I haven't been able to log into the Myra Gaines X one today.
Um, but okay, so awesome.
So I see good quality, I see good everything.
Um, you guys can see Angie's behind the camera helping out.
Um, she got me this tripod, you guys can thank her.
She got this while I was in the courtroom all day.
So thank you so much, Angie.
You guys probably saw her in the first second.
We're in a bunch of purple helping out.
Um Frank is here with me as well.
Frank, hello, come come pa you wanna come.
You wanna come come up come up?
He's all dirty.
Yeah, he's a little dirty today, guys.
But he's here with me.
Um Angie took him out to uh what you took him to like a dog thing or something like that.
I talking to uh Hortons uh something Hortons Cafe.
Hortons Cafe.
And I took him to the Central Park.
Yeah.
So he played with doggies.
Okay, he was at Central Park and everything.
So as we wait for you guys to pile in.
Okay, so we got good audio, good video, everything.
Background's not too bad.
We got some light in here.
Um the internet should be way better.
We shouldn't have any lag or anything like that.
This is gonna be day two of the trial.
We're gonna cover what happened yesterday.
If you guys missed it, and then we're gonna cover um what happened today.
Um, let me see here.
Uh okay.
Okay, welcome to all you guys in the chat.
I'm happy to see you guys in here.
Awesome, awesome, awesome.
Okay, you know anything about the arson charge.
We're gonna talk about that.
We're gonna talk about that.
So, okay, while I wait for you guys to uh to pile in here, then let me double check on YouTube app, make sure that we're good.
And I apologize, guys.
I don't know what happened.
My thing just started crapping out, man.
Uh out of nowhere.
Just started crapping out.
Um looks like I'm looking on YouTube and it looks like we're pretty good quality, even though it's 720p, but it's still fairly high.
Um and that's what happens when you're on fucking uh when when I use YouTube Rumble for this.
Okay.
So I think we're good now.
I think we're good.
I see that we're good up on uh YouTube.
Let me look at Rumble now, make sure we're good on there.
Um good.
Um let's see here.
And on Rumble, we're good.
Nicer quality on Rumble.
I think Tanya you get the full 1080p on Rumble if I'm not mistaken.
Yeah, you do.
Okay, all right, cool.
All right, guys, welcome to the stream, man.
I wish I had a Donamargo button, but I don't.
So um happy to have you guys here.
Audio video is good.
You guys can hear everything.
Um, which is sweet.
So all right, cool.
And I'm monitoring the chat as well, guys, to make sure everything is good.
Okay.
Boom.
All right, cool.
Okay, guys.
Welcome to the stream.
Sorry for the delay, guys.
I uh I apologize for that.
So as you guys know, when you travel, internet gets spotty, it gets weird.
Um, yesterday I went out to the courthouse area.
We streamed it over there.
It came in really choppy.
I was not happy with it whatsoever.
I was really pissed off about it.
Um, Angie was helping out, whatever, but the internet connection was just bad.
Uh, so then I was going to pre-record everything for you guys today and give it to you guys, but I realized, you know what?
I just got out.
Let me go ahead and see if I can stream it again.
I tried to stream right in front of the courthouse, and it was fine at first, and then after like 15 minutes, it just started bugging out.
So I don't know what the hell happened there.
I apologize for that, guys.
I probably did that video.
I'm just gonna rehash everything again on here for you guys.
Um, and we're gonna, you know, go through it nice and systematically.
So I apologize for that.
Um, I'm gonna try to, as you guys notice that as the days go on, the quality is gonna get better and better.
Um, now let me get fill you guys in a little bit on how the process works, okay?
So right now there's literally hundreds of reporters here, guys, hundreds of reporters from all over the place.
Australia, Kazakhstan, Spain.
Um, I've seen people from all over the place coming here to report on this because obviously this is a big deal, right?
A lot of stuff going on.
So um, with that said, obviously, all the reporters want to get into the main courtroom.
However, these courtrooms here in the Southern District of New York, guys are smaller.
This is Manhattan, everything is micro size here, right?
They basically have everything small, charge you a bunch of money.
That's just how it goes, unfortunately, here.
So um, Angie, can you turn the light back on?
Um, yeah, as much lights as possible.
Um, so winds up happening, guys, is the way they do it is to get into the main courtroom, you pretty much have to be one of the first 20 people in line.
But there's people that wait in line, bro, starting at 5 p.m. the day before.
So they wait at 5 p.m., they hire them, they pay them, you know, hundreds of dollars, and then they wait in line all night and then they show up at like seven or eight o'clock in the morning, the reporter does and takes the line from the person that's waiting there.
Now, here's the thing.
I actually paid for someone to get me in line um to try to get me in.
I was number 36 today, and I still didn't get in the main courtroom, guys.
And the reason why is because they're only letting about 20 people in.
So it's damn near impossible to get into the main courtroom.
Okay, very hard to do it.
Um now, with that said, what they're doing is if you can't get into the main courtroom, there's many other courtrooms that are empty.
So they just basically put the reporters in there, it's full.
They got like four or five different courtrooms full of reporters, right?
And the audio is there, and you can see everything on video.
So to be honest with you, you don't really need to be there in person, to be honest with you guys, because you hear everything and you can see everything on video.
Um, and it's there live as you're seeing what's going on.
Now, the other thing, it's federal, which means you can't bring your phones anywhere.
As you come in, guys, they take your phones away and all your electronic devices.
So I'm without a phone from like 9 a.m.
Um actually I get there like seven or eight.
I'm without a phone until from that time up until about like um well, they let you in around eight, so uh up until five.
So when I went on live yesterday or earlier today, um, I literally just walked out of the courtroom and set the uh camera up and started streaming.
But the problem is with that is the internet crapped out as you guys saw.
So I came back to the hotel, set up the Wi-Fi, and it's way better now, as you guys can see.
Um, we're not lagging as bad, right?
And I'm able to monitor the chats, and it's not uh terrible.
And if you guys want to get involved in the stream, like I said before, donate on Rumble uh Rumble chat or Rumble rant or on uh Castle Club.
That's the best way.
Mary Gaines X not for today.
I'm probably gonna be here the whole week, guys, and then I'm gonna come back to Miami next week.
I've uh cultivated some uh people that are probably gonna be here the whole eight weeks, and what I'll probably do is whoever's the best, I'm gonna get with them, and then every single day of the trial, I'll bring them on the stream and we'll uh talk about uh what went down or whatever, right?
We'll like give an update of what happened.
Sorry, Frank's playing was a little toy on the side here, but Angie took it away.
Um, so we're gonna talk about what happened.
So I'm gonna figure that out for you guys.
Um, and then on the really important days, I might come in myself and report just on those days.
Um, so yeah, let's see here.
Um, so we covered over the craziness in the courtroom.
Uh you can't bring your cameras in.
Uh sorry, you can't bring your phone in or camera, anything like that.
They take it, you gotta lock them up.
Um, and yeah, hundreds of people are here, guys.
It's absolutely nuts.
You cannot get in there.
So, okay, let's quickly go over what went down yesterday, and then we're gonna go into one down today.
So, yesterday, guys, two witnesses went on, okay, a guy named Officer Flores and another guy named Um something Phillips, who used to be a stripper, right?
So the first guy was at the time back March 5th, 2016, as you guys know, the famous CNN video that went viral everywhere.
That was the guy that reported um that incident, and he went There and dealt with it on March 5th, 2016.
Now, from what I understand, he's a police officer for LAPD, but back then he was like a security director for the Intercontinental Hotel, where that um this you know situation happened with Diddy and Cassie.
Now, um, during his testimony, I'm gonna summarize this for you guys.
Basically, the piece of evidence that they brought in was his incident report at the Intercontinental Hotel on that day.
And basically what happened was he reported um you know what transpired in that day, but he left out a couple of things that he didn't necessarily talk about when he uh that that he left out things from the report that he talked about while he's on the stand.
Two big ones were um that Cassie had a black eye, and that um there was a third man in the room uh on the sixth floor of the Intercontinental Hotel.
And the reason he saw this is because he went through to open the door uh when Cassie was getting her stuff and leaving, and he saw another individual in the room.
Now, on cross-examination, Brian Steele, the attorney for Young Thug, you know, kind of you know, got him on a couple of these inconsistencies because the problem is that um the black guy, namely, which is the I would say the most important fact, he didn't put that in his incident report.
And Brian was like, Well, if it was such a partnership back then, and you remember 10 years later while you're testifying, why didn't you put that in your incident report?
You know, as someone who's security for the hotel, you have a duty to make sure if someone's actually injured on the property that you documented.
Um, and he didn't really have an answer for that.
And the other thing that was very important is that he had the um the security guard said Diddy told Cassie, you can't leave, right?
That's what he told uh in his testimony.
But when you read the report, the report says um Diddy told her to leave.
So that's another big discrepancy that Brian Steele was able to catch him on.
So on testimony, he says, Oh, yeah, Diddy told her not to leave.
But in his report, it says Diddy told her to leave.
Okay, and he says, How is it?
And then he asked him, Why didn't you put in the report that he told her to uh not leave, as you claim?
And he said, Oh, I didn't think it was that important at that time.
He was like, Well, you didn't think it was that important at that time, but now you know, 10 years later you remember it in this trial.
Um, now, granted, with that said, you know, he's a security director over at Intercontinental.
Does he think that this case is gonna become a worldwide phenomenon where he's testifying in a federal courthouse in New York City?
Probably not.
He probably didn't foresee that.
But um, it allowed Brian Steele the little wedge he needed to kind of um attack his credibility.
And that's what this is about, guys.
I've this I've talked about this before, I'll say it again.
Throughout this trial, you're going to see the government's witnesses come up to scrutiny from the defense, challenging their character, challenging their integrity, challenging their story, the narrative.
Are they telling the truth?
Are they credible, etc.?
So in this situation, before this guy became a police officer and properly understood how to write reports, um, he wrote this incident report, and it was obviously very poorly written, didn't have facts in it, and he mentioned facts during testimony that were not in that report that the government relied upon.
So they beat him up on that.
That was the first witness, right?
Second witness um was a stripper named uh Phillips.
Uh, and he went for two days.
Uh, during the direct examination, long story short, he basically was saying that he was getting paid uh by Cassie to have sex with her.
Um, he was basically an escort.
Uh, he had met her through an escorting service.
He was supposed, well, actually a stripper service, he was a stripper, but when he showed up, Cassie was there, and there was an individual there with a bandana and a white robe with a uh with a bandana over his face.
He didn't know who he was, but he realized who it was after the fact by his voice, and he found out who Cassie was later on.
They ended up having somewhat like a relationship where uh Diddy would call him over and Cassie would call him over where he would hook up with her um and you would be paid, you know, thousands of dollars to do this.
And Diddy would be in there in the corner watching this happen and um gooning, right?
We talked about that yesterday.
Now, today, okay, and if you guys want, that's all yesterday.
Timestamps are there.
I go over everything.
I apologize for the choppy video, but the audio is what matters at the end of the day.
Um, and I go through everything in uh in detail.
So today it started off where they had him on cross-examination.
So since he's a government witness, he got the direct examination by the government, then he got the direct the um the cross-examination by the defense.
Now, I will be honest with you guys, the defense attorney that cross-examined him was not as strong as Brian Steele, who's another guy.
Diddy has like eight attorneys, by the way, chat, and there's six AUSAs.
So six AUSAs and like eight attorneys on Diddy's team.
So this is obviously like, you know, a big, big fucking deal.
Okay.
I haven't seen six A USA's on a case in a very long time.
That's like when you're you know prosecuting huge organizations, mafia type stuff.
Uh the fact that they got six A USAs for one guy on a Rico case is a little crazy, but obviously this case has um a lot of media buzz, a lot of um press, and it's probably the biggest case in hip hop um in recent history, to be honest with you guys.
So I'm not surprised that um all these eyeballs are being involved in it.
Um so okay, so let's see here.
Um hold on one sec, chat.
Okay.
I'm just looking at the chat, making sure everything is good.
Dude said in here, expensive gooning.
Okay.
So, all right, so this guy um gets brought again today on the uh direct on the cross examination, okay.
And basically what they were doing, guys, was kind of going over a story again, trying to catch him in little holes or there.
The defense attorney didn't do really that great of a job of hitting him on cross.
The one zinger that he did get was um, so the guy told a story of how he witnessed Diddy, okay, assault Cassie.
And the what the way it went basically was he showed up, him and Cassie had sex, right?
And after he has sex, what he basically does is he kind of sits there in the living room for a bit and he waits until he's dismissed.
Okay, because during these freak-offs, which would occur for hours at a time, sometimes days, there'd be sessions, okay, in these freak-offs.
And with these sessions, uh, he would hook up with her after he, you know, finishes, they take a break and then they go again and do another session.
So during the the session was completed, he's sitting there waiting, right?
Because he can't leave until they tell him to leave, then he's paid.
Diddy and Cassie go to the room, right?
Now, when he goes to the room with her, she comes out and she goes on his on her computer.
He's sitting there in the living room seeing what's going on.
Um, she's working on something, and Diddy calls her.
And when she does, she says, Oh, give me one second, I'll be over there.
I just have my private information up.
Granted, this guy's a stranger, he's in the house, she has her private information there.
She probably doesn't want to leave the computer unattended.
He did he flips out, says, What the fuck do you mean?
Give me a second.
So he walks out the house the room and he throws a bottle at her.
It passes her head and it smashed against the wall.
And he grabs her and he drags her into the room.
Now, he said he didn't see Diddy attack her, but he heard slapping sounds while they were in the other room.
So obviously he can infer that he was beating her.
And then after that, Diddy came out and told him, Hey, do another session.
Now, he claimed after he witnessed that, he wasn't able to get um erect again.
It was very difficult for him in on the next occasions that they had the sexual encounters for him to get aroused whenever uh they were doing something after him seeing uh Didi beat her like that.
And then what he said after that was he would try to like check in with her and you know see that she was okay, and whenever he texted her, she wouldn't respond.
Uh, but sometimes she would text him so they can go ahead and do uh he could be a part of the freak-off, this guy.
And this was all occurring in New York City.
Now, um, what the defense attorney did, um, shout out to with ghosts, not that he was clapping them cheeks.
Okay, fair enough, with ghosts.
Uh appreciate that donation.
