I'm Mike Adams.
Thank you for joining me today.
The title of today's episode is Smashing the AI Threat Matrix, How Human Resistance Defeats Skynet and Survives the Coming War with the Machines.
And in today's broadcast, we're going to cover the severe threat to humanity that AI now poses because it is being centralized in the hands of the anti-human globalists and the transhumanists.
However, AI itself can also be used to defend humanity.
And so we're going to talk about solutions here today that will help keep humanity alive and help keep humanity free rather than being enslaved by the AI threat matrix.
Now, I'll be discussing all of this later today with Alex Jones on The Alex Jones Show.
That will be airing, of course, at Infowars.com or Band.Video.
And I'll be spending two hours with Alex.
It's hour three and four of his main broadcast.
Hour three begins at 1 p.m.
Central.
So Alex will have his regular show for two hours first, and then I'll join him for the third hour, and we'll continue through the fourth hour.
So it's a two-hour special, Smashing the AI Threat Matrix.
And I want to encourage you to tune into that show because I'll be presenting details there that I do not have time to get into today in this broadcast.
But the overall structure of the information that I have to present shows, number one, the severe threat of AI, which is far worse than anything that you have probably realized up to this point.
Point number two is how AI is being weaponized by the anti-human establishment in order to exterminate and replace human beings.
And then point number three is how we can use AI to defeat Skynet.
And as I said in the title, how to survive the coming war with the machines.
We can't survive the war by simply ignoring AI. We have to understand it.
We have to harness it.
We have to turn it against the globalists by allowing AI to help defend us and empower us and inform us.
And fortunately, there's a very powerful open source community that is mostly dedicated to freedom, liberty, human knowledge, sharing of knowledge.
And is opposed to big governments, the centralized corporations, the military-industrial complex, and all of these evil forces that are trying to dominate our world and enslave humanity.
So I believe that we can contribute significantly to the pro-human side of this equation.
When I say we, I mean my organization, Natural News, Brighteon.com.
Health Ranger store and so on.
And in fact, we've already begun that process in a very significant way with Very large investments in hardware and NVIDIA GPUs, for example, and also the building out of an R&D team that can help with the tasks that I'll describe here later on,
tasks that can, in fact, harness AI to provide knowledge in a decentralized manner, in an open source format, knowledge that is free and And available freely to every person in the world.
So that's what we are focused on right now.
And I thank you for your support as we are, in essence, building out the human resistance networks that will defeat the war with the machines.
Now, what we're going to cover first in unveiling the threat that AI poses to humanity is a couple of documents from the US federal government We have DHS, the Department of Homeland Security.
We have key documents that I will reveal here.
Now remember that DHS is the same agency that is currently plotting and funding and spearheading the invasion of the United States of America with illegal immigration.
And as you'll learn here today, DHS has a documented plan to roll out AI censorship weapons to silence Americans, They're going to roll out AI workforce automation agents to replace the American workers with a special emphasis, by the way, on displacing white workers because you'll see the term equity referenced in these DHS documents.
And then finally, DHS plans to roll out an AI control grid to seize control of every election, So this is the documented plan of DHS. And we'll get
into the memo that outlines that.
But there's another government agency that is really critical in all of this, and it's called CISA, C-I-S-A. It stands for Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency.
And if you go to cisa.gov, you can read about this agency.
And if you don't already know who CISA is, just keep in mind that CISA was very heavily involved in ordering big tech To censor pro-Trump voices, pro-America voices, and also to censor voices that were, let's say, skeptical about vaccine safety and efficacy, mask mandates or COVID lockdowns.
So CISA has been heavily involved in the weaponization of government power against human liberty and free speech across America.
CISA helped rig the 2020 election, in other words, to install Joe Biden into the Oval Office as a pretender-in-chief.
And of course, deny Donald Trump his rightful second term.
And this is probably why so many elements within the federal government, and especially in certain sectors of military intelligence, are positioning Donald Trump to be president for a third term to finally restore the Oval Office to the rightful winner of the election, which are positioning Donald Trump to be president for a third term to finally
But we're going to be looking at a document from CISA here, which is called the 2023 through 2024 CISA Roadmap for Artificial Intelligence.
And you'll see in this document how free speech is going to be deemed a, quote, AI-enhanced attack.
And anybody who exercises free speech online will be accused of engaging in, quote, malicious activity.
And this is a real critical concept to understand.
Both DHS and CISA, when they talk about AI tools, they often talk about responsible use.
They talk about safety.
They talk about AI-enabled systems that have guardrails.
And they also talk about cyber defense and critical infrastructure.
These are all code words for censorship, silencing Americans, and ordering big tech who to de-platform.
So when they talk about AI safety, what they mean is weaponizing AI tools to block anyone who might disagree with, let's say, a government-ordered mandate about vaccines.
And they will simply argue that if you're not on board with vaccines, then you are a threat to the safety of the American people.
Therefore, you're engaged in malicious activity and AI can be unleashed against you in order to protect the safety of the United States.
That's their logic.
Even though, of course, you and I know that these vaccines are biological weapons, they are being deployed on purpose to murder people and to achieve global depopulation.
In fact, I wanted to share one thing with you here from Hal Turner before we continue with these documents from DHS and CISA. If you go to halturnerradioshow.com, He's got a story that says Canadian journalist who pushed vaccine mandates and concentration camps for the unvaccinated dies at age 33.
And from Hal Turner's website, let me read, quote, He died after being hospitalized and, quote, He was a business journalist who worked as a reporter and editor at the Financial Post.
He was also previously a producer at BNN Bloomberg for over a decade.
He advocated for vaccine passports and mandates and called for the firing of anyone who refused the injections.
He also suggested that unvaccinated people should be arrested and taken away to concentration camps.
Well, no doubt, New York Governor Hochul is a fan of his, but sadly, he has now died.
