All right, let's just go through the facts and he just.
Hey guys, uh, sorry for the delay, man.
I uh literally um what ended up happening, chat, what ended up happening was uh a lot of shit happened.
Let me get my notebook over here.
Okay.
And I got Andrew recording and uh look at Frank right here.
Frank got his little NYPD uh little NYPD vest.
So um, okay.
So yeah, guys, sorry if it's a little bit choppy.
I don't know why.
But um, I'm gonna definitely make sure I think it's the service.
It's a service, probably, yeah.
Weird, because it's it has four bars.
The internet is like all the way up.
Maybe I'll try it on the other phone next time.
But um, anyway, so okay.
So let's go through behind me, guys.
You can see the the federal courthouse is literally right there.
We're on 500 Pearl Street, okay.
You can see all the media, right?
Setting up and everything else from before this whole thing, guys.
When I came this war, first pack it was aligned up with people all over the place, okay.
And again, apologize for the choppiness for the video, but we're gonna give you guys what really went down because I was there in the courtroom, my wife's everything happened.
So the first thing you guys need to know is that press is everywhere, right?
Literally, I came here at like six.
There was one going down to the end of the block, okay.
Absolutely wild.
The other thing is that um obviously this is a very high-profile case, guys.
I would say this is probably gonna be the most high-profile case in hip-hop history, at least for the next like 10-20 years, easily.
Okay, you got someone here who literally ran the industry in the early 2000s.
Anyone that's a little bit older is gonna understand like how much power this guy had and how much influence.
Um, the trial obviously is for very serious charges.
We're talking about sex trafficking, interstate trafficking.
There's a bunch of violence in the case, uh the violence beating on the girl, arson, all this other stuff, right?
And they talked about this in opening statements.
So let's kind of go through.
So as I was waiting there, the family showed up at around 9 30.
Okay, I saw the whole family, it was like 20 of them, right?
Uh the the He has twins.
Yeah, well, yeah, the white-skinned brother, and then the dark skin brother.
They came and they were all coming holding hands, you know, showing solidarity and stuff like that.
They showed up around 9:30.
Um the so the um the judge finally showed up and addressed the court at around 9:35 a.m.
All six AUSAs were there.
There's six AUSAs on this case, guys.
Six prosecutors.
That's unheard of, okay.
I remember when I used to do my cases, big case, maybe two or three at the most.
Um, maybe some other guys that helped, but there were six at the table.
Okay, six AUSAs on the table.
Unheard of.
Um Diddy had about seven to eight of his own uh uh attorneys there, while he had uh yeah, he had eight attorneys.
Brian Steele was there too, which I'm gonna talk about Brian Steele a little bit.
Brian Steele, for those that are unaware, is the um prosecutor, excuse me, the prosecutor, the defense attorney that got young thought off on his big recoil case a couple of years back.
Um so the number one thing that they start so right off the rip, the um the defense challenged the government because the government struck like seven witnesses, and the reason why the government struck them, right?
The defense sledge, oh, they got rid of seven black jurors.
This is messed up because jury selects what's today, guys.
They have to finish up jury selection.
So the way jury selection works, guys, is they have a bunch of jurors, they have like 45 of them, right?
They need to whittle it down to about uh I think 12 to 18, right?
They need 12 and then alternates, right?
Now, the thing is is that um the government, right?
When when the defense was complaining saying, oh, they got rid of these when they these uh these jurors because they're black.
The government actually had good reasons for why.
Like, for example, one of them, um, was like a gang member that did send a significant amount of time.
Another one was married to a guy who did a significant amount of time in prison.
Another one uh got arrested for harassing a cop and lied.
So a lot of people that were very questionable, okay, with these jurors.
Um, they lied during the void error, they liar about certain uh things about themselves, and then some of these uh jurors actually, like one of them, for example, which really stood out.
He claimed that he he would lose 30% of his income, but still wanted to be a juror.
So the prosecution got rid of them because they were like, Yeah, this dude has ulterior motives.
Keep in mind, guys, very common where jurors will wanna be on there just so they can write a book so they can sell it to the news, right?
So they can go ahead and make a bunch of money because doing this allows them to uh you know really exploit the system because this is obviously a huge case.
So what else?
So it was at this point, right?
So when the defense went ahead and said, Hey, um, you know, they struck seven of our jurors because they're black.
When the defense said that they used a came and systematically rattled up why each of the jurors was uh dismissed, and they had good reasons, right?
And that's when I kind of hit me.
I was like, oh god, like this AUSA guys, the lead AUSA on this case, very fucking sharp.
Like uh, you know, and I can tell, you know, because I've worked with literally hundreds of prosecutors when I was on the job myself.
This prosecutor here, the one that's winning this thing, she's very good, very, very good.
Um, you know, which makes sense because obviously, um, you know, if you're an AUSA in the Southern District of New York, you you're gonna be one of the best, right?
Keep in mind, guys.
It's not easy to become a federal prosecutor, right?
Typically, people work their way up, they become uh defense attorney for a little bit, like a public defender, then maybe a uh an ADA for the state, but it's very difficult to become an AUSA.
Now, do they get paid the most?
No, you can make more in the private sector, but the experience that you get from being in A USA is unparalleled.
Very hard job to get.
Um, and then this is one of the most prestigious um United States 30 offices in the country.
So um, she was very sharp, very, very sharp.
Because obviously, that's a very serious accusation to make because they obviously made sure to say, Yeah, racism, seven jurors that are black, and she went through each one why they disqualified them.
What criminal records, the guy that had the that you know is gonna lose 30% of his uh revenue, but so they'll still stay there.
They thought that was a little weird.
He also lied to them during the void there.
Um, some of them had some issues with not being honest.
So, yeah, anyway.
So they got rid of him.
So once they got this done, um, pretty much they seated the jury, guys.
After they got that done at 10:15 a.m., they had the jury seated, okay.
Uh, the judge gave jury instructions.
Um, he estimated this trial's gonna take about eight weeks, okay.
Um, and they think that they're gonna try to finish before July 4th.
Is the call they want to finish before July 4th, but that's gonna be difficult.
Um, he gave them he gave them basically um instructions, you know, statements, arguments, objections are not necessarily evidence, okay.
Um it's their job to listen to the to listen to the arguments and stuff and see who's more compelling.
Also, spend a significant amount of time telling them to look at the way the witnesses tell the stories.
Are the witnesses credible?
That's what matters, right?
Which I've explained to you guys if you guys watch Fed Reacts.
You guys already know.
I tell you guys all the time about witness credibility.
That is literally everything.
If they get caught lying on the stand, they lose credibility, right?
Um, he talked about the witnesses that were gonna come in.
At this point, they kind of revealed who some of the key witnesses are going to be, okay.
Um, which is gonna be Cassie and a girl named Jane, okay.
Um basically.
So let's see here.
All right, so they went over the witness the um the juror instruction, right?
After the juror instruction, now we're gonna get into opening statements.
This is where shit gets crazy, all right.
Now let me go ahead and check the chat, make sure everything is good.
Jesus, he's just yeah, yeah.
Let me look at the chat here.
Um guys, if you got questions, go ahead and get your.
I'm honoring the uh I'm monitoring the the chat, and I'm also gonna be monitoring the super chats as well.
So let me look here.
Say hi, Frank.
Paul, give me a pull, Paul, give me a pull.
Hey, give me a pull.
Audio up, you go.
I'm gonna move the audio closer to me and I'm gonna speak louder.
Chat.
I'm gonna move.
I'm gonna move it up.
I'm just gonna speak louder for you guys.
