Time Text
All right, and we are live.
What's up, guys?
Welcome to the stream.
I don't know why it's so black in here.
Oh, no, never mind.
My bad.
Hold on one sec, Chad.
All right, cool.
What's up, guys?
Welcome to the stream, and it is July 2nd.
Sorry for the delay.
Had to go walk Frank and stuff like that, but we are live.
We're on air.
Welcome to the stream, guys.
Got a bunch of things to talk about.
As you guys know, we got Fred Fit later on in about two and a half hours, three hours or so.
We're live.
No music on this one, guys.
Just coming straight in because we're behind.
As you guys know, breaking news.
Your boy Diddy is going to live to see another day.
And I'll kind of give you guys my take on this, but let's click here first, real quick.
With bit of a commotion outside the courthouse.
Sean Combs's mother just returned here.
She is, walked in just a second ago, said she is feeling good because her son was acquitted of the most serious charges that he faced, sex trafficking and racketeering conspiracy, both of which could have sent him to prison for life.
He was convicted, though, of transportation to engage in prostitution, and that charge could put him in prison for up to 20 years, although it's not expected he would get that much time.
Yeah, I think each count, guys, carries a maximum of 10 years.
So, you know, obviously, you know, I want to make it very clear.
He's still convicted of a very serious crime.
It's still a felony.
But obviously, it's not the sex trafficking and it's not the RICO, which would have, you know, he would have been cooked.
And you guys know, right, that I've been covering this case for a few weeks.
But let's go ahead and watch this a little bit and I'm going to give you guys my take on this and what this means because I foreshadowed this yesterday.
And I'll explain what I mean by this.
What we're waiting for now is the judge to decide whether Combs can be released on bail while he awaits his sentencing.
He offered to put up a million dollars.
He put up his homes in Miami and Los Angeles.
And he actually bought his home in Miami, guys.
So like when he first got arrested, because I remember this, I thought he was going to get bottom chat, you know, when he got arrested originally back in November, right?
So here's the timeline, right?
Timeline goes like this.
Cassie sues Diddy at the end of 2023, November 2023.
She files the lawsuit.
We all remember it.
Came out.
You know, all this, you know, sexual assault, all this stuff, right?
He settles within one day.
Like within 24 hours, he settles, right?
Then after he settles, HSI begins their criminal investigation shortly thereafter, right?
I think they started their case like around November 20th or something like that of 2023.
Fast forward to right around March of 2024.
His house in Miami and his house in LA are raided by HSI.
Everyone was like, oh shit.
I predicted, I told you guys, okay, he's going to get arrested by the end of this year when I saw that they raided his house.
After they raided his house, he got arrested November of last year.
So lawsuit comes out 2023 of November, March 2024, search warrant.
Then a year later from when Cassie filed the lawsuit, he's arrested, right?
When he got arrested, he went to New York purposely.
He knew they were going to arrest him at some point, right?
His legal team had been talking with the feds.
Hey, you know, I'll turn myself in whenever you guys want, blah, blah, because his goal was to get bond, right?
That was his goal the whole time was to get bond.
So he bought his house in Miami.
His house in Miami is worth like 50 million or something like that.
He paid it off, right?
And when he paid it off, he was hoping to use that as collateral on top of other assets to secure his bond.
The court said no, right?
Which I'm actually surprised by.
But since I went to the trial and I saw what's going on, I was like, okay, now I see why.
Because they were scared that he has money and he's going to try to like, you know, intimidate witnesses, pay people off, et cetera.
Because in the case, they made a case saying he tried to pay a security guard off.
He's violent.
He beat up a couple of the women, blah, blah, blah.
So they looked at it like he was, you know, he could potentially cause problems for the prosecution's case and intimidate witnesses.
They're certainly opulent.
The jury, the judge, everybody saw pictures of them.
And the judge said he would convene a hearing later this afternoon to determine if Combs should be released.
He seemed confident telling his family.
And he got, so what he got, what he got convicted of, guys, which I, you know, I even said this in the beginning, was interstate transportation for prostitution.
You know, we all, yeah, that's a, they got him dead to rights on that.
You know, he's bringing these escorts around and everything else like that.
What they didn't find him guilty on was the RICO and the sex trafficking.
Two counts of sex trafficking and one racket racket, one count of racketeering, and then the two counts of interstate transportation, which the interstate transportation, definitely guilty of that.
But each of those carries only about 10 years, Max.
Family, after the verdict was read, I'm coming home, baby.
And we caught up with one of his sons just a moment.
The verdict was read.
He seemed confident telling his family after the verdict was read, I'm coming home, baby.
And we caught up with one of his sons just a moment ago.
He certainly seemed to believe also, Diane, that his father would be released on bail.
Okay.
So actually, you know what?
This is kind of interesting.
Look at this.
Pierce Morgan assembled this.
What a strange panel he assembled for this one.
Bit of a commotion outside the courthouse.
Sean Combs' mother just returned here.
All right, let's go ahead and, yeah, he brought these people here.
Let me click this.
And then also, you can see Bruce Rivers is there too.
Let me see here.
And then let's look at law and crime real quick, too.
Let's see.
Oh, yeah.
Then obviously Brian Kohlberger pled guilty, as you guys know, a couple of days ago.
But no one's, I don't think anyone still knows, you know, if he's fucking, why he did it.
Time, no see.
I'm Chris Sura.
Welcome back to the law and crime live stream.
We have live coverage.
I know we just had a verdict is in animation run.
I want to be clear that a note has been sent.
Hold on, hold on one sec, chat.
Hold on.
Let's see here.
There's a bunch of okay.
They got this nigga, the punisher on, bro.
What the fuck?
Oh, man.
We'll watch one video, guys.
I'm going to give you guys my take on.
Okay, let's, yeah, we'll watch this one.
I now want to bring in Law and Crime CEO founder Dan Am because she was there in the courtroom.
Abrams, Dan, thank you for taking the time to be with us.
What is your reaction, especially on this count one racketeering conspiracy?
Sean Combs not guilty.
Look, this is a win for Sean Combs.
This is a big victory, no matter how you look at this case.
There was almost no chance he was going to be acquitted of the transportation for the purposes of prostitution.
Yeah, that one they had him.
That's right, bro.
Counts.
They had all the hotel receipts, all the payments, all that shit.
Looked at all the evidence, all the records, all the documents with regard to those counts.
It was hard to imagine how he would have been acquitted of those charges.
The fact that he was acquitted of all of the most serious charges is a big win.
And let's talk for a moment about the racketeering charge.
What?
Yesterday, they were so incapable of reaching a unanimous verdict.
They said that people, you know, I forget the exact wording about the language that they use to talk about the divide on the jury.
And then they come in and within an hour, they've got a unanimous verdict on it.
And I kind of saw this yesterday, guys, it going this way because they were kind of like iffy about the Rico yesterday.
They were already iffy about the Rico yesterday.
So I'm not surprised.
Just shows you that judges sending the jurors back can work.
You know, jurors will tell the judge, oh, we're hopelessly deadlocked.
The judge will say, go back, go back.
Well, in this case, it was pretty easy.
But look, headline is this is a big win for Sean Combs.
Absolutely.
Unpersuadable is what they said yesterday in the four o'clock hour before they go home.
And then 9.52 this morning, less than an hour into deliberations, they have a unanimous verdict.
Dan, what was it, in your opinion, Cassie Ventura's testimony?
I remember Elizabeth talking about just how emotional it was in the courtroom when she was on the stand and yet not guilty is the verdict the jury finds.
What is it about the defense that apparently spoke to the jury where they felt that she was not a victim of sex trafficking?
Right.
I mean, look, you needed coercion and force, right?
And I think that there was enough consensual activity, consensual relationships between Jane and Cassie, such yes.
So guys, the sex trafficking charges, right, which were very serious, those were based on the testimony of the two women that he did the freak offs with, aka Cassie and Jane.
Jane is, I think, Diddy's baby mama.
And obviously, we know who Cassie is.
Now, and I told you guys this when I was there.
When they were doing the testimony with Cassie, right?
They were doing a testimony with Cassie.
A big part of Cassie's testimony was going through text messages between her and Diddy.
Now, we're talking about text messages, guys, dating back to like 2008, 2009, right?
So when they were communicating, right?
All this, all this lovey-dovey language, how they love each other and all this other stuff.
So though you can interpret some of the text messages is like him being a dick, wanting to do these freak offs, whatever.
There was a lot of consensual stuff in there.
So it's like, bro, is it really sex trafficking when you've been with this dude for all these years?
Is it really sex trafficking when he'd have put a gun on your head and say that you wanted to, hey, you better, you know, do these free calls with me?
Like, she's an adult, man.
She's an adult.
And I talked about this yesterday, how this can create serious problems for men in the future with the Me Too movement.
So the fact that they were able to, you know, convict him on the crime that we know he did, which is absolutely the interstate transportation of prostitutes, right?
Fair, which is kind of weird because it's dudes, but that's a whole other story.
You know, if he just wasn't a cuck, he would have been fine.
That's the crazy part, bro.
Think about that.
If he just wasn't a cuck, he would have been good, bro.
He would have been good.
So, but yeah, dude, absolutely nuts.
The jurors didn't feel that there was proof beyond a reasonable doubt that this was sex trafficking, even though you only needed a single instance, right?
that the judge told the jurors and the prosecutors told the jurors if they were convinced of just one, even if the rest of them were consensual, that would have been enough.
Jury didn't believe that that existed.
Look, this is, you know, this is a classic, I would say, compromise verdict, but when you view it as a compromise, it doesn't quite do it justice at how big a win it is for Sean Combs.
And Elizabeth, as you're standing outside the courthouse right now, I know we just had video of members of Diddy's family leaving.
This was not a trial where you saw like a Luigi Mangioni crowd of supporters outside every day.
What are you seeing right now with the news of these verdicts coming in?
Yeah, well, as you guys can see behind me, I don't know if you can see behind me that, but we see a Cadillac escalate or a Ford Escal.
I can't name what cars that is.
But you see a large black SUV behind me.
We have two vans behind me.
The two Sprinter vans are obviously going to be holding in the Combs family.
And as I can see right now, Chris, it's just a crowd of people, both press and the public, just crowding around.
Their cell phones are out.
Their cameras are out.
Some people are standing on what looks to be ladders or at least kind of those metal barricades.
And I see obviously some insecurity, some even kind of standing in the roadway.
I hope they're not necessarily blocking any traffic.
But I did hear an audible kind of exclaim when the family did come out.
Obviously, everybody who's watching at home, Sean Combs is not coming outside of the courtroom at this moment right now.
We do not see him or anything like that.
He's still back in a holding cell while both sides kind of work out what they're going to be saying in their arguments later today about Sean Combs' bail application.
But from what I could see, the SUV, the Sprinter van, it's crowded.
It is a whole bunch of people really probably trying to get a glimpse of the Combs family, get their reaction after this verdict was read out loud today.
And so it's really kind of a pretty packed scene outside there as people are just waiting to see what the family's reaction is as they are pretty pleased with today's verdict.
Obviously, they would have liked probably for him to be acquitted on all counts, but in terms of just the verdict that was rendered today, it seems like the family is pretty pleased.
Yeah, go ahead, Dan.
Yeah, Chris, I was just going to say that I think the answer to your question about why there's not this sort of groundswell of support out there is because he's admitting, his lawyer's admitting he did bad things, right?
This isn't one of these cases.
This isn't one of these cases where it's a question of did he do it or didn't he do it?
We know he did it.
We know he did really bad things here.
The question is, did those really bad things fall into the legal definition of sex trafficking or racketeering?
And the jury believes the answer is no.
But that doesn't mean that he's going to get the kind of groundswell of support that someone who people believe is literally innocent, falsely accused, might get in a different kind of case.
And you've even seen it, Dan, I know you covered the OJ trial.
I mean, O.J. Simpson found not guilty, but no one up until his death had, you know, for the most part, pretty glowing things to say about O.J. Simpson in hindsight of how that played out, even though there was a not guilty verdict.
I'm just thinking of OJ.
I think of Johnny Cochran, one of the great defenses of all time.
As you've covered a lot of high-profile cases, where does the defense that Sean Combs got in this case rank?
Well, it was a very good defense, but they also had good legal arguments.
His defense was very good, man.
And I'll talk a little bit about that as well.
We'll watch this video and then I'm going to give you guys all my thoughts.
I mean, you know, they had the fact that Cassie and Jane were in these long-term relationships.
He had like seven lawyers' chat relationships with him.
They had the text messages, which were very positive and at times glowing and loving, which I think helped him a lot.
You had the fact that racketeering is a complicated case where you need more than one person, you need more than one crime, et cetera.
So it wasn't, it's not really quite apples to apples, right?
In a murder case, as you had here.
And I'm going to say, yeah, go ahead.
I'll let you go.
I'll let you go.
Long Lawn Crime Founder and CEO Dan Abrams.
Always good to have you on.
Thanks for taking the time to be with us.
Great to be here.
Good job, guys.
Appreciate it.
Oh, we appreciate that.
Elizabeth, great coverage in the courtroom, too.
Love it.
Absolutely.
Absolutely.
Elizabeth, I will go to you right now.
Let's break down these arguments here because you have Diddy's defense is.
Oh, breaking news.
He just got denied bail chat.
I'm Witt Johnson in New York.
We're coming on the air right now because the federal judge in the Sean Diddy Combs trial had been bail for Combs hours after a split verdict in the racketeering and sex trafficking case against him on the third day of deliberations.
The jury finding Combs not guilty on three of five counts.
You niggas heard it here first.
Denied the bail.
Denied the bail.
Aquitting him of the most serious charges of racketeering, conspiracy, and sex trafficking.
Combs guilty on two counts of transportation to engage in prostitution.
Each count carries a maximum of up to 10 years behind bars.
The verdict considered a huge win for Combs, who is facing the possibility of life in prison.
He's been behind bars since his arrest in September.
Let's get right to ABC's Chiefs Investigators.
He is actually arrested in November.
Aaron, we know that the defense was hoping that Combs would be able to leave the courtroom and go back to his family today.
And earlier, he even said to his family there that I'm coming home.
But it turns out that that is not the case.
What are you learning from what happened in this hearing late today?
Sean Combs entered court just a moment ago, went looking upbeat.
He greeted his family.
Sorry, yeah, guys.
So he was arrested.
Okay.
Cassie's case came November of 23rd, 2023.
He got arrested in September of 2024.
September of 2024, he got arrested.
Emily Hoop.
And they did the search warrants around March of 2024.
So six months later, he got arrested.
Crammed into the gallery.
So let me look.
So we got it.
Let me just read some of these chats.
Albo Ace just came in.
He said, this is out for the Me Too movement.
Also, El Chapo's son Video Lopez to plead guilty on drug trafficking charges in the U.S. question.
Why would they plead guilty if they are going to get life in prison regardless?
What's the benefit?
That's a good question.
If he was going to get life anyway, I don't know why he pled.
That's a good question.
I don't know.
Curtis Leon says, are you doing a Calzone Club or OSS package deal?
I didn't think about that, but no, I mean, no, separate.
So, and then hold on, let me read some of these chats.
117 says, niggas started the stream with a fresh update.
You know it.
Yo, my ninja start the beat.

So that's how I'm able to continue funding the channel and keep things going.
Would be released following the mixed verdict, especially the acquittal on all of the violent crimes.
But the judge immediately sat down at the bench, started reading his decision saying bail is denied.
He would not be released prior to sentencing because the judge said his incarceration is required based on what he was convicted of.
Transportation for the purposes of prostitution.
The judge said the defense did not make any successful arguments to say that that expectation should be overridden.
All right, Erica Tsurski, thank you.
Stand by for us a moment.
You're taking a look at some of these live images from our WABC New York chopper camera here.
You can see the crowd gathering outside the courthouse.
A lot of people were hoping, people who are waiting there outside the courtroom to be able to get a glimpse of Sean Diddy Combs as he was released.
But again, that news coming down that he will not be released on bail for now.
Let's bring in ABC News legal contributor, Bernarda Villona.
And Bernarda, we know that this case was not technically about domestic violence.
At least those were not the charges against Combs.
But of course, there was that now infamous video from the hotel surveillance that showed him physically assaulting Cassie Ventura.
Is it possible that any of that evidence came down to what the judge was considering in terms of his release back to the public on bail?
100%.
Absolutely.
You have to think that this judge is in a unique position that he heard all of the testimony, all of the evidence that was provided through this seven-week trial.
He also knows of evidence that wasn't submitted before this jury.
So he took into account what he actually heard.
He took into account that it's no longer that Sean Combs is accused of transportation to engage in prostitution, but now that he has been convicted by a jury of his peers, he took into account that his ability to flee and not return for sentencing, as well as that he's a danger to the community and also to victims.
Remember, that yeah, you know, a lot of the testimony, guys, you know, they, you know, he was beating Cassie's ass, right?
Mia, there were three witnesses that he got into physical altercations with Mia, Cassie, and this Jane woman, who I think is Fitz baby mom.
That Cassie Ventura's attorney, Doug Wigdore, submitted a letter to this court requesting that Sean Combs remains in custody because he is a danger to society.
So taking all of that into account, in addition to what his potential sentence would be, does give us a cue into what he will actually sentence him to.
While it's a mandatory of 10 years on each of these counts, there is a sentence.
He is not going to get a 10.
He doesn't have a criminal history.
This is what I predict.
I think he's going to get chat probably somewhere between two to seven years.
That's what I think he's going to get.
He's going to get between two to seven years.
I know that's a wide range, and they'll probably let it run concurrently, which means they'll write the two counts.
Like when he's in there serving the time for one count, the other one is going to run concurrently, which means he won't have to do the 14 years.
Let's say he gets seven years for each one.
He won't do 14.
Instead, he'll do, you know, seven for both, right?
Because it's running concurrently.
That's what I predict.
He'll get somewhere between two to seven years running concurrently.
Crime guidelines, and the prosecution is claiming that it's about 51 months to 63 months while the defense is saying 21.
Okay, so there you go.
51 months to 61 months.
Wait, hold on.
Let me rewind that real quick.
That's prosecution is claiming that it's about 51 months to 60.
Okay, so 50 months is going to be, yeah, that's the thing that they always do.
Fucking so like four years to four to five years is what the prosecution is saying.
The defense is saying 21 months to 27.
Okay, 21 months is less than two years.
Seven months.
And Sean months to 63 months, while the defense is saying 21 months to 27 months.
And Sean.
Okay.
So about two years.
So government's pushing for four to five.
Defense wants, you know, one and a half to two.