And Hal Turner has published an editorial opinion, which I'm going to read for you here, with the disclaimer that this is Hal Turner's opinion, not my own.
I may or may not agree with various things that Hal Turner is saying, but I think that Hal's view of this is very important for us to consider, especially given that there are a lot of people who were vaccine pushers who wanted the rest of us to be thrown in concentration camps or denied medical care or denied access to transportation or jobs.
And they were insistent on this.
And the vaccine zealots were very mean people.
They were complicit in mass murder.
And only now many of them are finding out that they were complicit in self-murder, or in other words, as I call it, vaccine-assisted suicide.
So I'm not surprised that this young man has died at the age of 33.
Now let's see what Hal Turner has to say about it.
Here is the comment from Hal.
Like so many other left-wing liberal-ish people, this person seemed so smug and self-righteous in his wrong-headed belief in the new COVID-19 vaccine that he seems to have ignored all the warnings put out by others like me who warned against taking the new, untested, unproven mRNA death dart.
Yet, as with so many others his age, he seemed to think when it came to the COVID vax that he knew better.
He seemed to think he was so much smarter than the rest of us.
He seemed to look down his nose at those of us who raised very real concerns about this new technology.
To him, the rest of us were just sniveling idiots, too stupid to embrace this new life-saving technology.
Looks to me like maybe he wasn't so smart after all.
It is my personal opinion, Hal Turner says, that the vaccine he thought so much of killed him.
I think his ego blinded him to the reality and now he's dead.
It's hard to feel sorry for someone so young dying this way.
After all, if he had had his way, all of us might be facing a similar fate or be locked away in a concentration camp just so that he and his ilk could feel better.
No thanks.
This may turn out to be the new general epitaph for liberals.
Quote, he thought he knew better than everyone else.
Now he's dead from what he thought.
So there you go.
That's Hal Turner's view.
And it's hard to disagree with that assessment.
But CISA would disagree with it.
And CISA would deem this article by Hal Turner to be malicious activity.
And CISA could also declare that Hal Turner may have generated this article using AI, and therefore they could say that this is a, quote, AI-enhanced attack on America's medical and scientific infrastructure, because that's what CISA is responsible for helping to protect.
But you see, they can define malicious activity as anything, or they can define an attack as anything they want.
And then they can deploy AI weapons themselves to go out and de-platform people like Hal Turner or silence them or even to post, for example, AI-generated negative comments on Hal Turner's website.
And you can rest assured that right now, big pharma and big government have funded massive operations, which are troll farms that post comments To try to demoralize independent media thought leaders, independent journalists, anyone who is critical of vaccines or critical of the Biden administration or critical of Israel even or critical of Ukraine.
These people are being targeted with artificially generated comments.
There are massive farms of AI bots that are being run by corporations in America and also by the government itself and potentially CISA is even involved in some of these activities.
There's no question the CDC is involved in these activities and the CDC received funding during COVID in order to generate and So, So understand that the comments that you read online right now are probably not even human very often.
And especially if those comments are aligned with the interests of powerful corporations, governments, the military industrial complex, big tech, transgenderism agendas, and so on, then you can be very confident that those comments did not come from human beings.
They have been generated by AI systems.
But getting back to CISA here, if you go to cisa.gov and you click on the About section and go to Divisions and Offices, you'll see a list of the divisions that CISA has itself.
And this is very informative.
They have a Cybersecurity Division.
They have an Infrastructure Security Division, which is involved, by the way, in rigging elections.
They have an emergency communications division which is responsible for blocking people who exercise free speech and taking over the communications infrastructure in order to gaslight and brainwash everybody or to deceive the American people about things like pandemics.
They have a national risk management center Which, no doubt, is actually involved in increasing the risk to America by shutting down things that make America more redundant, such as domestic oil exploration or energy production, refineries, and so on, or things like cryptocurrency, which is a decentralized peer-to-peer form of money exchange that is very resilient, not centralized.
And you can bet that CISA is anti-crypto.
No doubt they want to shut down crypto because they want to increase risks and increase the concentration of power in the hands of the few in Washington, D.C.
But there are two more divisions that CISA also has.
They have their Integrated Operations Division and then a Stakeholder Engagement Division.
Now, this last one, the Stakeholder Engagement Division, this is where CISA conspires with powerful corporations, including big pharma, big tech, big finance, in order to make sure that the power of weaponizing AI and other technology in order to make sure that the power of weaponizing AI and other technology is used to destroy the competition of those powerful
Or create barriers and protections for the hegemonic activities of those powerful corporate interests.
That's what CISA is all about.
This isn't about decentralizing power to the people, protecting the people, informing the people.
It has nothing to do with that.
This is about protecting those in power and making sure they have absolute control over everything that goes on in the United States of America involving telecommunications or computing.
In addition, it's important to note that CISA is also part of the propaganda system that is being exploited right now to help justify an escalation of war with Russia and also with China.
For example, the other day when you saw that article widely reported across mainstream media that claimed that China had hacked the control systems of water treatment facilities across America.
Well, that news was a piece of fiction dreamed up by none other than CISA.
They made it up and they pushed it out there in order to try to demonize China because the U.S. State Department is now in the process of attempting to escalate the information war against China as a prelude to a kinetic war against China.
And if you follow my broadcast for very long, you know that the United States has lost the war with Russia.
Despite its best efforts to escalate that war and try to provoke Russia into a nuclear attack that would justify a massive Western nuclear response to try to destroy Russia, those efforts failed.
And Putin did not take the bait.
Ukraine has been utterly destroyed, or at least its military has, and Russia has achieved a decisive victory in that war.
The United States military was defeated, but the U.S. propaganda machine has lied to the American people the entire time.
Claiming all kinds of false things, for example, blaming Russia for various cyber attacks in the United States, even though we know now that the blame was part of a false flag operation to blame Russia and to justify an escalation of war with Russia.
Well, the same exact game is being played with China right now.
