Time Text
All right, welcome to this special report, which is an extension of the discussion of the war on light and the fast-growing research area of photodynamic therapy or photoactivated nutrition.
Now, of course, you know me as the Health Ranger, and I've studied and taught nutrition for 25 years.
I'm a published food scientist.
I own and run a MassSpec laboratory for heavy metals analysis and herbicide analysis and a whole lot more.
We have multiple MassSpec instruments.
I think seven of them at this point.
I'll give you a tour coming up pretty soon.
But the one thing I learned in all these years of teaching nutrition and anti-cancer nutrients and neuroprotective nutrients and teaching people about how to grow their own medicine by allowing plants to synthesize these amazing molecules like glucosinolates or sulforaphane or anthocyanins or various polyphenols or whatever.
What I was missing in all of this was the function of light and then the interaction of light with these nutrients.
And to kind of summarize this very quickly, there are two things that you need to know rather urgently, I think.
And these are two things that I mistakenly did not know and did not focus on myself.
And I wish I had known this 20 years ago.
So let me tell you these two things right up front, and then I'll give you the details and the supporting information.
Number one is that many nutrients that you might consume as part of superfoods, many nutrients, and I'll go through the list, these nutrients are further potentiated if you also expose yourself to sunlight after taking the nutrients or eating the food.
So turmeric is one of those, for example.
And turmeric is, you know, it's a bright orange color.
A lot of these are, they naturally have very interesting colors for reasons involving the way light works and things like that.
We'll talk about that.
But if you consume turmeric or the curcumin that's found in turmeric, it does have an impact all by itself, even in the dark, right?
Because there's chemistry at work.
And curcumin has all kinds of amazing properties.
Anti-inflammatory is one of them.
You know, it's known as an anti-cancer nutrient, etc.
And neuroprotective, and it helps to stabilize blood sugar, all kinds of things.
But did you know that if you then expose yourself to sunlight while you also have the turmeric in your body, then it further potentiates the curcumin in this case, and it can make it more bioavailable.
So a lot of people will use things like pepper, black pepper, along with turmeric to increase absorption, and that does work.
But you can also use light to potentiate a huge number of these nutrients.
So if you want to take your nutrition to the next level, then you can consume nutrients strategically before you know you're going to be exposed to light.
And the best light is natural sunlight.
The next best light is high-end artificial light, like infrared or far-infrared light panels that are based off of LEDs and that broadcast multiple frequencies.
Typically, you want more than two frequencies of light.
You want three or four.
But sunlight has all the spectrum in it, and sunlight is absolutely the best, and sunlight is free.
But if you can't get sunlight, then the panels are the next best thing.
So keep that in mind.
So you can even strategically choose to consume foods or supplements or nutrients that you know are photoactivated.
And in today's report, I'll give you some of those nutrients.
Now, the second really important point I want to cover, and perhaps this deserves a completely separate standalone report, but whatever.
We'll put it in here together, is the fact that when you are exposed to UV light from, you know, typically from the sun, then, of course, your body responds by increasing the melanin content in your skin i.e you look more tan and the darker your tan or that is the more melanin that you have in your skin and note note all of you listening with black skin
this includes you you have this benefit naturally the more melanin you have in your skin the more you are naturally shielded from 5g signals And this is something that has only now become apparent to me, and I will cite the study that has led me to this conclusion.
It's a study that's just been published in the journal Nature Communications.
So, in other words, and I mentioned this in a couple of my recent interviews, this concept is just barely beginning to be even heard by people.
Most people have never heard of this, but here's what this means.
If you are incredibly white and fair-skinned, and you don't have a tan at all, and you don't get a lot of natural light, you know, you're an indoor basement dweller or whatever, you are highly, highly subject to 5G poisoning or even other electromagnetic fields or radiation because your body can easily be penetrated by those electromagnetic fields.
In other words, EMFs go right through your skin and go right through your body.
And so 5G, which is a microwave designated frequency, goes right through your skin.
But if you have dark skin, and this can be either from genetics, i.e.
you are African in ancestry, perhaps, or, I mean, there are other people, or you're more Hispanic or you're more Asian or you just have darker skin, whatever.
Or you have become more tan because you've been outside a lot, guess what?
The 5G signals don't penetrate your body much at all.
Instead, they get absorbed by the melanin and they get turned into heat.
And the heat is actually the safe way to neutralize the incoming EMF radiation.
It's better to turn it into heat rather than let it continue to penetrate your body.
Because if it goes deeper into your body, then it can interact with your blood and it can produce very dangerous free radicals known as peroxynitrite.
And that molecule or those molecules can then run around your blood, causing oxidation damage and chromosomal damage.
So even if the radiation is not itself considered ionizing radiation, it can produce chemical byproducts that are themselves damaging to your DNA.
Yeah.
But the darker your skin, the better protection you have.
Isn't that interesting?
So if you've been wondering, how dangerous is 5G?
Well, if you're incredibly white, and I don't mean to make this racial, these aren't racial comments, or they're not meant to be.
This is just, this is chemistry, this is physics, this is science.
I mean, this is just cause and effect.
If you are really, really white, then 5G is a much greater danger to you compared to being really, really black.
And according to the study, which I will cite here coming up, it talks about a 68.87 decibel reduction in the penetration of 5G electromagnetic fields into the body.
Wow, let's call it 69 decibels of reduction.
Now, because of the way decibels are described mathematically, a 69% decibel reduction in a signal strength is a reduction of over 99%.
So in other words, if you have dark skin, you almost entirely block 5G.
Did you know that?
See, I did not know that.
And me being what, African, Afro-Irish, Native American.
Yeah, that's my ancestry right there.
I'm a little bit African, because we all are, turns out.
I'm a little bit Irish.
I'm actually a little bit French too, but I'm angry at that part, so I ignore it.
And I'm a lot more Native American, which is why I have kind of a natural red hue in my skin.
And when I'm exposed to the sun, I turn like a reddish tan.
