All right, welcome to Brighteon Broadcast News for Friday, January 24th, 2025. I'm Mike Adams.

RFK Jr. is going to face a hearing for his nomination confirmation next Wednesday.
That's January 29th.
Many of our friends are going to be right there in Washington, D.C., including Robert Scott Bell, who will be live-streaming on Brighteon.
We're going to be carrying that live-stream.
And Jonathan Emord will be there, the famous attorney, the FDA dragon slayer, as well as Dr. Robert Verkirk, the founder of the Alliance for Natural Health.
And I interviewed, today, I interviewed Jonathan Emord and Dr. Verkirk.
And I'm going to play that interview for you here today because it's just truly extraordinary, and it's very important in terms of timing.
And we all need to pull together to help get RFK Jr. confirmed.
And currently there are just two U.S. senators that claim to be Republicans that are standing in the way, and it's Murkowski of Alaska, I believe, and then, who is it, Collins of Maine.
Both of them women.
Both of them rhinos, obviously, and both of them selling out to Big Pharma, Big Food, etc., or at least leaning that direction, and they do not want to confirm RFK Jr. So if you are in Alaska or Maine, we really need your help to contact your center's offices and really urge them to confirm RFK Jr. I've also got a special report about that that I'll play here for you in a few minutes.
So there's a lot of great stuff coming up today.
Real quick, I know that we have a lot of feedback, some positive and some negative, about the AI illustrations format for some of the interviews, like the recent interview I did with Marjorie Wildcraft, and I agree with your feedback.
People love the illustrations, but they hate the excessive motion of them.
A little bit of seasickness going on there.
It's like, why are all the images moving?
What we're going to do is in the cases where we are using AI illustrations, where it's an audio-only interview in particular, we're going to either eliminate or drastically cut down on the motion of those and make them just a little bit easier to watch.
So thank you for your feedback on that.
This is a new technology for us also as we're deploying it, and we're trying to experiment with what works best and is the most enjoyable to watch.
And nobody wants to get sick watching videos.
I mean, if you want to get sick watching videos, there's plenty of LGBT twerking videos probably on TikTok somewhere, but whatever.
Let's not talk about that.
All right, before we get to all that other news, we've got a couple other things.
And let me just say for the record that Larry Ellison of Oracle must be the biggest technocratic idiot that we've seen in memory.
And you may recall, and I've criticized this, many others have criticized this, but Larry Ellison came out just as Trump was announcing this project Stargate, which many people are comparing to Warp Speed 2.0.
And Trump announced that there's going to be apparently half a trillion dollars in investment involving three companies, OpenAI, SoftBank, and Oracle, where they're going to build AI data centers in Texas in order to try to...
Compete in the AI race, which China is clearly winning.
And then Larry Ellison takes the microphone, and as a man who is completely tone deaf to reality, he says, and I'm paraphrasing, but he says, you know, we could use AI to develop customized nanotech mRNA vaccines to cure cancer.
And of course...
Half the internet erupted.
Like, what did you just say, Larry?
Larry!
What'd you just say?
Have you not been around the last five years?
Because, if you might recall, we almost all got killed by mRNA weaponization and vaccine weaponization and depopulation pushed by technocrats like Bill Gates, and I'm calling Larry Ellison the new Bill Gates now.
See, Bill Gates has more experience.
He's more wise not to say things that completely admit his depopulation agenda, but Larry Ellison is kind of new at this, and he's just going off and saying what he really thinks, and it's, whoa, what did you just say?
So, think about it.
We all almost got killed by mRNA technology and vaccines, and now Larry Ellison says, Let's put AI in charge of that whole program.
Like, really?
Are you going to let an AI-designed nanotech gene-altering vaccine jab, are you going to inject that in your arm because Larry Ellison says so?
Not a chance.
Not a freaking chance.
And this just speaks to what a bad idea this whole thing is, this Stargate project.
Horrible idea.
I mean, number one, These CEOs like Larry Ellison clearly are living in some glass castle somewhere.
They don't interact with real people in the real world.
They don't know the challenges that real people face.
Or they don't care.
I don't know.
But in the real world, we're all sitting here saying, prosecute Fauci for God's sake.
He tried to mass murder all of us.
And yes, they used mRNA jabs.
And we don't want AI weaponized.
To achieve human extermination.
I mean, Google is selling AI technology to Israel to do exactly that in Gaza, but apparently Larry Ellison wants to use AI to do that in America, you know?
Just carpet bomb the country with customized mRNA vaccine injections that specifically target and attack your DNA, you know, to kill you specifically, I think.
Now, granted, Larry didn't say that he wants to kill anybody.
He's not saying that he wants to achieve depopulation.
He's presenting it as a cure for cancer.
Yeah, likely cover story.
But in my opinion, what he's really talking about is weaponization of this technology that's going to be unleashed against humanity.
So yeah, warp speed 2.0 is a pretty fair description of this.
And every one of us is so strongly opposed to this that we all need to...
Raise the alarm.
We need to raise our voices on this and just shout out the truth.
Larry Ellison, shut the F up.
And Trump, don't give money to these three corporations.
I mean, Sam Altman of OpenAI, the very name of the company is a lie.
It was called OpenAI because they were supposed to build AI and open source it and give it to the world.
And then they decided a few years ago, no, this could be worth billions.
And so they...
They made it all closed source, and it's a black box.
It's not open.
It's closed, and it's expensive.
And Sam Altman screwed over Elon Musk, too, by the way, at least according to Elon, probably a bunch of other people.
And Sam Altman is not to be trusted.
And SoftBank, I don't know.
I'm kind of neutral on SoftBank, but it's not an American company.
It's a Japanese company.
It's a venture capital company.
They probably don't care much about ethics, just about profits, I would imagine.
Most VC companies only care about profits.
But I don't have any other criticism on SoftBank.
But Oracle and OpenAI, are you kidding me?
Two evil companies!
Especially OpenAI, they're like the next evil Google.
Now, the real solution to this, which apparently Trump is missing the point on this, and for the record, look, I absolutely am thrilled with the actions that Trump has been taking with his executive orders and pushing back against the woke agenda and I
think he's making a strategic mistake.
The way to achieve AI dominance is to open source the technology.
And let the open source community across America build better AI by giving us all access to the parameters, to the weights, as they're called, in the language models.
And interestingly, as I mentioned yesterday, China has already released the open source weights for the DeepSeq reasoning models and the DeepSeq language models that are as good as anything OpenAI has come up with.
So China...
It's basically just threw a grenade into Operation Stargate and said, well, we're going to build better AI than any company in the U.S., and we're going to give it away for free.
That's what China just said through DeepSeek, and DeepSeek rocks.
It's the most amazing reasoning model that I've ever used, and I've been using it.
Well, I demoed it for you yesterday.
It was astonishing, and I've been using it just...
For a number of questions, practical questions on my farm, on my ranch, and I found I can even use it for laboratory questions because it knows a ton about chemistry.
So, in summary, Trump thinks that if you give a lot of money to three powerful corporations and turn them into AI-protected monopolies, that the U.S. will win the AI wars.
I think he's wrong, completely wrong.
In fact, I'm confident that he's wrong.
And the correct answer is to open source AI technology and let the mass innovation, the grassroots, you know, the crowdsourcing of it build superior AI systems across America.