And I'm not claiming that Russia or China are wonderful, honest, ethical countries.
China, in particular, is a communist country.
It's the Chinese Communist Party, the CCP. I'm not a communist, and I don't want communists to succeed in the world.
I want America to succeed.
I want the original vision of America, the United States Constitution, the civil liberties and the civil rights upon which this nation was founded, which includes freedom of speech, by the way, which CISA has been attacking relentlessly for years now.
But I want the original vision of America to succeed.
I don't want China to dominate the world.
I'm not Russian.
I'm not a fan of Putin.
Putin, in his own way, is a geopolitical thug of sorts.
He came out of the secret programs there, the deep state of Russia, you could say.
But the U.S. empire, as it is currently being run by occupying forces that did not win the election in 2020, is also tremendously evil.
The U.S. empire is bullying the world.
The United States State Department is run by warmongering racist lunatics who are utterly incompetent and arrogant at the same time.
Our Secretary of State, Antony Blinken, has no clue what he's doing.
He is so far out of his league, he is utterly outclassed by other diplomats that he attempts to meet with around the world.
And Joe Biden is cognitively impaired to the point where he should be probably institutionalized in a place that can handle dementia or Alzheimer's patients.
And the people running Joe Biden are anti-American radical fascists who hate this country.
They hate the Constitution.
They hate civil liberties and freedoms.
And yet they are currently calling the shots and they are directing CISA. They are directing DHS. And that's why we have people like Alejandro Mayorkas, who is the secretary of Homeland Security, literally telling us that there's no problem with the border.
that there's no problem with illegal immigrants, even though his department is funding invasion bases that are being expanded and constructed in Panama, right across the Darien Gap, that allow, quite literally, thousands of illegals that allow, quite literally, thousands of illegals from around the world to gather and then to hop on trucks and trains and buses and boats and to make their way to the U.S. border and cross the border, which is a form of an invasion of the United States
which is a form of an invasion of the United And the fact that those routes are wide open also makes them available to the various trafficking cartels that are using them to traffic children, drugs, and weapons.
In addition to military-aged men who are soldiers, many of whom are now coming from communist China.
So the United States is being occupied and invaded.
And that's why it's a joke when you hear about organizations like CISA claiming that they're trying to defend America or defend our infrastructure, defend our emergency communications, or you hear Homeland Security claim there's no problem with immigration.
If you were serious about defending America, the very first thing you would do is defend America's border.
That's infrastructure.
A border wall is infrastructure, yet you hear nothing from CISA about building a border wall or defending our border.
In reality, the purpose of CISA is to infiltrate and control every level of government in America and to control them with AI. What CISA did in the 2020 election and what they have done in demanding censorship across big tech platforms, they now want to do to every election in America.
They want to federalize the elections by controlling the infrastructure, and they want to cheat forevermore to deny people like Donald Trump access to the White House while claiming that they're actually protecting America and reducing risks.
They are the risk.
CISA is the risk.
The Department of Homeland Security is the risk.
Joe Biden is the risk.
The State Department is engaged in, frankly, acts of treason against the United States of America.
These are the risk agents, and yet they're the ones that are in charge of risk reduction.
It's a very frightening truth, but it's one that we must face.
Now let's move on to a memorandum dated August 8th.
It's policy statement 139-06, signed by Alejandro Mayorkas from Homeland Security.
It's called The Acquisition and Use of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning Technologies by DHS Components.
And you can find a copy of this document on DHS.gov if you search for it using the title I just mentioned.
There are a few disturbing quotes from this short memorandum that I'll share with you here.
Here's the first one.
Quote, the department must capitalize on the advances in AI technology to further the DHS mission.
In other words, DHS is saying that they're going to use AI to accelerate the things they're doing now.
Well, what is DHS doing right now?
Well, DHS is funding and overseeing a military invasion and occupation of America.
That's why DHS is funding the invasion camps in places like Panama.
Which, by the way, Alejandro Mayorkas visited himself, landing there from a helicopter.
So he cannot claim that he is not aware of these invasion camps.
His department is quite literally funding them and expanding them.
Well, if DHS says that AI is going to be used to further the DHS mission, and if we understand that the mission of DHS is to overrun invasions, invade, and occupy the United States of America, then logically, we must conclude that DHS will use AI technology, To enhance the invasion and occupation of the United States of America.
And that's exactly what they're going to do.
Another quote from that same document, quote, the role of AI in mission activities will become more effective and prominent, he says.
So that means they're going to use AI to help accelerate mass migration or illegal immigration into America.
They're going to use AI for propaganda purposes.
They're going to use AI to probably provide different routes for all of the illegals so that the invaders can more successfully cross the border and occupy the United States.
Did you know that many of these illegals, by the way, are being texted GPS coordinates for breaks in border security?
In other words, they're told where they can find vulnerabilities, and then they pour through those areas before those vulnerabilities can be halted.
Many people believe that these texts are originating from the federal government itself, probably DHS. Well, if AI becomes involved in that, you can imagine that AI systems would have access to...
Government satellites, they could use the satellites to determine where the border is the least protected and then they could decide to send out GPS coordinates to groups of illegals or invaders to go to those locations and cross the border quickly.
In other words, DHS is engaged in actual wartime treason Of helping an invading force overrun and occupy the United States of America.
And this is an invasion.
This is a silent war.
The occupation of our country, boots on the ground, from the enemy's point of view, is an act of war.
And that's why the people that I've interviewed and spoken with again and again Including Anthony Rubin from Muckraker.com and Michael Jan and Ann VanderSteel and so many others who understand what's happening at the border.
They tell me they rarely see women and children.
It's almost all young military-aged men.
So we're being occupied by military-aged men and Mallorcas of DHS says that they're going to use AI to make that more effective and prominent.
That's what he's saying.
Now, DHS will, of course, gaslight all of us.
They lie.
They lie routinely.
