All right, folks, welcome to Bright Town Broadcast News for Wednesday, July 24th, 2024.
This is Mike Adams here.
Thank you for joining me today.
We've got bombshell news, bombshell video, new video release of body cam from law enforcement on the roof with the supposed shooter.
We've got admissions from the Secret Service.
We've got a rifle picture now that I've enhanced with an AI upscaling algorithm and so much more to cover today.
Quite a lot.
Plus, we've got an interview with We the People USA, Brian Festa.
That interview will be coming up today.
First, I've got a 19-second music teaser for you.
I had not planned to actually release this publicly, but from yesterday when I mentioned that I've got a song that it's almost done, and I've laid down all the Prime audio for it, and I'm about to release this song, just got to work on the video.
It's still a few weeks out, probably, but a lot of people are asking, like, please, can we hear some of the songs?
So I'm going to give you 19 seconds of it here today, okay?
And it's called God is With Us, and it's a rap, like a verbal poetry style song, and it covers what we've all lived through for the last four years or so.
I think you'll find it to be a very touching song.
This little sample here doesn't do it justice, but I just want to give you a flavor of this and let you know that this song is coming.
It's the first song that I will have released in many years, but I hope it's not the last.
I've planned several more in rapid succession.
We'll see how that goes.
But check out this 19 seconds of God is with us.
All right, there you go. there you go.
A little teaser for you.
God is with us.
That's the name of the song that's coming out.
It'll be free.
We'll just release it with the MP3 files, the WAV files and the music video and everything.
And we're just trying to get this out with a powerful message that is, well, there's a spiritual basis for it, which is that we're all living through very difficult times right now.
There will be more challenges that come our way.
And we cannot get through this without God's help.
We need to embrace the presence of our loving God and recognize His hand in, number one, sparing Trump's life, and then beyond that, Giving us the capability to dismantle this evil cabal of criminals that stole power in Washington, D.C. and wielded it as a weapon over us.
That with God's help, we shall dismantle that criminal system and we shall rebuild this constitutional republic from the ground up if necessary.
Because there's a lot more Sadly, there's a lot more planned destruction yet to come, economic destruction, you know, banking collapse, financial systems, even social revolts and everything pushed by the left.
There's a lot of destruction yet to come over the next year, let's say.
But if we have to rebuild this country brick by brick and block by block and, you know, person by person, then so be it.
That's exactly what we will do, and we will do it with God by our side.
And please understand, I'm not saying in any way that Trump is our Messiah or any such thing.
No man, no man is a stand-in for God.
No man is without sin.
No human being, I should say, no man or woman is without sin.
All men and women are imperfect people.
And yet, God chooses imperfect men and women in order to carry out His will.
And we are all part of that picture.
We are all here for a reason.
We are together for a reason.
You are tuned in to this podcast for a reason.
And I've been inspired to record this song with a message for a reason.
This is all part of God's plan.
And we need to, number one, yes, have faith in God's presence and in His plan, and also at the same time, take action that is aligned with that plan.
So, I do not agree with those who say, oh, sit back and do nothing, and we're all going to be raptured out of here, and God's going to save us, and we don't have to take any responsibility.
No, I completely disagree with that.
I say, yes, have faith.
God's plan is real, but His plan includes us taking action.
Action at the ballot box.
Not the battle box as Biden recently said.
I say the ballot box.
Action that is rooted in peace, that is rooted in real justice, that is rooted in the principles of democracy.
To take this country back from those who have stolen it from us.
And to stop the weaponization of the federal government against us.
And to be part of this effort to reveal the truth to the world.
The truth about the long history of deep state assassinations from JFK and Dr.
Martin Luther King Jr.
and so many others, you know, I mean, even Seth Rich is, he was taken out by the Democrat deep state.
Imagine what will happen in America when the whole truth comes out.
That the CIA and the deep state was involved in the killing of JFK. And there have been a string of assassinations, and now, for the first time in history, it's all about to unravel, because they no longer control the narrative.
And that brings us to our topic today, which begins with an extraordinary...
Video, which is a body cam video of a law enforcement officer.
First, let me show you the rifle that is found in this video.
So if you take a look at this rifle...
Now, I did a screen grab off the video you're about to see.
And just a few feet away from this rifle, or maybe 10 feet away, is the body of apparently Crooks.
I just want to warn you in advance...
The actual headshot area of Crooks is sort of blurred out.
There is a trail of dried blood down the roof.
So if you're freaked out by blood trails, you might want to look away when that part comes.
But right now, we're just looking at the rifle.
Let me explain this.
Why this looks so weird, this angle.
It's because I took a screen grab of this rifle and I rotated it 180 degrees.
To try to make the rifle kind of right side up.
And then I also upscaled the image using an AI service.
Yeah, upscale.media.
That's what I used to upscale this image to give it an enhanced resolution.
Now, at this enhanced resolution, some details become quite clear about this rifle.
This is starting to fill in some of the questions that we've had.
There are still more questions we'll get to, obviously, because I'm about to show you a bombshell video.
But take a look at this rifle.
Now, this is clearly an AR-15 rifle.
It's quite obvious that this is the kind of rifle that fires 5.56 rounds.
And it looks like an older-style AR-15.
The reason I'm saying that is because, as you see, the entire handguard of the barrel does not have any Picatinny rails on it, not even a top rail from what I can tell here, although it's not entirely clear.
But modern rifles, even just modern ARs from the last 10-15 years— Or more will typically have a Picatinny rail across the entire top of the handguard, you know, of the barrel.
And some systems will have Picatinny rails even on the sides so you can mount things like, you know, IR illuminators and IR designators and laser pointers and whatever.
Some people, like, they load up way too much stuff on their AR-15 rifles and they'll have, like, blow dryers and chainsaws and everything on the front.
But for actual people, they try not to go too heavy on that because it makes the thing unwieldy.
Anyway, this rifle, if I'm looking at it and taking a guess, I mean, I can see, number one, the so-called flash hider on the front is a factory flash hider, nothing special.
It looks like an 18-inch barrel to me.
If I had to take a guess, I'm saying that's an 18-inch barrel, so not a 16-inch.
Typically, an 18-inch barrel has a little bit more muzzle velocity, and it's used as a more accurate Rifle.
Sometimes in military circles, they're called DMRs or designated marksman rifle, but typically a DMR is not in this caliber, not 5.56.
Typically a DMR would be something with a little more power behind it, like a.308 Winchester or even a.65 Creedmoor.
That makes an excellent DMR, by the way, a.65 Creedmoor rifle, but that's not what this is.
This looks like an older AR-15, probably...
Originally built in the 1980s or 1990s is my guess.
I can see the iron sights on it.
Looks like the iron sights, both the front and rear sight, are flipped up into the active deployment position, which I find very odd.
Why?
Why?
Because it appears that this has some optic on it.
It looks like a red dot sight.
It looks like an EOTech sight, actually.
If I had to take a guess, although it's not clear, it looks like an EOTech red dot sight, which are used by a lot of people in the military and so on, and recreational shooting and what have you.
And I think I've got a couple of EOTech red dot sights, and they're perfectly fine.
But the thing is, If you're running an EOTech sight, normally you don't have your iron sights flipped up in the way.
So, how do I explain this?
The way I like to run rifles is I have iron sights that are folded down and then you press the side and it flips them up.
They can flip up into position.
But I don't want iron sights there all the time.
Why?
Because it blocks too much stuff.
It blocks too much.
They're in the way, you know?
And if you have a red dot sight with a reflex sight, like what it looks like here, you only need the red dot sight.
You don't need a front sight or a rear sight with your red dot sight.
It's not the way it works.
With a red dot sight, you just put the red dot on the target and squeeze the trigger, and if you've zeroed it, you know, Obviously, you have to compensate for bullet drop at certain ranges, but other than that, it should be on target, especially if you've zeroed it at the range that you're intending to shoot at.
So I don't understand why the sights are flipped up if there's also an optic, but again, it's not entirely clear.
So perhaps we'll have to see if there's any more official pictures that are released.
The other thing that strikes me as odd about this is Is that the buttstock appears to be fully deployed in the backward position.
Now, for those of you who own ARs, and I hope all of you own at least one AR, typically with a buttstock, let's say you're running like Magpul furniture on it, you can, of course, adjust the position of that buttstock.
And that's important because depending on the size of the person deploying the rifle, you might want to Notch that buttstock a little bit closer to the receiver.
You might bump it forward a notch or even maybe two notches if you're a much smaller frame person.
But I don't even like to run these things fully extended.
To me, that's uncomfortable, actually.
And I'm a pretty big guy.
So I even will bump it forward.
I just like to have, I don't know, I like to have the controls closer to me.
I don't mind having my nose right up there next to the charging handle.
You know what I mean?
I do a lot of tight quarters firearms training, or I have in the past, with pistols, shooting with your pistol held very, very close to your chest, for example, close quarters type of QCB type of drills, things like that.
So I don't mind the receiver being right in my face.
I'm not afraid of it.
I'm afraid of what comes out of the barrel, but obviously that's pointing the other way, right?
So it's weird to me that it looks like this buttstock is fully extended.
Something's not normal about the deployment of this rifle.
It doesn't look like it would fit this guy.
Because this guy seemed like a smaller framed guy.
I don't know his actual height, but from what we've seen, the photos and so on, he looks smaller.
I've seen there's videos of him walking around on the grounds.
He looks like a smaller framed guy.
I'm guessing that he's less than 5'10", and clearly he's a lighter framed guy.
I mean, he might have weighed, I don't know, I'm guessing maybe 140 max.
Again, it's a guess.
I don't know for sure.
But this is not a big dude, right?
So why does he have, number one, an 18-inch barrel?
Why does he have the buttstock fully deployed?
And more importantly, why does he have the iron sights deployed and flipped up when he also has what looks like a red dot optic?
So something doesn't add up about this.
And then what you're about to see in this video is that this rifle appears to be something like 10 feet away from From Crooks' body.
And how did that happen?
Because didn't the counter-sniper shoot around and take out Crooks with one shot to his face?
I think it went through his...
I think that's what knocked out his front teeth, actually.
I think it went right through his face and severed his brain stem.
And it was like an instant out.
So if you are an instant out...
You don't have time to toss a rifle 10 feet.
So how did this rifle get tossed 10, maybe 12 feet away?
There's a question that a lot of us have right now.
So check out this video that will kind of blow your mind.
We're going to go through some of what's in this video and recognize the rifle is far from crooks, recognize you don't see any brass on the roof here.
Where's the brass?
And then also recognize that in this video, The cop admits that there's a sniper team in the second floor window, the open window in the other building that we've been talking about for days and that Dr.
Chris Martinson has been talking about and so many others.
So check out this video.
Mind-blowing.
So we don't know.
So this is the guy that...
Yes, Beaver County Sniper's seen and sent the pictures out.
This is him.
Okay.
Rifle's right there, obviously.
Got it.
So the bike in the back...
Is he on that bike?
We don't know.
We don't know.