So we'll see if Trump is wrong about his decision, then China will win the race to artificial general intelligence or super intelligence and China will dominate the world and the era of U.S. dominance is over.
And I think that that's the most tragic mistake.
That Trump is already beginning to make.
So I hope he reverses course.
I hope he changes his view on this and realizes that open sourcing AI is the only way to achieve AI dominance, actually.
All right.
The next thing that Trump did is he signed an executive order about cryptocurrency.
And some people are hailing this.
Some people in the crypto community are hailing this.
Probably because they did not read the executive order.
Because the news about the executive order that I've seen is very dishonest.
Very dishonest.
What the executive order actually says is, number one, that Trump does not support privacy crypto at all.
He's talking about only supporting the public blockchain crypto that can be tracked.
So he's all about, I mean, here it is actually point number one, protecting and promoting the ability of individual citizens to access and use for lawful purposes, open public blockchain networks without persecution.
Well, he didn't say anything about privacy crypto because, of course, the establishment doesn't want people to use privacy cryptos.
So that's number one.
And then secondly, in this executive order, he talks about building a national stockpile.
Basically, government-owned crypto.
And some of the Bitcoin people, who didn't read the executive order, obviously, they got all excited, like, oh, he's going to buy up a bunch of Bitcoin!
Man, it's awesome!
That's not at all what it says.
If you go to, what is it?
You've got to scroll down into section 12C2.
It says, the working group shall evaluate the potential creation and maintenance of a national digital asset stockpile and propose criteria for establishing such a stockpile potentially derived from, listen carefully, from cryptocurrencies lawfully seized listen carefully, from cryptocurrencies lawfully seized by the federal government through its law enforcement efforts.
So the way that Trump is going to build up a stockpile of crypto is when the government takes it from people.
Ha ha ha ha.
So, there's your stockpile.
Basically, it's a loot pile.
A looting pile.
It's like the government came and took your loot.
That's how they have a stockpile.
Basically this is asset forfeiture which is one of the worst areas of law in law enforcement where in some states or some counties highway patrol can stop you on the highway and then if you happen to be carrying like a thousand dollars cash with you which from time to time is not uncommon if you're About to purchase something, something that might cost $800 or whatever.
You might have $1,000 cash.
But the highway patrol officer can say, well, I think that's drug money, and therefore we're going to seize your vehicle, and then we're going to auction the vehicle and use that money to fund our department.
And you're like, wait a second, you can't do that.
And the highway patrol officer's like, oh, yes, we can.
We do it every day.
That's exactly what we do.
Or they find a bag of cocaine in a $5 million mansion.
And so they seize the mansion, they auction the mansion, and they use the money to fund their own salaries and bonuses and vacations.
It's called, you know, asset forfeiture.
And it is abused by law enforcement nationwide.
And now, according to Trump's executive order, they can just come steal your crypto.
And that's how they're going to collect the loot.
Yeah, so that's not a positive sign for Bitcoin, by the way.
Now, I did not see anything in this executive order.
That orders the IRS to get its hands off of unrealized gains in crypto.
And I didn't see any directives to the SEC about how to categorize digital currencies as, what should they be, securities or commodities?
You know, Gary Gensler and that whole debate.
And this needs to be cleared up here because crypto, they are not securities.
And buying and selling crypto...
From private parties should not subject you to arrest and confiscation by the federal government.
So we'll just have to wait and see where this goes.
But I am not optimistic about Trump's language in this executive order because what I want to see is him saying everybody has the right to privacy crypto, to private financial transactions, and the government has no right to track or surveil people's crypto transactions.
But I didn't see that in this at all.
So Trump's order appears to be going along with exactly what the deep state wants, which is to be able to track all your crypto.
Now, the order did say that we don't want CBDCs.
Trump is very clearly opposed to central bank digital currencies, and that's a big deal.
That's a bonus.
However, we need to go all the way into privacy crypto in order to be safe.
From government surveillance and government confiscation, and from the government being able to shut off our wallets because they don't like our viewpoints or our politics or our skin color or whatever.
So, you know, President Trump, you need to do more.
You need to do better on the crypto space, but hey, he's doing awesome on so many other areas.
I say let's give Trump a chance to get this right.
He's only been sworn in for a few days here, you know, so...
It's easy to be critical right now, but it's hard to be president.
So I'm willing to give Trump a lot of leeway to get this right.
Larry Ellison, though, he should know better than to spout the nonsense that he was pushing out there.
Not willing to give him much leeway.
He's clearly just a technocratic globalist who is all into weaponizing AI and vaccines, and we're not going to put up with that.
This is a good time to remind you that our own...
AI language model called ENOC is releasing March 1st, and I've written down now, been collecting all the knowledge areas that it's really well trained in.
And, of course, you already know it's trained in nutrition and phytonutrients and natural medicine and herbal medicine and so on.
It's very strong on prepping and survival skills.
It's wild.
I was just taking a look at some of the documents it's been trained on, and some of the documents are from the early 1900s.
And it's knowledge about combustion engines and batteries and composting and all kinds of stuff.
There's a huge do-it-yourself knowledge base in this.
But it also understands all ingredients in food and cosmetics and personal care products.
It knows what ingredients are good versus possibly harmful or risky.
It's also trained on this massive collection of UFO documents because that was given to me by the Arlington Institute.
Thousands of documents, PDFs, a lot of it declassified, UFO research projects from the U.S. Air Force, for example.
So I think that this model is going to be the most well-trained model on UFO knowledge and extraterrestrials and aliens, even though that wasn't my goal.
It's just that when I was given all this data, I'm like, well, of course we've got to put it in.
So we did.
And then it's trained on banking and finance and economics and, of course, cryptocurrency and privacy coins and history and all kinds of things like that, plus pollution and toxic metals, exposure, detoxification strategies.
It's trained on philosophy, history, liberty, spirituality, and consciousness.
And also alternative science topics, such as like Rupert Sheldrake and...
What's it called?
Morphic resonance, things like that.
So it's got a tremendous knowledge base that is very, well, it's so unusual that we have the only model in the world that is trained on this.
I mean, this is it.

There's a cheaper one for $550 that will also work, but the 5070 Ti...
It has 16 gigs of RAM, and it will run both the ENOC language model and the Chinese DeepSeq R1 reasoning model.
Now, not at the same time.
You have to load one or the other, but it will run both of them at different times, right?
So if you have a logic question or an engineering question or a mathematical problem, you can load up the reasoning model, ask the math problem, it'll give you the answer.
If you have a question about nutrition and health and herbs and whatever, then you load up our model, the Enoch model, and then it'll give you that answer there.
And the same hardware runs all the different models, and that's the NVIDIA hardware.
And, you know, given all the times I've been plugging NVIDIA, they should send me some hardware.
Like, let me have an early look at the hardware or something.
But I don't have any contact with NVIDIA, but I am a fan of Jensen Huang, who's Taiwanese.
I used to live in Taiwan, and I have a special place in my heart for people from Taiwan.
And Jensen Huang is a Taiwanese man, and he's a brilliant inventor, and he's the brain behind NVIDIA. Without him and his company, we wouldn't have decentralized AI knowledge.
And also, a final thought here, just for the record, people like Larry Ellison, in my opinion, They're on the side of centralized, weaponized AI. I'm exactly the opposite.
I stand for decentralized, pro-humanity, pro-knowledge AI. So it's the same technology, AI, but you can use it for good or you can use it for evil, just depending on what your motivations are and what your value system is.