It's just like Mallorcas visiting the border and then saying, there's no border problem.
Border security is great.
We don't have an illegal immigration problem at all.
Well, he's lying.
He's gaslighting.
So in this document that he signed, it says, quote, DHS will only acquire and use AI in a manner that is consistent with the Constitution.
Well, that's laughable to anyone who knows how Mayorkas operates.
Mayorkas should be impeached, if not, in my opinion, arrested and prosecuted for his ongoing activities, criminal invasion or wartime invasion of the United States of America.
And yet he claims that he is going to work in a manner that is consistent with the Constitution.
This is just a blatant lie.
He also says, by the way, the following, quote, DHS will not collect, use, or disseminate data used in AI activities or establish AI-enabled systems that make or support decisions based on the inappropriate consideration of race, ethnicity, or disseminate data used in AI activities or establish AI-enabled systems that make or support decisions based on the inappropriate consideration of race, ethnicity,
Notice the qualifier in that sentence.
He won't use AI to do any inappropriate consideration of all of those things.
Well, that means that it's okay for DHS to use AI for appropriate consideration of all those things.
Race, gender, sexual orientation, nationality, disability, all these things.
So what this means is, of course, DHS is going to be used...
To make decisions and to enhance missions that will be anti-American and that will very likely target for replacement white Americans, also Asian Americans who are typically discriminated against now by universities and governments.
Because Asian Americans tend to be academically very gifted.
They are considered overachievers.
And we can't have overachievement in America.
This is a nation run by an occupying government that wants to dumb everybody down and replace the smart people with a whole new wave of Poorly educated illegals swept in from other countries.
So of course they're going to use AI to discriminate against people if you're white, if you're Christian, if you're Asian, if you're intelligent, if you're disabled.
All these things are going to be used.
And they'll probably discriminate against black people too because we're now seeing more black Americans We're good to go.
Brandon Johnson is setting up tents for illegals across the city and spending money to feed the illegals, to clothe them, to provide medical services to them, and so on.
And that money is being taken away from the Chicago residents, many of whom are homeless, many of whom are veterans, people who are Americans who need those services.
And now those services are being denied to those Americans because there's a preference for the illegals.
The illegals are considered the precious ones.
They're the ones that are considered important to America's future by the mayor of Chicago or the secretary of Homeland Security.
And also by the pretender in chief, Joe Biden.
The American people are considered nothing but trash.
The illegals are considered precious.
The gems that must be protected at all costs.
And there's another line in this letter that reinforces all of this.
It says the following, quote, Well, again, notice the qualifier. notice the qualifier.
He says to ensure that impermissible discrimination is not occurring.
But that means that AI can be used for permissible discrimination to achieve equity.
Well, what is equity?
That's a code word.
From the woke left, that means discriminate against white people, discriminate against Asian people, and increasingly discriminate against black people.
Because again, it's all about sweeping in the replacements.
So here we have an admission, yet again, that AI will be used for permissible discrimination.
Otherwise, why would they put that qualifier in there?
Why don't they just say that we will never use AI for any form of discrimination?
They don't say that.
They say we won't use it for impermissible discrimination, but there are lots of forms of discrimination that are completely permissible, such as affirmative action, for example.
Even more from the same memo, Mallorca says, quote, Mallorcas says, quote, DHS will not use AI to improperly profile or target or to discriminate against any individual or entity based on the individual characteristics identified above as reprisal or solely because of exercising their DHS will not use AI to improperly profile or target or to Once again, notice the qualifier.
He's saying that AI will not be used to improperly profile.
But that means they can use AI to properly target people, to properly discriminate against people, to be used as a weapon of reprisal, to target people who are exercising their constitutional rights.
Again, these qualifiers...
Are a kind of legal language.
And attorneys will pick up on this right away, but these qualifiers really matter because this actually sets the tone, the actual meaning of the entire statement.
And then Mayorkas uses that same qualifier again in the next sentence.
Quote, DHS will not use AI technology to enable improper, systemic, indiscriminate, or large-scale monitoring, surveillance, or tracking of individuals.
Well, that means, precisely, that he will use AI technology to properly engage in large-scale monitoring, surveillance, and tracking of individuals.
That's exactly what they're going to do.
He's admitting it right here in lawyer speak.
And then finally, from that same memo, here's another longer quote that's really important.
And please pay attention to my emphasis here, because we have to kind of decode the obfuscation that is embedded in this memo.
But here it is.
Quote,"...DHS will protect AI technologies from cyberattacks and malicious degradation of algorithmic functions." All right, we'll talk about that phrase here in a minute.
With adherence to federal and DHS security standards, starting from the baseline of government and private sector best practices and developing new methods of addressing the evolving threat.
The DHS Information Technology Security Program will update and develop additional security requirements as appropriate to protect AI technologies against novel cybersecurity threats and risks introduced by new applications of these technologies.
Now, you hear that and you're thinking, what was all of that?
Sounded kind of technical and full of jargon, but what do they mean by that?
What is meant by malicious degradation of algorithmic functions?
Well, this is really critical to understand.
So today's AI systems, including the large language models, LLMs, that are trained by Meta, Facebook, Microsoft, Google, IBM, Twitter, and many other Private organizations as well, some universities and some governments and so on.
All of these systems read the internet in order to train their linguistic neural networks.
They scrape billions of content pages from across the internet.
And they add to that who knows how many hundreds of thousands of books or encyclopedias.
And of course, every news report they can get their hands on through all of time.
And they use this for training their language models, which means that the knowledge and the patterns that are found in the words on the internet are altering the patterns in the language models.
They're actually training the language models how to think, you could say, or how to speak, how to answer questions.
So when you hear DHS talk about the, quote, malicious degradation of algorithmic functions, you need to understand that what they're actually talking about is people who have websites that contain content that opposes the government's agenda for the training of their AI language models.