Okay.
So um, so let's get into the opening statements, guys.
So they seated the jury, jury instructions are done.
The prosecution overcame the defense trying to say that they're racist.
Okay.
Now let's get into opening statements.
So with opening statements, guys, as a prosecution goes first.
And in the opening statements, their job is to outline the investigation, outline everything.
So basically, you know, she goes right after.
Now, again, this is not the same, this is not the lead AUSA.
The blonde is the one that went ahead and uh gave these opening statements.
I'll get her name for you guys.
Chat.
Um, but I I will get a freedom.
But the blonde gave the opening statement, and she did a really fucking good job.
Really good job.
So basically, in it, she goes and talks about how it's 20 years of crimes, he didn't do it alone.
He had a bodyguard, he committed arson, kidnapping, bribery, obstruction, and sex crimes.
Um, and then she goes into one night where he was hunting for Cassie because he found out that she was with another man.
He abused and he sexually harassed her, and he also they won't talk about how he would um basically you know have her have sex with other individuals and video tape with escorts, okay.
Um allegedly on one night, and they made sure to talk about this one night in the uh in the opening statements.
Um, diddy, after seeing another man with Cassie, got his bodyguard, grabbed the gun and went looking for her.
Couldn't find her, okay.
Um, and what ended up happening is they had one of the employees that worked for him, uh, and they broke into her house and told her, Hey, I need you to do XYZ.
She didn't want to do it.
Eventually she cooperates and they're able to track Cassie down.
And what they basically said was this happens all the time.
Okay, they tried to illustrate him as a um power-hungry, anger-driven, alcohol-fueled, drug-fueled boss that can't control his temper, working as employees to the bones, abusing them, utilizing his um directors of staff, his bodyguard, etc., to um conduct crimes.
So um, bold evidence showed uh he created an empire, bad boy records.
Obviously, in many businesses, as you guys know.
For those that don't know, you know, obviously, successful record label a bad boy.
You couldn't avoid you you literally couldn't um you couldn't turn on MTV without seeing this guy in the early 2000s chat.
This guy ran MTV in the 2000s, you know.
In 2006, I think he ran the marathon.
The guy was all over the place, right?
In the early 2000s.
Obviously, as you get later on into the 2010s, 2020s, um, he stepped back a little bit, but he's still behind the scenes making quite a bit of money.
Um, he was involved with Siraq.
He was um killing it with reducing, um, you know, being involved in many different projects, music videos, etc.
So made a bunch of money for those that don't know, guys.
Diddy's a billionaire, okay?
Billionaire.
All right.
So what they said was he basically relied on inner circle bodyguards, chiefs of staffs, guarded his reputation, got him everything that he wanted to include um drugs, sex parties with girls, escorts.
He had a whole network of male escorts, um, bodyguards.
Let's see here.
He used employees to deliver the drugs.
Um, he transport women interstate and international for sex trafficking.
Um, and he would coerce them to do so.
Um, and then here is the star.
Then the the prosecution went into talking about who the two main witnesses are gonna be.
Cassie and a woman named Jane, who we met later on in 2020.
Okay.
Um, and this honestly, we saw this coming.
We knew Cassie was gonna be the main witness chat.
Um, I'm surprised she didn't hit the stand today, uh, but I think she probably will tomorrow.
Um, so they go into Cassie, right?
And with Cassie, they say um freak-offs where he would demand her to go to these, you know, hotels with him and have sex with random escorts, right?
A lot of times without protection, and if she didn't, he would threaten to embarrass her, release the videos, um, um, destroy her career.
Mind you guys, he met her when she was 19.
He was her executive producer.
Am I too close?
Yeah, you're getting closer.
So I'm trying to keep you like, yeah, yeah, I'll stay right here.
Yeah, okay.
Shout out to guys, uh say WNG for filming this field.
Yeah, so I can't.
They're saying that I'm putting the airquake mode because I'm moving around.
Oh, yeah, yeah, yeah.
No works.
Um so they and then they uh and then they were dating for years, right?
Um, so they also talked about how Diddy made her turn down deals.
He restricted her career.
Uh she would make music every day, but he would basically not put it out, right?
And he told her, I don't want you to make music, I want you, I don't want you to work.
He would give her money, uh, lavish cars, lavish life, etc.
But he used it as a means of control.
This is what the prosecution is saying, child.
Remember, I'm giving you the guys the opening statements of what the prosecution is saying, and the prosecution is gonna obviously you know paint him in a certain line.
I'm gonna give you what the defense says here in a second, right?
Um black ball their albums, and he beat her.
Another instance that they gave in 2009, he stomped her face in an SUV.
Um, and she had to sit in a hotel, she had to stay in a hotel for like a week or two because he beat her so bad.
This is what was alleged in 2009.
Basically, they got an argument.
He threw her the the to the um bottom of an SUV, like on the floorboard and fucking stomp the face.
Um also she said uh the pro uh the prosecutor that USA was saying how Cassie was booking escorts for freak-offs, okay.
Once a week they were doing this, and these freak-offs would last days, sometimes three to four days, so half a week.
So once a week, three or four days a week, she's on drugs doing these freak-offs that would last somewhere between one hour to multiple days.
And a freak off, oh and she's like, What the hell's a freak-off?
A freak-off chat is um basically where it's like uh a sex campaign.
It's a sex party basically.
Okay, where he would bring I wish you guys could see her face.
So basically, what these freak offs were guys were he'd get a hotel, she would be there with him.
Um, as we're gonna see later with one of the witnesses, I'm gonna explain to you.
But basically, the dark room, they'd have it set up in certain ways with certain lights with themes, all this other stuff.
Baby well all over the place, right?
The baby all was there, uh astrobline, all this stuff.
Okay, and um, he would hire escorts and they and he would be sitting there watching as she was having sex with these male escorts, and he'd be in the corner, you know, kind of gooning, you know, goon diddy in the house, right?
So um, this is what of course is what again.
This is what the prosecution I want to stress here.
This is what the prosecution is alleged, Tom.
Okay.
Um let's see here.
So they were doing this once a week.
Now uh they're also claiming he would beat her if she did it.
He beat her over and over.
If she didn't answer phone calls, if she wasn't obedient to him, if she doesn't listen to him, he would beat her.
Um if she keeps you wrong in the bathroom, he would beat her.
Um and he would also beat her if she left the freak off parties without telling me.
So let's see here.
Um he threatened to destroy her career.
Oh, uh, they also allege that um if she didn't listen to what he said, he threatened to destroy her career and release the videos, which is interesting because we're gonna get into what the defense says here in a second, okay.
Um, because they have a counter to this.
Um he told her to do a freak off, she couldn't say no.
Um, they both had a bad relationship, but only did he have the power.
Basically, there was jealousy and vitro in this relationship for a very long time.
They, you know, it was a very strong love-hate relationship.
Um let's see here.
Okay, now let's get into Jane.
He met Jane in 2020.
She was a single mom.
Um, basically, she wanted a real relationship, but it never ended up getting there.
Okay.
Um, he introduced Jane to freak offs.
Um on the day that he introduced her to freak offs, basically said, Hey, they had done some drugs and they had you know had sex all night and everything.
And he said, Hey, you want to do a freak off?
She's like, Oh, that sounds interesting.
That day, he didn't even wait.
He got like a um, he got an escort, and they did a freak off that day.
Um, and he has like this whole thing of male escorts, by the way.
He has like three or five of them that he deals with, yeah.
Crazy.
Um so basically, um, and then from that point forward, they just kept doing these freak offs.
