Time Text
All right, welcome to Brightown Broadcast News for Wednesday, November 27th, 2024. I'm Mike Adams.
Thank you for joining me today.
I feel a sense of optimism today for a number of reasons.
And then on top of that, there are two very good picks within the Trump administration.
Not that I worship government.
You know my views on this.
I've said, ultimately, you have to dismantle the whole beast system, not just change who's running it.
But this is part of the process, actually, is to change who's running it.
And what's interesting to me is a lot of people who are being nominated, they do want to dismantle it.
And so this is kind of how it works.
I just want to let you know as a programming note, I will not have a broadcast update for you tomorrow, which I believe is Thanksgiving Day.
I don't often keep track of holidays, so I think it's Thanksgiving.
And then Friday, I may or may not have an update for you.
I'm really not sure.
Not sure about the weekend.
Personally, I'm working on a lot of preparedness for the possibility of global nuclear war, even though I have a sense of optimism that it can be averted, and I will explain why.
But I am engaged in a lot of extra preparedness for Just in case.
And you can never be prepared enough.
And I don't just mean stockpiling goods and things.
I've got a sight in some rifles.
I've got some new optics.
I've got some range finders and things.
I need to go through a lot of gear and just re-familiarize myself with it.
I've got a new ballistic calculator for long-range shooting and Just a number of things like that.
So I'm going to take some time to do some skills, and I just want to beg you for forgiveness if I'm not posting as much stuff.
Not just this weekend, but over the whole holiday season here.
We're going to be on a reduced posting schedule at Natural News, as well as my own podcast will be somewhat reduced.
But I want to tell you that in 2025...
You're gonna see some major changes and improvements in what we do at Brighteon and Natural News.
We've got major...
Just so many things to announce.
And I don't want to spill the beans on it, but of course you know we have a new language model that we'll be releasing pretty early in 2025. It's a revolutionary improvement over anything we've done in the past.
We have a new name for the language model.
I'm not going to even mention the name yet.
We have major upgrades on our content team and the production of, well, just different forms of content.
That will be really educational and some of it reference-oriented, a lot of solutions on the health and nutrition side and preparedness.
Man, if you could look in on the meetings that I'm having with my own staffers, I think you'd smile because we have big plans for next year.
Also, I conducted two interviews yesterday.
I don't think I'm going to play either one of those interviews today.
I'm going to play a different interview that I recorded a few weeks earlier.
But the two interviews that I conducted are just mind-blowing, amazing.
I know I'll play one of them on Monday, and the other one I'm just not sure.
But one of the people I interviewed is a...
Well, a researcher, an academic, and writer, his name is Joseph Lumpkin.
It's like pumpkin, but with an L. So it's Joseph Lumpkin, and he covers, well, one of his books is called The Lost Books of the Bible.
And another one is called The Books of Enoch, The Angels, The Watchers, and The Nephilim.
And he's got another book, The Encyclopedia of Lost and Rejected Scriptures.
And what's interesting is that this guy, he and I both are scientists.
His background is in software simulation research for hypersonic missile weapons development.
Yeah, right.
And of course, I have a strong background in mass spectrometry, analysis of food and Food science, method development for herbicides, quantitation of cannabinoids, and things like that.
But both of us are also very interested in history and archaeology and lost civilizations and lost human knowledge.
And so what he has become an expert in is finding and interpreting ancient knowledge, some of which was intentionally left out of the Bible.
You know, the modern Bible today that most Christians use has 66 books in it, but in other religions like Ethiopian Christianity, I think he said they have 81 books.
Like, whoa, where are all the extra books in the Christian version?
Well, they're gone.
They were deleted, you know?
You're like, why?
What did they say that they don't want Christians to hear about?
Oh, wait till you find out the answer to that question because it involves giants and things.
So there's a whole lot of hidden history that you need to...
Well, I say you need.
I mean, you will be intrigued by.
You may want to know.
And there's also...
There was a video documentary that was put out recently.
I think it was called The Old World Order.
And I think Stu Peters Network helped fund it.
Anyway, I don't recall who was the actual creator of the film, but I know Stu Peters, I think, funded it or co-produced it.
And it's a film that talks about really Tartaria, as it's called, or ancient civilization.
Actually, I shouldn't say ancient.
Recent, like relatively recent civilization that has been wiped from our memories, in essence, just kind of erased.
And yet, there are a lot of things left behind, such as old buildings that have...
Really large ceilings and large doors that are sized appropriately for giants, like actual giants, really large humanoid-type beings.
And I know it sounds just fantastical, but Steve Quayle has talked about this for many, many years, about giants and the Nephilim and the fallen angels and how they then bred with human women and created hybrid...
And some people say this was one of the reasons why God unleashed the great deluge.
You know, and then you talk about antediluvian civilizations and all that.
It's really fascinating.
But I don't know all the facts of history.
I mean, how could anybody?
But I do know one thing for sure.
What we are told about history is a collection of lies.
And even the Bible itself is rather incomplete.
To me, that's shocking to learn that.
How much is left out of the Bible or how much is mistranslated, how much deception there is.
In the censorship of certain scrolls or certain books or certain people and the bias that's given in favor of other people like, you know, Paul the Apostle, the quote Apostle, the imposter Apostle.
Somehow, Paul dominated the New Testament and, you know, even though he contradicted a lot of the teachings of Christ himself, but Christ's brother James got elbowed out of the way.
You know, there's all kinds of Drama that we need to understand in order to dig down that rabbit hole and understand who we are, where we came from, how we got here, and what is this?
And what happens next?
What is the cosmos?
What is human civilization?
And honestly, I think we're living in a Truman Show.
We're living in a Truman Show.
We are only shown the theatrics that the globalists want us to see.
And it doesn't even scratch the surface of actual truth.
Real truths are hidden from us.
And one of the things that's freaking out the globalists right now is that their censorship regime has failed.
They thought they could just silence everybody.
I mean, I've been censored for 10 years now.
10 years.
A decade of my professional life has been essentially erased or blocked.
Because, you know, big tech and big government, which named me, and that's come out in our lawsuits, they did not want me to be able to communicate with the public.
Well, now President Trump has nominated a new head of the FCC, and his name is Carr, C-A-R-R. What's his first name?
Brendan.
Here it is.
Brendan Carr.
Now, I don't know much about Brendan Carr except that the fact-checkers and the censors and big tech are freaking out.
They are just totally freaking out because Carr is anti-censorship.
And here's a story from the Financial Times.
It says, Donald Trump's return sends shivers through the anti-misinformation world.
Yeah, those are all the, quote, fact checkers and all the censors and all the people that don't want you to be able to question vaccines or question the Federal Reserve or what have you.
And then the subtitle from the Financial Times is, vow to crack down on the censorship cartel has researchers worried and big tech is on notice.
The incoming Trump administration's vow to dismantle the left-wing censorship cartel has thrown a shadow over the cottage industry of academics, non-profits, which are all government-funded, and researchers that sprang up to combat a tide of digital misinformation and threatened to disrupt the big tech companies behind the world's most popular platforms.
Researchers fear that Donald Trump will make good on his past promises to crack down further on the misinformation field in the U.S. for alleged election interference.
So, of course, you and I know that the censorship cartel, they use the phrase misinformation or disinformation in order to just silence anybody that they don't want to be heard.
And of course, they appoint themselves the monopoly arbiters of ultimate truth, which is insane.
What a silly idea.
Apparently, Carr is going to dismantle that, or at least that's the promise.
So if he does that, I'm pro-Carr.
That's Brendan Carr, C-A-R-R. So check him out, keep an eye on him, and I'll be bringing you information about Carr.
I don't know much about Carr other than what I just mentioned to you here, so maybe he's done some wacky stuff in the past that I don't know about.
It doesn't matter to me.
I honestly, I really don't care what these nominees did in the past.
I want to know what they're going to do starting January freaking 20th.
I want people to go in there and And basically dismantle the whole system.
I really do.
I think we should defund every federal agency.
Just defund them all, tear the whole system down, and start over.
That's probably not going to happen until the dollar collapses or there's a default on U.S. debt, which I think Trump will be forced to announce, by the way, sometime in the next few years if he lasts that long.
So, you know, interesting times are coming, that's for sure.
But that nomination is good news.
And then there's another nomination, which is Dr. Jay Bhattacharya.
Dr. Jay Bhattacharya, yeah.
He was a very vocal critic of the COVID-19 lockdowns.
Very vocal critic of the NIH. He had been subjected to a lot of censorship.
And let's see, he's a Stanford physician and economist.
And let's see, he says, quote, We will reform American scientific institutions so that they are worthy of trust again and will deploy the fruits of excellent science to make America healthy again.
All right, well, I'm willing to give him a shot, man.
Yeah, thumbs up.
Let's see what you can do.
Dr. Bhattacharya, a lot of new names here, and this man's name has a very complicated spelling, but we'll get used to it.
Okay.
All good.
So Robert F. Kennedy Jr. said, quote, I'm so grateful to President Trump for this spectacular appointment.
Dr. J. Bhattacharya is the ideal leader to restore NIH as the international template for gold standard science and evidence-based medicine.
So Yeah, once again, okay, I welcome what RFK Jr. is saying here.
And RFK apparently will be running HHS, which means that RFK Jr. will be the boss of Dr. Bhattacharya.
But I do need to point out that what RFK is saying here is we're going to restore NIH as the leader of gold standard science and evidence-based medicine.
That's where I say, you know, with respect, I'm glad RFK Jr. is going to be on top of all of this, but...
We don't need an NIH. The NIH will always become corrupt because centralized science is a bad idea in and of itself.
So I don't want to, with respect to RFK Jr., I don't want to restore the NIH as the international template for gold standard science.
You know why?
Because four years later, when you're not running it anymore and some other left-wing, corrupt, fraudulent lunatic comes in, they're going to weaponize it.
They're going to weaponize it.
They're going to have another pandemic.
They're going to have another whatever, monkeypox, and they're going to lock everybody down.
They're going to say, the science!
You have to trust the science.
And the problem is centralized science.
We don't need an NIH. We don't need an FDA, by the way.
We don't need, you know, USDA, EPA, FBI. We don't need a CDC. We don't need any of these agencies.
ATF, DEA, come on.
We don't need any of them.
So step one is reforming them.
I get it.
But the real solution is to dismantle the whole system.
And I'm not sure that's ever going to happen until the collapse comes.
So we'll just have to wait and see.
But, you know, I can kind of half-cheer good people being put in positions to run the beast.
I can be a little bit like, yay!
You know?
I'm not all in with that idea, but it's better than what we had, you know?
Yeah.
It's not like puke-worthy, nauseating, horrible stuff like we would have had under Kamala, but it's also not the ultimate solution.
The ultimate solution is decentralization.
Decentralized medicine, decentralized food, decentralized science.
We do not need governments funding science or funding pharmaceutical research or funding education or funding any of that nonsense.
Ultimately, the solution is to get the government out of all those businesses, out of all of our lives.
And if you're going to have a government at all, have it do a very short list of things like defend the borders.
Defend the borders.
Defend the oceans on the edges of the country.
Maybe deliver the mail.
They can't even do that very well.
Enforce a fair court system.
Things like that.
Protect the individual liberties of the citizens, which is what the Bill of Rights was supposed to be.
The government today is about 100 times larger than it should be.
