I'm rick bitch (preview)

This week we field an interesting theological question: Is God sexist against men for making them far more rational and therefore less capable of faith than women? Also, Elon Musk and Dave Chapelle get booed for 5 minutes straight, which is a really good bit to be fair And the right wing reacts to the passing of the Respect for Marriage Act, both laughing at progressives for how relatively toothless the bill is, and breathlessly ranting about the doom it spells for society. Time Text
We got some important stuff to talk about this episode, but before we get into that, I was going through my feed and something caught my eye.
Something very important.
Move over question of evil.
Move over the philosophical problem of evil.
Move over the question of whether God exists in general.
Move aside, because I have a far more interesting philosophical quandary.
This was posted by Chris in the Sounds Like Progressive Christianity, but okay, Facebook group.
One of my favorite Facebook groups.
It's a Facebook group devoted to how based and red-pilled Christ was.
Yeah.
Yeah, it's all memes about how Christians have gone soft, right?
That's basically it.
It's for hardline Christians.
Yeah, it's a bunch of memes about how Christians aren't judgmental enough.
Yeah.
Definitely something worth making a Facebook group and advertising.
It's definitely a way to get more Christians in general.
But okay, Chris asks this question, and this is a real thinker.
Chris asks, if faith is a prerequisite for salvation, then why are men, who are on average more rational and logical than women, going to suffer eternal damnation more per capita when these things are based on creation and not choice?
Where is that stat coming from?
I mean, I think I agree with it, but on average more men go to hell than women?
Like, where is that data coming from?
Well, no.
See, that's where the faith comes in.
He doesn't have that data, Tony.
You don't have the data when it comes to faith.
And as a rational thinker, like us, I would say the preponderance of men, probably something close to 94% of men, extremely rational and logical beings.
So we have a hard time trusting That there's something beyond what we can sense with data, with hard facts.
I didn't realize that was what he was using for the data.
Listen, you gotta be pretty dumb to believe this stuff.
Men are typically smarter, so that's kind of not fair.
Where?
It's kind of not fair that we're... It's like reverse testing.
It's like reverse SAT testing.
Yeah.
It's like, oh no, this is... You're not thinking about what this is doing to us.
We're too smart for this.
Yeah, God is teaching to the test, but just for women.
He's like, no, you dumb broads, like you're, you're my people.
Yeah.
You just get, you just get, you get fucking grandfathered into this place.
Yeah.
Where to begin with this?
It's so easy.
I mean, I love, I love everything about this.
Like, would it, would it just God make men too intelligent to get into heaven?
I don't know.
This is a hard one.
Answer!
And obviously this question is the kind of question that can only be posed by some sort of genius.
Exactly.
I mean, exactly.
This is like, on its face, plausible at the very least.
See, yeah, our intelligence is a curse.
Like, we're doomed to hell because God made us too smart.
That son of a bitch.
And it's not great here on Earth either, for we intelligent folk.
I mean, it's kind of like hell on Earth being around all these fucking women all the time, you know?
Who are so stupid.
That they believe in this motherfucker.
And then we don't even get a break from it.
We don't even go up to heaven where all the bros are.
Because apparently they're not there.
They're all in hell.
I'll tell you, I'll tell you, I'll tell you what I can't do.
I tell you what I can't do in hell is I can't put my feet on the table, you know?
Like I can't kick one because it's, I heard it's all, it's all, it's all broads down there.
They're just projections.
They're like, they're like ghost demons.
They're not like real women because real women all go to heaven.
Yeah.
But there's no bros.
There's just like...
Wives.
You just have so many wives.
Uh, hey.
You know what, God?
I don't care if I get into heaven.
Because I'm gonna be down in hell doing facts and logic with all my friends.
We've met all my bros.
Someone should tell God that, you know, that once you go woke, you go broke.
Um, and so that the woke mob's gonna, gonna bleed him dry.
I had to go to this guy's profile to make sure that he wasn't a troll.
This is a Trump guy.
This is a Trump fucking, like, Army Reservist Trump guy.
That makes sense.
No girlfriend in any of his profile pictures, I should say.
The current one is him just lifting weights.
You know what though?
I wouldn't put it past this piece of shit that he might have a girlfriend.
He just isn't poster.
Which is kind of fucked up.
You're not gonna post her, what are you gonna do, talk to her?
Like, the only thing you have a girlfriend for is to post a photo of her, you know?
That's how I like my girlfriend best, in a non-animated, totally silent Facebook profile pic.
Yeah, no boomerang, no nothing, just... Boomerang?