Um now, with when it comes to um the the uh the defense attorney, he the one good thing he did do, he said uh he pulled out a text message, right?
And the text message was from on our about October 12th, 2012, uh three months after the assault.
Um the the stripper or this guy Phillips, this uh this escort slash stripper messaged um Cassie saying, I love you niggas, right?
Saying he loves Cassie and Diddy, right?
Um, and he said, Well, if you're so threatened by Diddy or he was such a bad guy, why are you saying that you love him?
Um, and immediately after he got him in that little you know contradiction, the prosecution comes back and asks, right?
Because they got to protect their witness because he just asked them something that made him look crazy.
The prosecution comes and says, Hey, why did you ask that question of Cassie?
Um why did you send that message to Cassie saying I love you guys?
And he said it was a bait to see if she responds.
He wanted to see her and check up on her because he said that he was concerned for her safety after witnessing uh Diddy do that to her, right?
And then they uh let that witness go.
Um, and they brought on Cassie.
So Cassie, and this is where I left off last time, guys.
I apologize for this.
Angie, can you pass me that water, please?
So Cassie guys took the stand today.
I was actually shocked that she took the stand today.
Um, because I was not sure if she was going to be one of the earlier witnesses, because once they brought this officer and the stripper, I was like, okay, maybe they're not gonna bring Cassie on um so soon.
They're gonna bring her on later.
Because these when they brought these witnesses on, I was like, okay, they're building up to the most impactful witness.
But Cassie took the stand today.
Right now, I also do want to mention prior to the try prior to the jurors coming in and then um talking about everything.
It is important to note that they talked about showing the images because they had some still images and video of the freak-offs, and they were debating um in court how much they would show, what they would show, and how they would show it.
Would it create problems for the jury?
Would it be under seal?
So this was something that was brought up.
And then on top of that, they also discussed if her husband can be in the courtroom as she gave this testimony because obviously, as you guys are gonna see here, it was very graphic.
Um, but anyway, they bring Cassie in at around 11 a.m.
Uh, she's witness number three.
She was seven to eight months pregnant, okay.
Um, obviously gained some weight uh uh while pregnant.
Um she's 38 years old now, and they asked her biographical information about herself.
30 years old.
She had been with Diddy for about 10 or 11 years.
Um he was frequently violent with her, knots in her forehead, bruises that she had before.
Um, they then they showed the image of her at the Intercontinental Hotel with Diddy.
She confirmed that that was her in the video, and that that was Diddy in the video.
Um, she mentions the freak-offs.
Um, he basically proposed the idea of freak-offs to her um in the first year that they met.
Um he he basically, and how we explained it to her was he wanted her to have sex with other men, and uh he would, you know, kind of goon to it.
Uh voyeurism is what it was.
Now she engaged with it.
I think roughly roughly a year into the relationship.
Uh she he brought this thing up.
Um, and basically she described what a freak-off is, which is the hiring of an escort or a sex worker.
Um, and she would perform for Diddy.
Uh her and her and the sex worker would perform for Diddy, and he'd be watching um them engage and in sex.
Um the performances of Lother having sex with other men and he diddy would watch and direct and obviously uh masturbate and then in some pay cases partake himself.
Um she did it uh when she, you know, obviously, as you guys know, she was a musician, she was signed a bad boy.
She was signed somewhere around 2000, early 2006.
She put out one album and a mixtape, and she never put out an album.
She signed the deal, guys, for 10 albums, but she only ended up only putting out one album, her debut album in uh 2006, if I'm not mistaken, and um, and then a mixtape in around 2011.
Um, but she never ended up putting up another album after that.
She said what ended up happening was uh the freak-offs became like her full-time job, pretty much, where she was fighting they were having a freak-off, she said, almost every week.
Okay.
Um it became a job in the beginning.
He set it up, then she started setting them up.
Um she said that she did the freak-offs, even though she didn't want to do it, she felt like she didn't have a choice.
Um, felt that the black the videos that were uh the the videos of the freak-offs could be used against her as blackmail to destroy her um career.
So she complied.
Also, he was hating her, so she was scared.
Um took a lot of notes, Chad.
Um, so December of 2023, she provided the government with broken laptops, iPhones, and iPads.
Um these were the items that she had when she was in a relationship with Diddy.
Now I do want to state here, guys, something that's very interesting in this case was the freak-off videos that the government is going to use was actually provided by Cassie, guys.
It was not provided by Diddy.
Many think that the freak-off videos came from Diddy during the search warrants or the raids, but they actually came from Cassie.
And Cassie gave the government this stuff in December of 2023.
Okay, so that's a very important note.
Um the AUSA handed her uh a drive uh that she initialed and uh confirmed uh that the drive had the data that came off of these laptops, iPads, and phones.
Um they went through some photos in there.
There was photos of her and her best friend, a woman named Carrie Morgan, um back in 2040, 2004.
Uh, she said Carrie was her best friend.
Uh, at the time when she met Diddy, uh, at the time this photo was taken, it was in 2004.
She was a model living in New York City.
Um, as you guys know, Cassie is, I think, from New London, Connecticut, if I'm not mistaken.
Uh Angie, can you double check for me?
Yeah.
Cassie Ventura.
I'm almost certain she's from New London, Connecticut, which New London guys is roughly two hours from here.
Okay, not too far, right over the border in Connecticut.
She signed with Bad Boys, Bad boy records uh on January or February of 2006.
Uh she was roughly 19 years old at the time.
New London, Connecticut, right?
Okay.
Um, she's uh roughly 19 years old when she signed a 10 album deal.
Uh again, album released in August of 2006.
She released one album.
Um, and then she, you know, obviously she said she, you know, did he stuck by her when she started out.
He supported her through rough performances in the beginning.
Um, then they showed photos of her at the VMAs at the C FDA awards um in 2006.
She celebrated her 21st birthday um in Las Vegas at the VMAs, and she said that at this point, Diddy kissed her for the first time uh in a bathroom at the suite in Vegas on her 21st birthday weekend.
Um she said that she was a new artist, she didn't really know how to respond to it.
She felt uh a little nervous um because obviously Diddy was a mogul.
And just so you guys know, back in 2004, this guy was everywhere.
He was running, making a band, he was on MTV, he was on VH1.
You could not avoid Diddy in 2004, guys.
Early 2000s, this guy was everywhere.
He was in every music video, he was doing a bunch of remixes, he was working with all the top artists.
He was involved in a lot of big music projects.
He had Sean John, um, the guy was just everywhere.
Okay.
So I could see why she might be intimidated for you, Gen Zier's.
Sorry, you you, you know, you zoomers, you younger guys.
You guys might not know how um powerful or how popular Diddy was back in the 2000s, but he was huge.
Okay, he was huge.
So she felt very intimidated with him.
Then he would go see, she would go see him at his hotel.
She mentioned one time where she went to the Trump Hotel to meet with him.
Um, and she got introduced to oral sex by Diddy.
Um, he basically went down on her, but she didn't go down on him.
She said that she was shy and timid.
He was not happy about that.
Then she went to go visit Diddy in Miami.
Uh, they spent the weekend together.
Uh, she co-hosted a party at Miami Beach.
Um, she went with uh a producer named Dallas Austin and Carrie Morgan.
Um Diddy got a boat, and that was when they had sex for the first time.
Um Diddy, she said that um she was drinking wine uh during the day and they had drugs at night, and Diddy gave her ecstasy pills, a blue dolphin ecstasy pose.
This is the first time that she got ecstasy.
Prior to this, she never had done uh Molly or ecstasy.
Um she only smoked weed and drank wine.
Um then the government showed uh the AUSA showed a picture of her on the boat.
Um she confirmed that that was her on the boat with Diddy.
Um they did not go public with their relationship because he was still with um uh Kim Porter at the time.
Uh I think it was Kim Porter.
Did double check uh his wife's name?
I think it's Kim Porter.
I know the last name is Porter.
Um and the reason why he didn't go public is because he had that wife.
He had kids, obviously Optics because she was his artist.
So and it was Kim Porter.
Thank you, Angie, for fact-checking.
And then also, can you check when her first album was released?
Cassie?
Yeah, her first album and the name of it.
I'm almost sorry, it was uh August of 2004.
Her first album was released 2004?
Cassie?
Uh no way.
I think so.
Well, was she when she was discovered?
Hold on, let me.
Yeah, she was discovered, I think 2004.
I mean her first album, I think it's 2006.
Um, in August, but I want to know what the name of it was in the release date.
Um so she didn't go public with her relationship with Diddy at this point.
Okay, so she went to Miami, they hooked up.
Um, he gave her ecstasy.
That was her first time.
Uh, she broke ties with the old management at this point.
Um, and you know, from 2006 onward into 2007-2008, you know, they took trips together.
Um, they showed pictures of her uh Halloween with Diddy at a strip club, um, taking pictures together in the back of the Rolls Royce.
August A, 2006.
August 8th, 2006.
What was the name of the album?
Cassie.
Okay, self-titled Cassie.
Okay.
Um, so what she said was as time continued into 2007, 2008, he started to become more controlling.
If she didn't answer the phone, he would keep calling, or he would send staff to go check on her.
Um, he would tell her to um fix her face, watch her mouth if she had a slick mouth.
She did admit there were times where she was being a brat or whatever.
Um they did not live together.
Um, she did a lot, he had her do a lot of busy work recording music uh that never came out.
Uh she said she recorded hundreds of songs.
Let's see.
Um opportunities came uh that Diddy did not let did not let her participate in.
Um if she ignored Diddy, he would call or send someone to see her to include the security.
Um names of the security was um let's see here.
Uncle Fonz, Dolly, Fahim Malik, uh trusted uh associates that he had were David Jeans, uh Christina Coran, Neil, Neil Dominic.
Um there were times the relationship was not exclusive.
Um Both of them cheated on each other, but she was jealous.
She admitted that she was jealous.
He had a lot of women despite saying that it's just us.
So he did lie to her, saying that, you know, selling the dream.
They lived in New York City during the relationship, but he got her an apartment and the West End for her birthday, so that she could be close to him, closer to him.
And Diddy paid the rent.
She also had a place in LA.
She ended up moving to LA with Diddy because Diddy moved to LA.
He once again she had her own place.
He had his own spot.
And he wanted to be closer to his kids.
That's why he moved out to LA because his kids were out there.
Diddy lived in 200 South Mapleton, LA.
It was a mansion that he rented.
He would show up unannounced at her place sometimes.
She recorded hundreds of songs while uh while with Diddy.
Some got released, some got leaked, but some never got released.
Uh, like I said before, one album, uh, but no, uh, the other nine albums never got done.
Um, and she only put out a mixtape in 2011 or 2012.
Um, let's see here.
The freak-off she said became a job.
That's why she couldn't record music as much.
And uh, she was spending a lot of time where she was partying for days, doing these freakoffs, doing drugs, drinking alcohol.
She'd be having sex with these escorts.
Um, sometimes the freak-offs will last 36, 48 to 72 hours.
She said the longest freak-off lasted four days, which is absolutely nuts.
Hold on, chat.
Just getting some water.
I'm looking at you guys in the chat.
You guys are going crazy.
Um, with Ghost Again says between Cassie and Jack Doherty's girl today.
I'm just convinced women have no agency and they need to go back in the kitchen.
So let's see here.
Uh yeah, so long as freak-off lasted four days.
Um, she said she would spend half the week recovering from the from the drugs and alcohol and the dehydration.
Um, if she would disobey, staff would take things away from her, laptops, phone, um, and at Diddy's direction.
Um, D Rock took things from her.
That's the name of the other security guard, D-Rock.
Um, she got things back from Diddy when they made up, though.
Um, she was in constant contact with uh Fletcher, who was um one of Diddy's assistants, and also where Christina Carone, she talked with her every day.
She helped her logistics.
So Cassie was very intimately involved with his staff and the people that worked for him.
Um Diddy did have safe.
She did she did tell one interesting story.
Let me make a star on this.
Um, so Diddy and Shub Knight had beef, and she recalled one situation where they were in the middle of a freak-off, and uh Malik, one of his security guards, I think Fahim Malik is the guy's name, told Diddy, hey, Sugar is down the street at XYZ bar, and they basically stopped the freak-off.
And uh Diddy and uh Malik and I think one other guy got dressed, they got like masks on and shit like that, and they left.
Um, and they came back about 30 minutes later.
So nothing ended up happening, but they had information that Sugar Knight was close by and they went looking for him while they were in LA.
Remember, he was living in LA at this time.
So that was really interesting.
Um she said that Diddy had guns, so did his security, and he would keep guns in a safe.
Um, and then on one instance, she told the story of where they went to the club and they made her hold one of the guns for them.
Um so yeah, that was very interesting.
Um, and you guys know, for those that don't know, uh Suge Knight was the former um, you know, executive for Death Row Records uh over Tupac and Snoop Dogg and Dr. Dre.
Um Diddy and Sug Knight had problems with each other uh because Diddy at the time oversaw uh Biggie Smalls, the notorious VIG, and um Sug Knight was overseeing all the West Coast artists.
There was a great you know, West Coast, East Coast beef in the early in the 90s.
Um Sugar Knight famously said, you know, I'm not like these other guys dancing in the videos and shit like that, where he was, you know, obviously taking shots at Diddy because Diddy would be in the back of the music videos dancing with Mason with BIG, etc.
So, you know, there was quite a bit of beef there.
And I I don't think Diddy ever forgave um Sug Knight or liked any of these West Coast guys after Biggie was uh, you know, infamously killed.
Um so they came back 30 minutes later.
Um Diddy told her about swingers, mentioned the freak-offs about six to twelve months in.
The freak offs would be with random men.
Um then the prosecutor went back to asking about freak-offs again.
Um let's see here.
Yeah, you guys enjoying the stream, by the way.
Give me O slash to the chat if you guys are enjoying the stream so far and it's good.
Give me all slashes if audio and video is good and you guys are enjoying this thing.
Thank you.
It's good.
Awesome, awesome.
Yeah, I'm taking uh I took good really good notes for you guys.
I took really, really good notes for you, Ninja.
So um they could better like it.
Um also guys, do me a favor, like the video.
Like the video for me.
Um okay, let's get back to it.
I love you guys.
Okay, um, a shout out to Angie Matt monitoring things behind the scenes, making sure it's all good.
