All right, welcome to Brighteon Broadcast News for Friday, August 15th, 2025.
And I've got some bombshell information for you here today about how you can grow your own 5G shield all over your body.
I'm like, what?
What are you talking about?
I'm serious.
In fact, today's episode is really focused on EMF shielding.
And we're going to talk about the very fascinating role of melanin in shielding your body from 5G.
We're also going to talk about phytoactivated nutrition because I believe this is a big part of the future of nutrition.
And so we've got to talk about that.
And wow, you're just going to love this topic today.
I do have a special report about the politics of the Trump Putin meeting.
So I will cover that briefly, but the main focus today is about EMF defenses, phytonutrition, and light activated or photo activated nutrition.
I've got a couple quick videos to show you first.
When I was feeding my dogs this evening, of course, I was collecting some eggs as well.
And there's a, I just caught a rat snake that was just in the process of swallowing an egg.
And so, of course, I had to mess with it because they're so funny.
In the middle of eating an egg, check out this short video.
It's pretty funny.
This is always so much fun when the snake is really, really working on eating the egg.
And you're like, huh, what would happen if we would like poke this snake right here?
What would happen on that end?
What do you think?
He's...
Let's find out.
What do you say?
Let's find out.
Here we go.
You ready?
You ready?
Oh.
He's like, whoa, something's going on, but I got a giant egg in my throat.
I can't fit through the...
Huh?
Because I got a giant egg in my throat.
Is he going to have to spit it up?
Okay, guy.
He's not going to fit through there.
Let's see what he does.
Let's see what he does.
Oh, there you go.
Oh, he's running.
Oh.
And I'll feed this one to the dogs.
Yeah.
There we go.
Got one.
Did you enjoy that one?
Yeah.
Yeah, we have fun with the rat snakes.
They're usually pretty mild, but they should be called egg snakes because they eat more eggs than rats, I think, at least at my place.
Anyway, I've got another video to share with you here before we really get started with today's show.
And this is really cool because we are just about ready to start moving into our new studio, our new set.
And thought I would bring you a video from the set that I just filmed a few hours ago showing you our little kitchen corner where we're going to be demonstrating smoothie recipes and things like that.
So check out this video.
It's a really cool look at our new studio and it's pretty, pretty big, actually.
It's going to be a lot of action going on there.
Check this out.
Okay, everybody, just want to show you the progress of our new studio.
This is one area that's going to be for filming smoothies and any kind of sort of food prep or food recipes demonstrations here.
Obviously, there's still a little bit more work to do.
But this whole thing here is mobile.
So this is on wheels and then it connects to our drain or plumbing system here.
And that's just one segment of this massive new set.
And there's Rody.
Hey, Rodi, you having fun?
Yeah, you like this studio, don't you?
Anyway, we're going to have a lot more here to show you as this comes together.
But we've got some of our lighting and everything set up.
And this is our studio control room right here.
We're going to be moving all the equipment in here pretty soon and getting it all set up.
And if you're wondering how much space we have for this, here's a little bit of a zoomed-out view of what it looks like.
It's a lot of stage space for a new studio, and it's going to rock.
So I'll bring you more details as we get this up and running.
But we're going to be doing smoothies right there.
So how cool is that, huh?
Wow.
Of course, we have to put in a lot of furniture.
We're going to have a mad science corner.
We're going to have the main multi-guest interview desk.
We're going to have the video wall for the main broadcast and a bunch of other things.
So that's coming.
And I really can't wait to bring you videos from the new studio.
It's still a couple months out to get all this stuff done.
But hey, as of today, we have air conditioning working.
That's a big deal.
So cool stuff.
Thank you for your support.
We couldn't do it without you.
Now, since we're going to be talking about health today, I thought I would bring you this news also real quick.
You know, the drug Ozempic or semaglutide, which is an injection of this, you know, the weight loss drug that's been all the rage for a few years.
There was even a South Park episode about it that I watched.
It was pretty funny.
Well, apparently there's a $2 billion lawsuit against the Novo Nordisk company that has been selling Ozempic.
And this lawsuit is based on claims that there are many patients who develop a pretty worrisome side effect from injecting the semaglutide.
And remember how I cited the article talking about how this is derived from venom peptides of the Gila monster reptile?
You know, just, hey, you want to inject yourself with reptile venom?
Yeah, okay.
It's not exactly reptile venom, but it's based on some of the peptides there.
Anyway, what happens is when, especially when obese people inject with this drug, and largely it's obese people who are using it, obviously, for the weight loss effect.
And it does work for weight loss.
It does.
The problem is that some percentage of those people develop what's called Nion, N-A-I-O-N, which means non-artyritic anterior ischemic optic neuropathy.
Okay.
Means the back of your eyeball falls off, basically.
And what happens is you have sudden and permanent vision loss with no reversible weight, no treatment, no solution.
Boom.
Just all of a sudden, you're just blind.
Like, whoa.
So there are apparently 1,800 lawsuits right now, which has reportedly been a 500% increase in just one year.
And it looks like the company, the Novo Nordisk company, is moving towards settling some of these for something like a million dollars each.
Even if they pay out a million dollars to every person who's suing, well, you know, that's that's because it's a couple thousand lawsuits or something in that range.
That's only a couple of billion dollars for the company, whereas their sales are $20 billion annually and growing.
So the payoffs are a lot less expensive than all the money that they're making.
And The company's executives, well, they've been accused of having foreknowledge of this risk and sweeping it under the rug in order to maximize profits.
Like, oh, gee, no, big pharma would never do that.
And if it is determined by the courts that this company knew in advance of this, then elements of this are starting to remind me of the opioid trials.
What was that company?
The Sackler family.
Yeah, the Sackler family.
Massive settlement with the, I think, the Department of Justice, a $7.4 billion settlement to settle both criminal and civil investigations into the company called Purdue Pharma.
Wow.
I'm just checking the news here.
Ken Paxton of Texas was part of that effort to secure the $7.4 billion settlement.
I guess he led that effort.
That's $7.4 billion.
So I'm starting to see the same thing, you know, with the Ozempic.
And then there's also a similar drug called Wegovi from Eli Lilly.
And, you know, it just seems like for a lot of these companies, they probably know that there are, you know, side effects that harm some number of people, but it's still mathematically profitable for them to go ahead and keep selling these drugs because they just make so much money, whether it's Ozempic or whether it's opioids or whether it's whatever, cholesterol drugs.
And for vaccine companies, they face no liability.
Think about that.
For vaccine companies, it's all profit and no cost, all profit and no cost.
I mean, other than the minor manufacturing cost, which is nothing.
I mean, they, so the big pharma companies, they're not liable for vaccine damage, but the courts are trying to hold them liable for this sudden blindness.
This, what is it again?
Nion.
So if you're out there using Ozempic, be extremely careful.
And it turns out that this condition, I'm reading from some of the medical product alert information here.
This, it affects, it says it only affects something like one in 10,000 users, but the risk is much, much higher for those who are diabetic or obese.
And it says in the population of those who were overweight or obese, at least if I'm reading this correctly, it seems like it says it's affecting 8.9% of the users, if I'm reading this other study correctly.
I mean, that would be crazy.
That's a very high number.
And then the number of patients in the non-semaglutide group that had the same condition was 1.8%.
So it's about 9% versus almost 2%.
So it seems like there's about a 7% difference in there among overweight and obese users of this drug.
That's a pretty big risk.
It's like, you know, just about the time you get your waist back and you look sexy, you can't see your own waist because you're blind.
That is not a good outcome.
It's like, I wish I could see myself in the mirror, but my optic nerve fell off.
So be cautious with that stuff.
And, you know, the funny thing is that the people who can probably best handle semaglutide would be people who are very healthy, right?
I mean, if you want to defend yourself against the toxic effects of pharmaceuticals, the best way to do that is to be a very healthy person with a healthy lifestyle and have lots of natural sunlight and good high-density nutrition and some level of daily exercise, etc.
And then if you wanted to take Ozempic, you probably won't go blind.
But if you're doing all those things, why would you need to take Ozempic?
You see what I'm saying?
So these side effects seem to strike the people who are in the most dire situation who are desperate for the drug to work, but probably because of their bad nutrition and their lack of sunlight, lack of exercise, et cetera, they're more susceptible to the side effects of this drug.
So in other words, kind of what I'm saying is if you're a healthy person with great nutrition, probably Ozempic is not going to make your eyeballs fall out.
But if you're an unhealthy person, you know, your optic nerve may self-destruct.
So just, or whatever it is, the retina.
I'm sorry.
I'm not giving you a clinical description of this.
I'm putting in a little bit of satire spin here.
Obviously, your eyeballs don't fall out.
Hopefully.
Put them back in.
Hurry.
Five second rule.
Hopefully your eyeballs don't fall out, but don't use these injectable drugs, folks.
Turn to natural remedies, or I think it would be safer to use the even the experimental oral peptides or nasal peptides are probably, in my view, much safer than these, you know, injectable, like venom-derived peptides.
Are you kidding me?
So probably the FDA is just going to require the company to have a black box warning that nobody reads.
So it's like, hey, people want shortcuts to losing weight.
It's like anything other than healthy eating and exercise, you know?
So shortcuts sometimes come with a steep price.
So be careful.
Oh, I forgot to also mention that along with the reduction of body fat, Ozempic also causes its users to lose a high percentage of their muscle mass.
Yeah.
Yeah.
And you know why?
Because it's artificial weight loss without the exercise that would keep you fit as you're losing weight.
And, you know, like it's interesting.
Right now I'm actually losing weight and I'm losing weight because I'm able to exercise.
Like I'm able to jog now for 30 minutes or longer if I wish to.
And today I did another sort of marathon.
Like I bicycle and then I jog and then I do kettlebells in the forest.
This has become my daily pattern and I'm really enjoying it.
But I was able to overcome some lower back sports injuries or martial arts injuries actually by using BPC 157, the experimental peptide that I covered in my recent interview with Dr. Diane Kayser.
So as a result, just naturally, since I'm out jogging a lot more and I'm just a lot more mobile and more active with my exercise, I'm losing weight.
But I'm not injecting myself with Ozempic.
I'm getting a dose of sunshine and exercise.
And so as I'm losing weight, I'm actually gaining muscle mass, like gaining strength, not losing it.
Wouldn't that suck to lose a bunch of weight?
Like if weight loss is your only goal and you get on the scale and it's two pounds lighter, you're like, yay, but do you know, did you lose two pounds of muscle or a pound of fat, a pound of muscle, you know, or half a pound of bone density, you know, or half a pound from vomiting up the breakfast because you can't digest food anymore because you've taken too many injections.
You know, where did the weight loss come from?
That matters just as much as the fact that you're losing weight.
You know, weight loss by itself should never be the goal.
It should be to perhaps reduce body fat and organ fat, increase muscle mass, increase fitness, increase bone density, you know, these kinds of things.
And Ozempic does not make you fit.
That's what people forget.
It does not make you fit.
It actually causes you to lose muscle mass in most cases.
So be careful.
All right.
Welcome to this special report, which is an extension of the discussion of the war on light and the fast-growing research area of photodynamic therapy or photoactivated nutrition now of course you know me as the health ranger and I've studied and taught nutrition for 25 years I'm a published food scientist I own and run a mass spec laboratory for heavy metals analysis and
herbicide analysis and a whole lot more we have multiple mass spec instruments I think seven of them at this point.
I'll give you a tour coming up pretty soon.
But the one thing I learned in all these years of teaching nutrition and anti-cancer nutrients and neuroprotective nutrients and teaching people about how to grow their own medicine by allowing plants to synthesize these amazing molecules like glucosinolates or sulforaphane or anthocyanins or various polyphenols or whatever.
What I was missing in all of this was the function of light and then the interaction of light with these nutrients.
And to kind of summarize this very quickly, there are two things that you need to know rather urgently, I think.
And these are two things that I mistakenly did not know and did not focus on myself.
And I wish I had known this 20 years ago.
So let me tell you these two things right up front, and then I'll give you the details and the supporting information.
Number one is that many nutrients that you might consume as part of superfoods, many nutrients, and I'll go through the list, these nutrients are further potentiated if you also expose yourself to sunlight after taking the nutrients or eating the food.
So turmeric is one of those, for example.
And turmeric is, you know, it's a bright orange color.
A lot of these are, they naturally have very interesting colors for reasons involving the way light works and things like that.
We'll talk about that.
But if you consume turmeric or the curcumin that's found in turmeric, it does have an impact all by itself, even in the dark, right?
Because there's chemistry at work.
And curcumin has all kinds of amazing properties.
Anti-inflammatory is one of them.
You know, it's known as an anti-cancer nutrient, etc.
And neuroprotective, and it helps to stabilize blood sugar, all kinds of things.
But did you know that if you then expose yourself to sunlight while you also have the turmeric in your body, then it further potentiates the curcumin in this case, and it can make it more bioavailable.
So a lot of people will use things like pepper, black pepper, along with turmeric to increase absorption, and that does work.
But you can also use light to potentiate a huge number of these nutrients.
So if you want to take your nutrition to the next level, then you can consume nutrients strategically before you know you're going to be exposed to light.
And the best light is natural sunlight.
The next best light is high-end artificial light, like infrared or far-infrared light panels that are based off of LEDs and that broadcast multiple frequencies.
Typically, you want more than two frequencies of light.
You want three or four.
But sunlight has all the spectrum in it, and sunlight is absolutely the best, and sunlight is free.
But if you can't get sunlight, then the panels are the next best thing.
So keep that in mind.
So you can even strategically choose to consume foods or supplements or nutrients that you know are photoactivated.
And in today's report, I'll give you some of those nutrients.
Now, the second really important point I want to cover, and perhaps this deserves a completely separate standalone report, but whatever.
We'll put it in here together, is the fact that when you are exposed to UV light from, you know, typically from the sun, then, of course, your body responds by increasing the melanin content in your skin, i.e.
you look more tan.
And the darker your tan, or That is the more melanin that you have in your skin.
And note, note, all of you listening with black skin, this includes you.
You have this benefit naturally.
The more melanin you have in your skin, the more you are naturally shielded from 5G signals.
And this is something that has only now become apparent to me.
And I will cite the study that has led me to this conclusion.
It's a study that's just been published in the journal Nature Communications.
So, in other words, and I mentioned this in a couple of my recent interviews, this concept is just barely beginning to be even heard by people.