Um, and for her, now what the prosecution is saying is they're saying that she wanted something more, and she did it to make it hurt.
Um, and the guys often wouldn't wear carnum, she would be drunk.
She vomited one time while hooking up.
Um, then he told her to hurry up and smash another escort.
So she was hooking up with one guy, right?
On drugs, MTMA, because he would often give them M DMA so they can stay up all night.
She vomits, goes to the bathroom in between the session and vomits.
He says, Hey, hurry up, and then tells her to go do the next guy.
Yeah, crazy.
I wish I could see Angie's faces with this thing.
This is a it's this okay.
I'm stitchless.
Um let's see.
They said all that today.
Yeah, this is all today.
This is just opening statements for the prosecution.
Wow.
Okay, let me look at chat.
That's wild.
Can you see the chat or no?
Yeah, I can't see what they're saying.
Okay.
You see what these niggas are saying.
They're just rolling.
They're just trolling.
So Gus 6969 said, is there any chance Diddy can be free?
If so, how?
Well, wait till I get to the defense.
Because this guy, um, both sides are Diddy has a good defense team.
I'm gonna talk about this in a in a little bit.
He has a very good defense team.
Um Ryan still was cooking today, uh, one of the witnesses, and I'm gonna talk to you guys about that as well.
Um, let's get back to it.
So um, Frank, come back over here, buddy.
Frank, hey, good job, Frank.
He's having a blast watching people play here.
Uh the guys like yeah, Frank Sit.
Good job, buddy.
Give me a clause.
Good job, right?
Say good job.
Okay, so back to it.
Um let's see here.
So, same thing with with um with Cassie.
Uh, then he also planned to show the videos to Jane.
Um, the relationship with Jane though was never public chat.
Um, there's a private relationship.
He got her a house.
Um, she didn't have to work.
Um, and he got her a car also.
But again, the prosecution alleged that you know he was giving her, he was um, you know, financially um nip landing, is what they were saying.
Um less than a year ago, and then they go into this big fight that they had, right?
So, less than a year ago, did he shows up to the house and um they get in a fight.
She hits him, right?
Prosecution does say how she hit him, which I'm gonna talk about when the defense comes in after.
But she hits him, they get into a fight, he hits her back, he's chasing her on the house, uh, leads to a big ass fight.
Um, and then he called he basically told her, You're not gonna fuck up my night.
Called an escort and made her do a freak off on drugs again that night that they got into this fight.
Now the defense is gonna paint this in a different light, which I will tell you guys about, but I'm just telling you what the prosecution is saying, right?
Um, let's see here.
And then also they mentioned a girl named Mia.
Okay, chat.
This girl is a girl that worked for Diddy.
Allegedly, Diddy raped her multiple times.
He did.
Okay.
Um, they alleged that he would reach out for a skirt, he would rape her while she was sleeping, a bunch of crazy stuff.
Bunch of bunch of wild stuff.
Um, let's see.
Okay, and then also uh the prosecution talked about you guys.
Remember the famous video that CNN showed where he was in a hotel chasing her down with the white towel.
Um the prosecution said that they were going to bring the security guard where Diddy tried to pay the security guard off a hundred thousand dollars to get rid of the video.
Okay, which he actually testified first, and we're gonna talk about that.
Um, let's see here.
He would keep Cassie away in multiple houses whenever she got beaten for multiple days.
People would have to watch over her, and then they go into the charges.
The charges are gonna be obviously racketeering, kidnapping, arson, drug trafficking, sex trafficking, right?
Because that's racketeering that encompasses a multitude of different crimes.
Um, next was their coercion and force uh for both Jane and for Cassie.
Those are gonna be the two-star witnesses chat that they're gonna uh allege this with.
Um, three, uh transporting uh Cassie Jane and the male escorts because the third charge is interstate transportation, right?
And I've explained to you guys before interstate uh nexus, right?
Once you travel interstate where you affect interstate nexus, that's how the case becomes federal.
That's how they were able to take it over the state, right?
Um, and then the witnesses are gonna be Jane, uh Cassie Jane, Mia, the person, this woman that worked for him that he allegedly raped.
Um let's see here.
Uh other employees that bought drugs for him, male escorts.
Uh, And then also the government talked about the evidence that they have, which is gonna be hotel flights, records, hotel damages, text messages, um, instructions, witnesses uh denying um sending him that's just saying, Hey, I don't want to do these free calls, so I'm insisting that they do the freak-offs, um, videos of Diddy's freakoffs, uh, and then Diddy giving instructions during said free calls.
That's gonna be very graphic when that comes out when they start showing the freak-off videos.
They have the videos, yeah.
They got they got some of the videos.
And the other thing, too, I will say just the testimony today was very graphic.
One of the witnesses that came was so two witnesses testified today, chat.
Um, you had opening statements, and then the security guard at um the internet's in Los Angeles for the incident that happened in March 5th, night 2016, and then one of the male prostitutes that used to have sex with Cassie testified to me.
Super graphic.
Even now is like, oh, late.
But um, anyway, let's what else here?
Um then they said how then they said also that the they're gonna talk about the evidence that they found when they raided the house, um, hotel security, um, drugs, guns, uh, high heels and constants that he would make the women wear when they uh because he would make Cassie and Jane wear certain costumes, lingerie, heels, all this other stuff.
They would have to perform like acts, sexual acts.
You know, it was all like uh like you would and Diddy would be there directing it, right?
Like on Saporno start thing while mastering.
So while Gunning.
So okay.
So that is the prosecution.
Okay, that's the prosecution's opening statements.
Now let's get into the defense.
So I'll be honest with you guys.
Let me look at the chats here.
His family was there.
What was that?
His family was there.
Yes, his family was there.
They said in everything.
They heard everything.
Yeah.
Yeah, Diddy was there.
He was wearing a um, as far as give you guys a demeanor of Diddy.
Diddy was there, he's sitting surrounded by his attorneys.
I think he had seven or eight of them there with him.
Um, he uh had his hair's white, straight white now.
Uh he was wearing a what oatmeal covered sweater with some beige flacks.
Um, but he looks like a different guy.
You don't even recognize him.
He must be skinny now, right?
He must love about the same.
Same.
So, okay.
Wow.
Let's see here.
Let's get into now.
Let's get into the defense.
Okay.
So the defense gave opening statements after.
I'll be honest with you guys.
She started off weak, but then she started getting, she started cooking a little bit, right?
Now the defense, right, talked more about Diddy, you know, being a successful musician, you know, how he worked really hard to get to where he was at.
Um started talking a bit more about his uh a lot about his character, right?
So um one thing that's interesting is that the lawyer did have him stand, um, you know, and kind of say hello to the jury, right?
Um, which I thought was, you know, the goal with with with this guy's was to humanize Diddy.
That was the goal because obviously the prosecution made him look like an animal, right?
They made him look really bad.
So the goal was to talk about how he was a family man.
He uh, you know, he built up a business, he got it out the mud.
Also, the other thing they wanted to do was to show, which is very important what the defense was doing with the opening statement was their stance was this isn't sex trafficking.
This is a bad relationship, domestic violence that the government is trying to spin as a Rico sex trafficking case.
Okay, that's what that's that's what it was.
So um, so and the other thing too that was very interesting that the defense did here.
So they said the prosecution will claim Diddy has a temper, drinks, and uses drugs, but we're gonna own it, which I thought was very interesting that they actually own his bad temper, his drug use, um, abuse, violence.
They owned it.
The defense said yes, he did participate in this stuff, right?
Granted, they had to do this because the video came in of him chasing her down with a white towel.
