	All right, welcome folks to Brighteon Broadcast News for Wednesday, April 9th, 2025.
	I'm Mike Adams, the founder of Brighteon.com.

	Probably a week.
	A week away, maybe two weeks at the most, I'm guessing right now, so I will keep you posted.
	It's definitely going to launch here this calendar month in April.
	Also, today I've got, well, a number of things.
	I've recorded a new video under the microscope showing the N95 mask and the weave of the fibers in a mask.
	Actually, this is a...
	Better than N95.
	This is a KN95.
	And I'm comparing that weave to a human hair.
	And what you're about to see in the microscope is really fascinating.
	So we'll get to that video here shortly.
	We've also put the Dr. Jane Ruby sample into incubation.
	And I'm not going to show you that video yet.
	But we did.
	We put a chicken incubator.
	On my desk in the studio with some agar solution, some saline solution, with a petri dish with agar media in it, and we put the Jane Ruby sample, which has those weird eggs, diploid eggs,
	whatever they are, and weird bacteria, fungal structures and everything.
	We stuck that in the petri dish.
	So it's getting incubated right now.
	We may be growing a mushroom farm or something.
	We will find out.
	And I'll keep you posted on that.
	Also, I've got three special reports today and then an interview with Paymon from Freedom Law School, given that here we are just roughly a week away from the IRS tax day.
	And according to Paymon, there is no legal obligation for anybody to file a 1040 form in the United States unless you live in the District of Columbia.
	So we're going to interview him and find out his thoughts on that.
	And then, of course, the really big news today is China's retaliation against Trump's tariffs, and then Trump's retaliation against that retaliation by slapping another 50%, and then making it 104% tariffs on Chinese goods entering the United States.
	So we'll get to that here in a second, and a smattering of other news that I think is Really important.
	Number one, Dan and I allegedly sent this over to me, that apparently Facebook marketplace sellers are not being paid by Facebook for a long time.
	I don't know how long.
	It seems like it's been many weeks.
	There's a Facebook group about the Facebook marketplace not paying Facebook sellers.
	And there are reports of people who are getting completely screwed out of thousands of dollars and in the aggregate millions of dollars.
	It's been held up by Facebook.
	They're just not paying it out to the sellers who sold products and shipped products to other people.
	You know, it's kind of like an eBay.
	It's the Facebook marketplace.
	So if you're a seller on Facebook marketplace, I'm really curious.
	Are you getting paid or are you getting screwed?
	Something's wrong at Facebook.
	Well, I mean, you know, Zuckerberg, the Android, all of that.
	Of course something's wrong with Facebook, but I mean something is very wrong where they're not even paying the people who they're supposed to pay.
	So apparently Facebook is collecting the money from the buyers but not distributing it to the sellers.
	So I'm kind of curious how long that's going to go on and how bad that situation gets, but it's just an indication of the insanity of our situation right now with everything breaking down.
	As part of this total insanity, but on a different topic, Trump, the man, the president who campaigned on slashing the military budget by 50%, and campaigned as the peace president, is now bragging that he has raised the Pentagon's budget to $1 trillion a year,
	and he's going to bomb Iran on behalf of Israel.
	So, peace means bombing.
	Bombing Iran.
	And increasing the Pentagon's budget to a trillion dollars means cutting the budget somehow.
	It's truly bizarre.
	And it's funny because I've got a song called All Our Dreams Come True that's currently, the music video is in production on it.
	It's a very powerful song, a very powerful social message.
	You'll love this one.
	And the chorus lines are, if we could comply our way to freedom, then we could bomb our way to peace.
	We could print our way to riches, give away everything for free.
	At least, that's part of the chorus.
	So, you know, I anticipated this, that Trump is going to try to bomb our way to peace and print our way to riches and demand that we obey our way to freedom, you know.
	It's insane.
	It's completely insane.
	Trump has absolutely betrayed his promises, his campaign promises, and he has thrust the United States of America now into a A true economic crisis and a geopolitical crisis and probably a military crisis coming up.
	And I've got a couple of special reports on this which we're going to get to shortly.
	And then I have a special report on the new finding that we now have confirmed that there's barium falling out of the sky in the chemtrails and the weird fog because we took the sample that Dr. Jane Ruby sent me and that's the sample that We've done the ICP-MS heavy metals test.
	We've released those test results.
	And we've also shown you the microscopy photos of the weird egg-like structures that we are now incubating.
	Well, I went back to the instrument run and I checked the semi-quant scan numbers for barium at mass 137.
	And what we found is that there are crazy high levels of barium confirmed now.
	In this sample.
	And I've got a special report on this as well that discusses what's the difference between a full quant analysis via ICP-MS versus a semi-quant analysis that still counts the atomic elements on the detector of the mass spec, but it lacks an external standard in order to project a very precise concentration and conclusion.
	Nevertheless, we are counting high numbers of barium.
	In this sample, and I'll give you all the details on that in this special report.
	Now, here's what's interesting about barium.
	When I said barium-137, now, cesium-137 is a radioisotope of cesium that's very dangerous.
	It has a half-life of about, I think, 29 years, 29, 30 years, something like that.
	Cesium-137.
	And the 137 refers to the atomic mass.
	So barium 137 has the same atomic mass as cesium 137, but it's a different element for reasons related to the composition of the nucleus.
	Nevertheless, cesium 137, when it's created in nuclear detonations, then decays into barium 137 through a beta decay process.
	That process, I'm looking here now, yeah, it is 30 years.
	So cesium-137 decays into barium-137M, which is called a metastable state, and then barium-137M has a half-life of 2.57 minutes, and it decays into barium-137 stable,
	which is not radioactive, and then it stays barium.
	Now, there are other isotopes of barium, and I'm looking this up.
	Barium-138 is 71.7% of the naturally occurring isotopic ratio for barium.
	But if we are seeing high levels of barium-137 falling out of the sky, which is what we saw in our test, well, then we have a problem, because this looks like...
	This looks like post-nuclear event fallout.
	Now, what this means is, and when I say we're seeing large amounts of this, we're talking about over 150 parts per million of barium-137 that we found on the plastic.
	And I'm checking about barium-138 quantities right now, or concentrations.
	And you might ask, well, how do we know it's not cesium-137?
	The answer to that is because we're still alive.
	Because if it were cesium-137, then we would be hit with massive doses of radiation and we would be dead.
	It's barium-137, which is a stable isotope.
	We don't play around with radioisotopes, obviously.
	That's dirty bomb material.
	Cesium-137, that's dirty bomb material.
	You do not want to mess with that.
	It's also blue, by the way.
	It's really blue, kind of like...
	Methylene blue, but it's not the same substance, obviously.
	But cesium-137 is a beautiful blue, but if you hold it in your hand in the blue powder, you're dead.
	I mean, you're going to die from ionizing radiation.
	So hopefully you'll never see cesium-137 in a powder form.
	And everybody who has seen it is dead.
	So anyway, we found barium-137, which...
	...can be created from the, like I said, the decay of cesium-137.
	So, in other words, and I need to do more research on this, but my initial understanding, and perhaps some nuclear waste experts can help me on this point, but my understanding is that what could be coming out of the chemtrails is actually aerosolized nuclear waste.
	That they dug up from old cesium-137 dump sites or something.
	Maybe they had strontium-90 in there.
	Who knows what else?
	I haven't checked for all the elements.
	This is one possible explanation.
	There may be others.
	But maybe they dug up a bunch of this nuclear waste.
	That has mostly reverted to barium-137 because of the beta decay, and they have just decided to get rid of it by dumping it all over the skies.
	I mean, that could be what we're seeing.
	Why are we seeing so much barium-137?
	In nature, barium-137 only occurs at about 11.2% of an isotopic ratio compared to, like I said, 71.7%.
	So why are we seeing so much barium-137?
	Maybe because it's the beta decay result of cesium-137, which is a dirty bomb, nuclear weapons, or nuclear detonation fallout atomic element.
	So this could be the waste from secret underground nuclear testing or something.
	It's bizarre that I'm seeing Barium 137.
	So we're going to go to the special report that I recorded earlier on that.
