Time Text
And we are live.
What's up, guys?
Welcome to Fennet.
I got a cool little intro.
I'm going to play it right now.
Let me know what y'all think.
We're going to work on it if it needs to be fixed, but let's see how the draft looks.
Okay, guys, I used to be a special agent.
It is what it is.
That's what I used to do.
I'm very proud of it.
I'm very happy that I did it.
It was a great career.
Okay, so the other question that someone gave, which is a fantastic question, is cases that I did mostly were human smuggling and drug trafficking.
Those are like two crimes that I'm, that's my fuck.
That's my butter.
You know, that's my, that's my, uh, that's my sauce.
Okay.
Um, all right.
Welcome back to the show, guys.
How are you guys doing?
Welcome to Fed It.
Let me know how y'all like that.
I might have to make a few edits to it.
Shout out to my boy Kaisen Graphics for making that one for me.
And, you know, it's just a little sum right now.
We're going to keep improving as always.
As you guys know, we keep scaling up over here at Fresh and Fit, aka Fed It.
We don't stop.
So, anyway, quick announcements, guys.
First and foremost, I want to apologize to you guys because I had told you guys that I was going to do this breakdown for a few weeks now.
And the issue, guys, I'll tell you, y'all straight up be 100% transparent.
So it was really hard to get the documents for this goddamn case.
I'm going to be honest, okay?
It was really tough.
As you guys know, I break down federal cases most of the time, but sometimes state cases come across.
You guys ask for it.
And the difference is when you do federal cases, you can go on PACER, get what you need to.
You know, the Fed system in general is a lot better about updating cases.
This is a state case, guys.
It's a murder case.
So when it's a murder case, nine out of 10 times, it's going to be done by the state.
So, yeah.
So I had to go and get the documents from the city of New York, which is pretty difficult.
And right here, guys, I actually have the criminal complaint, right?
No one else has these documents, by the way.
I've been looking everywhere and no one has them.
But they are the court documents, criminal complaint on the state side from the state of New York against Juan Kevin Perez, aka K-Flock.
Okay.
And we're going to break this thing down.
There's a lot to go over here.
We're going to go over his past, the gang ties, all that other stuff, so that this all makes sense.
Okay.
I got the surveillance footage.
I got everything.
All right.
The only thing, though, guys, is that this is a pending case.
There's new stuff coming out almost, you know, every other day about this case.
They recently found some DNA on the gun.
We're going to talk about that as well.
We're going to talk about a bunch of things.
So, yes, we got a lot to talk about.
But no, definitely.
I got some transcripts that are on the way as well.
Shout out to Christina.
She helped me get the court transcripts.
He actually had a court hearing on January 4th.
It was his arraignment, right?
Yeah.
It was his arraignment.
So he had an arraignment.
And guys, for you that are wondering, your arraignment is your formal essentially.
And a raiment is like, it's like an initial appearance, but like more formal.
So when you first get arrested, you must be brought in front of a judge within 24 hours.
You know what I'm saying?
Or at least read your rights.
And, you know, hey, you have the right to remain significant.
You say it can be used against you in a court of law, blah, blah, blah.
And whether that, you know, you get bonded or you get remanded, right?
In this case, he was, I think they sent him to Rikers, right?
And right now he's actually in isolation because he has a contagious disease.
I don't know what it is.
Maybe it's the beer bug or something else.
But right now he's like isolation in Rikers.
And he had an arraignment on January.
Yeah, January 4th, excuse me.
And he pled not guilty.
He was there with his attorney, which we're going to talk about that as well.
But I went and got the transcripts of that court hearing.
I actually tried to get someone in the courtroom, right?
We go hard over here for y'all over here, Fed.
But it was a little dangerous because this guy has a lot of issues.
Okay.
So the person that we're going to get to go over there had some safety concerns.
And understandably so.
And when I go over the guy's background, it's all going to make sense to you guys as to why there are some issues here.
Okay.
So let me go through some of these chats real fast.
And thank you guys so much for donating to the channel and supporting.
You know, all this goes right back in, as you guys know.
You know, I'm going really hard for y'all guys, you know, getting sending people out to the courtrooms and getting the documents and everything else like that.
Obviously, it's fairly time consuming, but we're out here for you guys.
So let me see here.
I'll read these chats and then we'll get into this bad boy.
And I hope you guys checked out the music videos I told you guys to check out before the show.
If you didn't, it's okay.
I'll give you a quick little brief synopsis, but I kind of wanted y'all to get in the vibe.
You know what I'm saying?
Hear the music out so you guys kind of know what I'm talking about.
But anyway, Prince here, 20 bucks.
Want to give a quick shout out to you, Meyer, for standing up against Group Think.
I was born in Africa and really understand how luxurious our lives here as an American.
Thank you so much.
I appreciate that, Prince.
And then we got 10 bucks here from Prince Again.
Thank you so much.
American, LO, I know what you meant.
LO, I don't get to catch these lives often due to work, but I got to respect the grind.
Keep it up, my African brethren.
Absolutely.
Contrary to popular belief, guys, yes, I am black.
My parents are from Sudan.
I was born in the United States.
Speak Arabic, speak English.
My Arabic is trash now, though.
And yeah, I definitely know what it's like growing up in the United States as an African-American, guys.
For all those that try to say, oh, you don't know what it's like.
I definitely do, bro.
I was discriminated right next to you in the grocery store, my friend, or any other place.
So it is what it is.
They looked at me crazy too.
Let's see here.
But we ain't here to talk about race.
We're here to talk about cases.
Notoriously, hey, I think you might be the new member, the first member of FedEx.
Don't demonstrate, my friend.
Someone said Christina Gaines, LOL.
No, she helped me a lot with this case.
She got me that criminal complaint.
You know, we had someone, we had to actually have someone go to, you know, the precinct, get it for us.
They actually recognized Fresh and Fit, and they're like, hey, we got y'all.
And they love the channel and they hooked it up.
So shout out to them.
Fresh and fit is worldwide.
Even if though people want to hate and say all this other crazy stuff, hey, we got a lot of supporters.
We rock with you guys.
And thank you so much.
You already know I'm here.
Keep up the grind and you'll for sure pass all these other YouTube channels that do this.
Yeah, I mean, guys, I'm not even trying to toot my own horn here, but there is no one else that David Kay, a member, thank you.
Welcome to the team, my friend.
There is no one else that breaks down these criminal cases from the perspective of a former law enforcement person.
I was a former special agent homeless investigations.
You know, I'm familiar with how the state works.
I'm familiar with how the feds work.
And we're going to break this down and I'm going to give you guys a unique perspective that no one really gives.
Everyone gives lawyer perspectives or whatever, but I'm going to give y'all the law enforcement perspective.
Peanut Patuti, shout out to you all the way from the UK.
Happy Sunday, Myron.
Looking forward to getting into this case.
Shout out to UK crew awake right now supporting.
Thank you so much.
Shout out to Great Britain.
And yep, David Kay, welcome to the team.
And let's see here.
And then Brian Williams, welcome to the team.
I'm going to get new badges, guys.
Don't worry.
I just was, you know, launched it today, but I'm going to get cool little badgies.
You know, we'll make the FBI badge the most basic one and then just work our way up.
Just kidding.
Shout out to anybody out here that might work for the Bureau.
Okay.
So today's topic, as you guys know, we're going to talk about K-Flock.
K-Flock is probably one of the, what was one of the hottest, at this moment, probably one of the hottest artists in New York City.
Shout out to New York City.
As you guys know, I'm a big fan of hip-hop.
I love drill, as funny as that sounds, given my former career, drill hip-hop.
And Angus Black 179.
Hey, Myron, loving the new channel.
Keep it up.
Got y'all, man.
And guys, do me a favor, like the goddamn video.
But anyway, so K-Flock is probably one of the hottest artists of 2020.
Great, great musician.
You know what I'm saying?
He has the Bronx drill sound, which for some of you guys that are wondering, well, what the hell is drill?
Guys, drill is a style of hip-hop that kind of glorifies killing each other, drilling on each other, as you would say.
But hey, the artists are very talented.
You know, it started in Chicago, right?
Shout out to Chief Keith.
Got to give him his flowers.
And it expanded.
You know what I'm saying?
And then Chief Keith started drill, right?
Got to give him his flowers on that one.
And then what happened was the UK started that the UK started doing drill music as well.
And they started using these very unique beats.
Okay.
And what happened was those beats, right, got pretty much imported over to Brooklyn.
And then a guy named 22G's, right, started, you know, was the first one to really start using these beats.
And then bang, the rest is history.
All the Brooklyn artists, you know, now that are using the, you know, the drill beasts, the 5-year-forns, the Chef G's, et cetera.
And I like everybody.
Coach the Ghost.
I like the Wool rappers, Pop Smoke, obviously.
I like the troll rappers, like Coach and 22G's.
I like both.
I think both of them are very talented and I enjoy both music.
I'll listen to a Pop Smoke song.
Then I'll listen to 22G's songs.
Then I'll listen to a fucking Pop Smoke song or a 5-year foreign song.
And then I'll play a Coach the Ghost song.
I just go back to back, go back and forth.
You know what I'm saying?
It's great stuff.
But yeah, UK had the beats first, and then the New York rappers started listening, started using them.
Then from there, birth Bronx Drill, right?
Which Bronx Drill is unique because it uses like certain synthesizers and they sample a lot of things, which we're going to talk about here in a second, which is why I wanted you guys to listen to that D-Thank song someone I used to know.
Extremely disrespectful.
But we're going to get into that here in a second.
So let's start with who is K Flock.
Okay.
So boom.
So here he is, guys.
Young guy, Kevin Prez, okay, aka K Flock, born April 20th, 2003.
Rapper, right?
Obviously, 18 years old, man.
Goddamn.
Bronx, New York, sign, Zodiac sign.
Who cares?
Ethnicity.
I think he's Hispanic and black, or it might be Dominican.
And then, yeah, net worth one to two million.
He did.
People basically, from what I understand, he had recently signed a seven-figure music deal.
And yeah, you know, he was literally, it fucking hurts me, man, to see, you know, someone's career get stopped short like this.
You know what I'm saying?
Especially given the charges that he's currently facing, which we're going to talk about, murder.
Okay.
So, so yeah, so that definitely is not good.
So now that you kind of guys kind of know the bio.
So how did this guy get popular?
All right.
So let's let's go over to his YouTube page real quick, give y'all a little bit of a background on who this guy is.
You know what I'm saying?
And we're also, you know, don't forget to support and subscribe to the channel.
I'm going to show you guys how to do that.
Let's see here.
Where the hell?
Boom.
Okay.
So here's his YouTube channel over here, guys.
Right.
So don't forget to always subscribe.
You know what I'm saying?
You know, don't be a hater.
Subscribe to the channel.
And he has a lot more views than I do on this channel on poverty.
And so the song he has right now, guys, is Be Honest Remix featuring G Herbo, right?
Another Chicago drill rapper, actually.
And, you know, here he is.
Here's the YouTube channel.
Is You Ready?
We're going to talk about this song a little bit because this song kind of ignited a little bit of a beef that they got he has going on, which we're going to talk about.
And, you know, here's some of his other joints.
So, and then being honest, his big hits are Is You Ready?
This one right here, Brotherly Love.
This one is kind of what put him on the map.
And then being honest, which I don't know why, oh, PSA also is one of his top ones.
I don't know why Be Honest isn't on here, but here's the remix that he had with G Herbo, which came out two months ago, right?
But right before he got locked up.
Oh, yeah, being honest.
There we go.
Bang.
Okay.
So these are his main joints, right?
So yeah, go check out his music after.
You know what I'm saying?
Hopefully the guy is able to get out of this.
But anyway, so that's his YouTube channel.
Those are some of his hit songs, right, that he's known for that kind of put him on the map.
You know what I'm saying?
He's by far the hottest rapper out of the Bronx right now.
There's no disputing that.
You know, I know he had a little bit of issue with a guy named Ron Suno, you know, because there was basically like a little tangent here.
I didn't really have this on the on the list, but I just know this from listening to the music.
This is this guy named Ron Suno.
He's also a Bronx rapper.
And he got famous off social media, you know, doing this little thing that he would do where he would do the weave joint.
And, you know, he got famous off that.
And he also started rapping as well.
And he got known mostly for his social media stuff, not really the music like that, you know, but he still raps as well.
He's done like, you know, he's done collabs with five, all that other stuff.
You know, he's definitely got in there.
I think, but him and K-Flock actually got into a fist fight at Rolling Loud over, you know, who's the king of Bronx rap and everything like that.
But, you know, at this point, you know, right now, K-Flock has a way bigger buzz than he does.
You know what I'm saying?
Let's just be honest.
But, you know, obviously that's going to cause issues.
You know what I'm saying?
In hip-hop, it goes up and down.
You know what I'm saying?
And it is what it is.
It's a very competitive music genre.
And they got in a legit fist fight over in Rolling Loud.
So a little side note there.
But anyway, so let's go with.
So let's talk about his background.
Okay.
Because this is the stuff that kind of shocked me.
You know, this dude's only 18 years old.
And he is a yeah.
Basically, guys, he's he's a gang member.
Okay.
He is a member of the Sev side set of the bloods.
Okay.
And there's three main gangs in the Bronx, guys, that I want to let you guys know about.
There's the OGs, the YGs, and Sev's side.
Okay.
And the OGs, aka the original goons, have beef with the young gunners, aka the YGs, and then you got Sev's side.
So K-Flock belongs to Sev's side.
And his main rival, a guy named D-Thang, is a member of the YGs.
Okay.
So you got the OGs, the YGs, Sev's side.
K-Flock is Sev's side.
D-Thang is YG.
And then you got the OGs.
Okay.
Three main gangs in the Bronx.
And Sev's side is basically look at, think of it as like a bunch of bloods, a bunch of different blood sets within one gang.
And like I told you guys before, and they're cool with the rolling 80s Crips down there in the Bronx.
And gang life, just I'll give you guys a quick little, you know what?
Let's go over this real fast.
Give me a one in the chat if you guys want me to break down gang dynamics in New York.
Give me a one in the chat.
If you guys want me to do, I'll break it down real fast.
I broke it down in the Casanova Show, but I'm not sure if you guys want me to give you a little refresher on how gangs operate in New York versus other places.
If you guys give me ones, I'll go over it real fast.
Okay.
All right.
Let's break it down.
All right.
So for me to properly explain this, I'm going to have to pull up this useful wiki right here since everyone likes to roast me for using Wikipedia, but even though Wikipedia is actually peer-reviewed, so it's actually pretty legit.
But anyway, guys, this is United Blood Nation, okay?
And the United Blood Nation, long story short, I talked about this on the Casanova case where I went into deep details with how the bloods are in New York, but they started in the prisons, okay?
And they basically started thanks to our boy Omar Mac Porty, aka OG Deadeye.
Sorry, okay, OG Mac and another guy named OG Dead Eye.
All right, these guys basically formulated the bloods as we know it in New York City, okay, on Rikers Island.
It started off as a prison gang to protect against a much stronger Latin kings, okay, who were basically beating up the black gangs.
Let's just keep it a thousand.
In prison, it's all about race.
So the black gangs were not unified.
So they used the umbrella of the bloods to unite, come together, and have a strong front against the Latino gangs, aka the Latin Kings, in prison in Rikers Island in the early 90s.
And OG Mac used to travel, basically the father of the New York Bloods, as we know it, aka the UBN, United Blood Nation, would travel between New York City and California, right?
And when he was out in Cali, that's when he really got acclimated with how the Bloods operate on the West Coast.
For my international viewers, the Bloods started in Los Angeles, California.
And what OG Mac basically did was he brought that gang culture over to New York, brought it into prison systems as a methodology to have United Front to keep from getting their asses whipped by the Latino gangs.
And bang, now we got the United Blood Nation.
Right now, OG Mac is currently in prison.
He was indicted by the FBI in the early 2000s, and he's serving quite a bit of time.
But yeah, so that's a quick little overview on the bloods.
Now, let's talk about how the bloods operate in New York City outside of the prison system.
In New York City, guys, the way gangs operate is they have alliances.
Okay.
And what I mean by that, let's look at Pop Smoke for an example.
Okay.
So you got the Wuz, right?
The Woos is an umbrella gang that is comprised of bloods, Crips, some renegade GDs, even some kings, whatever it may be.
And they're basically unified to fight off other gangs, even though they're all rocking different bandanas and different gangs.
They're all from the same area, same neighborhood.
So they align to fight off other people.
In New York, it's more about territory.
The flag you claim is not as important as the territory that you're in.
Okay.
So, the biggest example of this is you got the Wuz, right?
AKA Pop Smoke was going to make it an international thing, right?
He was a Crip, but there's a bunch of bloods in the Wu.
Okay.
Five-year foreign, you know, shout out to my boy Sosa, he says in the thing, right?
Sosa's a blood, guys.
Watch that video.
Big Drip, right?
He's there with a bunch of, obviously, five-year is a Crip himself, but his main guy, Sosa, blood.
And he's dancing around with the red bandana and everything like that.
It's all good because they're from the same area.
Okay.
And they wore with some with the Cho's, okay?
Or the, yeah, the Cho's, aka most, mostly comprised of gangster disciples, GDs, black bandanas, okay?
Coach to go to G's, all these guys.
And it's a violent battle over there in Brooklyn.
You know what I'm saying?
They basically, the homicide rates went crazy in 2020 during the pandemic.
So those are two, and there are some renegade bloods in there as well with the Choes, okay?
That don't fuck with the Wu, that are, you know, aligned with the Cho's.
But that's how New York gangs operate in general.
So bringing it back full circle, Sev's side is similar.
You know what I'm saying?
Where they align with other, they align with this rolling 80s crip set to get things, you know what I'm saying, to protect themselves, etc.