I don't know.
So you're just treating that as a suspicious device.
One second.
I believe the sniper that seen these and sent the pictures is right inside this building.
Michelle, is Greg in there?
Alright, so if you go to that window that's open and yell for Greg, that's the sniper that sent the original pictures and seen them come from the bike and set the book back down and then lost sight of them.
He's the one that sent the pictures out.
I don't know if you got the same ones I did.
I think I did, yeah.
He's got his glasses on and he's...
Alright, I'm freezing it right here at about 46 seconds.
Now again, I apologize for the fact that there's Blood visible in this frame, but at least you're not seeing anything worse than that.
So there's the body of Crooks there, apparently Crooks, as far as we know.
And you can see, by the way, from his legs, he's a small frame guy.
This is not a large guy.
Okay, so that just backs up what I just said.
Secondly, you can see the rifle that is quite a distance away.
In fact, if you look at these roof panels, and this is kind of like a raised ridge roof, And each of these panels here, I mean, you can tell by...
Look at the officer that's standing between these.
Look at his feet, all right?
His feet clearly fit inside the raised ridges of this roof.
And if you look at his right foot, his heel is not touching the ridge and his toe is not touching the ridge.
So if you were to estimate that this man's foot was, well...
A foot.
Let's just say with the boots and everything that it's a foot.
And then you add another maybe four or five inches on either side to the center of the ridge.
You could easily say that these ridges are, let's say, 20 inches apart.
That's a pretty good guess.
Maybe they're 22.
Let's just call it 20.
Now, take a look at the The dead body of Crooks, he's in one ridge.
Now, how many ridges away is that rifle?
One, two, three, four.
So, four ridges away, and if we're guessing it's, let's say, 20 inches per ridge, that's 80 inches away.
All right, so now that we're doing the math, I guess that's not 10 feet, but it could be between 6 and 7 feet, easily, right?
So that rifle is...
More than six feet away, maybe seven feet, maybe more, maybe eight feet away.
How did it get there?
How did it get there?
We know that Crooks couldn't have put it there because, well, he got shot dead.
And he was shot dead when he had the rifle with him.
Because, you know, apparently, because he's the active shooter, right?
He's the lone gunman.
So...
Question number one is, again, how did that rifle get over there?
Did somebody put it there?
Or did somebody tamper with the crime scene?
Did somebody move it over there?
And what's that all about?
Who's moving guns around?
I mean, so that's just question number one.
We have many questions about this, but that's question number one.
Now, by the way, I want to rewind this a little bit.
Let's start back around 20 seconds because I want you to hear that this law enforcement officer who characteristically has very bad grammar and I'm not saying that to insult him.
I'm saying that this it shouldn't be hard to find out who this person is because he uses the word seen as in like that team seen him on his bike or that guy seen him.
Okay, that's That's a very characteristic grammatical slip, let's say.
That's not the way that a Secret Service professional would speak, right?
But certain people, just perhaps because of their backgrounds or upbringings or maybe typically a very rural area that they're raised in, do speak like that.
And again, I'm not insulting them or putting them down or saying that they're not intelligent or capable.
I'm just saying that is characteristic of a certain regional or cultural type of talking that you hear among typically white people who lack higher education.
I'm just being honest here, okay?
Again, not trying to be insulting, but that's a characteristic style of speech.
So it shouldn't be difficult to find out who this law enforcement person is because all you have to do is talk to them and find out who uses the word seen like this.
But listen, and also listen to the admission that there's a sniper team on the second floor.
Let's start over from 20 seconds.
One second.
I believe the sniper that seen these incentive pictures is right inside his building.
Michelle, is Greg in there?
So if you go to that window that's open and yell for Greg, that's the sniper that sent the original pictures and seen him come from the bike and set the book back down and then lost sight of him.
He's the one that sent the pictures on.
I don't know if you got the same ones I did.
I think I did, yeah.
He's got his glasses on and he's...
Recognize that what this law enforcement officer is saying here is that...
The Secret Service team that is positioned inside that room with the open window, which is the second floor room, which also, by the way, is the most likely location from which additional rounds were fired, if you believe that Crooks did not fire all these rounds.
You know, if you believe Crooks fired three rounds and then somebody else fired five, It seems increasingly likely that those five rounds came from that open window second floor room.
We don't know for sure, but that's the way this is shaping up.
So that Secret Service team, consisting of Greg and whoever else, we don't know, but we know the name Greg now.
Thank you for giving us that name, Mr.
Law Enforcement Officer.
We know that Greg is in that room.
And that Greg took pictures of Crooks.
And that Greg sent those pictures to Secret Service.
Which means that Greg had a view in which Crooks was visible.
Right?
Right?
I mean, by definition.
How could you take pictures of Crooks if you didn't see him and if you couldn't have line of sight?
So Greg and whoever else is in that room...
Greg and a party of five or whatever, right?
Greg and his buddy, Greg and his spotter, who knows?
Greg saw Crooks, took pictures, sent it up to Secret Service, and then somehow Secret Service apparently told Greg, and this part I'm just guessing, because of course Kim Cheadle says they have no recordings magically, no recordings of any of the comms this day.
But somebody from Secret Service told Greg something like, oh, don't worry about that guy.
He's just going to climb the roof with a rifle.
Don't worry about him.
What would there be to worry about?
It's just a suspicious looking MKUltra biological robot carrying out an assassination.
Pay no mind to that guy.
So Greg apparently takes the guy's photo and then does nothing.
So question number one.
Greg, WTF, man.
If...
If you're watching this guy, and out of your window you can see the whole roof where this guy is climbing around, and you would have heard him with his rifle clanging as he's bear crawling along this roof.
It would have gone clang, clang, clang, clang, right?
I mean, a metal roof with an 18-inch rifle?
Especially carried by somebody that doesn't seem very experienced at any of this.
You're going to make a racket, man.
You're going to make a racket.
And the window to the second floor is open.
So to my editor, see if you can pull up just the snippet of video from, I think it was two days ago.
It was a video from that firearms channel that showed that second floor window.
And there was, I think, a drone shot that shows that second floor window is open.
Just roll that while I'm talking, if you would, please, to show that second floor window is open.
And again, that's the most likely place from which additional rounds would have been fired.
And now, I'm not accusing Greg of firing them.
Greg may have no involvement in any conspiracy or any cover-up or any coup or anything.
Greg may have just been ordered to stand down, whoever Greg is.
And maybe there's some other rogue assassin in the room with Greg who ended up firing off like a five-round burst.
And Greg turned to him and was probably like, what are you doing, dude?
Why are you shooting rounds at the president?
Maybe.
Again, I'm just guessing.
I'm just imagining what could have happened.
We don't know.
Because, again, the Secret Service magically has no recordings.
And then maybe that guy turns to Greg and is like, if you know what's good for you, you won't talk about this and this never happened.
And then the guy takes out of his pocket five brass cartridges and chucks them onto the roof next to Crooks, right?
So that the brass count adds up to eight.
You see what I mean?
Because Crooks fired three.
At least that's sort of what we're going off of here.
Technically, actually, we don't even know if Crooks fired a single round.
Crooks may not have fired anything.
All eight rounds could have come from the second story window, as far as we know.
I have not seen any video of Crooks firing a single shot, and just the way that rifle is set up looks to me like he would have had a very difficult time firing off any rounds.
Again, the buttstock is fully extended.
It's way too long with an 18-inch barrel and a short-framed guy.
That...
Sorry.
I've seen people at training ranges, smaller dudes trying to fire longer rifles.
It's a clown show, okay?
It's a clown show.
Nothing's right.
The ergonomics are all wrong.
They can't hit anything.
It's like, dude, go get some lessons or something, please.
I'm saying that about people I've seen at the training ranges, not about Crooks, obviously.
I'm glad Crooks didn't have any apparent shooting skills.
And again, I wonder if he took any shots at all, because the very first round that hit Trump in the ear, I am increasingly doubting that Crooks took that shot.
That's a pretty on-target shot, actually, the ear shot.
I'm suspecting that came from the second story window, but we'll see.
We'll see.
This is a work in progress.
As more data come in, we'll have better and better answers.
You know, the reliability or our certainty of these answers will rise over time as we get more data.
All right, so now we've only seen 45 seconds or so of this video.
Let's watch a little bit more and see what happens.
So we had the picture of that.
I got that.
And then this is his bike with the stuff.
And our sniper seen him walking away from that, I believe.
Okay.
But he would be right inside that window.
He's the one that physically seen this, sent the pictures, and called it out.
Okay.
So, and we have somebody detained, correct?
That I don't know.
Some people detained on this side.
Our guy that was just up here told me that there's a guy detained.
He's the owner of the bike.
And I said, no, no, that's the owner of the bike.
We've been up here, so we wouldn't know that information.
We just hold ass when we got over here.
All right, are you confused yet?
Because now they're talking about Crooks is the guy who owns the bike.
And there's apparently a bicycle in some other photos and videos.
And you're probably, like me, you're probably thinking, wait a second, I thought we were told by the government that Crooks had a car, and in the trunk of his car he had explosives.
Remember that?
Well, that's what we've been told for the past several days, and then now it's like, no, no, no, he's got a bike.
A bicycle.
What?
Did he carry the bike in the trunk of his car?
Did he pull out the bike?
Why is he riding a bike?
And if you're on a bike with a rifle?
I mean, I don't know.
Did that happen?
Would that be suspicious?
It's not like, Christ on a bike!
It's like a dude with a rifle on a bike.
That seems suspicious, riding around with a rifle, if that's what happened.
I mean, the modes of transportation keep changing here.
I feel like next they're going to say, oh, he had a helicopter, man.
He came in on the helicopter.
No, it was a skateboard.
Get your story straight, you know?
But something doesn't add up.
Let's continue.
Let's watch a little bit more.
Is that all your stuff?
Yeah, so someone came up looking to treat him.
Gas is off to the building, just so you know.
Yeah, they do.
I talked to the guy.
They were detained with the building.
Maybe they were involved, maybe they weren't.
Other than that, I haven't heard anybody else.
Well, I think, you know, it's...
The guys that saw them filming were like, oh, they were filming us and then filming the guy up on the roof and then filming us.
And then when the shots started firing, they tried to run away.
Isn't that what everybody would do to have a phone?
I'm not saying they weren't for it, but...
So you see what this agent is saying here?
He's wondering if a couple of people have been detained because, as he was saying, they were filming us and then they were filming the guy on the roof.
Filming us and filming the guy on the roof.
Does that strike any of you as odd?
That, I mean, okay, no, odd that the Secret Service agent would think that that's weird?
Because there's lots of people there who were doing a lot of filming, and of course those people are trying to capture the reaction of law enforcement.
Once the shooting starts, everybody points their cameras at the...
The location or the buildings from which the shooting appears to be coming.
And then some people saw Crooks on the roof, although nobody saw him shoot, at least not captured on video that we know of, but they did capture law enforcement's response to that.
So I have a feeling we're going to see more videos coming out in the days ahead.