	And then also, I have an update on the Facebook marketplace situation.
	Apparently, Facebook is sending out letters to their sellers who are not getting paid.
	And here's what the letter says.
	Thanks for contacting us.
	We appreciate your patience.
	We're sorry that you're frustrated with our system.
	And apologize for any inconvenience you have experienced.
	And after careful review, we regret to inform you that we are unable to take action regarding this matter.
	We apologize for any inconvenience caused by this issue.
	In other words, Facebook is telling the people that they owe money, and in some cases many thousands of dollars, they're saying, go pound sand.
	We're not able to help you with the fact that we owe you all this money.
	We're just not going to pay you.
	Good luck!
	That's fake book for you, right there.
	The fake marketplace where you can sell anything you want, you just can't get paid.
	Yeah, that's not exactly a marketplace.
	What would you call that?
	I mean, it's a pilfering place.
	You get pilfered by Facebook.
	Yeah, you can sell anything all day long.
	Facebook just keeps the money.
	Oh, but...
	Back to barium-137.
	I forgot to tell you that barium-137m, which is the metastable state with a two-and-a-half-minute half-life, is highly, highly dangerous.
	It can kill you with gamma radiation as it decays.
	And remember, the decay is two-and-a-half minutes, so if you let it decay for like 30 minutes, it's pretty much gone.
	You know, 10 half-lives is generally considered...
	Mostly gone.
	So you just don't want to be around it for that 25 minutes when it's got gamma radiation decay that's murdering your cells and altering your genetic code, obviously.
	And I'm not claiming that barium-137m is falling out of the sky.
	It would not.
	It would be the stable form because of the duration involved.
	It would have already decayed into the stable form of barium-137.
	Alright, so a couple other news items.
	Trump and Netanyahu are doubling down on their vision to complete the ethnic cleansing of Gaza.
	So they're all in for absolute ethnic cleansing.
	They're going to slaughter or displace everybody they can.
	Children's Health Defense is splitting off from RFK on the interpretation of the safety of measles vaccines.
	And Mary Holland with CHD has put out a video stating that CHD believes the measles vaccine is quite dangerous and injures a lot of children.
	And, of course, I agree with that assessment.
	While RFK Jr., as the secretary of HHS, is out there saying that the vaccine is awesome, which, look, every time he says something like that, he destroys about another 20% of the whole maha.
	Movement, which has practically lost all credibility at this point.
	I mean, I don't know.
	I don't know anybody left who still believes in the Maha movement.
	I see a lot of tweets of Maha equals Haha.
	You know, we got played.
	Those kinds of things.
	But every time RFK Jr. goes out and says something crazy like, you know, the best way to prevent measles is to take the measles vaccine.
	He just loses a massive chunk of whatever base supported him.
	And apparently he's lost CHD, the very organization that he founded.
	So CHD is like, I mean, I'm paraphrasing, but basically Mary Holland is saying that RFK Jr. has lost his damn mind.
	I mean, again, that's my paraphrase, but that's what they mean.
	So there's this big split.
	And I'm on the side of CHD on this.
	I don't know what RFK Jr. is up to.
	And we're always told to trust the plan.
	Trust the plan.
	This is a Trojan horse operation.
	Just trust the plan.
	I kind of feel like three years later we're going to be sitting here being told to trust the plan while Trump and RFK roll out Operation Warp Speed version 3.0.
	And we're told to take the jabs and trust the plan.
	It's like...
	Why can't we just oppose vaccines now?
	Why do we have to fake like we support vaccines now in order to oppose them later?
	I mean, I'm just opposing them now, and as I always have since I've been doing this for over 20 years.
	So, RFK Jr. has lost the support of CHD, which is really something.
	Okay, in other news, the Russian Duma, which is sort of like the parliament or congress, I don't know what's a better comparison, I apologize, I'm not familiar with Russian political structure, but the Duma,
	which has to ratify new laws, you know, the Duma just ratified a 20-year strategic pact with Iran, which is sometimes described as a mutual defense pact.
	Although I'm not sure that that's exactly the way that Russia would describe it, but there is a mutual defense element of this pact, and it was widely believed that this would not be signed for at least another 10 or 12 days.
	Somebody in Russia moved this up big time to have this signed, to have Russia's strategic partnership with Iran before Trump could bomb Iran.
	So now, if Trump bombs Iran, There may be, I mean, I haven't read this agreement because I don't read either language that it was probably written in, but there are probably portions of this agreement that compel Russia to aid in Iran's defense in some way,
	maybe supplying anti-air defense systems or supplying intelligence or satellite imagery or targeting information or who knows what.
	But probably...
	Russia will come to the defense of Iran if the United States bombs Iran.
	So that just happened.
	That's a very big deal.
	And it shows why this Trump threat against Iran is incredibly foolish and arrogant and destined to blow back on the USA in a very bad way.
	So I've got a special report that talks about that too and talks about why China's Tariff retaliation is actually forcing Trump to rethink his plan to bomb Iran.
	And I explain why those two things are linked in that upcoming special report.

	Welcome to today's science experiment here at the Brighteon Studios.
	I'm Mike Adams, and I have with me an N95 mask today.
	This is brand new.
	Just got it out of a sterile package.
	This is called the KN95.
	And what we're going to do today is we're going to look at this under the microscope so we can get a closer look at the actual weave of this mask.
	And by the way, we opened up with a shot there that shows we're also doing an incubation experiment on some of the chemtrails fallout.
	And that's an incubator, and we have a sample in there that's currently maybe growing, spawning, sprouting, whatever it's doing.
	So anyway, back to the mask.
	What I'm going to do, just so that I can get this to lay flat on the microscope, is I'm going to cut out a piece of this so we can...
	We can look at it more easily.
	Alright, so here's the piece of the mask.
	It's got several layers.
	And we're just going to stick the first layer under the microscope.
	Put it on our 20-200 Here we go.
	Our 20-200 lens.
	And start taking a look at this and see where we are.
	Alright, let's start here.
	So this is a 20x magnification.
	Now, if we start to zoom in more, here we are at about 100x.
	And here we are at about 200x.
	And here you can start to see the fibers.
	All right?
	And here I've asked a question of, what is the width of a virus?
	And it says a virus is typically between 20 to 400 nanometers, and those are billionths of a meter, okay?
	So that's the same as 0.02 to 0.4 micrometers, okay?
	It also says human hair is 80,000 nanometers in diameter.
	Got that?
	Or 80 micrometers, all right?
	So a virus is a tiny fraction of the width of a human hair, a tiny fraction, you
	less than 1%.
	of the width of a human hair.
	So I have a human hair here.
	I can barely see.
	And I'm going to attempt to put it under the microscope so that we can see it.
	We're going to zoom in to 200x.
	Now, what's...
	Something that you notice right away.
	That the holes that you can see in this mask are much larger than the width of a human hair.
	See that?
	Those fibrous holes?
	And that even if you zoom in, some of these other fibers that are supposed to stop viruses, like you see these fibers above the hair?
	Look at those fibers.
	They might be like...
	20% of the width of a human hair, which means those fibers are themselves something like, what, maybe 15,000 to 20,000 nanometers in width,
	whereas a virus is 20 to 400 nanometers.
	So even those fibers are many times larger than a virus.
	All right, now we're at 200x.
	And I've switched lenses to where we can really zoom in now.
	Hold on.
	We are at 500, and now we are at 1,000.
	Focus becomes really difficult here because the diameter of the hair is much larger than the depth of field of the microscope.
	So that's a human hair at 1,000 times of magnification.
	And remember, that is 80,000 nanometers in diameter, and a virus is 20 nanometers to 400 nanometers, which is a fraction of the size of that human hair.
	Those are some of the fibers that are supposed to stop viruses.
	So right there, that's a great picture.
	Do you see that those fibers themselves are like orders of magnitude larger?
	Okay. So what does this tell you?
	tells you that an N95 mask is
	Cannot possibly stop a virus.
	There's the hair.
	And there's the fibers.
	Viruses can go right through this.
	And it can go right through multiple layers.
