How To Get Rich With Credit, The TRUTH About The Bondi Beach Shooters, Rob Reiner Murdered By Son?!
|

Time Text
All right, we're live.
What's up, guys?
Welcome to the stream.
Welcome to the stream.
As you guys know, we're live streaming on all the platforms right now.
We're on YouTube, Rumble, X. We're on the Fresh of Fit channels as well.
Doing something a little bit different.
I think you guys enjoyed the last time when I did a Money Monday.
What's up, guys?
Welcome to that.
Close out some of these tabs.
So, yeah, we got a lot to cover today, guys.
I'm going to kick the show off with obviously Money Monday.
You know, well, Fresh could tell the story later when you guys see him for after hours.
But we do have after hours tonight.
But let's see here.
Anyway, we do have after hours tonight.
So I figured, you know what?
I'll just go ahead and knock out Money Monday real quick.
We're live also on Fresh Fit right now, guys, on Rumble and on YouTube.
As you guys know, the FreshFit channel, pretty much on YouTube, we've turned it basically into like a financial channel almost.
We only cover Money Mondays on there.
And then we also, what was the other thing I was going to say?
Sorry.
And, you know, we'll see what happens if we get reapproved into the YPP.
If we do, then we can go from there.
But for now, it's a financial channel only.
And then all the other stuff goes on Rumble for Fresh and Fit, man.
So if you guys obviously, you know, have been wondering where we've been on YouTube.
We're still here.
It's just that we've pretty much moved the channel essentially, the majority of the content over to Rumble only.
We also stream on KickTube, but we don't promote that as much.
But yeah.
So a bunch of stuff today.
We're going to talk about credit.
Okay.
We're not going to spend too much time, guys.
So get your questions in that while you guys can.
You guys have been asking me to do another Money Monday on here on Myron Gains X, so I'm doing it basically.
And I'm also streaming on Fresh and Fit.
But let me just make sure I'm not missing anything here from chats.
What happened with the rest of the Diddy documentary from Low Red?
It's on party.
Flaming Harris says, you know, you spent the right amount of time around Myron when you hear someone play drill music loudly in a car next to you and you think it's McConnell.
Yeah.
All right, Mario, I'm Aussie and I'm embarrassed for the other day.
I saw you were going to talk about the shooting, but I also understand that things don't always go to plan.
People just think they have the right to complain regardless of the circumstances.
No, a lot of us are all like them, and some of us actually respect your time and don't feel beholden to it.
I appreciate that, bro.
Thank you.
Yeah, yeah, that guy was a weirdo, but it's cool, man.
You know, we're going to cover it today, though, so don't worry.
Definitely going to go into it.
We're going to cover that.
We're going to cover the Rob Reiner murder.
Absolutely nuts.
He got, you know, him and his wife were found.
Murder.
But yeah, I'm not going to spend too much time on the Money Monday.
I'm going to cover a bit of it, guys.
Have a QA.
And then, and then what I'm going to do after that is I'll cut the Fresh and Fit stream streams on Castle Club and YouTube and Rumble.
And then we'll keep Rob.
Well, I could probably keep Calzo Club open.
But yeah, and then I'll, you know, go from there.
But let's see here.
Let me make sure.
Okay.
Okay.
So let's talk about credit.
Okay, guys.
So this is something.
And this is, again, this is like beginners, right?
Like basic stuff.
Because I realize that every time I build up a new audience, get new people and stuff like that, they haven't watched our Money Mondays episodes before.
So I'll kind of go through this.
And also, we got a lot of people on Myron Gains X that have never seen me do financial content, right?
They might have seen me do the minimalism episode a week or two ago, but they've never really seen me talk about credit.
So, you know, a refresher.
So if you guys, you know, I've seen, if you guys understand credit very well, you could still possibly learn something here.
But regardless.
So in the United States, guys, okay, right?
And as well as many other Western countries, credit is extremely important.
Okay.
What is credit?
Credit is basically your, think of it as like a score of your trustworthiness, right?
Your financial responsibility capabilities.
Okay.
How financially responsible are you?
Typically, the higher credit someone has, the more financially responsible they are, right?
And the higher your financial responsibility, i.e. credit score, the more opportunities are afforded to you to get money lent to you that can be used to purchase things, right?
Now, let me be very clear about this, okay?
I know people like Dave Ramsey and others say debt is bad no matter what, right?
And I would say if you're a normie, yes, this is true.
Debt is bad for the average normie, et cetera.
But if you're watching me right now, more than likely you go against the grain on some things or you're on the path to getting there, okay?
People that watch me typically aren't normies.
You seek out this type of information, right, when it comes to improving your dating life, how to be attractive, how the world really works, et cetera.
If you're watching my stuff, I already know you're red pill to some degree, right?
So that applies even with finances.
Now, most Americans are really bad with money.
We know this.
We know even six-figure earners, a majority of them live paycheck to paycheck.
We know a lot of, excuse me, guys.
Running a solo show here.
Okay.
We know a lot of Americans live paycheck to paycheck.
We know a lot of Americans wouldn't be able to cover an emergency $500 to $1,000 expense, right?
We know a lot of Americans don't have savings, et cetera.
I don't want you guys to be that way, right?
But I do think it's important that we understand good debt versus bad debt.
Now, for normies, you watch Dave Ramsey, he's going to tell you all debt is bad, which I understand, right?
Because Kamala gang, which I understand because when you explain finances to people, you got to go off the lowest common denominator.
And since most Americans are fiscally irresponsible, telling that you can acquire debt in one way might mess everything up because they won't understand this.
But I give you guys far more credit than that.
So I'm going to kind of give the difference here, right?
Because I already know just by you guys watching me are not normies.
So you have consumer debt and then you have real estate debt, okay?
When it comes to consumer debt, this is what you would typically assume.
Credit card spending, buying things that aren't necessarily assets, right?
Running up the credit card for random stuff.
Movies, experiences, vacations, clothes, cars, like a bunch of BS, right?
And then you have real estate debt, where you go to a bank, you put down anywhere from 3% to 20% of a home, right?
Down payment.
Say a house is $100,000.
You put somewhere between $3 to $20,000 down, right?
20%.
And the bank gives you the other 20 to 97%, 97% to 20%, depending on what type of loan you're getting.
If it's your first time buying a house, you can get approved for like a 3% to 5% down payment.
If you're a real estate investor, you got to put about 20% down, right?
But the bottom line is that the bank is giving you the majority of the money to purchase the home.
Okay.
Now, let me be explicitly clear about this, because this is extremely important.
Bank of America will give you a loan, right?
to buy a home, but they will give you a loan to buy their stock.
Let that sink in.
Bank of America, or any bank for that matter, will give you a loan to purchase a home instead of their stock.
Why am I telling you this?
I'm telling you this because it goes to show the security at which banks feel to lend you money to buy real estate.
Because real estate, okay, is a tangible asset that typically holds, but more than likely appreciates in value, right?
It's a hard asset.
And fortunately, we only have limited space on earth.
So you have a finite amount of land, right?
Though it is small, that little piece of property that you buy in a grand scheme of things, it is still a part of Earth.
So therefore, it's solid.
If I can break it down in a simple manner.
So if you're able to go ahead and get this loan to purchase this home, that should tell you guys that real estate is a very respected and trusted asset class.
95% or so, or over 90% of millionaires make their first million on real estate.
And I'll tell you guys, I actually didn't know I was a millionaire until like my real estate guy told me.
I'll never forget.
I'm just sitting on the phone talking with him about some other stuff.
He's like, oh, yo, did you know that you, you know, the house is worth this much, this house, blah, blah, blah.
And you're like, wait, what?
And I was like, well, what?
He's like, yeah, yeah.
And then I did the math.
I was like, oh, wow.
Because your net worth is simply, you know, total money you have minus liabilities.
So the houses I had purchased appreciate over time.
And then before you know it, boom, you become a millionaire, right?
Because your house acquiesced in value.
You don't even know.
Then you do an appraisal.
You figured out, oh, wow, okay.
So that house you bought for $100,000 is now worth $200,000.
You gain $100,000, $100,000 in equity.
That can increase your net worth.
And then boom, bring you into the 1M range.
So that's the beauty of real estate.
Also, it's a very good way to hedge against inflation, right?
Protect the buying power of your house.
Because that money that you put into that house, we know that cash is going to lose value thanks to inflation.
We know someone were 2% to 3%, maybe even higher if you look at other charts.
So you putting that money into that house does a better job of protecting that money's value long term because the house appreciates versus if you had just had it in cash, it wouldn't have appreciated.
Okay?
Now, let me bring this back to what I was talking about before.
At the top of this discussion, I told you guys about consumer debt and then real estate debt.
The consumer debt, this is the low IQ debt that you want to avoid.
This is the Gucci, the Fendi, your car payment, experiences, traveling, all this other crap.
This is where most Americans mess up and have a ridiculous amount.
Then you have the good debt, which is the real estate.
Now, the reason why I wanted to have this episode with you guys, right, and give you guys kind of a refresher on this is because a lot of Americans don't understand that in order to build wealth, at least in the most efficient and productive manner possible, you don't want to use your money.
Okay.
You want to borrow money to acquire an asset and control the asset with as much little, with as little money down as you can get away with.
Okay.
It's called leverage.
And if you buy a house, right?
Let's say you have, you buy like a duplex or a triplex.
I'm going to keep easy numbers here, guys.
I know these numbers would never work in the real world, but I'm keeping it very easy.
Let's say you buy a real estate property, right?
You get yourself a duplex.
You put 3% to 5% down.
You live in it for a year, right?
Your tenant is giving you, and you live on one side, your tenant lives on the other side.
Your tenant is either A, paying the mortgage that you pay every month, let's say it's a thousand bucks, or they're paying, or they're covering a majority of it, or they're covering it so much where you pay your mortgage off and you still have a little bit left over.
But the point is that you're living for damn near nothing, right?
You live in a house for a year, maybe two years, three years, whatever you want.
Then you move out, give that unit to someone else, charge them a thousand bucks.
Now that house generates $2,000 for you.
And then you can go ahead and get into another property, like a duplex or a triplex or whatever, put your 3% to 5% down, and do that again, right?
And you could do this up to, I think, four to five times with these FHA loans.
Okay?
So before you know it, if you do this correctly, you just leapfrog from house to house, and then you're going to have yourself a nice little portfolio of some homes, right?
That'll generate revenue for you.
And importantly, not only are you getting the cash flow, you're also getting the appreciation from that house because every year that passes by, that house is going to go up in value, right?
Depending on where you live, it'll go, some areas will scale up higher than others.
But that's typically how it goes.
So the reason why it's so important to have good credit, guys, is because you need good credit to be able to borrow money to buy assets, okay?
Because if you don't have good credit, opportunities just aren't going to come your way.
So having good credit, guys, is critical for creating wealth.