It's not a burn, it's a tan with a reddish hue in it.
And that's for my people, that's natural.
My people, my tribe, it's natural.
So because of my ancestry, if I don't get sun exposure, I'm very, very white.
That's the Irish side coming out.
Very white.
But if I get sun exposure, then I turn like tan red.
And I've been getting a lot more sun exposure recently for reasons I've mentioned earlier about being able to exercise more, etc.
And I'm only now realizing that this protects me against 5G signals and other microwave radiation.
And if you think about it, you know, think about Wi-Fi, think about Bluetooth, think about 2.4 gigahertz, not just 5 gigahertz, etc.
So all these different frequencies that are used by all these different devices around you.
And then ask yourself this question: Have you noticed that the people who seem to be most easily impacted by all these things, 5G, Wi-Fi, whatever, they're white people.
Yeah, again, I'm not trying to make this racial, but they are white people.
And they're like really white people, like pasty white people, very often.
And it's the lack of melanin.
Now it all makes sense.
They don't have melanin, and it goes right through their skin and even into their brains.
And so it can impact their mental health as well.
And yeah, there are some people who are driven crazy by Wi-Fi and 5G and Bluetooth and everything.
And I'm just wondering if they had a tan, would they be okay?
No, seriously.
That's what the science is pointing to at the moment.
Of course, the most important strategy here would be to avoid exposure to these EMF toxins.
But in our world today, that's often not possible.
So we have to protect ourselves.
And there are nutritional ways to protect ourselves, which is what I've taught for 25 years.
But now I'm learning there are also, there are ways to use UV exposure to build defenses against EMF exposure.
And that means getting out into the sun at some reasonable exposure level that your body can handle and having good nutrition and not wearing sunglasses all the time because you actually need the UV in your eyes.
And I'm not saying to look at the sun, obviously.
I'm saying just the ambient UV, it needs to touch your eyeballs and touch your retina because it touches the mitochondria in your eyes and it sends the signal to your body, the hormonal signal to build melanin.
Because your body is saying, hey, we're getting a lot of electromagnetism here, you know, getting a lot of photons, a lot of UV.
We need to build defenses.
So what does it do?
Boom, it builds melanin.
Now, what's interesting to me about this is that the microalgae known as hematococcus, which creates the substance called astaxanthin, it's going through the same exact process.
Did you know when acaxanthin is actually formed?
It's this single-celled organism starts out as a color of like a blue-green algae.
I mean, it looks green when it's floating in the ponds where they grow it in Hawaii or other places.
It looks green.
And then the way that you get the green algae to produce acaxanthin, which is the most powerful, fat-soluble carotenoid antioxidant on the planet, and also that acaxanthin protects your skin from ultraviolet radiation.
Did you know that when you take it on the inside?
It's like an edible sunscreen of sorts.
Yeah.
Well, that microalgae builds astaxanthin when it experiences stress from lots of sunlight and not enough water.
So when the water is starting to dry out and this microalgae senses that it's going to go through a long drought period, it builds a cocoon of astaxanthin, basically a spherical protective shell of astaxanthin.
And the entire point of the astaxanthin is to protect the genetic material of the algae from UV radiation from the sun and to allow this algae to survive for potentially centuries.
Even in the desert sun until it rains again.
And when it rains again, boom, it opens up and it grows back into the green algae and it begins to multiply until the next drought comes.
And then it builds the astaxanthin cocoon and blocks the sunlight radiation to protect its genetic code.
That's why people who know the benefits of astaxanthin, that's why they take it.
I mean, there are multiple benefits, but one of them is its natural ability to protect from UV radiation.
Very interesting science.
But the reason I even mentioned that is because your body has the same kind of capability, but expressed through different biochemistry, obviously.
Whereas you can build melanin to protect you from ultraviolet radiation and your body does that automatically in response to exposure to the UV radiation.
See?
So your body needs the stress of the UV rays in order to respond with a defensive mechanism that can protect you against modern technology, against 5G cell towers.
Seriously.
And these people that live next to 5G towers, you know, they suffer from all kinds of horrific things.
And some of those people hear voices in their heads, you know?
And they have headaches and they can't sleep in many cases and they suffer from mental health disorders.
And I'm wondering again, I'm wondering if they had some of these nutrients, maybe astaxanthin and others, but importantly melanin, if they would be more shielded from EMF, including 5G.
So this is really important information to know.
So imagine the value of just knowing the two things I've shared with you here.
And this is one of the reasons why people listen to my podcast is to kind of hear the cutting edge nutritional breakthroughs.
But again, I wish I had known these things 20 years ago.
But number one, many nutrients can be further potentiated with natural exposure to sunlight, even though they're already inside your body, because sunlight penetrates your body.
Especially the, you know, the infrared or far infrared rays, they go deeper into your body, many inches into your tissues.
Okay.
And then secondly, imagine the value of knowing that you can, you can actually grow your own EMF shielding defenses on your skin because it's called getting a tan.
Think about that.
Now, I'm not saying to run out and fry yourself under the sun, but I do know that sunscreen is highly toxic, highly toxic.
And I'm also not saying to run out to a tanning bed and fry yourself.
And I'm especially not saying that you should have a lot of extra sun exposure if you also have a junk food diet or if you're taking certain prescription drugs that make you hypersensitive to sunlight, you know.
So, obviously, exercise common sense as you think about your own strategy.
And remember, I'm not your doctor, but I doubt your doctor even knows this information.
In fact, I'm certain they don't.
I've never met any doctor that knew any of this.
in fact i didn't even know this until recently and i know more about nutrition than you know any conventional doctor.
I mean, literally.
But my knowledge is nothing compared to the knowledge of the AI engine that my company built that you can use for free.
And it's heavily, heavily trained on nutrition.
And also herbs and nutrients and superfoods.
You can use it for free.
It's at brighteon.ai.
And it's called Enoch.
And it's non-commercial, free of charge.
You don't even need an account to use it.
Just go there.