	So this mask that I'm showing you here, this mask cannot block viruses that are 20 to 400 nanometers in diameter.
	Because the weave is much larger than that.
	And this is just basic physics at this point.
	It can just go right through.
	It can just tunnel right through the mask.
	Not to mention the mask doesn't seal perfectly around the edges.
	So people are wearing the mask and the air is just coming out the sides, coming out the top and bottom, coming out around the top of the bridge of the nose, let's say.
	So the mask is a joke.
	You might as well be wearing half a mask.
	It would be Exactly the same effectiveness, or no mask, as wearing a mask.
	So there you go.
	Let's cruise around a little bit and see if we can find some other interesting features here.
	Oh, look, here's some more of the fibers.
	What is that weird circle-looking thing?
	What is that?
	Oh. Some globule of...
	Fibrous mass is already in the mask, so who knows what you're breathing in when it's a new mask.
	I mean, I just got, oh, look at this.
	What is this stuff?
	Particles already in the mask.
	And then sometimes we find things like this.
	So, you know, this is already in the mask, and I just opened this out of the package, so what is that?
	It's, you know, it comes, it ships with the mask.
	So if I start breathing through this mask, am I inhaling whatever this thing is?
	And whatever this other particle is down here?
	What's that stuff?
	Is that from the floor of the mask factory?
	Who knows?
	Nobody knows.
	Nobody cares.
	So no.
	This isn't going to trap a virus.
	It'd be like...
	Trying to trap corn seeds by tossing them at a chain link fence.
	It's just not going to work.
	So there you go.
	There's the actual microscopy view of the N95 mask.
	Actually, this is the KN95, which is supposed to be even better.
	And it's completely worthless at stopping viruses.
	And anybody who told you that these masks could stop viruses is lying.
	And they're still lying.
	And there are still morons out there that are wearing masks.
	And they think it's protecting them.
	And they're the same morons that line up to get injected every day.
	Which are usually the same morons that think men can have babies.
	And they're the same morons that keep getting sick even after they keep getting injected.
	And they wonder, why am I sick all the time?
	Because, you know, you're breathing in grime and nastiness and you're probably growing mold in your mask.
	I mean, this is an incubation chamber when you breathe humidity into it.
	Like, we have an incubation chamber on my desk right now on purpose because we're trying to grow whatever kind of monsters came out of the fallout samples.
	But you're doing that with your mask.
	You're making it a petri dish.
	Yeah, there's a shot of the petri dish right there.
	We actually have a petri dish.
	But you could grow something in this, probably.
	We should throw this in there and see if it sprouts like fungi or something.
	It's like having a mushroom farm here on a desk.
	Anyway, there you go, folks.
	That's an honest look under a microscope which is capable of 2000x optical magnification.
	That's an honest look at what a mask looks like.
	Those are the fibers of the mask.
	Again, show the microscope screen again.
	Those are the fibers.
	And then we also showed you what the human hair looks like.
	So that you can have a size reference as well.
	So there you go.
	If you've wondered, do masks work to stop viruses?
	Well, your question has been answered.

	Okay, yes, we are seeing high levels of barium in the fog fallout or the chemtrails fallout.
	This is the sample that Dr. Jane Ruby sent me.
	And we released the other heavy metals results and aluminum, copper, nickel, lead, cadmium, mercury, etc.
	We released all those results last week.
	And those results are known as quantitative results, which means they have very high reliability because they are compared to a multi-point calibration curve of actual elemental mixtures.
	So in the world of mass spec instruments, And this is an ICP-MS instrument.
	That's called full quant, or full quantitative analysis.
	Now, there's another kind of analysis that you can run called semi-quant.
	And semi-quant means, and this is where we get barium numbers, semi-quant means that the instrument can still see All these other elements, because of their mass over charge ratio, M over Z, as it's known.
	Because, you know, every atomic element has a unique mass, right?
	Obviously. And so barium has a unique mass, and the instrument can see barium.
	But since we don't have external standards of barium in known concentrations, for example, we don't have a standard that's like 100 parts per billion barium and another one that's 10 parts per billion barium, etc.
	We don't have that.
	It's just not part of our normal routine testing.
	We're not looking for barium in foods, typically, for example.
	Because we don't have those external standards, we can't do a full quant analysis on barium, but we can do a semi-quant analysis.
	is best described as an estimation based on actual counts of barium.
	So from that, the instrument then guesses.
	Or estimates the concentration of barium in the sample that you're introducing into the instrument.
	So what we got using this semi-quant method on barium is very, very high.
	Very high.
	The instrument was estimating that barium is found in this sample at an average of a little over 150 milligrams per liter.
	Now remember all the samples introduced into the instrument are liquid.
	And so we took the sample from Jane Ruby and we digest it in liquid, which is a combination of water and nitric acid and a little bit of hydrochloric acid, in order to ionize or break down all of the atomic elements and then it's cooked at a certain temperature for a certain duration on a hot block in order to just liquefy everything.
	And then that liquid is introduced into the instrument.
	So in that liquid, And I should mention there are dilution factors that are then calculated based on the actual mass of the material that you are testing versus the total volume of the liquid in the vial.
	And the total volume is typically 50 milliliters, and the testing mass could be as small as 0.2 grams or higher.
	It could be like half a gram or 0.6 grams or something like that.
	So there's a dilution factor in there.
	That's part of this calculation.
	Anyway, after the calculation and after the dilution factor, the instrument estimated a little bit over 150 milligrams per liter, which is a lot, because most of the other elements, even in semi-quant mode, those elements are estimated to be present at micrograms per liter or nanograms per liter.
	Now, just so you don't get lost on the units here, A milligram per liter is the same concentration as a microgram per milliliter, and a microgram per milliliter is considered one ppm.
	So when I say that barium is present at about a little over 150 milligrams per liter, that's about 150 parts per million.
	Very high.
	Much higher than the lead.
	The lead was found at around 18 or 19 parts per million.
	Mercury was found at, at least one isotope, was 20 parts per billion.
	Cadmium was also, I forgot the exact number, something like 19 or 20 parts per million, or you could say like 19,000 parts per billion.
	And then aluminum was crazy high.
	Much higher, orders of magnitude higher.
	And the copper and nickel and others were found as well.
	But the barium, being at 150 plus parts per million, means it's like 150,000 plus parts per billion.
	So the barium is much higher than the lead.
	The barium is higher than the copper.
	The barium is higher than the cadmium and much higher than the mercury, but not as high as the aluminum.
	So for those who are saying that, okay, chemtrails are dropping aluminum and barium out of the sky.
	And some people were asking me, did we see the barium?
	And my answer until now has been no, because we didn't have barium in our external standards.
	But now I'm looking at the semi-quant data, and the answer is yes, there's barium here.
	There's a lot of barium.
	We just can't say exactly how much barium.
	We can't say plus or minus 5%, let's say, which we can say that for the other metals because we have standards for those.
	So for barium, we just know it's a lot.
	It's a lot of barium.
	It's a lot more barium than lead, okay?
	That's for sure.
	So what I'm going to do is talk to the company that we buy our standards from, and I'm going to find out if we can...
	Get barium added to our multi-element external standards.
	And then we could run barium because the instrument's already detecting it.
	We just don't have the calibration curve.
	So I'm going to do that.
	And if that's not possible, I know we could buy a standard that is barium by itself.
	But that would require another set of external standards which would take up more places in the vials and the auto sampler and things like that.
	It's kind of a pain in the ass.
	So I'll see what's possible to do, and if it is possible for us to add barium to our run and actually get calibration curves, then that's my plan.
	If it's not possible to do that, then what I'm going to do instead is we will run a known barium sample of a very specific concentration, and we will at least get what I call a one-point calibration curve.
	And out of that one-point calibration curve, we'll be able to say, are we higher or lower than that?
	Actually, we could probably do two points on that, so we could draw a line and get something resembling linearity in the curve.
	So that's what I'll probably do, and from that, we'll know a lot more.
	And I'll bring you that answer as soon as we have that.
	In the meantime, we are publishing a lot more microscopy videos.
	And we are also incubating this sample that Dr. Jane Ruby sent me.
