Welcome to Brighteon Broadcast News with Mike Adams, the Health Ranger.
Okay, folks, welcome to Brighteon Broadcast News for Thursday, April 10th, 2025.
I'm Mike Adams, the Health Ranger.
Thank you for joining me today.
And what did I say on Monday?
What did I say on Monday?
I said that most of these tariffs would be resolved by Friday, except not China.
And what just happened?
Well, Trump Just resolved everything, except China.
Dropped all the tariffs back to 10% for the next 90 days, and said that 70 countries have now contacted the White House and want to work out a deal for 0% reciprocal tariffs.
Just like I thought, right?
Just like I said.
You can go back and review my podcast on Monday.
And I'm not trying to sit here and do something like, I told you so.
What I'm trying to impress upon you is, That your life will, certainly your financial life, will improve if you consider this podcast and listen to it and hear the analysis.
And probably most of you do, which is why you find value in this.
But I really feel sorry for people who don't hear this podcast and who don't know what's happening.
Because lately, especially since Trump was sworn in, I've really had a blueprint.
I mean, I should say I've been able to sort of reverse engineer the blueprint.
No one's handed me a blueprint, but I can see very clearly what is happening.
And I've been right on the mark since January 20th about all these maneuvers.
And you may also recall that on Monday, I bought silver.
And I even said, hey, everybody, you know, consider buying silver.
It's the bargain of a lifetime right now, I said.
A spot price right at $30 or maybe just below $30.
And I was buying it when everybody else was panicked.
And people were saying, oh, it's going to drop to $25.
It's going to plunge.
Silver's going to $12.
I heard this nonsense and everybody was panicked and just people freaking out.
And that's when I know it's time to buy.
I also knew that these tariffs, which...
The idea was that all these tariffs were going to just destroy global industrial demand for silver and other commodities like oil and copper and aluminum, etc.
And this was also why oil was plunging.
But I knew that this was just a tactic by Trump.
This was a negotiation tactic.
And that aside from China, which we'll talk about separately, I knew that Trump did not want to maintain high tariffs on Taiwan or South Korea or Vietnam or the EU or what have you.
Now, Trump is in an economic war with China, which, again, we'll cover that separately.
But I knew that Trump was just rolling out these tariffs in order to bring these other countries to the table and probably to get them to agree to keep using the dollar.
Because the dollar's in trouble globally.
Dollar hegemony is on the rocks.
And Trump wants to make sure that all these countries are going to commit to using the dollar in their trade.
And that's a big part of what's going on right now.
So yeah, Trump rolls out all these tariffs, threatens everybody, throws out these crazy high numbers which aren't even based in reality.
He was counting trade deficits as tariffs, which doesn't make any sense at all.
And I knew this was a feint, and I knew that the market sell-off was a temporary panic, and I knew that the silver plunge was also an irrational, fear-based sell-off.
So I bought silver, and I bought a lot of silver.
I've been kind of waiting for this opportunity.
Bought a lot of silver.
It's already gone up.
It's already gained like 10% in one day.
So yeah, just made 10% in one day on silver.
Just from knowing what's happening.
And so I'd like to offer you my assessment of what's happening now and where this goes next.
But with the disclaimer that, of course, don't take this as professional financial advice.
And, you know, there's always risk in all these maneuvers.
And you've got to make your own decision, which you do.
You're an independent thinker.
Otherwise, you wouldn't want to listen to this.
But I'll tell you what I think, and you can kind of blend it into your mix of your data points and see what you think.
So here we go.
My belief is that silver is still an extraordinary deal, a great deal to buy right now.
And gold just went up like $100, by the way, in the last day or so.
Gold, at the time I'm recording this, gold is...
Up over $3,080 again.
It had dipped below $3,000 because of this tariff panic, and it's back up.
And, you know, silver's right around $31 and bouncing around.
I don't know what's happening with oil.
I don't really care what's happening with oil personally.
But you are going to see an economic boom all over the world.
In trade between the U.S. and all non-China countries.
Non-China countries.
The China question is significant.
And this is going to cause some economic pain in the United States probably all year.
This might be a multi-year trade war with China.
And it's going to be painful.
No question about it.
But a lot of these countries, like Taiwan, for example, Over the years, they had set up a lot of factories in China because China had cheaper labor than Taiwan.
Well, Taiwan still has manufacturing know-how.
They still have a manufacturing industrial base.
Taiwan can ramp up a lot of production that was previously moved to China, and then Taiwan can reinvigorate its own manufacturing base and then make products and export those to the United States at 0% tariffs.
And this is exactly what Trump wants.
He wants China to be economically gutted.
He wants international investors to pull their investments out of China.
And that's why Trump intends to keep these tariffs on China.
Okay. It's,
yeah. This is getting serious.
Trump absolutely intends to keep this tariff in place on China and maybe even raise it to 200%.
Maybe 300%.
There's no limit.
You can go to 1,000%.
There's no limit.
There's no boundary to how high the tariffs can go.
There is a limit to how much consumers will pay for these goods, of course.
And that limit is about to be reached.
So China is not some rinky-dink country.
China is its own beast of a system.
China's massive population, many times larger than the United States.
China's economy is massive, also larger than the United States' GDP.
China has manufacturing know-how.
And importantly, China has this massive supply chain of domestic providers of components and materials that are used in manufacturing.
For example, if you look at the iPhone, Apple may want to make the iPhone in the United States, but you can't.
You know why you can't?
Because the supply chain of components and the equipment to make those components or to assemble those components does not exist in the United States.
You can't make the iPhone.
In the United States.
And so some of this, this idea that you can just bring all this manufacturing back to America, it's a pipe dream.
And I even tweeted this out.
I said, you know, if Trump thinks they're just mothballed factories just sitting around waiting to be turned back on and all these American workers that can't wait to work 9 to 5 in a hot, dangerous factory, you know.
And if there's tens of millions of Americans that have all these skills on how to run all this fabrication equipment and they just can't wait to go back to work, if you believe that, you're smoking crack because none of that exists.
None of that exists.
And the only people in the United States, for the most part, that are willing to go in and work in these factories, they are illegals.
They're the very people that Trump is working to deport out of the United States.
So he's deporting the people who could work in the factories.
And I'm not saying that I oppose the deportations.
I think that immigration should be controlled and we should work with legal immigrants, right?
I'm pro-immigration based on merit, but I'm opposed to illegal immigration.
Nevertheless, it's the illegal immigrants who are the ones most likely to be willing to work in the factories.
Including maybe munitions factories and military factories.
Trump wants to fund the military with a trillion dollars, which means he wants to crank up all this manufacturing.
Well, you know, what Americans are sitting around saying, yeah, I'd love to work in a highly dangerous explosions factory where we make landmines and artillery shells and we're surrounded by gunpowder.
Yeah, that sounds awesome.
Yeah, where do I sign up?
No, that is not happening.
There are not Americans looking to do that.
Those are illegals that would take those jobs, and it's the illegals that are being deported.
But Trump has put 125% tariffs on China, effective immediately, he says.
He says that China is ripping off the USA, and in that he's referring to things like China's currency manipulation, which is heavily manipulated.
And China makes its currency...
Have low value compared to other currencies in order to boost its own export industries.
And China does play unfair in some ways in terms of trade, but then again, so does the U.S. The U.S. is unfair in lots of ways, like just saying we're going to bomb Iran.
What justification is there for that?
But that's beside the point here.
So Trump is going to war with China.
But he's dropped the tariffs on all the other countries, and that caused the markets to surge, the stock market.
So the equity markets surged yesterday up to about 9%, and I'm looking at the aftermarket action.
Japan stocks are just surging higher.
The Nikkei is expected to surge maybe 10% to 12% in trading today, Japan time, of course.
And so we're going to see this massive, massive recovery of the stock losses that took place over the last few days.
Now, just because there's a stock market recovery doesn't mean that volatility is gone.
This volatility that we experienced over the last few days, this caused a lot of damage, a lot of economic damage and logistics damage, planning damage across the global supply chain.
There were a lot of companies that had to rethink everything.
Like, should we even build this factory in this other country?
Or should we move a factory here?
Should we halt this factory?
Should we stop hiring people?
Should we cancel this new product?
You know, a lot of those decisions were made based on the lack of predictability because Trump threw a monkey wrench into the global world.
Any time you increase volatility,...or effectively decrease predictability, you are in effect unleashing some amount of economic loss.
Uncertainty, it chases away investments because investors are averse to risk.
So when the international trade situation is unpredictable and tariffs are unpredictable, then investors, they just put the brakes on and say, you know, look, we'll...
We'll wait to see how this all sort of settles out, which is a pretty smart thing to do right now.
So even though stocks have surged back, in my opinion, the stock market is a giant Ponzi scheme.
And I specifically did not buy stocks.
I don't own any stocks.
And I am not a fan of the stock market.
And I don't own any treasuries.
And I think the treasury is going to default at some point on its debt.
What I buy is metals, and I just look for buying opportunities on metals, and I'm holding onto my crypto, privacy crypto, not selling crypto, not selling metals.
I am selling dollars to acquire those other things.
So where do we go from here?
Well, this is a very big deal.
China has slapped 84% tariffs on U.S. goods going to China.
China is digging in for the long haul.
And China is serious about this.
Now, remember what I said, I think, yesterday.
I said that Xi, from China, and Trump, USA, it's like they're standing close together, and each of them has their hands strangling the neck of the other guy.
And they're strangling each other, their faces are turning red, their eyes are bugging out, they're lacking oxygen, and the question is which one can hold their breath the longest before passing out, and then thereby releasing their grip on the other.
And of course, we still don't know the answer to that question.
So Trump has released his grip on Taiwan and these other countries, but he never really intended to strangle them.
