Mike Adams sermon 001 – Ephesians 6:11 and the Armor of God at the MOLECULAR level

A hundred days from now, we all face some very real challenges in what is about to happen.
And I have felt called to do this, what I'm about to explain and share with you.
I have felt called by our Lord to bring you this message.
And for the next 100 days, I'm going to bring you 100 sermons, you could say.
And these are important teachings, some wisdom, some sharing, some encouragement, a variety of things that will help you navigate what's happening today and more importantly what's about to happen in a hundred days, give or take a couple of days.
And for reasons that will become apparent in a hundred days today, This, I'm recording this for historical purposes.
And I can't yet speak to all the things that we will be able to speak about in 100 days.
But those 100 days will approach very rapidly.
So you want to stay tuned to each one of these.
Of course, I'm Mike Adams and today is very late in the evening of July 28th, 2024.
It's a Sunday night.
And our world is changing so rapidly by the day.
And I have felt called to do many things to help prepare all of us for what's coming.
One of those, for example, is a song that I'm working on right now, almost done with it, and it's called God is with Us.
And I played 19 seconds of that for you last week in another podcast.
I'm not going to repeat that here.
Or, well, actually, maybe I should.
Let me just play the 19 seconds for you, because I want you to hear the power of this message, because I believe this message is reaching out to all of us, and there's a reason that you're listening to this.
There's a reason why we are together in this time, in this place, as history is unfolding, as our future is about to change in dramatic ways.
We need to understand, we can't do this without God and each other.
We can't do this alone.
God is with us.
And that's why we're going to be able to make these changes together that help create the world that we want to share together.
So it's not about you or me individually.
It's about we.
We the people.
We the church?
It's about God with us.
And God is with us.
And that's how we're going to be able to do this together.
So let me play the 19 seconds for you.

It's amazing people don't see right through it.
The truth is right there with the choosing.
The pain is insane that they're making us witness, but I believe that God is with us.
All right, so I hope you enjoyed that little snippet.
A lot more coming from that front, of course.
But I'd like to go through some of those words, and then also we're going to be reading a little bit from Ephesians chapter 6 about the armor of God.
And the necessity of courage to have that courage that can be emboldened within you with the Word of God and the presence of God.
And yet at the same time, you must put on the armor of God.
You notice that in Ephesians chapter 6, it starts, what, verse 10, it says, I'm reading from the King James Version.
But think about that verse, verse 11.
Put on the whole armor of God.
It's saying that you must put on the armor of God.
It's not saying that God will magically shazam you have armor on you and you didn't have to do anything.
You have to don the armor.
And you have to be strong in the Lord from verse 10.
You must express courage and understand that you are acting in the power of his might, that he is with you.
God is with us.
And with God at your side, we put on the armor of God so that we may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil.
And we'll get to that in a second.
But this talk here, this sermon is about courage.
It's about the armor of God, and it's about understanding the war against humanity and the war against God that is actually being waged right now in real time against us.
So let's go back to the words of those 19 seconds of the song that I'm about to finish.
I've got all the verses written, by the way, and recorded.
But this verse in particular is really relevant to today.
They lock you down like obedient slaves, fill you with fear a thousand ways.
Okay, now, this is, when I wrote this, I was referring to, of course, the COVID lockdowns.
They lock down your business, they lock down your church, they lock down your schools, they lock your children down, or they make you as parents or grandparents lock your own children down, which is insane.
And they lock you in your own homes.
You're not even allowed to go outside in many places, in many cities, in many countries.
You couldn't even take a walk on the beach without being arrested and accused of spreading a pandemic.
It was quite insane.
But they lock you down like obedient slaves fill you with fear a thousand ways.
The fear was constant.
The fear was the weapon.
The fear was more dangerous than the virus.
The pandemic wasn't real, but the fear was something that people would make real in their own minds as they allowed themselves to take in the fear because they were not wearing the armor of God and they did not have faith In the armor of God.
Now, if you read on in Ephesians chapter 6, the very next verse, verse 12, says the following, And as I'm reading this, keep in mind the second verse of my song there.
They fill you with fear a thousand ways, okay?
For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places.
What is that referring to?
Spiritual wickedness in high places.
The evil anti-human globalists in high places.
Telling you to lock yourself down and filling you with fear a thousand ways.