If we cut 99% Well, I guess to do that, we would have to cut a lot of the military budget and most of Social Security and Medicaid, so that wouldn't be popular because that's about 80% of government spending right there.
But I'm talking about the bureaucracies.
If you cut 99% of the bureaucracies, life gets better, not worse.
Better.
Think about it.
You know, if it wasn't for the Zionism influence over the Trump administration, I would be really excited, actually, about what Trump is doing.
But in the back of my mind, I'm always concerned right now that once he's sworn in, he's going to say, you know, screw America.
It's Israel first.
Let's just go to war with Iran.
Let's...
Let's let Israel bomb its neighbors.
Let's have war in the Middle East.
I'm really concerned that that's where this is going.
If that doesn't happen, then I'll be very happy.
And I really want Trump to focus on domestic issues, such as the important deportations of illegals, stopping the human trafficking, and tracking down those evil demons who have been trafficking children.
We need to hunt them down and drag them out of their basements or wherever they are.
I mean, I can't even say on this recording what would be spiritually justified to happen to people who trafficked children.
But use your imagination.
It's just that the things that are justified are probably illegal to do to those people, but so I'm not going to say it.
I'm just going to say let's enforce the rule of law.
Let's drag those people into court, charge them, try them, prosecute them, okay?
Because I am a rule of law guy.
I don't believe in vigilantism, but people who hurt little children, you know, again, I'm not going to say it.
There's probably going to be a lot of As the dollar collapses and centralized government becomes weaker, I imagine across America there's going to be a lot of emerging forms of, we'll just call it, instant justice for human traffickers.
Seriously.
And I'm not going to complain about that.
If a team of veteran Navy SEALs or whatever, if they're in the business of just hunting down People who traffic children for profit, and if they find a den of those people, and they just happen to just, you know, kill them all, ah, hey, you're not going to hear any complaints from me.
I'm not going to do it, but if somebody else does that, I'm not, right?
You probably agree with me on this point.
It's like, if you traffic children for You know what?
You forfeit your right to life, I think, but I guess the question becomes, how do you know for sure that you have the right person, right?
And so that becomes a due process question.
And our court system is based on the idea that every person deserves a defense.
Every person deserves the right to present evidence in their defense and to call witnesses in their defense.
So I suppose I absolutely support that notion.
I think that's very important.
I do want rule of law.
I'm just saying...
If a bunch of child traffickers just disappear, no complaints from me.
Anyway, Trump needs to focus on a lot of domestic issues.
We've got to clean up the deep state.
He's got to prosecute thousands of treasonous actors.
And the people who rigged the 2020 election, by the way, all those people need to go to prison for life, in my opinion.
And let's hope that happens.
So I think Pam Bondi is the nominee for Attorney General, and I don't know.
I don't know.
We'll wait and see.
All right, let's move on to a topic we have to revisit because we have new information about it.
And this gives me a sense of optimism to avoid nuclear war.
And I think I'm the only person saying this, but that's often the case.
When you decide, when you are your own analyst and you arrive at your own conclusions without just waiting for people to tell you what to think, you very often have conclusions that nobody else has reached yet.
And then over the next few days, typically I'll start to hear a lot of other people reach the same conclusion.
But my conclusion on the Oreshnik Russian missile system is that it reduces the risk of global nuclear war.
And that's good news.
So let me explain why.
And in doing so, I want to share some new stats and a video with you, a video that was put out by Sputnik, a Sputnik news publisher, which is associated with Russia.
And they put out an analysis of how many minutes it takes the Oreshnik missile to hit various U.S. bases around the world.
And I had this same question, and apparently my estimates were off.
I was way off in terms of time.
The missile's faster than I was calculating in terms of how it can reach remote cities.
So apparently the U.S. airbase that's in Kuwait, which threatens Iran, obviously, the Oreshnik missile can reach that airbase in 11 minutes.
Oh, I forgot to mention the Oreshnik missile system is on a mobile launcher.
A vehicle, I think it's a six-axle vehicle, obviously a very heavy vehicle, probably tears up the roads when it drives around, but...
The point is it's mobile, so that makes it very difficult for the West to target the Oreshnik launchers because they keep moving around on you.
This is why nuclear submarines are such a formidable weapon in nuclear war because they're always moving and they're hard to find.
Well, fixed missile bases are very easy to target and all the fixed missile silos of Russia and the U.S. and China are already fully known because of satellite imagery and they're already built into all the targeting of all the nations.
So that's a done deal.
But the mobile launchers Are very difficult to take out.
So this is a mobile launcher missile system.
As I've covered the last few days, I call it Zeus's Lightning or the Thor of Hammer or God's Comets.
It strikes out of the heavens, just like 36 submunitions moving at insane speeds and unleashing massive kinetic energy destruction onto its targets on the ground.
All right, so 11 minutes to hit the U.S. airbase in Kuwait.
11 minutes.
That's not much reaction time, is it?
The U.S. 5th Fleet Headquarters, that's the naval fleet, obviously, in Bahrain, can be reached in 12 minutes.
It can be obliterated in 12 minutes and one second, by the way.
Well, technically...
12 minutes and.0001 seconds.
It's gone.
Okay, the U.S. Air Base in Qatar, 13 minutes, and the U.S. Air Base in an African nation, Djibouti, is reached in 20 minutes.
Yeah.
Djibouti, not to be confused with our transportation secretary, Pete Booty Juice.
Sounds similar, but it's a totally different thing.
You gotta love the names of some of these places.
Djibouti.
Hey, what you do with Djibouti?
I hit it.
I don't know.
Okay.
Next, how long does it take the Oreshnik missiles to hit The Pacific Coast and Alaska.
So these missiles will be launched from Kamchatka, which I believe is in more of Eastern Russia, and the flight time to Alaska, which of course isn't that far from Russia, used to belong to Russia, in case you may recall, 12 minutes.
Boom.
There goes the airbase in Alaska, 12 minutes.
The U.S. Air Force and Navy base in Guam, 22 minutes.
Uh-oh.
Okay.
And the naval base in Pearl Harbor, right?
Oahu, Hawaiian Islands, right?
25 minutes.
Gone.
25 minutes.
Imagine living in Hawaii and being given a warning.
I mean, how long would it take for them to get the warning out?
Probably like 20 minutes?
So you have a five-minute warning.
That's not going to do a lot of good, is it?
And for the Oreshnik missile to hit the Minuteman 3 missile silos in Montana, that would take 23 minutes.
23 minutes.
And that's being launched from Chukotka.
I'm not familiar with where that is.
Somewhere in Russia.
Russia's a big country.
Don't forget, it's got 13 time zones spanning it east to west, right?
Because that's the way time zones work.
Okay.
To reach the Minuteman III missile silos in North Dakota, 24 minutes.
So pretty much Russia has a weapon that can...
Reach any target anywhere in the world that can obliterate any target within 10, 20, 25 minutes, maybe 30 for something a little farther away.
And it's non-nuclear.
And it doesn't cause radiation fallout, obviously.
It doesn't cause massive infrastructure destruction in a wide area.
It's very surgical, and it doesn't kill a lot of civilians.
It just kills whoever is in the target blast zone there, which often would be underground facilities or a military base or a command headquarters building or something like that.
You can imagine that with this kind of weapon, Russia could easily, easily take out Aircraft carriers or the White House or, you know, the Washington Monument, I suppose, or Wall Street buildings or...
I'm not saying that they would target civilian infrastructure.
They'd probably focus on military bases in Europe, like in Romania, I would imagine.
Maybe Poland and just military targets across the UK and France and so on.
But if they wanted to strike ports or civilian infrastructure in the US, they could very easily.
So I think that the presence of this weapon and the fact that Russia has demonstrated it for the whole world to see is going to cause Western forces to have to recalibrate their whole idea of how they were planning to escalate this thing into World War III. They were trying to provoke Russia into launching nuclear weapons.
And now because of the Oreshnik, they can't because Russia can simply respond to a provocation with Oreshnik missiles.
So the West won't have the excuse to say, oh, Russia launched nukes.
They're so evil.
We have to nuke them back.
They won't have that narrative.
And whoever is the first nation to launch nukes will be condemned by the whole world.
If any nation launches nukes, is the first to launch them.
In World War III, massive condemnation, economic consequences, diplomatic consequences, trade consequences, etc.
So Israel doesn't want to be the first nation to launch nuclear weapons, although they may.
They're probably the most volatile in that direction.
Certainly, Pakistan, which has nukes, doesn't want to be the first to launch them.
Certainly, you know, France doesn't want to be, the US doesn't want to be, etc.
And Russia doesn't want to be the first to launch nukes either.
But Russia can now do a tremendous amount of surgical military damage and disable key military and infrastructure targets across the entire planet without using nuclear weapons and thus without drawing world condemnation about the ecological damage, you know, the The civilian population damage, infrastructure damage, crop land damage from fallout and radiation and cesium-137 and all these kinds of issues.
So this is a game changer for warfare, and it's been sinking in, in my understanding, day by day.
And each day I am more and more astonished about how this weapon system changes the equation of warfare on planet Earth.
And interestingly, it changes it, in my view, it changes it in a positive de-escalation manner for the reasons I just mentioned.
It gives Russia an option to retaliate without using nuclear weapons and yet to dominate targets all over the world, including U.S. aircraft carriers.
Now, if Israel were wise, not saying they are, but if they were wise...
They would beg America not to get into some kind of a big weapons exchange with Russia because if Russia started attacking U.S. naval resources, like the 5th Fleet headquarters in Bahrain, or think about aircraft carriers wherever they are in the Mediterranean Sea or the Arabian Sea or the Persian Gulf or the Red Sea or wherever, you start taking out aircraft carriers, which is easy for Russia to do at this point.
No defense against this.
Then Israel suddenly looks defenseless if you don't have the U.S. Navy and the aircraft carriers there.
Because there's only so much you can do with destroyers and frigates and so on from offshore.
You can only fire rounds and missiles so far inland.
To really project power, you need aircraft that can take off from a floating airport, which is an aircraft carrier.
If Russia takes out the aircraft carriers...
Israel's screwed.
I mean, Israel's toast at that point.
And then Israel would end up having to use nuclear weapons, which would bring them more world condemnation.
They've already, you know, the ICC has already issued arrest warrants for Netanyahu and Gallant as war criminals.
It would be even worse.
Talk about becoming a pariah state, you know.
Israel's on a bad trajectory right now.
And the Oreshnik missile system from Russia just made Israel's situation indirectly far more precarious.
They may not even realize it yet.
NATO forces typically are, in the modern age, too stupid to know anything.
Didn't used to be that way.
A lot of veterans of our military that were very competent, very capable pilots and Engineers and soldiers back even in the 1990s in the Gulf War or earlier in the 80s, what have you, in the Vietnam War, all that, especially going back to World War II. But today, the NATO forces are just run by woke idiots.
So they may not even realize the game change that just took place.
But I do want to play this video for you.
It's a little under three minutes.
So you can hear this from the Sputnik news source yourself, so you know I'm not making this up.
And you'll get to hear them also say the word Djibouti.
So check this out.
While Europe is concerned about a new threat from which it has no protection, this is the Oreshnik medium-range ballistic missile, which reaches the western capitals of NATO countries in 15 to 17 minutes.
The Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs made an important statement on November 25. If the United States continues to pursue escalation and an aggressive policy, this missile system could be deployed in the eastern part of Russia.
Let's look at the capabilities of this system using the example of the Kapustinyar testing site.