Thank you, Angie.
Um, she's been great, guys.
Um truly uh one of the best ladies ever.
Pest women.
Um taking care of Frank, you know what I mean, letting me do my thing and work and you know, so thank you so much, Angie.
And she got me this little the the I'm using a tripod right now that she got.
So um, okay, so let's get back to it.
So after they talked about the Sugnight stuff, um they went back to the freak-offs.
Um, so they went back to the freak offs.
So the freak-offs would be with random men.
He asked about the freak-offs about six to twelve months in.
Um the abuse happened first, then the voyeurism.
So he started abusing her first, then the freakoff stuff started happening.
She was 22 when the freak off started.
Um, which makes sense that jives because they met when she was around 19.
She got with it, she started having sex with them about 21.
That led to them having a relationship.
Um, 2007, 2008 or so.
The freak off started at that point.
Um, so within one or two months, they did their first freak off after he told her about it.
The first freak-off was at his house in LA.
Um, they took ecstasy and drank alcohol.
Um, she there's they shared a photo of escort one.
Okay, so it was like some nigga with braids, uh, which is crazy.
Uh, and I will tell you guys it ended up being a lot more uh of these um escorts.
So she said how when she would do these freak-offs, she would wear a hustler outfit, high platform shoes.
Um, she also wore a mask.
So in the beginning, guys, they like would wear these masks.
Her and Diddy wore these masks, like on some masquerade type thing.
Um, so she had two sexual sessions with the escort and the first freak-off.
Um, she did another freak-off and didn't feel like she could say no at this point.
Um, the freak-offs were weekly for years.
That was interesting.
Weekly for years doing freak-offs, guys.
Um, the last freak-off was in 2017.
So, guys, do the math here.
They get together in 2006.
Um, she has her birthday is um uh Angie.
Can you check her birthday for me real quick?
Yeah, because they had they started their relationship pretty much once she turned 21.
Um, and once she turned 21, uh, that's when they started having a relationship.
Uh and she said that the freak-offs happened about a year later when she was 22.
So this puts us at about 2008.
She said the freak-offs lasted until 2017, chat, and roughly every week they were having a freak-off.
Oh, it was 26.
1986.
1986.
Okay.
So she turned 21, 1986.
Uh, this is probably like 2006 now, 2007-ish.
So she started dating him at in 2007.
Yeah.
2000, no, 2006.
Well, it says here from 2007 to 2018.
Is when she was with him?
Okay.
Well, I maybe that's when they had sex.
But the point is, is that either way, Frank's tough.
Um, either way, uh, the the big thing is she started having sex with him at 21, and then the freak-off started about a year later, so at 22.
So from uh, so we could say right around 2008-ish, uh, she started having these freak-offs up until 2017.
So, for like every every week they were having freakoffs.
And they were go for like half a week.
That's crazy.
Crazy, man.
Um, now granted, I will say, guys, that that that they're there, they were on and off for this 10, 10 to 11 years.
They were on and off.
So is it every single week up until 2017?
No, but for a significant amount of time while they were together, uh, she was saying they were having a freak-off at least every week, which is wild.
Um, let's see, and they lasted until 2017.
Let's see here.
Um, there was always Molly, MDMA.
She took Molly, MDMA, cocaine.
Um, they helped her stay up because sometimes these freak-offs would go for a long time.
Uh Diddy decided when the freakoffs started and when they ended.
Um she enjoyed, she when the prosecutor asked her, Did you enjoy the freak-off?
She said she only enjoyed it when it was one-on-one because basically she would hook up with the escort.
After the escort ejaculated, she would hang spend time with Diddy one-on-one.
They'd go into another room.
Um, and then she said that she could not get uh one-on-one time with Diddy with Diddy otherwise, which we're trying to we're starting to see a trend here.
Because this is what the prosecution said, also with the other one, Jane, the other um victim here that's gonna be another star witness for the government.
Also said that she couldn't get time with Diddy unless they did the freak-offs.
Um she said that when they did talk, or she tried to express herself.
Uh, Diddy dismissed her.
Um this was really crazy.
So, so chat, get this.
So Cassie and him had pet names for each other.
Um, so he called CC, he called Cassie CC for Cassie Combs, right?
And she called him Pop Pop.
And that was the nickname that she used for her grandfather.
And Diddy wanted her to call him that, even though she was what she referred to her grandfather as.
So sick.
Yeah, it's really weird.
Like everyone in courtroom was like, what the fuck?
So, yeah.
So he called her CC for Cassie Combs, and then she called him Pop Pop.
Um, because she he wanted uh she wanted to call him something that no one else called him, and he wanted the name that she used for her grandfather, which was uh a little weird.
Sick.
Yeah.
Um, so she sent him a message, I really want to fuck.
The government saw so the government showed text messages.
So during the this testimony, guys, they would show uh text messages between her and him.
And she sent him a message saying, I really want to fuck.
Um, and she claimed that she didn't want to have sex with the escort, she only wanted to have sex with him.
Um, and then Diddy sent her a message saying, Hey, now you don't want to do that anymore, referring to the freak-offs.
She backpedaled after he sent this text because she was scared.
Um she mentioned how uh they started the freak-offs with masks.
Diddy told her to wear masks and wigs to conceal her identity in the beginning, and then once they started to get more familiar with the escorts that they were using, they kind of stopped doing that.
Um Cassie wore sexy outfits that she bought from uh Pleasure Chest in LA, hustler and wore stripper heels every time.
Diddy decided what she wore every single time.
Um Diddy made sure that she always uh was waxed, uh had her a tan, nails done, etc.
Um Jackie.
Um she would use the name Jackie Stark to book the hotels and dancers.
Diddy's nickname was Frank White or Frank Black.
Um they always made sure that they had supplies at the hotels that they met at.
They would have Astroglide and Johnson's baby oil condoms.
Um, the baby oil, so Diddy had a very particular thing with the baby oil.
This gets crazy.
He wanted the baby oil um so much that they were glistening, okay?
They were applying this baby oil every five minutes, according to Cassie.
And if they weren't shined up enough, he would basically tell them, Hey, hey, stop, stop what you're doing.
Put on more baby oil, you're a little dry.
And he literally stopped whatever they were doing if they weren't didn't have no baby oil.
Um, he wanted them glistening.
Okay, so she said this led to them pretty much always having to put baby oil on.
They had so much of it all the time.
Um, and it got to a point where she even had to direct sometimes to put the baby oil on, or the other, or the stripper had to put the baby oil on, and he'd be watching as they put the baby on all on each other.
Um at least they have great skin.
What was that?
At least they will have great skin.
Um, so and then one time she mentioned the story where they they had a pool of baby oil, a inflatable pool, and they filled it with baby oil, and she jumped in there with her lingerie and stuff on.
Very weird.
Um the freak-offs were um, so they were candlelit.
There was a very specific way that Diddy wanted the the freak-offs to be.
They'd be candlelit, they'd light up like red lights here, blue lights sometimes, green lights, all different kinds of colors.
Um, and he would have the room set up in a certain way with the baby all and stuff.
And a lot of the times the assistant would set this up in a certain way, but he had a very particular way that he wanted it.
Um, Let's see here.
The freak-offs were always the uh warm.
The room was always warm.
There were red lights.
It smelled a lot like the glade candles.
He would have a bunch of these glade candles there.
She had freak-offs even during her period.
She mentioned how they would mess up the room a lot of the times.
There'd be body fluids, sometimes her blood from the um her being on her period.
The baby all over all over the place.
She mentioned how they would often get charged at some of the hotels a bit because they would fuck the hotel up with the linens.
She would always have to get off uh extra linens and extra towels.
Um and a lot of the times there'd be baby all over the place and other stuff.
Um she said that um one time uh Diddy and another guy urinated on her.
Um and uh one time she choked on the urine.
Uh the guy urinated in her mouth.
Um, yeah, I should have warned you guys.
This is gonna be graphic.
I'll let you guys digest that one for a second when I drink this water.
Oh I don't even want to drink this water now, but yeah.
He would urine uh Diddy and uh stripper urinated on her, and then one time they urinated in her mouth.
Uh anyway.
Yeah.
Um so at the Intercontinental Hotel in New York City.
Oh, yeah, she said at the intercontinental in New York, one time they fucked the room so bad that they charged them a lot of money after the fact.
Um let's see here.
Oh, um, when the prosecutor asked her what type of amended did he want.
She said uh he wanted black dudes with big dicks.
Um she said that Diddy would get the escorts from a place called Cowboys and Angels.
It was an escort service.
Um they would also use Backpage and Craigslist to sort to source the escorts.
Um she talked to a guy named Garren from Cowboys and Angels.
That was one of the contacts she spoke to that would get her the male escorts.
Um, and when the escorts would show up for the first time, you know, her her cover play was to say, hey, you know, me and my husband are into a voyeurism.
Uh don't worry, he's not gay, he's not gonna touch or anything like that, which kind of lines up with what the other escort said, or slash stripper.
He was a stripper that turned into an escort.
Um, where uh you know she would tell the guys that it was voyeurism, uh, and he was into that.
Um escorts were paid somewhere between 1500 to 5 to 6,000.
Um, she often paid the escorts.
Um, but sometimes Sean gave her the money.
Sean paid them, or the security uh did it, and then the security or the assistants would bring the cash money.
Um they had a female escort once or two times.
Uh let's see here, but it was mostly men though.
Um, the escorts.
Okay, so there were six different escorts, chat.
There was one guy that was unnamed with the braids that I told you guys about before.
There was a guy named Dave.
Um, aka his real name was Clayton Howard.
There was another escort named Um Daniel, another one named Jules, another one named uh the Punisher.
She didn't know his name.
His name was literally the Punisher.
Um, and then another one named Johnny.
Um now the escorts that they used the most was a guy named Jules and a guy named Clayton, aka Dave.
Now, it's important to know Jules is the one that was allegedly there in LA when that event happened on March 5th, 2016, where Diddy attacked her.
Okay.
Um, and this is the same guy that um now I will tell you guys this jewels from when I looked at him, uh, because they should we showed they showed pictures of him.
Most of the guys were blacked.
One guy was Latino.
This jewels guy was a lighter skin black guy.
Um so Cassie also said that she used drugs at all the freak-offs to numb herself.
Um Diddy also used drugs to the free freak off, freak-offs.
Um, there was text conversation about the escorts and cats using drugs.
Um she used MDMA and ecstasy to make her because she made her feel euphoric.
Um she often got sick from the drug use, though.
She would often vomit, and Diddy told her, hey, keep going.
You know, if so she would go to the bathroom and vomit, and he would say, Nope, keep going.
Um, despite her feeling sick.
Um, the drugs that she used, she used um cocaine, ecstasy, MDMA, weed, shrooms, and GHB.
Those were the drugs that she used during these these freak-offs.
Um, let's see here.
What else?
Um, so the session would begin.
So, okay, now we're gonna get into how the sessions began.
Okay.
Um, warning, it's gonna get a little weird here.
So brace yourselves as I get some water.
Um it's gonna get weird here.
So I'm going to describe to you guys how the sessions would actually happen.
Thank you.
Also, guys, do me a favor.

All right, smash that like button, guys.
Now we're gonna get into some crazy stuff here.
This next stuff is wild.
Okay.
Um so next.
Now we're gonna get into how they did this stuff, okay.
Okay, so the session would begin, chat.
Where um they walk into the room and they would start her, she would start gooning, and then the guy would start gooning.
And as she was gooning to herself, she would describe the guy going to Diddy.
So Diddy would be in a corner watching them both goon, and she would describe the guy gooning.
Okay, which was a little bit strange, and she admitted that this felt weird to her, but she did it because she loved Diddy.
Um and she felt humiliated.
Um, then they would start putting oil on each other and touching each other.
They would do this until Diddy said, stop, or you guys can start moving on.
Then that led to oral sex for both of them, and then they would go on to full-on sex.
So basically, so first, to recap, they would both goon.
She would stare at him, and he stares at her.
Okay.
And she, while she was gooning, she would describe the guy gooning to Diddy.
Then they would start rubbing baby on each other to the preference that Diddy liked.
He wanted them glistening, right?
The whole body glistening.
Then they would do oral sex, then they would start smashing.
Okay.
Um we still live.
Yeah.
Okay.
Um then.
Hold on one sec, chat.
Okay.
Then let's see here.
Then they then after they had sex, Cassie and Diddy would go to the other room.
Okay.
Now, this was after the guy ejaculated.
Now, the guy would ejaculate on either in Cassie or on her.
Okay.
Um, this is where shit gets crazy, chat.

And I was being a weirdo, and I was like, You stared at him like he's like, Are you Andy Mary's girlfriend?
I was like, Yeah.
What the fuck?
And he kept walking.
And he didn't say nothing.
Did he say hi and nothing?
No, he was like, Are you Angie Myers' girlfriend?
I was like, Yeah.
So he said, Are you Angie Mars?
Oh, okay, cool.

Um yeah, I'll show off the gift, bro.
So, bro gave me uh Rocky came up to me and he gave me these gifts.
Um, shout out to you, Rocky.
He gave me this Vegeta um sticker, it's a bunch of stuff that I like USS Liberty never forget a Pikachu, okay.
Uh a blue eyes white dragon, um, the white ranger, the the best ranger.
Um, cross the uh Chris.
I think this is um yeah, Christian stuff, you know.
Um, because he he he actually he what he found uh he found me, then he found Nick, then he found Zerka, and he turned to Christ and became religious.
So shout out to you, bro.
I'm glad that you found God and if I was able to help you with that, shout out to you as a graper.
Um and uh No Hogs Bard.
Is that Rob Arranger?
Obviously, the graper uh with the holding the cross, America first.
Shout out to all my grapers, man.
I uh yo, I told you, like you guys are a part of the OSS, man.
Uh, he has some America First stickers.
Bro made a sticker of this.
Your body my choice, the Nick tweet.
Uh so shout out to you, bro.
Gave me a bunch of uh stickers here.
No, it's a power ranger.
Uh the White Ranger, yeah.
Because the White Ranger, not the Black Ranger, and then uh Super Mario Court cart.
So I appreciate the gift, bro.
It came right up to me while I was streaming uh with my book, and I signed his book and he gave me this gift.
So thank you so much for that, Rocky.
I appreciate it.
