It's like, yeah, you said it, not me.

Speaking of ending corruption and fraud in the federal government, today's interview is with Ivan Raiklund.
Oh yeah, this is a highly anticipated interview.
And he goes by the moniker Deep State Marauder.
And I was asking him before the interview, just to be clear about how to introduce him, because he's a former Green Beret, and he is an attorney.
He's a brilliant strategist, by the way, in terms of law strategy.
I said, how should I refer to you?
And he says, my preferred title is the Secretary of Retribution.
So...

It's definitely very interesting.
But let's start out with something else that's a little off the wall.
Michael Yon had posted this on Twitter X, and it's a rap song from some Yemeni rappers that are rapping about being able to sink boats in the Red Sea.
And I want to play a little bit of this for you because it just goes to show you, you can rap and sing about anything.
And this is really the Yemeni people mocking the Israelis as well as the United States Navy, which deserves to be mocked because they've proven themselves, the Navy has proven to be useless at protecting these sea lanes through the the Navy has proven to be useless at protecting these sea lanes Absolutely useless.
Where you have, you know, Yemeni militants with maybe a few hundred thousand dollars worth of drones and rockets stopping nearly a trillion dollar Navy, the U.S. Navy.

Well, you know, hey, culture is a universal thing.
And this is on the minds of people there in Yemen.
And yeah, of course, they're going to sing about current events, right?
And by the way, you know what's interesting about that music video?
The Yemenis can make a music video with no trannies, no demons, drag queens and satanic imagery, right?
Because there's almost no music video that comes out of the West that isn't filled with LGBT themes, child mutilations, child abuse, demonic, ritualistic, you know, baby killing, all this kind of crap.
So, frankly...
The Yemeni rap is cleaner than anything that comes out of America.
I mean, the traditional music business in America or Hollywood in America.
Frankly, if you want clean material, I guess you'd have to tune in to like...
You know, Yemeni TV or, like, Turkish television or, like, Iranian TV or something.
Everything that comes out of the West is just so unbelievably toxic and destructive and just insane at this point.
Kind of makes me wish I could speak Yemenese?
I mean, I don't want to sound silly.
I don't know.
Is that the language that they speak?
Do we call it Yemenese?
I don't know.
But wouldn't it be cool to be able to understand all these languages all over the world?
I mean, if there's ever a time to be able to speak and understand a lot of languages in the world, it's 2024 because so much is going on all over the place.
Man, I mean, you know, I understand enough Chinese and Espanol to get by, but, man, I don't speak Russian, I don't speak Arabic, I don't speak, you know, Hindi, I don't speak Farsi, I mean, any of this stuff.
I wish I did.
It'd be awesome.
Alright, next thing I want to play for you is a little video here that appears to be some kind of, like, an ad.

Of course, my guest today, Ivan Raikland, says that they will be arrested because they are on his so-called deep state target list, targeted for prosecution.
And mass arrests that Ivan Raikland says will be live streamed at some point.

But while these Democrats and deep staters always get off with nothing, of course, conservatives are arrested and prosecuted and charged with crimes they did not commit.

And you notice that Representative Jamal Bowman, he just lost his election in New York.
He's out.
And we're going to miss him because he's the guy who pulled the fire alarm in order to stop a congressional vote on an issue that he wanted to block.
So he pulled the fire alarm illegally.
It was caught on video.
And then he claimed that he thought it was the exit, the push lever for the door to exit the building.
So Jamal Bowman is such an absolute moron.
And he's part of the squad, by the way.
But he's such a low IQ moron that he either he can't tell the difference between a fire alarm and an exit door.
Or he believes that we're stupid enough to believe him when he says he can't tell the difference between a fire alarm and an exit door.
And somehow he was elected to Congress?
Well, he's gone.
He's been displaced by a Republican in New York, no less.
But you've really got to be a stupid, low IQ, bumbling idiot.
Try to do what Jamal Bowman did.
And it's a miracle that he was voted out, by the way.
But he was.