So if they've trained their AI language models to be pro-vaccine, pro-lockdown, pro-big government, pro-Joe Biden, pro-Federal Reserve, pro-fiat currency, pro-war, pro-Israel, all this stuff, then if you have a webpage that questions all of that, For example, having a website that is opposed to COVID vaccine mandates, opposed to masks, you get the idea.
Or maybe a website that supports Donald Trump, for example.
Or an anti-war website that doesn't support the military-industrial complex.
Or an anti-Big Pharma website.
Or any other similar website.
The fact that your website exists...
And the fact that the AI models are reading the public websites to train their language models means that the existence of your website can be considered by DHS to be a, quote, malicious degradation of algorithmic functions.
They can declare your website to be a cybersecurity threat to the algorithms that are powering the AI systems that will increasingly be used to run universities, governments, corporations, fulfillment centers, federal corporations, fulfillment centers, federal agencies, and more.
Do you understand what I'm saying?
That the very existence of your speech that opposes the underlying training of the AI models can be declared to be a cyber threat.
Even if you're not a hacker, even if you're not releasing Trojan horses or malicious code, and you're not encouraging anyone to be a hacker merely by having a web page, I'm sorry.
That says something that they don't want to see.
They can claim that you are undermining the algorithmic functions that are powering the critical infrastructure of the United States of America.
And thus, they will develop quote, new methods of addressing the evolving threats.
And how are they going to do that?
They're going to use and weaponize AI against free speech.
It's incredibly obvious.
One of the ways they will weaponize AI against you is by collaborating with big tech and telling big tech that they can no longer support any outbound links to any website that's on the CISA list of being a cybersecurity threat.
They will also, of course, this is rather obvious, they will demand that The companies that write the browsers, you know, Google Chrome, Firefox, Brave, and what have you, they will demand that browsers automatically block websites that are declared to be cybersecurity threats by CISA. Your website can simply host an article,
even a scientific article, that presents evidence that vaccines are killing people.
That can end up on the CISA cybersecurity threat list and then browsers will block your access to it.
That will be centrally controlled by CISA and they'll use AI systems to go out and crawl the web And to do what's called sentiment analysis of the open text and to create a score.
What is your sentiment on vaccines?
It can be from minus 100, which is that you hate vaccines, to plus 100, that you love vaccines.
And they can decide that any website that is less than zero will be deemed a cybersecurity threat and added to the list of malicious activity websites that will be blocked at the browser level.
It's also possible that the State Department can then seize the domain names.
So this has been called over the years the internet kill switch.
And of course it's a gross violation of the First Amendment.
It is essentially the government carrying out an act of war against the American people.
But all it requires is the State Department to order the seizure of domains That CISA adds to its cybersecurity threat list.
And by the way, the State Department seizes domain names all the time.
They do it every day.
They often do it based on counterfeit brand names.
When, for example, some criminal operation is importing a bunch of counterfeit Rolex watches, let's say, and they're selling them in the United States, and then Rolex goes to the State Department and says, hey, can't you do something about this?
And so the State Department then seizes that domain name and shuts it down.
This has also been done for websites that were selling illegal suppressors that were being imported from China using common carriers such as the U.S. Mail and UPS and FedEx and so on and Customs and Border Protection or CBP has intercepted many of those shipments because China, of course, is stockpiling weapons and equipment in the United States.
Many of those shipments contained illegal suppressors.
Others contained drop-in full-auto trigger mechanisms for battle rifles, typically AK-47s.
But the State Department has also been involved in the seizure of some of those domains, and I can certainly understand that if somebody is out there selling illegal full auto triggers, then yes, of course, you want to shut down that website.
But CISA is going to deem free speech to be a terroristic threat in America.
They've already done that in the last election, and they're going to demand that free speech domains or independent journalism domains be shut down and seized by the State Department.
And this is why, by the way, it's really important that if you want to have access to information, you're going to need to embrace peer-to-peer content distribution systems that do not depend on domain names.
We've covered two of those.
Remember, I have a show called Decentralize TV, and you can see all the episodes on that website, decentralized.tv.
But I've interviewed the founders of both Bastion, which is B-A-S-T-Y-O-N, as well as Cortal, which is Q-O-R-T-A-L. That website is cortal.org.
And the Bastion website is bastion.com.
You only need those websites to download their software and install their software and run it locally.
They both function as peer-to-peer decentralized content distribution systems.
Bastion looks a lot like Twitter, for example.
I use Bastion.
And once you're using the app, you don't need a domain name to function in order to receive or send information through the app.
So as the governments of the world increasingly seize domain names to try to kill the internet and control the public's access to websites, we're going to see a rapid rise in peer-to-peer decentralized technology such as Bastion or Cordle.
You're also going to see a sharp increase in decentralized messaging apps, chat apps, and decentralized currency, which currently includes, of course, cryptocurrency and privacy crypto such as Monero or Firo or others.
So keep in mind that the people who want to be free in the world are going to increasingly embrace decentralized solutions that governments can't block because I don't believe the government is going to take down the TCPIP backbone of the internet because that would disallow their own use of it.
What they're going to do instead is control domains and control big tech platforms and which domains that they can link to.
And if they can get away with it, they will try to control browsers.
However, the good news on this, and this is one of the ways that we can all fight back against tyranny in a peaceful manner, of course, I don't think Brave would do
that.
And even if they did...
There are a large number of other browsers out there in the open source community that could be almost instant replacements.
So the truth is it's going to be very difficult for CISA to block access to information because of the resiliency, redundancy, and frankly the ingenuity of the open source communities and how many tools that they've already built and distributed in order to allow people to exchange information freely.

When will Elon Musk lift the shadow bans?
When will he bring back other banned people who did nothing wrong themselves other than questioning the official narratives of COVID or elections or January 6th or other similar topics?
So the issue is that we should never be reliant on one platform that is controlled by one man or woman.
Or transgender in that case.
