You're going to love this interview today because we have joining us Ivan Raikland, who calls himself, well, I mean, he is an attorney and he is a brilliant attorney who continues to lay out key strategies for how we can restore our republic and dismantle the corruption and the fraud that is trying to strangle this country into oblivion.
And I think he calls himself the upcoming Secretary of Retribution, which sounds like a great title.
He's a Green Beret, and today he's all over with all kinds of interviews and speaking at public events.
I met him at a Clay Clark Reawaken America Tour event a couple years back, and since then I've been following his work.

Hey, always love to be on, particularly those that are leaders in the free speech truth movement, especially, you know, brighty on amidst all the government corruption and censorship.
It's always good to be on with somebody that likes to actually allow for a First Amendment sounds to flourish.
Well, I do have to correct you on one thing.

I'm a retired Green Beret.

Well, I just figure you've earned that for life, you know what I mean?

Yeah, I don't want the obese Lloyd Austins to think that they have something on me if I don't, you know, Do the disclaimer and whatnot.
So I want to give them an itch because I'm going to be taking 10,000 miles from them.
Well, absolutely.
And by the way, thank you for commending us on our free speech stance.
You may or may not know, but on Memorial Day, we filed a major free speech lawsuit against the Pentagon, Department of Defense, State Department, Homeland Security.
We named Alejandro Mayorkas and others and Google, Facebook, Meta, And Twitter in our lawsuit.
Whoa, whoa, whoa.

Maybe I can also increase and amplify, not only in public, but also behind the scenes.