Brighteon.
B-R-I-G-H-T-E-O-N dot AI.
Just enter it in your address bar in your browser.
You can go straight there and start using it.
And you can ask it about these nutrients, by the way, because it knows all this stuff.
Anyway, this is extremely powerful information, especially as we live in a world that's so heavily contaminated with artificial sources of microwave radiation.
So now, if you live in a city and you don't have a tan, then you know you're living in a highly toxic environment.
And yet, across the population, the people that have the darkest tans, they tend to be the country people.
They tend to be the farmers, people that work outdoors more, you know, or construction workers or what have you.
Generally, the people that live in the cities where there's the highest exposure of 5G towers and radiation and microwaves and everything else, they're the ones who tend to live and work more indoors.
So this also explains why city people tend to suffer a lot more effects of 5G exposure, not just because that's where the 5G towers are, but because they're also white, like really pasty white.
And so they don't have melanin.
They don't have the defenses that they need to block it.
Now, a country person can go into the city, not that they want to, they usually want to leave as quickly as possible.
But a country person with a decent tan can walk into a city and still be okay because all the 5G signals just get absorbed by their skin and they don't penetrate.
See?
Isn't that interesting?
And then let's talk about black skin for a minute.
Have you ever heard of a black person suffering from like 5G or electro-pollution sensitivity?
Have you?
Because I haven't.
I'm not saying it's never happened, but I've been studying cases of this for quite a long time.
I mean, writing about them and reading about them for, I don't know, at least 10 years.
And just thinking through those stories, they're all white people that I've seen.
Do you know?
I mean, I'm asking you, do you know any black person that is suffering from 5G exposure that talks about hearing voices in their head because they live close to a 5G tower?
Any black people like that?
So far, no.
But I mean, think about it.
And by the way, are some of you wishing you were black now all of a sudden?
I'm just curious.
Are you wishing you had the benefit of the black EMF shielding skin?
Is it see?
And it's funny because when I've always talked about black skin versus white skin, I've always talked about actually the black skin being a feature of sun protection.
But then the downside of having black skin is that your skin doesn't generate much vitamin D. Why?
Because the UV doesn't get through.
And skin generates vitamin D upon exposure to UV.
So it's the white-skinned people that generate the most vitamin D with the least amount of sun exposure.
And it's the black people that are the most vitamin D deficient.
And that's why black people have far more aggressive cases of prostate cancer and breast cancer.
And that's why the cancer industry preys upon black people because they know those are the high-profit, persistent, repeat cases.
And they never tell black people, hey, you're vitamin D deficient just like they never tell white people hey you're melanin deficient huh see but if you know what's going on and if you're listening to this and if you know black people or you are black people I mean share this with anybody you know that's got dark skin they need to know that that's a feature that's a benefit it's a built-in benefit of
protection against 5G and UV and other kinds of EMF radiation.
But the drawback is you're going to die of cancer if you don't supplement vitamin D. And if black men and black women would just supplement vitamin D, which is dirt cheap, I mean dirt cheap, then they wouldn't get the aggressive cancers for the most part that the cancer industry depends on.
See?
So somebody needs to talk to all the black people and say, hey, you need vitamin D. And somebody needs to talk to all the white people and say, hey, you need to get more sunshine.
You see what I'm saying?
And then for the people in between, you know, the Latinos and the Asians and what have you, get both.
Get some sunshine and get some vitamin D, you know.
Have a balance of both.
And also eat better for everybody.
So let's go back and talk about some of the phytoactivated nutrients that you should consider consuming because these are potentiated in many different ways upon exposure to sunlight.
Well, one of those is quercetin.
This is a flavonoid.
And it's found in onions.
So if you're eating onions at your favorite barbecue, let's say, because, right, every time you eat barbecue, don't they serve raw onions with the barbecue and usually pickles too?
The raw onions are really important in the barbecue because they contain high quercetin.
And when you barbecue, normally like a July 4th type of barbecue, it's a summer barbecue, you're getting some sunshine, right?
Well, the sunshine, after you eat the onions, the sunlight hits the quercetin that's in your blood and it amplifies its antioxidant capabilities.
So now the sunlight activated onion juice, basically, the quercetin, is counteracting the free radicals that you also ate in that burned up barbecue because all the burned fats and everything, that contains carcinogens.
But you can counteract that with the raw onions and also some of the raw cabbage in the coleslaw.
And, by the way, another tip here is if you eat raw fruit, especially strawberries, because they have very high seed fiber, their seeds are really, really tiny, and every seed has a strand that is undigestible.
So if you eat a bunch of strawberries, it functions as kind of a natural fruit broom.
It brushes through your digestive tract and all the way through your large intestine and your colon, and it kind of sweeps out a lot of toxins.
So if you're wondering, like if you're going to go to a barbecue and you want the barbecue, because, you know, it's irresistible, obviously, but you want to protect yourself, what do you do?
You eat strawberries.
You eat raw onions.
You eat raw cabbage coleslaw.
And then enjoy the barbecue.
And don't freak out about it.
Get some sunshine.
Everything becomes more potentiated.
And now you're fine.
And if you're really nervous about it, take some vitamin C with it.
You know, take some vitamin C. You're going to be fine.
Just don't live on barbecue.
But if you're going to have it from time to time, it's not going to kill you, folks.
The people who get killed by processed foods are people who don't have the superfoods and the nutrients and the sunlight.
They're highly, highly vulnerable.
Just like pasty white people are vulnerable to EMF fields.
Okay.
Another category of nutrients that are also photoactivated.
Now, light will help stabilize their molecular structure in your blood.
And this vastly improves bioavailability for cellular protection.
These are called phycocyanids.
Guess where they're found?
Spirulina.
right.
Spirulina, another blue-green algae.
It's very rich in certain pigment molecules that have a like a dark blue color.
And that's where the word phycocyanin comes from.
You notice that in that word is cyan, C-Y-A-N, which is the color blue.
Okay.