But I did think it was interesting that they basically owned it.
Now, what they did though, which was interesting, they juxtaposed that with so Diddy is owning the fact that he needs to take accountability for his actions.
He could be a better man.
You know, he was hitting his girlfriends, using drugs, alcohol, etc.
But Cassie, Jane, and these other individuals were all consenting adults.
They were all adults, they wanted to be with him.
Uh they wildly wanted, they madly wanted to be with him.
Cassie was with him for 11 years.
Jane was with him for multiple years.
They talked about how after he broke up with Cassie in 2018 she came to the uh funeral of his uh former his ex-wife Kim Porter.
Um when she passed away from pneumonia.
Uh they talked about how Cassie was wildly jealous of Diddy, how she was living with her parents in Connecticut at the time the boss would came.
They talked about how um Jane was wildly jealous of Diddy as well, as he would have other women, and what pissed Jane off the most it's not near seeing the cops on Passby or C then look at that.
Yeah, they're doing uh run club, or right like in Chinatown, by the way, guys.
It's a bunch of Chinese people.
Oh, it's much Chinese people running.
Yeah, look.
They're all Chinese.
I mean, they're all Asians, sorry.
Notice how you see one it to sound racist.
They're they're like they're Asians, all Asians.
I'll tell you this, I feel safe.
I don't gotta worry about nothing being a Chinatown.
So anyway, um, so so with what Cassie they they painted her as as a woman that um was jealous, vitriol, um you know needed money because her career was starting to stall.
That's why she came up with a lawsuit.
Then with Jane, they painted her as also jealous, angry.
And the big thing with Jane was Jane, Diddy didn't contact her unless it was for a sex board.
Oh, chats, yeah.
You have three checks.
Okay, I'll read a couple of these chats.
Um, Kernell says, uh, if she's on YouTube and it's not FNF meeting, okay.
Uh uh uh Pierre says, do this in the hotel.
Don't trust Europe, bro.
No, no, guys, this is a really good neighborhood.
This is a really good neighborhood.
We're in Chinatown.
Uh you know, poor house.
TPC, hey bro, W Carpersion, did anybody recognize you to hook you up to get you in there at like a press pass or something, or do you know anybody that can look you up with a press pass so that you can constantly be in there?
Yeah, yeah.
I met a couple people.
I got recognized at one, which is you know a blessing.
TPC.
Oh, please says WNG doesn't know what freak offs are.
Seems like Cassie couldn't even breathe without getting a meeting.
Uh Martin, from what you saw today today, do you think Diddy has a good defense?
Yes, he has a very good, he has a competent defense team chap, absolutely as common to defense team.
Um let's see here.
So, yeah, so the victim, the defense was like, did he take an accountability about his victims, don't um the victims are adults, what else?
Jealousy is a part of the victim's anger.
Um, they didn't like that he was that he had that he was uh polygamous chat.
Um the defense turned to talk about how he had multiple women, he lied about having multiple women that pissed the girls off.
And with Cassie, um, allegedly she saw him leaving a hotel with a girl that she didn't like, and that's why she broke the relationship off in 2018.
Um, and how they had been together for 11 years, and this was going on the whole time.
So they kind of put the buck, uh they passed the onus back to Cassie, right?
Um, then they said kinks are not illegal.
You know, Diddy has yes, he has a strange sexual fetish, but that doesn't necessarily mean that he's a criminal.
Um they talked about how Diddy paid for their houses, their vacations, their lifestyle.
Um they talked about how Cassie was with Diddy for 11 years.
She broke up with her boyfriend at the time to be with Diddy while Diddy was married to Kim Porter.
Um and then she also went on to say how uh Diddy was uh both Diddy and Cassie were very jealous.
Frank, he's true and stuff, yeah.
Sit stay good job.
Um, so they talked about how they had a very toxic and jealous uh um relationship.
Um, and how both of them were very toxic and jealous of each other, um, and how they would beat each other, the violence was um bilateral, is what they were saying.
Let's see here.
They addressed it the video, they addressed the March 5th uh 2016 video.
Um, and they said domestic violence is indefensible, but they wanted to make sure that when that video happened, guys, the defense claims that it was because Diddy saw something in her phone that he didn't like, and that's why if you guys noticed when he knocked over, he took her phone.
So they're claiming that this dispute uh between Diddy and Cassie was over something in her phone, not over um a uh um a free cost is what the defense was saying.
So they're saying, look, it's domestic violence, it's indefensible, however, it needs to be proper tech context.
This is domestic violence, not sex traffic.
That was something that they really wanted to harp on.
Um big piece of evidence here.
They the defense said the freak off videos came from Cassie.
So I'm gonna say that again, chat.
The the defense, and I'll put a story for this because this was actually huge.
They said that the free cough videos came from Cassie chapter.
Which is crazy because you would think Diddy would have to have the freak off videos, and you would think that the government got it from searching his homes.
But the reality is that the free call videos came from her, which is wild.
I saw that, I was like, wow, that's crazy.
Um let's see.
You have a few chats.
I got a few chats.
Okay, yeah.
Um, they talked about Cassie the funeral surfers' services after the breakup.
I talked about that.
And um uh they also said here Diddy had not seen her since 2018 since the funeral service of 2018.
They said that.
Um let's see.
Okay, with Jane.
So they attacked Cassie first, right?
Now they're gonna attack Jane.
They said with Jane, Diddy was up front about seeing multiple women.
Jane still got jealous.
Um, the relationship was not public.
That pissed her off.
Uh, Jane was older, different, uh, and she lived in a different state.
She had a kid.
Uh Jane uh brought up a threesome.
She was the one that brought it up.
Um, and also the defense said that she enjoyed the night that they had this first threesome.
She was desperate to be with them.
Um, she wanted something deeper, but didn't get it.
Did he just wanted her for sex, basically?
Um, she did it for three years where she was with him doing these sex parties.
Um, and they didn't do the free cough.
She would, and basically they said that the defense was saying if she didn't do the free coughs, did he would have here?
So she was so desperate to see him that she made the choice of fly out to go see him because they she lived in a different state.
Again, showing that she's an adult and she's doing doing these things on her own voice.
Um they said after they had the fight, the fight remember I told you about uh that they got into the thing where he chased around the house.
Oh the the prosecution didn't say this, but she slammed his head on a sink first.
So he shows up at her house, they get an argument over him seeing other women.
She slams his head on a sink, and that's how the fight happened, and he and he uh and he slammed her after that, and then this happened in like November of 2023 or so.
She still went out to go see him and fly out to him after that.
So they continue to have a relationship even after this fight.
Um it was a toxic relationship, but she willingly stayed.
Um next, uh the defense alleged that Jane was not a sex trafficking victim, rather, she was a willing participant.
Um let's see here.
They said that the videos that this free cough videos are gonna show that it was consensual sex, and then Maya.
Remember how I told you guys that girl Maya that allegedly did he grape?
Um they attacked her next, and the defense went through the systematically.
They attacked Cassie's credibility, then they attacked Jane, and now they're gonna attack Maya.
And they basically said, Well, Maya, um, why is she making these allegations now?
What's her motive?
Her messages show otherwise.
Basically, they have text messages showing how much she loved Diddy, even though she made these allegations that he was raping her.
Also, um, she after this incident happened against her, she came back to Diddy wanting to work for him 12 years later.
That's what they said.
The defense, so they're attacking Maya, saying that this is a money grab, cloud grab.
Uh, that this that it was consensual and that she loved Diddy.
Um, and then also they said that the motive here was money.
