want these machines?
He swears that the Democrats are going to say, no, we haven't wanted them for a long time.
I think I could talk a few of the Republicans into saying, hey, um, do you really want the machine?
You're not going to talk Brad Rasenberger.
That's all he won.
Brad Rasenberger is as crooked as they get.
We have to get the politicians that still have a moral compass.
We have to get them.
And it's through communication, everybody.
Well, let me tell you.
So since the moment of truth summit, do you know that the media has been completely silent on me since that day until About two days ago, what broke it loose, everybody, was a thing called cast vote records.
We did a call to action for you all to go get them before the 22 months was up, which on September 3rd.
Those 22 months were up then, where they could bury that election.
They could delete it.
It's not required to delete it, but they have to keep it for 22 months.
Well, I got news.
You all reached out for those cast vote records, and you know what the media did?
The media started attacking yours truly here, started attacking me, which I enjoy.
Come on, bring it on.
Because, you know, started like in Kentucky, their secretary of state.
Oh yeah.
We're, uh, you know, we've just been overwhelmed here and all these county clerks around the country saying that, you know, Brandon, are you there, Brandon?
Hey, hey Mike.
Yeah.
Why don't you pull up the article?
I'm going to tell everybody.
So the Washington post.
Came out with this article, and I want to tell you, this is how we got back, the Trump backers flood election office with request is 2020 vote Neal, 2022.
I want to tell you what communication can do, everybody.
You all reached out for these cast vote records.
And by the way, everybody, before we go through this, I want to tell you.
97%, we've already got almost a thousand counties, but of the 500, we had Jeff O'Donnell on the other day that we went, that he's went through, 97% were machine manipulated of the 2020 election.
Now you think about that.
Okay, so let's go through here, Brent.
I'm going to get down.
Okay, so what's it saying that all of you out there, you went and you got your 2020 voting, you asked for the 2020 voting records, you asked for these cast vote records.
So go down, Brad, did you go through this?
Go down to where they talk about me if you yellowed it or whatever you did.
Yep, there it is.
So here we go.
Many of those submitting the quest say they are following the call of several leading election deniers allied with Trump, including my fellow founder, Mike Lindell.
Some claim that there's more to be known about voting machine use in the 2020 election, and the data they're requesting will provide one piece of the puzzle.
Skipping down.
Okay, don't go too fast.
Go back there.
I want to tell everyone that.
This guy that wrote this article, there's a shift, you guys.
There is an actual shift.
Of course, he's got to put election deniers He doesn't say conspiracy theorists, you see that's not in there, and it also says...
And the data they are requesting will provide one more piece of the puzzle.
So he's actually leaving the door open there like, you know, uh, gee, because he can't say the cast boat records are not real and are not truthful.
Whatever they say is what they say.
So keep going.
We have nothing.
So you want to go down to the next paragraph?
Yeah.
The latest flood of requests began immediately after Lindale, a prominent Trump LA Exhorted his followers at a mid-August gathering in Springfield, Missouri to obtain copies of what's known as cast vote records from every election office in the country.
Lindell live streamed his moment of true summit on his own social media platforms and got a boost of viewership from Trump advisor Stephen K. Bannon, who broadcast his podcast from the event on both days.
OK, and I'll stop right there.
And also, this is what I'm telling you all.
Also, rumble.
You guys, Rumble here.
I am so proud to be streaming here at Rumble, and we're going to do it all the time.
When I found out, you know, they were there streaming, I think they had RSVN there streaming, and it went everywhere.
You know, these are the platforms we have, you know, and this is why it's so important to keep communicating on these platforms that they can't shut down our sensor.
Go ahead, Brandon, go back to the...
Okay, so we'll skip down and see where it mentions you next.
Lindell, who has spent the past two years spreading unfounded claims that the 2020 presidential election was stolen, said in an interview he learned about cast vote records this summer and soon after began urging people to request them and send him copies so that he could make the case that voting machines should be abolished.
Okay, now you guys, you guys, I want you all to read that or to listen, to absorb that.
They're not saying that to get Donald Trump, like the bots and trolls on Facebook are saying here.
What day is Donald Trump coming back?
What day, Mike?
Is it Monday?
Is it this Monday of this week?
You follow me?
You guys, it doesn't matter if you're a Republican or a Democrat.
The biggest thing of the reveal of the 2020 election that will save this country is to get rid of these voting machines and computers.
It doesn't matter if you're a Republican or a Democrat.
This is for the people.
Now, this is great.
The federal law requires the governments to keep election records for 22 months.
And Lindell said he was trying to obtain as many of the cast vote records as he could before the period expired for the 2020 cycle over the Labor Day weekend.
He said the copies of the records have poured in by the thousands, and they have since he put out this call to action.
These machine companies have played out the clock.