And phyco means essentially plant-derived.
So it's plant blues.
Right?
It's plant blues.
And if you eat the plant blues and then you get sunlight, then the plant blues go to work even more.
So if you're going to a barbecue and you really want extra protection, slam some spirulina at the same time as well.
All right.
Carotenoids can also be photoactivated.
And when they're exposed to natural light, then their antioxidant activity is boosted.
And I already mentioned one of those is acaxanthin, which is from a microalgae species, just like spirulina is a different species.
But others are like lycopene.
So lycopene, of course, is naturally found in tomatoes.
So if you're out eating the summer foods and you're getting your tomatoes or diced tomatoes on your fajitas or your hamburgers or whatever, you're consuming lycopene.
You get sunshine with that, then you have lycopene plus, basically.
Beta-carotene, which is found in carrots, right?
And there are many other substances here.
Anthocyanins, that when they're exposed to light, even after you've eaten them, then their antioxidant potential is greatly intensified.
And also it boosts their structural stability.
So it allows them to work more effectively as antioxidants in your body.
And where do you find anthocyanins?
Well, remember, anthocyanins are the purple.
Typically, they're purple or dark.
Sometimes they even look black, like blackberries are loaded with anthocyanins.
So are aronia berries.
So are blueberries.
So are like blue corn.
What makes it blue or purple looking?
It's the anthocyanins.
And did you know anthocyanins also take up the same receptor sites in your body as spike protein?
So anthocyanins are really useful for lots of different scenarios.
And you can get these from fresh berries, not from artificial colors.
You don't want the artificial blue and the red and all that garbage, which is used in the processed food industry.
You want the natural colors.
So that's why they say when you go to the grocery store, eat the fresh fruits and vegetables that are colorful.
Well, eggplant is included.
That's a dark purple color.
And guess what?
Those are anthocyanins also.
And the berries, you know, the blackberries or the wild dewberries or the boysenberries or whatever.
Eat the berries that have the dark, dark color.
And did you know you can grow your own purple carrots?
You know what makes purple carrots purple?
Anthocyanins, right?
So you can get beta-carotene and anthocyanins in the same purple carrots.
And you should.
You should grow purple carrots if you can.
Now, we sell a powder that is a collection of dried anthocyanins from berries.
Yeah, we sell that at our store, HealthRangerStore.com.
But I strongly recommend that you prioritize getting it from fresh food.
And if you can grow your own food, that's even better.
Because, you know, purchasing a lot of berries these days, especially organic berries, can get very expensive.
Very expensive.
So it's cheaper to buy frozen blueberries, even frozen organic blueberries, and then make yourself a smoothie.
And if you want to augment that smoothie with extra powdered anthocyanins, then yeah, we have a product for you.
It'll cost you because, you know, the process of harvesting and cleaning and drying and making the powder.
Yeah, it's convenient.
You can just take a spoonful and dump it into a smoothie and you can have an anthocyanin smoothie.
That's great.
And guess what?
That's got to be light potentiated.
And it has all kinds of amazing properties.
You can look it up in any AI engine, including ours at brightion.ai.
Or you can just grow them yourself.
And again, that's what I recommend the most.
Now, there's another category of molecules that are also light activated.
And those are called flavonoids.
And not every one of them is light activated the same, but these are found throughout the natural food supply, fresh fruits and vegetables and some legumes.
Apigenin is one of them.
A-P-I-G-E-N-I-N apigenin, which is also found in celery, and it's also an anti-cancer nutrient.
So this is why people who do a lot of juicing and they'll do like an apple celery juice, typically with a little bit of mint or parsley in it.
It's quite delicious, actually.
You're drinking an anti-cancer, you know, juice mix right there.
Apogenin.
Yeah.
Camphorol is another nutrient that is UV activated.
And with UV exposure from natural sunlight, it becomes more potent and more stable.
So unlike a lot of molecules that are denatured or destabilized by UV exposure, many of these plant-based molecules are actually strengthened by UV exposure, which is how those plants survive in nature under the sun, because they can't just throw up an umbrella and have shade, right?
So their nutrients obviously have to be stable in sunlight.
Otherwise, blueberries wouldn't be blue.
Think about it, right?
Otherwise, you know, strawberries wouldn't be red.
So obviously they're stable under intense sunlight, all day sunlight.
Light makes them more stable.
So camphorol, K-A-E-M-P-F-E-R-O-L, I mean, it's just, it's represented across so many fruits, like apples and grapes, different vegetables, spinach and kale, etc., all kinds of herbs, fennel leaves, arugula, and so on.
It's in green tea, lots of things.
It's in onions.
You know, onions have a lot of amazing nutrients in them.
So camphorol is potentiated upon exposure to light.
And then, and that's just another example of one of the flavonoids.
Polyphenols can also be light potentiated.
And sometimes just visible light frequencies will modulate their antioxidant effects.
In other cases, it takes UV exposure.
Some of these molecules have enhanced neuroprotection capabilities after they're exposed to light.
So you could be eating the exact same molecule, but it may not have a very big effect unless you also get sunlight.
And then after the sunlight exposure, suddenly it's a super molecule.
It's still the same molecule, but it has been enhanced.
It has been stabilized or its bioavailability has been improved by the light exposure.
This interaction between light and nutrition is really critical.
And nobody in Western medicine even recognizes this.
They have no knowledge of this, like literally zero.
That's why you've never heard about this.
EGCG, which is a catechin that's found in green tea.
And this is absolutely amazing.
It has extraordinary capabilities all by itself.
This is one of the miracle molecules from the world of plants.
This is a polyphenol that can also be potentiated with light exposure.
Resveratrol is another one, which is another miraculous molecule that's found in, well, typically, you know, grapes, grape skins, and grape plant leaves, but it's also derived as a nutritional supplement from Japanese knotweed.
Not that you're growing knotweed all day, but you might be growing grapes.
And you notice that grapes, obviously they grow in the full sun.
And the more sunlight they get, you know, the more potent they become.