Now, we have a debate coming up between President Trump and fake President Joe Biden.
And there is a lot of talk about this debate.
I don't even know exactly which day this is coming up.
I think it's Thursday.
Yeah.
So, CNN, well, let me back up.
The Democrats are shocked that Trump accepted this debate because they rigged it in every way they could.
They rigged it.
They said, well, we're going to control your microphone and we'll shut you off whenever we want.
And so you're not allowed to talk unless we give you permission.
And then they're going to have Jake Tapper, the anti-Trump fake journalist who helped push all kinds of fake stories about Russia collusion and so on.
He's going to be the moderator.
Right.
And CNN is hosting it.
And CNN, of course, used to be called the Clinton News Network, is run by the CIA. It might as well be called Deep State Spook News Network.
So this whole system is rigged against Trump.
And they thought that Trump would say, no way, I'm not showing up there.
The whole thing's rigged.
Trump said yes to it.
And so they couldn't back off, and so they're going to have the debate.
Now, some people think that Trump walked into their trap because they control everything about this debate.
They control the questions.
And you can bet with 100% certainty that Joe Biden has been given the questions in advance, but Donald Trump has not, of course.
I mean, because the Democrats, all they know how to do is cheat.
Because they are cheaters.
They are liars.
They are frauds.
If you have a D next to your name, you are a lying, fraudulent, cheating, horrible person.
That's what Democrats have become.
And the only way they can stay in power is by continuing to cheat and lie.
And so, of course, Joe Biden's rehearsing the proper answers to all these questions that are supposed to be surprise questions, but they're not.
They'll be gotcha questions for Trump.
But Joe Biden will be rehearsing this.
Even then, CNN is so freaked out by the possibility of Joe Biden performing horrendously bad during this, even though they're going to dope him up on methamphetamines, whatever is necessary.
I mean, they'll have an IV in his pants or something just to hit him with another dose of meth.
You know, he's dozing off.
He's mumbling.
Get the brain working one last time, you know.
So they'll dope up Joe no matter what it takes.
Or they'll have, you know, another secret earpiece and they'll just feed him lines remotely and just have him repeat them.
And CNN is so freaked out about all the clips that might come out of this of Joe Biden doing crazy, stupid things that CNN has now announced that all live streaming people Are not allowed to post video clips from this presidential debate.
Now, think about this.
Think about this.
Oh, and CNN says they're going to pursue DMCA takedown requests claiming it's all copyrighted material if anybody posts clips on YouTube or X or anywhere.
So let me just say here, by the way, right now, as the founder of Brighteon.com, post all the clips you want on Brighteon.
We will throw all those DMCA takedown requests in the trash because CNN is not going to bluff their way through us.
This debate is part of the democratic process.
This is a public debate of public figures for a very public, the most public election.
This is not some super secret copyright of CNN. Sorry, you don't get to do that.
If you host the presidential debate, everybody gets to repost snippets from it.
Everybody.
And Elon Musk agrees with me, by the way, because he said much the same thing.
Elon Musk tweeted, quote, the public has a right to see presidential debates however they would like.
DMCA does not apply.
And so he said that X will not comply with DMCA takedown requests.
And like I just said, we will not either.
So CNN, you can go pound sand.
And I can't wait to see some of the clips of Joe Biden.
Now, if we were to have a scale of interesting clips to come out of this, and on one end of the scale, kind of the more boring side would be Joe Biden just being his normal, senile, demented self, just saying stupid things or mumbling his way through phrases that he's half forgotten.
But what would be really cool, I wish we could up the ante on this, I want to put together kind of a list of way more interesting things that Joe Biden could do during the debate.
Like if he crapped his pants, for example, what if he did the Joe Biden half squat crap in my pants posture?
That would be awesome.
So I'm hoping that Trump would use a lot of language, like little secret neuro-linguistic programming language that might induce a bowel movement in Joe Biden.
Like Trump could be answering the question is like, what are you gonna do for the economy?
Well, I feel like the economy is going to be so abundant under my administration, it's going to feel like a full load that just needs to let go, you know, or whatever.
And that Joe Biden's feeble little brain would start to absorb these hypnotic speech patterns, you know?
Trump continues, you know, if the economy doesn't get great, then we're going to bear down on it to make it even bigger and better and more explosive and we're going to flush the bad numbers down the drain, you know, whatever.
So he's running all these hypnosis patterns and Joe Biden is like probably over there crapping himself.
Maybe.
I'm just saying that would make it way more interesting.
But then on the scale of interesting things that could happen, there's something else that could be even more interesting.