Now this is from me.
These machine companies have played out the clock.
So to speak, Lindell said.
But people can request them and then obviously we can preserve them.
That's what we did, everybody.
Thank you all.
Lindell disputed the claim that the blasted requests are intended to disrupt election offices and question whether administrators were trying to keep information from the public, which they are, and which we got a call for that.
This is to save the country, Lindell said.
They don't want to work.
That's what they're getting paid to do.
I mean, they're getting paid to do this, these election officials.
So I'll tell you what, it's almost disgusting that they've, what does it say?
Lindell continues to encourage his followers to distribute, to disrupt or distrust the voting process.
Yeah, this isn't, this is, we can't have machines, everybody.
Absolutely cannot have them.
And why are they doing these?
These things here, and I wasn't saying that the irony of Lyndon wanted to cast vote records, he could have just as well put in a request to get them.
They don't do that.
They put out this call to action for people to do it.
People know their own counties, Brandon, and here's why I did this.
Here's what I told this New York Times reporter.
Hopefully he'll write an article like this, too.
If you know your county, he goes, well, what are you going to do with these cast vote records?
I said, well, we're going through them and we're going to post them.
Like, let's say it's my county.
We will post if my county was compromised by the machines and computers in the 2020 election and in primaries or in maybe other elections, if we have the cast vote records.
Because it's 100% proof.
Here it is.
We're going to show it.
Then we're going to allow the people to access our database where they can go, wow, this many people voted in our county that don't live in our county.
That's called a felony.
But they didn't do it, Brandon, because 4,000 people didn't do it in my county, of which maybe 500 are deceased.
But they just used their names.
So that's a crime committed by a computer Or by someone that programmed the computer.
So now you bring this to your sheriff, and you go, hey sheriff, who has the most power, you go, we want to get rid of these machines.
There was a crime committed.
Can you look into it?
And he can say to the county commissioner, the machine's got to go.
Paper ballots, hand counted.
And now we have, I guess, I don't want to take up what I wanted to do tonight, everybody.
So there's two things here.
One is the importance of communication.
I'm going to be Monday through Friday at 6pm.
I'm going to welcome all the Rumble people.
I mean, I just can't say enough great things about Rumble.
Other than I wish I would have got here sooner.
I'm going, wow!
I guess I've been so busy spending 18 hours a day trying to keep our voice alive here at Frank's Beach, our media alive at LyndaleTV.
Um, we just haven't, you know, trying to spread that, you know, spread that word that way.
This is too important.
We need to spread it.
We need to spread it much broader because if you can have all the evidence in the world, but if nobody reports or not, I mean, if nobody's going to listen because you have Fox over there saying nothing and a Newsmax saying nothing and all the bad media, all they do is attack.
Like this guy, the New York Times today, attacking the cause of America.
I go, don't you care about your country?
I give him an hour-long speech plan and finally he had to say he had to go take care of his kids.
I go, yeah, Jim McOsker always tells me an excuse to and so do the rest of them.
They get tired.
He goes, well, you have time tomorrow?
I go, I got all day tomorrow for you.
But one of the things they did in this article, they tried to say the cast vote records are not important.
And we've got Walter Doherty on.
Do we have him on here?
We do.
We have a video, too, as well, to play.
Dr. Doherty, welcome to the broadcast.
Do you want to play the video now or a little bit later?
Oh, I think you might need to be unmuted.
Are you muted?
Unmute.
Are you?
All right.
How's that?
That's perfect.
That's perfect.
Perfect.
Do you want to play the video now or later?
Let me just make a comment first and then we'll roll the video.
OK.
Brandon and Mike, great to be back with you.
And Mike, you really deserve a huge amount of credit for stirring people up to get the cast vote records before they disappeared.
And the importance of that we'll talk about in a minute.
But it allows detecting certain kinds of manipulation that can't be detected otherwise.
And that's when you see a pattern.
So a fair election isn't predictable and a predictable election isn't fair.
So when you see a predictable pattern, you know there is manipulation.
Now, as to the article and the counties who say that this is disrupting their operation and it's too much work for them, there's a very simple solution.
And I want to give a shout out to San Francisco County, California, of all places that you would expect When they got a request for their first request for a cast vote record, which is public information, they put the report on the county website.
And now every other request that comes in, they just say, please see the link on the county website.
Once and done.
What a hall of fame.
San Francisco County, California, I salute you.
Now on the other side of the room, there's the wall of shame.
So we have county states like Alabama and Utah that we don't have a single county that has supplied the cast vote record.
Wow.
And everybody, have I brought up Alabama?
You can blame one person down there.
It rhymes with John Merrill, the terrible secretary of state of the state of Alabama.
He is a liar.
He's crooked.
And I know him, so I can say that.