Most people have never heard of this, but here's what this means: if you are incredibly white and fair-skinned, and you don't have a tan at all, and you don't get a lot of natural light, you know, you're an indoor basement dweller or whatever,
you are highly, highly subject to 5G poisoning or even other electromagnetic fields or radiation because your body can easily be penetrated by those electromagnetic fields.
In other words, EMFs go right through your skin and go right through your body.
And so, 5G, which is a microwave designated frequency, goes right through your skin.
But if you have dark skin, and this can be either from genetics, i.e., you are African in ancestry, perhaps, or I mean, there are other people, you're more Hispanic, or you're more Asian, or you just have darker skin, whatever.
Or you have become more tan because you've been outside a lot, then guess what?
The 5G signals don't penetrate your body much at all.
Instead, they get absorbed by the melanin and they get turned into heat.
And the heat is actually the safe way to neutralize the incoming EMF radiation.
It's better to turn it into heat rather than let it continue to penetrate your body.
Because if it goes deeper into your body, then it can interact with your blood and it can produce very dangerous free radicals known as peroxynitrite.
And that molecule or those molecules can then run around your blood, causing oxidation damage and chromosomal damage.
So, even if the radiation is not itself considered ionizing radiation, it can produce chemical byproducts that are themselves damaging to your DNA.
Yeah.
But the darker your skin, the better protection you have.
Isn't that interesting?
So, if you've been wondering, how dangerous is 5G?
Well, if you're incredibly white, and I don't mean to make this racial, these aren't racial comments, or they're not meant to be.
This is just, this is chemistry, this is physics, this is science.
I mean, this is just cause and effect.
If you are really, really white, then 5G is a much greater danger to you compared to being really, really black.
And according to the study, which I will cite here coming up, it talks about a 68.87 decibel reduction in the penetration of 5G electromagnetic fields into the body.
Wow, let's call it 69 decibels of reduction.
Now, because of the way decibels are described mathematically, a 69% decibel reduction in a signal strength is a reduction of over 99%.
So, in other words, if you have dark skin, you almost entirely block 5G.
Did you know that?
See, I did not know that.
And me being what, African, Afro-Irish, Native American.
Yeah, that's my ancestry right there.
I'm a little bit African, Because we all are, turns out.
I'm a little bit Irish.
I'm actually a little bit French too, but I'm angry at that part, so I ignore it.
And I'm a lot more Native American, which is why I have kind of a natural red hue in my skin.
And when I'm exposed to the sun, I turn like a reddish tan.
It's not a burn, it's a tan with a reddish hue in it.
And that's for my people.
That's natural.
My people, my tribe, it's natural.
So because of my ancestry, if I don't get sun exposure, I'm very, very white.
That's the Irish side coming out.
Very white.
But if I get sun exposure, then I turn like tan red.
And I've been getting a lot more sun exposure recently for reasons I've mentioned earlier about being able to exercise more, etc.
And I'm only now realizing that this protects me against 5G signals and other microwave radiation.
And if you think about it, you know, think about Wi-Fi, think about Bluetooth, think about 2.4 gigahertz, not just 5 gigahertz, etc.
So all these different frequencies that are used by all these different devices around you.
And then ask yourself this question.
Have you noticed that the people who seem to be most easily impacted by all these things, 5G, Wi-Fi, whatever, they're white people.
Yeah, again, I'm not trying to make this racial, but they are white people.
And they're like really white people, like pasty white people, very often.
And it's the lack of melanin.
Now it all makes sense.
They don't have melanin and it goes right through their skin and even into their brains.
And so it can impact their mental health as well.
And yeah, there are some people who are driven crazy by Wi-Fi and 5G and Bluetooth and everything.
And I'm just wondering if they had a tan, would they be okay?
No, seriously.
That's what the science is pointing to at the moment.
Of course, the most important strategy here would be to avoid exposure to these EMF toxins.
But in our world today, that's often not possible.
So we have to protect ourselves.
And there are nutritional ways to protect ourselves, which is what I've taught for 25 years.
But now I'm learning there are also, there are ways to use UV exposure to build defenses against EMF exposure.
And that means getting out into the sun at some reasonable exposure level that your body can handle and having good nutrition and not wearing sunglasses all the time because you actually need the UV in your eyes.
And I'm not saying to look at the sun, obviously.
I'm saying just the ambient UV, it needs to touch your eyeballs and touch your retina because it touches the mitochondria in your eyes and it sends the signal to your body, the hormonal signal to build melanin.
Because your body is saying, hey, we're getting a lot of electromagnetism here, you know, getting a lot of photons, a lot of UV.
We need to build defenses.
So what does it do?
Boom, it builds melanin.
Now, what's interesting to me about this is that the microalgae known as hematococcus, which creates the substance called astaxanthin, it's going through the same exact process.
Did you know when acaxanthin is actually formed?
It's this single-celled organism starts out as a it's the color of like a blue-green algae.
I mean, it looks green when it's floating in the ponds where they grow it in Hawaii or other places.
It looks green.
And then the way that you get the green algae to produce axanthin, which is the most powerful, fat-soluble carotenoid antioxidant on the planet, and also that acaxanthin protects your skin from ultraviolet radiation.
Did you know that?
When you take it on the inside, it's like an edible sunscreen of sorts.
Yeah.
Well, that microalgae builds acaxanthin when it experiences stress from lots of sunlight and not enough water so when the water is starting to dry out and this microalgae senses that it's going to go through a long drought period it builds a cocoon of acaxanthin basically a you know a spherical protective shell of azanthin and
the entire point of the acaxanthin is to protect the genetic material of the algae from UV radiation from the sun and to allow this algae to survive for potentially centuries, even in the desert sun, until it rains again.
And when it rains again, boom, it opens up and it grows back into the green algae and it begins to multiply until the next drought comes and then it builds the acaxanthin cocoon and blocks the sunlight radiation to protect its genetic code.
That's why people who know the benefits of acaxanthin, that's why they take it.
I mean, there are multiple benefits, but one of them is its natural ability to protect from UV radiation.
Very interesting science.
But the reason I even mention that is because your body has the same kind of capability, but expressed through different biochemistry, obviously.
Whereas you can build melanin to protect you from ultraviolet radiation, and your body does that automatically in response to exposure to the UV radiation.
See?
So your body needs the stress of the UV rays in order to respond with a defensive mechanism that can protect you against modern technology, against 5G cell towers.
Seriously.
And these people that live next to 5G towers, you know, they suffer from all kinds of horrific things.
And some of those people hear voices in their heads, you know, and they have headaches and they can't sleep in many cases.
And they suffer from mental health disorders.
And I'm wondering again, I'm wondering if they had some of these nutrients, maybe acaxanthin and others, but importantly melanin, if they would be more shielded from EMF, including 5G.
So this is really important information to know.
So imagine the value of just knowing the two things I've shared with you here.
And this is one of the reasons why people listen to my podcast is to kind of hear the cutting-edge nutritional breakthroughs.
But again, I wish I had known these things 20 years ago.
But number one, many nutrients can be further potentiated with natural exposure to sunlight, even though they're already inside your body, because sunlight penetrates your body, especially the infrared or far-infrared rays, they go deeper into your body, many inches into your tissues.
And then secondly, imagine the value of knowing that you can actually grow your own EMF shielding defenses on your skin because it's called getting a tan.
Think about that.
Now, I'm not saying to run out and fry yourself under the sun, but I do know that sunscreen is highly toxic, highly toxic.
And I'm also not saying to run out to a tanning bed and fry yourself.
And I'm especially not saying that you should have a lot of extra sun exposure if you also have a junk food diet or if you're taking certain prescription drugs that make you hypersensitive to sunlight.
So obviously exercise common sense as you think about your own strategy.
And remember, I'm not your doctor, but I doubt your doctor even knows this information.
In fact, I'm certain they don't.
I've never met any doctor that knew any of this.
And in fact, I didn't even know this until recently.
And I know more about nutrition than any conventional doctor.
I mean, literally.
But my knowledge is nothing compared to the knowledge of the AI engine that my company built that you can use for free.
And it's heavily, heavily trained on nutrition.
And also herbs and nutrients and superfoods.
You can use it for free.
It's at Brighteon.ai.
And it's called Enoch.
And it's non-commercial, free of charge.
You don't even need an account to use it.
Just go there.
Brighteon.
B-R-I-G-H-T-E-O-N dot AI.
Just enter it in your address bar in your browser.
You can go straight there and start using it.
And you can ask it about these nutrients, by the way, because it knows all this stuff.
Anyway, this is extremely powerful information, especially as we live in a world that's so heavily contaminated with artificial sources of microwave radiation.
So now, if you live in a city and you don't have a tan, then you're living in a highly toxic environment.
And yet, across the population, the people that have the darkest tans, they tend to be the country people.
They tend to be the farmers, people that work outdoors more, or construction workers or what have you.
Generally, the people that live in the cities where there's the highest exposure of 5G towers and radiation and microwaves and everything else, they're the ones who tend to live and work more indoors.
So this also explains why city people tend to suffer a lot more effects of 5G exposure, not just because that's where the 5G towers are, but because they're also white, like really pasty white.
And so they don't have melanin.
They don't have the defenses that they need to block it.
Now, a country person can go into the city, not that they want to, they usually want to leave as quickly as possible.
But a country person with a decent tan can walk into a city and still be okay because all the 5G signals just get absorbed by their skin and they don't penetrate.
See?
Isn't that interesting?
And then let's talk about black skin for a minute.
Have you ever heard of a black person suffering from like 5G or electro-pollution sensitivity?
Have you?
Because I haven't.
I'm not saying it's never happened, but I've been studying cases of this for quite a long time.
I mean, writing about them and reading about them for, I don't know, at least 10 years.
And just thinking through those stories, they're all white people that I've seen.
Do you know, I mean, I'm asking you, do you know any black person that is suffering from 5G exposure that talks about hearing voices in their head because they live close to a 5G tower?
Any black people like that?
So far, no.
But, I mean, think about it.
And by the way, are some of you wishing you were black now all of a sudden?
I'm just curious.
Are you wishing you had the benefit of the black EMF shielding skin?
Is it see?
And it's funny because when I've always talked about black skin versus white skin, I've always talked about actually the black skin being a feature of sun protection.
But then the downside of having black skin is that your skin doesn't generate much vitamin D. Why?
Because the UV doesn't get through.
And skin generates vitamin D upon exposure to UV.
So it's the white-skinned people that generate the most vitamin D with the least amount of sun exposure.
And it's the black people that are the most vitamin D deficient.
And that's why black people have far more aggressive cases of prostate cancer and breast cancer.
And that's why the cancer industry preys upon black people because they know those are the high profit, persistent, repeat cases.
And they never tell black people, hey, you're vitamin D deficient.
Just like they never tell white people, hey, you're melanin deficient, huh?
But if you know what's going on, and if you're listening to this, and if you know black people, or you are black people, I mean, share this with anybody you know that's got dark skin.
They need to know that that's a feature.
That's a benefit.
It's a built-in benefit of protection against 5G and UV and other kinds of EMF radiation.
But the drawback is you're going to die of cancer if you don't supplement vitamin D. And if black men and black women would just supplement vitamin D, which is dirt cheap, I mean dirt cheap, then they wouldn't get the aggressive cancers for the most part that the cancer industry depends on.
See?
So somebody needs to talk to all the black people and say, hey, you need vitamin D. And somebody needs to talk to all the white people and say, hey, you need to get more sunshine.
You see what I'm saying?
And then for the people in between, you know, the Latinos and the Asians and what have you, get both.
Get some sunshine and get some vitamin D. Have a balance of both.
And also, eat better for everybody.
So let's go back and talk about some of the phytoactivated nutrients that you should consider consuming because these are potentiated in many different ways upon exposure to sunlight.
Well, one of those is quercetin.
This is a flavonoid and it's found in onions.
So if you're eating onions at your favorite barbecue, let's say, because right, every time you eat barbecue, don't they serve raw onions with the barbecue and usually pickles too?
The raw onions are really important in the barbecue because they contain high quercitin.
And when you barbecue, normally like a July 4th type of barbecue, it's a summer barbecue, you're getting some sunshine, right?
Well, the sunshine, after you eat the onions, the sunlight hits the quercetin that's in your blood and it amplifies its antioxidant capabilities.
So now the sunlight activated onion juice, basically, the quercetin, is counteracting the free radicals that you also ate in that burned up barbecue because all the burned fats and everything, that contains carcinogens.
But you can counteract that with the raw onions and also some of the raw cabbage in the coleslaw.
And by the way, another tip here is if you eat raw fruit, especially strawberries, because they have very high seed fiber, their seeds are really, really tiny, and every seed has a strand that is undigestible.
So if you eat a bunch of strawberries, it functions as kind of a natural fruit broom.
It brushes through your digestive tract and all the way through your large intestine and your colon, and it kind of sweeps out a lot of toxins.
So if you're wondering, like if you're going to go to a barbecue and you want the barbecue, because, you know, it's irresistible, obviously, but you want to protect yourself, what do you do?
You eat strawberries, you eat raw onions, you eat raw cabbage, coleslaw, and then enjoy the barbecue and don't freak out about it.
Get some sunshine, everything becomes more potentiated, and now you're fine.
And if you're really nervous about it, take some vitamin C with it.
You know, take some vitamin C. You're going to be fine.
Just don't live on barbecue.
But if you're going to have it from time to time, it's not going to kill you, folks.
The people who get killed by processed foods are people who don't have the superfoods and the nutrients and the sunlight.
They're highly, highly vulnerable.
Just like pasty white people are vulnerable to EMF fields.
Okay, another category of nutrients that are also photoactivated.
Now, light will help stabilize their molecular structure in your blood.
And this vastly improves bioavailability for cellular protection.
These are called phycocyanides.
Guess where they're found?
Spirulina.
That's right.
spirulina, another blue-green algae.
It's very rich in certain pigment molecules that have like a dark blue color.
And that's where the word phycocyanin comes from.
You notice that in that word is cyan, C-Y-A-N, which is the color blue, okay?
And phyco means essentially plant-derived.
So it's plant blues, right?
It's plant blues.
and if you eat the plant blues and then you get sunlight then the plant blues go to work even more So if you're going to a barbecue and you really want extra protection, slam some spirulina at the same time as well.