But we wrestle not against flesh and blood.
In other words, We the people and members of the church, we were not fighting against, like physically fighting.
You weren't fist fighting with anybody from the CDC or the vaccine industry or the government lockdown authorities.
You weren't drawing blood.
You weren't fighting them with swords or pistols or whatever.
You're fighting against, quote, principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world.
principalities, the realms of the principles of darkness.
Who are the principles of darkness?
Of course, Satan, Lucifer, but also then his minions, the globalists who coordinated the COVID pandemic through their dark power, attempting to rule over the world, you know, quote, the rulers of the darkness of this world. attempting to rule over the world, you know, quote, the
They attempted to rule over the world through fear, through intimidation, and by building biological weapons that were designed to achieve human depopulation to mass murder millions of human beings, and that their intent in that mass murder was rooted and that their intent in that mass murder was rooted in, quote, spiritual wickedness.
They are wicked and they are enemies of life and light and God and love and all the things that God teaches us to care about and to stand for.
If you think about it, if you are pro-human, then you are pro-human life.
You are, in other words, pro-life.
And I don't even mean that in a political context.
I just mean that you support the living beings of human beings.
And yet, if you were in favor of the jabs, the lockdowns, the censorship, the de-licensing of doctors who were prescribing things that would help people, that would save lives, like ivermectin, for example, if you were part of the evil cabal, in other words, then you were pushing darkness on the world.
But if you resisted that, then you were protecting yourself and protecting your family and your community against that evil.
And that's what the armor of God is.
Verse 13, Wherefore take unto you the whole armor of God, that ye may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all to stand.
That is, that you've given it your best efforts to stand against this evil.
In the evil day, that means in an evil era, in a time of great evil.
As you and I are seeing right now with the Paris Olympics, These depictions, these insults to Christ, to the church insults, the mockery of the Last Supper, the mockery of the teachings of Christ, even the dancing celebration of sudden death, the cardiac arrest death dance ritual celebration, which was broadcast to the world in the opening of the Paris Olympics.
That is incredible.
Those are depictions of spiritual wickedness in high places that now dominate our evil day.
But if you take unto you the whole armor of God, and you put on the armor of God, then you can stand against it.
And that's what so many people have done by asserting their human rights, their medical rights, their human freedoms to say no to experimental medical interventions and to say no to the tyrants that wanted to shut us down and lock us out, to lock us out of our lives and our churches, their human freedoms to say no to experimental medical interventions and to say no to the tyrants that wanted to shut us down and lock
Those who stood against it and said no were persecuted all throughout 2020, 2021, and 2022, even today.
And now that has turned against the principalities of evil.
Many people who said no to the Jabs are winning their lawsuits.
In the military, the soldiers who said no, their records are now being expunged and they're being welcomed back into the military.
And nurses who were fired are being offered their jobs back with back pay as they win their lawsuits.
And it goes on.
There are many other examples of this now being reversed because those who stood with God, with the armor of God, they stood strong in the face of evil.
They have now been vindicated.
Even against the principalities, the powers, the rulers of darkness of this world, you see.
Now, continuing on with the lyrics of the song, God is with us.
Here's the next verse.
While they turn your friends into mind slaves with mental haze, it's amazing people don't see right through it.
The truth is right there if we choose it.
Okay?
And I spent a long time writing these lyrics.
In fact, as you hear this today, those lyrics are more than two years old.
They are.
This song has...
I've been working with this song for a couple of years.
And it didn't quite resonate until just now because of what's happening in our world.
And I did add some verses in the last week or two.
But this verse in particular here, this verse is over two years old.
While they turn your friends into mind slaves with mental haze, it's amazing people don't see right through it.
The truth is right there if we choose it.
The most powerful part of that is that last line.
The truth is right there if we choose it.
But just like in Ephesians, it says that we must put on the armor of God and the whole armor of God.
And it goes through and it lists the boots, the belt, the shield, the breastplate, all of it, right?
But we must also choose truth in order to see through the lies.
In other words, we're living in a world of darkness and illusion, of deception, of From the principalities of darkness that claim to be the rulers of this world.
We have to make a choice to dispel the sorcery and to see through the lies.
And it is a conscious choice that we have to make.
And if we have the courage to make that choice, then the lies are dispelled.
They evaporate.