I would not badmouth the guy and say these things if I didn't know this.
John, shame on you.
Why don't you come clean, John?
Save your state of Alabama from these corrupt voting machines that you've blocked so many times, and all your ties to China.
Alabama doesn't surprise me at all.
Neither does Utah, because as you know, in Utah, everybody, they don't have same-day voting.
It's all mail-in.
That's like pure crime, I think I called it.
Walter, you're going to see stuff there.
It would be, what if there wasn't any day voting?
What if it was all mail-in?
That's why they don't want to give you that, I'm sure.
They're going to go, oh wow, they're really going to see a pattern, right?
Right.
So the video that we're going to watch now, what I did was just put together the points that apply to all elections all across the country, for that matter, all across the world.
So after the fall of communism in Eastern Europe, we went into a lot of those countries and said, would you like us to help you set up fair elections?
Here's what you need to do.
You need to have transparency, accuracy, accountability.
What a wonderful idea.
Why don't we do that in United States elections too?
So let's take a look at the video and then whatever questions you have I'll be glad to discuss.
Why voting machines must go.
Voting machines must go because they are not transparent.
Compare that to counting paper ballots.
With paper ballots, one ballot at a time is removed from the box, examined by the clerk in the presence of observers and election judges from both parties, and the contests recorded.
But with voting machines, votes go in and numbers come out and you have no idea what happened in between.
Was the vote counted?
Ignored?
Flipped?
Deleted?
You have no idea.
But numbers do come out of the machine.
That's not transparent.
So voting machines must go because they are not transparent.
Voting machines must go because they are not accurate.
Over and over again, we've seen voting machines accept and count counterfeit ballots.
In Maricopa County, Arizona, it was ballots which were not on the required special paper, the 80 or 100 pound stock from Roland Printer in Canada called Vote Secure Paper with an embedded ghost tagant.
But even ballots which were not on this required special paper were accepted and counted anyway.
In Alabama, it was machines just like those in Pima County, Arizona, which accepted and counted Xeroxed ballots.
So voting machines must go because they are not accurate.
Voting machines must go because they are not accountable.
To my knowledge, there has never been an independent review of voting machine source code in this country.
The Libertarian Party in North Carolina did exercise their legal right to have their computer expert review the voting machine source code.
But to date, the State Board of Elections there has not made it possible for him to do so.
So voting machines must go, because they are not accountable.
Voting machines must go because their hardware is vulnerable.
Voting machines are basically computers.
And most, if not all, computer hardware is made in China.
The Department of Defense has found hardware spying devices on PC motherboards, keyboards, network connectors, etc.
So voting machines must go because their hardware is vulnerable.
Voting machines must go because their software is vulnerable.
Arizona voting machines use Windows 10, but minus all the critical security patches and other patches which Microsoft issues monthly.
Arizona voting machines also do not have up-to-date antivirus definitions.
So voting machines must go because their software is vulnerable.
Voting machines must go because their network is vulnerable.
Because CIS requires that they be allowed to connect from the Internet through the firewall into the local network, the voting machines on the local network are vulnerable.
Also, many voting machines contain Wi-Fi or Bluetooth or wireless modems which connect to outside networks.
So voting machines must go because their network is vulnerable.
And for all these reasons, that is why voting machines must go.
Excellent.
Yeah, excellent.
You say that, and I want everybody to realize it's all voting machines.
When I was down in Louisiana at a hearing, and all the machine companies, or most of them, were there.
Dominion was there.
They got just hammered with all their vulnerabilities.
Then ES&S got up there, and they acted like they're the hometown boys.
We are ES&S.
We are out of Omaha, Nebraska.
Well, good for you, Special K. You're crooked as all get out.
I'll tell you what they did down there.
They broke antitrust laws a few years ago and sold Diabold to Dominion.
Okay?
But I want to say this.
What ES&S did, he did say something from that stage, Walter, that actually was not a lie.
They asked him straight out, are your machines vulnerable?
And you know what he said?
All machines are vulnerable.
He said, from all your, from your voting machines to your cell phones.
In fact, I went, Hey, Tim Cook, are you listening in?
You know?
And, um, so, you know, you, you, you put a great list.
There are these six things that they, uh, um, if people, I think what they've tried to do, the media has tried to do.
Oh, you're, they're not all on the internet.
Mine aren't on the internet.
You know, a lot of these clerks and you've worked with a lot of them probably with the, these County clerks.
They get all, you know, defensive, going, I'm the best clerk ever, you know, we don't have internet here, mine aren't on the internet.
Who cares if they're on the internet?
They give us the cast vote records and we'll show you that, yes, yours was manipulated.
Like you say, they can have modems, they can have preset algorithms.
In your experience, it can be any one of those things, correct, or what?
Yes, that's right.