All right, carotenoids can also be photoactivated.
And when they're exposed to natural light, then their antioxidant activity is boosted.
And I already mentioned one of those is acaxanthin, which is from a microalgae species, just like spirulina is a different species.
But others are like lycopene.
So lycopene, of course, is naturally found in tomatoes.
So if you're out eating the summer foods and you're getting your tomatoes or diced tomatoes on your fajitas or your hamburgers or whatever, you're consuming lycopene.
You get sunshine with that, then you have lycopene plus, basically.
Beta-carotene, which is found in carrots, right?
And there are many other substances here.
Anthocyanins, that when they're exposed to light, even after you've eaten them, then their antioxidant potential is greatly intensified.
And also it boosts their structural stability.
So it allows them to work more effectively as antioxidants in your body.
And where do you find anthocyanins?
Well, remember, anthocyanins are the purple.
Typically, they're purple or dark.
Sometimes they even look black, like blackberries are loaded with anthocyanins.
So are aronia berries.
So are blueberries.
So are like blue corn.
What makes it blue or purple looking?
It's the anthocyanins.
And did you know anthocyanins also take up the same receptor sites in your body as spike protein?
So anthocyanins are really useful for lots of different scenarios.
And you can get these from fresh berries, not from artificial colors.
You don't want the artificial blue and the red and all that garbage, which is used in the processed food industry.
You want the natural colors.
So that's why they say when you go to the grocery store, eat the fresh fruits and vegetables that are colorful.
Well, eggplant is included.
That's a dark purple color.
And guess what?
Those are anthocyanins also.
And the berries, you know, the blackberries or the wild dewberries or the boisenberries or whatever.
Eat the berries that have the dark, dark color.
And did you know you can grow your own purple carrots?
You know what makes purple carrots purple?
Anthocyanins, right?
So you can get beta-carotene and anthocyanins in the same purple carrots.
And you should.
You should grow purple carrots if you can.
Now, we sell a powder that is a collection of dried anthocyanins from berries.
Yeah, we sell that at our store, HealthRangerStore.com.
But I strongly recommend that you prioritize getting it from fresh food.
And if you can grow your own food, that's even better.
Because, you know, purchasing a lot of berries these days, especially organic berries, can get very expensive.
Very expensive.
So it's cheaper to buy frozen blueberries, even frozen organic blueberries, and then make yourself a smoothie.
And if you want to augment that smoothie with extra powdered anthocyanins, then yeah, we have a product for you.
It'll cost you because, you know, the process of harvesting and cleaning and drying and making the powder.
Yeah, it's convenient.
You can just take a spoonful and dump it into a smoothie and you can have an anthocyanin smoothie.
That's great.
And guess what?
That's going to be light potentiated.
And it has all kinds of amazing properties.
You can look it up in any AI engine, including ours, at brightion.ai.
Or you could just grow them yourself.
And again, that's what I recommend the most.
Now, there's another category of molecules that are also light activated, and those are called flavonoids.
And not every one of them is light-activated the same, but these are found throughout the natural food supply, fresh fruits and vegetables, and some legumes.
Apigenin is one of them.
A-P-I-G-E-N-I-N apigenin, which is also found in celery, and it's also an anti-cancer nutrient.
So, this is why people who do a lot of juicing and they'll do like an apple celery juice, typically with a little bit of mint or parsley in it.
It's quite delicious, actually.
You're drinking an anti-cancer, you know, juice mix right there, apigenin.
Yeah.
Camphorol is another nutrient that is UV activated.
And with UV exposure from natural sunlight, it becomes more potent and more stable.
So, unlike a lot of molecules that are denatured or destabilized by UV exposure, many of these plant-based molecules are actually strengthened by UV exposure, which is how those plants survive in nature under the sun because they can't just throw up an umbrella and have shade, right?
So, their nutrients obviously have to be stable in sunlight.
Otherwise, blueberries wouldn't be blue.
Think about it, right?
Otherwise, you know, strawberries wouldn't be red.
So, obviously, they're stable under intense sunlight, all day sunlight.
Light makes them more stable.
So, camphorol, K-A-E-M-P-F-E-R-O-L, I mean, it's just represented across so many fruits, like apples and grapes, different vegetables, spinach and kale, etc., all kinds of herbs, fennel leaves, arugula, and so on.
It's in green tea, lots of things.
It's in onions.
You know, onions have a lot of amazing nutrients in them.
So, camphorol is potentiated upon exposure to light.
And then, and that's just another example of one of the flavonoids.
Polyphenols can also be light potentiated.
And sometimes just visible light frequencies will modulate their antioxidant effects.
In other cases, it takes UV exposure.
Some of these molecules have enhanced neuroprotection capabilities after they're exposed to light.
So, you could be eating the exact same molecule, but it may not have a very big effect unless you also get sunlight.
And then, after the sunlight exposure, suddenly it's a super molecule.
It's still the same molecule, but it has been enhanced, it has been stabilized, or its bioavailability has been improved by the light exposure.
This interaction between light and nutrition is really critical.
And nobody in Western medicine even recognizes this.
They have no knowledge of this, like literally zero.
That's why you've never heard about this.
EGCG, which is a catechin that's found in green tea, and this is absolutely amazing.
It has extraordinary capabilities all by itself.
This is one of the miracle molecules from the world of plants.
This is a polyphenol that can also be potentiated with light exposure.
Resveratrol is another one, which is another miraculous molecule that's found in, well, typically, you know, grapes, grape skins, and grape plant leaves, but it's also derived as a nutritional supplement from Japanese knotweed.
Not that you're growing knotweed all day, but you might be growing grapes.
And you notice that grapes, obviously, they grow in the full sun.
And the more sunlight they get, you know, the more potent they become.
And this is exactly why.
This is why.
A couple other categories here worth mentioning: glucosinolates, which is a category of substances that includes sulforaphane, which is found in broccoli and other cruciferous vegetables, but also I3C or indole-3-carbonol that's found in cabbage and other cruciferous vegetables.
These are not only incredibly effective anti-cancer, neuroprotective, and anti-inflammatory nutrients, but they also have radio-protective capabilities.
And their radio protection potential is also improved upon exposure to light.
Isn't that amazing?
Radio protective nutrients.
So if there's a nuclear war, you want to grow broccoli sprouts and you want to eat them a lot along with some other things.
You know, obviously you want to consume some reasonable level of iodine and you might want miso soup and things like that, but you definitely want sulforphane and I3C.
And with the help of nutrition, you can survive.
You can survive radiation fallout.
I mean, at certain levels.
I'm not saying to take a walking tour through Chernobyl or anything.
But if it's just sort of downwind fallout, you know, guess who's going to be the most susceptible to that?
It's going to be the fair-skinned people who have bad nutrition and living on processed junk foods.
Yeah, they're the ones that are going to die from the radiation poisoning.
Whereas a person that has healthy melanin, a person that has great nutrition, that has good detoxification capabilities, that has all these supernutrients, that person will fare far better even in a Mad Max radiation fallout scenario.
And I'm not saying that these plants make you immune to radiation because it doesn't work that way.
You know, ionizing radiation still follows the laws of physics, but your body is able to absorb or repair far more effectively if you have the right nutrition or it can protect you far more effectively against the ionizing effects of the radiation.
People's bodies respond differently, and the determining factors of that response depend largely on your nutrition and how many of these molecules you have circulating in your body.
And these are the molecules I'm mentioning right here.
Berberine is another one.
Berberine is an alkaloid.
It's found in some herbs, golden seal, for example.
When it is exposed to UV light, then it has improved solubility, improved bioavailability, and it also has enhancement of its anti-carcinogenic or anti-cancer effects and anti-inflammatory effects.
I mean, it's just, it's amazing.
And for me, I can't believe that I spent so much time studying nutrition and nobody talked about this.
Of all the thousands of books that I have reviewed, including curating books for the training material of our AI engine, Enoch, I never encountered this information.
Or if I did, I missed it.
Are you aware of anybody else teaching this?
I'm not.
But look, maybe I missed it.
Maybe somebody did and I just didn't see it.
But I'm shocked that this isn't widely known.
I mean, this should be basic knowledge.
But again, there's a war on light.
The government, the medical system, big pharma, they don't want you to have light because light is medicine.
Light is medicine.
All kinds of reasons they're trying to take away incandescent light bulbs, as has already happened in the United States.
And they're trying to take away your ability to heal on your own without needing the medical system and all their prescription drugs and all their toxic chemotherapy and their toxic radiation.
I mean, imagine if you were about to undergo radiation therapy for cancer, you need all these nutrients.
But your oncologist will tell you, oh, no, don't have any nutrition.
It might interfere with the poisoning dose of radiation.
That's what they say.
Because they're engaged in essentially mass murder of their own patients.
Very few people die from cancer in America.
They die from cancer treatments.
They die from the chemotherapy and they die from the radiation.
They're not hardly ever dying from cancer.
It's the toxic treatments that are killing people.
All right, now let me go to the journal Nature Communications and briefly I want to cover this astonishing research that was published, let's see, August 3rd, 2025.
So brand new study.
And maybe this is why none of us have heard of this before.
So the researchers all appear to have Chinese names.
Peng Chen, Shi Bohe, Tian You Wang.
I don't know, I'm guessing on the actual pronunciation here.
These are all Chinese names.
Yi Wen Li.
Yeah?
Okay, so this is awesome.
The Chinese people have done some of the best research into phytonutrition.
Well, let me just say they have done the best research.
Of all the different languages that we looked at for training material for our Enoch AI engine, Chinese language material was by far the best and the most prolific.
And that's why we use a lot of Chinese material that we then translated into English.
And then we use that to train our AI model.
That's why our AI model knows more about nutrition than any other English language AI model in existence.
Because we sourced our knowledge from Chinese.
Seriously, that's why.
Okay, anyway, this study, here's the title of it.
Melanin-like nanofibers with highly ordered structures achieve ultra-high specific electromagnetic interference shielding efficiency.
That's the title.
And in the abstract, it says that in this work, we have innovatively engineered bio-inspired polymers with highly ordered microstructures using a 5,6 dihydroxyindole ring tetramer framework.
You got that dihydroxyindyl.
That's the same indole from indole 3-carbonyl or I3C from cruciferous vegetables, although the overall molecule has a different structure.
But this is a structure that's very similar to melanin.
Quote, to construct highly ordered melanin-like nanofibers by tuning pi-pi stacking.
The resulting melanin-like aerogels represent surprising microwave absorption performance, a maximum reflection loss of minus 68.87 decibels, which is, again, over 99% reduction, and an effective absorption bandwidth of 5.25 gigahertz.
That's 5G, folks.
In the X-band, the aerogel reached the specific EMI shielding efficiency of 47,909 decibels of square centimeters per gram.
Okay, that's an unusual unit.
This work represents the first successful extension of melanin-like polymers into the microwave spectrum, demonstrating great potential in the electromagnetic field.
So this is based on biomimicry.
So they looked at the structure of melanin and they said, how can we synthesize this using polymers?
And they did, and then they measured what kind of effects they got.
And the effect was, again, about a 99% reduction of the penetration of 5G.
5.25 gigahertz in this case.
Okay.
This is huge.
So this is what I'm talking about when I say that having a tan or having dark skin gives you automatic shielding from 5G and other EMF exposures.
That is absolutely, I mean, this is a breakthrough in human knowledge that everybody needs to know, especially people who live in cities where there's a high density of these signals, or if you're living someplace where there's Wi-Fi, or if you're electrosensitive.
Let me ask you this.
If you're listening to this and you are sensitive to electropollution, are you also very pale?
I mean, I don't mean it as an insult, but are you very white?
You might want to try boosting melanin Production, which of course involves deliberate safe levels of exposure to sunlight.
And then see if your electrosensitivity goes away as your tan develops.
If so, that would be consistent with what this research appears to demonstrate.
And one way to boost that would be to take astaxanthin, which itself is a UV blocking molecule, as that's part of its function in microalgae.
And then also, as long as you're getting sunlight, consume all these other nutrients that I just mentioned, like quercetin and phycocyanins and various carotenoids, you know, anthocyanins, flavonoids, all that stuff.
Consume that before you go out of the sun.
So now you're getting the sunlight, you're getting the melanin in your skin, you're getting the 5G protection building out over time, and you're getting photoactivation of all these nutrients that then have enhanced solubility, bioavailability, neuroprotective potential, anti-cancer potential.
And also, they are better able to withstand any kind of insults to their structure because the sunlight makes them stronger.
So the antioxidant effects are more pronounced.
Do that.
And I think you will be thrilled with the results that you get.
Now, again, as a disclaimer, I'm not your doctor.
So I encourage you, find a naturopath and share this plan with them.
And make sure, like, there's no reason why you shouldn't do this.
You know, get good medical advice from a qualified naturopath, but share with them your plans to improve your diet.
You're going to eat more of these photoactivated nutrients.
You can even share this recording with them.
I'm sure they'd be fascinated by this.
And that your goal is to increase your tan, not for cosmetic purposes, but to protect you from 5G.
I mean, your body can build this for free.
And sunlight is still free just because I think the British government hasn't figured out how to tax it yet, but they're working on that.
So as long as it's free, this is your body building free shielding.
You know?
I mean, yeah, you can go out, you can buy like EMF clothing.
And I'm sure that's very expensive.
You could also just take off your shirt in the sun and grow your own EMF shielding, which is what I do.
I jog like as naked as I can get, which means shorts and tennis shoes, basically.
But I try to expose as much as I can to the sun because that's EMF shielding that I'm building for free.
Now, if you're a woman listening to this, you probably don't want to jog around topless, but then you can use the infrared devices or the near-infrared, you know, the light panels.
And you can do that in the privacy of your own home.
You can get light exposure to those areas of your body, which could include, you know, your pelvic areas as well, that areas that you don't want to run around the neighborhood exposing to everybody, obviously.
So you can use both sunlight and then you can use infrared panels for the more private areas.
Both of those together can give you whole body light exposure.
So with that said, let me give you some action items.
I mean, some of them should be obvious, but number one, when you shop for foods at the grocery store, I want you to really start deliberately shopping for foods that have intense colors.
The fact that they have intense colors tells you that they interact with light in a very special way.
Because an intense color tells you that that substance very efficiently absorbs certain wavelengths of light because those wavelengths are not reflected.