He does intend to strangle China.
And China intends to absolutely resist that and to endure whatever amount of strangulation is inflicted upon them.
And China intends to push non-dollar currencies around the world.
For trade settlements, such as the BRICS currency or just using the yuan.
Trading yuan for rubles and maybe settling up in physical gold.
Things like that.
So China has reached the size in terms of its economy, its industry, its gold holdings, its military, its technology, and...
All kinds of technologies where China is leading the world in drones and robotics and advanced materials science and minerals extraction from mining, telecommunications, just on and on, right?
China's leading the world in all those things.
China has reached a point where China cannot be intimidated by the United States.
And this is a real turning point in history.
Because back in the 1970s, let's say, China was...
Nothing special.
China was a third world country in the 1970s.
China didn't have technology, really, not much.
China had a bunch of people.
They were mostly very poorly educated and living in poverty.
And yet, from that place, over about 50 years to where we are today, China has risen from a third world country to the leader of the world in almost all known technologies.
And the leader of the world in industrial manufacturing.
So China cannot be easily intimidated because of that.
And I'm not sure that Trump understands that.
I don't think the people around Trump understand what has happened in the last even 20 years with China.
And I don't think they understand that the United States is not the world's superpower any longer.
The U.S. doesn't have the strongest military, doesn't have...
The best weapons doesn't have the strongest currency, doesn't have the best engineers, doesn't have the best technology.
I mean, just look at the AI models coming out of China.
They beat everything from the U.S. Look at DeepSeek and Quen and QWQ and all these other models coming out of China.
That's all Chinese engineering, folks.
That's not U.S. innovation.
And if it wasn't for China, Apple wouldn't even be able to manufacture iPhones.
So the technology to make that...
Apple is in China, not America.
Apple would be nothing without China.
And the same is true for many other companies like, let's say, probably Netgear or even Intel for that matter.
You know, a lot of these companies make a lot of gear.
They put their brand on it, but it's made in China using Chinese technology.
Now, the other factor to consider here is that most people do not fully realize how many of the goods that they purchase Come from China.
We are probably about to find out because soon when you go to the store and you notice, hey, these things are triple price now.
Oh, yeah, because they're from China.
And some retail stores, like I know there's a retail store that sells hardware called Harbor Freight.
And Harbor Freight, as far as I can tell, everything in that store.
It's made in China, or nearly everything.
Which means that Harbor Freight is going to be double freight, or I don't know, double price, triple price?
I mean, everything at Harbor Freight is going to go up.
If you need hardware, you should probably get it now before that happens.
And of course, Walmart and Target and a lot of things sold on Amazon.com.
They're going to go up.
In price, so much more, and even when other countries can still take over some of that manufacturing, like, let's say, for Ethernet cabling.
That's something I buy a lot of.
Always buying Ethernet cables, like CAT 7, CAT 8 cables for very high-speed transfers between storage devices, part of our AI data pipeline.
So I'm spending a fortune on communications, cabling, right?
Well, right now, all that comes from China.
So if that doubles or triples from China, well, other countries like Taiwan can pick that up and they can start making those cables at less than double.
So you're still going to get the cabling, but it might come from Taiwan instead of China.
And instead of being like $10 for a cable, it might be $15 to $18 for that same cable.
But it's not $20, which would be the China cable.
With the tariff, or $30.
So you're still going to end up paying more for stuff, even if it comes from other countries, because those other countries don't have the same economies of scale as China manufacturing.
You see what I mean?
And there are also a lot of components and parts, including replacement parts, for power grid substations, for building new buildings, commercial construction.
Power panels that go into homes, that go into commercial buildings, the breaker boxes, all that stuff, most of that comes out of China.
That's going to double or triple in price.
And car parts, replacement parts, oil filters, parts for tractors and farming and ranch equipment, and also mining equipment, industrial equipment, construction equipment, all of this stuff.
is going to go up in price substantially.
And you're going to have supply chain shortages here because some of the importers in the U.S. that are in the business of buying these products from China, they're not going to be able to pay the extra that's required for the import fees, and they're just going to drop a lot of those contracts.
So you're going to have shortages worse than what you saw during COVID.
And this is all based on China.
So what we are going to see here is we're going to get a really expensive lesson in how much America depends on China.
For so many goods, for appliances and kitchen goods, you know, stoves and ovens and dryers and whatever.
Now, I know a lot of that comes from Korea.
Some of it comes from Taiwan.
And let me be clear.
I... I'm not a fan of the Chinese government, just to be clear.
I'm not a fan of social credit scoring system.
I'm not a fan of tyranny or whatever.
But I am a fan of Chinese culture.
And Chinese culture is something that since I lived in Taiwan for a couple of years, and as you know, I speak a fair amount of Mandarin Chinese, and I know a lot about Chinese culture far more than most Americans.
I'm an admirer of Chinese culture in the sense of understanding the whole history of what they have achieved and how they have lifted themselves up as a civilization to become so incredibly proficient, competent, and capable in
2025. And while I have watched this, I've also seen the decline of Western
the plunging of America and China.
I mean, they are really, really good.
And my honest assessment, and I say this as a proud American.
I love America.
I love my country.
And I was always the top math person throughout high school and university, college entrance exams, everything.
I was really, really gifted in mathematics as an American.
But my gift in mathematics, which was considered extraordinary in America, is considered pretty common in China, actually.
Really, especially today.
It's considered pretty common.
There are lots of people in China who can outdo me on math.
It's nothing special in China.
And... China is positioned to absolutely blow away the West in research, in material science, in AI.
I believe that China is going to reach advanced superintelligence long before America.
The West is a declining civilization, and I think the West is actually committing suicide.
And I think that the future of the world, and I know this isn't popular to say this, And I'm not claiming it's popular.
You might not like me for saying this, but I see Western civilization in terms of the big multi-millennial time span of human history.
Western civilization will just be a blip of, you know, like a few centuries, like maybe three centuries.
Whereas the future of civilizations on our planet will probably come down to four civilizations that existed long before the West, long before the United States, long before Western Europe, long before the UK, which is an evil empire of pedophiles and vampires,
bloodsuckers and whatever they are.
But these four civilizations that represent the future of our planet, they really are going to be China, Which has 5,000 years of history.
Russia, which has over 1,000 years of history.
India, which has many thousands of years of history.
And Persia and parts of the Middle East, which also has obviously many thousands of years of history.
Now you might say, well, what about Africa?
Yeah, I'm not that impressed with Africa.
Not... Not really demonstrating a lot of advancements in technology, etc., or industry.
I'm not that impressed with the Mesoamerican cultures in terms of being able to compete with China.
There's no competition.
And this isn't racist.
I'm not trying to put anybody down.
But if you take a group of South Americans and you have a group of...
Chinese. You're like, which group is going to be better at engineering and manufacturing and figuring stuff out?
It's the Chinese.
I mean, there's no question.
Same thing, like, you take a group of 100 Africans, could be South Africa, I'm not talking about skin color, I'm just saying people from anywhere in Africa, you take 100 people from the continent of Africa, could be North Africa, could be Libya, could be wherever, versus 100,
let's say, Russians.
Like, hey, which group is better at computer science and AI and math and physics and building stuff?
It's the Russians, man!
Come on!
I mean, this is common sense.
Everybody knows the Chinese and the Russians are really, really advanced.
And they are clobbering the rest of the world in terms of technology and advancements.
They're clobbering the West, man.
There's no competition.
And they're also going to beat India.
India's got a lot of people.
Very few of them are really brilliant.
Some are, but the masses of India are mostly barely educated and mostly impoverished.
I'm sad to say that.
I wish we could help uplift everybody into greater wealth and abundance around the world.
But India has a massive population, but can't keep up with China, even though they have a very similar overall population.
There's no comparison between the GDP of India versus the GDP of China.
Right? There's no question.
And then Western civilization is on this suicide path right now, which makes me very sad to say this because, again, I'm an American and I have spent my entire adult life trying to help America turn itself around and be healthy and be wise and be wealthy,
you know.
And I know that I've had a positive influence on a lot of people.
I'm very grateful for that.
But this nation is on a suicide path, and Trump is not the savior.
Trump's not going to save America.
He may not be the destroyer of America, but he's not going to stop its destruction.
America is destroying itself for a number of reasons.
You know, the culture became apathetic.
The culture became irrational, you know, turned away from God.
I started embracing, you know, abortion and mutilations and just lunacy.
Like, you know, men can have babies and let's put tampons in men's restrooms.
These are all signs of the complete collapse of a civilization.
And you might say, well, some of that's turning around.
Eh, not enough.
Not enough in my opinion.
And in the UK, they're outlawing all forms of speech.
If you mock a minister in the British government or the German government or even the French government, if you just mock them, You go to jail.
I mean, think about that.
How can you not mock them?
I mean, they look like clowns.
Especially in the UK, they put on these silly wigs.
Wearing wigs, are they all like cross-dressing lawmakers and judges?
It's like, are you a trans judge?
Should I address you as ma'am?
You know, you look like a clown.
They are clowns.
They're pedo clowns.
And the UK is collapsing.
And, you know, good riddance to the UK leadership.
I'm not talking about the people.
I love the British people.
I love the Irish people.
I'm part Irish myself.
I love the people everywhere.
Can't stand the pedo cabal of corrupt leaders in charge.
Good riddance to them.
And the UK is being put on a collapsed course by its pedo cabal leadership.
And the U.S. is also being put on a collapse course as well.
And frankly, some of the things that Trump is doing right now, even though he may have his own reasons, saying that we have to enforce fair trade with these other countries, but one of the, as Ed Dowd calls it, the exogenous effects of this,
or was that Chris Martinson?
Someone was talking about the exogenous effects of the tariffs, which are the...