And people are more and more open to I've had a lot of positive feedback about my own coverage.
Wait until I demonstrate, Enoch.
You'll be blown away.
But there are still some people that just don't want to touch it.
And I know there's some philosophical opposition to AI, etc.
But I will say this for the record.
I'm not at all trying to be insulting or anything like that.
I'm not talking down to people.
It's important to understand that if you don't learn to use AI, it would be like trying to be a farmer in the 1940s without using a combustion engine tractor.
I mean, sure, you can grow food with a shovel and some oxen and a plow, and you can walk behind the animals and plow the field with a steel plow.
Yeah, you can spend all day doing that, and you can grow food.
But next door, there's a farmer with a tractor with a combustion engine that's running diesel, and he's getting 100 times more done.
So you just can't compete with the combustion engine or the invention of electricity, the invention of the printing press.
I mean, yeah, you can sit there and you can hire a bunch of scribes, and you can write down, you can rewrite books with scribes all day.
But you're going to be obsolete because of Gutenberg and the printing press.
They're going to be churning out books.
So, same thing with AI. Yeah, you can still work the old way, the pre-AI way, which is the way we've all grown up in.
Typing out everything and doing the math yourself.
Whatever, editing your own articles yourself and doing manual research, flipping through books.
I remember, I'm old enough that when we did research papers in college, you know, we went to the college library and they had the freaking Dewey Decimal System.
Remember that?
And you pull out these big, these drawers with library cards in them.
Dewey Decimal System.
I'm looking for this book by this author.
It was all on freaking cards, man.
And then you wander down the aisle like, where's the book by this author?
And then that book is missing.
So you go back to the Dewey Decimal System, right?
Just mind-numbing.
Well, you could take a thousand hours of that, and now you can compress it down to like five minutes with AI. So yeah, you could still, you could be a researcher or a writer or an analyst the old way.
You can flip through pages in a library to your heart's content, but you'll spend a lifetime doing what somebody else can do now in a few minutes with AI. So again, not trying to be condescending at all.
I'm just saying, The invention of AI with availability at the consumer level now, this is more important to human civilization than the invention of electricity, the printing press, the combustion engine, or frankly, the alphabet.
I mean, it's that big of a deal.
Everything changes from here forward.
So, you know, learn about how to use it.
And it will change your life and it will make you far more productive and far more creative and allow you to achieve far more expression.
And if you are opposed to AI, completely opposed to it, just on philosophical or religious grounds, I guarantee you, you're going to have a very tough life ahead because you're going to be surrounded by this technology.
It's going to be involved in everything.
Every business, every non-profit, you know, every...
Newspaper, everything you can imagine.
It will be AI-driven.
Hopefully not the vaccines.
I'm not taking those.
That's for sure.
All right, so let's shift gears to RFK Jr. because I believe he can achieve really great things for our nation, and we strongly need to support his confirmation, which comes down to some senators who are all, of course, So it's a tough challenge here right now.
We need your support.

But understand that the unholy alliance between big food and big pharma, this racket of disease and suffering and profiteering, this needs to end.
Big food makes all these horrific processed foods with toxic ingredients and just heavily laced with pesticides and herbicides and in some cases heavy metals and all kinds of aflatoxins, various contaminations.
We see it all the time in our own food lab.
We see this stuff.
And it's all allowed under the USDA, the EPA, and the FDA. And on top of that, these foods are nutrient-depleted.
They lack key minerals, both macrominerals like magnesium as well as trace minerals like zinc.
And thus, this explains why America is so sick all the time.
Why we have such high rates of cancer and diabetes and heart disease and Alzheimer's.
And then that generates just...
A never-ending waterfall of profits for Big Pharma.
So Big Pharma loves big food.
You know, Big Pharma loves the seed oils because of how they promote heart disease and cancer and inflammation and neurological disorders because these are all conditions that can achieve massive profits for Big Pharma.
So no wonder these nefarious industries are lining up to try to stop RFK Jr. and also the vaccine industry.
The whole industry is based on just a series of lies.
They lied to you, obviously, the whole time through COVID, claiming that COVID vaccines stopped COVID infections, that they stopped transmission.
It was all a lie.
It's all been exposed as a lie.
Even now, nobody even claims that, unless they're just straight-up liars.
And yes, vaccines cause autism.
Vaccines cause incredible harm to our population.
And although RFK Jr. is not opposed to all vaccines, he wants to make vaccines, what he says, safer, I would take it further and say we would be a healthier nation with no vaccines.
We don't need measles vaccines, we don't need chickenpox vaccines, none of that.
But again, that's my opinion, not his.
He believes some vaccinations are necessary.
And that he wants to make them safer and eliminate the aluminum-based adjuvants or the mercury that's in some flu vaccines, etc.
Which I understand, that's a step in the right direction.
I support that step.
The point is that RFK Jr. wants to address the core causes of disease.
And he wants to prevent them.
He wants Americans to be healthier.
Hence the phrase now, make America healthy again, or MAHA, which...
Okay, I get that.
I kind of like it better to say, make yourself healthy again.
My ha.
You know, make yourself healthy.
You don't need to wait for government to be healthy.
You can make healthier choices right now in terms of your foods and nutrition, avoidance of toxins, avoidance of pesticides, etc.
But as a nation, if we are going to have a sustainable economy, if we're going to reduce healthcare spending, which is not helping, You know, it counts for GDP, but it doesn't make the nation healthier for a bunch of people to get cancer and then for the cancer industry to have huge cancer profits.
It doesn't make the nation better off when the government spends, you know, $50 billion on cholesterol drugs and ADHD drugs and weight loss drugs.
No, that counts as GDP, but it doesn't count towards improving health.
In fact, it's detrimental to human health.
That should be counted as negative GDP as far as I'm concerned.
But these things don't make America better.
All these drugs and all these pharmaceuticals and chemotherapy and radiation treatments and cancer surgeries.
What makes America truly healthy and truly sustainable and gives America better longevity and more productivity, if you just want to look at the economy, productive employees are healthy employees.
Or productive innovators are healthy people.
Well, you've got to get back to promoting healthy nutrition and foods, getting the toxins out of the food supply.
And you can't just have a pharmaceutical thrown at every problem.
And you can't just vaccinate children with 150 vaccines or whatever the number is up to.
It just keeps rising every year.
This is not a pathway to health.
And RFK Jr. understands this point.
And he, as head of HHS, he would not only, I believe, Help support the investigations into Fauci and others who we believe committed crimes against humanity by developing bioweapons in contradiction to U.S. legal restrictions against bioweapons development.
You know, R&D on bioweapons is illegal, but Fauci didn't care.
He did it anyway.
But RFK Jr. would also achieve significant reforms for big pharma.
For example, Not allowing direct-to-consumer drug advertising.
That would put a firewall between Big Pharma and the corporate media, which is exactly what we need.
Why should Pfizer be able to pay off CNN to push Pfizer propaganda, as we all witnessed during COVID? CNN, by the way, is laying off hundreds of people, and they should lay off thousands after their drug money is cut off.
That would be a great benefit to America.
But RFK Jr., It's going to push for banning this direct advertising by the drug industry.
It was illegal before 1997, and it's illegal in almost every other country in the world.
Why?
Well, because of the abuses of it.