I didn't want to say anything unless you gave me the permission to you know show the gifts and show who you are because I really do value the stuff.
Andrew will tell you guys, I keep all y'all gifts.
Yeah, I keep all your guys' gifts that you guys give me.
It really does mean a lot that I can impact somebody and you guys like take the time out of your day to like give me something and the thoughtful too, you know.
Um so shout out to you, Rocky.
I appreciate it.
I'm glad that I met you today.
Um, even though I was like pissed off and I was like in a rush because obviously the stream had just shut because he came right up to me after the stream fucked up.
So uh, but shout out to you for giving me the gift and you know making it a bit better for me.
Um WH Sorry.
Um, it's crazy how this is this entire story is them policing the diddler's dick.
Nigga is mad nosy, but we're here for it.
Yeah, you got it.
Angie tell Myers to take you somewhere nice with this.
Uh I took her to a good Valenz Owen restaurant yesterday that she loved.
Um cool.
I think we read all the chat.
Um, let me see here.
Let me make sure that we're truly happened to be here.
Yeah, and he's happy to be here.
Okay.
All right, let's get back to it.
All right, we got two points this k likes.
Good enough.
Let's get to 3,000 guys.
I'm gonna keep going though.
This is crazy.
Okay.
So, to recap, so um Cassie basically recapped how she does this this uh freak-offs, right?
So when one session starts, so the escort comes in and the session begins, right?
Remember, guys, to redefine it.
Freakoffs are you know, sex escapades that last for many hours, sometimes days.
But within the freak-offs, there's what's called sessions, and in the sessions, pretty much every session would begin like this.
So, escort comes in, they begin the freak off.
Diddy's in the corner, kind of directing and watching it.
She is gooning, he is gooning the escort, and Diddy is there watching them as they goon, and then he makes sure that Cassie and the escort are staring at each other as they're gooning, and Cassie has to say out loud what she sees as the guy's gooning to Diddy.
Okay.
After that's done, they put baby on each other.
Literally, they have to be glistening, is the way that she described it.
Um, and they rub each other.
After that's done, they engage in oral sex, Cassie and the escort, then the escort and Cassie had sex.
After they have sex, the the escort either finishes in her or on her, and he doesn't wear a condom.
Then Diddy and the and Cassie go into the room, and she would take the semen and put it on his chest.
Yes.
I know.
I know.
She would put on his chest.
He would want him, he she would want him to put it on her on his chest or his nipples.
His chefs?
On his chest or his nipples, Diddy's chest or his nipples.
The seamen.
The other dude's seamen.
So um, yeah.
Uh I'll let you guys uh kind of take that in real quick.
Yeah.
Yeah, bro.
Yeah.
I know.
So now this is this is interesting because what I will say is this.
So remember that first Angie went to the bathroom.
Okay, uh, remember that first um escort that I told you guys about Phillips?
Well, Phillips told a story where he um Angie's literally puking right now.
Okay.
Um, so Phillips told the told this story where he was having sex with Cassie and he couldn't come, right?
Um, and he lied and say that said that he came, right?
And Cassie.
So Cassie went into the room with Diddy, and Diddy came back out, right?
And said, Hey, did you come?
And he was like, Yeah, I did.
And he was like, Are you sure?
So he kind of knew that he didn't come in her.
And um, and that's kind of where uh I you know I kind of made that connection, like that's kind of weird, because he came back out and kind of pressed him for not coming in, right?
And then when she told when Cassie came up and testified saying this, then it made sense.
I was like, Oh, okay.
So after the escort would ejaculate, they go into the room, and then she would rum the semen on him.
Now, with that said, that makes sense a little bit because um she did it, and the escorts never saw it.
Okay.
So um, yeah.
So carrying on.
Um sorry.
If the if the escort didn't ejaculate the way that Diddy wanted, he would either pay them less or not pay them.
Each sex session, right?
Remember, the freak-off was would go off for many hours, but each session lasted one to three hours, which was around basically.
Um, the through the freak-off could be three to four men, okay.
Um, the entire freak-off could be with three to four different men.
The session could be with two to three men.
Um Diddy would be in the corner asking her how the dick felt and how she felt masturbating as she was having sex with these escorts.
Um, some of the escorts had problems with erections, and if uh when Diddy spoke and moved stuff around, because mind you remember, he's the the escorts are like having sex with Cassie.
He's there in the corner and he would like tell them to stop and readjust stuff, right?
Maybe the lighting or whatever.
So some of the escorts had problems with this and couldn't, you know, finish, or they couldn't maintain an erection, and if they couldn't, did he would just tell them to leave and wouldn't pay them.
Um, or one time she said he would have a pep talk with them if they couldn't like maintain an erection, he would have like a pep talk with them.
Yo, this is crazy, man.
His family was there today, too.
I don't know if his family, yeah.
I think yeah, some of his family was there.
So, yeah, so if it's so sometimes you'd have a pep talk with them, sometimes you would kick them out.
Um, yeah.
Um he would give them he would also, if they had issues with uh staying hard, he would give them Viagra, or he would also give them um Cialis.
He also gave Cassie Cialis and Viagra as well.
Um after the session, um, after Cassie had her session with this guy, um, her and Diddy would go to the other room and have sex.
Um she said that Diddy recorded this stuff on tape, phones, iPads, iPhones.
Mind you guys, remember these freak-offs started in 2008, and then they progressed into 2017.
So the the the um the recording devices changed.
Um he was recording what was happening since the first year it happened.
So he has he has he was recording this allegedly since like 2008 from when this first started happening.
Um, do the math for me real quick, Angie.
When she turned 21, and then a year from that, when they roughly started having sex.
So she turned 21 August of 20.
Uh figure out what year she turned 21, uh she's 38 now.
But yeah, figure out what year they started.
38.
Yeah, she's 38 right now.
Um, Yeah, so just do the math for me and figure that out.
Okay.
What year she turned 22?
Uh okay.
Let's see here.
She said that she didn't want to be recorded, but Diddy said it was for him.
Um she watched the videos again with Sean, sometimes when they were having sex.
Um the recording was on her devices uh because they were there.
Um if she saw the vid, she would delete them.
She asked Diddy to delete them.
Um, but she's not sure if she deleted them, but if she saw them, she would delete them.
Um and then she did say on March 5th, 2016, as you guys remember, the famous video where um they were fighting.
Um she said that that was after a freak-off.
She wanted to leave.
So she did confirm that that day was with a free that was a freak-off day.
Um where she just got too tired and Diddy hit her and she got a black eye.
And 2007.
2007 is when she turned 22?
21.
21.
So 2008 then is roughly when the sex the freak off started happening then.
Um so let's see here.
So she left the freak-off in LA at the Intercontinental when it got violent.
Um, she went along with the freak-off to be able to attend a premiere.
So she claimed that she had a movie premiere.
Angie, can you look up what movie she might have done in 2016?
Movie premiere.
Type in Cassie Ventura movie 2016.
She said she had a movie premiere um uh the folly Monday.
Uh and it was roughly a Friday when they did this freak-off on March 5th, 2016.
Um, and she just wanted Diddy to be happy so that she could do this premiere, but the but the freak-off got violent.
Um she hit her during the he hit her during the free during the black during the freak-off.
She got a black eye.
Um, Jules was the escort that was there, one of the freak ones.
Um she claimed that when Diddy was distracted, she ran out of the hotel and went to the elevator.
And Diddy uh obviously followed her and threw her to the ground, as you guys saw in the video famously.
Um I can link the video below for you guys in the description so you guys know what I'm talking about.
So in 2016, she was she stared at like two movies The Perfect Match, which is like a rom and Honey 3.
I don't know if you know Honey.
Okay, so she two rom coms in 2016.
One rom com one rom com the perfect match, and what was the other one?
Honey.
The it's a fence movie.
When did they when did they release?
Because that will then we'll know which movie it was.
Because she said the premiere was on or about a few days after March 5th.
We know the assault happened March 5th, 2016.
Um thrown, she covered her face and she stayed on the ground, as you guys can see in the video.
Um, she said she never tried to fight Diddy back because she was scared.
Um she picked up a phone to the arms intercontinental when Diddy uh was back, and that's where the testimony ended, guys.
They ended it there.
Um it hit five o'clock and the testimony there.
But um, yeah, guys, that is the summary of her testimony and the stripper's testimony.
Um what do you guys think?
I want to see what you guys think in the chats of her testimony and his testimony, and then I'm gonna segue into geopolitics and the news for you guys, and we'll close this thing out.
So um the perfect match.
You have the mic so they can hear you?
No, I don't know.
I don't know where you put the there should be another one with the fluffy thing on it.
Okay, they cannot hear me.
They probably could, but this one.
Yeah.
So I have to just turn it on.
Yeah, here, give it to me.
And I'll read some of these chats, guys.
While I So the Perfect Match, uh let me turn this on for you.
All right, here you go.
Uh the perfect match is turned um March 6 11, 2016.
And honey 3, there to dance, started, uh, got released September 6, 2016.
Okay.
So uh what was the other one again?
The perfect match May in March 11th.
That was it then.
That must have it was it must have been the perfect match was the movie that she was gonna um that she was worried about premiering in The Perfect Match.
Okay, the other one was in September.
The other one was September, yeah.
So the perfect match was the movie that Probably was the premiere.
Um, okay, yeah, she got some mic on now, guys.
So you guys should be able to hear her better if she speaks.
Um, okay.
So let me see here.
I'll read some of these chats, guys.
Um I want to hear what these pep talk entails.
Shit's gotta be funny as though.
I know, bro.
Like, hey, you gotta do it better.
Take that.
Take that.
Um, with ghost says, uh, or Punisher says, on my defense, I like to point out some weirdo ass nigga out there is using my name at these free calls.
I've never poured baby oil all over or pissed in someone's mouth.
I rest my case.
Okay, Punisher.
Uh with Ghost said, uh, so that's what Fresh missed out uh from leaving the Diddy Party early.
Uh I hate these weirdo degenerate L Diddy and L ABA, haram facts.
Oh, oh, okay.
Now I understand why they're calling them free coughs.
Yeah.
Um Ricky Spanish says, Mar, when you get back, uh, can you and Fresh play five nights at Diddy on Diddy's on stream?
Okay.
Uh with ghosts.
RIP uh Jason David Frank, the best ranger.
Oh, yeah, the White Ranger, yep.
Uh, careful out there, Myron.
Lip tards are crazy.
I know.
Um, Angie was actually smelling your hair the entire time.
Probably weirdo.
Uh oh, the guy was too tall.
Um, did Frank do anything?
No.
No?
The guy it was he was just too tall.
He was like really close.
Okay.
It was like six, seven or something.
Really, really tall.
Oh, man.
You gotta be careful.
Um, yeah.
No, but like I he was just he was just trying to see if I I was actually Angie, because he was like looking at me like, is he you, you know?
Yeah.
Look at Frank with his little NYPD vest.
I don't know if we can see here.
Yeah, I can um Frankie.
Here, I'll have the I'll have him jump up real quick.
He looks so cute.
Frank, come on.
As you guys can see.
Hold on.
Come back, buddy.
This is his wow in way PD vest, guys.
People yeah, every yeah, even NYPD stopped.
It was like, oh, that's really nice.
You're like, okay, okay.
We see you, buddy.
Frankie wants to say what's up to the people.
He must smell nasty, baby.
Well, him, yeah.
He really smells like dog.
He was rolling around everywhere.
He rolled over in like wet grass.
Oh, late with another dog.
Of course.
He ran around too much today.
Frank, sit, stay.
Let me finish uh finish working.
Say, stay.
Okay, good job.
Okay.
Um, let's see.
Someone said, mind you, her husband is there.
I know, bro.
Shit is crazy.
Um, hold on, let me.
Hold on, I'm trying to...
Okay.
Uh, okay, cool.
All right, so let's get into geopolitics real quick, guys.
Um we got 20,000.
You guys watching on YouTube?
No way.
Hold on.
Let me look at this shit.
We got 19k on YouTube.
Let's go, baby.
I don't know what the fuck happened.
Well, welcome to the stream, guys.
Welcome to the stream.
We got 19k of you guys in here.
So, yeah, did a recap on the thing, guys.
I'm absolutely gonna be um Frank stop.
Stay, stay, stay.
Okay.
Shout out to all you guys.
We got 19,000 of y'all niggas in here.
God damn.
What the fuck just happened?
I don't know what happened.
Well, you have a total of 21k.
And I'm not viewbond, guys.
You guys see me right here.
How can I be view by him?
I'm not viewbotting.
And you guys know I'll never view bond.
That shit is crazy.
Somebody rated.
What is that?
Frank, stop.
Somebody maybe rated.
I don't know.
Well, welcome to the stream, guys.
So yeah, we summarize the Cassie stuff.
So, look, I'll be honest with you guys.
Let me give you guys my take on this thing.
Right now, be honest with y'all.
Unless the guard, I think the government's gonna, the government didn't get into like the really juicy stuff yet with the with the free coughs and the videos.
Like they talked about it, but they didn't show the videos yet.
Um right now, guys.
I'll be honest with you.
This looks like consensual sex, obviously very perverted, very strange, but to me, this looks like consensual sex.
So we'll have to see what happens.
Um, But uh, you know, at this point, obviously the trial's still in the infancy.
We we have to figure out what what uh what's gonna happen, what other evidence comes out.
But what I predict is the prosecution's gonna have her probably for most of tomorrow.
They're gonna continue on direct and then cross-examination, they're absolutely gonna attack her.
And I already predict what they're gonna probably do.
They're gonna attack her and call her promiscuous.
They're gonna say that you called a lot of these escorts, you coordinated the escorts, you know what you were doing.
Um, you were the one taking the drugs, you were of sound mind when you took the drugs, you decided to take the drugs.
You know, you were with Diddy for 10 years, you were doing these freak offs, you plan to free offs.
Cause guys, keep in mind, she was the one contacting the escorts, she was the one setting everything up, she was the one paying the escorts, etc.
Now she's claiming that she did it because she was scared for her career, she was scared for her life, he was abusing her, she didn't feel like she could get away.
But the prosecution's absolutely going to attack her on that and say, Look, you got to take a little bit of accountability here.
Angie's the camera straight.
Yeah.
Okay.