Also, you know, a couple of SCOTUS decisions coming up maybe in the next week or so that could strongly impact, you know, free speech and collusion, censorship, collusion by government with big tech.
So interesting things.
But let's get...
Straight to you and what you're doing because you are a ballsy guy, man.
I've seen your videos.
You're calling out Fauci for being the war criminal or crimes against humanity, mass global genocide, calling him out to his face.
Amazing stuff.
Tell our audience what your focus is right now, and then I have a ton of questions for you.
Yeah, absolutely.
So, I mean, it's nothing new.
I think you and I are in the same movement.
You said we met at the Clay Clark event, so a lot of the networks really overlap, and these are the things that we collectively in this movement have been saying publicly for many years, but we've been censored out.
It's just that now we have the ability to go ahead and say things of that nature on other platforms.
Now that X has opened up, you know, formerly Twitter, And now that Congress, with the 118 Congress, has opened up in a way as well, I'm able to physically approach these future defendants in Nuremberg 2.0.
For example, Anthony Fraudci, right?
And I like to remind people that he worked for Mike Pence on that CCP-19 White House coronavirus.
They called it Task Force.
But that was just one of the victims of my in-person investigation.
Let's just say First Amendment sound making, where he was in the vicinity of me.
I mean, you mentioned a few other names that you're suing.
I had an opportunity a couple times to provide First Amendment sounds to Alejandro Mayorkas, as well as the TSA administrator, who happened to decide to listen to me and respond appropriately.
And that's why I haven't put him on blast, because he autocorrected when I gave him the opportunity.
But other folks like Lloyd Austin and Mark Milley, Christopher Ray Epps, his name changed on January 6th from Chris Ray to Christopher Ray Epps, as well as Merrick Garland.
I've had the opportunity to really express in person, look into the balls of their eyes and tell them, hey buddy, you know now that I know.
And so while that's step one, Be prepared for step two, which is my future position of action.
Not a position of title, but a position of action known as Secretary of Retribution.
And every single person that I just mentioned so far, they are on my deep state target list.
So when you say deep state target list, now obviously that kind of language is going to trigger a lot of people.
As well it should.
Sure, but I'd like to give you the opportunity to explain or clarify what that is, because I believe you're talking about a judicial process where these people will be arrested, charged, and prosecuted, but also given the right to defend themselves in a court of law.
Is that correct?
Yeah, before I answer, I'm going to agree with that, but I want to answer it this way.
I want to ask you, and by extension, the audience, what do you call when a quasi-news organization in a live fashion records an event for people to see, not near real-time, but in real-time?
What's the synonym for that?
Would you call that live streaming?
Live streaming, yes.
Right?
Would anybody disagree with that?
I think everybody would agree that that's considered a live streaming.
Live streaming?
Yeah.
Right?
Now, what would you call something where you are in the morning, against your own will, a domestic terrorist organization shows up, raids your house, right?
And then seizes you, all your digital devices, and then kidnaps, or I shouldn't use those words, but Takes you from your home against your will.
Would you consider that a kidnapping, an armed robbery, and a burglary all in one?
Yeah, as well as many other things.
Possibly attempted oppression, suppression, coercion.
Lots of things could go along with that, but yes.
Now, what would you call it if somebody called that in?
In order for that to happen to you, would that be pretty much what they did to, I don't know, Marjorie Taylor Greene, they swatted her a few times, right?
Yeah, that's called swatting.
Steve Bannon, they did that too.
Roger Stone.
Roger Stone, right?
So, when people are afraid of me using the language, we are going to be conducting live stream swatting raids in the same fashion that the domestic terrorist organization that is led by Christopher Ray Epps As they did an armed robbery
on Mike Lindell in a Hardee's parking lot.
As they swatted Steve Bannon on several occasions.
So, as we see what they did, have there been any consequences for their live stream swatting raid kidnappings, sir?
None whatsoever.
Then what should be the appropriate action to respond?
Is it to respond in kind, or is it to turn the other cheek?
Okay, but we've got to back up, because what you're referring to are FBI actions against American individuals.
The main domestic terrorist organization in this country, the FBI, yep, yep.
Right, so the FBI is going to say, if they were responding to you here, they would say, well, they got...
But actually, in a lot of cases, they didn't get a warrant, did they?
Like with Mike Lindell, they didn't have a warrant, did they?
Or did they?
You want to say that, oh, they're going to argue that there was due process, right?
Right, that's what they're going to say.
So then America now starts to see what they did as completely illegitimate, unlawful activity that need consequences so that that doesn't occur again.
What should be the appropriate consequence?
Right.
I argue that there needs to be, in the most peaceful, patriotic, legal, moral, and ethical way, appropriate, an eye-for-an-eye measures taken against those that violated our constitutional principles.
So you're saying live-streaming raids, i.e.
arrests of Of the people that are on your list that you are saying committed acts of treason or what exactly?
Primarily treason, yeah.
And then crimes against humanity.
Some people call that genocide, right?
In the form of Fauci and others, right?
Right, but who's going to carry this out?
I think you've mentioned the deputizing of citizens.
Let's think this through, which, in order for it to be done on that categories of legal, moral, ethical, right?
Well, some people are like, well, you're going to use the DOJ to arrest itself?
No, that's not going to work, right?
It's not going to work that way.
Oh, you're going to use the FBI to investigate itself and then hand themselves over to the U.S. attorneys that are the ones that are manipulating the system?
And that ain't going to work, right?
So then what's left in our constitutional order?
Well, then we go over to Congress.
Well, you think the Senate's going to do anything right now for us?
No.
The House?
Well, I've been working with the House since January of 2023, which means what?
February, March, April, May, June.
That's 17 months.
succeeded in creating accountability over 17 months in the 118 congress well they've exposed some stuff uh the reason why i'm in every single congressional hearing on the house side practically of any import or consequence is because i'm not only in the hearing room behind these executive branch treasonous scum to help amplify on a platform that's not censored known as c-span
that's the strategic uh positioning that i'm taking is because c-span is not and cannot be censored And so that's why I'm in there.
I guess you can censor it when Nancy Pelosi blocked everybody from humanly being able to enter the Congress to expose her and her Fedsurrection and the Fedsurrection cover-up by blocking everybody because she was doing the whole COVID measures, right?
But luckily in January 23, that opened back up.
So that's one mechanism.
But because we have a slim majority and a majority, well, I shouldn't say majority, many of those in the Republican conference are either complicit or toxic, feckless, stone-cold, coward, gutless simps.
It takes a while to get them away from their treasonous and weak-minded activities.
So then we go down the list of our constitutional institutions.
Judiciary, Is fed false information from the Article I branch of government.
So I'm working with the House Admin Committee Subcommittee on Oversight, Barry Loudermilk's team, to go ahead and the House Administration Subcommittee on Oversight team to go ahead and expose those criminal acts within the congressional component like it.
Pelosi, Cheney.
So on the January 6th in the Fed's direction component, that's where I'm working that line of effort in an advisory capacity.
Pro bono.
No one's asking me.
No one's tasking me.
I'm seeing that there is an opportunity, and that is the only mechanism, because you can't FOIA the Capitol Police, the Capitol Police Board, or any of those other legislative institutions to expose what happened today.
And the run-up on and after for the cover-up of January 6th.
That is really the only lawful mechanism that we can do it.
So then what do we do on the other front?
You asked about how do we implement and execute raids and arrests lawfully.
Well, we have 50 states that have their own law enforcement mechanism and their own laws.
And that's where we enlist folks like, oh, I don't know, Chris Kobach.
An attorney general of Kansas, who then works with another four or five or so attorneys general throughout the country to go ahead and body check one of the individual organizations and individuals on my deep state target list in the category known as the Pfizer Fail, a.k.a.
The Fauci-funded Wuhan Institute of Virology lab incident and its subsequent destruction of American constitutional order.
Because remember, 39 states ran their elections according to Fauci's CCP lab incident response and not based on state legislative laws as it relates to election laws.
So Chris Kobach is going after Mr.
Burla of the Pfizer Fail Company.
That's right.
I think five states are involved in that right now.
And even I have endorsed the idea of state AGs issuing, you know, arrest warrants for big pharma executives.
Yep.
And then the other thing is, I mean, county sheriffs.
So of the 3,100, 430, you know, 3,100 plus county and county equivalents, I'm sure there's at least one sheriff that's willing to go to bat.
I mean, Darleaf is working it in Michigan.
You got another one in Clackamas County in Washington.
You have folks in Texas, I'm sure, going to be very motivated, particularly after the meeting that takes place.
of the Texas Sheriff's Association in July that I'll be attending as we explain and motivate them on what their left and right limit authorities are and as we work the court of public opinion like you're helping me do right now to demand that they move from the toxic,
feckless, stone-cold, coward phase of their life, also known as the Mike Pence phase of their life, and then move over to the more courageous So if I could summarize what I think you're saying here is that the FBI and other federal bureaucracies have carried out a series of crimes in America.
They violated their oaths of office.
They violated even their own internal rules.
They violated rules of evidence of due process and so on.
I mean, the FBI is notorious for...
And they violated the citizens and residents of these counties' constitutional rights in the form of the First Amendment.
Yes.
In the form of the Fourth and Fifth, the states can argue they violated the state's Tenth Amendment, etc.
And so when they, these individuals that are on the list, pass through that county or that state, that is when that jurisdictional component triggers.
That was my next question.
And they must be...
Live stream, swatted, live stream in the interest of transparency.
Remember?
Everyone should be wearing a body cam.
That's nothing different then, right?
But instead of it being recorded, let's bring it up a level of transparency and have it live streamed and then have their name and face attached to who they're going after, right?
The law enforcement entity.
And then I'll go ahead and conduct the snatch and grab, also known as a lawful arrest.
Do you see the situation evolving very quickly to a point where many U.S. states are in a standoff with the illegitimate federal government because Biden was not elected.
Biden was installed.