They run these ads with all these healthy people doing Tai Chi or whatever, and they say, yeah, take this, you know, inject yourself with this reptile venom, you know, which is the weight loss drugs.
Of course, they don't say reptile venom.
They show happy people doing You know, Tai Chi looking young and energetic, but then the actual people that take their product, they end up looking like zombies with these gaunt, long, drawn faces and accelerated aging.
It's like, wow, you look so thin but so old.
How did you lose 50 pounds and gain 10 years in one year?
That's amazing what it did to your face.
I wasn't even paying attention to your waist.
Because your face is so horrific.
It's like, wow, you inject yourself with reptile venom peptides.
Guess what?
It does bad things to your face.
But, hey, that's the way some people want to be.
Whatever, but they shouldn't be able to advertise it to consumers on television with all these deceptive ads.
Like, oh, you take these drugs, you're going to be healthy.
No, you're not.
You're going to look like a zombie.
And that's going to paralyze the vagus nerve.
Barfing for the rest of your life, because that's happened to some people as well.
But anyway, you get the idea, and statin drugs don't save lives.
It's all a scam.
The whole statin drug push has always been a scam from the very start.
So I'm going to put a URL on the screen here for you.
This is a URL where you can go and you can type up a letter and have it sent to your senators.
To urge them to confirm RFK Jr., now, we are going to have to really rally together on this, we the people, the grassroots, because, you know, the seed oil companies and the pharma companies and the vaccine companies, all the mass poisoners of society, the pesticide makers, etc., they want to stop RFK Jr. Because, of course, their revenue model is based on mass poisoning the people.
I know it's incredible just to say that, but it's true.
So we need to stop that, which means we need to urge our senators to confirm RFK Jr. So how do we do that?
Well, two things.
I'm going to show on the screen here a website you could go to, which is part of the nonprofit run by Sayer G, where you can send the email.
Or I'm also going to show the capital switchboard number here.
I think it's a 202 number.
You could call that number.
And you can ask to speak to each of your senators one by one, and then you can urge them to vote for RFK Jr. and explain why.
You can explain, I'm tired of our policies being dictated by drug companies and toxic food companies.
We need to get back to wellness and good health and disease prevention rather than disease profiteering, which is the current model.
And understand, these senators are under a lot of pressure.
They get a lot of money from Big Pharma.
You know, Big Pharma is one of the largest lobbying groups, or it's just called, I think, Pharma.
It's one of the biggest lobbying groups in Washington, D.C. I think three of the biggest lobbying groups are Pharma, the oil industry, and Israel.
That just tells you, you know, who's talking to the senators and trying to dictate policy.
It's those three groups more than any other.
But Pharma makes...
Tens of billions of dollars a year off of disease and fake pandemics, right?
And all kinds, just making up fake diseases.
Like, oh, restless legs syndrome.
Everybody has less restless legs syndrome.
And all of a sudden now, almost hard to say that disease.
It's a tongue twister.
But we've got to stop that.
So this is an action item.
And I need to ask you to do this.
You know, I don't ask you for a lot, but every once in a while I ask you for a very specific action item, and this is one of those items.
I need you, if you live in America, or if you are an American represented by a U.S. Senator, I need you to call the two offices of the two senators for your state, and I need you to do it today or Monday at the latest.
Please mark it down on your calendar.
Make a point.
Do this.
And literally pick up the phone and call your senator's offices and be polite and explain to them that you are urging your senators to support the nomination of RFK Jr. as head of HHS. And you can even explain why.
And the staff there will mark that down.
And then they will give this to the senator.
And if a senator is kind of on the fence, And yeah, maybe Pharma's giving them a bunch of money, but they really don't want to go along with Pharma.
They need a reason to say no to the lobbyists.
Well, that reason can be, hey, we got a flood of calls from our constituents.
Look at these numbers.
We had, you know, 10,000 people call us.
And they said we need to confirm RFK Jr. So it gives the senator an explanation to say no to the lobbyists.
That's what you're doing, is you're giving the senator Political ammunition to say no.
And every call counts.
So make that call.

Now, here's something else that's coming that's related to all of this.
Now, you may know I've interviewed RFK Jr. several times.

This is a huge day, a huge time for America because RFK Jr. is about to face a nomination hearing in the Senate.
It's coming up on Wednesday.

One of them is Jonathan Emord, the famous attorney, as well as Dr. Verkirk of the Alliance for Natural Health, which has been fighting for free speech and freedom of access to nutritional supplements and natural health products for decades.

It's great to have both of you, and Dr. Verkerk, I'm not getting a video from you, but I'm hearing your voice, so we'll see if the video kind of self-heals here in a second.

Let's start with Jonathan Emord.
You are General Counsel for the Alliance for Natural Health, and you have fought just courageously.
Against the overreach, the authoritarianism of the regulatory complex, an extension of the medical-industrial complex, what does it mean, in your mind, for RFK Jr. to be confirmed as head of HHS? What kinds of things would that unleash for America that would benefit the people?
Well, this is the greatest opportunity we've had in American history, actually, to have someone in that position who is our representative, who believes that individuals need to be sovereign in choosing what's in their own best interest, rather than having the bureaucratic state dictate what they are to do,
dictate to them that they must be vaccinated, dictate to them the kind of options in health care they have to have, and also dictate to them whether or not they Can receive information that's truthful about the foods and the nutrients they consume.
So he wants to stand on our side for the first time.
You know, all these years from 1938 to the present, industry has called the shots in a largely protectionist regime at FDA, at CDC, at HHS. All the secretaries have largely been Tied to industry, dependent upon industry for their future employment.
Not this man.
This man's independent.
He's like Trump in that regard.
He's independent.
And in addition, his agenda for the country is reflective of our needs right now.
So he would end the mask mandates.
He would end the vaccine mandates.
Not to say that he believes that you can't have a choice if you want to be vaccinated.
He'd let you be vaccinated, but he wants to end the mandates.
He wants to end compulsion.
He wants to open up the information, the market to information.
He wants to end censorship.
He wants to end censorship of health information.
He wants you to have a full panoply of options in healthcare.
He wants you to not have a pill-pushing, one-size-fits-all approach to medicine.
He wants you to be able to choose the practitioner and the healthcare you want.
He wants the government of the United States to be your servant, not your master.
And he has a long history of explaining these things through many ways in many books, and he's sincere.
The other thing is he's not beholden to anybody.
No drug company is going to be able to use power to compel him to behave in one way or another or a future promise of employment to do it.
He's independent.
He doesn't have to rely on anything outside.
These characteristics that you've just mentioned, which are really extraordinary.
I mean, this is truly an historic moment for this republic.
But this also explains why there is so much opposition among certain industry groups.
And this question to Dr. Verkirk here is that you have big ag, big food, big pharma, big business really working to try to thwart the confirmation of RFK Jr.
Because these very reforms that Jonathan Imor just mentioned would enhance the health and wellness, longevity and productivity of the American people.
But in some cases, at the expense of the disease, sick care, racket profiteering system.
So doesn't it make sense why they are opposing him?
Look, absolutely.
The goal of Big Food, Big Pharma, Big Tech Has never really been about helping the health of people.
So to have someone like Bobby Kennedy coming into a very senior position, obviously he doesn't have any jurisdiction over the USDA deal with agriculture, but he has a remit around making America healthy again.
So as soon as you see, and he also has some very strong support, it would appear from Donald Trump.