What if...
They throw in a body double, and the actor playing Joe Biden, what if his face mask starts to peel off?
You know, like around the neckline.
It's like a shadow there.
What is that?
Skin flaps coming off.
Trump runs over, like pulls the face mask off like an episode of Scooby-Doo.
Who's under there?
Oh my God, it's not Joe Biden.
Who is it?
It's Kevin Bacon playing Joe Biden or whatever.
I mean, or Jim Carrey, maybe.
It could be pretty funny.
That would make it the best debate ever.
But probably none of those fun things are going to happen.
Instead, Joe Biden and CNN are going to team up.
It's going to be a tag team of lies where Joe Biden says all these lies like, we've cracked down on illegal immigration.
We've secured the border.
There's no inflation.
Crime is down.
And Jake Tapper is going to say, yep, that's all true, all confirmed, all verified.
So they're just going to tag team lie to the American people because that's what Democrats do.
That's what they do.
And that's going to make for a very boring show.
So I don't even know if I'm going to watch it.
But just on the off chance that Joe Biden's fake mask comes off or he shits himself, I think I will maybe tune in.
Wouldn't it be awesome if Trump, like, pulls some surprises out of his hat and just unfolds a giant list of, like, this is who we're going to arrest for treason on day one.
And it's got, like, Jake Tapper on it.
And it's got, you know, all these deep state agents.
And, of course, Joe Biden, the big guy.
Because they have all the evidence of all his crimes and the money laundering.
The corruption, all the kickbacks from Burisma and Chinese companies and so on.
This evidence is well documented.
I mean, the DOJ, the FBI, they've all had this evidence.
Of course, the FBI has been burying evidence of crimes carried out by Democrats, all the way going back to the Clinton administration, if not sooner.
So, FBI leaders are complicit in this, and a name that needs to be on that list of arrest targets, if Trump unveils such a list, is, of course, Christopher Wray.
And I found it really funny that in my interview today with Ivan Raiklin coming up, he refers to Christopher Wray as Christopher Wray Epps.
And those of you who are following current events, you will know why that's funny.
And here's a story from Headline USA. The FBI wants 20 years to produce records on its involvement in the Oklahoma City bombing.
Yeah.
So it's been nine years since Utah attorney Jesse Trentadu, I think that's it, filed a Freedom of Information Act request for records about a CIA asset and an FBI informant who helped fund the Oklahoma City bombing, as well as for records about a neo-Nazi bank robbery gang that was also involved in the attack.
So Trentadu sued the FBI agent The FBI says it needs 12 years to fork over these documents, which means that it would take at least 20 years to comply with the initial FOIA request.
In case those of you listening don't know, the Oklahoma City bombing was, of course, an FBI terrorism plot.
And Timothy McVeigh, he was just the scapegoat that they recruited to show up and drive a truck or whatever, make him a scapegoat.
But in order to achieve that kind of destruction of that building in Oklahoma City, you had to have explosives inside the building, not in a truck in the parking lot.
So that was one of the original terror events carried out by the FBI.
There have been many since then.
And again, my guest coming up today, Ivan Raikland, says that the FBI, which he calls the FBI lie, is principally responsible for more acts of terrorism than any other organization in the United States.
And that is technically true.
And we've covered stories of the FBI running terror plots.
And I've specifically cited the Kansas City Star and the New York Times that has documented numerous cases of the FBI actually running terror plots in America.
It's just that with the bombing in Oklahoma City, this was a time when they really wanted to suppress conservatives, and especially they wanted to suppress conservative talk radio.
This was during the Clinton administration in 1995, and Rush Limbaugh was coming on the scene.
And they used this bombing to try to claim that Rush Limbaugh was radicalizing people and turning them into terrorists.
So the same kind of J-6 narrative that you see in more recent times, where the FBI and the federal government, they set up a trap and a plot, and then they try to cause something radical to happen, and then they blame conservatives.
So if you've been wondering about U.S. history, If you've ever thought back and wondered about 9-11 and wondered about Oklahoma City bombing, wonder no more.
It was 100% an FBI terrorism operation.
And it was designed to achieve a political purpose, which was censorship of talk radio in that case.
Oh, and also passing more anti-gun laws.
Which had already been underway because of the 1994 so-called assault weapons ban, which expired in 2004, and which outlawed new sales or newly constructed AR-15s.
You could still buy pre-1994 AR-15s during that 10-year period and I remember that because I did that.
I bought a couple of older AR-15s and they sucked, by the way, because it was like, man, these are some old guns.
Are these from Vietnam?
No, they were just semi-automatic ARs and they were not very good.
You couldn't buy new ARs until 2004.
Can you believe that?