You know, the outside the system impacts, often the unanticipated ramifications.
Well, one of the exogenous effects of this is that all these other countries around the world are going to say, hey, it's pretty risky to do business with the USA.
Because any day we might wake up and read in the Wall Street Journal, holy crap, there's 100% tariffs just slapped on our country for no reason that we didn't even have anything to do with, you know.
If you're a business owner in Thailand or somewhere, or Vietnam, and you wake up and you're like, 90% tariffs, what did we do?
You can't build a future based on that.
The unpredictability of Trump, where one man, not even with Congress, not even passing a law, not getting approval from anybody else, but one man.
Can just decide to slap a tariff on your country, boom, overnight, and wipe out half your economy.
That is not a dependable relationship.
It would be like if you were married to somebody and you wake up one day and they just roll over next to you in bed and say, ah, I decided I want a divorce today.
And you're like, damn, where did that come from?
And then a day later, They roll over like, ah, no, let's stay married.
Marriage is good.
You're like, what?
I already packed my bags, you know, or whatever.
You can't have a marriage like that.
There's like divorce and reversing the divorce day after day after day.
At some point, you're like, I don't think this is going to work because I can't rely on this relationship.
Well, that's how most countries are looking at the U.S. right now.
Trump did.
Well, massive rug pull.
It was like a rug pull and then, just kidding, just kidding, we'll put the rug back.
This is driving panic and fear and uncertainty into the minds of all the other countries and all the other business owners around the world.
And you can't take that back.
So, sort of the trust rating of the United States in the eyes of the other countries around the world just took a massive hit that can't be reversed.
In a day or a year or even Trump's entire administration, frankly.
As long as Trump is in the White House, all these countries are going to think any given day Trump could pull the rug.
So we shouldn't really base our company on doing business with the U.S. We should diversify and sell more products to, you know, Russia, India, China, Turkey, Iran.
Anybody but the USA.
That's going to be the mantra among all these countries around the world.
So Trump has actually done a lot of damage to the trust rating of the United States in terms of being a trading partner with these other countries.
Now, there's another factor in this, and we have to talk about robots and the robot workers that are going to run the manufacturing facilities in the United States.
Now, you know this is coming, but it's still a couple of years away.
So, if Trump is thinking, hey, we're going to bring all the manufacturing back to the U.S. tomorrow, and who cares if we don't have American workers?
We're just going to throw robots at the problem.
He's a couple years too early, by the way.
Tesla doesn't have those robots yet that do all that.
Amazon doesn't have them.
China is the leader, but why would China sell robots to the U.S.?
And besides, Trump's going to slap 125% tariff on Chinese robots, which would make them very expensive, obviously.
So robots aren't ready for this yet.
Trump is too early.
If he thinks he's going to bring manufacturing back to America, he's missed the timing on this.
And the other factor is that it takes many years to build a manufacturing facility.
There's a tremendous amount of planning that goes into it.
Site selection, and then often county or city or state taxes.
Infrastructure, getting water and electricity to that site, that can take more than a year.
More than a year, especially in certain states.
You know, try doing business in parts of Colorado.
Forget it, right?
Or California.
Or any, I guess, any blue state.
Forget it.
They're going to delay you for years.
And then the other thing is that a lot of these components, like I said earlier, the electrical components, the water handling components, all these components for infrastructure, they come from China.
So now those are going to double or triple in price, which means setting up a factory in America now.
Just got a lot more expensive.
And it's going to take many, many years before you can even open that factory.
And by the time you open that factory, a few years later, half the American people are broke anyway, and they can't afford to buy anything that you're making.
But maybe a few years down the road, the robots will be available, and they can roll in and start churning out widgets or whatever.
But the only way people are going to be able to afford to buy those things is if Trump launches a UBI.
Need a universal basic income to give people money to spend on the goods coming out of the robot factories.
Like, how is this good for America, you know?
It's really not.
Now, I will add this.
Our store, healthrangerstore.com, as you may know, for over 10 years, we have been almost entirely China-free.
So, for example, vitamin C, almost all the vitamin C in the world is sourced from China.
And most of it is made from genetically modified corn.
Well, we made a decision many years ago to not buy that from China, and we get non-GMO vitamin C out of Europe, which is extremely expensive vitamin C. But it's, well, I guess now it's probably not that much more expensive than China vitamin C. But my point is,
when you shop with us, healthrangerstore.com, thank you for your support.
You are buying almost all American-made products.
I mean, they're all assembled in America.
Raw materials, though, even mostly come from countries other than China.
We always buy American materials first.
We always buy America.
And then we just branch out.
If we can't find it in America, we say, hey, can we get it from Canada?
Can we get it from Mexico?
If the answer is no, Then we branch out more.
Can we get it from Central or South America?
Can we get it from Europe?
Can we get it from sometimes India?
Can we get it from Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Taiwan?
We get some of our microalgae from Taiwan, some of it from Japan, etc.
We get green tea from Japan, things like that.
We just branch out more and more in order to find materials.
We get almost nothing from China.
And that's all by design.
Our store prices Good news is our store prices are not going to be impacted really at all, as far as I can tell.
Maybe the goji berries that we do get from the Tibet regions of China, those might go up in price.
But you're not going to see any price changes on our vitamin C, for example, or any of our other products, because we don't get them from China.
Now, there are other problems in the supply chain that are causing price increases across the board here and there.
There are fewer farmers growing organic produce around the world, so that's an issue, but that's got nothing to do with China.
And then also, with our survival gear like our knives, we partner with Dawson Knives, and those are made in Arizona using steel out of New York.
So we are meticulous about sourcing from the United States in every possible way.
That we can.
But see, we've been that way since day one.
So we don't have to change the way that we do business because of tariffs on China.
We don't change the way at all.
We just keep doing exactly what we're doing.
And that's great news.
So shop with us, healthrangerstore.com.
Help support us, and we will keep bringing you amazing solutions and foods and superfoods.
Storable survival foods, nutritional products, survival gear type of products.
You know, iodine and so much more.
Personal care products.
So check that out.
And again, thank you for your support.
But a lot of retailers are going to be really, really hurt by this because of their ties to China.
So I'm thinking the dollar stores are toast.
Walmart's going to hurt.
Target, Amazon.
The tool and hardware stores I mentioned.
A lot of those.
Like, how much from Home Depot, how much of that stuff comes out of China?
I don't know, but I think it's a lot.
Lowe's also, right?
Same deal.
Best Buy, how much of that comes out of China?
A lot.
You can just go down the list of all your top retailers, whoever they are.
It's China, China, China, you know.
All the sourcing is China.
Now, let me mention something else here.
Related topic, but a bit of a pivot.
I think Trump is provoking China to try to start a kinetic war.
I think Trump wants war.
And if he can't get a war with Iran on behalf of Israel, which is always wanting us to fight their wars, Trump wants a war with China.
Trump needs a war.
He needs a cover for the debt reset.
Because the debt's about to implode.
You've got to blame some foreign adversary.
So you need a war.
And then you can reset the debt system and screw all the American people and say it's China's fault.
Or Iran's fault.
Or Russia's fault.
That's what's going on.
So Trump is trying to provoke China into a war.
And this looks exactly like Japan, what the U.S. Navy did to Japan in World War II.
Before Pearl Harbor, the United States Navy ran an embargo, a naval embargo, around the island nation of Japan, which was, of course, ruled by the Japanese Empire at the time.
And this cut off the energy supply to Japan.
So that was an oil or energy embargo against Japan.
That was designed to...
...provoked Japan into an existential act of desperation to attack Pearl Harbor to try to take out the United States Navy.
And the U.S. Navy, in essence, invited Japan to do that and then looked the other way when the Japanese Zeros and the bombers were coming in on radar.
You know, you probably heard the story.
The radar operators were told, no, those are birds.
Just ignore it.
It's nothing.
Meanwhile, all the really important naval ships had already been moved out of Honolulu, Pearl Harbor.
And mostly the ships that were left in Pearl Harbor were ships that were basically salvaged ships or ships under repair or ships that were not really critical to naval operations.
And the idea was to get thousands of American sailors killed.
The war on terror.
Which never made any sense.
They didn't even name an enemy.
Well, who are we fighting?
George Bush.
We're fighting terror.
Well, who is terror?
We don't know.
Just terror.
We're going to fight terror.
And it was an excuse for everything.
Fighting terror means they're going to spy on you domestically.
The Patriot Act.
Fighting terror.
I remember years ago flying into the I think it's called the George Bush Intercontinental Airport in Houston, Texas.
I think that, at least that was the name of it.
They named an airport after this moron.
This warmongering lunatic, right?
And I remember walking through the airport and over the loudspeakers, the PSYOP would emerge and there would be a female voice that would say something like, today's terror alert level is orange.
I'm like, what?
Are we living in a science fiction dystopian movie here?
Is this a Philip K. Dick movie?
Be afraid.
Be very afraid.
The terror level is orange.
CNN is on the wall panel in the airport and there's George Bush.
There's more terror!
We've got to fight terror!
Then they made up all the weapons of mass destruction.
They said Saddam Hussein had weapons of mass destruction.
It was all a lie.
They just made it all up.
Colin Powell was there.
Part of that whole criminal operation.
Madeleine Albright, you know, is like, it's good that we bombed, you know, half a million women and children.
So if you're surprised by anything that Israel is doing to Gaza today, you shouldn't be because the USA did that to Iraq already, you know, a couple decades earlier.
It's the same thing.
It's the same sick anti-human playbook.
But the US empire always needs a foreign enemy.
In order to justify its own censorship, its control over the press, and its money printing, and to explain away its own failed policies that are wrecking the country.
And Trump's following the exact same playbook.
Trump is basically George Bush III at this point.