Two-ish.
Sean Combs has only been in custody for 10 months.
And also keep in mind, yes, so he's going to get a good amount of time served.
Chat.
He's been in jail now since September, right?
So the time that he's been in jail, it's all going to be time served.
So honestly, him not getting bail isn't the worst because it might get to the point where by the time he gets sentenced, he'll have a few more months to go and he'll be released.
Bernardo, thank you.
We are just getting this information from the U.S. district judge here citing Combs' domestic violence as part of that justification for continued detention.
Do I miss chat?
Do I miss?
I told y'all that probably got denied his priority because he was beating her asses.
Called it his propensity for violence.
This is also a quote here of the judge saying, it is impossible for the defendant to demonstrate that he poses no danger to the community.
Again, that as part of this decision not to grant him bail, to deny bail to Sean Diddy Combs.
I want to go to our ABC News legal contributor, Brian Buckmeyer.
Brian, you've been watching this case very closely.
You've been inside the courtroom at times.
So now that bail has been denied, Brian, what are the next steps?
So the next step will be sentencing.
And between today and whatever the sentencing date is, and we're waiting to hear what that is, Sean Combs will be visited by someone from the probation department.
And they'll interview him, speak with Sean Combs, family members, anyone else that they may be directed to, and they'll create what's called a PSI or pre-sentencing investigation.
That information will be given to both the attorneys as well as the judge and will help guide them in terms of a sentencing.
Now, Bernardo had pointed out.
Someone in the chat said, what happened to the gun charges?
See, guys, I look at the chat because you guys ask good questions in there.
You guys give good conversation things.
The gun charges.
So as you guys know, when they raided his house, they found the AR-15 with the serial number scratched off.
I'm surprised the feds didn't indict him on that because that is a crime.
You don't get that much time for it, but it is a crime.
So I'm surprised they didn't hit him with it.
I think the reason why they did that was because they wanted to keep the evidence clean with, you know, making it all about sex trafficking and RICO versus bringing in a scratched off firearm, which is a completely different offense, different pattern of facts, et cetera.
Versus with the RICO and the sex trafficking, you can kind of put it all together with one theme, so to speak.
Pointed out the sentencing guidelines that both parties have put forward.
The defense saying that the sentence should be anywhere from 21 to 27 months, the government saying anywhere from 51 to 63 months, but that PSI will provide what they believe the sentencing guidelines will be.
And then either side will try to argue, come sentencing, that there are either aggravating circumstances, the government will oppose those to go higher or mitigating circumstances to go lower.
And that's what will find a sentence.
And of course, the potential of what's called victim impact statements, people who will testify or give testimony about the sentence.
Oh, yeah, yeah, yeah.
So they're going to, yeah, I forgot about that, that they got fucking bring the victims in to give victim impact statements.
And that's going to absolutely weigh on the judge's, you know, decision on how he's going to charge it.
Of Sean Combs.
Brian Buckmeyer, thank you.
I want to go back to Aaron Katerski.
Aaron, we know that that sentencing hearing scheduled for the fall, Sean Diddy Combs has already been in custody for about nine months now, and he's also facing dozens of civil lawsuits.
What more does he have ahead of him before that hearing?
We know, I think it's on October 3rd.
October 3rd at 10 a.m. is when Sean Combs is going to be sentenced for his conviction on two counts of transportation for the purposes of prostitution.
Each of those counts carries a maximum penalty of up to 10 years.
Al Boyce says, would you say this is a big fat L for the feds?
I think it's a huge one for Diddy.
Brian Steele now has two RICO cases.
He'd be under his belt.
Yes and no.
And I'll talk about it here in a second.
I'll give you guys my analysis of all this here in a second.
Prosecutors pointed out in their letter to the judge his total exposure is 20 years in prison.
And the judge today wit said that Combs' propensity for violence was starkly depicted on that 2016 hotel security camera footage that may well factor into the judge's sentencing decisions.
In the meantime, Sean Combs will continue to be incarcerated at MDC in Brooklyn, the federal jail in Brooklyn, where he's been since his arrest.
This is at least the third, possibly even the fourth time that bail has been denied, and he will have to fight those civil lawsuits, at least at the outset, from behind bars.
With Aaron Katersky, thank you and the entire team.
Again, the judge denying Sean Combs bail following that split verdict earlier today when the jury acquitted him of the most serious charges of racketeering and conspiracy and sex trafficking.
But the jury did find him guilty on those two counts of transportation to engage in prostitution.

Let's get to 2,000 likes.
Look at the media that is outside of the courthouse in lower Manhattan.
What can we expect today when it comes to the arguments for what happens next to Sean Combs?
Well, what we can expect is that the defense is going to really be adamant about letting Sean Combs out today.
He is able, he has to post access to his plane.
And so Mark Agnifilo says his family can sign onto the bond again.
They were proposing $1 million.
He should be released today.
And their proposal was that Sean Combs could walk out of the courtroom and that his travel be limited to Florida, Los Angeles, and New York City.
Whereas the government opposed that application, Maureen Comey making these arguments on behalf of the prosecution.
Maureen Comey is the lead AUSA on this case.
As you guys know, James Comey's daughter.
The government was saying that Mark Agnifilo was really kind of downplaying Sean Cassidy.
Mark Agnifilo is the Didi's main lawyer.
And for those of you guys also with Mark Agnifilo, his wife is defending Luigi Mangioni, which, by the way, in the chat, do you guys want me to go out to New York and cover the Mangioni case when it goes to trial?
I think it's going to go to trial this year, Chad.
So let me know if y'all want me to do that.
I could go out there probably for the first like a week or two at least and cover it out there for y'all.
Just remember, he is still convicted on two counts.
Again, we have to kind of emphasize being transportation to engage in prostitution, also known as the MAN Act.
The government also pointing out there's been extensive testimony regarding drugs throughout this trial.
They also point back to the day of his arrest or the evening of his arrest when he was caught at the hotel with drugs inside his hotel room, red lighting equipment, something that they say kind of alludes to that there might have been.
All right, it looks like it's like 60-40.
Yes, for Luigi Mangioni.
I'll ask the Castle Club niggas.
Hotel night or a free car.
Sorry, OSS ninjas.
At the time that he was arrested, the prosecution also pointing out that his conviction suggests that he should be detained and that the defendant should be detained until sentencing.
And so the judge asked, do you have any kind of case law about someone being held on a man act charge pending sentencing?
Maureen Comey says, for the most part, it had to relate to children.
And so she didn't have anything in relation to adults being transported over state lines.
So she's going to look up that case law.
Obviously, the defense is going to come back.
They're going to have their arguments, probably kind of what we had heard earlier.
So they're going to take a few hours to kind of work everything out.
They're going to send back a letter or an email, and then we'll all kind of reconvene early this afternoon to discuss what's going to be happening next.
But no, Sean Combs did not walk out of that courtroom, everyone.
He is still being held inside the courthouse right behind me.
It seems like from what I could tell, his family kind of probably maybe went to go celebrate or something like that, maybe go get a bite to eat, probably really take in that it's possible their father might be coming home today.
But again, it's possible.
Nothing said in stone just yet.
And we just have a statement coming in from the lawyer for Cassandra Ventura.
This is from Doug Wigdore.
And he said in a statement, this entire criminal process started when our client, Cassie Ventura, had the courage to file her civil complaint in November 2023.
Although the jury did not find Comey million for Combs guilty of sex trafficking Cassie beyond any reasonable doubt, she paved the way for a jury to hey sorry guys.
We're up on Castle Club.
I did not realize that the stream was not on for Castle Club, guys.
Sorry about that.
It is up on Castle Club now.
We're live over there as well.
Find him guilty of transportation to engage in prostitution.
He continued.
This is in a statement that was released to CNN.
By coming forward with her experience, Cassie has left an indelible mark on both the entertainment industry and the fight for justice, exemplary courage throughout this trial and brought attention to the realities of powerful men in our orbit and the misconduct that has persisted for decades without repercussion.
I remember, Elizabeth, you talking about how emotional it was in the courtroom during Cassie Ventura's testimony.
Just what's your reaction when you saw the not guilty verdict related to the charge of sex trafficking with Cassie Ventura?
I was a little surprised.
I'm not going to lie to you, Chris.
I was a little surprised, especially to count two, not necessarily surprised on count four, but I think probably and likely a question that went through those jurors' minds is probably the relationship and how long the relationship lasted.
I will say that I, you know, and I said this to Jesse yesterday too, that the jurors were really paying close attention to both sides' closing argument, especially Mark Agnifolo's closing argument, where I kind of think that they really listened to what he had said in terms of just, you know, by the government's definition, by the federal law's definition of sex trafficking, it only has to be one instance.
And so when Mark Agnifolo is getting up there in his closing argument and saying, okay, well, they did 75 different freak offs, and then it's just that one instance that makes it number 76.
And then that all of a sudden becomes sex trafficking.
Maybe the jury really kind of listened to that and really kind of took note of that.
And maybe they kind of were like, okay, well, when the breakup happened, was it because of these freak offs?
Was it because of these, you know, hotel nights or whatever.
Again, hotel nights is something James.
Cassie called them freak offs, but whether or not that was the reason that the relationship ended, because according to the testimony, it seemed like the relationship ended because of possible jealousy, because of another woman.
And it didn't seem like their relationship ended necessarily because of the freak offs.
But also remember, Chris, that yesterday the jury asked some very pointed questions about different instances involving Cassie either at the Intercontinental Hotel over at Cannes Film Festival, her interactions with Daniel Phillip.
And so I was thinking, okay, maybe it's possible they were going to come back with guilty on sex trafficking, but it obviously didn't go that way today.
And so I think as far as just their verdict, I do respect their verdict.
These jurors were listening to the exact same testimony I was listening to.
Obviously, they saw some exhibits that we weren't keen on seeing or anything like that.
But I think maybe consent was.
Shout out to Unforgiven with the gifted sub.
Yeah, guys, keep in mind that the jury.
So this is something also that's very important that she just mentioned that I just, it just triggered something in my mind.
The jury saw all the sex videos, chat.
The jury saw the sex videos.
Okay.
I guarantee you guys, them seeing those sex videos definitely made them say, you know what, bro, this bitch a thought.
I'm starting to think, bro, like, yo, they saw those sex videos and they're like, bro, this ain't no fucking sex trafficking.
Get the fuck up out of here, man.
Keep that in mind too, chat, that they saw the sex videos, bro.
And a lot of them were like disgusted by it.
So that is big.
That is big that they actually saw the sex videos.
Because, you know, it's one thing for a girl to say, oh, I'm being, you know, trafficked or some other bullshit like that.
But like when you're actually watching the sex videos and you're seeing them like enjoying it or whatever, saying they love it, like that's going to be, that's going to be very potent in your brain, chat.
Because the way it worked was, and I was there for a couple of these, they showed images and they showed video to the jury, but the audience couldn't see.
So journalists, they weren't able to see it.
They weren't able to hear it.
They weren't able to see anything.
But the jurors saw everything.
So that absolutely played a significant role in them probably saying, yo, this isn't sex trafficking, bro.
This is bullshit.
Guaranteed, bro.
Guaranteed.
Right?
Cassie's in there acting all innocent.
Jane acting all innocent.
That was sex trafficked.
Then, you know, they're watching her get pounded by some fucking escorts.
They're like, what the fuck?
These bitches are lying.
So those videos, interestingly enough, I guarantee probably hurt the prosecution.
That's my estimate.
Hurt the prosecution's case.
Was really a topic of discussion as far as, you know, she kept on the relationship.
Yes, while it was on and off for an 11-year period, but she kept on the relationship.
And that's a big deal, too.
They were together, guys, from like 2007, 2008, up until like 2018.
Cassie was with Diddy.
And she cheated on her now husband with Diddy.
After these instances of violence, even after doing these freak offs that she says she didn't want to be doing.
And so maybe they were like, okay, well.
And also, just so you guys know, Cassie had sex with like 20 plus dudes that were escorts, right?
She was cheating on her husband now with Diddy, right?
And she said that it was grape.
She was cheating on Diddy with Kid Cuddy.
So, you know, that obviously also is going to show like, yo, this chick's a 304, man.
And this is why the prosecution was so scared with some of this evidence coming in about her promiscuity.
You know, maybe they just, maybe at the end of the day, their huge kind of takeaway was it from it was possibly consents being kind of at the heart of the issue.
Yeah, we'll hear what the jury has to say when they begin to speak to members of the media.
I want to bring in the other members of our panel, Mina Saywat Lona, serious XM host, also joining us live now, as well as William Corman, who is a criminal defense attorney.
Thank you both for being with us and Elizabeth Milner also standing by outside the courthouse in lower Manhattan.
William, just from a standpoint and as people are joining us right now, kind of digesting everything.
So I am asking a few questions that we've touched on just in the last 20 minutes or so.
But as far as the what happens now part of it, when Sean Combs is sentenced, how likely is it that he goes to federal prison on these two counts?
That's the $64,000 question right now, isn't it?
I mean, these counts do carry with it the possibility.
He's 100% going to go to jail.
That's not even a question.
He's going to get time served, but I think he's going to get, like I said before, between two to seven years.
He's going to probably have roughly a year plus of served time by the time he gets sentenced.
So he'll probably be in jail for another 24 to 36 months.
That's my estimate.
Of prison time, it wouldn't be unheard of for someone to go to prison on these types of charges.
However, he has no criminal record.
He has no criminal past that he's been convicted of.
But one of the things the government said when the bail argument first reared its head, and again, we'll hear more about that later on, is there was continued criminal conduct even after the charges took place.
So this isn't someone who has lived a law-abiding lifestyle for everything but for these cases.
I mean, as you mentioned a little while ago, when he was arrested, he had drugs on him.
There was post-charge conduct.
Excuse me.
So there's all sorts of things that the government can rely on to say, hey, look, he was found guilty of these two offenses.
They are federal offenses.
He was found guilty beyond a reasonable doubt.
They carry with it the possibility of federal prison.
And for somebody like this who has flouted the law, he should go to federal prison.
His lawyers obviously will argue in the other direction.
But again, I think it's possible that he goes to prison.
I don't think he's going to max out.
I don't think it's going to be a 10-year federal prison sentence.
But it's possible that the judge decides that not staying at the MDCC is enough and he actually needs to go to a federal facility somewhere else in the country.
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
They're going to 100% move him somewhere else too.
Like the MDC guys is not like a real, like, it's not like, so once you get sentenced, guys, you're going to get sent somewhere like a real BOP prison.
Like this is a lot of the times like a staging center.
So they can bring you to and from court efficiently, but he'll probably get, you know, they'll move him to a better prison, obviously.
That's more for long-term inmates.
And Mina, I'm going to bring you in in just a moment, but I just got a super chat question that I'm going to ask.
William here, State Boys, Louisiana asks, will Diddy be a sex offender now?
Oh, that's a damn good question.
He might.
He might.
Let's see.
I don't know that transportation.
Oh, it's a violation of the man act.
So yes, I think he would be considered a sex offender.
I think there is a mechanism in place by which he could challenge that classification.
But I do think that violation of the man act carries with it sex offender registration.
All right, Mina Saywat Lona joins me now, a host on SiriusXM.
Thank you for taking the time to be with us as we break down and kind of digest this verdict and everything that went down this morning.
What is your reaction to what the jury found Sean Combs guilty of and not guilty of?
I think we kind of saw some of it, but I am, to be honest, a little surprised at the not guilty verdict for Cassie Ventura when it comes to the sex trafficking.
We've talked extensively about the receipts and the different evidence that the prosecution presented when it comes to the transportation of the prostitutes, right?
I feel like that was pretty solidified.
We have talked about the RICO and how if you really follow the RICO according to the law, yeah, they proved their case, but did they really prove it to this panel of 12 jurors who are not well versed in the law?
And did they prove that there was an organized criminal enterprise here?
I thought that was a little up in the air, but I really, really.
Another thing that fucked them up is they only charge Diddy.
Like, how the fuck is it a huge criminal enterprise if you're only charging one person?
That was also weird as well.
I've never seen a RICO case where you only have one defendant.
Really thought because of that video, I thought that video was so powerful as evidence that Cassie was forced back into a room.
Sean Diddy Combs is naked in this video.
They are in the mid-sex act.
She is running away for her life.
She's being kicked in the head and dragged back to the hotel room where a security guard testified that there was an escort in there.
She clearly in that moment did not consent to that sexual act.
Well, no, they had done this.
It's the freak off already.
This chick don't even know the facts.
What the fuck she talking about?
Diddy was mad because he wanted her phone.
It wasn't about them continuing to freak off.
It was he was mad that she was talking to somebody else.
That's why he was chasing her down.
But anyway, that's and the defense did a very good job of illustrating that.
All right, let me read these chats and then actually, you know what?
quick word from our sponsor niggas the only thing I ask especially for my YouTube viewers is for you guys to join OSS We just passed 1500 active supporters.
I want to say thank you guys so much for the OSS.

The goal is 10,000 strong for us to fight back against the censorship of YouTube.
That's how you really support me, support the mission.
It allows me to continue to do these super long streams for you guys.
A lot of people tell me, hey, Myron, like, you shouldn't even be streaming on YouTube anymore.
You shouldn't be streaming on Rumble and Kick Only.
But I'll take the financial hit to reach more people, especially on YouTube where people don't talk about this shit.
All right, bam.
Okay.
We're back to regular schedule programming.
Let's read some chats here.
And then we're going to, and then I'm going to give you guys my analysis.
We got here.
Oh, by the way, this camera should be fixed now.
Shout out to my guy TPC for helping me out with it.
Now it should be like focused and good.
Okay, so read this and then we'll get into it.
Let's see here.
Shout out to all you guys for the support, bro.
Okay, Kumo DTV says they let 16 of his family members.
Okay, that was from before.
Josh or John says, hey, Myron, what camera and lenses do you use?
The quality is crazy.
So this camera right here that you're looking at, this is a Sony a7R.
This camera over here, this is Sony FX3.
This one is a Sony a7R.
And then this one, that is also Sony a7R.
But I'm going to replace these other ones here, these other three, with FX3 soon.
But yeah, that's kind of, those are cameras I use.
This is like a wider lens right here.
This is a wider lens.
That one is like a shit.
I forget the actual lenses.
I'll get it for you, though.
But yeah, thank you, John.
I appreciate that.
And again, the reason why this looks so good, you guys got to thank my guy, TPC, man.
He helped me out.
He came into the studio and he actually improved a lot of the, he improved the lighting and the settings and everything like that.
So TPC Films helped me out with this, guys.
