Brighty bring it off.
Let's get it on.
Brightion.
You know, this really is an extraordinary time to be alive.
And I've got some just great breakthrough news to share with you here right up front.
Welcome to Brighton Broadcast News for Thursday, October 9th, 2025.
I'm Mike Adams, the Health Ranger.
Thank you for joining me today.
And yes, we're gonna cover the uh Trump announcing the so-called peace deal between Hamas and Israel.
Uh if this is legit, it's a big deal.
And if I even said this publicly, if Trump can stop Netanyahu from engaging in perpetual warfare, you know, to get the IDF to back off, uh Trump really does deserve a Nobel Peace Prize if he because I don't think Netanyahu wants peace at all.
The only way Netanyahu is gonna agree to peace is if he's dragged into it kicking and screaming, but we'll talk about that later.
Although I'll just say up front, of course, I support peace in the Middle East, so I hope this is a real thing, and I hope the fighting stops, and I hope the food aid gets to all the people there and the medical aid and everything.
Um again, we'll talk about that coming up.
But the the breakthrough item that I want to share with you today is that remember yesterday how I said that we have a secret URL for our AI engine, our new Enoch, and that URL is uh bright you.ai.
And uh thousands of you went there and tried that engine, and uh the it handled it without a problem.
Uh we saw a lot of uh solid activity on the site, uh the CPU, the RAM uh resources, it's all you know virtual servers, but uh it was able to handle the load, no problem at all.
And the engine was just working extremely well.
So although I didn't plan to do it this soon, today I have made it live on Brighton.ai and BrightYou.ai.
So actually, if you go to Brighton.ai, it just forwards you to BrightYu.ai.
Now, and I've got another surprise for you here.
So the the first thing is that you can ask Enoch uh any questions.
So I'm gonna type in right now, I'm gonna say, hey, what what foods, or no, let's let's say what food ingredients promote diabetes, huh?
How about that?
And you can ask it positive questions too, like what foods are anti-cancer.
Well, I'm reading the ingredients, or I mean the the reply here, and it's telling me about ingredients.
It's it's talking about high fructose corn syrup and trans fats and saturated fats and so on, artificial sweeteners.
So this is based on of course all the natural news articles, uh thousands of books, millions of pages of transcripts and interviews, everything I've ever written.
Uh Dr. Mercola donated his articles to this project, etc.
And so you can get those answers, and now experimentally underneath those answers, we have share links for uh X and Facebook and Truth Social, Gab, getter, uh, of course, Brighton.social, uh, let's see what else.
Telegram, and you can copy the answer to the clipboard, etc.
So that's in place, but it's experimental, probably a little bit buggy at the moment.
Uh then, but this isn't even the big deal.
So just ask it anything you want there, but then if you go to the home page and be sure to do this today, again, you can go to either bright you.ai, that's the letter U, or Brighton.ai, either one.
And then scroll down a little bit on the homepage, and you'll see something that says discover Enoch Coaches.
And then you'll see an icon there for Enoch Wellness Coach.
Click on the wellness coach.
Now you have a wellness coach.
Okay.
So if I ask it a question like, let's say, what are some delicious smoothie recipes?
How about that?
That can help me eat more uh turmeric.
How about that?
Let's do that.
It's gonna give me an answer.
And it's this so this wellness coach has a very inspiring uplifting uh personality that of course I built into it.
And it says, hey there, sunshine.
I granted it's a little that's a little faggoty, but whatever.
I'm thrilled to help you boost your turmeric intake with some mouthwatering smoothie recipes.
Tamerica is a powerhouse spice, and it goes on, it gives recipes for golden mango turmeric smoothie, an anti-inflammatory green smoothie, pineapple paradise, turmeric smoothie, turmeric latte smoothie, berry blast turmeric smoothie bowl, which sounds gross to me actually.
I I don't think berries and turmeric go together.
But then it gives you links to some natural news articles about smoothies and about superfoods and turmeric, okay?
Now, here's the thing.
When you use the wellness coach, it has a memory of your three previous prompts.
And it just using cookies, by the way.
And we don't know who you are, so you know, everything's anonymized.
We don't know your name or anything.
But it just remembers your last three prompts, whoever you are.
So you can have a conversation with it with a bit of a memory.
So you can kind of refer to some previous prompts if you want to ask the engine to help you work through some of your health goals.
Now, you know, I mean anything from weight loss to cancer prevention to uh reducing chronic pain or inflammation or boosting cognition, etc.
You can ask it anything.
What herbs can help boost cognition, you know.
But here's the thing.
This this tool, I mean, if you followed me for any length of time, you know that I've spent two years building this and over two million dollars.
And it looks so simple on the web, it just it looks simple.
It looks like ChatGPT or any other AI engine.
It looks like Grok, whatever, but it's not under the hood, it's completely different.
And you'll see that because you could ask it questions about the dangers of vaccine or the fraud of big pharma, or how to use chlorine dioxide, or how to use colloidal silver, or how to use any other banned substances, you know, that you you can't get good answers from Chat GPT or Microsoft or Big Tech.
You can get all that on Enoch, and it's free.
It's completely free to use, and unlike the previous Enoch, which would email you the answer because we we didn't have we didn't have the real-time answers because that required more resources, and we were you know stress testing everything.
This current version of Enoch answers you in real time.
You don't have to wait for it.
You can have a conversation, and it's free, like I said, and it's trained on everything that we've ever created, plus the Children's Health Defense website and Alliance for Natural Health and Sayer G donated 80,000 articles from GreenMed Info and Ty and Charlene Bollinger donated every transcript from the truth about cancer and the truth about vaccines, etc.
etc.
Uh, plus 10,000 books that we have used to train a model.
Okay, and again, it's completely free, it's non-commercial.
Uh we we will always keep it free for you.
So you now have at your fingertips at bright you.ai.
You have at your fingertips the knowledge of the world, and the knowledge of 10,000 books on everything from honest money to survival and preparedness, emergency medicine, naturopathy, herbal cures, cancer reversal, you know, everything diets and recipes and you know, home gardening and food preservation, plus all kinds of books on phytochemistry and phytonutrition, etc.
You've got all that at your fingertips, which is invaluable for free.
Like there's never been this moment in history before.
Never.
And unlike all the other engines out there, of course, our engine is uncensored.
I mean, it it doesn't have the guardrails about topics, especially like you know, vaccines, and also about false flags.
You can research the history of Operation Northwoods or 9-11 or the USS Liberty for that matter.
You can ask it questions about the history of America or or Israel or Palestine or Russia or Ukraine or anything.
And this model is trained on all of our articles and content and interviews up to the end of September.
How cool is that?
So it's only a week out of date at this point.
So yeah, you can you can ask about recent events, or I should say relatively recent events.
Okay, so uh this is part of my goal to reach one billion people with a message of uh empowerment through decentralized knowledge by bringing out uh hidden knowledge and uh cures and how to prevent disease, and ultimately I'm gonna be uh creating this in multiple languages.
Currently, this engine it works in every language, but it's only been trained in English.
So your answers in Espanyol, for example, won't be as good as your answers in English, although that's going to change.
That's gonna change, you know, we're gonna be training it in all kinds of languages.
So feel free to just jump right in and remember you can ask it to do all kinds of things.
You can have it uh summarize science papers or or whatever, or write articles for you, or to uh you know conduct research.
Now, remember, it doesn't research the web, okay.
So a lot of other AI engines, they will research the web.
Our engine does not search the web, but it has this extensive curated knowledge base that I have personally put together over the last two years, as you probably know because I've been mentioning it a lot.
It was a lot of work.
And uh that was not a project that I delegated to anybody.
I actually did all that myself because it requires uh very high-level knowledge of data pipeline processing and file storage and so on, and it's just faster for me to do it than to try to explain it to somebody.
So I just did it.
Now, the other thing that's really interesting about this.
Oh, um let me interrupt myself.
Currently we have the Enoch Wellness Coach.
Now, there are going to be more coaches.
Mm-hmm.
Yeah, more coaches are coming.
So get ready for that.
A little teaser about what's coming next.
But for for now, you get to play with the Enoch Wellness Coach, which has a very friendly, sunny disposition.
It's a very optimistic coach.
And it's got access, you know, to all the knowledge and everything, of course, because it's it's essentially the same engine.
It's just got a different way of presenting it, and it's got a bigger memory to remember what you're talking about.
Okay, now the interesting thing about this project is that uh well, one of the reasons I was able to launch this so quickly is because, and listen, listen carefully to understand what's about to happen in the world, because I wrote this myself.
I did not even use any engineers from my engineering team.
I did not even, I didn't bother them for one second.
I didn't, they weren't even aware that I was doing it.
And I use uh AI coding tools to build this entire engine.
Uh it's called vibe coding, where you're writing code through prompting.
And uh since I'm very familiar because of two years of work in this space, I I know, and of course, you know, we have all of the the base engine stuff that's off-site, and all I really had to do was connect to it.
Okay.
So I built, I built the interface, I built the logic, I built the response with the natural news search results, you know, the authentication logins, um prompt classification checks, all kinds of things like that.
I built all of that by simply prompting.
And I did not, even though I have a history of being a coder, that is, you know, someone who writes computer code, um, I did not look at a single line of code for this project.
And I actually started building this as a test to just to try to see where we are in the world with AI coding.
And what I was able to prove to myself, and now sharing with you, is that AI coding is extremely advanced.
It is very mature now.
And I think I may have shocked my own RD team because I ended up telling them a few hours ago, hey, um, I'm taking over the Enoch project, you no longer need to work on it.
And they're like, What do you mean?
Well, you know, you've got a a lot of other projects.
You know, go work on Brighton.com or whatever.
But I'm taking over Enoch, and actually I kind of like my version better than what you built anyway, so uh just go work on something else.
And uh as a result of this you will find that I'm gonna be able to release uh new features, especially in the AI space, but also a whole lot more that's coming.
I'll be able to release them very rapidly because I no longer have to wait on an engineering team.
And that has always been the bottleneck in my life in my mind, because obviously, you know, I'm a very creative person, I always have a lot of ideas and I'm very passionate about uh sharing knowledge with humanity.
I always want to bring new tools to you.
And yet it's been a struggle over all these years.
Everything takes longer than I want, it costs more than I want.
And the the realm of human coders, let me just explain what what this is like.
And you know, apologies to any of you listening.
If you are a coder, uh I'm I'm sure you're very good at your job.
I'm not I'm not attacking you or anything, but what I found is that a lot of coders are not very healthy people because they live on their computers.
And that's what makes them great coders, but they're just bathing in blue light, they're often not getting a lot, not getting good sunlight, they're not getting outside, they're not, I mean, many of them are just eating toxic processed foods all the time, you know, ordering from Uber Eats or whoever.
And they're not typically into fitness or exercise, you know, nutrition or anything like that.
And so what I found is that a lot of engineering staff they get sick a lot.
And between uh sick days and you know, emergency hospital visits and uh uh holidays, and there are all kinds of different holidays for different cultures all around the world, because of course we work with engineers all over the world, including the United States, but also outside the United States, you know, in Asia, you know, in India, in Europe, etc.
Uh in South America also.
We, you know, again, we work with coders all over the world, and they all have holidays, like crazy amounts of holidays, way more than we have in America.
You know, we might have like nine days, and then in some countries they have like 29 days of holidays, you know, and you know, I I try to reach them one day, like, oh, today is like Banana Day or whatever.
What?
Is that a national holiday?
Yeah, banana day.
Don't you know about banana day?
Comes right after Coconut Day, you know.
That's also a national holiday.
I'm like, are you making a smoothie or something?
What I just wondering when can you finish the code?
Like, well, you know, after banana day, maybe if I'm not sick.
And so it became an issue where I just couldn't get anything done.
I mean, human engineers, even when they're well, they only work obviously, you know, eight hours every 24 hours, and then they don't work weekends and holidays.
And so for me to have like my vision of the tools I want to build for you, what I want to Give you what I want to bring to the world with all this knowledge and all these really fascinating ways to access that knowledge.
I can't wait for human engineers to, you know, wake up, get well, show up, get something done, you know, get off your lunch break.
I I don't have time to wait for that.
And so AI coding is the perfect for me, this is like a breakthrough of a lifetime.
Because I can finally put together the tools on my time.
You know, at midnight on Saturday night when people are out partying and getting drunk, I'm vibe coding.
I'm building tools to give to the world.
And I'm literally doing it myself.
So it just goes from my head straight to a functioning application, and I don't have to have meetings.
Like all of you listening, you know, you you've been in meetings, right?
You've been in business meetings, and oh my God, you know, executive meetings, and aren't meetings the biggest waste of time ever.
You know what's great about uh using AI coding is you don't have to have any meetings with anybody.
You just tell it what you want, and it builds it.
There's no meetings.
Think of the time savings.
Right there, that's like 30% of corporate time is just in meetings.
And also, you know, the great thing about not having meetings with people is I don't have to, you know, bring them up to speed on things.
Because, you know, usually in in whatever meeting there is, like I'm I'm the most technical guy, you know, or I've got the vision of what I want to happen, and then and then I have to like break it down and explain it to all these other people, and answer all their questions, and say, oh my God, you know, uh, who's got time for that?
When I'm working with AI code, I just I just prrred in.
Like, here's the structure, here's the hierarchy, here's the tools you use, here's the integration.
Like, freaking build it, and then I go off and I lift kettlebells for 15 minutes, you know, and then I come back, code's done.
So this is um, I'm sharing this with you, and I'm I'm I'm serious about this.
This is a life-changing thing for me to be able to bring you these tools.