W after W is X. Trump is like George X Bush.
Or Z. I don't know.
Or Y. Like, why are we still fighting this war?
How about that?
Let's call him George Y. Bush.
That's Trump.
You know, it's crazy that we elected Trump and we got George Bush.
You know?
And in Texas, people elected Senator Cornyn and they got John McCain, which is insane.
And by the way, Ken Paxton, the Attorney General of Texas, he's running for Cornyn's Senate seat.
And I hope that Paxton wins that, because Cornyn is a lunatic.
I mean, he's John McCain!
He's like the embodiment of John McCain.
Like the spirit of John McCain has infested the body of John Cornyn.
Like, we gotta vote that guy out of there.
Let's get Paxton in there.
You know, it's just crazy.
It gets me barking mad.
Hey, hey, Rhodey, come here.
You want to bark?
Let's bark.
Let's bark about Cornyn.
Yeah. Let's bark about Cornyn.
Let's beat Cornyn in the election.
Come on.
Oh, there you go.
That's right.
Woo! That's right.
Oh, good boy.
Okay. Good boy.
Quiet. All right.
That's roadie for you, chiming in on the election.
Good boy.
Yes, you are.
You are a good boy.
Anyway, look, the bottom line here, folks, is that this situation with China is not going to resolve quickly.
It is going to have...
A very heavy impact on the supply chain.
And even though there are other countries that can, over time, pick up some of the slack, they don't have the manufacturing efficiencies of China.
Many of them don't have the know-how, they don't have the personnel, and they don't have the scale.
They just can't meet what China has been producing.
So, you're going to experience product shortages.
It's going to get really ugly.
For a long time.
And that's been my consistent prediction from day one on this.
I said, China's not going to get resolved very soon.
I said, this is almost certainly going to extend through the summer.
But I'm thinking it could be the whole year.
Maybe more than the whole year.
This could be a permanent thing.
And remember, ultimately, Trump wants China to launch a war.
Trump wants to hurt China so much economically, fiscally.
That China feels like this is an existential threat, like Japan did in World War II, where China lashes out.
And who is China most likely to lash out against?
Taiwan. Taiwan, which is the critical microchip manufacturing hub for the Western countries.
I mean, really, for the world.
Taiwan has the most advanced microchip manufacturing technology in the world.
Taiwan Semiconductor.
And they have the best know-how, the best engineers, the best output.
They know what they're doing.
Without Taiwan, the world's microchip supply is just craters.
And sure, you could say, well, Taiwan has agreed to set up a factory in America.
Okay, that's awesome.
For the year 2031, or whenever that thing comes online.
I mean, you can't just pop these up overnight.
It's not like you...
Like an inflatable children's playground.
Let's just blow this thing up and we're bouncing on the moon.
It's not like that.
You can't just set up a factory like that.
It takes years.
Like I said, even you get it set up, who's going to work there?
Maybe the robots will be available by that time.
But there are not American workers that are going to show up.
And actually do physical labor nine to five reliably without complaining all day at some affordable price.
It doesn't exist.
It doesn't exist anywhere in America.
Those days are gone.
So as a result, we're all about to go into kind of a prepper mode.
This is going to get interesting.
We're going to have to get by on less.
It's actually a pretty healthy exercise for Americans.
We consume More stuff than anybody in the world.
Which is why we're the buyer of everything.
So we're going to have to buy less stuff.
Think about that.
We're going to have to get by on less.
Or we're going to have to pay more for the stuff that we really need.
So it's good that you have some extra stuff.
It's good that you have a buffer because you are a prepper, I assume.
I know I am.
I've got extra stuff.
And remember...
People were laughing at me when I said I'm buying like extra washers and bolts and screws and nuts and connectors and things.
I have all these trays of all these parts because I live on a ranch.
And, you know, you just, you need stuff.
You need like cotter pins and you need like long bolts, certain thread patterns.
I need an M8 bolt for some reason today, you know, whatever.
Metric, you know, metric bolts and nuts and everything.
So I buy all that stuff.
People laugh at me until there's a trade embargo with China.
Then all of a sudden, I'm a genius.
It's just like someone was telling me about when I called it on Monday.
I was like, buy silver.
This is the steal of a lifetime.
And I bought silver.
And then today, people are saying, how did you know?
Well, listen to my podcast.
I walk you through all of it.
How did I know to buy more supplies from China?
Because I knew there were going to be shortages.
I knew the supply chains were going to get hit one way or another.
And here we are.
So I say, think about what you're going to need that's made in China, what you're going to need at least for six months, if you can plan in advance on this.
I don't know if it's parts or shoes or electronics or whatever, but if you need something from China, and if you can use it in the next, Even year.
If you can use it this year, you should probably get it.
You should buy it now.
Some of it's going to be computers.
Some of it's going to be communications equipment.
Whatever. You should get it now while you can.
Alright, now.
I've got a really great BrightLearn book review video for you today that is very special.
It's a review of a book by Andrew Tiwa.
M-Tiwa.
I'm not sure.
I'm pronouncing that correctly.
Anyway, this is a book about how to use phytochemistry, botanicals, to survive in a military attack using chemical weapons, radiological weapons, and kinetic weapons.
It's basically how to use plants and herbs to treat injuries and to survive war zones.
That's a very interesting book topic, right?
So this is about five and a half minutes.
It's a fascinating book.
It's called Phytochemistry, the Military, and Health, Phytotoxins and Natural Defenses.
This can also help protect you against nerve gas and things like that.
Hey, this could come in handy one day.
You should know about this stuff.
So this covers the best selection of over 374,000 known plant species.
To provide medical and survival resources when you can't get other supplies.
Which is exactly the scenario that we're talking about because how much of your medical supplies comes out of China?
You know?
Gauze and everything else.
Like most of it.
Most of it comes from China.
So this book review video has a lot of really valuable information.
Check it out and we'll continue on the other side.
Hello everyone.
Today, we're stepping into a realm where nature meets conflict, where the gentle leaves and roots of plants become a lifeline in the harshest of conditions.
Yes, we're talking about the incredible role of phytochemistry in military and health contexts, particularly during conflicts.
So grab your headphones and join me on this intriguing journey.
Imagine you're in the midst of a conflict, far from the comforts of home, with limited access to food, water, and medical supplies.
It's a scenario that has played out countless times throughout history, and it's in these dire situations that the true value of plants and their phytochemicals shines through.
Our guide in this exploration is Andrew Matewa's groundbreaking book, Phytochemistry, the Military and Health, Phytotoxins and Natural Defenses.
Let's start with the basics.
Phytochemistry is the study of plant-based chemicals.
And it's a field that's as vast as the plant kingdom itself.
With over 374,000 known plant species and countless more waiting to be discovered, the potential for new discoveries is staggering.
But why is this important in the context of conflict?
Well, when traditional medical supplies are scarce, plants can provide alternative interventions that are not only accessible but also relatively cheap.
The collapse of essential services like water supply, food distribution, and medical care can lead to a surge in diseases.
Infectious diseases, communicable diseases, and even non-communicable diseases can spread rapidly.
But here's where phytochemicals come into play.
They offer a range of therapeutic properties that can be crucial in these situations.
From emergency therapeutics and analgesics, To antibiotics, antifungals, and antivirals, plants have it all.
They can provide soothing aromatics, antimalarials, wound-healing agents, and even substances to combat obesity.
But it's not just about healing.
Some plants have been used in military strategies for centuries.
Take, for example, the use of plant toxins in warfare.
From ancient times, people have used natural toxins to commit suicide, murder, and wage war.
These toxins were developed into components of different tactical warfare mixtures.
One notable example is the alkaloid phisostigmine, which served as a blueprint in the development of synthetic acetylcholinesterase inhibitors.
During World War I, the use of chemical weapons like chlorine gas and mustard gas caused unprecedented casualties.
In the 2013 Syrian attacks, nerve agents like sarin claimed the lives of many innocent civilians.
But plants have also been used to counteract these deadly agents.
For instance, the plant phisostigma venenosum produces phisostigmine, which has been studied for its potential to counteract the effects of nerve agents.
In the aftermath of conflicts, the establishment of essential institutions like hospitals and markets can take time.
They can provide food supplements, pest and animal control agents, and even poisons.
The book highlights the importance of incorporating phytochemistry into the training curricula for service personnel.
This knowledge can be life-saving, providing basic survival skills for both military personnel and civilians.
But phytochemistry's role isn't limited to conflict zones.
The book also explores the potential of plants in post-conflict recovery.
For instance, the Land Condition Trend Analysis Program, initiated by the Army, monitors the terrestrial impacts of military training and promotes the
This is crucial because military training lands often harbor endangered plant species that thrive due to the disturbances caused by training activities.
Moreover, the book delves into the ethical and environmental considerations of using plants in military contexts.
It discusses the depletion of plant species with medicinal value and the need for sustainable practices like biotechnology to enhance the replacement of these species.
This is a critical issue for world security, as the loss of these plants could have far-reaching implications.
In conclusion, phytochemistry, the military and health, is a testament to the incredible potential of plants in providing solutions during and after conflicts.
It underscores the importance of understanding and harnessing the power of phytochemicals for the well-being and survival of both service personnel and civilians.
As we face the challenges of the future, this knowledge could be the key to building a more resilient and sustainable world.
Thank you for joining me on this enlightening journey.

So that's SAT123.com.
All right, next we have a book review video for you called The Tyranny of the Federal Reserve by Brian O'Brien, which you can imagine that would be a fun name growing up.
Hey, Brian, O'Brien, what are you doing?
Okay, if your last name is O'Brien and you have a kid, probably just don't name that kid Brian because poor kid's going to get mocked.
Hey, Brian O'Brien.
Anyway, that's his name.
I'm not trying to make fun of his name, but it is...