If you're in the Orlando area, go check him out.
He is an OSS member as well.
Cal Sclub guy, filmer.
Really good stuff.
Okay.
Nick says, hey, Myron, I have a blue pill friend in a relationship that found out yesterday while talking to his girl that she smashed two dudes the same day in the past before the relationship.
She's in the military.
He told me he looks at her differently now, but doesn't want to destroy the year-long connection made.
Any advice I could give him?
I mean, bro, I think that's grounds to leave her.
But if he wants, I mean, because here's the thing, bro.
Behavior like that, he's cruising for a bruising.
Tell him that.
He's cruising for a fucking bruising, bro.
Fresh dog, does the outcome of this case effectively make being a cuck illegal now?
Yes.
If you transport escorts to smash your girl, state lines, you're going to go to jail, bro.
You got to get hit with the Diddy charges, man.
You don't think there's animosity there and they might run the sentences unconcurrent?
I don't think so, bro.
I think they'll probably run it concurrently.
Like, I've only seen it for like extremely serious charges where they do it consecutively.
From a legal standpoint, does anything happen to those degenerate male prostitutes?
Did they just run?
Yeah, bro.
Absolutely.
They did.
Join OSS a week ago.
You are my go-to watching the latest news.
I still watch on Rumble because of the PIP feature while I work.
Much love from Oman.
Appreciate you, Virgo.
And you're watching all the way from Oman, which is great.
Do you think this is like OG Simpson case or Diddy case?
Nothing close to it.
Nothing close to the OJ Simpson case.
As far as like fame and notoriety, yes.
But as far as like the murder or the seriousness, no.
Remember, guys, OJ got hit with murder one.
Let's see here.
Kirk says, much love from Turkey, brother.
Appreciate you.
Isaiah says, hell yeah, on the Luigi Mangioni case.
Okay.
I'll do a poll for my OSS guys.
Hey, bro, I feel like I heard it from you from you.
I could be wrong, but I remember something about like if evidence is over 10 years old, it's ineligible.
Correct me if I'm wrong.
Also, thanks for the legitimate information and looking forward to those calls.
Nick has got questions.
Yeah, that's fine.
Yes, so there's something called the statute of limitations.
The way they were able to get around the statute of limitations, that's why they charged them with Ricochet.
They charged them with Rico because Rico allows you to bring in crimes from a long time ago because what they're arguing is he had a continuous pattern of racketeering activity for decades.
So that's how they were able to bring in these other charges.
That's a big reason why people use Rico a lot too, guys, is to avoid the statute of limitations.
So Boosted, the sentencing date is October 3rd, Myron.
Yep, we know that.
Breaking news.
Apparently, strikes are being reported in Iran again.
Sully is hosting a space.
Okay.
We'll check that out as well.
I did see something with Iran.
This is what happens when you let women lead.
They get emotional fumble.
Case L female AUSA is okay, Black as Panther.
Three Digletts with a big $100 super chat.
He says, The moment Cassie was the moment Cassie lost was when Diddy was like, one last freak off.
And she said, Nah, I want it to be the first freak off forever.
Yes, good point.
Diglett's been watching the coverage.
She was, well, she wanted a never-ending freak off.
Yeah, bro.
I mean, like I said, there was too much evidence there to show that there was consent.
Stephen 44 says, James Comey's daughter under prosecution lead to the accord of the racketeering charges.
Well, guys, she's a good AUSA, bro.
She's actually, when I was there watching her argue, she's actually very sharp, very smart.
But yeah, bro, look, Diddy had a good legal team, guys.
He had like seven lawyers, some really expensive lawyers.
His legal team was like $10 million or some crazy price point.
Cyanti says, just want to say thanks for all you do from Ireland.
Thank you so much, bro.
We got people all over the world watching.
Finnis says, I got $20,000 saved.
I'm debt-free.
I have my over $100,000.
Okay.
You mean you make over $100,000 as a truck union musician?
I plan on moving to Charlotte, North Carolina to my family.
Is it doable to get a duplex with FHA Myron?
Yes, it is.
Because you remember, you only got to put 3.5 to 5% down.
So it is doable.
Upmost TFM.
But I don't know what the price points are like in Charlotte.
I know Charlotte is relatively cheap, but I know a lot of people have moved there too.
Upmost TFM says, Yo, do you think when they dropped the statute of limitations on Trump, Diddy got caught up?
I don't know what you mean by that question, bro.
A little confused by that.
All right.
So what's my analysis on this?
So, and I talked about this yesterday.
And I mentioned this while I streamed on Kick last night and I said that I was rooting for Diddy.
I did say this last night.
Chris is my witness.
When I was playing Marvel Rivals with Chris yesterday, I was saying, bro, I'm kind of rooting for Diddy here.
I hope he doesn't get like, you know, the Rico charges and everything else like that.
And I talked about this also on my stream yesterday.
I told you guys that if Diddy was found guilty, this was going to set a very bad precedent from a Me Too perspective.
Because when I was there in the trial and I was listening to the Star Winners Cassie talk, there was a significant amount of consensual sex that was going on.
She was with him for over a decade.
She could have left at any time.
He was paying all her bills, whatever.
And quite frankly, it seems like she didn't like the end of the stick that she got.
And then she came years later, six years later, to be exact, or seven years, yeah, five to six years later, and went to the feds to, you know, pursue charges and her case and everything like that.
And my argument was: look, whether you like Diddy or not, right?
This is for, because it's, it's, we're not being personal here.
We're just being objective.
Whether you like him or not, if he gets found guilty, this is going to set a very bad precedent for men across the United States when it comes to consensual sex.
So the fact that he was able to beat, right, the sex trafficking and the RICO charges, which the sex trafficking charges were also going to be each of those, I think, carries a mandatory minimum of 15 years, chat.
Okay.
15-year mandatory minimum times two.
So that would have been 30 years.
And then the RICO would have put him over.
Like you would have been cooked.
Right?
So the fact that he was acquitted on the sex trafficking is a good thing because what it does, guys, is basically allows it where, yo, you bitches were consenting, right?
We were together forever.
Bro, one of the girls to this day, guys, the Jane chick, she's still getting her bills paid by Diddy.
She was there testifying against him in court and Diddy was still paying her bills, bro.
Could you imagine?
You're over here.
You were dating a chick.
Y'all have this weird relationship and shit.
And she's a single mom, and she's testifying against you as you're paying her fucking rent, bruh.
Holy.
So, like I said, this is a W for men across the United States.
Okay.
I truly do believe that this is a W for men across the United States because you guys know the Me Too machine is fucking crazy.
You're guilty until proven innocent and it sets you up in a very bad predicament.
Now, as far as the interstate transportation of prostitutes, 100% he's guilty of that, right?
100%.
Because since he went ahead and paid these escorts, right, to show up and meet him in Miami, Atlanta, whatever, because the scheme basically went like this.
Wherever Diddy traveled with Cassie or this Jane chick, he would have these hotel nights or freak offs.
He'd fly these escorts in.
They would smash Cassie or Jane.
He'd sit there watching gooning in the corner or recording it while gooning or even participating himself in some regards.
And he was basically the director.
So this guy was like a fucking Steven Spielberg of Spielberg.
Steven Spielberg of like his own cucked out pornography films, right?
Now, should he be going to jail for racketeering for having his girl smash some other niggas?
No.
It's weird as fuck, right?
Smearing their fucking semen on his titties and shit.
Weird as fuck, but is he like a fucking Gambino crime boss?
No, right?
So I do think that the Rico was a stretch.
And again, like I said before, a lot of this was consensing sex.
And also, like I said before, too, keep in mind that the jury actually saw the videos.
They saw the freak off videos.
And, you know, it's one thing for a witness to be on the stand crying, saying, right?
But then it's another thing to see them getting smashed out, right?
And them saying, oh, I love it, blah, blah.
So I'm sure that played a huge, huge fucking role in the jury's decision to not convict him of sex trafficking, right?
Because he was with them for so goddamn long.
These weren't women that like he wasn't with.
He was paying these chicks bills.
He was taking care of them.
Cassie was on the red carpet with him.
That was his girl.
That was his woman, right?
So they didn't find him guilty on that.
Now, the interstate transportation, yeah, 100%.
Nigga was over here paying escorts to meet him in LA to smash his girl.
Weird and stupid.
But if you want to be technical about it, absolutely guilty of that.
Now, it's still a W for the feds because the Feds still got two convictions, right?
They still got two convictions.
It wasn't the biggest charges, but they got two convictions.
So it's a W for the feds.
And then this was W for Diddy.
So I'll be honest with you guys.
My take on this, everybody went in this scenario, okay?
Obviously, from the prosecution standpoint and HSI, they're looking at it like, okay, we went to trial.
Going to trial is always nerve-wracking for the feds because they normally never go to trial and they normally don't lose federal cases anyway.
So this is still going to be a W. This is going to still be one in the W column for them because they got two convictions through trial of interstate transportation, which is still a serious charge, guys.
It still carries up to 10 years for two counts.
Did they fail on the Rico?
Yes.
Did they fail on the sex trafficking?
Yes.
But they still got two convictions for felonies.
So Diddy's still going to be a convicted felon after this.
He's still going to have to probably register under the sex offender registry.
And he's still going to be, you know, a disgraced musician, right?
He's still going to have the thing.
The only difference now is that he's not going to die in prison.
He's going to be able to come out.
Like I said before, I predict he's going to get somewhere between two to seven years.
And yeah, I'm surprised he didn't get bail.
But at the same time, given the circumstances where he was beating these bitches' asses, because I will say this, there was a lot of pictures of like Cassie with like, you know, black eyes and cuts on her face and shit like that from Diddy whooping her ass.
So, you know, a part of me is like, damn, it would have been good if he got bail.
But then the other side was like, okay, I can see why the judge said no.
But at the end of the day, it's going to benefit Diddy anyway because he is going to get jail time and all the time that he spends in jail is going to be counted as time served.
So when it does come to sentencing in October, he'll probably have like, you know, one to three years left to complete.
Because I don't predict, I don't predict he's going to get the higher end of the 10 years for each of these charges.
I think it's going to get two to seven, run concurrently, and go from there.
So all parties in this thing win.
Prosecution got their conviction.
Diddy's not going to die in jail.
Now, this is what I predict, though, right?
It's not over for Diddy yet because as you guys know, he has a significant amount of civil cases, right?
The civil cases are, there's like 10, probably like 50 of them, right?
People coming out, suing him, et cetera.
So that's going to be a nightmare to deal with.
And let's be honest, he's a disgraced artist now at this point.
No one's going to let him live down the freak offs and gooning.
You know, the other crazy stories where I told you guys, like where the escort would like, you know, finish inside of Cassie and then they'd go into a private room and she'd, you know, take that milk and then put it on his titties and he wanted her to smear like he's cooked, right?
From a perspective of reputation, I don't see how he ever performs again.
I don't see how he ever performs again or continues to be like out there in the limelight.
I still think he'll be involved in the music industry, but he's going to be way behind the scenes.
He'll fund projects, he'll get projects going and shit like that.
Maybe be an advisor consultant.
But I don't see how he would be able to be in the music industry again.
Now, with that said, though, he ain't no billionaire for no reason.
The guy is very intelligent.
Diddy, I would say, is like the first music, like the first hip-hop music mogul where we've seen him get money outside of hip-hop.
Obviously, you guys know he had Sean John, he had Siroq, other investments that he was involved in.
He launched Revolt TV.
So I think he'll still be able to generate revenue and find money.
I just don't know if he'll be able to do it in the music industry anymore, given the embarrassing set of circumstances, man.
A lot came out during this trial that really hurt his image.
So, the good news is he's not going to die in prison, but the bad news is he's going to die with a lot of embarrassment.
So, that's kind of what it is.
Anyway, let's see here.
Let's go.
I do want to see a little bit of this here with this Pierce Morgan panel.
And then we're going to get into the other news, guys.
We're going to cover Jeff Bezos getting with fucking an old ass bitch.
And then we're going to cover the Big Beautiful Bill.
The evidence was weak.
It wasn't a strong case.
It was a strong case in the media and all the pundits who wanted to say he's a woman beater.
That doesn't equal a Rico charge.
This verdict really just goes to show how much went.
Oh, and then I also got something here for Iran.
And then as we play a little bit of this chat, we will go ahead and cover.
I'll check on Twitter and see what's going on with Suleiman if there's another attack in Iran.
Surprised that the jury could vote not guilty on Cassie Ventura being.
Let me know what you guys think.
Like I said, I'd like to see what you guys think in the chat about Diddy's charges, but I do think this is a W for him in general.
For sure, a W for him.
That there's a video in where she's clearly not consenting to sex.
Oh, what the fuck?
Oh.
Women are really truly not believed.
If numbers don't lie, it was 36 to zero.
36 to 0.
Some even went as far as suggesting you must have been on the Diddy payroll.
Would you like to clear that up?
I am not on a Diddy payroll.
This is like a freezer meat guy.
This was just my honest experience.
We've run with certain people and you know what they could be capable of.
You know, you might be in clear prison danger.
The legal system, they want to get their hunk.
They can't walk away.
They're already disgraced.
They don't want to walk away totally disgraced.
After seven weeks of revelations and a case that's shaken the showbiz world, Sean Diddy Combs has been found not guilty of racketeering and not guilty of sex trafficking.
His ex-partner, Cassie Ventura, another woman referred to only as Jane.
The jury did find him guilty on two counts, both of transportation to engage in prostitution related to those same two women.
Well, the verdicts have come as much of a bombshell as the case itself.
We have an all-star panel of opinionated insiders and legal experts to explain what it all means and what happens next.
In a moment, I'll talk to young Jock and Sammy the Bull, and I'll talk to the punisher whose evidence appears to have been pivotal in this trial.
But we begin with our legal real quick Lords says, George says her husband should change his name from Alex Fine to Alex.
Definitely not fine now.
Hey, bro, they got 30 million, bro.
30 million.
So they're chilling.
Mass Messiah, Myron, check your DMs on Twitter.
You won't regret it.
Bro, I have middle of something right now.
Sharpshooter, isn't Cassie the one calling and paying them?
What?
Yeah, Cassie was.
She was.
She was.
Yes.
Yes, sharpshooter.
She was.
I think that's another thing that played into it as well.
Yo, Mass Messiah, send the link that you want to send.
Send it to me on the here on Rumble on the OSS thing so I can copy and paste and put in the browser.
CN says, just for it, if I send a chat, or you're reading one of my comments, I know it's unusual names, so no bother, Myron.
Okay.
Tade Taterblind says, yeah, Erline.
Since he got convicted, shouldn't his impact statement come from the prostitute since they are the victims of the charges?
No, it's going to come from the girls.
...panelists.
Bruce Rivers, the criminal defense attorney, who's covered the Diddy trial fastidiously on his popular YouTube channel.
Suge Knight's former attorney, Matthew Fletcher, who's repeatedly questioned the strength of the prosecution...
All right.
I'm here on Diddy's thing real quick.
So we're going to have to wait to see because up until that happens, everyone is.
And by everyone, I mean the vast majority of lay people are going to think that Trump is a pedophile.
Just want to welcome Myron onto the stage as well.
Myron, I know you've been covering the Diddy case as well.
Appreciate you joining, as always, Myron.
Were you at the trial for the sentencing today?
Not the sentencing, the verdict?
No, I wasn't.
I'm still here in Miami.
But, you know, I think, you know, I was there for several weeks in the beginning of the trial.
I watched Cassie's testimony.
I watched, you know, a couple of the important witnesses.
I watched Kid Cuddy's testimony.
So, no, I mean, it's interesting.
I think all parties here kind of win, right?
In a weird way.
I'm on stream right now and I kind of was explaining to some audience, but I'll say real quick in here, you know, on one end, you got the prosecution where they got a conviction.
Yeah, they didn't get a conviction for the sex trafficking, which carries, I think, a mandatory minimum of 15 years in the RICO, but they still got a conviction while going to trial with the, you know, interstate transportation, which they got him, you know, guilty on that all rights because he was, for those that aren't familiar, basically what Diddy did was he would have escorts meet him and Cassie or him and Jane, who I think is actually 50 Cents baby mom, in different places all across the country, right?
In Miami, LA, New York, Atlanta.
And these guys would fly in and Diddy would watch as these escorts would have sex with Cassie and Jane.
And he'd be in the corner gooning and recording it, directing it, you know, maybe all this other weird shit that he that he did.
But, you know, from if you're going to look at it, like from a legal standpoint, yes, flying in escorts affects interstate commerce, which and it's interstate transportation.
So obviously the feds are going to have jurisdiction there and that's what they did.
But as far as like the sex trafficking, even when I was there for Cassie's testimony, a lot of it was consensual, man.
You know, and they were together for a very long time.
Same thing with the Jane girl.
I mean, hell with the Jane girl, he was paying her bills as she was sitting there testifying against him.
A lot of people don't know that.
Like he's still paying for her life.
So it's very strange that she was there testifying against him and he's still taking care of her financially from behind bars.
So, you know, it was a little, I think the feds tried to get a sexy Rico case, bit a little bit more off than they can chew.
It's also strange how having one defendant on a RICO case, you know, the whole thing with the racketeering is like a conspiracy.
It's built upon an agreement to commit a crime between two or more people.
So the fact that he was the only one that was charged, that was a little weird as well.
I've never seen a RICO case where you only have one defendant.
So I think between the, and also Diddy's defense did a really good job of cross-examining.
I was there when Brian Steele was doing some of the cross-examination of the defendants.
And when they cross-examined Cassie as well, and they cross-examined the girl from Danny Kane.
And his defense did a really good job of making them look, you know, not credible in some regards, or at least making aware it was like, yo, this looks like it was consensual sex.
And you guys are trying to, you know, kind of clean this guy out because some of the, a lot of the witnesses that testified also had civil cases against Diddy as well.
You know, it came out in trial that Cassie got, you know, 20 million from the Diddy lawsuit because the lawsuit started the criminal investigation.
And then she got another 10 million from Intercontinental Hotel.
And that came out in the middle of trial.
Nobody knew about it.
And it had happened a couple of days prior to her taking a stand.
So, you know, he's not going to die in prison.
He's probably going to get ISMA somewhere between two to seven years.
And, you know, I do think that he's probably going to fucking go on a hunt after.
I would not be surprised if he didn't, you know, file a bunch of lawsuits on a bunch of people that smeared him and attacked him while he was in prison or sorry, while he was in jail.
So we'll see what happens.
But definitely, you know, good for Diddy.
The prosecution, though it wasn't as big of a win as they wanted, they still get a win for getting a conviction.