And this is exactly why.
This is why.
A couple other categories here worth mentioning, glucosinolates, which is a category of substances that includes sulforaphane, which is found in broccoli and other cruciferous vegetables, but also I3C or indole-3-carbonol that's found in cabbage and other cruciferous vegetables.
These are not only incredibly effective anti-cancer, neuroprotective and anti-inflammatory nutrients, but they also have radio protective capabilities.
And the radio protection potential is also improved upon exposure to light.
Isn't that amazing?
Radio protective nutrients.
So if there's a nuclear war, you want to grow broccoli sprouts and you want to eat them a lot along with some other things.
You know, obviously you want to consume some reasonable level of iodine and you might want miso soup and things like that.
But you definitely want sulforphane and I3C.
And with the help of nutrition, you can survive.
You can survive radiation fallout.
I mean, at certain levels.
I'm not saying to take a walking tour through Chernobyl or anything.
But if it's just sort of downwind fallout, you know, guess who's going to be the most susceptible to that?
It's going to be the fair-skinned people who have bad nutrition and living on processed junk foods.
Yeah, they're the ones that are going to die from the radiation poisoning.
Whereas a person that has healthy melanin, a person that has great nutrition, that has good detoxification capabilities, that has all these supernutrients, that person will fare far better even in a Mad Max radiation fallout scenario.
And I'm not saying that these plants make you immune to radiation because it doesn't work that way.
Ionizing radiation still follows the laws of physics, but your body is able to absorb or repair far more effectively if you have the right nutrition or it can protect you far more effectively against the ionizing effects of the radiation.
People's bodies respond differently, and the determining factors of that response depend largely on your nutrition and how many of these molecules you have circulating in your body.
And these are the molecules I'm mentioning right here.
Berberine is another one.
Berberine is an alkaloid.
It's found in some herbs, golden seal, for example.
When it is exposed to UV light, then it has improved solubility, improved bioavailability, and it also has enhancement of its anti-carcinogenic or anti-cancer effects and anti-inflammatory effects.
I mean, it's just, it's amazing.
And for me, I can't believe that I spent so much time studying nutrition and nobody talked about this.
Of all the thousands of books that I have reviewed, including curating books for the training material of our AI engine, Enoch, I never encountered this information.
Or if I did, I missed it.
Are you aware of anybody else teaching this?
I'm not.
But look, maybe I missed it.
Maybe somebody did and I just didn't see it.
But I'm shocked that this isn't widely known.
I mean, this should be basic knowledge.
But again, there's a war on light.
The government, the medical system, big pharma, they don't want you to have light because light is medicine.
Light is medicine.
All kinds of reasons they're trying to take away incandescent light bulbs, as has already happened in the United States.
And they're trying to take away your ability to heal on your own without needing the medical system and all their prescription drugs and all their toxic chemotherapy and their toxic radiation.
I mean, imagine if you were about to undergo radiation therapy for cancer, you need all these nutrients.
But your oncologist will tell you, oh, no, don't have any nutrition.
It might interfere with the poisoning dose of radiation.
That's what they say.
Because they're engaged in essentially mass murder of their own patients.
Very few people die from cancer in America.
They die from cancer treatments.
They die from the chemotherapy and they die from the radiation.
They're not hardly ever dying from cancer.
It's the toxic treatments that are killing people.
All right, now let me go to the journal Nature Communications and briefly I want to cover this astonishing research that was published, let's see, August 3rd, 2025.
So brand new study.
Maybe this is why none of us have heard of this before.
So the researchers all appear to have Chinese names, Peng Chan, Shi Bohe, Tian Yo, Wang.
I don't know, I'm guessing on the actual pronunciation here.
These are all Chinese names.
Yi Wen Li.
Yeah, okay, so this is awesome.
The Chinese people have done some of the best research into phytonutrition.
Well, let me just say they have done the best research.
Of all the different languages that we looked at for training material for our Enoch AI engine, Chinese language material was by far the best and the most prolific.
And that's why we use a lot of Chinese material that we then translated into English.
And then we use that to train our AI model.
That's why our AI model knows more about nutrition than any other English language AI model in existence.
Because we sourced our knowledge from Chinese.
Seriously, that's why.
Okay, anyway, this study, here's the title of it.
Melanin-like nanofibers with highly ordered structures achieve ultra-high specific electromagnetic interference shielding efficiency.
That's the title.
And in the abstract, it says that in this work, we have innovatively engineered bio-inspired polymers with highly ordered microstructures using a 5,6 dihydroxyindole ring tetramer framework.
You got that dihydroxyindyl.
That's the same indole from indole 3-carbonyl or I3C from cruciferous vegetables, although the overall molecule has a different structure.
But this is a structure that's very similar to melanin.
Quote, to construct highly ordered melanin-like nanofibers by tuning pi-pi stacking.
The resulting melanin-like aerogels represent surprising microwave absorption performance, a maximum reflection loss of minus 68.87 decibels, which is, again, over 99% reduction, and an effective absorption bandwidth of 5.25 gigahertz.
That's 5G, folks.
In the X-band, the aerogel reached the specific EMI shielding efficiency of 47,909 decibels square centimeters per gram.
Okay, that's an unusual unit.
This work represents the first successful extension of melanin-like polymers into the microwave spectrum, demonstrating great potential in the electromagnetic field.
So this is based on biomimicry.
So they looked at the structure of melanin and they said, how can we synthesize this using polymers?
And they did, and then they measured what kind of effects they got.
And the effect was, again, about a 99% reduction of the penetration of 5G.
5.25 gigahertz in this case.
This is huge.
So this is what I'm talking about when I say that having a tan or having dark skin gives you automatic shielding from 5G and other EMF exposures.
That is absolutely, I mean, this is a breakthrough in human knowledge that everybody needs to know, especially people who live in cities where there's a high density of these signals, or if you're living someplace where there's Wi-Fi, or if you're electrosensitive.
Let me ask you this.