We see that from Kapustinyar, Oreshnik reaches the US airbase in Kuwait, which is 2,100 km away, in 11 minutes.
The headquarters of the 5th Fleet of the US Navy in Bahrain, at 2,500 km takes 12 minutes.
The US airbase in Qatar, at 2650 km, is reached in 13 minutes.
The US airbase in Djibouti, an African country and the Pentagon's only base in Africa, at 4-100 km, is reached in 20 minutes.
If we consider the Far Eastern region, for example, launches of Oreshnik from Kamchatka, We see that from Kamchatka to the US airfields in Alaska, which is a distance of about 2400 km, Oreshnik will arrive in 12 minutes.
US Air Force and Navy bases in Guam, 4500 km, 22 minutes of flight.
U.S. Air Force and Navy base is at Pearl Harbor, a well-known U.S. base in the Pacific Ocean, 5,400 kilometers.
Oreshnik will reach it in 25 minutes.
We will not consider such trifles as the U.S. Navy base in Japan's Yokosuka.
Let's return to Chukotka.
We see that from Chukotka, Oreshnik will reach the Minuteman III strategic missile silos in Montana at a distance of 4,700 km in 23 minutes.
Similar Minutemen 3 silos in North Dakota could be hit in 24 minutes, at a distance of 4900 km.
And if today these schemes and routes seem fantastic to some, the escalation spiral of the US and NATO may tomorrow make them a reality and even surpass our expectations.
So there you go, from Sputnik.
I'm laughing because it's not about the content, but about this guy looks like he's a weatherman or something, like he's giving you the weather.
Doesn't he look like a weatherman?
Like, today's weather report from Russia is going to be very stormy for those on the leading edge of high-pressure Oreshnik wave.
Expect clouds and fire.
It's like, if you thought Superstorm Sandy was bad, you just wait for the Reshnik rainfall, hmm?
It just looks like a weatherman.
I'm sorry.
Temperatures expected to be record high in Pearl Harbor tomorrow, you know, in 12 minutes or whatever.
Sorry.
Russian weatherman with Oreshnik rainfall.
I mean, it's sorry.
Sometimes I amuse myself too easily with these things, but it's funny.
It's Oh my gosh.
Someone should do a parody video like that.
Where's Babylon B when you need them?
Should be the Russian Oreshnik weather report, you know?
Okay.
But I love how, like, Russian media, they don't have any bells and whistles.
I mean, it looks like a set from, like, 1987 or something.
It's, like, it's really old school, but they have the world's most devastating high-tech advanced weaponry, you know?
Like, America is exactly the opposite.
Our news stations are all fancy, like, everything's swirling around and animation and graphics.
Oh, my God, it looks so cool!
But your military sucks, you know?
Like, the U.S. doesn't even have hypersonic missiles, and the soldiers, you know, half of them are, like, transgender now, and they're all woke.
But we have great graphics, that's for sure.
Woo!
All kinds of great graphics on our fake news channels, you know?
I think the Russian approach is actually better.
Like, spend money on effective technology instead of better graphics.
Because it's not about propaganda.
It's about delivering kinetic energy, it turns out, where you want it in, you know, 12 minutes.
All right, let me bring in a couple of projects here that have come my way.
And the first one called ND Meal, which stands for Nutrient Dense Meal.
A fan who listens to this podcast, hi Cammie, her name is Cammie.
She lives in Italy and she put together a business plan.
You can see it if you want at ndmeal.com.
And she wants to develop these instant meals that supply, through organic and lab-tested nutrition, all of the day's requirements of everything, from protein and micronutrients and minerals, etc.
And she has a lot of contacts in Italy with some certified organic products.
Food manufacturers and producers and growers that sourced this from Italy and the Mediterranean area.
And she put together this really impressive website to kind of pitch the project to me, asking if I'm interested in maybe funding this project or promoting this project or being part of it.
And the reason I'm sharing this with you is because Well, I love her idea.
It's really cool.
And she sent me some samples and they're freeze-dried instant meals from Italy.
It's a great idea.
But my plate is full with my AI projects and some other things that I'm working on for next year that I can't even mention yet.
I can't take on this project.
However, I would love to add these products to our store and to promote this kind of solution.
You know, I would love to import these products.
I just can't be involved in investing in it and running logistics and so on.
So I thought I would share this with you.
If someone listening, if you're looking for a business investment idea, Then this is something to consider.
And you can go to ndmeal.com.
Cammie's address or email address is at the very bottom of the site.
She's got a phone number there if you want to reach her.
Maybe you want to go into business with her.
Maybe you want to invest.
Maybe you have a better idea.
I'm not an owner of this.
I would have no stake in it.
But I am interested in the finished product being something that we could offer.
I love the idea.
So I'm sharing that with you in case you have interest in that kind of a business idea.
I know a lot of people who listen to this are actually looking for a better place maybe to invest some funds because of the instability of the banking system.
Like, where can I put money that it might be good?
Well...
This is maybe one to look at.
Just as a disclaimer, I can't guarantee results.
I can't vouch for it.
It's not my business.
Literally, not my business.
I'm not a stakeholder.
But I can guarantee you that I'm intrigued by this.
I love what Kami has come up with.
And if this could be completed, which I would imagine would require...
A lot of money.
I mean, well, what is a lot these days?
At least a few hundred thousand dollars would be my guess to create the meals and source the ingredients and manufacture it at scale.
If that could happen, And if these meals were tasty and nutritious, I would love to be the exclusive U.S. distributor and retailer of these products.
So that's one idea to share with you.
Kind of interesting.
People bring me a lot of ideas.
Mostly, I reject them and I don't mention them.
But this is one that...
It really has a lot of merit.
And Kami put together quite a website there.
All right, so that's one thing.
The next thing to mention to you is that a person that I have worked with for many years...
Who has done a lot of great work on various topics.
He has come up with a new chewable gum product called Next Level Gum.
And the website is nextlevelgum.com.
Alright, so if you go to nextlevelgum.com, this gum, which was co-developed with an MD known as Dr. Habib, this gum...
Is a dopamine-boosting gum.
It has a potent dopamine-stimulating superfood or herbal ingredient in it that achieves this.
And so as you chew the gum, it's releasing the dopamine booster.
The key ingredient is mukuna.
The gum has been formulated with a lot of other synergistic ingredients.
It doesn't have any garbage in it.
It's a functional gum, which I think is...
I think this is a category of health products that's going to explode, by the way.
Functional gums that have herbal constituents.
And this is another project where...
I wish I had the time to be involved in it and to be an investor or to help manage this, but I don't.
I'm running my own projects.
But this person that I've known for many years came up with this and they've developed the gum and it's available.
It's available right now.
You can actually buy this on the website.
So I'm sharing this with you, and I don't earn anything off this, by the way.
I'm just passing this along.
If you go to nextlevelgum.com and you use discount code RANGER, you'll save 10%, and you can try this gum for yourself.
Now, Dr. Habib, here's what he says about this gum.
He says, quote, Dopamine is the brain's most potent antioxidant, and therefore, boosting dopamine levels can support not only our brain, but other hormonal and immune functions.
Our revolutionary new product, Next Level Gum, can help in this process by boosting dopamine levels naturally.
And then he says, again, these are his quotes, not mine, but he says, among the many benefits, it can increase brain focus and memory.
Help relieve anxiety and depression, elevate mood and energy, activate parasympathetic boosting immunity, reduce stress response by lowering sympathetic drive, the fight or flight, lower insulin resistance, lower blood sugar, and help with blood pressure control.
So those are some of the benefits that he's describing as being known to be related with balancing dopamine levels.
So that website, again, nextlevelgum.com, and the developer of this, which is Sean David Cohen, he's also, he and his partner there, Dr. Habib, they are about to roll out a book.
Called the Dopamine Revolution.
So very cool stuff going on there.
I'm happy to pass this along.
I think it's a great idea.
And I've tried this myself.
I think they've got the flavor well-balanced for this gum.
It is a functional gum.
It's not Halloween candy.
But it has an herbal benefit.
So check that out at nextlevelgum.com.
And again, the website I mentioned before this, the other website, A business idea from Cammie out of Italy is ndmeal.com.
That's nutrient-dense meal, ndmeal.com.
A lot of great business ideas out there.
And for those of you listening, if you have a really great business idea or something that you want me to pass along to the listeners, feel free to pitch it to us.
You know, you could contact us through the naturalnews.com website, or you can email us at situationupdate at protonmail.com.
And the way I work on, you know, mentions and plugs like this, like you heard here today, I don't ask for anything.
I'm just passing this along as a great idea, something that I would love to help promote.
Other times, If you give me a discount code and you want me to add your product to rangerdeals.com, which is where we list a lot of third-party products, typically I will ask you to donate product to my church.
That is somehow representative of the business that we bring you.
And then what you can do is you donate to our church.
You can then take a tax deduction for that donation.
You're donating your product, whatever it is that you make.
So for example, the Safrax company donates like pallets of chlorine dioxide to us.
And then my church distributes these products In the community.
And we do something at our church services called reverse tithing.
So in the congregation of my church, every time we have a church meeting, which is not every Sunday, just to be clear, but when we have a meeting, the church gives to the congregation, not the other way around.
So that's the ecosystem of abundance in which I work, which is that If you want me to help promote your company, if you have a great product and it's nutritious and it's going to help a lot of people, I'll promote it for free and you can thank me by making a donation to my church and I'll take that donation and I'll donate it in the local community.
I'll get it into the hands of people.
We'll make it part of the distribution in the Civil War or whatever is coming.
That's how I operate.
I call it God's economy.
It's an economy of abundance, not scarcity.
And what's interesting to me is, like, I'm not getting paid by these companies, and thus these aren't even taxable events.
In fact, these are tax deduction events.
So, you know, the IRS isn't taking a piece of everything.
Instead, we're getting product that we donate to people in need.
We are helping the local community through this.
And it's just a beautiful thing.
We have really come up with the perfect structure to carry out, you know, God's mission to help people in need and to help promote companies that are doing good things, that have solutions to For our audience.
So if you've got a solution for our audience, I'd love to hear about it.
I will ask a lot of questions and conduct due diligence and so on, and just expect that.
But I do want to help, especially small businesses and companies in America in particular.
I really want to help people have a successful business and get on your own two feet.
If you've been an employee with a corporation for a long time, you're trying to do something yourself, if you're a small farm, whatever the case may be.
We've interviewed a lot of farmers.
Like the folks in Oregon that do the mula coin.
Remember that?
Right?
So we try to help wherever we can.
All right.
And of course, thank you all for your support.
At our store, healthrangerstore.com, we have a sale on all of our colloidal silver products, whatever we have left.
We've got quite a few products still left, by the way.
15% off everything.
If you go to healthrangerstore.com slash silver.
You'll see our Thanksgiving sale, which gives you an additional 15% off the Colloidal Silver products.
And that's running for the next, I don't know, four or five days.
It ends midnight December 2nd.
So again, healthmangerstore.com slash silver.
You can see our silver first aid gel, our silver fresh deodorant with baking soda, our silver breath spray, our silver mouthwash and gargle with iodine and zinc, and our colloidal silver castile liquid soap.
Just really, really super clean products.
You're going to love these.
All on sale, which is a rare thing for us, but take advantage of that.
Again, healthrangerstore.com slash silver.
All right, now I've got a special report for you, and then we'll have today's interview.