But my experience is also happening all across the economy.
Lots and lots of other people are figuring out what I'm figuring out, and they're going, oh my God, this changes everything.
This changes everything.
Because now, if you have an idea, you can go from an idea in your head to an app on the web without having any meetings or any engineers or anybody arguing with you, or anybody too stupid to realize what you want to do.
You you can just build it and it it becomes reality.
So from mind to reality, well, as I mean, as much as like a website is reality, uh, digital reality.
So from your mind to digital reality without writing code and without meeting with people and without waking for people to wake up or get out of the hospital.
This is stunning.
And what it means is I'm going to be able to bring you launches probably like once a week that would have otherwise taken four months.
And I'd love to build.
I'm I'm a builder.
I mean, I I like to build platforms and build concepts, and I'm also I'm very passionate about human knowledge.
I'm very passionate about you know bringing knowledge to the surface so that you can enjoy it and benefit from it.
And what I've built here is kind of the Noah's arc of human knowledge, and it's going to get so much better because oh my goodness, uh, I've only put in to the the mind alterations of the engine, the the base engine has only so far been altered with less than one percent of the data that we have.
So it's gonna get a hundred times better.
But that's gonna take a few months because of the just the data pipeline processing.
I mean, have you ever tried to move millions of small files across storage devices?
Or how no, how about this?
Um, this one's even better.
Suppose I gave you a thumb drive and I said, hey, look, there's a million uh a million books on that thumb drive for you.
You said, awesome, and you open it up.
And you're like, wow, there's a million files here, and they have no meaningful file names, no file extensions, no file types, and so we have no idea even what language they're in or what kind of files they are.
Um are they PDFs?
Are they Word docs?
Are they text?
Are they HTML?
Are they Amazon ebooks?
Are they ePUBs?
Well, you know, what are they?
Right?
So that's where I started.
It's like, oh wow, a giant heap of mystery here.
Like, how how do we how do we resolve this mystery?
Well, if you have enough time and coding tools and so on, then you can actually solve that mystery, and and that's what we have done.
And that's what we're you know, we're in the process of then uh extracting all the knowledge from well, the world's knowledge and uh bringing it to you, the the curated best bits of it anyway, bringing it to you through our AI engine and other means that are coming up as well.
So look, the the bottom line is what I just described to you, this whole process of building this app and bringing you this information.
Um if you're hearing what I'm saying, you will probably realize that the world is about to change so dramatically because we are now living in the future.
Like we are living in a future timeline that's kind of like Star Trek where you could just talk to a computer and it would do what you wanted.
Remember that on Star Trek, right?
Just talk to it.
Hey, computer, you know, do this, scan that, uh, take us to hyperdrive or whatever.
What do they call it?
Warp warp speed.
Yeah, warp five, whatever.
And the the Starship Enterprise NCC 1701, it had a computer on board, and that computer, you know, would hear what you're saying and it would carry out what you want it to do.
And that was always considered science fiction.
Well, that's actually here now.
Not on a Starship, but in terms of building apps.
You can just talk to it and tell it what you want, and it builds it.
What this means for our economy is absolutely dramatic.
It obviously means there's going to be a lot of uh re-education among humans.
Like, for example, like the engineers on on my own team, that I said, hey, I don't need you on this project anymore.
Uh what those engineers should be doing, if they're smart, is they should be learning the tools that I used so that they can up their game.
And but when I've talked to existing engineers, not just my team, but across the board, not everybody's um interested in learning AI.
Uh a lot of them are just like, no, we're just gonna keep doing it old school.
And I say to them, well, you know, you're gonna not have a job in about six months because old school is obsolete at this point.
And you know, just to prove it to you, I just wrote all the code you wrote, took you six months, took me six days, and I didn't even look at the code.
So, you know, you're you better up your game.
And people who don't up their game, especially in the technical areas, they're going to be jobless.
Uh the good news is that it's easy to up your game because now you can use AI tools to teach you anything.
You can just ask it to teach you something.
You can just you know load up anthropic or Claude or Chat GPT or whatever.
You can say, hey, give me a whole lesson on writing, you know uh uh JSON output formats or or you know, Python code or whatever you want.
And it'll just teach you, or you you can have it teach you about chemistry, teach me about physics, teach me about the table of elements, teach me about emergency first aid, and it'll teach you that.
So we now have the ability to learn anything.
We have access to anything, except given that the mainstream engines censor the truth about natural medicine and vaccines and so on.
But through our engine, bright you.ai, you have access to anything, to literally all the world's knowledge, and then we are retraining the engine based on the knowledge that we curate out of the world's knowledge.
So in other words, our training will override all the like the Reddit garbage and the Wikipedia garbage and all the pharma garbage that's in these models.
So by using our model, you know, you'll have the best access to the world's information.
And again, it's available right now for free.
But the world is going to change dramatically because of this.
And when I set out to build this project, I really wasn't sure if it could do it.
But now I'm now I'm certain and I've watched how it does it.
And for those of you listening who are on the more technical side, there's a new term that has emerged, and it's called recursive reasoning.
Recursive reasoning is incredibly powerful.
And I actually already implemented that on one of my uh data pipeline processing uh tasks, kind of a simple task, which was to build out lists of keyword compts related to certain topics.
So if I give my engine the topic of, let's say energy, I want it to build me a list of a hundred phrases that are related to energy, you know, like power grids, solar energy, fossil fuels, etc.
Well, I use recursive reasoning for that, which is I I ask it for the answer, then I take the answer, I feed it back in as part of the question, and I ask it to iterate on the question again, plus the previous answer multiple times to keep filling it out until it gets every concept that's related to energy.
And by doing that, I think I did it like 28 loops on that, and it had a kick-ass list.
Okay, so that's just a simple example of what's called recursive reasoning.
Recursive reasoning is about to be applied to agentic tasks that is office jobs.
So people who at work they create documents or they create spreadsheets or they calculate things with spreadsheets, or they answer emails, or they write legal letters, you know, uh attorneys types of uh work,
or or whatever people do at their desks, it's about to be done so much more quickly and effectively through recursive reasoning, which is vastly better than uh one-shot answers from AI models.
So if you've heard, or if you've used AI and you've asked it a prompt and it's spit out an answer, and you're like, hey, that answer is not that great, and it hallucinated too.
Well, guess what?
That's about to go away because of recursive reasoning.
Because what's going to happen next is that answer is going to get fed back into the model, and uh with basically a new prompt that says, hey, check out this answer, make sure it's all real, line by line, sentence by sentence, you know, does it does it fact check?
Is it accurate?
Is it the right answer, etc.?
And it's just gonna burn tokens in this recursive reasoning loop until it spits out the the correct answer, and that answer is gonna kick ass.
It's gonna take a little bit longer, but the accuracy is gonna go through the roof on this.
And that technology was just published in a science paper by Samsung engineers, and it is absolutely stunning what they achieved.
So the other thing to keep in mind on this is I've heard some commentators say there's an AI bubble.
And by that I think they mean the stock prices of the AI companies or NVIDIA, you know, the chipmaker, etc.
But a lot of people who talk about the AI bubble, they claim that AI doesn't work, or they claim that it's not any good, that it just produces slop, and that it fails every time companies try to use it.
Uh none of that's true, actually.
Um, AI can produce slop if you don't know what you're doing.
And in companies that tried to implement AI, if they had failures, well, they just didn't know what they were doing.
But that's changing rapidly.
Uh the truth is AI absolutely works.
It works extremely well.
And in terms of its function, it's not a bubble at all.
In fact, it's moving faster than any of us anticipated.
So it's almost scary how fast or how quickly it's getting good at what it does.
It's almost scary.
I did not expect to be able to, for example, you know, wrong this kind of uh web application so easily in such a small amount of time.
But you know, here we are.
So when when COVID hit and we couldn't go out to get our hair cut anywhere, I started cutting my own hair.
Seriously, and I've been cutting my hair ever since, and some days you can tell.
Um, but now I'm writing my own code.
Well, actually, I mean, AI is writing it for me, so I'm building my own apps.
So this is all about decentralization.
This is actually great news for you as well, because whatever you have in your mind, you'll be able to simply describe it to a system and it will build it.
I mean, for me to do this project, Enoch, I had to have some technical knowledge.
But within six months or a year, the amount of technical knowledge required will plummet dramatically, and you'll be able to just talk to it.
Just talk to, you know, even open AI is announcing all kinds of new agency systems.
You'll be able to just like load up a web page, log in, and just start talking to it with a microphone.
Say, uh, you know, build me a recipe generator based on this and this and this for people with allergies and this and this, and you know, make sure it also covers pets or whatever.
You just talk to it, and then boom, you know, it just starts popping in components, starts building it, you walk away for an hour, you come back, and the app is is done.
Except you might want to make some changes to, oh, I forgot.
Don't forget about iguanas, you know.
So you'll tell it, oh, add this, add the iguana section, and food for turtles, you know.
But that's the way it's gonna be.
So, whatever you want to do.
Hey, I want to create a video clip about this.
I want to create a mini documentary about this, right?
I mean, what uh uh generate some corporate logos.
I want you to write a book, write a story, write a bedtime story for my grandkids, you know, whatever.
I want you to generate an email, reply to this email, or you know, send a complaint letter to the attorney general, for God's sake.
Whatever you want it to do, you'll be able to just talk to it and it will do it.
And that's a lot of that already exists, and the rest is coming very soon.
So, no, AI is not a bubble in the sense that you know it's not it's not some big overhyped thing like the dot com bubble.
That was all a bunch of nonsense.
It was like, hey, we could just you know lose money forever as long as we have more users.
They said eyeballs.
Remember that back in 1999 and 2000?
We got eyeballs on our website.
As long as we have eyeballs, you know, our valuation is a billion dollars.
And it turns out that eyeballs didn't pay the rent.
You know, drcoop.com found that out the hard way with a total collapse.
And remember the website Excite, which was I think a search engine, and there was Alta Vista, and there was like there was like a pet store or was it pets.com, whatever it was back in the dot-com days, you know, and then it collapsed.
Well, that's because it didn't actually work.
I mean, people were throwing money into online retailers just because they had a dot com after their name.
It didn't mean they had a viable business model.
Whereas today, AI, which is the technology that has the most rapid adoption in the world, more rapid than any other technology in history, including computing or mobile phones or radio or you know, the internet, or anything, it actually works and it allows people to get things done.
It allows us to build things, it allows us to express ideas that are in our heads, and it creates efficiencies for corporations and so on.
So anyway, I'm gonna move on topic-wise here, but I I really wanted you to grasp the fact that this is real, like AI is here to stay.
It's probably the most revolutionary technology in the history of civilization, other than maybe the invention of the wheel, let's say.
Uh, but aside from that, you know, it there's nothing else that compares with it, and it's gonna change everything about our world.
It's gonna change everything.
And one simple way that you can just start using it is just use our engine.
Just go to bright you.ai and start typing in your prompts.
And you can use all kinds of prompts.
Again, you can have it summarize things, expand things, write things, uh, translate things, research, whatever.
It's really powerful.
All right, and watch for more announcements.
Probably some at least one big announcement per week at this pace, because like I said, I don't have to wait on other people now.
Imagine that.
I get to move at the speed of Mike instead of the speed of everybody else.
Woo!
Watch out, world.
Uh-oh, Mike is unleashed.
Okay, the mind of Mike is about to be made into the real world.
Run for your lives.
Okay, I'm kidding.
Here we go.
Let's talk about gold because of course gold now, as I'm recording this, is about $4,040.
So, and it went up to $4,060 during the day.
It just fell off of that a little bit.
So, not only did gold blow through $4,000, but then it just kept going.
And remember how I said, what was it yesterday or the day before?
I said, you know, gold, gold could be 4,000 by the end of this week.
And uh, you know, sure enough, I mean, it happened on Wednesday.
And uh silver right now is over 49.
And silver could hit 50 today or tomorrow, maybe even by the time you hear this, who knows.
Silver, sometimes it'll go up a dollar a day.
I mean, it can have wild swings too.
It'll go down a dollar a day sometimes.
It's more volatile.
But the fact that these metals are going up so much is just uh really extraordinary.
And it shows you how rapidly the dollar is collapsing.
And so I recorded a special report on this earlier that's really important because the title is the following Not Owning Gold is a high risk proposition.
This is a podcast about risk, because people who don't know what money actually is, they think it's risky to buy gold.
You don't know what's gonna happen to the price.
No, no, no.
What's risky is not owning gold.
What's risky is holding currency that keeps losing value.
That's risky.
In fact, that's a guaranteed loss.
So I want to play that special report for you, followed by my uh my gold uh sponsor plug that I recorded in the studio.
It's it's not very long, but it just shows you what are the options of getting gold and silver if if you want to.
And look, by the way, I I don't know if the price is gonna go down tomorrow or up tomorrow.
I don't know.
But from personal experience, I'll tell you, I've never regretted what I paid for gold or silver, no matter what I bought it for, along all the ups and downs.
I mean, sometimes I bought it and it went down.
And then a little bit later, it went back up way past where I bought it.
And if you're asking, like, should I buy it now?
I don't know.
I don't know where it's going.
But I'm pretty sure the dollar's gonna keep collapsing.
And I'm also entirely certain that gold and silver have the least risk of any system of value, even less risk than Bitcoin, or less risk than the dollar or any currency for that matter, gold and silver are money.
So it's actually the safe haven to get away from risk.
And that's what a lot of people don't realize.
And sadly, they're gonna pay for that mistake with a lot of asset losses when you know the big reset comes.