Cassie, um, this is a big one.
They talked about how Cassie, Jane, and a lot of these other people didn't go to the cops, they went to civil lawyers to get big lawsuits.
Cassie for 30 million, and they said, Oh, if this stuff was so sensitive, you know, so destructive to you.
Um, to go to the police, why'd you go to a civil lawyer instead?
This was all for money.
Um, and bless you.
Okay, okay, okay, okay, like that.
Check in on you.
Okay, so um, Frank said.
So, um what else?
Come here.
Also, they said that they're gonna get the civil lawyers involved.
Uh, I think the similar words might even they said that they got the civil lawyers um that were involved in these lawsuits.
Um let's see here.
And one of the witnesses that was kidnapped, uh, said that she wanted to work with Diddy after she was kidnapped.
So the defense came out swinging, man.
They attacked a lot of the points that the prosecution had.
Um, Let's see here.
Oh, they said the drug use, the drug trafficking.
They said the drug trafficking was personal use.
It was MDMA.
It was uh for party purposes.
It wasn't like he was, you know, out here distributing it to everybody.
It was uh personal use for party purposes.
Um and they're saying that this isn't a Rico, this is simply a guy that had you know a certain type of sex life, it's some domestic violence, gets not sex trafficking.
That's what the defense was saying.
So they attacked the witnesses.
Um, let's see here.
Okay, security guard.
So the first defense, uh, the first um the first witness that came out was a guy named uh Officer Flores.
Okay, and Officer Flores, guys.
Before I do this, bless you.
Let's see her.
Let me read some of these chats.
I'm showing up with SON shirt from Zyne.
Uh Andrew, hold the camera straight.
God damn.
Okay.
Want to take you want to take a quick break?
You having to hold it or something?
Uh no, it's okay.
Frank, over here.
That's it.
We'll get like a tripod or some shit for the next.
Um, the hood of the box of the cloud show.
People timbled it when they knew you were there.
Uh, let's see here.
Uh TV, do you think it'll be hard for me to get in tomorrow?
Uh here's the thing, guys.
You'll be able to get in, but what's gonna happen is you're not gonna be able to get into the main portroom.
What they do is they have adjunct courtrooms where you're able to swatch everything happening.
Yeah, so you might not get into the actual quote.
No Section A citizens at East Brothers, we are in the nice neighborhood, even though they're Chinese, it's still better than being around Zupo.
Well, you know it.
All right, Frank, he's not safe in Chinatown.
Okay, that's what I said.
Do you think this is over magnified person of me too movement?
We'll see, bro.
We'll see.
I'm gonna keep roll with you.
I'm gonna keep looking at the evidence, but I will say that the defense is absolutely competent.
Absolutely competent.
Well, the prosecution is good too.
The lead at USA is very sharp, and the woman that gave the opening statements was very good too.
I'm scared to ask how old these girls were in the free golf.
The two main ones were um Cassie and Jane when they were adults.
Uh Briski, I appreciate that whole flation.
Okay, cool.
Let's get back to it.
So the first witness, guys, and obviously, guys, Fresh of Fit, I think, is live right now, too.
So we're gonna be, I'm gonna wrap this thing up here soon.
And we're gonna and we're gonna go earlier tomorrow, chat.
We're gonna probably go around 5:30 tomorrow.
Today we just didn't know how to work and stuff, but it's gonna be better.
As you guys see us do this, it's gonna get better and better and better.
Okay, so okay, let's get into um the first um witness, officer floors.
So officer floors, guys, was a security guard over at the international.
For those that don't know, the inter excuse me, the intercontinental intercontinental hotel guys out in LA was the hotel where this um violent incident happened.
Yeah, uh, with the video.
It happened on March 5th, 2016.
Uh um, the guy that worked there, he went from 6 a.m. to 2 p.m. that day, he got a call that a woman was in distress on the sixth floor.
He got contacted by what's called instant services.
And instant services, guys, it's a service where if you open up, pick up the phone uh and at the intercontinental hotel, they hope she up to somebody and he got a call of a woman that was in distress.
This ended up being cassid.
So he shows up, he sees Diddy um and a towel and colourful socks, right?
And there's a smash vase on the floor.
Um Cassie was covered, she was kind of like covering her face.
Now, something very interesting.
He said that he saw purple in her eye.
Okay, keep that in mind, guys.
He the guy said he saw purple in the eye.
Uh, and when he showed up, he said Diddy was sitting slouched down with a towel with a devilish stare.
Okay, this was the the witness said.
Um Diddy called Cassie C C that was her nickname.
He destroyed the vase.
Um Cassie wanted her phone and her bag uh to leave.
Okay, so when he showed up, that's what the dispute was about.
Because she wanted her phone and she wanted to leave.
He told and um, and and the security guard alleges that did he told her she can't leave.
Okay, and that's when he interjected himself.
Um uh to say, well, no, that's you know, it's not what we're gonna do.
Sorry, guys.
It's New York City, right?
So after, right?
What ended up happening was so when he saw that the dispute happened or whatever, and she you know had this thing in her eye and everything else like that.
He walked back with them to the hotel.
And uh Cassie went in there when he went in there uh with Cassie and Diddy.
Uh he didn't want the door to close.
So he basically kind of put himself in between the door and Diddy and Cassie.
Cassie went in there, got her phone, and she left.
Okay.
And when he was in there, he said he saw another individual at the corner of a bed.
Okay, make a note of that.
So purple line, purple eye, it's a black eye basically.
Um, and another individual on the corner of a bed.
Okay.
So he goes down with Gassy to the um to the valet area, and someone comes, so seven foot dude comes a picture up.
He asked Cassie, hey, do you um do you want the police?
And she says no, because she gets out of it.
Okay.
Now, the thing that the prosecution used was a what's called an incident report.
Okay, so this guy, uh, Flores wrote an incident report.
Now I'll be honest with you guys.
I looked at the incident report, it was poorly written, right?
The guy didn't document everything.
Uh, but we're gonna see how this is gonna come back to bite them later.
Uh okay, another important thing.
When he went into the room, did he try to hand them a lot of chats?
He declined the cat.
Okay.
Here's what the security guard says.
He says, Did he try to give him the cash and he declined it?
And he couldn't say exactly how much money it was, but he said it was like a lot.
It was like a big big lot of cash, like this big.
He said he in his own in his own uh words.
He said it was like the distance from his thumb to like his pinky, right?
It was big.
Um let's see, let's see.
He took pictures, he documented the event.
Um, and he told Diddy also, he told Diddy and Cassie, hey, you guys broke the vase, like you're gonna have to pay for this, right?
He kept telling them that that it's gonna be, you know, we're gonna have to do that.
And then he called the um he ended up calling um what's it called?
Thank you.
He ended up calling like um the service so they can come and clean it and everything else like that.
Um and he sent an email to his uh director.
Now, so that's the prosecution on direct, right?
So the prosecution guys, this is the prosecution's witness, which means they're gonna put him on direct examination.
Which means like they're asking him questions, and he's their witness.
Now, on cross-examination, I ain't gonna lie to you, guys.
I saw one of the greatest ass whoopings I've seen in a very long time on cross-examination.
Okay, so Brian Steele, okay.
For those of you that are unaware, Brian Steele is the white guy that defended young thug.
He famously went to jail with young thug for a day.
Uh for contempt.
Yeah, yeah.
I'll show you a GS we do.
Okay, yeah, he literally took his jacket off and went to jail for a day with uh with young thug.
Yeah, so he's a chief, wildly respected.
Then he brought him on the team like last month, right?