So I think it's a W for all parties here, as cheesy as that sounds.
Yeah, I mean, and I know Ryan's got a standard.
I don't want to hear what he's going to say as well.
But just before I go to Ryan, just one other question.
I mean, it looks like Diddy was let off lightly.
If you look at it, his major charges were he was found not guilty.
It was mainly just a prostitution.
Likely, and I mentioned this, that if you look at it, the police went in, they've took, may have probably taken control of the vast majority of tapes, maybe blackmail material against celebrities, politicians.
Do you think this was all orchestrated in the sense of they got the equipment, they give him a light charge, and it's just manufactured to let him off?
Or do you think, nah, it was just, and the claim was it was botched, a botch case as well.
I mean, what's your thoughts on that?
Yeah, so look, man, I like to put my tinfoil hat on too, sometimes and, you know, have wild conspiracy theories.
But this is the reality.
This is an Epstein case.
This isn't a blackmail case.
This is a dude that's just a perv and likes to watch dudes fuck his girlfriends.
That's really what it is.
Because keep in mind that there were two women that he did these freak offs with.
He didn't do it with everybody, obviously for certain reasons because it's incredibly embarrassing.
And a lot of people thought, oh, yeah, the Diddy parties, he's over here compromising people, all this other shit.
He literally was going to hotels, having his assistants organize the hotels or Cassie doing it because Cassie also called a lot of these escorts.
They would show up and when they would show up, they would have sex or whatever.
Like this wasn't like some kind of like blackmail case and trying to collect intel.
This was a perverted dude that liked to watch his girl get smashed.
And he kept it pretty discreet for a very long time.
You know, nobody knew about this stuff.
That's why this case is so explosive, guys.
The reason why this case is so explosive and it got so much notoriety is because no one knew he was doing this shit for so long.
He was doing it from like 2008.
And no one knew because he did a good job of paying people off.
He had non-disclosures.
He had an entire team that would make problems go away whenever it happened.
So as far as like an Epstein type operation where he's trying to incriminate and or, you know, get other people from the music industry involved, like when some grand conspiracy, that's not it, bro.
Unfortunately, in this situation, the guy's just a fucking weirdo perv that had his girl get smashed by other guys and move them across state lines.
And that's what got him jammed up from the federal standpoint.
Yeah, I've got a few more questions for you, Myron.
But just before I do, guys, just do retweet, reshare the space, let everybody know that I think we're almost hitting 2,000.
So I'll have at least 2,000 likes and retweets on the space.
That would be awesome.
So every single one of you, go to my profile and just hit the retweet.
It's the pinned tweet.
That would be awesome.
Ryan, jump in.
I know you wanted to add something.
Then I'll go, we'll go back to Rob Myron and see what he's got to say as well.
But Ryan, jump in.
Just quickly back on the Epstein thing.
When Biden was president, it's his FBI.
They tried to throw Trump in jail.
They tried to shoot him.
He's not on the file as far as a client or that 100% would have come out.
They dug up everything they had on him.
And that was why it even got in big news when Acosta said, you know, this is intelligence is because they all thought it would have something to do with Trump.
Because yeah, he is on tape, you know, next to Epstein.
He's at parties.
He's on the planes, whatever.
But they had to fallen out.
If they had a shred of evidence of him kiddie fiddling, they would have used it on him.
He's not guilty of that.
But like I said, he's guilty of plenty of other things.
But so are the Democrats.
A lot of them in the same circle.
So it's kind of a too big to fail situation there.
I agree with Myron on everything you just said about Diddy.
Note that this trial is limited to just these accusations.
He's going to get fucked by Rodney Jones and the other things he did because some of the sex was not consensual because they were drugging people and all that.
He's got receipts.
I've already seen him.
But the assaults and stuff, they kept bringing that up.
And it was like, what is this?
He's already paid out tens of millions of dollars for beating the shit out of his girl in the hotel and all that.
I think the reason they were bringing that up is they were trying to use that in their eco case to say like, well, why didn't these girls leave?
Well, they didn't leave because it was consensual and he was paying for their lifestyle.
That's, you know, what they did.
Another thing with Rodney too.
It's because they're scared.
He's beating the crap out of them.
I'm like, nah, he did beat them.
They got their money, but it was consensual because they're writing emails saying she's looking forward to the next freak off.
I mean, that damned her.
The thing with Rodney, too, I want to say, Rodney was actually a significant contributor to the feds.
I found this out while I was in the trial.
And this is one of the benefits of going to the actual courtroom and hearing everything.
Rodney or Little Rod, that guy was actually one of the main witnesses that gave the feds the probable cause that they needed to do the search warrants.
You know, the way search warrants work in the United States when it comes to, you know, especially at the federal level, is, you know, you need real-time information.
Typically, we call a fresh PC within like two weeks to be able to go ahead and get a judge to sign off on a search warrant.
And obviously, Cassie hadn't been with him since 2018.
Jane, I don't think, had been going to his houses like that.
So the main person that's provided the feds information to do the search warrants on his Miami house and in LA was the little rod guy because he was there as a music producer.
So he knew the layout of the house.
He knew, you know, where stuff was kept, et cetera.
And when the feds went, that's how they were able to find the baby all and get the probable cost to get in there.
So and Rod, interestingly enough, was not used as a witness in a criminal case.
I predict because they didn't want to use a mail and throw things off.
So, but he definitely sued Diddy from a civil perspective.
But his information was absolutely used to get the probable cost to do search warrants.
But yeah, the last thing I'll say is like this whole thing of like the Diddy list and all this other stuff, like just being honest, guys, I was there.
I looked at the evidence.
You know, this is not an Epstein type thing.
This is just a pervy dude that wanted to smash his, have his girl smashed by, you know, escorts and do weird shit and have them rub each other with baby loan.
That's really what it comes down to.
And that's what it is.
You know, people I know are trying to sensationalize and make it, oh my God, it's Epstein.
There's a whole ring.
Nah, man, just a fucking weirdo that wanted to have escorts bang his girlfriends.
Epstein was the gangster these guys like to pretend to be.
And I would say this stuff before you came on, Myron.
I said, this is nothing like an international blackmail ring like Epstein is.
These are perverts.
To put it in Tate's words, over sex nigger shit.
It's not, it's whatever.
They were consensual.
He found some hoes that would fit his fetish.
Some big deal.
Separate to that, other things.
I mean, no one's gone after him after illegal narcotics, and they definitely were doing those.
But that's not what this trial is about.
This was about Cassie mostly.
So he's got other shoes to drop later if they want to prosecute him on those crimes.
But he could countersue a lot of people, too, right now.
But just a question.
Yeah, I think he's going to probably go on a spree after.
Once he, like, gets sentenced and he comes out, you know, I predict that he's absolutely – because he has the money and the resources, too, to go after some of these people for defamation, for sure.
Just some breaking news, and then I've got some more questions, and we'll bring in a few more speakers as well.
But Iran's foreign minister says the nuclear sites have been seriously and heavily damaged.
That tweet in the Nasser.
They are saying that the nuclear facilities have been seriously and heavily damaged.
We'll speak about that in a second.
That's following the strike, Suleiman?
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
Wow, okay, that's huge.
That's massive.
Yeah, I mean, it could be he's just playing politics to stop, like, you know, further – I think he's just being misleading.
I agree with you because that's not what they said previously.
What it means is that strikes are still going on, though, which is still massive news.
This is massive.
That means Israel's striking right now with the U.S. No, no, that's a separate point.
But, yeah, there is a report that there were some explosions.
Well, Suleiman, I know you're on Diddy right now, but I got to ask you this.
So, I know you did a space, like, a couple days ago on saying that drones hit some high-ranking commanders in the IRGC when they had a meeting.
Is it confirmed that Israel did break the ceasefire and attacked Iran again, or what's the latest with that?
There's no reports coming out of Iran, so I can just give you my personal opinion.
I do think that Israel is bombing, and I think Iran is just – I think they're allowing it because they don't want further escalation, which I think is not acceptable.
But there's just too many reports coming out where there's random explosions being heard in Iran, whether it's Tehran or today, which is a couple of hours ago.
Apparently, it was Isfahan and Karaj.
So, I mean, and Israel did say that they're going to give – they're going to do to Iran the Lebanon treatment, which is, like, we'll have a ceasefire, but we'll, like, hit certain areas whenever we want.
There is no videos coming out, so, therefore, what I'm saying is complete speculation.
But my concern is that if that's happening, that's just, like, extreme weakness.
Gotcha, gotcha.
Yeah, that's – that's wild if that's what's going on.
Yeah, yeah.
But today there's been a few pieces of news.
America's dropped off a significant amount of weaponry into Israel today, into Ben-Gurion Airport.
The airspace over Iran was closed.
Now it's temporarily open, and Americans have asked for an immediate evacuation of American citizens.
as soon as possible.
So, there is something happening.
We'll have to just wait and see if this is going to be further escalation or whether it's got to do with Yemen.
But, yeah, there is something happening right now today.
Do you see China selling AWACS jets to Iran?
Dozens of them.
Yeah, yeah.
Saw that as well.
So, yeah, there is – I think Iran's bolstering.
Obviously, Israel's bolstering from their side.
So, we'll have to just wait and see what happens.
But I do think they're definitely going to bomb Yemen.
I think that's going to be significant escalation.
But in terms of Iran, we're just going to have to wait and see.
But just coming back to – I think that's going to kick off.
Yeah.
And just coming back onto the Diddy thing, Myron, because, you know, you said that you went to the trial, and you don't think it's anything more than, like, some pervert.
But like what's all this like connection to like, for example, a lot of these celebrities going to his parties and the Justin Bieber connection and all these things.
You don't think that he himself, even if it wasn't some kind of international spyring, if it wasn't like some kind of person celebrity spyring.
You don't think it was that either?
You think it's just completely isolated to the incidents that's occurred in the trial?
Yeah, no, completely, yeah, completely isolated, man.
So I do, because I know a lot of people would conflate, you know, the Diddy parties with the freak offs.
So like the parties, right, where he would have these huge extravagant parties where people would come in and party, you know, the white parties and all that other stuff, that has nothing to do with the freak offs.
The freak offs were simply him taking his girl Cassie and another woman, Jane, who I think is 50 Cents Baby Mama, and basically getting private hotels, having them have sex with escorts and him watching it.
So that's completely different from the parties.
Now, when it comes to Bieber, you know, there was some talk about him doing some things with Bieber.
Bieber came out and denied it, said that we're not involved in this whatsoever.
Who knows?
But what I will say is, as far as like him trying to do things with artists and use it as blackmail against them, not really, man.
Not really.
I mean, hell, even Cassie made that, she made the accusation, oh, you know, I was scared because, you know, he would share the freak off videos.
But the reality is she was the one that provided the evidence to the government.
A lot of people don't know this.
So there was a bunch of images and video of sexual acts.
It was actually Cassie that provided that to the government.
It wasn't even Diddy.
They didn't find it in any of his houses.
So, and she had it stored on a bunch of laptops and tablets and stuff like that.
So when the, and I think this is another reason too, why the jury didn't convict them of the sex trafficking is in those videos, you can see the like the consensual sex.
Now, the public never saw any of this stuff.
It was only the jury that saw the images and saw the video.
The journalists, the press could not see it.
They did not allow it.
And this came out like on the second day of trial where, you know, they made the agreement that the journalists would not be able to see it.
So I definitely think that also played a role because it's one thing to have a winner say something.
It's another thing for you to see them on video having consensual sex.
So I think that absolutely ended up hurting the government down the road, those videos, because they actually came from Cassie, not from him himself.
Interesting.
Joe, thanks for joining us.
I wish you'd come earlier, Joy.
You came at the wrong time.
We had Liz Crocker on who massively was defending Trump in terms of his connection to Epstein.
I know you previously relayed your own personal experience of seeing Epstein and Trump together.
If you want to give that perspective, I wish she was still on here because she was literally saying like Trump is completely innocent and he's taking out the entire Epstein list right now.
And in the next few years, you're going to see that entire list being exposed and people being arrested and so on and so forth.
But I remember you about a year ago or maybe longer recounting your own personal experience of Trump and Epstein and how they were buying girls or whatever.
I mean, I'm just paraphrasing what I remember.
And I'm just trying to recall what I remember.
But if you want to actually say what you witnessed from a personal experience.
I guess you're talking to me, Salman, because I came on.
I was – I took a call.
It was you.
Yeah, yeah.
It was about your experience with Trump and Epstein.
Yeah.
I was at the white party too.
So I can give you both.
And they were both kind of in the same place.
You're not in the files, are you, Joy?
No, I'm not in the files for sure.
Listen, the Hamptons, a lot of stuff happens.
I did go to a party, very famous person who tried to become a singer.
His dad owned New Jersey Commerce Bank, owns a castle in the Hamptons, probably the only castle in the Hamptons.
And he held this party where me and my friends winded up rescuing a girl who was, she said she was being sold off and they were being sold off inside the house.
No one was allowed inside the house unless you had like some kind of invite.
Trump was there.
It was Trump, Epstein, and Sammy Sosa, which used to be like a very famous baseball player.
All three of those guys were together, but I didn't see them inside the house.
I didn't see them go inside the house.
I only saw them outside.
So that doesn't mean he's on there or not on there.
At the white party, we had a serious involvement there because Jennifer Lopez was basically hitting on a friend of mine, black kid who's a used to model, super tall.
She called him over to introduce herself.
Diddy Solic comes over, gripped Jennifer up by the wrist and like yanked her as hard as he possibly could to go with him.
Makes sense.
So, yeah, you saw the violence and then his bodyguards kind of harassed us that night at a club.
And then the very next night, we were at a club in Miami called Chaos, where then Diddy comes in and his bodyguards pull a gun on us and told the owners to kick us out that we followed him there, although we were there before him.
And nothing wounded up happening because the owners knew us because we were there all the time.
But yeah, I mean, the Hamptons is kind of a crazy place.
A lot of people with a lot of money and anywhere that has a lot of money.
He does have a lot of people.
Including places like Dubai, for example.
Saul Man, you were there.
And you see, like, the women it attracts is women who are looking for guys with a lot of money.
Well, the same shit happens in the Hamptons, right?
And a lot of people's morals go down the drain.
So, you know, what happened with Diddy's child now?
Like, I honestly don't know, dude.
Like, it's, it's, did they do it?
And were they coerced or were they giving up part of their morals in order to get fame?
Like, who's to blame here?
I don't know.
You know what I mean?
Yeah.
But I saw a lot of crazy shit because I used to summer in the Hamptons for like five, six years.
So, so, yeah, I didn't know about that story, but I'm talking about the one you mentioned about Trump and Epstein.
You mentioned it about a year ago on Spaces about how your own personal experience was.
And you saw, I don't know what it was.
I can't remember the full story.
Yeah, but you had a lot of like Angelica Bridges.
I don't know if a lot of people know who that is, but when Pamela Anderson left Baywatch, she was supposed to be like the new Pamela Anderson.
She was there too.
You know what I mean?
But yes, Epstein and Trump were together way after this whole like, oh, Trump stopped being friends with Epstein.
Bullshit.
I saw them together in the mid-2000s.
And supposedly they broke the relationship in the early 2000s or late 90s.
Well, they were still partying.
What was that story you told?
I mean, girls were being auctioned.
You tried to implicate Trump, like in terms of some kind of buying girls.
No, no.
What I said was he was at a place where people were auctioning off girls, auctioning off women in the Hamptons.
And he was there with Epstein.
So what I was saying was I was implicating the fact that they still hang out because I saw it with my own eyes.
I wasn't implicating he went in and bid on girls.
I wasn't inside.
So I didn't see it.
What year was this?
Probably like 2004, 2005, somewhere around there.
Maybe 2005.
It's well after he said he cut off ties.
Yeah, exactly.
It was well after he said he cut off ties.
Interesting.
Just for the audience, I remember you telling the story, but actually I thought the way I remember it was much worse than what you've described now.
But I guess I'm glad you've clarified it.
And it isn't as bad as I remember it.
But then you are trying to basically say that, look, they were still friends.
And this whole breakup probably isn't as real as is being claimed.
So that makes sense.
Appreciate that, Joe.
And guys, if you've got any information, I know we've got this Epstein victim who's going to come back.
I think she shared some kind of internet issues.
So we'll get her back up.
Truth, what's your thoughts on this?
You mentioned that you had some thoughts on the Epstein thing.
Yeah, well, two points.
Well, one on Diddy, one on Epstein 2.
And that said, look, there's a clearly community within the music industry.
Clive Davis is prominent among them.
He's an admitted homosexual who slept with many of the artists and subjects them to humiliation ritual as well.
You've got the likes of Lee Horcoin.
I mean, you already recognized the last names.
You can tell which tribe they all belong to.
You know, the Scooter Bronze, for instance, who actually managed Justin Beaver himself.
And it was actually Usher that pimped out Justin Beaver to Diddy for 48 hours at his house when he was 14, 15 years old.
What do you think went on there for over two nights?
And the kid just gradually kind of changed after he got raped.
So, and it was Candace Holland, by the way, who also alleges that Diddy did rape Justin Beaver when he was a kid.
So that's an actual case.
As far as Trump goes, I mean, I can go on and on about that in terms of the music industry executives who run it and serve as the gatekeeper.
And we'll subject you, subject any one of these despiring artists, irrespective of their talent, to a humiliation ritual to ensure that, well, for one, they never talk badly about the Jews or Israel or rabbis or anyone like that.
Jerry Heller's another one, by the way, he managed, well, NWA EZE for a while, too.
It was the same deal.
They went after Ice Cube after he made a comment about the Jews.
So they don't mess around.
Now, with respect to Trump, I don't know if you guys have covered the Katie Johnson case.
She was 13 years old when she claimed she was sexually assaulted by Trump at an Epstein party.
And she filed the accusations in 2016.
Now, she did later withdraw them because she was subjected to numerous death threats and she was scared for her life.
I posted the 30-minute interview she did.
Didn't sound like she was lying.
But, you know, she's scared for her life.
So she withdrew it.
And now that you've seen what's happened to, you know, Virginia Guffray, who dies under mysterious circumstances, and Maria Farmer herself, who in 1996 first made the calls to the FBI saying that her and her sister were sexually assaulted by Epstein.
Where was the FBI then?
It took more than 12 years before he was finally prosecuted for just one charge of underage human trafficking, even though he'd been doing it numerous.
I just named you two, Maria Farmer and her sister.
So you can see all this stuff just flies under the radar.