So give a listen to the special report, and then we will continue on the other side.
It now takes 4,000 US dollars to buy one ounce of gold.
Or you could say that one US dollar can now only purchase one four thousandths of an ounce of gold.
And, you know, and a few decades ago, a dollar used to purchase one thirty-fifth of an ounce of gold.
So, of course, you know, the value of the dollar has plummeted dramatically over 90% compared to gold.
And this podcast is about understanding risk versus gold, dollars, treasuries, other investments.
Because there is still a very pervasive belief among a lot of people, more sort of conventional thinking type of people.
They think that gold is risky.
I mean, I've heard them say things.
Oh, I don't know if I should get gold because you know the dollars were the it's the most solid investment, you know, the dollar, the treasuries, the T bills.
And they think that they're actually earning money because the US Treasury is paying them, you know, 4% or whatever, even though the dollar's losing 15 to 20% per year in terms of purchasing power.
So by investing in treasuries, they're losing, you know, 10 to 15% or or more per year, but they think they're gaining because they're not educated about what is risk.
See, if you invest in treasuries or bank CDs or what have you, yeah, you have certainty, you have certainty that you will lose purchasing power.
In other words, you're losing money.
If you buy treasuries, you're losing money because the treasury and the Fed are printing so much money, trillions of dollars a year, that the plummeting value of the dollars that you get paid back in is worth far less than the yield on the treasuries by far.
So, yeah, there's certainty, but there's certainty of loss.
Now, you could argue, well, that's not a high risk situation.
No, it's it's not actually there's not much risk of variation of that scenario.
It's not high risk, it's high loss.
It's certainty of high loss.
So if you stay in dollars, any dollar instrument, there's a certainty of high loss.
Whereas gold and silver give you the certainty of holding value or the certainty of high gain versus the dollar.
Now, you might argue, well, it's not 100% certain.
Okay, fine, it's near certainty.
But the in my mind, the certainty of gold and silver comes from the fact that they have been around since the dawn of human civilization, and that they hold value over time, and that they have outlasted the rise and fall of every currency and every nation, every civilization that has come and gone over the last you know thousands of years, because gold is even mentioned, you know, in the Bible in the old testament.
So we're talking about 5,000 years, gold has outlasted everything else.
So if you want to talk about certainty, well, I have a lot of certainty in the table of elements.
I have very high certainty that gold and silver are going to still be here because they are physical elements that cannot be destroyed.
In fact, there's really only two ways you can mess with them, and that's fission and fusion.
You can either create heavier elements or lighter elements by combining things with gold and silver, but to do that, you have to have, I don't know, like exploding stars and things like that.
So I have very high certainty that gold is gold, silver is silver.
I do not have high certainty that dollars are money, that dollars will have purchasing power.
So people who prefer dollars and treasuries over gold, they misunderstand risk.
They don't understand that holding dollars is a 100% certainty of losing purchasing power, whereas holding gold and silver is a near certainty of protecting purchasing power.
So actually, gold and silver are the lowest risk investment that you can possibly make.
Now, there's another reason for this that's not immediately obvious, and that has to do with counterparty risk.
So if you buy treasuries, who's your counterparty?
Who has to make good on their end of the deal to pay you back?
Oh, well, that's the United States Treasury, which is broke.
The US government is broke, bankrupt.
So you have to trust in a party that is not trustworthy.
A party that is sooner or later going to default on their debt.
And if you buy stocks, same thing.
You don't have possession of the stocks.
You don't have the stock certificates.
You don't have bearer bonds.
Your stocks are held in some, you know, portfolio somewhere, you know, some stockbroker account.
And really it belongs to them, not you.
You're just sort of the proxy owner, but not the real owner.
They own it.
And if they go into default, then all your stocks belong to them, and then you become a creditor and you get to wait in line to see if there's going to be a settlement so that you can try to get some money back.
But if you have gold and silver in your hands, then there's no counterparty risk.
Gold and silver in your hands, right?
So it doesn't matter if the bank goes bankrupt because they don't have your gold.
And that's why you shouldn't put gold in a safe deposit box.
If the dollar collapses, that doesn't make your gold disappear either.
In fact, it probably makes your gold way more valuable.
But you hold it, you control it.
You can touch your gold or silver.
And so you know it's real and it's not vanishing.
And, you know, like even crypto can vanish.
Crypto has counterparty risk, even though it's decentralized, obviously.
But for Bitcoin to have value, the Bitcoin network, the nodes have to function.
Electricity has to work.
And for you to cash out of Bitcoin, there has to be somebody else willing to buy it.
So in essence, it's distributed counterparty risk.
It's not the same as just holding Bitcoin in your hand where it has intrinsic value.
That doesn't exist, even if you have self-custody of Bitcoin.
It's still not the same as having gold and silver in your hands.
Gold and silver are money.
And that's why they keep skyrocketing in value with gold now over $4,000 an ounce, silver about to touch $50.
Because in a world of risk, risk of financial loss, risk of tariffs, risk of war, risk of default.
All the nations and central banks and hedge funds and family funds that know what they're doing, they are buying gold and silver, hand over fist.
Because they are fleeing risk, and they are buying gold and silver as a means of safety, as a lifeboat to paddle away from the sinking Titanic of fiat currencies and the Western global financial system that has already crashed into an iceberg and is taking on water and is about to sink.
The Western financial system is going to capsize.
Gold and silver are your lifeboats.
And if you buy gold and silver early enough, then your lifeboat is very affordable.
If you buy it late, your lifeboat is expensive.
But no matter when you buy it, you're gonna buy it if you can, because what's the value of a lifeboat?
It's priceless when the currency is collapsing.
And that's why you're gonna see gold go way beyond $5,000 an ounce.
I mean, there's there's gonna be a day where gold is 10,000.
Frankly, there's gonna be a day where gold is 50,000 because the dollar is collapsing, and thus it takes more and more dollars to buy one ounce of gold.
Now, I don't know the timeline of that, and don't take this as financial advice, but I know that's going to happen because there's no way that the dollar printing is going to stop.
It's just it gives too much power to the government and the Fed and the treasury.
The power to print currency is the ultimate economic power in our world.
They will never give that up.
They will never stop creating currency.
Which means that the dollar itself is not going to come back and gain a bunch of value.
You know, you're not going to see extreme deflation to the point where gold goes back down to you know $250 an ounce.
Never going to see that.
Instead, you know, we might see gold at $25,000 an ounce on the way to a total currency collapse of the dollar.
So that's why the smart people are stocking up on physical gold and silver.
Now, I don't know what the price is going to do in the short term.
I don't know if it's going to go up or down.
I don't know if there's going to be a correction.
I do not think it's overbought, even though it's skyrocketing.
It's still, in my view, undervalued from where it will be.
I mean, I see gold at $5,000 before the end of this year very easily.
And silver at $50, probably by the end of this week or early next week.
And silver could be $100 by the end of this year or early next year, let's say, possibly.
But again, don't take this as investment advice.
If you want to get physical gold and silver, which is your lifeboat to hold on to your assets, uh, get it from trusted sources.
And the source I trust is Battalion Metals.
They are our sponsor.
And I've been working with that team for I don't know, seven years now.
High integrity, high trust, high honesty.
Very low premiums on the coins.
They give you an exceptional deal.
You can find them at metals with mic.com.
That's metals with mic.com.
That will forward you to their website.
And there, if you use our discount code Ranger, then they waive the shipping insurance fee on any physical coins that you purchase.
And yeah, you can buy physical coins from them, they will ship them to you.
You will get them, insured, discreet delivery.
Nobody knows you're getting gold or silver.
And you know, you're gonna open the package and you're gonna do what everybody does.
You count them.
You're like, did they send me the right number?
Yes, they did.
Here they are, one, two, three, four, five.
You know, whatever.
You count them up.
You're like, okay, got it.
And then your next question is gonna be where do I hide this stuff, right?
Where do I hide this?
So there's lots and lots of information about where to hide gold and silver.
I've done podcasts on that, I've done book chapters on that.
If you go to my audiobooks at naturalnews.com, uh, the global reset survival guide is an audio book.
It's free.
You can download it.
That book has a whole chapter dedicated to hiding gold and silver.
So you might want to check that out.
It's got a lot of crazy ideas that will most definitely hide your gold and silver because nobody's looking at the places that I mention in that book.
And again, it's free, so you know.
Download it and enjoy.
Uh again, medals with mic.com is how you get to battalion metals, and I strongly encourage you to check them out.
They don't run bait and switch operations or any kind of nonsense like that.
Otherwise, I obviously wouldn't do business with them, period.
They are an honest broker that can help you get honest money.
Gold and silver are money.
Dollars and currencies are not money, period.
They are not.
And so if you're holding on to dollars and treasuries and everything, guess what?
You don't have any money.
Not until you get into gold and silver.
Then it's real money.
At the end of the day, it's real money that's gonna save you from this accelerating financial collapse or debt collapse that's happening, or maybe I don't know, you call it currency collapse.
All three.
But real money is gonna be your your lifeboat out of all of this.
So get some real money while you can while the dollar still is tradable for real money.
And you will thank yourself for doing so.
And thank you for listening.
I'm Mike Adams here, the Health Ranger, naturalnews.com and Brighton.com.
Take care.
All right, check in gold prices today.
And this is the first week of October, and we're almost at $4,000 an ounce.
I've got on my screen here, $3984 gold is rising very rapidly.
And also uh silver prices, although a little bit more flat uh today, they're very close to $48.
Silver's probably going to cross $50 pretty soon.
Now, don't take this as financial advice.
Do your own research, but the trend is undeniable.
Gold and silver are exploding in terms of dollar denomination because of course the value of the dollar is sinking.
Dollars are being destroyed by money printing and debt spending, while gold and silver are doing their job by preserving wealth.
And of course, if you want to preserve your wealth, you need to get more gold and silver.
We've partnered with the battalion metals company.
We've been working with them for years, actually.
Uh, This is what used to be Treasure Island, and they launched this new online presence with new improved services.
It's called Battalion Metals.
You can reach them at metalswithmic.com.
It takes you straight to Battalion Metals, and there you can shop for gold and silver coins from all the trusted mints.
No shenanigans, no bait and switch, not trying to sell you weird, like three-ounce numismatics that nobody wants or other weird odd coins.
There's none of that garbage.
This is a trustworthy family-run business in precious metals that's been around literally for generations.
They have discrete uh insured delivery and vaulting services, including IRA vaulting.
And seriously, check them out, check out their prices.
You can see their prices online in real time, so you can see that they're not uh playing you know, ripoff games or anything like that.
Honest pricing, honest products.
Now, if you use discount code ranger, if you place any order with them for physical delivery, use ranger, they will waive the shipping insurance fee.
And that saves you something.
It's uh, I mean, it's not a huge part of every sale, but every little bit counts.
It helps you maximize the amount of metal you actually get.
And I believe it's critical right now to have physical gold and silver in your hands.
As the dollar collapses and as we face the possibility of a banking system collapse, and even ultimately a U.S. empire collapse that some people are predicting, something like the way the Soviet Union collapsed in 1991.
Well, if that happens, the dollar is toast.
And then the value that you'll have left is either what you have in metals, what you have in property, what you have in hard assets.
And at that point, you may want to consider also goldbacks, which are these.
Here's a stack of goldbacks.
Um I keep these on my desk because I I hand them out to people, I give them to guests and other people.
Um, each one of these right now is one one thousandth of an ounce of physical gold inside the gold back.
And these are available in different denominations with larger amounts of gold in them.
So the gold is actually in the gold back, and then these can these allow you to spend gold like cash.
And people love them at farmers markets and certain merchants across different states, and more states are opening up for goldbacks and more states are recognizing gold and silver as legal tender as well.
You know, not necessarily in this form, but in in any form, just that gold and silver ounces are recognized as legal tender in many, many states.
And more states are coming.
So if you want to get goldbacks, go to our website, verified goldbacks.com, where we explain what goldbacks are, and I share my lab testing results because we actually melted these down using a kiln, and we did different types of tests.
There's the melting test, there's the acid stone test for gold purity, and we weighed them on an analytical balance in our lab to look at the actual gold mass.
And then this is our ICPMS for the gold atomic analysis.
And then at the end, we produce this chart that you can see here.
If you scroll down, let me keep there.
It is this is the recovery chart.
So out of goldbacks, how much was expected in terms of gold mass?
Here's how much we recovered.
So the least amount we recovered was about 102%.
And the highest amount was 107%.
That uh that was out of the five five gold back units.
So you're actually getting slightly more than the promised amount of gold in the gold backs.
And this is critical because you know we have independently confirmed that these actually do contain the gold that they claim to contain.
Otherwise, obviously, we wouldn't be, you know, promoting them.
So you can order these from verified goldbacks.com.
Just click this button right here.
You see this?
Uh click this to order gold backs.
And as gold prices go up, gold backs also go up in value right along with gold.
So when I first started mentioning gold backs, they were three dollars and something per gold back, and now they're over seven dollars per gold back.
So, those of you who already purchased gold backs, you've probably seen them double in value, if not more, depending on when you purchase them.
So those are the two options we have available for you.
We have battalion medals that you can reach via metalswithmic.com For gold and silver coins that are recognized coins from recognized mints or goldbacks from verified goldbacks.com that you can allow you to spend gold like cash.
So those are the options we have available for you.
And just again, don't take this as financial advice, check with your own financial advisors, do your own research, make your own decisions.
But at the end of the day, the people who listen to this and who got gold in the last couple of years, or silver, they have seen the value of that just skyrocket in terms of dollar denominations.