And so they have no legitimate power, which means every policy emanating from the Biden regime is illegal.
It must be reversed.
I agree with you.
Right.
And Mike Pence, of course, is part of – he's complicit in that process, as we know from January 6th and elsewhere.
But are we rapidly moving into a scenario like this?
For example, even I advocated that Governor Abbott of Texas – I'm in the state of Texas – To that Texas Children's Hospital whistleblower, Dr.
Haim, I think is his name, or Haim, I'm not sure how I pronounce it.
He blew the whistle on the child mutilations being carried out illegally by a hospital in Texas.
The DOJ hits him with four felonies.
Shouldn't the state of Texas offer him safe haven and say to the DOJ, no, you can't come into our state and kidnap an innocent, moral, ethical whistleblower doctor?
No, that's not enough.
Texas needs to go on offense.
You're advocating defense.
What I'm advocating for is Texas must now arrest every single federal actor involved in that individual's arrest and then conduct at least the minimum of what they did to him in order for this activity to stop and then charge them with child abuse, child neglect, child mutilation and advocating for child mutilation.
That's going to violate at least four, I'm sure, Villainy statutes on the books in Texas.
And so those federal officers, whether it be from the U.S., whoever it was, whether it's FBI, whether it's that U.S. attorney's office that pushed for that, all of those federal actors must be seized, detained, arrested, and then dealt with to the maximum allowable under Texas law.
Maximum!
So you're talking about, I mean, who would it be from the feds that would typically try to arrest a person?
Would it be federal marshals?
It depends on the jurisdiction.
I'm not familiar with that case and what it involves.
I mean, again, if it's like a drug-related thing, it could be DEA. It's not drug-related at all.
It's about surgical mutilations.
It's about a hospital violating Texas law, continuing to mutilate children under the transgenderism push.
Yeah, so everybody in that hospital needs to be Charged with a felony.
I mean, that is mutilation.
I'm sure in Texas, I'd have to look at the review of the Texas statutes.
I'm sure there's something on the books in Texas that says mutilation is illegal, a felony.
Yeah, absolutely.
Mutilation is probably punishable.
Maybe in Texas it's punishable by death.
Maybe it's capital punishment.
Swift justice needs to happen.
Okay, it should have been done years ago.
But we are where we are.
Now it's time to move for it.
But we live in a country now where, and you've kind of alluded to this, so many Republicans, rhinos, are spineless cowards.
They like to talk big when they're running for office, and then when they have a majority like they did in the first two years of Trump's first term, they do nothing with it.
They do nothing.
How does this ever change, if it's possible?
Or are we seeing, like, Representative Thomas Massey?
He's coming up.
He's speaking some truth.
We've got Rand Paul in the Senate and others.
You know, there are some great examples, including a representative in Texas and so on.
But how does this change in larger numbers, you think?
Yeah, so, I mean, you heard the phrase local action, right?
National impact.
Here's how it works.
Let's flip the script.

