	Welcome to Brett John Broadcast News for Friday, June 2nd, 2023.
	I'm Mike Adams, the founder of Brighteon, and I've got a big announcement to share with you today.
	We have just completed a laboratory analysis at our food science labs that you will find to be critically important.
	It's an analysis of the ability of water filters to remove cesium isotopes.
	Here, I just have a few on my desk right here.
	But we tested a huge number.
	What is the exact number here?
	I don't know.
	Like 25-plus water filters, off-the-shelf filters, the gravity drip filters, and others.
	High-end, low-end ones that you can buy online, ones that you just buy through regular retailers, whatever.
	We tested all these water filters to remove cesium.
	As you know, cesium-137 is the most dangerous isotope that you find in radioactive fallout following nuclear terrorism or nuclear war.
	It's cesium-137, which has about a 29-year half-life, that has rendered the land around Chernobyl here toxic and unusable since 1986.
	And by the way, it will be unusable for farming for 300 years.
	Or technically 290 years.
	So we've only just begun the countdown on that.
	So if you want to know what water can you drink or what will filter out cesium isotopes in water following a nuclear event, then you're going to want to tune in as we release those results publicly after having tested, again, over two dozen off-the-shelf water filters for their ability to do this.
	We've used ICP-MS testing at our laboratory, which is inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry.
	It's the same instrument that we use to test for lead and cadmium, arsenic, mercury, and so on in food items.
	We have conducted testing.
	First, we actually made a contaminated supply of water, quite a large amount, about 30-plus gallons, using a stable isotope of cesium, which was cesium-133, by the way.
	And then, because of course we're not going to handle cesium-137, so we use stable cesium, so it's the same element, just has, you know, slightly different mass.
	And then we tested the ability of all of these filters to remove that cesium, and what we found shocked us.
	We started with a concentration, I'm just checking my notes here, of about, looks like a little over 78,000 parts per billion, or 78 ppm, as it's known.
	And then we tested all the filters for their ability to remove that cesium.
	We found that some filters achieved a near 100% removal.
	Other filters failed miserably.
	And what shocked me the most is that there are some filters that are advertised as filtering out radioactive water that actually failed our tests.
	And the filters that perform the best in our tests Turns out are filters that don't even emphasize any ability to filter out radiation in water, which really means radioisotopes that are pollutants in water.
	So, this is really shocking information to me.
	I'm looking at the numbers right here.
	We're going to release this information in a special video segment here on Brighttown.com coming out Wednesday, June 14th.
	So, it's not that far away.
	And we're going to give you the very best water filters.
	We'll name the brands that perform the best in our tests.
	And we will give you an overview of some of the failed results, although I'm not here to hammer brands that failed, but rather to highlight the brands that did very well.
	And by the way, there was one brand that we tested that we couldn't get any water to go through it.
	So we don't really have test results for that brand.
	It's a fairly popular brand.
	We're willing to test it again if that company would send us a unit that we could test.
	But there's one that just failed.
	There's just no water came through, period.
	Which is very odd.
	It's like the filter got clogged up or something.
	But one of the surprising things is that one of the filters that perform the best is rather inexpensive.
	It only costs about $35 online.
	And here, guys, show camera one.
	It's this filter right here.
	We'll tell you about this filter next week.
	We don't sell that filter, by the way.
	I was absolutely shocked that it performed so well in this test because other filters that look exactly the same, that are in the same price range, other filters failed miserably.
	In a similar fashion, some of the more high-end, higher-cost gravity drip filters, some of them performed extremely well.
	Also, by the way, very well.
	And then there's this other one here which we'll talk about when I do the full report on this that also did very well.
	So the thing is...
	The performance that we were able to show in the laboratory using ICP-MS, mass spec instrumentation, with our ISO accredited lab, by the way, the performance has nothing to do, it seems, with how these products are positioned or marketed or the claims that are made by the marketers or promoters of these products.
	That's what's shocking to me.