Um, so you know, they're gonna absolutely tell her, like, hey, you need to take a little bit of accountability here because at the end of the day, you're an adult, um, and you know, you knew what you're doing.
Now, she did say during the course of the um during the course of the the interview that sorry of her debrief or excuse me of direct that she was young, she was naive.
She met him when she was 19, she was hooking up with him, etc.
So she did say that, but um I predict that the the um on cross-examination, they're absolutely going to attack her credibility and call her promiscuous, say that she's a 304, say that she was of sound mind.
She took the drugs because she wanted to, she planned everything, she was the mastermind.
This was consensual sex.
Yes, Diddy's a degenerate, but you're an adult as well.
You knew what you were doing.
You love the lifestyle.
He paid for your life, he paid for your houses.
You didn't have to work, you didn't have to worry about your music.
She claims that she released hundreds, she uh put out hundreds of songs.
Um, but uh, but only some of them got released.
She only put one album out.
So that's what I predicted the defense is gonna do.
And I anticipate that the defense is probably gonna start cross-examining her tomorrow.
I think prosecution's probably gonna have her from 9 a.m. till about lunchtime, and then I think the prosecution is gonna come in and probably and start cross-examining her sometime after lunch, maybe around two or three p.m.
And then they'll have her for a few hours, and then they're probably gonna cross-examine her.
And mind you guys, this is the government's key witness, her and Jane.
So the win the government's um case rests on them.
And remember, guys, they're they're they're getting Diddy for sex trafficking and um interstate sex trafficking, basically moving the escorts from state to state, country to country, as you guys can see, because they were in Miami, they're in LA, they're in New York City.
We haven't talked about anything international yet, but I think that's gonna come up later on.
Um, and their claim is that Diddy did this with the with the freak-offs, he coerced these two women.
And Cassie and Jane are the two women that basically are the main witnesses that were coerced and forced uh through violence and intimidation to do these sex acts against their will.
Okay, so um we'll see, we'll see what happens.
We'll we'll see what happens.
I I think uh it's gonna be very telling what happens tomorrow.
Obviously, as you guys know, I take really good notes.
I'm gonna make sure I give you guys the real deal on what's going on.
But right now, being honest with you guys, is me giving you guys my uh uh take on this right now.
It looks like consensual sex with uh degenerates, honestly, drug-filled consensual sex with degenerates, and I think the defense is going to have um a big wide opening to really attack her on this stuff because even on direct examination, um, she's admitting to how she orchestrated everything, she set everything up, she paid in the beginning.
Did he set things up, but then later on, she was the one contacting the escorts.
Also, it's important to know the stripper, uh, the guy Phillips that I told you guys about before that testified witness number two, he did admit that every time he was contacted um to do these free calls, he was contacted by Cassie directly.
And Cassie would contact him uh with maybe one hour's notice all the way up to 24 hours notice to do this stuff.
And then Cassie also had up this guy, Garan, uh, who ran the dog uh the um cowboys and angels um service, which was basically a stripper service that she would utilize to get the men.
She also was in charge of getting the guys from Craigslist and um from Backpage.
So I think the fact that she had a role in getting and recruiting the men.
Now, of course, she had to show the pictures to Diddy so that he would approve of the men, but I think the fact that she was um intimately involved in the process, uh, they're gonna use that against her for sure.
For sure.
So we'll see what happens um on that.
Can I ask something?
Yeah, go ahead, Angie.
So yeah, if you got questions, Angie, go ahead.
Yeah, so um it might be a stupid question, but guys, we got three K lights with 17K niggas in here somehow.
So I'm not view by and You guys can see me.
Like the goddamn video.
We should get to 10k likes on this bitch.
Like the video right now, man.
We got a lot of you guys in here.
A lot of you guys are probably new viewers.
Welcome to Meyer Gaines X, where we do a political cultural commentary, and we're following the Diddy case, former special agent.
I was in there taking notes and uh, you know, giving you guys the breakdown of what happened.
But sorry, Angie, what's your question?
So, how does a cruise examination work?
The cross-examine.
What is it?
How does cross-examination work?
Basically, the defense attorney is um ask questions to the government's witness.
And their job is to damage the um the government witnesses' credibility, catching them in lies, um, showing their that that they lack the ability to be truthful, um, maybe their credibility is down.
Uh basically confronting them on a lot of the a lot of the stuff that they testify to.
So, like, that's what Brian Steele successfully did, who was young Thug's attorney.
Young Thug, the leader of YSL, he got off.
Brian Steele was his attorney.
Uh, and Brian Steele actually famously went to jail with him for a day um because he was held in contempt of court.
So Brian still like took his jacket off and went to jail with young thug for a night.
Um, and that's what made him really famous.
So he was there and he cross-examined the security officer for the Intercontinental and made him look really stupid.
Um, Angie, can I get a charger real quick for this one?
Yeah, it's a null charger.
No, USB.
Not USB C for this one.
Okay, there's one.
Yeah, portable charger.
So um, so yeah.
So it he really um he really beat him up.
Uh let me see here.
Guys, get your questions in, by the way.
If you guys got questions, um please get him in.
Cause I'd like to um, you know, if not, then I'm gonna move on to the Tory lanes and the geopolitical stuff.
Uh Doxie Thrash says DDG baby mama hit him with a restraining order, picks up her beaten on TMZ.
Wow.
Hot off the press from Doxie Thrash.
The nigga that was talking shit about you, Angie.
Uh, his wife hit him with a restraining order.
And there's pics of hit of of her beaten on TMZ.
What guy?
DDG, the rapper that talked shit about you.
Oh, okay.
Um Ghost says to be fair, I can't understand Angie, regardless.
She's an ESL classes.
Okay, nigga.
Uh imagine what we don't know.
That's from Kim Chillin.
I know, bro.
I know.
We're gonna get we're gonna know more.
Um with Ghost says, I kind of want to hear what these pep talk.
Okay, we got that one.
Um, what was the Diddler wearing today?
Uh he was wearing, I think a beige.
Yesterday he was wearing like a beige sweater.
I couldn't really see too too much, guys, because I was a little bit further from the monitor.
I was more focused on listening, but I think he had another beige sweater on today.
Um, Cassie wore a tight-fitting burgundy slash brown dress.
Um, I don't know why she did that, because she was super pregnant.
She was like seven months pregnant, she was about to explode.
Um, so I don't know why she wore that, but yeah.
Uh Kumon DTV says, I feel like you mentioned this before, but what's your favorite Pokemon?
You always make references.
Uh Mewtwo, probably.
Mewtwo.
You two's a real nigga, bro.
Um let's see here.
Um let me look here in the chat.
Uh guys, uh, if you guys want to get involved, um I don't have my goddamn um guys.
Like the video, man.
We still got 3k likes.
What the hell's going on here?
17,000 y'all niggas in here.
Stop being um stop being them boys.
Stop being them boys.
Um yeah, W Mewtwo.
Yeah, Cassie was bad back in the day.
She's 38 now, though, guys.
She looks exactly like Jennifer Lopez.
Um, let's see here.
Dumb dumb gnome, yeah.
I'll I'll tell you guys this though.
His girl could have shown those pictures.
It might have not been DDG that beat her.
Uh look, I'm always gonna be I'm always gonna be um, you know, critical of that.
Because guys, the thing is with this girl, this Hallie chick, and look, this is actually to DDG's defense.
Women will go ahead and put a restraining order on you like that, so you can't see your fucking son.
And she is mad that DDG is out with all these other girls streaming, putting out music, whatever.
So she's hating.
I wouldn't be surprised if she wasn't trying to um, you know, uh purposely get a hold of the kids, uh get a hold of the son so so he can't, you know, see his kids.
So um did Cassie cry?
Yeah, she cried one time.
Uh, but I will say, chat, that she was surprisingly composed.
Um, she was able to she did stammer a bit when giving her answers or whatever, but she was fairly articulate.
Um, she, you know, had to ask her AOSA a few times to repeat themselves.
Um, but she was pretty pretty coherent, articulate.
Um, she cried one time.
Um, I think it was when they mentioned something about the freak-offs.
She cried, but it was uh, but it was very brief.
Like it was like maybe 20 seconds.
Mind you, she's also very pregnant, chat.
Very, very pregnant right now.
And now we got 20,000 y'all watching live.
Shout out to you guys, man.
Shout out to you, Ninjas.
If you guys are new here, welcome to the channel.
Um, Marion Gaines, one half of the Fresh and Fit podcast, covering what's going on with Diddy uh uh with the Diddy case.
Uh Cassie taking a stand.
Used to be a special agent with Homeland Security Investigations, HSI.
I actually worked for the agency that is currently investigating the case.
Another thing that I don't like about the courtroom, I didn't get to tell you guys about this.
So the way the courtroom is set up, guys, right?
Is the so this table, imagine this being a table right here, right?
This is the prosecution.
Behind that is the defense, okay?
And then behind that is the defense again, and Diddy's at this table.
So there's three tables lined up, right?
So first table, closest to the to the um judge.
So judge is right here, AUSA is right here.
Six female AUSAs, okay.
Then the table after that is a couple of the defense attorneys.
Then the table after that is Brian Steele, the main a defense attorney, and Diddy, okay, and a couple of other defense attorneys.
So it's three tables.
It's weird, it's not like it's supposed to be.
Normally it's supposed to be on one side you got the defense, on the other side, you got the prosecution.
It's not like that in this courtroom.
Now, mind you, it's kind of a narrow courtroom because it's Manhattan.
So you know how New York is, everything is like boxed in and smaller and shit like that.
So it's really weird.
Um, but yeah, that's what's going on.
Um, also, let's see here, what else?
No, she never got pregnant by an escort, guys.
She never got pregnant by the escorts, but the escorts would finish in her.
Um, and Diddy would take the semen and uh, well, Cassie would take the semen and rub it on him on his nipples and on his chest, which I thought was absolutely crazy.
Absolutely nuts.
Hey guys, smash that like button.
We got 18,000 of you guys in here.
Welcome to the stream.
Uh let's see here.
Martin, can you make a guide on how to make money standing for reporters?
Yeah, well, I don't know about that, but I will say this, guys.
So the way, okay.
Let me address this too, because a couple of you guys are in my comments yesterday saying some bullshit about Myron.
You lied about being uh in this in the in a thing.
Number one, very few people guys can actually get into the real courtroom.
Okay, the real courtroom is on the 26th floor, it's 26A, okay.
They only let in about 20 people, okay, to that courtroom.
All right.
So you got Diddy there, his family, a bunch of maybe law enforcement agencies, whatever may be, a bunch of people in that courtroom.
It's packed.
And guys, the courtrooms are not that big here, okay, because it's Manhattan, like I told you, it's kind of narrow.
So once that courtroom is filled, so the first 20 people get in.
Once that courtroom is filled, what they start doing is they start funneling the reporters because there's hundreds of reporters here, hundreds, okay, from different countries.
Kazakhstan, Spain, Australia, people from all over the country, all of the world, TMZS here, every single um Fox News, CNN, ABC, NBC, TMZ, everybody's here, right?
Uh a bunch of YouTubers are here, a bunch of bloggers are here, hip-hop bloggers are here, right?
So, what they do is once that first 20 is filled into the courtroom, then they start dispersing the other courtrooms because all the other courtrooms are still open.
They start putting all the reporters in all the other courtrooms.
It's empty courtroom.
You it like there's no you know, jury in there or nothing like that.
It's empty courtroom, but they have a big screen TV in there.
You sit in there, the big screen TV, and then there's audio that plays.
So you can see everything that's happening, and then you can also hear everything that's happening.
Now, mind you, the the quality isn't that great because it's a camera and you can't see the jury, you can only see the prosecutors, um, and you can see the witness on the stand.
That's all you can see.
And but you can hear everything.
So, unless you're there at like the crack, not even if you're there at the crack of dawn.
It's very hard to get in there.
Now, this is what I did, guys.
So, yesterday, after I couldn't get in there, I paid someone to wait in line for me.
I spent like 300 bucks, okay?
300 bucks.
Someone's waiting in line for me.
I was number 36.
So I show up there this morning at like eight o'clock, right?
To meet my guy.
He's like, all right, man, I was here all night.
You know, peace out.
He was there from like 10 or 11 p.m. last night.
He was there.
He stayed there all night.
I show up, I take the spot from him, right?
At 8 o'clock.
I get in.
He didn't tell me that.
Yeah.
Well, that, yeah.
So I didn't think I didn't want to wake you up.
You're sleeping, remember?
Okay.
So I um, so I go there, meet my guy.
He gets me in.
Right.
After he gets me, uh, I take his spot.
He goes home to go sleep.
I get in.
I'm number 36.
I still couldn't get into the main courtroom.
I think they only took the top 20.
Now, this is what people have been doing.
So when lunchtime hits, right?
They go downstairs because they they take it, they everyone leaves the courtroom when there's lunchtime, right?
Some people, what they did was as soon as lunchtime hits at 12, they go downstairs and they get in line to get into the main courtroom because there's a line in the courthouse.
So there's a line outside the courthouse to get in, then there's another line in the courthouse.
Oh, once you're inside the courthouse.
So it's a whole mafia.
It's yeah, it's like it's like a whole organized thing.
So once we once we do the first part of the trial, um, and it's lunchtime.
Some people, instead of going to go eat lunch, they wait down there to get in the main courtroom.
So what they did today, the people that went down there, they didn't let him in to the main courtroom.
They only let the people in that were there earlier.
Oh, okay.
So people were trying to get around the trick, waiting there earlier.
They caught on to that, I said no.
So then they only took the 20 that went in from before.
So long story short, if you don't get in in the morning, right?
You're not gonna get into the main courtroom.
Here's the other thing.
What time people start waiting?
You want to know when they start waiting?
Yeah, that's why I was 5 p.m.
So at 5 p.m. today, when I left, there were people already waiting in line for the next day.
No, there's there's a there's a business here, there's a service where they're waiting in line for you.
And then you show up the next morning.
Like you did.
Like I did.
But I still couldn't get in, even doing that.
So honestly, if you're not in the top 10 to 20, you're not getting in.
So I'm not even gonna, there's no point.
Like, I might as well just like honestly, all you're making is it doesn't matter because all you see, okay.
You see the back of Diddy's head, you see maybe some of the people in there.
I'm gonna try to get in tomorrow.
I got a guy.
He might try to get me in.