So one way or another, we're going to have Brighttown.com streaming integrated into some various popular either broadcast services or broadcast software applications that can currently multi-stream to other platforms as well.
So that's our goal, of course.
Giving you a platform, Brighttown.com, where you can express yourself with The freedom to think and the freedom to speak without being deplatformed, without being censored because of so-called thought crimes, you know, just because viewpoint discrimination, as it's called.
And we are making some changes in order to make that happen.
Okay, one more programming note here.
I had previously mentioned that starting July 4th, I wanted to distribute my podcast only on Brighteon.io.
I'm not going to do that.
And it's because Brighteon.io, even though it's functioning very, very well, it's a low-bandwidth, highly resilient, highly decentralized content network.
But as it turns out, it was never designed to distribute very large video files.
Now, it can handle images, and it can handle relatively small audio files like MP3s, no problem.
And it can also do some videos, but mostly short videos.
So what people tend to post on Brighteon.io...
Which, again, it's a decentralized content platform.
They tend to post shorter video clips, like a couple of minutes, and not what I'm doing here, which some days, it's like two and a half hours of content.
That is not what Brighteon.io is designed to do.
It's built on the Bastion backbone.
That's not what it was designed to do.

There was like a rat running across my driveway, and she runs and catches the rat and gobbles it.
And I got kind of a blurry picture of it, but now she's the rat gobbler.
I'm like, oh gosh, I didn't know you were such a low-class blue-heeler dog.
She's eating rats now, you know?
So she's downgraded from having bunnies to just chowing down on rats.
Like most of you have cats for that task, which I understand.
Cats are really good at catching rats, but I have a rat catching dog.
And it's not like the dog's hungry, you know?
Of course, I feed this dog all kinds of supplements and nutrients and, you know, Good quality food to begin with, but she just likes to catch rats and gobble them up.
So, well, there you go.
I have a rat gobbler blueheeler.
We don't have as much of a rat problem this year, or a field mouse problem, because this year I've been too busy to catch the rat snakes, okay?
So, In years past, I have caught sometimes as many as 40 or 45 snakes in one season.
And these are non-venomous snakes, by the way, and I catch them.
I have these snake grabber poles, and I catch the snakes, and I put them in a barrel, and then I relocate them away from the chicken house.
Otherwise, they just gobble all the eggs.
But for whatever reason this year, the rat snakes have been busy eating rats.
We've had a rat infestation for some reason.
I don't know if you've suffered that if you're in Texas, but this has been like the year of the rat wave for whatever reason.
So these snakes, these rat snakes...
They're getting filled.
Their bellies are getting filled with rats.
And so they're not eating the eggs as normal.
So I just say hi to them when I see them now because they're not even eating the eggs.
We've had a very large egg harvest this year because the rat snakes are filling up on the rats.
So, hey, who says rats can't be beneficial to your ecosystem, right?
We're having more omelets because of all the rats.
Think about that.
I saw a rat snake tonight.
This thing is huge.
This thing, I mean, I don't know.
It must have been like a three inch diameter snake, you know, at its thickest part and way over six feet long.
But it's getting to the point where I'm like, whoa, I hope you don't like wrap around me and squeeze or something because some of these snakes are getting a little monstrous.
It's like if I have to catch one, I might have to wrestle with it, you know?
These rat snakes are so funny too.
They have a little fake rattler.
They can rattle a little bit.
Not like a rattlesnake.
And believe me, I know the difference.
But these rat snakes, they'll shake their tails and it's like a little rattler.
Like, I'm faking like a rattlesnake.
I'm self-identifying as a rattlesnake.
Like that.
And I'm just laughing at them.