We have a situation where we need to start joining the dots and seeing what it is that makes people healthy and make people sick.
And I think it's becoming apparent to all that if you have an agenda that, as RFK has, to make America healthy again, one that's supported by Donald Trump, you've got to deal with all the facets that are contributing to ill health.
Because of the foods they eat, the air they breathe, the pollutants they expose themselves to, the additives and chemicals and pesticides in their foods, the degradation of agricultural soils because of intensive agricultural systems, the rise of modern biotechnology that is creating synthetic biology that's being Drip-fed into our foods without even consumers knowing about it.
So when Bobby Kennedy says, I want to create transparency in government, he means it.
And so one of the reasons that Donald Trump, in his second day in office, is freezing a whole lot of data that is held by different health agencies is he wants to take a careful look at all of that.
He understands that there has been a stitch up that has been going on for decades now that has transferred power and control into the hands of major corporations.
And he wants to give it back to the people.
Absolutely.
And I think what Donald Trump understands, this is my opinion, is that in order to make America great again, as the acronym goes, MAGA, you not only need to unleash energy, domestic energy production to power economies and power food and farming and so on and transportation, but you need to domestic energy production to power economies and power food and farming and so on and transportation, but you need to unleash the health of the when you're diseased, when you're exposed to toxins.
Now, this mandate, I believe that the election of Donald Trump is a mandate for America, and you two gentlemen have a new book called The Maha Mandate.

Here's what's critical about this, Jonathan.
What Dr. Verkirk was just talking about, the authoritarianism.
Now, you and I have had conversations over the last year.
You and I saw, and I just want our viewers to understand the extreme weaponization of the federal government under Biden, the FDA, and other agencies.
I would say, this is my opinion, that they functioned as terrorist organizations against American small businesses and providers of wellness solutions.
How would you describe what you witnessed?
We experienced the greatest rise in both socialism and centralized government planning, a form of socialism, than we've ever seen in America.
And it bled over into areas of traditional totalitarian control, which was control over speech.
They misled us.
They intentionally lied to us.
Fauci, for example, fully cognizant that masks were not effective against the transmission of the disease or receipt of the disease because it was a nanoparticle, lied to us over and over again that we had to be masked.
At the start, you may remember Fauci said that no one needed masks, but he went on to this whole thing.
You should be masked.
No, you should have two masks.
No, you should have three.
Utter nonsense.
Telling us that the Wuhan lab was not a source, was ruled out entirely, that it was a natural source.
When that was the opposite, that they clearly knew it was from Wuhan.
In fact, they were colluding with Wuhan to develop the virus.
And so through gain of function, then lying to Congress about gain of function.
And this whole corrupt cabal you see at the end with Biden's grant of all of these pardons to Fauci and to his family members all revealed to us, I think, the stark reality that they had so much corruption in government, so much effort underway to control us, to deny us access so much effort underway to control us, to deny us access to information, that they were pushing for a centralized government control unlike anything that we've ever And they were very nearly going to achieve it when Donald Trump won.
They really did not think Donald Trump would win.
They thought that they had the control over the whole apparatus.
And then the American people rose up against it and struck it down and repudiated it with vigor.
And that is a sign of the health of the American republic.
Very nearly lost in this last election.
It was saved by the American people.
And so we enter this 250th year of the celebration of the 1776-2026.
It's the celebration of our revolutionary year of the achievement, first time in the history of the world, a government predicated on those four essential truths of the declarational.
All men are created equal, endowed by their creator with certain unalienable rights, among them the rights to life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness.
The governments are instituted among men for the very purpose of protecting the rights of the governed and the just governments derive their powers justly from the consent of the people.
It's really extraordinary.
It's almost divine that Donald Trump is here reviving the American Republic at the time of the 250th anniversary of the Declaration of Independence.
That is extraordinary.
I really feel like the hand of God has been guiding us to this pivotal moment in history, and we have this golden opportunity.
to achieve extraordinary reforms and change that will have a lasting impact for generations to come.
And along those lines, Dr. Verkirk, can you please describe the advocacy positions of the Alliance for Natural Health that you would like the organization to pursue during the Trump administration that can help restore freedom of access to nutritional or natural health solutions and also Yeah,
look, fundamentally, information.
One of the things we've all learned over the years, and the science is very clear on this, most of the reasons that people either become healthy or become sick are related to their behaviors.
There was a big study in 2016 that showed From U.S. county health rankings, that actually clinical care, the very focus of most people when they try and fix a health care problem, they say, oh, we need more regulation.
We need to make more drugs and make them safer and regulate further.
Actually, clinical care contributes only to 16 percent of total outcomes.
The vast majority of it is related to human behavior.
And if we want to change that behavior, the first step is to change the information that occurs at the point of sale.
And of course, what we see is a huge amount of censorship.
Essentially, they are, imagine this, we've determined in recent months that there are almost 400. Medicinal claims, claims made around nutrient disease relationships that government agencies themselves have seen fit to make.
Yet they disallow those very claims that they can make coupled with science to support that if you decide to sell a product.
Now, that is a very blatant form of censorship.
So we're going to go straight after that.
One of the first things we're going to do with the new administration, we're working very hard on it, and we want to bust open the health claims environment to allow those claims.
And of course, we're facilitated by the fact that, and Jonathan can talk to this further, that halfway through last year, the Chevron doctrine that has basically provided...
Deference to the agencies in instances of ambiguity.
So when you have a statute that's somewhat ambiguous, basically the agency can determine what the decision should be.
And that has effectively allowed them to massively overreach.
If we look at the problem of FDA or even FTC or EPA overreach.
A lot of it has happened under Chevron doctrine.
Now, that has collapsed.
That was overturned by the Supreme Court halfway through last year.
So when you look at that opportunity coupled with what we can see as a very friendly administration, first time in history since Big Food, Big Pharma, Big Ag, Big Tech have been in existence.
We can massively open the door and written into the FDA Modernization Act and Jonathan was actually, you know, contributed to the language that basically said if a government makes an authoritative statement around a disease nutrient claim,
that claim should be able to bypass the regime that requires significant scientific agreement, which is a long way of saying We're going to have a bunch of people trying to look for conclusive science, which in most cases does not exist.
And we've seen exactly this mechanism being used in Europe.
It's been around since 2006 when they developed the nutrition and health claims regulation that in itself is based around a global codex guideline on health claims.
That is also the very reason that the qualified health claims regime ended up the way it is.
So we want to bring that open.
I'm going to be petitioning the FDA, and hopefully we won't even have to sue them, and they'll say, yep, go for it.
Let's allow these nearly 400 claims to be used in the marketplace.
Well, that would be...
I'm sorry to interrupt, but I love what you just said, and that would be a great start with those 400 health claims, right?
A great start.
But what we have all witnessed over these past few years is that when the pharmaceutical industry wants to make a claim, such as claiming that these COVID vaccines prevent transmission and block infections, even if those claims are the flimsiest imaginable and are patently false, they are allowed to make those claims without any repercussions.
But when a nutrient is backed by extraordinary Well, we always hear from the regulators and the authorities, well, more study is needed.
More research is needed.
It's not conclusive.
But for them, it's never conclusive.
So to Jonathan here, how would you recommend that this be navigated in terms of reforming the FDA so that truthful claims can be allowed?
And they can't keep making the excuse, well, we need more evidence forever.