Is Alvin Bragg a representative of the federal government or the state government of New York?
No.
Alvin Bragg is a district attorney at the county known as Manhattan, in one of the boroughs in New York City.
If you look at the numbers, he represents one of only several hundred blue counties.
There are almost 3,000 Red counties.
Okay?
Yes.
Why aren't those red counties?
I'm sure we're going to be able to...
I should say I'm sure.
We are in the process of ensuring that all we need is...
We just need one, right?
So just like happened in Delaware.
I was up there a couple weeks ago with a crack baby son.
You can't call him first son because he's an illegitimate...
Squatter of the White House.
But let's just say, you know, the Biden criminal syndicate's first crack baby, he was arrested, right?
And so that changes the dynamics.
If Anna Paulina Luna is able to be successful in what I've been advocating for, I'd have to look at least over a year where Mike Johnson exercises his maximum authority as the Speaker of the House.
When he came in in October, I was advocating for this in 2023.
All he has to do is look over to his house sergeant at arms and say, hey, buddy boy, you're going to exercise the inherent right of holding executive branch officials in contempt, and I order you to go ahead and conduct a live stream swatting raid under your law enforcement authorities and hauling in the witness that we're holding in contempt known as Ali Mayorkas.
Or Hunter Biden, or Jim Biden, or Christopher Ray Epps, or Merrick Garland, and haul them in.
And if there's a standoff between his security detail and the sergeant at arms, well, you have an entire U.S. Capitol Police that you can leverage.
And if that's not going to be sufficient, you have an entire pool of individuals that Of 8,500 or so that were kicked out of the military because they did not accept the unlawful jab mandate.
The 60,000 to 80,000 of us that left early because of the unlawful jab mandate.
The probably at this point over a million current service members Former that regret being coerced and duped in the illegal jab mandate.
All of us are ready, willing, and able to be deputized by the House Sergeant-at-Arms Bill McFarlane to go ahead and ensure that the live stream swatting raid, lawful So that could happen.
Ron Hunter, Jim, Garland, Ray Epps.
Right.
Chris Ray, I mean, when I say Ray Epps.
Yeah, I get it.
But there's nothing stopping that from happening right now except the unwillingness of the people in power.
Yeah, there is something stopping.