And then suddenly we find ourselves standing in the armor of God that we have chosen to put on.
And we find that we can stand in our truth and in our power.
And we can speak the truth.
We can speak the truth even in a church.
To say to a mainstream vaccine-pushing church, no, I will not invade my body with this evil transhumanism concoction of death and destruction that some of the mainstream churches were pushing on their congregations, many of whom are now dead, by the way.
Sometimes you have to stand in your power and with the armor of God against you A mainstream church, if that church is calling on you to do something that violates the teachings of Christ, or something that is in alignment with the principalities of evil that are trying to destroy humanity and also trying to destroy the church.
And what is one of the main ways that they succeed in destroying the church?
Is they infiltrate the church with evil.
And then they get the leaders of some of these churches to convince their congregations and flocks to take actions that are opposed to their lives or opposed to the teachings of Christ.
And so they disarm people from the armor of God, don't they?
They dismantle the armor of God.
They tell people, take off your armor, roll up your sleeve, and allow this transhumanism death cult medical agenda infrastructure, allow it to inject you.
You do not have armor if you are being pierced by the fiery darts of the wicked.
Correct?
Which, of course, is verse 16.
Verse 16 of Ephesians chapter 6 is, What are the fiery darts of the wicked?
If these toxic experimental transhumanism mRNA jabs, if they are not the fiery darts of the wicked, think about it.
They contain the spike protein bioweapons.
They cause inflammation, which is like tissue flames.
It's like your tissues are on fire.
Your neurology is on fire because the spike protein has been unleashed inside your body because your God-given human cells have been hijacked and transformed into cells that Through the ribosomes, through the mRNA technology, the transhumanism demonic technology, your cells have been transformed into factories that produce biological weapons that set your body on fire from the inside.
The fiery darts of the wicked.
That's what they unleashed against you during COVID. It was a demonic agenda.
And too many of the churches told their congregations, take off the armor, roll up your sleeve, and accept the fiery darts of the wicked.
That is demonic.
That is demonic.
And one of the things that you're going to hear from me in these sermons, by the way, is I will not hesitate to call out the other churches out there That are killing their congregations, like literally in this case, or that are spiritually sterilizing their congregations, or who are teaching their congregations to go against the teachings of Christ.
Because then those churches, and there are many, those churches are not obedient to God.
They are obedient to government, aren't they?
Obedient to government.
Government told them, Push the jabs on your congregations.
Make them roll up their sleeves and take the jabs.
And some of these pastors, some of these ministers, some of these ordained ministers.
Ordained by who?
Well, that's a question now, isn't it?
Ordained by Satan, it appears, in some cases.
Because they told their flocks to be obedient to government.
And government has been weaponized against you.
Government told you to take off the armor of God.
Government told you to serve Satan as your master and to destroy yourself and destroy your biology, destroy your life, destroy your baby because of the spontaneous abortions that many of these injections cause.
And many, many women, the spontaneous abortion rate was through the roof.
Even Pfizer knew that and they covered it up.
And so the churches, many of them, the mainstream churches, They became vehicles of penetrating the armor of God instead of encouraging people to wear the armor of God.
But you always have a choice, which is what I said in my song.
The truth is right there if we choose it, but we have to make a conscious decision.
We have to step forward and choose a path of courage, of bravery, and a path that may not be accepted by other people in your life.
Family members, even spouses perhaps, Children or grandchildren, parents or grandparents, co-workers, what have you, teachers, students, anybody around you in your life, they may not accept the fact that you have chosen to stand strong in the armor of God and that you have chosen to say no to wicked evil,
to demonic influences, even if they are uttered by the tongues of the priests of the churches that have been compromised and that now serve Satan instead of serving God.
Because as we know in our organization, if we are to get closer to God, we must live lives of pure blood.
And that's why we are called pure bloods, by the way.
How do we purify our blood?
We detoxify from the environmental toxins to the greatest extent that we can.
We avoid exposure to more toxins such as the vaccine jabs, pesticides, herbicides, toxic pharmaceuticals.
We pursue clean food, clean supplements, superfoods that contain the miraculous molecules provided by God.
Molecules of cleansing and of healing, molecules of protection.
How many of those molecules that we talk about, that I teach, how many of those molecules are the molecular version of the armor of God?
Think about it.