So in my ideal world, the Constitution actually matters.
And if I had my druthers, there would be no prior approval process at all for nutrient disease relationship claims, as there is no prior approval process allowed under the Constitution for any speech.
The Founding Fathers intended the First Amendment to be a denial of government power over speech and press.
And meant for there to be no prior restraint exercised by this government.
And yet here we are, some of the most vital information in the world is nutrient disease information, largely will determine your longevity.
And the government of the United States presumes and has since 1938 that it can stand in the way of the communication of that and only allow information it deems appropriate to reach you.
And this results in a mass suppression of almost all of the nutrient disease information.
That is indispensable to the exercise of informed choice.
So get rid of that prior restraint entirely and operate under the First Amendment.
And the market would be awash with information about the effects of nutrients on disease, both in the food marketplace and the supplement marketplace and online.
And people would be able to make informed decisions about which products to purchase based on their own specific needs and desires as to the health of their families.
And this would lead to greater longevity.
And people always scream up and down, oh, that means more fraud.
If we don't have the FDA, there's going to be fraud.
Well, I've got news for you.
The FDA virtually doesn't enforce the law against fraud.
All it does is politically select parties to go beat up based on an agenda set by the political appointees at that agency.
If we had a Justice Department that worked and Trump wants to restore law and order, we'd have prosecution for fraud.
But you know what?
The rule of law...
It's only meaningful in a sense that the Founding Fathers intended it if it goes after instances when individuals are harmed.
What we now have is a broad prior restraint that makes people want to tell the truth bound down by the same strictures that would apply if you convicted someone of an offense of lying.
And so we need to focus on the liars, not the truth-tellers.
We don't need a prior restraint.
We need specific enforcement action against bad actors.
Right now, you get a prior restraint.
The only people following it are the ones who are law-abiding.
They're the only ones that care about the law.
The ones who want to break the law and are willing to do it and take the risks, they're already doing it.
And the FDA has no effect upon them.
And I would add that most of the fraud in the supplements industry is counterfeit ingredients or tainted ingredients.
Bad faith, dishonest labeling, you know, saying it has an ingredient when it doesn't, for example.
A lot of, especially in herbs, right?
They'll say it's this herb, but it's not.
It's something else.
But let me add one more thing and then get your response, Jonathan, then we'll go back to Dr. Verkirk.
But, you know, we're about to release this Enoch AI model, and this is true with our model, which is heavily trained on nutrition.
And wellness and alternative medicine, but it's also true with other models, including models out of China.
They are uncensored about nutrition and health.
And because these are open-source models that anybody can download and run locally, this means that right now the American people can bypass Google censorship, FDA censorship.
They can ask questions about cancer and nutrients, or they can ask questions about blood sugar or high blood pressure or whatever.
To an open AI, I'm sorry, not open, an open source model, excuse me, open AI is not open source, but open source models such as ones from China, which is extraordinary to me to be able to say that, like, China's models are more open than America's models right now, but France has some really great open source models.
But, Jonathan, the age of centralized censorship control over knowledge is coming to an end anyway.
Yeah, you bet.
Beginning with the digital revolution, government has increasingly been unable to maintain a totalitarian regime that is absolute.
And so we have all this digital information.
We have a highly educated population.
They can no longer say that people are too ignorant to understand information because they have access to so much of it.
And furthermore, they can't enforce a regime that cuts down on our access either to things or to information.
And as a result, you see something remarkable happening.
Let me give you a quick example.
So mobile medical apps.
Mobile medical apps came out out of the blue as far as the FDA was concerned and rapidly progressed.
So they had all kinds of them.
And FDA was working on regulations to try to prevent information from coming out and uses of mobile medical apps that they thought shouldn't happen.
And what happened was...
They came in so late with their proposed regulations because they simply couldn't anticipate the changes that were evolving in the marketplace so rapidly.
And as a result, we have the benefit of mobile medical apps without government prior restraint right now.
We've got mobile medical apps that are giving health information so cardiologists can communicate with their patients without requiring them to come into the office.
We're having information transmitted online from patients who are at a specific location.
And that information is giving diagnostic ability to doctors through telemedicine without the necessity of you going to a specific place.
Greatly efficient, saving lives right and left.
And this is the reality that the FDA and all of the governments of the world are facing.
Donald Trump is about to usher in the greatest revolution in American history.
We're going to see a market that's going to boom.
We're going to see...
All of these markets, health markets, other markets, we're going to see costs come way down.
We're going to see food prices drop.
We're going to see gas prices drop.
We're going to see a booming marketplace.
We're going to see upward mobility.
We're going to see a change in the way and standard of living in the American people that is unprecedented.
We're going to be the leader of the world once again in all facets, and the rest of the world is going to be sucked in.
They're not going to be able to maintain totalitarian regimes against the force.
And they're not going to be able to deny their people access to information because it's going to come from the United States and from all other sources that they can't completely shut off.
And they're not going to be able to deny their citizens who are clamoring for options, the options that the American people are going to have.
We're going to be the biggest test lab of freedom in the world, just around the corner.
And the rest of the world, already anxious to be free, is going to have every lust and desire to be just like the Americans.
In having access to freedom, having upward mobility, having opportunities galore.
This is coming.
And so we have to be...
I'm sorry, but I'll tell you, this year, just to confirm what you just said, this year, people will be able to...
I mean, they can go out and buy an NVIDIA graphics card, put it in their computer.
They can have instant access to the entirety of human knowledge on nutrition and herbs and health.
At their fingertips, at no charge, without censorship.
And within a few months, you're going to have an AI avatar on your screen running on your local computer that you just talked to.
You put on a microphone and you ask it questions like, Hey, I've been feeling a little bit weird.
I'm going to go to the grocery store.
What should I consider buying if I'm concerned about blood sugar?
And it will give you authoritative answers from across this vast array.
We're talking millions of science papers, millions of pages of book text, representing billions of hours of human investigation and authorship and research.
The FDA, if they come along and say, well, AI can't talk about nutrition, I'm going to laugh in their face.
Good luck.
Dr. Verkirk, what's your take on AI and decentralized knowledge?
Look, I think it's going to be a game changer.
If you look at the other side of the fence, essentially the primary mechanism, and we've lived and breathed it and fought it for over 20 years in Europe, has been to use a risk assessment model.
You know, if you want to characterize what happened during COVID, if you want to characterize what was done to try and remove freedoms, You can essentially identify that what they're trying to put in front of us is this notion of safety, that Big Brother is trying to do things to protect you because we know better than you do.
And that's the mechanism Nobel is using, the major universities are using.
It's the primary mechanism that's driving the editorials in the major medical journals.
And all of it is based on false principles.
Even the, you know, we've recently filed a lawsuit against the FDA on their OTC ban of homeopathic products.
And we're in the middle of that right now.
And they have done that using this European and Codex model, this thing called risk assessment.
And risk assessment exists as a mechanism ostensibly to keep people safe.
In reality, it has exactly the opposite effect.
And the way it works is you take the most sensitive population, you take the most susceptible population, you take the particular adverse effect that occurs at the lowest possible dose, and you then look at maybe one or two papers, not the totality of evidence.
One or two papers, and then you use uncertainty factors, because there are only one or two papers, to then generate a threshold dose of safety that is applied through regulation across the board.
And to give you an idea how this works, if you take Europe, for example, they have determined that vitamin B6, anything over 10 milligrams, is unsafe.