	In other words, there was no correlation whatsoever.
	between a product claiming to remove radiation and its actual ability to do so and the winners in this were ones that don't even tout this ability whatsoever So I promised you I would do this for you.
	It took a little longer than I had anticipated.
	And the reason this matters is because, of course, we may be facing nuclear terrorism, a nuclear false flag.
	We may be facing nuclear war.
	So fallout is a very real risk right now for all of us.

	It just tells you they don't give a crap about your health or your survivability.
	After all, they already made money on the organs and the transplants and all the pharmaceuticals that go along with that.
	It's pretty crazy.

	And this is an interview between David Martin and my friend Seth Holhouse there at the New American.
	And the Liberty Daily posted this video.
	I'm not going to play it, but rather to just bring your attention to it.
	It's a short clip.
	David Martin is talking about 600 million people globally have been incapacitated by this COVID-19 vaccine.
	And he says that's the best case.
	600 million people incapacitated.
	So he's talking about the combination of deaths and injuries, people being maimed or disabled or killed.
	And, of course, on that list, we now have to include Jamie Foxx, the actor who is reportedly trying to recover from a severe stroke that happened right after he took the booster shot.
	And we covered that story yesterday.
	But David Martin is a meticulous researcher and a statistician, and he understands exactly what the numbers are in this case.
	And he says, look, 600 million people incapacitated.
	Other estimates show that at now approaching a billion people globally.
	And even then, at a billion people globally, that's only a fraction of what the globalists are trying to achieve in terms of their depopulation agenda.
	Because they want to, of course, mass murder about 7.5 billion people, leaving roughly only half a billion people remaining alive on this planet that's happening.
	That's their goal.
	So they're only partway there, you see.
	Only partway there.
	Yes, more injuries will kick in over time.
	Some people are still gullible enough to keep taking the boosters.
	Other people will suffer long-term damage.
	They'll be killed in the years down the road.

	So Twitter accusing the Daily Wire and Matt Walsh of misgendering, and Twitter once again proving that they are a corporation that is woke, that is evil, that is engaged in extreme censorship, that does not respect freedom of speech, and doesn't that is engaged in extreme censorship, that does not respect freedom of speech, and doesn't even believe that a man is a man and
	Under Elon Musk, to be clear, Twitter does the bidding of communist China, and Twitter believes that a man can become pregnant and that a woman can produce sperm.
	That's how insane, how crazy they are.
	Twitter is just as woke as Target.
	Twitter is just as woke as butt light.
	And Twitter should be treated exactly the same way as Target, which is a full, lifelong boycott.
	Now, If you don't boycott Twitter, they're going to silence you sooner or later if you criticize communists or if you say that we should support women.
	By the way, just to be clear, you know, unless, maybe, maybe, if Elon Musk would come out and correct me and correct the world and set the record straight and say, hey, we're going to fire all the woke morons who work at Twitter...

	Alright, in other news, moving on here, Zero Hedge covered this and a lot of stations and publishers covered this.
	Mexican TV spots a cartel wielding an anti-tank rocket launcher in Bordertown near Texas.
	So here it is.
	Here's a rocket launcher just being carried around on the back of a reported cartel member.
	This was in the Mexican TV channel Millennial.com.
	Mexican cartels prepare for war.
	They have military-grade rocket launcher.
	And some people, I don't know, I'm not familiar with this rocket launcher, but that is an AK rifle on his left there.
	But some people believe this is a Raytheon-made FGM-148 Javelin.
	Some people think it's that.
	Some people think it's something else.
	It might be an AT-4, which is a Swedish-made disposable anti-tank launcher.
	But, as Zero Hedge points out, these military-grade weapons are turning up in Mexican border towns when they probably were sent to Ukraine.
	So, this is what happens when you send all this free stuff to Ukraine, and then the corrupt Ukrainian leaders, what they do is they sell this stuff on the black market, and they ship it to Mexico, to the drug cartels, and then this stuff ends up eventually crossing the border and being used against the United States in the drug war.