	We took the plastic sheet that had those weird egg-like structures on it, and clearly fungal structures and some bacterial colonies it looked like, and I have now put that in a petri dish which has agar in it, so there's a protein solution,
	and I added saline solution to wet it down and I stuck it in a chicken egg incubator.
	And that incubator is on my desk in the studio and it's growing right now.
	days I'm going to check it and we'll stick it under the microscope and see if anything's moving.
	And once stuff is moving, then we'll have a bunch
	We'll be able to maybe identify it better.
	And, you know, at first, I did not want to incubate this sample because I don't really know what's in it.
	But I figure, well, whatever's in it has fallen out of the sky.
	And, you know, I'm a lab tech.
	I understand safety protocols.
	And I've got latex gloves and a fume hood and a flamethrower.
	So, you know, whatever goes wrong, we can probably deal with it.
	So that's my plan.
	We're going to grow stuff there.
	just whatever fell out of the sky okay so all you people listening from homeland security you know don't freak out we're not doing bioweapons experiments we're just we're just incubating the stuff that fell out of the sky whatever that stuff is hey if it's a bioweapon

	All right, the tariffs against China have kicked in.
	China is threatening massive retaliation.
	Welcome to this special report.
	I'm Mike Adams, the Health Ranger, and as you know, if you've heard my podcast over the last several days, I predicted exactly this scenario.
	I said that most countries will contact the White House and they will negotiate and they'll want to reduce tariffs to zero, both directions.
	Most countries will want to play ball pretty quickly.
	But China will be the big holdout, I said.
	And I even said that this war with China, the trade war, could continue all the way through this summer.
	and it could even last the entire year, or it could be resolved in a month.
	We don't know.
	There's a lot of uncertainty around that, and that's causing panic in certain financial markets.
	But China is retaliating, and they are threatening to reduce exports or block exports of certain rare earth minerals.
	That's one thing that I said they would do.
	They're also threatening to put a counter tariff on all US goods entering China, which is what I also said they would do.
	They may do that, but they haven't announced that yet.
	And even if they do that, I don't think that they will announce it publicly because it looks too punitive.
	They'll just do it quietly.
	But the other thing that they have announced, which is a very big deal, is they're going to ban the import of chicken and other agricultural meat products into China.
	And the reason this is...
	Really important is because a lot of U.S. companies, they freeze the pork and the chicken or what have you.
	In some cases, I've heard they're shipping live hogs in 40-foot containers, which is incredibly cruel.
	That, I believe, is happening out of Arizona.
	Anyway, they're shipping these animals or frozen meats to China, and then China is doing the meat packing.
	Because they have the cheaper labor.
	And then that is shipped back to the U.S. for retail.
	So China's doing the processing, the cutting, the packaging, etc.
	And this is true in many, many cases.
	Well, that's going to end.
	And this is going to cause store shelves to go empty on any of those meat products in particular.
	But it could be many other products that are shipped off to China for processing in China.
	And I do know that includes certain frozen vegetables and frozen fruits as well.
	So it's going to be...
	Yeah, it's going to be interesting.
	This will cause some food shortage panic across the United States.
	So the bottom line is you are about to see a real trade war get underway between the United States and China.
	And both of these nations see this trade war as an existential...
	Conflict that they must win.
	So Trump is not going to back down on this, and from what we can tell, neither is China.
	So remember what I said the other day.
	This is like Trump and Xi standing face to face, and each one of them is strangling the other person around the neck.
	So they're strangling each other.
	Both of their faces are turning red, and neither one can breathe.
	And the question is, which one passes out first and then loses their grip on the other one?
	Okay? That's what this is.
	This is a mutually assured strangulation, which is better than mutually assured destruction with nuclear weapons.
	It's mutually assured strangulation.
	And we're going to find out.
	Now here's the thing.
	Trump does not care how much pain is inflicted on the American people.
	And she does not care how much pain is inflicted on the Chinese people.
	So it doesn't matter how much this hurts America.
	Trump has never made that his priority.
	For Trump, this is about achieving global dominance and sending a message that you can't mess with the USA and that we make the rules.
	That we are the dollar.
	We are the hegemon.
	You know, you do what we say.
	Because, well, that's all that Trump knows.
	And that's the way the U.S. empire has operated since the end of World War II.
	Well, I believe that that's about to come to an end for a number of reasons.
	Number one, these tariffs have only encouraged other countries to accelerate their move away from the dollar.
	And China in particular has really encouraged the ASEAN nations, that's A-S-E-A-N, to trade amongst each other.
	And the dollar is being kept out of the loop.
	Now, Trump's tariffs are only going to accelerate that, like I said, but it's also the fact that the West weaponized the SWIFT system against Russia back in 2022.
	And all the other nations around the world remember that, and they remember that they don't want to be dependent on approval from Trump in order to be able to function in the banking system.
	So, the world is ready for an alternative to the dollar.
	And if Trump is not careful here, At what cost?
	Probably... Trump's saying now he's going to slap another 50% of tariffs on China.
	That's going to put tariffs from China at over 100%.
	So imagine the wholesale price of everything from China more than doubling, which means retail prices could triple on everything from China.
	You know, shoes and electronic components and oil filters for vehicles or whatever.
	That's going to be devastating.
	And if Trump isn't careful, he's going to end up putting America in a situation where Everybody's calling for his head.
	Not just the radical leftists, but business leaders will be saying, we've got to impeach Trump.
	He's destroying the economy.
	He's destroying America.
	That's what it's going to look like and maybe feel like for quite some time.
	Now, if China capitulates, then Trump's going to look like a hero.
	But then Xi will look like a weak moron.
	And Xi will suffer probably an internal revolution or maybe a coup.
	A political coup against himself.
	They will try to throw him out of office because they said, why were you so weak that you surrendered to Trump?
	Now you make China look weak.
	And now you've given up our negotiation strength in any other negotiations.
	So it's not just that China as a nation can't afford to lose this standoff, let's say.
	And it's also not that America as a nation can't afford to lose this.
	It's also that the political careers of Xi and Trump are really tied strongly to this outcome.
	So here's my prediction.
	If Xi gives in to Trump, Xi is finished.
	And if Trump takes too long and puts the United States of America through too much economic pain, he is finished, and the Republican Party Trump doesn't have four years.
	He's got a year and a half, basically.
	That's it.
	And if this situation with China doesn't turn around within that year and a half, Trump's done.
	Trump will go nowhere and the Republican Party is done.
	Not that they're doing anything useful anyway, for the most part.
	I mean, have there been any arrests?
	Have you seen the Epstein files?
	Has the mRNA jab been yanked off the market?
	So my prediction is that the political futures of these two men, Trump and Xi, are also tied to the outcome of this.
	And if China wins, then Trump loses.
	And Trump will...
	His political career will be over and probably the Democrats will sweep back into power in the midterms, which would be absolutely devastating to the United States of America because the Democrats hate this nation and are constantly trying to dismantle it, of course.
	So this is why Trump is going to endure this standoff with China no matter what.
	And the longer China holds out, Now,
	you might think, Hey, this protectionism is going to result in U.S. manufacturing coming online and being able to compete and produce goods at a more efficient cost.
	And so before long, prices will fall as U.S. manufacturers come online.
	Yeah. Well, you must be living in the 1970s if you think U.S. manufacturing is just sitting around waiting for an opportunity to come online.
	Folks, those factories are gone.
	Those factories were sold off, shut down, the equipment's gone.
	You don't have just spare factories sitting around ready to be turned on.
	None of that machinery even exists in America.
	The textile factories in New Jersey, they're history, folks.
	They're gone.
	How much manufacturing actually takes place in America?
	Hardly any.
	Hardly any.
	So, you know, protectionism only works when you have an industrial base domestically that can be turned on.
	And when you have a population that is willing to work.
	And we don't.
	And, you know, this is probably controversial to say it, but aside from a few exceptions, Americans aren't interested in working.
	They have no interest in working.
	They've been trained through COVID and the stimulus money and the handouts and the welfare system and the lawfare system and the victim system.
	They've been trained.
	We don't have to work.