Now, let me be clear because I could already see some people are going to be like, oh, well, Myra and I invest in crypto.
My credit sucks.
Myra and I invest in the stock market.
Blah, blah, blah.
That's cool.
That's cool.
You can do that.
I tell you guys all the time, it's very important to be diversified, right?
It's very important to be diversified.
However, let's be honest here.
The only asset class that's going to pay you money, appreciate over time, and give you enormous tax benefits all in one package is real estate.
Sorry.
So you can absolutely invest in these other asset classes, but they're not going to come close to the amount of value that real estate is going to give you.
And this is why I tell you guys you need to go ahead and get your credit up as high as possible.
Okay.
To be able to procure real estate with good interest rates, right?
A fair down payment and slowly start to build up your portfolio.
Because real estate is by far the most trusted path to building wealth.
It has too many benefits: inflation proof, tax benefits, getting cash flow at the same time, appreciation over time.
No asset class performs better.
Sorry.
You know?
And consistently.
And most importantly, no other asset class can you go ahead and take a loan from the bank to purchase it and use other people's money or OPM.
Now, you guys are probably wondering, okay, Mario, this all sounds all good, et cetera.
How do I start?
Well, I don't have anything to sell you guys.
I'm here to just give you guys some fundamental basics to get yourself in a position where you have a decent credit score and a good credit score so that you can eventually get your first house, your first real estate property, et cetera.
Okay?
So first, what I want you guys to do is to figure out what your credit score is.
Okay?
There's many different websites and services that allow you to track this.
I mean, nowadays, when you get a credit card, almost every credit card has an app that's connected to the card, which will give you the opportunity to look at your FICO score, your experience, Equifax, etc.
Right?
So, first, we got to get a starting point.
What is your credit score?
Right?
I want every single one of you guys to be aiming for a 750, right?
Which will put you very close to or at the excellent range.
And the reason for that is because once you get into that range, you're pretty much going to get the most favorable terms for anything you try to purchase or any type of deal you try to strike, right?
And getting these better deals over time is going to help you out significantly.
Because remember, when you buy a house, you're going to get an interest rate.
All right.
You want the lowest interest rate you can because what's going to happen is the more interest you have, sorry, the lower your interest, the less money you pay over time.
Okay.
When you look at what's called an amortization scale, right?
When you get a 30-year fixed rate loan, sorry, fixed interest rate on a 30-year mortgage for a home, that interest rate stays fixed.
But you realize when you look at that 30-year loan, the majority of the interest is paid up front.
So you really don't start getting into the principal of the house until years later, right?
The better your credit, the better you can try to negotiate to get a good interest rate.
And that interest rate is going to dictate you paying less money over time.
Okay?
Very important.
Also, right, this puts you in a position where you don't have to get predatory loans.
A lot of you guys probably know about hard money lenders, right?
They give you the money fast, little to no background check or very, very limited credit check, but the interest rate is ridiculous.
It's more used for desperate people.
You don't want to be in a situation, guys, where you have to go to these loan sharks to get money.
Okay?
It's a very bad look.
And a lot of these loans are pretty much criminal, if I'm going to be honest with y'all.
And we know why.
But I want you guys to be able to get a conventional fixed interest rate, 30-year, simple home loan and get the best interest rate you possibly can so that you can pay a certain amount overtime and not get destroyed as much by amortization.
Because they always make you pay the interest up front in the beginning of your loan and you don't start paying into the principal until like damn near 10 years later, right?
So, and of course we got some people here that think that they're real estate fucking people.
That's always funny.
I love one like random brokeies trying to tell me how to buy real estate.
Okay, buddy.
Get rid of this.
Here's Frank, guys.
What's up, buddy?
He has his little Santa hat.
Sorry, where was I?
Frank, what do you read?
No, but, but, but.
Rose, chillin'.
So where was I?
Okay, so yeah, you want to get your credit score up, okay?
So that you can go ahead and get the best interest rate, get the best interest rate.
You're not paying as much over time.
Works out for you, more favorable terms, blah, blah, blah.
Cool.
And then also it makes you more, and then also you can shop rates as well, right?
You can shop rates.
It puts you in a position of power where you can kind of, you know, negotiate a bit more for a better interest rate because other banks want to work with you because you've got a high credit score.
Versus when you don't have a good credit score, you have to go to hard-many lenders or banks that give you unfavorable terms.
You don't want that.
You want to be able to get these guys to compete for your business because, like I said before, your credit score is your trustworthiness level.
Your trustworthiness level dictates your ability to be financially responsible, pay loans back, and then that will dictate the type of favorable terms that you can get.
The higher your credit score, the better the terms can be.
Boom.
Now, once you acquire these, so let's talk about how to get your credit score up, right?
So, step one: figure out what your score is.
Okay, once you figure out what your score is.
Oh, one sec, chat.
We got some mouth breathers in the party chat, bro.
Hold on.
Dude, literally says, Myron, you're ignoring BTC because you got scanning the button.
Dude, did you not hear what I said earlier when I said I think people should be diversified and they should get Bitcoin too and crypto?
Dude, I have Bitcoin.
What's wrong with you?
Anyway, what was I?
Okay, so for step one, figure out what your credit score is, right?
Once you figure that out, right, what your credit score is, you got to come up with a plan.
Figure out how much money you owe.
Do you have anything in collections?
That's actually step one.
Make sure you don't have anything in collections, okay?
Because one of the ways, one of the fastest ways to absolutely tank your credit score is by allowing anything to get into collections.
And a lot of the times, you won't even know sometimes.
Let's say you got injured three, four years ago and you went to the hospital, you had an ambulance, right?
And you just forgot about it.
You didn't pay.
That could stick on your record and then that can ding you.
Or if you've had an eviction, or if you ever filed for a bankruptcy, then you're really cooked.
But you guys get the idea.
Sometimes things will go into collections that you don't even know about, right?
You're like, wait, what?
I remember what happened one time to me.
Literally, guys, literally, I just had to deal with this.
So I'm going through my credit score, right?
And I noticed it dropped off like 50, 60 points.
I was like, wait, what?
So I go and I look, and it says that I hadn't paid a mortgage on a house.
It was like 30 days past whatever.
And I was like, wait, what?
I matched up the loan number on the house.
I matched up the mortgage number, figured out which house it was.
As you guys know, I have like 20-something properties, right?
So I have to figure out which one it was.
And I was like, wait, what?
And I went and I looked and I was like, wait, I've been paying this thing.
What are these guys talking about?
Here's the problem.
When I bought the house, I got one lender that was responsible for the loan.
That lender sold that loan to another bank.
This happens all the time.
You'll buy a house, you'll have a loan with a certain bank.
That bank will sell that loan or that, yeah, basically that loan to another bank, and then they take over collecting the money from you.
So what ended up happening was this bank that I had been paying transferred the loan to another lender.
So I was able to contact them and kind of, you know, get this thing fixed because I was paying, but it wasn't reporting properly to the credit bureaus.
And then, bam, my credit score shot up like significantly.
Let me see.
I'll literally show y'all.
Let me, I walk it like I talk it, man.
Let me pull this up for you guys.
I'll hide any info that'll make me look crazy.
But, Well, personally, if I mean, I'm pulling it up for you guys right now.
And, guys, get your chats in, by the way, please.
Get your chats in if you guys got questions on this.
Okay, here's my credit score right now, ninjas.
Y'all see that?
So, 834, right?
Let me show y'all when I had this number crash trying to see if I could find it because it has a chart of your score over time.
I'm trying to pull it up for you guys so I can and by the way, guys, the max is 850.
Okay.
So, yeah, I think I can share everything on the screen.
So, look, you can see it right there, right?
834, right?
No cap.
You guys can see that right there.
It works, whatever, right?
Then, this is what affects.
See that list right there, guys?
Payment history, amount of debt, okay?
Um, length of credit history, amount of new credit, and then credit mix, right?
So, the number one thing here, guys, is payment history.
All right, accounts of late payments for 30 plus days, zero because I always pay my stuff on time.
Now, what happened was this mortgage company reported that I paid late.
That dinged my credit like 50 points.
So, I contacted them and the other lender and told them, Hey, fix this between you guys because I paid you, but the guy that you bought the loan from didn't report that you guys took over the loan.
So, I basically got a hold of both companies and got them to fix that because there was no late payment because I was paying the other lender that had just purchased the loan from the prior lender.
Does that make sense, chat?
Give me once if that makes sense.
Give me once if that makes sense.
All right, cool.
So, that's what I did.
Got that handled, contacted them, and I was able to get that square away.
But what's the lesson from this?
There's a lesson to be had here, guys.
The lesson is simply this: you must monitor your credit.
If you don't monitor your credit, things can happen.
No one is impervious to the BS, and there might be debts that you weren't even aware of that you had, or bills that went into collections that you didn't know that's dragging your credit score down 50, 100, 200, 300 points.
Okay.
And late payments is one of the fastest ways to mess that up.
Okay.
Figure out if you have anything in collections and pay those off first.
And you're going to notice your credit score is going to shoot up immediately.
Okay.
So, number one, pay off any debt that you might have that's in collections, especially, because that's dinging you the hardest.
You can call these debt collectors because typically, once you a company can't get a hold of you or can't get your money, they sell your debt to another company, another third party.
Then that third party, they're contacting you trying to get paid.
Every time you get those phone calls, like, hey, you got debt, blah, blah, blah.
More than likely, that debt that they're holding right there, they bought it from another company.
Okay?
And now they're trying to collect because they have the resources to collect.
You go to a hospital, you don't pay the hospital.
Now, this one ain't going to sit there and try to chase you down for $1,000.
They're going to just sell the debt to a debt collector.
That collector is going to buy the debt from them.
Then they're going to go ahead and harass you to get the money.
Now, here's the other thing, too.
If you do have something in collections and you're, you know, you want to get your credit score up, you could contact these collectors a lot of the times and offer to get on a payment plan, offer to pay a portion of it, et cetera, and work with them.
And that will help you significantly increase your credit score, right?
You'd be surprised at how much that will help you.
Now, assuming you don't have anything in collections, thank God, you want to make sure you're always making on-time payments.
As you guys saw with my credit score, right?
The number one thing that matters the most is on-time payments.
Okay.
Then you also want to keep your utilization low.
What is utilization?
Utilization is the amount of available, it's the percentage of credit that you're using from what's available to you.
So let's say you have $100,000 worth of credit, right, with all your different credit cards, $100,000 worth of credit, right?
You don't want to spend or you don't want to have more than $30,000, right?
You don't want to have more than 10%, or sorry, more than 30%.
30% is the absolute max of utilization.
So you have $100,000 worth of credit available to you.
You don't want to have over 30K sitting there.
Because what ends up happening is once you get over 30% utilization, what happens is these credit card companies start to, they have a very complex algorithm that they use, right?