I always have fun with people's names, even my own name sometimes.
But Brian O'Brien wrote the book The Tyranny of the Federal Reserve.
And this book explains why the Federal Reserve is actually the source of economic instability.
Remember I showed you the newspaper from 1958 the other day, the Chicago Tribune, and I showed you the food prices.
We're advertising.
You get two pounds of Gala apples for what was it, like 26 cents or something, or 19 cents?
You get pounds of fruit.
You fill up a shopping cart for like less than $5, you know?
What happened?
Did fruit become more expensive?
No, your dollar lost value because of the Federal Reserve.
The Federal Reserve is ripping you off every single day.
And with what's happening right now, as you can tell, Trump's getting ready for the great taking.
The big reset where the people who don't know what's going on, people who don't have gold and silver, are going to lose everything.
Their dollar is going to become basically worthless.
And, you know, they're going to...
Sit around like, what happened?
What happened?
Well, you know, you should have learned about this.
So my job is to help you stay informed and educated about this.
And since we're probably looking at the unfolding of history right now where the dollar is going to die, you know, at some point, we don't know exactly when or how, but the dollar's, its last days are here, let's be honest.
The more you know about the Federal Reserve, how it works, the relationships with the Treasury, how they sell Treasury debt, and the rates on Treasury debt, which right now, I think the 10-year rates are around 4.5%, which is insane.
Who would loan money to the United States just to earn 4.5% annual return?
That's crazy.
I wouldn't do that, obviously.
I would buy gold and silver.
You've got to do way better than 4.5%.
Plus, if you buy treasuries, you're getting paid back in dollars, which are worthless, or more and more worthless.
It's crazy.
You're earning 4.5% in a treasury bond, but inflation is like 15%.
You're losing 10% every year.
Just buy gold.
Buy gold and sit on it.
We'll do better than that.
Frankly, buying gold and sitting on it will do better than...
Stock market, in my opinion.
I mean, it has done.
For 50 years, it's done better than the stock market.
You could have skipped all the research and all the investment advisors and all the reporting and the taxation and all the sleepless nights of investing in the stock market.
You could have averted all of that by just buying gold and forgetting about it.
And you would have done better.
And it's never too late to start doing better.
So anyway, enjoy this second book, The Tyranny of the Federal Reserve by Brian O'Brien.
O'Brien, is there an echo in here?
No, that's just his name.
Okay, here we go.
Hi. In today's episode, we're taking a journey through a book that's been making waves and sparking intense debate.
It's called The Tyranny of the Federal Reserve by Brian O'Brien.
This book is a bold exploration of America's monetary system, its history, And its profound impact on our lives.
Now, when you think about the Federal Reserve, what comes to mind?
For many, it's the backbone of our economy, the institution that keeps our financial system stable.
But O'Brien challenges this notion, arguing that the Federal Reserve is not the savior we believe it to be, but rather a tool of control and a source of economic instability.
O'Brien takes us back to the early days of America, a land blessed with abundant resources and a strategic position that made it nearly invincible.
He paints a picture of a nation founded on principles of self-reliance and liberty, where the early colonists hacked their way through the wilderness and built a new world with their own hands.
This spirit of independence and resilience is a recurring theme throughout the book.
The Federal Reserve Act of 1913 marked a pivotal moment in American history.
It was sold to the public and Congress as a solution to the economic panics that had plagued the nation.
But O'Brien contends that this was a deception, a carefully orchestrated plan by powerful bankers to consolidate their control over the American money supply.
O'Brien reveals the secretive meeting at Jekyll Island, where a group of influential bankers and politicians gathered to draft the blueprint for the Federal Reserve.
This clandestine gathering, shrouded in secrecy and disguised as a duck-hunting trip, laid the foundation for a system that would operate independently of democratic control.
The Federal Reserve, according to O'Brien, was designed to serve the interests of Wall Street bankers.
The Federal Reserve has failed to prevent economic crises.
In fact, he points to the Great Depression and the 2007 financial crisis as evidence of the Fed's failure.
He suggests that the Fed's policies have led to a concentration of wealth, with the rich getting richer, while the middle class struggles to maintain their standard of living.
O'Brien paints a grim picture of America's economic landscape.
He highlights the growing wealth gap, the decline of American industries,
But O'Brien doesn't just criticize the current system.
He offers alternatives.
I think.
like Alfred Owen Crozier, who advocated for a U.S. monetary council that would regulate the money supply and operate under principles of transparency and accountability.
O'Brien envisions a system where money is not a tool for usury and speculation, but a medium of exchange that serves the needs of the people.
He proposes the creation of public loan offices that would provide credit to homeowners and small businesses,
With interest rates set to benefit local communities rather than distant financiers.
This, he argues, would empower Main Street over Wall Street, fostering a more equitable and prosperous economy.
O'Brien also delves into the history of money from the colonial era to the present day.
He explores the use of colonial script, the debates over the gold standard, and the rise of fiat currency.
He argues that the current system based on debt and controlled by private bankers is fundamentally flawed and unsustainable.
He criticizes the fractional reserve banking system which he sees as a form of legalized fraud where banks create money out of thin air and lend it at interest leading to a perpetual cycle of boom and bust.
He argues that this system enriches a small elite while leaving the majority of Americans struggling to make ends meet.
O'Brien's vision for the future is one of reform and renewal.
He calls for a return to American principles of self-government and accountability.
He advocates for a new monetary system that prioritizes the needs of the people over the profits of bankers.
He believes that by reclaiming control over our money supply, we can restore prosperity and independence to our nation.
In conclusion, The Tyranny of the Federal Reserve is a provocative and thought-provoking book that challenges us to rethink our assumptions about money and power.
It invites us to imagine a different future, one where the American people are no longer beholden to the whims of unelected bankers, but are instead the masters of their own economic destiny.
So, what do you think?
Is it time for a new monetary system?
Are we ready to reclaim our economic sovereignty?
Let us know your thoughts in the comments below.
And don't forget to like, subscribe, and share this episode with your friends.

Alright, welcome back.
Now we have today's feature interview with Sean David Cohen.
He's the author of a new book called The Dopamine Revolution.
And the reason I wanted him on is because he's into natural health, he's into nutrition and superfoods, and he also has done a ton of research about dopamine, and he's written this awesome book.
He sent me the PDF, so I reviewed the book before I even agreed to the interview.
I'm like, wow, this thing is really well-sourced.
And I'm hoping he'll give me permission to put it into our Enoch AI engine, too, by the way.
Always looking for more knowledge, you know?
That's what I am.
I'm like a knowledge hound.
Like, feed me, feed me more knowledge!
It's a real geeky thing to do, but that's my life right now.
So enjoy this interview and I'll be back with you tomorrow.
We've got a new product at the health ranger store called oat milk powder.
Here it is available now.
And it's got just one ingredient, which is oats.
I mean, check it out.
Loaded with natural minerals, and it's about 5% fat, organic oat milk powder, certified organic, laboratory tested, and it's a great base for lots of smoothies.
You know I make my smoothies every day, and I started putting it in here as well.
Just gives it an extra rich and sweet taste, actually.
Oat milk powder is naturally kind of sweet, and if you really want to jazz it up, you can add a banana to it.
Or you can put whey protein in it.
Let me show you what I have on my desk here.
Just some ideas of some of the things that I use in my smoothies.
Because I've been living on a smoothie for breakfast and lunch for like 20 years now.
And so I'll use like Cocoa Energize.
I'll use whey protein.
I'll put broccoli sprouts in it for the sulforaphane.
And there's the oat milk powder.
I also use turmeric powder and then instant coffee sometimes.
But those are currently out of stock at our store.
So you have to check back on those later.
And you can use anthocyanins for fruit-based smoothies, etc.
But now, I use a big Vitamix blender, but for those of you who want to have something more convenient for your office that's portable, we now carry the Blendy portable blenders at HealthRangerStore.com.
Just search for Blendy, B-L-E-N-D-I, and there's a couple different sizes there.
Now, these clearly are not as strong as a Vitamix, but they're portable.
Great at the workplace.
Great for travel.
You can use it in a hotel room.
Or you can use it on the go.
You can use it traveling or in an RV or what have you.
And these can blend up bananas and all these different powders and the new oat milk powder that we have as well quite successfully.
And if you want to make my smoothie, it's really just put in like half an avocado.
And half of a big banana into the blendie with some of these other powders like cacao powder and whey protein powder, a little bit of turmeric powder, etc.
And then you're going to get a smoothie really close to what I drink every single day.
So that's how you do it.
And we've got these products and so much more available at healthrangerstore.com where every purchase helps support our network and our effort to bring you technologies and solutions and knowledge.
For human empowerment, life, liberty, and happiness.
So thank you for your support for shopping at healthrangerstore.com.
I'm Mike Adams, the Health Ranger.
Thank you for all your support.
Take care.
Welcome to today's interview here on brighteon.com.
I'm Mike Adams, the Health Ranger, the founder of Brighteon.
and pardon the clutter on my desk because we're doing a lot of microscopy investigations right now.
So this is going to be here for a few months and wait till you see what we have coming.
But today we have something different.
We have a very special guest who's an author of a new book that's just been announced called The Dopamine Revolution.
His name is Sean Cohen, and he is an expert in brain chemistry, especially dopamine, and how to feel better with good nutrition in your life.
He is also very well versed in nutrition, holistic nutrition,
So welcome, Sean Cohen, to the show today.
It's great to have you here.
Thank you.
Honored. Hey, it's an honor to have you on, and thank you for sending me the PDF of your book in advance.
I was really impressed with it.
Tremendous amount of research.
So if you would, hold it up for us.
The Dopamine Revolution is the book.
There we go.
Available just right now, like just launched, right?