The special report is called Nuclear War is the Globalist Next Depopulation Scheme to Kill Billions.
And I'm just describing that if you're wondering why the Western leaders seem to be so crazy, like they actually want nuclear war, well, the answer is they do.
They do want war because, well, I explain it in the report, but Just understand that I think nuclear war can be averted.
I do.
And I think the Oreshnik missile system, the Russian missile sandwich system, can reduce the risk of escalation.
That's my analysis.
I'm curious if anybody else is going to...
Back up that analysis or not, military people or whatever.
But that's the conclusion I've come to.
So that's the silver lining in all of this is maybe we can just avoid nuclear war.
Wouldn't that be great?
Happy Thanksgiving.
We're not all going to die in a mushroom cloud.
Enjoy the turkey.
So enjoy this special report, followed by today's interview with Mitch Vexler.
Who is exposing the nationwide property tax scam.
This is a really interesting interview.
This is one you'll want to share with a lot of people because the property taxes are calculated not based on real valuations of what property should be, and this is in Texas and all the other states, but rather how much money the local government needs to take from the people.
First they set their budgets and then they divide it up among all their property and that's how they set the property tax rates.
It's got nothing to do with real valuations.
It's got everything to do with the local government looting the pockets of the homeowners and commercial building owners.
It's a scam and there are lawsuits underway.
And our guest today, Mitch Vexler, has all the goods on this.
So enjoy that interview and have a happy Thanksgiving.
I'll be back with you, I don't know, in a day or two or three, probably sooner, depending on what happens in the world.
But enjoy your Thanksgiving.
Thank you for listening.
Enjoy the special report and the interview next.
Now through December 2nd at the Health Ranger Store, we have all of our silver-based products on sale, 15% off automatically in the shopping cart when you purchase them at healthrangerstore.com.
Let me show you what we have.
We've got the silver gel.
This is the first aid gel in the squeeze tubes there.
Everybody loves this.
It's got eight different essential oils in it.
I formulated this myself.
It's got a thousand uses around the home or ranch or even I've donated this to first responders and guys that run on the border to try to protect our border in Texas.
They use that gel.
We've got silver-based deodorant, which has different forms of magnesium in it as well.
It's not an aluminum formula.
We don't use aluminum in our deodorants.
It's silver and baking soda and magnesium.
It's very natural.
People love that deodorant.
And we don't add, of course, any artificial fragrance or synthetic fragrance chemicals to anything.
We just don't use that across any of our products, period.
We've also got...
The Silver Breath Spray there, which is a sprayable version that is great for getting silver into your mouth and for lots of different reasons that can be supportive of your overall health.
Sometimes I have to search for the right words to tell you what these products can do because of all kinds of restrictions on freedom of speech.
But we have Castile liquid soap there, which has silver infused in it as well.
So that's a special soap formulation, completely unscented, that has these extra special properties of colloidal silver.
And then on top of that we have Colloidal Silver Mouthwash and Gargle there on the left side of your screen.
And right now I think that's the only flavor we have in stock.
Normally we have other flavors.
They are coming back into stock over time.
But That's what we have available right now, and it is mixed with all kinds of oral health herbs.
In fact, I want to show you this, what's in that product, because it's so really impressive.
It's got iodine and zinc in it, and in addition, here are some of the ingredients.
Well, here's what's not in it.
No fluoride, no aspartame, no alcohol.
But it has xylitol, which is anti-cavity by itself, zinc, it's got myrrh, a biblical herb that's great for gum health, it's got black walnut holes, stevia for a little bit of sweetener, prickly ash bark, also excellent for oral health, peppermint oil, clove oil, tea tree oil, menthol, and iodine.
This makes it an amazing mouthwash.
There's just nothing else in the marketplace that is like this.
Nothing synthetic.
It's not all sugared up.
It's got really strong functional herbs in it.
You don't even need a lot of this.
Take a small amount, swish it around.
You can even add a little bit of water to it to dilute it and just swish it around.
Your gum health, you will notice a difference within just a couple of weeks, if not sooner.
But this is available 15% off, which is a rare discount.
We normally don't have that kind of discount on any of these products.

So thank you for all your support.
God bless you all, and God bless America.
It's an inescapable realization.
By now, almost everybody paying attention has come to realize that the Western countries or the Western globalists want to start World War III. They are desperate to start it, but a lot of people don't understand why.
They mistakenly think that, oh, no one wants nuclear war.
Everybody loses.
That's not true.
The Western globalists want nuclear war for the reasons that I'm about to describe here.
Number one, humanity, from their point of view, is nearly obsolete.
The rise of the robots is here.
And as I just covered in my podcast, the NVIDIA chip maker, whose microchips are used for most AI training and programming and inference and so on, They've rolled out the Digital Earth Simulator,
which is called the Omniverse, and it's a virtual training ground where algorithms can be developed for physical robotic AI. In other words, you can build a virtual robot in this Digital Earth Simulator, which is It has precision down to the centimeter of the entire planet and it follows the laws of physics and gravity and everything, except the time is sped up by factors of billions.
So time moves billions of times faster inside the simulation and what it allows algorithms to do is to self-iterate and evolve and do permutations and testing of algorithms of behavior models to find out Which behavior model algorithms can most effectively allow robots to function in the real 3D physical world?
To function as what, you ask?
Well, to function as soldiers, to function as surgeons, to function as agricultural workers, warehouse workers, truck drivers, you know, school teachers, psychologists, you know, whatever, nursing home workers, you name it.
So we're on the verge of a massive robotic takeover of humanity.
Most humans will be obsolete within five years.
You know, in terms of their physical labor and output.
This is the point of view of the globalists.
I'm not saying that humanity has no purpose, but that's the way they look at humanity.
That's why they call you a human resource.
Every corporation has a human resources department.
You're just a resource.
You're a resource like copper, like aluminum, like solar energy, like oil.
You're just a resource to them.
And they don't need you anymore.
So they don't need human beings any longer.
Most humans, anyway.
They need a few people still around to take care of, you know, programming the robots and what have you.
But they don't need most human beings and so they need a really convenient way to eliminate billions of people.
They tried the COVID jabs.
They tried it.
They built a bioweapon.
They completely controlled the corporate media to terrify everybody into getting the jabs.
The jabs were weaponized.
They killed at least 20 million people around the world.
That number is probably much higher by now.
Killed at least a million Americans.
But they did not achieve the death rates, at least not yet.
People are still dying from them.
But it hasn't achieved the death rates that the globalists wanted.
I think, frankly, I think their COVID jab depopulation effort failed.
And I think it's because they misunderstood the resilience of human survival and how the immune system really functions and also the widespread knowledge of quercetin and zinc and vitamin D and the widespread use of ivermectin and so on.
It just really thwarted the entire depopulation agenda.
And that's why they rolled out all that censorship, by the way.
If you promoted ivermectin, you were banned.
You were demonetized.
You were blacklisted.
If you didn't take the jab, you lost your job.
You couldn't fly.
You had your medical license yanked if you were a doctor.
I mean, they went all out.
Total globalist control, Bill Gates at the top, all of it.
But they failed.
So now they have to resort to something more violent, more direct.
They always need a scapegoat, though.
So, of course, they're going to blame Russia.
And you've heard this narrative that Russia's like unprovoked war of aggression against Ukraine.
Unprovoked war of aggression?
Really?
You mean...
All those promises made by NATO that we won't expand to the East one inch.
All these promises made by Brent Scowcroft and all these other officials back in the day in the 1990s and the Minsk Accords and all that.
The West broke all the promises and the West kept advancing to the East across Europe.
And then we ran a coup in Ukraine.
We installed a president that was friendly to the West.
You know, Victoria Nuland was caught on audio with the phone call, just basically choosing the new president, choosing the new people.
That was in 2014. And then Zelensky comes in a few years later.
Zelensky's a puppet of the West.
The whole thing was a provocation of Russia.
It was all designed to provoke Russia.
And of course, the Western press completely lies about all of this.
So now, here we are at this moment where Putin says, we don't want a nuclear war.
And the West says, oh, but we do.
And we're going to provoke you into a nuclear war.
We're going to fire the storm shadow missiles.
We're going to fire the scalp cruise missiles.
We're going to fire the attackums until you fight back.
You know, it's like the West keeps punching Russia.
With longer range missiles and now they're talking about providing nuclear weapons to Ukraine.
This is all designed to provoke Russia into a response that the West hopes they can escalate into a nuclear exchange.
This is their last shot at it, by the way.
And the reason this is so critical to the Western leaders is abundantly obvious.
They need a war not only to achieve depopulation, but also to cover up their crimes, to cover up all their financial crimes.
For example, Ukraine has been used as a money laundering hub for the Democrat Party.
This just came out.
One of the high-level minister officials of Poland came out and said, yep, Ukraine was a giant money laundering hub.
Half the aid that went to Ukraine, actually he said more than half, was just laundered back to the Democrats as illegal campaign contributions.
Kickbacks and payoffs to members of Congress, members of the State Department, members of the Senate.
A massive money laundering operation.
Everybody got paid off, usually in Bitcoin.
Sometimes probably in gold, but mostly just Bitcoin because that's easy to transfer.
Everybody got paid off.
That $150 billion or whatever was sent to Ukraine, very little of that actually went to the Ukraine military.
The majority of it got extracted.
All right.
So the West doesn't want Ukraine to fall for a number of reasons.
That's one of them.
There are also bioweapons labs in Ukraine.
But most importantly, the West wants nuclear war to reset the debt, To destroy their evidence of criminality and money laundering, to destroy their evidence of bioweapons development, which was COVID and the COVID vaccines.
Basically, Western leaders, they know that with Trump coming into office, a lot of these Western leaders are going to prison because they are criminals and they desperately need to cover their tracks.
Well, a nuclear war If they can convince Putin to nuke U.S. cities, this solves all their problems.
Because, you know, they're crazy sociopathic lunatics.
But this solves all their problems.
Well, the debt is completely reset.
Total banking collapsed.
Well, it's not our fault.
Russia did it.
All the evidence of their crimes is covered up.
Trump might even be prevented from taking office if they can make this happen before January 20th.
And then they can declare a state of war.
They can suspend the Constitution.
They can roll out martial law.
They can carry out gun confiscation.
They can control the press by saying, we're in a state of war.
We can't have anybody publishing anything that insults the government.
We're in a state of war.
So they can crack down on free speech, all of it.
A nuclear war gives the current regime everything that they need to stay in power and cover their tracks and continue the money laundering.
And kind of reset history in a sense too.
So that's why they're pushing for it.
So don't make the mistake of thinking that their motivation is to avoid nuclear war because everybody loses.
Nope, not everybody loses.
These globalists, they've got deep underground bunkers.
They've got food supplies.
They've got ammo.
They've got medical supplies.
They've got all their stuff ready to go.
And you don't.
I mean, most people don't.
So the masses of people will be dead in huge numbers by the billions.
While the globalists, they can ride it out in their underground bunkers.
Even for a year if they have to.
You know, while most of the fallout settles.
And then when they resurface onto the Earth, you know, guess what?
They no longer have all these humans to deal with.
And they can roll out the robots and they can live in their utopia.
At least that's the way they see it because they're psychopaths.
Insane people.
So this has everything to do with the rise of robotic automation.
Without this AI technology and the mass production of robots, they wouldn't be wanting this nuclear war.