And it's the absence of those wavelengths that then determines the color that you see.
Because that's how color works.
For those of you, you know, if you've ever studied light and all different colors that are in light and absorption and reflectance and so on, the color is determined by the absence of the wavelengths that are absorbed by the object.
All right.
So any food that has an intense color, whether it's yellow, orange, green, purple, blue, red, whatever, it tells you that that food interacts with light in a very interesting way.
So obviously, we're not talking about so much like wheat or barley or whatever.
We're talking about the fresh fruits and vegetables and herbs.
So go out and buy those and try to time your food consumption of those colors.
Try to time it so that you can then expose yourself to sunlight about 20 to 30 minutes after you've eaten those foods.
So it's a great idea to have lunch and then go for a walk in the sun, for example, weather permitting, etc.
Now, if you can't buy those or you want to get some of these nutrients in a more dense format, then of course you can turn to nutritional supplements.
You can turn to superfoods.
You know, and if you want to support our store just purchasing foods, we have laboratory tested, certified organic superfoods and all kinds of foods and all kinds of nutrients and supplements.
And we do intense laboratory testing with our mass spec instruments, including testing for glyphosate and we test for aflatoxins and we test for heavy metals and so on.
We test for microbiology.
We have a whole incubation setup.
And you can shop with us at healthrangerstore.com.
And there you can purchase, you know, all kinds of things like an anthocyanin powder if you want.
Or we sell turmeric that's tested for lead and other heavy metals.
And we sell many products that have, you know, phycocyanins, such as spirulina, for example, or anthocyanins or, you know, flavonoids, etc.
So support us if you'd like really high-density nutrition and very, very clean foods.
But it's not inexpensive to get high-quality lab-tested, ultra-clean foods and superfoods.
So you may also want to augment this by growing your own food as much as you can.
And the simplest way to do that is to just start sprouting.
And you can sprout your own sulforaphane.
You can sprout broccoli seeds.
You can sprout, you know, alfalfa and all kinds of other things.
All you need is a mason jar and then like a cheesecloth that you put on top with a rubber band.
And you're going to add water.
You're going to rinse it, like add water and drain it out a couple times a day.
And you're going to put a tablespoon of broccoli seeds in there or alfalfa seeds or radish seeds.
It depends on how daring you are.
But you're going to sprout these seeds.
And as they are sprouting, what they're doing is they're grabbing molecules from the air.
And the atmosphere contains carbon dioxide, thank God, because it's critical for the construction of these nutrients.
We need CO2.
And then the plant, it takes the CO2, it breaks apart the C and the O, and then it gets the H and the O from the water.
So now it's got carbon, hydrogen, and oxygen, and it rearranges the carbon, hydrogen, and oxygen, plus, you know, sometimes a sulfur atom for many of these, you know, like the sulforaphane, obviously it's got sulfur in it.
And then it forms this new synthesis of medicine, such as sulforaphane or indole 3-carbonyl.
And it makes it for free.
And it doesn't need batteries.
And it doesn't even need light to form the sprouts.
Like it will sprout in the dark, even, which is amazing.
So you are synthesizing in this case, or mother nature is doing it for you, but you are farming powerful medicines that are anti-cancer, that are neuroprotective, and that are photoactivated.
And you're farming those for free in a freaking mason jar.
Costs you nothing, right?
I mean, what does a spoonful of broccoli seeds cost?
You know, like a dime?
Who knows?
I mean, it costs nothing.
And yet, it's invaluable natural medicine.
So, you can grow your medicine.
You can sprout your medicine.
You can buy it, you know, or you can buy nutrients.
You can buy foods.
You can buy superfoods.
You can buy them at the grocery store.
You can buy them from places like us if you want the high-density lab-tested format.
All of these are options you should consider, in my view.
But in the sense of saving money and dealing with high inflation right now, grow as much as you can yourself.
And then the rest buy it from trusted sources like us that actually do lab testing.
But start out by growing as much as you can yourself.
And that skill set is also very critical to have because you need to know how to grow foods in case there's more of a breakdown of society or we lose the power grid, things like that.
You can grow medicine without a power grid by using sprouting.
All right.
So very important things to consider.

And thank you for listening today.
I'm Mike Adams, the Health Ranger of naturalnews.com and Brighteon.com.
care.
Music.
Welcome to PrepWithMike.com.
I'm Mike Adams, and today I'm going to show you a very simple way to make beautiful, beautiful sprouts.
You can sprout without soil, without electricity, and without sunlight.
All you need are some sprouting seeds like this.
Well, this is Nature Gems sprouts.
These are certified organic alfalfa sprouts.
That's my favorite.
They're real easy to make.
I'm going to show you the best system for making sprouts because there are a lot of sprouting machines out there.
And I've tried many of them.
I own many of them.
And I found that they all suffer from a couple of problems.
I mean, number one, they're expensive.
But secondly, they require electricity.
And many of them tend to recirculate the water.
And that makes the water more and more dirty over time.
And you end up growing a lot of mold in your sprouts, which is a bad idea.
So this sprouting system, I'm going to show you here.
Let me put these here because I'm going to tilt them sideways.
This sprouting system uses these lids that have a screen and some feet.
Because the way it works, it's real simple.
You start out, new sprouts go in here and you just soak them for like eight to ten hours or so in water.
And then when you're done soaking them, you tip this over, you pour out the water, you might rinse it once or twice.
And by the way, don't use city water for this, obviously, because that's full of chlorine and other toxic chemicals.
Use clean water.
And then you put it upside down like this.
And once you put it upside down, the water drains out.
That's why I have this bin down here.
You'll need some kind of little bin.
From that point forward, all you have to do is rinse this twice, or you could do three times a day.
I do it every 12 hours.
But if you wanted to, you could rinse them every eight hours.
And these are one day old right here.
I don't know if you can see those.
They're beginning to sprout.
These here are probably two or two and a half days old, and they're sprouting quite nicely.
And then after about three or maybe four days, you end up with something like this.
And then I just change the lid out to a steel lid that has kind of a grating on it so that they still get some air and you're done.
And then from here, oops, there's still a little bit of water in there.
From here, all you got to do when you want to eat your sprouts, you just reach in and you eat your delicious sprouts.
Or you grab all of them and you make a salad out of it.
I just like to buy organic salad dressing.
Just take this whole thing out, just like that.
See, it's all matted together, which is what the roots do.
So it's like one giant unit.
And you just take all that out and put it in a bowl, maybe with some salad greens that you've grown, maybe with some fresh basil or something that you have.
Put some nice dressing on it, or if you don't have dressing, just do vinegar and avocado oil or olive oil or what have you.
Maybe some raspberry juice, lemon juice, whatever.
And then you have this wonderful, awesome salad that you grew yourself.
And here's another jar that I've got that's ready to go as well.
So I grow one of these per day and I eat one per day.
And think how easy it is.
You're growing them in the same jar that you're going to use to store them in the refrigerator.
The same exact jar.
So this system is so simple.
It doesn't need electricity.
You don't have to change any water filters or water pumps.
You don't have to have it near an electrical outlet.
You can do this anywhere.
And remember, you don't need light.
You can do it even in a closet if you want to.
You don't need soil, anything.
You just need some seeds, alfalfa seeds in this case.
Or here's another seed pack, this one's called Food to Live organic.
And this is a combination of alfalfa plus broccoli and radish sprouts.
And you can see the broccoli seeds.
They're the larger ones over here.
This gets pretty wicked.
It's pretty wicked.
I wouldn't want to eat that full time.
The alfalfa sprouts are a lot more neutral, a lot more delicious.
The broccoli and the radish sprouts, even though they have potent anti-cancer medicine and neuroprotective phytonutrients in them and so on, you know, blood sugar moderation nutrients, they are pretty wicked to taste.
So you could mix them, do half and half.
Oh, by the way, I just use a tablespoon.
This is one tablespoon of seeds that goes into the jar.
So if I were to tell you from scratch, take an empty jar, take one of these lids, and you can buy these on Evil Amazon, and they're pretty easy to find.
Put a tablespoon of seeds in here, and then however much water you want, soak it for 8 to 12 hours, and then pour it out, turn it upside down, and from that point forward, just start rinsing, you know, fill up the water, pour out the water about every 8 to 12 hours, and a few days later, you've got this.
It's so simple.
There are no parts that you have to replace.
Again, no filters.
You're not going to get molding problems.
Nothing.
It's super easy to do.
Now, if you listen to my new upcoming free audio book, it's called Survival Nutrition.
And you'll find that at survivalnutrition.com.
In that book, I explained that when you're growing sprouts in this stage, after you rinse them out, you could take some trace minerals, like a trace mineral liquid supplement, and you could drop some trace minerals in here.
So you're feeding the sprouts, the trace minerals.
That's going to feed them 90 plus elements, such as selenium, manganese, copper, magnesium, and so on.
And these sprouts will then take those elements and they will transform them into what we call organic formats, which means organic chemistry.
So the raw elements will be transformed into plant-based minerals.
By doing this, think about it.
You are growing your own mineral supplements.
You're growing them.
And you know how there's all these vitamin and supplement companies out there that talk about, you know, raw food, pills, and sprouted this and sprouted that.
By the way, I mean, I'm not here to diss a bunch of companies.
There are good companies out there, but frankly, a lot of the so-called raw stuff and sprouted stuff is not really raw and it's not really sprouted.
They just rinse it in water for a few minutes and then they call it sprouted and then they make bread out of it and call it sprouted bread or whatever.
You want real raw, real sprouted, you got to do this.
Do it this way.
I mean, you know, this is like real hardcore David Wolfe style right here.
Give a shout out to my friend David.
This is how you do it.
You sprout it and you eat the sprouts raw and fresh and you feed the sprouts the elements that you want and you grow your own mineral supplements.
And it's so much better than anything out there.
And I say that as a company.
We've sold like mega food supplements in the past and mega food is like selenium that's fed to yeast and then it's put into a pill.
That's fine, but you can just feed selenium to your alfalfa sprouts, folks, and you can eat it raw, fresh, organic, living with enzymes intact, everything.
In fact, I'm getting so excited.
It's going to have to eat some right now.
These are just too good.
Oh yeah.
Now we're talking.
I make myself jealous of my own sprouts.
But this is how it works, folks.
Now, this is great for prepping, obviously.
This is great for a collapse scenario.
You can store seeds in a very small, compact area.
You could hide them.
You can smuggle them if you have to.
Maybe they'll outlaw seeds one day.
Who knows?
Things are so crazy.
But this is the potential to make medicine, the potential to make plant-based mineral supplements.
You just add water and you add some minerals and boom.
These sprouts are synthesizing phytochemicals, or what are called plant-based chemicals or plant-based nutrients, such as the chlorophyll that makes it green.
Such as antibacterial medicine, anti-inflammatory medicine, neuroprotective medicine, blood sugar-regulating medicine, anti-cancer medicine.
It's all in here.
Even though it did not exist here in the seeds, this doesn't have the medicine.
This does.
You might be asking, well, how did it get in there?
How'd the medicine get in there?
No, the plants synthesized it, people.
They made it.
They made it.
They grabbed hydrogen and carbon and oxygen out of the air and out of the water.
I mean, you know, hydrogen and oxygen out of the water, of course, but carbon out of the air.
And then they made the medicine.
In here, there's like a little bit of vitamin C. It's in there, even though it's not in here.
I didn't feed vitamin C to the jars.
How did they make vitamin C?
Oh, they synthesized it.
They made it.
These are like pharmaceutical factories, except it's not pharma.
It's better.
It's plant-based medicine.
These are medicine factories.
Every seed is a miracle of Mother Nature and God.
There is no better food that you can grow in an emergency scenario in a pinch than this right here, sprouting.
Now, some people like to grow sunflower sprouts, which is fine, but sunflower sprouts don't work very well in these jars because they're too big.
This don't work very well.
This works great for alfalfa, broccoli, radish, and smaller sprouts like millet sprouts.
I think TEF would be too small.
It might go through the grate here.
But you could do millet sprouts.
You could do, you know, lots of different small grains, maybe quinoa sprouts or something.
But I like alfalfa sprouts.
You could do flax seed sprouts, no problem in this system.
It's super easy.
And who doesn't have jars anyway?
You know, these are just standard wide-mouthed ball jars.
Very cheap, very easy to get.
And of course, you can use them for, you know, canning.
So it's good to have these kinds of supplies in a survival scenario anyway.
So that's how you do it.
Now, I talk about this even more in my upcoming free audio book called Survival Nutrition.
So I do want to encourage you to get that book.
It's about eight hours.
You can download the free MP3 files as well as a PDF transcript, a full transcript, especially for those who are hearing impaired.
They'll be able to read the entire book.
And that's going to be, again, free at survivalnutrition.com roughly within about a week or so after you see this video.
So check it out, survivalnutrition.com.
Also, continue to check out prepwithmike.com.
I'll have more videos there.
I've got videos on firearms, outdoor skills, self-defense, navigation, emergency fire starting.
I'm doing a video shortly on the best concealed carry holsters for your handguns and so on.
So a lot of good information on how to survive.
I'm Mike Adams, the Health Ranger.
I thank you for your support and thank you for allowing me to share this wisdom with you.
This is what I do.
And notice there's no plastic that's in constant contact with the sprouts and there's no, not really much metal.
It's mostly just glass.
So these are ultra clean sprouts if you use clean water and clean mineral supplements.
And this is how you grow medicine.
This is how you grow mineral supplements.
This is how you live.
I mean, I was, somebody posted up on Brighteon.com.
In fact, it was high impact flicks, posted a video today that was a clip of Alex Jones saying that he was going to eat his neighbors.
I will eat my neighbors.
I'm not letting my kids die.
I'm ready to hang them up and gut them and scan them and chop them up.
You know what?
I'm ready.
I thought that was kind of funny that he chose that clip.
I was, you know, I think Alex did it as a joke, but Alex Jones was like, I'm going to eat my neighbors.
I'm going to string them up.
Well, you know, he's kind of engaged in some comedy.
For real, I'm going to eat sprouts.
I'm definitely not going to eat my neighbors.
I'm going to eat sprouts.
And I would hope that Alex would probably do some sprouting first.
It's a lot easier than eating your neighbors, I think.
In any case, thank you to everyone.
Thank you to all patriots.
And continue to visit my site, prepwithmike.com.
Take care.
All right.