	We just get free money from the government all day.
	And if we complain, we get free money.
	And if we threaten to sue, we get free money.
	The American people, by and large, although there are exceptions to this, but by and large, the American people absolutely will not work in factories.
	They will not work in factories.
	In fact, Who are these people?
	These are the migrants, of course.
	The migrants?
	That Trump is saying he's going to deport.
	So picture this, folks.
	Trump erects this massive protectionism barrier around the United States.
	Says basically, we're not going to get any goods from China.
	We're going to make it ourselves.
	But we don't have any factories.
	And all the people who are even willing to work in the factories, Trump is going to kick them out of the country.
	So what are you going to be left with?
	You're going to be left with no factories, no workers, no products in many categories.
	Or you'll end up having to import really, really low quality stuff from India or wherever.
	Stuff that's even lower quality than China.
	That's going to be fun.
	Imagine a fly swatter that doesn't swat.
	Yeah, that's what you're going to get.
	And it'll cost $5.
	So the dollar store is done.
	They're not going to be able to get a product anywhere near a dollar.
	And the American consumer is about to find out that we're going into sort of a product famine, and in certain categories, food supply chain disruptions that could last a very long time,
	for many, many months.
	And this is all because Trump wants to beat China in the trade wars.
	And, you know, Hey, arguably, maybe he's right.
	Maybe this is a necessary short-term pain that we have to go through in order to get China to play fair.
	I'm not here to argue for or against that argument.
	I'm just telling you what is happening.
	And what's happening is going to be devastating for some period of time.
	So get prepared.
	Make sure you've got the products that you need now.
	Anything that's made in China is about to double in price, if not more.
	And you're going to have supply chain shortages that will just worsen and worsen.

	The supply chain is about to take a nosedive and we're going to see which world leader runs out of breath and passes out first.
	Will it be Trump or will it be Xi?
	I guess we're going to find out.
	Welcome to this special report on international geopolitics.
	I'm Mike Adams, the Health Ranger, the founder of Brighteon.com.
	And I believe that the fact that China is playing tough on Trump's tariffs means that Trump will not bomb Iran.
	At least not immediately, not in the short term here.
	And let me explain why.
	So let's start with the tariffs.
	Of course, Trump has levied...
	Very high tariffs on China, and Trump's team was wildly dishonest, claiming that China had, I think they claimed, 67% tariffs on the US, which is a lie.
	There's not a 67% tariff placed on US goods by China.
	The actual tariff by China averages out to something under 5%.
	What Trump is referring to with the 67% is a ratio of the trade imbalance between the US and China.
	Saying that we import more goods from China than China imports from the United States.
	And if you do the math in a certain way, which is not called a tariff, then you end up with 67%.
	And then Trump says that's a tariff.
	But again, that's, you know, it's like...
	Going to a restaurant that serves hamburgers and ordering a hamburger and holding up the hamburger and saying, look, a pizza!
	That's how crazy it is.
	It's not a tariff.
	But Trump was hoping that China would just fold like most other countries are folding in the face of these so-called tariffs.
	And Trump even warned China, do not retaliate against our punitive Because if you retaliate, it's going to be worse for you.
	Well, I predicted that China would retaliate.
	That's in numerous podcasts that I've published recently.
	I said China would not fold, and China is going to fight.
	And that is exactly what has happened.
	So China has responded with its own retaliatory tariffs on U.S. food and agricultural imports into China.
	China's cutting off some rare earth minerals.
	China is probably going to start selling off more U.S. Treasury debt instruments, etc.
	So Trump has now responded to that by saying, well, we're going to put another 50% tariffs on China, making the tariffs on China now over 100%.
	So that is where we are right now, where China is charging something like...
	5% or under 5% on average on U.S. goods, and the U.S. is charging 104%, I think, on China.
	So that's where it is right now.
	The impact, and I'll get to Iran in a second.
	This is all related.
	The impact of this is, of course, going to be sky-high prices on consumer goods for the American people for however long this thing lasts.
	So everything that's made in China is going to cost double or triple Beginning right now.
	Like, tomorrow, you know?
	Or maybe there's a few things in the pipeline and you won't see the price increases for a week or two, but it's coming.
	And some items will just go up tomorrow.
	So the American consumer is about to get hammered hard with inflation.
	Price inflation on consumer goods.
	And whether the government counts that or not is irrelevant.
	People will experience it.
	The stuff that people buy is going to become way more expensive, and a lot of it will double or triple in price virtually overnight.
	Okay, now, hold that thought, and let's talk about Iran.
	Trump is threatening to bomb Iran, not for anything related to tariffs, and really Trump can't even elucidate any reason why the U.S. has any right or just cause To bomb Iran.
	Other than just that we don't like you and Israel wants us to bomb you, which is pretty much who Trump answers to right now.
	Just whatever Israel says, you know.
	Israel says jump.
	Trump was like, how high, sir?
	Trump's just a puppet of Israel.
	That's why he's threatening to bomb Iran.
	But if he does bomb Iran, you can bet your last dollar.
	And you might end up with your last dollar, depending on how far Trump pushes this.
	He may collapse the dollar.
	But if Trump bombs Iran, energy prices are going to go through the roof.
	Because you'll probably have Iran closing the Strait of Hormuz, or if there's any damage to Iran's oil fields, that will impact the global supply of energy.
	And it will create more energy scarcity.
	And that will translate into higher prices at the gas pump for every American.
	The same Americans who are going to face double and triple prices on everything from China starting tomorrow.
	Now can you imagine how the popularity of Trump is going to nosedive into the gutter When people wake up and they go to Walmart and everything's double or triple price and they're like, oh my God, I can't afford anything.
	Now, can you imagine what's going to happen when people wake up and they go to Walmart and they find out everything's double or triple price and they say, oh my God, this is insane.
	I can't shop here.
	I can't afford anything.
	Let's go somewhere else.
	Oh, but I need to fill up with gas.
	And they pull into the gas station and they're like, $6 a gallon?
	What? What happened to gas?
	Gas prices doubled, you know, or whatever it ends up being.
	This becomes a breaking point for a lot of Americans.
	On top of everything else, the sky-high health insurance rates, the home insurance rates.
	A lot of people can't even get home insurance now.
	The increased prices on eggs, which are still very high and very expensive.
	And how the new tariffs that China is implementing against the United States are going to block imports of chicken into China, which is going to result in that processed chicken being gone from store shelves in America.
	So the American consumer is not only going to face double and triple prices on a lot of things, they're going to face empty shelves.
	And they're going to start to think, holy crap, this whole system is collapsing.
	Now, whether or not that's true in this thought experiment, that's the impression that a lot of people are going to perceive.
	And then they're going to panic.
	They're going to panic, and some people are going to flip out.
	You're going to see massive protests against Trump nationwide.
	You're going to see how easy it is for the anti-Trump groups to recruit people.
	They're going to say, look, Look at your life.
	Are you better off now than you were under Biden?
	And the honest answer for most Americans is going to be, no way.
	We're way worse off.
	Now, I don't want to live under Biden.
	I don't want to live under Kamala.
	The Democrats are communists and totalitarians and tyrants and evil, horrible people and Satanists and child mutilators and all the rest of it.
	I don't want to live under the Democrats, but I'm saying that that answer Or that question that's posed to Americans.
	Are you better off under Trump?
	The answer is going to be no.
	We are not better off under Trump.
	And you're going to start to see a lot of movement of people saying, we need the Democrats back in charge.
	At least under Democrats, we had affordable food.
	We had chicken on the shelves.
	We had gasoline that we could afford, etc.
	Even though Democrats are a bunch of crooks.
	And Trump is doing this for a very specific reason, which is he's trying to coerce these other nations into dropping their tariffs, and so yes, there's going to be short-term pain.
	Even though that's all true, the way people are going to perceive this is that their whole world is falling apart, and it's all Trump's fault.
	And that's going to result in nationwide protests.
	They will probably end up accelerating into a revolt.
	You know, Civil War type of action from the left.
	Kinetic action.
	That's probably coming.
	Now, China is going to see this and say, hey, we should keep the pressure on.