If I make it in one day, that's cool.
Because my thing is three more hundred bucks.
No, no, no, no.
I'm I'm not gonna pay.
Is it someone that he he's whatever?
But he's gonna wait from from 5 p.m.
Uh, no, I think he's gonna have a guy waiting there.
They have some kind of situation.
Wow, it's a whole month.
There's guys, there's a whole YouTube niche here, by the way.
FYI, I learned this shit from from being here.
Bro, there's a whole YouTube niche chat of dudes that follow big court cases all across the country.
It's like a whole like other YouTube niche.
And they just like kind of act like reporters.
They f yeah, they they literally follow big cases all across the country.
Well, you know what?
I was looking at their YouTube page on K Diddy's, like if you put Diddy on YouTube, yeah.
The first video that pops up, it's a 4.1 million views.
Uh video from a girl that says that she's she's been in the courthouse and she explained everything with like fully detailed everything.
It's a like a nation girl.
I don't know if you've seen her.
Um, you know what?
I think I know who you're talking about.
Yeah.
I think I know who you're talking about.
She's got like crazy views on that video.
Yeah, I know who you're I think I know who you're talking about.
Um so yeah, man.
But you literally described the car house with like every detail, like the colors of the walls, like how the floor was, the ceiling, everything.
Yeah, and I'm putting up the live chat um right here, guys.
Uh, by the way.
Sorry, I didn't put it up from before.
We got 21,000 of you guys in here, man.
Welcome.
Um, I guess you guys really like this breakdown stuff.
Um, you know, and obviously the I'm cutting out a lot for you guys.
There was like testimony here that like wasn't even like because they kept asking her the same shit over and over with Cassie.
So I'm giving you guys the stuff that matters, but the pri it was getting really redundant.
They were asking her the same questions over and over.
They're asking a couple of the other witnesses the same questions over and over.
So it was really annoying, but um, but you know, I got y'all ninjas, man.
I got y'all on edges.
Um, what else?
Uh let me look here.
I feel like you mentioned this before, but what's your favorite Pokemon?
Okay, no, I read that one before.
Um, but yeah, so there's a whole niche of that people.
So what I'm gonna try to do tomorrow, guys, I'm gonna try to get in the courtroom.
If I do get in the courtroom, guys, honestly, I just need to go in there one day because what I'm gonna do is I'm gonna point to you guys like kind of the demeanor in the courtroom, um, what the uh what the who the case agent is.
From what I understand, the case agent's like some white dude.
I want to kind of I want to meet him.
That's what I want to do because I'm confident if I can meet the case agent and say, hey, what's up, bro?
I used to work for HSI blah, blah, blah.
Um, you know, maybe I could guess an extra sauce for y'all, right?
He obviously can't tell me about like the investigation, like actively.
Um, but whatever's like already publicly out there, I could talk to him about because I could I can speak that language, you know what I mean?
I used to be on the job.
Um, and I actually and I used to be, I used to I've done human trafficking and human smuggling.
I've told you guys before this is a 15 case.
Um, when we looked at the case number.
So um, you know, I know what it is.
And then HSI New York, I've actually been to the field office here um before.
I came out here one time uh for an organized crime case, uh Chinese organized crime case.
Um and there was like a link up here with some triad people.
Uh so I was coming up here and I was working with with HSI New York.
So they're very good office.
Um, I will tell you guys that this this this um this HSI office is good, and then this um US attorney's office is very aggressive.
Um, but what I will say from what I'm seeing right now with the evidence um with the testimony, obviously it's only day two, so we'll see.
Um, but you know, to me it just looks like a lot of degenerate sex.
Um Cassie participating in it, she organized a lot of this stuff.
So they're gonna need to, you know, get a little bit more aggressive with proving the case on the prosecution side.
But again, this thing is gonna take about eight weeks, chat.
Eight weeks.
They're estimating that this thing is gonna go into um before they're trying to end it before July 4th.
So we'll see.
We'll see what happens.
They're gonna go Monday to Friday.
Also, starting next week, chat.
Um, nine third, they're gonna start the trial at 9 30 and try to end it at three, and they're gonna have shorter lunches.
Okay, they're gonna have like a 30-minute lunch only.
Um, so that's what they're trying to do to kind of get it through um faster as well.
So um that's what they got going on.
Um and also for you guys that a lot of you guys that are in here new, subscribe to the channel.
Um, talk Trump in the Middle East.
Okay, before I go into the Middle East, um, because as you guys know, I cover everything on this channel.
Um, political commentary, everything.
Before I cover um the Middle East, let's see here.
Are there any other questions on this situation with uh what's it called?
Any other questions?
Call Hack.
I could call him, but he's on stream right now, chat.
He's on stream.
Let me let me look.
Because he's probably gonna want me to call him on uh he's probably gonna want me to call him on um what's it called?
He's got he's got 12,000 watching right now.
He's probably gonna want me to call him on on uh what's it called on um on Discord.
Let me because I'm recording on my phone right now.
Hold on.
Let me see if I could uh damn.
It's fine, bro.
It's fine.
I'll text him and I'll ask him if he wants me to call in and I'll call into the show after I do my stream.
That's cool.
Um okay, uh, so we talked about Cassie.
Let me make sure I don't have any other questions here before I segue into um Trump and uh the hostage exchange.
Let me make sure.
Because I do want to make sure I answer your questions.
And you got anything before I switch?
What questions?
Yeah, like my questions or people's questions.
Yeah, anything you got?
No, I just wanted to know the cross-examination thing.
Cross-examination.
But um, I'm um, I'm gonna go down and say grab something to eat because I'm starving.
I don't know.
No, no, don't worry, we're gonna finish up your soon.
Okay.
Uh we'll go, we'll go get food together.
Uh DDG TMZ.
I talked about that.
Um, I talked about DDG.
Look, I make fun of DDJ all the time.
I think he's stupid, I think he's low IQ, but I don't think he's over here beating on his chick.
And if he is, that's some that's uh that's that's some pussy shit.
Yeah, he doesn't give vibes.
But he doesn't, yeah, he doesn't uh he doesn't give me woman beater vibes, bro.
Be honest with y'all.
He does not give me woman beater vibes.
Um and here's the thing, he ain't if he ain't smacked the shit out of Ruby Rose, uh, I doubt that he would smack the shot of that chick.
Because Ruby Rose is is literally a thought, big big thought.
And someone, I think Zia told a story one time of how she like yanked this chain and like it ripped, and he didn't hit her after that.
He wanted to, but he didn't.
So if he can restrain himself there, DDG doesn't strike me as a woman beater.
So um, yeah, bro.
I'm uh I think she's probably making this shit up to take the kid from him.
That's what I think, chat.
Because I know that they've had this custody battle.
She don't want him having the son like that.
She's using that shit as leverage.
So um, despite the fact that I have my disagreements with DDG, uh, I don't think he's a woman beater and I hope he gets access to his son.
You know what I mean?
Because you need your son at the end of the day, and I'm not gonna fucking you know kick him while he's down on this bullshit.
Because I think that chick is lying, bro.
Fuck that shit.
Me and DDG can have our problems, but I hope he's has access he gets a son.
I don't I don't think I don't wish that upon any man.
Um let's so let's see here.
Okay, so uh let's see.
Let's talk about next guys, let's talk about uh okay.
Let's talk now, guys, about uh um the Middle East and uh stuff like that.
So as you guys know, fast uh go backwards a little bit.
Um as you guys know, Donald Trump was uh was successful in getting a Amer uh dual citizen American and Israeli uh hostage from Hamas.
He was successful in getting him back, negotiating.
Now, why is this so controversial?
It's controversial because he didn't negotiate this with Israel.
Typically, we've been locking step with Israel when it comes to getting the hostages back.
Um but in this case, we were able to get this hostage back without necessarily involving Israel.
And this comes after Trump has basically isolated Netanyahu from um, you know, having talks or whatever, and he's in the middle right now of uh he's either in the Middle East or he's in the process of leaving for the Middle East right now.
He's obviously going to Qatar, Saudi Arabia, um, and a couple of other Gulf states.
Um Saudi Arabia, Qatar, uh, and the UAE.
Um he's gonna be meeting with the monarchs out there and everything else like that um about foreign policy, the wars, tariffs, etc.
Um, it's his first official um foreign visits.
Um he hasn't left the United States since he got sworn in in January, and he's going over to the Middle East.
Um Qatar gave him a jet or a big plane.
You know, a lot of people are complaining about that.
Look, I completely understand how that could be problematic accepting a big donation, a big jet like that from foreign uh from a foreign government.
But keep in mind, guys, that Israel's donated tens of billions, even not if not more money.
And it's not just APAC, guys, there's hundreds of Zionist organizations that donate money to the United States on behalf of Israel.
So look, if Qatar's gonna give a jet, I don't think that's as bad as what's going on uh, you know, with uh with all the Israeli lobbying, right?
Now with that said, you guys know what I think.
I think all these motherfuckers should be registering under Farah if they want to go ahead and contribute so that the money gets um, you know, we're looking at where the money's coming from, etc.
But at least with this Qatar thing, it's public, okay.
The American public knows that Trump is getting this jet, but uh the American public doesn't know a lot of the times about APAC and the Zionist organizations donating all the money that they donate.
That's the big difference, chat.
Okay.
This jet getting a lot of press, Jewish money coming in, Zionist money coming in, not getting a lot of press.
Okay.
I gotta talk about this shit on fucking Twitter because it gets censored everywhere else because for obvious reasons, right?
And let's be honest, most people didn't wake up to the Zionist influence of America until after October 7th.
And if you did talk about it, what happened?
Demonetized, banned, etc.
That's why I'm demonetized is for talking about that.
Um so anyway, so this negotiation is huge.
Trump was able to able to get this guy released.
Now, with that said, from what I've been told, this guy, I think his name is Adan.
He did not want to meet with Netanyahu after he got released.
And you know, I'm not surprised because we know that Netanyahu doesn't necessarily care so much about getting the hostages back.
Rather, he's more interested in um using the hostages as a chess piece to as pawns in his greater scheme of number one staying out of jail.
Because mind you, after before October 7th happened, he was in the process of uh getting uh put on trial for corruption bribery charges, and number two, waging a greater war against the Middle East, as you guys know, Netanyahu wants to um destabilize the entire Middle East.
This is the closest has ever come to doing it because all the proxies are weak.
Lebanon and Hezbollah destabilized after the bombing campaign.
Hassan Asrala, the head of uh Lebanon uh the Hezbollah has been dismantled has was assassinated in an air strike.
They killed all the leadership below him, right?
Flaud Shooker, etc.
All gone.
Syria.
Thank you.
Sorry guys.
Uh the other phone died.
Can you guys hear me?
Let me look here.
This is really grinding, you know.
This is like life.
Yeah.
All right, guys.
Um am I back?
Am I back?
I'm literally on the phone here.
Um it's a little choppy, but I'm gonna use that one.
Here, let me let me go.
Um hold on one sec.
I'm gonna get on this Wi-Fi real quick.
Here crap it.
No, no, keep it keep it keep keep it on there.
No, I don't need it to put oh wait, you need me to open it.
Yeah.
Shit.
Hold on, guys.
Hold on.
Let me enter here.
Hold on.
It's really gonna be a little bit slow because it's okay.
Uh I think I'm back on here, guys.
Put this um here.
Yep, and then I got the bear with me, chat.
I'm going to...
Oh, shit.
Okay.
I think the echo is gone.
Oh, oh, oh, oh, oh.
Yeah, I don't know why.
All right, hold on, chat.
Let me I think I'm gonna fix this on right now.
Here, you know what?
I know.
Um, this one here.
Uh what's the battery?
One percent.
No, no, no.
I'll use this one.
Okay.
I'll use this one.
Matter of fact, just close that um close that camera or close that close that uh app.
That's fine.
I'm gonna just fix this here.
I already know what I'm gonna do.
All right, so camera settings, spam.
All right, cool.
All right.
So here you go.
Put this back on me now.
Sorry, guys.
Audio, uh, we're gonna sorry about that, chat.
And then literally before the battery dies, we'll just now they should be able to hear me.
Test test test one, two, three, test, test, test one, two, three.
Hold on.
I'm turning this back on.
You guys should be able to hear?
Can you guys hear me or is this shit dead?
Okay.
Can you guys hear me or not?
I cannot see the chats.
Test SS123.
Test the frying this.
How is it looking now?
No, it's fine.
Just have it before like you have it.
Okay.
Yeah, it's fine like that.
Um, y'all can hear me?
Okay, cool.
Give me O slashes as everything is good.
Give me O slashes if everything is good, chat.
Give me O slashes if everything is good.
Give me O slashes.
Give me O slashes.
Um can hear me?
Okay.
Okay.
I see O slashes.
Alright.
All right.
I think this thing is dead, Angie.
Yeah.
What thing?
I think this.
Yeah, I think the mic is dead.
That's fine.
You want to use the one I have?
Uh is it is it on?
Nah, it's dead too, I think.
It's fine.
Okay.
Guys, give me O slashes again if it's good.
I'm gonna put some of this stuff on a charger.
Give me O slashes again if I'm good, guys.
I cannot see the chat.
You can't see chat.
Okay.
Look on my look on your phone.
Yeah, they're saying slashes.
That's O slashes.
Yeah.
Alright, cool.
I'm right.
Oh okay.
What was the last thing you guys heard me saying?
Yeah.
What was the last thing you guys heard me say?
I'm opening this thing back up right now.
What was the last thing you guys heard me saying?
Where's your phone, Angie?
Is that okay, people?
Uh audio's very good.
Yes, yes, yes.
Okay.
APAC.
Slashes.
Damn, last thing you guys heard me say was APAC.
No, what specifically?
Qatar plane?
Okay, what else?
How they kill people in the Middle East.
Hamas hostage.
No, what specifically was I on, guys?
What specifically was I talking about?
Saying Trump Middle East.
You're talking about Trump and Saudi Arabia, lobbying, donor.
Yeah, Massad did come and fuck my shit up.
Ever glade Everblazer.
They did fuck my shit up, bro.
Trump and the plane.
Okay.
Alright.
So, all right.
So basically, like I was saying before, Trump negotiated this deal, right?
To get this guy Ed on back.
Mind you guys, this kid was an IDF soldier when he got kidnapped on October 7th.