Wow.
I hope you really enjoyed that special report.
And it's the perfect report for what I'm about to introduce, which is an interview with Nick Pinot.
And he's the creator of an online summit that you can watch for free.
You can register for it right now at brightu.com.
And it's called the EMF Hazards Summit 2025.
And it begins streaming a week from tomorrow.
So August 23rd is when it begins streaming and it streams for free, of course.
Or you can optionally purchase it and download all the episodes right now if you wish.
But this is just a content-packed summit featuring incredible top experts in so many areas.
It's all about the hazards of EMF and also how to protect yourself.
And then I interviewed Nick to talk about this.
And we talked about photoactivation and we talked about photo protection using nutrition and other means.
So this is a really great interview that's entirely consistent with what we've just been talking about here today.
And I think you'll really enjoy this interview.
And then at the end of this, oh, and again, you can register to watch the whole series at brightu.com.
And that's just the word bright followed by the letter U. It's short for Bright University, really.
So it's brightyou.com.
And then after that, I'll play a special report today about Trump's meeting with Putin and some of my analysis of what that means for financial markets, for gold and silver, et cetera, depending on the outcome of the meeting.
So check that out and enjoy the rest of today's show with the interview.
Welcome to today's interview Here on Brighteon.com, do you use electronic devices?
Do you have 5G devices up beside your head all day long?
Well, you know that's dangerous and you know you want to minimize that.
But as a culture, as a society, we are raising our children in a way where they are inundated with these wireless signals, these energetic, you know, electromagnetic signals that penetrate bodies and skulls and tissues, and they do have effects.
And they have very dangerous effects, especially on developing children.
So today, our expert is Nick Pino, who is the creator of a new documentary series that we're going to be airing free of charge at Brighteon University.
That's brightyou.com.
We'll give you the details about that coming up.
But I want to welcome my guest today, Nick Pino.
Welcome, Nick.
It's great to have you back.
Thanks for joining us today to talk about this.
Thanks for having me again, Mike.
It's a pleasure to help spread the word about the dangers of these everyday devices.
Yeah, you know, there's a general understanding that they are somewhat dangerous or that maybe children should minimize their time, but I don't think that there's an acute awareness of exactly how dangerous they are.
Can you speak to that?
For sure.
You know, it's not only the cancer risks that have been identified and even reinforced in the last few years.
And of course, you know, this is studied in adults.
So when adults talk on a phone on the head, there is an increase in ipsilateral, what's called same side where they were speaking, cancer risk.
We're talking about glioblastoma, which is the deadliest type of brain cancer that exists, but also potentially acoustic neuromas or paridland cancer or thyroid cancer.
But these risks had already been identified by certain researchers like Dr. Leonard Hardell, who's an epidemiologist.
They are much greater in teenagers who are using the same phones.
So that was already known.
And we're talking about research from 2006, if I recall correctly.
So that's, you know, over 15 years ago at this point.
But we have no idea and not a lot of, you know, political will or scientific funding available to understand what is happening instead of putting the phone here.
I keep it in my pocket all day, every day, but starting when I'm sometimes six years old, because if you look at the real world statistic, you have six-year-olds that have their own cell phone nowadays.
Believe it or not, I had a hard time kind of playing around with this statistic, but there's a large percentage of six years old that have some kind of device.
Sometimes it might be an older phone that they have for entertainment, for games, for social media.
And if it's not a six-year-old, it might be a 12-year-old.
But these risks are greater in children.
That's already known, scientifically speaking.
That's always been known because, of course, this is true of most, if not all, environmental toxins.
The dangers in adults are something, and then the dangers are just getting higher and higher the more you get closer to a fetus.
What alarmed me when working on this specific event, it's called EMF Hazards Safeguard Our Future.
Of course, it is focused on the risks in fetuses, children, teenagers.
And of course, you know, there's not a lot of children that's going to be watching this.
So we're talking to those that have sworn to protect them.
So their parents or grandparents, how can we communicate these risks to these generations?
What alarmed me is the research of Dr. Yu Taylor from Yale.
And he's a researcher, epidemiologist who was looking at potential causes of ADD, ADHD.
What he did is twofold.
He looked at epidemiology.
So the more pregnant moms in human populations were exposed to their cell phone, is there a correlation with the risk of their children suffering from these risks of ADD, ADHD, but even food intolerances or asthma, even in certain studies.
And the risk that the correlation that they found was very, very high.
High probability that there is a link.
The more you expose yourself during pregnancy and the more your offspring, your children, might have these symptoms of hyperactivity.
Why is that?
Well, it's probably because it changes the way the brain or nervous system matures even while you are still a developing baby.
So it's crazy to me.
That's totally crazy.
So you're talking about just prenatal exposure causing these effects.
Now, it occurs to me and my audience, who are all very sophisticated, well-informed people, that the telecom industry or big tech plus telecom, They are pushing this because they financially benefit when they have more people using these devices.
They're also able to spy on people and hoover up all of their metadata to be sold off or to be used to surveil or track people.
But then what you just mentioned brings up the fact that the pharmaceutical industry also benefits from medicating the symptoms caused by exposure.
For sure, for sure.
So isn't this unholy alliance between big tech and big pharma basically turning our children into profit centers for their businesses?
It is crazy.
And when I look at how many adults, now young adult in their 20s that are a little bit younger than me, I'll be 38 in a few days.
But people in their early 20s, there's a large fraction of Americans in their early 20s that have been on medication almost their entire life at this point.
So they don't even know what normal feels like.
They've been on antidepressants or Ritalin or these different pharmaceuticals.
But who knows how much technology is to be blamed for some of these symptoms or how much they are anxious or depressed, but it is either caused or exacerbated, not only by the fact that we know this technology is addictive.
We know that the screens are stealing away our dopamine and the social media is kind of making us, you know, almost neurotic.
And that's already known.
But I'm talking about the EMF signals emitted by devices are also contributing to it.
There's one public health researcher, Bonnie Tucker, that we interviewed in that series, EMF Hazards Safeguard Our Future, that you're going to be able to see starting August 23rd.
She basically said that the vast majority of studies around the radio frequency radiation emitted by a phone or a Bluetooth device such as AirPods or a tablet or a laptop, and then the risks of higher anxiety in teenagers was very clear.
It was the majority of studies in the last 10 to 15 years that were showing impacts.
So with that in mind, ask yourself, why haven't the rules, the safety regulations around cell phones evolved?
And what I found in the last year, I don't even know if you're not.
We don't even know.
Yeah, because lawmakers are paid off by these industries.
Well, exactly.
They have no incentive, of course, to update the rules because if they had to update the rules long ago, they would have come up with a threshold that is, let's say, safe in adults and a different one in children.
So how come we have the same threshold in adults and children when we know that children use this technology?
It's nonsensical.
When you dig into it, you realize the entire house of card of EMF safety is all hanging by a thread on a few studies from the 1980s made on five rats and eight monkeys.
That's all, this is the entire foundation of safety.
So of course you're laughing because you know what it means.
It's BS.
It's BS.
Absolutely.
But they want to use that to deny any kind of negative impacts.
Let me mention when this EMF Hazards Summit actually streams, it's going to be available free of charge at Brighteon University beginning August 23rd.
So if you just go to brightu.com, here it is.
You can register right here.
It just takes an email address and it's free to view.
The whole thing is free and it runs for, what is that, eight days.
And what you can do is you can watch it free or you can optionally purchase it and download it.
And that helps benefit Nick's summit creation platform as well as our platform that's carrying it as well.
But you can watch the whole thing for free if you want.
And we strongly encourage you to do so.
And if you know people who have children or grandchildren, tell them about this.
They can tune in and watch this for free.
And again, BrightU.com is where you do that.
But Nick, I wanted to ask you, I think it's important for us to try to differentiate what I'm going to call the hardware level exposures versus the software of what's happening inside the phone or the interaction between the human and the phone.
So at the hardware level, those are the EMFs.
That's what you're talking about.
The signals, the 5G towers, but it's also the blue light, right?
It's the screens.
So that's a hardware component.
And then there's also even a posture thing where a lot of children, they're always looking down all day like this, you know?
And so, I mean, chiropractors are going to have lots of business trying to correct a bad mobile phone posture.
And I'm seeing this in, you know, like 12-year-olds and things like that.
It seems crazy.
But then there's the software-level brain damage, which is the behavioral addiction that makes a lot of people neurotic.
They're always chiming in.
They need confirmation from people they don't know, fake friends on their social media that they're trying to impress with a fake life that's not even real.
So everything's staged, you know.
And what does this do?
Beyond the hardware risks, I mean, what's happening to the brains of our entire generation when they grow up like this?
Well, it's not good.
And I know it's difficult.
I have a seven-year-old at home, and we were able to control screen time because I was personally aware of these dangers early on as a new father.
But for people who, you know, learn this information late and your teenagers are already addicted to these devices, it's very, very difficult.
What I'm going to talk about is not a speaker that's included in the series, but someone I talked about years ago, Dr. Victoria Dunkley, who's an integrative psychiatrist, if I recall correctly.
And she did studies on children who had, you know, very big behavioral problems, sometimes violent behavior or running away from home.
And even if they're, you know, not even in their teenage years.
And what they realized is that resetting their brain by removing these devices that, of course, they were addicted to, like, you know, almost every kid on the block nowadays, took about 30 days.
Wow.
And if they were able to stick with it, they had what, you know, maybe some conventional doctors would call, oh, it's a miracle.
You know, it's a medical miracle.
But in reality, these kids would be with behavioral problems.
Some of them were, you know, quote unquote cured.
And it begs the question, you know, did they have a erythalin deficiency?
Did they have a problem?
Or was it simply that maybe they were a little bit more affected than a different kid by the devices?
And it's really, really bizarre, these stories that I keep hearing.
But I want to also address something that is seen nowadays in very, very young kids.
Sometimes, you know, the preteens starting at, I don't know, even my kid, Elliot, is seven.
He might be, you know, before I know it, he'll be in that category too.
And he'll ask me, Dad, I want these AirPods in my ears.
And I've been alarmed personally in the last years doing this.
I've been doing this work as the EMF guy for, you know, over eight years, but in the last three years, how many people on the street I see with AirPods in?
So the Bluetooth earphones or headphones or earbuds.
And it's just increasing exponentially.
And it's even, I don't want to, you know, criticize my colleagues, but some people in health wear those to do podcasts.
And I tell them, look, no, this is good.
This isn't good for you.
We had all the reasons in the world to think that a cell phone to the head is concerning at a minimum.
And to me, very concerning.
Like you shouldn't do that on a constant basis.
Very occasionally, you could do it for emergencies, but not for extended periods of time.
So now what people are doing is not talking on the phone.
Instead, they probably keep the phone in their pocket, which is equally damaging, but for other body parts.
But now they have an EMF-emitting thingy in their ear, but for extended periods of time.
And some teenagers wear that even while sleeping or while in bed.
So it's like, Well, almost.
And if it's not that, it's a cell phone that is tucked under the pillow that is very commonly seen.
So you're always exposed.
And of course, since our safety limits are based on six to 30 minutes of exposure, it really begs the question: what is the cumulative effect of all these things?
And, you know, I don't have a magical answer for parents who might be watching this or grandparents who say, okay, but what do you tell teenagers about these AirPods, right?
It's very difficult.
The best I found in the last year is you should probably ask them or beg them or force them, depending on what is your parenting style, to at least, if they're stationary, they're at this computer right now doing work or homework, use wires.
If you're moving around, then wear your other things.
So you cut down on the number of hours you're exposed because, of course, the dose makes the poison to some extent, right?
So we're trying to just make a change of habit in these different kids, and it's very, very difficult.
For younger kids, you can do practical things and it's easier to control for younger kids, obviously.
So, Nick, you know, I'm looking through the table of contents of your documentary here, your summit.
And let me just mention again, it's called the EMF Hazards Summit 2025.
And you can watch it for free at brightyou.com.
And Nick, I just want to mention this: that there's one section that I think would be great for you to consider adding in a future summit, a future episode.
And this just happens to be my area of expertise.
So I'm very much aware of this, which is the nutritional approaches to minimize cellular damage caused by EMF exposure.
Do you have any experts talking about that in your program?
We didn't address this in particular.
We did address certain environmental toxins that are present in kids.
So in a sense, you know, the total body burden, which I've been studying in the last year more and more environmental medicine doctors.
There's one doctor that I was fascinated by in this series called Dr. Anju Usman.
And she's an environmental medicine physician who basically tests kids for toxins these days.
And she told me how she will test kids that aren't doing so well, that are very young, sometimes before their teenage years, and their toxic burden is already too high.
And this is where you find some of these kids that react very badly to cell phones, Wi-Fi, and Bluetooth, this sort of EMR syndrome, electromagnetic radiation syndrome, also called electrosensitivity.
But basically, these kids react to almost anything in the environment, including pollen, including foods.
They're allergic to everything.
And the reason that this happens, according to Dr. Usman, is simply that their threshold has been reached.
It's too much.
And even, you know, the toxins they got generationally from their mom are present in their body.
So she told us about in that interview about certain detoxification strategies that they can use with kids, including some kids have to go on IV chelation therapy, which is quite involved.
I know it because that's a different story, but this year I've also had to undertake it because of massively high lead levels that I found last year.
So, you know, I know you talked about this years ago, and I learned that from you years ago, but it's also, it's a problem that's ongoing in kids, and that just contributes to their overall burden that they're getting, not only from EMLs, but also from other environmental toxins.
Yes, absolutely.
And I know that your research is meticulous and very much evidence-based research.
And so I want to add two things for you to consider here that I just, I happen to be aware of.
One is that 5G signals, for example, can produce peroxynitrite inside the circulating blood, and that's a very dangerous free radical that can cause chromosomal damage.
So, it's not like the radiation itself is ionizing radiation.
It isn't.
It's not that strong, but it can create molecules that themselves can then cause some chromosomal damage.
However, the body has a normal repair mechanism in order to defend itself against that.
But if a child is lacking in good nutrition or is compromised with heavy metals exposure, then that normal repair mechanism can be extremely compromised.
Also, spike protein tends to compromise what's called the double-strand break repair mechanism that's biologically normally present in humans.
So, if a child is exposed to even spike protein shedding or whatever, that can also compromise their ability to repair the chromosome.
So, that's one thing.