Well, so that's battery chemistry.
But did you know that in your body, sodium has a very similar role?
You know, sodium is one of the key for electrolytes.
That's necessary for energy or literally electric potential to be properly balanced inside your body.
And this is especially important at the cell membranes because the porosity or the selective porosity of cell membranes that allows certain nutrients to go into the cells and other waste products that come out of the cells, this depends on things like sodium and potassium and And other electrolytes, but sodium in particular is involved in the water pump.
So water likes to go where sodium goes.
And when people are completely deficient in sodium, they can become wildly dehydrated because their bodies can't hold on to water.
They can't retain water without having salt.
And so this is one reason why a lot of people are craving salt throughout the day, especially in the summer.
If you're sweating a lot, you're sweating out a lot of salt and other electrolytes, and your body starts to crave salty snacks.
Like, oh, I want a bag of chips or something like that.
Well, that's your body saying, your body doesn't necessarily need the chips, but your body needs the salt.
That's in the chips and that's what you're associating with it.
Did you know that in certain cases, like for me personally, if I'm working outside a lot and if I'm sweating a lot, especially in the hot summer, I can become salt deficient and I will add salt a little bit to my own smoothies.
And they will taste way better to me because my body is deficient in salt.
But then again, I don't go out and eat a lot of the high-sodium food that typical Americans eat, so I'm probably an exception to the rule.
Most people are probably getting way too much sodium.
But if you're eating a very healthy, natural diet, you can be sodium deficient, and you can suffer all kinds of health problems from sodium deficiency.
That's true.
It's just not common in Western diets because of all the processed foods.
But here's a rule of thumb.
Here's how you know if you're eating too much salt.
Here's how you know.
If you go to a mainstream restaurant and you order any soup and you taste the soup and you think that the salt level is just right, That means you are eating way too much salt because every soup is over-salted in every popular restaurant.
Every soup, without exception.
If I go to any of these restaurants and I order the soup and I take a bite, I'm like, oh my god, salt to salt.
And if you don't have that reaction, you're probably desensitized to salt and you're eating too much salt.
So just keep that in mind as kind of a rule of thumb gauge.
And if you can order soup at restaurants that they make from scratch, which is pretty rare these days, but if you can, ask them for low sodium.
And then they'll put a lot less salt in it, and then it'll taste normal.
At least that's my experience.
All right, finally, let's talk about Julian Assange here for a couple of minutes.
Julian Assange has, of course, he's issued a plea of guilt.
He pleaded guilty to sharing state secrets or whatever the charge was.
It's a felony crime.
And then he has been set free.
He's the founder or co-founder of WikiLeaks.
And of course he is a world hero for freedom.
And many of us in independent media, we have been calling for Julian Assange to be pardoned and to be freed for many years.
We do not blame him for agreeing to this plea in order to win his freedom.
However, it is worth noting that Julian Assange is not guilty of anything.
He did not violate any law.
He engaged in simply journalism.
And the reason he was prosecuted, probably two reasons.
Well, number one, the military-industrial complex doesn't like to be embarrassed.
They don't like the truth about them coming out, showing that they use helicopter gunships to blow away journalists on the ground in the Middle East, okay?
They don't like that getting out.
Because the truth is pretty horrifying.
Secondly, Julian Assange was a big critic of Israel.
Yes, the Israel factor.
And so Mossad did not want him to be living.
And, you know, the Zionists in Israel today, who at the moment under Netanyahu is a bunch of lunatics and warmongering, genocidal lunatics, they don't want independent media to function at all.
They want to be able to control all the media so they can control the narrative and cover up their crimes.
So that's another reason why there was a lot of political pressure to keep Julian Assange behind bars this entire time.
So we all understand that if the exact same material that WikiLeaks published had been instead published by the New York Times, nobody would have been charged.
Nobody would have gone to jail and it would have been considered protected First Amendment activity, i.e., free speech journalism.
Only because it was Julian Assange and WikiLeaks, which is not controlled by the CIA, that's the reason why Assange was persecuted and prosecuted and imprisoned for...
What was it, like five years in London and then years, many years before?
It seems like he's been pursued for over a decade.
It's unbelievable.
So again, if you commit acts of journalism in our world today, in the Western world, you will go to prison probably.
And we offer our prayers and blessings to Julian Assange.
And we understand why he had to take this plea deal.
And we support him doing so for his own sake and his own health.
But it is a bad precedent in terms of the rule of law.
Because now I think it only emboldens the DOJ to charge other journalists with felony crimes if they spill state secrets that the state doesn't want to get out.
So that's where we are.
Interesting, right?
Now the other thing in this is that Trump made a huge mistake in not pardoning Julian Assange.
I was listening to Judge Andrew Napolitano.
Who has his show, Judging Freedom.
And Judge Knapp, as he's called, kind of shorthand, Judge Knapp had a conversation with President Trump in the last days of Trump's first administration.
And in that conversation, Trump said to Judge Knapp that he was going to pardon Julian Assange and Edward Snowden.
But then somebody talked him out of it.
The military-industrial complex talked about it.
And this is an ongoing problem with Trump, where he can be persuaded, and he tends to believe whoever was the last person that spoke with him.
And he just tends to go along too much with the Pentagon and the deep state and the FBI and whatever.
Trump has not done a good job, in my opinion, of standing his ground on his own principles, his own discernment and decision-making.
And that's something that he's going to need to correct quite dramatically in his third term here.
That'll be interesting, by the way.
He's going to be the first president to serve three terms.
One of them in absentia, by the way.
But, you know, elected three times and three terms as president.
Do you realize, by the way, That one of the very first things that Trump should do if he wins his next election is he should, of course, nullify everything that happened in the Biden administration, first releasing all the evidence of all the election fraud and the collusion and initiate the mass arrests of all the treasonous actors who rigged that election and declare that Joe Biden's, quote, presidency was never legitimate.
Because the people never elected him.
It was rigged.
It was faked.
And so every decision that stemmed from the four years of Joe Biden, every executive order, every law that he signed should be declared null and void.
That's the very first thing that Trump should do.
And it's people like Ivan Raiklin, our guests coming up here, who can help him achieve that, obviously, with his deep state target list, which is an arrest list.

