Time Text
Welcome to today's interview here on Brighteon.com.
I'm Mike Adams, the health ranger, the founder of Brighteon.
And pardon the clutter on my desk because we're doing a lot of microscopy investigations right now.
So this is going to be here for a few months and wait till you see what we have coming.
But today we have something different.
we have a very special guest who's an author of a new book that's just been announced called The Dopamine Revolution.
His name is Sean Cohen, and he is an expert in brain chemistry, especially dopamine, and how to feel better with good nutrition in your life.
He is also very well versed in nutrition, holistic nutrition, and all the things that we teach at Natural News and Health Ranger stores.
So welcome, Sean Cohen, to the show today.
It's great to
Thank you.
Honored. Hey, it's an honor to have you on, and thank you for sending me the PDF of your book in advance.
I was really impressed with it.
Tremendous amount of research.
So if you would, hold it up for us.
The Dopamine Revolution is the book.
There we go.
Available just right now, like just launched, right?
Yes, just a week ago.
It's on Amazon.
It'll be in Barnes& Noble soon, and paperback or e-book.
Perfect. Okay, and you also have a website, thedopaminerevolution.com.
Correct. Okay, perfect.
So, all right, give us, tell us what the book is.
I mean, obviously it's about dopamine, but give us a little more in-depth of why you thought this book was necessary and what's the big aha that you came to in writing this?
Well, I've been studying, you know, natural remedies for quite a while and chemicals that are in foods.
and personal care products and even medicine and I found this common core this common underlying theme where we are we're dampening our dopamine and you know I've invented a couple natural remedy products that boost your dopamine naturally and so the more I dug in the deeper it got the more great information I found out and now I found a I have a business partner Dr.
Habib, and he's here, and he lives close to me in Bethesda, Maryland, and I started some Q&A with him about dopamine, and he started talking about leaky brain syndrome and all of the facets of our life that dopamine plays into and disease prevention.
So I realized that, you know how they say the journey You know, everything you do leads up to what you're doing, and oh my gosh, I woke up.
I was blown away, because as you know, I started writing books, health books, back in like 2007, and I wrote Don't Eat Cancer.
So I was studying all of these carcinogens and chemicals and stuff that dampens our life, our health, our vitality, and wow.
I've dug up everything I've done in my brain and in my closet, and it's feeding this.
It's great.
So wait a minute.
Tell us, what are the things that actually hurt dopamine levels in our brain?
Is it prescription drugs?
Is it certain processed food ingredients?
Is it certain lifestyle habits like lacking sleep, things like that?
Give us kind of the rundown.
I would say 80% of it is what we're consuming.
When we consume pesticides, insecticides, herbicides like glyphosate, bleach is common and most white foods are bleached.
The seed oils, canola oil, we've got antibiotics and hormones in a lot of the meats.
We've got the fluoride in the tap water.
So mostly these chemicals And so what I've learned is that the dopamine is being stored in these tiny sacs in our brain, in our hypothalamus, and those sacs have a protein coating.
And just like, you know, your nerve cell, your nerve...
Neuronal pathways, you have this coating and it's being deteriorated.
It's being destroyed.
And as that happens from eating all these chemicals and putting them on our skin and injecting them through vaccinations, we are depleting the dopamine, the sacs that contain the dopamine in our brain.
And we are destroying our uh as you damage your liver your liver is trying to detoxify from all of this and that's where most of our dopamine is created so most of the dopamine is created in the liver so when we mess up our gut microbiome and we mess up we pollute our cleansing organs and over tax them including the liver we're producing less dopamine Which travels to the brain on the vagus nerve and
then is stored in these sacs in our brain.
We're depleting it, we're undernourished, and then we're destroying it.
And so it can't even travel to the parts of the body it needs to go to because, yeah, there.
Wait a second, you mentioned the vagus nerve just there as well, and that's...
Come to my attention a lot recently because of all the people injecting themselves with these weight loss drugs, the GLP-1, the agonist molecules.
They are, you know, the peptides that are used from that are derived from the Gila monster venom.