	And, as you know, I've reported this extensively here on brighttown.com.
	I interviewed people like Michael Yan and J.R. Nyquist and others who warned that there are weapons systems being pre-positioned in the United States and it's not just these anti-tank Rocket or missile systems here, or what's being called a rocket launcher, it's not just that.
	It's mortars.
	It's explosive vests.
	It's dirty bomb material, by the way.
	It's surface-to-air missiles that can take down commercial aircraft and military planes.
	That is what is crossing the border into the United States right now.
	And all by design.
	All by design.
	The Biden regime doesn't want to close the borders.
	You know, Alejandro Mayorkas, he doesn't want to close the borders.
	Nothing.
	It's all coming in, plus the human trafficking, plus the drug trafficking, all the fentanyl, all of it.

	When the Communist Chinese are working with the Mexican cartels and they have an activation day, they're going to be attacking U.S. infrastructure using weapons like this.
	They're going to be attacking police stations, power grid substations, oil refineries, ports, railroad tracks, bridges.
	Other key infrastructure, communications towers, you name it, they're going to be using weapons like anti-tank weapons, explosives, all kinds of things, and mortars, by the way.
	Mortars are sadly, you know, very effective for cartels to use to target U.S. oil refineries and to take down our energy refining and distribution capabilities in the United States.
	So understand that when the war is activated domestically in the United States, you're not just going to be facing, you know, enemy occupying forces that have AK-47s.
	You're going to be facing enemy that have mortars and rocket launchers.
	And, by the way, armored up narco cartel vehicles that have better armor than the U.S. Army's Humvees, in case you're wondering.
	All right, so that's what's coming.
	Moving on, here's a story from Jonathan Turley.
	University of Colorado site declares misgendering to be an act of violence.
	So, yeah, this is the University of Colorado Boulder, no surprise there, out of their pride office website, which is, you know, perverts and freaks and trannies and child mutilators.
	They've stated that misgendering people can be considered an act of violence.
	Which means that they are saying that if you misgender someone, that that someone can then engage in acts of self-defense against you, perhaps shooting you in defense, since you are assuming to be carrying out, quote, act of violence by misgendering someone.
	So if some transgender, confused, mentally ill person is out there claiming that their pronouns are like Peter Pan fairy dust, And you messed that up.
	And you're like, Peter Ferry fan dust.
	And oh, that's an act of violence.
	You misgendered me.
	And plus, remember, you always have to read their mind as well because they can change their gender pronouns at any time without notice.
	So they can change, you know, Peter Pan fairy dust to Peter Pan fairy lust, right?
	And then, oh, you didn't know about the lust, the dust to lust transition, which is like trans particulate matter transmutations happening there.
	You didn't know about that.
	Suddenly, you're accused of carrying out an act of violence against a mentally ill lunatic.
	That's what the University of Colorado in Boulder is pushing now.
	They want people to be arrested and charged as criminals for carrying out these so-called acts of violence by merely referring to someone with their proper gender, like him or her.
	You see, the entire left-wing academia field of libtard moron lunatics doesn't even believe in normal words anymore.
	You can't use him or her.
	You have to use their made-up bullshit language in order to communicate with anybody at any time.
	And if you don't use their made-up bullshit language, then they want you to be arrested as a criminal.
	Meanwhile, their own criminals, like Antifa, are out committing actual acts of violence against regular, everyday, normal people.
	But that's never called violence.
	That's called victimhood.
	No, they're the victims.
	So they come at you with a baseball bat, and if you don't just stand there and allow yourself to get whacked in the face with a baseball bat, if you defend yourself or try to block it or, God forbid, punch back, oh, then you're the aggressor and they're the victim.
	Because that's what this is all about.
	It's a new form of victimhood from a mentally ill segment of academia now.
	And I'm glad that Jonathan Turley is writing about this.
	We're living in some very strange times, folks.
	That's for sure.