So luckily he didn't he didn't get killed.
But you know, this was a big deal that he was able to negotiate this and get this guy in because uh get this guy out of uh out of Hamas.
Out of uh um out of uh um Gaza.
Now with that said, keep in mind, guys, that Israel right now, their tensions are very high because Israel wants to attack Iran.
The reason why they want to attack Iran is because Iran is the weakest it's ever been, okay, guys, in a very long time.
I'll go through this real quick.
I said this before.
Did I did I go over how um the the did I go over how the the um the the acts of resistance is weak?
Give me give me ones if I went over how the acts of resistance is weak because I explained it in detail.
If I didn't, then I'll go through it again.
Give me ones if I went through the acts of resistance and how they're weak specifically, or give me a two if I didn't and the camera died.
If I didn't go over it, give me a two.
If I did it, if you guys did hear it, then give me uh a uh give me a give me a two if you guys didn't hear it, give me a one if you didn't hear it.
Two of you did not hear okay, so it didn't die, it didn't die at that point.
Good.
Alright, great, great.
Okay, so you guys heard that.
Okay.
Now the perfect.
That's fine.
So the reason why, guys, and keep an eye on the battery too for me, Angie.
Um, actually, you know what?
I can it's fine.
Just keep an eye on this battery.
Now, the reason why that's so the um are you gonna put a charger on it?
I got you.
Okay.
And you're gonna put a Angie's gonna put a charger on it so it doesn't die again for you guys.
Oh my god.
Look at that.
Hold on.
Let me see this thing.
What is that?
Look at the sparkly.
Hold on.
Okay, you're gonna take that.
This is the charger that she wants to put on this fucking phone, man.
This is what she this is what we got here.
This this sparkly I walk.
Hey, don't insult my charge.
Saving your stream.
Yeah, well, I got another wire here if we needed to.
But anyway, um, make sure.
I gotta hold it like this, though.
Well, no, no, just um.
Because the weight is gonna.
Yeah, just twist it back the other way, and then there you go, and then make it.
Oh, no, yeah.
Oh, it doesn't.
What the hell?
I don't I don't know.
It's a cheap tripod.
Okay, it's fine.
So there's so much we can do with this.
Okay.
I think with this, maybe.
Yeah, no, it doesn't.
Hold on, Chad.
It's uh, well, this makes it that way.
That way.
Oh, okay.
That tightened it, right?
Yeah.
Still good?
Yeah.
All right, perfect.
Okay.
So we went over, so now it's like half your face.
Oh, it's half?
Oh.
Yeah, there.
Good there?
Okay.
So technical issues.
Okay, we go.
We got to do that.
Good, okay.
Yes.
So the other thing you so now that we know that Israel, right, wants to really go to war with Iran and why they want to go to war with Iran, because obviously um the Iran is weak.
This has caused quite a bit of attention, okay.
The tension, guys, when it comes to Netanyahu and Trump, simply boils down to this.
Iran is weak.
Israel wants to attack Iran.
The reason why Israel wants to take Iran is because Iran is the only power in the Middle East that could challenge it.
Also, Iran can formulate a nuclear bomb within two to three weeks, okay?
Most geopolitical analysts understand that Iran can manufacture a crude nuclear bomb within a few weeks, okay?
Because they have a nuclear program.
Now, what Israel wants is for this nuclear program, all their different sites all across Iran to be bombed.
Here's the problem, though.
They don't have the bunker buster bombs that we have that could destroy these um these facilities because these facilities are underground.
And the reason why they're underground is because the Iranians watched as the Israelis bombed the hell out of Saddam Hussein and Saddam Hussein did not have his when he was trying to build a nuclear program in the 80s.
Um he did not have his programs underneath ground, and the Israelis bombed the hell out of them.
So the Iranians were smart and they saw this and they built all of their nuclear programs underground.
Now, at this moment, guys, their nuclear program is um for energy only.
It hasn't reached up to the point where they can enrich for weapons grade.
However, they can do that at any time, and that's always a threat to Israel.
Now, why is that a threat to Israel?
Because Israel is the only country in that area, guys, that has a nuclear weapon.
Mind you, they should not have a nuclear weapon, but they do.
They stole it from us.
I've done whole episodes on this on how they stole the nuclear bomb from us, how they killed JFK, etc.
I've talked about it ad nauseum.
I don't want to bore you guys with that unless you guys really want me to go into it.
But the for purposes of this conversation, Israel really wants to attack Iran because this is the weakest as it's ever been, and they understand that Iran has this nuclear program.
And this has what's created the rift between Netanyahu and Trump.
Trump doesn't want to go to a war with Iran because he understands that there's gonna be serious economic consequences if he did that.
Okay.
And um just making sure everything is good.
Give me O slashes of audio and video is still good, chat.
Give me O slashes and everything is still good.
Give me O slashes if everything is still good.
And for those of you that are new here, you'll learn one day what the O slash means get in with Frank.
I know we're on J. Yeah, I know a lot of you guys are saying, Myron, we know your followers.
Nigga, we got 20,000 people in here.
So a lot of people don't know this stuff.
A lot of normies are in here, probably, right?
Okay, awesome.
Shout out to all you guys.
Thank you so much.
So with that said, they want this nuclear program gone.
And since they want this nuclear program gone, they've been desperate to get it.
Now, a couple uh not too long ago, guys, Netanyahu actually came to the United States.
He came for a tariff meeting, but what he really came for was how to deal with Iran.
And during this meeting, there was very tense talks about attacking Iran.
Israel formulated a plan, it came with a game plan of how they wanted to do it with a significant amount of US aid and backing.
And basically the Trump administration said no.
So on the Trump side, JD Vance, Trump, um, and Hexeth said no, um, versus um Mike Waltz and maybe Rubio, I'm not sure if Rubio Rubio's kind of in the middle, but I know Mike Waltz and his a couple of the the hardcore Zionists in the la in the administration wanted to go on with the attack.
And the attack basically looked like the United States bombing the bombing the um the nuclear sites and then Israeli special forces going in to uh clean up anything that was left.
Obviously, very dangerous, very crazy operation.
Um, and the reason why Trump doesn't want to go to war, which is what I was getting into, is number one, we'd have to get significantly involved.
Number two, Israel would have to get significantly involved.
Number three, if we attacked Iran like that, that would basically be a declaration of war.
And they would basically start to attack all of our allies, okay?
Now, if they attack our allies, guess what they're gonna do?
They're gonna attack the United Arab Emirates, they're gonna attack Saudi Arabia and they're gonna attack um Qatar.
Okay, maybe not Qatar, but they're definitely gonna attack um those Gulf states.
And what's gonna happen is they're gonna bomb those fuel sites.
If they bomb those fuel sites, guys, the price of oil is gonna dramatically increase overnight.
Not only that, they would shut down what's called the Strait of Hamus.
For those of you that aren't aware, basically, between the Gulf and between Iran, there's a water passage, right?
Called the Strait of Remote, this little narrow water passageway.
About 30% of the world's oil goes through their chat.
So if they were to shut that down, we're talking about gas prices going up to like 11 dollars, okay?
That would be terrible for um economy because that would mess that that would destroy everything, okay?
Because guys, keep in mind, it's not just your car that runs on gas, everything runs on gas.
Your food is manufactured through gas, travel is manufactured through gas, the stuff that the supplies that bring your food across in trucks, etc.
are manufactured with gas.
So we're talking about a lot of issues that would hit us economically if this were to work to happen.
Now, with that said, I want to be very clear.
I've said this a million times, but I'll say it again.
If we were to attack Iran, we would win, but it would come at a cost that might not necessarily be worth it, okay?
So what else here?
The other thing I want to say, um, guys, is with this hostage situation.
Um, it was a W for us, but it also was a slap in the face of Israel because we got this guy back without negotiating with Israel because Israel wants to be involved in all the negotiations with Hamas because normally the United States is not supposed to direct deal direct uh deal directly with and negotiate with terrorists, but we did it in this case to get this guy back.
Now, in exchange, I think a couple of aid trucks came through, and Hamas didn't like parade them around and you know put them on a balcony and say, oh, yeah, we're gonna let him go and shit like that.
They didn't do the propaganda video that they normally do with the hostages because Trump negotiated this one.
So I do think that this is a step in the right direction.
Uh, you know, kind of letting Netanyahu putting him in his place, letting him know that he can't bully us around.
And um, quite frankly, that he's trying to drag us in a war with Iran, which is not gonna benefit anybody except for Israel.
And I think from Iraq, uh, back in 2003, Trump was a big uh criticizer of the Iraq war.
And I think he understands that going to Iran and fighting with Iran would literally be an Iraq war part two.
Um, it wouldn't benefit us.
Okay, and on top of that, Iran is far more capable than Iraq, Chad.
Okay, be very understand that Iran is capable.
A lot of American soldiers would die if we were to attack Iran, and they have a very capable air missile defense system, which would absolutely hurt our um ability to attack them effectively.
We would lose U.S. soldiers.
We would win the fight, but it would be worth the economic cost, and would it be the cost of our soldiers dying for what?
Israel?
Fuck that.
Okay.
So I think all in all, good trade, glad it happened.
Yes, Israel's pissed off.
Yes, it drives the wedge in there.
Um, Trump is going in, meeting with the Gulf states.
Hopefully, we can negotiate some kind of peace.
Um, but we'll see what happens, chat.
We'll see what happens.
Um, I still I think it's important for you guys to understand that Trump and Netanyahu never liked each other.
Trump always felt some type of way after Netanyahu congratulated Joe Biden after his victory in uh 2021 when uh Biden won, and Trump felt like the election was lost, uh, sorry, was was rigged, and that always pissed him off that Netanyahu congratulated him, uh, congratulated Biden, even though the election was stolen in his opinion.
And then obviously January 6th followed after.
And it was just a very dark time for Donald Trump.
And he was pissed off because he had done so much for Israel.
He recognized Jerusalem as the capital, moved the embassy to Jerusalem.
Like these are all like big deals.
So um, so yeah, what else?
Um, so we covered the Middle East.
Um, big W for that uh for that guy getting um released.
Because I also think the other thing, like I said before when I was talking about the proxies, Netanyahu was using Edan and all the other hostages as guinea pigs so that he could wage his war in the Middle East.
And I think Trump said enough is enough.
We need to get this guy back.
He's an American citizen.
So I'm glad that he brought him back because Netanyahu doesn't give a fuck about the hostages.
I've been telling you guys this before.
Another known little fact for you guys, because we got what, 20,000 plus 18,000 plus you guys in here.
Let me remind you guys.
There was a deal done.
And this was not reported in American news.
But on October 10th, guys, on October 10th, okay, Hamas offered to exchange all the hostages and give them back to Israel in exchange for Israel not invading Gaza.
Guess what Nanyahoo did?
Nope.
Invaded Gaza started bombing it anyway.
He didn't care about getting the Hashes back, and he just still doesn't care about getting them back.
He understands that they are a political tool so that he can number one stay out of jail, number two, maintain power, and number three, wage war against all the proxies that he hates.
Syria, Lebanon, Iran, Yemen, etc.
All the proxy powers.
And pretty much he's almost done, guys.
So his to his benefit, he actually is almost there.
He's destabilized all these countries.
The last country left standing is Iran and their weakened.
And he is chomping at the bit to attack Iran, and that is where him and Trump differentiates.
Trump wants diplomacy because he understands war is pointless.
Netanyahu wants war so he can get rid of the last power that stands on their way.
Guys, Google the clean break memo from 1996, and you will see that prophecy has been pretty much fulfilled.
All the countries that they want to destabilize, Sudan, Morocco, Egypt wasn't on a list in Jordan, but Sudan, Morocco, Algeria, Iran, Lebanon, all these countries, all these Arab countries, they've all been either A, destabilized through war, or B, cucked, where we pay the money to play nice with Israel, or C destroyed and detoppled, like Iraq.
Okay.
All right.
Let's see here.
We cooking tonight, chat.
We cooking.
We are cooking, cooking, cooking.
Okay.
Let's see here.
What else do we got?
Um.
Oh, looks like the liberal judge got indicted, chat.
The liberal judge got indicted out of um out of um Minnesota.
Finally got indicted.
As you guys know, she was arrested by a criminal complaint.
She got indicted recently, which I'm not surprised.
I told you guys before that she was gonna get indicted.
Um, and I told you guys that it was a strong case.
So not surprised.
Um, let's see what else we got here.
Uh Tory Lanez.
Okay, let's talk about Tori Lanez real quick.
And guys, we got 4.7 K lights, but we got 19,000.
You guys watching on YouTube.
Do me a solid, guys.
Like the video.
I'm out here in New York.
We're demonetized because I tell the truth too much.
So like the video.
I'm not asking for a dollar.
Support the mission, support them, uh, support the squad.
Shout out to Angie for getting me the tripod and we're shooting here in the room.
Way better quality.
I'm gonna start doing this from now, guys.
What I'm gonna do is as soon as I finish the court day, I'm gonna run back here, stream for you guys, uh, give you all this the news, what happened in the courtroom, and uh, and then you know, go from there.
Um, and I'm gonna try to do it ASAP.
We're gonna, I'm probably gonna go live like 545 every day this week.
From this point forward, I'm gonna go like 545.
So I'll run back here after the court date and go live for you guys after the court date date.
Um, let's talk Tory Lane's next.
Let me make sure I didn't miss any of you guys' chats here.
Um, Tori Lane's chat.
Uh, with Ghost says tomorrow Angie's gonna show up with a laptop and a mic and a whole mobile setup.
Nah.
Um do that.
Well, you gotta leave tomorrow.
Oh, yeah.
Yeah, Angie's leaving, guys.
She's uh got a very important appointment with uh for her license.
So do some shit like that.
Um, Tory Lanez, as you guys know, Tory Lanez was stabbed in prison uh yesterday.
He's um stable.
Uh I think he's able to talk again.
I think a lung collapse or whatever he was stabbed like over 10 times, guys.
Absolutely wild.
Um, you know, it really is it's interesting too because as you guys know, I was the first person to break the Tory Lane's case.
I had the police report.
Um, and in the police report, you know, famously, uh, you know, Meg De Stalin said that Tory Lane shot at her feet, but the doctor that first saw her at the emergency room admitted that it looked like she stepped on glass.