They're trying to build.
We have been fighting a tooth and nail for 15 years plus now.
That's incredible.
Sometimes I'll take 100 times that dose, you know, occasionally.
You know, you've got these ridiculous nutrient reference values, ridiculous upper safe levels.
All of it is based on flawed toxicological principles.
And built around the precautionary principle.
The precautionary principle is incredibly useful when you are looking at environmental chemicals.
It is really problematic when you start to look at things that are good for you.
So we've been building a new risk and benefit model because if you only look at risk and you look at anything that causes a slight risk to the most susceptible group, And then you essentially impose a binary system that says you're either going to have this thing or you're going to ban it.
You don't have any kind of risk management.
You don't decide to put warning labels on products.
That's the way these authoritarians think.
It is a very, very dangerous system.
So the AI model that you're talking about, your own one, is probably going to be the most...
Comprehensive, available.
It blows that whole system into the weeds.
Not only does it do that, as soon as people start interacting with it, you've got a phenomenal mechanism for behavior change.
Because people will be subject to the crazy information coming top down that has been generated through these revolving doors between big food, big pharma, big tech.
Well, AI will give every person access to a wellness coach at zero cost.
I mean, think about that.
And the other thing that we're doing is we are releasing our model with what's called open weights, which means that anybody can take our model and use it as a starting point to build more onto it or to customize it for their particular use case or their knowledge base.
So, for example, a nutritional supplement company can take our model.
And then they can additionally train it on their corpus of data and knowledge about their products, which will benefit from the base of nutritional knowledge that the model already has.
And then they could deploy that as a customer service model, which we are about to do ourselves.
So when customers come to our online store, they have the choice to say, hey, chat with an AI avatar about wellness.
Can scale to an unlimited number of people.
Now imagine this on a nationwide basis.
And yes, Jonathan, we can put in whatever guardrails are necessary to say, don't talk about bioweapons, don't talk about this or that.
We can sort of aim the AI in a narrow direction to focus on things like fitness or nutrition or detoxification.
But I don't think the government is ready.
I don't think they even realize what's happening.
Probably because most of them don't even show up at work.
But this is a revolution taking place.
How do you keep up legally?
There's a lot of legal action that has to take place here, and that's not known to be rapid.
Can you give us a hint of what you plan to be working on this year and beyond?
So all of the barriers to accessing information that the federal government has in place, we're going to attack.
We're going to attack those things so that people can get access to all information about nutrients affecting disease in the market at the point of sale where it matters most.
And we're also going to end this regime of categorizing products and saying that they're only a food when they actually have medicinal properties or they're only a drug when they actually...
We're going to tell the truth.
There's going to be transparency.
People are going to understand that their options involve risks and that they can decide the relative risks to take.
If they want to take a therapeutic dose of a synthetic substance despite the adverse effects of it, they can go ahead and do that.
But they're going to understand the natural analogs and their effects.
So claims related to Blood pressure lowering, cholesterol lowering, blood sugar lowering, now that are verboten, forbidden, are going to be allowed in the course of our fights with the government.
There are many natural substances that lower blood pressure, lower blood sugar levels, and lower cholesterol, but they can't tell you that.
And this poses risks for people.
I mean, if you're on a drug that lowers these things...
And you don't know that a food source you're taking has the effect of lowering it.
You may get to a point where it's actually dangerous for you.
Or you may have higher doses of a drug than you need.
Or you may find that you don't need those drugs at all.
So we need to empower people, and that's what information does.
Jonathan, to follow up, but the economic impacts of this forced disinformation are huge because...
In many cases, a naturally available nutrient or even just a common food at the grocery store may be a fraction, a tiny fraction of the cost of a synthetic pharmaceutical.
Right, with none of the adverse effects frequently or with adverse effects that are de minimis.
Yeah, this is going to be revolutionary and this is how you're going to make America healthy again.
It's not going to be by government saying, oh, you have to eat a carrot every day.
It's not going to be by government saying, oh, you cannot drink a soda pop.
It's going to be by government opening up information flows that just leave you awash in information about the effects of specific foods on your health and nutrients on your health.
So that when you go into the grocery store and you're a conscientious parent and you want to feed your children, you're going to say, oh, I'm not going to buy that white Wonder Bread anymore.
Oh, I'm not going to buy anything with gluten in it.
Oh, I'm not going to.
Go over here and buy this heavily sugarized cereal.
I'm not going to buy things with red dye in it.
Hopefully that's out of the market.
And, you know, on and on and on in your choices that will be informed at the point of sale.
So, you know, the nutritional benefits associated all of them with cancer risk reduction and broccoli and so forth.
You'll know that.
Yes.
So that you'll be able to tail your diet.
And you'll come in with unique characteristics.
You'll come in with a family history of certain cancers maybe or with a risk factor that others don't have where you would benefit by having a lifestyle and a food choice of one kind or another.
And people will then live longer.
They'll have healthier lives.
They'll gain control.
They'll have sovereignty for the first time over the biological destiny of their own bodies.
Yeah, wow, what an amazing idea, treating adults like adults, you know, that are responsible for their own health.
But, Dr. Verkirk, the FDA has long banned certain herbs that are used in traditional Chinese medicine, such as mahuang, or ephedra in English.
And this particular herb is used in ancient formulations, literally thousands of years old in China, that were able to defeat pandemics.
We did not have access to mahuang in the United States during COVID, and it could have been extremely beneficial.
So will the ANH also fight to restore access to some of these natural herbs or substances that the FDA has denied Americans access to?
So on page 99 of our book, we actually cover this very issue around traditional medicines.
In essence, we've been waiting for the FDA to jump on the issue of medicinal herbs.
These are really the closest the natural sector gets to drugs.
And of course, there's been massive efforts to try and prevent products that are botanical in origin that actually do some of the same things that drugs do, very often doing it better.
So Jonathan's actually been involved in...
Opening up or challenging on ephedra in the past.
There are many instances of it again.
We see the requirement for an entirely new regulatory regime.
In Europe, they did attempt to create a simplified drug regime for herbal medicines that was a spectacular failure, quite deliberately.
So, on one hand, they said, you know, a lot of people in Europe want to use Ayurvedic and traditional Chinese medicines.
But we want to make sure they go through a safe passage.
And in fact, they used, when you look at the legend of history of the traditional herbal medicinal products directive, they used one of the biggest cases of poisoning that was related to the misidentification of stefania.
for Aristolochia that resulted in over 100 cases of deaths from kidney disease that happened as a result not of naturopathic practitioners dispensing a mislabeled product but actually medical doctors and in fact the dietary supplement industry in Europe took the hit on that but that system failed spectacularly because they created An almost impossible quality
control regime for these herbal medicines.
So only a few products that are really part of the European, the Germanic phytotherapy tradition, which is really a 20th century tradition, not a 4,000 year old Ayurvedic or TCM tradition, get through the door.
So that system...
Would have come to America if we sat there and done nothing.
And what we're developing, you'll see it on page 99 of our book, is a specific program that we see developing.
It requires a framework because you can see in the case of many medicines, there is right now a new opioid crisis being...
...created in America by people who are jumping on the back of a Southeast Asian herb, kratom, and then essentially adulterating it with synthetic alkaloids that really are not present.