So these are venom peptides that are then synthesized to create a drug that is injected, that is designed.
To paralyze the vagus nerve.
And when you paralyze the vagus nerve, it stops your stomach from emptying itself.
Basically, it halts that part of digestion.
So then the food stays in your stomach and just sort of rots there longer, making people feel full longer.
So they eat less.
So they lose weight.
So yes, they do lose weight.
But what you hit upon there, Sean, is...
Someone that's using these injectable venom peptides is paralyzing the vagus nerve.
So talk to us about what that's going to do to dopamine levels or dopamine distribution.
Sure. So as I talked to my doctor, a business partner, he was telling me, you know, how the dopamine's traveling on the vagus nerve to the brain, most of it.
And so The vagus nerve is like a net, so it helps communicate with all of our vital organs.
Yes. So it branches out and communicates.
So we're damaging that communication, first of all, and then we are damaging the way it's transported.
So if you think of like a gas tank on your car, you could have a Lamborghini.
I talk about gluten.
When somebody asks me, hey, what can I do about my health or whatever, they just ask me a general question and they want some quick advice.
My first go-to is cut out gluten for a while.
And it doesn't matter if you have a gluten intolerance or not.
The problem with gluten is in America, we load up gluten.
We load up bread, everything breaded with tons of chemicals, emulsifiers, stuff to keep it fresh on the shelf for two weeks so it's soft.
You know, in Europe, they don't do that.
They make the bread every day.
And so when we, you were talking about the diets, right?
So when we eat gluten, it can stay in our system for days.
And anything that stays in your body for more than 24 to 48 hours becomes poison.
So let's say I went to Subway and ate a foot-long sub, and then all of a sudden, I think, hey, I'm going to eat a salad because I ate junk food yesterday, and I'm going to eat a salad, I'm going to eat this and that.
And you're trying to be healthy.
Well, guess what?
That stuff's rotting in your system.
It's sitting in your gut and your intestines are 35 feet long and you've got gluten with all these chemicals sitting in your system.
And that's where we get all these people have polyps and they've got diverticulitis and Crohn's and IBS.
Well, if you've got sticky, gooey wheat, And all the gluten stuck in that tract, in your digestive tract, then you've got ulcers forming, you've got cancer coming after those holes that are burning inside your epithelial tissue in the body.
So, you know, that's one of the worst loaded food toxins you can find is just everything, bread and even the pasta and, you know.
So I've noticed that when people, when they really damage their gut, then they can actually acquire new food sensitivities that can have neurological effects.
So I've seen this in people where they didn't used to be sensitive to dietary sugars or dairy.
And then they have some kind of intestinal problem.
Maybe related to gluten, maybe related to prescription medications, side effects, all kinds of things.
And then what happens is they suddenly acquire a new sensitivity to something like sugar, and then they can't tolerate sugar at all.
And I think, and I'm curious what you think, I think that's because then they've lost portions of the intestinal lining.
I think it's all related.
What's your take on what I just said?
Well, when I asked Dr. Habib about Leaky brain syndrome, when he first brought that up to me about a year and a half ago, I said, is that like leaky gut syndrome?
Because a lot of us have heard of that.
And that has to do with permeability, you know, in the gut.
And he started talking about chronic inflammation.
So, you know, inflammation, chronic inflammation, where you just stay inflamed over time, that's one of the driving forces, a catapult of tons of diseases and disorders that we eat.
No, today, a lot of preventable ones.
So what's happening is the chronic inflammation is driving everything crazy.
It's all your systems are agitated, they're being overworked, and your dopamine is getting drained.
So the dopamine is being drained trying to address all of these problems with all of our systems all day.
So even, let's say, if you were eating proper and you were supplementing and i got a i got a whole tray full of supplements i wanted to show you just to to add to it but you could still if you're stressed out and you're uh you're clogged up and you're fighting a head cold and you twist your ankle so you have an injury and you got in a fight with your significant other or you almost got a car wreck on the way home from work you got all these things stressing you out And
your dopamine's low.