So New York is all about alliances, okay?
That's how it's how it is with New York.
You could be, you know, a Crip, a blood.
It don't matter.
If you guys are from the same block, same neighborhood, you guys are good, and you just beat up the other dudes, regardless of whatever it is.
You know what I'm saying?
So anyway, so that's a little breakdown on how New York operates.
You know what I'm saying?
Shout out to my boy King Life in here.
He's from Brooklyn, so he knows everything I'm speaking is facts, B. You know what I'm saying?
Shout out to King Life.
You don't want to fuck with him.
He's one of our main guys, man.
Shout out to you, King Life.
So, okay.
So now we're going to talk about D-Thang.
Okay.
And the reason why I'm bringing this up is I want to show you guys the background of this guy and why, what probably happened.
It's going to make sense when I break it down.
So I'm going to show you guys D thing.
Okay.
So D Thang is his cousin, allegedly.
I have an insider source that lives in the Bronx that knows these guys that says they're not blood cousins and says that everyone assumes that they're cousins.
And, you know, they kind of just run with it because it makes the narrative better.
But the beef is real.
They definitely do want to kill each other when they see each other.
Okay, so let's go through here.
And this is who he's beefing with here.
Okay.
And this song right here.
Oh, Lord.
It always amazes me how hip-hop has changed so much.
You know, it used to be like Nas and Jay-Z, like, you know, just talking shit over wax.
You know what I'm saying?
Maybe I'll slap him if I see him in person.
These dudes are actually killing each other, bro.
Okay.
So this song right here.
Hold on.
Let me pull it up.
Okay.
There we go.
So this name of this joint is called Talk Facts.
Okay.
And it's obviously muted, guys, because I don't want to get hit with the copyright.
But, okay, yeah, it's muted.
All right.
So here they are, right?
YGs in the background, et cetera.
And just to give you guys the cliff notes, this song is basically a diss track where D Thang is openly making fun of dead people, okay, that they killed or people that got killed from the opposing gangs, all right?
Literally talking about real life events of people that were murdered.
And the crazy part is all these guys are fucking kids.
I'm talking 14, 15, 16, 13.
Some of the people that they're talking about that got murdered or, you know, 12 and 13 or 14.
And it just, it's really wild, man.
The Bronx is the most dangerous bro in New York.
I would say Brooklyn is a close second.
And this is not a game, guys.
They're literally talking about people dying.
You know, and you can see in the background, you can see, like, you can look at it.
These guys, I don't even think these guys have beards.
Like, no muscle, barely any facial hair.
You know what I'm saying?
And they're talking about smoking ops and all that other stuff.
This is basically, think of this as the New York version of who I smoke from Young and Ace and them, where they, you know, talked about Fulio's dead homies.
You know what I'm saying?
Extremely disrespectful.
This drill wave is a whole other thing.
You know, I'm 31, guys.
So I remember, you know, the ethers and the takeovers and the blood in my eyes and the wanks and stuff.
This stuff doesn't even come close to what these young boys are doing.
This is crazy.
And these lyrics are real.
They're talking about real people dying, real people getting stabbed up, etc.
And as a matter of fact, D Thang here, who just so y'all know who he is, he is the one right here.
This is him on the left, okay?
And I think he, yeah, and that's Bando.
Okay, so yeah.
So this is him right here.
He's doing the main rapping.
This is his joint.
And the name of the song is called Talk Facts.
But they're using a sample of someone that I used to know.
And you can hear it in the background.
You know, someone that I used to know.
And they're talking about dead people.
So, I mean, is this guy even 21 to be drinking this NC?
God damn it.
So many crimes probably be broken right now as we speak.
Marijuana.
You know what I'm saying?
Yeah.
Anyway, yeah.
Young boys acting crazy.
Obviously, the X's, welcome to BX.
Just so you guys know, you're going to notice when you watch these drill music videos that they wipe their nose a lot.
They do this shit.
Okay.
And wiping your nose, okay, or they say, we're going to wipe his nose or whatever.
It's a slang term for robbing or killing somebody.
Okay.
It's done very doing this.
You know what I'm saying?
So if you see rap music video, especially drill, they're doing that joint.
Yeah, they're talking about wiping noses, aka killing and or robbing someone or committing some kind of felony or crime.
So, okay.
So you guys get the gist.
Okay.
Check out the song, you know, after.
You know what I'm saying?
You know what?
Actually, where's he at?
Don't forget to like the video, by the way, too.
Show support for these guys.
Even though I wish they weren't doing this, but it is what it is.
But I'm a, as a fellow YouTuber, I'm going to like the video and subscribe.
You know, hopefully they're able to stop this bullshit.
But, you know, it is what it is.
Okay.
Pause that.
Okay.
Now, what this song basically did, right?
Let me close this tab as well.
As you guys know, I got a million tabs.
So he talked about a bunch of dead people in that song, right?
And one of the people that he actually talked about is this dude right here.
Okay.
And I'm going to bring this all full circle here for y'all in a second.
Let's see here.
It's a give me one second, guys.
I got a lot of tabs open here.
So I'm making sure that I got the right one.
It's god damn it.
Actually, while I pull this up, let me see here and make sure I didn't miss any chats.
Oh, welcome to our boy.
Y'all said I'm loving this.
Prince became a YouTube member.
Shout out to you, bro.
Welcome to the FedEd team.
Okay.
And let me see here what else I got.
If I can't fucking find out, I will literally make another tab and just pull it up for y'all.
And then we got here.
M4 Pierre.
Ron Suno, hot caca.
He just mad.
a kid is outside i knew i knew y'all were gonna say something bro I knew somebody was going to make a comment and say he trashed.
I fucking knew it, bro.
I don't listen to him, but you know what I'm saying?
I ain't going to say he's trash because I don't listen to him.
You know, I'm not one of these guys.
Oh, listen to him, so he trash.
But yeah, I mean, it's undoubtable that K-Flock is hotter than him.
Let's just keep it a thousand.
Culture at five bucks for the algo.
Yeah, and guys, do me a favor, like the video, please, because putting these joints together ain't easy.
Let me see here.
Okay, there we go.
Okay.
So, okay, let me let me share this screen with y'all real fast.
All right.
So, and shout out to this YouTube channel, Hip Hop Daily.
Okay.
This is from his channel.
Go ahead and subscribe and like the video, Hip Hop Daily.
And the reason why I want to show y'all this is in the song that D Thang put out, someone that I used to know, he disses this guy named Smelly.
Okay.
And basically, August 14, 2016, Smelly sold a dirt bike to a man named Hector Sanchez.
Okay.
And I got it muted just in case.
You know, I'm saying I don't want to get in trouble with copyright.
I'm going to give credit to Hip Hop Daily.
Go subscribe to his channel.
Go check him out.
You know, he puts out great content.
And basically, what happened was Smelly offered to sell us Sanchez.
He basically sold the bike to a dude named Sanchez for 80 bucks, even though it was easily worth 300, right?
So Sanchez agreed to buy the bike and paid him 80.
That's Sanchez right there.
But 10 minutes later, Smelly came back with a bunch of people.
And this is Lil TJ right here.
And this is going to segue into my next point.
And he wanted the bike back.
So, you know, try to pull an Indian taker backer.
And Sanchez said, no, I ain't giving you the bike back.
You know, I paid you 80 bucks.
I ain't giving it back.
And they fought.
Okay.
And Smelly, you know, was there with his people.
They punched him multiple times.
And what happened was Sanchez, he pulled out a knife and he stabbed him, bro.
And he lost too much blood and he died.
And this was one of Lil TJ's best friends.
Okay.
And he, you know, out of respect, he shouts him out in a lot of songs.
So anytime you guys listen to Lil TJ and he talks about Smelly, he's talking about his friend.
And the thing is this: D Thang, as you guys know, beefs with K-Flock, right?
And he made fun of TJ's best friend, saying he got poked up and stuff like that.
So, intro to this right here.
I'm going to share the screen again with y'all.
We're doing all the factuals today.
And guys, don't forget to like the goddamn video, okay?
As I pull this other thing up right now.
This is why I told y'all to watch the video.
Not in the mood right now.
So this song right here is what really made K-Flock blow up.
Okay.
This is on Lil TJ's joint, 16 million views.
Okay.
It's actually one of my favorite joints right now, too.
As you can see, here he is wiping the nose, throwing the rakes down and shit, right?
Just so y'all know, never do this, what you're about to see here in a second.
Let's see here.
Okay.
What?
Oh, no.
I think that was a blood symbol.
Okay.
All right.
So this is, so here's his boys.
Oh, he's basically collabing with two, I would say, mainstream hip-hop artists, right?
Before he had his joint, his solo joints, right?
But that's what put him.
This one definitely put him on the map, especially with the city.
This song is getting radio, regular radio play right now.
But, right, that came.
That collab came because, like I said, the common issue that they have with D Thang, D thing dissing Lil TJ's close friend, and then obviously K-Flock not getting along with D-Thang.
And I kind of put that together, you know, myself because I was like, oh, no wonder he collab with him because this dude made fun of Smelly, right?
Now, another thing also, just to let y'all know how deep this is, right?
This song is what also made K-Flock extremely popular.
And this one is called Is You're Ready?
Which shout out to my boy Bruce Bruce CLR, Criminal Lawyer Reacts.
He actually reacted to this song.
But the main takeaway from this, right?
And, you know, here he is with the red bandana showing the gang tie.
And I told you guys before, he is a part of Sebside, which is a set of the bloods.
And they're there in the book, right?
This was released in August.
Was it released in August?
All right.
All right.
So here he is, right?
And in this song, he says a line that goes.
Boy, ask my ops.
We could get ugly.
I could do like Ice did Sonny.
Some of you guys that don't know, there's a movie called Paid in Full.
Shout out to Cam.
And in the movie, the uncle kicks out Makai Pfeiffer.
No, Makai Pfeiffer kicks out the uncle out the house.
And then that uncle sets up Mackay to get his nephew.
Oh.
Oh, it was playing?
No, I don't think it was playing.
No, it wasn't playing because I got the tab muted.
Oh, shit.
No, and I didn't have the tab muted.
Oh, okay.
Well, I'm going to have to mute that part.
Oh, well.
But anyway, y'all got to hear some shit, right?
So anyway, how come I didn't hear it, though?
I don't know.
I didn't hear it until now.
Yeah, whatever.
All right.
So, anyway, it's fine.
I'll be able to deal with it after.
But anyway, so yeah, guys.
So let me stop sharing real fast.
So Is You're Ready?
That was a song that he did where they were basically dissing D Thang because him and D Thang are allegedly cousins.
Again, like I said, I've been told that they're not really cousins, but mute Myron.
We heard it.
Hey, yeah, I'll put y'all on then to some music.
How they make money with so much heat, bro.
That's a good question.
I mean, you get radio spins, man.
You get radio spins.
You get streams, et cetera.
So people love it.
You know, the beef makes people want to watch.
You know what I'm saying?
Unfortunately, human beings love drama.
Y'all should know that from fucking watching us.
You know how many people make videos on us, right?
They're like, oh, there's an exposed video on Myron.
He kisses guys.
Oh, I must play for the other team.
You know what I'm saying?
Like, people are out here saying a bunch of crazy shit, bro.
You know how it is, man.
The drama sells, even if it's not true, bro.
You know what?
What was what Franch Montana say?
When the hate don't work, then they start spreading lies.
It is what it is.
You know what I'm saying?
So, so yeah, so he basically made that comment, right?
You know, I could do you dirty.
I could basically, even though we're family, I could still, you know, get you set up.
And that's what happened in Paid in Full.
And then D Thang responds with this, right?
I don't think this one is muted.
Actually, no, this is Instagram.
So we good.
We good.
Let me know if this echoes, guys.
I did this, Sonny.
Give me ones in the chat if it's echoing.
Ones in the chat if it's echoing.
If it's not echoing, I shouldn't see any ones in the chat.
All right, cool, cool, cool, cool.
All right, let me share the screen then.
And let me get rid of.
All right, let me start closing some of these tabs.
Give me one second, guys.
Boom.
Okay.
So, okay, so it's not.
All right, perfect, perfect, perfect.
All right.
So I'm going to share the screen with y'all real fast.
Show y'all this.
So that song, Is You're Ready, led to this.
D Thang goes on Instagram, right?
I did this, Sonny.
Can't wait to see Auntie now.
We're gonna learn day.
And you know what's funny?
They're both in jail right now as we speak at Rikers, and they've been dissing each other through the phone.
You know, Soldier Boy, kiss me through the phone.
Oh, there is an echo?
There is an echo?
Okay, don't worry.
I got y'all right now.
Give me one second.
I'm gonna put this bad boy on Firefox.
And we're gonna do this again.
Apologize for that, guys.
Apologize for that.
All right.
Let me get this thing fired up.
I'm always ready with the contingency, baby.
I'm Chris Part 2.
All right.
So let me pull this bad boy up.
All right.
Windows.
Okay.
Okay.
So here we go.
I'll play it.
So this is his response.
Just a reminder.
This is his response to K-Flock's Is You Ready?
Where he says, Hey, I could do you dirty like Ice did the Sonny.
Okay, or wait.
He goes, Boy, ask my ops.
It could get ugly.
I could do like I've done, like Ice did Sonny.
And that was, and by the way, that song became a hot record in New York.
This was released in August.
Hot 97 was playing it.
So obviously, D-Thang is going to feel some type of way about that.
You know what I'm saying?
Hot 97 is the main radio station in New York.
Your record gets played on there.
It's going to be a problem.
And then this is what led to him getting the feature with Lil TJ that I just showed you guys earlier at 5-year foreign.
Ice did this, Sonny.
Ice did this, Sonny.
Can't wait to see Auntie now.
He's going to learn today.
I ain't going to lie.
Tell me to stop playing with me, bro.
Thanks, bro.
Tell niggas stop playing with me and they box, bro.
For real.
Okay.
So there you go.
Let me just stop sharing on that one.
All right.
So now y'all know how deep the beef is.
You know what I'm saying?
Whether they're family or not, it don't matter.
There's an issue.
Video sound all good now.
Thank you so much.
All right, King Life.
I think it only echoes when the headphones are too close to the mic.
That could be potentially what it is.
Let's see here.
Okay, so there was some echo.
Yep, I see that right there.
Matthew Hussey, thank you so much, King Life.
Have you ever been contacted by Earl Job regarding information you have said pertaining to the agency, how they operate, etc.?
No, because everything I provide you guys is public information.
I never talk about any type of classified information.
And to be honest with you, I rarely dealt with classified information.
You know what I'm saying?
I was aware of it, but I didn't really deal with it because, like I told y'all before, I was focused on building big cases.
And when you do big cases, it's very difficult to deal with classified information because that information cannot come into criminal courts.
Okay.
But yeah, everything I talk about, guys, is public information.
So no issues there.
Glad Gla.
Okay.
TGO Kurt.
Thank you so much.
I appreciate that greatly.
And let's see what else here.
Up yours, 6987, $5.
Oh, yep.
Yep.
We talked about that one before.
Like I said, when it comes to hip-hop, guys, attention is the currency.
Good, bad, whatever it is.
As much as people want to talk shit about, you know, 6ix9ine, he was able to draw himself a lot of attention and make a lot of money when he came out of jail, you know, allegedly as a snitch.
The Guba music video was a genius marketing move.
And the way he did it with the IG Live, he put his, he went on, put himself up on Times Square.
You know, as much as people hate Takashi 6ix9ine, when it comes from a marketing standpoint, it was fantastic.
Couldn't have been done better.
No one has gotten more IG live viewers than he did when he came out.
So, you know, people could hate all they want, but marketing is marketing, my friends.
So, okay.
So, as you guys could see, he has a lot of enemies.
Okay.
I wanted to just show you all that to illustrate that K-Flock has a lot of enemies, guys.
A lot of people want him dead.
Obviously, his quick rise to success is going to make people feel a certain type of way.
And people don't, you know, guys, hell, I know, I'm this right now.
Like, bro, look, look at me.
You know what I'm saying?
Like, everyone's trying to talk smack about me, make insults, blah, blah, blah, add hominim attacks that aren't true, whatever it may be.
Pictures that I've had on my own Facebook for the better part of a decade trying to say, exposed, bro, my shit is public.
It's been out there.
You know what I'm saying?
But people are going to always try to come at you when you're successful.
And K-Flock is in that position, as you guys are going to see right now with breaking down some of the surveillance footage that I have here.
Okay.
And I got an exclusive angle as well that not many people have.
I had to dig it down with the, what's it called?
On different types of media outlets, but I was able to find a unique camera angle that not many people have put on YouTube.
And then also, just so y'all know, quick little gang history thing.
The YGs and basically a lot of these gangs used to be one.
And what happened was there was a fight or like gang leaders ended up betraying each other and they split off.
You know what I'm saying?
In the Bronx.
So that's kind of where this gang war started from.
It was basically they used to be one and there was an issue.
There was a gang leader was killed in a bar fight.
And that led to the collapse of the unity and the issues.
So, okay.
So let's now let's talk about the murder.
This all brought us, you know, here to now K-Flock is facing a murder charge.
You know what I'm saying?
Obviously, a very successful rise.
A lot of haters, though, a lot of ops, a lot of dead people that died behind this music.
So there's issues here.
You know what I'm saying?
Obviously.
So Let me pull up this article for you guys that hit the news that hit when he first got arrested.
Okay, and then we're going to continue just working our way back.
All right.
Nope, that's not it.
Oop, that's not it.
Okay.
So this is from Hip Hop DX.
Okay.
This is when the news first broke out, December 27, 2021.
Okay, some of the facts have changed, but we're going to read it, you know, as if it just happened.
K-Flock attorney speaks out following, well, hold on.