Straight to you and what you're doing, because you are a ballsy guy, man.
I've seen your videos.
You're calling out Fauci for being the war criminal or crimes against humanity, mass global genocide, calling him out to his face.
Amazing stuff.
Tell our audience what your focus is right now, and then I have a ton of questions for you.
Yeah, absolutely.
So, I mean, it's nothing new.
I think you and I are in the same movement.
You said we met at the Clay Clark event, so a lot of the networks really overlap, and these are the things that we collectively in this movement have been saying publicly for many years, but we've been censored out.
It's just that now we have the ability to go ahead and say things of that nature on other platforms.
Now that X has opened up, you know, formerly Twitter, And now that Congress, with the 118th Congress, has opened up in a way as well, I'm able to physically approach these future defendants in Nuremberg 2.0.
For example, Anthony Fraudci, right?
And I like to remind people that he worked for Mike Pence on that CCP-19 White House coronavirus.
They call it task force.
But that was just one of the victims of my in-person investigation.
Let's just say First Amendment sound making, where he was in the vicinity of me.
I mean, you mentioned a few other names that you're suing.
I had an opportunity a couple times to provide First Amendment sounds to Alejandro Mayorkas, as well as the TSA administrator, who happened to decide to listen to me and respond appropriately.
And that's why I haven't put him on blast, because he autocorrected when I gave him the opportunity.
But other folks like Lloyd Austin and Mark Milley, And Christopher Ray Epps, his name changed on January 6th from Chris Ray to Christopher Ray Epps, as well as Merrick Garland.
I've had the opportunity to really express in person, look into the balls of their eyes and tell them, hey, buddy, you know now that I know.
And so while that's step one, Be prepared for step two, which is my future position of action.
Not a position of title, but a position of action known as Secretary of Retribution.
And every single person that I just mentioned so far, they are on my deep state target list.
So when you say deep state target list, now obviously that kind of language is going to trigger a lot of people.
As well it should.
Sure, but I'd like to give you the opportunity to explain or clarify what that is because I believe you're talking about a judicial process where these people will be arrested, charged, and prosecuted, but also given the right to defend themselves in a court of law.
Is that correct?
Yeah, before I answer, I'm going to agree with that, but I want to answer it this way.
I want to ask you, and by extension, the audience, what do you call when a quasi-news organization in a live fashion records an event for people to see, not near real-time, but in real-time?
What's the synonym for that?
Would you call that live streaming?
Live streaming, yes.
Right?
Would anybody disagree with that?
I think everybody would agree that that's considered a live streaming.
Live streaming?
Yeah.
Right?
Now, what would you call something where you are in the morning, against your own will, a domestic terrorist organization shows up, raids your house, right?
And then seizes you, all your digital devices, and then kidnaps, or I shouldn't use those words, but Takes you from your home against your will.
Would you consider that a kidnapping, an armed robbery, and a burglary all in one?
Yeah, as well as many other things.
Possibly attempted oppression, suppression, coercion.
Lots of things could go along with that, but yes.
Now, what would you call it if somebody called that in?
In order for that to happen to you, would that be pretty much what they did to, I don't know, Marjorie Taylor Greene, they swatted her a few times, right?
Yeah, that's called swatting.
Steve Bannon, they did that too.
Roger Stone.
Roger Stone, right?
So, when people are afraid of me using the language, we are going to be conducting live stream swatting raids in the same fashion that the domestic terrorist organization that is led by Christopher Ray Epps As they did an armed robbery
on Mike Lindell in a Hardee's parking lot.
As they swatted Steve Bannon on several occasions.
So, as we see what they did, have there been any consequences for their live stream swatting raid kidnappings, sir?
None whatsoever.
Then what should be the appropriate action to respond?
Is it to respond in kind, or is it to turn the other cheek?
Okay, but we've got to back up, because what you're referring to are FBI actions against American individuals.
The main domestic terrorist organization in this country, the FBI, yep, yep.
Right, so the FBI is going to say, if they were responding to you here, they would say, well, they got...
But actually, in a lot of cases, they didn't get a warrant, did they?
Like with Mike Lindell, they didn't have a warrant, did they?
Or did they?
You want to say that, oh, they're going to argue that there was due process, right?
Right, that's what they're going to say.
So then America now starts to see what they did as completely illegitimate, unlawful activity that need consequences so that that doesn't occur again.
What should be the appropriate consequence?
I argue that there needs to be, in the most peaceful, patriotic, legal, moral, and ethical way, appropriate, an eye for an eye measures taken.
So you're saying live streaming raids, i.e.
arrests of the people that are on your list that you are saying committed acts of treason or what exactly?
Primarily treason, yeah.
And then crimes against humanity.
Some people call that genocide, right?
In the form of Fauci and others, right?
Right, but who's going to carry this out?
I think you've mentioned the deputizing of citizens.
Let's think this through, which, in order for it to be done on that categories of legal, moral, ethical, right?
Well, some people are like, well, you're going to use the DOJ to arrest itself?
No.
That's not going to work, right?
It's not going to work that way.
Oh, you're going to use the FBI to investigate itself and then hand themselves over to the U.S. attorneys that are the ones that are manipulating the system?
That ain't going to work, right?
So then what's left in our constitutional order?
Well, then we go over to the Congress.
Well, you think the Senate's going to do anything right now for us?
No.
The House?
Well, I've been working with the House since January of 2023, which means what?
February, March, April, May, June.
That's 17 months.
How much have we succeeded in creating accountability over 17 months in the 118th Congress?
They've exposed some stuff.
The reason why I'm in every single congressional hearing on the House side practically of any import or consequence is because I'm not only in the hearing room behind these executive branch treasonous scum to help amplify on a platform that's not censored known as C-SPAN. That's the strategic positioning that I'm taking is because C-SPAN is not and cannot be censored.
And so that's why I'm in there.