And then he gets his joke of a sentence because, well, as Alex Acosta put it, he was a prosecutor, you know, Jeffrey Epstein's intelligence about my pay grade.
That's why he got that special deal 18 months where he was allowed to go out during the day and then come back to jail at nighttime.
You can go out to his office during the day and work and come back at nighttime.
And this went on and on for another, what, almost 10 years before he got prosecuted again.
And then, of course, they supposedly suicide him or kill him under mysterious circumstances.
And he's been spotted in places like Lebanon.
So none of that really added up.
Trump's no savior.
He's no hero.
He is likely on the list, as Elon Musk put it.
So I don't see him ever.
As Ryan put it, they're never going to put out a list because then they'll actually have to prosecute some of Trump's donors and the circle he keeps.
So they're going to ensure that they keep everyone distracted with either wars, foreign policy blunders.
You know, they're gearing up for it looks like Yemen next, and they'll probably come back to Iran again because they still want to do that regime change.
So people will stop asking for the Epstein lift.
And then also the rest of the JFK, RFK fails, MLK in 9-11.
There's a lot he hasn't declassified.
But for people to think that Trump's going after human trafficking, there's still over 300,000 kids that are missing.
What's he done about that?
Ryan Maddox put out numerous documentaries indicating why are all these kids missing?
Well, what's Trump done about that?
So it's just, you know, it's amazing to me that the likes of Liz Crokin will come up here and still stand by Trump when they can't even get their story straight.
And she says the FBI is not corrupt when Cash Patel claims there's cameras showing that Epstein did kill himself when they already claimed years before when it actually happened that the cameras malfunctioned and they weren't working.
I mean, they can't even keep track of their lives.
And Cash Patel's in on it.
He's already said he's a Zionist, dedicated to Israel first.
But when he can't even, and then Pam Bonnie does say that there are tapes, by the way, there's thousands of hours of tapes of, I believe it was either Diddy or Epstein.
I'll look, I'll look it up.
I have the video.
And but then Cash Patel says there isn't.
So, I mean, Cash Patel's a pathological liar.
He's part of the corruption of the FBI.
Trump hasn't changed anything.
He's going to continue to be a cover-up artist while he continues to make blunders for foreign policy.
It's just amazing to me and fascinating to me that these influencers will come up here with the audacity to claim that he's somehow above the fray and he's going to end human trafficking.
He already did a full term, right?
He's just in his first administration.
He's already been at that this five months and four years now.
Nothing's changed.
It's still business as usual.
So people shouldn't be fooled.
But again, you have his mega tart followers that will continue to stand by him unconditionally and believe that this project here or whatever it is is for real.
It's not.
It's a fraud.
Just like Trump is, he has been his whole life since 89, when he was first owned by the Rothschilds, when it was Wilbur Ross who came out and bought out his $700 plus million, restructured his $700 plus million dollars of debt that it was issued at 14.5% through those junk bonds.
And how did Trump repay him?
He made him commerce secretary in 2017 when he first took office.
And Wilbur Ross represented the Rothschild bankruptcy division.
So the Rothschilds have volunte Trump since 89.
And of course, Ryan's already put out some great stories about who his father was.
Now he did so many favors for the Jewish community, built synagogues.
He did so many favors for the Jewish community.
There was like an encyclopedia in 2017 anyway.
So he's one of them.
So don't be fooled.
That's all I say.
Is look at the evidence and look at who Katie Johnson was.
I put her 30-minute video there.
People can judge for themselves if she's lying.
It doesn't sound like she is.
But again, they silenced her as they'll silence all the witnesses.
They'll all go mysteriously disappearing and shut their mouths.
Otherwise, there'll be consequences.
Thank you.
Appreciate that truth.
And guys, do me a favor.
Go to my profile, hit the follow and hit the notifications because we would like to come in with this regularly between 4 p.m. Eastern to 6 p.m. Eastern every single day.
But if there's any breaking news, which likely there will be tomorrow, I mean, something could kick off, but between Iran and Israel, based on the news we're getting, something could kick off between Israel and Yemen.
There could be a Gaza ceasefire tomorrow.
We got the big beautiful bill that should be may or may not go through tomorrow.
There's a lot of huge news.
So if you put your notifications on, because we will start the space immediately as soon as...
So, okay, let's read some chats.
We're going to get into the next topic.
Okay.
We got here.
Can you explain how Diddy is charged for Cassie calling and paying that scores?
Yeah, you're right, bro.
It's weird.
But yeah, she probably got a proffer.
And she's a winner, so she didn't get charged.
This bitch looks familiar.
Jay Hardy sends me a status link.
I guess I'll might not pull it up on screen, but let me see what this is.
Because you guys be sending me wild shit sometimes, bro.
So I got to double check, make sure it's not some weirdo stuff.
Let's see.
Did he support his act and pull outside the courthouse?
Bruh.
Oh, yeah, that stupid chick that was.
Oh, yeah, nah, bro.
I'm good.
I don't even want to see this, man.
Nigga, why are you sending me that?
Okay.
Let's see here.
Just for if I send a chat or you read him, it comes.
Okay.
All right.
So we got that done.
All right.
Cool, cool, cool.
All right.
So we got that out the way.
And then we got Curtis Leon.
He says, where would Diddy serve a sign being high profile?
Wouldn't that put him in the general population?
They could, or they'll put him isolated.
I don't know, bro.
I think it would be very dangerous for him to be in G-pop, you know, given the amount of money he has and who he is.
Yeah, bro.
I don't think it's a good idea for him to be in general population.
Albois, would Diddy be able to sue Cassie back?
That'd be funny if he hits her for the 30 mil.
I don't know if he'd be able to sue her.
I mean, he could.
He could.
He could.
You know, he definitely could.
Would he win?
Who knows?
Would he bother?
Because he'd be a headache and it would probably be in the news all over again.
So, yeah, I don't know.
So, okay, cool.
Caught up there.
All right, let's get into the bill.
Okay, let's get into the bill, the big, beautiful bill.
Hold on.
That's why I think this is a case for people to say, well, if he now.
Oh, shit, this shit's been playing the whole time.
All right, you know what?
Let's skim through this before we switch 100%.
I fucking forgot to keep playing this.
It's not even true.
They never believed a word Cassie said.
Yeah, we still got another hour.
They never believed a word Jane said.
That jury wasn't even out one hour of deliberations.
They came and said, Judge, we need to throw juror 25 off because he's not deliberating.
That told you there was already a group of people together who were willing to go in one direction or the other.
That jury deliberated three hours essentially before they had conviction or had verdicts, which a fast verdict like that, in my experience, tells me that's clearly a defense verdict.
Clearly.
They came back today and it was over.
It wasn't a strong case.
It was a strong case in the media and all the pundits who wanted to say he's a woman beater, which he is.
That doesn't equal a RICO charge.
Now, would you be very consistent on that?
I mean, given the convictions he's now received, what is his likely sentence?
I mean, each count, I think, is a maximum of Gotta give him two years.
It's a maximum of 10 years on each count.
So what do you think you'll get?
Yeah, but the feds are different.
First of all, he's convicted of procuring a prostitute.
If we're going to start throwing music moguls and billionaires in prison for procuring prostitutes, we're going to need to expand the prisons.
We're going to have to get, you know, alligator Alcatraz.
All these rich niggas, bro, if you pay for escorts, man.
Fired up.
Shit's crazy.
But, you know, under the guidelines, he has no criminal records, basically.
So he should get the minimum sentence, which is two years.
And they could screw him over and run him bowlegged and do them consecutively.
There's no reason for them to do that.
I expect they want to...
Hey guys, do me a favor.
Smash that like button, by the way.
We got 1,300 likes, man.
We got, what, 3,400 of you guys in here just on YouTube alone?
And then like another 15, 16.
So we got like 5,000 of you guys in here, man.
Smash that like button, guys.
Clock, the judge is going to give him bail.
I don't know why.
Got 1,300 likes to get to 2,000.
Why they wouldn't.
I mean, there's very few people in federal prison right now for these charges.
So I would be surprised if he didn't get bail.
And he should get the minimum because that's what this was recorded before he got the bail and focus on the money.
Cassie.
That's not relevant.
No, no, it's irrelevant.
Let me ask you.
On a technical point, can the time that he served in prison then be removed?
Say he gets two years to run concurrently on both counts.
So he serves two years.
Would they remove time served or is that irrelevant?
All right, so all three of these people are lawyers.
The judge can do whatever judge wants to, but he gets his credit.
In feds, it's day for day, so he gets a dollar for every dollar he put in.
So he's seven months into this already.
So if they run him concurrently, he's looking at probably a 20-month guideline and you knock off seven.
And, you know, there's very real chance that he's not ever going to see a federal prison.
That's if it doesn't get, if the president doesn't do something with it, because this is the kind of thing that you can see someone granting a pardon on.
I mean, it's.
Yeah, no, he's not going to grant a pardon on this shit.
Number one, it's not it's not worth it.
And guys, pardons are very um frowned upon.
Pardoning people is always frowned upon.
Obviously, you got some exceptional cases, like, for example, when Trump pardoned the January 6ers when he came in.
That's a bit different.
Um, but pardons in general, presidents always pardon at the end of their term because it's so frowned upon.
It's the white slave trade act.
That's real difficult to sentence somebody on the white slave trade act in 2025, just from a practical standpoint.
The government failed miserably.
Yeah, well, they clearly have.
Ariel Mitchell Kidd.
You represent another of women.
I disagree with that against Sean.
They didn't fail.
They got the conviction.
That's a W for them when they cover their stats.
Still a W for them to get a conviction.
What is your reaction to this verdict?
Well, bro, if you hire that chick as a lawyer, you're cooked, nigga.
I think it's important that we discuss the lack of diversity that was on the prosecution team.
That was probably my most concern when I faced them when I had a hearing for emotion to quash during the grand jury testimony.
I was very concerned when I was looking across from me at six white women and them not being bro.
What does that have to do with anything, bro?
What the fuck, man?
Bro, why do black people always got to make this shit about race, man?
What the fuck, man?
Being able to grasp just exactly how to convey.
Some dumbass in the chest said, Fat Elmyr, and they lost.
Nigga, you're a dumbass.
How the fuck are you going to tell me they lost when I know how the AUSA's office keeps their records?
As long as they get a conviction, it's a W retard.
Holy shit, you're stupid.
It's amazing to me how some niggas in the chat, armchair fucking, you know, commentators, you niggas don't know shit about this fucking system.
Talk about it, bro.
Nigga, okay, didn't get him on the biggest charge.
They got a conviction.
That's all they need for their staff purposes.
Right, I'm sure it's disappointing because they wanted to get the Rico, but it's still a W for them.
He's convicted of two counts, two serious counts, too.
Dumb fuck.
Floris gifted five subs on Rumble.
Appreciate you, bro.
What has occurred to a jury and being able to relate these things to a jury?
Of course, my clients are very shocked at all of this.
I am shocked.
I'm actually very shocked at how they were able to reach the transportation aspect, but not the other two charges because one kind of flows with the other.
Dumbass nigga's name is Cappin, C-A-P-N, Fat Elmyr, and they lost.
You're a dumb fuck, bro.
This nigga is definitely a fried chicken crusader retard.
Well, they don't, they don't really do it because the transportation is that you're transporting people illegally across state lines for the purpose of prostitution.
But that doesn't mean there's any coercion.
And in fact, they have rejected all the charges, which would then lead on to a coercive situation.
Those sex trafficking.
You can't cut me off and let me not finish my statement.
Sure.
So in reference to, first of all, the bar they have to meet.
It's a very, very high bar in criminal court.
It is beyond a reasonable doubt.
So, of course, it's clear that he did these things, transporting people for prostitution, the prostitutes, like you just said, the punisher, who you'll have later, and other men who have said they were transported, as well as the women who said the Jane Does who said they were also transported for this reason.
However, when we talk about the coercion, I thought the elements were met.
If you are asking me where I think the prosecution fell short, was I think taking six weeks to put on their case was a mistake.
It was overkill.
I think had they shortened and streamlined their case, maybe in a three, four week at max point, they would have been successful.
When you say the prosecution team wasn't diverse enough, what exactly do you mean?
Yeah, that's a ghetto as fuck, bro.
How'd she become a lawyer, nigga?
What are you saying?
There were six white women.
So there was not any other voice.
Yo, could you imagine, guys, if it was like some white shit got on and said, yeah, it was six black women, bro, they would be hooked.
Cooked.
Other than a white woman's voice being heard.
Nigga.
There was not a man.
Get this bitch out of here, bro.
Man's voice, a man's perspective of any race, let alone any other race, especially a black voice, considering just how I don't even know what the word impactful is not even a good enough word to describe Diddy's, I want to say impact, but that again, that's not even a good enough word.
His chokehold, I'll call it, on the black community.
So, when I look at, like, for example, R. Kelly, who, in my opinion, didn't do half as much or a quarter as much as Diddy did for him to be in jail for 25 years and Diddy to essentially be getting possibly 10 to 20 years, 10 years maximum each count.
I don't understand it.
Tax day has passed, but for millions of Americans, that's where the trouble begins.
Everything.
Diddy just sat in the corner watching.
I mean, but let's be for real.
Cassie didn't have her own money.
So if that was the case, why do her parents need to take out a loan and pay Diddy for this was her thing?
Okay, but Eric, Eric, you're missing my point.
I'm not saying whether it's right or wrong.
I'm just saying, do you feel like there's a different mood now about these cases?
I would hate.
I was about to say I was trying to get to what your question was, which is I would hate to think that the application of the law is on the whim of the attitude of the people.
So that's what you're applying, that because the wind has changed, there's an inappropriate application of law.
And I would hate to think that we live in a society where that is occurring.
Okay.
Bruce Rivers, I mean, you were very clear.
I like hearing Bruce's opinion.
This bitch retarded, bro.
He was going to go down to prison for the rest of his natural life.
That is clearly not going to happen.
So how do you feel about this verdict?
Well, I think the case was overcharged to begin with.
And what the defense did in this case, they really focused on the free will of Cassie Ventura.
When you have somebody that's a hanger on, somebody that is getting something out of this, as opposed to somebody who's being forced into something, you know, that's where I think the defense really won the day.
And, you know, I was going basically on the sensationalistic nature of the conduct because it really is bad.
But when you really apply, I just tried one of these RICO cases here in Minneapolis on a gang case about a month and a half ago.
And it's really easy to prove.
But the thing about it is here, the court can use some of this under this acquitted conduct in sentencing.
And so it's the final chapter hasn't been written.
Well, you mean he may still get a substantial prison sentence, you think?
He could.
He could.
The average person wouldn't, but the average person doesn't have all this other conduct.
How much of that is relevant to what a judge may decide should be a sentence?
I mean, you know, I don't think this judge is going to...
I mean, the judge, for example, can't bring in the appalling beating video because the statute of limitations is over for that, right?
It's not even relevant legally.
Oh, sure, it is.
All the conduct of Diddy throughout this whole thing is relevant.
You know, the judge will take into consideration the whole picture of Diddy, not just the offense for which he's charged.
You know, he's got, what, what do I think he's like seven months in or something like that?
So if you just look at the low end of the guidelines, he's almost got that served.
And so a judge may say, this is not the message I want to send to the public.
You know, and the judge very may well, he could sentence him consecutively.
I doubt that he's going to.
But how do the jury told you guys are going to be concurrent?
I mean, isn't the bottom line here that the jury seems to have concluded, and we may hear from some jurors, but I've just seen a statement from Cassie Ventura's lawyer, Doug Wigdore.
He says, we're just pleased that he still faces substantial jail time.
Well, that remains to be seen.
By coming forward with her experience, Cassie's left an indelible mark on both the entertainment industry and the fight for justice.
She displayed.
This guy, Cabin says, Martin, don't let your bias turn you into Lyron.
Shut the fuck up, nigga.
You're a retard.
You don't know anything.
You are literally dumb.
Dumb as bricks.
The prosecution still got a conviction, dumb fuck, on two counts, two serious counts.
That's still a W for them in the AUSA column.
You don't know how prosecutors evaluate their stuff.
They're going to be going to put in, we still got a conviction, two of them.
So it's a W for them.
If they lost a child completely and he walked, yeah, that would be bad.
But the fact that they got a conviction on two counts is still a big deal.
You dumb retard.
Paid unquestionable strength.
She brought attention to the return.
And it's always the YouTube chat.
Some of the dumbest niggas be watching on YouTube, bro.
Holy shit, man.
Conduct that's persisted for decades without repercussion.
I'm not sure she has established that in terms of the eyes of the jury.
You know what you should do, bro?
Change your name from Captain C-A-P-N to Cap and Retard.
That's what you are.
You are literally the captain of the retards.
You know, I share, listen, hang on.
I share the general view that that video of Diddy beating her up in the hotel corridor was disgusting.
He's clearly an appalling woman beater.
However, that's not what he was charged with.
And in terms of the charges, it just seems to me they didn't establish that any of this was non-consensual.
There's some truth to that, but they could have decided the RICO on the fact that there wasn't an enterprise.
I mean, they could have just, we don't know why they acquitted on the RICO.
On the sex trafficking, you know, it has to be forced prior to coercion, but they could have acquitted on something else.
It's pretty, but, and I think one of the things, like you said, Pierce, is that they really focused on the free will.
And they had plenty of evidence to back that up.
You know, all the text messages saying, I can't wait for the freak off, you know?
Right.
But I thought, listen, as somebody, you know, who's just looking at it with a journalist eye, I found that pretty persuasive for the defense.
You know, and again, I think it comes back.
I mean, I'll bring Matthew back in here.
The reason I mentioned the changing mood really about these kinds of stories is that I think that people have become a little bit more cynical about cases where women have stayed in touch with the alleged abuser in a very loving and apparently very consensual way for a long period after the abuse is said to have happened.
And then you add in the fact that there was a big settlement and Cassie took all that money and so on and so on.
You know, I think when you put it all together, a lot of people may feel differently now than they would have done, you know, in 2019, 2020.
Now, first of all, R. Kelly got convicted because he was screwing kids.
That's the big difference.
To equate R. Kelly with Puff is just, it's wrong and it's silly and it's just, it's almost, it's nonsensical.
R. Kelly was guilty of screwing around with kids.
No one's, no time 50 years ago or 50 years from now will that be okay.
This was a bad case.
You know, no one believed Cassie.
Here's all you need to know.
Every single count in which the credibility of the alleged victims was put into question, the jury came back 36 times and said not guilty.
Every single case, every single charge that had anything to do with Cassie or with Jane, the jury absolutely did not believe them, found them to not be credible, even to the extent to convict someone who's on a video beating the living snot out of the woman.