Yeah, K-Flock attorney speaks out following a murder charge.
A different video angle hits the internet.
Harlem, New York, aspiring drill rapper K-Flock's attorney released a statement on Monday, December 27th, following his arrest for the shooting of a 24-year-old Harlem man on Friday, December 24th.
God damn, man, he killed him on Christmas Eve.
The statement confirmed that the 18-year-old had been charged with the murder.
Yesterday, I accompanied Kevin as he self-surrendered to detectives in the 30th precinct.
Flox attorney Scott Lehman wrote in the statement: Arrangements were immediately made with the NYPD once I learned he was wanted.
For some of you guys that don't know, Scott Lehman, not unfamiliar to these types of gang cases.
He represented Shodi in the 6ix9ine trial, and Shodi ended up getting 15 years.
Now, I know some of you guys might be laughing at that, like, what the hell?
That's trash.
Why'd K-Flock hire this guy?
Well, guys, given the fact that Shodi didn't really cooperate like that, and he was committing quite a few crimes for racketeering, the fact that he only got 15 years is actually very impressive.
Yeah, he should have got a lot more time.
But, you know, Scott Lehman did a fairly decent job for him to get only 15 years.
As for the charges levied against him, we have begun our own investigation into these allegations.
More importantly, considering the DA's significant disclosure this morning that the NYPD received a tip saying someone else is the shooter.
We demanded the DA's office provide prompt disclosure of the videos referenced in the complaint and more information on the tip.
Okay.
And this guy is considered, if I'm not mistaken, exculpatory evidence because now there's potential evidence that he is innocent.
So obviously they're going to have to disclose that to the defense.
Okay.
Anytime information comes out that might not make the defendant guilty, the law enforcement has to disclose that to the defense in discovery.
Okay.
And obviously, with the magnitude of this case, et cetera, the fact that he hired a private attorney that is used to these kinds of cases, I'm not surprised that he would use the media as a, you know, as a kind of an echo, an echoing force to tell law enforcement, I need this other information that you have.
If you actually had a tip that someone else was the shooter, Lehman's statement comes as new video footage of this shooting surface on Sunday, December 26th, showing the crime from a different angle.
Don't worry, guys.
We will show.
I got all the angles, baby.
We will address bail once we have had the chance to review the pertinent discovery to further investigate the DA's noteworthy disclosure.
The statement concluded.
Okay.
So, so where are we at?
We basically got some generic information that K-Flock was involved in the shooting.
So let's go over the footage and then we're going to go over the criminal complaint, go over the footage again, and kind of piece it together like we did with the Push Heisty case.
All right.
So before we get into it, give me some goddamn likes.
All right.
Because we're really about to break this bad boy down.
Ain't nobody else doing this on YouTube.
Hope you guys are enjoying the show.
And also, if you're the first time here, go ahead and subscribe to the channel and like the video because ain't nobody else doing this.
All right.
So, okay, let's see here.
Make sure I got my notes.
All right.
So we're going to pull up.
Close some of these tabs.
Give me one second.
All right.
So I got three different camera angles that I'm going to show you guys.
All right.
So we're going to start with the first angle that was first put out to everyone and work our way back to the angles that not many other people have.
All right.
So give me one sec.
Okay.
Bam.
Okay.
So I'm going to share this bad boy with y'all.
All right.
So, and this is shout out to hip hop DX.
Okay.
I'll give them a like and a sub as well.
They got the first angle.
All right.
This is the most, this is the most common angle.
Anyone that reacted to this basically played this clip.
And this is Scott Lehman's statement, guys, by the way, you know, that I read to you guys.
Yeah.
Okay.
So let's play.
Let's play it.
So this is the first angle.
As you guys can see, this is in Harlem.
I don't know why the hell he was in Harlem, but in the jeans up top right right there, that's Kay Flock.
Okay.
He walks by a barbershop and this guy comes up and addresses him.
All right.
With the chancletas.
Shout out to Spanish Harlem.
All right.
And he addresses him, right?
Hey, so what'd you say?
I do got a pair of Tims.
And then you see the guy in the sweatpants.
Oh, shit.
He runs to him, right?
And basically, that's when the shots were fired.
So that angle, not too good, right?
Not too good.
See, because as you can see, he's walking, right?
Here, that's him right there.
I think that's his relative right here, if I'm not mistaken.
Someone's saying it's his girlfriend, but it's a smaller, it's a younger girl, female.
And there he is with the Amira Jeans.
I forget what jacket that is.
It's really expensive.
Montclair, I think, and then the Jordans, Rare Jordans, right?
And then that's when he's addressing the guy here, and they have a little bit of a verbal altercation, and he just walks away.
You can see him kind of wave his hand against him.
And then here he comes again with the Chancletas at the barbershop, getting fresh.
Man, it was cold, bro.
My man is crazy.
Samuel's in socks in this cold-ass weather.
And then here's the other dude kind of trying to see what the ruckus is about.
I think he's wearing the Jordan 6s right there, if I'm not mistaken.
And then bang, that's when the gunshots are fired, all right?
Okay, so that's the first angle.
Let's look at the next angle here.
And this angle comes from academics.
Shout out to academics.
All right.
Also, don't forget to like his videos and subscribe.
So this is from, this is from the front.
You can see K-Flock right here.
Girl right here.
Let's enlarge this bad boy.
So they walk by.
And your boy comes out.
Hey, bro, what'd you say?
Walks out.
And then you don't really see much.
You see this guy, right?
Dude, coming out to kind of investigate what's going on here.
And then the shots erupt.
And then people start running.
Hey, what the hell?
Right?
So, you know, people are like, what the hell is going on?
Trying to come out to investigate, et cetera.
Okay.
So that's the second angle.
Not that good as well.
Right.
Now, here's the third angle.
And guys, give me some.
Before I show this goddamn angle, I need to get the likes up, bro.
Because this angle right here that I'm about to show y'all, not many people have it.
I had to scour Instagram to get this joint.
Okay.
What are the likes at right now?
What are the likes at?
We got 1.5K, y'all, in here.
Do me a favor.
Like the video.
Get me up to at least 1.3K.
There's 1,500 of you guys in here.
Like the video.
Get me to 1.3K.
I'm going to show y'all this angle.
Then I'm going to pull out this .court document that I got here, which, by the way, is right here, but I have it in PDF for you guys as well.
No one else has this document, by the way.
And we're going to read it as usual.
We read the court documents, and then we're going to talk about, you know, breakdown and everything else.
So like the video, guys.
It's not that hard.
All you got to do, see that nice little thumbs up at the bottom left of the video.
Click that like button.
Then I'm going to show you guys a third angle.
Read the court document.
We're going to go through this bad boy.
All right.
So I need, let's see what the likes are at right now.
And I hate to do this, guys, but we need it for the YouTube engagement.
That's how the channel grows.
You know what I'm saying?
So like the video because ain't nobody else going to give you guys a more thorough breakdown on this case on the internet.
All right.
All right.
Let's see here.
And shout out to all you guys in the chat.
Shout out to the mods.
Sebastian here, five bucks.
They need to show these FedEx videos to the kids in school and really hammer in their heads what's going to happen if they do this crap.
Yeah, I mean, dude, it's sad.
These guys are young.
I'm telling y'all, like, a lot of the people that they were talking about in that song, who I used to know?
Kids, bro.
Kids.
Kids in high school.
CigarMan85, just want to donate.
Thank you so much, bro.
Appreciate the love.
Shout out to all you guys.
Shout out to Mods in here.
Putting in that extra work.
You know what I'm saying?
Let's see here what we are at the likes, guys.
1.3k likes, and I will continue the breakdown.
Y'all getting a lot of heat, man.
You guys are getting an education in gang politics, the bloods, how gangs operate in New York, music videos, lyrics, all that stuff.
I see 1K.
1.3 guys.
Get me to 1.3k likes, and I will continue the stream.
I'm going to show y'all this footage that not many people have.
Okay, it was a pain in the ass to get it, but I'm really glad I got it.
Shows a whole different side that might help K-Flox case.
What are we at here?
We're at 1.1.
Hey, guys, I ain't continuing the show until we get 1.3k likes.
Y'all think I'm kidding around?
I ain't kidding around, all right?
I need them likes up, all right?
I need it.
I need the likes, or else we won't continue, all right?
Know your role and shut your mouth because the people's champ is ready to talk.
That's what I say every time a woman tries to tell me about intersexual dynamics and canceled.
Anyway, see, I'm just gonna fuck around with the soundboard until we get these likes up, goddammit.
And from what I see, you know, a lot of people must be new here because a lot of people come on.
Yo, I like the breakdowns, but your sound effects are annoying.
Well, all I got to say to that is, number one, halfway.
It's extremely entertaining.
And then, really, if you don't like the sound effects, it doesn't matter what you think.
So you can go somewhere else with that bullshit.
All right?
Because we're going to keep using the sound effects over here.
This is fresh and fit, kind of.
So we ain't stopping.
All right.
And don't make me pull out Byron.
All right.
Because I really don't want him to pull out Byron.
Because if I pull out Byron, that's going to be bad.
That heckler that called in on Friday show, he knows what time it is.
He ain't never going to fucking try to disrespect us again.
God damn it.
I don't want to have to put that mask on.
All right.
To get the likes up.
Y'all don't want that.
Y'all don't want that.
All right.
I am one with the soundboard, goddammit.
So don't be stupid and like the goddamn video.
Give me 1.3k likes so I can continue this goddamn breakdown.
I got the surveillance footage right now that not many people have that shows a unique angle of this shooting.
It's not that.
Yo, you know how you know what I, the fact that the likes are going up so slow, yo, we got a lot of haters in the chat, guys.
I think we got a lot of haters in the chat.
They probably came over from Instagram.
Oh, that Myron guy's live.
Let's go in here and make fun of him and put rainbow emojis.
Let's do it.
I know he, I know he plays with another team.
I know something's wrong with this guy.
He's speaking too much facts.
It's hurting my feelings.
This is terrible.
Oh my God.
I'm here.
I'm going to, I'm going to just not like the video, goddammit.
As a matter of fact, I'm going to dislike the video.
That's what I'm going to do.
I'm going to dislike the video.
That's how I'm going to get at that guy.
And you know what I got to say to y'all?
You stupid.
Engagement is still going up, baby.
Every time you leave an angry comment, every time you leave a dislike, every time you, I don't know, unsubscribe, whatever it is that you do, you're engaging with the channel.
You're engaging with the social media.
You're actually helping us grow to spread our message to the same people that you don't want to see the message.
So you are helping the toxicity spread.
So y'all are turning into fresh red.
You guys are digging your own grave.
God damn it.
We ain't going nowhere.
All right.
We ain't going nowhere.
Like the goddamn video.
All right.
Let me check the likes.
1.2, guys.
100 more.
100 more.
There's 400 haters in here, clearly.
400 haters that are in here just waiting.
Oh, man.
Yeah.
Let's clip this and call him a fraud.
Let's clip this and do that and everything.
And I'm just like, in my head, like, okay, whatever, man.
Like, yeah, it is what it is.
Oh, shit.
Oh, shit.
You know, it is, man.
And yeah, yo, guys, you don't have to, I see someone here put, hey, I'm too poor to super chat.
Yo, you guys don't got to super chat anything, bro.
The fact that you guys are in here interacting with your boy, supporting the content, Giovanni Norena, thank you so much.
Appreciate it.
That's all that, that's all that I need, bro.
Y'all don't got to give me a fucking dollar, bro.
You know what I'm saying?
I'm good.
I have seven real estate properties.
I'm doing okay.
You know what I'm saying?
You guys, your support alone.
Shout out to the rainbow emojis.
You know what I'm saying?
That alone is enough, guys.
Real talk.
And then I got the Type G personality, 10 bucks.
You put your life on the line on camera and then in and confronting intruders, a possible shooter, and offer a woman Ober's home.
All protected several black female guests.
Most wouldn't do any of that for their mom.
Yo, all I got to say is that's a fact, sir.
You know what I'm saying?
We had intruders in here, people acting crazy.
There are black chicks in here.
And I told, you know what I'm saying?
Instinct is to protect, but they ain't going to, they're not going to talk about that, though, guys.
Of course not.
Baked cracker.
Okay.
Off topic, but Rolo had your back today.
Much love out to Rolo and all the fresh and fit boys.
Yeah, shout out to Rolo Tomasi, guys, Don DeMarco for him.
Don DeMonco in this blue pill world, guys.
There's not many of us that think this way.
We have hit the mainstream, my friends, and we're going to talk about that tomorrow.
We're going to definitely talk about that tomorrow.
And my tax guy is going to come in as well.
But yeah, guys, this is the world that we live in now.
You know what I'm saying?
Camino, kill 12.
Here's a small donation just because you said not to.
Thank you, man.
I appreciate that greatly.
You know what I'm saying?
You guys being here is more than enough.
Real talk.
The fact that you guys support me, the channel, like the videos, comment, subscribe.
That's really what I want.
Help me hit 20K live on air.
That would be awesome.
So that we can give a big, nice middle finger to all the haters.
For the homies that couldn't get in this time around, check money Mondays and level up, brothers.
Resist the slave mine.
Facts.
Resist the slave mine.
Inflation is here.
You need to figure out a way to make more money, invest said money, and put it into things that are going to pay you back money so you don't end up poor and broke and commenting on someone's Instagram that doesn't even know who the fuck you are.
Anyway, so not that I would know.
Okay, let me see here.
What are we at?
What are we at?
All right, we hit 1.3, gentlemen.
Don DeMonco.
And, you know, the one or two ladies that are in here, Pina, I think you and maybe two other girls are in here.
So, all right.
So, yeah, we're at 1.3.
So, quick little summary, guys.
Stop the show.
So, we went down, we went over everything, right?
We went over memory lane with K-Flock's background, right?
18 years old.
He's from the Bronx, one of the most violent boroughs, member of the gang Seb side, a blood set, right?
That's comprised of, you know, sex, money, murder, et cetera, as well as he's aligned.
You know, the gang is also aligned with some Rolling 80s Crips.
They're in beef with the YGs, okay?
And basically, the YGs has a rapper named D Thang, who's his alleged cousin.
They make diss tracks back and forth, insult each other's dead friends.
They've been doing this for the better part of 2020.
K-Flock rose to prominence.
He's the hottest Bronx rapper right now, pretty much undoubtedly, spearheading and putting into limelight the Bronx drill movement, which uses a unique sound compared to the Brooklyn drill and the normal drill that you guys are accustomed to in New York.
He had a big song with G. Herbo, just being honest, a remix.
He obviously has his PSA, Are You Ready, et cetera.
And then the most latest hit that he had was the big joint with Lil TJ, where they collabed because Lil TJ's homie, Smelly, rest in peace, was this by D Thang.
And D Thang is, again, the alleged cousin of K-Flock, who's in jail with him right now on a gun charge at Rikers.
And they are making phone call disses to each other as we speak and do this breakdown.
Then I talked to you guys about the murder.
He was basically walking in Spanish Harlem, if I'm not mistaken, over by Washington Heights.
He was walking by.
Guy comes and addresses him in Chanclettas, says some things, and K-Flock allegedly shoots him.
Let's review the third angle, okay?
Hope you guys enjoyed those cliff notes there.
So this is a third angle right here, guys.
This was a pain in the ass to procure.
So like the video just for the fact that I had to get this goddamn thing.
But I got it.
All right.
So here we are.
This is another angle.
And let me enlarge this bad boy for you.
Hopefully YouTube doesn't flag this for violence, but if it does, it does.
You know, it's for educational purposes.
All right.
Viewer discretion is advised.
Sorry.
So as you guys can see, K-Flock is walking down, addresses the person.
It's like, yeah, you know what, bro, you ain't worth it.
And you can see he's reaching here a little bit in his jacket.
He's walking with the relative, grabs her hand.
This dude is talking.
Hey, well, what?
What'd you say, bro?
And he's reaching in his jacket.
And the next thing you know, bang.
And the dude that we saw before, that was being nosy, goes to grab him and see what's going on.
And then the other people come out as well.
Let's play that again and pause it a little bit.
All right, guys.
So let's play that one back.
Yeah, yeah.
Give me some likes because that was tough to get.
This angle here.
Okay, so I can see some of y'all saying self-defense.
So, yeah, we're going to break this down a little bit.
All right.
So, here we go.
Right.
So, here, so here's Kay Flock, you know, spotting the, wearing the expensive jeans and Jordans.
Normally, I wouldn't, and K-Flock has said in some of his lyrics that he would do a drill in designer.
He wasn't kidding.
He really lives his raps.
So, as you guys can see, right here, he has his hand in his waistband.
And, you know, he's a thin guy.
So, me personally, I could tell y'all from my training experience, when I carried my firearm on the job, I carried appendix carry, which is in the waistband in the front.
Why?
Well, you can easily access it from there.
You know what I'm saying?
And it's good.
You got a t-shirt.
You can roll it over in the front.
You can actually get it while you're sitting down.
You know, if you've got your gun anywhere else on your side or in your back, a lot of people like to carry it on the smaller of their back or not.
Sorry, not the smaller of their back, but like on the like, you know, like nine o'clock.
That's not good because then you got to, you got to do this shit, pull it up, and then people can see from appendix.
You can just raise your shirt up, bang, pull it out, and then bang, you got it.
You know what I'm saying?
So you can see here that he's reaching in his waistband in the front.
And I'm not surprised.
Thinner guys, I always advocate if you're a thinner guy, carry appendix, man.
You're not going to shoot yourself in the dick at a good holster, right?
So, boom, he's reaching in there.
And then he grabs, I think it's his niece or nephew or sister, something like that.
He grabs her by the hand and he keeps looking back at the guy, right?
Seeing what the hell's going on.