There goes your immune system.
There goes more inflammation.
And so then you have an upset stomach.
Then you have, you know, if you've got IBS or Crohn's or any of these things, that's going to be exacerbated.
And all of a sudden, you know, you got it possibly coming out of both ends.
You're sick.
And now you've got, now you've got a real Now you're going to get that leaky gut syndrome and leaky brain syndrome and you're going to be suffering a lot more than you thought.
Now, I've never heard that term leaky brain syndrome until you just mentioned it.
And maybe that's something that Dr. Habib, is that his name?
Yes. Maybe that's a term that he coined, but it's really interesting because we have seen, for example, exposure to 5G electropollution.
Which alters the selective cell membrane permeability through, I believe they're called voltage-gated calcium channels, VGCC, right?
Voltage-gated calcium channels.
So cell permeability allows for the selective absorption or entry of certain mineral ions, like calcium ions, But if you expose those cells to 5G,
5G and other forms of electromagnetic pollution, they penetrate the tissues.
They then create a voltage actually around the cells, and the voltage alters the, let's call it the porosity, or the selective ionic porosity of the cell membranes, and then all of a sudden you get calcium toxicity in the cells because of this 5G exposure.
Wow. So that can be happening to people's brains as well.
Just the presence of all the 5G or people holding up their mobile phones.
Leaky brain syndrome.
I can think of a lot of potential vectors that could exacerbate that.
Does that make sense?
Yes. It's adding to the chaos.
I looked up leaky brain syndrome.
It's documented.
It's just rising.
To the forefront of the health and wellness realm.
But it's documented.
There's science-based evidence studies.
They're published in NIH.
They're published in BMJ.
You can find them.
You can just Google it.
It comes up.
There's doctors that have done YouTube videos explaining what it is.
And what it is, is the BBB is being compromised.
The blood-brain barrier is being compromised.
And so you've got all of these, you know, toxins moving in for the kill.
You've got all of these food toxins.
And then, you know, we don't always talk about this when we're talking about consumption problems, but your skin's your biggest organ, and then you've got your lungs.
And we're putting, you know, everything from toxic sunblock on our body to Vaseline.
I went to the dermatologist, and after she said, put some Vaseline on that.
I didn't want to say anything, but, you know, we're getting advice from all vectors, and a lot of it's just bad advice.
We're burning candles in our home that have, you know, fragrances and toxic scents, and then we're cleaning the home and spraying air fresheners and, you know, breathing in toxins, and so it's coming from all angles,
and that's what drives the chronic inflammation.
So if you wake up every morning, your ears are ringing.
If you're itchy all the time, if you've got an upset stomach every time you eat a meal, that's the warning indicator.
If the check engine light comes on in your car, you don't take the bulb or cut the wire to the light because it's annoying you.
You've got to figure out what's wrong.
Yeah, no kidding.
I want to ask you next, in your research, and I believe you've covered this in your book, but what are some of the signs of low dopamine levels in your brain?
I would start with just no motivation, lethargy, no energy, problems sleeping.
So if you're not exhausting your dopamine, if you don't do any exercise, you might be going to bed.
And waking up three or four times during the night, not being able to fall back to sleep.
Also, when you wake up in the morning, if you always feel horribly groggy and you just don't, you're dreading the day, that's dopamine related too, because our systems slow down when we sleep to about 75%, everything,
circulation, breathing, everything.
And as soon as you wake up, it's going to come back up and your dopamine says, let's go, let's go.
What are we going to do?
Let's function.
So if you're low there, if you're depleted and you've got, you know, leaky brain syndrome and you didn't eat all the right food, you know, you ate a bunch of junk food, drank alcohol, that's another problem is these artificial stimulants and these stimulants that jack up the dopamine like alcohol,
nicotine, sugar.
And these high-dose caffeine drinks, you know, the Monsters and the Red Bulls and all that.
So you're jacking up the dopamine and it's waiting.
When it comes back down and you crash from that, your body's waiting for that.