But now, because of the rise of the robots, they need a convenient way to eliminate billions of people.
And this is their plan.
So, will they succeed in this plan?
It seems highly probable that they will set off nukes, even if they have to do it themselves, even if they have to nuke a U.S. city and blame it on Putin.
I mean, how are we going to know the difference?
Or maybe they'll nuke the U.S. embassy in Kiev, which is what Jeffrey Prather was suggesting might happen, and then blame that on Russia.
Oh, we have to go to war.
Or they'll carry out some other false flag.
Maybe they'll blow up the White House and say, Russia did it.
And then we have to wage war on Russia.
Hey, Russia can blow up the White House with the Oreshnik missile system, by the way.
You know, it's like lightning bolts out of the sky.
Kaboom, there goes your White House.
There goes your naval base.
There goes your underground bunker.
So Russia does have a lot of capabilities to do that now, and the West is aware of those capabilities, but that's only causing the West to sort of panic and accelerate their own timeline of how quickly they need to nuke Russia.
So this is what we're caught in, is this globalist agenda of massive depopulation combined with military-industrial complex lunatics Combined with these warmongers and all these criminals and fraudsters who want to cover their tracks, that's what is leading us to this very dangerous moment in history where a nuclear war seems incredibly likely.
And I don't think Russia wants a nuclear war.
In fact, I'm certain they don't.
I don't think Russia wants to escalate.
But at some point, the provocations will force Russia to retaliate.
I mean, you...
If the West says, we're just going to give Ukraine nuclear weapons, Russia can't just sit there and do nothing and say, oh, well, I guess we'll just let Ukraine nuke us because we don't want to start World War III. No, that's not what's going to happen.
Russia would say, no, we're going to interdict that in every way possible.
Including maybe using thermobaric warheads or maybe using nukes if they have to.
Maybe they'll nuke NATO military bases in Romania.
But eventually Russia will be forced into a very strong retaliation and they won't be able to just say no, even if they have a lot of discipline.
And that's what the West is counting on.
And that's why the UK and France have recently announced that they're going to send troops to Ukraine.
I don't know how many troops they have.
Not a lot.
Maybe a couple hundred thousand maximum, and they're not good troops.
Germany has said they're going to allow...
That entire country to be used to corral troops from the west to the east, like a conduit of troops.
The United States is just threatening in every way they can.
But I don't even know what the U.S. can provide Ukraine at this point.
What are you going to do?
What are you going to send them?
You've already sent everything.
You've sent every weapon you have.
You've sent now the attack of his missiles.
What else are you going to send them other than nukes?
And that's not going to work because Russia will stop that.
Well, what are you going to send Ukraine?
Are you going to deploy U.S. troops in Ukraine?
Yeah.
How's that going to go over with the American people when dead Americans start coming back in flag-draped coffins, huh?
You know, you talk about building an anti-war movement.
There you go.
So I don't know if the West is going to succeed at their goal.
I just know that they're insane, sociopathic, arrogant, and delusional leaders of these Western nations like the UK and France and the US and Germany and so on.
They're delusional.
They think they can defeat Russia in a land war, and they can't.
As I said in my broadcast, Russia can use these Oreshnik missile systems to just take out every US aircraft carrier.
Every U.S. naval battle group can be done, just gone, in 20 minutes.
And China can do that, too, using nuclear weapons.
Russia can do it using non-nuclear weapons.
Plus, Russia has hypersonic Kinzhal missiles that have various warheads that can be affixed.
So the U.S. Navy will be gone.
And then when the U.S. Navy is gone, what happens to Israel?
Oh, Israel's gone.
Israel will be completely overrun.
I'm not sure that Israel realizes that the U.S. is sacrificing Israel to try to start this war with Russia, because if a nuclear exchange with Russia actually gets underway, Israel's toast, by the way.
Won't last long.
And the UK won't last long.
I mean, all the capital cities gone.
Russia will nuke them.
London, Paris, Berlin, you know, military bases in Poland, in Romania.
I don't know what will happen to, you know, Hungary and some of these other European nations.
I don't know what's going to happen to them, but it's not going to be pretty.
So we better apply a lot of pressure for peace, but also prepare for this war because this is what the Western leaders want.
So I'm going to keep covering this as we can.
I'm going to keep encouraging everybody to get prepared.

Not Trump, but the other ones, yeah, they want nuclear war, and the globalists do as well.
So get prepared in every way that you can.

Welcome to today's interview on Brighteon.com.
I'm Mike Adams and today this interview is going to blow your mind.
We have an expert here who has been raising the alarm over a property tax scandal that is impacting many areas, many counties across America, where it seems as if the county authorities Are not honestly valuating the properties,
but rather they're at first determining how much budget they want to spend, and then they're taking that number and then just dividing that up along all the properties and setting the property tax rates according to how much money they want.
At least that's my understanding of it, but the expert here that's going to tell us all about this is Mitch Vexler.
He's from Mockingbird Properties, and he's been researching this in great detail and blowing the whistle on it.
So welcome, Mitch, to the program today.
It's great to have you on, sir.
Thank you very much for inviting me.
I'm thrilled.
I'm glad to have you here and so I gave a little intro there to my understanding of this which is very superficial but could you give us the story of what's actually happening and how you found out about this and what are the implications?
Well with regard to who I am this is a little bit of background there so I'm a 35 year builder developer originally out of Canada I happen to have a background in statistical probability and quantitative finance.
I've built as high as 35 floors.
I've built subdivisions, multi-family.
There pretty well isn't anything we haven't done.
And that's kind of the short version of it.
The issue of what we found in 2016 was through Denton Central Appraisal District, They were monkeying even then with the values.
So when I would walk in with an income statement and a pro forma, they tried on the spot to say, well, no, that's not your real income and this is what it's going to be.
And that particular person was acting as if he was a used car salesman.
So he had to keep going back and forth to the back office to try and negotiate a value.
Well, you're not allowed to negotiate a value that is outside the confines of law.
So in 2016, I walked away and there was no lawsuit.
We settled on the spot.
That was okay.
And which state is this in, please?
This is in Texas.
Okay.
Central Appraisal District in Texas.
Okay.
And in 2017, they tried to bump it up, again, another several hundred thousand dollars.
And then all of a sudden we realized what we had stepped into.
I have an accountant, Leslie, so we started hammering in on what the requirements were so that we could prepare ourselves to go to the appraisal review board.
That's the ARB. And we did so and they ignored us.
We sued and they lost.
Well, that same process has happened since 2017, virtually every year non-stop, and we're about to, this year, 2024, unleash a barrage of lawsuits on multiple ARB boards,
be it the individuals joint and severally liable, for RPAs, those are the people that represent the CAD in the ARB hearing, for perjury, We again will sue, which we've already done, the chief appraiser, joint and severally liable.
And these frauds are being committed on a mass scale.
Now explain the nature of the fraud that you are alleging is taking place.
And by the way, our audience is very sympathetic to what you're saying here because, and I live in Texas, We are all getting hit with seemingly insane property tax valuations that are going up every year beyond anything that seems rooted in reality.
So I am seeing what you're talking about, but please lay it out.
How does the fraud work?
So we have what's called uniform standards of professional appraisal practice.
That's USPAP. USPAP is a document.
It's a private organization.
The Appraisal Foundation created it.
And it has been in existence for really since the late 1920s.
The problem is that USPAP is completely ignored.
And inside of USPAP are all the quantifications such that whatever determined value is arrived at must be based in Math.
In other words, you have to use the actual values.
You have to use the actual income.
You have to use the actual expenses.
None of which they're doing because the key word that you said in the beginning, yes, this is a predetermined budget.
And the predetermined budgets are handed to the Central Appraisal District by the taxing entities.
So in Denton Central Appraisal District, there's 67 taxing entities, including schools.
Well, they all come up individually with a predetermined budget.
They hand that number to the chief appraiser.
Chief appraiser says, okay, my job is to go and get this money.
Well, that has absolutely nothing to do with USPAP in and of itself.
So that person is saying, I have to find a way to extract this much money from property owners.
Regardless of what the valuation rationally would be, I'm just going to find a way to spread this across all the taxable entities, correct?
Yes, but it's much deeper than that.
So the state comptroller gets into the act, and the state comptroller has what's called a property valuation study.
Does the exact same thing.
Well, I need this money from this area here to go and move money from this school district to that school district.
And in that process, does the exact same thing to the chief appraiser.
Here's my budget.
Hit it.
Well, you now have two layers of fraud, but it gets worse.
So under the state property tax code, Texas property tax code, USPAP is required.
And then 2301E and 2301B of the state property tax code also has other requirements.
Well, then we take it up one step, and that step would be that the state constitution, Texas state constitution, requires something called uniform and equal.
USPAP is ignored, Texas Property Tax Code is ignored, state constitution under uniform and equal is ignored, and the combination of those is a violation of the US Constitution under the 1st, 5th, 14th And 16th Amendments.
So it's the absolute trifecta of completely ignoring the laws.
And to that point, there's actually federal law that says if an agency of the government is unlawful, that agency must be enjoined.
And joined is a fancy word for shutdown.
Well, it turns out that this problem is not Denton Central Appraisal District specific.
It's ramifications are across the United States.
There's attorneys working on this in Florida.
I've spent several hours with them.
And the laws are, I would say, within 98% accurate of each other.
Some of the terminology is different.
But then we have people that have reached out from California And it turns out that they have what's called the Board of Equalization.
Well, it's the exact same process.
The laws are within 98%.
The bottom line is that the taxpayers, the real estate taxpayers, and we have all the math on our website to back up everything that's coming out of my mouth.
But the reality is that 37 percent of the households, households being defined as multifamily and or single family households in any given jurisdiction, simply dependent on the size of the population are in harm's way of being of going simply dependent on the size of the population are in harm's way of being of going bankrupt or losing the roof over their head as a direct result of the overvaluation and over taxation at the
Yes, you just hit something really important.
In essence, this is leading towards mass homelessness of the American people.
And remember when, I'm sure you followed when Kamala was proposing a tax on unrealized gains, unrealized capital gains, and everybody went ballistic, that would be taxing unrealized gains on stocks and gold and Bitcoin and everything else.
Well, isn't property tax, as you're describing it here, Isn't this essentially an escalating tax on an unrealized gain that then forces many people to have to sell their farms or sell their homes in order to pay the tax?
They have to essentially give up the property and live elsewhere or maybe be homeless.
Does that sound about right?
That's 100% accurate, but it's deeper.
So, pay your tax or we'll take the house.
Congratulations.
You just violated RICO. Go straight to jail.
There's no sugarcoating any of this.
And that's exactly where this ends up.
Whoa.
Whoa.
So you're talking about RICO Act violations, conspiracy charges against these individuals who are involved in this.
Absolutely.
And that is exactly the buttons we're starting to push.
That is exactly why we're about to unleash a barrage of lawsuits.
Because the math is the math and they can't get away from it.
The law is the law.
We have the facts.
We have the law.
We have the math.
We've got it all.
All they have is, well, we were told, we're just doing what we were told to do.
And that was a statement by Chris Luttrell from Denton Central Appraisal District.
So my response to Mr. Luttrell was, well, Mr. Luttrell, if you were taught to commit murder, Does that make it legal?
Nope.
Of course not.
But the bottom line is, we have the evidence that communities have been targeted via the property valuation studies through the state comptroller.