When we talk about neuroprotective properties of certain molecules, such as sulforaphane, which is, of course, synthesized in broccoli sprouts and it's found in cruciferous vegetables.
And superfoods that are in the cruciferous family, such as, for example, broccoli sprouts or other cruciferous sprouts.
So when you have a concentration of sulforaphane and we assign a characteristic to that molecule, we say it's neuroprotective.
Well, it protects the neurology, protects the nerves of the body.
What is it protecting them from?
It's protecting them from toxins and also from stressors, for example, or the combination of stress and inflammation and toxins.
But these are molecular pieces of the armor of God.
So, quite literally, when you grow broccoli sprouts And then you eat those broccoli sprouts or you consume a product that is made with broccoli sprouts.
You are ingesting and wearing the armor of God, literally.
Because the armor of God, it doesn't really mean a metal breastplate.
That's a metaphor in the Bible, you know.
Ephesians was speaking to the people of that day in the words and language that they understood, the things with which they were familiar.
You know, the breastplate, the boots, the belt, the helmet, right?
Well, you're not going to walk around society today with a helmet and a breastplate and a shield, you know, unless you're doing some kind of like Renaissance Festival LARPing exercise or something.
Those are metaphors.
How do you wear the armor of God today?
Well, there are many ways, but one of the ways is to ingest the molecules of God and let those molecules circulate through your body, whether it's sulforaphane from cruciferous vegetables, which is neuroprotective, whether it's resveratrol, which is from grapes, red grapes, for example, or Japanese knotweed, resveratrol, which is cardioprotective.
It's the armor of God that's coursing through your veins.
You have the armor of God in your blood, in your pure blood, you see, by taking resveratrol or eating foods that are naturally higher in resveratrol or astaxanthin, for example.
It's a supplement.
But it's also found naturally in certain foods like salmon.
It's what makes the salmon flesh look pinkish in color because astaxanthin is a very, very rich red pigment.
And did you know that the Latin name for the microalgae that produces astaxanthin, it's based on the word for blood.
It's based on the word for blood.
So it's really called really the blood microalgae.
And then when you ingest it, it purifies your blood and it offers cardioprotective, neuroprotective properties, and also it helps protect the musculoskeletal system.
And so by ingesting these molecules that are found in certain foods and superfoods and supplements which are from nature, which means they're from God, then you are indeed donning the armor of God through what you eat.
And that armor is all within you, and it circulates within your body, and it's protecting your heart.
It's protecting your brain, your cognition.
It's protecting your muscles, your joints.
It's protecting all of you from the inside out.
And from that place of...
Let's call it nutritional protection or nutritional abundance, then you are more able to stand strong in your courage against the principalities of darkness and evil in the world.
You notice that people who eat a lot of junk food or people who are intoxicated, toxins being ingested makes them intoxicated.
I don't just mean alcohol.
I mean pesticides, herbicides, junk foods, processing ingredients, refined sugars, partially hydrogenated oils like cheap fried oils, seed oils, things like this.
They become intoxicated and And as a result, they are more susceptible to the manipulations of the principalities and powers of darkness, of the wicked.
The wicked can more easily manipulate those who eat junk food or those who are cognitively compromised because they've consumed pesticides and herbicides and heavy metals.
Which is why I'm such an advocate of testing foods for heavy metals and rejecting foods or superfoods or ingredients that are high in lead, cadmium, arsenic, or mercury, for example, and making sure that the substances that you're taking into your body are clean so that your body can be purified so that your mind can have its full power so that you can stand in the armor of God.
God coursing through your body, through God's molecules, but also through your spirit, with your courage, with your faith, and also God in your mind, with your choice to choose truth, to make that conscious choice.
And yet, I believe that it's almost impossible to make those choices if you're living on a junk food diet.
If you're polluting your body and your blood, then you're polluting your mind.
And the only way to operate with truth, with courage, and with God on your side is to purify your body.
And that is taught again and again throughout the Bible, through fasting and the choice of certain foods and substances that purify the body, which brings you closer to God and allows God to work through you.
With his courage, the armor of God, and your faith combined with it.
So that's why clean foods and that's why certain molecules from nature are so important to this entire lesson of standing in courage with the armor of God.
So let's continue with the last two lines from this verse of the song.
Here it is.
But I believe that God is with us.