And the main point is that the machines aren't trustworthy.
So this is one of the key things to come out of the Mesa County, Colorado investigation that you had the movie on and the presentation at the Moment of Truth Summit.
And that, to my knowledge, is the first time that we actually got to look inside a voting machine after an election because of the backup that was made.
And that Mesa County report number three shows that after about a fourth of the votes were counted, a second set of databases was created.
Some, but not all ballots were copied to the new database.
And then the final results did not have a proper chain of custody for 5,567 of the ballots.
of the ballots.
And in looking at other counties across the country, the 25% mark seems to be a common
adjustment point.
So it's almost as though someone was predicting the outcome.
We expect, let's say in a particular county, 100,000 votes.
So after 25,000 votes have been counted, let's see how it's going.
And if it's going the way we want it to go, then carry on.
If not, then make some adjustment.
And one of those adjustments was about the 25% mark in Colorado, and it also was in Arizona.
So we don't have time to pull up all of the graphs, but Brandon, if you or Logan can get the Alabama Declaration, page six.
there's a a red graph there that illustrates a lot of this okay
you know you're right on time If we run out of time, Walter, can we have you on for part two of this tomorrow night?
Would you be able to come back on the show?
Yes, absolutely.
I'd be happy to come back.
Because I want people to understand not only how Cassville records are 100% proof machine manipulation, but I also want them to understand the Mesa County report number three.
We have it posted here on Frank Speech.
We have what they deleted, everybody.
We actually have What's inside a machine, what they've been hiding all along.
If there was nothing there, I will tell you this, Walter, if you guys would have found nothing, I would have reported that there was nothing.
We found one machine, we need to get it, I would have kept trying to get into more, but we didn't have to go even past the first one.
The first one was, whoa, look it, it's just what we expected.
Is this the one you're looking for?
Is this the chart, doctor?
That's the one.
Okay.
Okay.
Take a look at this graph.
This is the cumulative cast vote record.
So basically, on the horizontal axis, it's the order that the votes were counted.
So you start at the left when they began the count, and then the right edge of this particular graph stops at election day.
So we're looking at mail-in ballots and early in-person voting.
So after the pink dots at the far left, Which fluctuate quite a bit because a small number of votes have been counted so far.
It settles down pretty quickly to a ratio, a little over three to one.
So if you round it off three to one, what that means is there were three Biden votes for every one Trump vote, or another way of saying it, that Biden got three out of four votes or 75%.
Then there's that peak up, valley down, peak up.
And then it's almost a straight line all the way to the election day, but there's a little hiccup about a fourth of the way through.
And when we come back, well, let's see if we can scroll on down to page 16.
Now, what do you see about a fourth of the way through?
You see this huge spike that goes way, way up.
So we've been trucking along at 3 to 1, 2.5 to 1 Trump to Biden in successive batches of ballots being counted.
And all of a sudden, here's a batch that's 6.5 to 1.
So what that means is this batch of votes didn't match the pattern of the Batches before and after that.
And interestingly enough, that's consistent with a whistleblower in Bema County, Arizona, who said that votes would be inserted in blocks of a thousand, and this is a block of a thousand.
And that's what caused that little hiccup in the cumulative count of the ratio of Biden to Trump from the cast vote record.
We'll have to continue the rest of the grass tomorrow night, but go ahead and ask me what you want to about this.
So that actually matched the whistleblower's report there.
And I'm going to leave people at that, Walter.
I really want a happy night.
Brandon, I want to get into tomorrow night.
I want to go through, and I want to, you can show us the Castleville records thing, and I also want to talk about that Mesa County report.
I think people, that hasn't gotten enough attention.
Remember, everybody, we have camera angles from every angle.
We have the 32 terabytes from Dennis Montgomery waiting for that to get revealed to the government to lift the gag order.
We have inside the machines, which is the Mesa County Report No.
3.
Now we have the cast vote records.
Does that come from inside the machines or that's... I compared it, Walter.
Is that like watching a... If you didn't get to watch a football game yesterday, you watch the replay kind of the highlights or what?
Well, that's right.
This is the detailed report that comes out of the machine.
So the number everybody is interested in is the final count.
So at the end of the election, how many votes did each candidate get?
What the cast vote record allows you to do, since it's a record of every single ballot, is to see how the count and the ratio was progressing through the course of counting all the ballots.
And the reason that it's important is because All of the other logic and accuracy tests, like a risk-limiting audit, only look at the final number.
They don't look at the sequence.
And the cast vote record enables us to look at the sequence.
Right.
And I'll tell you, everybody, we'll talk about the Carrie Lake race, what happened there that she won.
And we will also tell you what you can all do in this upcoming election to do the best we all can do to help out.
And make it an election, not a selection, right?