It's fed false information from the Article I branch of government.
So I'm working with the House Admin Committee Subcommittee on Oversight, Barry Loudermilk's team, to go ahead and the House Administration Subcommittee on Oversight team to go ahead and expose those criminal acts within the congressional component, like Pelosi, Cheney.
So on the January 6th in the fedsurrection component, That's where I'm working that line of effort in an advisory capacity.

Yeah, let's change the rules so that A convicted felon cannot be a nominee for the RNC at the RNC convention.
And the next thing you know, it's on the agenda.
The RNC is like a projection of the Mike Pence personality, which is a personality of betrayal and failure.
The RNC wants to lose.

A time where, if President Trump is jailed, that means that the America First delegates are gonna think, oh wait, if President Trump's not gonna be there to speak, I'm going to skip the convention altogether.
Guess what that does?
That means the rhinos still show up, create a quorum, and then may have the necessary votes to then block President Trump from getting the nomination.
Because now they have those that are loyal to Trump from even showing up because they're only showing up to see President Trump.
Yeah, but surely they must know there are no Republicans that can possibly win in an election because, frankly, Trump is the only Republican that has any real popularity behind him at this point and has appeal to black Americans, has some appeal even to Muslim Americans who are rejecting Joe.

In other words, the U.S. empire is weaponized against the world in many ways right now with economic sanctions, for example, and, you know, unlimited funding of Ukraine, seemingly unlimited $200 billion dollars.
But it treats the American people now as enemy combatants.
And I think this realization is growing among the American people that, whoa, our, quote, government isn't even working for us anymore.
They've been weaponized against all the things that America should stand for, like secure borders, rule of law, right?
Not torturing political dissidents in jails in D.C., So what's your take on that, those similarities between the international projection of coercion and the domestic projection?
I mean, it's like a boiler template of what they do for all their actions.
For example, another boiler template they're going to refer to is the Biden criminal syndicate.
They run that same contract, right?
The 10% for the big guy model, whether it's with Ukraine, whether it's with China, whether it's with the former mayor of Moscow's wife, right?
The 10% for the big guy play.
This whole corrupt scheme is operating similar to that construct.
And I want to, with the remaining time real quick, The other things that I think this deep state cabal is going to do is, and as you look, I would highly encourage you to read through this kind of nine-phase model.
In the house, they're going to run the play of essentially...
Getting a bill passed so that you already heard about the Secret Service being pulled from President Trump.
Yes.
And if that doesn't get to their objective, then they're going to go ahead and take the next level of play, which is bribe one of the individuals or two of the individuals in the Republican conference to exit early before the end of this cycle, meaning Mike Pence's brother, Greg, or one or two of the impeachment 10 voters from the Republican side, David Valadau, Dan Newhouse, who were part of the Jamie Raskin cover-up for the Fed's direction, right?
And so when you remove enough Republicans by early retirement, then the Speaker of the House changes over to Hakeem Jeffries, and then Jamie Raskin passes a bill to go ahead and label January 6th an insurrection, Trump an insurrectionist.
And even if he does win the nomination at the RNC convention, which he will, then they're going to go ahead and label him an insurrectionist, thus blocking him from being a candidate for president in the general election.
And then, again, I have a strategy of what I think they're going to do to the maximum level and then a counter strategy to that.
And it's in that long-form tweet.
I'm going to take a look at it.
And I have a response for every single component of it.