So, I believe that nutritional deficiency exacerbates the problems related to EMF exposure.
And then, the second thing that just came up on my radar, I think yesterday, and I don't have the citation here, I apologize, but Dr. Jack Cruz was talking about this.
There seems to be a new study that shows that melanin in the skin, when it is properly activated through sunlight exposure and someone becomes more and more tan, let's say a darker skin complexion, that this actually also blocks some penetration of EMF into the body.
Yeah, I'm not aware of this, but I would say if you if you build your melanin and if you get a tan, it doesn't show I do have my summer tan.
Normally, I'm even whiter than that in the winter, believe it or not.
I did spend some time in, but I also burn very easily.
I don't know if I have some Irish genes or what, but uh, all that to say that yes, sun exposure will give us a protective effect on many, many levels.
Uh, you know, some people kind of bring it back to the technological, also the technology used like red light panels or this, this little sliver of the light spectrum.
And these things I think can be useful, but if you go outside, you get the full spectrum.
So, one thing is sure, we are yoked to the sun.
And how I explain it these days, Mike, is even simpler than that.
EMF from cell towers and from these devices here, it is noise.
Nature offers the good signals, the healthy stuff.
So, if you go outside and you just are exposed to natural frequencies, including walking barefoot, which is called earthing, that has properties and that has benefits, getting exposed to sunshine, being in nature, being in close proximity to trees, all of it is kind of building up your, let's say, your reserve of good frequencies.
And that's, you know, a simplistic way to put it, but it works.
And when you put it against the science, we're going to continue to rediscover the ancient wisdom, but in a way that can translate nowadays, or let's say can be accepted in the mainstream.
We're going to discover more and more and more benefits of being in nature.
And that's already ongoing.
You talk about it, I talk about it.
But it's important to tell people these things because, yes, it is daunting that the environment is increasingly toxic.
There are things we can do to minimize exposure, but there are also things we can do in order to make ourselves and our kids more resilient in this toxic environment.
Absolutely.
That's great point you made right there.
And I know you have many experts that speak to that overall theme in your docuseries, EMF hazards, that we're broadcasting.
But let me add a couple of points to this because I really appreciate you being open to this discussion.
There are two enormous takeaways from this.
So children who spend the majority of their time indoors, which is where schooling typically takes place, by the way, but if they also just stay at home watching TV or they're living in the darkness all the time, they are far more damaged by these EMF signals than a child that has natural outdoor playtime, that has the sunlight exposure.
And by the way, one of the ways that we know this that should be obvious is that melanin in the skin protects the skin from ultraviolet Radiation from the sun.
That's the whole point of why your skin tans is to protect you from ionizing radiation that is produced by the sun in order to protect your genetics.
And this is also, this is an important discussion.
This is why ethnic groups that traditionally live closer to the equator have darker skin.
This is why black people are black.
It's because their ancestors lived much closer to the equator.
And this is why you, as a French person and me, with my background, is a combination of French, Irish, American, Indian, and so on.
And I've been in the sun a lot this year.
So that's why I'm looking darker, a little bit reddish because of my Indian background.
But that's why we are white, because we lived, our ancestors lived farther from the equator.
We had much less intense sunlight.
We didn't need the protection from the ultraviolet radiation.
We needed the absorption of sunlight in order to generate vitamin D. You see, so actually, skin color says a lot about your ancestry.
But the takeaway from this, Nick, is that black people, that is, people with more melanin activated in their skin who have this natural sunscreen, which is a real, it's a benefit of protection from the sun's UV rays.
But it's a drawback if you spend your life indoors.
And this is why black people have more aggressive forms of breast cancer and prostate cancer because of vitamin D deficiency.
But is it likely, Nick, that black people may have more intrinsic protection from EMFs for this very reason?
It is possible, but there are so many factors.
If it is helping them, bless them.
But at the same time, you know, I would say that everyone needs to do what they can to minimize exposure.
Sure.
There are, it's very difficult to navigate when we talk about, you know, what makes one individual more susceptible to feeling the effects of EMFs than another.
I remember one discussion I had in this series with Dr. Stephanie McCarter was around, you know, these teenagers that enter her clinic.
She was working at Deeper Healing in Charleston, South Carolina back in the days.
And some teenagers were completely fine with AirPods in their ears 24/7.
And some others said, there's something wrong.
You know, I have like a sensation that just won't go away.
And when they stopped using it, it lasted for a few days and then they were fine.
And some others even had ringing in that ear where they always put an AirPod.
So why is it happening to this person and not this other person?
It's really, you know, individual genetics, their diet, probably how much time they spend indoors.
Maybe it has to do with their skin color.
Maybe it has to do with their epigenetics, everything they were exposed to.
But one thing is sure that at this moment, I can tell you from these doctors who treat mystery illness, it is on the rise.
And there are more and more teenagers that are having these health impacts that are just bizarre and saying, I think, you know, the AirPods are to be blamed.
And it just shows you that even if you feel it or not, it's happening on a cellular level.
But when the stimuli becomes so aggressive to the body that the body needs to respond and tell you, look, there's something wrong in your ear right here and it gives you a headache, listen to it.
Please, no, no, thank you for that.
I'm sorry to interrupt, but please pay attention or keep me posted.
If you hear anybody talking about the fact that, for example, white kids, especially white kids who are very sensitive to sunlight, the kids that easily burn, who are pasty white, who never go outside, I would not be surprised if they have much higher risk or they develop symptoms more easily for that very reason, what we're talking about here.
I'm not trying to make this racial.
It's about the function of melanin in the skin.
I mean, it has an electromagnetic function to block electromagnetism or ultraviolet rays specifically.
So this is very interesting to me.
But for our audience watching, if you have children or grandchildren who are pasty, pasty, white, okay, that might be an Indication of a problem right there, anyway.
They're not getting outside.
They're not getting exercise enough.
They're probably spending too much time on screens, but they may have even extra vulnerability to all those signals that we are talking about.
I'm not saying that we've, you know, it's not conclusive, but this is something to pay attention to.
It is.
And there are many reasons to think that, you know, certain people are more at risk.
I'd say that at the moment, one thing is clear: the fetuses are more at risk than any other child, an unborn child.
That makes sense just based on brain development.
So I would say if there's the number one thing that I took away from doing all these interviews with world-class experts around EMFs and children was really pregnancy is the moment you want to be very careful with your exposures.
So when my wife was pregnant, she was using an EMF blocking blanket that can be bought easily on the internet.
It's not completely ludicrous prices.
Usually it's affordable, $50, $75 kind of thing.
And it's not very expensive for something that can potentially help your child develop a brain that is normal or that is healthy.
So make sure to use it and not use your growing belly as a laptop tablet, which I see many pregnant moms.
And it's not a blame on them.
Of course, they don't know better.
When they are informed about EMFs, you see them taking other steps.
And for my wife, it was an easy transition to learn about this and to say, oh, yes, the baby is growing.
It's probably not good for the baby.
So I think moms do the absolute best with the information they have.
But please make sure to be aware of that and not put the phone very close to the belly either.
If you're, you know, scrolling on social media, like I see so many people doing.
And as far as young children, if I can give one tip is when children start to use tablets, if you want to have them use tablets sparingly in a controlled manner, which I recommend, you know, screen time before three-year-old is controversial.
Most experts would say, you know, no screen time.
But you, as a parent, is the only person that's responsible to take these decisions for your kids.
What I did is very little screen time, but on a tablet that is connected with an Ethernet cable and not the Wi-Fi.
And that's important.
Not a lot of people realize that even a tablet can be connected with, let's say, a USB-C2 Ethernet converter.
It's a little gizmo you would purchase on any electronic store, and then an Ethernet cable that goes in your router.
So you don't have to have the tablet emit and blast the child with Wi-Fi radiation.
And you can also do something else that's different.
Even if you use Wi-Fi at home, you can pre-download a lot of these shows or games and anything that can be used offline.
You can pre-download it and make sure the tablet has the Wi-Fi off and then hand it to the kids.
So that's something I do.
If there's a long commute with my kid, Elliot, and we know, you know, we're going to go to New Brunswick soon, 12-hour drive, maybe we'll have a movie in the car.
That's fine.
But it will have been pre-downloaded.
So you don't have to be streaming it.
Streaming it is a very EMF-causing activity, but having it pre-downloaded is zero radiation right there.
So if you can change your habits around how you use these tablets, you will greatly reduce the risks of this tech on your kids.
That's great information.
I want to remind our viewers here, this entire docu series streams free of charge beginning August 23rd at brightu.com.
Here's where you can sign up.
Again, it's free, one episode streams each day on a continuous loop.
And you can also optionally purchase the entire series and download it and watch it on your own schedule.
And Nick, I'd like to ask you a couple of just basic fact questions, and then I want to get into some of the experts that you feature in this.
Sure.
But today, are you aware, what's the average age at which a child in, let's say, Western culture gets their own device, either a phone or a tablet?
Like, how young is that now?
And then what's the average number of hours per day that a child is spending on such a device.
No, geez, I haven't looked the statistics up in a few years, I think, because it gets me depressed, to be honest.
It used to be several hours per day.
I think for teenagers, it must be north of nine to 10 hours of screen time per day in average.
It must be something like that.
But of course, it includes laptop, TV, and essentially it's from when you wake up to when you go down to sleep.
It's all day, every day with screen time non-stop.
This choice is controversial in politics, but I think that not having the cell phones in schools will lead to benefits in many levels.
That's something that here in Quebec and Montreal, they will start next month when there's the new school year across all high schools throughout the province.
And it might be throughout Canada.
I cannot recall.
So I think that's great on many levels.
It will reduce their exposure.
And of course, it will reduce their screen time.
But one thing is sure: with the so-called pandemic that happened, the screen time went up in a parabolic fashion.
So it was already very high in 2019 and early 2020.
It only went up.
And of course, some kids had to be on a laptop for their remote work and remote schooling.
But for the vast majority of parents are not aware of EMF danger.
So they don't have Ethernet cables.
They don't have a safe computing setup.
So you're exposing yourself to more and more and more Wi-Fi.
So the reality is that the screen time and exposure is way too much.
And even if it's not screen time, what I'm concerned about is cell phone placement during the day.
If you're not looking at it, but you place it in your pocket.
To me, that's additional exposure right there.
You know, not just to me, but just to your overall cumulative exposure.
So we have to also teach our kids to be careful about these things and make sure the phone is on airplane mode.
If it's in a pocket, it's a hard sell.
What can I tell you?
This goes against all of society.
This goes against everyone that you see tucking the phone in the pants.
But what alarms me when it comes to another angle on this is fertility is dropping to next to none.
Testosterone is dropping to next to none.
And we know there's many, many teenagers that have just a hard time with any aspect of, I don't know, masculine development and taking responsibility and all these things.
And they're all related to this sort of hormonal disruption that we're getting not only in adults, but in young men.
And I think the cell phone in the pocket at a minimum should be partially blamed.
And we know it reduces sperm count, sperm, you know, it will reduce certain markers of sperm quality.
So it's something that at a minimum should be communicated to teenagers to try to save the next generation.
I don't know how else to put it, really.
Well, I agree with you.
I'm glad you brought this up.
And as you know, as your experts talk about in your summit, there are a multitude of factors that interfere with hormonal balance, with fertility and reproductive organs, both in men and women.
Of course, you know, there are estrogen disruptors, estrogen mimickers, plastics, you know, all kinds of things and heavy metals and much more.
But you're right.
See, and I think the picture that we're painting here today is that we already lived in a very toxic world even before everybody had a mobile phone on their body all day long.
And that leads me to my next question of where all of this is going.
Because as you know, RFK Jr., the secretary of HHS, has said he's pushing wearables now.
So wearables takes these devices and puts them on your body or even in your body in some cases, like in your ear canal.
But it places devices on your body, on your wrist, on your fingers, embedded to monitor blood glucose, monitor who knows what else down the road, monitor your medication compliance, monitor your moods, monitor your heart disease risk, right?
All these things.
Isn't this just going to make this situation far worse than what it is today in terms of exposure?
You bet.
Yeah, it was very bad news in a sense when I heard that from RFK Jr.
I know that there is the intention behind it to help people take responsibility for the health or maybe have a little bit more information without have go see a doctor.
But there are so many risks associated with this idea that I think overall it was just a very catastrophic type of statement that RFK Jr. made.
There is one wearable that I use and this is this Uru ring that you see me using.
The only reason I'm able to use it with good conscience is that it stores the data in the ring and it doesn't emit 24-7 if you keep it on airplane mode.
So it means that, in other words, what happens is that each time it's tracking my sleep, it's just storing it, believe it or not, inside a hard drive somewhere in this little ring.
How most other wearables are built is that it has to be connected to your phone.
Imagine this ring pulsing, pulsing, pulsing, and just connecting and sending the data to this phone.
If I turn off the ring, you know, it wouldn't store any data locally or I turn up the connection.
So my concern there is, look, we already know there are risks to brain development, to sleep quality, to hormonal status, and everything else in between that we talked about.
Now you tell me you're going to tell every citizen to have a wearable pulsing on their wrist or in their ear or a necklace pulsing on near their heart.
It just doesn't make sense because the industry still follows those rules based on, you know, five monkeys and eight rats.
So if we cleaned up the tech industry, could we have relatively safe devices?
I think we could, but we're not there yet.
I hope that we can fix the situation, incentivize companies who actually care about your health to develop safer technologies like these.
But for the moment, I don't see that happening in a widespread manner.
So all in all, and because of the fact that many of these companies can recuperate your data and potentially in the future use it against you, I'm very against this thought that everyone should have wearables.
I think it's probably 20 years too early as an announcement.
Yeah, good point.
And I'm glad you mentioned that because I wanted to bring that up.
The other big risk of wearables is that your data gets sent to a technology company.
It's in the cloud somewhere.
And as you know, the White House has just recently announced this big, well, plus HHS announcing we're going to reform medicine.
We're going to bring in Google, which in my mind is one of the most evil corporations on the planet.
We're going to bring in, you know, genetics companies, wearables companies, AI companies, all kinds of AI, open AI, which is not open, it's closed.
We're going to bring all this in to make all of your medical data shareable across the spectrum of medical providers.
And I'm thinking, I don't want my medical data to be shareable.
I don't even want you to have it, you know, like the first company.
Because look what happened with 23andMe.