So he gets up and he starts uh cross-examining this guy.
Let me reach out before I get him for this.
Um you guys are joining us, by the way.
You guys are joining us breaking up.
This is kind of awesome.
Are they liking it?
Yeah, they're uh I know I know they're complaining about the um the camera and stuff, but the thing is that you guys have to remember Myron is really tall, and I'm really short.
So when I'm okay, I have to about the quality that that I'm holding, like I'm moving okay.
Yeah, so whatever.
Basically, I don't know.
I don't know if I don't know if they can hear me, but I just can't hear you, but yeah.
So Myron is really tall, and I'm really short, so I have to pull up my arms, and when they get tired, of course they're gonna come down.
I can sit.
Okay, you want me to sit?
Would that be easier for you?
I mean, you want to sit next to uh I'll sit next to you.
Okay, yeah, yeah.
Let me do that.
So all right, that'll be easier, guys.
You can get a more stable shot.
Is this better, chat?
This should be better.
Frank, get on, get on the way.
Just sit, sit.
Sit, thank stay.
Stay.
All right.
With his NYPD vest that Angie just bought him.
Okay, so stand on their bench, and okay.
So um, let's see here.
Okay, I'm reading some chats here.
Frank sit.
Okay, go stay.
Stay.
There you go.
Good job.
Okay, let me read some chats here, make sure I don't miss any of you guys.
Um, you don't mind check Myron and Gaines X chats.
It's gonna be a little bit hard for me to check the Myron Gaines X chats, guys.
Not gonna lie.
Uh, but I will check them at the end of the show.
Then I'll I'll check them at the end.
Let me see if I can get them on here.
You can you get them on your phone?
On my phone, yeah.
Frank.
Hey, Frank.
Come down.
Sit.
Sit.
No.
No, down.
Sit.
Stay.
There you go.
Stay.
All right.
Let's get into the cross-examination.
All right.
What can I see them?
Do you know?
Uh no.
No, no.
Oh, it's a whole other website.
You're gonna have to do.
Oh, or you thought Matt, you thought Twitter.
You said X, right?
Yeah, yeah, no, it's on uh on X. Um, like their Myern Gaines X is like my donation thingy.
Oh, okay.
I'll do it at the end.
I'll do it at the end.
Um, or if not, guys, what I'll do is I'll have it ready for tomorrow and I'll read them tomorrow.
But guess your questions in now.
Okay, so anyway, so Brian Steele, right?
Uh the the attorney for Young Thug, he comes in, right?
Then he and he and he cross-examines this security guard, right?
A cross-examine guys' word of defense basically is able to go ahead and ask questions of the government's witness.
And uh, what I witnessed here was probably one of the biggest asshole things I've ever seen, right?
So, first thing he attacks on the on the uh security guard is he says the devilish look, right?
He says, Explain this devilish look that you saw for Diddy.
Um, because obviously that's very, you know, that that looks bad, right?
For Diddy for the defense.
So Brian Steele immediately says, Explain to me this ambulance niggas, bro.
Brian.
There's always something happening in this city.
And I guarantee you, bro, I get he doesn't even need to put this out.
Nobody's in the way.
I hate these ambulance motherfuckers in New York City.
It's always some Puerto Rican with a fucking shitty chin strap, right?
Okay, nobody's in the way.
You do really need to put this in so fucking loud.
God dang.
I guess so.
That's why this is why I call New York City Scum City, bro.
I kid you not.
I call this place scum city.
I love this city.
Anyway, um, okay.
So cross-examination, right?
He says that he's been employed for eight to nine years as a security guard.
And he says, hey, tell me about this devilish look.
So the guy said he says, Why did you put this in the report if he had such a devilish look?
Right, mind you guys, this report is from 2016.
Um, the incident happened on March 5th, 2016 at 11 a.m.
He wrote the report at 3 p.m.
And Brian Steele made a point to make sure of that that hey, you wrote this report when it was still fresh in your mind, right?
And he was like, Yes, that's important.
So he says, Okay, why didn't you mention devilish look in your report?
Uh it's my opinion.
I didn't think it was relevant.
Oh, okay.
That was don't you think that would be important?
Uh to put that in the report, beat him up on that one, right?
Then in the report, the guy never wrote that Cassie had a purple eye or a black eye.
Oh this purple eye thing that he mentioned in testimony, he never wrote in the report.
And um, when Brian Steele grilled him on that, he said, Why why didn't you write that in the in the report?
He was like, Well, you know, I didn't think it was relevant.
He was like, Oh, really?
You don't think it was relevant?
You you're you're you're the second guy in command.
Because this guy was like the associate director of security.
You know, you're the associate director of Intercontinental, you have a duty to protect the brand and the and the and the um in the hotel um from being sued.
You would need to.
Why didn't you document that, right?
If she really had a black eye, why didn't you document that?
So he beat him up on that.
Then um, he said, he then he attacked him and he said, You took the time, right?
You took the time to go ahead and show the video to your wife and to your colleagues, but you didn't take the time to um you know to document that she had a black eye, right?
So, because this guy showed the video to his friends and shit.
This the security guy.
Um, and then he didn't report in he didn't report even though it was significant.
And then uh let's see here.
Oh, another thing that was important.
He also didn't put in the report.
So in the Testimony, he says Diddy told Cassie she couldn't leave, but in the report, it says Diddy told Cassie to leave.
I'm gonna say that again.
So in his testimony, under direct examination by the prosecution, he says, Diddy told her that she couldn't leave.
Well, in his report, his incident report, which was written on that day, it says Diddy told her to leave.
So Brian beat him up on that some more, right?
And he said, Well, you know, they were going back and forth.
I didn't think it was you know relevant to talk about that, but it still looks bad, right?
Um, because his thing was like they were going back and forth whether she could leave, not leave, whatever.
So what ended up happening was he put in the report, did he told her to leave at the end.
So he didn't mention in there how he told her in the beginning, not to leave.
But obviously, this looks bad because he's explaining himself like this, right?
And port, yeah.
Um so and then and then, and then when when the when the security guy said, Oh, it's not important to say um you can't leave in the report, because he because he said, Oh, it wasn't that important.
He says, Oh, it wasn't important for you to write um you can't leave in the report when Diddy allegedly said you can't leave, it wasn't important for you, but it's important for you to recall it nine years later in this courtroom.
Oh, bro, when he said that, I was like, This nigga's cooking him again.
This is important, chat, right?
So he tells the again.
The security guard tells the defend the the prosecution, because he's a prosecution witness.
Diddy said she can't leave.
He said that in his testimony.
Then Brian pulls out the report, incident report, and says, Well, why did you say in the report that she could leave?
Right.
You okay?
I'm fine.
Then he says in the report, why did you say that she could leave?
I didn't think it was that important.
He was like, Oh, really?
Well, it was important for you to remember it nine years later.
In your testimony, but it wasn't important enough for you to talk about it in the incident report, where you have a duty to protect the hotel, and I was like, Oh shit, right?
So um, that made him look really bad.
Like, even the courtroom was like, Oh shit, that's old man, and even I I was like, Oh wow, and people and I was like, Yep, that's how we got that's young thugs lawyer, and everyone's like, Oh, really?
They didn't even know he stunks, excuse me, Jack.
Sorry, it's the NYC uh air here.
This is NYC scum ass hair.
Um then they mentioned how there was altercation because the security when the guy was talking with Diddy, he put his forearm on on Diddy like this because uh Diddy got mad at his guy, he thought he was recording and he wasn't.
Um, and there was a discrepancy in what he what he put in the report versus what actually he told the prosecution once again.