Walter, we'll see you tomorrow night, and I want to thank everybody on Rumble.
This is our debut here on Rumble for tonight, and thank everybody at True Social.
They're playing it over there, Brandon, and we'll do it every night.
Hopefully every night this week, and hopefully they keep it going if we get a lot of viewers, everybody.

Yeah, maybe it can!
We're going to put Brandon's show umbrella under this, too, and we'll tell you all about that tomorrow night after we want to do a little test tonight, see how it went.
And thank you all for watching, and remember, keep spreading the word.

Tonight on the Worldview Report, more safety problems involving electric cars to report, this time involving some popular Ford Mustang models built in Mexico.
About half of the cars built there are now being recalled.
The Pentagon has been forced to halt delivery of a new U.S.
fighter jet after discovering that its manufacturer, Lockheed Martin, included a metal part made in China.
That's against the rules and a possible national security breach.
And we have a heart-wrenching story of a four-year-old migrant boy abandoned by human traffickers at El Paso border.
And there's an uprising of sorts going on over a gay pride event's inclusion of a child's drag queen show in Boise, Idaho.
Yes, I said Boise, Idaho.
It's the latest in our ongoing coverage of America's children under attack.
All these stories and more as the Worldview Report begins right now.
This is Worldview Report with host, Brandon Howes.
Whether it is news from the nation's capital or your state capital, from the classroom to the boardroom, from national security to national and local news that impacts you and your family, Worldview Report is your trusted source for vital and uncensored news.
And now, here is Brennan House.
Good evening, and welcome to the Worldview Report.
I'm your host, Brandon House.
Breitbart News reports that several electric vehicle makers have announced recalls of their newest cars.
Ford and Rivian are both undergoing fresh recalls, but they have quite a way to go before they catch up to Tesla, which has issued 13 recalls, impacting 2.3 million vehicles.
Barron's reports that both Ford Motor and Rivian Automotive have announced the recall of various electric vehicles.
On Monday, a recall notice for 1,175 Ford Mustang Mach-E electric vehicles was posted on the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration website.
The NHTSA notice says, quote, the right rear axle half shafts may have been manufactured improperly, allowing the half shaft stems to break under load, end quote.
The parts will reportedly be inspected and replaced free of charge for the vehicle owner.
In June, Ford temporarily halted sales of the Mustang Mach-E due to safety concerns.
According to Breitbart, Ford has instructed car dealerships to temporarily halt the sale of its Mustang Mach-E electric vehicle due to a potential safety defect that could render the vehicle immobile.
Ford posted notices to dealerships stating that the potentially affected vehicles include 2021
and 2022 models built from May 27, 2020 through May 24, 2022 at the automaker's plant in Mexico.
According to a Ford spokesperson, almost 49,000 of the roughly 100,000 Mach-Es produced during
that time frame will be part of a recall.
The problem relates to the potential overheating of the car's high-voltage battery main contactors and electrically controlled switch for a power circuit.
The issue can lead to a malfunction, preventing the vehicle from being started or immediately losing power while in motion.
The recall is just the latest in a long line related to electric vehicles, including Tesla cars.
Just the News reports that the Pentagon has halted the delivery of F-35 aircraft from Lockheed Martin Corporation after the manufacturer discovered a metal component used in the fighter jet's engine is coming from China.
The presence of the alloy violates federal defense acquisition rules, according to CNN.
However, the Pentagon says the magnet containing the alloy posed no security issue.
We have confirmed that the magnet does not transmit information or harm the integrity of the aircraft, and there are no performance, quality, safety, or security risks associated with this issue, and flight operations for the F-35 and service fleet will continue as normal."
That's what a Defense Department spokesperson said last Wednesday.
The Pentagon also said Lockheed Martin has already found an alternative source of the alloy for future deliveries, which means the stoppage in deliveries will likely be temporary.
The defense contractor voluntarily reported the noncompliance and a review is underway to determine how it happened.
Lockheed Martin is reportedly scheduled to supply as many as 153 F-35s this year and has so far delivered 88.
El Paso sector Border Patrol agents found a four-year-old migrant boy after human smugglers abandoned him along the
border wall.
all.
Agents found the preschool child by himself with a toy and his parents' contact information.
Breitbart reports that agents patrolling the border near Santa Teresa, New Mexico came across a four-year-old Ecuadorian child standing alone near the border wall.
That's according to a tweet from El Paso sector chief patrol agent Gloria Chavez.
The child is one of nearly 20,000 unaccompanied alien children put across the border by what Chavez called, quote, ruthless smugglers, end quote.
The agents found the little boy holding a toy and carrying his Ecuadorian passport and parents contact information.
That's what Chavez reported.
Officials did not disclose the location of the child's parents or who paid the smugglers to bring him into the U.S.