Sanger, Pilot Point, Aubrey, a subdivision that I built in Copper Canyon, targeted.
How do we know they're targeted?
Because the values of those properties inside of those subdivisions went up 48% to 65%.
Over and above what the average in Denton Central Appraisal District and throughout the Denton Central Appraisal District at 24% for 2024. That is targeting.
Pay the taxes or we'll take your house.
Yes.
That falls under state RICO and it falls under federal RICO. So this sounds really important.
Let me give out your website, mockingbirdproperties.com slash DCAD, D-C-A-D. That's how you get to your page of links, videos, and the evidence, and the signature gathering, lawsuit details, all of that.
It's on your website, mockingbirdproperties.com slash DCAD. Now, let me ask you, Mitch, I'm sure there are a lot of people who feel like they have been Targeted and ripped off by counties in their property valuation.
What can people do to either A, help support your legal efforts or B, initiate their own legal efforts in other counties across America if they feel like they've been targeted in the same way?
Okay, so a couple of issues.
First of all, Travis Spencer at Real Estate Mindset has put together a course.
It's free.
And it walks people through how to create true comparisons so that you can stand in front of your own ARB panel and say, no, these are my comparisons.
You, this ARB or you, the Central Appraisal District, do not, in law, have the unilateral right to pick my comparisons.
This gives those homeowners, in a very calm, cool, collective manner, the ability to tackle this issue without any attorneys, go to the ARB. If the ARB turns you down and says, no, we don't care, well, you've now collected the evidence to hand off to an attorney.
However, with that said, Attorneys are expensive.
So the way to tackle it is to go and find other people in your neighborhood that have the similar problem.
Now you can spread the load of the attorney's fees across multiple people, and now it's justifiable.
But how do you even find an attorney who has knowledge in this area?
There's a huge problem here in that question.
What we have found, bear in mind, I'm getting lawsuits coming at me by the day from across the United States, and there is a problem with lack of knowledge, believe it or not, on the part of the attorneys.
There's a packaging problem.
It's not that they don't understand the law.
They do.
What they don't understand is USPAP and the math under the hood and what the requirements are.
So they're preparing lawsuits and fighting battles with, in essence, 60% of their hands tied behind their back.
And it's a packaging problem.
We've received information from indigenous people and sovereign people, and again, it's a packaging problem.
They're right on the laws, but the laws are 300 years old, and a current judge can't relate to something that far in the past.
So their information, their history, it would be great to turn that into an exhibit.
But you've got to hit these judges straight up front on current law and on current math.
USPAP is a requirement.
You violated all these codes.
And by the way, on my website is a 10-page document called violations.pdf.
That's 10 pages of laws that have been broken, including federal laws.
So it doesn't get into the RICO. It just touches on the most current, what everybody is facing.
And when I say everybody, every single real estate property, taxpayer and owner, doesn't matter whether you're commercial, it doesn't matter if you're a multifamily tenant and you're paying real estate tax, you may not know it.
This touches everybody.
So inside of that, I'm sorry, go ahead.
No, go ahead and complete your thought and then I have a question.
So inside of that 10 pages of those violations, you can literally go down the list.
Over and above that, What you've seen on my landing page at MockingbirdProperties.com forward slash DCAD, there's another link about three quarters of the way down that says access to case studies.
Well, that is designed for attorneys and accountants and we will give them that code for free.
We're giving everything we've got because of the size and scope of this problem.
For those attorneys that want to file the lawsuits, we've done the work for you.
We've done the math for you.
We've quantified literally every jurisdiction.
We've gone in the state of Texas.
We've gone through multiple jurisdictions to show people how this is affecting those particular jurisdictions.
And you'll see values up between 28%, as high as 170% over and above the median household value, what it's supposed to be.
So all that's done, all you would have to do is take our system, substitute in your numbers based on the median household income and based on the population, and boom, up comes your evidence.
All that's available.
Mitch, let me ask you this question.
I mean, that's an amazing resource.
We showed the screen there for people to check it out themselves.
But let me add this.
The criminal side of this, what you mentioned, RICO, conspiracy charges.
Charges of government abuse and fraud.
In order for such charges to be leveled against individuals carrying this out, You need to have, as you well know, I'm just saying this for the audience's sake, you need to have a controlling legal authority such as a DA who's willing to level these charges, or the Texas AG, Ken Paxton.
In my experience, local county DAs are not willing to rock the boat like this that could potentially threaten the revenue for the county.
Most of those county DAs are going to say, nope, I will not Press charges.
And Ken Paxton is rather busy fighting censorship and a lot of things happening really on a national level and many other things.
I don't think there's a lot of willingness there.
What are you hearing in terms of county DAs or maybe Paxton's office about any willingness to prosecute people over this?
Recently, we haven't heard from Ken Paxton's office.
About a month ago, we heard that the case wasn't ready for him yet, quote-unquote, whatever that means.
Okay.
In the meantime, we have phone calls coming in from detectives.
We have phone calls coming in from DAs asking for information.
How does all this tie together?
How does this work?
So we also have a sheriff, a fellow that's running for sheriff in Brazoria County.
His entire tagline is investigate the CADS. And this, again, this isn't just Texas.
This stuff is coming in literally every five minutes or something else coming in across the United States.
It's a national scandal.
Yeah, it's picking up steam in Canada because Canada even has USPAP, except that in front of it is a letter C, as in Canada, USPAP. So, it's picking up steam everywhere because the truth of the matter is, you either get in front of this.
This is a multi-trillion dollar problem.
So, to those DAs that want to sit on their butt and not get involved, you've got two choices here.
You can do that.
But that trillion-dollar problem will keep growing because of something called the Rule of 72. So right now, what we know, in Denton alone, there's $95 billion worth of bonds outstanding.
I was finally able to tabulate that about a week ago, with the help, by the way, of the BRB. So that's the review board for bonds.
Very nice.
They were helpful.
They hid nothing from me.
They only gave me what they had, and that was great.
But I was finally able to figure it out.
I know where you're going with this.
I know where you're going.
These bonds are issued based on the anticipated revenue.
It's all garbage.
Right, which means the bonds are going to be degraded.
Yes, sir.
Or defaulted.
They're going to default if you don't get in front of this and unwind it.
Wow.
It's an exaggeration.
This is a multi-trillion dollar problem.
You either get involved and unwind it or the market will get in front of you.
The market will unwind it.
You're right.
At which point you will have a depression greater than the original depression.
As soon as a bunch of sharks in Wall Street really figure this out, they're going to start shorting those bonds.
And they're going to deplete the entire bond market that's based on this fraud.
You're exactly right.
Wow.
I mean, this kind of reminds me of the 2008 subprime mortgage collapse and Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac.
That was a massive scam.
And collateralized debt obligations, CDOs, the whole thing tumbled down.
And what?
Goldman Sachs was affected, Bank of America, and...
This is worse.
Tell us about that.
Well, the 2008...
Lehman Brothers, sorry.
Lehman Brothers, right?
Right.
So in 2008, the credit default swaps ended up in the toilet called Deutsche Bank.
So Deutsche Bank is still sitting on trillions worth of that crap.
There's no other way to describe it.
Now, is there some value there?
Sure.
But the problem is it still hasn't been unwound.
Now, due to the Rule of 72, if you take that problem, look at how many years we are here later.
And all of a sudden, the Rule of 72 says every six to seven years, just based on the interest rate, that debt is going to double.
Well, why do you think these central appraisal districts and these taxing entities have their hand out in Fort Worth, literally three weeks ago, The Fort Worth Appraisal District said, we're going to freeze the taxes.
Two weeks ago, in mass, like jets on a runway, the school districts showed up and said, oh no, you can't freeze the taxes.
You have to increase them in perpetuity or we're bankrupt.
At which point I chimed in and said, no, you idiots.
You are bankrupt today.
All you have to do is look at the rule of 72. That money doesn't exist.
And by the way, they're not paying off those bonds.
They're rolling out the bonds and they're rolling up the interest rates.
Wait, are you saying that some of these interest rates are 12%?
I'm saying what we've seen is high as 10.2%.
Yes, sir.
Okay, so seven years.
Seven years doubling of the debt, right?
Yeah.
So that's insane.
That's going to spiral into financial oblivion rapidly.
That's where we are.
And that's why I keep saying this either gets unwound quickly.
There's value in these things, but until you start to unwind it, the ramifications are if you don't and the market wakes up one day, it'll literally be a 24-hour bloodbath and things won't be worth anything.
Right.
Because the currency is being devalued as a direct result of this.
People aren't buying the bonds.
The foreign people right now today aren't buying the bonds.
They can see what's coming.
They may not know it at the school district level or at the central appraisal district level.
But the reality is, we've studied LISD, Louisville Independent School Districts.
We've looked at their balance sheet.
They don't have any notes on their balance sheet describing the bonds.
That's why I called the BRB. And I said, what the heck is going on here?
And they said, well, yeah, under Texas law, that's actually a violation under Chapter 45 of the Teachers Education Act.
So the simple fact that they can't even state where the math is, and there's all sorts of problems at these school districts.
You've got contracts.
The school districts are just a giant sieve for money disappearing.
Absolutely.
Yeah.
And hardly engaged in education either, more like indoctrination for the most part.
Okay, so this is really fascinating.
I'm really glad that we have you on today because now I'm just starting to realize how big this is.
But let me ask you a little bit of a different question.
I know this is not your focus, but I need to ask you, a lot of people say that property taxes are all unconstitutional to begin with.
Because how do you even own property?
You don't have ownership if a government can come take it away when you're not paying them essentially some form of rent that they determine, they decide, which is kind of what you're describing right now.
But I know this isn't your challenge.
You're not saying that all property taxes should end.
You're just saying they should be valued mathematically correctly.
Or what are you saying?
No, property taxes have to be eliminated in favor of a uniform state's sales tax, which wipes out so much...
We literally proved it a few days ago that if you do, as I'm saying, just in Denton County alone, you will save over seven billion dollars by wiping out the fat.
Simply just get rid of all the fat.
The central appraisal districts are gone.
Any of these monkeying around with the numbers, it's all gone.
And by the way, under the 16th Amendment, because I actually wrote an amicus brief having to do with this issue, under the 16th Amendment, it clearly says you cannot have a tax on unrealized gains that all taxes must be based on income if you're going to have one.
Exactly.
Exactly.
And I could be wrong, but I believe we're headed to the Supreme Court.
If the state of Texas keeps punting this case, we're not going away.
We're filing more lawsuits.
This is going to get ramped up.
And I'm sorry if people get hurt.
I'm sorry if people end up going bankrupt over this.
But the bottom line is, you're going to get what's coming your way.
If you're going to act like a criminal, you deserve to be treated like a criminal.
I would prefer that this stay in the state of Texas.
I would prefer that this gets unwound.
But I'm here for mom and pop.
I've seen this before.
I left a country over this.
I left Canada, which is where I'm from, over this.
I'm not leaving Texas.
We know what we have.
We're fully quantifiable.
We know what the laws are.
Over and above that, I have asked in almost every presentation I've given, if I'm wrong, show me.
I'm happy to apologize.
I'll remove the document from the website.
I'll say, I'm sorry.
The only your problem will be, I got 1,100 documents in behind it.
Right.
Well, it seems self-evident that property taxes are unconstitutional.
And immoral.
I would add they are immoral as well, if anybody's paying attention to morality these days.