In fact, gold was only around, well, just under $2,000 in 2022.
And now it's about $4,000.
So it's doubled in about three years or maybe a little bit over three years.
That is significant.
That is outperforming almost all of the stock market indexes and stock market funds and so on without the risk of stock market loss.
Because when you have gold and silver in your hands, then there's no counterparty risk.
You have it in your possession.
You hold it, you own it, and it can't vanish overnight if a bank fails, or if a currency fails, or if a government fails.
Gold and silver will outlast the dollar, they will outlast the United States government, they will outlast the treasury and the Federal Reserve.
Mark my words.
Gold's mentioned in the Bible.
It's been around since the dawn of human civilization, and it will still be here after this whole system collapses if it does.
So you want real value that maintains that value?
Gold and silver is your answer.
Again, medals with Mike.com and use discount code Ranger to have the shipping insurance waived off of your order.
So thank you for supporting us.
And thank you for supporting yourself so that you'll have some assets when you know when this economic storm blows through.
It's gonna be something interesting, that's for sure.
Thanks for watching.
I'm Mike Adams of Brighttown.com and naturalnews.com.
Take care.
All right, let's talk about Gaza and the possibility of peace.
Now we got to take this with a grain of salt here, but uh there's uh there's a tweet out there.
Now, Trump announced this on Truth Social.
I'm gonna read it for you.
Quote, I am very proud to announce that Israel and Hamas have both signed off on the first phase of our peace plan.
This means that all of the hostages will be released very soon.
Uh by all, does he mean also all the Palestinian hostages?
Or is he talking about just the Israeli hostages?
I don't know.
And Israel will withdraw their troops to an agreed-upon line as the first steps toward a strong, durable, and everlasting peace.
All parties will be treated fairly, Trump says.
This is a great day for the Arab and Muslim world, comma, Israel, comma, all surrounding nations and the United States of America.
And we thank the mediators from Qatar, Egypt, and Turkey who worked with us to make this historic and unprecedented event happen.
Blessed are the peacemakers.
Okay.
So uh yes, blessed are the peacemakers.
Um, but Netanyahu is not one of them, that's for sure.
So is Trump one of them?
That's the question here.
Uh my assessment, which has only really congealed here over the last couple of days, is that Trump is tired of Netanyahu's murderous rampage.
Trump is tired of the political fallout.
Trump is tired of how the Zionists are just ripping apart MAGA by putting Israel first instead of America first.
Trump wants the chaos to end with Gaza and Israel.
But I believe the reason he wants that to end is because he wants to focus on bombing Iran, you know.
I mean, it's not like Trump wants peace everywhere.
He just wants the war to stop in one place so he can start another war in another place.
At least that's my assessment.
You know, you know Netanyahu is gonna trick America into bombing Iran again, or even maybe invading with land forces.
That's probably coming.
We also know that Trump can sometimes be a little overly enthusiastic in announcing these deals.
I mean, I've seen press conferences where he would announce amazing things in front of uh the people like the CEOs or leaders or uh international leaders standing in the room with him and they they have expressions on their faces like, what is he talking about?
We didn't agree to that.
You know, he would announce peace uh in in Ukraine or or something, you know, and and the European leaders are like, huh?
So the what's the saying?
The the truth is in the pudding is is that a is that the right saying?
Just sounds so odd.
The proof is in the pudding.
You know, that that's a very odd idiom in English.
The the proof is in the pudding.
I never, I mean, that just never made sense.
I I think I think maybe the spoon is in the pudding if you drop if you drop the spoon when you you know when you were preparing the pudding, the spoon is in the pudding, or somebody dropped a hair of the pudding, but I don't know, I don't know that the proof is in there.
Uh nevertheless, that that's a saying that that means that you know we're gonna wait and see what happens.
And I'm a little bit skeptical of this, well, more than a little, because I know a couple of things.
I know that number one, the US Empire never negotiates in good faith.
They negotiated with Iran, for example, and then they bombed and and Israel killed the negotiators.
So and Trump was saying, hey, we're gonna meet with them on Monday, but then bomb them and kill them on Saturday, you know.
So everybody in the world knows that the US doesn't negotiate in good faith.
And Trump has proven to be very untrustworthy in this regard as well.
Uh secondly, everybody knows that Netanyahu cannot have peace for his own survival, his own political survival, his own freedom, he will be prosecuted if the war ends, because he's a criminal.
He'll be prosecuted in Israel, much less by the ICC.
But he's a criminal even to his own people, and he has used war to stay in power.
And Netanyahu will always find another way, usually through false flag operations or paying off Hamas fringe groups to attack Israel or you know, start another attack or whatever.
You know, uh bomb another building, bomb a car in Israel.
That's he did that one day to get out of court.
Oh, I can't go to court today because there was a car bombing.
Yeah, guess who carried out the car bombing?
His own people, you know, for God's sake.
This is not complicated.
So Netanyahu cannot have peace.
He cannot.
So the real question is, how will Netanyahu sabotage this deal?
And will Trump let him get away with it?
Because so far, Netanyahu has been leading Trump by the nose, which is also another English idiom that I think could be improved by saying that he's leading him by the nose ring, because that would give you something to hold on to.
If you lead somebody by the nose ring, they are more compliant than just leading them by the nose, it turns out.
If you don't believe me, find somebody with a nose ring and yank on it, and you will see what I mean.
But Trump doesn't have a nose ring, obviously, not yet.
But Netanyahu uh, of course, controls Congress and controls the Christian Zionists in America, and is spending millions of dollars on influence campaigns to pay a bunch of propagandists online to post a bunch of pro-Israel nonsense.
So it's a big political headache for Trump.
So here's the question: can Trump resist Netanyahu's attempt to break the peace deal by blaming it on Hamas?
And I think the answer is no.
So I think that publicly Netanyahu is going to say, yeah, we're all for peace, sure.
And then like three days into this, there's gonna be uh uh a bombing of you know, I don't know, some like some target in Israel, and then Netanyahu's gonna announce, oh, that was Hamas, they broke the peace deal, and he's gonna go right back to bombing Gaza.
He's gonna go right back to it.
I mean, I I doubt it will last three days, but I hope I'm wrong.
I do believe Trump wants to stop this right now just because it's politically inconvenient what he's dealing with, and because he wants to focus again on war with Iran.
But meanwhile, uh Israel itself is and Netanyahu in particular is following some kind of apocalyptic end times, you know, suicide cult belief system.
And if you haven't yet heard Professor Jiang from uh Predictive History, uh, you should check him out because he's got some really informative information about Israel and the Bible and how Israel has rejected Jesus,
but how Israel actually wants the world to hate Israel because they need the entire world to attack Israel in order to make all the end times prophecies come true to lead to the war with Gog and Magog and you know Ezekiel chapter 39, etc.
The end of Israel to be saved by God.
So I've recorded a special report on that that I think is highly relevant here.
You're wondering why does Israel want the world to hate it so much?
Why does Israel bomb Christian churches and you know bomb hospitals and launch missiles at food aid workers?
Why?
Surely they must know that the world will turn against them.
Yes, that's the plan.
That's the plan.
So check out this special report, and then we'll continue on the other side.
You know, it's obvious at this point that Israel ordered the hit on Charlie Kirk.
But there's a really interesting perspective on what's behind all of this.
And this was offered by, I think his name is Professor Zhang of predictive history.
And it's a great channel.
You should check out his work.
He's on YouTube, although I don't like to promote YouTube, but um he's on other, he's on Rumble.
He does interviews on a lot of other channels that are also on Rumble and Brighton.
So what he says is that the hardcore Zionists, and remember that Zionism is not synonymous with Judaism.
So being a Jew does not make you a Zionist.
Zionists are actually a minority of those of Jewish faith.
And uh Zionists believe in an accelerationist philosophy, accelerating the world towards a series of events that they believe culminate in the end times apocalypse, which is when the entire world turns against Israel and goes to war against Israel, and Israel is very nearly destroyed, but then God appears to save Israel.
Now, even though that's obvious nonsense, uh they believe it.
And they believe it wholeheartedly.
I mean, they they've taught this for generations.
They absolutely believe that the way to be saved by God is to first anger the entire world and to have Israel seen as you know the worst terrorist state, the worst genocidal state, the worst uh you know, famine pushing state that's harming women and children and bombing apartment buildings and bombing hospitals and so on.
That's why they do this in broad daylight.
They know they're not fooling anybody, they're not trying to fool anybody.
They know that it's not self-defense to obliterate Gaza City and to say, oh, there might have been, you know, Hamas tunnels under every single building.
So we had to destroy them all.
They know that nobody believes that, but they want the world to hate them because they think that God is going to save them.
Now, importantly, the Zionists do not believe in Jesus Christ.
They do not believe in Christ being their savior, they don't believe in Christ at all, and actually uh some scholars believe that Christ was sent to the Jews as the prophet to save them, but instead of embracing him, they demanded that he be killed, and then he was crucified and killed.
But that was at the request of the Israeli uh priests, the religious leaders of ancient Israel, they had Jesus killed.
Just like today, they they had Charlie Kirk killed, you know, and I'm not saying Charlie Kirk is Jesus, but they use death whenever it is appropriate for them, whenever they want to silence somebody, just like they silenced Jesus by killing him.
But Zionists believe in Using violence in using murder and torture and rape in order to appease their God.
And understand that the Old Testament, the ancient Israelites, they practice animal sacrifice.
And many Zionists still do today.
They'll cut the throats of chickens and twirl those chickens around over their heads with blood flinging out.
And they think that that is going to appease their God.
Now, Jesus of Nazareth, he was strongly opposed to animal sacrifice, completely opposed to it.
That's why he freed the animals in the temple and got angry with the money changers, etc.
That's all part of the same scene of Jesus of Nazareth rejecting the ancient uh Jewish traditions of animal sacrifice, which are really rooted in demonic rituals.
So animal sacrifice is a demonic ritual, and so is child sacrifice.
And that's why, if you think about it, Zionists, especially those in America, are almost 100% pro-abortion, because they support the child sacrifice blood rituals.
They also are carrying out blood rituals of child sacrifice in Gaza, with something like 40% of the casualties in Gaza being uh children.
That's all on purpose.
These are child sacrifices to their God, which is not the same as our God.
The God of the Zionists is none other than Moloch, Satan.
That is their God.
So when you wonder why do they use murder?
Why are they so deceptive?
Why do they have tongues of serpents like Netanyahu?
Why do they attract uh convicted criminals like Dinesh D'Souza to defend them?
You know, what is it about being a criminal?
Uh Dinesh D'Souza admitted to being a criminal, uh, committing crimes against uh the United States of America, that he was indicted uh by the Department of Justice and sentenced for his crimes.
Why does he interview Netanyahu?
Well, because like attracts like a criminal mind of D'Souza is attracted to the crimes against humanity carried out by Netanyahu, and both of those are dark, evil things that are uh, let's say they they are congruent with Moloch and demonism and Satanism.
They are anti-Christ uh philosophies.
And Netanyahu, of course, uh despises Christ, but he likes to pretend, you know, he implies that he supports Christians in America, but you never hear Netanyahu invoking Jesus Christ, do you?
And you never hear anyone in the Trump administration talking about Jesus Christ after they've been confirmed.
Some of them mentioned Jesus, you know, before the election, but now that Israel is in total control over the Trump administration, they will never talk about Jesus because that's not allowed.
That's the Zionists don't allow people to believe in Jesus or talk about Jesus.
And again, why?
Because the Zionists are worshiping Satan.
They are a satanic death cult.
And they literally have a death cult agenda, which is to get the whole world to turn against Israel and to go to war with Israel, which seems like that's on track, and then to have Israel destroyed, which also seems to be on track, at which point they think God is going to show up and save them.
And they will cite chapters like Ezekiel 38 and 39.
Uh they typically, you know, they're not going to cite New Testament, you know, book of Revelation.
The Christians end up citing that more.
But Netanyahu and the Zionists, you know, they'll they'll cite uh Old Testament scriptures and uh prophecies by you know all the different prophets in the Old Testament, talking about the destruction and the saving of Israel.
So understand, they are insane in thinking that God is going to reward them for slaughtering and sacrificing women and children and innocent civilians.
But that is who they are.
They are demons, they worship Satan, and they're wrong about thinking that God is going to save them.
God is not going to save them.
The actual creator of our universe is a God of love, not a God of torture and pain and suffering and death, which is what Israel is promoting, and Zionists in particular.
So if you believe in a God of love, then you know that what Israel and Zionists are promoting is the opposite of that.
They are promoting their God of death.
Who is the God of death?
That is Moloch.
That's Satan.
The opposite of God.
So they may be right in thinking that if they kill enough people and they burn enough red heifers and whatever, and they destroy the Al-Aqsa temple and then rebuild their own new temple.
They might summon Satan, who is their God.
So when they say that God's going to come back and save Israel, they're half right, possibly, in the sense that they may invoke Satan to appear.
But Satan doesn't win.
Actually, Satan is defeated and destroyed, which means that Zionism will be defeated and destroyed because it is just a mask for Satanism.
And the actual spiritual winner in all of this is the creative God of love, who is, I think, you know, best expressed in human form through Jesus of Nazareth, who again opposed animal sacrifice and opposed harming innocent people.
And Jesus would never have supported what Israel is doing today.
Jesus was not, you know, his nickname wasn't Genocide Jesus.
No, it was the opposite.
He would help the impoverished.
He would feed those who needed food.
And he even said, if you want to work with me and walk with me, you have to give up all your worldly possessions because we are about helping people and giving to people.