It's not saying, hey, let's have some dark chocolate or some beets or some watermelon, you know, something that's naturally going to boost your dopamine.
There's a lot of sources there.
Superfoods and supplements and just regular foods that can really boost the dopamine naturally and then you don't have the crash and then you feel good when you wake up.
You sleep good.
You feel good when you wake up.
I have a specific question for you about dopamine but first I looked up leaky brain syndrome on the internet and sure enough, look what it showed me.
Here's leaky brain syndrome right here.
So, you're right.
It's happening.
No, but on a serious note, we are seeing a tremendous amount of cognitive collapse across our society today.
I did a podcast called The Cognitive Collapse Wave, and our audience has noticed it, I'm sure you've noticed it, where a lot of people are incapable of thinking.
Just, period.
Just incapable of thinking.
I was showing a newspaper from 1958 in my podcast, showing how much more intelligent you had to be to read a newspaper in 1958 compared to consuming information today, which is all dumbed down galore.
We are living in idiocracy.
But my question to you is, is it possible that some of this insanity that we're seeing, where a lot of these people like Trump haters and now Elon Musk haters and these...
I don't know about the insanity,
but the cognition for sure.
Every time I look up dopamine, if you look up side effects of dopamine depletion or deficiency, you're going to find cognition.
Every time you're going to find brain fog, you're going to find cognitive problems, memory problems, and then you're going to get into dementia, Parkinson's, Alzheimer's, all kinds of dementia.
I've talked about this for years, and I learned this from David Wolf, actually, way back in like 2010, but Makuna Purians is the most potent form of L-Dopa on the planet.
So L-Dopa helps our body produce dopamine naturally.
It's like a catapult.
It's a boost, but it's natural.
So there's no addictive qualities.
There's no, you know, crash.
So when we boost our dopamine naturally like that.
We, you can solve, you can find the solutions to diseases and disorders.
This is, they use Makuna Purians for Parkinson's clinical trials.
Wow. And the Parkinson's patients, this is all documented, and the Parkinson's patients had better motor skills, better memory, better cognition across the board.
And I put the Makuna in my drinks, the crate kicker drinks, and I have somebody who buys them religiously in Florida, and he has Parkinson's, and he's about my age.
I'm 56. He has Parkinson's pretty bad, and he was like, Sean, man, when I drink this, I was playing volleyball with my nieces and nephews.
Yeah, he's functional.
So that's Makuna that you're talking about.
I want to come back to Makuna, but first I want to show you, I did ask Brave, which uses an AI engine to help answer questions.
I asked it here, list the symptoms of dopamine deficiency in humans, and you're exactly right.
Here it is.
Fatigue, lack of motivation, apathy, inability to experience pleasure.
That sounds like...
Right now, HHS is working on And I think EPA is working,
you know, Lee Zeldin is working with Kennedy, Secretary Kennedy, to eliminate all recommendations for fluoride at the federal level, but then state by state they have to decide to remove fluoride, and some states are removing fluoride.
But, Sean, we've been mass poisoned by fluoride for decades in this country, and fluoride is neurotoxic.
I mean, it has a known neurological profile.
In your research, did you find links to fluoride exposure and dopamine deficiency?
Yeah, the fluoride thing, you know, everybody thought it was conspiracy theory for so long.
And that's been one of the hardest things to prove against.
And, you know, that Harvard study, I think, really broke ground on that as far as mainstream knowledge, something that's published you could find.
I think that was, I don't know, it was like 2012, 2014, and when they figured out the IQ thing.
But, you know, I call this kind of catch and release with mainstream.
They'll figure something out.
I mean, they'll realize that we, the natural health advocates, have figured something out that's major, and they'll play catch and release where they say, okay, yeah, it's lower IQ in children, you know.
But let's just talk about health in general.
Let's talk about cancer.
Let's talk about brain health, you know, brittle bones and depleted dopamine.
You know, let's talk about systems, entire systems in our body that are wrecked and ruined by this drug.
That's dripped in our water.