But couldn't we, let's go back to the county level because I think you've made a really brilliant point there.
Couldn't county level DAs all across America, flyover country in particular, couldn't they put together grand juries and issue arrest warrants for Alejandro Mayorkas?
Here's where the crux of phase one begins.
Here's what I recommend.
And I had a conversation.
All right, for the haters that are out there listening in that monitor every move I make, when they ask me, do I talk to, are you talking to Jim Jordan?
Are you talking to Barry Loudermilk?
Are you talking to Speaker Johnson?
I say this, I talk to everybody, even my haters.
And my message to you is this, there is a growing momentum and demand and lust For Elon Musk to release the direct messages of every single person on my deep state target list so that America can see for themselves all of their communications and then decide for themselves, which I've already decided, I already know that they've committed treason.
Now we get to showcase with raw evidence that Elon Musk holds of all their direct message communications And then he can geotag it because guess what?
When you're using the Twitter app and you're communicating and you have your location services on, he can then use that and put it on the map.
And then he can say, oh, Peter Strzok communicated in County X while Lisa Page was in County Y. Oh, that's pretty cool.
Suddenly they have jurisdiction.
They did that when they were in the following counties.
Right.
And these sheriffs get that evidence, and now do with them as you please to the maximum order.
Sheriff X and Sheriff Y.
And while you're at it, why don't you do the same thing to Fauci and to Pelosi and to you name every single person on my list as we curate all of that.
And on top of that, how about if Elon Musk gets a subpoena request from the Judiciary Committee, the House Admin Committee, from the Homeland Security Committee, Congressman Mark Green, if you're listening in.
Jim Jordan, if you're listening in.
Weaponization Committee Chair Jim Jordan again.
The House Admin, Congressman Loudermilk.
You name the committee.
That's how we do it.
Legally, morally, ethically to the max.
And you notice how I explained it?
We don't need a presidency.
Because it would be nice to have a President Trump back in office.
It would make it so much easier.
But even without that taking place, because they're going to do everything in their power to stop it, we have to make a mechanism so that we can conduct a body check against these scum.
This is really the only one that I've thought through that would potentially work.
Okay, I like the phrase, body check against these scum.
That should be like the highlight of this interview.
But I'm wondering if a lot of America, a lot of the real due process, rule of law people in America, and I know quite a few law enforcement in the state of Texas, for example, they seem to be waiting for For Trump to get back into the White House, and then there's this attitude that, well, Trump's going to fix everything.
Trump's going to drain the swamp.
Trump's going to defund the FBI. And I'm like, are you kidding me?
Trump approved the massive new funding of the FBI expansion with its new building, and Trump record funding for the Pentagon and the DOD that's been weaponized against the American people, like myself in particular, by naming me For censorship, even though all those rules and laws were supposed to be attributed to overseas terrorist organizations, now they've turned all those weapons inward.
The DOD and the Pentagon and the FDA and the EPA, they've all been weaponized against the American people.
I don't think Trump has a chance in hell of turning that around just because he's president.

I mean, they went after their first person that would be in a position to take them out, meaning clean out the deep state scum, which was General Flynn.
And then they continued to go ahead and take people out that were in positions to be able to create consequences for the lawless activity.
What people fail to understand is that our enemy are inside of our institutions.
Which are the same ones that are going to do everything in their power to stop President Trump from coming back into office.
Because it's literally like the enemy saying, you know what?
I am going to allow the person that's going to hold me to account to get back in office.

So who is behind the censorship industrial complex?
There's a gal by the name of Laura Demlow, who's the deputy director of the whole counterintelligence apparatus at the Director of National Intelligence.
Her name is Laura Demlow.
Before that, she was the head of the Foreign Influence Task Force, a new organization created by Christopher Ray Epps in order to solidify and institutionalize the Russia, Russia, Russia hoax The senior intel guy on that platform, known as the Foreign Influence Task Force, was Brian Auten.
Still is, as far as I checked.
And he was the senior intel guy on Crossfire Hurricane, which was the op to make it look like Trump was a Russian asset.
And the Trump campaign was all about Russia, Russia, Russia.
He defrauded the American, completely America, and then was elevated to then be the guy to coordinate on behalf of FBI headquarters with his former buddy that he worked with on Crossfire Hurricane that was the ops lead guy.
Joe Pienka, who was then shipped off to San Francisco field office so that the former general counsel of the FBI, Jim Baker, could coordinate the censorship industrial complex from within Twitter 1.0.
These three individuals, coupled with Elvis Chan, who was in the Missouri v.
Biden case, exposed as he went under oath, basically attested to that, yeah, Elvis Chan and the San Francisco field office was the guy that was running the censorship industrial complex on behalf of the Ryan Ottens of the world.
Are these names on my deep state target list?
You bet they are.
They are at the top priority.
They are high value targets that must be dealt with.
You don't like my rhetoric, my language?
Well, guess what?
Then you need to go elsewhere where those individuals that I'm calling out, the Brian Ottens, the Laura Demlow, the Jim Bakers, the Elvis Chans, Go back to the platforms where they tell you what you can read and listen to.
Because guess what?
I'm not going on those platforms because I am in the business of calling them out and holding them to account.
That's why I don't go on Facebook where they censor you into what they want you to see and hear.
Where they convince you that that jab is safe and effective.
That the FDA approved a product that's in existence when it's not.
They never produced the product that was FDA approved with the Comirnaty label.
And that, by the way, speaking of, Thomas Massey, if you're listening in, and everybody that worked on that report that just was published by the Judiciary Committee yesterday, one thing that was glaring not in that report, you did not show that the FDA's,
quote, vaccine approval from August 23rd of 2021, that product was never produced for then Lloyd Austin and the rest of the military to be able to coerce and force into our military, like our soldiers.
It was a bait and switch operation.
And there was never a product that was made that was the BLA licensed approved product.
They continue to force inject the emergency use authorized product where that means there's no liability to Pfizer fail or Moderna mutilation as it should be pronounced.