With statistics and everything else like that.
And they pretty much have figured out that if you get over 30% credit utilization, there's going to be a higher and higher likelihood that you're going to default and not pay.
So what a lot of credit companies, what will happen is this: two things are going to happen.
Number one, your credit score is going to drop off a lot once you pass 30%.
Number two, some of these credit card companies might turn off your credit card.
Every credit card company is different, but if they see that you're starting to utilize a lot, they're going to assume that something's going on and you don't intend to pay this back.
And some of them might flat out just like lock your card or not let you make more purchases, despite the fact that you only might be using a percentage.
So what I tell you guys is, to be safe, keep a 10% or less.
Ideally, 1%.
I know most people can't do that.
That's fine.
But at least, guys, try to keep it under 10%.
That's really good.
I know a lot of you guys might have it at 20, 30, whatever, doable, but never past 30.
Never past 30.
Once you pass 30, that's when you start getting into dangerous waters.
This is when they start, you know, every time you swipe the card, it says, Did you just spend this money?
You know, um, they're asking you if there's a fraud alert, a card might decline here, might get declined there, might work over here.
Then you start dealing with a whole bunch of BS once you start getting past that 30% utilization, you know, especially if you don't normally spend that kind of money.
So be careful with that, guys.
Be careful with that.
So, bare minimum, under 30%, ideal, under 10%, and then dream work, teamwork to make the dream work, 1% or less.
That's how you get into, you know, this level here.
You get an 834 credit score, you know.
And then, this is what affects it.
Like I said before, number one, look, payment history is this blurred still, okay, whatever.
Yeah, payment history, amount of debt, length of credit history, amount of new credit, and then credit mix.
Like, that stuff doesn't matter as much, but the two things that matter the most is payment history and amount of debt.
Like, right now, I got less than 1%.
That's what you guys want.
Okay, I'm constantly paying my cards, you know, once a week.
Now, you could wait until the statement comes, but I don't like to let it just accumulate like that.
So, I just consistently just pay, pay, pay, keeping that balance as low as possible.
That's that's how I do it.
Everyone's different.
Some people like to take one day of the month, you know, pay all their bills that one day.
Cool.
But, me, you have these apps, bro.
You can literally just go into your credit card app, every single one of these, whether it's Amex, Capital One, what, you know, any of these that Chase, whatever, log into the app, and then bam, pay, and bring that thing down to zero.
And you'll notice that your points will go up because typically these FICO and Experian companies run your credit once a week.
Okay?
Now, do you need to have 800 credit score?
No, I'll be honest with y'all.
Once you get past like 780, it's a flex.
It's just a flex.
There's virtually no difference between having like a 780 to like an 815.
There's like no difference, bro.
There's none.
It's just literally vanity points at that point.
Okay.
So this is why it's so important for you guys to have credit.
So let's do a quick little recap here before I answer questions.
Number one, the United States of America and most first world countries rely heavily upon credit.
What is credit?
Credit is basically your trustworthiness.
Okay.
Your credit score is a representation of your trustworthiness to be able to borrow money and pay it back to the institution in time with no delays.
Okay.
The higher your credit score, the more opportunities are available to you.
Right now, in the grand scheme of things, if you really want to build wealth, the easiest and fastest way to do it, typically, is via real estate because of the benefits of cash flow, tax benefits, hedging against inflation because it goes up in value, so many different benefits.
And the way to procure real estate optimally is by leveraging loans using leverage, where you put a percentage of money down, you acquire the asset, you control the asset with only using a portion of your money, and the bank gives you the rest.
The bank giving you that loan, AK on leverage or whatever, is based upon, or the terms of you getting that loan are based upon your credit score.
So this is why having your credit score is extremely important.
Having a good credit score is extremely important for your ability to build wealth because we know the number one builder of wealth that makes the most millionaires is real estate.
And your ability to purchase real estate and control real estate is heavily contingent upon your ability to have a good credit score.
Unless you're buying houses cash, which I don't suggest you do that.
Okay, it's not really the if you want to be optimal, buying houses cash is not the best way to go.
Obviously, there's situations and scenarios where it could make sense to buy a house cash, but in most situations, it's probably not going to benefit you in the long term buying a house cash.
But that's a whole other conversation, right?
Then the way to get your credit score up quickly is by number one, making on-time payments.
Then, number two, keep your utilization low under 30% total, under 10% optimal, and then under 1% if you're a real G.
Okay.
And this can be done paying your credit cards every couple of days, every week, whatever.
Everyone's different how they do it.
Me personally, since I have like, you know, different business credit cards or whatever, I'm paying that thing off like maybe once a week, knocking it down.
And then, also, another benefit besides the real estate, which I didn't get to tell you guys, is the better your credit, the better credit cards you can get.
Okay?
This is another reason, too, why I heavily suggest none of you ever use cash.
Using cash to purchase things is probably one of the most ridiculous and low IQ things you can ever do.
Why?
Because you are spending money that you otherwise would have been spending regardless, and you're not getting a benefit for it.
Let's say I want to buy, I don't know, a TV, right?
Two scenarios.
Scenario one: I go in there and I buy the TV, cash.
All right, cool, whatever.
Scenario two: I go in there and I use a credit card, right?
TV breaks in two weeks.
Well, if I don't have a warranty or anything, I'm cooked.
TV breaks in the second scenario.
Well, I have a credit card that, you know, has insurance for electronics bought.
Maybe it's one of the perks of the credit card, right?
I can go ahead and get that thing replaced because I purchased it with a certain credit card, or I, you know, do some type of claim.
Or I get points, I get a cash back, right?
I got a 2% cash back credit card where everything that I purchase, I'm getting 2% on that, right?
And then over a period of time, over a bit, over a period of time, when you use a cashback credit card, you just earn hundreds, if not thousands, of dollars over time for money that you also were already going to spend.
So, at bare minimum, guys, let's assume you don't want to buy real estate.
I don't want to do that, Myron.
I just want to focus on cryptocurrency.
I want to focus on the stock market.
Cool, no problem.
But at least get good credit so that you can go ahead and keep opportunities open for yourself and so that you can go ahead and utilize credit cards that actually give you benefits back.
Guys, buying for things in cash or with a debit card, quite literally, is throwing money outside, just throwing it out the window because you can use a credit card, which is going to reward you for spending that money that you otherwise would have spent, and you get a bunch of points.
Guys, I'm going to show you guys my Amex thing real quick.
Give me one second, ninjas.
Y'all see that 1.5 million points, 1.5 million points on Amex just from buying things that I otherwise would have already bought.
I could do go do a world tour right now for free, pretty much.
Right?
I want to take a random vacation.
I want to go to, I don't know, Tulum.
I can literally do that right now for free.
This is why I tell you guys, get your credit on point.
Once you get your credit on point and you show that you're a trustworthy borrower, you get to get better credit cards.
Better credit cards give you better perks.
Use those perks when you want.
It's free money.
It's literally free money.
Okay?
You guys wonder, you guys tell me all the time, Mario, why are you a minimalist?
Why do you not spend money?
That's why.
Keep my credit score high.
Got a bunch of benefits.
I can travel whenever I want, whatever, even though I'm not going nowhere.
But it's good to have.
It's good to have.
Right?
You can use your points to travel instead of spending your own money.
So this is a benefit, guys, when you have good credit and then you utilize credit cards that gave you something back in exchange.
And here's the thing, guys.
You don't got to get like a, you don't got to get an Amex Platinum or whatever.
I have an Amex Platinum goal, whatever.
Bro, for you guys here that are like kind of new to this, just get yourself a good cashback credit card.
That's it.
Honestly, I tell everyone, at least, at least, please, if you guys are going to do one thing, right?
I have two requests.
Number one, don't pay for things with cash or a debit card.
Please don't do that.
Okay?
Don't do that.
That's number one.
Number two, get yourself a cashback credit card that gets you somewhere between 1.5 to 2% cash back on all categories.
Okay?
If you could do that, it's going to, you literally just use that card for everything and you just run it up and just pay it off.
Run it up, pay it off.
Run it up, pay it off.
You do this for a month.
You do this for a year.
You do this for years.
Now we're talking about thousands of dollars that you're making for simply swiping a card for purchasing you would have done anyway.
So at least, guys, get a cashback credit card.
Now, if you like to travel, you go ahead and get yourself a travel credit card.
And none of these guys are paying me to tell y'all this.
I'm just telling you guys, you know, from my experience of what I do, and I just want to help you guys out.
But get yourself first a good cashback credit card.
Once you get a good cashback credit card, then you can diversify.
Go ahead and get yourself a good travel credit card.
Then if you start a business, go ahead and get yourself a business credit card.
But that's step one.
Okay.
So even if you don't want to buy real estate, guys, no problem.
Leverage that good credit to get good credit cards that pay you back.
Free trips, free money, free hotel, whatever.
Okay.
Let me answer some questions here.
Guys, get your questions in, and then I'm going to end the Fresh of Fit chat here soon.
Let's see here.
Okay.
CBA, CJBC says, Yo, Mari, I just joined OSS today.
I'm 29.
I got a promotion this year, and I now make 10K a month.
All I do is work out, work out and work, listening to you, break down how the world really works.
Your words are what all young men need to hear these days.
You're saving lives.
I put all three of my younger brothers onto you.
I'll be the first in line for OSS Secret, please.
I appreciate that, my friend.
I always appreciate the Yugo references.
Thank you, dude.
I'm glad that I'm able to help, man.
That's really, I really do, you know, treasure the fact that a lot of you guys look at me as like an older brother or like a father figure.
So I have that duty and responsibility, guys, to give you guys as much value as I can, whether it's geopolitics, financial stuff, how you can build wealth, just get your life together.
This is what I'm here for, man.
So thank you.
Druski went from 651 to 724 because of you.
Thanks.
Awesome.
Congratulations, Druski.
That's huge.
That's huge, man.
That's great, dude.
You literally went because like $650 is considered fair.
You basically went from like low and fair to like good.
Get yourself to $750 and then you'll be cooking.
Roberto, what do you think about going in debt to pay for online course?
The course is from one of Brandon Carter's good friends.
What would you do?
Look, I've done that myself.
When I went and got Brandon Carter's program, that put me in debt too.
But I just bet on myself that I would make sure I would do everything.
My thing is, if you're going to go in debt to pay for a course, I prefer you don't, but I prefer you save the money.
But if time isn't necessarily available to you like that, you just got to make sure that you're 100% serious about this and you're going to watch all the modules, et cetera.
Look, I don't have a course to sell y'all.
You know, I don't have anything to sell y'all.
What I will say is this: if you're going to go ahead and buy a course, right, that's going to teach you how to make money or learn some type of high-income skill, that's fine.
Do your research.
You know, you can do it.
But please make sure that you guys are about that life.