So basically, Brian Steele um really destroyed this guy with his report.
This guy's not a police officer chat, so he doesn't understand the importance of documenting things properly.
So since he didn't uh Frank, come down.
Stay.
Stay.
All right.
So since he didn't document things properly, um, Brian still just beat him up for that, right?
And this is normally right.
If he was a police officer, you would have known better, but he's a security guard, you don't know better.
So he omitted a lot of things from the report that he later mentioned in the testimony, right?
Now, mind you, to the guy's defense, does he think he's gonna be in a fucking big ass um case like this where he's gonna be in this trial of a century where he's gonna be, you know, this report be scrutinized to this level?
Of course not, but they really made him look bad on the stand, beating him up on this.
Um yeah, they did they just destroyed his credibility on the stand with that, right?
Um, next next person that testified.
Now, this is where shit's where it gets crazy, okay?
Is a guy named Daniel Phillips, 41 years old, male stripper.
Okay.
Now, this guy, I know, I know, I know you're like, what the fuck is going on here?
I wish I could see Angie's Tracy.
21 years old, I guess.
41 years old.
41 41 years old.
But granted, this was happening like 10 years ago, so he was like 30 at the time.
30.
So um, and you have to see this is where Epstein died right here, actually.
By the way, guys, this jail right here.
Is where what this is where Epstein was, uh, Epstein right here, Jeffrey Epstein.
This building.
This is where he died when he was uh when he was um when he allegedly killed himself.
Oh, really?
Yeah, and that's the courtroom.
That's the courtroom right there.
And uh, well, this is the court building, and then uh the courtrooms are up there.
It was on the 26th floor.
Oh, That's that one over there.
Yeah, the building in the back is the actual court courtroom.
This is like the main foyer area, and then that's the main courtroom, courtroom building up there.
Wow, that's wild.
Yeah, this is actually right behind me, is where I've seen, you know, allegedly hung himself, killed himself.
We are we all know that didn't happen.
I think he's freezing, you know.
I think he's full, do you think?
I think that's why he's so uneasy.
Yeah.
All right, so let's get into our guy.
Um Daniel Phillips.
Sit.
Okay.
Okay.
So male escort met her in 2012, uh, around 2012 to 2013-ish.
Uh, he got uh put on uh for a bachelorette party.
Basically, what ended up happening was Cassie called him for a bachelorette party.
Um, nobody was available.
He was a he was a member of like this whole bachelor party strip club thing.
Um so um he shows up, basically gets called because no one else was available.
He goes to do this strip thing for the bachelor party.
He shows up and no one's there, it's just Cassie.
He's like, What the hell?
She's like, Hey, is it okay?
I'll pay you extra.
He's like, Okay, no problem.
So um he opens the door, so he goes inside.
Just to check.
Escort is a male prostitute, right?
Yes, but this guy was a was a stripper.
He was the escort, yeah.
He wasn't a prostitute, he wasn't a prostitute, yeah.
Okay, so um so he shows up, right?
And Cassie's there by herself, or so he thinks, or so he thinks, right?
So she opens the door, um, he goes in, and they rub baby on each other, right?
Um, he didn't know who she was back then.
Um, she was wearing red lingerie, red heels, and sunglasses indoors.
And when he went to this hotel to meet her, it was the Remacy Park Hotel in Manhattan, I think is what he said.
Oh, I know where you know where that is, yeah.
Okay.
Um her husband, uh, so she's and she said, Hey, my husband is here.
He's not gay, he's just gonna be watching.
Okay.
Um, and he wouldn't touch him, right?
Because obviously he doesn't know who the who Cassie is at this point, right?
This is 2012, 2013-ish.
He doesn't know who she is, and then he goes into the room and he sees someone there wearing a white robe, a bandana over his face, and a hat.
And he's like, he didn't know who the fuck it was.
It wasn't until he heard the person speak that it was like, Oh, that's fucking Diddy.
Okay, white robe and over his face.
He don't want the he didn't want the strip the the stripper to know who he was.
Um they went into our large living room with a suite, uh, bottles of baby oil and astral glide everywhere.
Um he walks into a room, he sees the guy's he's wearing a bandana, hat, white robe, referred to him, and and Cassie referred to him as baby.
At this point, he doesn't know who he is yet.
When he spoke to the stripper, the that's when the stripper recognizes the voice.
This guy, um David Daniel Phillips.
Um, they started rubbing baby on each other, him and Cassie.
Um, and then they had sex.
Uh while they were doing this, uh, Diddy was in the corner gooning.
Gooning is like muscle.
Okay.
Yeah, oh, you don't know who good.
Okay.
It's what these new people call it for whacking him, right?
Okay.
Um he had sex with her out of condom.
Uh he got paid thousands of dollars for this.
Um, did he and and uh Diddy told him how he didn't like his boss.
The stripper worked for a guy that did he didn't like.
What is Astro Glide?
Oh, Lube.
Okay.
Uh then before he so he leaves, right?
He leaves.
They pay him like 5,000 bucks or some shit.
Wow.
He leaves.
They call him back like 10 minutes later and say, Hey, you want to come back up again?
And or no, no, Cassie asked him for a dick pic.
He sends a dick pic.
Yeah, yeah, this is crazy.
She says, Oh, that was really hot.
Can you send me a dick pic?
He sends her a dick pic.
He says, Hey, you want to come back up?
Yeah, I know, I know.
Uh, you want to come back up?
He goes back up, and they basically do it again.
Um, and this time they go for hours.
Okay, the first time he went for just a few minutes.
This time they go for hours.
Um, the last man in 2013 and 2014-ish, they always met in New York City.
Um, they met at multiple hotels, the Intercontinental, Diddy's house on 56, her house on the West End, uh, the Grimasse hotel and other hotels in Manhattan.
Um they they used the nickname black to meet whenever he showed up at a hotel, like uh he would say he was black.
Um he was a black dude, bald the guy.
Um Cassie.
Um white dude bold?
No, he's a black guy.
Okay.
Um Cassie would always text and contact them if she wanted something something.
He would contact us somewhere between one hour to a couple of days in advance.
Um, baby oil every time.
Diddy told them uh to rub each other and babe oil.
Diddy instructed her to smash.
So he was there watching and instructing how things would go.
He would tell them to separate if things got too hot.
Um, they'd roll play one time.
Um he told them to roll play that they met at an airport.
They did a really terrible job of acting, and that didn't last long.
Yeah.
What?
I guess did he that is so specific though?
Yeah.
Um he would give him instructions like, hey, don't come yet or whatever.
If he was gonna, you know, ejaculate.
Um the second time.
So the first time they they smashed, he didn't give any instructions.
He would just watch, he was just sitting there gooning.
The second time, and the many other times afterwards, that's when he started giving instructions and hey, you do this, you do that, roll play here, roleplay that.
Put uh he would instruct him to put baby oil.
He always wanted a lot of baby oil on that.
That's what he was saying.
Ew.
Um, he would instruct him.
This is where it gets graphic.
He would instruct him to um ejaculate um inside her or in her stomach or on her stomach.
Um let's see, see here.
Uh, sometimes he would go in, tell him to stop, and then he'd get in there and smash a little bit, and then he'd go back in.
Um Cassie asked him.
This was interesting.
This this is actually very interesting that he said this.
Cassie asked him to urinate on her.
But mind you, the prosecution claimed that Diddy forced the prostitute to urinate and her mouth.
Now, unless this is another prostitute, but um the prosecution didn't mention this.
That's something else I want to mention to you guys.