The number of unofficial migrant encounters obtained by Breitbart Texas show that El Paso sector became the second busiest in the nation in August.
Agents in this sector apprehended just under 30,000 migrants in August alone.
This was part of the nearly 117,000 migrants apprehended by the five Texas-based border patrol sectors that month.
The Del Rio sector remained in first with more than 52,000 apprehensions.
The Rio Grande Valley sector fell into third place with just over 27,000 migrants.
After more than 300 counties turned over their cast vote records from the 2020 presidential election, approximately 95% have shown evidence of machine manipulation.
That's according to lawyers and researchers working with Mike Lindell to analyze the ledgers turned over in recent Freedom of Information Act requests.
Watch this.
You've done approximately three to four hundred counties, and of those counties, You can only find a very small percentage that you know, we're not machine manipulated.
Um, what, what's that percentage or where are you at about on that right now?
Would you say?
Yeah, you know, we're still processing and we find one every now and then, but I think,
you know, the three to five percent is I'm comfortable saying that at most, you know,
so 95% so we can cover 95% that I've looked at.
95% of the counties you look like have been machine manipulated.
Is that a fair statement?
They have shown to me evidence of machine manipulation.
Often it's similar to what I just showed you.
Sometimes it's a little different, but it's still along the same lines.
Kurt Olson!
Kurt Olson!
Are you there?
Kurt Olson, I say guilty!
I say guilty.
They're all guilty.
What I just seen there, Kurt, in that picture, which we can all use, which everybody is, is the different vendors.
The different vendors, the same manipulation.
It doesn't matter if you're ES&S, Hart, Smartmatic, Diebold, Dominion.
They're all the same.
So I, you know, right?
I mean, does that surprise you, Kurt?
Well, I think what this shows that there is evidence of an algorithm that is being used to manipulate the outcome of an election, regardless of the vendor.
And that can be done through many ways, whether it's a remote access, whether it's a script in the software.
You know, those are by which that can be done.
There's one thing I'd like to add and get Jeff's opinion.
But one thing that has struck me, because we have used this analysis in two cases so far.
And another metric that showed manipulation was the fact that the line or the slope was predictable.
In other words, as more batches were processed, that you could tell what the next batch was going to be in terms of the cumulative vote ratio.
So if it started out at 3 to 1, the next batch it might be 2.99, then 2.98, then 2.97, and it would rise up into the final set point at a very predictable level, which means that it is artificially controlled.
You heard Kurt Olson there say that as more batches were processed, the patterns begin to develop, quote, which means that it is artificially controlled, end quote.
Great insights there from a brilliant lawyer, Kurt Olson.
In other news, a New Mexico State District Court judge moved September 6th to bar Cowboys for Trump co-founder Coy Griffin from seeking or holding state or federal office.
Why?
Because he was arrested in connection to the January 6th events at the U.S.
Capitol.
The judge also ordered Griffin to be stripped of his current post as Otero County Commissioner, effective immediately.
Griffin did not commit any violent acts on January 6th, but the judge ruled that his mere presence at the January 6th Capitol protest made him an insurrectionist.
Earlier this year, Griffin was found guilty of trespassing on restricted Capitol grounds and sentenced to 14 days in prison.
Griffin was found not guilty of disorderly conduct.
The judge disqualified Griffin from holding public office under Section 3 of the 14th Amendment, according to his 49-page ruling.
The paper reported that the decision marks the first time since 1869 that a court has disqualified a public official under Section 3 of the 14th Amendment.
And the first time that any court has declared the events of January 6, 2021, an insurrection.
Section 3, also known as the Disqualification Clause, bars any person from holding federal or state office who took a, quote, oath to support the Constitution of the United States, end quote.
As a, quote, officer of any state, end quote, and then, quote, engaged in insurrection or rebellion, end quote, or gave, quote, aid or comfort, end quote, to insurrectionists.
Griffin has been an Artero County Commissioner since January of 2019.
To add insults to injury, after the judge removed Griffin from his local county commissioner's post, Griffin found out that the county attorney had erased all of his votes on the board going back to January 6, 2021.
We'll be right back after this break.

Judge Terry Doherty ruled September 6th that the Biden administration has 21 days to turn over all relevant emails sent by White House Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre and Dr. Anthony Fauci to social media platforms regarding alleged misinformation and the censorship of social media content.
Missouri Attorney General Eric Schmidt and Louisiana Attorney General Jeff Landry are in a lawsuit with Biden officials and the social media giants.
The attorneys general accused the Biden regime of suppressing the constitutionally protected right to free speech on elections, the COVID-19 lab leak theory, coronavirus-related lockdowns, and other issues.
Jim Hoft, co-owner of the Gateway Pundit, is also a plaintiff in the lawsuit filed by the state of Missouri.