We are not about collecting material wealth and just being wealthy at the expense of everybody else.
Well, again, that's the opposite of what Israel and Zionism teaches today.
And that's why it's so bizarre that Christians in America could possibly support Israel or possibly support Zionism, because Zionism is the opposite of what Christ taught and lived and preached, you know, and demonstrated.
It's the opposite.
So anyone who is actually supporting Israel or supporting Zionism is following an anti-Christ faith that is there worshiping Satan.
And that's why Israel is often called the synagogue of Satan, because that's exactly what it is.
Today, modern-day Israel is a synagogue of Satan, and its leaders are rooted in satanic worship and blood ritual killings of children.
And also notice that it's the Israeli-funded NGOs, such as uh Hyas or the Hebrew Immigrant Aid Society, H I A S, that funded the illegal immigrant invasion of the United States and also of European countries as well.
So the Zionist money is all about causing wars and disruptions and infiltration and overthrow and destroying Western culture because that's all part of their apocalyptic end times cult belief system, where again they think that God is going to come save them if the whole world turns against them.
So as Professor Chiang explains, this is why Netanyahu is trying to be the most hated figure in the world.
He's wanting to have Israel boycotted by every nation.
He's wanting Iran to launch missiles at Israel.
You know, he's wanting Hamas to fight and Hezbollah and Lebanon and Egypt and, you know, bring it on Turkey.
He wants everybody to fight and to nearly destroy Israel because that is what their prophecy tells them.
And of course, Netanyahu and all those who follow that are clinically insane.
They've been brainwashed by an ancient death cult that also worship Satan, and they think that this is how things actually operate in the world today, and it's not.
And what's actually going to happen is that Israel is going to be destroyed, and then it's just going to be destroyed.
You know, and it's like, uh, no one's coming to save you, Israel, because you have proven yourself to be incompatible with human civilization.
And imagine the shock among all of the cultists that when Israel is finally destroyed, they're going to be so surprised.
How come God didn't save us?
You know, how come all we got are these evil demons showed up, but but God didn't save us?
Yeah, because you're evil, that's why to all the Zionists, God won't save you.
God condemns you because you're evil.
Because you're liars, because you're serpents, you're deceptive, you harm children on purpose, you shoot them, you starve them, you kill doctors, you kill food aid workers, you are evil.
And every person who supports Israel today, what it's doing since you know October 7th shares in that evil.
Every single person.
And every single person that supports Israel will, of course, one day be judged by the actual creator.
Not the fake, you know, pretender of Satan that Israel worships, but the actual God, the creator of our universe, the God rooted in love and compassion and acceptance and in empathy and the values that make humanity a worthwhile species, you know.
But Israel and Zionists share none of those.
They do not have any of the traits that define humanity.
They have no compassion, they have zero empathy, they have no fealty to the truth.
They are willing to lie at every opportunity.
They use deception as tools of manipulation, just like Netanyahu claiming, oh, Iran is gonna have nukes that could reach America.
That's why you got to go to war with Iran, you're gonna bomb them, or or they'll get you.
Yeah, he says that about every four months.
And it's always a lie.
He's been saying it since the 1990s, and that's just the nature of Zionism.
They're rooted in deception and psyops and lies and murder and violence.
And so anybody who follows that is going to be judged harshly by the actual creator.
Because, you know, you can imagine the real God saying, Hey, this is not what I taught you.
This is not, I mean, I sent you Jesus, you know, and and to the Muslims, you know, I sent you Muhammad.
That's what they would say.
And Jesus and Muhammad actually had quite a lot in common in their teachings, and neither one directly uh promoted mass violence or killing or genocide of innocent people.
Neither one.
So the uh the answer is actually quite clear here.
If you want your soul to be in the clear, then what you need to do is uh reject Zionism, reject anti-human hatred, reject Satanism, uh reject Netanyahu, reject all the propaganda and lies and the harming and bombing of children.
Reject all of that, and instead embrace the teachings of Jesus of Nazareth.
And those teachings are rooted in love and compassion and truth, honesty, etc.
To the extent that you do that, your soul will be fine.
It's actually not that hard to get into heaven as I've taught in some of my sermons.
Not that hard to get into heaven.
All you have to do is be a good person, learn and read what Jesus taught, practice that in your life, treat other human beings with dignity, which Israel is incapable of doing, and you too can get into heaven.
Again, it's not that difficult.
So thank you for listening.
I'm Mike Adams, the Health Ranger, here at naturalnews.com and Brighton.com.
And feel free to use my AI engine.
It's free of charge.
It's at Brighton.ai, and it can answer your questions about Israel and about history and about the Nakba and so on.
It's actually got a lot of knowledge in those areas.
So check it out.
And thank you all for listening.
Take care.
Okay, welcome back.
Uh harsh subject there.
But we need to explore that.
And I just pray for sanity and I pray for peace.
And I I hope the whole world rejects any kind of a death cult or any kind of Satanism or any kind of ritualistic child sacrifice, whether it's the abortion industry or the transgenderism industry or the bombing of children in Gaza, it's always wrong.
It's always wrong to maim and kill children, even with vaccines.
It's always wrong.
That's why, you know, pediatricians across America, they've probably killed more children than Netanyahu, come to think of it.
At least over the last 20 years or so, they have for certain.
I mean, pediatricians, they're just they're horrific uh medical whores, you know, for the medical establishment.
But they're part of a system that ritualistically abuses and kills children.
And if you go across society, you'll find out there are many, many systems that do that.
And it it's kind of like I mentioned in my podcast yesterday, I had a special report called Everybody's in a cult except you and me.
And I know it was kind of a funny, you know, a bit of uh satirical title.
But I was trying to make the point that there are so many cults that drive society that it's actually hard to find people that aren't sucked into one kind of a cult or another, whether it's the abortion cult or the transhumanism cult or the scientism cult that's just believing all the science, like Fauci and whatever, or the Zionism cult or the satanic cults, or what other cults are, oh, the cult of obedience to government, you know, that's a crazy cult.
And so many of these cults depend on somehow harming or killing children.
It's just astonishing.
You know, like the political left with abortion or the transgenderism and the surgical procedures and all of that, or the human trafficking of children.
It's just it's it's really sickening how many people fall into these cult that gain power from the suffering of children.
And we have to denounce that at every opportunity.
We have to stand up against that.
We have to oppose that strongly, whether it's Israel bombing children or the vaccine industry killing children, or whether it's abortion uh providers chopping up unborn babies, you know, whatever the form is, we have to demand that it stop.
You know, because uh medical violence through a vaccine is just as deadly as the IDF bombing children with uh Boeing supplied bombs.
Yeah, thank you, Boeing, yeah, for making the bombs that commit genocide, you know, that or that carry out genocide.
That's Boeing for you.
And occasionally they make airplanes that don't fall out of the sky, but not usually.
But here's my take on this.
So I'll I'll say this up front.
This is my promise that if this is actually lasting peace, and if if Trump can threaten Netanyahu enough to get him to back off of this and to actually have lasting peace, then absolutely I support Trump having the Nobel Peace Prize.
But I very much doubt that's what's going to happen, because I think in Netanyahu's mind, he knows he can't have peace.
I'd be shocked if peace lasted even three days.
Maybe I'm wrong, maybe it'll go ten days, maybe it'll go a couple of weeks, but mark my words before New Year's Eve, Israel's going back into bombing Gaza once again, because that's they they need perpetual war for their very existence.
They need perpetual war.
And it's part of their you know, their prophecy, their end times.
So Netanyahu is incompatible with the concept of peace, period.
And what's likely to happen is that if Hamas is, you know, crazy enough to actually think that this is going to be a real deal, well then Hamas will uh release all the hostages and Hamas will lay down all their arms, and then Netanyahu will say, Oh, thank you, and just go in and kill them all.
And Trump will say to Netanyahu at that point, what are you doing?
You we had a deal.
And Netanyahu's like, ah, you're my bitch, Trump, you do whatever I say.
Little bitch, obey.
And Trump will say, okay, what else can we do for you and Netanyahu?
And Netanyahu will say, Censor the American people.
And Trump will say, okay, you censor the Americans.
You know, whatever, whatever Net Yahu requests.
Trump just immediately obeys.
But maybe I'm wrong.
Maybe I'm wrong.
Maybe this is an actual turning point, huh?
You know, because we know who who killed Charlie Kirk.
We know Israel ordered the killing of Charlie Kirk.
There's no question about that.
No question.
Maybe Trump has finally come to realize that.
That Israel murdered one of Trump's greatest allies in terms of politics and elections for the for the GOP.
Israel did that.
I mean, we now have confirmation that Charlie Kirk, about 48 hours before he was killed, he said, I'm done with Israel.
In the phone chat.
And that's already been confirmed by TP USA.
That was a very real uh phone chat thread, you know, text thread.
Candace Owens has been covering that.
And it's just bombshell smoking gun evidence that Israel was behind it the whole time.
They took him out.
Uh some people believe that in fact that he was shot by a uh shooter that was in the back of a van.
And the the back of the van opened up briefly.
And it was behind Charlie and to his left.
Actually, you know what?
I have a video on this.
Let me just play the video for you.
It's got music and everything.
So check out this video, you'll see what I mean.
Too many.
Okay.
Yeah!
Okay, now mine is a lot, right?
I mean, do you know how many mass sinners there have been in America?
Oh, for the last 10 years.
Counting or not.
Oh, for the last 10 years.
So many of these chemicals, especially in the food, affect our dopamine levels.
All of the crazy chemicals that are in food, especially school food.
It's causing, you know, all of the preventable diseases we know and and we all talk about medicine is your food, and frankly, food can be your disease.
So let's make some good choice.
I mean, we're eating ourselves to death, and then we're medicating ourselves to death, wouldn't you say?
Welcome to today's interview on Brightia.com.
I'm Mike Adams, the founder of Brighton, and I've got a brand new guest for you who joins us with a returning guest.
And this is a topic that I think you will find incredibly fascinating because it's about brain chemistry and how to achieve your natural balance, your natural peak cognitive performance and your mood balance without resorting to dangerous uh psychotropic prescription drugs or other radical measures.
In fact, you can use herbal supplements or different forms of herbs, and you can use other techniques that we're going to talk about here in order to maintain a maximize and balance your cognition and moods.
So joining me today are two guests.
We have Sean Cohen and Dr. Mason Habib, who is uh these two are the authors of a book that I've promoted before called The Dopamine Revolution, Elevate Your Mind and Body Naturally.
And now they've got new information and new announcements to share with us.
We'll get into that.
So welcome to the show, both of you.
It's great to have you on.
Thank you.
Thank you.
Thank you so much for taking the time to join us.
And I know uh Dr. Habib, you're joining us right now from London.
So that you know, thank you for the odd hours that are required here.
Much appreciated.
Uh okay, so let's start with the premise of what we want to focus on here today.
Now, Sean, uh we want to talk about the education system, the way that the public schools in America really mistreat students cognitively and nutritionally.
And then some of the solutions, especially for students, uh to you know, using natural approaches.
So, Sean, where would you like to start with that?
And your background with the education system will be very helpful here.
Surely.
I went to the University of Georgia.
I got a master's degree in education and I teach all elementary grades.
Basically, I could teach middle, but I teach elementary and all subjects.
And I've taught at public schools and private schools and through the pandemic, excuse me.
so I've kind of been in the middle of it all.
And then I've been writing uh about toxins in food and personal care products and medicine for about 15 or 17 years.
Um I started with a book called Don't Eat Cancer, and that was published about 11 years ago.
And that led me into studying about dopamine because I realized so so many of these chemicals, especially in the food, affect our dopamine levels.
And so that has just panned out into this beautiful research that I've done.
And I met Dr. Habib about two years ago, and we've kind of become collaborative partners in this.
And so we wrote a new book called The Dopamine Revolution, because really there's plenty of uh material about dopamine, and there's plenty out there, but most of it you need a medical degree or science background to understand what they're saying.
So we we wanted to put it in layman's terms, and I really picked Dr. Habib's brain for a lot of the info.
And so then I've just brought it to the education world, and I I've realized how many parents either underestimate or don't realize the lack of nutrition combined with all of the crazy chemicals that are in food, especially school food, because the kids are eating breakfast and lunch, most of them at school, and the majority of them are buying breakfast and lunch.
And the ones that bring food, I've seen what they bring out of the bags and lunch boxes, and it's usually not very pretty.
So all in order to only imagine.
They're just it's causing, you know, all of the preventable diseases we know and and we all talk about, but there's so much more to it with COVID compounded compounded everything with emotional disorders.
Uh they couldn't have peer-to-peer interaction, group work because of the masks and the social distancing, and then the the virtual learning was an absolute horror story.
I went through that.
It was very difficult.
So now you've got kids that were in elementary school then, are in middle school now, and you've got kids that were in middle school in high school, and they're suffering.
They're two or three years behind, and they're still eating wrong.
So it's just they're coming out, and I feel sorry for them as they get into high school and college uh trying to move forward.
Yeah, gosh, you know, we when we were kids, we thought school was horrible.
We had it good compared to what these kids are going through today.
Uh Dr. Habib, let's let me ask for an intro from you.
I I do understand that you're trained in internal medicine, functional medicine, and now a focus on longevity and so much more.
But give us a little background of yourself, if you would, please.
Uh well, I graduated from the University of Sheffield in UK many, many years ago.
So I bring about 32 years of experience here.
And um really when I moved over to the States, I uh had to go through the traditional residency and internal medicine.
But I when I decided to open my practice, I knew I didn't want to do what every doctor did.