If you're listening to this and you are sensitive to electropollution, are you also very pale?
I mean, I don't mean it as an insult, but are you very white?
You might want to try boosting melanin production, which of course involves deliberate safe levels of exposure to sunlight, and then see if your electrosensitivity goes away as your tan develops.
If so, that would be consistent with what this research appears to demonstrate.
And one way to boost that would be to take astaxanthin, which itself is a UV blocking molecule, as that's part of its function in microalgae.
And then also, as long as you're getting sunlight, consume all these other nutrients that I just mentioned, like quercetin and phycocyanins and various carotenoids, you know, anthocyanins, flavonoids, all that stuff.
Consume that before you go out of the sun.
So now you're getting the sunlight, you're getting the melanin in your skin, you're getting the 5G protection building out over time, and you're getting photoactivation of all these nutrients that then have enhanced solubility, bioavailability, neuroprotective potential, anti-cancer potential.
And also, they are better able to withstand any kind of insults to their structure because the sunlight makes them stronger.
So the antioxidant effects are more pronounced.
Do that.
And I think you will be thrilled with the results that you get.
Now, again, as a disclaimer, I'm not your doctor.
So I encourage you, find a naturopath and share this plan with them.
And make sure, like, there's no reason why you shouldn't do this.
You know, get good medical advice from a qualified naturopath, but share with them your plans to improve your diet.
You're going to eat more of these photoactivated nutrients.
You can even share this recording with them.
I'm sure they'd be fascinated by this.
And that your goal is to increase your tan, not for cosmetic purposes, but to protect you from 5G.
I mean, your body can build this for free.
And sunlight is still free just because I think the British government hasn't figured out how to tax it yet, but they're working on that.
So as long as it's free, this is your body building free shielding.
You know?
I mean, yeah, you can go out, you can buy like EMF clothing.
And I'm sure that's very expensive.
You could also just take off your shirt in the sun and grow your own EMF shielding, which is what I do.
I jog like as naked as I can get, which means shorts and tennis shoes, basically.
But I try to expose as much as I can to the sun because that's EMF shielding that I'm building for free.
Now, if you're a woman listening to this, you probably don't want to jog around topless, but then you can use the infrared devices or the near-infrared, you know, the light panels.
And you can do that in the privacy of your own home.
You can get light exposure to those areas of your body, which could include, you know, your pelvic areas as well, that areas that you don't want to run around the neighborhood exposing to everybody, obviously.
So you can use both sunlight and then you can use infrared panels for the more private areas.
Both of those together can give you whole body light exposure.
So with that said, let me give you some action items.
I mean, some of them should be obvious, but number one, when you shop for foods at the grocery store, I want you to really start deliberately shopping for foods that have intense colors.
The fact that they have intense colors tells you that they interact with light in a very special way.
Because an intense color tells you that that substance very efficiently absorbs certain wavelengths of light because those wavelengths are not reflected.
And it's the absence of those wavelengths that then determines the color that you see.
Because that's how color works.
For those of you, You know, if you've ever studied like light and all the different colors that are in light and absorption and reflectance and so on, the color is determined by the absence of the wavelengths that are absorbed by the object.
So any food that has an intense color, whether it's yellow, orange, green, purple, blue, red, whatever, it tells you that that food interacts with light in a very interesting way.
So obviously, you know, we're not talking about so much like wheat or barley or whatever.
We're talking about the fresh fruits and vegetables and herbs.
So go out and buy those and try to time your food consumption of those colors.
Try to time it so that you can then expose yourself to sunlight about 20 to 30 minutes after you've eaten those foods.
So it's a great idea to have lunch and then go for a walk in the sun, for example, weather permitting, etc.
Now, if you can't buy those or you want to get some of these nutrients in a more dense format, then of course you can turn to nutritional supplements.
You can turn to superfoods.
You know, and if you want to support our store just purchasing foods, we have laboratory tested, certified organic superfoods and all kinds of foods and all kinds of nutrients and supplements.
And we do intense laboratory testing with our mass spec instruments, including testing for glyphosate and we test for aflatoxins and we test for heavy metals and so on.
We test for microbiology.
We have a whole incubation setup.
And you can shop with us at healthrangerstore.com.
And there you can purchase, you know, all kinds of things like an anthocyanin powder if you want.
Or we sell turmeric that's tested for lead and other heavy metals.
And we sell many products that have phycocyanins, such as spirulina, for example, or anthocyanins or flavonoids, etc.
So support us if you'd like really high-density nutrition and very, very clean foods.
But it's not inexpensive to get high-quality lab-tested, ultra-clean foods and superfoods.
So you may also want to augment this by growing your own food as much as you can.
And the simplest way to do that is to just start sprouting.
And you can sprout your own sulforaphane.
You can sprout broccoli seeds.
You can sprout, you know, alfalfa and all kinds of other things.
All you need is a mason jar and then like a cheesecloth that you put on top with a rubber band.
And you're going to add water.
You're going to rinse it, like add water and drain it out a couple times a day.
And you're going to put a tablespoon of broccoli seeds in there or alfalfa seeds or radish seeds.
It depends on how daring you are.
But you're going to sprout these seeds.
And as they are sprouting, what they're doing is they're grabbing molecules from the air.
And the atmosphere contains carbon dioxide, thank God, because it's critical for the construction of these nutrients.
We need CO2.
And then the plant, it takes the CO2, it breaks apart the C and the O, and then it gets the H and the O from the water.
So now it's got carbon, hydrogen, and oxygen, and it rearranges the carbon, hydrogen, and oxygen, plus, you know, sometimes a sulfur atom for many of these, you know, like the sulforaphane, obviously it's got sulfur in it.
And then it forms this new synthesis of medicine, such as sulforaphane or indole 3-carbonyl.
And it makes it for free.
And it doesn't need batteries.
And it doesn't even need light to form the sprouts.
Like it will sprout in the dark, even, which is amazing.