Yes, just a week ago.
It's on Amazon.
It'll be in Barnes& Noble soon, and paperback or e-book.
Perfect. Okay, and you also have a website, thedopaminerevolution.com.
Correct. Okay, perfect.
So, all right, give us, tell us what the book is.
I mean, obviously it's about dopamine, but give us a little more in-depth of why you thought this book was necessary, and what's the big aha that you came to in writing this?
Well, I've been studying, you know, natural remedies for quite a while and chemicals that are in foods and personal care products and even medicine.
And I found this common core, this common underlying theme where we're dampening our dopamine.
And, you know, I've invented a couple natural remedy products that boost your dopamine naturally.
And so the more I dug in, the deeper It got.
The more great information I found out, and now I have a business partner, Dr. Habib, and he's here, and he lives close to me in Bethesda, Maryland, and I started some Q&A with him about dopamine,
And he started talking about leaky brain syndrome and and and all of the facets of our life that dopamine plays into and prevent disease prevention.
So I realized that, you know how they say the journey, you know, it leads everything you do leads up to what you're doing.
And oh, my gosh, I woke up.
I was I was blown away because, as you know, I started writing books, I helped books back in like 2007 and I wrote Don't Eat Cancer.
So I was studying medicine.
Wow! I've dug up everything I've done in my brain and in my closet and it's feeding this.
It's great.
What are the things that actually hurt dopamine levels in our brain?
Is it prescription drugs?
Is it certain processed food ingredients?
Is it certain lifestyle habits?
Lacking sleep, things like that.
Give us kind of the rundown.
I would say 80% of it is what we're consuming.
So when we consume pesticides, insecticides, herbicides like glyphosate, bleach is common and most white foods are bleached.
The seed oils, canola oil.
We've got antibiotics and hormones in a lot of the meats.
We've got the fluoride in the tap water.
So mostly these chemicals.
And so what I've learned is that the dopamine is being stored in these tiny sacs in our brain, in our hypothalamus.
And those sacs have a protein coating.
And just like, you know, your nerve cell, your nerve...
Neuronal pathways, you have this coating and it's being deteriorated.
It's being destroyed.
And as that happens from eating all these chemicals and putting them on our skin and injecting them through vaccinations, we are depleting the dopamine, the sacs that contain the dopamine in our brain.
And we are destroying As you damage your liver, your liver is trying to detoxify from all of this.
And that's where most of our dopamine is created.
So most of the dopamine is created in the liver.
So when we mess up our gut microbiome and we mess up, we pollute our cleansing organs and overtax them, including the liver, we're producing less dopamine.
Which travels to the brain on the vagus nerve and then is stored in these sacs in our brain.
We're depleting it.
We're undernourished.
And then we're destroying it.
And so it can't even travel to the parts of the body it needs to go to.
Because, yeah.
Wait a second.
You mentioned the vagus nerve just there as well.
And that's...
Come to my attention a lot recently because of all the people injecting themselves with these weight loss drugs, the GLP-1, the agonist molecules.
They are, you know, the peptides that are used from that are derived from the Gila monster venom.
So these are venom peptides that are then synthesized to create a drug that is injected, that is designed.
To paralyze the vagus nerve.
And when you paralyze the vagus nerve, it stops your stomach from emptying itself.
Basically, it halts that part of digestion, so then the food stays in your stomach and just sort of rots there longer, making people feel full longer, so they eat less, so they lose weight.
So, yes, they do lose weight, but what you hit upon there, Sean, is...
Someone that's using these injectable venom peptides is paralyzing the vagus nerve.
So talk to us about what that's going to do to dopamine levels or dopamine distribution.
Sure. So as I talked to my doctor, a business partner, he was telling me, you know, how the dopamine's traveling on the vagus nerve to the brain, most of it.
And so The vagus nerve is like a net, so it helps communicate with all of our vital organs.
Yes. So it branches out and communicates.
So we're damaging that communication, first of all, and then we are damaging the way it's transported.
So if you think of like a gas tank on your car, you could have a Lamborghini.
But if there's holes in the gas tank and the gas leaks out all over the parking lot, you're not going anywhere until you fix the leaks and refill the tank and you've got to put some decent fuel in there.
What's happening is the dopamine is leaking out of these sacs in our brains and it's sitting around in areas where it can't be used.
We're not able to transport it and use it.
I talk about gluten.
When somebody asks me, hey, what can I do about my health or whatever, they just ask me a general question and they want some quick advice.
My first go-to is cut out gluten for a while.
And it doesn't matter if you have a gluten intolerance or not.
The problem with gluten is in America, we load up gluten.
We load up bread, everything breaded with tons of chemicals, emulsifiers, stuff to keep it fresh on the shelf for two weeks so it's soft.
You know, in Europe, they don't do that.
They make the bread every day.
And so when we, you were talking about the diets, right?
So when we eat gluten, it can stay in our system for days.
And anything that stays in your body for more than 24 to 48 hours becomes poison.
So let's say I went to Subway and ate a foot-long sub, and then all of a sudden, I think, hey, I'm going to eat a salad because I ate junk food yesterday, and I'm going to eat a salad, I'm going to eat this and that.
And you're trying to be healthy.
Well, guess what?
That stuff's rotting in your system.
It's sitting in your gut and your intestines are 35 feet long and you've got gluten with all these chemicals sitting in your system.
And that's where we get all these people have polyps and they've got diverticulitis and Crohn's and IBS.
Well, if you've got sticky, gooey wheat, And all the gluten stuck in that tract, in your digestive tract, then you've got ulcers forming, you've got cancer coming after those holes that are burning inside your epithelial tissue in the body.
So, you know, that's one of the worst loaded food toxins you can find is just everything, bread and even the pasta and, you know.
I've noticed that when people really damage their gut, then they can actually acquire new food sensitivities that can have neurological effects.
I've seen this in people where they didn't used to be sensitive to dietary sugars or dairy.
Then they have some kind of intestinal problem, maybe related to gluten.
Maybe related to prescription medications, side effects, all kinds of things.
And then what happens is they suddenly acquire a new sensitivity to something like sugar.
And then they can't tolerate sugar at all.
And I think, and I'm curious what you think, I think that's because then they've lost portions of the intestinal lining that really prevent the larger molecules from going into the blood supply.
So now they're getting a direct transfer, which could include glycoproteins, for example, that don't belong in the blood.
And then, boom, they have an allergy or they have a sensitivity or they have a toxic effect from that.
Now, I know we're getting off the dopamine topic a little bit.
Well, when I asked Dr. Habib about leaky brain syndrome, when he first brought that up to me about a year and a half ago, I said, is that like leaky gut syndrome?
Because a lot of us have heard of that.
And that has to do with permeability, you know, in the gut.
And he started talking about chronic inflammation.
So, you know, inflammation, chronic inflammation, where you just stay inflamed over time, that's one of the driving forces, a catapult of tons of diseases and disorders that we know today, a lot of preventable ones.
What's happening is the chronic inflammation is driving everything crazy.
It's all your systems are agitated.
They're being overworked and your dopamine is getting drained.
So the dopamine is being drained trying to address all of these problems with all of our systems all day.
So even let's say if you were eating proper and you were supplementing and I got a I got a whole tray full of supplements I wanted to show you just to add to it, but you could still, if you're stressed out and you're clogged up and you're fighting a head cold and you twist your ankle so you have an injury and you got in a fight with your significant other or you almost got in a car wreck on the way home from work,
you got all these things stressing you out and your dopamine's low, there goes your immune system.
There goes more inflammation, and so then you have an upset stomach.
Then you have, you know, if you've got IBS or Crohn's or any of these things, that's going to be exacerbated, and all of a sudden, you know, you got it possibly coming out of both ends, you're sick, and now you've got a real...
Now you're going to get that leaky gut syndrome and leaky brain syndrome and you're going to be suffering a lot more than you thought.
Now, I've never heard that term leaky brain syndrome until you just mentioned it.
And maybe that's something that Dr. Habib, is that his name?
Yes. Maybe that's a term that he coined, but it's really interesting because we have seen, for example, exposure to 5G electropollution.
Which alters the selective cell membrane permeability through, I believe they're called voltage-gated calcium channels, VGCC, right?
Voltage-gated calcium channels.
So cell permeability allows for the selective absorption or entry of certain mineral ions, like calcium ions, But if you expose those cells to 5G,
5G and other forms of electromagnetic pollution, they penetrate the tissues.
They then create a voltage actually around the cells, and the voltage alters the, let's call it the porosity, or the selective ionic porosity of the cell membranes, and then all of a sudden you get calcium toxicity in the cells because of this 5G exposure.
Wow. Yeah.
So that can be happening to people's brains as well.
Just the presence of all the 5G or people holding up their mobile phones.
Leaky brain syndrome.
I can think of a lot of potential vectors that could exacerbate that.
Does that make sense?
Yes. Yeah.
It's adding to the chaos.
And so I looked up leaky brain syndrome.
So it's documented.
It's just rising.
To the forefront of the health and wellness realm.
But it's documented.
There's science-based evidence studies.
They're published in NIH.
They're published in BMJ.
You can find them.
You can just Google it.
It comes up.
There's doctors that have done YouTube videos explaining what it is.
And what it is, is the BBB is being compromised.
The blood-brain barrier is being compromised.
And so you've got all of these, you know, toxins moving in for the kill.
You've got all of these food toxins.
And then, you know, we don't always talk about this when we're talking about consumption problems, but your skin's your biggest organ, and then you've got your lungs.
And we're putting, you know, everything from toxic sunblock on our body to Vaseline.
I went to the dermatologist, and after she said, put some Vaseline on that.
I didn't want to say anything, but, you know, we're getting advice from all vectors, and a lot of it's just bad advice.