	Next little story here.
	President Trump speaking to a group.
	In Iowa, this is a Liberty Daily video.
	Thank you, J.D. Rucker, for posting this.
	Trump was asked, what about the deaths that have been caused by the COVID vaccines?
	And I'm not going to play this for you.
	You can watch it yourself.
	But Trump answers, and he says basically that, well, lots of people wanted the vaccine, and so I made it available faster than anyone else, faster than anybody in history, so that everybody could have it.
	President Trump, that's not an answer.
	If half of America wanted a poison, would you say, oh, so we created the poison faster than anybody, made it available faster than anybody so that people could enjoy the poison?
	Because that's what he's claiming.
	I mean, he's avoiding the question.
	The question is, President Trump, you fast-tracked something through Operation Warp Speed, the spike protein that is killing people, that is maiming people, that is making people disabled.
	It is a murder weapon built by the Department of Defense that you, sir, pushed onto the American people.
	The question is, why are you complicit in the murder of these American people?
	Why won't you back away from the vaccines?
	And his answer is, oh, well, some people wanted the vaccine, so I made it available more quickly.
	Better than anyone else?
	I'm sorry.
	That is not an acceptable answer.
	The only acceptable answers here are something like, oh, sorry, Fauci lied to us.
	I didn't know at the time.
	I do not support this deadly, toxic vaccine any longer.
	And I think that those who are injured by this vaccine should sue the government, by the way, should sue the government.
	For mandating this.
	Like, that's an acceptable answer.
	And Trump is not going anywhere near that.
	So, as far as I can tell, right now, still to this day, Trump is the Pfizer candidate for president.
	He's still the Pfizer candidate.
	And this is going to be his downfall, let me tell you folks.
	He will not be able to win as the pro-Pfizer, pro-vaccine candidate.
	He just does not have the support because everybody else, especially conservatives, know this vaccine is killing people.
	Everybody knows this.
	Somehow, except Trump.
	And I've been told through back channels that Trump just never wants to admit that he made a mistake.
	He just can't come out and correct himself.
	He can't say that that was wrong and now he knows better and he'll do better from here forward.
	Incapable of doing that.
	Well, if that's the case, is that the kind of character that we want for someone in the White House?
	Who can never admit they made a mistake because we all make mistakes.
	We're all human.
	We all made mistakes, especially when it came to COVID, because the information was so fast-moving and kind of sketchy at first.
	I don't blame Trump for being initially fooled.
	I mean, I was tricked by some of the stuff that was coming out in the first few months as well.
	We were all, to some level, tricked by the videos coming out of China and the panic and everything.
	But...
	To stick with that to this day in 2023, when we know that 600 million people, as Dr.
	David Martin is now saying, with evidence, and look at the book by Ed Dowd, right?
	Cause Unknown.
	Look at the statistics that are out there.
	We know that hundreds of millions of people are dead or injured or maimed by these vaccines.
	For Trump to come along today and still stick with the original 2020 explanation, like, oh, everybody wanted it, so I just gave it to him.
	Well, hey, Trump, if everybody wants a rocket launcher, you're going to give them a rocket launcher?
	If everybody wants to commit suicide with cocaine, you're going to make suicide doses of cocaine available faster than anybody else and brag about that?
	I'm sorry.
	That's not an acceptable answer.
	You need to get this straight, Trump, or you will not have my support or the support of Frankly, most conservatives, you need to get on the right side of history on this, and the data are now clear.
	This is a clear-cut issue.
	The vaccine is killing people.
	If you are pro-vaccine and pro-Pfizer at this point, you are complicit in the genocide against humanity.
	There's no other way around it, and we're not letting you off the hook on this.
	So you get on the right side of history if you want to have a shot at the White House.
	Otherwise, a lot of conservatives are just going to go support RFK Jr., by the way, Robert F. Kennedy Jr., who is on the right side of history when it comes to these vaccines, and the Republican Party will have no hope whatsoever for this upcoming election.