She had lacerations on her feet, uh, more indicative of stepping on glass versus getting shot in the feet.
And that was when I first started thinking, like, okay, this chick is lying.
Something is off here.
Um, so it winded up happening was Tori took it to trial.
Um, he ended up losing the trial.
I still think to this day that he didn't shoot her.
I think it was her best friend Kelsey.
Um, because I remember Kelsey famously took the fifth amendment.
She took the fifth uh amendment to stay silent on the stand when they asked her about who shot Meg and their fight, which tells me that she was more involved than we thought.
The DNA for Tori Lanez wasn't on the gun.
So, and on top of that, people don't talk about this prior to so okay.
Let's let's go through the story first and then I'll go over.
So Tori Lanez was at um who is that fucking um Kardashian or who's which one who he was at this big celebrities house?
Chloe Kardashian?
Not Chloe Kardashian.
Yeah, who's whose house was he at?
Whose house?
I know you guys are gonna remember who it was.
Who was a thought that he was at his house?
House.
Chat.
Who was it?
Yeah, gotcha.
I saw that she put a uh restraining order on DDG.
I saw that.
Um, you know what?
I'll tell you this though.
If if she put a restraining order on DDG, you're saying Kylie.
Kylie Jenner.
Kylie Jenner.
Thank you, chat.
Thank you.
Um, if she put a restraining order on DDG, he can't get a gun down, which is that that fucks him up, actually.
That's not good.
And she would have to have evidence to show that she had a restraining order.
I mean, if you're really beating her though, that's that's an L. But I don't know what these women anymore.
Anyway, Tori Lanez, what happened with Tori Lanez, guys?
All right, let's go through the case real quick.
So this all makes sense.
So he's at Kylie Jenner's house.
They're in a pool hanging out, whatever.
Meg the stallion is there, and she's drunk, right?
With her friend.
They all get drunk.
Kelly Jenner kicks him out.
Tori Lane's leaves with Meg the Stalin and her friend Kelsey and his bodyguard.
They're driving back.
And what's up happening is one of the girls finds out that Tori was having sex with both of them.
They get mad, they start fighting each other in the car.
So they're beating on each other in the car.
The two girls, Meg the Stallion and her best and her best friend met Kelsey.
They find out that Tori was having sex with both of them and they get pissed off.
So they pull over to the side of the road to try to break it up, and the fight spills out into the street.
Meg the stallion and Kelsey are fist fighting each other, beating each other up.
Nails get dropped on the floor, necklaces, jewelry, all the shit, right?
A witness, and they're in LA when this is happening.
Nice affluent neighborhood.
See a bunch of niggas fighting, and this is late at night.
Okay.
So they call the cops, right?
They call the cops.
So they get back in the car after they fight and they drive off.
Cops show up on the scene, see the you know, broken nails and also the shit, indicative of women fighting.
And um, and then they see that Meg the Stalin has like blood on her feet, right?
So when when they when they arrest him, so they take Meg the Stallion to the ER, and uh the the ER doctor literally says that it was lacerations on her feet.
I break this down, guys, in my video.
You guys can go check it out.
It's from a couple years ago.
Tori Lane didn't shoot her.
Um, and then fast forward to the trial, because she claimed then she claims uh that Tori shot her a couple days later.
They go to trial.
Tori doesn't take the stand.
Kelsey when she takes the stand, the best friend that fought her, takes the Fifth Amendment, right?
Which that's a big red flag.
You take, why are you taking the fifth amendment?
Why are you trying to stay silent?
And then she says, Oh, Tori shot her as well.
And then another witness who was supposed to not say that Tori Shy, I think, ended up saying that, oh, yeah, a short man started shooting at Meg DeStyle.
Now, a couple things don't make sense here.
Number one, we know about the last rations.
Number two, why would Tori shoot at Meg Meg De Stein's feet?
It was Kelsey that had the problems with Meg the Stallion.
That was they were the ones that were fighting.
It doesn't make sense that Tori Lanez would grab a gun and start shooting at her feet.
Just doesn't make sense.
Yeah.
And then also the way that Meg De Stalin described him shooting, was getting over the car and also the shit.
It was a very strange way to shoot at somebody.
So I think that she that that she had a problem with Tory.
She didn't want to put her friend in jail.
And I think she lied.
And I think her friend was the one that actually shot her.
Also, mind you, she was pissed drunk.
She probably doesn't even remember anything like that.
Now she got on the stand and gave this whole, you know, oh my God, and started crying and shit like that.
But um, you know, I don't think I don't think he shot her.
Now, going back 2020 hindsight, Tori Lanez did not take the stand.
Now, I think in this situation, it might have made sense for him to take the stand because if he had taken a stand, he could have said, yo, I didn't shoot her, she shot her, but he didn't want to take the stand because he knows he didn't shoot her and he knows that Kelsey shot her.
Now, why do you want to take the stand?
Well, number one, it's dangerous to take the stand to defend yourself.
Number two, he's a rapper.
As a rapper, taking the stand and testifying against somebody is career suicide, right?
So he looked at it like, you know what?
Fuck it.
I'm gonna take the time, I'm gonna go to jail.
Um, I'll come out more popular, I'm gonna do my time, and I'll be fine.
And it worked for a bit, right?
Because a lot of people still support him, a lot of people still think that he didn't do it.
Um, I to this day I don't think he did it, and I'm not even like a fan of his music like that.
I just call in his fate his fade.
Um, you know, I don't like hip hop anymore.
I think it's degenerate music, but I don't think he actually shot her.
And um, with that said, and then he said dance, bitch, and started shooting at her.
Someone in the chat, yeah.
Like, this just doesn't make sense.
So, um, but what ended up happening while he was in jail, he got stabbed.
Um, so he's okay now.
I think he's stable, he's fine.
But this is crazy, man.
That someone that shouldn't even be in there got stabbed.
Uh wow.
Uh, but I did a whole video on this chat if you guys want, where um I go over why I don't think Tori did it.
Um, but yeah, crazy, crazy stuff.
Uh, let me see here if I got any chats here.
I'm gonna start close wrapping this thing up here.
Tori Lane's the prime example of why you should stay away from black chicks.
One chick can shoot the other, and you end up getting locked up.
Facts, bro.
Crazy.
WCC W Rumble W Myer.
Shout out to you, broke from smoke.
Um, Ozzie says beating women isn't pussy.
Someone mean to beat just like your child, otherwise you have no power.
No, nigga, that's crazy.
That's how you end up in jail.
Ozziez, do not do that.
Do not do that, bro.
Uh, do not do that.
Beating women is not a good idea ever.
Uh, Tori Lane's prime example.
Okay, read that.
Okay, cool.
Yeah, this nigga ah is trying to go to jail, bro.
What's wrong with you, man?
Bro, it's 2025, man.
This nigga think he's OJ Simpson, man.
Looking crazy, bro.
Um cool.
Guys, like the video.
Like the video.
We got um 20, almost 20,000 of you guys in here.
We're live on all platforms.
Uh, let's see here.
Anything else, chat?
Trying to think if there's any other news.
I think that's it, man.
Well, yeah, self-defense, yeah.
Self-defense, of course, but like, bro.
Um, you know what I mean?
Like, try to try to avoid if you can't because you're never gonna win, bro.
In in in that situation.
I mean, look at DDG.
He's gonna have to come out and address this shit now.
And watch, he's probably gonna say, Oh, yeah, she beat me, and I had to defend myself.
But he's gonna be an L no matter what.
So we'll see what happens when the facts come out.
You know, at the end of the day, as much as I make fun of DDG, I still hope he gets access to his children.
I think he's his son.
Um, you know, and if you did smack her, niggas retarded.
But he doesn't strike me as a woman beater, chat.
I could be wrong, but he does not strike me as a woman beater.
I'll give a benefit of doubt.
Let's see here.
Did the phone die again?
No, no.
Okay, no.
Let's see.
All right, guys.
I think uh I think I'm gonna close this thing out.
Yeah, I like that view in the back, man.
Let me get out of the way real quick.
Yeah, you'll like that view in the back.
Not too bad, huh?
See Empire State Building and shit.
They cannot see anything because they can see the reflection.
If you turn off the light, maybe.
Oh, yeah, yeah.
Let me turn left, but I say you can see it real quick.
Okay, there you go.
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
I'll let him show them.
Thank you.
Not bad, huh?
Yeah.
All right, I'll put the light back on.
All right.
All right, guys.
So um, cool.
I think, guys, uh, I'll be back on tomorrow.
Okay, I'll be back on tomorrow.
I'm gonna cover um day three of the trial for you guys.
Cassie, I think, again, just to summarize, I think Cassie's gonna go back on tomorrow.
She's probably gonna continue to get direct from the prosecution, and then she's gonna get hit on cross-examination.
That's gonna be really good.
Uh, watching cross-examination.
Um, because I do think the defense is gonna be able to beat her up quite a bit, guys, on some of the statements that she made.
Um, and uh, we'll cover the news, man.
But yeah, we got uh 20,000 plus you guys in here, man.
This is like I think a high for Myron Gaines X on this channel.
You know, obviously, this is uh my political talk show slash um Political uh talk show slash true crime channel, and obviously we're covering the Diddy case.
You guys know I used to be an H slash special agent for those of you that came in.
So this is um, you know, this is my my stuff.
So I'll be live tomorrow for sure for you guys.
Um America was built by strong men that slapped their wives, sure or false from Asias.
Yeah, but it's different times, bro.
I don't want y'all niggas, bro.
You're gonna end up in jail, bro.
You're gonna go from Asias to Ozzy jail.
Um, talk about serious sanctions lifted.
Oh, I didn't know that.
Serious sanctions have been lifted.
With Ghost of DDG there, beat her up.
Oh my god.
Um, yeah, Syria.
Well, here's the thing, man.
Syria is is is uh destabilized, guys.
You guys know Bashal Assad got ran out of there.
Um, you know, they pretty much overran him.
And I think the Israelis had to do with that as well, chat.
Israelis 100% were involved in getting um Syria destabilized because don't forget, guys, when Hezbollah had the ceasefire, okay, with Israel the next day, okay?
The next day, these guys literally ran uh like in uh um you know ran a bunch of insurrections in Aleppo, uh which is a town in in Syria, uh made one of the major cities in Syria, and then they just took down that M5 highway and took over Damascus.
So within two weeks, they toppled the Syrian government chat.
And keep in mind the Russian government couldn't do anything because they were fighting against Ukraine, so they couldn't give the air support.
The whole reason why Bashar Al Assad guys was able to stay in power for so long is because of Russian air support.
That's how important a strong Air Force is.
Um he would bomb the hell out of these rebels, and they wouldn't be able to um topple Assad.
But once Hezbollah was weakened, the Israelis backed these rebel groups, and then they came in and took over Syria.
So, yeah, I'm not surprised that they had the sanctions lifted because Jolani came in, and Jolani is gonna be a far more um uh he's gonna be a far more uh how do I say this?
Let's say receptive leader to Western power for sure.
Um W big numbers in stream today, get them chats up.
Yep, absolutely bake from smoke.
I appreciate that.
Yeah, you guys really like me traveling and doing this uh the shit with um covering um cases.

It's still Fresh and Fit, as you guys know.
Nothing changes, it is still the the uh it is still the motto, which by the way, I should probably stream on Fresh of Fit tomorrow too.
I should probably stream this stuff.
I should have streamed this on Fresh and Fit for you guys.
Maybe I'll do it tomorrow.
I'll stream the I'll stream uh day two of Cassie's testimony on Fresh of Fit as well for you guys because we're trying to grow um all of them together.

Yes, you're damn right.
I'm always gonna defend fresh.

I did see that.
I did see that.
some South Africans came to the United States.
Let's see here.
What else we got?
Um, it's not just Angie hungry, guys.
I'm hungry too.
I didn't eat all day, man.
Remember, guys, my days are super early now.
I'm waking up at like six o'clock in the morning.
I'm going to the courthouse, and I'm standing there in line to make sure I get a good spot.
And then I'm there from like 6 a.m. all the way till 5 p.m.
And then I come here.
So now I got a new system.
What I'm gonna do is I'm gonna go over there, cover cover everything, take my notes.
I'm gonna run back over here.
It takes me takes me about 10 to 15 minutes to get back over here.
Come back over here, go live.
I'm gonna set the next stream for about 545 for you guys.

So let me look here.
What else we got?
Solo cast tomorrow.
Yeah, yeah.
Angie won't be here, unfortunately.
I wish she was here, but she's gotta leave.
Yeah, she's got an appointment she really can't miss.
She's took forever.
Eat before you go live.
Yeah, I could do that tomorrow.
I'll try to eat before I go live.
I'll do that for you guys tomorrow.
I'll go, I'll go longer tomorrow, guys.
I'll go super long tomorrow.
Um, because I'm gonna study the news and shit like that.
Also, mind you guys, I haven't slept in like last night was the first time I got good sleep in days because I've been traveling.
So I'll go live tomorrow extra long for you guys.
And I'll go live on Fresh Event too.
How about that?
How about that, chat?
I'll go live on Fresh Effit, and I'll go live on on uh I'll go live on Fresh Effect and I'll go live on Myron Gaze extra, guys, and I'll cover the trial.
So we'll be live everywhere, and then I'll turn it off to I'll turn it to the boys so they can do after hours.
How about that?
Um let's see here.
With your back in your studio, you should do a breakdown of the Pearl Harbor Andrew Wilson on the Pearl and Andrew Wilson debate.
Pearl debate at Andrew Wilson.
Okay.
Martin, you're gonna go viral on X right now for defending DDG.
DDG's community are all agree, wouldn't you?
Yeah, bro.
I'm not gonna look, man.
I think she's lying.
I keep a dozzle.
I think she's lying so she can get custody of the kid, right?
I'm not gonna let my dislike for DDG like lie on his name.
I think this bitch lying.

Cassie is gonna be um continue on the direct examination.
They're probably gonna show the videos tomorrow, the videos of the freak-offs and the stills.

Then I predict more than likely by the second half of the day, uh, defense is probably gonna start cross-examining her.
And that's gonna be the real test.
If the defense can make Cassie look like a 304, that she was involved heavily, she was of sound mind, and she had a um director's type level of input.
Um, it's gonna hurt the government's case quite a bit.
So we'll see tomorrow, guys.