If it's so great for your teeth, well, how about we just brush our teeth with it?
Why are we drinking it?
Why are babies drinking it?
Mothers are putting it in the baby formula.
They're putting it in Kool-Aid mix, you know, growing up.
It's insane.
Nobody knew.
Yeah, it's in like baby water, like infant water that's sold at the pharmacies.
It says, you know, with extra fluoride and it's like, wow, just poison your baby?
You know?
Feed them fluoride and then go take them for their pediatrician shots.
And then you wonder why the kid became autistic.
Yeah, I mean, we don't eat toothpaste.
Why do you tell your kids not to eat toothpaste?
Because you know there's other stuff in there.
It's not food.
And when we eat fluoride, it's the same.
I would coincide that with bleach.
You know, you see flour and bread and it says bleached or it says unbleached, okay?
Huge difference.
Do I want to eat even a tiny bit of bleach?
All these foods, they're not white.
Bismati rice is white, okay?
Jicama fruit is white.
Hardly anything else is white.
It's bleached.
You would not...
If I spilled a little bit of bleach on your food by accident because I was cleaning the counter, you wouldn't go near it.
That's trash.
But we are eating it as Americans.
We're eating white bleached food all the time.
So add it up.
This is what I wrote about in Don't Eat Cancer was the cumulative effect.
That is the message I wanted to drive home.
That's what they don't realize.
The doctors will say, oh.
There's hardly any mercury in that flu shot.
It's a minuscule amount, nothing to worry about.
Yeah, it is.
It's a lot to worry about.
And I'm going to add that up with the fluoride and the bleach and the hormones and antibiotics in the meat.
And I'm going to add that up with the canola and the seed oils.
And the seed oils are processed with hexane.
It's an industrial chemical.
Yeah, exactly.
I heard you talking to David Wolf.
It was funny you said about the red dye number three or whatever they banned.
It's like, well, every artificial color, flavoring, dyes, preservatives, they're all horrible.
They're all horrible.
Sodium benzoate was a big one I used to talk about because sodium benzoate as a preservative, you see it in all these jarred foods pickles and all that stuff that eats away at the myelin sheath which is the the protein coating on the neuronal pathways um you've got a protein coating on the vesicles i was talking about the little sacks that hold your dopamine and your and your hypothalamus that preservative eats away at that
protective coating and so talking about leafy brain syndrome Think of leaky gut syndrome and what you were talking about, the permeability of cells.
When we lose that coating, you know, go outside in the Antarctic with no clothes on and see how quick you are.
Exactly. I brought up your book here.
It's on Amazon.com.
Here it is.
The Dopamine Revolution.
Elevate your mind and body naturally.
Just released.
Oh yeah, there's Dr. Habib, your co-author there.
And I want to mention your website, thedopaminerevolution.com.
You have here set up, just looks like kind of a placeholder at the moment.
And then let me bring up, I asked the question of Brave here, mucuna herb for dopamine.
Detail the benefits of mucuna.
So mucuna pruriens, as you say, also known as the dopa bean, is a natural supplement that can Effectively address dopamine deficiency in humans.
It's a rich source of L-Dopa, the precursor to dopamine, which helps boost dopamine production in the brain.
So this is really cool.
And I know that you've looked at different ways to deliver mucuna.
So my last question for you today is talk about what you found with the mucuna herb and its ability to help people restore their natural dopamine levels.
Yeah, when I first learned about it and I thought about, I used to spend a lot of time helping smokers try to quit smoking cigarettes.
And I heard from David Wolf that the dopamine boost helps get rid of the cravings.
So I looked into it and I got an idea one day.
I was thinking, if I could put this in a little drink, you know, and sell it to people.
That need to quit smoking.
And so I found out that it's water soluble.
So it dissolves basically in the water, doesn't affect its potency.
And so I put it in a drink.
And now I've got another product I'm working on, a gum.
But this is a key way to boost dopamine naturally.
And it's just one of many.
So people...
Think, oh, he's talking about supplements.
I got to go spend a fortune on supplements.
No, not really.