So you are synthesizing in this case, or mother nature is doing it for you, but you are farming powerful medicines that are anti-cancer, That are neuroprotective and that are photoactivated.
And you're farming those for free in a freaking mason jar.
Costs you nothing, right?
I mean, what does a spoonful of broccoli seeds cost?
You know, like a dime?
Who knows?
I mean, it costs nothing.
And yet, it's invaluable natural medicine.
So you could grow your medicine.
You can sprout your medicine.
You can buy it.
You know, or you can buy nutrients.
You can buy foods.
You can buy superfoods.
You can buy them at the grocery store.
You can buy them from places like us if you want the high-density lab-tested format.
All of these are options you should consider, in my view.
But in the sense of saving money and dealing with high inflation right now, grow as much as you can yourself.
And then the rest, buy it from trusted sources like us that actually do lab testing.
But start out by growing as much as you can yourself.
And that skill set is also very critical to have because you need to know how to grow foods in case there's more of a breakdown of society or we lose the power grid, things like that.
You can grow medicine without a power grid by using sprouting.
All right.
So very important things to consider.

And that's found at Brighteon.ai.
But I'm going to wrap up here by playing a, I guess it's about a 14-minute video that I filmed a couple of years ago about how to grow sprouts and how to harvest your own live food mineral supplements.
So if you're wondering how to do sprouting, well, just keep watching because I just, I lay it out here in great detail and how to do it very simply and very cheaply.
So check it out.
Enjoy the rest of this.
And thank you for listening today.
I'm Mike Adams, the Health Ranger of naturalnews.com and Brighteon.com.
Take care.
Welcome to prepwithmike.com.
I'm Mike Adams, and today I'm going to show you a very simple way to make beautiful, beautiful sprouts.
You can sprout without soil, without electricity, and without sunlight.
All you need are some sprouting seeds like this.
Well, this is Nature Gems sprouts.
These are certified organic alfalfa sprouts.
That's my favorite.
They're real easy to make.
I'm going to show you the best system for making sprouts because there are a lot of sprouting machines out there.
And I've tried many of them.
I own many of them.
And I found that they all suffer from a couple of problems.
I mean, number one, they're expensive.
But secondly, they require electricity.
And many of them tend to recirculate the water.
And that makes the water more and more dirty over time.
And you end up growing a lot of mold in your sprouts, which is a bad idea.
So this sprouting system, I'm going to show you here.
Let me put these here because I'm going to tilt them sideways.
This sprouting system uses these lids that have a screen and some feet.
Because the way it works, it's real simple.
You start out, new sprouts go in here and you just soak them for like eight to ten hours or so in water.
And then when you're done soaking them, you tip this over, you pour out the water, you might rinse it once or twice.
And by the way, don't use city water for this, obviously, because that's full of chlorine and other toxic chemicals.
Use clean water.
And then you put it upside down like this.
And once you put it upside down, the water drains out.
That's why I have this bin down here.
You'll need some kind of little bin.
From that point forward, all you have to do is rinse this twice.
Or you could do three times a day.
I do it every 12 hours.
But if you wanted to, you could rinse them every eight hours.
And these are one day old right here.
I don't know if you can see those.
They're beginning to sprout.
These here are probably two or two and a half days old.
And they're sprouting quite nicely.
And then after about three or maybe four days, you end up with something like this.
And then I just change the lid out to a steel lid that has kind of a grating on it so that they still get some air and you're done.
And then from here, oops, there's still a little bit of water in there.
From here, all you got to do, when you want to eat your sprouts, you just reach in and you eat your delicious sprouts.
Or you grab all of them and you make a salad out of it.
I just like to buy organic salad dressing.
Just take this whole thing out, just like that.
See, it's all matted together, which is what the roots do.
So it's like one giant unit.
And you just take all that out and put it in a bowl, maybe with some salad greens that you've grown, maybe with some fresh basil or something that you have.
Put some nice dressing on it, or if you don't have dressing, just do vinegar and avocado oil or olive oil or what have you.
Maybe some raspberry juice, lemon juice, whatever.
And then you have this wonderful, awesome salad that you grew yourself.
And here's another jar that I've got that's ready to go as well.
So I grow one of these per day and I eat one per day.
And think how easy it is.
You're growing them in the same jar that you're going to use to store them in the refrigerator.
The same exact jar.
So this system is so simple.
It doesn't need electricity.
You don't have to change any water filters or water pumps.
You don't have to have it near an electrical outlet.
You can do this anywhere.
And remember, you don't need light.
You can do it even in a closet if you want to.
You don't need soil or anything.
You just need some seeds, alfalfa seeds in this case.
Or here's another seed pack, this one's called Food to Live Organic.
And this is a combination of alfalfa plus broccoli and radish sprouts.
And you can see the broccoli seeds.
They're the larger ones over here.
This gets pretty wicked.
It's pretty wicked.
I wouldn't want to eat that full time.
The alfalfa sprouts are a lot more neutral, a lot more delicious.
The broccoli and the radish sprouts, even though they have potent anti-cancer medicine and neuroprotective phytonutrients in them and so on, you know, blood sugar moderation nutrients, they are pretty wicked to taste.
So you could mix them, do half and half.
Oh, by the way, I just use a tablespoon.
This is one tablespoon of seeds that goes into the jar.
So if I were to tell you from scratch, take an empty jar, take one of these lids, and you can buy these on Evil Amazon, and they're pretty easy to find.
Put a tablespoon of seeds in here, and then however much water you want, soak it for 8 to 12 hours, and then pour it out, turn it upside down, and from that point forward, just start rinsing.
You know, fill up the water, pour out the water about every 8 to 12 hours, and a few days later, you've got this.
It's so simple.
There are no parts that you have to replace.
Again, no filters.
You're not going to get molding problems.
Nothing.
It's super easy to do.
Now, if you listen to my new upcoming free audio book, it's called Survival Nutrition.
And you'll find that at survivalnutrition.com.