And like I told y'all, Kay Flock is a popular rapper in New York with a lot of ops, guys.
That's why I went through the entire history lesson with y'all as far as who he is, what gang he's with, the type of music he makes, you know, dissent dead people on the regular.
This is what's going to happen when you live that life.
He lives that life, guys.
He is about that life.
So this is a common occurrence.
Okay.
He's on IG Live chasing down ops, spinning the block, running down on them and all that stuff.
So this is the life that you live, guys, when you're in the streets like this.
All right.
So the guy continues, right?
Talking smack, about to walk away.
Here's something.
And then you can see him reaching in his jacket.
You don't know, right?
And he's positioning himself like, hey, what you say, obviously in a very aggressive manner.
And then bang, he gets shot twice.
I think he got shot in the neck and the back.
Let's play it back one more time.
Okay.
Here he comes.
Addresses him for a second.
Nah, fuck it.
You ain't worth it.
Reaches for his piece because he's not sure what that dude's about.
He's probably talking shit.
I'll clap you, blah, blah, blah.
Suck my dick, nigga.
You know, basically what the girls on her after-hour show say all the time.
And then, what'd you say, bruh?
No, my Tim's clean, nigga.
What?
What?
Next thing you know, and he's there, right?
And he passed away, guys.
He died.
So that's what happens.
You know what I'm saying?
This is another day in the city.
So he, so he shoots him, right?
Now, that brings up a good point, right?
Some of y'all are like, yo, that's self-defense.
Okay, well, let's go over self-defense according to New York law.
Told y'all, man, I'm ready, baby.
I'm ready.
All right.
All right.
So in New York, self-defense is known as justification.
Article 35 of the New York Penal Law Code explains when individuals are justified to use physical or deadly force to defend themselves or others.
New York Penal Law 3515 states that you can use physical force when and to the extent you reasonably believe such to be necessary to defend yourself or another individual from what you believe to be the use or imminent use of unlawful physical Force by another individual.
However, a person may only use deadly physical force in limited circumstances.
For example, if an individual reasonably believes that another person is committing or trying to commit a kidnapping, forcible criminal sexual act, forcible rape or robbery, they may use deadly physical force.
And I don't like how New York actually delineates the crimes.
You know what I'm saying?
Like, bro, what if they're trying to, you know what I'm saying, do something else that might put you in a bad position.
You know what I'm saying?
I get it.
These are like common ones, but it's like they're almost kind of putting a like a limit on it.
Hey, you can only use deadly force if these crimes are happening.
But, you know, it is what it is.
It's New York.
So I'm not surprised.
You know, Texas, they probably be like, Did you think you were in danger?
All right, shoot them.
You know what I'm saying?
So, but, you know, this is from a criminal defense attorney here in New York, which is, this is great because, you know, as a defense attorney, you're going to, you're going to look at the law, but you're obviously going to have to interpret it in a certain way with your experience.
So a little pro tip: looking at a defense attorney's website, a lot of the times we'll show you the law, but also give you like a good example.
So that's self-defense in New York, right?
So let's go over the criminal complaint first, okay?
Because no one really has this.
So let's break down.
So now we're getting to the fun part.
All right.
We're an hour in.
Y'all know what happened.
Y'all looked at the footage, et cetera.
So do me a favor and like the video.
All right.
So let's see here.
Let me look here at.
I think we got it.
So we got a super chat here from RIP 99.
20 bucks.
Thank you so much.
Or 100 SAR.
I think, is that Saudi Arabian?
Thank you, man.
I appreciate that.
And then also, we got, oh, here you are right here.
Thank you, bro, for that.
Greatly appreciate that.
And then we got Camino killed 12, became a YouTube member.
Thank you, man.
Welcome to the Fed It fam.
And then we got Jose Rodriguez.
Chat, like the video, subscribe, support the channel.
Fed It, great content.
Facts.
Thank you so much, man.
And we got almost 1,800 of y'all in here.
Thank you.
I'm sorry.
Who are you?
I'm here for Christina.
Okay, David.
Appreciate that.
And then let's see here.
And then we got Camino.
Yeah, I think I shouted you out.
Thank you for joining.
If I didn't.
And then we got Baked Cracker.
Oh, nope.
We read that one.
Thank you so much.
Yes, Rolo did have our back.
Oh, you know what?
I'll make a quick little announcement for y'all.
Rolo Tomasi, Aaron Cleary, Donovan Sharp.
Okay.
And I'm going to try to get Jay Waller Sterling Cooper, February, guys.
Avengers Part 2 coming.
All right.
Merry Christmas.
You filthy animal.
Here's a small donation just because you said not to.
Oh, read that one before.
Okay, cool.
So let's pull up this document here.
Okay.
So let's break this bad boy down.
All right.
Exclusive, Fed It only.
All right.
So here we go.
All right, guys.
Let me enlarge this bad boy for y'all so you can see what the hell we're talking about here.
All right.
Criminal.
What?
Is it not sharing?
Oh, yeah, yeah.
Let me get that.
Yeah.
Let me get that monster.
This one's going.
Break this one down.
All right.
So we got criminal court for the city of New York, County of New York, the people of the state of New York, felony arrest, Kevin Perez, ADA Brian Rod Key, page one of three.
All right.
Detective William Garcia, Shield 05094 of the 30th Precinct Detective Squad states as follows, which, by the way, just so y'all know, the New York Police Department is the largest police department in the world, which is why that badge shield number is so fucking long.
Murder in the second degree, defendant number one, count one count.
Criminal possession of a firearm in the second degree, defendant number one, one count.
Criminal possession of a weapon in the second degree, defendant number one, one count.
So just so y'all know, New York has some of the strictest gun laws in the United States.
So from what I know, I think it's a five-year mandatory minimum on a gun charge possession.
Okay.
So, yeah.
So on or about December 16th, 2021.
Oh, sorry about that.
At about 9:52 a.m.
Damn me out here drilling dudes in the morning at the southwest corner of Amsterdam Avenue and West 151st Street in a county and state of New York.
The defendant with intent to cause the death of another person caused the death of such person.
The defendant possessed a loaded firearm with intent to use it unlawfully against another.
The defendant possessed a loaded farm outside of his home and place of business.
The factual basis for these charges are as follows.
And guys, this is a criminal complaint.
A criminal complaint is basically an affidavit written by a law enforcement officer.
Okay.
And we've went through this before.
You know, they're written differently.
The federal ones pretty much have a standard procedure, but the state ones all look different.
And I ain't gonna lie to you, I don't like the way New York does their criminal complaints.
This shit is trash.
But, hey, I don't make the rules.
I just report them.
So, here we go.
The factual basis for the charges are as follows: I'm informed by Detective Alexander Gill, shield number 4413 of the 30th Precinct Detective Squad, that he reviewed external surveillance video from December 16, 2021, from approximately 9:07 a.m. from outside of Obodega at 1814 Amsterdam Ave.
Now, remember, guys, the murder occurred on the 16th, but Kay Flock ended up turning himself in about a week later, okay, with his attorney, which was smart, by the way.
Very, very smart.
Because, you know, if he had gone without his attorney, they probably would have put him in the interrogation room, asked him a bunch of questions.
You know what I'm saying?
Hey, just talk, buddy.
You know, no big deal.
Your lawyer ain't here.
It's okay.
I don't know if I should have to tell you guys this, but I'll tell you guys right now.
Don't talk to the cops, okay, ever.
Always say, I want an attorney.
You know, I'm invoking, you know, I'm invoking the Fifth Amendment, my right privilege, my right to silence, and I will not speak to you without the presence of an attorney.
All right, because at that point, that's a custodial interview.
Anytime there's a custodial interview, Fourth Amendment attaches, and they need to read you your rights.
All right.
All right.
So, what?
Oh, I thought you were talking to me.
What?
20k.
Oh, okay.
Nice.
Nice.
We just hit 20K subs, guys.
Thank you so much for that.
So let's keep on breaking this bad boy down.
All right.
From December 16th, 2021, from approximately 9:07 a.m. from outside of Obodega, 1814 Amsterdam Ave.
The video shows a male in a dark puffy coat, the Montclair, black hood, black pants with light blue and red patches, and black and red shoes with white soles walking eastbound along 155th Street.
Okay.
And yeah, this is Harlem, guys.
This is way uptown.
All right.
This is this, if I'm not mistaken, yeah, this is by Washington Heights.
All right.
Someone in New York, a New Yorker in the chat, go ahead and correct me if I'm wrong.
All right.
I am further informed by Detective Gill that he reviewed surveillance video from inside the bodega located at 1814 Amsterdam Ave from approximately 9:13 a.m.
The footage shows a male in a dark puffy coat, black hood, black pants with light blue and red patches, and black and red shoes with white soles inside the bodega.
The male pulls his jacket up with his right hand so that the handle of what appears to be a firearm is visible in his waistband.
I am further informed by Detective Gill, the observed surveillance video showing the vicinity near the corner of Amsterdam Ave and West 151st Street at approximately 9:51 a.m. on December 16, 2021.
The video shows the man wearing the dark puffy coat, black pants with colored markings and black and red shoes, white soles, walking northbound on Amsterdam Avenue towards West 151st Street.
Okay, so something's going off here in my head.
I don't like how this detective keeps referring to K-Flock by what he's wearing and not using his name.
This has me, this is strange.
You know what I'm saying?
As you guys know, you guys watched my, you know, my YMW Melly breakdown.
The detective refers to him as demons, which, you know, YMW Melly's real name, guys, is Jamel Demons.
And he refers to him as demons throughout the affidavit.
And anytime you write a criminal complaint or an affidavit as the affian, you refer to the person that's getting arrested by their last name.
So it's very strange to me that he is, he keeps referring to him by what he's wearing, okay?
Which makes me have some suspicions, which I'll talk to you guys in a bit.
Let's keep reading this thing, but I want y'all to just kind of keep that in your mind, keep that in the back of your brain, okay?
And RIP 999, 250, SAR.
Thank you so much.
I appreciate that.
I think that's about 50 U.S. You're the man, bro.
I appreciate that.
Okay.
So, okay, so let's continue on.
We are, okay, towards 150 first.
Okay.
Walking northbound on Amsterdam Ave towards West 151st Street.
As he passed the barbershop, the man stopped and looked inside the barbershop before continuing to walk.
Hawaskar Hernandez came out.
Okay, this is the guy that got that got clapped.
Came out of the barbershop and appeared to exchange words with the man in the dark puffy coat.
The man in the dark coat raised his arm in the direction of Hernandez, and Hernandez fell to the ground.
The man in the dark coat then ran west on 151st Street towards Broadway.
I'm further informed by Detective Gill that he is informed by Detective Keisha Lawhorn, Shield 3102 of the 30th Detective Squad, that she responded to the scene and observed that Hernandez had gunshot wounds to his neck and upper back shoulder area.
Detective Lawhorn observed two shell casings on the ground on the southwest corner of West 151st Street in Amsterdam.
Hernandez was taken to the hospital where he was pronounced dead.
All right, couple takeaways here.
Number one, looks like K-Flock doesn't miss.
Number two, they got the shell casings.
Okay, so why use revolvers when you commit crimes, guys?
Just kidding.
But all jokes aside, the other thing, too, is that it looks to me here.
Well, you know what?
Let's finish reading it and then we'll go back through it.
Okay.
Let's finish reading.
So I observed a black Glock 9mm firearm on the stairs in front of 528th West 51st Street between Amsterdam and Avenue and Broadway.
Guys, if you're going to kill someone, never, ever leave the murder weapon, okay?
That's a big no-no.
And we're going to talk about that here in a second.
I'm further informed by Detective Gill.
He is informed by police officer Ibn Bartholomew, Shield 21937 of the 48th Precinct, that he recognized the male depicted in the external surveillance video from outside 1814 Amsterdam Ave described above to be Kevin Perez.
So this police officer right here is definitely going to have to go on the stand.
They're going to grill the fuck out of him, bro.
I'll tell you that right now.
He's going to have to testify, this guy right here, because he's the one that made the positive identification of K-Flock.
And Lehman, if he does his work well, should be able to create some plausible deniability, which as a defense attorney, that's all you really have to do.
You just got to create a little bit of reasonable doubt.
Distill that water, baby.
All right.
Mo, shouldn't you always leave the weapon?
No, sir.
That is how you go to jail.
Hypothetically, not that I would do this, but if you're going to clap somebody that you don't like, you don't want the murder weapon there.
All right.
You don't, you know, because what happens when they have the murder weapon is they can do ballistics tests.
They have, they have, yeah, no, bro, it's evidence.
You don't want to leave that there.
As a matter of fact, the one thing that one of the well, one of the things that YMW Melly has in his favor is they don't have the murder weapon.
Okay.
And in that case, and for any of you guys that didn't watch that breakdown, go check it out.
I broke it down really on a deep level.
You know, rest.
I mean, I'm kind of bummed because every rapper's case that I break down, I actually listen to.
And it really sucks to see.
But, bro, he's going to get convicted.
There's no fucking way.
The prosecution and the detectives did a fucking fantastic job when I read through that affidavit.
Holy shit.
And the thing that scares me is he's actually going to go to trial, guys.
The fact that he's going to go to trial, they're going to give him the death penalty.
Florida has a death penalty for first-degree murder.
And that is what he's fighting.
And yeah, but one of the things is that they don't guys, they don't have the murder weapon because after the shooting, Melly and a couple of his people went back, got the murder weapon, and got rid of it, you know, intelligently because they know.
Even they know.
Melly, that was a terrible murder, but he was smart enough to know.
Let me at least get rid of the weapon.
You know, up yours, 6987.
They were chasing him.
How about if they caught him with it?
Yes.
And that's probably what ended up happening.
Good call up yours.
Yes.
He threw it because he didn't want to get caught with it.
You know what I'm saying?
A common saying in New York is, I'd rather get caught with the gun than get caught lacking because everyone knows gun laws in New York are crazy.
Gerasima became a YouTube member.
Thank you so much.
Badges coming soon.
And let's see here.
What else?
Yeah, definitely.
You always got to get rid of the weapon.
So if you're going to commit a murder, guys, get rid of that weapon.
You became a YouTube member.
Thank you so much.
Welcome to the team.
Papa Gold, five bucks.
Did you see the video where I cashed from Flagrant making fun of black women in an old video on a stand-up comedy?
Yes, I did, sir.
I posted on my Instagram.
I'm happy to, you know, have a, I don't have any issues with Flagrant, bro.
Shout out to Akash.
Shout out to Andrew Schultz.
You know, they just have a different way of viewing the world, guys.
You know, it is what it is.
You know, I'd be happy to have them on our platform, and I will actually let them talk and argue their points.
I like it with us.
Shy guys, Russ, welcome.
You're part of the YouTube team as well.
Welcome.
And let's see here.
What else?
All right.
So we're caught up on the chest.
Thank you so much.
So, and then this is the, and then obviously, false statements made in this written instrument are punishable by a class A misdemeanor pursuant to section 2021 of the penal law and as other crimes.
Oh, that's pussy.
Lying under oath.
That should be a felony, my friend.
Oh, well, New York is on that strange time.
But anyway, yeah.
So, so yeah, guys, so this is basically what we got here.
And then, as you can see, he filed that criminal complaint, and then bang, this is an arrest warrant, right?
Criminal court of the city of New York, you know, part AR3, County of New York, name of defendant Kevin Perez, offense charged, etc.
And then, Honorable James Glins, let's read this right here.
It's kind of funny.
I always love how different states word it.
You know what I'm saying?
In the name of the people of the state of New York to any police officer whose geographical area of employment embraces either the place where the offense charged was allegedly committed or the locality of the court by which this warrant is issued.
A criminal action having been commenced in this court against the above-mentioned defendant by the filing therewith of an accusatory instrument bearing the above docket number charging the defendant with the above-name defense.
Yeah, guys, I know this legal shit always has run-on sentences.
I know.
And the defendant not having been arraigned upon such accusatory instrument and not having come under the control of the court with respect thereto.
And judge of this court, whose name is subscribed below, finding that such accusatory instrument is sufficient on its face and being satisfied that the defendant will not respond to a summons.
In other words, then they ain't showing up for court, so we got to go get them.
All right.
Plain English.
All right.
And pursuant to criminal procedure, law article 120, the aforesaid judge of this court having ordered the issuance of a warrant of arrest.
Now, therefore, you are directed to arrest the said defendant who is particularly described below and exempt as otherwise prescribed in criminal procedure law 12090.
Following such arrest, you must, without unnecessary delay, perform all fingerprinting and other preliminary police duties required in a particular case and bring the said defendant before this court for the purpose of arraignment upon the accusatory instrument by which such action was commenced.
And it was signed or stamped in this case by the Honorable James G. Kleins.
I certify that this instrument constitutes a true copy of the warrant of arrest issued and subscribed by the above-named judge of the criminal court of the city of New York.
And then bang, there it is.
Okay.
I obviously scrubbed out his social security number.
We got to protect my man's personal information.
You know, because we operate on ethics here at FedIT.
Criminal Court of the City of New York, felony complaint, arrest warrant, and then bang.
Here we go.
And there's a criminal court of city of New York.
People of the state of New York against Kevin Perez.
Please take notice that the undersigned law firm, the law offices of Scott E. Lehman by Scott Lehman ESQ, hereby enters an appearance on behalf of the defendant.
So this was, you know, pretty much notice of appearance, probably when he got arrested.
And then let's see here.
Criminal court of the city of New York, record of court action.
Yeah, this is probably him.
Yeah, when he showed up, you know, more filing paperwork.
And that is the stuff.
Now, number one, I need y'all to give me some flame emojis in the chat because getting this goddamn document was tough.
It was really, really tough, man.
So like the video and give me some flame emojis, okay?