We're burning candles in our home that have, you know, fragrances and toxic scents, and then we're cleaning the home and spraying air fresheners and, you know, breathing in toxins, and so it's coming from all angles,
and that's what drives the chronic inflammation.
So if you wake up every morning and your ears are ringing, if you're itchy all the time, if you've got an upset stomach every time you eat a meal, that's the warning indicator.
If the check engine light comes on in your car, you don't take the bulb or cut the wire to the lights because it's annoying you.
You've got to figure out what's wrong.
Yeah, no kidding.
I want to ask you next, in your research, and I believe you've covered this in your book, but what are some of the signs of low dopamine levels in your brain?
I would start with just no motivation, lethargy, no energy, problems sleeping.
So if you're not exhausting your dopamine, if you don't do any exercise, you might be going to bed.
And waking up three or four times during the night, not being able to fall back to sleep.
Also, when you wake up in the morning, if you always feel horribly groggy and you just don't, you're dreading the day, that's dopamine related too, because our systems slow down when we sleep to about 75%, everything,
circulation, breathing, everything.
And as soon as you wake up, it's going to come back up and your dopamine says, let's go, let's go.
What are we going to do?
Let's function.
So if you're low there, if you're depleted and you've got, you know, leaky brain syndrome and you didn't eat all the right food, you know, you ate a bunch of junk food, drank alcohol, that's another problem is these artificial stimulants and these stimulants that jack up the dopamine like alcohol,
nicotine, sugar.
And these high-dose caffeine drinks, you know, the Monsters and the Red Bulls and all that.
So you're jacking up the dopamine and it's waiting.
When it comes back down and you crash from that, your body's waiting for that.
It's not saying, hey, let's have some dark chocolate or some beets or some watermelon, you know, something that's naturally going to boost your dopamine.
There's a lot of sources there.
Superfoods and supplements and just regular foods that can really boost the dopamine naturally and then you don't have the crash and then you feel good when you wake up.
You sleep good.
You feel good when you wake up.
I have a specific question for you about dopamine but first I looked up leaky brain syndrome on the internet and sure enough, look what it showed me.
Here's leaky brain syndrome right here.
So, you're right.
It's happening.
No, but on a serious note, we are seeing a tremendous amount of cognitive collapse across our society today.
I did a podcast called The Cognitive Collapse Wave, and our audience has noticed it, I'm sure you've noticed it, where a lot of people are incapable of thinking.
Just, period.
just just incapable of thinking I mean I was showing a newspaper from 1958 in my podcast showing how much more intelligent you had to be to read a newspaper in 1958 compared to consuming information today which is all
dumbed down galore like we are living in idiocracy but my question to you is is it possible that some of this insanity that we're seeing where a lot of these
Trump haters and now Elon Musk haters and these I don't know about the insanity,
but the cognition for sure.
So every time I look up dopamine, if you look up side effects or Dopamine depletion or deficiency.
You're going to find cognition every time.
You're going to find brain fog.
You're going to find cognitive problems, memory problems.
And then you're going to get into dementia, Parkinson's, Alzheimer's, all kinds of dementia.
And, you know, I've talked about this for years.
And I learned this from David Wolf, actually, way back in like 2010.
But Makuna Purians is the most potent.
form of L-Dopa on the planet.
So L-Dopa helps our body produce dopamine naturally.
It's like a catapult.
It's a boost, but it's natural.
So there's no addictive qualities.
There's no, you know, crash.
So when we boost our dopamine naturally like that, we, you can solve, you can find the solutions to diseases and disorders.
This is, they use Makuna Purians for Parkinson's clinical trials and the Parkinson's patients, this is all documented, and the Parkinson's patients had better motor skills, better memory,
better cognition across the board.
And I put the Makuna in my drinks, the crate kicker drinks, and I have somebody who buys them religiously.
In Florida, and he has Parkinson's, and he's about my age.
I'm 56. He has Parkinson's pretty bad, and he was like, Sean, man, when I drink this, I was playing volleyball with my nieces and nephews.
I mean, yeah, he's functional.
So that's Makuna that you're talking about.
I want to come back to Makuna, but first I want to show you, I did ask Brave, which uses an AI engine to help answer questions.
I asked it here.
I mean, that's describing like half of America,
right? Sadly.
It seems like This may be very, very widespread, and I want to ask you about fluoride, because right now HHS is working on ending all, and I think EPA is working, Lee Zeldin is working with Kennedy,
Secretary Kennedy, to eliminate all recommendations for fluoride at the federal level, but then state by state they have to decide to remove fluoride, and some states are removing fluoride.
Sean, we've been mass poisoned by fluoride for decades in this country.
And fluoride is neurotoxic.
I mean, it has a known neurological profile.
How, in your research, did you find links to fluoride exposure and dopamine deficiency?
Yeah, the fluoride thing, you know, everybody thought it was conspiracy theory for so long.
And that's been one of the hardest things to prove against.
You know, that Harvard study I think really broke ground on that as far as mainstream knowledge, something that's published you could find.
I think that was, I don't know, it was like 2012, 2014, and when they figured out the IQ thing.
But, you know, I call this kind of catch and release with mainstream.
They'll figure something out.
I mean, they'll realize that we've...
The natural health advocates have figured something out that's major, and they'll play catch and release where they say, okay, yeah, it's lowered IQ in children, you know.
But let's just talk about health in general.
Let's talk about cancer.
Let's talk about brain health, you know, brittle bones and depleted dopamine.
You know, let's talk about systems.
Our entire systems in our body that are wrecked and ruined by this drug that's dripped in our water.
If it's so great for your teeth, well, how about we just brush our teeth with it?
Why are we drinking it?
Why are babies drinking it?
Mothers are putting it in the baby formula.
They're putting it in Kool-Aid mix, you know, growing up.
It's insane.
Yeah, it's in like baby water, like infant water that's sold at the pharmacies.
Yeah, I mean, we don't eat toothpaste.
Why do you tell your kids not to eat toothpaste?
Because you know there's other stuff in there.
It's not food.
And when we eat fluoride, it's the same.
I would coincide that with bleach.
You know, you see flour and bread and it says bleached or it says unbleached, okay?
Huge difference.
Do I want to eat even a tiny bit of bleach?
All these foods, they're not white.
Bismati rice is white, okay?
Jicama fruit is white.
Hardly anything else is white.
It's bleached.
You would not...
If I spilled a little bit of bleach on your food by accident because I was cleaning the counter, you wouldn't go near it.
That's trash.
But we are eating it as Americans.
We're eating white bleached food all the time.
So add it up.
This is what I wrote about in Don't Eat Cancer was the cumulative effect.
That is the message I wanted to drive home.
That's what they don't realize.
The doctors will say, oh.
There's hardly any mercury in that flu shot.
It's a minuscule amount, nothing to worry about.
Yeah, it is.
It's a lot to worry about.
And I'm going to add that up with the fluoride and the bleach and the hormones and antibiotics in the meat, and I'm going to add that up with the canola and the seed oils.
The seed oils are processed with hexane.
It's an industrial chemical.
Yeah, exactly.
I heard you talking to David Wolf.
It was funny you said about the red dye number three or whatever they banned.
It's like, well, every artificial color, flavoring, dyes, preservatives, they're all horrible.
They're all horrible.
Sodium benzoate was a big one I used to talk about because sodium benzoate as a preservative, you see it in all these jarred Foods, pickles, and all that stuff.
That eats away at the myelin sheath, which is the protein coating on the neuronal pathways.
You've got a protein coating on the vesicles that I was talking about, the little sacs that hold your dopamine and your hypothalamus.
That preservative eats away at that protective coating.
And so, talking about leaky brain syndrome, Think of leaky gut syndrome and what you were talking about, the permeability of cells.
When we lose that coating, you know, go outside in the Antarctic with no clothes on and see how quick you are.
Exactly. I brought up your book here.
It's on Amazon.com.
Here it is.
The Dopamine Revolution.
Elevate your mind and body naturally.
Just released.
Oh yeah, there's Dr. Habib, your co-author there.
And I want to mention your website, thedopaminerevolution.com.
You have here set up, just looks like kind of a placeholder at the moment.
And then let me bring up, I asked the question of Brave here, mucuna herb for dopamine.
Detail the benefits of mucuna.
So mucuna pruriens, as you say, also known as the dopa bean, is a natural supplement that can...
Effectively address dopamine deficiency in humans.
It's a rich source of L-Dopa, the precursor to dopamine, which helps boost dopamine production in the brain.
So this is really cool.
And I know that you've looked at different ways to deliver mucuna.
So my last question for you today is talk about what you found with the mucuna herb and its ability to help people restore their natural dopamine levels.
Yeah, when I first learned about it and I thought about, I used to spend a lot of time helping smokers try to quit smoking cigarettes.
And I heard from David Wolf that the dopamine boost helps get rid of the cravings.
So I looked into it and I got an idea one day.
I was thinking, if I could put this in a little drink, you know, and sell it to people.
That need to quit smoking.
And so I found out that it's water soluble.
So it dissolves basically in the water, doesn't affect its potency.
And so I put it in a drink.
And now I've got another product I'm working on, a gum.
But this is a key way to boost dopamine naturally.
And it's just one of many.
So people...
Think, oh, he's talking about supplements.
I got to go spend a fortune on supplements.
No, not really.
I mean, you've got a lot of foods and other superfoods that boost dopamine naturally that are loaded.
So you could look at L-theanine, vitamin D, probiotics, almonds, salmon, wild-caught salmon, beets.
a lot of leafy greens there's a lot if you just Google super foods or you probably want to use brave so you don't
I wanted to break out one more thing,
Mike. Wow.
Instead of the pharmacies and the doctors, this is my medicine cabinet.