They are immoral because you've got people that retired living on a farm.
They produced, they paid taxes their whole lives, and now they just want to retire on a farm.
And then the state comes along and says, no, you have to pay now 30% more every year in some areas, or sell your farm.
Forces them to sell.
Forces them to give up what they earned.
Go ahead, your comments.
I have a phrase that I came up with, which is called equity stripping.
So to your point, here's the problem.
It's not the money that's being taken today.
Okay?
What this is, you've had multiple years, at least since 2016, of pulling money away from people by virtue of RICO. You're saying, give me the money or I'm going to take your house.
Okay.
So let's say from 2016 to today, that's multiple years of overpaying the tax by virtue of the overvaluation, which is fraudulent.
Okay, good.
Now, here's the big problem.
The simple fact that you don't own that land, that's called being a lessor, a ground lessor.
So we don't even have the definition such as exists in British law, which is where all this stuff came from, and with ramification of the War of 1812. There is no such thing that the state of Texas owns the land under your feet.
This entire social construct is a con.
It doesn't exist in law.
So if you think about it, you would have an amortization schedule.
Everybody does if you have a mortgage.
Well, at the end of 30 years, you would own that asset.
Under their math, by taking that valuation and taxation today, you cannot make 10 cents on that asset.
Now, their comment will be, well, everybody has to have a place to live.
Yeah, that statement is true, but if you make an investment, this cycle is so bad and so perverse.
Like, I'm not building right now because of this.
I have clarity.
I understand what I'm looking at.
But for a guy who says, okay, I'm going to go put up this house today, and I'm going to have to pay a tax.
This is a spec home.
And what are you going to do if that guy has to sit on that home two years?
His profit is gone.
Right.
If you're a young person, say, I'm going to buy a house, and in five or eight years from now, I'm going to move because I'll have some profit.
No, you won't.
Because they have the ability to overtax and overvalue.
Now, that's a relative ability based on their deemed power by violating the law.
That's a different issue.
But that's where we sit today.
And that proves that this is completely corrupt.
It is completely bankrupt.
And it cannot happen because it's equity stripping mom and pop.
That's a really great term, equity stripping.
And I think you're exactly right.
It is an insidious, calculated, stretched out confiscation of the assets of the people, which centralizes money and power into the hands of the government.
That rules over the people with force.
And if you don't believe me, just stop paying your property taxes.
You'll find out what force is.
But here's the question.
I love the fact that you're saying end property taxes across, in this case, the state of Texas, but beyond that.
Everywhere.
Everywhere, yes.
And replace it with a state sales tax.
Now, The libertarian side of me understands that's great because it taxes consumption.
So it's automatically a higher tax effectively on wealthier people who choose to spend more money, but it also puts control of taxation into the hands of the consumer.
They can choose to pay lower taxes by spending less, which is great.
So there's freedom in that.
What level of...
I mean, Texas doesn't currently have a state income tax, but there are sales taxes in certain areas.
Any idea what level of state sales tax would replace property taxes?
It's taken me roughly 40 days to be able to answer that question.
I would imagine. - If you're involved in this, Wow.
Wow, okay, I would gladly give up, and all property taxes, I would gladly pay 15.64% at retail.
Yeah, and that may change just a hair, not very much, based on the population for any given state, and that's why I'm calling it a uniform state's sales tax.
So it has to do with population and how much money is being spent in a given, but the numbers are the numbers.
You can slide in any one of these numbers, and you're going to be pretty close to that number.
And of course, the bigger problem is that every state, especially California in particular, and Illinois, let's not even talk about the finances of Illinois, right?
But every state has this unending appetite for more money, more power, more control.
It never ends until you make it end.
The people have to say, no, this is the limit.
And that's what you're doing, it sounds like, Mitch.
You're saying, no, this is illegal, what the state or what the county is doing.
There's 143 million single family homeowners in the United States.
I can assure you the government has zero power.
It's an illusion.
Right?
If 143 million homeowners simply said, you know something?
We don't want to fire any bullets.
We don't want to get involved in that nonsense.
That's kind of messy.
We're just going to go on strike until you idiots learn how to play nice in the sandbox.
At which point you will collapse the market within hours.
And my point is, the market is going to collapse if this problem is not dealt with.
It's just the way that it is.
People will tell you in the government, well, we're going to spend more money to get us out of this mess.
No, that's hyperinflation.
Hyperinflation is a tax.
Hyperinflation and attacks will lead to an implicit destruction of the US dollar.
It will be game over one way or the other.
The only thing you can do is take the less painful route and simply say, we are going to unwind this.
That's a corporate term for we got a problem.
Not everybody is going to get their money back.
But I want everybody that's listening to this to understand something.
Your 401ks are at risk.
Your pensions, i.e.
Chicago, Illinois, are at extreme risk because there is no money to pay it back.
Right.
So if you unwind it and say, fine, it's 30 cents on the dollar.
Well, 30 cents on the dollar is a heck of a lot better than 5 cents on the dollar or hyperinflation.
Hyperinflation devalues the currency, at which point in time we have a greater depression.
And people are already seeing the results of devaluation if they understand what's happening, you know, grocery prices in particular, insurance prices, right?
But to your point, I think it's critical that people understand what's at stake here.
Isn't it very likely that the federal government will print money to bail out state and city bonds?
And that...
You know?
No.
Not in Texas because the federal government can't stand the state of Texas.
Well, you're right.
Yeah, you're right.
But I'm talking about like California or Illinois.
Okay.
Illinois is so bankrupt, there's no math on this planet to fix that.
That's true.
Simply bulldoze it and start over because there isn't anything else you can do.
California being this largest economic engine, but the taxes are so great, that's one of the reasons why Texas has got the population growth that it's got.
However, all these things come at a cost.
And when the pensioners...
See, pension holders are mom and pa.
401ks are mom and pa.
So they give their money to somebody like Fidelity to go and invest, and Fidelity says, okay, we'll buy a certain amount of muni bonds, we'll buy a certain amount of school bonds, and they give the money to Morgan Stanley, they do the same thing, so it gets cut a whole bunch of different ways.
Here's the problem.
The school districts are bankrupt.
The municipalities are bankrupt.
Right?
But for the implicit people.
And I'm underlining that word implicit, guarantee of the taxpayers, because there's no such thing.
No taxpayer signed up for this crap.
But for the implicit guarantee, these school bonds would be worth toilet paper in about an hour from now.
That's right.
They are depending on that implicit guarantee.
The problem with the implicit guarantee is it turns that into an implicit guarantee of the taxpayers when the U.S. government on the federal side defaults in the form of its currency.
Wow.
And that default is being accelerated by geopolitical events on a global scale, such as the BRICS rollout that is a big meeting this month, in fact, among the BRICS nations.
And more nations are going to dump the dollar, which means the ability of the U.S. to print meaningful dollars that have value is going to be sharply diminished.
So this problem snowballs.
100%.
And that's why I'm saying get in front of it before the market does.
But you know our political leaders, they excel at not getting in front of problems.
All they want to do is kick it down the road.
That's all they want to do for the next election, right?
Well, that's fine, but that would make you...
See, under federal law and state law, when you're told that you're breaking the law and you choose to do nothing about it, you're a co-conspirator and a criminal conspiracy to defraud.
Right.
Right.
Well, maybe some of these people need to go to jail.
I think there's broad support for that among the American people at this point.
I think in order to turn the tide, that has to happen.
I can tell you truthfully that there are criminal complaints sitting on my attorney's desk.
Okay.
Outstanding.
Well, you know, there's almost nobody who went to jail after the subprime mortgage collapse and all the economic damage that that caused.
I think they sent one guy to jail for illegal trading or something.
But nobody in the big banks went to jail.
This is so much bigger.
I mean, but people don't understand.
What you saw in 2008-2009 is a walk in the park.
This makes Bernie Madoff look like a piker.
That's how big this is.
Bernie Madoff is small time compared to our world today.
He wasn't big enough.
Alright, so this is amazing.
It seems like you need a documentary.
Where you are interviewed, if you don't mind me just brainstorming out loud here, a documentary of you being interviewed and then edited together with some proper voiceovers and some music to really lay this out to the American people.
I have a team of editors.
They'd be happy to put something like that together if we can arrange some video footage.
But I feel like we need a simple way to explain this to people who don't follow all the math.
You know, because this can get complex in the numbers.
It's complex.
It's deep.
It's perverse.
It's illegal.
And that's absolutely clear.
And it's not an exaggeration when I say we have a mountain of evidence, fully available, locked, loaded, ready to go.
Our problem has been, just like you said, with the DA's not wanting to, the original judge in this case punted.
She didn't want this thing in her courtroom because it's a political football.
But her decision was made before I even sat down in that chair.
And that became clear.
So now we're at the Fort Worth Court of Appeals.
It will be pushed back to that court.
We're going to have to keep doing this dog and pony show.
And if they keep punting, the next step will not be in federal court.
It'll be straight to the U.S. Supreme Court.
Because that would be, if they punt, that proves that the state of Texas has violated its own constitution.
Wow.
One, two, Supreme Court.
All right, Mitch, here's a question for you.
Could you come to the Austin area?
We're in a rural county just east of Austin in Cedar Creek, our studio right here.
If you have any plans to come this way, we could get you in the studio, we could film you, and we could put together a little documentary to help spread the word about this.
Do you have any interest in that?
Yes, very, because I'm literally sitting on my right-hand side here.
There's about a foot of documents.
And that is the tip.
I mean, that's insignificant as to what compared to what we've got on the website.
Those are my talking points just so, because it's so deep.
I go through that stack every day to keep my head in circle.
Yeah.
Remember everything that's going on.
Right.
All right, well, we'll talk to you after the show to see about your travel plans, see if we can get you into our studio here and help amplify this.
Also, there needs to be, you know, what do you call this?
What's the term or the phrase of what this is?
Well, to me, this is truly equity stripping mom and pop on a global scale.
I mean, the math is the math.
They can't get away from it.
I've asked people.
Every time a video or something appears, prove me wrong.
Show me where I'm wrong.
Give me the math and show me where I'm wrong.
And that's a pretty bold statement, but nobody's been able to do it.
And you were on with Robert Barnes, the attorney.
Robert Barnes poked at this, and I'm so thrilled he was on that video because he couldn't.
He couldn't break it.
And if anybody could, it would have been him.
That's right.
Robert Barnes is sharp, and he knows what's going on, and he couldn't find a hole in this, huh?
No.
Well, you're onto something big.
We have tracked the math to the law, so it's USPAP, to the math, to the state constitution, to the state property tax code, to the U.S. Constitution.
We've tracked it all.
We've got it documented.
It's a box they can't get out of.
Wow.
So now it's just a question of can you get an honest judge, huh?
Yes.
Or an honest DA? Yes, but there's so many people now taking a step forward across the United States.
We even have attorneys that have filed suits on this issue in their states.
They're starting to backpedal and say, okay, wait a minute.
Vexer's right.
We got this wrong.
We packaged it wrong.
Because they didn't have the math.
They didn't understand USPAP. I spoke to an attorney just yesterday out of Alaska.
He owns the real estate.
He didn't know anything about USPAP. So it's like going into a fight with one of your hands tied behind your back.
It's packaging.
And we've done the packaging.
We've done the research.
We've done the math.
It's all there.
It's free.
Okay.
Our studio resources are open to you.