I mean, you've got a lot of foods and other superfoods that boost dopamine naturally that are loaded.
So you could look at L-theanine, vitamin D, probiotics, almonds, salmon, wild-caught salmon, beets.
I wanted to break out one more thing,
Mike. Instead of the pharmacies and the doctors, this is my medicine cabinet.
So I break into this, and a lot of these boost dopamine naturally.
The probiotics, the B12, wormwood is great for parasite cleansing.
A lot of people are dealing with that.
And then I've got licorice root, quercetin, oil of oregano.
This is anti...
Bacterial antiviral and boost dopamine.
I just found that out recently.
I was like, what?
I love oil of oregano.
Enzymes. I chew papaya enzymes after every meal.
You know, just activated charcoal.
Just simple.
I mean, you're going to spend that much money on potato chips and cookies and junk snacks.
Hey, take some supplements, eat some superfood snacks, and stop snacking on junk that causes leaky brain syndrome and dopamine depletion.
Yeah, exactly.
And understand that if you feel like crap, there may be a reason for it.
And it may be that you're either exposed to toxins, you're exposed to electropollution, or you're taking pharmaceuticals that are actually depleting your natural dopamine levels.
And you need to understand that and it can be corrected and it can also be supplemented in certain cases.
You can change your lifestyle choices and you can restore healthy moods.
You can restore healthy vigor and energy in your life and wake up in the morning with a sense of optimism instead of depression.
Oh God, another day!
Yeah, if you look up biohacking, it's really what we're doing is we're tapping into our mind, body, and technology so we we're using health information now and these apps you know like that that tell you what's in products that tell you uh cool ways to work out the track your progress working out all of that variable heart rate there's a lot of apps you can use so you know we can biohack our way out of this this dopamine deficiency And we can,
the beauty of it really is that you feel the difference right away.
You know, instead of all these fad diets and, you know, I got to do this, do that.
It's going to take months to have results or see results or feel them.
This is almost instantaneous.
It's the second you clean up what you're eating and start taking supplements and eating superfoods and eating clean.
You feel better right away.
You're thinking clearer.
You've got motivation, energy.
You're sleeping better.
Like you said, you're waking up motivated.
I'm like this all day.
I've got energy.
My brain's running 24-7.
I feel great.
I'm 56. A lot of people don't know.
You can say good genes, but really, I've been eating clean for about almost 20 years and supplementing.
There's a huge, huge reward.
It makes a huge difference.
And, you know, of course, I'm the health ranger and I follow what I teach.
And, you know, I've got my famous smoothie right here every day.
This is what powers me for most of the day.
I only eat one solid meal a day, actually.
I eat dinner.
The rest of the time I'm just doing this smoothie.
And then I take a ton of supplements, too, you know.
And also, like, even right now, somebody was shedding on me or something.
And hit me with something.
So I'm taking ivermectin and also zinc and quercetin, opening up, you know, the zinc ionophores, slamming some extra garlic, some extra beetroot, a couple other immune boosters.
And, of course, I take, like, you know, we have our whole product line at our store, right?
And so I take, you know, immune boosters, everything.
It's too much to list.
But it works, you know?
and you can tell like somebody who doesn't follow what you and I are talking about Sean usually by the time they are our age mid-50s
Oh, man!
Yeah. They're grilling out hot dogs and hamburgers every weekend.
Everything you just named is boosting dopamine.
That's part of it.
The motivation is huge.
You can want to be motivated and you can read a cool book or you can listen to a pep talk or whatever.
How long are you going to be motivated for?
10 minutes and then the talk's over and if you've been eating junk food or you go partying and drink, Well, right.
But I don't drink alcohol.
My lifestyle is alcohol-free.
And I'm not condemning anybody who drinks occasional alcohol, but does heavy alcohol consumption, does that inhibit dopamine production?
Absolutely, because again, it's a poisonous boost and your body becomes accustomed to that.
And it's looking for the artificial boost.
It's just like nicotine.
People think they're addicted to nicotine.
They're not.