So I break into this, and a lot of these boost dopamine naturally.
The probiotics, the B12, wormwood is great for parasite cleansing.
A lot of people are dealing with that.
And then I've got licorice root, quercetin, oil of oregano.
This is anti...
Bacterial antiviral and boost dopamine.
I just found that out recently.
I was like, what?
I love oil of oregano.
Enzymes. I chew papaya enzymes after every meal.
You know, just activated charcoal.
Just simple.
I mean, you're going to spend that much money on potato chips and cookies and junk snacks.
Hey, take some supplements, eat some superfood snacks, and stop snacking on junk that causes leaky brain syndrome and dopamine depletion.
Yeah, exactly.
And understand that if you feel like crap, there may be a reason for it.
And it may be that you're either exposed to toxins, you're exposed to electropollution, or you're taking pharmaceuticals that are actually depleting your natural dopamine levels.
And you need to understand that and it can be corrected and it can also be supplemented in certain cases.
You can change your lifestyle choices and you can restore healthy moods.
You can restore healthy vigor and energy in your life and wake up in the morning with a sense of optimism instead of depression.
Oh God, another day!
Yeah, if you look up biohacking, it's really what we're doing is we're tapping into our mind, body, and technology so we we're using health information now and these apps you know like that that tell you what's in products that tell you uh cool ways to work out the track your progress working out all of that variable heart rate there's a lot of apps you can use so you know we can biohack our way out of this this dopamine deficiency And we can,
the beauty of it really is that you feel the difference right away.
You know, instead of all these fad diets and, you know, I got to do this, do that.
It's going to take months to have results or see results or feel them.
This is almost instantaneous.
It's the second you clean up what you're eating and start taking supplements and eating superfoods and eating clean, you feel better right away.
You're thinking clearer.
You've got motivation, energy.
You're sleeping better.
Like you said, you're waking up motivated.
I'm like this all day.
I've got energy.
My brain's running 24-7.
I feel great.
I'm 56. A lot of people don't know.
You can say good genes, but really, I've been eating clean for about almost 20 years and supplementing.
There's a huge, huge reward.
It makes a huge difference.
And, you know, of course, I'm the health ranger and I follow what I teach.
And, you know, I've got my famous smoothie right here every day.
This is what powers me for most of the day.
I only eat one solid meal a day, actually.
I eat dinner.
The rest of the time, I'm just doing this smoothie.
And then I take a ton of supplements, too, you know.
And also, like, even right now, somebody was shedding on me or something.
And hit me with something.
So I'm taking ivermectin and also zinc and quercetin, opening up, you know, the zinc ionophores, slamming some extra garlic, some extra beetroot, a couple other immune boosters.
And, of course, I take, like, you know, we have our whole product line at our store, right?
And so I take, you know, immune boosters, everything.
It's too much to list.
But it works, you know, and you can tell, like.
Oh, man!
Yeah. They're grilling out hot dogs and hamburgers every weekend.
Everything you just named is boosting dopamine.
That's part of it.
The motivation is huge.
You can want to be motivated and you can read a cool book or you can listen to a pep talk or whatever.
How long are you going to be motivated for?
10 minutes and then the talk's over and if you've been eating junk food or you go partying and drink, Well, right.
But I don't drink alcohol.
My lifestyle is alcohol-free.
And I'm not condemning anybody who drinks occasional alcohol, but does heavy alcohol consumption, does that inhibit dopamine production?
Absolutely, because again, it's a poisonous boost and your body becomes accustomed to that.
And it's looking for the artificial boost.
It's just like nicotine.
People think they're addicted to nicotine.
They're not.
They're addicted to that intense dopamine boost.
And then the chemicals in cigarettes and vape products are damaging their dopamine at the same time.
So talk about kicking yourself, shooting yourself in the foot, and then putting a big bandage on it and taking a jacuzzi to try and feel better the next day.
It's not going to work out.
In the long run, the chronic inflammation and the poison in your system is going to get the best of you.
Like you said, you look at 50-year-olds who look like they're 70. And then you look at, you know, people like us who practice what we preach and walk the walk.
And then, you know, I just want to touch on one thing real quick.
Yeah, please.
About 10, 12 years ago, I interviewed a guy named Bernardo Lopalo.
And he was 111 years old on zero medications.
And he was walking a mile a day.
And he was eating superfoods.
He swore by cinnamon.
Dark chocolate, garlic.
He made his own smoothies.
He's dancing around his kitchen running his blender.
And his granddaughter was like his secretary.
He was writing a book.
He was walking a mile, answering three phone calls a day of people saying, how do you look like you're 80 and function like you're 70 and you're 111 years old?
He was eating clean.
Okay, yeah, that makes sense.
Because a lot of people today, you know, they're injecting themselves with the reptile venom peptides, they're drinking poison, they're smoking poison, and they're putting poisonous products on their skin all day long.
You know, the deodorants, the shampoos, the laundry detergents, the fragrance, they're coating themselves in poison, which I can't stand being around people like that.
It's like, you know, I can smell you from across the room, please.
The aqualunga.
Oh, it's unbelievable.
And then they ask, why am I sick?
Why do I feel like crap?
Well, hey, look at what you're doing to yourself.
This is self-inflicted health torture, basically.
But that's what's advertised on TV.
That's what the mainstream corporations tell people you need.
For example, Sean, I shaved this morning.
I don't use shaving cream.
I don't use aftershave.
I don't buy anything from Procter& Gamble.
Period. Nothing.
I don't buy anything from Kellogg's.
I don't buy anything from any of those companies.
I shave.
I just put liquid soap on and I shave with a razor with liquid soap.
They made up products like aftershave.
They made that up.
It's bogus.
You don't need any of that stuff.
They just want to try to sell all their garbage onto people.
Who are gullible thinking, oh, I must aftershave.
I must need aftershave.
No, you don't.
They made it up.
Yeah, yeah.
I call it burning the candle at both ends because you're, like you said, we're consuming the wrong foods.
We're putting the wrong stuff on our skin.
And then when we have problems from all of that, what happens?
We go and we get medications that are just as bad.
And then after that, You need surgeries.
Everybody, they get old.
You say, oh, you're going to get shorter and you need knee surgery and hip replacements.
No, you don't.
You're not going to go senile and you don't need all of that if you don't consume fluoride and bleach.
You're not going to get pancreatic cancer.
You're not going to get diverticulitis.
You're not going to forget who your relatives are.
Eat clean.
Nobody wants to go out.
From something they could have prevented themselves.
I mean, let lightning strike you or something.
Don't go out by something that you could have prevented.
Yeah, exactly.
Good wisdom.
There are some things we can't control, such as other drivers on the road, let's say.
But there are things you can control.
And most people die from things they can control.
Most people actually die from things they did to themselves.
That is 100% true.
Especially in this country.
I mean, a third of people are overweight, a third get cancer, a third have depression and anxiety.
This is all consumption-related.
Yeah, I mean, and you look at even in the U.S. military, you look at the, I saw a picture of the female Air Force team.
They were all obese in the Air Force.
I'm like, so, Okay, you put on an Air Force uniform.
You still don't look like a soldier.
Like, you couldn't run a quarter mile.
How'd you make it through basic training?
I guess this is, you know, they're not privates anymore or whatever.
They've been there a while, but they've been at these desk jobs, living on junk food, unhealthy habits, just putting on pounds.
And you know that affects the brain.
We have a military that, in my opinion, is wildly unhealthy, can't fight for the most part.
There are exceptions.
I've trained with Navy SEALs and Special Forces guys who are very fit, but across the board, the Marines, the Air Force, especially the Army, the Navy, what are they serving on their aircraft carriers?
Processed junk food.
Processed junk food.
It's not healthy what they're eating there.
And that's a floating kitchen.
It's a floating high school, actually, is what an aircraft carrier is.
It's like, you know, immaturity and junk food and drama.
That's the aircraft carrier.
It's amazing they can even do anything that involves aircraft.
Well, they're kind of, you know, it's a captive audience there.
People feel like that at their jobs a lot of time, but I used to, when I was going in as an educator in offices and stuff, I'd just cook at home and prep everything and load up my desk with healthy snacks because that's a trap.
That 9-to-5 trap where you just run up to the grocery store and get a bucket of fried chicken and mashed potatoes or you go to the fast food joint in the morning and you get those Croissants with sausage and egg and mayonnaise or whatever you got on them.
That's a trap and it's easy to fall into.
All of that is going to dampen your dopamine.
It's going to dampen your drive.
It's going to dampen your thinking and that's a vicious cycle.
When you damage the cognition, that's the vicious cycle because that's going to come around and stop you from doing the research.
That's right.
And that's what I've put my whole adult life on, is doing the research so that I knew what I was talking about, and I knew what I was doing.
And when I have doubt, right now, I'm a student for life.
When I have doubt, and somebody goes, oh yeah, but what about when that happens?
I don't act like I know it all.
I go, oh, I'm going to find out, and I'll look it up right away.
I'll stop what I'm doing, because I want to know.
And that constant research, that's where it's at.
And that's why I wrote this book.
This book's 315 pages.
Hold it up for us again.
Yeah, and you can really flip to any part of it and find out.
Just look at the table of contents.
My chapter titles tell it all.
Biohacking Your Dopamine, Leaky Brain Syndrome, The Power of Superfoods, The World's Worst Food Toxins, The Role of Macuna Purians.
Motivation, the driving force behind action.
That's just the first six chapters.
The back cover is on Amazon.
If you read the back cover, I wrote that.
That really, I think, is the best summation I could possibly give because I want people to know that it's valuable, that it's in-depth research and it's valuable.
Okay, here it is on Amazon again, The Dopamine Revolution, Elevate Your Mind and Body Naturally.