People sent in their saliva samples.
23andMe goes bankrupt.
A pharmaceutical or some other kind of industry, a biotech company, I think, bought it.
So now they have your data.
And what are they going to do with your data?
They could sell it.
Or also, Dick, it could be hacked.
How many times have hackers gone in and stolen all the data from a company?
So your heart rate, you know, your medications, your sleeping habits, the hours of the day that you sleep, your exercise habits, even from some of these devices, they could derive how often you have sex.
And do you want corporations having that data to be weaponized against you?
No.
I mean, it could go so far.
I used to, to be quite honest, I think it was, you know, Years ago, I used to be a little bit more naive and coming from this background, you know, I'm from Montreal, progressive city, if you will.
And I was like, well, I have nothing to hide.
I'm not really, you know, concerned about privacy.
The government can know everything about me.
But then when I actually looked into case examples of how the data could be used against me, I started feeling a little bit uneasy.
You know, well, Nick, it looks like you had sex, you know, less often these days.
Do you want Viagra?
You know, wait a minute.
And then, and then that's just almost a funny example.
But if now the insurance company tells me, well, Nick, I've detected that you woke up at 3 a.m. and had cake, and now we're going to increase your premium.
I'm like, wait a minute, it feels invasive, right?
So, and this is just the beginning because, of course, when we ended up in Montreal with the pandemic restrictions that were among the worst in the world, all of a sudden I felt like, wait a minute, if they could see, they could see in real time where I'm going, what I'm doing, and now how I respond to certain news.
Like, I don't know, if the prime minister says something and they feel my blood boiling, it's like, oh, this guy is against the government, right?
It can become, it can become such, it can create a sort of nightmare for society to have all this data in the hands of people who love control.
That's now I'm actually more concerned about it than ever.
So I've really evolved my thinking about it.
And I think, you know, that people who were the who emitted these early concerns years and years and years ago about privacy, I think they were right and too right in fact.
Yeah.
And thank you for acknowledging that.
And we were all called conspiracy theorists for many, many years until it all became abundantly true and obvious.
And now everybody's saying, whoa, wait a second, maybe we're moving too quickly on this, but it's too late because AI has taken over their jobs and they're being mass fired by AI agents.
Even the termination letters are written by the AI that fired them.
So the humans are being cut out of loop.
That's a different topic.
Let me go back and ask you about some of the key speakers and experts that you feature in your summit.
Sure.
One of them that was really, you know, almost a bucketless moment interview for me was a journalist from Sweden called Mona Nilsson.
Mona co-authored eight different case studies on 5G harms.
So what she did with Dr. Leonard Hardell, that epidemiologist I told you about about 30 minutes ago, they looked at different families that got sick when a 5G antenna was installed.
And they have the entire case study where they looked at, you know, their previous medical history and it's very, very detailed.
And these were case studies that they published starting in around 2021 until today in peer-reviewed journals.
So I don't know what peer-reviewed journals accepted this controversial information somehow, but they were able to publish.
And it's very shocking because you can see that in certain situations, even if you reduce your own exposure or reduce, you know, do what you can to minimize how much you use devices and whatnot, if the towers are too close, there's no way on earth that you can feel good in this environment, even if you were not initially predisposed to feeling, you know, this sort of electrosensitivity.
So what they've identified is that the placement of these towers is extremely concerning and in some situations might make people sick within about two weeks.
And you have examples of children having nosebleeds, of anxiety, of workers becoming completely in a sort of state that looks like chronic fatigue.
You know, it's as if you've been partying all night, but you went to sleep early.
It doesn't make any sense.
But you're trying to live next to an exposure that is so toxic, it's completely impossible to understand.
So what is concerning to me in the end is that while these case studies have been published in Sweden and even in Sweden, it's a losing proposition.
All the government is in bed with the big telecoms there, Ericsson and whatnot.
But in the US and in Canada, the rules are so permissive that this is commonly seen.
You have cell towers right next to people's bedroom.
You have cell towers on top of churches, and then the person that lives right next to it is within a few feet.
You have the cell towers going up near school.
So it's just very concerning.
But at least one that gave me more hope.
This one left me with a bad taste in my mouth, but the interview with Zen Honecott, you might be familiar with Zen's work with moms across America.
She shared how her son got sick from Wi-Fi in school because it was sitting right underneath a router.
But that's not just a bad story.
In fact, she talks about the fact that she was able to talk with the school board and she learned through that experience that they could easily put one router in the corridor where it would be much safer because distance matters.
If you're sitting right underneath a router, you're getting an immense exposure every day.
And if you're sitting, you know, 20 feet away and it's in the next room or in the corridor, the exposure is probably reduced by 10,000 fold.
So what she was able to find out is that the reasons the IT companies place one router that is industrial strength per classroom is that they're paid per router, right?
So again, you have players in the industry, whether it's tech installator or tech industry that just want to make money and they think everything is safe or they want to have this cognitive dissonance.
Oh, no, everything is safe.
You know, these five monkeys and eight rat safety studies kind of thing.
Oh, it's very good.
So they convince themselves that it's very good.
But in reality, they install many times too many routers in schools.
And of course, the safest way to use these tablets and laptops would be to have everything wired with Ethernet cables.
But even if you do use Wi-Fi, there are ways to minimize how many of these machines we use.
So right now, we're essentially in a state of perpetual tech junk food when it comes to these routers and everything in between the Internet of Things and the sensors that they install.
So what was nice about Zen's talk is that she focused on her entire story and how you're able to bring this information to school boards.
Because in the end, look, society will, I think, prevail with tech and we will force the tech industry to develop healthier technologies.
The question is, will it happen in 100 years where I think it will be too late when it comes to the health of the population?
Or will it happen sooner because we demand safer technology?
So it means bringing these issues to school boards, to politicians, and voting with your dollars.
So Zen is just such a fighter.
She inspires me.
And I realized that I could do more even in my local community to change things.
There's a movie called Children of Men starring Clive Owen, I believe.
In that movie, it's a dystopian sci-fi future where no one can have children anymore on the planet except there's one baby born on the whole planet and the movie centers around that.
If we look in history, we see that the Roman Empire fell for a number of reasons.
You could argue, you know, military conquest, overreaching of supply chains, monetary obligations, internal corruption, etc.
But they also lined their water aqueducts with lead.
Bad idea.
Right.
Now, lead is a very malleable material.
It's easy to hammer into shape.
It's a soft metal.
That's why it was wonderful to use on aqueducts.
And I've seen these aqueducts myself in, you know, obviously in some of the ruins of the Roman Empire.
And, you know, when you put these blocks in place, you have kind of cracks between the blocks.
And those cracks would leak water.
So instead, you hammer lead into the cracks.
You use lead as kind of a filler.
Well, the problem is that the water that fed the Roman Empire Was mostly rainwater runoff from the high elevation mountainous regions, right?
And rainwater is naturally slightly acidic.
So as the water was flowing over the lead, it was ionizing and releasing lead ions into the water that the people of Rome were drinking, which is one reason why they all went insane.
But the reason I mention this, obviously, is because I'm seeing the same thing now.
Major portions of our leadership are completely insane.
I mean, I don't even have to say why, because this is America.
They're insane.
And our population, people are going insane.
Like every day, there's some other insane announcement that I can't even believe is happening.
Let's put 100% tariffs on India for some reason.
You know, it's like, what?
But there's mass insanity.
And my question to you, Nick, and maybe this is in the conspiracy theory category, but aren't we putting our whole civilization at risk if we don't recognize this issue?
Oh, we are.
I think it's already ongoing.
You know, part of me is difficult because, you know, just listening to informing yourself, you know, is with an event like this can be very discouraging.
And for me, it is a sort of discouraging work I'm doing.
And for you too, at times, I'm sure.
But the reality is that I think we can react about it two ways.
We see the train wreck that is happening with society and we sit there and we say, look, we're all doomed and we live in a sort of depressive, cynical state.
Nothing can be changed and we're doomed and everything is lost.
Or we sort of hold this belief that, no, we have to fix things and it's getting worse.
And when it comes to EMFs, it's getting worse.
When it comes to many things, it's getting worse.
I don't think all the topics are getting worse.
I think that certain things have progressed in the last few years.
But I have to keep the hope.
And I guess, I don't know, it's a bit of a philosophical twist here, but I guess it's because I have a child now and I'm like, oh, geez, like if I say we're doomed, what am I doing?
Right.
What am I doing leaving kids to their, you know, to this demise, to this, this apocalypse that we're seeing?
But I must say, when I started studying EMFs, 2017, I released my book, I had these exact thoughts.
I said, if the info I'm reading right now is correct, we're going to see in the next years that everyone is kind of becoming at least partially crazy, to very crazy, to back.
No, but I'm about to swear here.
But anyway, you know what I want to say.
That crazy.
Anyway, I think some of the stuff I'm seeing on a regular basis is extremely concerning.
And I feel like I feel like the biggest realization I had with everything that happened with a pandemic that wasn't one and everyone panicking in the world is how little judgment people have left.
Not people who watch this, because I think you're in a different category and you're starting to, you know, you're trying to think for yourself.
But a large percentage of the population, especially here in Montreal, to just talk about what I know, was just following along.
And I was like, guys, don't you realize none of it makes sense and the data.
And, you know, I was looking at the studies and look, anyone can do this if you, you know, put your mind to it and think for yourself.
And for a lot of people, they were glued to the TV and very content to just, no, we're just, we'll just follow along and flatten the curve for two weeks.
My take is.
Yeah, the people of America think the people of Montreal are crazy.
And the people of Canada think the people of America are insane.
And guess what?
They're both right.
They're both right.
Because that's the point.
It's a universal problem.
And again, I think a lot of it comes back to lack of sunlight, lack of clean food, exposure to all these toxins.
EMF Is one vector, heavy metals is another vector, fluoride, you know, for God's sake, which we're just not taking out of the water supply in certain cities in the U.S., but not other cities and so on.
And some parents are running out and getting prescription pills for fluoride to make sure that their babies get extra fluoride as a prescription drug, and the doctors are prescribing it.
It's a neurotoxin.
But if you're wondering why people are insane, it's, I mean, we document it here on the show, just like today.
And we're almost out of time here, Nick.
Although this has opened up a really interesting rabbit hole that we could go down of why is modern civilization going completely batshit crazy, as you were about to say.
Maybe we'll do that for another episode.
In the meantime, folks, I want to encourage you to watch the free EMF hazards summit that begins on August 23rd at brightu.com.
Here's the signup page for it.
It's Brighteon University or just brightu, the letter you.com.
It's free to watch.
You'll hear from all these experts.
You can see some of them here in the screenshot.
And it goes for eight days.
There's a lot of bonus material available to you if you decide to purchase it.
And you're going to learn a wealth of information far beyond what we were able to discuss here in this one hour.
Nick, is there anything you'd like to add to this before we wrap it up today?
No, I'll just say something that I realize because a lot of the experts that I featured on this series just have the same type of energy to them.
It's hard to describe.
It's a sort of kindness.
It's a sort of humility.
I feel it from you, Mike.
I feel it from certain scientists that I talk to.
It's also people that are not completely blinded by their ego and generally they want to help each other out.
And I also realize that the more I detoxify myself, the more I feel that.
So I feel like what I realized in the last year is: yes, we're going crazy and people are, you know, trying to strangle each other.
And I'm going to burn your Tesla.
No, I'm going to do this, do that, and throw rocks.
And, you know, we devolve when we get more toxic.
And I think we can continue to spread good information to people.
And the better they feel, the less they will act like that.
And the more they will be able to see that sometimes there are gray areas.
And if we don't agree, we don't have to kill each other.
You know, so I think this sort of kindness and wanting peace and wanting a sort of justice in society or a planet that we respect, we don't destroy.
I think it all comes down to detoxing ourselves because I think somehow it's linked with all these toxic exposures.
At least it's making it much worse.
I think we are losing civility when we are overexposed.
That's just, I guess, my hypothesis of the year here.
You know, that's a really important point.
I'm glad you brought that up.
And I think I'll make that even the title of this segment.
But are you familiar with the I've forgotten the scientist's name, but the mouse utopia experiments?
No.
Let me bring that up.
Or maybe it was rats.
Let me bring it up.
The mouse utopia.
Oh, here it is.
John Calhoun.
Okay.
So John Calhoun, he conducted studies at the National Institute of Mental Health in the 1960s and 70s.
And he placed these four pairs of healthy mice in a very large metal pen, nine feet wide, designed to be a perfect environment with unlimited food and water, unlimited nesting space, a stable temperature, no predators, no disease, no need to forage.
Okay.
So it was utopia.
And within, I think, how many generations was it?
Within some number of generations, not very many, the entire population died out because they destroyed themselves.
They became incredibly violent against each other.
There began to also be gender role changes where some of the females would take on male traits and the male rats would begin to act like females.
And then some of the females spent their time preening and...
they would reject all mates and they would no longer even take care of their offspring.
They would abandon their babies, etc.
And this is a shocking experiment because it shows that if you don't have a if you don't have an environment where people have to compete and learn and expend effort to get things, then it becomes a self-destroying society.
And that was without heavy metals.
That was without mobile phones.
I mean, just the social aspects or the anthropological aspects, I guess you could say, destroyed that society.
And there were no survivors, even with unlimited food and water.
That's something to look at.
Imagine if they put in mobile phones, like little mouse phones.
Yeah, well, we know it causes behavioral problems.
So I have no doubt they would accelerate their demise.
And yeah, it's as if, you know, even the rats feel that if you have a lack of significance, you're essentially dead already.
You know, it is something that I think is a struggle for many.
But just something I've been thinking about, and I think I can leave you with that today.
But I've been thinking about the fact that many people, even among, you know, that, you know, Make America Healthy Again movement.
And am I part of it?
Am I not part of it?
It depends on, you know, what day of what day of the week it is.
But in reality, a lot of people just feel demoralized and are just waiting for any reason to say, oh, I told you so.
Nothing will ever change in this world.
And I fear for these people that are thinking that way, because it is something that puts you closer to the grave.
So I'm trying to stay prudently optimist, even when it makes no sense.
But this is the way that we fight back against something that I perceive as evil in this world.
I'm not a religious man, but I do perceive that some people do such evil things that I have to use this word.
It's not just harming people.
It is a complete discontent for life.