Make sure you're going to watch the modules.
Make sure you're going to go to the follow-up Zoom calls if they have them.
Make sure you follow every single instruction.
Make sure you do everything that you need to do, right?
Because a lot of people buy a course and they don't actually take action on the outline.
Okay.
So you can absolutely do that, but be wary.
It's only going to work if you do.
Jay's higher says, hey, Myron, regarding Money Monday, what are some of the best things you could do as a 20-year-old with a loan to get credit up?
Just make timely payments, make timely payments, and then also keep your utilization low.
Another pro tip for you guys.
If you notice that you constantly hit like, you know, 10, you constantly hit over 30% utilization.
Another pro tip you guys can do is if you've had your credit card for a few months, six months to a year, request a credit line increase, right?
Because when you request a credit line increase, every time you spend money, your utilization on that credit card is going to go lower and lower.
So always try to get your, always try to get your available credit guys as high as possible so that your utilization stays within an acceptable parameter.
Does that make sense?
So one of the fastest ways to do that, acquire your credit card directly or use the app, request a credit line increase, and then bam.
You know, let's say you have $1,000.
Would you spend $3K, right?
Now you're at 30% utilization, not looking so good.
But if you get it to 20K, right?
And you spend that $1,000, it drops in half.
So this is why increasing your credit line is very helpful.
It's a very easy way to just bring your utilization down without even trying.
Okay, Lane says, want to let you know, I watched my first Money Monday episode two years ago and got my car repoed and I hit rock bottom.
From there, I repaired my credit, worked three jobs, and started an Amazon FBA store.
Within those two years, I leveraged my MX Plum, Navy Federal Platinum, and Chase Ink Card to now hit 50K a month living downtown Austin, Texas.
My girl cooks and cleans and respects me.
Not going to lie, man.
This would have never happened if you weren't hard on young men like me.
Thank you, bro, for real.
I don't really know what to say.
I mean, Guys, messages like this is why I do what I do.
Honestly, every time, right, I get one of these dumb messages from a hater saying something BS or someone drops a hip piece or whatever, it's messages like this that remind me: okay, say the chorus.
This is why I got to keep doing what I'm doing.
We're over here, change the guys' lives, helping them become financially independent, helping them, you know, take control of their life, helping them be in a position where they can take care of their family or their loved ones.
So I really appreciate that, man.
I really do.
You know, my ops could never, ever get messages like this.
And this is what I pride myself on.
All my biggest haters don't get messages like this.
And this is literally what sets me apart from these guys.
And I really appreciate that you guys give me that privilege of being able to brag on your guys' success because I really do be bragging about y'all's success, bro.
That's literally my biggest flex is you guys being able to flex.
Pause.
The mulatto says, donated.
Thank you so much, bro, for the 30.
Appreciate you, bro.
I can't imagine how much you owe in property taxes for multiple properties.
Yeah.
Yeah, it's a pain, dude.
It kind of sucks.
It sucks, property taxes.
Joseph, can I ask you what your process looks like when it comes to getting and vetting good tenants?
Also, when you buy the property, how long will you be paying the mortgage out of pocket and average before you find a tenant?
Okay, so I'm going to cover this in detail with Roger.
I'm going to cover this in detail with Roger.
For those of you that don't know, New Here, Roger is my real estate guy, and he's also my property manager.
Okay.
We've had to evict a bunch of different people.
We've had to deal with a whole bunch of BS with annoying tenants.
So we learned quite a bit.
But what I will say is this: when it comes to tenants, man, credit score is almost like the most important thing, dude, pretty much.
I used to think 60K, right, above typically, and above makes them somewhat reputable and safe.
But no, man, it's credit score.
Because I've had people that make six figures, their credit score isn't good.
Boom, they're still not paying and stuff like that.
I had to evict a guy who's like an airline mechanic, still wasn't making payments and being extremely irresponsible.
So, credit score, man, is super important.
It's a combination.
You want them to be 60K plus and then also have a good credit score.
That's what I would say are the two things that you want to look at.
But I'm going to go into way more detail on this when I bring Roger in.
So make sure you guys tune in for that one.
Probably going to be in the new year because Roger, I think, is going for the holidays.
Red Pill Clipper says, My wife has a 680 and I'm at 648.
Can me and her get our first-time house buying approved with this, or should I keep raising house at 521 and you guys help me get it to where it is now?
Thanks for that.
Yeah, no problem.
Yeah, dude, you want to get it to at least 750, at least 750, Red Pill Clipper.
Can you buy a house at 680?
Of course.
But if you want more favorable terms, you definitely want to get it to at least into the mid-700 range to give yourself the best opportunities.
How do we go about finding taxes after we brought up a bought a home duplex for the first time since tax season is coming up?
Well, you're going to do depreciation, then you're going to do a cost segregation.
Okay, and I've done episodes where I explain that in more detail.
But yeah, those are going to be your two big ways to write off real estate: cost segregation and then depreciation.
Joseph, do you think you can still find good deals for $100,000, especially given the interest rate?
I was looking at a property in Abu Dhabi, very intriguing, but you'll need a bigger down payment.
It depends on where you live, bro.
If you're in the Midwest, you can, but if you're in New England or like Florida or something like that, it's going to be really hard to find a house that cheap.
My son, when it comes to minimalism, what's your thoughts on buying design counterfeits?
Because I have a Rolex that looks one-to-one with a real Rolex and other Gucci bags, and sure, pretty satisfied.
I'll be coasting around under 50 bucks.
I mean, if you really want to do that, bro, but I've always frowned upon me personally.
I don't like wearing counterfeit stuff.
Just feels weird, right?
But I know a lot of people that do it, they'll wear a fake Rolex or wear a fake chain and not care.
But I don't like that, dude.
I don't like that.
Personally, me.
I just don't.
I don't like luxury items in general, so I'm not going to do a fake one.
But that's a personal decision.
So up to you.
Yo, Martin, just join us.
It says, where's the video to talk about World War II in detail?
Way back, bro.
Marson, my parents got an offer to use a blue card Amex.
Got 800 plus credit score.
Is it worth it?
Plus, they also want me under their credit score.
How would that work?
Do I get the 800 plus instantly or paying things bit by bit?
19 years old, by the way.
Yeah, no.
So the blue card MX is actually pretty good.
I have that card.
I do have that card, if I'm not mistaken.
Yeah, they can put you as an authorized user and that will help you get your credit, help you start with your credit.
So yeah, it's a fantastic way to start building your credit, bro.
So definitely do it.
Kay says, hey, Martin, when you owe hospital, don't they have no effect on your credit score because of HIPAA?
It depends.
I've seen people that had an ambulance ride, forgot about it, and that thing came back to haunt them 10 years later.
So it really depends.
Ken Rose, hi there, Fear.
Will your 50-year mortgages become a reality?
It's possible, bro.
It's definitely possible.
Naval Aviator, been gone for a bit.
If I wasn't flying, I was hardcore studying for stuff.
Didn't know if you had covered this, but have you seen the autistic teen in Atlanta who had his eye gouged out by no, I did not see that.
Swansea, yo, Martin, I'm 24 and have an 839 credit score.
Thank you for everything.
You're teaching the future generations.
Good.
Good.
Awesome.
That's excellent, man.
Excellent.
Papian, I have two high-interest credit cards, both around 26%.
Yeah, I mean, that's credit cards in general.
I owe about $7,500 total.
My credit score is in the $2720.
Should I do a credit card consolidation loan for lower interest with my credit union?
You could, you could, you could, but dude, I would say, I mean, you could do that or whatever.
I would say work more hours, bro, and just pay that thing off and just never do that again.
Never let it run up like that again.
Big ZD says, why do you have Kamal Harris book behind you?
Big ZD must be new here.
Someone to check and when y'all explain it to him, bro's new here.
Alboys, do you recommend having an Amex gold card?
I want another credit card in my portfolio.
I already have the platinum, but it's a business card.
Yeah, the gold is good.
Red Pill Clipper, once I get better cards, what do I do with the crappy ones that I pay off as a high monthly interest?
Keep them open.
Keep them open.
Always, so pro tip, guys.
Let's say you have like an old credit card, right?
That isn't that good anymore or you don't use it or doesn't give you any benefit.
Always keep your oldest credit line open because credit line history and length does matter.
Like right now, I'll give you an example.
Frank, stop.
For example, I have a Capital One card that charges me like $30 a year, right?
Card sucks, but I've had it since I was like 17.
So I won't close it because it's a big part of my credit history.
So I just, you know, bite the bullet and pay that annual fee.
If I had to do it again, your first credit card, guys, make sure there's no annual fee.
All right.
And then keep it open.
So try to refrain from closing credit cards if you can, especially old lines.
Options says, I'm 30, have an excellent credit score over a year's worth in monthly expenses saved.
Lived in LA, but want to get rental property in different states.
I've never taken a personal loan for a home, but I want to take a loan as a business.
Should I aim to get an LLC first?
Not sure what my first step should be.
Purchase a home once you have it ready, once you buy it and have it good to go, then you can create an LLC later for it.
Northern Noticer.
Hey, Martin, can't catch this live due to work, but I'm going to watch this back.
What business credit card would you recommend for a startup business slash new business owner?
I have an A17 credit score.
I'm in Canada.
If you can think of anything on the spot, no worries.
Thanks for all you do.
Yeah, I mean, you can just get an Amex platinum, bro.
You got A17.
You got a good on a credit score.
Get an Amex.
Northern Noticer.
Okay, yep, we got that one.
Lonnick says, I was a drug addict, alcoholic, did not pay taxes for over 10 years.
You were the one who got me through to be a man.
I have a tax lawyer and am working myself back.
Thank you.
Lennox 77.
I appreciate that, dude.
I'm glad that you dropped the drug use, bro.
That's awesome.
An enormous amount of respect for anyone that kicks a drug habit, man.
Congrats, bro.
That's a big deal.
Pat yourself on the back because most people don't make it to the other side of the abyss on that.
So that in itself is huge.
And I appreciate that I was able to help contribute to that.
It's what I do what I do, man.
Why I do what I do.
Thanks, Martin, for helping me bring my credit for $647 to $740.
Awesome.
Good stuff, Lewis.
Zay Shane, under what circumstances should we get an Amex gold card?
I mean, bro, look, if you got a platinum, right?
You don't really need a gold.
But if you don't like, because the platinum has a very high annual fee, it's like seven or $800 or something wild like that, I forget, right?
But that's because of all the perks.
You can go ahead and get a gold, if you want to pay it like a lower annual fee.
Big boss, take your mom.
Hey, Martin, I have an old business credit card.
I say old business credit card because my home cleaning business failed.
I just paid it off.
Should I cancel it or keep it?
Keep it.
Keep it.
You never know.
Because it'll, you know, just don't use it.
Options, the value on the money Mondays is absolutely underrated.