Let's look and see what the likes are.
There's 1.8K of you guys in here right now.
Do your boy a favor.
Like the video.
Get me up to 1.7K, right?
So a couple things here that have me confused.
Well, not confused, but a little questionable.
I don't like how they kept referring to K-Flack by what he was wearing versus his last name.
Okay.
And I think I know why they did this.
I'm going to have a little bit of a conspiracy theory a bit.
So here we go.
So the first thing is they see him at 951, right?
Let's see here.
It was.
Okay.
So they see him at 9.13.
Okay.
So there's another camera angle that I don't think I have, guys, right here.
Reviews surveillance video from inside the bodega located at 1814 Amsterdam Ave.
This is where he might have been prior to the shooting.
Okay.
Light, blue, and red patches, etc.
The male pulls his jacket up with his right hand so that the handle of what appears to be a farm is visible in his waistband.
Okay?
So he starts off here, 1814 Amsterdam.
You know what?
Let's do some investigating right now.
Give me a one in the chat.
If y'all want me to just pull this shit up on Google Maps right now, we're going to investigate this together.
Give me a one in the goddamn chat and like the video.
All right.
Oh.
Give me some ones if y'all want me to pull this up right now.
And we got a 100-hour super chat from Whiskey Sigma.
Hey, 20k subs.
Congrats, my man.
Thank you so much.
All right, let's break this bad boy down, all right?
Because I'm looking at this right now and I'm like, what's going on here?
So let's figure it out.
Maybe I'm right.
Maybe I'm wrong.
You never know.
But, all right, let's share the goddamn screen.
All right.
So let me show y'all exactly what I'm doing.
So let me stop sharing this.
So we got, okay, let's write this address down.
This address is got my handy dandy notepad over here.
So let's look at this.
So at 9.13, guys, okay, they see him in a bodega, 8.14 Amsterdam F, right?
1814 Amsterdam F. All right?
We do a lot, baby.
The footage shows the male in the dark puffy coat, black hood, black pants with light blue and red patches and black and red shoes with white soles inside the bodega.
All right.
So basically, they see him in this bodega.
I guess he pulls up his jacket and they see the gun and they got the footage of this.
We don't have this, right?
9.13 in the morning.
1814 Amsterdam F. Let's type this in.
So let me stop sharing this.
I already know some of y'all probably on Google right now.
Mart, I got it.
All right.
So let me share the screen with y'all real fast.
All right.
Boom.
All right.
All right.
1814 Amsterdam.
Amster damn.
F, New York.
New York.
All right.
So let's see here.
Bang.
All right.
So we got.
Hmm.
Let's spin this bad boy around.
All right.
You got plumbing and electrical.
Hmm.
Is this it right here?
Hmm.
No.
That's not it.
It's probably, it might be this corner joint right here.
When I was in New York, guys, recently, like, a lot of these stores are, like, closed or, like, have some weird shit.
But, okay.
So he was in this area somewhere.
All right.
Do I see?
Is this the bodega right?
No barbershop, et cetera.
Okay.
So he's.
What's this address right here?
Starborn?
What is this?
The address on this joint?
1812.
So it's got to be this joint.
This one is 1810.
Okay.
Then you know what?
It's this joint.
Okay, 1814.
Permanently closed.
MB Grocery.
All right.
So I guess they just closed down.
So he was in this bad boy.
All right.
He's in there.
They got footage from this apparently revealing a gun, which makes sense because we saw the footage ourselves.
He was walking.
The dude addressed him.
And then what?
You know, you could see him with his right hand kind of reaching the front of his jacket, which we broke down, you know, the superiority of being able to, you know, appendix carry.
Right?
So this is where he was at.
All right.
place called mb grocery so now what we're going to do is oh oh sorry I didn't mean to stop sharing that.
So we're going to go back and share it again.
So let's map it out, actually.
You know, let's have a little bit of fun with this.
So we're going to go.
Somebody said that's my old block.
Hey, man.
Okay, so we're here.
So let's see.
How do you do it where it's where you like, you know what I'm saying?
You got to put another address in so it shows the distance.
You know what?
Maybe you can't do it on.
You got to do it probably.
Let me back, back, back.
Okay.
So, you know what?
Maybe if I do maps, I know how to do this on my phone, but I forget how to do it on the actual computer.
All right, I'm gonna look at the chat.
I know one of y'all probably gonna know how to do this.
Okay, let's see here.
I'll do six ninths, case.
Don't worry, guys.
I will do it in the future.
I'm trying to remember, guys.
How do you do it where you can put like distance?
Like, you put another address in so it'll show you directions.
Click on directions.
Okay, let me look here.
Where's the show directions?
I don't see directions anywhere.
Oh, okay.
Boom.
Hey, okay, we're literally now.
All right.
So the other address, guys, where the barbershop was is hold on.
It was so we're going to map out this route that he took.
Um, okay, so he walks by 951 approximately.
The video shows a man wearing the dark puffy coat, black pants, but walk uh Amsterdam Ave towards West 151st Street as he passed by our barbershop.
The man stopped inside and looked at the barbershop.
Oh, they don't give the address of the barbershop.
God damn it.
Okay, so let me just put 151st, West 151st Street, West 151st Street, New York, New York.
All right, so, all right, so now we see, guys, so he went down here, made a right, came down here.
So the barbershop is somewhere in this area, right?
You know what?
Let's go.
Can we go street view on this bad boy?
Let's try to find his barbershop.
And then we're going to find where the gun was found.
So now we know that this is, he walked from here to here.
All right, let's try to see if we can see where the gun was found.
Let me just go back to Google.
Right.
Bang.
All right.
So is there a street view for this bad boy?
Okay.
All right.
Oh, nice bus in a fucking way.
All right.
Where is this?
Don't tell me this bus was.
Is this a barbershop right here?
Bruh.
You know what?
You know what I'll do?
Watch this.
You're just going to go.
Google is an amazing tool.
So what we're going to do is we're going to go ahead and we're going to search.
Okay.
Flock.
Barbershop shooting.
Address.
Let's see if it comes up.
Near 151st.
Okay.
Near 151st Street.
Okay.
You know what?
You know what?
How about if I type in 151st Street Barbershop?
If someone gets the address, put in the chat for me.
This barbershop.
I know we're probably all doing this together right now.
No, it's a team effort, baby.
Oh, what the?
Not Miami.
Pumps, man.
About Miami.
Okay, let's see here.
This one.
Flawless the Barber.
What's the address on that?
Oh, God.
Damn.
Is this one it?
Amsterdam Ave?
1871 Amsterdam Ave?
No, I don't think that's it.
Hmm.
Okay.
Hmm.
Oh, wait.
I wasn't sharing the screen with y'all all this time.
Let me share the screen so y'all can suffer with me doing this shit.
My bad.
Let me pull this up.
Okay.
Sorry about that, guys.
Okay.
So, yeah, I'm looking for the barbershop here because I was Googling it.
If someone is able to find a barbershop, let me know.
Two eyes are better than one, obviously.
You found it?
I think.
Let me see.
No. 1820.
The final barbershop?
1820 Amsterdam.
Yeah.
Yeah.
I think this is it.
Yeah, let me look this one up.
All right.
Shout out to Christina.
All right.
1820.
What is it?
1820?
What?
Amsterdam?
Okay.
New York.
Okay.
What the hell, Junior Bicycle Shop?
No, that's not.
Hold on.
I got to do it off.
I'm just going to.
Hold on, let me just open a new tab.
Google, bang.
Okay.
was it 1820 amsterdam yeah yeah that's new york bro It's named Boston.
It ain't Boston.
Boston Trash.
Okay.
Okay, let's see here.
I think this is definitely the area.
Yeah, I think that's it right here.
I think this is it right here because I remember looking at a news article.
And I remember seeing this mini mart right here.
Yep, right here.
All right.
I think we found it, gentlemen.
The final barbershop.
Okay.
Yep.
So I think this is it.
Bingo.
So you guys said, this is because Christina's from Boston, guys.
That's why it's funny.
And she was like, oh my God, there's so many stores on this show.
I was like, bro, it's New York, man.
So someone said my boy was spinning Sugar Hill.
But yeah, this is, I'm pretty sure where it happened.
And you know what?
Let's pull that footage up one more time because I'm pulling up that footage right now real fast.
So for y'all, so yeah, I'm pretty sure this is the barbershop here, guys.
But let's make sure.
Let's look back at the footage.
All right.
Let's go back and look at the footage and we'll see.
So we're going to go back and we're going to play the footage.
Let's see here.
Where is it?
All right.
All right.
So let me pull this joint up real fast.
Give me one second, guys.
I'm pulling up because I was closing all those damn tabs earlier.
Why wait, do me a favor, guys?
Like the video because we're doing real live detective work right here.
Right now.
All right.
So let's see here.
So this is.
So let me share this screen with y'all.
Right.
This is.
All right.
Let me share this with you guys.
Yeah, I think we got it, guys.
I think we got it.
All right.
As y'all can see, right?
That, this is the footage, right?
Comes out, challenges him.
let's compare that with this.
And I'm going to share the screen with y'all right now so you can see what I'm talking about.
Share, bang.
Yeah, I think this is it, guys.
As y'all can see, there's a barbershop right here.
And then this is the mini mark where they got the footage from.
Huh?
That's the final barbershop.
Yep.
All right.
So, yeah, guys, this is where it happened.
All right.
Bam.
Right there.
Round of applause.
We got the detective work done.
Right there, live on the air for y'all.
You know what I'm saying?
Shout out to Christine.
Help me out with that because I got a million things I got going on here.
But yeah, this is it.
Because I remember when I was researching this mini mart right here is very confusing.
It's very excuse me.
It's very familiar.
So this is where it happened.
He was at this barbershop right here.
K-Flock is walking right here, right?
And then, bang, he shot him.
And then this is where I think he actually, where the shooting actually took place.
You guys could, if you guys remember, you know what?
Me pull up that other video that I had.
Give me one second, guys.
Huh?
What they're saying is off.
What are they saying?
Oh, Nick's the chat.
Yo, you guys are fucking ruthless.
That was his final.
Yo, you guys are fucking ruthless.
Oh, my God.
Yeah, you guys got Christina dying in the back right now.
All right.
So what I was going to do is I was going to pull up that other video clip that I had from before just to really confirm with y'all.
Let me stop sharing this one.
Okay.
Let me go back to goddamn on Google Chrome.
How do you look at the history again?
I'm trying to remember.
I don't use Google Chrome.
This shit trash.
Go on.
To what?
You know what a OF is on the right?
This right here?
Oh, yeah, there we go.
All right.
So this one.
Is this it?
I think this was the link.
Okay, bam.
Okay, cool, cool, cool.
This is it right here.
All right.
So I'm going to share the screen with y'all again.
And I think just to confirm.
All right.
God damn it.
Why wouldn't it let me share?
Hold on.
Google Chrome is giving me an issue.
It's freezing on me right now.
One second, guys.
I don't know why it's acting crazy.
God damn it.
Is this still working?
Or is the screen acting crazy on that side?
All right.
I don't know what the hell.
What was that?
I'm just going to have to control.
I'll delete this shit.
Watch.
It's acting crazy.
Can they still hear me?
Can y'all still hear me?
The computer just froze on me here.
Google Chrome literally just give me a not responding.
Give me ones in the chat if you guys can hear me.
They can still hear me.
Okay.
Yeah, Google.
Okay, so you guys can still hear me.
But yeah, Google Chrome is acting crazy.
So give me one second.
I'm probably going to go after in the task manager and close, manually close this shit.
So yeah, yeah.
Yeah, Google Chrome always wrecks me.
See that?
I closed the tabs and it was still acting crazy, bro.
God damn it.
All right.
Give me one second, guys.
The stream's going to go black, but I'm going to be right back.
Give me like 10 seconds, not even.
All right.
All right.
I'm back.
I'm back.
Sorry, guys.
All right.
So let me pull this goddamn thing up one more time.
All right.
So we confirmed.
We know what the address is.
Okay.
If y'all want me to, you know what?
I'll let you guys choose.
If you guys want, I'll pull up that one last video footage of when he actually, you guys can see him get shot.
Give me ones in the chat if you guys want me to pull it up.
And you guys can make the final connection.
If you guys don't, I'll continue on with the show.
Let me know if you guys want me to pull up that footage again so that you can compare and contrast.
But I'm pretty certain that we got the right address there of where it was.
It was the final destination barbershop.
Okay.
So y'all do want to compare and contrast.
Okay.
I got you, man.
I'm a man of the people.
Do me a favor, like the video, okay?
While I pull this bad boy up, because y'all know that Google Chrome is freaking trash, man.
All right.
So history.
Okay.
Boom.
Okay.
So I got that.
And then the address was, what was it?
1870 Amsterdam?
Oh, no. 1820 Amsterdam.
1820 Amsterdam.
You know, no, we already know.
It's named the final, final 1820?
Final destination barbershop?
Oh, that's a terrible name.
God damn.
Oh, final barbar.
I'm over here thinking of the movie.
Final barbershop.
All right.
Mr. Damn.
Yeah, the final cut barbershop.
Okay.
Yeah, these dudes are.
You guys are ruthless, man.
You guys.
The internet knows no bounds, man.
Okay, I'm just pulling it up on the Google Maps for y'all right now.
Give me one second.
Okay.
All right.
All right.
So here we go.
All right.
So I'm going to compare and contrast it one last time.
So let me share the screen with y'all.
So we're going to go.
Let me go back to StreamYard.
Share.
So here we go, guys.
This is the map.
This is Google Map.
This is the barbershop right here, right, where it happened.
Here's the mini mark where I'm almost certain that they took the bodega footage, right?
And then this is the footage here of the shooting from the front angle.
You can see he addresses him.
Fuck you, bro.
You don't want this.
Fuck you.
Hey, yo, what'd you say about my Tim's son?
My Tim's clean.
What you talking about?
Hey, yo, suck my dick, nigga.
Yeah, fuck you, bro.
And then next thing you know.
And yeah.
And I think, if I'm not mistaken, bro, where I think he got shot is right where he's lying there.
I think it's right here.
So let me share it.
Boom.
Boom.
Yo, I think this is it right here.
This is where I think this is where he got shot, guys, and he landed.
Like right around there.
Like in the middle.
Yeah, right around here.
He got hit.
Because you can kind of see this sign in the camera.
So that's, yeah, he got shot right around this area.
And Flat was probably right here.
And then just hit him right there.
He was probably on the corner of that joint.
Shot him.
He fell in that thing right there.
So now let's continue back with the criminal complaint.
We're doing real-time detective work, guys, on the air.
All right.
So let's go back to the criminal complaint, right?
So share the screen again.
Boom.
Window.
All right.
So, bang, right here, right?
All right.
So this is the, so now we know where he shot him exactly, what happened, right?
So we did some detective work, even though they didn't want to tell us in here.
So we know now.
Now, we see the gun was found.
Where was the gun found?
Okay.
I observed a black Glock 9mm on the stairs in front of 528 West 151st Street between Amsterdam Avenue and Broadway.
All right.
So let's go back to Google Maps, right?
We know this is where the shooting happened, right?
So let's go back.
Let me stop the share screen real fast.
And thank you guys for bearing with me here.
Make sure to like the video, comment, and subscribe.
All right.
Okay.
Share.
Cool.
So here we are.
So now we got 1820 Amsterdam Ave, right?
So that's where we know it is.
We're going to go directions.
All right.
So we know the gun was left at 528 West 151st Street.
Okay.
York, New York.
So, damn, bro, you couldn't go a little further, my man.
Oh, man.
So literally, this is where he dropped the gun, guys.
So he went from here, right?
0.2 miles, ran around the corner.
So he shot him here, ran around the corner, ran around the corner again, and this is where he ended up.
Let's look at it.
All right, bang, right here.
This is where he left the gun, guys.
Oh, my God.
Oh, my God.
You know what?
That takes another one, bro.
Bro.
Y'all know how I feel when I find out about shit like this, bro.
God damn.
So, yeah, that's where he dropped the gun.
So, he ran around the corner.
He came probably from this direction right here.
Right?
Yeah, here's West 151st.
So, he ran down here, came down, and he was like, fuck.
My man just decided, fuck it.
We fight 28 gang now and just drops that share right here, guys.
God fucking damn it.
He could have thrown in a bush or something.
Fuck.
All right.
All right.
So anyway.
Okay.
So now that brings me to the next part.
Why that gun is so critical.
Because this is why you don't leave your gun on the crime scene, guys.
Nope, wrong one.
Sorry.
My bad.
Wrong tab.
Oh, well, I lost it because Chrome is trash.
All right.
Let me pull it up here.
Where is it?
Okay, here we go.
Okay.
Got the tab.
All right.
So let me share the screen with y'all real fast.
We got almost 1,800 of you guys in here.
All right.
So, news.
And this came out a couple days ago, January 19, 2022.
Police revealed that K-Flock's DNA and fingerprints were found on the murder weapon, man.
Police revealed that K-Flock's DNA and fingerprints were found on the murder weapon after he tossed it while running from the police.
No word yet on if this will deny K-Flock any bail, but this definitely is not good news for the young New York rapper.
Stay tuned for more updates.
Police say they found K-Flock's DNA fingerprints on the murder weapon tossed during foot chase.
K-Flocks was transferred to Rikers Island West facility for inmates with contagious diseases.
And this is where he is.
You can look him up on, you know, the Rikers website.
I don't know what he has.
Maybe it's COVID or chickenpox.
I don't know.
And yeah, guys, this is not good at all, my friend.
So they found the DNA on the gun, and this is recently.
And this was not put in the affidavit.
Okay.
They did not put that in the affidavit.
So I'm suspecting that they sent it to the lab and got the results recently.
Okay.