	You know, how hard is it to just acknowledge the vaccines killing some people?
	Why can't you say that?
	And why should we put somebody in power who can't just tell the truth?
	It really is that simple.
	So here's a story out of UncoverDC.com, by the way, of someone who is telling the truth.
	Watts' family sues the DOD for willful misconduct in groundbreaking COVID vaccine case.
	The family of George Watts Jr., who died unexpectedly, is suing the DOD claiming willful misconduct because the DOD allegedly misled the public about the safety of the vaccine, according to The Defender, which is published by Children's Health Defense here, which, of course, was founded by Robert F. Kennedy Jr.
	So, what you need to understand about this case is that It was Trump who was pushing the DOD under Operation Warp Speed.
	This man, George Watts Jr., I believe that he is dead because of, in part, the complicity of Donald J. Trump.
	And this lawsuit is proceeding for now.
	He died, he's 24 years old, died from, quote, myocarditis following the Pfizer injection.
	And this tweet here says the county is currently working on similar cases, according to Bradford County Chief Deputy Coroner Timothy Cahill Jr.
	So there's a lot more to this story.

	But you see, Lloyd Austin at the Pentagon pushed this, I believe, in order to mass murder American soldiers.
	The head of the Pentagon is committing acts of treason, wartime treason, to mass murder American soldiers because he was ordered to do so.
	And sadly, President Donald J. Trump went right along with it.
	And yet, he's been given every opportunity to back off of that and to correct himself and to say...
	That he didn't mean to push something that was dangerous to the people and that he now acknowledges that people should not take that vaccine because it is killing people.
	He's been given every opportunity to back away from that and he has refused every opportunity, every single one.
	That is not a presidential characteristic.
	I'm sorry.
	Robert F. Kennedy Jr.
	is actually acting more presidential at this point, just honestly stated, more presidential in being willing to tell the truth.
	I mean, make of that what you will.
	But I'm going to call it like it is.
	And, you know, if Trump changes his position, I will acknowledge him for it.
	If RFK does something that is horrendous, I'll call him out for that.
	Like if RFK came out and said that he doesn't support the Second Amendment and everybody needs to turn in their guns, well, guess what?
	He would hear about it from me and others.
	You can be sure of that.
	Because I am holding these people accountable to the principles of freedom and liberty and truth and transparency.
	And that's what we must do.
	Too many Americans have become too lazy, apathetic, and complacent in putting up with liars and fraudsters crooks in office throughout the Democrat and the Republican Party.
	We've put up with it for far too long.
	And if we ever want to have a chance to take this country back, we have to start holding the line and holding the feet to the fire of these people who make promises to us.
	And then they abandon those promises or they're not willing to come out and tell the truth when it's right in their freaking faces.
	It's in your face, Trump.
	These vaccines are killing people.
	Why won't you state the truth?
	If you won't, you won't have the support of the American people.
	It's not just about the economy.
	It's about people freaking dying.
	It's about people losing their loved ones.
	And how can you have an economy when people keep dying because of the vaccine that you pushed?
	You want to talk about things that are bad for the economy?
	How about working age people keeling over dead with strokes and myocarditis because of the vaccine?
	That kills any economy, which was part of the plan, by the way.
	Just my thoughts on the subject.

	It's great to have you here.
	And I'm going to bring up your website while we're talking, by the way, LC.org.
	I encourage all our listeners to do so.
	Tell us about the top two or three cases that you are arguing right now or you're working with victims or people to help support their liberties.
	What's on your radar?
	Well, just a few days ago, we filed a petition for review at the United States Supreme Court on behalf of Sandra Merritt.
	Sandra Merritt is sued by Planned Parenthood Federation of America.
	So it is Sandra Merritt versus Planned Parenthood Federation of America.
	A judge in San Francisco ultimately awarded $2 million to Planned Parenthood and then about $14 million in attorney's fees and costs for a total of about $16 million If you go back in 2015, this is when Sandra and then David Daleiden as well, they began to do investigations.