In fact, I know we will.
More videos of people who were there And who happened to be filming during the shooting or started filming immediately after.
And we're going to get a lot more information about this in the days ahead.
So anyway, there's not really a whole lot more in this particular video, so we're going to move on to a different video.
But if you go through this video frame by frame...
There's no brass anywhere on this roof that anybody can spot.
Now, those of you who are shooters, you would know that the brass typically comes out the right side.
The ejection port of an AR-15 spits it out to the right.
Which is why left-handed shooters hate AR-15s.
They're like, the brass is always in my face, you know?
So, you know, stop shooting left-handed.
Learn to shoot right-handed, by the way.
Hey, I've learned to shoot left-handed.
If I can shoot ambidextrous style, you know, for dealing with corners or whatever, I had to learn to shoot left-handed.
You can learn to shoot right-handed, okay?
So, you need to be able to shoot both ways, both hands.
Anyway, the brass comes out the right side.
But the thing is, the brass doesn't always come out in the three o'clock position.
And by the way, this brass would probably not have rolled off the roof.
Why?
Well, any of you who have ever dealt with brass like this, you know that the brass is not a perfect cylinder.
It's more narrow towards the neck, the part that crimps the bullet in, even though the bullet's now gone.
And it's fatter or wider at the other end, which has the extraction ring of the brass and it has the primer in it, right?
That end is fatter.
And so if you take a bunch of brass and you try to roll it down a roof like this, it's not going to roll down.
It's going to curl and curve and arc and it's going to get stuck on the ridges.
So you can't tell me, unless you're someone who's never actually dealt with brass, you can't tell me that brass is going to just nicely, neatly roll off this roof.
I don't think so.
In fact, I think if you held a contest, like a brass rolling contest on that roof, and if you offered a $5,000 prize to anybody who could roll eight pieces of brass off the roof and Nobody would claim that prize because nobody can do it.
You couldn't do it on purpose.
Anyway, the brass normally ejects out of the right side of a rifle like this, and given that this looks like an older rifle, that's certainly the case.
It's not always a 3 o'clock ejection.
Sometimes it's a 2 o'clock ejection, a little bit forward, which often means you've got too much gas if you have an adjustable gas block, by the way.
Or sometimes it ejects into like a 4 o'clock position or even a 5 o'clock position if you don't have enough gas.
Now, this rifle doesn't look to me like the kind of rifle that has an adjustable gas block.
But for those of you who are, you know, who understand rifles, you know, for example, if you're running a rifle, a modern rifle, and you put a suppressor on it, you have to adjust the gas, and there's a gas block for that, because now with a suppressor, there's a lot more gas getting blown back into cycle the rifle.
So you have to turn down the gas if you add a suppressor so that you're not over-gassing the cycle, which can cause brass to spit out at weird angles, right?
I'm sorry to get nerdy on this, but that's the truth of the matter.
So we can't assume the brass is ejecting at a 3 o'clock position or a 2 o'clock position.
We don't really know.
But the Secret Service says they found eight brass cartridges.
Okay.
Where?
How come they don't have little yellow stickers on the roof?
Like, we found the brass here and here and here.
Like, where's the crime scene markings here?
Okay.
I mean, everybody's seen it in the movies and on TV shows and CSI and whatever.
Don't you mark the brass?
And then don't you have a photographer come up and photograph the locations of every freaking piece of brass and every piece of hardware, the rifle, the body, the whatever, man?
I mean, if the kid's shoes got blown off, you'd mark where the shoes are.
Sadly, his shoes are still on him, did not get blown off, although that would have been a much-deserved comic effect if his shoes had been blown off.
Nevertheless, they should have marked everything, right?
Instead, what do you see over the last week?
You see the FBI with a water hose on the roof hosing the place down, right?
Kind of like when they bulldozed all the aftermath of 9-11.
Boy, they cleaned out all that rubble in record time, didn't they?
They had dump trucks and bulldozers.
Let's get rid of the evidence as soon as possible before there can be an investigation, right?
They did the same thing here.
They were up on the slopey, slopey roof that's apparently too dangerous for Secret Service to walk around on.
Although somehow the cops in this video seemed to manage it no problem.
So they're up on the slopey, slopey roof with a water hose!
Which you would think would turn it into a slopey, slippy roof.
And that might be doubly dangerous for federal law enforcement.
It's slopey and slippy.
Oh my god, it's double kryptonite.
We can't be on that.
Slopey and slippy.
But they were hosing down the roof.
And yet, we have no photographs of where the brass was found, do we?
Nothing.
Because they were covering up the crime scene.
That's what this has been.
This has been a massive cover-up.
They're not documenting the crime scene for an investigation.
They're destroying evidence as rapidly as possible and rolling out the lone gunman official theory, which we all know is complete BS. Okay, one other thing that is worth noting here is If this rifle is, let's say, seven feet away, maybe more, from Crooks on the roof, as we just saw, if Crooks put it there after he got shot, wouldn't there be a trail of blood between him and the rifle?
Right?
That's logical because he was clearly bleeding after he got shot.
And the reason, of course, that there's no trail of blood between him and the rifle is because, well, when he was shot, he was probably instantly killed and thus no longer mobile.
Now, if you've been following my audio analysis, which has evolved over the last few days as I've received more audio files, I've changed my conclusions based on new audio information.
And now, instead of analyzing just one or two files, we're up to like seven files.
And when you line these up, they really paint a very clear picture about the number of rounds that were fired because some of the rounds are only audible in certain recordings, but not others.
But if you listen to all seven recordings and you really line up events, it's very clear there were 10 shots fired total.
Not by crooks, by the way, but just 10 total.
And we believe, when I say we, I would say that Those of us who are analyzing this, it's like Dr.
Chris Martinson, although I don't speak for him, but I believe he would agree that round number 10 is the counter-sniper round fired by Secret Service.
For example, we know that's only one round, and we know that was fired 16 seconds after the first rifle round was fired by whatever shooter.
And then there's also round number 9.
Now, pay attention because I'm going to show you a video involving round number nine.
Now, round number nine, we don't know yet who fired round number nine, but it sounds very different, extremely different in the different audio recordings.
And it's also clear that round number nine, which is believed to have been fired, by the way, by a Pennsylvania law enforcement SWAT team.
So now, based on current information, we're thinking round number nine is a rifle round.
But it appears in a different time slot on different audio recordings based on the position of the person who was filming at that time.
So round number nine is actually consistent with a round that was not fired from the roof or even a nearby building.
It was fired from somewhere else.
And we don't really know where round number nine was aimed at.
We don't know if it was aimed at Crooks, for example.
But we know that it did not stop Crooks.
And here's how we know that, because you're going to hear in this next video, you're going to hear a guy, an older gentleman.
You'll hear his voice.
You don't see his face.
The camera is mostly pointed towards the roof where Crooks is.
And You're going to hear shot number nine at some point.
I'll point it out to you.
And then after shot number nine, you're going to hear this elderly man or older man say, he's turning this way, which is indicated that Crooks is still active and that Crooks is even, according to some news reports, at that point Crooks aimed his rifle at the crowd.
That's interesting.
And then you're going to hear the, eventually you're going to hear the 10th shot.
And then after the 10th shot is fired, you're going to hear the same guy say, they got him.
They got him.
Okay.
So I just want to give you a heads up.
There's a lot of screaming, you know, just fearful screaming in this video.
So just be prepared for that.
A lot of people yelling for obvious reasons, you know, and somebody's opening fire.
So it's understandable, but give this a listen.
Here we go.
I'm stopping at seven seconds for two reasons.
One, I forgot to tell you this video is also called the Ross get over here video because there's a woman screaming Ross get over here.
I don't know where Ross is, but apparently he needs to get over here.
Now, what you just heard in the first seven seconds there, you heard the first three-round burst.
And I'm going to play it for you again in case you missed it.
But one of the rounds in this video is a little bit covered by someone screaming.
But I just want you to listen again.
This is not slowed down.
So this is, you know, real-time 1x speed.
But listen for the first three rounds, which sounds like boom, boom, boom.
Something like that, okay?
So start over to my editor.
Start over at zero.
Play the first seven seconds again.
again.
Here we go.
Alright, now from here, you're going to hear now there's a 2.5 to 3 second delay, and then there's a burst of 5 rounds that's fired.
And first, I just want you to hear this and take note of the five rounds because they're unmistakable here.
So let's just play that so you can get a sense of what to listen for.
Here we go.
All right, so you very clearly heard five more shots, right?
And now...
Now, what's interesting is, in this video, you still don't see crooks firing those five rounds.
In fact, if we back it up, and we will, as far as I can tell, I don't see crooks firing any of these rounds.
Not in this video, anyway.
Now, granted, this camera is not always pointing at crooks, right?
I mean, there's a lot of movement.
People are panicked, understandably.
But I didn't see any frame, not a single frame, of crooks actually shooting.
That's...
Odd.
But one more thing.
There is round number nine, which is believed to be, again, the Pennsylvania law enforcement round.
We don't know that for sure, but you're going to hear this now immediately or very close after that burst of five.
So I want to play it now, starting at around 10 seconds, just to let you hear that other...
That other Pennsylvania law enforcement round, which is very, very different.
So let's give that a listen.
All right, did you hear it?
It's a much higher pitched type of round.
I'm going to play that for you one more time.
It's just about a little two-second clip, okay?
You're just going to hear round number nine.
Again, one more time.
Play that for us.
All right, so are you familiar with the format now?
So from this point of view, this camera, this audio, we've got a burst of three rounds.
We've got Ross, get over here.
We've got a burst of five rounds.
And then we've got one more round, which is round number nine.
That sounds very different.
And then we've got more screaming, Ross!
Like, really?
Get your ass over here, Ross!
I want to know who this Ross is, okay?
Why is Ross such a bad boy?
Like, did Ross wander off?
Now I'm worried about Ross.
No, let's listen to now all 13 seconds again together, and then we'll go...
Pass that to the man who says he's turning this way.
Okay?
So, again, let's start from zero.
Play 13 seconds.
Here we go.
All right.
There's one other thing I want you to notice in this video that the first round is fired at about four seconds into this video.
And at that moment, the fourth second, roughly, you can see Crooks on the roof.
You can see him.
You can see him laying in a prone position.
And yet, when that shot is fired off, You don't see anything.
You don't see any reaction from his body and no recoil.
You don't see any flash from the barrel.
And now that we've seen the flash hider on the front of this barrel, that's typically called, I think, like just a stock birdcage type of flash hider.
And it doesn't hide the flash, by the way.
It's called a flash hider, but it does not hide the flash.
You might think, well, why is it called a flash hider?
Well, it actually causes the flash to spread out in like six different directions.
But it doesn't actually hide the flash.
Normally you would expect to see a flash.
And you would expect to see some level of recoil.
But just watch this one more time.
We're going to go from zero to about five or six seconds.
And notice that when round number one is fired, and about second number four, notice that you don't see crooks.
You don't see any recoil.