I want to ask you about what you think is coming up before the election here.
Like how desperate the deep state is to stop things and what they will do.

They want to create another kind of rigged false flag insurrection or something of that kind.

So if you kind of scroll through there, this is kind of the idea.
Again, everything I'm advocating for those haters that are out there, Is the maximum lawful authority that already exists under our legal framework.

And then I go into...
Let's kind of flesh out these phases.
So what do I expect the deep state to do in phase one?
Which is today, as we're talking, through July 11th.
Okay?
Well, they're going to go ahead and continue to try to leverage their disinformation purveyors to try to convince those going into the Judge Marchand sentencing to go ahead and hold in custody President Trump.
And additionally, you're going to see the Paul Ryans of the world particularly advocating that this should take place would be my guess.
Because Paul Ryan, as Kash Patel is finally publicly airing it out the last few days, was in on the whole Russia, Russia, Russia hoax.
And it's going to turn out that Mike Pence had a significant role in that as well.
How, people ask?
It's because when you look at the framework, and I was briefing this for two months on the Flynn movies tour.
Number one, Mike Pence's chief of staff was married to Pete Strzok's senior Russia analyst.
Let me say that in reverse order.
Peter Strzok, one of the two agents that was deployed to get General Flynn fired or to get him to lie on behalf of Andy McCabe and Jim Comey and on up to Obama.
So Pete Strzok, senior Russia, Russia, Russia, right?
Promulgator Catherine Seaman is married to Mike Pence's chief of staff, Josh Pickcock, when he became the vice president in the first part of the Trump-Pence administration, right?
Yes.
So that's one.
The other aspect is there's an entity or a group called the Gang of Eight.
It's the Speaker of the House Minority Leader on the House side, the Senate Majority Leader and Minority Leader on the Senate side, which is four individuals, and then the Ranking and Chair of the House Intel Committee and the Ranking and Chair of the Senate Select Committee on Intelligence.
Those are the eight officials that are briefed on the most sensitive intelligence matters that the executive branch conducts to include covert actions.
Look up what that is, a covert action.
So, of those eight, at the time when this whole spying operation on the Trump campaign was going on, it was Speaker Ryan.
It was Nancy Pelosi as the ranking member.
It was Chairman Of the House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence, Devin Nunes, and Adam Schiff as the ranking member.
On the Senate side, it was Mitch McConnell, Chuck Schumer, and then Mark Warner and Richard Burr.
So of all of those eight, the only person that was questioning and then exposing the illegal spying operation against the Trump campaign was Devin Nunes.
While Devin Nunes had Kash Patel under his employ, while they were exposing the Steele dossier and all that, I'm not going to go into too many details, it's now turning out that, I believe it was America First Legal finally exposed it with Stephen Miller,
that It was Paul Ryan that already knew and got a copy of the Steele dossier and was basically allowing that to be aerated in the court of public opinion as a legitimate thing to discredit Trump for the entire duration.
Okay?
So Paul Ryan sits on the board of faux news, has a very big role in deciding who gets aired on faux news and who gets targeted on with negative information and who gets protected from being targeted with negative information.
For example, have you ever heard Mike Pence being negatively discussed on phone news?
No.
I wonder if Paul Ryan had a role in it.
Yeah, of course he did.
Has Paul Ryan ever negatively discussed on his own phone news?
No!
Does phone news allow any discussion of the communications that occurred between Paul Ryan And his former sergeant at arms, Paul Irving, who was the one that was the sergeant at arms for Nancy Pelosi that facilitated the breach of the Capitol on January 6th for the entrapment?
Of course not!
So, let's get back to your original question.
July 8th.
This is phase one.
What are they going to do?
Paul Ryan's going to leverage his faux news to go ahead and try to convince Republican convention delegates going into the July convention to go ahead and consider alternatives to Donald Trump once he's placed in jail.
That's the Nikki Haley play, isn't it?
That would be the Nikki Haley play.
Now, it could be the Nikki Haley DeSantis play.
It also could be, as the VP, DeSantis.
And it also could be the Mike Pence-Liz Cheney play.
Oh, you've got to be kidding me.
I mean, come on.
Oh, I mean, the voters would throw them...
But from their perspective, the voters don't matter.
The RNC decides its own rules.
I'm not saying that voters don't matter.
I'm telling you that the RNC creates its own rules.
The RNC convention has its own rules committee.
And on that rules committee, if you want to take a look, I just posted yesterday, maybe today, You can literally, on the opening day of the Rules Committee, propose amendments.
So let's just say you have one individual that doesn't want President Trump to be nominated.
They propose a rule change.
And then they get enough people to either sleep, walk through the rules, and just vote through a voice vote.
Yeah, let's change the rules so that A convicted felon cannot be a nominee for the RNC at the RNC convention.
And the next thing you know is on the agenda.
The RNC is like a projection of the Mike Pence personality, which is a personality of betrayal and failure.
The RNC wants to lose.
They never want to actually have...
It's not about wanting to lose.
It's about wanting to cover up their previous transgressions and treasonous activity for those individuals that are going to be promoting this.
They're going to do everything in their power.
Not everybody, because you still have folks that are in the RNC that are not complicit.
I talk to some of these people.
I know personally they're not complicit, but I'm trying to get a sense of who is all going to be on the Rules Committee.
Here's how it works.
Each state gets two people to be, each state and territory, so 56 times 2, 112 members on the Rules Committee.
And then they meet.
They propose amendments.
They can also do things like propose a suspension of the rules during the convention and start to kind of throw things in there.
So let's just imagine...
A time where, if President Trump is jailed, that means that the America First delegates are gonna think, oh wait, if President Trump's not gonna be there to speak, I'm going to skip the convention altogether.
Guess what that does?
That means the rhinos still show up, create a quorum, and then may have the necessary votes to then block President Trump from getting the nomination.
Because now they have those that are loyal to Trump from even showing up because they're only showing up to see President Trump.