	They consulted attorneys and other experts.
	They realized that what was going on in the abortion industry, particularly with Planned Parenthood and the organ procurement companies, was a tragedy.
	It had been going on for some time.
	They actually watched a video going back to 2010, a documentary by ABC 2020.
	Connie Chung was the host and Others were there doing the investigation.
	They did an undercover investigation of an abortion doctor near the Washington, D.C. area who had been aborting babies and then harvesting their baby body parts for sale.
	So he was getting paid on the abortion side and then also getting paid for selling these baby body parts.
	So the documentary, 2010, ends by saying this.
	This is illegal and nobody's doing anything about it.
	So Sandra prayed and she got involved.
	She wasn't an activist.
	She decided to do research.
	And she and David did undercover investigation with hidden cameras on their body, much like James O'Keefe has done with his undercover investigation.
	Yes, we've covered this quite a lot.
	I mean, this made a lot of waves because my memory of this, but you can correct me if I'm wrong, my memory is that there were Planned Parenthood practitioners admitting on camera to selling body parts in order to purchase things like luxury vehicles.
	Is that...
	That's right.
	Dr.
	Gadder, she said that she wanted to have higher prices for these organs because she wanted to buy a Lamborghini.
	Dr.
	Nukatola admitted, and she was a medical director at the time with Planned Parenthood.
	She also, I think, wore another hat with one of the organ procurement companies.
	A number of them had two different hats, on the abortion side, on the organ procurement company side.
	She said that she was changing the abortion procedure so that she would bring the baby out feet first so that it would be born breech and that its head would still be inside the mother so it would still be technically considered an abortion and then she would crush below and crush above the thorax and then remove intact body parts because the more intact the body parts the livers the hearts the kidneys the lungs The higher the price that
	would be paid.
	And of course, they didn't want to put poisons, if you will, into these babies because that would interfere with some of the research.
	These facilities like universities were getting funding from Dr.
	Fauci's National Institutes of Health to do research on these babies, aborted baby body parts.
	They would then reach out to the organ procurement companies.
	They would place an order.
	And their order may be something along the lines of they wanted an intact heart, a gestation of six, seven, eight weeks, whatever it might be.
	And that then would be given over to the abortion clinics and they would get an order for them about what they wanted to abort that day and the organs they wanted to harvest.
	So as a result of these videos, They were shocking, as you know, because you reported on this, they were definitely shocking.
	And consequently, Congress investigated.
	Congress actually recommended indictment, charging against Planned Parenthood, but the Obama administration turned the other way.
	Texas then began to investigate.
	Texas and other states then defunded Planned Parenthood from receiving Medicaid funding because of this illegal activity.
	And that was upheld by a court of appeals.
	And then a prosecutor in Orange County, California, filed suit against some of these organ procurement companies.
	And one of them was fined $7.8 million for illegal activity and had to go out of business because it couldn't handle the fine.
	Others were able to handle the fine, so they're still in business.
	So as a result, there was a lot of activity that really showed there was illegal action going on.
	But now what happened is Planned Parenthood sued Sandra Merritt And the San Francisco judge literally said that there was no First Amendment defense.
	No First Amendment defense.
	It was absolutely unreal.
	So this case now is before the United States Supreme Court.
	We've asked the court to review it because if this is not overturned, then the First Amendment and investigative journalism is in the crosshairs.
	You raise so many critical issues here, Matt, and thank you for explaining that so coherently because sitting here, I'm getting a little bit emotional, steaming mad about the fact that the process that you described of how these living human children are, quote, aborted, in my view, in my mind, that is straight-up murder.
	I know that's not the focus of your case.
	It's not a criminal case.
	However, It is astonishing to me that in this nation, in the United States of America, founded on Christian principles, that instead of the murderers, in my view, being prosecuted, then the legal system in California was weaponized, in my view, against the very whistleblowers who are trying to stop the violence against unborn children.