	They're going to argue there's no way that Trump can just endure this forever.
	So China, upon seeing the chaos and seeing the problems in America, is going to be emboldened.
	To maybe double down on its own tariffs and meet Trump's 100% tariff with like a 200% tariff on American goods or something like that.
	In other words, there's no off-ramp here for China to just give in and say, oh, yeah, you know, we can't handle this.
	No. China's going to see Trump suffering and China's going to say, Trump can't handle this.
	And they may be right about that.
	We don't know.
	It's hard to say where this is going exactly.
	Too many variables, right?
	Too many things that Trump could do, things that China could do, a lot of actions here, things that Iran could do, things that Russia could do, etc.
	So we don't know exactly where this is going, but we know it's not going to be pretty.
	So I believe, this is just my analysis, I believe that Trump realizes this.
	And Trump doesn't want to cause energy prices to skyrocket at the same time that food prices are skyrocketing and food shortages will become more apparent because of China's tariffs.
	I think Trump wants to deal with one emergency at a time, not two of them causing downright panic across the American people.
	Thus, I believe because China has not caved in to the tariffs, I believe that Trump is less likely to strike Iran.
	Which means Trump is going to have to tell Netanyahu, hold your horses.
	We can't hit Iran right now.
	We're dealing with this whole China fallout situation.
	And Netanyahu is probably going to say, we don't care.
	You've got to fight our wars for us.
	We're the Zionists.
	God chose us.
	And Americans are supposed to die and bleed for the Zionists.
	So you need to attack Iran right now, because Netanyahu's been arguing for that for about 30 years.
	And he just really, really hopes that the United States would just fight Israel's wars.
	So this is going to be the question.
	Trump's going to be not just between a rock and a hard place, but between a rock, a hard place, and scissors and a flamethrower, and a jar filled with scorpions or something.
	Trump's going to be in a very, very difficult spot.
	And on top of this, the Democrats are going to pounce, and they're going to try to impeach him.
	And they may get enough Republicans to go along with it in the House, even though the GOP currently has the majority.
	It's not inconceivable that some members of the GOP could leave the GOP party if the economic reality becomes dire enough across America.
	So this is what Trump is up against right now.
	And it's a very dire situation.
	I don't know how long he can last.
	I don't know how long the American people will put up with this.
	But I expect that because sort of the point of view of Americans is very short, they don't really remember much of what happened, and they don't really have a long-term outlook.
	Most Americans are living paycheck to paycheck, and they just know that they need groceries now.
	They need to buy gas today.
	They need to be able to meet their payments this week.
	They're not thinking, oh, it's okay, we'll suffer now and it'll all pay off in six months.
	They're not thinking that way.
	Maybe Trump is thinking that way, but most Americans are not thinking that way.
	They're thinking, how do I not get thrown out of my apartment in 30 days?
	How do I pay rent?
	Or how do I pay rent and also not starve?
	Those kinds of questions.
	And, of course, it's all the money printing that has stolen the value of the dollar and made groceries more and more expensive this whole time.
	And Trump, of course, is all about money printing.
	So Trump's policies of continued currency printing are only making the situation worse for the American people.
	The reason they're broke is not because of bad decisions that they've made, for the most part.
	The reason they're broke is because their government has stolen the value of their currency by printing trillions of dollars, which is exactly what Trump is demanding, saying that we need a trillion dollar budget for the Pentagon.
	Why? To fight Israel's wars in the Middle East.
	So you see how the American people are getting screwed and then screwed and then screwed again?
	And you see how Trump is creating really the perfect storm of And
	I'm not convinced that any of Trump's advisors Or,
	you know, Commerce Secretary Lutnick or Besant at Treasury.
	I'm not yet convinced that they have a handle on what they're doing.
	My sense, among most of the people in the Trump administration, this includes Hegseth at DOD, is that they don't have a long-term understanding of the ramifications of the actions that they are initiating.
	You know, they seem to have a short-term view, and they all are Zionists.
	They all want to appease Israel no matter what.
	No matter what the fallout to the American people.
	They just want to appease the Zionists.
	And to me, this looks like a very dangerous convergence of properties and actions and short-sightedness.
	So probably the American people are going to pay the price for this.
	And it's going to be a dear price.
	And if we're not careful, we may lose dollar dominance in the world.
	And then we're in real trouble.
	And then we're looking at a total collapse of the U.S. empire before too much longer.
	And that's kind of the track that we're on right now.
	It doesn't mean that that's for sure going to happen.
	Perhaps Trump can reverse some of this.
	Maybe China gives in.
	Maybe Iran gives in and signs some kind of agreement that Trump wants.
	Seems insane because Trump wants Iran to basically remove all of its anti-air defense weapon systems.
	Why would they do that, you know, when Israel wants to bomb them every day?
	So I'm not optimistic about this being resolved, but there are scenarios where things can get resolved.
	In the meantime, what's going to tend to hold value overall, even though it's been hit in the short run here, are gold and silver.
	Gold and silver are real money, and silver doubles as a strong industrial metal, which is one of the reasons silver has taken a price hit, because people are anticipating reduced industrial output right now.
	But in the long run, in my opinion, gold and silver are the best stores of value.
	And even if they take a short-term hit here, I think that gold and silver are poised to do extraordinarily well in terms of just holding purchasing power over time.

	Welcome to today's interview here on BrightTown.com, and as we are almost at tax day in the United States, our guest today, who I asked to come back on because he is an expert in, well, tax authority or lack of authority,
	is Paymon from Freedom Law School.
	He's a returning guest, and his message is very popular.
	And also, of course, a little bit controversial in some people's minds, but he's here to explain why what he advocates in terms of taxes is actually codified in the Constitution and the rule of law.
	So welcome, Paymon.

	How have you been, sir?
	Loving living in a free United States of America in a great, free...
	State of Florida with sunshine and fresh air.
	Oh, that's awesome to hear.
	Yeah, well, we love Florida.
	I'm, of course, in Texas.
	And we are just a couple weeks away from the, or less than a couple weeks away from the filing date that most Americans think that they are supposed to file taxes to the federal government, even though Trump is openly talking about ending the IRS.
	And my understanding is that he, Team Doge, Is firing something like 20,000 IRS workers, so there's kind of a dismantling in process, but it's not done yet, is it?
	I mean, it still exists right now.
	Exists, but what they're not telling people is that the deep state has been deceiving the American people for over 100 years since 1913.
	The modern-day income tax, Mike, never have applied.
	To the people of the 50 United States since 1913.
	This U.S. individual income tax is legally and technically as written in the federal tax laws, the Internal Revenue Code, all 10,000
	pages of the godly book of confusion.
	It's written for the citizens, And residents of Washington, D.C. That is the United States as defined in law that has to file and pay federal income taxes.
	So we don't have to go through this routine thing that we've been trained to do year after year, decade after decade, the same way that we were trained to take vaccines every year.
	and give it to our children every year, give it to our grandparents, flu vaccine every year.
	That was all a bunch of lie also.
	We are not required to take any vaccines or file the 10 for income tax forms by law.
	So, okay, I mean, this is a big thing that you're saying, that the tax code only applies to the residents of the District of Columbia, which is a tiny fraction of the overall United States population.
	But of course, people all over the country file federal taxes.
	Some people don't.
	There are probably millions that just don't ever.
	And, you know, they're still there.
	But the IRS does effectively threaten and target individuals across the country.
	And, you know, we've covered stories in cases where the IRS has put people in prison, like the famous actor Wesley Snipes, for example.
	I think he was sent to prison for what they consider to be tax evasion.
	So explain to us how what you're saying is not that, or is not what Wesley Snipes did, or what you understand about that case.
	I don't know the details.
	You probably know way more than I do.
	Well, first of all, according to IRS's best estimates, there's about 80 million non-filers in America.
	That is people who actually work and make above the minimum exemption amount but do not file 1040 income tax confession tax forms with the IRS.
	So it's a myth that if you don't file, they'll target you and come after you.
	Number two, Wesley Snipes went to prison because Most of what's out there in the freedom movement about not paying income taxes is baseless legal theories like uniform commercial code,
	UCC, sovereign or state citizen, revocation of election, common law, birth certificate arguments, and a bunch of other nonsense like that.