That tells you all you need to know about the case.
The media and people, lawyers, plaintiffs' lawyers who wanted to sue him said, oh, she's so convincing.
It's hard to feel sorry for a woman who's instructing a sex worker on how to urinate in their mouth and telling her how to do it.
And the punisher, who I think is just an absolute star, explained this to such a point of view.
I would threw my hands up because I literally go, I don't know.
You can't have better testimony than that other than when Jane said she thought that P. Diddy was a cuckold.
And if the prosecution, if they didn't think they had to do it, the defense didn't think they had to do it.
They could have called any head of the human sexuality department and said, tell us about the swinger's lifestyle.
Tell us about water games.
Tell us about this.
Put on the videos.
That's clearly what it was.
We don't have to guess because the jury has told us they believed what the defense team put out there.
And Tenny Garrigo from the very beginning set the stage for this, the tenor.
This is all consensual.
It's nothing coerced.
And the jury believed every single word of it.
The two convictions are just based upon plane tickets and receipts.
That's all.
It literally didn't need any testimony from any of the two alleged victims.
And I don't know why we're calling them other than the videotape.
In this case, they were found not to be victims.
They were found to be incredible witnesses.
And the evidence from their own mouths and their own fingertips and their own text messages proved that they shouldn't be believed.
And the jury obliged them and didn't believe a word they said.
That's true.
Ariel, in terms of the...
I don't want to hear her talk again.
All right, let me read some chats here.
Oh, that's your girl says, what's the top three I've exercised you recommend?
Bro, there's a bunch.
Plank, one thing that crunches you forward, then one thing raises your legs upper, lower, and then you hit the whole core, pretty much.
Like, so if you do a plank, nice static hold, then you do a leg raise, then you do a crunch.
That way you hit work, work the lower abs anytime you bring your legs towards you, and then anytime you move your torso towards your legs, that works on perhaps.
Master, Mr. Mikey788, subscribe for the year.
Welcome to the OSS, Mr. Mikey.
KG Pharrell says, Shaniqua and Associates looking bitch, the only people who she represents is black women because they're the only people with dumb enough to hire, bro.
I'm telling you, man, you're going to go to jail if you hire her.
Handsome Frank can be much better attorney than this 304 holy.
Yeah, you know what?
KG Pharrell, bro.
She got her titties out, too.
There's no way she actually practiced law, bro.
I'm telling you, man, these bitches are wild.
With Ghost says, if you hire a hood rat female lawyer, just guarantee you'll be convicted of whatever crime you're charged with, bro.
I'm telling you, man.
And then SLV says, Myron, two things.
First of all, thank you for streaming on YouTube.
Unfortunately, it's the best place where I can just work and hear you, which is most of the time.
Secondly, hear me out.
Instead of kicking out all aliens, let's start a program where they get to catch 50 pedos and earn their stay here in Kuala Alien vs. Predator.
Also, the YouTube chat is filled with a bunch of brainless dudes.
Yeah, bro.
Broke brainless dudes.
I know.
A lot of idiots in YouTube chat.
I know.
And he's a member of OSS.
Again, guys, I stream on YouTube because honestly, a lot of y'all I know prefer YouTube because it's easier to watch on.
Maybe you got YouTube Premium.
You can watch me as your, what's it called?
Doing whatever you're doing.
So I know for a lot of you guys, it's better.
So it's fine.
Even though I hate YouTube, I understand that a lot of you guys prefer to use it because the UI, easy, et cetera.
So yeah, no problem.
But I appreciate you guys that join OSS and support regardless.
It's cheap, man.
Four bucks for the first month, $10 after that.
You can kind of just subscribe and forget it.
So I really appreciate that because that allows me to keep making the content.
Because as you guys know, these fucking losers demonetize me for no reason.
Pay attention to the czar.
Russia's about to rock the fuck out of Europe real soon.
King Jomon getting North Korea ready for some shit.
If the person gets hit again, the Tsar takes the gloves off and it will be a game changer.
Yeah, I don't know about that, bro.
I don't know about that, nigga.
Okay.
Okay, let's get into.
We're going to talk about our boy Jeff Bezos now.
actually, you know what we do got, since you mentioned Iran, let's, let's read, we'll get into Jeff Bezos after.
Give me one sec, guys.
I'm going to just get water real quick.
Thank you.
Thank you.
All right.
All right, let's see what's going on here with Iran.
Then we're going to get into your boy Jeff Bezos.
Our assessment of the battle damage around Ford, Nantes, and Istafan remains unchanged.
I mean, we believe, and certainly all of the intelligence that we've seen have led us to believe that Iran's, those facilities especially have been completely obliterated.
We have degraded their program by one to two years.
That from the Pentagon moments ago, Iran admitting that U.S. strikes seriously damaged its nuclear facilities and is now refusing to cooperate with the UN's nuclear watchdog, the chief foreign correspondent.
Yeah, and the reason why is because what's the point?
They're going to keep trying to destroy them and they know that they need a nuclear bomb at this point to keep the United States and Israel off their back.
Trey Yinks is live for us in Tel Aviv with more.
Trey.
Trace, good afternoon.
Today, Iranian President Masood Pazeshkian signed a law that was passed last week by the Iranian parliament suspending Iran's participation in the IAEA.
Now, the move was done with the UN nuclear watchdog stipulating that any future work with the agency would have to be approved by Tehran's Supreme National Security Council.
The decision by Iranian politicians came after both Israel and the United States bombed Iran's three key nuclear facilities.
The law to suspend cooperation with the International Atomic Energy Agency was issued for enforcement.
The president announced the law to government bodies for enforcement.
The IAEA responded to the news saying they are aware of the reports and are awaiting official information from the Iranian government.
Yeah, they're never going to let them back in.
During Martha's interview with the IAEA Director General Rafael Grossi, the director discussed the amount of damage caused to Iran's nuclear facilities amid questions about if and when the program could be rebuilt.
I could agree in the sense that what we see is a very important degree of damage in the three facilities.
Natanz, which was the first to be hit and sustained very, very serious damage in one of the important centrifuge halls where enrichment was being carried out.
The current ceasefire between Israel and Iran is holding for now, but analysts say Israel could strike again if it believes Iran is advancing its nuclear.
It will 100% hit them again.
Guys, by the way, we only got 1,500 likes, but we got what?
3,500 of you guys in here, man.
Smash the like button, guys.
Let's get to 2,000.
I don't want to hold the show hostage.
So smash that like button if you're watching on YouTube.
Okay, you don't have to, if you don't have the money to join OSS, no problem.
The only thing I ask is do you like the video so it can get pushed in the algorithm and more people can find this stuff.
Clear program.
Trace?
Yeah, it's amazing.
Have they given any kind of timeline to that at all, Trey, when they say they could take some action on their own, Israel?
Absolutely.
They're waiting for the battlefield assessments, trying to understand just how much damage was done to these facilities following the American strikes that were ordered by President Trump.
We know there was a significant amount of damage, but the reality is many of these centrifuges are deep underground, now buried by dirt and rubble.
And so the Israelis are looking for that information, but also preparing for the possibility that Iran could launch more missiles into Israel.
Air defense systems across this country remain on high alert.
Trace?
Trey, we'll get back to you as the news warrants.
It's now late evening in Tel Aviv.
Trey Yanks live for us on the ground.
Hey, everyone.
I'm Emily Campan.
All right.
So, you know, I'm still trying to sell.
Bro, I told you guys already I did a whole explanation on this, but our intervention with Iran was a big fucking L, completely unnecessary.
And we ended up putting ourselves in a stupid position for Israel.
So I would say Iran won this conflict.
And the reason why they won is because the regime is still there and they can rebuild their nuclear program.
So the fact that they still exist and they survived the blows while simultaneously being united, we basically just gave the endorse an endorsement to the Ayatollah.
If you're going to go ahead and hit them like that, you got to destroy everything.
And since we didn't decapitate the regime, they look at it as a big W for them.
So that's not good.
Definitely, definitely not good at all.
Okay, so let's go ahead and we're going to do Fresh and Fit guys in about what time are we starting this thing?
I think 8.30.
What time are we starting?
8.15 is what it said.
Okay.
All right, let's talk about Jeff Bezos, guys, and I'm going to end the show a little bit early because I want to go get a workout in before we do Fresh and Fit.
And then also, I'm working, guys, to get you guys a to definitely get you guys that 20-verse one.
I think that'd be good if we did a 20-verse one in the studio.
We don't need fucking, we don't need the Jubilee, bro.
Fuck them, Negas.
So, so.
All right.
Let's get into your boy Jeff Bezos.
So this is crazy.
New Jeff Bezos, 61 and Lauren Sanchez, 55, officially get married, spending an estimated $50 million on the wedding.
The wedding took place at the San Giorgio Magior Island in northern Italy.
An insider who spoke web page six says Sanchez was wearing jewelry, which was worth in total an estimated of $20 to $30 million.
Her engagement ring alone is an estimated 20 carats worth about 2.5 million.
Guests at the wedding included the Kardashian family, Bill Gates, Oprah Winfrey, and many others.
Bro, that is nuts.
It carries everything I've walked through to get here.
Bro, this shit is crazy, man.
Absolutely nuts.
It's really emotional.
I want to be a mess.
But in the best possible way.
And let's talk about the dress.
It just feels like, I don't know, it carries everything I've walked through to get here.
It's elegant.
It's timeless.
It's soft.
Dominico really captured something that feels like where I am right in this moment right now.
I can't talk about the wedding without talking about my family and the kids.
I mean, I just want the whole thing to feel full of love.
That's really what this is about.
It's like so emotional.
Yeah, it's really emotional.
I want to be a mess.
But in the best possible way.
Bro.
And let's talk about the draft.
It just feels like, I don't know, McCurry's everything I've walked through to get here.
It's elegant.
It's timeless.
It's soft.
Dominico really captured something that feels like where I am right in this moment right now.
I can't talk about the wedding without talking about my family and the kids.
I mean.
Yeah, bro.
This is nuts.
Hold on one sec.
Hold on one sec.
This is her on the view.
Ellie award-winning journalist and philanthropist Lauren Sanchez is adding author to her impressive list of accomplishments with the publication of her very first children's book, The Fly Who Flew to Space.
I think this chick is also a pioneer.
I wonder what her net worth was before she married this guy.
Let me look here.
Let me see if she had money before she got with him.
Lauren Sanchez net worth.
Before I see, it comes right up.
Let's see here.
So before marrying Jeff Bezos, Laura Sanchez had an estimated net worth of 30 million.
According to multiple sources, this wealth was accumulated through her successful career in media, including her work as a news anchor and host in her most entrepreneurial venture, Black Ops Aviation, Aerial Film and Production Company.
And then you compare that to Bezos net worth $237 billion.
Crazy, bro.
So look, I'll tell you this.
That's quite a bit of money, $30 million.
But bro, I mean, let's see.
Did he get a prenup?
So yes, Jeff Bezos and Lauren Sanchez reportedly have a prenuptial agreement.
Reports indicates that the couple financed their prenuptial agreement before their recent wedding, with some sort of calling it a watertight or ironclad agreement.
News outlets reported that the agreement is designed to protect estimated at 200 billion in case of divorce.
Yeah.
So Bezos Pravius divorced with Mackenzie Scott, which resulted in her receiving a large portion of his Amazon stock, likely influenced the decision.
Oh, bro, I did not know that.
His last wife got some fucking Amazon stock.
And then let's see here.
Complex financial holdings.
Okay, that makes sense.
The agreement will likely distinguish between assets owned before the marriage and those acquired during the marriage as well to define joint property.
Alimony printup may include provisions regarding blah, blah, blah, philanthropic efforts, the agreement may include for provisions to protect.
Okay.
Okay, so that's good.
All right.
This isn't as bad then.
This isn't as bad.
So what it really comes down to is he just wanted to marry.
I mean, I don't, bro, this chick is old, bro.
Like 55 and like, nigga, you could have got a way better bitch.
200 million to get this?
I'm a little nervous.
200 billion?
I have to tell you, it's so funny.
My hand was shaking back there.
And my sister looked at me and she goes, you're not auditioning this time.
Yeah, you guys could see the surgery and the makeup.
I saw you the last time auditioning.
For your information, Warren auditioned for this show twice.
And the powers that they decided in 1999?
Bruh.
Damn, these bitches are old, bro.
Not getting the job.
But look at you now.
I don't think that you 1999.
He did the job.
No.
The first time I did it, I think it was like 20-some years ago.
Super young.
I think they were replacing Debbie Mattinopoulos.
I'll tell you guys this.
For 55, she looks good.
For 55, she looks good.
But I don't know, man.
I don't know.
I mean, maybe she has a great personality.
That's what Jeff Bezos liked.
But, you know, this is the thing, right?
Because who was it?
I think it was Demetrius Rapps sent me a chat yesterday where the top comment, right, on, there was a post about Jeff Bezos marrying this chick.
And some chick commented, oh, see, ladies, see what's possible?
Don't let these podcasters get you down.
You can find yourself a man later on in life.
And here's the problem.
What's going to happen is because women are retarded, they're going to go ahead and they're going to use this, right?
This, the fact that this chick got married to Jeff Bezos to rationalize and justify their poor behavior when it comes to them not being able to find a guy or be taken seriously by men.
And they're going to say, oh, well, you know what?
My millionaire's out there.
My billionaire's out there somewhere.
Look at her.
She was able to get Jeff Bezos.
So the problem with a lot of this stuff is it sets really bad precedent because you guys got to remember that with women, they go off of what's probable.
Sorry, what's possible and not what's probable.
So we already see these fucking dumbass ratchet hoes saying, oh, yeah, she got Jeff Bezos.
So now I could go ahead and get a millionaire myself.
So we're going to see really bad precedent set here.
Now, I'm glad that he did the fucking pronuptual agreement.
He learned his lesson from his last chick because it looks like she got some Amazon stock.
So she's probably a multi-billionaire herself just off this guy.
So it's good that he did that.
And then also the other good thing, too, which I guess is good for him to a degree because it would make her more likely.
Since she's coming in with money herself, 30 million, even though her money wouldn't be in risk whatsoever marrying him, she has money.
So she understands, okay, I got money too.
I understand why you want to go out and protect your assets.
So I get that because she's going to be far more, you know, amenable to like signing the pronuptial agreement because she's coming with some money as well, which I guess that could be a plus.
But, you know, 55, bro?
Damn, man, this bitch is old.
Like, God damn, man.
And I look at it like, yo, you're worth $200 billion.
You could have definitely got yourself a younger, more hotter girl and still got the pronuptial agreement.
So we'll see.
I mean, obviously, we don't know what the relationship was like.
I don't know if he can still have other chicks or whatever.
I hope so.
You know, I hope he's not monogamous, this fucking old hag.
But we'll see what happens.
We'll definitely see what happens.
And I auditioned.
It was so much fun.
And one time, I actually saw the clip by Chris.
And this is nine months before the marriage, by the way.
Believe it.
They pulled my hair back.
They made me dress a little more conservatively.
So she came to promote her book.
Conservative.
And after the show, Barbara Walters pulled me aside and she goes, What are you doing?
And I was like, What do you mean?
She goes, If you're going to go down.
And guys, the thing is, I know some of you guys are saying, why'd they get married?
I get it.
It's for her, bro.
100% for her.
Was she married before?
Let's look this chick up.
Let's see if she had been married before this shit.
She had to have been married before.
Let's see.
Okay, so she had another guy from 2005-2019 saying, He's an American businessman and CEO for Endeavor and Entertainment Media Agency.
He joined the Endeavor Talent.
He has a partner in 2001.
Bro, how much y'all niggas want to bet she got her money probably from this nigga too?
Okay, worked in her talent.
So, yeah.
So, she was married before for a long time to this guy.
From 2005 to 2019...
Yeah, bro, 100%.
100% she got some dough from this guy because she was in broadcasting first and she married him in 2005.
She got two kids, 2018 and had an affair of businessman.
Oh shit, she wait, she cheated on her ben, bruh.
While each were married to other people, okay, Mackenzie got released a joint statement that they would seek a divorce after 25 years.
Okay.
Okay, damn.
She cheated, bro.
That's an even nigga.
Wait, what?
I mean, they might have been separated.
Who knows if they were separated before?
Because in 2018, so they're probably already separated at that point and they got divorced in 2019 officially.
But still, that's fucking weird.
But yeah.
So yeah, so this dude was definitely had some dough as well.
Hypergamy chat.
Hypergamy chat.
React to this clip about Jeff Bezos' wife.
It's about her ex-partners.
All right, I'll take a look at it.
Let me see here because it's on topic.
Let me pull it up real fast.
Never going to cover the big beautiful bill, niggas.
All right.
Oh, shit.
These are all her guys.
Niggas got the pulled out the files.
Jeff could have paid for anything, and he chose this.
96 to 2000.
2000, 2001, Tony Gonzalez.
Oh, yeah.
So they're together for a year.
Oh, Derek Fisher?
Bruh 2000, 2001.
Henry Simmons.
Bruh.
Okay, that's the guy that she actually married.
They're together for a minute.
And then Bezos now.
Bruh.
It's a rich man's bro.
Yeah.
Yep.
That sounds about right, bro.
Sounds about right.
Sounds about right.
Kevin Cook says, my apologies for getting you mad, nigga.
It was all fun.
I love what you do.
I've been following since you started FedEx.
Keep it up, Ninja.
Now, I appreciate that, bro.
But like I said before, like you're over here talking out your ass saying that it's not a W for the prosecution.
Like I literally know AUSAs where they would consider this a W regardless.
So like when people say dumb shit like that and they're not, they don't know what's going on, that's where I get annoyed because it's like, bro, you're literally pushing out fake information.
Like I literally know AUSAs where if they get some of the counts on the trial, it's still a W for them.
So that's why I was like, what the fuck is this nigga talking about?
Silver slaps.
Did you see Megan Kelly's reaction to the Diddy verdict?
No, I didn't.
Why?
Does it matter?
She's a retard.
50 email for a wedding.
Why does that smell like money laundering?
Because ain't no way, bro.
They spend that money.
Ed Polo says, hey, Marin, I signed for the year, but it shows that I'm only subscribed for a month.
Can you help me, please?
Refresh your page.
It'll probably fix it, Ed Polo.
Andrew Graf says, that's not the real Jeff Bezos.
Jeff Penn to I Bezos has been executed and replaced.
All right, man.
Redskin Trucker says, 10 just became a member now.
Shout out to you, bro.
Welcome to the OSS.