We'd love to get you here to do a more formal mini-documentary on this that we'll do all the editing and everything to put it together for you to help explain this.
And it sounds like what you have here is an absolute game-changer because all they can do is delay the application of the law.
I mean, they can just throw things in your way, but they can't stop the inevitable conclusion, it sounds like.
One way or the other.
Either we do this the way I am suggesting, which is to unwind it, or the market will do the unwinding, at which point all hell will break loose because its ultimate conclusion is its ultimate conclusion, which is its failure due to abject fraud.
Wow.
And just in the state of Texas, how many...
Tens of billions of dollars are at play in all of this, or more?
Any estimates?
A little over $1 trillion per year.
Just in Texas?
Yeah.
$1 trillion.
You're talking about municipal bonds and school bonds?
So watch this.
So in Denton Central Appraisal District, the average annual property valuations are $235 billion, of which $67 billion is calculable over valuation, which means since 2017, They have stolen $1.34 billion from mom and pa.
In one county?
Justin Denton, Central Appraisal District alone.
Wow.
So then when you start ratcheting that up and say, okay, that's $67 billion in Denton, you can see how fast these numbers get large.
Well, the problem becomes not just what happened since 2016. I used 2017 on purpose.
That's when we started to track it for real.
We couldn't get the actual certified rules in 2016. We did in 2017. But due to the rule of 72, never mind what's happened from 2017 until today, look at where we will be in five years from now.
So if you think they're equity stripping now, the ultimate question is, where's that money going to come from in five years when the amount of interest that has to be paid, never mind debt reduction, when the amount of interest that has to be paid doubles up?
I mean, they're pushing the American homeowners into a revolt if this continues.
At which point in time, we simply say, as the homeowners, you know something?
We're on strike until you idiots learn how to play nice in the sandbox.
When you learn how to play nice, we'll talk to you.
Wow.
Wow.
Mass confiscation.
That's exactly what it is.
This is RICO raised to the power of nine.
Now, by the way, the state of Texas, its revenues include energy taxes, by the way, a lot of taxes on energy extraction that helps fund the state.
I know other states like Wyoming do the same thing.
And many of these states, I think you could also argue that if they would stop the waste fraud and bloat in their own, in the government itself and in the school districts, They might not need much in the way of property taxes, above and beyond energy taxes for some states.
It seems like we're living in states that are just massive fraud.
So, to your point, Senator Betancourt is the problem.
Now, Senator Betancourt makes his living here in the state of Texas as a real estate tax consultant, and he makes a good living.
He has zero interest in solving this problem.
Well, there's others that would rather bury their head in the sand, or they don't have the intellect necessary to understand the math.
Either way, the Senate Finance Committee a few weeks ago came out with a report, and I asked who paid for the report.
And why does Senator Betancourt use that report to state that the sales taxes would have to go up 26% but for trying to make people afraid of something they don't even understand?
Senator Betancourt, I challenged him and I challenged the Texas State Finance Committee.
I said, there's 31 of you members.
I will be happy to appear.
I will stay as long as you want.
You give me a minimum of an hour and I will lay this case out.
And I pass that.
I'll stay as long as you want.
I'll answer any questions you want.
I'll give you any evidence you want.
All we have heard is crickets.
I offered the same thing to 15 people.
I said, Mr. Hagar, that's the state comptroller, pick 15 people.
Pick as many attorneys as you want.
Pick as many accountants as you want.
I'm fine.
Whatever you want, I'll buy the cappuccinos.
No problem.
Let's have a debate.
You on your side, you take your position.
I'll take mine.
Did the same thing with Denton Central Appraisal District.
Chief Appraiser.
And pick anybody you want.
The best 15 orders.
Perfectly fine.
Happy to do it.
I believe in the First Amendment to the U.S. Constitution.
Say your piece.
So far, out of all three, crickets.
Then we have Mr. Barnes trying to poke a hole in this and he can't.
Well, the reason why you have crickets is because they know that in combination, everything that we're doing is right.
And the math is true.
And their own documents.
By the way, we have this on tape.
We have Don Spencer on tape stating to the board of directors of the Denton Central Appraisal District, we took 60,000 properties outside of the database, manipulated them, his words, in Excel, and put them back.
Well, that statement opened up Pandora's box for a guy like me.
Because I have something called an infection rate spreadsheet.
I ran that math.
That math proved that their database at Denton Central Appraisal District is 76% corrupt because the comparisons that they were using are in fact not comparisons.
Wow.
So Denton Central Appraisal District is the gift that keeps on giving.
It reminds me of election fraud here, too.
It's like they're retroactively altering the property values to match what they want.
How much money they want.
Yes, and the simple fact that there's a predetermined budget is illegal because it literally has nothing to do with valuation of property.
That's right.
Nothing.
Right.
And that's the problem.
There's no government department that wants to be smaller.
Right.
Well, okay.
And to your point, here we go.
You open the box.
Here we go.
Okay.
International Association of Assessing Officers was hired.
And the membership of IAO, so Denton Central Appraisal District is a member of IAO. IAO was hired to give Don Spencer cover to increase the amount of employees to help deal with the overvaluation of fraud that they're committing.
How Of course.
Bigger government will solve the problems caused by bigger government.
Yeah, so IAO, they're so dumb, they literally made themselves a co-conspirator.
Wow.
And they're probably just trying to figure out how to retroactively paper over this whole problem right now, huh?
Yes.
Which they can't.
They're not getting out of this box.
The evidence is the evidence.
We want it in a courtroom.
All this evidence will come out.
All this evidence...
Lord knows wherever it is across the United States at this point because we're just pushing it out as far as we can.
But the bottom line is nobody, regardless of the state, has been able to beat this up.
I mean, there's attorneys in Florida that are working on this.
I've spent hours with them.
There's now an attorney in Alaska.
We've got one signature from at least 48 different states.
Let me ask you a different question, and I know we're getting close to the hour here, and I greatly appreciate your time, but Why, Mitch?
Why are you doing this interview?
What are you hoping to gain by talking to the public about this?
I left a country over this, and yes, I have a chip on my shoulder being forced to leave a country that I didn't really want to leave.
But the truth of the matter is, I made more money the year I left than everybody on my block combined.
But I didn't have any money.
See, that's socialism.
That's what socialism does.
Socialism strips equity.
And at the end of socialism, revolutions happen.
The War of 1812 was literally fought over this issue of taxation on land.
What was about to become the Americas and the American colonies said, yeah, we're not going to pay the British money on a ground lease.
Well, what do we have right here in Texas right now?
You are paying money on a ground lease.
So the answer to your question, A equals B and B equals C, therefore A must equal C, I'm trying to stop the revolution or the war in favor of let's be gentlemen about this, let's recognize the problem, and let's unwind this.
Because if you don't, This will self-destruct.
That's what the math says.
There is no money in five years from now to pay the interest cost based on the rule of 72, never mind the debt reduction.
They can say we're going to print our way out of this, except that's a one-way ticket straight into hell.
It'll unwind even faster.
Yeah, unfortunately, there are some people in power that want chaos.
They want hell.
They want a financial reset.
They want a crisis so big, and then they'll claim there's nothing we could have done to stop it, and now we're just going to have to issue a new currency, and yeah, you lose 99% of all your value, but hey, it's the Russians' fault or whatever.
You know how this works.
When you're told you're breaking the law, and you choose to do nothing about it, You have violated your oath of office in the state of Texas, which at a minimum is a third-degree felony.
You've also violated federal law.
So anybody that thinks they're going to walk away from this unscathed and take that type of callous attitude on the backs of the American taxpayer is going to be horribly mistaken.
Yeah.
Well said.
And I also think implicitly you just made the case for gold and silver at the same time in all of this because of where things are going.
Gold, silver, hard assets.
Like I said, I'm not building right now because of this, because I know if I put a shovel on the ground, I can't see clear two years into the future, let alone four or five years.
And the math is such that what we have here is a cash grab.
Well, why do I want to put a shovel on the ground and open myself up to extortion, especially given what I'm doing right now?
Yeah, you'd be targeted.
Alright, well Mitch, let me give out your website again.
It's mockingbirdproperties.com slash DCAD, correct?
DCAD? Yes, forward slash DCAD. Okay, DCAD. And that's this treasure trove of documents and links and letters and documents.
Links to interviews and podcasts and everything else.
This is extraordinary, Mitch.
Please keep in touch with us.
And again, the offer is open to you.
If you want to come to the Austin area, we'll do a documentary with you, a mini documentary, and get this out to explain to people.
And look, I want to say for the record, you know, I'm a Texan.
I love what Texas stands for.
I'm an American.
I love what America stands for.
But...
I support the people of Texas, the people of America.
And when the people are being financially raped and pillaged by their own rogue government, that's when we have to peacefully and firmly and legally put a stop to that.
That's what we're doing here.
It sounds like that's what you're doing.
You agree with that philosophy?
100%.
I want this done peacefully, but I know what's coming.
You see the math, it's frightening.
You're trying to avert mass panic and chaos and uprisings.
We're getting real close because you've got people now, when you see what happened in North Carolina, the banks aren't there.
That creates bank runs.
It becomes mass panic.
Don't do that.
Let's unwind this like gentlemen and let's move on.
Yeah.
Better to have a little bit of pain now financially than a whole lot of pain later.
But, you know, when you say let's unwind this, I just keep thinking of the way bureaucrats work.
They will never voluntarily unwind any of their fraud.
And whatever they get is coming their way.
Yep.
Yep.
It's going to be interesting.
This is a binary decision.
It really is.
Make up your mind.
Yeah.
All right.
Well, Mitch, fantastic having you on.
Thank you, sir, for your effort to help educate people.
We'll spread the word and keep us posted about your progress and we'll cover it.
Perfect.
I appreciate it very much.
And yes, I will be headed your way shortly.
All right.
We'll coordinate that with you through our producer.
Thank you very much.
Thank you.
Perfect.
All right.
Thank you, Mitch.
Have a great day.
And folks, that was Mitch Vexler there.
Again, MockingbirdProperties.com slash DCAD. Wow.
Just wow.
This is beyond the big short.
This is the big, big short.
This is the bigger short.
This is the ginormous short.
I don't know what you want to call it.
Go watch that movie, The Big Short.
By the way, it's worth watching right now because...
It gives you a little taste of what's coming and the depth of denial inside the financial industry.
They will deny, deny, deny.
They will incorrectly rate assets to the very last minute when they can't escape any longer.
And then the whole damn system comes tumbling down and trillions are destroyed.
That's the way Wall Street works.
That's the way government works.
And that's what our guest is trying to avoid, avoid that crisis.
So thank you for watching today.
Mike Adams here at Brighteon.com.
Feel free to repost this interview on other channels and other platforms.
And thank you for watching today.
Take care, everybody.
Your own government has the power to activate a kill switch on all telecommunications, instantly shutting down all private phone calls and texts.
An EMP weapon or solar flare can achieve the same result.
Rolling blackouts or permanent power outages will also take out the power supply to cell tower antennas, rendering mobile devices all but useless.
During these emergencies, how do you stay in touch with the important people in your life anywhere on the planet?
The answer is the Bivy Stick at sat123.com.
The Bivy Stick is a two-way satellite text messaging device that uses a satellite constellation, not cell towers, to send and receive text messages.
It works anywhere on planet Earth, including in war zones or blackout areas.
In unpredictable times, the Bivy Stick helps you stay connected when it matters most.