Uh, in the opening statements, uh, the prosecution mentioned how Cassie was sexually abused for years doing this, and how on one instance, uh, the um and one of these escorts urinated in her mouth, forcefully.
But in this situation, with this guy, who's actually a prosecution witness, by the way.
This guy is a prosecution witness.
He claimed that Cassie told him to urinate on her.
But what ended up happening was he had never done it before.
So I guess the nigga didn't know how to do it properly.
He just like just full-on peed on her, and then he got pissed off at him.
That's so gross.
Yeah, yeah, he was he's he was like, he's like, he just went full full spray, and they was like, Hey, what the fuck are you doing?
Like they got mad at him.
He was supposed to sprinkle allegedly.
I gotta see what the chat say about this, bro.
By the way, you got 20% here.
20% at uh with uh battery.
Okay, that's fine.
I'm wrapping up.
This is the last witness.
Okay.
Um that's disgusting.
Yeah, man, it's fucking wild.
Like, literally, he, you know, crazy shit.
Crazy shit.
Let's see what the chats.
I just can't believe their family was hearing all this.
Yeah, the family was there.
First row here, and all this shit.
Oh my god.
And it was like 20 of them, Andy.
Do you know if the if the girls were there, like his his uh daughters?
I think one of them was they're they're young.
I think I think some of them were.
Wow.
Um, let's see here.
So, yeah, so yeah, so yeah, so dude peed on her.
They got pissed off.
Diddy was bad at like, what the fuck, nigga?
Like, you're supposed to just sprinkle, and he didn't know.
Um so let's see here.
He asked her for test for um for S C D results.
He gave his, she never gave hers.
Um, so what he would describe is he said that he would hook up with her, he would smash, and then after he would smash, Cassie and Diddy would go into a room and they'd be in there for hours.
And you would just sit there in the living room, and he wouldn't leave unless they told him to leave.
Sometimes they'd be there for hours, or they'd come back out, do another round, etc.
That's what would happen.
Um, he gave one instance actually where um they they did a session.
She went in there with him.
They come back out.
She goes on her computer to do something.
He's still in her room.
He calls her, hey babe, come over here.
She says, Hold on one second.
Um, I have my private information up.
Mind you, the escort's in the room.
Look, it's just chilling, right?
Because after they would have sex, you just sit there in the living room, right?
Waiting.
And they pay him to just sit there.
Um in case they wanted to do it, whatever.
So he's in her room.
She says, wait one second.
My private info is up.
I'll be there in a second.
He screams at her, what the fuck?
Bitch, get over here now.
So he comes out, he throws a liquor bottle at her, misses, smashes the door, the the wall.
He grabs her, drags her into the room, and he didn't see it, but he heard slapping noises.
Like he was hitting.
Okay, and she was crying.
Um saying, stop, stop, stop, etc.
Frank.
Sit.
Come on, sit.
Right.
Okay.
So um, so he he heard this.
And then the prosecutor asked him, Hey, why don't you ever go to the cops?
Why didn't you ever like intervene?
And he said he was scared because Diddy had taken a picture of his ID.
And he felt fear for his life.
Okay.
That's fair.
Um asked him if she was ever under the drugs or whatever.
He said that she was under MDMA only one time.
He showed up and she was passed out.
They didn't have sex that day.
Um, which actually goes against what some of what the prosecution is saying.
Um, let's see here.
He took MDMA one time.
He mentioned that when he took the MDMA, he got paid like five or six thousand dollars.
And uh the prosecutor asked him, like, what did he do after he said he went out to Times Square and gave everybody a hundred dollars?
He said, spent all the money.
He said he said he was a dumbass.
He said that was the dumbest thing I ever did.
He just went out there, he said he felt euphoric and happy.
I guess MDMA makes you super, you know.
Woo!
Yeah, but he just gave his what all his money out.
Wow.
Um, let's see here.
Okay, he mentioned another situation where him and this other guy were hooking up with Cassie, and Diddy was there, and the guy was apparently staring at Diddy, and Diddy didn't like that.
I said, Nick, but what the fuck are you staring at?
And he liked yelled at him, and then I was like, Oh, I didn't fucking know.
He's like, Hey, you gotta stop fucking staring.
Um, and then eventually, um, you know, they he uh he he's he he apologized.
Okay, let's just get back to having fun.
But but Cassie ran out the room when he yelled at this guy.
When Diddy yelled at this guy saying, What the fuck are you staring at?
Cassie yelled, he ran out the room.
Um, and then they said everything was cooled off.
Shoot, he was like, Hey, come back in.
And she was like, Are you sure?
And she was like terrified.
That's what the the guy said.
Um, he said he would get paid somewhere between 700 to $5,000 to $6,000 every single time he showed up.
Um, he said that after he saw Diddy beater that time, uh, he couldn't get a heart on after that if he was in the room.
So he wouldn't get paid sometimes when you would show up to have sex with her.
Um that's very specific.
Yeah.
Yep.
And then one time he mentioned how she jumped in his lap um after he had like yelled at her or something like that, and they like and like they never kissed, but this time they did kiss.
And Diddy came in and was and they were about to hook up, and like Diddy came in and he's like, Yeah, I like that.
I guess hey, man.
So, yeah.
Yeah.
Now, um, the prosecution the the um defense cross-examined after that, but I had to leave at that point.
So I didn't catch the cross-examination, but I don't even know that they're gonna whoop his ass on this because there was a lot of um things here that were questionable.
Also, there was lots of things here that actually provided defense for the um for the defense, because in a lot of these situations, she would contact him, she would call him, etc.
And this is government witness, too.
So um uh now, mind you, when I left, I left around 4:30, so they couldn't have cross-examined him that long.
Um, so I I assume when I come back in tomorrow, that's where they're gonna pick up.
Okay, so cool.
Let me look at some of the chats here.
Guys, I hope you enjoyed the day one of the recap.
That was so good.
A lot of detail, right?
Um, I told you guys I'm gonna do the best, bro.

Uh Carter says, uh, only if the feds can get ABBA next.
Hey, man, he's a real diddler.
Were you at Diddy's trial or R. Kelly's trial talking about P. Uh, I was at Diddy's shop, bro.

Um we took a nap and then we walked over here.
But tomorrow we'll be able to start the show way sooner.
I'll have Angie come out.

Uh let's see here.
Yeah, because they didn't let you with the phone inside, right?
You can say that they take your phones, guys.
They take your phone.
So I have to take all this off notes.
Um you show our note your notes.
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
Guys, I took look at how much notes I took.
Chat.
I literally took I felt like I was back on the job.
I I got him that notebook like brand new.
I put it in his backpack.
Look, took lots of notes, guys.
Lots and lots of notes.
Yeah.
Wow.
So tomorrow's gonna be litty.
Liddy Diddy.
Yeah, this is all notes for literally like almost 10 pages of notes.
So how many hours were you there today?
I was there from like 6 a.m.
Not no, yeah, like I was here super early.
So yeah.
Um, but let's see here.
Uh yeah.

Like I said before.
Um we kind of had to get the lay of the land and um we fell asleep, man.
I'm not gonna lie to you guys.
But tomorrow I'm thinking we're gonna be probably doing this thing at 5 30 tomorrow.
I'm thinking because courts gonna end around 5, so I'll go, I'll try to go live immediately after day two of the trial.
Okay.
So um, yeah, that's really it, man.
Um love you guys, man.

I'm gonna pull it up and I'm gonna read it tomorrow.

Timestamps will be up soon.
Love you guys.
We're gonna go get some food uh with our boy Frank over here.