Yeah, but surely they must know there are no Republicans that can possibly win in an election because, frankly, Trump is the only Republican that has any real popularity behind him at this point and has appeal to black Americans, has some appeal even to Muslim Americans who are rejecting Joe.
You're arguing that there are free and fair elections.
Okay, okay, fair enough.
I argue that because faux news, of which Paul Ryan sits on the board of, he's already got that mapped out, in my opinion.
Here's my analysis.
So, if deviant voting systems has a touchpoint in 28 of the 50 states' electoral systems...
And Paul Ryan's faux news just bribed, I mean, invested, or I should say settled with deviant voting systems to the tune of $850 million for the electoral outcome of their choosing in those 28 states.
They just have to pass the nomination process, make it look quasi-legitimate, and then the rest is, we got the election on lock.
Because they're going to run it through the deviant voting systems that they just invested $850 million in.
And on top of that, Chris Sununu, there's another company that's headquartered in New Hampshire, known as, look it up, you know what I'm talking about?
No.
Take a look.
Which of the electrical machine companies is headquartered in New Hampshire?
And that was basically created and leveraged and utilized first temporarily, and then now on a quasi-permanent basis under John Sununu, who was the former chief of staff for George W. Bush.
Yes, yes.
Papa Sununu, his son, Sununu Jr., Chris, the governor of New Hampshire...
Probably has the ability to leverage up to six of the New England states to their favor for an electoral outcome of their choosing in the general election.
And again, I'm just speculating, right?
Nothing to see here.
I'm just connecting some dots.
All right.
I see a lot of evidence that is consistent with my analysis that that's probably, if I were in their shoes...
That's what I would do.
Because guess what?
A Trump presidency means that deep state target list is guaranteed to be actioned.
Guaranteed.
And Paul Ryan's on it.
Hmm, I wonder why.
I laid out some of the reasons.
Okay, one more question to ask you, Ivan.
That's only through the July 11th.
Right, that's like phase one of your list.
Okay, but we're almost out of time, actually, which is incredible.
I hope we can continue this.
But one thing that I've noticed, because I tend to cover a lot of international geopolitics and, you know, BRICS nations and so on, and what we're seeing right now is that the U.S., The State Department treats other nations with the same level of disdain and weaponization and arrogance and a sense of self-immunity in the same way that the federal government now treats the American people.
In other words, the U.S. empire is weaponized against the world in many ways right now, with economic sanctions, for example, and unlimited funding of Ukraine and Seemingly unlimited, $200 billion.
But it treats the American people now as enemy combatants.
And I think this realization is growing among the American people that, whoa, our, quote, government isn't even working for us anymore.
They've been weaponized against all the things that America should stand for, like secure borders, rule of law, right?
Not torturing political dissidents in jails in D.C., So what's your take on that, those similarities between the international projection of coercion and the domestic projection?
I mean, it's like a boiler template of what they do for all their actions.
You know, for example, another boiler template they're going to refer to is the Biden criminal syndicate.
They run that same contract, right?
The 10% for the big guy model.
Whether it's with Ukraine, whether it's with China, whether it's with the former mayor of Moscow's wife, right?
The 10% for the big guy play.
This whole corrupt scheme is operating similar to that construct.
And I want to, with the remaining time real quick, the other things that I think this deep state cabal is going to do is, and as you look, I would highly encourage you to read through this kind of nine-phased model.
In the House, they're going to run the play of essentially getting a bill passed so that you already heard about the Secret Service being pulled from.
President Trump.
Yes.
And if that doesn't get to their objective, then they're going to go ahead and take the next level of play, which is bribe one of the individuals or two of the individuals in the Republican conference to exit early before the end of this cycle, meaning Mike Pence's brother, Greg, or one or two of the impeachment 10 voters from Greg, or one or two of the impeachment 10 voters from the Republican side, David Valadau, Dan Newhouse, who were part of the Jamie Raskin cover-up for the Fed's
And so when you remove enough Republicans by early retirement, then the Speaker of the House changes over to Hakeem Jeffries, and then Jamie Raskin passes a bill to go ahead and And then, again,
I have a strategy of what I think they're going to do to the maximum level and then a counter-strategy to that.
It's in that long-form tweet.
I'm going to take a look at it.
I have a response for every single component of it.
I think the biggest takeaway there is, in order to stop all their weaponization and lawlessness that you just described globally and domestically, is that we rely on our state legislatures so that we come to a time where Elon Musk is playing ball by amplifying Tucker Carlson as Tucker Carlson makes the case on X. That we need to get off of the machines and the only way we have free fair elections under the constitutional construct is to make sure that our state
legislatures across 50 states hold a live stream live video vote.
Wow.
know exactly who's voting, who's registered, who's voting, and you see exactly how they're voting.
And there's no machines involved in that.
It's one day in-person paper ballot, essentially, hand count for the whole world to see live.
And then that then is the determination on the presidential, vice presidential electors sent over to the House.
And even if the House is controlled by Hakeem Jeffries, it's going to come down to a Supreme Court to decide, are they going to go with the 50 state legislature's allocation of the presidential electors, according to Article 2, Section 1, Clause 2?
Or are they going to allow Congress to then add another layer of requirement, which the Constitution only sets forth three requirements for president and vice president, which is born in the U.S., right?
National National-born citizen, 35 years of age, and I believe a 17 years resident or something like that, right?
And I would have to say that the Supreme Court will have to go with the state legislatures because the state legislatures are the entity that created the federal government to include Congress.
And there you have it.
That is the backstop to fix everything.
And the only way we get to that point is by big influencers like Tucker and Elon and Rogan eventually articulating to the entire country that this is our only way in the short amount of time that we have to go ahead.
In the short amount of time that we have in order to guarantee free, fair elections without manipulation by fraud, foreign, domestic, retail fraud or manipulation by machines.