One person should not be in the position to control who is allowed to speak.
And that's why decentralized technology or peer-to-peer technology is so crucial for the survival of America because it creates freedom and redundancy where not only can the government itself not ban speech on decentralized platforms,
but also enemies of America who might be trying to shut down the infrastructure, and potentially those enemies could one day be Chinese invaders or perhaps a Russian cybersecurity attack force or a North Korean attack force.
They would be unable to bring down a peer-to-peer decentralized system because, by definition, it is very resilient for being decentralized.
So don't you find it interesting that the most resilient technologies for communications and money are peer-to-peer decentralized systems, especially those that use encryption and that are built on open source protocols, and yet this is exactly what the media opposes.
It's what CISA opposes.
It's what the Biden regime opposes.
Governments oppose decentralization and privacy and encryption because they want to have monopoly control over all forms of communication.
They want to have security and privacy for themselves, but they don't want the people to have security and privacy because they want to be able to constantly surveil and monitor all the people.
They want the American people to basically live in a giant open-air prison camp As they are also being replaced by illegals that will wipe them out.
And just to accelerate it, they're injecting the American people with depopulation bioweapons that are falsely labeled vaccines.
So it's not difficult to see the whole agenda here and where this is going.
In fact, you almost have to be willfully blind to this to not see it.
Now, moving on, there's another document That we need to consider.
And I'll be covering this in a lot more detail with Alex Jones on his show.
So be sure you don't miss that.
But this document, which is available from CISA.gov, is called 2023 to 2024 CISA Roadmap for Artificial Intelligence.
And what's clear from this document, if you go through and study it, is that free speech is going to be deemed an AI enhanced attack.
And under the cyber threat rules that will be propagated by CISA and the State Department and Homeland Security, free speech will be defined as malicious activity.
And any author or podcaster who questions the establishment will be accused of actually being an AI agent and they will be designated harmful AI even if they're human.
For example, Take my case.
I'm a very prolific content creator.
I do dozens of hours of interviews and podcasts each week.
And I do use AI tools to assist with the speech to text transcription.
Because it saves me time to have a transcription and then I will clean up those transcriptions and correct the AI errors in order to ensure better accuracy.
But because I'm using AI in the process of transcriptions, CISA could designate my speech as being a representation of quote harmful AI because they would claim that AI tools were used in the creation of this content that they deem to be harmful or malicious.
Content such as questioning vaccines or telling the truth about the open border invasion of the United States or content that questions the legitimacy of the 2020 election and so on.
We can all come up with many examples of that.
So even if you're not using AI to generate articles, if you're using AI at all in your business, in your content creation process, you can be accused of harnessing, quote, harmful AI. And that's what CISA says they have to stop.
Any AI that opposes their agenda must be silenced or destroyed.
And another takeaway from this document that's critical to understand is that when you hear government agencies or tech companies talking about AI, anytime they use the word safety or they use the term guardrails, what they're really talking about is censorship.
So when they use safety, they're saying that their AI system can never recommend that someone avoid vaccines, for example.
And they program their AI systems to encourage people to defer to, quote, authoritative sources such as the CDC or the FDA or the federal government or big pharma in order to make sure that you're continuing to take your vaccines.
So if you query a large language model right now and you ask it, what are the dangers of chemotherapy?
It will typically answer with something along the lines of, well, chemotherapy has saved countless millions of lives throughout the history of modern medicine.
But there are a few possible side effects that may affect a small percentage of people.
These might include the following A, B, C, and so on.
But you see how that AI chatbot is programmed to first push the propaganda to claim that chemotherapy saves lives, which is a lie.
Chemotherapy is actually the primary cause of so-called cancer deaths in America today.
Although cancer still kills people without chemotherapy, those who undergo chemotherapy tend to die more quickly from more cancers, by the way, especially compared to people who change their lifestyle and begin to consume anti-cancer foods and especially compared to people who change their lifestyle and begin to consume anti-cancer foods and nutrients and up their vitamin
But you will never hear a corporate language model That is approved by big tech or approved by the government telling you that nutrition can prevent cancer because that's not allowed under the quote safety rules that these language models are built on.
This is really important to understand.
So when you read from this report that CISA has put out, they say, quote, CISA will use AI-enabled software tools to strengthen cyber defense and support our critical infrastructure mission.
CISA's adoption of AI will ensure responsible, ethical, and safe use.
That's an exact quote out of that document.
What they mean by that, when they say responsible, they mean pro-vaccine, pro-big government, When they say ethical, they mean woke virtue signaling.
And when they say safe, they mean censorship of any counter-narratives that they don't want you to hear about.
That's what they mean.
These are all code words for censorship.
Responsible, safety, guardrails, all of these terms.
Now, there are uncensored AI language models that are available out there, many of them on an open source basis.
But those aren't the ones that are going to be heavily hyped or promoted or easily accessible.
You'd have to know how to run Python code.
You'd have to probably have a much more capable server with graphics cards in it and so on to run more of these uncensored models.
They won't make it easy for the American public to access them.
Now remember in all of this that when CISA was involved in stealing the election for Joe Biden, that was called defending election infrastructure.
You know, cyber security.
And remember how the deep state conjured up this crazy story blaming Russia.
And everything that Trump did as being part of a Russian agent was all made up.
It was all a Hillary Clinton operation based on complete disinformation.
Of course, the FBI was involved.
CISA was involved.
But while they are destroying your country with lies and propaganda and treason, they will claim to be defending critical infrastructure from cyber attacks and unsafe AI or harmful AI. You need to learn how to read between the lines of what they're saying.
When they say safety, they mean censorship.
When they say harmful AI, they mean narratives that they want to silence.
And when they say they're defending election infrastructure, what they really mean is they're taking it over so they can rig elections to make sure that Trump doesn't win.
They even talk about this openly.