I think the biggest takeaway there is, in order to stop all their weaponization and lawlessness that you just described globally and domestically, is that we rely on our state legislatures so that we come to a time where Elon Musk is playing ball by amplifying Tucker Carlson as Tucker is that we rely on our state legislatures so that we come to a time where Elon Musk is playing ball by amplifying Tucker Carlson
And the only way we have free fair elections under the constitutional construct is to make sure that our state legislatures across 50 states hold a live stream, live video vote in a joint session on how they allocate their presidential and.
Wow.
know exactly who's voting, who's registered, who's voting, and you see exactly how they're voting.
And there's no machines involved in that.
It's one day in-person paper ballot, essentially, hand count for the whole world to see live.
And then that then is the determination on the presidential, vice presidential electors sent over to the House.
And even if the House is controlled by Hakeem Jeffries, it's going to come down to a Supreme Court to decide, are they going to go with the 50 state legislature's allocation of the presidential electors, according to Article 2, Section 1, Clause 2?
Or are they going to allow Congress to then add another layer of requirement, which the Constitution only sets forth three requirements for President and Vice President, which is born in the U.S., right?
National National-born citizen, 35 years of age, and I believe it's 17 years resident or something like that, right?
And I would have to say that the Supreme Court will have to go with the state legislatures because the state legislatures are the entity that created the federal government to include Congress.
And there you have it.
That is the backstop to fix everything.
And the only way we get to that point is by big influencers like Tucker and Elon and Rogan eventually articulating to the entire country that this is our only way in the short amount of time that we have to go ahead.
In the short amount of time that we have in order to guarantee free, fair elections without manipulation by fraud, foreign, domestic, retail fraud or manipulation by machines.

But, you know, what about all those, what was it, 51 intelligence officials who claim that the Hunter Biden laptop was Russian disinformation?
And now the DOJ has confirmed that that laptop actually was Hunter Biden's and that it's all real.
And none of those intelligence officials are willing to retract what they said.
None of them will ever be held accountable for lying in order to manipulate the outcome of an election.
So that's election interference and fraud, in essence, right there.
That's a dereliction of duty.
It's a violation of their oaths of office.
Every one of those intelligence officials, in my opinion, should also be charged or prosecuted, arrested for their crimes against this country.
And I'm sure most of those officials are probably on Ivan's list of individuals who he believes should also be prosecuted and arrested.
I do want to just offer one final layer to this show.
Which is that Ivan Raikland is an attorney and everything that he's recommending here is within the rule of law.
It is lawful, ethical, moral.
And I want to be clear that neither he nor I are in any way advocating any kind of violence or vigilantism or anything of that kind.
We're not into that.
We are into using the rule of law, using the Constitution that our Founding Fathers laid out for us and the whole history of Supreme Court precedent.
And the distribution of power to the states, not just the Tenth Amendment, but also, of course, county-level district attorneys, county-level sheriffs, and so on, to use the powers that exist that have been well-defined and enumerated in a long list of legal documents and founding documents for this nation and for the states themselves.
All we need to do is invoke those laws on the books, assert local power, state power, and county power.
And through that, we can legally and lawfully hold these criminals accountable for their crimes against this nation.
Not a single shot ever needs to be advocated or fired by anyone.
This is a nonviolent legal process.
So we'll see where this goes.