And now the DOJ has confirmed that that laptop actually was Hunter Biden's and that it's all real.
And none of those intelligence officials are willing to retract what they said.
None of them will ever be held accountable for lying in order to manipulate the outcome of an election.
So that's election interference and fraud, in essence, right there.
That's a dereliction of duty.
It's a violation of their oaths of office.
Every one of those intelligence officials, in my opinion, should also be charged, prosecuted, arrested for their crimes against this country.
And I'm sure most of those officials are probably on Ivan's list of individuals who he believes should also be prosecuted and arrested.
I do want to just offer one final layer to this show.
Which is that Ivan Raikland is an attorney and everything that he's recommending here is within the rule of law.
It is lawful, ethical, moral.
And I want to be clear that neither he nor I are in any way advocating any kind of violence or vigilantism or anything of that kind.
We're not into that.
We are into using the rule of law, using the Constitution that our Founding Fathers laid out for us and the whole history of Supreme Court precedent.
And the distribution of power to the states, not just the Tenth Amendment, but also, of course, county-level district attorneys, county-level sheriffs, and so on, to use the powers that exist that have been well-defined and enumerated in a long list of legal documents and founding documents for this nation and for the states themselves.
All we need to do is invoke those laws on the books, assert local power, state power and county power, and through that we can legally and lawfully hold these criminals accountable for their crimes against this nation.
Not a single shot ever needs to be advocated or fired by anyone.
This is a non-violent legal process.
So we'll see where this goes.