In that book, I explained that when you're growing sprouts in this stage, after you rinse them out, You could take some trace minerals like a trace mineral liquid supplement and you could drop some trace minerals in here.
So you're feeding the sprouts the trace minerals.
That's going to feed them 90 plus elements such as selenium, manganese, copper, magnesium, and so on.
And these sprouts will then take those elements and they will transform them into what we call organic formats, which means organic chemistry.
So the raw elements will be transformed into plant-based minerals.
By doing this, think about it.
You are growing your own mineral supplements.
You're growing them.
And you know how there's all these vitamin and supplement companies out there that talk about, you know, raw food, pills, and sprouted this and sprouted that.
By the way, I mean, I'm not here to diss a bunch of companies.
There are good companies out there, but frankly, a lot of the so-called raw stuff and sprouted stuff is not really raw and it's not really sprouted.
They just rinse it in water for a few minutes and then they call it sprouted and then they make bread out of it and call it sprouted bread or whatever.
You want real raw, real sprouted?
You got to do this.
Do it this way.
I mean, you know, this is like real hardcore David Wolf style right here.
Give a shout out to my friend David.
This is how you do it.
You sprout it and you eat the sprouts raw and fresh and you feed the sprouts the elements that you want and you grow your own mineral supplements.
And it's so much better than anything out there.
And I say that as a company.
We've sold like mega food supplements in the past and mega food is like selenium that's fed to yeast and then it's put into a pill.
That's fine, but you can just feed selenium to your alfalfa sprouts, folks, and you can eat it raw, fresh, organic, living with enzymes intact, everything.
In fact, I'm getting so excited.
It's going to have to eat some right now.
These are just too good.
Oh yeah.
Now we're talking.
I make myself jealous of my own sprouts.
But this is how it works, folks.
Now, this is great for prepping, obviously.
This is great for a collapse scenario.
You can store seeds in a very small, compact area.
You could hide them.
You can smuggle them if you have to.
Maybe they'll outlaw seeds one day.
Who knows?
Things are so crazy.
But this is the potential to make medicine.
The potential to make plant-based mineral supplements.
You just add water and you add some minerals and boom.
These sprouts are synthesizing phytochemicals, or what are called plant-based chemicals or plant-based nutrients, such as the chlorophyll that makes it green.
Such as antibacterial medicine, anti-inflammatory medicine, neuroprotective medicine, blood sugar regulating medicine, anti-cancer medicine.
It's all in here.
Even though it did not exist here in the seeds, this doesn't have the medicine.
This does.
You might be asking, well, how'd it get in there?
How'd the medicine get in there?
No, the plants synthesized it, people.
They made it.
They made it.
They grabbed hydrogen and carbon and oxygen out of the air and out of the water.
I mean, you know, hydrogen and oxygen out of the water, of course, but carbon out of the air.
And then they made the medicine.
In here, there's like a little bit of vitamin C. It's in there, even though it's not in here.
I didn't feed vitamin C to the jars.
How did they make vitamin C?
Oh, they synthesized it.
They made it.
These are like pharmaceutical factories, except it's not pharma.
It's better.
It's plant-based medicine.
These are medicine factories.
Every seed is a miracle of Mother Nature and God.
There is no better food that you can grow in an emergency scenario in a pinch than this right here, sprouting.
Now, some people like to grow sunflower sprouts, which is fine, but sunflower sprouts don't work very well in these jars because they're too big.
They just don't work very well.
This works great for alfalfa, broccoli, radish, and smaller sprouts like millet sprouts.
I think TEF would be too small.
It might go through the grate here.
But you could do millet sprouts.
You could do, you know, lots of different small grains, maybe quinoa sprouts or something.
But I like alfalfa sprouts.
You could do flax seed sprouts, no problem in this system.
It's super easy.
And who doesn't have jars anyway?
You know, these are just standard wide-mouth ball jars.
Very cheap, very easy to get.
And of course, you can use them for, you know, canning.
So it's good to have these kinds of supplies in a survival scenario anyway.
So that's how you do it.
Now, I talk about this even more in my upcoming free audio book called Survival Nutrition.
So I do want to encourage you to get that book.
It's about eight hours.
You can download the free MP3 files as well as a PDF transcript, a full transcript, especially for those who are hearing impaired.
They'll be able to read the entire book.
And that's going to be again free at survivalnutrition.com roughly within about a week or so after you see this video.
So check it out, survivalnutrition.com.
Also, continue to check out prepwithmike.com.
I'll have more videos there.
I've got videos on firearms, outdoor skills, self-defense, navigation, emergency fire starting.
I'm doing a video shortly on the best concealed carry holsters for your handguns and so on.
So a lot of good information on how to survive.
I'm Mike Adams, the Health Ranger.
I thank you for your support and thank you for allowing me to share this wisdom with you.
This is what I do.
Notice there's no plastic that's in constant contact with the sprouts and there's no not really much metal.
It's mostly just glass.
So these are ultra clean sprouts if you use clean water and clean mineral supplements.
And this is how you grow medicine.
This is how you grow mineral supplements.
This is how you live.
I mean, I was somebody posted up on Brighteon.com.
In fact, it was High Impact Flicks.
Posted a video today that was a clip of Alex Jones saying that he was going to eat his neighbors.
I will eat my neighbors.
I'm not letting my kids die.
I'm ready to hang them up and gut them and scan them and chop them up.
You know what?
I'm ready.
I thought that was kind of funny that he chose that clip.
I was, you know, I think Alex did it as a joke, but Alex Jones was like, I'm going to eat my neighbors.
I'm going to string them up.
Well, you know, he's kind of engaged in some comedy.
For real, I'm going to eat sprouts.
I'm definitely not going to eat my neighbors.
I'm going to eat sprouts.
And I would hope that Alex would probably do some sprouting first.
It's a lot easier than eating your neighbors, I think.
In any case, thank you to everyone.
Thank you to all patriots.
And continue to visit my site, prepwithmike.com.
Take care.