After ours is funny, entertaining, and all, but this part is a thousand percent more worthwhile.
You're not a regular YouTuber.
Much respect me, bro.
Hey, man.
I appreciate that, bro.
I really do, man.
Yeah.
I mean, honestly, man, I've made a bunch of mistakes.
So I try to tell you guys what to do so you guys don't make the same mistakes I do, man.
So I've already kind of been through some of the BS, man.
So anything that helps you guys out.
So I appreciate that, man.
I appreciate that.
Men and women sell dreams in different ways.
Women sell the dream of purity and men sell the dream of security.
Absolutely.
My can't thank you enough, man.
Locked in 120K a year job because if you and got my credit from 603 to 748 for your tips, love from SD.
Shout out to you, Jaden.
Shout out to you, man.
Jaden Pauley.
Congratulations, dude.
That's a big deal.
You're a six-figure earner with a 750 credit score, pretty much.
You're killing it, man.
Keep going.
Ben says, thank you, Mark, for sharing such valuable guidance on buying a home as a first-time buyer.
Two years ago, I purchased my first property using your advice, and now I'm a year into fully renting it out.
I'm incredibly grateful for the foundation to help me build.
Now I'm preparing to lock in my second rental at 25.
Truly appreciate the knowledge you share.
Hey, bro, that's awesome.
For you to have a property already at 25, dude, you're ahead of me.
So keep killing it.
That's awesome.
CryptoZoo, 30 bucks.
Appreciate you so much.
Lucid says, I do see you as my older brother.
I'm the oldest of three.
Father is a P POS.
I'm surrounded by my siblings, parents, and all my friends, including the oldest.
Thank you for being that positive influence in my life.
I appreciate that, dude.
Anyway, I can help you guys.
You guys are not alone, man.
You are not alone.
Lugo Rep, 38 years old.
Watch you since early 2020 with Kay Samuels and Rolo.
I used to watch with my older brother, but unfortunately, he's taking a turn for the worse with degenerate behavior like drugs, not keeping a consistent income and borrowing from family to make ends meet.
I notice he hasn't wanted to watch your material.
He even attempted to discourage me from watching.
Through the ups and downs that I have gone through, I've seen a different, I've seen a different Martin.
Thank you for always being a consistent role model.
I appreciate that, man.
I appreciate that.
And hopefully your brother is able to pick himself up from where he's at, man.
Yeah.
A lot of guys don't like watching me when they're doing bad because I kind of give them a reminder that it's their fault if they're losers.
So, you know, people don't like to feel uncomfortable, man, and get that spotlight shined on them.
Jack says, about 20K in debt between credit cards and a loan I took to pay off the depreciation of my car.
Discovered y'all too late before the car is still refreshed.
Should I take more of a loan out to get my credit cards down?
No, no, you don't want to take on more debt to pay debt.
I would say, bro, you're going to just have to work more hours and make more money.
This is an earning problem.
Got to make more money.
Now, let me be clear about this.
You're not going to have a social life for a few weeks or a few months to do this.
Let me be explicitly clear about that.
You're going to pick up a second job, third job, whatever it is.
And it's going to suck, but you're going to need to do that.
Okay.
Hello, similar thing happened to me.
Charges from an apartment from five years ago.
Went to collections due to bad roommate at the time.
Dropped my score from 830 to 710.
Fought the case of the lawyer and went against all three bureaus.
Never let collections hit your account.
Yeah, dude.
Don't do that.
Pay that off first if it does.
Outside Lodger, try to get my brother to listen to you, but he's a simp through and through.
Every time I tell him something, he thinks I'm aggressive.
What should I do?
He's going to have to learn the hard way, bro.
Get his hand burned on the stuff.
Then he'll stove.
What's the best cashback at Travel Credit Card to get?
Just get the city double cash.
They're not paying me to tell you that.
That's a simple one.
And then you could get for a travel credit card that isn't too crazy.
You could get a Capital One Venture.
Capital One Venture annual fee won't be too bad.
How should I best utilize a high-tax refund, 7K range?
Invest it.
The Platinum card is $900 annual fee, but you get twice that in benefits if you know how to use award program.
Absolutely.
Alejandro Maris, Myron, YouTuber Patrick Cece has made a video about your beef with Akash.
It's a good watch.
I don't know who Patrick Cece is.
Never heard of him.
But Akash got cooked.
Definitely got cooked, man.
This stand-up comedian is being humiliating.
Oh, I've seen this guy before.
Okay, I know who you're talking about.
He's like one of these voiceover channels.
TPC Films, all these amazing positive testimonials towards you, but your opposite will never clip this.
Absolutely.
Hussein Osman, hey, what advice do you have to an international student that can only legally work on campus?
Save up all your money.
Save all your money and pick up as many hours as you can.
Cash says, take on another job, no more debt.
Absolutely, bro.
Absolutely.
Okay, cool.
So, guys, I'm going to kill the Fresh and Fit stream, and we're going to start getting into the political stuff now.
Okay, we're going to cover some of the political stuff.
We're going to talk about the Australian shooting, and we're also going to talk about the Rob Raynor murder.
Okay, so I am going to end the FreshFit stream here.

But I am going to end the Fresh and Fit stream here on both Rumble and YouTube.
Castle Club, I'll keep y'all up because you guys are my ninjas.
But Rumble and YouTube, killing it right now, guys.
Come on over.
Or at least I'm going to kill the YouTube for Fresh and Fit.
Maybe I'll, yeah, I'm going to kill Rumble and Fresh and Fit because they need to make an event.
So going off of Fresh Fit, guys, come on over to Myron Gaines X and all the platforms, okay?
So killing the Fresh and Fit YouTube now.
And then I'm going to do the FreshFit Rumble now.
Okay.
Let me double check that we're good.
Maybe I'll, yeah, I'm going to, yeah.
Okay, I think it's done now.
Let me just double-check.
I'm off stream on Fresh and Fit.
Okay.
Let me see.
Okay, let's get into.
I had some red pill stuff I wanted to share with you guys, but I don't think we're going to have time for it.
so I'll just go ahead and just we'll go straight into some of the political stuff.
Hold on one sec guys.
I might need Mo to turn off the stream.
See you one sec.
Sorry about that, guys.
Okay.
Now we are going to transition.
We are going to talk about the Rob Ray Robert Norman Rayner, okay, real fast.
So who is he?
Here he is.
Hold on.
Let me get the.
Okay, now we got the chat back up.
All right.
Now we're cooking chat.
Now, now we are.
We are so back.
Okay.
Okay, so here he is, guys.
He was an American film director, producer, screenwriter, actor, and political activist.
He began his career as an actor before transitioning to filmmaking, directing a series of acclaimed American studio films across multiple genres.
Okay, so very esteemed director.
And yes, if you're wondering, yes, every single time, of course.
Every single time.
But anyway, here's the breaking news.
Cover it.
News is out of Los Angeles in the deaths of Rob and Michelle Reiner.
I want to get back to Stephanie Elam.
What are you learning, Stephanie?
Pamela, we have a big development here now.
We can tell you that Nick Reiner, the 32-year-old son of Rob and Michelle Reiner, has been booked into a Los Angeles jail that happened on Monday, happened today after his parents were found dead.
Now, what is worth noting here is that it doesn't exactly say what he's charged with, but we do know that his bail has been set at $4 million according to these jail records that we are seeing here, but still not clear on what has happened here.
Family members are continuing to be interviewed as this investigation continues, but obviously, this is a very large development here that there has been an arrest, a booking into jail for this case for the deaths of Rob and Michelle Reiner, and now learning that the person that has been booked into jail is their 32-year-old son.
Yeah, absolutely nuts.
It's amazing development indeed.
I want to bring in our chief media analyst, Brian Stelter, who's joining us right now.
Huge now, typically, guys, whenever homicides occur, right, the spouse is almost always the first, you know, is always the first person that the police suspect.
But the fact that the fact that it's the son makes it even stranger.
So, absolutely crazy stuff, man.
Development.
I must say, Rob Reiner was such a major presence in Hollywood all of these years.
But give us your reaction to what the breaking news is.
That's right.
And Rob and Michelle Reiner had three children, two sons and one daughter.
They were most recently photographed together, all as a family, on the red carpet for the family's newest movie.
Rob and Michelle had both worked on, Rob had directed a sequel to This is Final Tap.
So they were out there being photographed in September, all together as a family.
But it's going to obviously come up right away that Nick Reiner struggled for many years with drug abuse.
He was homeless for a time.
And that's something that Rob Reiner spoke about and was public about and was transparent about.
In fact, the two men worked on a film together about 10 years ago.
The film was titled Being Charlie, and it was loosely based on his son, Nick's experiences earlier in life.
Nick Reiner did not end up getting other screenwriting credits later, but they did come together for that collaboration about a decade ago.
And Rob Reiner spoke very eloquently about learning about his son, about learning about Nick's struggles through that filmmaking.
You know, this is why, guys, I tell you all the time, I truly do believe that one of the worst things that could happen for you as a man is coming from a rich family, dude.
Controversial take.
Very controversial take.
But young men should not grow up wealthy, dude, at all.
At all.
You get to, you know, experience all the benefits, right, of being a man with none of work.
And it makes you an incredibly entitled, petulant, spoiled fucking brat that has no real appreciation for anything.
Right?
I got a little bit of criticism the other day because I mentioned how, you know, Kai Sinat is like a pussy.
And because he went up, right, when he accepted an award and he said something about, like, hey, man, Focus on your mental health, blah, blah, blah.
Which I understand the importance, right, to have mental health awareness for men.
But he was referring it from the position of like being a streamer, right?
And quite frankly, I think if you have the privilege, keyword privilege, of making money on the internet to talk into a camera and a microphone, you should shut the fuck up and never complain about anything.
But that's me, though, right?
The only way you're going to appreciate up is if you've been down.
The only way you're going to appreciate life is if you've been in the dark.
And unfortunately, with this new generation of men, what I've realized is a lot of these guys don't want to be, you know, traditional masculine men.
They want to be guys that like, you know, oh, I want to be a streamer.
I want Klau.
I want to be, you know, an influencer.
And it's very strange to me because, you know, I don't want to sound like these old niggas, right?
But the truth is, is like, you know, me growing up, we used to be like, hey, I want to be a doctor.
I want to be an astronaut.
I want to be, you know, a police officer, a firefighter, whatever.
I've realized that like with these young guys, none of them have these aspirations anymore.
You know, this is something that I've noticed only with like these young guys, where everyone wants to be an influencer.
And I'm like, what the hell?
Who are you going to influence?
What experience do you have to influence anyone?
Right?
And it shows because a lot of these, you know, super young streamers, they make dumb content.
They don't do anything that actually adds value.
It's just a bunch of fucking mind rot, right?
Because they don't have the prerequisite experience to teach you anything.