You don't see any flash or anything of the kind.
Kind of weird, right?
Check this out.
Okay, so that's odd.
Now, I know that AR-15s don't kick a lot.
Not at all, if you embrace them correctly.
But again, this is a smaller guy, and a smaller guy would not absorb recoil as well.
And also, given the extension of the buttstock and the longer barrel, it seems like this firearm would be a little bit awkward for this individual, and maybe that roof position was a little bit awkward.
It's very unlikely he would have had this well positioned in the pocket of his shoulder.
Seems to me like he would have felt some recoil.
Like, he would have shown some recoil.
And yet, we don't see any.
Again, it's not entirely clear.
Maybe there's going to be another video that shows up one day and shows that he clearly took the shots and there's clearly a burst of the rifle fire coming out of the barrel.
Maybe.
I haven't seen it yet though, folks.
So let's move forward now.
Let's pick it back up at about 12 seconds because now we're going to hear The older man say he's turning this way.
Remember, this is after shot number nine, which tells us that shot number nine did not kill Crooks.
That's interesting.
So let's check that out.
Let's play from 12 seconds.
Here we go.
I hope he's turning this way.
Be careful, guys.
Alright, you heard that very clearly.
So this man is very close to the camera.
He says, he's turning this way.
Be careful, guys.
And again, this is after shot number nine.
So shot number nine, we now know, did not stop Crooks.
Well, it did not kill Crooks.
In fact, Crooks turned toward whoever's speaking here, this man, and turned toward them.
So clearly he's not dead.
And then, next, you hear...
And this is about 16 seconds after the original round began this whole thing.
You hear finally round number 10, which is the counter-sniper round apparently from the U.S. Secret Service, which apparently finally killed Crooks.
So that's about to happen.
We're going to play...
Well, actually, let's pick it back up from...
Let's go back to 12 seconds because we just love to hear this woman screaming for Ross one more time.
And then let's go all the way to where we hear round 10.
And then this man says they got him.
They got him.
Okay?
So here we go.
I hope he's turning this way.
All right.
So you couldn't hear it quite as clearly, but the guy does say they got him.
And you actually hear a couple of people say that.
There's somebody else in the background that seems to be saying, they got him, they got him.
And how would they know they got him?
Well, probably the guy, if it's Crooks on the roof, Crooks' body probably just went limp at that moment, right?
So they got him.
So Now, so far then, we've heard all ten rounds that we believe were fired during this event.
We heard three rounds, and then a little pause.
We heard five rounds, and that makes eight, obviously.
And then we heard the ninth round, and then Crooks is still moving on the roof and turning towards the crowd, which means the ninth round did not...
Kill Crooks, and then we hear the 10th round, and then apparently Crooks is dead at that point.
So let me ask you the question.
At what point during all of this did Crooks toss his rifle seven feet away?
There's no point in this where Crooks tosses rifle.
So how did that rifle end up so far away from his body?
In fact, If you look at this video here closely, and I have, of course, looked at it very closely, do you see a rifle at all?
So, I mean, seriously, let's look at it again.
Let's go from zero to 25 seconds.
Watch it again, and you tell me, do you see a rifle at all?
Now, you might say, well, it's covered by the edge of the roof.
Okay, granted, but I don't see a rifle, and I don't see a rifle being fired.
I don't see...
The gunpowder, you know, flash, and I don't see any recoil.
This could have been a guy on the roof with a rangefinder or a pair of binoculars.
I don't see a rifle.
Do you?
I mean, you tell me.
Let's take another look.
Play it from zero all the way to 25 seconds.
Here we go.
And still worried about where Ross is, but maybe he'll show up.
Ross, get out of here!
Rob! Rob!
Get over here!
Rob!
Rob!
Get over here! Rob!
What are you doing?
I hope he's turning this way.
He cares, guys.
Ross!
What are you doing?
All right, so kind of interesting.
Now, granted, there were people there screaming, he's got a gun.
So you can infer that they must have seen a gun.
That seems reasonable, right?
But I haven't seen a gun.
Have you?
Have you seen a gun?
Except the one that's laying several feet away from him?
No.
I haven't seen Crooks with a gun.
I haven't seen Crooks shoot a gun.
I haven't seen a single muzzle flash from his gun.
And I didn't see any recoil at all.
And I don't see any brass on the roof, by the way.
So for those of you wondering, did Crooks fire any of these rounds?
That's a legitimate question, by the way.
I think it's reasonable that he may have fired the first three and then somebody else shot the next group of five, potentially.
But it's also possible that he didn't shoot any rounds.
Somebody else did all the shooting, which actually makes more sense, given how close that first round came to killing Trump.
More and more, I'm thinking that Crooks is perhaps not capable of that with that kind of clumsy rifle and a clumsy roof position.
And, you know, he was reportedly kicked off the rifle team at the school because he was such a lousy shot and so on.
Now, granted, 150 yards is not typically a difficult shot, but if it's a 1X optic, you don't really have...
It's hard to see detail at 150 yards.
I mean, I've done this numerous times.
This is why I have a flip-to-the-side 3X optic.
Typically, the way I run my ARs is I'll put a 1X red dot optic, and then I'll put a 3X magnifier, you know, in front of that or closer to my face.
And that way, if I'm engaging something that's more than, I don't know, 75 yards or whatever, I flip over the 3X, and now you can see with great clarity, right?
And then if you're doing, you know, CQB type of stuff, Then you flip that magnifier to the side and now you just have a 1x optic.
So that's the way I prefer to run things.
But shooting somebody in the head at 150 yards without magnification is actually, that can be challenging.
It's not hard with magnification, but without it, especially if the target keeps moving, which, thank God, Trump's head kept on moving.
Trump was animated at just the right moment, you know, to have the shot miss his skull, thank goodness.
So anyway, my point is that I'm increasingly questioning whether Cooks took these shots.
I'm open to that possibility.
I'm open to more evidence.
Just to be clear, I'm open to more audio files or new videos that appear.
And I will be honest and upfront with you.
If something changes my conclusion, I'll be very upfront about that.
Oh, guess, new data point came in, right?
Now let's take into account that new data point.
Well, now we have to go to this conclusion because we have this video or that audio.
I've already done that.
I've already changed my position based on new data.
So I'll probably change it again based on new data.
But with each revision of conclusions, we get closer and closer to the truth of what's actually happening here because we're getting more and more data.
Now, I want to switch videos and play the video for you that we played, I think, yesterday because now it's suddenly relevant again.
This is the video taken from that second floor office with the open window that overlooks the roof where Crooks was ultimately shot and killed, apparently.
Now that you know that Greg was in this room, the room from which this video was also taken, Greg was there, whoever Greg is.
Greg is apparently on the counter-sniper team.
But now you're about to see the view from Greg's eyes.
Greg should have seen Crooks crawling up the roof.
So check out this video.
Just remember, you're seeing from that window where we now know Greg was located.
Whoever Greg is.
Check it out.
Okay.
I'll play it again for you.
It's only 10 seconds.
But understand, you're looking out the second floor window.
And in front of you in the distance are the red barns in front of which Trump was speaking.
But then also looking out to your left, you can see the entire rooftop where Crooks was.
And apparently Greg knew Crooks was there because Greg took a picture of him and sent it to Secret Service, the boss or whoever.
And yet, He was told to stand down, obviously.
So check out this video once again.
It's just 10 seconds.
Check it out.
All right.
So pretty amazing.
Now, think about what we've learned today.
We know that a sniper team was in this room.
The second floor window.
And that's why the window was open, because they needed to be able to take shots without going through glass, right?
So they opened the window.
We know that this distance is consistent with the audio forensics of the first five rounds that are all at about 450 feet.
We can hear that in the audio fingerprinting.
That's never been in doubt.
It only gets convoluted after about, well, getting into rounds 6, 7, and 8 is very difficult to tell the distance of those rounds.
But rounds 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, we can hear the snap, boom, pattern, so we know they're all fired from 450 feet or so.
And that's consistent with this window.
It's also consistent with the rooftop where Crooks was found.
But then the question is, now we know that a Secret Service agent named Greg took pictures of Crooks, saw him, snapped photos, watched him, should have seen him on the roof, and yet did nothing to stop the guy.
We also know that round number nine was fired by somebody, don't know who, and that round number nine did not stop Crooks.
So if it was a round fired at Crooks, it missed.
And then we also know that round 10 apparently ended Crooks.
And then we know that a rifle was found seven feet away from Crooks with no blood between him and the rifle.
We know that the Secret Service claims there were eight rounds of brass found apparently on the roof, but we don't see any brass on the roof in this video.
I mean, maybe they already picked it up, but if they picked it up, why didn't they mark the locations of it?
Are these people doing police work or is this a clown show?
Well, you know the answer.
It's a cover-up clown show is what it is.
They should have marked the location of the brass.
I mean, come on.
Those of you listening, if you're cops, if you're detectives, is it okay for somebody to just walk through your crime scene and pick up all the brass and then hose down the place and not mark locations?
Is that okay?
Is that okay with you?
No!
Hell no, that's not okay.
Everybody knows.
You mark everything, man.
Otherwise, you know, the criminal defense attorneys get it thrown out because you fumbled the evidence.
You have no chain of custody.
Right?
I mean, come on.
This is obvious.
This is obvious.
This is a cover-up.
What else do we know?
Oh, yeah.
Crooks was known to the Secret Service for over 20 minutes.
They were watching the guy.
And at some point, he pulled out a rifle, obviously, and climbed onto the building and crawled up the roof with a rifle.
And whoever was in the second floor window, i.e.
Greg, and whoever's with Greg, they would have seen the guy.
So why didn't they stop him?
Why didn't they take the shot right there?
That's almost point-blank range, man.
I mean, how far away from Crooks were they?
Like, 50 feet or something?
I mean...
They were very close to Crooks right there.
It would have been a no-brainer to take that shot and stop the guy.
But they didn't.
Because, of course, this was an assassination attempt.
This was a deep state operation.
This was an inside job.
It's becoming incredibly apparent at this point.
And Secret Service Director Cheadle, what an embarrassment she is to our country and to the Secret Service itself, the whole history of the Secret Service.
She's an embarrassment.
You know, she's a former Pepsi executive.
And her job used to be guarding Doritos, you know, and like soda pop.
Hopefully she'll go back to that because she's not qualified to do anything else.
What an embarrassment she is.
She spent her whole testimony weaseling out of every question.
Oh, we don't know.
You're going to have to ask the FBI. Oh, you mean the same FBI that...
It's hosing off the roof and destroying evidence and has lied about everything, including Hunter Biden's laptop.
That FBI? Is that who you're talking about?
Oh, yeah, that one.
Really?
Ask the FBI. That's your answer to everything?
Come on.
This woman's lying.
She should be criminally indicted.
And I'm wondering, why doesn't the DA of this county, is it Butler County?
Why doesn't the DA indict Cheadle?
Huh?
She should be indicted.
Or maybe even the state AG should indict her and everybody else who is complicit in this.