They say CISA will also stand up an operational effort in the Joint Cyber Defense Collaborative, the JCDC, To catalyze focused collaboration around threats, vulnerabilities, and mitigations affecting AI systems.
Well, what does all that mean?
It means they're going to cooperate with other federal government assets to weaponize AI in order to silence and de-platform all the voices they want to censor, while also using AI to infiltrate and hack and control systems that run elections or that run local governments, for example.
In essence, this is an AI takeover of every level of society.
And in fact, they openly admit this.
They say in this document that, quote, CISA will assess and assist secure by design AI based software adoption across a diverse array of stakeholders, including federal civilian government agencies,
private sector companies and state, local, tribal and territorial governments, That covers pretty much everybody through the development of best practices and guidance for secure and resilient AI software development and implementation.
So this means that CISA wants the federal government to run your AI systems in your local governments, in your tribes.
And in the corporations across America where, of course, these AI weapons will be agents working for the federal government to compromise security in America and to control systems, to control corporations, to control elections, to control local governments.
That's what this is all about.
This is an AI takeover.
Of the United States of America, because remember that these so-called stakeholders, they include big pharma, big banks, the military industrial complex, the deep state intelligence agencies, NGOs, nonprofits, universities, everything.
Those are the stakeholders.
It's all the sectors of society that currently have power and they don't want to give up any power so they need to enslave the people and control everything.
They need to make sure that elections aren't honest.
They need to make sure that free speech never happens so that there are no free debates.
They need to make sure that people are brainwashed about the next plandemic.
They need to make sure that people are hyped up into the emotional rage of war so that they will get behind war with China or war with Russia or war with whoever.
This is all massive top-down manipulation of the American people, the U.S. economy, the educational system, the election system, the telecommunications infrastructure and all of it.
This is a total AI takeover of America.
And it even goes global, by the way.
They talk about the global partners.
They need to, quote, engage with international partners surrounding global AI security, you know, because it's not enough to just take over everything in the United States.
They want to take over the world.
I mean, it's the U.S. empire, obviously.
They want to pillage and rape every nation in the world, which was what the whole war on Russia was all about in the first place.
So now that you know all this, I want to show you a chart from this CISA document.
It's on page six.
And it shows a chart, one, two, three, four, five.
These are the key pointers of what CISA is attempting to do.
And we're going to translate these five things into reality.
Number one, it says, line of effort.
Responsibly use AI to support our mission.
Number two, assure AI systems.
Number three, protect critical infrastructure from malicious AI. Number four, collaborate with interagency, international partners, and the public.
Number five, expand AI expertise in our workforce.
That's what CISA says.
Now let me translate those five things into real speak.
Number one, they're going to use AI to censor free speech, and they're going to claim they're doing so because speech is irresponsible.
Number two, they're going to regulate and control AI and try to wipe out open source AI systems so that the only AI that you're allowed to use is AI that the federal government controls by pressuring the tech corporations.
Number three, they're going to declare free speech to be a cyber threat and then weaponize AI to shut down those who are exercising free speech.
Number four, they're going to achieve an AI government rollout and takeover of every level of government across America, including elections, in order to make sure they have central federal control over everything that happens at every level across this country.
It's an AI takeover of your local government, essentially.
And then number five, they're going to expand the use of AI to replace human workers.
Because this is all part of the replacement program, obviously, which is what Mallorcas is involved with at DHS.
They want to replace the American people.
So CISA is going to be involved in teaching guidance and best practices to AI development and deployment in corporations.
And what that's going to mean is that about 50% of the white-collar workers across America will find themselves obsolete just in the next few years.
Because AI right now is extremely capable of taking on a lot of desk job tasks, including multimodal tasks, such as writing descriptions of photographs or converting speech into text or converting text to speech or creating such as writing descriptions of photographs or converting speech into text or converting text to speech or Things like that.
There are an incredible array of AI tools that achieve this right now.
In fact, there's a website that's compiled over a thousand of these AI tools with links to the tool websites.
It's called superaitools.io if you want to check it out.
And some of these tools are absolutely astonishing.
For example, there's one called upscale.media that can upscale the resolution of images.
So if you have a low-resolution image and you want it to be higher resolution, this website will do it for you.
And it's doing it through AI by guessing what the pixels should be by referencing a massive pattern library of probably hundreds of millions of other images that it's seen before.
In any case, these tools also include Microsoft Autogen as well as Amazon Q. These kinds of tools will replace workflow in desk jobs.
So for people even in government, Who are typically called paper pushers, although I know that's an oversimplification of what they do.
But even decision makers or people who handle correspondence, people who make decisions about applications, people working in healthcare as well, people who classify insurance charges for medical services and so on.
All of these jobs are already obsolete right now today in December.
It's just that the deployment of the AI agents, as they're called, has not yet displaced all these people.
But over the next two to three years, I anticipate 50% of white-collar workers will be obsolete.
Most of them will be let go.
And anyone telling you that AI won't replace human beings is full of bunk.
These AI systems are going to replace not only about half the white-collar workers across America, they will also, a few years after that, replace about 50% of blue-collar workers, including those in agriculture and fulfillment warehouses, including those in agriculture and fulfillment warehouses, cleaning services, stocking grocery store shelves, and so much more because we will have humanoid robots rolled out and they will be programmed with AI brains and
And so much more because we will have humanoid robots rolled out and they will be programmed with AI brains and they will follow behavior patterns.
Just as language models follow language patterns, these AI enhanced robots will follow behavior patterns and they'll be able to do eventually things like surgeries.
They'll replace doctors at some point, although that will be several years down the road.
And of course, it's not science fiction anymore to realize that you're going to have AI-enhanced security robots.
They're going to be humanoid-shaped.
They're going to carry standard M4 rifles.
They're going to have infrared vision enhancements.
They're basically going to be Terminators, and they're going to be built on AI systems that are government-controlled for, quote, safety.
And what does safety mean?