I knew there had to be something different.
I didn't know what it was.
So lo and behold, I opened a fitness center and an urgent care.
I had no cognition about alternative medicine, functional medicine, complimentary medicine.
And luckily I started uh from not really following the system, and I'm so happy I did.
And so after 10 years of running a sort of wellness program with the gym, I actually found myself uh because of personal reasons.
My children had food allergies, one was failing to thrive, the other one had eczema from head to toe.
It really was a really uh a critical time for me, not only for my my family, but even the clients I was finding that I couldn't cure the diabetes, I couldn't cure the high blood pressure, all these chronic diseases, I couldn't cure them despite being trained so well.
And so I decided that I had to find the missing links, and that's how, you know, uh my uh my uh business office name is Next Health, but really I had to rediscover a different type of medicine, which I call and coined rethink medicine, and that's where I am right now.
Rethink medicine is no matter what the problem is, there's got to be three different ways to deal with it.
I don't think mine is necessarily perfect, but doing the same old, same old and expecting a different result is real madness.
And that's what's going on in the conventional medical world right now.
Yeah, I'm so glad to hear that from you.
And also what we suffer from here in the United States is the fact that our population is nutritionally illiterate.
They think that processed food is good for them.
And so they are living on this ultra-processed food that's mineral deficient and that's made with all kinds of excitotoxins and fillers and garbage.
And then when something goes wrong when they have a symptom, then they get prescribed a prescription drug, but they keep eating the same way that gave them the diabetes in the first place, right?
And this cycle is unsustainable.
And this is also true, I think, in the UK and much of Western Europe as well as here in the United States.
I mean, we're eating ourselves to death, and then we're medicating ourselves to death, wouldn't you say?
It's an incredibly difficult situation because what I just heard some stats very recently.
There's a panel on NPR, and these were very, very uh knowledgeable people.
We spent about 1.6 billion dollars on the food industry and 1.7 billion dollars in the medical industry.
Combine them together, the people, the public are sandwiched in the middle.
That's a lot of uh actually I said billion trillion.
This the public are sandwiched in the middle between the food economic complex and a medical economic complex.
So basically uh we're at the mercy of both.
One creates the disease, the other one perpetuates it.
And that's why I think we have to disrupt the system.
And I myself, I'm really pleased that you invited uh uh Schwan and myself to give an idea that look, medicine is your food, and frankly, food can be your disease.
So let's make some good choices.
Yeah, absolutely.
And and one more comment, too, and I know Sean, you'll appreciate this.
And uh, Dr. Habib, uh I I don't know where your ancestors are from, and it's actually irrelevant.
Uh, but my point is that indigenous ethnic foods, wherever groups still eat those foods around the world, whether it's the indigenous populations in the Philippines or Australia or the Middle East or anywhere, those people are still the healthiest people.
Or traditional Japanese cuisine.
They are the healthiest Japanese.
It's when all of those groups of people, when they start eating the Western diets, that's when they have the cancer, the heart disease, the diabetes, and the mental depression and all of the mental health disorders that we're going to be talking about today.
Uh isn't that just bizarre that like what you know, these indigenous cultures, they want to take on Western diets and then they have Western disease.
I think that uh I boil a lot of it down to the word preservatives, because you know, all of this packaged food and the bulk food that the big food serves up at the restaurants, at the schools, and in the the most of the aisles of the grocery store, it's all prepared in you know, labs and factories so that it'll last on the shelves for months or or years, even.
And that's what's killing us because when we started digging into the dopamine revelation of it all, I realize, you know, it's it's it's ruining uh our gut, it's ruining the gut microbes, and then it's it's wrecking our liver and our kidneys because they're trying to filter out all of these toxins, and they can't do their job, which is to give us energy and to fuel our cognition.
And that's that's what I see in the schools.
I see the kids, they eat, and 20 minutes later they got their head on their desk and they're tired, or they're absolutely hyperactive because they they they're either ODing on the sugar, the high fructose corn syrup, or the excitotoxins, the MSG, or they're obese and they're trying to eat diet foods and diet drinks and they've got aspartame wrecking their central nervous system.
So it's like this whole onslaught.
So let's let's take this now to the mental health question, because I just saw a news item yesterday that there's a new push, and I don't know if the Trump administration is pushing this or if it's coming from the education groups, or I don't know who's pushing it.
But they want to now screen all grade school children for mental health disorders every year.
And you know what that is.
That's that's a drug recruitment program to put all these kids on more drugs for big pharma because there's no treatment for mental health that the school system will embrace other Than just putting them on drugs.
So you're gonna have a zombified drugged up population of school kids.
And Sean, I want to ask you, you know, what have you observed in how does that interfere with their ability to actually learn and function in a learning environment?
If they're just drugged up, I mean, yeah, they may not be hyperactive anymore.
They may not be the problem kid, but they're they're just sitting there like a zombie and not learning anything.
It's strange because you know, I had to oversee when my kids have ADD or ADHD meds.
I have to oversee it.
I gotta know when they're getting it.
I know if they're getting it twice a day, when they're getting it, and I'm watching them in class or at recess or whatever.
And they will some kids are just even keel all day.
They'll take the medicine.
I'm like, I don't even know that they're on it.
Nothing's changing.
And other ones can focus for 20 minutes and then they're done for.
So I would be like, You gotta take the quiz right now.
Take little Johnny to the back table and just give them the quiz now.
You got about 20 minutes, you're gonna be focused, and then you're gonna be all over the place.
So and then, you know, it's like you said, you it's uh it's like a backache with this mental health.
You can't prove or disprove who's wrong or right.
So they could they could just sling it like the the DSM, the psychology manual.
You could just take any emotion or two and say, oh, you got this, this and that, you're bipolar, you got this and that, oh, you're happy and then sad.
You don't know what's going on at their home life.
You don't know if they just ate pounds of gluten and sugar and are just crashing and they're just depressed from that, or the low self-esteem, because that's where the dopamine comes in again.
You got low self-esteem, low self-opinion, and they're they think they're not worthy of anything, and then they're getting in arguments very easily.
They think that anybody who has a different opinion or says anything different than what they say is fighting with them because of like during COVID, they miss these years of social interaction.
They don't understand how to debate or how to just have a conversation.
So everything's coming at them from so many angles, and then you got all the crazy social media, you know, fake opinions and just horrible influences there.
Oh, yeah.
It's just an onslaught.
Yeah, and all kinds of crazy messages that are confusing to children, like, oh, uh, a boy can become a girl.
It's like, no, they can't.
You know, come on, come on.
Um, Dr. Habib, then your focus with Sean has been on dopamine.
And I want to ask you, why did or how or why did you decide that dopamine was the key molecule that goes awry or that can be rebalanced for the maximum benefits.
I think this answer is fairly simple.
For too long, we've been going down the serotonin path, the epinephrine path, the norepinephrine path.
Basically, all the drugs that are used now, whether it's uh you know, monoamine oxidase inhibitor MOI, or it's the uh SSRIs, uh, the ones that we've heard about, the Prozacs and the newer generation.
It's moving this drugs which don't work.
Now, uh, they're going to come up with uh maybe uh something for the glutamate.
Really, what's missing is the dopamine in the sense that dopamine is the most powerful antioxidants for the brain.
It's almost like when there's an injury to the brain, the dopamine comes to the rescue.
The problem is this keeps to it seem to be injury after injury.
The injury can be because of what's going on psychologically, you know, uh lack of sleep, head injury, just watching a whole bunch of uh uh, you know, TV and and much more uh in dialogram.
All the insult can be coming from the food, which you've been talking about.
I'd love to spend more time and giving people the tools of knowing where the problem is so to make make the right choices.
And just to give you a teaser, you know, think of food as not food for yourself, but food for your microbes.
If you nourish your microbes, you will see the benefits both in the gut area and you'll see it in the brain area, namely neurotransmitters.
So dopamine is the neurotransmitter that connects the front of the brain to the middle of the brain to the back of the brain and the brainstem.
And so the thing about dopamine is that it is the thing that can actually help you control your blood sugar.
It is the thing that can make you happy.
I get that.
But really, how you get the dopamine?
You can't get it from the short-term gains of the sugar high and the instantaneous gratification.
There are certain strategies which I want to go into later on that can Give you the natural dopamine that will build up your reserve.
But right now, most people are so low on the dopamine in the morning that they try to fill it up.
And unfortunately, as a consequence of the low dopamine in the morning, their sympathetic drive is high.
What that means is that their bodies on drive, and that drive when you're young is okay, but maybe it's not, because Sean just mentioned there's a whole bunch of kids with problems.
But really, adults are in the same boat.
They're just bigger children.
That's a problem.
So talk to us about the things that deplete dopamine beyond what you already mentioned.
I mean, obviously there can there can be some insults to the brain and to the neurology, even psychological uh stress that is translated into that.
But but what else is depleting dopamine from people's brains right now?
Right.
So I'll talk about research in a minute because that's kind of evidence-based.
But from a from a civilian point of view, just like you and me, it's the things that uh that are bad for us.
So when we're engaging in the refined carbs, particularly sugars, when we are uh uh staying up late at night, when we're watching those uh you know, less than uh uh healthy movies, you know, let's just say the x-rayed stuff.
When we're uh uh can turn to our social media, Instagram, it's it's just constant anything that's instantaneous.
Now, just to give you an example of what the healthy way of raising dopamine is anything with temporary stress.
So if you had a cold shower in the morning, now don't get don't don't get too worried about that.
Just even splashing cold water in the face uh resets the autonomic system is a is a good way to get the dopamine up.
The other one that people are missing out is getting the exposure of the UV light before noon.
In other words, the circadian rhythm starts in the day, so that at night people know how to go to sleep.
Now, you may think that's such a simple uh statement, but really the simple and this additive impact is very, very profound, and we need to really talk a little bit about the circadian rhythm in our conversation here.
So basically, the short answer is instant gratification uh is the way to lose the dopamine.
The best way to get it is temporary stress, and that can be from you know, exercise even.
So then also that means social media is also depleting dopamine because of the way the way people use social media is it's like uh an instant hit lottery where they get instant likes and then that translates into their brain in more dopamine uh temporarily, right?
This is 100% right.
And here, uh my myself and Sean, we're not here to preach to people and tell them to put their phones down.
Let's get real.
I have four children, and uh you know they're good children, I have no complaints at all.
But they they are faced with the same sort of challenges.
So, what I would say is this just like for adults, if we help and guide them with times to reset.
So if you can just give your body a break, your mind a break from the social media, give your body a break from the kind of food, give your body a break by just moving your body.
You know, you'll be surprised at how powerful your body is able to reset.
You know, it's not almost impossible for everyone to do the right thing all the time, even myself.
But here we want to be able to explain to people some of the simple day-to-day things they can do so they can make the right choices.
So uh uh about lifestyle, when you get up in the morning, how you move, what you uh look at.
You know, someone said very something very uh interesting.
They said it's maybe not about what's in your coffee and how much coffee you have, but when you have your coffee.
So it's almost like the same thing with social media and all these instant gratifications about the sugars and so forth.
It's not so much how much you have, but maybe when you have it.
And so I'd like to spend a little time on that one.
Now, from the medical point of view, you know, the disease is when people have depleted it at such a powerful at such a low level.
And and so the question is before people reach that level, the question must be why are the levels uh depleted to the point where you're diagnosed with a disease.
I'll give you a quicker teaser.
I I started the conversation by saying dopamine is the most powerful antioxidant in your brain.
And antioxidants are used to reduce oxidation.
So the question must be what is causing oxidation, and that is toxins in the brain.
That could be also be a bad diet that crosses the blood-brain barrier, toxins again.
You know, the things I just said about social media and the and and the poor lifestyle choices, those are toxic to the brain.
And therefore, you you sort of pull on the antioxidant reserve.
So, on one hand, in the less than pathological Problems, the dopamine is leaking, uh and on the pathological level, really, it's all leaking at a much uh faster rate to the point where they have developed a disease.
You you've also mentioned the circadian rhythm, and I've got one more question for you on that, Dr. Habib, and then I'll go back to you, Sean.
But please talk about sunlight deficiency and the the light problems.
So when people are in the dark indoors all day and then they're inundated with blue lights from screens, uh clearly that that's also stripping dopamine, but then sunlight can help the body naturally recharge dopamine levels normally.
Is that correct?
That's 100% correct.
And I think we underestimate the power of nature.
We want to reproduce it with a magic pill.
And I and what I say to people is once you've broken your natural systems because you didn't value nature, it's very expensive to get it back.
And in many cases, you can't get it back.
So what we're about to explain, I want people to concentrate.
This is so simple, you may underestimate the power.
That the UV light or the light is a spectrum.
Nature created a spectrum for all of its benefits.
And so why people are afraid of UV is but the oxidation, too much UV gives you uh, you know, wrinkles that means sunbathing too much.
But what they don't know is that the light spectrum that comes after the middle of the day, after say two o'clock, that's the that's the infrared light, whether it's near infrared, far infrared, that is uh is necessary for the mitochondria to produce 95% of the melatonin in the body.
Let me repeat that again.
That by day you need the UV light.
I'm going to explain how even 10 minutes is all you need, and how the light going into the eye is part of the circadian rhythm.
But those people who are afraid of too much UV light, understand this: that later in the day, if you can get outside, that uh red light in near infrared, far infrared, penetrates your clothes.
And go further.
And uh and uh so what people need to understand is that um that nature has the full spectrum and you can capitalize on it.
And why the uh the circadian rhythm is important is that when that UV light, A and B hits it hits the retina, it's communicating to hypothalamus.