JP Pico says, would you say that the result of the case for AUSA is more hurtful to their public image, slash public perception versus in the government itself?
I mean, yeah, I mean, it's not going to hurt them government-wise.
It's still going to be a W for the AUSA's office.
It's not going to affect their stats.
Now, public image, oh, didn't, you know, get the Rico, but it's still a W altogether.
Unforgivable with the gifted sub.
Thank you so much, bro.
I appreciate that, my friend.
If you hire a hood rat female lawyer, just guarantee.
Okay, cool.
But yeah, Cam Cook, I'm not mad at you, bro.
It's fine.
All good.
Just like I said, I just dislike it when people push out misinformation because the AUSA's office, this is not going to hurt their record.
They're still going to have their 98% conviction rate.
You know what I mean?
Or 99% conviction rate.
So it's still a W for them.
That's what I'm trying to explain.
Shout out for you, Domy, and all you broke bums on YouTube.
Like the fucking video.
Yes, all you broke niggas, like the video.
We got, let's get to 2,000 likes, goddammit.
All right.
Yeah, dude.
So, look, Bezos got all that money.
He could have just like dated this chick.
I don't know why he married her.
There was no need to marry her, but I guarantee you guys, he married her to make her happy.
Because again, like I've said before, guys, women like to fucking get the emotional high of having a wedding.
Okay, you guys can see she did a whole video and shit like that from her wedding, right?
In this video right here that you guys can see.
I just want the f ⁇ in this moment.
It's all for her, bro.
Weddings are for women.
That feels like.
That's why I tell you guys, women want to get married, but they don't want to be wives.
Where I am right in this moment right now.
I can't talk about the wedding without talking about my family and the kids.
Notice how she didn't talk about Jeff not one time.
I mean, talking about herself.
Welcome!
Pawn!
Cooked!
I just want the whole thing to feel full of love.
That's really what this is about.
If it's about love, why'd y'all drop that much money on a fucking wedding, bro?
I'm telling you, man.
I guarantee you she wanted the marriage.
She wanted to make a big deal.
And that's what happened.
All right, let's get into the big, beautiful bill.
Maybe see.
Let me duplicate this real quick.
Let's see if there's some new in this week.
I think I'm supposed to go back.
It did pass the Senate yesterday, though, which is huge.
Let's see what the latest is with it.
Okay, so it did clear the major hurdle.
Working to pass the big, beautiful bill and hit up President Trump's 4th of July deadlock.
Can they do it?
Because the Senate made changes to it.
And some of the House say this is not okay with us.
Peter Ducey is live at the White House with the latest.
Hey, Peter.
Good morning, and we'll see.
But the Big Beautiful bill did clear another procedural hurdle on its way here to President Trump's desk overnight.
The House Rules Committee passed its rule, which basically means the thing that passed the Senate is now good to go on the House floor for a vote as soon as today.
Something that does work with President Trump's preferred Friday, July 4th deadline.
We had a big day today.
The built past, and I think he's going to do very well in the House.
See how that works out, but what the fuck?
Why does he sound so weird?
Looks like it's ahead of schedule.
So what happens?
That's got to be an audio issue for them.
Happy about it.
But two Republicans voted against the bill in the rules committee, which is tiny and Republicans can only lose three total votes in the full House, which is huge.
President Trump doesn't have anything public on the schedule today, so we would expect him to be working the phones trying to feel out Republican holdouts to get this enormous package across the finish line.
Regardless of what happens, though, expect to see President Trump starting the countdown to America's 250th birthday tomorrow in Des Moines, Iowa, and then he's going to be back here at the White House on Friday.
There are various reports that the pilots who flew in and out of Iran to bomb nuclear facilities are going to be in attendance.
We know for sure that there will be a flyover of F-22s, B-2s, and F-35s.
Those are the same planes that the guys at the Fordo nuclear facility looked up and saw.
All right.
So, okay, so let's go ahead and cover what the Big Beautiful bill is actually going to do.
And as you guys know, Elon Musk is not happy about this shit.
Elon Musk has been pissed as fuck.
And this thing just got passed.
So heights, rather, would be for the lower household income.
So, and also JD Vance came in and gave the tiebreaking vote, by the way.
You can see him right here.
I'm going to take a look at that aspect of this, right?
We want to.
There is any audio that we can take in.
Okay.
So whenever a deadlock like that, guys, the vice president comes in and gives the tiebreaking vote.
Let's fast forward this bitch a little bit.
Close enough is Chip Roy, representative from Texas, was laying out that if they would promise to give Lisa Murkowski the money that she wanted, I mean, could Democrats have tanked this in any way?
I'm just, I'm baffled because we're at a tie, so clearly it was close.
They didn't need Democrats to tank this.
They didn't.
The Republicans did it.
Yeah, a lot of Republicans didn't like it.
I know Thomas Massey did not like it.
He doesn't like the spending.
They thought the more comfortable margin would be in the Senate because, you know, mathematically, in terms of the ratio of Republican votes, you have more of them in the Senate and they lost three of them.
So it's even tighter in the House.
So how you go back with this to the House and come up with a compromise?
Because, you know, these are some pretty big issues.
This is still a pretty big gulf that they have to tightrope in order to pass this bill and have it signed.
Well, and the other reason, Jerry, that they thought it might do better or easier, might be an easier road in the Senate was because the Senate had promised all the spending cuts and all those things.
But much of that, not much, but some of that got shaved to the point where Congressman Roy is talking about maybe they're not all comfortable.
And then this is them live right now, chat.
Literally, they're discussing it.
No sound, though.
So looks like it's going to get through, though.
So, okay, you guys are probably wondering, what the fuck is this bill?
Trump's one big, beautiful bill just passed the Senate after a marathon 27-hour session.
Now, you might be wondering, what does that actually mean?
And that's one of the bigger hurdles getting through the Senate actually mean for me.
Is it good?
Bad?
Complicated?
Well, it's a little of everything.
And what I'll share later might surprise you, especially if you're a senior on Medicaid, have kids, or work in a job that relies on tips.
So yeah, stay with me because understanding what's in this bill could make a real difference for how you plan the rest of this year and maybe even the next decade.
Before we jump in, let me know in the comments.
All right, one Jeff just gave an update real quick.
He said 635 members in the OSS Discord.
Let's go, baby.
Let's go.

What part of this bill worries you most?
Is it healthcare?
Taxes?
Just tell me what's on your mind.
And if this kind of straight talk financial breakdown is helpful, go ahead and hit that subscribe button so you don't miss the next one.
Okay, so here's what just happened: the Senate passed President Trump's massive tax and spending bill, his flagship legislation of this term.
It's being called one big, beautiful bill.
Guys, we're still at 1800 likes, man.
Come on, bro.
Why do we got 50% engagement with 3,600 of you guys in here?
Smash that like button, chat.
Smash the like button.
Okay.
Let's get to 2,000 likes.
I don't want to have to hold the show hostage, goddammit.
But I will if I have to.
Smash that like button.
Speedy says, is it true that Israel's lacing flower and Gaza opioids?
I did hear about that.
Texas Outlaw says just went to JTube real quick and like to help brother OSS bros do the same.
That's over 200 right there.
Also sent you a DM on XSAL.
Thank you Texas Outlaws so much.
I appreciate that bro.
Thank you so much for going and liking the video real quick for me.
We're in 1925.
74 my likes guys.
Let's get to 2,000 bro like excuse me Captain Cook yeah they still got the conviction you're right so it's a W for them we really appreciate your inside knowledge and all my news I get from you start the stream when I start work till you finish all right I appreciate that Cap Cook even though I was roasting you but yes bro again you can make the argument see look Cam Cook you can make the argument that um publicly it's a bad look fair I could then we can have a discussion um if you want to go from a publicity standpoint but
When it comes to like how the AUSA's office and the government's going to look at it, it's going to be a W in their column.
Because remember, the thing they care about the most is having that high conviction rate.
The feds have like a 98, 99 percent conviction rate.
So as long as they're able to maintain that conviction rate, they don't care what they convict you of.
They just need to convict you of something.
Now, if we want to talk about image and publicity and the fact that they lost the RICO part or they lost the sex trafficking, the more serious charges, we can have a discussion on that.
But but honestly, at this point, maybe in the public eye, you can make that argument.
But like when it comes to AUSA's office and the government, bro, they're still going to be cheering.
I guarantee you, Maureen Comey and all those AUSAs, they're at the bar right now drinking.
I guarantee you, they're having a drink right now as we fucking speak.
So it's still going to be a W for them.
The USA is probably going to be their United States attorney.
They're all going to be there partying and drinking.
And they're probably having a social hour right now as we speak alongside the case agents from HSI.
Bill, and honestly, that's not just branding.
This thing is huge.
When will you cover the 1975 Munich Olympic attack?
No one's ever asked.
I don't think about covering it because no one's ever asked.
Over 900 pages long.
And it's got something in it for just about everybody.
Whether that's good or bad depends a lot on where you stand.
Let's start with what's in it for working folks, because that's where a lot of attention is going.
All right, niggas.
Working guys.
Let's see how this bill affects you guys.
For starters, if you're someone who works in the service industry, maybe a restaurant, salon, hotel, you'll now be able to deduct up to $25,000 in tip income from your taxable income.
That's huge.
That's a W. That's a huge W for the working class, especially people in the service industry.
I know a lot of people who...
And Trump did run on this, no tax on tips, if you guys remember, in the 2024 campaign.
Work double shifts and still feel like taxes eat away half their earnings.
So this helps.
But there's a catch.
If you make over $150,000 as an individual or $300,000 as a couple, the benefit starts to phase out.
So it's definitely targeted more at low to middle income earners.
Also, there's a new deduction for overtime pay.
And also, Cam Cook, thank you for being a member of OSS.
I see that you're...
A lot of you guys are on OSS, but you guys watch on YouTube.
And that's exactly why I still stream on YouTube, because I know a lot of you guys prefer it.
So for those of you that come over and support on OSS, even though you prefer to watch on YouTube, I appreciate that.
Because you guys know YouTube is fucking, you know, shafting me.
Clearly, there's some bias here.
Man, if I could tell you guys all the story behind the scenes, you guys would fucking lose your minds.
But that's a whole other...
I'm not here to fucking complain about that shit is what it is.
Maybe one day I'll reveal it to you guys or I'll do it on OSS only, not on YouTube.
But thank you guys.
Just wanted to say that.
Same deal.
If you're putting in those extra hours, you can write off more of what you earn.
That's something folks have been asking for, for years, especially with inflation, making everyone stretch their paycheck a little further.
And guess what?
There's a new senior deduction, too.
If you're 65 or older, you may qualify for a $6,000 bonus deduction.
That's up from the $4,000 version the house was originally considering.
It starts phasing out for individuals who make over $75,000 or couples over $150,000.
But still, if you're on a fixed income, every bit helps.
Now let's talk kids.
If you have a child born between 2024 and 2028...
they could get something called a Trump account.
It's a government-seeded savings plan with a $1,000 deposit meant to grow over time in an index fund.
It's not cash you can spend now, but it's a financial head start.
Also, I think this is with American cars, if I'm not mistaken, this deduction for cars, which is good because, you know, it's going to incentivize people to buy American.
And for families who never had the means to open a 529 or brokerage account, this could be a pretty powerful tool.
It's automatic too.
No application required.
That part's nice.
Also, a lot of people have asked, what about auto loans?
The bill includes a deduction for interest paid on certain U.S. assembled auto loans.
There you go, Tojo.
Which that's good.
Ford, you know, Chevy, etc.
Capped at $10,000 and doesn't apply to every loan.
But if you bought a car recently, it might be worth taking another look at your paperwork come tax season.
So, on the surface, this all sounds pretty good, right?
But, and this is a big, but there's another side to the story.
Because to make room for all these tax cuts, the bill cuts spending.
And not just a little.
We're talking about deep cuts to programs like Medicaid and SNAP, which is a supplement.
Okay, and this is what has a lot of the Democrats up in arms.
Mental Nutrition Assistance Program, commonly called food stamps.
So here's what's changing.
First, Medicaid.
The bill adds a new federal work requirement for adults between 19 and 64 who don't have a disability.
You'll have to prove 80 hours a month of work, volunteering, or training.
And unless you have a child under 14, the exemption for parents no longer applies.
A lot of folks will be caught off guard by that one.
Also, eligibility checks now happen every six months instead of once a year.
That sounds small, but in practice it means more paperwork, more deadlines, more chances to get kicked off coverage for missing a form or deadline.
And when you combine all of that, the Congressional Budget Office estimates that nearly 8 million people will lose Medicaid by 2034.
That's not nothing.
And then there's SNAP.
Some of y'all niggas are cooked.
Similar work requirements, but with a new twist.
If a state has a high error rate in its benefits distribution, they now have to pay part of the cost out of their own pocket.
That's going to hit poorer states the hardest.
And for some 600,000 low-income families, monthly food assistance could drop by about $100.
So you see the pattern.
The bill gives with one hand through deductions and credits, but it takes away with the other by scaling back government support for lower-income families.
So in other words, for those of you that work for your money, you're going to be able to keep more of it.
For you freeloader niggas, hey, bad.
Hey, you freeloader niggas are going to get less money, bro.
But if you decide to work, you're able to get more of your money and keep more of it because you're getting tax cuts, right, for the working class.
But for the non-working class, hey, bad.
Your time is coming.
You ain't going to be able to get as many of those hot Cheetos.
You fried chicken connoisseurs, you can't go to the KFC with your EBT card.
And depending on your personal situation, you might get a li-So basically, if you're a freeloader, you're cooked, bro.
Keep it at a thousand.
Little help from the tax code, but lose a lot more in health care or food support.
And then there's energy.
This one stirred up a lot of conversation.
Under this bill, nearly all of the clean energy tax credits passed during the Biden years are being rolled back.
That includes incentives for electric.
So someone in the chat made a good point.
They said a lot of people that use those programs also work.
Yeah, so they'll keep more of their money.
They'll be able to keep more of their money, especially people in the service industry.
If you're a waiter or a waitress or something like that or a bartender, any of these jobs where you're getting tips, that's going to be huge for you.
Electric vehicles, solar panels, heat pumps, all the stuff you see in those homeowners.
But for all the porch monkeys?
RIP to you niggas, bro.
It's definitely going to be a big ass.
Meanwhile, the rest of us are going to be like, upgrade ads.
They're gone or set to expire very soon.
So what's replacing them?
New tax breaks for fossil fuel production, coal, oil, gas.
Excise taxes on fossil fuels are being removed.
And credits are being introduced for coal production, especially in U.S. facilities.
If you work in energy or you live in a state like Texas or West Virginia, this might sound like a return to stability.
But for clean energy startups and solar companies, many of which had planned big expansions based on those credits, this is a serious reversal.
And here's something I didn't expect when I read the bill.
There's a section on space.
Yes, space.
$10 billion is going toward Mars mission planning.
Another $325 million to help deorbit the International Space Station.
And $85 million is going to move the space shuttle from Virginia to Texas.
That last one sparked a lot of jokes online.
But space exploration is part of the broader defense budget in this bill, which also includes $29 billion for shipbuilding and $25 billion for missile defense.
And speaking of defense, the border provisions are one of the most heavily funded parts.
$46.5 billion is going to expand the border wall and install new surveillance.
$45 billion more is going toward detention centers and $30 billion to train new ICE agents.
There's also a $100 fee now for people seeking asylum.
So while the tax cuts are getting most of the headlines, this bill is also massively ramping up funding for military and immigration enforcement.
That's a pretty clear reflection of the current administration's priorities.
But here's the part that a lot of people are still wrapping their heads around, the cost.
The Congressional Budget Office estimates that this bill will add $3.3 trillion to the national deficit over the next 10 years.
Some estimates, once you factor in interest and extended provisions, say it's closer to $5.3 trillion.
Though, supporters say it's worth it.
They see it as an investment in growth, energy independence, and national security.
Critics say it's a wealth transfer.
And guys, this is probably going to be Trump's biggest bill that he passes while he's in office.
That's why he's pushing to do it now before the midterms.
Because the Democrats are going to take the House back, man.
It's going to be hard for him to get anything done.
So there's a reason why he's trying to push this thing before July 4th.
Probably will be the biggest piece of legislation he passes on this administration, this term.
Support for the poor and giving breaks to the wealthy.
And the data does show that households making over $217,000 a year will get the biggest tax cut, around $12,500 on average.
Households making under $35,000 will see about $150.
It's a pretty stark difference.
Even though that sounds tough to hear, it's worth knowing.
Because when you understand the numbers, you can better plan for what's ahead.
One more thing before we wrap.
There's still one.
Yeah, AOC is 100% going to run in 2028.
It's either going to be her or Bernie.
But I predict she'll run for president.
She'll have Bernie as her running mate.
That's what I predict.
2028.
And then I think I predict J.D. Vance is going to run in 2028 on the Republican side.
I think Thomas Massey should run.
I tweeted at him.
I said, bro, you need to run.
You'd get a huge amount of supporters.
And I do think he'd beat J.D. Vance if he ran, but he's not going to do it.
Running for president is going to be tough.
One step left.
The House has to approve the Senate's version.
If they do that without changes, the bill heads straight to President Trump's desk, maybe even before the 4th of July.
Yeah, that's the goal.
But if they make edits, the Senate has to reconvene.
And with lawmakers heading home for the holiday, that could slow everything down.
So now you're probably thinking, what does this mean for you?
Well, if you're a senior, you might want to look into that new deduction.
If you're a tipped worker, keep records of your tips this year.
If you're on Medicaid or SNAP, it's time to stay alert for state-level changes.
If you're counting on tax credits for solar or an EV purchase, maybe hold off for now and see what happens in the final version.
And also, this is one of those times where talking about it actually helps.
Because a lot of people don't know how much of this could affect them.
So share this with someone who might benefit.
And yeah, so who's it going to hurt?
Freeloaders.
Who is it going to help?
People that work.
So, bro, I'm telling you, man, all you porch monkeys.
Hey man, you won't be able to get those Hot Cheetos.
Fatality.
Yo, that evil laugh is hilarious.
So Elon Musk is not happy about this.
He has been criticizing this bill for a very long time, guys.
And he's been adamantly against it.
Let's see here.
President Trump and Elon Musk have reignited their feud over Trump's legislative agenda, also known as the Big Beautiful Bill.
What the fuck?
Shit and act the trash.
Earlier this week, Elon Musk posted a number of criticisms to Trump's agenda on Axe and even threatened to start a new political primary and threatened a campaign against any House Republican that voted against the legislative agenda.