When I say the pain is insane, that they're making us witness, what I mean is that we are all, if we are living in this world and we're not isolating in a log cabin somewhere far, far away from society, we are, in essence, it's inevitable that we are exposed to the wickedness of society around us.
The insanity of people, the pedophilia, the child grooming, the child mutilations, the lack of rationality, the attacks on the church, the mockery of Jesus, on and on.
The celebration of ritualistic mass murder of human babies through the abortion industry, for example.
The pain is insane.
To be aware of this.
It's insane.
It feels like insanity to watch the bombing of innocent children, to watch the starvation and famine that's being engineered that is affecting so many people around the world, to be aware of the news, to be plugged in at all into our society and all the evils that are taking place across this cosmic screen of our reality.
The pain is insane.
It's difficult to bear.
And they're making us witness it.
So we are witnesses to this.
It cannot be denied what we have seen.
They cannot erase this wickedness from our observations of who they are.
Just like recently with the Paris Olympics.
They came out with this horrific, demonic, transgenderism, Last Supper mockery of Christ, and then the backlash was massive.
Everybody, oh my God, this is completely insane.
Even Iran, by the way, even...
Religious leaders from Iran contacted France and said, you cannot do this.
This is an insult to the prophet Jesus Christ who is recognized in, of course, in Islam.
So, I mean, think about it.
Even Islamic fundamentalist countries saw what France did in its Paris Olympics mockery of Christ and mockery of the church.
And even those Islamic countries said, that's too crazy.
We must protest that.
Since when have you ever heard Islam protesting the mockery of Christ by a Christian nation?
That's how crazy this is.
And this is what we are witnessing.
And they're making us witness this.
You know why?
Because this is the way Lucifer operates.
For a long time, Satan operates in darkness and deception in stealth mode, claiming that he doesn't exist, right?
The greatest trick of the devil is making you think he doesn't exist.
And that's the way it was for a very long time.
Now, now something has shifted, right?
The demonic forces are right out in the open.
And they are in your face with their perversion, with their nudity on the streets of San Francisco, celebrating their pride parade, fornicating homosexual acts in public view on the streets.
At a, quote, family-friendly event where a naked man in an inflatable children's swimming pool laying in the pool on the street in a public place would have young women approach him and they would pull down their pants and they would urinate on him and he would revel in it.
And these are acts of lewdness and of degeneracy that smack of Satanism and the evil boldness of Satan emerging from the shadows and saying that his influence is here,
that he believes that he rules our society, that he rules our media, that he rules our schools, that And also some of the churches, by the way.
And that he rules over our law and the mayors and the city councils and the government is all answering to Satan.
And even the Olympics answers to Satan.
That is the message of this, to say that he is Satan and that he now is declaring dominion over your world to the point where they can put groomers and pedophiles dancing in a lewd fashion with children at the opening of the Olympics with drag queens, transgenders, to say that he is Satan and that he now is declaring dominion over And they even had a robotic horse, a pale horse, with the rider right out of Revelation.
The rider of death.
And this is their message to you.
If you don't have the armor of God, if you don't have the presence of mind to reject it, if you haven't chosen the truth, if you fall for their lies, then they have already won because they will destroy humanity.
They will destroy, if you let them, they will destroy Christ.
They will destroy the church.
They will destroy innocence.
They will destroy children.
They will destroy the human blood because they will contaminate it with their jabs, their infections, their fiery darts of the wicked.
But we have the choice to reject that.
We have that choice.
And that's why I say in the song, the last line of that verse, again, the pain is insane that they're making us witness, but I believe that God is with us.
Which means that despite what we are seeing, I still feel the presence of God.
And God is with us, you and I and all of us who are part of this congregation.
We are a church together.
We are a church.
The church lives in the spirit of all of us.
And God is with us so that we can stand in strength against this demonic evil and against the Luciferian wickedness that is attempting to destroy our world and destroy the teachings of Christ and destroy the church and destroy the innocence and destroy our blood and destroy even our genetic lines.
Through infertility and depopulation and transgenderism, genetic manipulations.
You see how powerful this is?
And God's armor is all around us.
God's armor is in the dandelions growing in your yard that you thought were weeds.
Think about it.
Because in those dandelions, there are molecules that can protect your liver.
In those dandelions, there are molecules that can protect your heart.