It's communicating not only to say the day has started, so your body will be more acclimatized to know when is the night because it's got an awful lot of people with insomnia.
But not only that, there's something called POM C POMC.
It's a uh it's a chemical that is in the hypothalamus that stimulates all the hormones that lead the pituitary to produce a sex hormone and the cortisol and the thyroid.
Imagine all those hormones are being uh stimulated by the pituitary only when the hypothalamus gets the signal.
And that signal is with the UV light, and that stimulates something called POMC, POM C. Okay, in fact, I'm so glad you brought that up.
And Sean, I'm gonna bring you in here in a second, but uh I want to actually uh I want to show you something that is extraordinary that I just found the other day.
So here it is.
Um bring this up on my screen.
So I I did a story here at Natural News called The War on Light and How Governments and Big Pharma Keep You Sick by Blocking Healing Photons.
And one of the articles, the the science papers that I cite on this, Dr. Habib, you will find it's very interesting as well.
Look at this.
Melanin-like nanofibers with highly ordered structures.
So basically, these this is synthetic melanin, achieves ultra-high specific electromagnetic interference shielding efficiency.
What this means is that when you go outside, when you get ultraviolet light exposure, and when your body, your skin cells respond with melanin, it's also shielding your body from EMF, from 5G.
Specifically, it talks about a 68% decibel reduction in 5G microwave bandwidths being able to penetrate.
So all these people out there are like, how do I protect myself from 5G?
Get a tan.
It's literally part of the answer.
Like get natural sunlight, your body adapts and it shields itself both from UV and from EMFs.
I mean, that's what the science is starting to show.
Sean, um I mean, isn't this amazing how the body is able to respond to these insults, but you you have to understand the mechanisms.
When I was teaching, if this if it was raining outside and we could not go out for recess or pee or whatever, it was mayhem.
All the teachers suffered.
It was unbelievable how the kids respond, especially after going outside for 15 or 20 minutes and coming back in, you could just teach and get things done.
But you know, we were talking about the all the toxins and food.
There's a lot of it sounds so complicated and it sounds so hard for parents and themselves, like teachers, there's a lot of unhealthy teachers out there too.
And it sounds so hard because there's just so much food out there and it's so much to choose from.
But what we're doing with the health course and with this book is we're talking about easy swaps.
Because if you look at the big picture, you're looking at, you know, the meats from the confined animal feeding operations having antibiotics and hormones in them.
And then they have to bleach them and and use uh and use ammonia to kill all of the parasites and bacteria and viruses and stuff.
So the kids are getting that.
And then you've got all the emulsifiers in the bread.
And there, you know, there's bread in almost every meal in America.
And so you've got these crazy chemical like things as softening agents in the bread.
And it's just all of that and the pesticides in almost all the school food has pesticides.
And so that's what's destroying the gut.
Yeah, yeah.
That's that's the that's the bombardment that the parents don't understand.
And you know, I used to just make a lot of food on the weekends and bring leftovers to school.
And then I would stock up my desk, and and any adult can do this at an office job, stock up your desk with good for you healthy snacks.
Sure.
You know, sunflower seeds in orange slices instead of a protein bar that has uh canola oil all in it or something.
Right, right.
Now, uh, and speaking of of healthy snacks and supplements, uh, I want to bring in the fact that you both of you collaborated on producing a gum, just a chewing gum that also releases uh precursors, or I I should say uh an herbal extract that helps the body naturally produce dopamine.
So what's uh what's the name of this gum?
So we we've been developing it and improving it, and it's called dopamine gum.
And we just produced about 10,000 packs worth.
And so we're going to uh market that this fall.
And basically is there a website I can bring up while you're talking about it?
Well, Dr. Habib, we have a version of it now, um, but we're improving on it.
So next level gum.com.
Okay.
And that's on Dr. Habib's uh website for his next health, next level gum.com.
And so that takes you right to that page um that features the product.
And basically, it's uh it's a it's an herbal supplement.
It's one of the most potent uh herbal supplements.
It's an adaptogen that that boosts your your dopamine naturally so you don't have a crash.
Instead of these energy drinks and and people, you know, vaping, because you got you got middle schoolers that vape.
You know, this is their they're dabbling in they're dabbling with fire with the with the the nicotine and all of the crazy chemicals they put in the vape products.
Yeah, and look, I want to mention too that uh because I also helped review your ingredients and I helped test your gum.
Uh, we are carrying your gum at HealthRangerStore.com as well.
And I think by the time people see this interview, we'll have it in stock and in place where everybody can get it.
But I I really appreciate the fact that you you care about the ingredients.
You know, you you are really interested in making sure that it's clean.
And it's very difficult for a gum because of the sweeteners that people expect.
You know, how did you overcome some of the formulation uh challenges, Dr. Habib or Orshawn, either one, you want to take this?
Yeah, I mean, I I I invented some drinks like this uh with the same herb, and um, and that was tough because you want flavor, you want some flavor, people don't want to hate the the food as medicine, they don't want to taste horrible, but you want some decent flavor and you want some sweetness to it because people are used to it, and especially with the gum.
Um, so it's difficult, and the gum manufacturers, they're limited, you know, it's gotta be conducive to chewing, and and you know, you gotta be able to keep it in your mouth for five or ten minutes for it to absorb through the mucosal lining and the but that is the best way because instead of your stomach acids beating it up, the supplement, you you're getting it uh through the mucosal, and Dr. Abib can explain that well.
But yeah, it's tough.
So, you know, a little bit of stevia, some natural mint or cinnamon flavoring goes a long way.
And uh, you know, you're not swallowing the the actual, you know, the chewiness of the gum, but you know, you there's there's factors involved there in the manufacturing, and it's tough.
So we we took a lot of input, and just my experience with natural products and natural remedies over the years and just consulting with everybody, including you, Mike.
You know, everybody's been a big help in this, so it's a it's a journey for us, but we're improving it.
Go ahead, Dr. Habib.
Yeah.
Well, I think this is highly appropriate.
I think that uh the reason we're all uh here together is because we believe in natural products that are effective, but also very important, it's safe.
So macuna is the most powerful natural way to get L-DOPA.
In fact, prescription medications have L-dopa.
The difference is macuna, the strength that we have, it's not too high, it's not too low.
It's 80 milligrams for one gum.
You can chew one, you can chew two.
Uh like uh uh uh Sean mentioned, you know, it just takes five minutes, uh, or if you want to keep it longer.
But because of the mucosa, uh, you can absorb.
And uh imagine this, it's in your mouth, and the ethmoid sinuses are at the base of your skull.
So, what goes on in the mouth with the soft mucous uh lining is that it's much more amenable to getting to the brain.
So, number one, it's safe, it's enjoyable.
I've had a lot of my uh clients and patients tell me that their cravings uh would go down, you know, cravings to things that they shouldn't be having, or sometimes they're hungry, they take a gum, they feel better.
So, number one is safe, highly absorbable, and really can make a difference in natural way.
So the way it works is that the mucuna is L Dopa, and then the body has to convert to dopamine.
So you can never overdose it because the body has to make dopamine.
And uh most of the time the body has no problems in making it.
I think the difference with the prescription is that it's so high that the body gets desensitized.
Even the prescriptions for Parkinson's patients eventually they have to give them a drug holiday because the body stops working.
So having a natural product like macuna can't overshoot it, and just giving enough can take away that edge, especially in the first part of the day, which I recommend.
I recommend the first part of the day.
So the the I'm really glad you said that because then the governing factor for the production of dopamine is the the body's own need for it.
And what mucuna provides in your gum are the the precursor materials that the body needs so that it's readily available when the body needs to make it.
Whereas when if people have processed food diets and so on, they they may lack the the precursor molecules that are necessary for that uh conversion.
You hit the nail in the head.
So we realize, and even myself, we make uh some bad choices here and there.
And so this is a way for you to compensate that naturally.
So your body is in a stronger position to make the right choices.
You know, uh, as physicians, well, let me be general.
Most physicians kind of uh talk to the patients as if they're they're doing something wrong.
I I think that um, you know, what we like to do is try to explain where the imbalances are.
And so when people are in this vicious cycle with insulin resistance and leptin resistance, it's really not their fault.
We, as physicians, should help them snap out of this catch-22.
I think this this kind of technique of the dopamine gum, it's just a beginning of what we want to bring to the front.
Natural ways to help people reset these these things which are in our environment that's creating these resistance.
This insulin resistance which comes in the body can actually Create havoc in the brain called leptin resistance.
When you have leptin resistance, then your satiety and your ability to control cravings become very, very difficult.
And I and I'm not uh making a claim, nor is Sean making a claim that this is the solution to leptin resistance and insulin resistance, nor am I going to say that this is the solution to your weight loss problems.
But this is a great way to start if we can minimize the craving and help balance it out, then you'll be able to take advantage of the tools that we're going to give you.
And today we're going to give you very much things in your own hands that you could do by yourself, let alone going out to purchase gadgets, which hopefully we can talk a little bit about technology out there that can help you naturally reset that autonomic nervous system, that balance between the brain and the body.
I'm so glad for that explanation.
And I think that what you guys are on to here with next level gum is really brilliant because this delivery vector, the mucosal delivery, is so efficient and it's so appropriate for so many molecules, some of which might otherwise be destroyed by the gastric acid of digestion.
And there are so many different uh categories, even, for example, certain healing uh natural peptides that can be delivered uh in the in the mucosal lining of the mouth and certain vitamins or you know, trace vitamins like uh B12, even things like that and certain minerals, et cetera.
So I think you've got a really great delivery mechanism here that can be used for a number of different molecules.
But the other point that you mentioned, Dr. Habib, which I completely agree with, is this is not an instant cure-all, an instant fix.
In fact, you still need to engage in the balanced lifestyle choices that help your body produce dopamine.
So even if you're using this next level gum, which delivers the L dopa from mukuna, you still need sunlight.
You still need exercise.
You need to provoke your body to respond.
And now what the gum helps it do is to be able to respond in the way that it's trying to.
Is that a fair uh assessment?
Very fair.
It's really just a kickstart to help you get that balance.
And I think yourself and Sean mentioned it, uh, I think Sean mentioned in the schools that if they go outside and get a little bit of sun and get the exercise, they're different people.
And boy, uh Sean regrets it if they don't.
And why?
Because you've got the UV that goes through the retina.
Do you know the retina has the most densest quantities of mitochondria in the whole body?
There's a reason for that.
That's why the eye is as close to the brain and it needs to be respected.
And the hypothalamus, uh, I think you wanted to ask me something.
The hypothalamus is right behind it.
And that's why it's very important to get that circadian rhythm in order.
Yeah, it's amazing.
So, you know, a lot of molecules can enter your body through your mouth and your saliva and the blood supply that's circulating all through your gums and under your tongue, et cetera.
And then for getting things into your brain, including things that are photoactivated, then the retina, I mean, it is your eyeballs, are your brain like looking out on the world.
It's like it's your brain extended right as close to the outside world as you can possibly get, right?
You're you're you're almost looking at your brain.
Um, so Sean, I mean, this this is really amazing in my view.
You've got this technology for delivering these things.
Um, and you're starting with dopamine, but I would imagine that you guys must be talking about some other types of molecules that can be delivered through the same mechanism, right?
Yeah, I mean, we when we can I can I talk about our book?
Yeah, please go ahead.
Uh, this is this is our new book that came out this spring, the dopamine revolution.
And what we did was we focused on you know, superfoods, supplements, and clean eating.
And because all of the the diseases and disorders that we see today, all of this preventable stuff is basically nutrient deficiency.
So, you know, you got all the chemicals and the and the emulsifiers and the ammonia and bleach and all this funk in the food, but you also have the nutrient deficiency because all of these preserved foods, the big food stuff, it's all been processed so heavily that it's almost nutrient void.
And so and so, you know, when I I used to buy supplements, I bought a lot of capsules.
And now, you know, a lot of people don't want to swallow pills.
They're like, no, I'm not gonna buy all that.
I buy tinctures for almost everything because of the delivery, and because it's just easier.
And you know, you just take a swig of juice or coconut water or something, and it's just so easier to deliver to your body and your brain and to take, and so much more effective.
It's so much more cost efficient.
So people, you know, they whine about oh, organic food costs more.
Oh, these supplements would look expensive.
But what's expensive is even if you have insurance for yourself and your children, or the deductibles and the copies and the time you miss at work because you're sick, and the learning that your kids miss when they're sick or tired, they got they're sleeping on their desk at school.
That's the time.
That's the valuable time and money that's wasted.
And people don't put it all together because we're not thinking straight.
And Sean, the health health insurance costs are going up about 70% next year on average in the United States.
And of course, I wanted to show you my this is my daily smoothie.
And just like you, Sean, I drink, I drink the herbs, I drink the nutrition.
This this is this color because it's avocados, cacao, turmeric uh whey protein.
I've also got uh sulforophane and glucosinolates from broccoli sprouts in here.
I've got black seed extract from cumin in here, and uh that's a by the way, that's a very potent uh traditional uh Middle Eastern food, cumin, right there, which has amazing anti-inflammatory cognitive or neuroprotective and anti-cancer properties.
And um uh in fact, I like I'm drinking half of what I'm drinking here, you would find in like a a Lebanon grocery store.
You know what I mean?
Yeah, right?
Because the those are the some of the most pungent and potent herbs like turmeric that have amazing medicinal benefits.
So, Sean, you know, I mean, this is what I'm drinking every day.
Plus, I'm getting sunlight.