They're addicted to that intense dopamine boost.
And then the chemicals in cigarettes and vape products are damaging their dopamine at the same time.
So talk about kicking yourself, shooting yourself in the foot, and then putting a big bandage on it and taking a jacuzzi to try and feel better the next day.
It's not going to work out.
In the long run, the chronic inflammation and the poison in your system is going to get the best of you.
Like you said, you look at 50-year-olds.
Who look like they're 70. And then you look at, you know, people like us who practice what we preach and walk the walk.
And then, you know, I just want to touch on one thing real quick.
Yeah, please.
About 10, 12 years ago, I interviewed a guy named Bernardo Lopalo.
And he was 111 years old on zero medications.
And he was walking a mile a day.
And he was eating superfoods.
He swore by cinnamon, dark chocolate, garlic.
He made his own smoothies.
He's dancing around his kitchen, running his blender.
And his granddaughter was like his secretary.
He was writing a book.
He was walking a mile, answering three phone calls a day of people saying, how do you look like you're 80?
And function like you're 70 and you're 111 years old.
He was eating clean.
Okay, yeah, that makes sense.
Because a lot of people today, you know, they're injecting themselves with the reptile venom peptides, they're drinking poison, they're smoking poison, and they're putting poisonous products on their skin all day long.
You know, the deodorants, the shampoos, the laundry detergents, the fragrance.
The Aquabola.
The Aquabola.
You know, like I shaved this morning.
I don't use shaving cream.
I don't use aftershave.
I don't buy anything from Procter& Gamble.
Period. Nothing.
I don't buy anything from Kellogg's.
I don't buy anything from any of those companies.
I shave.
I just put liquid soap on and I shave with a razor with liquid soap.
I don't, you don't, they made up products like aftershave.
They made that up.
It's bogus.
You don't need any of that stuff.
And they just, they just want to try to sell all their garbage on the people who are gullible thing.
Oh, I must aftershave.
Yeah, yeah.
I call it burning the candle at both ends because you're...
Like you said, we're consuming the wrong foods.
We're putting the wrong stuff on our skin.
And then when we have problems from all of that, what happens?
We go and we get medications that are just as bad.
And then after that, you need surgeries.
Everybody, they get old.
You say, oh, you're going to get shorter and you need knee surgery and hip replacements.
No, you don't.
You're not going to go senile and you don't need all of that if you don't Consume fluoride and bleach.
You're not going to get pancreatic cancer.
You're not going to get diverticulitis.
You're not going to forget who your relatives are.
Eat clean.
Nobody wants to go out from something they could have prevented themselves.
I mean, let lightning strike you or something.
Don't go out by something that you could have prevented with daily drinking.
Good wisdom.
There are some things we can't control, such as other drivers on the road, let's say.
But there are things you can control.
And most people die from things they can control.
Yes. Especially in this country.
I mean, a third of people are overweight, a third get cancer, a third have depression and anxiety.
This is all consumption-related.
Yeah, I mean, and you look at even in the U.S. military, you look at the, I saw a picture of the female Air Force team.
They were all obese.
In the Air Force.
I'm like, so, okay, you put on an Air Force uniform.
You still don't look like a soldier.
Like, you couldn't run a quarter mile.
How'd you make it through basic training?
Yeah, I mean, it's...
I guess this is, you know, they're not privates anymore or whatever, you know, they've been there a while, but they've been at these desk jobs, living on junk food, unhealthy habits, just putting on pounds, and you know that affects the brain.
So we have a military that, in my opinion, is wildly unhealthy, can't fight for the most part.
There are exceptions.
You know, I mean, I've trained with like, you know, Navy SEALs and Special Forces guys who are very fit.
But across the board, the Marines, the Air Force, especially the Army, the Navy.
I mean, what are they serving on their aircraft carriers?
Processed junk food.
Processed junk food.
I mean, it's not healthy what they're eating there.
And that's a floating kitchen.
It's a floating high school, actually, is what an aircraft carrier is.
It's like, you know, embarrassing.