Yeah, he donated money to Thomas Massey, endorsed Thomas, or he said he was going to donate to Thomas Massey, or he did, if I'm not mistaken, because he hates this bill.
And obviously, Trump fired back.
He's losing his EV mandate and he's accepting.
So he's mad about the EV mandate, according to Trump.
I can tell you right now.
Hey, Elon can lose a lot more than that.
I think what's going to happen is Doge is going to look at Musk.
And if Doge looks at Musk, we're going to save a fortune.
Thank you very much, everybody.
I don't think he should be playing that game with me.
Musk is showing no signs of letting up, even vowing to have a press.
I'll tell you guys this.
Trump is the most entertaining president in American history.
How President Trump is a critic in Congress, Congressman Thomas Massey, who Trump has vowed to oust from his seat.
Yeah, he hates Thomas Massey.
like Thomas Massey because Thomas Massey doesn't take a dollar of APAC money, bro.
Damn, it's already 8 o'clock.
So much less than everyone else.
Elon Musk is ratcheting up his feud with President Trump.
And guys, just so you guys know, we're going to go ahead and cover your boy Tate part two with him and Bonnie Blue.
And we'll also cover some of the Diddy stuff.
You guys will be able to hear Fresh As Take Bills Mo.
So we'll talk about that with them as well.
Let me see how far along these guys are.
Vowing to support one of the president's arch nemeses, Congressman Thomas Massey.
Musk had posted on X that he would primary any congressman who campaigned on reducing government spending but still voted for Trump's big beautiful bill.
Former Congressman Justin Amash then responded to Musk, writing, please support Rep Thomas Massey.
The establishment is working to primary him because he's a genuine fiscal conservative and opposes the big bloated scam.
To which Musk responded, I will.
President Trump's allies started a super PAC last month called Kentucky MAGA in an effort to oust Massey.
The president has recently been torching Massey for opposing the Big Beautiful bill, calling the congressman a grandstander and a very bad guy.
Massey and Musk exchanged some kind words on X yesterday.
Musk told the congressman he was awesome, to which Massey responded, you're too kind, but thank you.
A large part of my job is to keep governments from screwing things up for the engineers and entrepreneurs who do make this world a better place.
I don't think enough people appreciate the contributions you and your teams have made to civilization.
Goodness me.
The president addressed his ongoing beef with the tech Titan yesterday.
Let's take a look at that.
We might have to put Doge on Elon.
You know, you know what Doge is?
Doge is the monster that might have to go back and eat Elon.
Wouldn't that be terrible?
Oh, he's upset that he's losing his EV mandate.
And he's accepted about things, but he could lose a lot more than that.
I should tell you right now.
Well, that was really cute with Elon and Thomas Massey.
Best things forever.
Unbelievable stuff.
You're awesome.
No, you're awesomer.
Oh, mad stuff.
The things you've done for civilization.
For civilization, no less.
Not merely the United States or the world, but civilization.
You know, look, I mean, I guess it's interesting in Massey's case, the threat to primary him for Trump, the threat or the promise rather to defend him from Elon Musk.
I did look up Massey's campaign spending, and the last 2024, he had a primary that he won easily, and then he had the most tokenistic of opposition in the general election, which meant that he spent a grand total apparently of $1.3 million on his reelection campaign.
So a Trump super PAC against him or Elon Musk's largesse for him could certainly make it a rather more big spending Kentucky race, I suppose.
Sure, and he's been raising a lot of money organically since Trump has attacked him.
The way he described it to me last week was there's been three volleys in their sort of feud that's been going on, although he talks about it in a very funny, sort of like non-plussed kind of way.
But he said in the first volley, he got $300 plus thousand dollars from donors.
The second one, I think he said he got 50, 60,000 in the latest or 70,000.
And in the latest one, he's received $130,000.
So he's already pulled in more than half a million bucks just every time the president attacks him.
And the big challenge in Kentucky is that Kentucky is a state of sort of maverick voters.
They are not straight line Republicans.
And Senator Rand Paul as well.
Exactly.
I mean, they yeah, Thomas Massey, Rampa.
These guys are all libertarians, chat.
Okay.
They're all libertarians.
So libertarians tend to be a bit more central on certain things, right?
You know, it's more focused on like the utmost liberty for people, less spending, non-interventionalism, especially when it comes to foreign affairs, stuff like that.
They like Thomas Massey's position on ending foreign wars.
And frankly, AIPAC has been going after him since 2012.
Yep.
Because he's like the only congressman.
I think like him and maybe one or two other people are like the only ones that don't take money from AIPAC.
They don't love that the and we know that our government is run by them boys.
And if you guys don't let me show you guys, I got a video here.
Let me show you guys this excellent video that your guy Brett made real quick.
Actually, you know what?
I'll do you guys even one better.
I want you guys to be able to see this shit.
Oh man, here we go.
Hold on, we'll go full screen on this thing.
Because we've been an occupied government for a very long time, niggas.
John F. Kennedy was anti-Israel having a nuclear bomb.
He was not a fan of Israel.
He did not like Ben-Gurion.
Ben-Gurion lied to him, said that they don't have a nuclear program when they really did.
When he sent inspectors in, he had like a fake nuclear facility set up that was not real.
JFK knew this.
He hated it.
So him and his brother effectively worked to not only get AIPAC, he tried to get them to register in a Farah.
This was his brother, Robert F. Kennedy, RFK, and John F. Kennedy, who's trying to get the nuclear inspections.
The next thing you know, both of them end up dead and assassinated through peculiar means.
We'll just say it that way.
So Israel ends up getting nuclear bomb shortly after John F. Kenny was killed in 1963 because the president that came and replaced that John F. Kennedy was this guy right here, Lyndon B. Johnson.
You can thank him for the unequivocal support of Israel that we currently exercise now as part of our foreign policy.
Lyndon B. Johnson was the first president to come in and basically have this, we're going to give Israel whatever they want.
Foreign aid tripled pretty much under his reign.
We've stopped the nuclear inspections.
We stopped making them register in a Farah.
And Lyndon B. Johnson was the beginning of a very pro-Israel America.
And ever since after Lyndon B. Johnson, we've adopted this very unequivocal support of Israel and they're our greatest ally.
Boom.
Get in there, ninjas.
Shout out to my guy, Brett, making good stuff, man.
We're posting these clips all the time for you guys, by the way.
So make sure to show some love.
But yeah, dude, our government is occupied.
And Thomas Massey talked about this, and that's why AIPAC, they've been going after him for years, bro.
Israel lobby is attacking their home state congressman.
And they also are people who have a heavy union presence.
The teachers union is one of the largest employers in Kentucky.
They are people who for a long time were really Dixiecrats before coming over to the Trump camp.
So this is a pretty movable and flexible coalition that we're talking about here.
The idea that they can just find this like MAGA raw raw state senator that's going to take out Thomas Massey is, I think, a fundamentally flawed political strategy.
Yeah, a lot of people like Massey, especially since Israel is so unpopular right now.
And he was one of the first people to break this on the Tucker Carlson podcast, I think last year, where he mentioned how people have like an AIPAC handler, which is fucking crazy for him to say some shit like that.
Guys, do me a favor.
We're at 2,200 likes.
Let's get to 3,000 before we end the stream.
3,000 ninjas.
Let's get to damn near 100% engagement on this thing.
I think that that is the case, even if Trump continues to sort of aim his fire at Massey.
I mean, obviously, I take the point that Massey has had a fundraising surge as a consequence of those attacks.
But even if Trump continues to place himself very much oppositionally to Massey would be that those sort of unusual political contours to Kentucky would enable Massey.
Yeah, I think this is different than a Bob Goods situation in Virginia.
And I mean, the other problem of this, sort of the elephant in the room, is that Trump will notice if this challenge is not going well, and he won't stick with it.
He cares very much about his record when it comes to endorsements.
And if the primary comes inching up and Trump's chosen horse is not performing well, he could very well back out of an endorsement and choose to back Thomas Massey again.
He's done this before.
Real quick, SL says, Myron, hear me out.
There's no such thing as golden pussy.
All right, fair enough.
I agree.
Because out of every 20 or 40 women only, one might have it.
Yeah, fair.
Coco Manny says, yo, Randy Fine just launched his own show on Rumble.
All of a sudden, he loves free speech.
Yeah, bro, fuck that nigga, man.
Randy Fine is definitely one of them boys calling for censorship.
Castle Club Clan, shout out to you, bro.
Dom DeMonco.
He sent him a dollar on OSS, but he said, I just sent the Rumble user, Mike JBeasy, an annual subscription to the OSS.
Hopefully it worked.
If anyone wants a gifted OSS membership, send me your email to Bamasparks1984.
Guys, holy shit, Castle Club Clan, thank you so much, bro.
He wants to support you guys.
If any of you guys want to become OSS members, he is going to gift you a fucking subscription.
Also, he's known as Sparks84, but on the OSS, he's named this Castle Club Clan.
So that is a big fucking W, guys.
His email is Bamasparks1984 at gmail.com.
Again, that is Bamasparks.
B-A-M-A-S-P-A-R-K-S 1984 at gmail.com.
He will gift you guys an OSS sub.
So, bro, thank you so much for that, man.
He's really doing it for the people, bro.
You guys got to show him love.
So, so yeah.
Oh, and just so you guys know, next week for some, because this dumbass nigga, Rafael Mendez, says I'm good, Uncle.
Okay, bitch ass nigga.
Let me tell you this.
Next week, we're going to be having Corey Hughes on, and we're going to be talking about the Cookie Monster event.
We're definitely not doing that on YouTube, and we're not doing it even on Rumble, okay?
And the reason why is because that topic is illegal in like 20 countries.
So we're going to go ahead and cover that on OSS only, okay?
Because I don't want people clipping in, making it go all crazy and shit like that.
It's only going to be for OSS.
That is going to be next week.
I'm shooting till next Tuesday.
Me, Corey Hughes, the guy that covered the JFK stuff.
Yes, he's also an average researcher on the Cookie Monster event.
So we're going to talk about that next Tuesday more than likely.
And that is going to be OSS only.
You guys don't want to miss that.
So for the Rafael Mendez guy that said, oh, yo, we good on, all right, nigga.
Well, you're not going to be able to get into that stream.
Okay.
That is going to be an OSS exclusive with Corey Hughes.
Because a lot of you guys ask me all the time, bro, Europa, Europa.
Okay, nigga, we're going to give you guys Europa for real with Corey Hughes talking about it.
Mr. B, since I've been living, since living, I've been hating them able-bodied freeloaders.
Sometimes my fridge will be empty and I couldn't ask for government help because I earned too much.
While the baby factory freeloaders have been receiving food stamps and shit with my taxes, time for them to fucking work.
Hopefully moving makes them lose weight as a bonus.
Hey, bro.
That's facts, Mr. B. That's facts, bro.
Since living alone, okay, got you.
Full message or after, depending on reading order.
I got you, Mr. B. We got you.
We understood what you were saying.
But yes, guys, again, if you guys want to get gifted a sub, send an email to B-A-M-ASPARKS1984.
Bamasparks1984 at gmail.com.
I'll keep it up on screen for you guys.
If you guys want to see it.
Matter of fact, let me see here because it only shows up if you're watching on OSS.
bombinsparks1984 at gmail.com What's good, Myron I've been a long time supporter since your first Fresh Effit studio.
I used to watch PBD, but he's a Ziyo Cuck.
Oh, my God.
Now only watch you for my news apologies.
Keep out the good work.
This is from Brown and Broke.
I appreciate that, bro.
Hey, man, you guys know I keep it real.
And like I told you guys before, look, guys, most political commentators, okay, that are in the right wing are not going to be good on foreign policy.
I've said it before.
I'll say it again.
All right, guys?
Just keeping it real with y'all.
Like 90% of political commentators on the right can't talk foreign policy.
And the reason why they can't talk foreign policy is because they have to cover for Israel.
If you cover for Israel, that means you can't keep it real.
Can't keep it real?
Bad analysis.
And that's because the right wing is controlled by them boys.
It's an ugly truth.
The right wing is absolutely controlled by them boys.
So all the biggest right-wing commentators are cucked to Israel.
The only people that keep it real on that shit, bro, keep it a thousand with you on the right wing are me, Candice, and Nick that I can think of.
That are like actual, you know, right-wing commentators.
Other people are like libertarians, like, you know, like Ian Carroll, Dave Smith, et cetera.
These guys are libertarians.
But as far as like right-wing, me, Nick, and Kennis, I could think of.
Like, like with video type podcast type shit.
You know, Twitter, of course, there's a bunch, but I don't consider Twitter real.
I'm talking about people that actually got platforms that podcasts, that stream, us three, I would say.
Everybody else, bro, is absolutely cucked when it comes to Israel and foreign policy in general.
You know, and it's interesting too because they'll sit there and oppose the Ukraine war, right?
But they won't oppose the Israel conflicts and how we give Israel all this money.
And I think Pierce Morgan got PBD on that because he asked BBD about, you know, well, you oppose the Ukraine war, but you don't oppose the money that we give to Israel.
That doesn't make sense.
And he kind of got him there.
It went viral, I remember.
But yeah, guys, that's why.
Like, I'm sorry.
Conservatives are cucked to Israel.
Y'all are never going to get the real deal from them.
So, you know, I'm not saying don't watch them.
I like BBD.
I like Dom.
I like Bongino.
I like Dan.
Well, the biggest ones.
PBD, Crowder, Bongino.
Bongino doesn't do it anymore, but you guys get the idea.
You know, even Ben Shapiro, Daily Wire, Michael Knowles, Matt Walsh, all these guys.
You know, they're good on social issues.
They're good on cultural issues.
Terrible on foreign policy.
All of them are terrible on foreign policy.
Terrible.
They're either going to have super pro-Israel, like Ben Shapiro is damn near a fucking massage by this point, or they're going to be like Matt Walsh, where they say, oh, I just don't want to be involved at all, right?
And they won't talk about it anymore than that.
Or they'll be like guys like Michael Knowles who will just like stay away from it completely, not even talk about it, or you know, be like Crowder and kind of try to take a more neutral stance or whatever, you know, because since conservative media is owned by them boys, you can't go at them like that.
You can't.
Like it'll fuck up your shit, right?
I know Brandon Tatum is like pro-Israel.
Everybody's pro-Israel, pretty much on the right.
You know, like this is where actually I give the left-wing commentators like more credit because they at least they'll criticize Israel from a humanitarian perspective.
But right-wing, bro, cucked.
Absolutely cucked.
Does the BBB mention anything about reducing taxes on OTP?
Yeah, yeah, you'll be able to collect some more of that money because you'll get taxed less.
Lost Boy 978.
Why did Iran get targeted?
Why did Iran targeted the Red Cows?
Maybe the world would be a better place if they set back Israel's plans.
Well, remember, bro, I see your perspective, but like most Israelis are not religious.
They're not, you know, radical Judaism followers.
Most Israelis are actually secular.
That's just one side of the whole conflict.
Like the whole, you know, red heifers and shit like that.
That's just one portion of why Israel is doing the things that they're doing.
But most Israelis are most Israelis are secular.
A lot of them are atheists, man.
Before, there was a supposedly MAGA candidate in 2022 that was running against Thomas Massey.
And Trump was thinking about endorsing her because she was the red hat wearing person.
And Thomas Massey was kicking her butt.
And he called Thomas Massey and said, Can I endorse you?
And recently in Arizona, Nile, Karen Taylor Robson got the Trump endorsement, but hasn't been performing that well in the Arizona gubernatorial primary.
So he, a month later, co-endorsed Andy Biggs.
You just endorsed the other candidate as well.
That was something in Georgia as well when he had endorsed, was it Purdue against Brian Kemp?
And he didn't exactly abandon.
Well, I mean, he effectively abandoned him.
And he's done it before.
He will again.
Two former presidents are reunited in a rare move to rebuke USAID's closure.
Or not after this.
Bro, that nigga's accent is the worst, man.
Holy.
So let's see here, chat.
So the squad is here.
We're going to go ahead and get into some fresh and fit.
Gonna cover the Tate stuff.
So cover some Diddy stuff as well.
So we're going to go ahead and set up that.
We're definitely going to set up that stream.
So.
All right, ninjas.
Let's see.
Let me make sure I didn't miss any other chats.
Candidate Chris subscribed.
Welcome to the OSS, my friend.
Happy to have you here.
Jake DeMan says, Nick was saying Massey should let the BBB pass.
Big Beautiful Bill.
I was originally thinking Massey should block the Big Beautiful bill, but what do you think when Nick?
But do you agree with Nick that Massey should step away from trying to block the BBB and let the BBB pass since we need to stop immigration and deficit isn't as important?
I'm a huge Massey fan, but Nick seemed to make a huge point here.
Yeah, so the Big Beautiful Bill, and I think that's also a big reason why Trump put everything in one bill.
You know, this guy kind of goes to show how smart Trump is.
He knew that there's a lot of stuff in there that people are going to oppose, but also agree with.
So it's like, hey, you want this?
If you want that to be put in, you need to sign the entire bill.
So I do think that was a part of Trump's strategy was to put everything in one big, beautiful bill, as he calls it.
That way, even dissenters that like some of the stuff in there, they're going to have to agree with it.
So, yeah, I mean, yeah, yes, I think I agree with Nick.
I think that he should let it pass because at the end of the day, dude, they're going to sign it.
You know, it's going to get passed.
You know, why fuck up your political capital that you have right now for something that's going to inevitably pass, right?
Oppose something that like that you 100% disagree with versus something that you kind of disagree with and you want to go ahead and oppose and put yourself in a bad political standing for no reason, right?
And it's going to be the big path, the last big piece of legislation Trump passes anyway.
So yeah, I mean, it was smart of Trump to put everything in one bill because I'm sure there's stuff in there that, you know, Massey's going to agree with because Massey's also big on border security, right?
And obviously this bill covers hiring more border patrol agents, giving more money to DHS to facilitate the deportations, et cetera.
So, you know, he definitely had a strategy here with putting everything in one place.
So yeah.
But yeah, it's going to pass anyway.
So he might as well don't waste your political capital on opposing this thing and grandstanding when it's going to get passed.
So yeah.
Anyway, guys, smash that like button, guys.
We're going to go ahead, end the stream, go on over to Fresh AFit.
We're going to continue the stream over there.
I'm going to cover Tate versus Bonnie Blue, and we're going to cover some Diddy stuff.
It's going to be a good time.
Come on over, guys.
I'm going to end the stream.
Well, at least here on Myron Gains X, but the show goes on, niggas.
Show goes on.
So I'll catch you guys over there.
Grab some water and come back over.