They should arrest Alejandro Mayorkas and question him about all of this.
Okay, a couple things.
I want to give credit to the man who generated the concentric circles map that I showed you, I think, yesterday.
And I didn't know who it was at the time, but that man is Matt Lyon.
So thank you, Matt, for providing that map.
Much appreciated.
Very well done.
And we'll reach out to you if we need any other maps like that.
But nice overlays.
Helps us understand the situation.
Also, I want to mention that right now we've got Operation Burning Edge running.

In addition, I've got a special report here that I recorded earlier entitled, The Official Lone Gunman's Story is a Sloppy Lie.
Very sloppy lie.
It's pathetic at this point.
And I recorded that earlier today before I even knew all the facts that we've just gone over.
Now it's even a more sloppy lie.
But I want to play that special report.
And then when we come back from that, we will queue up the interview today with Brian Festa, an attorney from We the Patriots USA, who's been fighting for parental rights.
He's been fighting against medical kidnapping cases that the government is carrying out.
He's fighting for health freedom.
He's fighting for the rights of parents and how they treat autistic children.
He's fighting against the vaccine mandates, mask mandates, you name it, Brian.
Brian Festa and his group are doing incredible work, so you will want to stay tuned for that interview straight ahead.
We're going to play the Sloppy Lie special report here.
Before we do, remember to support us at healthrangerstore.com.

All right.
Thank you for your support.
It's much appreciated.
Here's the special report.
The official lone gunman story is a sloppy lie.
And on the other side, we'll be back with the interview with Brian Festa.
Okay, major updates here based on the congressional testimony of Secret Service former director Kimberly Cheadle, who has the word cheat in her name.
As I mentioned before, it's almost like a comic book.
She's resigned now, or at least has stated her intention to resign.
But then there was also a House congressional testimony that just took place.
And in that testimony, which was grilling Homeland Security and FBI and Secret Service, at least that's my understanding, they are now saying that they have recovered eight brass casings.
And I believe they're implying that that's around the area of Crooks.
Now, two things to note about this.
This means the official government story is clearly going to be the lone gunman story, which is typically what they go with on these assassination attempts.
They need a lone gunman, somebody that they can, you know, sheep dip, MK Ultra style, roll them out, make them think it's a training exercise, and then kill them because dead men tell no tales.
However, There was a second floor open window in the building just to the northwest of the rooftop on which Crooks was apparently shot and killed eventually.
And it could have easily been that a Secret Service team, a rogue team, an assassin team was staged inside that second floor office.
Why was the window open, for example?
That's very odd.
And also that office, that window was in full view of the entire rooftop.
They would have seen Crooks.
They would have easily seen him.
They also had full view of Trump at the podium.
So they had a shot at Trump.
It's very feasible that the second burst...
Remember, there was a burst of three shots at first, which are likely Crooks.
And then there was a burst of now, we believe, five shots after that.
So that does make eight.
But those five shots could have been fired from inside that room and they could have taken the brass from those five shots and just thrown it on the roof over towards Crooks just to say, hey, this must be Crooks brass.
So that absolutely is within the realm of what may have happened here.
But either way...
The Secret Service is saying that they let Crooks have 16 seconds before the Secret Service fired a round back at him, apparently killing him.
16 seconds, folks.
If you measure the time distance between the very first shot, which is shot number one, and then the very last shot, which we now know is shot number 10, And number 10 is the Secret Service round.
That duration, that's 16 seconds in between those two shots.
16 seconds!
So they let crooks open fire on Donald J. Trump for apparently 16 seconds.
Now the first 8 rounds were fired within roughly the first 6 seconds or so.
And then there was about a 10 second gap.
Before the Secret Service fired back.
And the situation that is emerging in all of this, the most likely, is the following.
It's likely now there's not a third shooter.
It's likely, at least based on current information, always subject to change.
I've already had to adapt my conclusion based on new audio files coming in.
For example, I don't think there's a third shooter anymore.
Because there was an audio artifact that sounded like a snap on the Fox News file, but it actually turns out to be a boom because we now have...
I've got seven audio files stacked, just to be clear.
Seven audio files.
One of those audio files, the Fox file, seems to indicate there were only four shots fired, not the cluster of five.
You know, in other words, one, two, three, at the very beginning, that's clear.
But then there's almost a three-second pause, and then there's a cluster.
That cluster on the FOX file sounds like four rounds.
But on all the other files, it sounds like five rounds.
And so that was contradictory, and that was confusing at first to sort that out.
But now it appears it's five rounds.
So it appears that a total of eight rounds were fired before round number nine, which was the Pennsylvania law enforcement round coming back.
Towards Crooks.
And interestingly, that round does not appear on most of the recordings.
So that round is only visible in, I think, it's two or three of the audio files.
And then round number 10 is heard on almost all the audio files.
So you got to understand that these audio files were recorded at different locations.
And so the shots don't always line up.
Because it takes sound, obviously, time to travel from one place to another.
So if you line up all the rifle reports of the first three rounds, then depending on where that recording was taken, round number nine, in particular, may not line up at all.
And round number ten may not line up.
So, just something to keep in mind.
If only we had an official recording of the events, well, I'm sure the FBI would cover that up.
But the bottom line is, Secret Service now saying they've got eight brass casings, or technically FBI investigating it now, they say they've got eight pieces of brass that are attributed to crooks.
So they're admitting that they let crooks open fire for potentially 16 seconds.
So here's the question.
If you're a counter-sniper team and you're trained to take out active shooters, active shooter threats, then number one, the normal rules of engagement are that if somebody opens fire, you have pre-arranged permission, the ROE, to take them out.
You don't have to call in and ask for permission.
You can take them out as soon as you have them.
Now, how long would a counter-sniper team, how long would it have taken them to fire a round back at Crooks in a normal scenario?
Like, how long would it have taken?
Well, it's very clear that a competent sniper team, already being aware of the threat, remember, they were aware of him for 26 minutes.
They watched him.
They watched him get into position.
They knew exactly where he was on the roof.
They had him literally in their sights.
So to simply re-engage and pull the trigger on him, that act would have easily been less than two seconds.
Some snipers could do it faster than that, but let's just say a typical professional sniper team Again, having already pre-knowledge of this potential target, they knew the range.
It was hardly any range at all for a sniper, by the way, 150 yards.
There's almost no bullet drop.
There's almost no wind that would affect for that very short flight time, etc.
There's no spin drift that would matter at that range.
Nothing.
It's one of the easiest shots that a sniper could take.
And that's why they can take that shot very quickly.
Sometimes it's called a snap shot.
To just quickly put the crosshairs on him, take the shot.
Again, you don't even have to compensate for bullet drop at that range.
You know you're going to hit the guy.
So why, if this could have been done in two seconds, and let's say that Crooks got off the first three rounds, because that was a burst, he got off three rounds, And then Secret Service was like, or the counter-sniper teams, maybe one of them was local SWAT or state SWAT. It's not clear.
But I'm talking about, for example, the team on the red building, the greater sloped roof that you can see sort of to the right of President Trump.
You can see him in the background of many videos, or you can see the sniper team.
It's two guys on the roof.
The shooter guy's got a tripod on And then the other guy also has his own rifle as well.
That team should have been able to respond in less than two seconds.
So why did they wait?
There's the question.
Why did they wait?
Clearly they waited.
So either they got orders to wait, or they were given rules of engagement to not shoot active shooters.
Either way, that's the smoking gun of the assassination.
So just the time signature of all of this is proof that there was a government-run assassination attempt of Donald J. Trump.
Otherwise, if this had been a normal scenario, normal rules of engagement, Crooks would have been shot dead after the first three rounds.
You know, within two seconds before he could fire off rounds four, five, six, seven, and eight.
Now, there's something else to consider in all of this that I've noticed in the audio forensic analysis.
I noticed that if you look at the first group of three, it was one round and then a short pause and then a double tap.
So it was like boom, boom, boom.
Now, if you have any experience with an AR-15 type rifle, it's actually very easy to do a double tap, just boom, boom.
It's a lot more difficult.
It takes a lot more practice and experience to do a triple tap, like boom, boom, boom.
And it takes even more experience to fire off five rounds in rapid succession.
Boom, boom, boom, boom.
So again, the first pattern is boom, boom, boom.
Now, if you then take the next group of five, which is rounds four, five, six, seven, and eight, there's something unusual about round number six.
And it sounds to me like there's a double tap with rounds 4 and 5, like boom, boom.
And then round number 6 sounds like it doesn't fit.
Round number 6 sounds like it could very easily come from somewhere else.
And then there's another double tap on the other side of 6, which is 7 and 8.
So that becomes boom, boom.
So if you were to ask me to describe rounds 4, 5, 6, 7, and 8...
It's boom, boom, boom, boom, boom, like that.
And that's the way it appears in a lot of these audio files, by the way.
It appears as two double taps sandwiching this round number six that I can't attribute.
Round number six sounds very different.
Even from the same recording angles, the same distances and so on, there's something Qualitatively different, and also the amplitude is different about round number six.
So what I'm wondering is, was round number six fired from inside the second floor of that building?
In between, was it fired in between the two double taps of Crooks or somebody else?
I mean, I don't know the answers yet.
I'm just pointing out this inconsistency.
Because it doesn't sound to me like a burst of five.
It sounds like, again, a double tap and then something else in the middle and then another double tap.
But if you add up all those rounds, the three plus the two double taps plus number six in the middle, that becomes eight.
So that is eight rounds.
And they say they found eight pieces of brass.
But of course, sadly, you can't look at a piece of brass and know which rifle it came from.
It doesn't work that way.
The brass could have come from any rifle.
And by the way, brass is really easy to just find.
I mean, you can just fire off rounds in your backyard and collect your own brass, and they could have done that and thrown that into the mix to say, oh yeah, we found eight rounds.
Who knows?
Nobody trusts the FBI at this point.
They could fake this whole thing.
They could falsify evidence.
No doubt they're already doing that in some way.
So even when they say they found eight rounds of brass, I don't trust that number.
But it is interesting that they are admitting that they let this shooter fire off rounds for apparently a window of up to 16 seconds.
That's damning.
And then for Secret Service to say that they have no recording of the comms on that day?
Whoops, we magically have no recordings.
Really?
Again, cover up underway.
Nobody believes them.
Folks, look.
The deep state tried to kill Donald J. Trump.
They tried to start a civil war in America because they knew.
I mean, they had camera people positioned right there with high frame rate cameras.
They knew that if they could traumatize America, they could kill Trump and they could just show that image of his head exploding over and over and over again.
They knew that that would whip up Trump supporters all across America.
And then They would be angry.
They would be extremely unhappy about the situation.
And then the feds were going to roll out their Patriot Front group, probably with truck bombs and probably with other mass shootings.
And they were going to attack government buildings.
And they were going to declare all Trump supporters to be terrorists.
And they were going to then declare the Second Amendment null and void.
And they were going to try to confiscate guns nationwide, which is why they needed everybody to register your arm brace pistols.