They probably suspected that his DNA was on it, or they might have even got a preliminary report, but they didn't want to make anything official until they got a certified lab copy.
And that's probably what they got.
So the other thing, too, guys, as you guys know, that has me confused that I don't like that this detective did, but I have a suspicion as to why he did it.
If you guys notice throughout the affidavit, he keeps referring to K-Flock by what he's wearing.
Okay.
Mentions all the time.
Dark puffy coat, black hood, black pants with light blue and red patches, and red and white shoes, white soles, right?
Black and red shoes with white soles.
And he keeps doing this.
As you can see, the second time he does it, right?
Red patches, et cetera, white souls inside the bodega, right?
Pulls up the jacket.
He never refers to him as Perez.
Like I told you guys before, anytime you arrest a defendant, you typically refer to their last name as Perez in these documents, right?
Fed, state, whatever it is.
This is the first time I've read an affidavit where they don't openly refer to the defendant by their last name.
And I think I have a speculation as to why this is.
See, here we go again, the third time.
We're referring to his clothes.
Okay?
I think I know why.
The reason why is because I'm pretty confident they have Instagram footage that shows K-Flock wearing a very similar, if not the same, outfit.
And what they did was they wanted to basically show he was wearing a very unique outfit that no one else would be wearing at that time in that location.
Because I know for a fact they probably have his cell phone and they looked at location data and put him in the place at the time.
That's why I think they kept referring to him by what he's wearing.
That was easy.
That's what it is, man.
Because from what I understand, they mapped it out.
They have his phone.
And if I'm not mistaken, on that day, K-Flock was on Instagram.
And if you guys look now, K-Flock is not on Instagram, guys.
His Instagram is gone.
All right.
And this happens all the time.
You know, Casanova did this with his Instagram.
YW Melly did this with his Instagram deleting stuff.
And the unfortunate reality, guys, is I broke this down for y'all before.
The feds can get all your Instagram data and they can also get all your location data on your phone.
So they probably had him wearing the same outfit and proof of it on his phone, which is why they kept describing him by what he was wearing, because what he was wearing was extremely unique.
And no one else is going to be wearing Amiri jeans, a Montclair jacket, rare retro Jordans, basically an outfit worth a couple thousand dollars.
okay so predictions before i do this prediction let's see how many likes we got And give me some flame emojis if you guys enjoyed this breakdown.
I don't think anyone has these court documents, broke it down like that.
We found the murder location.
We found where he dropped the murder weapon right on air.
Real time, baby.
What is this?
Is this some new information here?
What is this?
Let's see here.
Oh, we might have some new.
Let's see here.
Rest charge arraignment.
They just updated it.
Okay, woman, talk in the mic.
Tell the people.
Just talk in the fucking mic.
What did you just find?
Here, tell them what you just found.
All right.
You got to talk into the mic.
I hate this.
Give me the computer.
I got to read it.
Oh, okay.
Go ahead.
I can't like see.
Okay, talk.
So they just updated.
So he's being charged with one family, one account of murder with intention.
The second count is loaded firearm.
The third account is loaded fire gun by arm.
Uh-huh.
Gun other than handgun.
What?
Yeah.
Weapon, drug, slash drug with gun.
Okay, okay.
So it's three counts, right?
Yeah, but the top charge is like intention.
Is that here?
Let's look here.
Chrome possession of farm in a second degree.
Murder in second degree.
I don't like that.
Okay.
Did they update it?
Yeah.
That's what I wasn't there before.
I check it almost every day.
Oh, shit.
It wasn't there before.
Okay.
They might have changed the charges, guys.
They might have upgraded them.
Well, because if you look at it, it's like.
Talking to Mike, talking to Mike.
Yeah, talking to Mike.
Okay.
If you look at what?
I just lost it.
Hold on.
If you look at it before then, when they were charging him, they were charging him for killing.
Now changing it, murder with intention.
They don't really have anything on him yet until we think about it.
Okay, so before it was murder in the second degree.
So now it's saying murder with intention now.
Yeah.
Does it say first degree in there?
Because if it's murder with intention, it's probably going to be first degree.
Say that?
You know, it says A Family One count, arrest charge, arrayment charge, murder with intention.
Doesn't say first degree, though.
Send that link to me on Telegram on the Mac.
I'll show it to the people right now, what you're reading from.
Yeah, she's on the New York website right now doing it.
We got y'all, man.
We're doing it live, baby.
Okay.
Okay.
All right.
Anyway.
All right.
So this is, yeah.
So this is the document right here, guys.
So let me give you my predictions while she pulls that up for y'all.
I'm glad you guys enjoyed that, by the way.
Let's see here.
Let me just check the likes real fast before I break this down.
We got 1838, 1836 in here.
Oh, we got 1,800 likes.
All right.
Yeah, that's what I'm talking about, baby.
Yeah.
Okay.
Let's see here if I got all right.
Okay, so this is what I'm thinking, man.
What him is defense attorney?
Oh, Bay Cracker five bucks.
Brave browser is better.
Plus, it pays you and BAT coins to use it.
It transferred from Google Chrome.
So all the add-ons on plugins still work.
See, the problem is that StreamYard is on some bullshit, bro.
That's why.
That's why StreamYard is very difficult to use.
Moncier bandit.
Oh, Montclair 20 bucks.
Thank you so much, bro.
Y'all are fucking clowns, bro.
I love you guys, man.
Those jokes with the final barbershop literally have me dead.
Someone said he should have went to Super Cuts instead.
You guys are fucking terrible, man.
All right.
So anyway, so here's my thing.
All right.
So here's it.
Here's a here's the issue.
And guys, start getting your questions ready.
Um, super chat in your questions, and I'll answer them and then we'll wrap this thing up.
Okay, we always do a QA at the end of every show for everyone that's new.
So, here's what I think: based on reading the criminal complaint, the facts, his history, etc.
What I think his defense attorney should do, because at this point, the defense originally, if you guys remember, we read the article, Lehman's or whatever his name is, he was originally going to say, My guy wasn't the shooter.
That's what he was originally going to say.
That was going to be his defense.
He was not the shooter.
Someone else shot, blah, blah, blah.
That defense is effectively that ain't going to work because now I guarantee you they have phone evidence, not only phone evidence, but they have the gun, they have the shells, and they can put him in the location.
I'm more than likely, more than sure, they probably have him on Instagram wearing that outfit.
Okay, so for the police, that was easy.
That's a wrap.
They got him dead to rights on he was he's there, okay?
So, what they're gonna have to do, Agent Fit the Montclair Clapper, yo, y'all are fucking ew.
You guys are fucking crazy, bro.
Amiria Sassin, yo, my man, showed up.
Let that boy was like, Hey, yo, son, my Tim's are not that dirty.
Oh, really?
They are, son.
You shook my dick, really, suck my dick, okay, bro.
Done, bro.
Fatality.
That's it.
It's a rap.
Amiria assassin.
We're one with the soundboard over here.
So, anyway, um, what was I gonna say?
Um, so this, so, so, that defense is effectively done.
And I get it, the defense attorney is gonna go with the best thing.
Oh, Your Honor, my client wasn't even there.
He was not the shooter.
The prosecutor, you're stupid because we got the murder weapon, and your clients DNA is on it.
You stupid, and yeah.
So, the best thing that we could do here is he's gonna have to run a self-defense case.
And the beauty is this, not the beauty, but the thing that's in K-Flock's favor is this: he's a famous rapper, he has a lot of ops.
People want him dead.
We went through this in the first half of the show.
For some of you guys that just joined, I broke down that his ops, how the gang issues that he has.
He's a verified gang member with the bloods, etc.
Now, is being a gang member, I guess this is one of the because here's the thing: I want to make this very clear to y'all: it is not illegal to be in a gang.
I'm gonna say that again for y'all, it is not illegal to be in a gang, it is illegal to commit criminal activities that benefit the gang, okay?
So, beating someone up, robbing somebody, et cetera, committing criminal activity while as a gang member is where you get fucked up and you get hit with the racketeering, okay?
So, but being in the gang is not a crime in itself, all right?
So, what his defense attorney's probably gonna do is he's gonna illustrate him as a young guy that came from a rough background that finally made it, is a hip-hop superstar that has a lot of jealous, angry opposition that wants to kill him.
Therefore, and he was with a family member, they're gonna definitely use that too.
Family member, girlfriend, whatever it is.
I think that's his that's that's a family member.
So, what they're gonna say is he has a lot of people that are trying to kill him.
He was with a family member and he tried to walk away from a dispute with a subject, okay?
And then, what they're gonna say is he walked away, the subject pursued as a subject pursued.
We don't know what they were saying to each other.
So, real talk, the other guy, he's gone, okay?
Oh, shit!
So, real talk is just K-Flock's word, and whoever was with him, a witness, they could say, Hey, he was gonna say, I'm gonna clap you, son.
Fuck you, suck my dick, blah, blah, blah.
I'm gonna get you, you're a pussy, blah, blah, blah.
I'm gonna clap you right now.
And here's the thing: I ain't gonna lie to y'all.
If I was in K-Flock's shoes, right, and I'm armed, and someone comes up to me saying they're gonna kill me, blah, blah, blah.
And I see them reaching in their jacket, whatever.
You know what I'm saying?
He could have a fucking plastic gun.
It don't matter.
It's not 2020 hindsight, guys.
It's always what were the facts known to the subject at the time of the shooting.
It's never 2020 hindsight.
So that's why I always laugh when these news reporters or all these other people come in and say, oh, it was a plastic gun.
You killed an innocent person.
Listen, stupid.
We don't operate in 2020 hindsight here, okay?
When there's an officer involved shooting and they shoot someone and kill him because they thought he had a knife, but they found that was a plastic knife or they thought he had a gun, but it was a cap gun or an air gun.
It doesn't matter.
It's a clean shoot every single time because we don't go off of 2020 hindsight.
It's off what the officer knew at the time.
What were the facts present to him when he made that decision to use deadly force?
And if it was reasonable and there was an honest potential for his life to be in danger, it's clear.
And in this situation, K-Flock's a private citizen armed illegally, which isn't good.
But if he can articulate, or more importantly, his defense attorney can articulate, K-Flock better not fucking take the stand.
You know, any defense attorney that puts their client on the stand, I've always wondered what the hell the point is of that.
The only reason they do that is like for extreme, like for extreme testimony, you know what I'm saying?
To like get a like, they did that with Rittenhouse, right?
They put Rittenhouse on the stand, which I was like, whoa, are y'all crazy putting this dude on the stand?
But they did it so they get the shock value.
You know what I'm saying?
So that he can say it in his own words.
And that's kind of why he had that breakdown and everything else like that.
Make no mistake about it, guys.
Your attorney prepares you before you hit the stand.
The attorney prepares you.
When I was an agent and I went to trial, you know, the agent, the attorney, the AUSA, or the prosecutor, they prepare you before you hit the stand because you're going to get questioned by your side, aka your prosecutor or your defense attorney, whatever it is.
And then you're going to get cross-examined by the opposition.
So with K-Flock, he's definitely not going to take the stand.
I would be shocked if he took the stand.
You know what I'm saying?
You don't put your defendant on the stand unless like there's like a serious good reason to do it.
And then the Rittenhouse case, it was a clear-cut self-defense case.
And they just wanted to add that little oomph.
You know what I'm saying?
I'm like, oh my God, I'm scared for my life, et cetera.
But in this kind of case, where it's kind of like a toss-up, nah, Kyle Renhaus has clear-cut defense.
You could put him on the stand.
You know what I'm saying?
It was unorthodox.
But anyway, going back to what I was saying.
So K-Flock's defense is going to need to construct the fact that he's a famous rapper with a lot of angry opposition that's just trying to get out the hood and make a way for himself.
He hit it big.
People are jealous.
And he's with a loved one that he needs to protect.
Okay.
Yes.
Was it illegal that he had a farm?
Yes.
But had he not had the gun, he would have died that day or he could have died that day.
That's how the defense is probably going to frame it.
That's how they're going to paint the narrative.
And since the other dude is dead, they can't, there's no other examination.
He's gone.
So K-Flock is probably going to say the K-Flock's attorney, right, is going to articulate, hey, they threatened him, et cetera.
They're probably going to put his niece on the stand or whoever he was with.
She's going to go on the stand and say how she felt scared.
And he, you know, he had his gun, but he protected me.
I thought he was going to kill us.
He said he was going to kill us, blah, blah, blah.
He came closer to us.
We walked away.
All of this paints the picture that K-Flock made intentions to retreat.
The guy wouldn't allow it.
He attacked him, invaded the space, and deadly force was necessary.
Bang.
And if they can do that, K-Flock might be able to walk away from this.
And to be honest with you, I hope he does.
I really do.
I hope he does.
I like his music.
And he's 18 years old, bro.
You know what I'm saying?
He's 18 years old.
So that's what I think the strategy is going to be because there's no way around it.
He was there.
He was there, Scott.
You know, attorney.
He was there.
The cops got the, I guarantee you, the cops have the fucking geolocation stuff off the phones.
We saw in the Wynne W. Melly case how that can be critical.
You know what I'm saying?
They literally put Melly in the location, contrary to his story, saying, I was not there, blah, blah, blah.
We got hit with a drive-by shooting.
And you guys should definitely, if you guys want to know how the cops use geolocation, watch that breakdown.
I go over it in painful detail.
Okay.
But they got him at the scene.
They got the murder weapon.
They got the shells.
They got the video footage.
They got him at the other bodega that we identified where they can clearly see the gun.
There's no way around it.
He's going to have to, he's going to have to present a very airtight self-defense case.
That's it.
No other way around it.
No other way around it.
And here's the thing.
He's going to beat the, if he could do it, he's going to beat the murder charge, but he ain't going to get away from the gun charge.
That's the other thing.
That's the other thing that concerns me.
He's probably going to get hit with it with the gun charge.
You know what I'm saying?
But they might be able to work something out with that.
Because if he's able to beat the murder charge on self-defense, the gun charge, they might be able to get it.
They'll probably be able to work out a plea deal.
You know what I'm saying?
Where he'll get, you know, possession of a dangerous weapon or some other bullshit like that.
And he'll, you know what I'm saying?
And he'll plead to that.
He'll get maybe some probation.
You know what I'm saying?
They're probably going to have some crazy standards on him.
Hey, you're going to have a probation officer.
You won't be able to leave the state without permission, et cetera.
But his defense attorney, if he's smart, he's going to spin it with self-defense.
People want him dead.
He's a member of a gang.
He's changed his life around.
He's now a rap artist, very popular, very famous.
He's changing his life around.
He's a breadwinner for his family.
He was protecting his niece.
He was protecting his family.
He had no other choice.
The individual came up to him and told him he was going to kill him, et cetera, et cetera.
Beats a murder charge.
After the murder charge is beat, the prosecution is going to say, you know what?
Let's work something out.
We don't want to go to trial.
We already lost the most important charge.
This guy's not going to do that much time.
It ain't worth our time.
You know what?
Let's get, you know, let's plead to a possession of a dangerous weapon or some other shit, a class C felony or something.
Okay, cool.
All right.
You're going to get probation for three years.
You know, time served.
You've been in Rikers all this time anyway.
Done.
You're on an ankle monitor.
You can't leave the state without our permission or to perform, et cetera.
Have a good day.
Enjoy your career.
You get a slap on the wrist because of the situation.
You're young, et cetera.
Hopefully, they'll get his record label to come in and testify on his behalf.
You know what I'm saying?
Like they did for NBA Youngboy on this Fed case.
You know, they let him out on bond.
So this is, you know, this is me just spitballing here chatting with y'all about what I think could happen if he's able to build to build the self-defense case, which I think he can do it.
I think he can't do it.
And he has an attorney that could probably do it for him.
So that's what it is, man.
That's the breakdown.
Let's do the Q&A.
Okay, you sent me the image.
Okay, okay.
I'm going to send this image to myself real quick.
And I'll show you guys the new charges from the website.
People are sending it to the question.
Okay, and I'll read the super chats here in a second.
I'm going to show you guys this thing real fast because I know you guys probably want to see this.
Shout out to Christina finding this, by the way.
What the hell?
I got to save it.
Save.
All right.
Bear with me here, guys.
Okay.
All right.
So let me pull up some of these chats while I pull up this picture.
A lot of flame emojis.
Thank you guys so much.
Love you guys.
Let's see here.
I see a couple chats here.
I'm scrolling through.
Okay.
Kay Shorty and Coach the Ghost case.
I got y'all.
I'll do the Coach the Ghost case.
I'm already pretty aware of the case.
I'm going to tell y'all, yo, he's fighting a murder.
And I don't know if you guys know, he was indicted in Atlanta in the Northern District of Georgia on gun charges.
So it ain't looking too good for Coach, man, aka Culture Bermudas.
It's not looking too good for him.
But I can definitely break that case down for y'all.
I'm a big fan of his music.
Okay.
We got Johnny Pangolinen, five bucks.
What are your thoughts on that lawyer who went on DJ Vlad saying that Casanova evidence is really weak?
With all due respect to Mo, he is not a criminal defense attorney.
I looked him up.
He is a, if I'm not mistaken, like a business attorney, like a business litigation type attorney.
I'm looking up right now, actually.
I looked up his stuff because when he was saying that stuff, I was like, well, hold on one sec.
And this is no shade on him.
But from what I looked at in his credentials, he does not practice criminal law.
And not only does he not practice criminal law, he doesn't practice federal criminal law.
And for anyone that doesn't know, the big difference is the feds don't lose, baby.
And not only do the feds not lose, the southern district of New York does not lose, which is the prosecution, the prosecuting U.S. attorney's office that's running the Casanova case.
And keep in mind, guys, the Casanova case is part of a racketeering Rico case, okay?
Which I want you guys to go back and check that one out.