There are molecules of natural medicine that are forms of the armor of God.
But the armor of God is all around you.
Just as God is always with you, should you choose to invoke his presence and recognize his presence, then he can help you stand in strength against this wickedness and this Luciferian destruction that is claiming dominion over our world.
So continuing with Ephesians, verse 15 says, And your feet shod with the preparation of the gospel of peace.
In other words, as you walk through this world, do not walk in the path of war and violence.
Walk in the path of peace.
The gospel of peace.
The teaching of the principles of peace.
Verse 16, Above all, taking the shield of faith, Wherewith ye shall be able to quench all the fiery darts of the wicked.
You have the shield of faith, right?
He's not talking about a physical shield.
He's talking about the protective properties of being strong in your faith, knowing that you are not alone.
You're not alone.
Even if you feel rejected by other people close to you, God is with you through all of this.
Verse 17, and take the helmet of salvation, right?
And the sword of the spirit, which is the word of God, the sword of the spirit.
Think about that.
This is the tool, not the weapon, but the tool to fend off the attacks.
The sword of the spirit, that your spirit is incredibly capable.
You can dodge bullets like Neo in The Matrix.
You can dodge bullets.
You can dodge the attacks.
Why?
Because, well, you can parry them and you can fend them off because you have the sword of the Spirit because you have invoked the Word of God.
This chapter even talks about that in verse 19.
And for me, that utterance may be given unto me.
In other words, may God give me the words.
And it continues, that I may open my mouth boldly to make known the mystery of the gospel.
In other words...
Please, God, give me the words so that I may speak the truth and that I may teach the principles of life, which is...
What the gospel is teaching life and faith and creation and understanding that these are the things that we are fighting to defend against the principalities and the powers of darkness and the wicked who are trying to destroy love and life and Christ and God and creation.
They want earth to be a dead planet with no life whatsoever.
We are fighting against them In order to protect and defend life, and we are using prayer to ask God to give us the words and give us the courage and strength so that we may share the gospel with others and we may speak boldly in this way.
And my friends, that is exactly what God is doing with me right now.
That's why God touched me and asked me to do this.
It is that verse right there.
It's a prayer that utterance may be given unto me that I may open my mouth boldly.
And I'm not reading every line from this chapter, but verse 23, peace be to the brethren and love with faith from God, the Father and the Lord Jesus Christ.
He's saying all of us may live in peace together and we may live in love for life because we are people of faith, because we understand that there is a powerful creative force that has brought us life and has brought us consciousness because we understand that there is a powerful creative force that has brought us life and has brought us consciousness and has brought us the awareness that we are now exercising with conscious choice in
And that if we stand strong with each other, then we shall defeat those forces of darkness.
Grace be with all of them that love our Lord Jesus Christ in sincerity.
and Amen.
And that's how that chapter closes out.
And isn't it powerful?
Wait till you hear the rest of the song that I'm working on because the next verse, well actually the two verses more after what I read for you, it's so powerful.
It's so powerful.
You will break down in tears.
I can't even explain it.
When I first, when these words were given to me for this song, and I first sang these words just to the music, I was just playing the music on my sound editor, you know, my music editor, and I was performing the words just verbally, just trying them out, I broke down in tears.
I cried, and I thought, gosh, that must just be me.
I mean, these words are touching me, but they're not going to do the same thing to anybody else.
And then the very next person I played the song for, my wife, she heard that verse, broke down in tears.
It was like, it touched us both, and it will touch you, and I can't wait to share that with you.
So the takeaway from today's sermon...
Remember, this is sermon number one of a hundred.

But the takeaway is that no matter what insanity you see in the world around you, no matter how powerful that Satan appears to be, no matter what institutions that Satan has overtaken...
Infiltrated, perverted, or weaponized against you, government, public education, pop culture, you name it, you have the strength to stand with God, with God within you, not just at your side, but within you through the armor of God, and you must make a choice to put on that armor.
And there are many ways to do that.
One of the ways that I mentioned today is to be more pure in your body, in your foods, your supplements, to detoxify from the toxins.

Instead, there's another route to It is the armor of God reflected through the molecules of Mother Nature, the foods, the herbs, the microalgae, the superfoods, the sprouts, the natural medicines, the essential oils, all the things that God put on this earth to give you the pieces of armor.