If they're not teaching you anything, what is this?
It's a waste of time.
It's a big waste of time.
Right?
Now, with that said, I'm not saying be like a weirdo and not be entertaining and stuff.
Absolutely be entertaining.
I get it.
But I also think it's important for people to know that your value as a man is based on the things you've overcome.
So anyway, let's get back to it.
But yeah, I mean, this guy's son obviously took his father's success for granted.
You know, it's always these celebrity people's children that always end up being drug addicts.
How can you be a drug addict when you've had the world given to you?
It's because they don't appreciate it.
Quoting from the Los Angeles Times back then, Reiner and his wife struggled as their son, Nick, was addicted to hard drugs, rotating in and out of rehab facilities like they were shopping malls.
The couple wondered if there was an end in sight.
So that's a decade ago.
That is in the past, but it is relevant context about Nick Reiner, 32 years old, as people are going to be wondering now why he has been taken into custody and why he's been booked on this felony charge.
And now, Wolf, we're going to wait for answers from authorities there in Los Angeles.
Yeah, we are waiting for answers.
And Stephanie, on that point, what happens next for Nick Reiner?
Do we know?
And also, can you tell us anything more about him?
We learned from Brian, but I know you can expand.
Yeah, I think what's also worth noting, right, we learned about this happening that it happened in the late afternoon local time here in California yesterday.
Looking at the jail booking document, you can see that Nick Reiner was arrested yesterday.
That's a new development that we've seen in there, and he was booked into jail today.
We did hear from the Los Angeles Police Department that they had to get a search warrant to further their investigation before they could even go farther with saying who they thought may be the suspect in the case and what may have been a motive.
We were standing out here very early this morning when they took away the police tape, opened up the street, and now shortly thereafter, we're getting this booking information from the jail.
So, just giving a bit of contact.
I think we're losing our connection with Stephanie Elen, but we'll get back to her for sure.
Brian Stelter, you're still with us.
Talk a little bit more about Rob Reiner's impact on Hollywood.
As all of us who grew up watching Rob Reiner, we know he was huge.
And in so many different ways.
That's one of the reasons why Rob Reiner was a special figure.
It's why some people today are likening him to a mayor, an unofficial mayor of Hollywood.
It's because he was not just a writer and actor.
He was not just a director and a producer.
He was not just a role model to younger filmmakers.
He was all of the above.
You know, that's why we saw other legends like Larry David hurrying to his home in Brentwood yesterday, wanting to try to be there, wanting to try to be close to the scene.
Reiner was larger than life in that way, partly because he worked for so many different decades.
You know, getting his start at a playhouse in Bucks County, Pennsylvania, and then on the Smothers Brothers Comedy Hour on CBS in the late 60s, those writing credits then turned into acting credits, most famously with All in the Family.
And, you know, you think about even the name of that sitcom.
You think about him playing Archie Bunker's son-in-law.
Family and that connection of family was really important through his decades.
I mentioned that he had three children with Michelle.
That was a love story in and of itself that spanned almost 40 years and helped inspire the ending of When Harry Met Sally, something we've been talking about here on the air this morning.
So that's just going to intensify the curiosity and the concern about why one of his sons, Nick, has been booked on this felony charge, this unknown felony charge.
Unfortunately, we're in a little bit of an information vacuum right now, but we do know a family member was interviewed by police last night, and now we know one of the sons is in custody.
Yeah, and tell us more.
Let's see if there's any updates on this besides that.
Oh, yeah.
He hates Trump, by the way, too, this guy.
All right, I got something to show you guys.
This actually comes from one of the homies right here just sent me something.
Let me pull this up for you guys real quick.
Trump did a true social post on this.
He goes, a very sad thing happened last night in Hollywood.
Rob Rayner, tortured and struggling, but once a very talented movie director and comedy star has passed away together with his wife, Michelle, reportedly due to the anger he caused, others through his massive, unyielding, and incurable affliction with a mind-crippling disease known as Trump derangement syndrome, sometimes referred to as TDS.
He was known to have driven people crazy by his raging obsessions of President Donald J. Trump with his obvious paranoia, reaching new heights as the Trump administration passed all goals and expectations of greatness and with the golden age of America upon us, perhaps like never before.
May Robin and Michelle rest in peace.
Bruh.
This is like the most backhanded RIP I've ever seen in my life, bruh.
Bro, really said he had Trump derangement syndrome.
Come on, man.
Come on, dude.
Yo, this guy Trump is crazy, bro.
Bro, this is the definition of give no fucks, man.
You want Frank?
Frank, go.
Go hilarious, dude.
Bro, it's crazy.
Okay.
Where was I?
Okay.
Frank, hey, you want to take him downstairs, right?
Okay, Frank, go.
Go.
Go, buddy, go.
I don't know.
Hold on.
Let me let me get him.
Come on, chat.
Come on, Frank.
Come here.
Oh, yeah, that's a good person to take.
All right.
Sorry, Ice is going to take him for a walk.
All right.
We want to start with a story that really is shaking, I would say, Hollywood, but really shaking the country because it's the death of popular actor and producer Rob Reiner and his wife, his son, their son, I should say, now in custody.
Right.
And so this has kind of been developing new information coming in throughout the day.
We want to bring in TMZ's Michael Babcock with the latest on this investigation.
You guys are now reporting that it was their daughter that found her parents.
Morning, Shannon.
Hi, Lauren.
Yeah, I just said an incredible.
And they were stabbed.
You guys know, you know, stabbing is obviously a very intimate way to kill someone.
You know, you got to be really hate.
You really got to hate them to do that.
Incredibly sad and tragic story.
We have over the last few hours here learned a good deal of new information about what allegedly happened, really starting Saturday night and then obviously into yesterday afternoon when, like you said, Shannon, at about 3:30, one of their other children, now their son Nick, who was 32 years old, he is currently in custody.
Unclear exactly why he's being held, but it is in connection to the deaths of his mom and dad.
But yesterday, he has a sibling, a sister, and we have been told that about 3.30, she found her parents, called 911.
Tragically, at that point, it was too late.
There was nothing that could be done to save Rob or Michelle, sadly.
Yeah, I mean, this is just an awful story.
We're looking more into Nick, the 32-year-old that is being held right now.
I saw that he has had, I mean, years since like his 15th birthday, I think it said was the first time that he was taken to a rehab facility and that it had been like dozens of visitors or dozens of visits rather to other rehabilitation facilities over the years as well.
But at the same point, like him and his dad, they made a movie together.
So like I look at this and I'm like, clearly they had a connection, but this is just, I mean, to see this turn of events is just sad.
No, I agree, Lauren.
And to your point, they did make a movie together.
I was watching interviews that they did, you know, obviously after the tragic incident yesterday and looking into his son into Nick.
And they, yeah, they had the project that they made that I think by accounts was pretty good and well received.
They did a lot of interviews together.
It seemed like they had a loving relationship.
So to consider what might have happened, obviously we're not yet completely sure here, but to consider what might have happened, it's just awful.
We were told that.
Yo, imagine your father puts you on as an actor and you repay him by stabbing him, bro.
Come on, man.
Yo, I texted my pops yesterday, man.
And, you know, and I told him, hey, I'll never forget what you did to raise us, right?
Working in a cast, refusing to take welfare, you know, uh, struggling in a uh country where he didn't learn, uh, he didn't know the language, but he figured it out, right?
Like driving a cab, working as a security guard, getting minimum wage, struggling to fucking raise us.
Like, I sent him a thank you about that.
Um, literally yesterday, man.
This picture right here is so symbolic.
I saw this picture while I was on Twitter, and I was like, holy shit, like, this is, you know, this is literally the embodiment of your father.
Can y'all see that?
Hold on.
Let me get this to focus right there.
And dads don't get enough credit for that.
You know what I mean?
Dads don't get enough credit for that.
So, yeah, for him to stab his dad and kill him like that, that's how you repay him, dude.
Seriously, you know, and it's relevant to their relationship and where they might have been right now.
They went Saturday night to Conan O'Brien's holiday party.
It's something he throws every year, and you get a lot of celebrity friends who go over and they have this big party where they all have a nice time.
Well, Rob Reiner went this year with his wife, Michelle, but they also brought Nick with them.
We have been told that there was a blowout fight at and let me be honest with you here, guys.
Like, I was thinking about this yesterday.
Um, your number one job as like a son, in my opinion, is to make sure that your parents don't work into their old ages.
I think every man's goal should be to retire their parents.
I think that's the only way to go about things.
Every single one of your guys' goal should be to retire your parents, you know, especially if you came from a good background, your parents took care of you.
You know, I could look back, even though we grew up poor and we struggled a lot.
You know, I remember days where, you know, we didn't have food in the house or, you know, we didn't have anything or parents paid rent late or we couldn't, you know, put the heat on in the winter and shit like that.
Like, I remember all that stuff.
I remember open up, opening up a cereal box and having roaches in them.
You know, I remember that.
I remember like going to school wearing the same clothes.
Like, I just remember that stuff, right?
And, you know, my parents really struggled, really, really struggled.
They struggled as immigrants coming here and figuring it out.
So, every single one of you guys, like, your goal should be to retire your parents.
Do not let your parents work into their 70s and 60s, bro.
Like, that's not good.
You know, if they do work, it needs to be electively.
So, like, I told my parents, they need to quit their jobs.
They still work because they're hard-headed, but they're not doing the crazy overtime they used to do.
But that should be everyone's goal.
Take care of your parents like how they took care of you, man.
You only get one pair at Conan O'Brien's party on Saturday night, where it got so bad or so intense that Rob and Michelle left.
Unclear if Nick left, but Robin Michelle left the party because they got into this fight with Nick.
And then, obviously, less than 24 hours later, we know tragically what happened to them.
Now, as there is some evidence to at least indicate that he may have had something to do with it, I think it kind of puts that argument into focus.
And they were not in a good place.
We've been told that they were at wit's end, for lack of a better term, with what to do with Nick and how to help him.
And they love their son very much, but they just didn't know where to turn.
And it just paints a picture of parents and a son.
Yeah, guys, this is why, bro.
I tell y'all, man, guys, please don't use drugs, man.
Even if it's smoking pot every now and then, it's not worth it, dude.
I don't care.
Anyone says weed is the gateway drug.
Everyone starts with pot and then they move on from there who were really in crisis with one another.
And then next thing you know, you're literally killing the people that brought you on earth because they won't let you use drugs anymore.
Yeah, that movie was called Being Charlie, and I bring it back up because three things to stay away from: drugs, alcohol, gambling.
Right?
We can also add women to that.
But the three that you must avoid by any means necessary: gambling, drugs, alcohol, bro.
Those three things will destroy your life easily.
Easily.
It's about, it is Nick writing about himself based on his experiences with addiction, with homelessness as well.
He even told People Magazine that he was homeless in Maine.