The lawsuit alleges that the public statements, emails, and recently released documents establish that the President of the United States and senior administration officials violated the First Amendment by directing social media companies to censor viewpoints that conflict with the government's messaging on COVID-19 and election integrity concerns related to the 2020 presidential election.
If proven true, This would be a direct assault on the First Amendment.
The Boise, Idaho Pride Festival is facing some fierce backlash over its decision to include a children's drag queen show.
According to a description of the event, the show will include children between the ages of 11 to 18.
And look at the sponsors.
You've got Citibank, Wells Fargo, Target, Hewlett-Packard, Fred Meyers, Blue Cross of Idaho, Boise Weekly, Mike's Hard Lemonade, Hotbox, oh yes, all kinds of nice upstanding companies lining up to support this event where they'll have grown men running around with barely anything on with preteens.
I can hear boycott bells ringing as we speak.
KTVB-TV, the local ABC affiliate, reported this as follows.
A drag show for kids, an event at the Boise Pride Festival, has sparked backlash from the Republican Party and far-right groups calling it inappropriate.
But children expressing themselves and their identities is empowering and builds confidence, says Boise Pride.
The Drag Show for Kids, which is separate from the other drag performances, is scheduled to take place on Sunday at the Boise Pride Festival.
The attention surrounding the event began on social media, with far-right groups calling to protest the event.
One post included a picture of a gun saying, quote, can't expect God to do all the work, end quote.
With a message to others, quote, Sunday 9-11-2022, time to start at the Fred Meyer Pride Parade, end quote.
Boise Police Department was made aware of these comments.
Pride is also increasing their security at the event this year.
So notice how the local TV station characterizes parents opposed to this trash as far-right.
Do you really have to be far-right to believe that it's just plain wrong to throw children into the laps of nearly naked adult entertainers?
This is exactly why the mainstream media has lost so much credibility and Americans are flocking to alternative media sources like this one for their information.
Idaho Republican Party Chairwoman Dorothy Moon released a statement blasting the event and its sponsors.
Quote, Boise Mayor McLean campaigned as a moderate, but she has governed like her radical colleagues in Seattle and Portland.
It's no wonder that she's now put Boise in the middle of a national firestorm over the sexualization of children.
To be clear, this is no sleight of hand or political wordsmithing.
Idaho's Democrat Party believes it is not only okay, but laudable, to encourage children to engage in public displays of sexuality.
For those who have been following the radicalization of the Democrat Party, this should come as no surprise.
What is surprising is to see who is financing this attack on Idaho's children.
Out-of-state companies promise to bring investment and jobs to Idaho.
Instead, they're financing the sexualization of our children and the perverse idea that children should engage in sexual performances with adult entertainers.
I call on all concerned Idahoans and the lobbying groups that represent many of these out-of-state businesses who seek tax benefits and subsidies from our legislators, including IACI, to disavow this attack on Idaho's children and to invest their sponsorship dollars in the Boise Rescue Mission that serves families, women fleeing abuse, and disadvantaged children.
Children should be given the chance to live out a childhood free from violence, hunger, and the sexual appetites of adults."
We have another tragedy to report as part of our ongoing series about young, often super fit, people dying suddenly and unexpectedly since the rollout of the COVID jabs.
This time, it's a college football player in Arkansas who suddenly collapsed over the Labor Day weekend and died a short time later.
He was only 21 years old.
In a message shared on Twitter Sunday from the official account of Ochita Baptist University, the school announced the heartbreaking news that Clark Yarborough had tragically died.
No other details about a cause of the defensive lineman's death have been released.
A message on the school's website explained that, quote, Yarborough died Sunday morning, September 4th, following a sudden collapse, end quote.
He received immediate emergency assistance and was then transported to Baptist Health Medical Center in Arkadelphia, where, sadly, he was pronounced dead a short time later.
The lengthy article on the school website never even broached the question of why this stellar athlete could have collapsed and died so suddenly.
This is not uncommon.
The vast majority of the cases we have reported on are accompanied by very similar articles, which describe the suddenness of the death, followed by quotes from his friends, coaches, teachers saying how they will miss him.
And that's it.
End of story.
Dr. Peter McCullough, the renowned cardiologist and epidemiologist from Baylor University, said that the best way to handle these cases from now on is to assume the worst if the deceased parent's family remains silent.
Listen to what he said in a recent interview I conducted on my show, Brandon House Live.
Yeah, I would say that these deaths are due to the vaccine until proven otherwise.
And every time the family will not come out and say it's not due to the vaccine, I think we should assume that it is due to the vaccine.
The VAERS system showed that, uh, you know, it was relatively immediate that of the spontaneous cases that were kind of reported to VAERS.
It happened within a few days, certainly within 30 days.