It's amazing they can even do anything that involves...
Aircraft. Well, they're kind of, you know, it's a captive audience there.
And people feel like that at their jobs a lot of time.
But I used to, when I was going in as an educator and, you know, in offices and stuff, I'd just cook at home and prep everything and load up my desk with healthy snacks because that's a trap.
You know, that 9 to 5 trap where You just run up to the grocery store and get a bucket of fried chicken and mashed potatoes or you go to the fast food joint in the morning and you get those croissants with sausage and egg and mayonnaise or whatever you got on them.
That's a trap and it's easy to fall into.
All of that is going to dampen your dopamine.
It's going to dampen your drive.
It's going to dampen your thinking and that's a vicious cycle.
When you damage the cognition, that's the vicious cycle because that's going to come around and stop you from doing the research.
That's right.
And that's what I've put my whole adult life on is doing the research so that I knew what I was talking about and I knew what I was doing.
And when I have doubt, right now, I'm a student for life.
When I have doubt, somebody goes, oh, yeah, but what about when that happens?
I don't act like I know it all.
I go, oh, let me I'm going to find out and I'll look it up right away.
I'll stop what I'm doing because I want to know.
And that constant research, that's where it's at.
And that's why I wrote this book.
This book's three hundred and fifteen pages.
Hold it up for us again.
Yeah, and you can really flip to any part of it and find out.
Just look at the table of contents.
My chapter titles tell it all.
Biohacking Your Dopamine, Leaky Brain Syndrome, The Power of Superfoods, The World's Worst Food Toxins, The Role of Macuna Purians, Motivation, The Driving Force Behind Action.
That's just the first six chapters.
The back cover is on Amazon.
If you read the back cover, I wrote that.
I think is the best summation I could possibly give because I want people to know that it's valuable, that it's in-depth research and it's valuable.
Okay, here it is on Amazon again, The Dopamine Revolution, Elevate Your Mind and Body Naturally.

We've got a new product at the Health Ranger store called oat milk powder.
Here it is, available now, and it's got just one ingredient, which is oats.
I mean, check it out.
It's loaded with natural minerals, and it's about 5% fat organic oat milk powder, certified organic, laboratory-tested,
And it's a great base for lots of smoothies.
You know, I make my smoothies every day, and I started putting it in here as well.
Just gives it an extra rich and sweet taste, actually.
Oat milk powder is naturally kind of sweet.
And if you really want to jazz it up, you can add a banana to it, or you can put whey protein in it.
Let me show you what I have on my desk here, just some ideas of some of the things that I use in my smoothies, because I've been...
Living on a smoothie for breakfast and lunch for like 20 years now.
And so I'll use like Cocoa Energize.
I'll use whey protein.
I'll put broccoli sprouts in it for the sulforaphane.
And there's the oat milk powder.
I also use turmeric powder and then instant coffee sometimes, but those are currently out of stock at our store.
So you have to check back on those later.
And you can use anthocyanins for fruit-based smoothies, etc.
But now I use a big Vitamix blender.
But for those of you who want to have something more convenient for your office that's portable, we now carry the Blendy portable blenders at healthrangerstore.com.
Just search for Blendy, B-L-E-N-D-I, and there's a couple different sizes there.
Now, these clearly are not as strong as a Vitamix, but they're portable, great at the workplace, great for travel.
You can use it in a hotel room.
Or, you know, you can use it on the go.
You can use it, you know, traveling or in an RV or what have you.
And these can blend up, you know, bananas and all these different powders and the new oat milk powder that we have as well quite successfully.
And if you want to make my smoothie, it's really just put in like half an avocado and half of a big banana into the blendie with some of these other powders.
And then you're going to get a smoothie really close to what I drink every single day.
So that's how you do it.
And we've got these products and so much more available at healthrangerstore.com where every purchase helps support our network and our effort to bring you technologies and solutions and knowledge for human empowerment, life, liberty, and happiness.
So thank you for your support.
I'm Mike Adams of HealthRanger.
Thank you for all your support.