Some idiot says, don't blame drugs, bro.
Get the fuck out of my chat, bro.
Get the fuck out of my chat, man.
You must be new here, bro.
Got these weirdos in here that smoke weed and do drugs and shit like that trying to come in here and be like, oh, no, that's not true, bro.
Shut the fuck up.
New Jersey.
He was homeless in Texas.
He said he spent nights on the street, weeks on the street.
And it does seem like that they would keep going to him and trying to get him help, trying to get him on the right page.
I'm sending a bunch of you stupid niggas to the Shadow Realm.
Now I'm going to say and argue with some of you idiots.
Dude said, oh, just yo, just play the video, bro.
You're losing viewers.
Get the fuck out of my chat, bro.
Literally about to send a bunch of you niggas into Tomb World, bro.
Like, and I just think of so many parents who probably have been in this same boat where they're trying so hard to help their kid, but at the same point, you know, you feel like you're just playing the same old story.
And they had all the resources in the world, but I think it's an important message.
It goes to show that money is, you know, that's not all that matters.
And he seemingly had demons and battled real issues.
And Rob Reiner obviously had all the contacts, all the money.
And still, Nick was really struggling.
And his bouts of homelessness, I think, paints that picture.
It did seem like they were in, at times, at least, they were in a good place.
And it seemed like even here.
So let's go ahead and look at this interview that they did, which is nuts.
Won't watch the full thing, but this is an interview they did together.
It wasn't very tough.
I mean, it was pretty nice experience for me.
I don't really think it was like tough at all.
Really?
I mean, of course it was a little bit, but I mean, we did, you know, we did get into fights over things, but ultimately it forced us to make the film better.
I mean, you know, we get into issues and I would see, you know, he would, the whole process for me, I can just speak for myself.
It did make me understand him a lot more.
And I think it made me a better father.
Hopefully it did.
I don't know, but I think that, and you'll see it in the film, what happens is your kid, if your kid is going through rough times, the parent is your main job is to keep your child safe.
So I would do anything.
I even, I felt at a loss.
So I would do anything that, as we say in the film, anybody with a desk and a diploma, I would listen to them and the whole idea of tough love and you have to be a certain way.
And it's not my nature.
It's not the way I am built, but I went and did that, you know.
And I think that, you know, at the end of the day, I know my child better than an expert does.
And I probably should have trusted my own instinct.
And that's one of the things I did learn about the whole experience.
I think the bonding came not from the story itself, but from the fact that we were working on a movie together and I could see him in his, I would think, in the form that he could express himself the best, which is making movies because he has so much experience.
And so seeing.
I ain't going to lie, bro looks crazy.
He does look a little crazy, chat.
That sort of turned me around to be like, okay, I should probably.
No, sorry, I'm responding.
Also, do me a favor, guys, smash that like button.
We got 2,100 uninjunctions in here.
Smash that like button for me.
I think I'm going to leave for Phoenix on Wednesday, guys.
Wednesday, I'm pretty sure I'm going to be leaving for Phoenix.
Going to be at America Fest.
It's going to be a good time.
So I will be there for the majority of the week.
This is probably shut up and listen to him because he knows a lot more about this.
He knows any, I don't know anything.
So I'll learn whatever he has to teach me.
I just think that's such a fascinating thing.
So crazy watching this interview after.
Wow, seeing this now is chilling.
Imagine wanting to do everything you can to keep your child safe and then they murder you and their mother too.
Gutama Drab loves Nick's in the video.
Also hints of how disturbed Nick was.
You can see how hard Rob tries to reach out to him.
Comments him constantly.
So sad to watch.
Bro.
I was going to say that like your father, who you would always want to be at his best as your father may be a type of person who's at his best when he's making movies and that makes him more understandable or relatable as a father to you, which is so fascinating to me.
Yeah, it really clicked for me because we didn't bond a lot as a kid.
Like he really liked baseball.
I like basketball and he could watch that with my brother, but baseball.
But I just, when I saw him do that, and it was something that I'm interested in, I was like, wow, like he really knows a lot.
And like, it made me feel closer to him and be like, yeah.
You're like, wow, my dad's Rob Reiner.
I never had thought about it.
And then it didn't cross your mind, right?
Never.
Never.
Never watched a few good men.
Didn't see that one.
No.
But it's interesting that Nick would talk about it in that way because, yeah, we did share that experience.
But, you know, even though I've had a lot of experience making movies, you know, and I said this to him many, many times, that he was the heart and soul of the film.
So when it came to making the film deeper and better, I would have to really defer to him.
I mean, even though I have had all this experience in making films, the core of this film, I really had to look to him.
I relied on him for giving it the honesty and the truth that it has.
Did you work with him on set?
Were you on set for the majority of the shooting?
I was on set with him.
Yeah.
No, sorry, go ahead.
I have no idea I was going to say.
He was there every day.
I mean, we were, you know, we worked for a year before, you know, helping craft a script and then doing the whole shooting.
And then post-production, he would come in the cutting room.
I mean, we went through it together.
There's no question.
I have to ask you, you said it's the most.
That's nuts.
Let me read some of these chats.
Jiggy says, to follow up, should I use it to pay off my debts before I invest?
Pay off a majority of your debts where it's like, you know, manageable.
Continuation of 20K and debt question.
Also, don't have any expense outside of health insurance or rent.
Fast way to get back on track, work more hours and pay that thing down as quickly as possible.
If you don't have other expenses, see right credit to pay off your credit is cool and all, but if you don't change your behavior, it won't do anything.
Yep.
And that's why I'm reluctant to tell people to do that.
Hungry Cambodia.
And Yomarin, how much money do I need to have saved in a bank account to use a VA loan on a duplex?
Well, you don't got to put any money down, but they're probably going to want to see money in your account.
Outside Logic, I'm new here.
I've been wanting to join your OSS, but I've been busy.
Thank you for what you do.
No worries, bro.
It's just L YouTube is a code.
Yo, Mario, what's your approach to negotiating a good house price for a new home?
Brings the valuable information as always.
You know, just, you know, negotiate, give a good offer, and go from there.
You know, if you've got a counter offer, if it's highly contested, you do what you got to do.
But just make sure that the house cash flows when you close.
Peter Bailey, keep you on it, bro.
I appreciate you.
My 18-year-old son appreciates you as well.
He notices things with the girls.
He's around almost instantly now.
Definitely red-pilled them.
Awesome.
Alejandro.
I know you'll cover at some point, but the UFC champion Taprio is going through some real red pill shit in real time.
Wow, haven't he got false AQs?
Probably.
My sister's more red-pilled than my brother from Outside Logic.
Believe it, Outside Logic.
They cut that money off, so he killed them.
Oh, that's why.
Okay, that makes sense.
Privilege breeds weakness.
Absolutely.
A bunch of soft-ass men complaining about mental health facts.
Jiggy.
If you want to have a big inheritance of your kids, how would you structure it?
I was thinking more they can't access till they're 40.
That's a way to do it.
Hussein Osman, bro, it's so hard to watch anything after being red pill.
I can't watch movies, watch any other streams or podcasts, maybe besides Joe Rogan.
It's incredible how addicting a harsh, brutal truth can be.
You are underappreciated.
Fuck that Australian faggot.
Oh, oh, shit.
That Australian guy that was kicked off yesterday.
Okay.
Well, I appreciate that, but all good.
He's just being an idiot.
Rayner and his wife was stabbed and had their throat slit by their son.
Trump's response TDS.
Yeah, bro.
That's crazy.
My dad, that was very incredibly insensitive.
Abraham says, my dad came to the U.S. in his teen years, worked 20 plus hours a day, focusball kids for not preaching their parents.
Absolutely.
Okay.
The most personal project that you've ever been a part of.
And I think when people watch an hour and a half movie, they can sort of feel the personal.
All right, let's get into this Bondi Beach shooting.
As you guys know, two gunmen opened fire on Bonnie Beach during a Hanukkah event roughly maybe 48 hours ago now.
Okay.
Absolutely nuts.
Bunch of people got killed.
one guy came out as the hero the bondi beach terror attack was the worst mass shooting australia has seen in three decades Yeah, the last time I think was like the Port Arthur massacre, if I'm not mistaken.
Because Australia has very strict gun laws and that actually, you know, this is what made them actually reform.
I think this was late 1996.
Yep.
Boom.
Massacre was a mass shooting that occurred on April 28, 1996 at Port Arthur Torres known in the Australian state of Tasmania.
The perpetrator Martin Bryant killed 35 people and wounded 23 others.
The deadliest massacre in modern Australian history, the attack led to fundamental changes in his gun laws.
So this guy was the shooter right here, Martin Bryant.
currently in jail right now.
He got 1,652 years with a possibility of parole.
Holy, bro.
Calculum punch.
At this point, why not just say life?
God damn.
They got a thousand years.
Bro gonna be in jail for millennia.
The attacks went on for so long that people had time to scream out that the gunmen were reloading while they were running from the beach.
This is what happened.
As the sun set, around 2,000 people had gathered at a small park at the back of the beach to light candles and celebrate an event called Hanukkah by the sea.
It was a family event that promised donuts, face painting.
Smash that like button, Ninjas.
A petting farm, giant men at around 6.45 p.m., gunshots rang out.
Two gunmen positioned themselves in this elevated footbridge linking Campbell Parade with the Bondi Surf Club.
From there, they opened fire toward the beach and Hanukkah gathering below.
Hundreds of people ran across open sea trying to get to safety.
People barricaded themselves in toilet blocks, restaurants, surf clubs.
Others who were leaving the area were forced to crouch down on buses, not sure of what was going on.
Witnesses said the shooting wouldn't stop.
Some reported up to 50 rounds being fired before the gun was silenced.
This was the moment that went viral.
A bystander who heroically tackled and disarmed one of the gunmen.
This is 43-year-old Ahmed El Ahmed, a Sydney local who owns a fruit shop in Sutherland.
He could be seen rushing through cars and grabbing the gunman in a headlock from behind.
Now this guy is a hero.
I think he had a go fund me.
It's probably like $2 million right now when I looked.
He was at like 1.7 yesterday.
Here he is right here.
Jewish donors helped raise 1.3 million for Ahmed Ahmed, a Muslim man who disarmed the Bonnie Beach attacker.
Yeah, so for all the haters, this guy is literally Muslim.
And Bill Ackman even sent some money because Netanyahu thought this guy was Jewish, but he was actually a Muslim guy.
Syrian, too.
A Syrian guy.
Hold on.
Bro's a hero, man.
After a struggle, he wrestles the rifle.
Yeah, I'll talk about.
We're gonna do after hours here very soon.
I might have to do a part two on this for you guys, man.
Full away.
Ahmed then points the gun at the shooter who walks back towards the bridge while looking and he got shot.
I think he owns like a fruit stand or something like that.