	That's how I view it.
	Well, that's right.
	And in fact, if you go look at who's behind this, it first was Kamala Harris.
	She was the Attorney General of California at the time.
	And she sent agents to go raid David Daleiden's house so that they would confiscate any additional videos so that no more videos could be released to the public.
	And then she became a U.S. Senator.
	And then her position was taken by Xavier Becerra.
	We became the Attorney General.
	He then filed criminal charges against David and Sandra Merritt.
	And those criminal charges are still ongoing.
	We got a number of them dismissed, but there's still some that we will have to go to trial on later this year.
	The Los Angeles Times editorial board.
	Obviously, they're no bastion of conservatism, and they're not pro-life.
	When that happened, they came out with an editorial blasting the Attorney General Xavier Becerra, who's now Joe Biden's Secretary of Health and Human Services, blasting him because the impact would be devastating for news gathering organizations and journalism.
	No journalist in the history of California had ever been charged or had this kind of a lawsuit brought against them.
	So you have a criminal action by the state of California still going on.
	And then Planned Parenthood filed this civil action in San Francisco.
	We asked the judge to recuse himself because it was shown that he had a relationship with a local Planned Parenthood where he was renting facilities to an abortion organization, Planned Parenthood.
	He refused.
	And then he hand-tied the jury and he rejected the First Amendment defense.
	And he also allowed RICO to be used on this case, and that's for criminal enterprises.
	It's absolutely absurd.
	The implications of this case are quite stunning.
	Even People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals, PETA, filed a brief in our support at the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals because they agree with us, obviously, on the issue, but because they understand the implications of this kind of ruling.
	In fact, Other animal rights group in California had before this done undercover investigation, very similar to what Sandra did, revealing some awful tragic abuse of animals.
	And as a result, when it became public, that abuse ceased.
	So you can imagine all the things that James O'Keefe has done.
	Things that Sandra Merritt has done, the ABC 2020 documentary going back to 2010, those kinds of investigative journalism activities, they will all be crushed.
	Well, right, and that's a critical point that I want to comment on.

	But my question to you, Matt, is that it seems like...
	The courts have been weaponized.
	The justice system is crumbling in the sense that it does not apply equal justice.
	It depends on your politics.
	And even, for example, when the Washington Post had an undercover journalist blowing the whistle on Nixon or any conservative in history, that was perfectly fine.
	That was celebrated, won awards, Pulitzer Prizes, the whole deal.
	But when a conservative person exposes what I consider to be Coordinated mass murder and organ harvesting of human children, then that never gets treated with a sense of fairness or justice or righteousness.
	Instead, it is crushed and the whistleblowers are punished.
	So my question to you, sir, is how do we even navigate now this legal system when even the juries are so tainted and brainwashed that a jury in D.C. will convict any conservative on anything regardless of the evidence?
	Well, it's a long-term and a short-term process, and it's a multifaceted process.
	Let me give you an example.
	When we started Liberty Council in 1989, I was a pastor before becoming an attorney, and it was in 1983 that I watched a documentary called Assignment Life.
	And that documentary was about abortion.
	I did not know anything or much at all about abortion.
	When I saw it, it was eye-opening.
	It wasn't what the media had been telling me.
	It was a living human being that had been brutally ripped apart, even in these very early stages of life.
	And so as a result of that, I became a lawyer.
	And in 1989, we founded Liberty Council.
	And the goal of Liberty Council, one of the goals, was to overturn Roe v.
	Wade.
	That's 1989.
	Well, in 2022, that happened.
	Along the way, we had victories, we had defeats, we had ups and we had downs, but we never gave up.
	And we had a multifocal approach, obviously education, what you're doing, getting out the word, voting, and challenging politicians.
	Having the right laws, having the right people pass the laws, and then moving forward in the courts.
	All of that coordinated together and all of that came to pass in 2022.
	You go back, for example, to George W. Bush's term.