And if anybody listening to this, if you registered your arm brace pistol with the ATF, shame on you.
Huge mistake.
You didn't need to do it.
That rule's been overturned.
But it was a way for the ATF to gather data on who owns these and where they live and where their guns are and how many guns they have, okay?
Because they wanted to run a gun confiscation program.
We were supposed to be in a full-blown civil war as of right now.
Think about it.
That's what they plan to do.
This was a JFK-style assassination in full view.
CNN covered this rally.
They have not covered any other Trump speech.
Isn't that amazing?
Why were they broadcasting live?
They were doing it in Fox News.
They were doing it because somebody told them, you need to broadcast this event.
Something's going to happen.
We can't tell you what exactly, but trust us, you need to be broadcasting this because this is going to be historic.
Just like CNN was tipped off to capture video footage of Roger Stone being raided by the FBI when he was arrested.
You think that was a coincidence?
No, of course it wasn't a coincidence.
CNN was told, go there, be there, something's going to go down.
And they did as they were ordered.
So this was a deep state setup, which means that your government is at war with you.
The elements of the deep state inside our federal government have declared war, kinetic warfare, on the American people.
And they've done that because They want total control.
They want to install a complete authoritarian military dictatorship regime.
It doesn't even have to be Joe Biden.
They could choose Hillary Clinton or whoever.
They want total control.
They needed to take out Trump.
They needed to arrest more Trump supporters, throw them in jails along with the J6 people who are already in jails.
This was a total takedown of our constitutional republic.
And we came within less than half an inch of that happening.
If that bullet had taken out Trump, this would be a very different world right now.
And that's exactly what the deep state planned.
So every one of these complicit actors needs to be arrested, indicted, and prosecuted for their role in the assassination attempt.
And I believe those prosecutions are going to happen too, by the way.
This is going to unravel.
There are already signs that it is unraveling.
These people are in a state of panic.
They know they can't cover this up forever.
They can't cover up all the recordings.
They can't silence all the eyewitnesses.
They're too incompetent.
To cover the tracks completely.
I mean, Cheadle already admitted shocking things during her testimony on Monday, which is why she was forced to resign, because she was just admitting to so many things, like she was using a private encrypted messaging app to talk to operatives overseas.
What?
What the hell?
Somebody giving you orders?
You know?
This is a massive cover-up, and it's going to be exposed.
Whistleblowers will step forward at some point when they realize there's no other option.
And they will ask for protection.
There may already be probably deep state assassination teams right now taking people out who have knowledge of this.
So if you start to see a string of mysterious deaths of people who were involved in the Secret Service or in the FBI or were running Anything related to this operation, don't be surprised because there will be a cleanup effort underway to take all these people out.
And as soon as those people start dying, that's when the whistleblowers are going to step forward and say, oh my God, they're going to kill us if we don't tell the truth about this.
They're going to blow the whistle.
This whole thing is going to blow wide open.
So stay tuned.
It's going to get a lot more interesting and more dangerous.
Be prepared for false flags.

Welcome to today's interview here on Brighteon.com.
I'm Mike Adams, the Health Ranger, the founder of Brighteon, and today we're joined by Brian Festa from We the Patriots USA. And Mr.
Festa, who's now a returning guest several times, has a lot of breaking news for us about some cases of Crazy government abuse of power.
But first, welcoming him to the show, I have to ask him, first of all, Mr.
Festa, welcome to the show.
It's an honor to have you on.
But what are your thoughts now in the days following the attempted assassination, probably a coup attempt against Donald J. Trump, which failed?
What are your thoughts?
My thoughts are probably what most Americans have been thinking, and that's that, you know, I never thought I'd see anything like this in my lifetime in the United States of America, certainly not while I was growing up in this country.
I'm not as surprised as I probably would have been 10 or 15 years ago, considering the events of the last few years.
But yeah, this was, any way you slice it, whether you believe it's an inside job, whether you believe it's a coup, whether you believe it's all staged, all the theories are out there, whether you believe the mainstream media, which of course neither of us do.
Your listeners don't either.
But regardless, no matter who you believe, it was a terrible, terrible day for this country.
The direction this country is heading, it's hard to keep calling this a constitutional republic.
You know, I still believe that we can get back there.
I know there's a lot of people probably listening that don't agree with that statement.
I do believe we can restore it, but we have a long road ahead of us the way things are going right now.
Well, clearly we do, but The deep state tried to thrust us into a civil war as of right now.
They tried to blow Trump's brains out on live television that magically CNN and Fox News were covering this when they normally don't cover any rallies.
Magically a photographer was there running his camera at one four thousandth of a second shutter speed.
Magically the Secret Service has no recordings of any of their comms that day even though they normally do.
Magically, now the FBI is saying they recovered eight shell casings from the area around Crooks.
But if you look at the audio file, it means that they gave Crooks 16 seconds to fire off rounds before a counter-sniper took him out.
Why do you give an active shooter 16 seconds to open fire on Donald J. Trump?
I was at a Trump rally at the Turning Point Action event in Detroit about just about exactly a month before this happened.
And the Secret Service presence there was incredible.
In fact, there was one suspicious person they saw and they shut it down and wouldn't let us in for two hours.
Even people that had badges like myself, we were a sponsor of the event, I had a booth there, wouldn't let us in.
And for two hours they cleared that whole building.
The amount of security presence there was tremendous compared to what you saw at this, which was a much more vulnerable event.
Anybody in law enforcement, and you know a lot of people in law enforcement and in the military, I do too, okay?
Anyone who's been in the Secret Service or in any kind of law enforcement or the military situation will tell you that an outdoor event is the most dangerous type of event to secure.
Because you have things, yes, like other buildings and rooftops, whether they're sloped or not, Mike, they present a danger and you have to secure them.
That's common sense.
Anybody, any civilian knows this.
You don't have to have military special ops experience to understand that, okay?
So it's very hard to look at this and not say that it looks intentional.
I go beyond negligence.
A lot of people are saying, well, it wasn't just incompetence, it was negligence.
Well, I'm going to go beyond negligence, because negligence would be like, okay, maybe you had people on the roof, but they just looked the other way for 10 or 20 seconds.
But to have the roof completely unsecured, to have it completely open, and then to have a sniper who apparently this is a verified story.
I don't have all of the evidence, but multiple sources have verified that there was a sniper who had him who had crooks in his sights for, what, three minutes?
And just did nothing or was told, was ordered to stand down, perhaps.
I mean, it's hard when you hear those kind of reports not to say this looks like it was intentional.
And if it was intentional, who was giving the orders and who gave them the orders?
Those questions were not answered in the now former Secret Service Director Cheadle's testimony.
She, as you saw, you watched it, I'm sure.
I watched a good part of the day in the testimony.
She repeatedly She rebuffed questions, evaded questions.
She wouldn't give a straight answer.
She sometimes contradicted herself.
Maybe, as one congressman even suggested, perjured herself.
I don't know.
We have to look at the transcript to say that for sure.
But clearly she was hiding something and ultimately, I think, was backed into a corner, which is why she resigned.
Well, and she also, in that testimony, she admitted engaging in secret encrypted communications with unknown parties, which appears to be a violation of government protocols and government rules, because, you know, a FOIA request won't be able to access that information, so there's no accountability.
For her and her comms, and she didn't tell us who she was communicating with overseas in an encrypted fashion.
Was she receiving orders?
Was she then giving orders to a Secret Service team in the field to hold their fire and let the active shooter have 16 seconds during which to continue to open fire and try to murder Donald J. Trump?
You know, and it strikes me too that Right after the initial three-round burst, Trump was surrounded by, apparently, Secret Service agents.
So, whoever was giving the order to continue to shoot, if indeed that's what happened, would have seen other Secret Service agents killed, had those shots been successfully placed.
So, you know, it's like, it seems to me, again, I'm speculating, we don't have proof yet, but it seems to me like From the top, there were orders given that if they had been successfully carried out, would have resulted in not only Trump being killed, but also United States Secret Service agents being killed.
And apparently, the leadership was okay with that.
Yeah, it's insane.
I can't imagine if that had been the situation.
I can't imagine.
I can only imagine if they had been successful in carrying out this assassination attempt, what would be happening right now in the country.
Clearly, that's what was supposed to happen.
And it's amazing, Mike, isn't it?
That as soon as that plan failed and Trump was not assassinated, almost immediately, These calls for Biden to step down.
They push Biden out.
They anoint Harris.
If you don't believe now that there's a deep state at work and that is clearly controlling what's going on here in the political sphere, in government, then I don't know if you'll ever be convinced.
And I don't mean you, of course.
I'm speaking to the audience, of course.
But it just...
The timeline is so suspicious how quickly things moved with Biden as soon as this happened, as soon as they knew that Trump was not going to be assassinated and he was still going to be the Republican nominee for president, how quickly things moved to push Biden out.
And it's hard if I'm one of the members of that congressional committee that was doing that questioning or doing any kind of investigation regarding this assassination attempt, I would be I'd be issuing a lot more subpoenas for testimony and for documents and internal documents and emails.
And you know what?
They can say all they want that there's an ongoing investigation.
Congress has power that can supersede that because they can conduct their own investigation.
Criminal investigations, okay?
Congress has the power to call people in and conduct hearings.
And again, even people can be held in contempt if they don't show up.
Look what they did to Steve Bannon.
So, you know, it's very serious.
Congress has tremendous power and they should be using it.
If I were, you know, someone like Jim Jordan, I'd be doing a lot more than what he's doing.
And, you know, listen, I'm not here to cast stones.
But I'm just telling you, a lot more needs to be done to get to the bottom of this.
This isn't 1963.
They're not going to be able to cover this up, some fake shooting like Jack Ruby and Lee Harvey Oswald and just bury it.
Sweep it under the rug for 60 years.
That's not going to happen anymore.
It can't happen.
Because they don't control the narrative any longer.
They don't control it.
The actual investigation of this is taking place right now in real time, crowdsourced on X and other alt media or social media platforms.
Notice the FBI did not try to confiscate everybody's phones.
Like they had done at the Vegas shooting.
Notice that they can't cover up all this evidence now.
And that the sound files of all these shootings and the videos are already imprinting an enormous amount of evidence that cannot be covered up.
So you're right.
This is the first attempt in history, an attempted assassination, that I think is going to be completely exposed because they no longer control the narrative and the evidence.
And then to see the Democrats carry out a coup against their own so-called president, you know, Joe Biden, they carry out, they rig their own elections, they're rigging their own process.
This letter that was put out that is attributed to Joe Biden saying that he's stepping down from the campaign.
The signature was suspicious.
It wasn't on White House official letterhead.
It was put out on Twitter under an account that Joe Biden doesn't control because he's run by all these staffers.
The letter looks like it was written by a chat GPT. There are so many crazy signs about this.
Why wouldn't Joe Biden, I mean, apparently now he's announced he's going to make an announcement live, I guess, or it'll probably be recorded, but why wouldn't he do that in the first place?