He got shot twice.
One in the arm and like one in the hand.
his shoulder.
He's Christian, actually?
I don't know about that, bro.
Ahmed then places the shotgun against the tree.
Meanwhile, police were engaged with the second shooter, who was seen ducking in and out of cover during his standoff.
Yeah, father and son.
An officer shot one of the gunmen dead from behind.
The second was arrested at the scene.
The attackers have been identified as Sajid and Navid Akram, a father and son from Bonnyrig in Sydney, Southwest.
That morning, they told family members they were heading to the south coast on a fishing trip.
The family home has been sealed off.
They've got a crowd going on right now.
Everyone's waiting to see what happens.
We've got the coppers right there.
More people over here.
That's his house over there.
He's getting bloody raided right now.
Smash that like button and just bodies on the ground, emergency services rushing in, and bystanders trying to stop leading.
A little girl died during this situation, too, which is absolutely horrible.
he was like a 10 year old girl blood of my friends a few centimeters from me i look two men he come center everything munition he had ammunition munition one sniper very big and bam he shoot he shoot one And we all panicked and started running as well.
So we left everything behind, like flip-flops, everything.
We just ran to the hill.
Among the survivors was international human rights lawyer Arsen Ostrovsky, who also survived the October 7 attacks in 2023.
This guy is also a strategist, by the way.
Just saying.
And if you looked at his LinkedIn profile, it says Zionist strategist.
He said he never thought he would survive.
We've lived through this.
We're going to get through this and we're going to get the bastards that did this.
And just so you guys know, the father is dead, but the son is at the hospital, obviously under police guard.
Everyone back.
Everyone to go.
Guys, go.
Everyone move.
After the scene was secured, police launched a bomb disposal operation on Campbell Parade.
A nearby vehicle was suspected of containing explosives.
Several improvised explosive devices were found, secured, and removed.
Authorities later declared the shooting an act of terrorism, a targeted attack on Jewish Australians carried out on the first day of Hanukkah.
There is no place for this hate, violence, and terrorism.
And obviously, the Israeli government wasted no time trying to use this tragedy to push the Hasbara.
Netanyahu told the Prime Minister of Australia, this is what, you know, this is what happens when you recognize a Palestinian state.
A bunch of Zionists.
Oh, Muslim terrorism once again, blah, blah, blah.
Right?
Even though a Muslim ended the shooting, right?
Or it saved a bunch of lives during said shooting.
But they're already using this, bro.
With the Zionists, they say, you know, never let a crisis go to waste.
And they're definitely using this crisis to their advantage.
In our nation, let me be clear.
We will eradicate it.
It's a responsibility of all Australians to wrap their arms around Australia's Jewish community.
And as you guys know, you know, guns are very difficult to procure in Australia.
You have to get like licensing, everything else like that.
You got to be a hunter.
So mass shootings are not a thing for them.
This is a big deal.
Like, this is almost like they're 9-11.
And help them get through this incredibly difficult period.
Police believe the attack had been planned for months.
Both gunmen were carrying ammunition dump pouches, allowing them to reload quickly.
Sources said the men were waving away other citizens before firing in the direction of the honeycrew.
Yeah, which is crazy because there are people filming from the side and said, hey, get out of here.
And they just purposely were just shooting at the beach, which is strange.
There appeared to be red shotgun shell casings scattered on the ground along with thinner metallic casings that look like those used in hunting style rifles.
Police have since revealed the father had a gun license for about 10 years and was in possession of six firearms.
Australia has some of the world's strictest gun laws.
Firearms must be registered and owners like that too.
Licensed.
The attack drew fierce criticism from Israel.
Your government did...
Of course.
Never let a crisis go to waste, bro.
Nothing to stop the spread of anti-Semitism in Australia.
Of course.
And just so you guys know, Australia had the biggest pro-Palestine march in the world a couple of months back, if you guys remember.
I think it was this summer.
Yeah, I think this is it.
Bruh.
Okay, now it's acting retarded.
You did nothing to curb the cancer cells that were growing inside your country.
You took no action.
You let the disease spread.
And the result is the horrific attacks on Jews we saw today.
We send our warmest strength from here from Jerusalem and we repeat our alert time and again to the Australian government to seek action and fight against the enormous wave of anti-Semitism which is plaguing and plaguing Australian society.
The day after the shooting, Jewish community leaders in Australia revealed they had been warned by police not to open their doors as a safety measure.
Overnight, the death toll continued to rise.
More than a dozen were killed, including a rabbi with a two-month-old child, a Holocaust survivor, a 10-year-old girl, and travelers from France and Israel.
More than 40 others were taken as possible.
Authorities are continuing to look into how the attack was planned and carried out.
We want to get to the bottom of this.
Look at this, guys.
Shit was huge.
Thousands marching across the harbor bridge.
90,000, bro.
Despite the rain, they'd come from all over the city and beyond.
We just wanted to protest about what's going on in Gaza at the moment.
It's too many deaths of young children, too much starvation.
It's a sign crazy, dude.
Of the turning tide of the opinion in this country, and it's a sign that people aren't going to put up with it anymore.
Hearing want to understand the motives behind it, and we certainly want to and I will say this: a couple of Australians have been caught drawing swastikas and other Nazi and or anti-Semitic phrases and terms and symbols on synagogues.
So, in other words, they got caught conducting the hate crimes that people supposedly do to them.
Yeah, you heard that right.
There were a couple of those guys, them boys, they got caught in Australia for drawing swastikas and other anti-Semitic slash Nazi phrases and symbols on synagogues to perpetuate this hysteria that anti-Semitism is on the rise in Australia.
A couple of them got caught doing that shit, bro.
And the Messiah's been doing this for a while.
For those of you that are unaware, after the state of Israel was created, 1948, a lot of Israelis went to places like Iraq and other Muslim countries and purposely did false flag attacks against the Jewish Arabs that lived there so that they would flee to Israel.
This has been widely documented that undercover Israelis would do false flags in Arab countries to fear monger the Jews that have lived there in peace for centuries to go to Israel.
But no one ever wants to talk about that.
And I don't know if I got time tonight, but I'm going to do a big, deep dive on all the hasbar that's been going on, guys, because there's a huge sigh going on.
I'm not saying this shooting here in particular is a 100% side, but there's a bunch of other things going on that we need to kind of bring into focus.
And I'm going to gather all the evidence for you guys.
Probably going to cover it tomorrow in explicit detail because I'll have more time.
But for now, we're just going to cover the shooting in general with the official narrative.
I cannot give a running commentary on the investigation.
I want to give the investigators time to work through this properly.
The day after the shooting, Jewish community leaders in Australia revealed they had been warned by police not to open their doors as a safety measure.
Sydney Muslim leaders said they will refuse to perform Islamic funeral rites or receive the bodies of the Bondi terrorists, saying they don't see the offenders as real Muslims.
They also said the Muslim community was on high alert and would not be killed.
Hold on, what was that they said?
Hold on.
To perform Islamic.
Sydney Muslim leaders said they will refuse to perform Islamic funeral rites or receive the bodies of the Bandi terrorists.
Good W.
The killing of innocent people is never acceptable.
Saying they don't see the offenders as real Muslims.
They also said the Muslim community was on high alert and would not be gathering at mosques in the coming days.
Police say the surviving sh** is likely to recover from his injuries and will face criminals.
Guy right here, the son, no charges.
In the meantime, Australia is devastated and one of the world's most famous beaches has been changed forever.
In this moment of darkness, we must be each other's light, hold on to the true character of the country that we love.
Australia is stronger than the cowards who attacked innocent people today.
Australia is braver than those who seek to make us afraid.
Australia will never submit to division, violence, or hatred.
We will see justice done, and we will come through this together.
Yeah, absolutely nuts.
Absolutely nuts.
Biggest attack, obviously, there, probably in their history since Port Arthur.
oh let me read chats real fast um okay Abraham Solf.
My dad came to the U.S. in his teen years, worked 20 plus hours a day, worked focusball kids for not appreciating.
Yep.
Anyway, I could contact Brett.
I have trouble updating my OSS subscription.
I mean, how are you going to upgrade it, bro?
It goes from $1, $10 every month.
Just one subscription.
Of course, this Myron guy is hating once again.
I don't even know why this guy is here, bro.
Bro, who makes an account to just hate all day?
You do realize, like, this makes you look like a weirdo, right?
And obsessed.
Dude says, I'm a pseudo expert in a plethora of topics, but in reality, as a master deflecting, always engages in ad hominems.
You always generalize, which is very dumb.
All right, bro.
I'm not even going to entertain you with a response.
Enjoy the shadow realm.
Enjoy the shadow realm, bro.
Okay.

If I have time.
Outside logic, when you reincarnate, you're going back to jail.
Probably.
Outside logic, do you think this is a setup to get more people to hate Muslims?
Absolutely.
I do think so.
It's a part of it.
Yeah.
Naval Aviator, and there's many other things too.
Between Jake Lang, Twitter prioritizing anti-Islam rhetoric, a bunch of Zionists, you know, putting a bunch of anti-Muslim rhetoric out there.
There's 100% of PSYOP on the way here.
100%.
I'm going to cover that in more detail tomorrow, probably, because I don't know how much more time I have tonight.
Naval Aviator says, I was a broke college kid working at a liquor store when I started watching you.
Zero lines of credit joined the USN shortly after.

BM says, lost respect for PBD after this.
The clip was from two years ago.
After October 7, but he acted like it was a response to the Bondi attacks.
Yeah, I mean, yeah, PBD is definitely buying into the Hezbollah.
Absolutely.
Buying into the Hezbollah.
But again, like I told y'all before, bro, you always have to be extremely skeptical of people that will talk about, that'll be critical of Islam, but will not be critical of them boys.
Always be skeptical of these guys because then you know they're not really there to be fair and impartial.
They're there with an agenda.
That's honestly the easiest way to tell who the real niggas are and who aren't.
Like, if they talk crap about Muslims, fine, no problem.
You want to criticize Islam?
You want to say it's not compatible with the West?
Fine.
You know, I will actually agree with you on that one.
But if they're not willing to have difficult discussions on them boys, bro, you can't take them seriously.
Legend says, subscribe, welcome, bro.
Extreme.
Yo, there's always Holocaust survivors.
Some come on, man.
Yep.
Sabrina, I saw on X that the shooter was Jay.
Is that true?
I heard that too.
I share is planning on passing more control measures that are going to limit the amount of guns a person can have.
I believe that too.

Mo's doing a sound check.
Let me see if there's any other chats.
Not only did they do a false flag graffiti on synagogues, they tried to put the blame on the Iranian government, which made the Australian government dedicate them to terrorist organizations a few months ago.
Yeah.
Yeah, yeah, of course.
Of course, bro.
So that's just how it goes.
Shout out to the idiot in the chat.