	See, that's why Wesley Snipes went to prison, because he followed the advice.
	Of the guy, you know, named Eddie Cain.
	Eddie Cain got a lot more prison sentences himself.
	But, here I am, over 30 years, Mike, openly not following and paying income taxes, teaching others to do the same, and Iris has never been able to even indict me to put me in prison.
	That's proof right there that they want to stop me, but they can't.
	What stops us is the belief that the virus is so powerful and get us.
	Just like the belief that if you don't take that corona jab, the
	could kill us in a big pandemic.
	It's all makeup of the corrupt major media.
	Walk us through this a little bit, because of course, a lot of our audience are going to be, if this is the first time they've heard you, they're going to be very skeptical about...
	And it's well known that, for example, banks, they are obedient to IRS demands.
	So if the IRS sends a demand to a bank to seize someone's bank account for owed taxes, whatever the IRS claims, they basically just make up anything they want and claim anything they want.
	Tell us, I mean, that bank will typically comply with the IRS rulings.
	And they will seize up everything.
	But please explain to us why what you're talking about supersedes that.
	Well, you see, what people do not realize is the reason IRS gets the power to steal your bank account is because they have deceived you to sign the 1040 income tax confession form.
	Under penalty of perjury under oath, swearing that you owe the IRS the money that you say on that 1040 form.
	If you do not confess against yourself that you owe the IRS money on that 1040 form, you owe the IRS zero.
	IRS now, if they want to come after you, They have only 31
	judges. So that's why they don't do that.
	It's not automatic.
	People assume that the IRS can just automatically throw a number at you, you owe them, and then go to your bank account and empty it.
	That is not so.
	That happens only for people who've given up their right to trial by signing that 1040 form.
	Wow, okay.
	Most important thing not to sign those forms.
	So this is one of the key lessons, as I understand it, that you teach and you give instructions and details at your website, freedomlawschool.org.
	And I do want to emphasize that I do not charge you anything to be on the show here.
	I don't get a percentage of what people, if people subscribe to your course.
	I don't charge you anything to be on the show.
	You're not here.
	You didn't pay to be on my show, is what I'm saying, right?
	I'm interviewing you because I think that right now, because of the evil that happens out of Washington, D.C., I want to give every American as much information as possible to help them legally and constitutionally reduce any amount of money that they are sending to be wasted in Washington,
	D.C. See, I think this comes down to morality, and then you have the methodology.
	That's the way I see it.
	Does that make sense?
	Yes, and for me, this was a big motivation also when I started back in 1992.
	I saw a corrupt federal government becoming increasingly tyrannical like Iran, where I came from.
	And I said, wait a minute, if we as Americans not stop paying the federal government, they'll keep using it against us.
	To enslave and destroy us.
	We must stop funding the federal government lawfully.
	And the law is on our side.
	The problem has been the crooked U.S. Department of Injustice lawyers, corrupt Irish management, and crooked judges who want to protect the deep state.
	We're still running.
	Now that Americans are realizing there is such a thing as deep state, they realize the DOJ and the judges are corrupt at the lower levels typically, now at least we're dealing with a fair game of, okay, we've got to actually do something about this problem.
	But what the Americans did not know is that there is no law requiring the people of the 50 states To file and pay federal income taxes.
	And they can see the proof in a 10-minute short video at freedomlawschool.org website.
	Right there.
	You know, people say, wow, that just is amazing.
	But the laws are hidden in the law books.
	Just like medical journals.
	Talking about the corona jab.
	That these vaccines are actually mRNA gene therapy.
	Not safe and effective vaccines that they claim.
	We were lied to.
	Yeah, we've been lied to.
	So the challenge for people is...
	To go and verify the truth for themselves.
	Look at the medical journals to verify it is the MRNA gene therapy.
	Verify that there is no law requiring default income tax.
	And we can protect the Mount Freedom Law School from any and all IRS attacks if they want.
	We can have people join together like patriots, like founding fathers, and make sure IRS takes none of the bank account, paycheck.
	Okay, so another way to look at federal income taxes is that it's a government tariff on your income.
	So all these people that are angry at Trump putting tariffs on all these other goods, I would say to them, why aren't you angry that the federal government puts a tariff on every dollar you earn?
	And that tariff has been in place your whole life.
	If you're going to complain about tariffs, you should complain about the income tax.
	Tariff. Which is exactly what that is.
	Right? Exactly.
	It's a tariff on your pocket.
	It is.
	It's a tariff on your pocket.
	Exactly. Every dollar that you earn, the government gets a piece so they can go waste it and they don't even need your money anyway because they just print trillions whenever they want.
	I mean, what a scam.
	The whole thing has been a scam this entire time.
	But let me ask you, sir.
	What about for somebody who has previously No different than a guy that used to get the vaccine,
	the flu vaccine, every year.
	How do you stop?
	You just simply stop getting the...
	Jab of the vaccine.
	You stop signing that 1044 under oath penalty of perjury.
	You stop putting a rope around your neck confessing you owe the IRS money.
	It is that simple.
	And the IRS will not notice you not filing because there's already about 80 million non-filers that they cannot get to.
	In fact, The Treasury auditors gave the IRS in 2020 a list of 100 richest non-filers who each of them owed the IRS $100 million.
	100 people that each owed the IRS $100 million said go after them.
	And the IRS response was, sorry, we don't have enough resources to come after these people.
	So if they're leaving these rich, very super rich non-filers alone, why would they come after you?
	Well, here's a question though.
	It seems like they would notice new non-filers, like somebody who has been filing all these years and then stops filing.
	Maybe somebody who paid a lot in previous years and then stops filing.
	Wouldn't the IRS notice that?
	No. They don't.
	I have all this on my website.
	This is the Treasury Inspector General for Tax Administration in 2020.
	Said IRS is leaving high-income non-filers alone.
	This is an official report.
	You can see the whole thing on our website, freedomlawschool.org, and verify that for yourself.
	Another report they gave in 2017 said that the IRS officially stopped going after people who do not file 1040 income tax confession forms because they need to conserve their resources to focus on filers who have confessed on that 1040 form under penalty of perjury that they owe the IRS money.
	And they need to take calls Wow.
	Wow. Okay.
	This is fascinating, number one.
	And I have received a lot of positive feedback from a number of people that I know who I believe are your students.
	I'm not going to mention any names.
	But are learning from you, and it's a big aha moment.
	But I want to point out something else here.
	That even if you don't file, And even if you don't pay the IRS directly, if you're using dollars, you're still being taxed.
	You're still paying taxes because the government, the Fed, is printing money.
	The Treasury is borrowing it from the Fed.
	They are diluting the value of your dollars.
	And I have here a note, a $10 trillion note from the Reserve Bank of Zimbabwe.
	Right? So how did they get to a $10 trillion note?
	By printing money, which was a form of taxation on the American people.
	So one of my rational arguments here, Paymon, is that even people who don't send a check to the IRS are still paying taxes just by the fact that your dollar is losing value because the government and the Fed keep printing money and that is taxation.
	That's a universal taxation that you cannot escape if you use dollars.
	So, for anybody that says, oh, if you don't pay taxes, you're not contributing to society.
	Nonsense! You're being taxed no matter what.
	True? Absolutely true.
	The privately owned Federal Reserve banking system and the banks are allowed by the politicians to literally make money out of thin air loans by fraud and lending.
	Interdistribution and interest.
	That is a cause of the poverty in America.
	That is a cause that in over 125 years, since 1900, we have all of this technological advances, yet we are not richer.
	Wives did not work outside the home in 1900.
	We had no airplanes, no internet, we had no cars.
	So what happened?
	That, you know, after all these decades, we're not living better off because you're sucking the wealth of the American people by the banks being allowed to literally create counterfeit money and loan it out into distribution.
	And the IRS income tax is there to reduce the amount of the money in the system credits.
	Otherwise, we have much bigger hyperinflation like what happened in Zimbabwe.
	So yeah, I wanted to show you this ad.