I do take some supplements like acanthin, which you can really only get in a gel cap form, and some other things like that.
But it's amazing what's available to us now, including your gum.
And again, your book, I've got it up on my screen here.
It's called The Dopamine Revolution, Elevate Your Mind and Body Naturally.
Here it is on Amazon.
And this book kind of walks through all the different ways to maintain your dopamine levels.
I gotta admit to you guys, though, I don't do anything out of the ordinary to try to maintain dopamine because I think that the the my natural lifestyle is a high dopamine lifestyle anyway.
Yeah, you're defaulting to it all day because of what you know, Mike.
I mean, you're you're defaulting to it.
And most natural health advocates and enthusiasts are defaulting to it, and I've been doing that for years.
But when I started studying it, I've kind of um, you know, I'm a good micromanager for myself for business, for writing and research.
And so now I micromanage everything I eat.
And like just one specific example.
I've been buying wild-caught salmon at a store called Sprouts, okay?
And I like it because it's already prepared.
They had some black garlic on it.
Delicious, been buying it for months.
It occurs to me to think what kind of oil are they putting on it?
Guess what they were putting on it.
Oh, don't tell me it's canola.
Yes.
No.
I mean, the cook, I mean the butcher, go in the back and ask.
He comes out, I'm like, why me?
Why would you ruin salmon oil with canola oil?
Why?
Wild caught, the wild-caught stuff.
I'm like, and black garlic I love because it's kind of sweet.
I was like, oh my gosh, all right, I'll just take care of it myself at home with a little avocado oil and my own garlic.
Forget that.
Yeah.
So yeah, it's it's uh um, it's a fun, it's like a game, but when you get good at it, the reward is all day.
So I've noticed my my thinking sharper all day.
I'm better at paying attention to people.
I'm better, I'm a better listener, and I'm a better researcher because of it.
And so it's paying off all day, every day, and I have crazy energy like this all the time.
I love it.
So, you know, the reward is just relentless.
I love it.
Yeah, absolutely.
And Dr. Habib, you know, what Sean just described, these high levels of energy.
This is what it used to be like to be normal.
Yeah, right.
I mean, I mean, uh uh, just like you uh Sean and yourself, that a high level of energy.
What is that?
I call it emotional energy.
And so if I engage with my clients, I get it kind of a high, it's not because I worked out, uh, it's because my body's naturally making dopamine.
So laughter is a natural way to make dopamine.
You know, uh, so being happy is a great way to make dopamine.
But you don't have to always take a supplement.
I think what uh Sean was saying with the book is that look, the gum alone isn't is not the key, is how to use the gum in conjunction with lifestyle.
The book is the resource.
The other one I'll tell you is, you know, uh Sean and I are working on uh presenting information on the gum, and one of them is on my website.
So my website is uh uh next healthmed uh dot com.
But so for the gum, I believe we are making a page if it's not already made.
It's next healthmed.com forward slash gum.
So idea is that the gum is not standalone.
And and uh Mike, you said something really, really important to me and Sean, which is that how you feed the microbiome in your gut.
You you mentioned very, very special ingredients.
I just want to pick on one uh in the uh category.
Here's your website there you go.
Next health med, there should be a link with uh next healthmed uh.com forward slash gum.
If it's not there, we'll definitely add it there.
Because the gum can be optimized by having a good lifestyle.
Going back to that food, the fats are the most important thing.
So canola and oxidized fats, that's not what we're talking about.
So the black seed is a perphora, plethora of fats that are short chain fats, medium chain fats.
They are not only nutrients for cell membranes and nutrients for the brain.
We talk about nutrient deficiency earlier on.
Fat is one of the most essential nutrients, and I have to repeat it because the whole medical world is against fats.
I know, it's crazy.
Yeah, we uh it's misinformation, really.
And so we're not talking about oxidized fat.
These commercial oils are oxidized.
We're talking about the clarified butter, the the coconut oil.
And so with the black seed oil, you've got oleic acid.
You've got uh the short chain fatty acid.
You've got a spectrum of fats, and that's why the evidence for black seed and black seed oil is become gaining great traction.
But you can have cheer seeds, flaxseeds, doesn't always have to come from animal fat.
So that's another way to really understand the things that that can really help you.
And uh so nourishing uh the microbiome, the feeding the bacteria, and they like uh a diverse diet, uh rich in fiber generally, and putting in good fats is also not only uh uh good at the cellular level at self-signaling, but also nutrients uh that will help you make dopamine.
Yeah, yeah, I'm I'm glad you said that.
And also, of course, we could talk about the relationship with cholesterol and healthy fats, right?
But I I think I get probably 90% of my fats from plants, uh avocados, coconut oil, like you mentioned.
I like to use coconut oil in any kind of pan, like a uh pan heating or frying of anything.
I don't use a microwave at all.
Don't even own one.
I do everything on on a cook stove.
So I use a lot of coconut oil for that.
Then occasionally I I will eat like brisket or uh some animal fat uh when my body craves it, but my body tells me when it craves it.
And with my blood type and all the exercise I do, etc.
Sometimes the body just says, you need to go eat like a hamburger or something.
And uh, you know, every couple of months I'll go eat a hamburger.
The rest of the time I'm getting it from from plants because it's so much easier for me as as also uh you know, a food scientist and a manufacturer.
The the supply chain of animal proteins and animal fats is very complex and very contaminated, whereas the supply chain of plant-based fats is much simpler and easier to control and easier to get clean.
So there are a lot of considerations uh obviously in all of this.
Yeah, I even like MCT oil.
I'll put it in my coffee and it's from the coconuts.
Yeah, absolutely.
There's so many different options available for uh to people today for healthy oils.
Um but yet, you know, you go out, any kind of restaurant is using cheap canola, corn, oil, soy oil, cotton seed, whatever.
And it's everywhere you go in society, you're getting all these rancid oils all the time.
Um, people are People are catching on to it quick because you know, I do a podcast every morning.
I've been putting them on Brighton, and I did one on canola oil, and it's the my most popular episode.
I didn't know it was gonna be, but it's gotta be exposed because you go in these healthy grocery stores like Trader Joe's and Whole Foods, and they're catering to people like us who are health conscious, but it's insane how many products have canola.
It's like I know they know, but they don't they know that everyone else doesn't know.
But the problem with canola is that it coagulates, it coagulates in your body and it causes rapid weight gain, it causes memory loss, and surely causes cancer and dementia down the line.
But people don't know, and they they look at all these everything that's processed at these healthy grocery stores has canola because it can last on the shelves forever.
And my favorite saying is they they it extends the shelf life, but it shortens human life.
Yeah, and and remember the food industry, and I'm sure Dr. Habib will also note this, but remember, like in the 1980s, we were told that eggs are bad, that all animal fat is bad.
We were told coconut oil would give you a heart attack, right?
It was all a lie to push margarine and fake butter based on seed oils, right?
And then they repackage rapeseed oil to be canola oil, and in the 1990s, they had like a whole canola oil ad campaign.
Oh, it's so good for you.
To the point where today you go to the grocery store and you you look at salad dressing that is olive oil salad dressing, and you turn it around, you look at the ingredients.
The first ingredient is canola oil, not olive oil.
It'll say and/or canola.
You know, they're using canola, it's like the cheapest oil on planet earth right now.
And probably their olive oil is fake olive oil too, because most of the olive oil is fake.
So it's like fake, fake, fake, toxic, toxic, toxic, but it looks like olive oil dressing.
And if if you don't know any better, you just buy it and eat it.
Dr. Habib.
That's just sugar.
Oh, the fake honey, man.
It's crazy.
Uh, Dr. Habi, what are your comments on all this?
Oh, listen, I mean, you're whisping to the choir.
I think the point is that uh America is the master of marketing.
And uh, we love America, right?
Everything about it is big and powerful.
And you know, I'll start by saying, you know, I love it when an ad says something like fresh organic pizza is like, but it's still a pizza, you know?
But as you see fresh, organic like, yeah, yeah, yeah.
It's a halfway in the basket right there, right?
So uh, you know, that's why I think it's such an important job for us to educate people.
Me and Sean are here, not about the book.
We're not here for the gun.
I'm here about education, and I think you uh might are serving a really, really great platform.
I hope that we can continue this conversation because there's so many levels to this.
Um, and and in terms of um, I think we need to enjoy food.
And instead of talking about negative stuff, uh, give them, you know, I I like going grocery shopping myself.
I like to look at the food that I'm going to be creating.
And um, and I think we need to bring the joy back in in these these things.
When they talk about the Mediterranean diet, they forget that they'd spent two hours over lunch.
You know, they they forget about the family and the sharing and friendship.
True.
That's the dopamine.
That that's the benefit of those diets.
I'm not saying that the olive oil and those are not part of it, but you got to look at the whole spectrum, not in isolation.
You can't get life if from an isolation.
Yeah, well said.
I'm I'm glad you brought that up.
Yeah, the Mediterranean diet also included the the social interaction of shopping for the ingredients that you're going to cook into the meal.
And it remember, folks, in the Mediterranean diet, they usually drizzle the olive oil on the salad afterwards.
They didn't, they didn't pan fry and heat the olive oil to the point of oxidation, right?
So there's a lot of little important facts that people forget.
Um, but we're almost out of time here today.
So I want to make sure that we're we're covering everything here.
We've we've just shown Dr. Habib's website.
Uh, we've got your next level gum.com website.
That's for your gum.
Uh, we're also going to be carrying your gum at our store, healthranger store.com.
People should be able to see it there.
We've got uh the book, The Dopamine Revolution available at booksellers everywhere.
Uh Sean, do you want to talk about your your show, your broadcast?
It's going great.
I've I had, you know, I always wondered how podcasters and like radio hosts from back in the day just keep talking, and there's, you know, you're not supposed to have the silent time where the meter goes down to zero.
I don't know.
How do they do this?
And I realized about uh this past winter, how much knowledge I've gained from all of this research.
And I was like, you know what?
I'm gonna try my hand at this.
And in May, I just started doing a podcast, and I and and I do it on dopamine.
And it and and it I do it for about 20 to 30 minutes every morning, and I prepare a little bit of information, and I look up new stuff to keep my brain working and to keep learning.
But it's so much fun, and I'm getting really good feedback from people saying, Man, I love your energy and your enthusiasm.
And that's what is driving me because it was it called the dopamine revolution.
Yes.
Okay, all right.
And I've got it projecting on Apple and Spotify and YouTube tries to ban me, but you know, it's on Brighton every day.
And the best part is that I'm not I've stopped trying to really really reach out and just help people.
I've figured out that through modeling is the best way to help people.
So I'm I'm walking the walk.
And then, you know, I helped raise some step kids for many years, and I realized they look to you to model your your balance, your your help, your emotional balance.
You know, when when crap hits the fan, they look at you and they're like, How are you gonna react to that?
As a teacher, you know, if something goes wrong, some kids start screaming or screaming and crying, or there's a fight, they look right at you and they're like, How how are you dealing with this right now?
Because I want to know.
And that, and that's what I'm doing with all of this with the whole podcast.
It's it's more of sharing and modeling.
So I'll break out products, I'll show you what I'm doing at home, but I'm not telling you to buy anything.
I'm not trying to sell anything.
I'm just breaking out products that I buy.
And and you know, and and it's just uh it's a whole arsenal of great stuff out there, like like Dr. Habib was saying earlier, and you were saying, Mike, it's out there.
That's the beauty of this country.
You can go shopping, but you can't go shopping blindly.
Just go in there knowing what you want.
Or what I've done, I changed my shopping style is I shop very slowly now.
I used to be in a rush because there's people in your way.
No.
I go in, I read ingredients on everything.
I look for new products.
They'll be up high or down low, and I'm like, wait, what's this?
Oh, it's clean.
I'm gonna try this.
So it's really fun for me now to go shopping and micro shop at different stores and find ingredients to cook and prep and and and make smoothies like you've got, Mike, you know, really good stuff, you know, mixing in superfoods like chia seeds and maca and and you know, really good original stuff.
Yeah, yeah, absolutely.
No, uh thanks for sharing that, Sean.
And we are we are out of time.
So I want to thank you both for joining me today, and especially Dr. Habib from uh staying up later in in the UK there.
So thank you for taking the time to join us.
It's been a pleasure to meet you and to share this knowledge and information.
And uh I'm sure our audience has really enjoyed this as well.
I want to remind our audience that the dopamine gum, and this is the breakthrough that these two men have put together.
It's called Next Level Gum, and you can look for it, uh, not only next level gum.com, the website all about it there, but we'll carry it in our store.
HealthRanger store.com should be there by the time you see this.
And yes, I helped test this gum.
So it has my seal of approval as well.
So uh thank you both for your time today.
It's been a pleasure.
Hope we can do this again.
Yes, thank you very much.
All right, thank you.
Uh, have a great rest of your day or evening in your case, Dr. Habib.
And thank all of you for watching.
This has been uh another really amazing interview about nutrition, uh, brain chemistry and mental health without resorting to potentially dangerous prescription drugs or other dangerous interventions.
You can take charge of your health situation.
And we've just given you a lot of uh really uh highly effective secrets right here.
Things that work in real life, and we're also demonstrating this for you.
I mean, look at what I drink.
Look at what Sean does.
Look at Dr. Habib's lifestyle and his health habits uh and and my exercise habits, et cetera.
We are walking the walk, as Sean said.
And if you do what we do, you're going to get much better results than if you do what sick people do, lining up at the pharmacy, eating processed junk foods, and so on.
Do what healthy people do, and you will improve your health results.
No question about it.
Thank you for watching today.