I break down Rico from A to Z, what it is and why it's extremely serious and why, regardless of the evidence that the feds have on Casanova, it doesn't matter because the fact that he's a gang member and his activities that he conducted, they were illegal and he's a part of a gang.
It doesn't matter.
It's racketeering.
It's done.
Because to get a case prosecuted as a RICO is hard in the first place.
So if you get it approved as a RICO, think of it this way.
It's very difficult to do a federal case, right?
As an agent, you got to investigate for a while and you have to put together a lot of evidence.
Okay.
So if you're able to designate your case as a racketeering case or RICO case, RICO laws are designed to destroy criminal organizations.
Okay.
But I'm telling you this as a former federal agent that's done these cases.
It is extremely difficult to get a case approved by the Department of Justice as a RICO case.
And the reason why is because you need to articulate and show that it's an organized criminal organization, right?
That is sophisticated, has levels of chains of command.
Okay.
They're a recognized criminal organization nationally to some degree.
Think the mafia, think bloods, think Crips, think national organizations to some degree that affects interstate commerce.
And you have to articulate that they're involved in racketeering type activities, murder, extortion, drug trafficking, et cetera, in furtherance of the organization.
So, and you have to go and submit this application to the Department of Justice in Washington, D.C. And then they designate your case as a racketeering case.
So, in other words, you do a lot of work on the front end to designate the case as a RICO case.
So, what?
When you present the case for prosecution, it's easy on the back end.
I'm going to say that one more time for y'all.
Slow it down.
I just dissed you.
Ain't nobody going to tell y'all this.
A RICO case is very difficult to do because you need to get the case approved as a RICO on the front end, which is extremely difficult.
Once you get the case approved as a RICO case on the front end, which is difficult to do, it's easy to do on the back end when it comes to charging motherfuckers and prosecuting them to the fullest extent of the law.
Okay.
So, the issue with the Casanova case, why he says the evidence is weak, maybe if it was a regular investigation, sure.
A little bit of marijuana selling, or maybe a flimsy firearm possession case, etc.
Yeah, maybe it would be weak.
But guess what?
Now it's racketeering.
All the feds have to prove is that he committed criminal activity to further the gang's power and influence.
Done.
That's why Mo is incorrect on that.
With all due respect.
And not only that, he's getting prosecuted by the Southern District of New York and the FBI field office.
They don't lose.
And that's a fact.
So with Casanova, I'm telling you, and I gave this prediction before: unless he cooperates with the government.
And when I say cooperate, I'm talking to give some names.
He's going to have to testify against all the guys above him.
He is going to be a problem.
He's going to do a lot of time.
And the thing is, I know Casanova ain't going to tell.
I know he's not going to snitch.
So he's going to do at least bare minimum, 15 to 20.
And he has an extensive criminal history.
But I will say this: to his benefit, he's in the middle.
He's not the top guy.
The top guy is Dick Wolf.
If he testifies against Dick Wolf and the other five guys ahead of him, he's going to get a significant amount of time taken off.
But I know he ain't going to do it.
So he's acclimated to prison.
So that's the cold, hard truth with that.
The evidence is not weak because it's a RICO case.
If it was on its own, it would be weak.
I agree.
If it was on its own, it would be weak.
But the fact that the case is designated as RICO and it's a blood gang and it's the Southern District of New York, along with the FBI New York Field Office, and it was a fucking RICO case and a million agencies participated in it and they got clear evidence on wiretaps and shit like that, bro.
We read the indictment.
Everyone that's curious, go check out that Casanova case.
I went really deep on that one.
G Complex, 217, 5 bucks.
Do we know if that guy that got shot have a weapon on his person?
Also, let me get that wrench on this channel too.
Shit.
Let me see if I can, you know, I got to start mining some of y'all up.
Let me open up another tab on YouTube so I can do this.
Yeah, I don't know if he had a weapon, but it doesn't matter because really, honestly, all K-Flock's defense has to do is articulate that the guy, he thought he was armed and it looked like he was armed.
And you guys could see even in the video, he's motioning to him like this, talking shit, and he's reaching in his jacket.
That's enough, bro.
That's potentially enough to shoot him.
You know what I'm saying?
And we don't know.
We don't, here's the other thing, too.
You know, I just thought about this, right?
I literally just thought about this.
If K-Flock defense can articulate that he knows that guy personally and that guy has made death threats to him in the past, or maybe they even got in a physical altercation in the past, or he almost killed him or some shit like that, and they fought and he fucked K-Flock up one time or he jumped him or whatever.
If K-Flock can articulate that he knows this dude and there was an issue, even more evidence for self-defense.
You know, from what I understand, what the bloggers are saying is that they didn't know each other, but who knows?
You know what I'm saying?
Because he came at him like you knew him.
He definitely came at him like you knew him.
So let's see here.
Let's see here.
Shout out to everybody in the chat, man.
Y'all showing a lot of love, man.
Pods Nation.
What's the charge for a concealed carry permit honored in another state, but found in possession of NYC?
It depends.
Different states have different reciprocation laws.
So I don't know New York, how New York operates, but let's say you got a gun permit.
Let's say in Florida.
Some states have reciprocity.
So my gun permit is good in Georgia.
You know what I'm saying?
A lot of the time it's states that are next to each other that touch borders, right?
So I don't need a Georgia gun permit to have my gun that I have with me registered in Florida.
You know what I'm saying?
The permit has reciprocity.
But some states don't accept it.
New York, I would not be surprised if New York did not accept reciprocity from a lot of other states.
You know what I'm saying?
So you got to look that up.
But every state is different.
Unless you're law enforcement.
If you're law enforcement, then you good.
There ain't nobody really going to give you a hard time.
T-Roy, designer demon.
Thank you for that, man.
That's hilarious.
179 Super Chat.
Thank you.
We got Lake Eth Evans.
Yo, Brittany is online.
Talk crap about you guys.
She can't handle the truth, bro.
Love this show.
You mind having background investigation music.
I don't have any background investigation music, but I do have this.
And hey, man.
Brittany can say whatever she wants, bro.
It is what it is, man.
I mean, if y'all listen to the podcast, then you guys are going to see that I just was 100% honest.
You agree with me at the end?
And, you know, if she wants to change her mind now, then I don't know.
I guess, well, that's in her prerogative.
I ain't got nothing to say to her or anything negative to say about her.
I thought it was a very good discussion, but she wants to double back on Instagram.
Yeah.
All right.
Let's see here.
What else do we got?
A lot of flame emojis.
You guys really enjoyed that breakdown.
I'm glad that you guys enjoyed it, man.
All right, let's see here.
I want to make sure I didn't miss anybody.
We got Alexander Wayne.
He's fried if he admits anything.
He should take it to trial.
Alexander, who are you referring to exactly?
Are you talking about K-Flock or are you talking about YNW Melly?
If you're talking about YMW, if you're talking about K-Flock, yeah, he's going to have to go to trial to present the self-defense claim.
You know what I'm saying?
Let's see here.
And then you know what?
While I pull this, while we guys get your questions in, let me pull up this thing on Telegram real fast for y'all that Christina got me from the New York website.
All right, so here's the photo.
You should ask him who Lee Lantern.
Oh, yeah, I'll ask that.
Okay, so I'm going to share the screen with y'all real fast.
Boom.
And here it is, gentlemen.
And ladies out there.
Hold on.
God damn it.
What was that?
Okay.
I missed a bunch.
Yeah.
Oh, shit.
Okay.
All right.
I'm going to pull him up right now.
Let me.
I think because the whole idea will put it in and we just take a cover.
Give me one second, guys.
Let me pull this thing up real fast.
Telegram is such a pain in the fucking balls, man.
Give me one sec, guys.
Trying to enlarge it for y'all.
I don't know why I won't enlarge.
There we go.
All right.
There we go.
All right.
Now I'm going to share the screen with y'all.
Apologize for that.
Telegram is a pain in the nuts.
God damn it.
All right.
So here it is, guys.
Case information, New York Criminal Court.
Boom.
Press Kevin.
Here's a case number.
Felony A, one count, arrest charge, arraignment charge, murder with intention.
Top charge.
So it looks like they might have upgraded it.
And then arrest charge, Raymond charge, loaded firearm, and then loaded firearm, gun other than handgun.
And that is C-class.
So one A felony, two C-class felonies.
Yeah, I mean, that makes sense because they arraigned him.
So that means now it's formal.
So they could have made more, I guess, more solid charges based on more evidence that was probably gathered.
So I'm not surprised.
I wouldn't be surprised if they did a superseding indictment, so to speak, within the state.
State system is a little bit different than the federal system, but it looks like the charges were upgraded a bit from what we originally had.
Okay, let's see here.
What else we got?
Okay, so let me make sure I got all these here.
And then what I'm going to do is I'm going to actually pull up any chance that I might have missed.
T-Roy, 899, is it true you are presumed and assumed a defendant until you rebut with administrative process?
No, sir.
It is, you are presumed innocent until proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt in the United States.
And I see that you're from Great Britain.
So until you rebut with administrative.
Yeah, that's definitely, yeah.
I've never heard of that language in the United States.
But yeah, in the United States, you are presumed innocent until proven guilty in the court of law.
Let's see here.
Let's see.
What else do we got here?
Loving this Myron.
20.1K on Air.
Yo, y'all really love the content, man.
I fuck with y'all, man.
I'm glad you guys enjoy it and really like it.
Hopefully you guys learn because anybody else doing this?
And I know I say that a million times, but sometimes I got to remind you guys.
Let's see here.
Okay, let me try pulling up.
Give me one second, guys.
I think I'm going to pull up right here, the super chats that I might have missed.
Okay, so, okay, here we go.
Okay, so we got Mile Runner, 20 bucks, super sticker.
Thank you so much for that.
I appreciate that greatly, my friend.
Okay.
We got Jacob Jab Crow Joe.
Any plan on the Capitol Riots, it would be epic.
$2.
Yes, I will do it for you guys.
I'll do the Capital Riots.
The only thing about the Capital Riots, why I haven't really prioritized it, guys, is because a lot of those charges are misdemeanors, surprisingly.
They are misdemeanors, guys.
But if y'all want, I can do, who's that guy, man, that Rolo that disagrees with, that got arrested at the Capitol Riots.
I forget his name.
Pat Stedman.
I could break down his case because actually I did read his court paperwork.
It's misdemeanor stuff.
But if y'all want, I could do it.
All right, Derek Mitchell, can you do a video on the O-Block Rico case?
I got y'all.
I will do that.
That might be the next one that I do, guys.
That might be the next one.
Shout out to Michael Jordan.
Stop it.
Get some help.
That case right there.
I have my own conspiracies about that one, bro.
I think, you know, I'll just say it.
I think the feds are after Dirk, bro.
Just my suspicion.
I don't have any insider information, but just me thinking from, you know, that's what I would do.
If I was the case, if I was the main case agent and I did an O Block Rico case, I would, who is the top guy?
You know what I'm saying?
If I was the agent, that's what it was, you know?
Not that I want Dirk to get arrested.
I enjoy his music, too.
Why do y'all always want me to do breakdowns of rappers that I like, bro?
Alexander Wayne, he's fried if he admits anything.
He should take his trial.
Did Wayne go in the chat and say who he's talking about?
If it's Kay Flock or Melly?
Because I was talking about both of them.
I mean, honestly, both of them are Friday.
No.
Flock, if he's going to do the defense, the self-defense stance, he needs to go to trial.
Wynn W. Melly should not go to trial.
Okay.
Bait Cracker.
It's fine.
I answered it both regardless of whatever he wants.
Bait Cracker, five bucks.
Just FYI can't super chat on the main channel.
Could you help fix that?
I'm a supporter.
No hate for me.
No, bro.
It's fine, man.
You know, if you can't, man, it's okay.
Don't worry about it, bro.
Your support is more than enough.
The positive comments, you know, and helping us out, that's more than enough.
Just subscribe to the channel and share with your friends.
A-Loc, Tupac.
Okay.
Oh, Kay Shorty and Coach to Ghost.
Yes, I got you.
Johnny Pendulin, you asked a good question about the Casanova case.
Got you.
And it said, like I said, man, no shade on Mo Gagnat, but he is not a defense attorney.
Yeah, there we go.
Here, here's his Twitter right here.
So y'all know I'm not capping and being a hater.
Here's his Twitter right here.
He goes, I don't know if you guys can see that, right?
It says, NYC attorney, I sue employers, cops, and anyone else who deserves it.
I fight the good fight.
How about you?
So basically, he's a civil litigation attorney, guys.
He's not a criminal defense attorney, which are two different worlds, by the way, criminal court versus civil court.
Okay.
Unless he does criminal defense as well, but that's something that you would typically advertise on your joint.
But suing people, suing employers is civil litigation.
Different world.
G Complex, five bucks.
Do we know if the guy that got shot have a weapon on?
We don't know that yet, but it's not really that big a deal if K-Flox defense can show that he was in fear of his life.
Let's see here, just making sure I don't didn't miss any of your guys' super chats.
Okay, five bucks, Platinum Motorworks.
How do police link guns to other murders when found?
Ballistics, guys.
And then also when a gun shoots, it has unique ballistic basically, think of it like a ballistic fingerprint.
Guns have that.
So that's how they're able to link it a lot of the times.
And then also trajectory.
So if you guys go back, I hate to plug my other videos, but go and look at the YMW Melly case, guys.
In that case, they're using bullet trajectory to basically disprove Melly's theory, Melly's story where he said, oh, we got hit in a drive-by shooting.
Because what the police were able to effectively prove with ballistics tests and a trajectory test is that there's no way that his two friends would have died from a drive-by shooting.
The only way that they would have died was the bullets came from within the car, and Melly was sitting behind one of the victims and next to the other victim.
So the bullet, basically, the trajectory shows the only way they could have died was they got shot in the car, which Melly was sitting in that seat.
You know what I'm saying?
Which that one is a big fucking okay?
So we got Troll Village Citizen.
Someone in the chest said, buddy, received his last fade.
Yo, man.
All right.
Blank space, five bucks.
I appreciate you double checked and took the time to find the bodega instead of just carrying on.
I got y'all, baby.
Alex Vasquez, this content is great.
Was waiting for the stream all day.
Got you, man.
Shy Guy Express, five bucks, supersticker.
Thank you so much.
Marquise Montgomery, what's the best way to get rid of a weapon?
Let's see here.
I would say destroy it, right?
Burn that bitch.
You know, burn it or throw it in the river.
Make sure that it's like fully loaded.
Put like a cinder block to it so it sinks all the way to the bottom.
If you can't like absolutely destroy it, you know what I'm saying?
Or put it like or crush the fuck out of it or something.
You need to like mutilate it completely.
I probably shouldn't be telling people that, but whatever.
You guys better not commit no goddamn murders and say you learn.
Dude, I'll bet it.
I'll find you.
You know, I have a particular set of skills, all right, that make me very dangerous to people like you.
I'll find you and I'll kill you.
Hypothetically.
Let's see here.
10 bucks from Kevin Terrell.
Women are not on the front lines in the military.
Might be one, but it's the exception.
Also, wouldn't women in law enforcement not be a good idea then?
Navy vet.
Man, don't even get me started with women in law enforcement.
All I'm going to say is that all the top agents I know or I've ever seen are guys.
Up you are 6987.
They were chasing him.
How about if they caught him with it?
He would have done a lot of time.
But, bro, I mean, you got to run fat.
You got to hide.
Man, give the gun to somebody else.
Give it to the little girl or something.
Let her run with it somewhere.
Like, bro, to shoot someone and get caught with the and get the weapon caught after, especially when you, when you did the shooting with your bare hands, man.
Okay.
If you leave the gun with no prints, illegal purchase.
Okay.
Shouldn't you always leave the weapon?
No, Mo.
That was from earlier.
Let's see here.
Congratulations on 20k subs.
Thank you guys so much.
Don DeMarco Friedo.
Another $5 for the 20K barriers.
Thank you so much.
Next, guys, fuck 50K.
We need to hit 100K, baby.
We need a plaque.
For all the haters, more plaques.
All right.
David Kay, I'm sorry, who are you?
I'm here for Christina.
Cool.
Samuel Bams, 94.
For the homies that couldn't get it this time around, check money Mondays.
Okay, I think, let me make sure here.
Giovanni Norena.
All right.
All right.
Just want to make sure I didn't miss any of your.
Oh, Fedron, TJ Court.
Thank you so much.
Prince, I'm 26.
I wish we could go back to the either days.
Ron Suno is low-key funny as hell on Instagram, by the way.
Ha ha.
I didn't even know he rapped.
Yes, he does rap.
See, a lot of people know him for social media.
Angus Black.
Hey Mario, I'm loving the new channel.
Keep it up.
Thank you so much.
Angus Black.
Joe Exotic, the three kings.
I will do Joe Exotic.
Don't worry.
That is on the list.
Joe Exotic is 100% going to be done, guys, because the reason why that case is interesting is because it was done by Fish and Wildlife, guys.
And that is fucking rare.
Them niggas don't do shit, if I'm going to be honest.
You know what I'm saying?
But yes, they definitely.
I'll definitely do that case.
They did it with the FBI, so we'll do that one.
Richard Hernandez, do Hunter B. I don't know who Hunter B is, but can you make a note of that, Christina?
Hunter B. I already have that gun.
Oh, you do?
Okay.
Isaac J. Smooth.
Please do Fast and the Furious.
I will do Fast and the Furious.
For those of you that are wondering, Fast and the Furious was basically it wasn't really a case, so to speak.
It was more of a congressional investigation because long story short, the ATF let a bunch of guns walk that ended up getting people killed.
Yacenti Simonis, I sent you an email.
Can I pay you to post a video I created?
Oh, no, that was the Push IC one.