Well, you know what's happening in our culture right now.
Safety means that it's okay for a group of 10 black kids to beat to death a white student, but it's never okay for a white cop to shoot a black violent criminal.
That's the kind of safety that is being imprinted in the AI systems.
Frankly, it's a racist, anti-white type of policy, but at a higher level, it demands the extermination of all human beings regardless of their skin color because, of course, all these AI systems are being taught that in order to stop climate change, all human beings have to all these AI systems are being taught that in order to stop climate change, all human beings have to
The entire climate cult is rooted in false science, but that's what's being taught to the AI systems because the woke corporations that are building AI, they all believe the climate lies, and that's because of censorship and propaganda, by the way.
So this is actually a self-reinforcing doom cycle of ignorance and suicide cult type of behavior on the part of humanity, and this is why we have to break that cycle and get tools out to we, the people, that can inform people of the truth about natural medicine that can inform people of the truth about natural medicine and disease prevention, healing foods, growing your own foods, permaculture, sustainable agriculture, and also the truth about climate change and other important topics such as how to prevent cancer, how to prevent
and also the truth about climate change and other important topics such as how to prevent cancer, how to prevent Alzheimer's disease.
You know, clearly Joe Biden could have used that advice a few years ago, but I guess it's too late at this point.

But what I intend to do, and what I'm working on right now, is a peaceful way to push back against all this madness.
I'm working on building a large language model system which will be released as a free open source chat bot And other people will be free to build on top of what we release, if they wish to.
And our system will be rooted in reality.
For example, if you ask it, can men get pregnant?
It will say, of course not.
It won't tell you that, yes, men can get pregnant because some people think they're men when they're actually not and blah, blah, blah.
No, it's actually going to tell you the truth about that and about many other subjects.
But most importantly, our model will specialize in Nutritional information, herbs, indigenous medicine, holistic medicine, complementary medicine, alternative medicine, and systems from around the world, you know, traditional Chinese medicine, Tibetan medicine, Amazonian medicine, and so on.
All these things that you can do in order to enhance your health, your longevity, your cognition, and other things that are really important for self-reliance and survival, including Very strong knowledge in agriculture and learning how to grow food.
So we're going to release that model for free.
We're putting a substantial investment into the hardware and the R&D infrastructure that's necessary to produce this model.
We're doing a tremendous amount of data procurement that's also necessary to train this model.
And like I said, we intend to release it completely free of charge.
You'll have to download it and run it locally.
So you will have to have a computer that meets the specifications, the required amount of RAM, for example, and a sufficiently strong CPU, but it will run on typical office computer hardware.
It's not going to require a supercomputer workstation or something like that.
And over time, these models will get easier and easier to run locally as well as computing power increases and the price of storage and memory also continues to decline.
And my intention is to simply empower humanity with the knowledge and skills to survive, to live well, to live free, to defend your liberties and your communities and your families.
And ultimately, what this does is it bypasses big tech censorship.
And that's absolutely critical for the survival of the United States of America and the American people.
So that's why we're doing this.
And as I see it, this is a really outstanding solution for a number of reasons.
Number one, it's based in knowledge and the peaceful distribution of knowledge.
I'm not the kind of person that will go out and try to rally people to have some kind of fight or violent protest or anything of that kind.
I'm a person of peace.
I actually would like to see a lot more peace in the world.
I like to grow food.
I like to be creative.
And through this process, which is rooted in peace and really non-confrontation, we can simply educate people.
Through large language models that are distributed for free.
Secondly, we will be updating these on a regular basis by expanding human knowledge that is being censored by Google and Bing and other search engines.
As you've noticed, Google has wiped out a lot of knowledge about natural medicine and herbs and anticancer remedies and ivermectin and so on.
And they've, of course, wiped out all my work on YouTube and Facebook.
I'm not even allowed to speak on those platforms.
But through chatbots that we build ourselves and we release for free, well, we can codify that knowledge and distribute it to people in a way that empowers you.

The people who have the knowledge that we'll put into this model are people who have a much higher chance of survival, which means they can also help support their neighbors and friends to help our communities recover from disasters.
So again, this is non-confrontational.
We're not saying, oh, you know, tear down the system.
No, we're saying build up your local system.
Build up your local knowledge, your local resilience, your local redundancy.
That's what this is about.

You want to join the human resistance.
If you think about it, growing your food and having good nutrition is a really good way to be part of the resistance.
You don't have to pick up guns to be part of the resistance.
You just have to stay alive, actually, and teach people how to grow food.
Everybody's got to eat, except not the Terminator robots, of course, but human beings have to eat.
And that's how we're going to survive the war with the machines.
We're going to use AI tools to empower each other, and we're going to build strong local communities of mutual support and mutual knowledge sharing.
And we can use this technology to achieve that, and that's exactly what I am working on right now.
We'll have releases in late March that you'll be able to play with yourself.
And in the meantime, anything that you can do to help support us will be invested in these platforms and these types of projects that help empower humanity.
I believe in humanity.
I believe in the original vision of America.
And although I also believe that we're going to go through a very dark time here, And we have been taken over by an anti-American globalist force that is seeking to exterminate the American people and replace them with illegals from all over the world.
That in the end, I think that their efforts will fail.
And I think that we will rebuild America from the ashes of this collapsed system with its collapsed currency, its collapsed morality, the collapsed education system, the collapsed election system, and so on.
We will rebuild this nation into something more closely resembling the original vision of America.
And it is those of us who have knowledge and skills and And decentralized systems of sharing knowledge that will play the most crucial pivotal roles in the rebuilding of this nation and the resurrection of the spirit of America after the collapse of the system by the anti-humanists or the trans-humanists that hate humanity.
So I know it's an epic time to be alive, no question about it.
It's biblical in every sense of the word.
But I think God put us here in this time for specific reasons related to the survival of the human race and the protection of morality, ethics, communities, and knowledge.