They're virtually not present in natural cradon substances, but they then put large amounts of sudden hydroxy metragenin into these products, and they're selling it through smoke and vape shops.
And the FDA is doing absolutely nothing about it, despite the fact that this is many, many more times more addictive than morphine.
Wow.
So allow these bad actors to get on board, and that problem needs to be solved.
So typically they do that so they can essentially throw the whole lot down the kitchens.
They want a crisis so they can get more power, centralized control.

But who are the senators who are opposed to RFK Jr.?
Collins and Murkowski particularly.
Of course, most Democrats are probably going to vote against him.
But two Republicans are bolting from the reservation, Collins and Murkowski.
And they need to hear from those people who live in Alaska and Maine that they do not want their elected representative to vote against this great man and destroy the chance for...
Of a lifetime, really, to protect our own interests.
And so if you can, write to your senators in every state and tell them you want RFK confirmed.
And tell, in particular, if you're in Alaska or you're in Maine, send a text, send an email, call on the phone.
Tell the member in their office that you are a citizen of their state and you want to make clear that you support RFK and you want him to be confirmed.
If we can flip Murkowski and Collins squarely into supporting RFK, I think this thing is done.
There are some Democrats who may vote for RFK. For example, Fetterman has indicated that he will vote for RFK. If you're in any state with a Democrat, I mean, by all means, write to them.
Don't write it off as not possible.
Write to them.
Tell them you want.
Email, text, phone.
Tell him you want RFK in there.
We will only have ourselves to blame if he doesn't get confirmed.
If he doesn't get confirmed, the whole Maha agenda is in dire straits because he is it.
He created it.
He is the grandfather and father of it.
And he is the party that can push it through because he's sincere and firmly dedicated to achieve it.
We can have a greater health in this country.
We can have greater longevity.
We can have greater diversity of opportunity in the healthcare market.
We can have all of the things that are related to good nutrition because we can understand at the point of sale what nutrients are in our foods.
And we can have foods that no longer have PFAS elements and other elements in them because the government will rightly protect us from injury.
That's what we need.
That's what he's all about.
And gee, I just hope he gets it.
Expecting, though, as a reality check, Pharma is one of the largest lobbying groups in D.C. And Pharma writes checks to all these senators.
And so we have to generate enough grassroots support to let these senators know that they need to vote against the lobbyists and vote for the people.
I mean, that seems to be what we have to overcome here, correct?
Absolutely.
100%.
In fact, Pharma is doing this.
Pharma is, this is a long-term program, but they'll set up non-profits that look like they're independent, and they'll have names that suggest that they're out for you, and they'll pump all this money into them, and they do lobbying, and they do publicity campaigns that are frankly quite deceptive.
In the case of RFK, they're lying about his positions.
They're saying, for example, that he would ban all vaccines.
That's not his position.
Not true at all, no.
Not at all.
And his position is instead, this is what his position is, that you be fully informed, that there be transparency, that all the information they're hiding from you about the adverse effects of vaccines be given to you.
Well, I saw the scare tactics.
They're claiming that polio would make a comeback.
It's complete nonsense.
I mean, these are such scare tactics.
And I think the American people are on to that.
I think that we're not going to be fooled by it.
But I do believe that unless we make clear to our elected representatives that we know the real scoop and that we want him in there, that they might well follow the money.
And the money is only coming from Big Pharma.
It's not coming from anybody on our side.
All these members get money from Big Pharma directly and indirectly.
And the effect of that is profound.
If they're not watched, if we let this go by in silence, if we're not on it and pressuring them.
They will take advantage of the situation and they may prevent his confirmation.
My hope is that we watch this carefully.
I hope everybody watches the hearings.
You know, he is outstanding, RFK, in answering questions.
That's because he sincerely believes in his positions.
As a result, a lot of these phonies who are in Congress will ask him these questions designed to entrap him or whatever.
That won't work with him.
He's going to be a master in those hearings.
He's going to absolutely persuade a lot of people.
But we all have to see that.
And I think if you watch him, if you see him testify, you're going to realize the depth of his sincerity and commitment.
He's not going to be like those typical mealy mouth.
Political people that sit there and waffle and can't tell you what a woman is and these types of things, that's not RFK at all.
You're going to be surprised.
A lot of people are going to be surprised.

I need you to call your senators, and I need you to politely register your position that they should vote to confirm RFK Jr. That vote is, I think it's right after the hearing, on Wednesday, is it?
When does the vote actually happen?
Do you know?
Well, it depends on their preferences, but the fact is he's going to be before two committees, one on Wednesday, one probably on Thursday, and then there's going to be a vote by the committee.
And if the committee votes him in favor of him, it will go to the whole floor.
I see.
And then every member of Congress will vote.
So we need to influence the health committee.
We need to influence the finance committee.
We need to write to those members.
But the best way to do it is to tell your own member of Congress where you are in this and that you support him.
And then also, if you have the time, write to the chairman of the committee of the health committee, to the chairman and the chairman of the finance committee.
And also to the leading minority members there.
And you can look this up online.
If you just look up Senate Finance Committee, it's actually a longer name, pensions, something else, and energy and health, I think, committee.
If you just look up Senate Help Committee and Senate Finance Committee, you'll get there.
You'll see the majority members, Republican, minority members.
And, yeah, if they are in your state, in particular, you have more traction.
And an easy way to get to your member of Congress is to go to the ANH website at a point, Rob can tell you here in a second, and there you can simply fill in the information that you want to convey, and then it will automatically send it to your specific senator.
Oh, let's do that.

If you want access to nutritional supplements, If you want to be able to speak openly and freely as a provider of health solutions, and this could include herbs, it could include homeopathy, it could include other forms of medicine, natural medical devices,
all kinds of things, nutrients, foods, superfoods, you name it, microalgae, fermented foods, we need you to help take action to get RFK Jr. confirmed so that we can restore trust, honesty, and transparency in all these areas.
And lastly, gentlemen, I just want to reiterate, what you advocate is fact-based health claims.
You know, you're not saying just out of the blue, you don't want anybody to just make up and say anything.
You're talking about science-based, fact-based, evidence-based information about nutrition.
There's a lot of that that already exists, correct?
We need to see the reinstigation of real science.
Essentially, what's happened over the last few years has been a scientific deception, you know, that we've been told to follow the science.
And this science is deliberately misleading.
It's been created as a whole teams of behavioral psychologists who developed it in order to influence people politically in terms of what they buy, what they determine is truthful or misleading information.
The reality is the biggest propagators of misinformation we've seen are the people who declare that they're giving truthful information.
Now, that's going to stop under this administration.
This is so deeply misleading.
And so, yes, we've got to use all of the proper scientific methods that allow us to look at the totality of information.
And the reality is that we are natural beings who've evolved over millennia.
with natural foods and substrates and we do pretty well when we take those and we don't do so well when we start to manipulate molecules so that people can create a business with disease and develop a patent model that is basically now being accepted to be this healthcare industry that we're meant to need so much.
This is a time of huge change.
And we need to really allow individuals and nations to regain sovereignty.
And that means moving away from a centralized system of control that is increasingly moving.
It's becoming supranational and moving into Geneva through organizations like the World Health Organization.
And it's no great surprise.
Christ on the first day of Trump being in office, he's already, you know, basically declared that it'll take one year to happen, but has proposed that America removes itself from the World Health Organization.
That's a huge step in the right direction.
That's right.
That's right.