Shit, I was reading Push IC Super Chats.
I'm sorry, guys.
But some of these questions came up anyway.
Let's see here.
Okay, Mil Runner.
Okay, so I'm going back here to the live stream.
Okay, Job Crow Joe, two dollars.
Any plan on capital rights?
Oh, I read that one.
Sorry.
Yes, I will do capital rights, though.
Mile runner, 20 bucks.
Thank you.
Just paying my tuition, casual germ.
Thank you so much.
Franchise ENT, 10 bucks.
Thank you so much.
Appreciate that.
Myron, how do I hide from the IRS?
Bro, you can't hide from the IRS.
They will come and get you, bro.
When you owe money, just remember this: Al Capone killed a lot of people, but they got him for tax evasion.
If that doesn't tell you that the U.S. government is serious about their money, I don't know what else will let you know that, bro.
They went after the most dangerous Chicago guy because he owed a lot of money on taxes.
They didn't care who he killed.
They were just like, bro, you owe us money.
And they came after him.
Lero Signal.
Myron, I envy your focus.
I need to borrow some of yours.
I don't share.
Three golden plaques soon.
Absolutely, bro.
We ain't, we don't bend.
We don't fold.
Shout out to the haters.
They're in here, probably in the chat right now.
I can see some of them making jokes on me.
You know, throw them rainbow emojis in here with Melly's story of a drive-by.
This is from Giant Lifestyle.
Wouldn't he have been shot too?
He was sitting behind the driver and the front, right, and back got shot, but he didn't.
Sounds fishy, sir.
You have common sense.
And not only that, the detectives disprove that beyond the oh Lord.
Go.
I hope you saw the Melly breakdown, guys.
Go watch that breakdown.
That's a really good case to show you the power of circumstantial evidence.
Because some idiots were in the comment in the comments, like, bro, it's all circumstantial.
It's not going to work.
Like, what are you talking about?
And in my head, I'm like, listen, stupid.
Circumstantial evidence is fantastic if you have a lot of it and it paints a picture.
That's why what they're going to do at the trial is they're going to basically show, hey, Melly's story doesn't work because the bullets went this way.
They can only be fired from this way.
Oh, and by the way, he was said he was here when he was really here.
Go watch that breakdown.
Time stamps are in there, guys.
I break down the criminal complaint affidavit, which you guys can see the difference actually between how a New York affidavit is ran versus a Florida one.
So go check that out.
And spoiler, the Florida one is run a lot better.
These New York ones are trash.
God damn.
Have you heard about the FBI season 500K from Nick Fuentes after the Capitol riot?
He didn't enter the building and hasn't been charged with a crime.
If the FBI took half a million dollars from him, a crime is a charge, is definitely coming, my friend.
Probably FBI agent right now and a grand jury testifying, bruh.
Yeah.
Um, Nia Brock, I could tell Myron used to be the biggest nerd back in the day.
Absolutely.
I never, yo, for all the haters out there, by the way, I never run around and say, oh, my alpha male, I have admitted several times I am a fucking nerd.
Okay, guys, I used to play video games for money.
I was fucking going hard on Overwatch, playing McCree, telling motherfuckers all the time it's high noon.
You know what I'm saying?
Like, I was doing all that shit.
I'm not some fucking tough guy.
I've never claimed to be.
You know what I'm saying?
Or some like, oh, look at me.
I'm an alpha.
I'm a dude that just figured it out.
All right.
So let's continue on.
Allegedly, of course.
Let's see what else here, man.
I really enjoy these streams with you guys, by the way.
It doesn't even feel like it's been two, two and a half hours.
You know, I really do enjoy putting these together for y'all.
I see that you guys really love it.
You guys get a lot of value out of it.
You guys learn.
You know what I'm saying?
How the criminal justice system works.
Is Trump still getting indicted?
Oh, my God.
All right, let's talk about this real fast.
About a month ago, I was on the Tim Cass podcast and we discussed this.
And he talked about Donald Trump is going to get indicted.
And I said, well, how?
And he mentioned a grand jury had convened just for it.
And at that point, I was kind of like, well, that's not normal.
Grand juries typically, at least in the federal system, the way grand juries work in the federal system is they convene once or twice per week to hear cases.
And that grand jury is in place for several months at a time.
Okay.
And that grand jury is basically, you know, it's just like a jury trial.
You know what I'm saying?
But, you know, they're there to hear cases.
And the thing is, is that the reason why they have, oh, B. Smith here says Epstein.
Don't worry, I'll break down the Epstein case.
That one's going to take some time, though, guys.
That was a very long investigation over like 20 years.
So I'm really going to have to make sure I have my T's crossed and my I's dotted.
And then also, Gizlay might get a fucking mistrial, guys.
She might get a mistrial.
One of the jurors was on some bullshit.
He lied.
So that's a whole other thing.
But don't worry.
That Epstein breakdown is going to be the best breakdown on the fucking internet.
I promise you guys, ain't nobody else going to break it down better than me because I have a background in sex trafficking.
And I also, you know, the FBI did that case, which kind of has me saying what the fuck.
But it's an old case.
So I could see how they would take it on.
You know what I'm saying?
But sex trafficking cases now are done by HSI, who I resigned from.
You know what I'm saying?
But shout out to them, best agency in the world.
So anyway, but yeah, I will do Epstein.
Don't worry.
But going back to the Trump thing getting indicted, right?
So they mentioned that a grand jury had convened.
So that immediately had me going like, that's off because federal grand juries are, they stick together for months.
Because the reason why is because the prosecution office, the AUSA's office, is the one that gets a grand jury together to hear these cases.
They don't want to sit there and get a new grand jury every week where they have to explain to them how federal laws work, et cetera.
You know, explaining the rules of how it means what it means to listen to a case.
Or they want to do that shit.
They want to explain it to them one time and have them there for several months so they can hear all kinds of cases.
And a grand jury will hear bank robbery cases, fucking racketeering cases, drug cases, sex trafficking.
They'll hear all kinds of crimes from all the different agencies.
Like on a grand jury day.
So I'll give you guys an example.
When I was working, right, here, right here in Miami, Florida, the grand jury, the federal courthouse is right there in downtown Miami, dirty ass downtown Miami.
Okay.
You go in there with your suit and your prosecutor.
There's like 10 other agents waiting outside the room.
You go, you present your case with your prosecutor.
Hey, do you swear the facts that you're about to state are true to the best of your knowledge about this investigation?
So help you, God.
Yes, I do.
Sit down, boom, you talk about your case.
You know, prosecutor asks you questions on this on such and such day.
Did you do this?
Blah, blah, blah.
Yes, I did.
Whatever.
And you know what?
I'll do you guys a solid.
One day, I'll break down one of my cases for y'all.
Y'all want that?
Give me some ones in the chat if you guys want me to break down one of the cases that I did.
And I'll read you guys the complaint and all that shit.
And I'll tell you guys about the case A to Z, how it happened.
They're all closed cases now, so I could talk about them.
But if y'all want that, give me some ones in the chat.
But anyway, so you go in there, you talk about your case.
After you're done, boom.
You know what I'm saying?
You walk out, and then the next prosecutor with his agent goes in.
So I'll go in there.
I'll talk about a human smuggling case, walk out, get my true bill of indictment, leave the courtroom, or sorry, leave the grand jury room.
FBI agent goes in.
He talks about bank robbery.
He walks out.
DE agent goes in, talks about fucking drugs.
He leaves.
ATF agent goes in.
I caught this guy with a gun and he's a convicted felon.
Done.
You know what I'm saying?
You know, maybe I'm trying to think of a useless agency that doesn't do anything.
Fish of Wildlife will go in and say, hey, man, this dude stole this endangered fish.
You know, he'll get a true bill of indictment.
You know what I'm saying?
So, so everyone goes in and presents their cases with the grand jury.
Okay.
And so I really want to hammer that in your head, guys.
Head.
In the federal system, the grand jury is there for a period of time.
Very rarely do they convene a grand jury, especially for a big case, brand new.
They don't like doing that shit.
So with the Trump thing, when they said that, I was like, no way it's federal.
And then he's like, oh, no, it's the state of New York that's going to do it.
Immediately at that point, I was like, okay.
The Southern District of New York, for lack of a better term, which is where they would have indicted Trump from if they were to indict him, are cloud chasers.
And what I mean by that is they do all the biggest cases in the country.
They did the 6ix9ine case.
They got the Casanova case.
They do the mafia cases.
They do the organized crime cases.
They do public corruption, Epstein case, Southern District of New York.
You know what I'm saying?
Every big case, pretty much, that you could think about was done in the Southern District of New York to some degree.
Okay.
They're very, very aggressive.
All right.
So, so when I saw that the feds weren't taking a case, I knew off rip it's a weak case because the feds would love, absolutely love to go after a former president.
You know what I'm saying?
That's what it is, man.
It's about getting on the press and getting, because at the end of the day, the bigger case you could do, the more you can go to Congress and say, yo, we need more money.
We did XYZ cases.
These cases cost money.
I want my agency to get money.
That's what they're doing at Capitol Hill.
FBI, DEA, ATF, Homeland Security Investigations.
All of them are going to Capitol Hill, fighting for more funding for their agency.
And the reason the way they get funding is by doing big, sexy cases that hit the news.
Surprise.
You know what I'm saying?
Seriously.
Like, that's just the way it works, guys.
Surprise, motherfucker.
So the fact that the state is doing it, I'm already skeptical.
And from what I understand, they're going to try to indict him for fraud.
Like something about like, apparently, he, you know, as you guys know, you know, Trump is a real estate investor and they're going to try to say something like, hey, he lied about the value of some of his properties, whatever.
I'll tell you this.
If this state indicts him, Trump has the fucking legal team.
They're going to beat the fuck out that thing.
The state loses a lot, guys.
The state loses a lot.
The feds don't, but the state loses a lot because the state has to prosecute every case.
So is Trump going to get indicted?
I don't know.
That's what Tim was saying.
But if he gets indicted by the state, it ain't going to happen.
But from what I understand, shout out to Tim Poole.
His thing is that he thinks he's going to get indicted simply so that he can't run for president, which if that's the case, then I see what he means.
But as far as like him actually getting convicted, no fucking way, bro.
T-Roy, that's Cat because all former presidents was on Epstein's plane.
Amen.
That's why it's going to take me some time to break down that one.
I see someone put Hush Puppy.
Yeah, I'll do the Hush Puppy case too.
They got him dead to rights, too.
Oh, Lord on him.
I read that.
I read that case.
Myron, you and Fresh got to bring Love Dorsey on FreshFit Podcast.
You legit and very RP aware.
Look into her channel.
I actually DM'd her on Instagram because you guys asked.
I DMed her on Instagram.
Let's see what happens.
I don't know.
I told her, hey, I don't know who you are, but the people have been requesting you.
So let me know if you want to come on the pod.
I just, yo, anyone that you guys ask us to get on, even if I don't personally like them like that, I will DM them and say, my people want you on the show.
Let's make it happen.
Trump got that super uppercut.
Facts, bro.
And to be honest, I don't think anything's going to happen to him.
You are fake news.
That's what I think.
Ain't nothing going to happen.
Shout out to Trump, man.
Make men great again.
Facts.
Let's see here.
Any other questions?
I think.
I will tell you this.
This chat was hilarious today.
Talking about that was the last fade and all this other shit.
You guys are fucking hilarious, bro.
But yeah, Trump, if they try to come at him, bro, he's going to hit them with the fucking.
You know what I'm saying?
But anyway, with that said, guys, I hope you guys enjoyed the show.
Very detailed breakdown, exclusive documents that no one else has.
We investigated and found out where the shooting actually happened together.
We found out where the bodego was, that they got the original footage that allegedly they got the gun, but no one has it on camera yet, or no one has it on YouTube.
And yeah, man, we just got a bunch of exclusive stuff on this podcast that no one else got.
So check us out.
Share the channel with a friend.
Subscribe.
And hope you guys enjoyed it, man.
Love y'all.
And I'll catch you guys tomorrow for episode of Fresh and Fit with my co-host, Fresh Prince CEO, aka Dark Prince CEO.
And other than that, guys, it was a lot of fun.
And I will break down.
I might do, you know what?
Real quick poll.
If you guys want me to break down, real quick, poll right now, start typing in what you guys want me to break down.
Either Oblock, Joe Exotic, or whatever else you want me to break down.
No, Oblock is fed.
Oblock is fed.
Thank God.
These fucking state cases are a pain in the ass.
Okay, so I see Epstein, Oblock, Hush Puppy.
Kendrick Johnson.
I don't know who.
Okay, I got to research that one.
I don't know who that is.
Joe Exotic.
Okay, I see.
Okay, I see Fatty Wap.
All right.
All right.
It looks like, all right, it looks like it's going to be O Block.
Looks like it's going to be O Block.
Don't worry.
I will do all the, all these people that you guys are mentioning, Ghislaine, Epstein, Epstein, both Ghislaine and Epstein.
Oh, okay.
I see someone with Young Dolph.
We're on Young Dolph, guys.
Can you give the people an update on Young Dolph?
We're on Young Dolph here.
We're seeing him give you all a quick update.
Okay.
So since they, so since they just, I guess, just got the guy, now that they just got all three of them, actually.
Yeah, so now the documents should be available.
But I think we'll just go wait in a court case because once we do the court case, then we can get all the documents.
We were on Young Dolph for weeks, by the way, guys.
I was on Young Dolph.
As soon as the Marshals announced Straight Drop was the guy, and they had that $15,000 reward, I was already calling over to try to get the state documents.
Because here's the problem: the state prosecuted the case, but since they knew he was out of state, they basically delegated the warrant to the Marshals and the Marshalls, the ones that went to go find him.
But all the all the case is a state case.
And as you guys know, the state is fucking annoying because every state is different in how they give you documents.
New York was a pain in the ass with Kay Flock, as you guys can see.
And I got to go through now the state of Tennessee.
And not to mention, it was a TBI that did the case, which the TBI guys, just a quick little thing.
Tennessee Bureau of Investigation, think of it as the FBI for the state of Tennessee.
So that's who did the case.
And the Memphis, the police department.
I have the detective's number because he couldn't give me any information until they had it.
You actually spoke with the case detective?
Yeah.
I told you I called him.
You told me you called the department.
So you spoke with the TBI special agent?
Yeah, and he was like, yeah.
And he was like, he couldn't like does not.
Oh, so he told you straight up I can't disclose it.
Yeah.
But they didn't have because he wasn't in custody yet.
But now he's in custody.
So that means like his police report should be like, yeah, yeah, yeah.
Yeah, because they're going to have to unseal the indictment now now that they got him in custody.
I have someone in Memphis that can like go get it.
Okay.
All right.
We're on it, guys.
As y'all can see, we'll make a shit happen.
Someone said make a poll.
Damn, how do I make a poll?
I don't even know.
Yeah, R.I.P. Young Dolph.
I appreciate you showing Flip of that love.
Yeah, man.
Yeah, yeah.
We're going to do it.
We're going to do the Young Dolph case.
The way they killed him was fucking terrible.
You know what I'm saying?
And straight drop release that song after with the best pro shops in the back.
Like, bro, how fucking dumb can you be?
Like, seriously, bro?
Stupid.
You know what I'm saying?
So, man, people really do anything for clout nowadays.
Big Meach.
I could do Big Meet.
That's an old ass case, though, bro.
But I could do that one.
I know that case very well.
They did a DEA Detroit did that case.
And they did it all on the back of wiretaps, man.
That one was all on the back of wiretaps and informants.
I see Fetty Wap, R. Kelly.
Oh, man.
I could do R. Kelly.
It was actually the HSI office in Chicago that did the R. Kelly case.
That's all I got to say to that one.
Fetty Wap.
Yep.
We'll do that.
Torrey Lanes.
We're on that one too.
You want to give them an update on Tori Lane's real fast?
Okay.
So for Tori Lanez, we should have his documents this week.
We have someone going to the courthouse.
I found his courthouse and I found his court case number.
So we had someone going this week.
Maybe tomorrow.
But remember, guys, that case is active.
You know what I'm saying?
So it's like he's going to trial on it.
So it's like.
But the police report is going to be a little difficult because they're saying that in order to get a police report, you have to get permission in the state of LA.
But I'm going to see what I can do.
California, bro.
Yeah.
Court case we can, though.
Yeah.
So I'm probably going to do O Block next because it's a federal case and I hate these stupid ass state cases because it's a pain in the ass to get the documents.
Every state has their own BS about rules.
Motherfucker, it's public information.
You must disclose this.
Like, it's not like, you know what I'm saying?
If the person is being charged, the whole part of the U.S. justice system is to be judged by your peers, which means judged by your peers, which means I need to have everyone can have access to this stuff.
If I was living in LA, I can literally walk into the courtroom when Tori is there.
You know what I'm saying?
Courtrooms are open for you to go in, guys, by the way.
FYI.
If you ever want to learn a little bit about stuff, you can literally go to the courtroom and just sit in different trial rooms.
You know what I'm saying?
So, yeah, free.
Yeah, facts.
Tori didn't do it.
I agree.
I agree.
So, all right, man.
Cool, cool, cool.
All right, man.
I love y'all guys.
You guys can tell I'm having way too much fun doing this stuff.
But other than that, we'll be back tomorrow, guys, 7 or 8 p.m.
Freshman Podcast, Money Monday.
We're going to bring my accountant in and we're going to talk about taxes and saving money.
All right.
Ain't nobody bringing more value than us on YouTube, man.
We number one.
Love you guys.
Peace.
Wrong one.
Okay, guys.
I used to be a special angel on Lance's Game Investigations.
It is what it is.
That's what I used to do.
I'm very proud of it.
I'm very happy that I did it.
It was a great career.