Now data are coming out from insurance companies and other sources.
And on Steve Kirsch's, uh, sub stack.
It looks like the average time from taking an injection to dying is about four to five months.
Like in this boy, as an example.
And so unless the parents come out and they say, no, they didn't take the vaccine.
Uh, we should consider it as a vaccine.
I'll give you an example today on my Twitter feed.
There was a boy that had very huge blood clots removed.
And, uh, you know, uh, myself and others tweeted that, listen, if this is the vaccine, you should know the lot numbers and everything else.
And the parents immediately tweeted, say he didn't take the vaccine.
He didn't have COVID.
He's got a congenital vascular problem.
So there it's clear.
Listen, we don't have to worry about the vaccine.
The parents cleared this up, but all these other mystery deaths, it should be thought that it's due to the vaccine until proven otherwise.
There's no other way to operate.
Well, and again, those that don't die, that are suffering from cancer exploding and all these neurological problems, which I know again another extended family member, high school student, got the shot and is now a year later experiencing seizures that are lasting 20-25 minutes.
This is a teenage athletic girl and now she's got a seizure that's happening 20 to 25 minutes.
Her mother sent me a video of it and you know it's it's I mean this is devastating to this girl,
it's devastating to the family and of course I they're trying to find a medical answer and
solution. I mean but these are these are reports we're getting, I know you're getting them,
these are reports we're getting like this regularly all over the country.
Right well seizures have been reported, new onset epilepsy that is really you know either
you know long lasting or permanent.
It's been reported after the vaccines.
There's someone in our circles too that was perfectly fine.
No head trauma, nothing else.
Takes the vaccine and now has new onset seizures requiring medicines.
And that can occur a year later after the shot?
It occur at least several months later for sure.
Uh, so I can tell you that, you know, the window of, of time, And the side effects now is extraordinary.
Pfizer knew about 1,291 new diseases that the vaccines caused within 90 days of release and they didn't pull their product off the market.
Quote, I would say these deaths are due to the vaccine until proven otherwise.
And every time the family will not come out and say it's not due to the vaccine, I think we should assume it is due to the vaccine.
End quote.
That was a very important insight from a man who's been on the forefront of the vaccine data analysis from the very beginning.
Citing terrible financial conditions under the Biden regime, Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg is reportedly laying the groundwork for mass layoffs at his Facebook's parent company, Meta.
Managers, quote, who are unable to get on track, end quote, could lose their job as part of the cuts.
That's what Reuters is reporting.
Zuckerberg is expected to identify employee performance as the reasoning behind the layoffs.
Critics have accused Facebook of, quote, going woke, end quote, by using left-wing fact-checkers to censor conservative voices on the platform.
During a weekly employee meeting, Zuckerberg said, quote, if I had to bet, I'd say that this might be one of the worst downturns that we've seen in recent history, end quote, adding, quote, Realistically, there are probably a bunch of people at the company who shouldn't be here."
He said it was, quote, "...part of my hope by raising expectations and having more aggressive goals and just kind of turning up the heat a little bit is that I think some of you might decide that this place isn't for you and that self-selection is okay with me."
We'll be right back after this break.
Well now it's time for our Nightly Worldview Report commentary, and it has to do with Metaverse.
As per the Western Journal, Zuckerberg's rebranding as Meta was supposed to be a glorious expansion of Facebook, taking it beyond being just a social media platform.
Zuckerberg bragged in October of 2021 that, quote, we are at the beginning of the next chapter for the internet, and it's the next chapter for our company, too.
The next platform will be even more immersive, an embodied internet where you're in the experience, not just looking at it.
We call this the metaverse, and it will touch every product we build, end quote.
But the public thus far has been unimpressed.
Tech company founder Phil Libin went further and described the metaverse as the same kind of lies versus reality that propped up the communist USSR.
I went to first grade in the Soviet Union.
I was subjected to a lot of Soviet propaganda.
And I was told as a little kid repeatedly, communism doesn't exist yet.
We haven't built communism yet.
We're building towards communism.
But it's not communism yet.
What you see around you, this horrible, horrible place, isn't communism.
We're building towards it.
It's going to be great when it gets here.
That's what he was told.
And to Libin, Mehta is offering up the same kind of bait and switch.
He stated that, quote, you know you can smell a bad idea before it's fully built.
So I don't want to hear, oh yeah, the metaverse doesn't exist yet.
No, no, no.
All of this stuff, all this stupid, useless stuff that exists right now, that's not the metaverse.
The metaverse is coming.
It's coming.
Isn't that what we're always told when it comes to any so-called good, radical utopia?
That it's always just a little further down the road?
It's just got to be tweaked.
The right people have to do it.
It's just over the horizon.
Well, that does it for this edition of the Worldview Report.