Why post on Twitter instead of just announcing it yourself?
It's almost like he's trying to fuel conspiracy theories.
Right?
I mean, when I saw this too, same questions that you just asked.
Why isn't it on official letterhead?
Where's the presidential seal that doesn't look like his signature?
Why is this being released via Twitter?
Anytime there's been a major announcement like that from a sitting president of the United States in our nation's history, there has been an address to the nation, at least since the technology Obviously, when there was no radio and there was no television, then there were no real-time announcements prior to that.
But I mean, in the modern age, since at least the middle of the 20th century or even a little bit before that, Going back to FDR, maybe, you know, there would have been announcements, an important announcement.
It would have come breaking news, and he would have held a press conference.
Why has he still not spoken?
Why have the only footage we've seen, which just was released today, was him boarding Air Force One, apparently.
Why is that the only glimpse we've seen of this man since this was announced on Sunday?
Actually, since, like, last week sometime.
Now, people said he had COVID. And then I've heard speculation that because of his mental state or because of his advanced age, COVID is known to sometimes even cause psychotic episodes or cause them to kind of lose their mind a little bit.
But he's already, you know...
Must be really bad for him because they put him out there.
And, you know, no offense to Mr.
Biden, but he clearly has not been all there many, many times.
We've seen him speaking more often than not.
His mental capacity is questionable at best.
But they jabbed him 10 times.
His White House physician, Kevin O'Connor, said they gave him 10 jabs for COVID. So, how is it that all ten failed?
It's so absurd at this point.
We jabbed him ten times, and he still caught COVID, and this is why he can't speak to the nation?
I mean, their whole narrative is crumbling at so many levels in all of this.
Yeah, it's really ridiculous.
I mean, we know, of course, that, you know, the shot, if it's even true that he got 10 jabs, I'm going to question whether or not any of these elites are really taking them.
But if it's even true, we know the shots don't prevent transmission.
I mean, that's already proven.
Even the CDC will admit that sometimes on certain days when they feel like admitting it.
You know, clearly they don't work.
And clearly, again, he has mental capacity issues, which is why, you know, if this were Donald Trump in the Oval Office long ago, and when he was in the Oval Office, they were calling for the invocation of the 25th Amendment.
But we haven't heard that up until now.
I think it's possible that, well, we've heard it now in recent last couple of weeks or at least since the debate with Trump.
I think it's possible they will try to invoke that and try to oust him before the election so that Kamala just takes over completely now, gives another boost to her campaign to say she served, she has experience serving as president.
Not just as vice president.
And so that may be something they use to try to give her another boost.
I'm quite frankly surprised.
I know I'm kind of pivoting here a little bit, but I kind of want to know your thoughts.
I'm surprised that they've anointed her so quickly.
I thought that there was going to be more of a contested convention, but it seems like she's the presumptive nominee now.
I don't think, my guess is she doesn't last 30 days as the nominee.
I think there are other more powerful creatures and forces at work that are going to maneuver their way into this, and Kamala's not going to be the nominee.
She may, in fact, be sworn in as the next fake president to follow the fake presidency of Joe Biden, who was never elected, by the way.
So all of this is theater.
In my view, nothing that Joe Biden signed has any legal standing whatsoever because he was never elected.
The whole thing was rigged, and a lot of that's coming out now.
But let me pivot a little bit to your group and some of the things that you're working on.
Let me just give out your website, WeThePatriotsUSA.org is the website.
And your work, Brian, you know, as an attorney and standing up for the rights of people in health freedom and food freedom and political freedom and freedom of speech and so much more, you've done tremendous work with all the people who care about this nation.
So would you update us on maybe one or two of your more important recent cases, what's happening?
Yeah, absolutely.
Before I hop into that, I do just want to say there has been a shift.
There's been a shift and they're trying to, I believe, part of all this theory that's going on is they're trying to distract us from the fact that we have been winning.
We've been winning in the courts, that the people on the front lines, not only myself, there's a lot of other good attorneys who are on the front, not as many as there should be.
But there are attorneys who are fighting on the front lines, and we're winning now.
A recent decision, Blue Cross Blue Shield in Tennessee, where a woman was awarded about $700,000 in damages.
We had an EEOC settlement.
Wait, was that related to the vaccine mandate?
Yes, vaccine mandate case, COVID mandate case.
Not really a vaccine, but yes, a COVID shot mandate case.
And she was awarded about $700,000.
Last week, the EEOC announced Hank's Furniture, which is a large retail furniture chain, has to pay $110,000, which is too low in my opinion.
And they have to do a whole host of other things because they didn't even attempt to accommodate this manager they had.
Just fired her outright without even trying to accommodate in violation of Title VII. And then the Ninth Circuit, as you know, last month released a decision at the beginning of July, I believe it was, stating, you know, remanding a case against the L.A. Unified School District brought on behalf of teachers to Again, who are fired over the COVID shot mandates, saying that, you know, we have to remand this.
We have to put the science on trial.
Because if it's true what the plaintiffs are saying, the vaccine, the shot, the vaccine doesn't prevent transmission, then Jacobson isn't controlling.
And we can't use Jacobson anymore to shoot down all these cases.
That's the Ninth Circuit saying that.
That's huge.
I don't know what is.
And even the cases that we've lost, because our organization, although we've claimed very significant victories over the past four years, we've also had some losses, right?
We don't win every case.
I'm not going to sit here and try to pretend we've won every single case we brought.
But even when we lose, we win.
Because what did that do?
It continued to put mounting pressure as we filed lawsuit after lawsuit after lawsuit after lawsuit against chains like Walmart, Bristol Myers Squibb Pharmaceutical Company, Takeda Pharmaceuticals.
That case is still ongoing, by the way.
The PGA Tour in Florida.
I mean, we've had some heavy hitters that we've gone after.
The PGA Tour case is still going on, by the way, on behalf of Taryn Gregson.
It's now in federal court and going to a trial.
So, We have some huge cases still ongoing.
We can't forget about this.
We can't forget what they've done.
So those are some of the cases, the ones I just mentioned, with regard to religious freedom and vaccine exemptions.
We also have a very important case in Connecticut on behalf of a Christian church and preschool slash daycare where the state of Connecticut actually came in and said, we're shutting you down because you're still giving religious exemptions to these parents.
They called us.
We said not so fast.
It was about a year and a half ago.
The school is still open because of our legal efforts, because the religious exemption does not exist in Connecticut anymore.
We believe that's unconstitutional, but it was a direct attack.
Imagine this, the state actually trying to shut down a church and their preschool, their daycare, simply because they were honoring the religious beliefs of their families.
Imagine that, a church that honors religious beliefs.
So those are some of our cases.
But we also have a case that I've talked to you about before that I did want to provide you and your listeners with an update on because your listeners have supported this case.
They have donated to this case.
So I have a responsibility to provide you with an update.
And it's good news, bad news.
The good news is, as we reported the last time I was on your show to discuss this case, it's the case out of Missouri, the medical kidnapping case on behalf of Paul and Amanda Guidry.
You'll recall they had their four children stolen from them.
By the state of Missouri, simply because they were using chlorine dioxide to treat their six-year-old autistic son with great success, by the way.
They saw remarkable improvements in his development, in his symptoms.
of autism after using the chlorine dioxide in very small diluted doses following the proper dosing plan that's recommended by the proponents of this particular treatment.
And because they found one pediatrician who was willing to write the state a letter saying it's potentially dangerous, they ripped all four of the minor children Out of the home, placed him in foster care.
The poor little boy, the six-year-old with autism, was sent, I think, to four different foster homes because nobody knew how to care for him, as well as his parents could, of course.
And he wasn't receiving his treatments anymore, so he was having a lot of behavioral issues.
And, of course, he's scared.
He was nonverbal, couldn't talk.
We sprang into action within a matter of a few weeks.
I wish it were sooner, but we were able to get the child, all four children, Returned back to the parents out of foster care and custody returned permanently to Paul and Amanda Guidry.
That was a big victory.
That's huge.
The bad news is, and thank you to your listeners, because you did support that case.
We received a lot of donations and that's what helped us win this case and get those children back home.
Your money directly resulted in those children being brought back home.
So thank you, Mike, for allowing us this platform and your listeners.
But there's something else that happened.
The story is not over, unfortunately.
The state placed Amanda and Paul on the child abuse registry.
The state of Missouri, apparently, from what our attorneys have found in the law, the attorneys Chris Schilt and Melinda Clark Sand are the two attorneys that are working with us as part of this case in Missouri, and they have discovered that the state of Missouri allows you to be placed on a child abuse registry Even if you've never been convicted of any kind of child abuse,
even if there's no substantiated claim, there can simply be an allegation that you're doing something that's abusive to a child and you get placed on this registry.
And even though the children have been returned to the family, they're refusing to remove Amanda and Paul from this registry.
I would posit that That that is unconstitutional because it is a punishment without due process of law, and it's a cruel and unusual punishment, and it's very severe.
It's worse than jail time, I would argue.
Well, wait, what are the ramifications?
If you're placed on this list, what happens?
When you're on this list, that's a public list.
You're basically labeled a child abuser.
Now, to me, that's a far worse punishment than serving a little bit of time.
Because that's your reputation.
That's the rest of your life.
That's on there now for the whole public to see.
And even if it's taken down, which we are, that's what we're working on now that I want to update you on, still nothing ever leaves the internet.
Once something's out there.
So this was a horrible punishment.
So two things we're doing.
We're working right now to get them removed from the registry.
So we do still need your support for that.
And by the time this airs, I will have on our homepage at wetepatriotsusa.org an updated fundraiser for this effort.
And the second thing we're doing is we're actually filing a civil suit against the state of Missouri for what they did, placing them in the registry and taking the children away from these parents.
They had no right to do it.
It was illegal.
There's nothing in the state law of Missouri or the Constitution that allows them to rip the children from the home, from their parents, without any substantiated abuse or neglect.
There was no harm to these children.
Even the medical records, which I've reviewed myself, From the child's doctor, the six-year-old boy with autism, I reviewed the records.
There was nothing in his records to show all of his blood work, everything.
He was healthy.
It's simply because one pediatrician that the state found said it could potentially be dangerous.
That was enough justification to take children away.
This case is Massively important.
because this isn't just about Missouri.
They're doing this in states all over the country.
And if there's anybody out there this has happened to, or if you know someone this has happened to, please contact me because I want to be involved in this case.
These kinds of cases, we are making it a pillar of our mission to fight illegal capture of children by CPS and state agencies all over the country.
And we're going to be involved in this case.
And we've had people call us from Nevada, from other states now.
Nevada just came to mind just about three weeks ago.
I talked to somebody who needs help in Nevada, and we may be announcing a case there.
But there's several states in the Northeast, Connecticut, New York, where this is happening and people need help.
Obviously, California is a big one.
They lead the nation probably in medical kidnapping.
We need to be on the front lines.
Well, and in California, there's that new law that I think prohibits schools from contacting parents when their children are going transgender in the schools.