So I hope that people start to see that this demoralization is not only something that we tell ourselves, that we tell others, but also that is weaponized against us.
So we have to not believe it too much, that thought that nothing will change and some evil people are controlling everything.
It's always going to be that way.
Well, it's a self-perpetuating story that we tell ourselves.
So let's get away from that and just try to build a better future and hold that intention for the future.
It's a bit of a spiritual ending here, but that's how I feel about it.
I feel like so many people are demoralized.
It makes me demoralized sometimes.
So I have to get off social media in that case and just reconnect with myself, go in the sun a little bit and say, no, in fact, we can do something about it.
That's well said, Nick.
And this is why I spend time in nature every single day.
I block out time to be in nature.
And if I showed you a photo of my exercise gym, it's actually a bunch of dip bars and push-up bars and kettlebells in a forest with the dirt and the leaves and the trees.
That's where I exercise.
I don't exercise indoors.
And I go out and run with my dogs.
And then I do kettlebells while they catch their breath for 30 minutes because it's so hot they can't get cool.
So we do the best we can.
But we're in the shade in the forest.
But folks, reconnect with your humanity, and to do that, you got to reconnect with nature and get informed about all of this.
So last call here, sign up at brightu.com.

So Nick, thank you so much for putting this together and for sharing your thoughts with us today.
It's been a great conversation.
Thank you, Mike.
I enjoyed it very much.
Me too.
And God bless all of you in Montreal too, by the way.
Not all Americans despise Canadians.
And I know it's not the other way around either.
No, that's true.
Yeah.
I think universally, all of us in America and in Canada, we mostly don't trust our own leaders.
I think that's pretty much universal.
But people to people, we're all cool with each other.
We love Canadians.
So thank you all for watching today.
I'm Mike Adams of Brighteon.com, including those of you watching in Canada.
We love you too.
We want you to be healthy and abundant, alive, awake, aware.
And that's what we bring you every day here at brighteon.com and brightyou.com.
So thank you for watching today.
Take care, everybody.
Well, today is the big meeting between Trump and Putin in Alaska.
And I don't know if you really call it a peace negotiation.
It's not quite that.
It's something very different.
A listening session?
I don't know.
We're going to find out.
But this is the most important meeting that's happened, frankly, since the launch of the special military operation in February of 2022.
Now, there are a couple of really important things to note about this meeting.
Number one, whereas under the Biden administration, the posture of the United States was that we're not even going to talk to Russia because Russia doesn't have a right to exist, according to the State Department under Joe Biden.
Trump sees that very differently.
By even agreeing to talk to Putin, this is a diplomatic victory for Putin and Russia, in a sense, because it acknowledges that from America's point of view, Russia is a nation, right?
And Russia is a nation that has the right to exist and that Russia deserves to have the attention for us to sit down and talk with Russia.
So I wanted to share with you my analysis of what will happen based on the results of this meeting.
Now, Trump is insisting that this meeting is going to result in Putin agreeing to a ceasefire.
I think that is wishful thinking on Trump's part.
But then again, I don't know what information he has.
And maybe he's got some super secret technique that, or I don't know, maybe he's got some leverage over Putin that we don't know about, or he's going to make a behind the scenes offer that Putin would love to say yes to.
I mean, who knows?
But Trump says Putin's going to agree to a ceasefire.
I don't think that's going to happen.
And the reason I don't think that's going to happen, well, there are several reasons, but number one, the USA no longer has any leverage over Russia because Russia has already been hit with unlimited sanctions, basically.
Everything's been sanctioned.
The U.S. has already tried secondary sanctions on India and China, and those failed utterly, total backfire.
Basically, India and China told Trump to his face that he can go pound sand.
So that didn't work.
Furthermore, the United States can't militarily threaten Russia in any way whatsoever because Russia could always retaliate in a much more effective way because Russia has hypersonic missiles and Russia has the Oreshnik missiles and Russia has more nuclear weapons than the United States does.
And Russia has better air defense systems and better mid-range ICBMs and better hyperglide vehicles, etc., etc.
Better submarines even.
And yeah, the United States has better aircraft carriers, but who cares?
Those are obsolete.
Those will all be sunk in minutes if World War III breaks out.
So that's not really much of a factor.
The submarines are a far bigger factor, and Russia dominates in the submarine technology area.
You know, these so-called Ohio-class submarines that Trump is bragging about, these were designed in the 1970s.
They're not cutting-edge technology, not even close.
Okay, but there's another reason why Putin would not agree to a ceasefire, and that's because Russia is winning on the ground.
Russia is breaking through Ukraine's defenses in a very aggressive and very effective way, just in the last few days in certain areas, not in every area, but in certain areas.
And Ukraine's defenses appear to be crumbling rapidly.
Ukraine has lost this war, militarily speaking.
There's no question about it.
Russia has won the war.
Now it's just a question of finishing out the battles.
But Russia has already won the war.
There's no changing the outcome of this war.
So why would Russia agree to a ceasefire under these conditions?
Especially when Zelensky has said that he will not agree to any of Russia's terms.
And Zelensky is saying Ukraine won't give up any territory, including the territory that Russia has already taken.
And Zelensky says Russia has to pay us a trillion dollars, which isn't going to happen, etc.
So I don't see any reason for Putin to say yes to a ceasefire, especially what Zelensky wants, which is an unlimited ceasefire with no end date.
Basically, Zelensky wants Russia to surrender.
And that's not going to happen.
And if Trump wants Russia to surrender, Trump is going to find out the hard way that America doesn't rule the world, actually.
And Putin's just going to tell him to go pound sand also.
And so depending on what happens here, though, it will ripple across, of course, world financial markets.
So here's one thing that you can probably count on.
If somehow Trump convinces Putin to agree to a ceasefire, then gold and silver and oil most likely would all go down and the stock market would go up because that announcement would be seen as incredibly good news for the U.S. economy and U.S. security and the world economy for that matter.
Even though it might only be a temporary ceasefire, it might be a conditional ceasefire that doesn't even kick in until certain conditions are met, and those conditions might actually never be met.
But just the announcement of an intended ceasefire would be perceived as very positive and the markets would respond to that.
So, and don't take this as financial advice, of course.
I'm not your financial advisor, but what I'm looking for is if somehow Trump convinces Putin to agree to a ceasefire, if he announces that Friday, if the markets have already closed, then when the markets open up on Monday, you'll probably see gold and silver plummet, assuming that nothing crazy happens over the weekend.
If that's the case, then that could be a really amazing discount on gold and silver.
Could be a strong buying opportunity, depending on what else is happening.
If, on the other hand, Trump walks away from this agreement with no ceasefire from Russia, then of course that's going to have exactly the opposite effect.
Gold and silver will go up, almost certainly.
Oil will go up, oil futures will go up, and the stock market will probably respond by going down.
Why?
Because it's perceived as bad news for the world economy, bad news for supply chains, bad news for tariffs, etc.
So war is bad for the economy, which should be obvious, but everybody forgets that they think war is good for the economy.
It's not.
War is bad for the economy.
War is bad for the stock market.
War is bad for supply chains.
The only thing war is good for is gold and silver, but only because people buy gold and silver as an insurance policy against the economic destruction caused by the war in the first place.
So we should not hope for war, obviously, even if you want gold prices to go up if you happen to own a lot of gold.
still pray for peace.
Either way, we would all be much better off with peace, including Ukraine.
So watch carefully what happens after this meeting.
What does Trump say publicly and what does Putin say publicly?
And then match it up.
See, I mean, do they match?
Are Trump and Putin saying the same thing?
Because there's a strong possibility that they won't be saying the same thing.
There's a possibility that Trump would tell us everything went great.
We have an agreement.
And Putin would say, we don't have an agreement.
Nothing's been agreed to, and we're just going to continue the war.
In fact, I'm half expecting that that's what we're going to hear sometime, you know, this evening or tomorrow or whenever the press conferences take place.
And remember that Trump flip-flops every day.
So we don't even know what he's going to think going into this or if he even thinks that it's the right move to have a ceasefire.
At the moment, I believe that Trump wants a ceasefire.
And I think that's really about America positioning itself for a war against China.
So the United States wants to wrap up the conflict with Russia so that it can reallocate its focus and its forces to try to fight China, which is a horrible idea, by the way.
So, you know, we'll see how that goes, but it's not going to be pretty, I would imagine.
I wanted to bring in this additional fact in all of this.
So China and India will be rooting for peace because India also doesn't want to deal with the threat of secondary sanctions, which have not yet gone into effect, but they are supposed to go into effect later this month.
Well, if there's some kind of a ceasefire arrangement with Russia or a peace deal beyond just a ceasefire, that might alleviate the pressure that Trump feels to put these secondary tariffs on India.
So, you know, it might help India negotiate its way out of this secondary tariff threat.
But the countries that want the war are the UK, France, and Germany.
And I don't know about the other European nations.
I don't think Poland and Romania and Austria, I don't think they're all looking for war, but some of them might be.
Who knows?
We know for sure the UK wants war.
And we know for sure that France and Germany want war.
And we know why, too, because they need the war to cover up for all their fraud and financial money laundering and political fraud and everything else.
And they also need a reason to crack down on their own populations because there's about to be a revolt in Britain against the government because the British government treats its own citizens like slaves.
And a similar thing is true in France and Germany as well.
So if it actually goes to a war with Russia, I can actually, I can see a lot of domestic uprisings and revolts in those three nations and maybe even Spain for that matter, although it's yet to be seen.
And Italy and Greece, I'm not sure what they would do either.
But look, the Europeans, the people of Europe, don't want war by and large.
It's the insane, you know, demonic pedo leadership that wants the war.
And they're going to do everything they can to try to get it.
So Trump is up against all of these forces, some of them in the world, like India and China, that don't want war, others like the UK and Germany and France that do want war.
Plus, the Pentagon wants war.
Elements of the State Department want war.
Elements of the U.S. deep state and the intelligence community absolutely want war.
And they're going to try to sabotage any kind of peace negotiation or ceasefire negotiation.
All right.
Now, let's suppose that Trump works a miracle, comes out of this with a ceasefire agreement that Putin agrees to honor, which again, I consider to be highly unlikely.
That ceasefire might be incredibly short term.
It might be seven days, just enough time for Ukraine to gather its dead or something, you know.
Or it might be 30 days, or Zelensky wants it to be indefinite.
That's not going to happen.
But let's say Russia agrees to a seven-day ceasefire.
Well, over those seven days, both sides simply rearm on an accelerating schedule, and then the war proceeds in seven days.
You know, nothing changes just because of a seven-day ceasefire.
And again, I don't see any reason why Russia would even agree to a seven-day ceasefire because it doesn't help them in any way at all.
There's no incentive to agree to any ceasefire.
Russia's advantage is found in pushing the current battlefield advantage that it has achieved, not giving Ukraine a chance to recuperate or to rearm or to recruit more soldiers to send onto the front lines.
So I just, I don't see any situation where Russia agrees to any ceasefire at all.
If anything, I see Putin as being in a position where he counter-threatens Trump and says to Trump that if you continue to provide weapons to Ukraine, we're going to consider United States military bases to be legitimate targets or United States factories, and that we, Russia, are going to start striking U.S. targets with non-nuclear systems such as the Oreshnik missile systems, because we know your people are involved.
We know that your weapons are involved.
So you are a combatant in this war.
I wouldn't be surprised if Putin has that warning to Trump.
And you can see how this situation could very quickly spiral into a nuclear exchange.
And there's a very real risk that that's exactly where this is going.
Because see, Trump has, in essence, painted himself into a corner.
He's made a lot of promises to the American people that he can't possibly keep.
He's made promises, for example, that Trump is going to agree to a ceasefire.
I don't think he has any control over that.
And I don't think he's going to achieve it.
And he's made promises that we're going to send like 17 Patriot missile batteries to Ukraine, but he can't even keep those promises because those missile batteries don't exist.
He's made promises to the Europeans, like the UK, that we're going to let them buy weapons from us, those weapons to be shipped to Ukraine.
We're not going to pay for them.
But most of those weapons also do not exist.
And if he's talking about munitions, those munitions don't exist.
So the very real question is, how is he going to keep all these promises when they are imaginary promises, right?
So he's going to get blasted in the media and blasted by his own base when he doesn't achieve a ceasefire and he doesn't achieve a military victory.
Because remember, we've been told by the Western press this entire time that Russia has lost or that Russia is losing or that Russia has run out of missiles or that Russia has run out of soldiers and that the West is winning and all we have to do is send more tanks and send more planes and send more artillery and we're going to win.
That's all been a lie.
Every bit of that has been a lie.
So how is Trump going to extricate himself from that elaborate lie, which granted most of it's not his fault?
Those were the lies under Joe Biden.
But Trump has in essence sort of extended those lies.
You know, he hasn't said that Ukraine has lost the war.
He's kind of taken a middle ground on that for the moment, but that's not going to work.
Before very much longer, almost certainly by the end of this year, Ukraine is done, militarily speaking.
And when Ukraine is forced to surrender to Russia, how is the U.S. going to explain that away?
Oh, the U.S. failed.
The entire, all of NATO failed.
All of NATO can't defeat Russia, even though that's the only purpose of NATO's even its very existence is to defeat Russia.
But NATO can't do it.
NATO is incapable.
NATO doesn't have an industrial base, a military base, the people, the training, the technology, nothing.
How's that going to fly?
It's going to make America look weak and Western Europe look weak, etc.
So the world is going to see the weakness of the U.S. Empire and the strength of the Russian Empire unless Trump has some kind of super magical ace card that he can pull out of this and make America look successful in all of this.
So my guess is that Trump doesn't really care about the fact that Ukraine is losing the war.
What Trump cares about is making sure that America doesn't look weak.
And certainly he doesn't want his own administration to look weak.
So is there a solution that makes America look strong?
I can't think of one.
But possibly there's something that they can finagle in some way that Putin will agree to for some reason that's unknown to us.
Maybe it involves a transfer of a lot of Bitcoin or something.
Who knows?
But I'm not seeing any positive outcome for Trump or the United States on this.
Not in the long run.
Yeah, he can get one day's announcements that will turn out to be fake, but he's not going to get a long-term victory out of this.
The only outcome is that America and the West look weak and Russia and China and India and BRICS look strong.
That's the outcome that's coming.
So, you know, plan accordingly.
That's almost certainly the way this is going to end up getting resolved.