	There was a full-page ad in the Chicago Tribune newspaper in 1958.
	And I'll ask my editor to put it in.
	And this ad shows the price of food in 1958.
	There was a food fair ad at a retailer.
	And you can see, you can get two pounds of apples for like 20-something cents.
	or you can get like seven cans of carnation condensed milk, seven cans for $1.
	And everything from meats and fresh fruits and vegetables and cleaning materials and everything, pennies on the dollar compared to where it is right now.
	And that was just 1958.
	Food hasn't become more expensive since then.
	It's just that your dollars become more worthless since then.
	And that's taxation.
	So we have been...
	We've been taxed through money printing, which is a looting of the American people.
	We've been taxed on the taxes, on the taxes.
	We've been taxed into oblivion to the point where more and more Americans are living in poverty and can't afford health insurance and their home mortgages.
	They can't afford to eat in many cases.
	That's how bad this is, Paymon.
	And that's why your course is so important.
	Yeah, and we cannot do anything about that until we get rid of the whole money banking system that's been corrupted since 1913 with the Federal Reserve private banking cartel.
	But what the American people can do right now, every one of them, is to take the seven steps to free themselves of IRS deception.
	And that deception leads them to being afraid.
	And with that fear, now the IRS can rob and control you like a slave.
	So that's why the seven steps at freedomlawschool.org are so critical for everybody to listen to as they drive around town.
	And then when they get work for lunch or home for dinner, they can watch the videos and listen and verify that everything they saw So that's really critical.
	I'm glad you said that.
	You are actively encouraging people who review your material to confirm it themselves, to do their own research, right?
	Absolutely. Number one is follow the law as found on U.S. government's official legal websites, the 1044 and instructions.
	The U.S. Treasury regulations, laws published by Congress, and the Supreme Court.
	I want people to understand those for themselves, to verify what I'm telling them is the truth.
	For over 30 years, I've been trying to wake up American people.
	Take your government back.
	Take your country back.
	They've deceived us to be ignorant to take vaccines we don't need to take and sign these 1040 forms every year by our accountants and CPAs and attorneys who are ignorant of the law as well.
	And they tell us that we should follow those 1040 forms to be safe.
	Just like your doctor tells you, take the vaccine to be safe.
	Do not listen to that MD who's been deceived.
	Do not listen to your accountant, CPA, or tax attorney who's also deceived.
	If they are right, have them go to freedomlawschool.org.

	I'll continue to pay you to have me file tax returns and pay the IRS.
	Now, Commerce Secretary Lutnick just recently said that he confirmed that Trump intends to eliminate the IRS.
	And Trump has also alluded to that in some of his own speeches or answering press questions.
	It's very clear that Trump wants to eliminate the IRS and he believes that he can replace Most of that income with tariffs.
	Now, as we are recording this interview, the tariffs are kicking in on China, on other countries.
	Most of those countries are saying they're willing to deal with Trump and reduce bilateral tariffs to zero, but not China.
	China is saying, we're going to go to war with you over these tariffs, and Trump is threatening another hike of 50% on China, which would make the tariffs over 100% on Chinese goods coming into the United States.
	So my question to you, sir, is do you think that Trump is serious about eliminating the IRS?
	And do you think that he can replace that income, or does he even need to, with tariffs?
	Well, he wants to, but he cannot do that without the knowledge that Freedom Law School is putting out there.
	He doesn't know the law as written right now, income tax, does not apply.
	To people of the 50 states, the same as Social Security, FICA, payroll taxes.
	And Congress is too corrupt to have them try to get rid of it that way.
	All he needs to do, Trump, is enforce the law and it is written right now that they put on IRS's website that I'm going to enforce the law as written, that people are not required to file bank of taxes, and...
	The system is so much wasteful and corrupt, he could cut the federal government budget by 80%, and we still have too much government.
	Yeah, right.
	Don't just show how corrupt and wasteful they are.
	They do it, right?
	And the tariffs will be more than enough to keep us safe as a nation in America.
	Okay, really good point, and I agree with you.
	There's at least 80% waste in the system, probably 90% or more.
	But you said something key here, which is that Trump doesn't necessarily have to end the IRS.
	He just has to limit its jurisdiction to only the District of Columbia, which is where, as you're explaining, that's where its focus is anyway in law.
	And this reminds me of something very similar happening with these activist judges, like a district judge will claim that their decision affects everybody all across the country.
	But Trump's people are saying, no, no, no.
	You have authority in your jurisdiction, which may be this region of a state or portions of a few states if it's a district judge, let's say.
	You have jurisdiction in those areas, but you can't affect the whole country.
	Seems like that's the same message that he should tell the IRS.
	Hey, you don't have to cease to exist.
	You just have to focus on the District of Columbia, where very few people actually earn that much, by the way.
	Except for USAID grant slush fund money.
	I mean, you know, but your thoughts on that?
	It's a jurisdiction question.
	The law says it.
	You know, that's why I have it here.
	That 99% of Americans right now are not legally required to file and pay income or payroll taxes.
	Only citizens and residents of the United States are required to file and pay income tax.
	If you look at income tax law, the code, Section 7701, 8, 9, and 10 define United States as state to be only the District of Columbia, not the 50 states.
	So the United States means only the District of Columbia, so that United States citizen, United States individual, is also a District of Columbia individual.
	And see, so all Trump has to do is to put it on IRS's website, iris.gov, and say, I didn't know it either.
	So here I am now.
	I'm going to enforce the law as it is.
	Employers, you can stop stealing from your employees.
	Give it to the IRS.
	Employees, you're going to be free.
	You can take this to your employers to stop withholding from your pay.
	And you independent contractors.
	Business owners, stop paying income taxes because you don't have to.
	This way, Congress is forced to act and enact tariffs and tax on foreigners to fund the federal government.
	Immigrants like me who came from a third world country wouldn't be required for the privilege of having become American citizens to pay income tax.
	The Constitution allows that.
	But not Americans like you, Mike, who are naturally born.
	The law was never written for naturally born Americans like you to file a bank of tax.
	Wow. Okay.
	And what you just mentioned is a very big deal in the terms of uplifting the financial quality of life of the American people who are struggling so much right now to afford health insurance, home insurance,
	car insurance, and food prices because of all the inflation and now supply chain disruptions involving China, which does hit our food supply as well.
	What you just said, if Trump were to announce that the IRS does not apply to the 50 sovereign states, instead it applies only to the District of Columbia, and if the American people could keep more of what they earned, then...
	To end that.
	And the American people would instantly become more wealthy, and you would instantly have more local savings and investment in local businesses and more happiness.
	It's like, it's the one thing that Trump could do that would beat everything else that every president has ever done, other than maybe George Washington.
	Exactly, except he doesn't know it, just like your audience members, Mike, didn't know that either.
	I didn't know this stuff 30 years ago.
	A wonderful patriot got on talk radio in Los Angeles, talked about these things.
	I went to her seminar, listened, watched, verified what she was sharing was actually the law, the Internal Revenue Code.
	And that's what I started doing 30 years ago.
	We have an American right to free speech.
	We don't have it there in Iran, where I come from.
	We have a right to a trial, a jury trial.
	We don't have it over there.
	We have a right to be secure in our homes.
	We have a right to bear arms.
	We have so many more rights.
	We need to exercise.
	The most important is speech.
	And sharing this information with our fellow Americans.
	Think and read for ourselves.
	Again, Mike, I tell people, follow the law as found on U.S. government's official legal websites and you'll be free and America can be free in no time.
	Alright, that's really powerful.

	Do the research, watch your materials, and then verify it for themselves.
	You encourage people to do additional research.
	But let me ask you one last question.
	A lot of accountants, from my experience, a lot of accountants are just IRS agents that you pay for.
	They're working for the interests of the IRS, not you, who's actually paying them to do anything.
	So, isn't it true that a lot of people might meet a lot of resistance with their accountants over the things that you're talking about?
	The same way your medical doctor works practically for the pharmaceutical companies.
	True. Ask your accountant.
	CPA, tax attorney, show me the law that requires me to file a pick-up tax.

	American people are hurting.