But let me just give out your website again, wethepatriotsusa.org.
And folks, there's a donate button right there.
If you want to donate to this important group that's taking a stand for health freedom, for parental rights, by the way, against the state and the medical kidnappers, In these states.
And by the way, Brian, you know, I'm a little bit shocked that Missouri is this bad because Missouri, otherwise the Attorney General of Missouri has done a lot of great work on free speech and suing the Biden administration and so on.
Missouri is not known to be one of these crazy left-wing pedophile states.
But I will say that, you know, like in St.
Louis, let's take the western portion of St.
Louis.
No doubt there are public schools there.
Where they, in the schools, are actually abusing children, brainwashing them with grooming and transgenderism, propaganda, and gaslighting those children.
They're never charged with child abuse.
But then two parents who are using an alternative protocol that is documented in an effort with the motivation to help their child, then they're called child abusers.
Something's wrong.
It's a great point.
It's a great point.
I hadn't even thought about that, you know, until you mentioned it in this context.
I mean, obviously, we do have a school case.
It's another case I want to update everybody about.
In just a few days, we're going to be filing a huge case against the public schools in Oakland, California, because a teacher was actually fired for simply refusing to participate in the gender transition of one of her students.
She's a five-year-old kindergartner, a girl that wants to be a boy.
The parents are pushing it.
The school district is pushing it.
Her religious beliefs don't allow her to call that girl a boy and to tell all of the other students that they must call her a boy now.
She's refusing to do it on a religious grounds and was fired.
That's going to be announced.
We're doing that in conjunction with Harmeet Dillon and the Dillon Law Group.
So that's going to be a big announcement that you're going to see all over the place, probably on Twitter or X and everywhere else.
But yes, that is child abuse, in my opinion.
I agree with you.
And yet nothing's being done to prosecute these teachers.
And in a state like Missouri, as you mentioned, That's a very, very important observation that you made.
You wouldn't expect this in Missouri.
The AG, Andrew Bailey, has been great.
I'm a fan, all right, of a lot of the work he's done.
And yet, this is happening in Missouri.
So if it's happening in Missouri, what's happening, well, you already know, in California, New York, Massachusetts, New Jersey, all these other states, you know what's happening.
And we need to fight it everywhere.
So I want to give out my email address.
I'm not here just to plug donations.
Yes, we need a lot of financial support, and I'm happy to talk to anybody if they're interested in doing that.
But what I want right now is I want people to also reach out to me if you are a potential plaintiff or if you know someone.
Who needs help, who has had their children taken away, medically kidnapped, or you want to fight against, if you're a parent and your child is being transitioned or brainwashed from the schools against your will, any situation like that, email me.
I'm going to give them my direct email.
It's Brian, B-R-I-A-N, At wetepatriotsusa.org.
Brian at wetepatriotsusa.org.
Please contact me because I want to talk to you.
Whether it's me personally or one of our other attorneys, I do make a lot of the calls myself, but someone will contact you and we'll see if this is a case we can take on because we want to take on these cases in every single state in the country.
Wow.
I'm sure there will be opportunities to do so because the bureaucratic state is out of control at this point.
Especially in places like California, they're at war with parents.
They don't want parents to have any control over their own children.
The state wants to own your children and then, in many cases, mutilate them.
In fact, Elon Musk just came out with a video saying that his own son was chemically sterilized, is the term that he used, and that he was tricked, he said, he was tricked into signing papers that affirmed the treatment could continue, but they weren't honest about what it was, and it turned out to be sterilization chemicals, so a chemical castration, These types of things are happening all across America right now.
How is it not child abuse to cut off the genitals of a child and claim that it's transition surgery?
I mean, that sounds like a felony mutilation crime to me.
It needs to be.
We're not directly involved in lawmaking and lobbying efforts because we're a 501c3, so we focus on fighting back in the courts.
When these unconstitutional laws and executive orders are passed and issued, then we fight them in the courts.
So that's what we do.
But those of you who are involved in legislative lobbying, I mean, the laws absolutely need to be changed.
It needs to be criminalized.
Because think about it.
How in the world can a child give consent To have their genitals mutilated and to be sterilized for life.
There is no way a 10-year-old child, or sometimes even younger, or a 12-year-old or a 14-year-old, I don't care.
If they are a minor, there is no way they can give consent for that.
We don't allow them to give consent for sex.
Because guess what?
Their brains aren't developed enough to the point that they can fully understand what they're doing to engage in sexual conduct.
That's a good law that we have to protect children in every single state.
But yet, we don't have laws to prevent them from being mutilated.
They can't give consent.
They can't give consent for anything else.
We don't really let them engage in any adult activities, drinking, Anything.
Smoking.
Voting.
But yet they are developed enough to make an informed decision and give informed consent to have their bodies mutilated permanently for life so they can never have children.
How is that not a felony?
You are absolutely 100% correct.
Legally, it should be.
And every single state legislature should be passing laws to that effect.
But it just goes to show you how evil the radical left has become in America today, preying on children, mutilating children, then celebrating it, justifying it, and claiming that everybody else is intolerant.
So using their same logic, couldn't they just burn babies alive on a sacrificial altar and say, well, the child consented?
They're practically doing it.
They're allowing it in California after birth, right?
Yeah.
Yeah, that's the thing.
If you don't have standards, then there's no limit to how far they can go with their evil.
They can literally mutilate children and justify it and celebrate it and attack you for not supporting it.
It's really incredible.
All right, in the few minutes that we have left here, I want to ask your opinion on where you think all of this is going.
I mean, let's bring back in Trump because they failed to assassinate Trump.
So far, they may try again.
Let us pray that they fail again.
And if Trump becomes president, what changes do you think will be put in place next year that would affect the kinds of cases that you're working on?
Well, Trump has said, and I'm taking him at his word now, it's a dangerous thing for me to do with any human being, right?
But I'm taking him at his word.
I heard it.
I was in the room with him because I went to that rally in Detroit, as I said, in June.
And I was sitting there when he said, I am going to pull funding from any school that mandates vaccines.
So he's claiming he's going to do that.
If he does follow through with that, and that is upheld in the courts, which is maybe questionable legally because ultimately it's Congress.
That has, you know, taxing and spending power and decides how funds are allocated for education and things like that.
But if legally he's able to do it or if he can get Congress to do it, which would be even better, then that would be amazing.
That would be a game changer that every school in the United States and maybe even every college, too, could not have a vaccine mandate or else they don't receive federal funding.
That would be huge.
What he needs to do is appoint better people to run the agencies that have done so much harm and are responsible, in my opinion, for a great deal of death.
The CDC, the FDA, those agencies need to be gutted, overhauled, some suggest even done away with.
And create maybe a different kind of agency to handle some of the things they're supposed to be doing.
But certainly there needs to be massive overhaul.
I think he had promised to do that or that was one of the things he was going to be doing as part of draining the swamp and the deep state.
But unfortunately, we didn't see that in the first term.
So I'm hoping that he does that this time.
So with regard to medical freedom, those are things he could do.
And again, there could be, you know, at the state level, there certainly needs to be changes with regards to this medical kidnapping, the powers of CPS. I mean, that's really more of a danger to parents and to children than anything else, are these individual state agencies that have the power to take away your children, even for medical treatment.
So it could be not vaccinating.
If they consider that harm, they could throw you on a child abuse registry and take your kids away in some states.
This is really, really scary.
I'm a parent and I know that, for me anyway, the worst thing that could happen is for someone to take my children from me and to have no legal recourse.
Now, I would have legal recourse.
Sue them immediately.
I'm an attorney.
Not everybody is.
But we've already had success in getting children back.
But, you know, I don't want any parent to be in that situation.
Not everybody's an attorney.
Not everybody can afford an attorney.
And we can't even take on every single case.
I don't want...
Yeah.
The government is coming for your children.
That's not an exaggeration.
I mean, you have dealt with numerous cases just like that.
But I want to point out something bigger, alluding to what you just said.
I can't think of a federal agency that hasn't been weaponized against the American people.
I can't think of a single justification for the existence of the FDA or the existence of the CDC or the ATF or any number of these other agencies,
even the USDA, America would be better off if those agencies were wholly defunded and shut down and their buildings torn down and sold off and every employee was fired and went home.
There would be fewer deaths, fewer food poisoning incidents, fewer people dying from chronic degenerative disease and so on.
Every one of these agencies is a death agency against American people, in my view.
That's been my experience.
I say, shut them all down.
Well, you know what?
A strong argument can be made that none of those agencies that you just named and most federal agencies are not constitutionally justified.
That there is nothing in the Constitution to justify their existence.
And we actually have a...
I see my video feed froze.
Can you still hear me though?
Yeah, yeah.
We've got you.
Go ahead.
Okay.
We actually have...
A constitution course as part of what we offer to our members.
We do have membership programs available at wetepatriotsusa.org.
Please check out our constitution course.
It's on our website, on our homepage.
David Oldham, a constitutional scholar, founder of constitutionalgrounds.com.
He runs the class, and also William Federer, who's a very renowned American historian, author of over 30 books, he guest lectures in that course as well.
But they would agree with you.
And David, certainly, I've heard him say many times in the class, That, you know, these agencies are not constitutional.
And so when you learn the Constitution, we can learn how we can take back the power as the people from these federal agencies.
And there was a huge Supreme Court case that came out in June, in late June, Loper Bright Enterprises that reversed the Chevron decision from 1984 And you know about it, Mike.
Chevron deference is dead.
I wrote a substack about it.
You can also subscribe to our substack.
It's called Free the Lob.
You should go to substack and search We the Patriots USA, or you can, right from our homepage, there's an icon under the features to subscribe to the substack.
I wrote a whole substack article on this.
That decision was one of the biggest decisions to come down in years regarding The overreach of government power and federal agencies, and it stripped back a lot of government power, more than people realize.
And we're going to be able to use that decision now to go after these agencies and their abuses of power.
Honestly, I was celebrating not quite as much, but almost as much as I was with the Dobbs decision two years ago when this Chevron deference decision came out because it's that huge.
Yeah, absolutely.
All right, Brian, this has been fascinating.
We're out of time for right now, but I hope you will come back and connect with us again, give us additional updates on these cases.

Your own government has the power to activate a kill switch on all telecommunications, instantly shutting down all private phone calls and texts.
An EMP weapon or solar flare can achieve the same result.
Rolling blackouts or permanent power outages will also take out the power supply to cell tower antennas, rendering mobile devices all but useless.
During these emergencies, how do you stay in touch with the important people in your life anywhere on the planet?
The answer is the Bivy Stick at sat123.com.
The Bivy Stick is a two-way satellite text messaging device that uses a satellite constellation, not cell towers, to send and receive text messages.
It works anywhere on planet Earth, including in war zones or blackout areas.
In unpredictable times, the Bivy Stick helps you stay connected when it matters most.
Visit sat123.com to get one while they're still available.
A global reset is coming, and that's why I've recorded a new nine-hour audiobook.
It's called The Global Reset Survival Guide.