	He promised that as president he would appoint people to the United States Supreme Court that had the judicial philosophy of Antonin Scalia and also Justice Clarence Thomas.
	Well, he nominated Harriet Meyers instead, and we opposed him.
	We took a lot of heat.
	From people saying, you just need to trust the president.
	And we said, well, we have to trust and verify.
	And she's not of the caliber.
	So two weeks later, it came out that she said her hero was Ruth Bader Ginsburg.
	And of course, that tanked her candidacy.
	So she withdrew.
	Guess who was nominated?
	Justice now Samuel Alito.
	Samuel Alito, the very first week in office, there was a vote, and the vote was to take a partial birth abortion case.
	This was 2007.
	Now, the Supreme Court had already struck down a law in 2000 that banned partial birth abortion.
	Now, because of Alito on the court, there was another vote and he voted to take the case.
	Not only did he vote to take the case, but the case was argued in 2007.
	And when it was voted on by the justices, by the time it got to him, since he's the senior, the junior justice, starts with the senior, goes down to the junior in terms of their votes.
	He's the last person in the room.
	His vote's either irrelevant by that time or it's the most important vote ever cast.
	And on that day, it was the most important vote cast.
	And so by the time it got to him, it was a four four split.
	He was the tiebreaker 5-4 and it upheld the law that bans partial birth abortion.
	Completely flipped from 2000 to 2007 because of these multifocal actions.
	Then, guess who writes the Dobbs decision in 2022?
	Justice Samuel Alito.
	And so, you know, it's a long process.
	You never ever give up.
	Yes, the system is not fair.
	And yes, we have to continue to press forward and bring these arguments.
	I believe if the Supreme Court takes our case, I believe we will win, just like we won in the COVID shot mandates.
	You know, we had judges in the lower courts that ruled against us, but we won 5-4 at the Supreme Court in 2020, December of 2020, and then 6-3 in February of 2021, striking down These shop mandates on places of worship.
	So we have to just keep on pressing forward and never, ever give up.
	And it's a multifocal approach, multifaceted.
	And, you know, I think we're birthed here at this moment in history for such a time as this.
	And it's not cliché.
	It's really true.
	Agreed.
	So many things that challenge our faith and our values.
	But we have such great opportunity to push back and make a difference.
	And we just have to be faithful and continue to move forward.
	I completely agree.
	And sometimes when I personally, when I have questions like, what am I doing?
	I wake up and I see the latest news in the world and it's satanic this and grooming that and pedophilia this.
	And I say, you know, dear God, why am I here?
	Why did you put me here in this, in the middle of this?
	And, you know, the answer really is the same because you are asked, you are asked because you are capable to be part of this fight.
	Yeah.
	Well, let's look at Blake Treinen.
	He is a pitcher for the Los Angeles Dodgers.
	He was on the All-Star team in 2018, and he was part of the World Series Championship Dodgers in 2020.
	So now he's with the Dodgers, and the Dodgers invites, and then they disinvite, and then they re-invite this blasphemous group called the Sisters of Perpetual Indulgence.
	Oh, the photos are horrific.
	I'm sorry to interrupt.
	It's like Satanism on display.
	It is.
	So he reached out to us.
	We worked with him.
	He issued a statement yesterday pushing back on that.
	Yes.
	And I think that that will encourage other people as well.
	I think if you look at what Bud Light did, it's lost $27 billion in its stock value in just a few weeks.
	It's gone down 19.98%, almost at that magic 20% mark, which is a bull market.
	It's one of the lowest drops or biggest drops in the history of that organization, that company.
	And Target, it's lost $13 billion.
	I think what happens is the devil overplays.
	And on this whole transgender issue, because we're working a lot with people on this issue as well, the puberty blockers, the cross-sex hormones, the mutilating surgeries...
	What you're seeing, not only in the United States, but globally, is a push back and saying, you know, this is insane.
	States are passing laws banning this kind of mutilating procedure and puberty blockers and cross-sex hormones.
	And the general public is pushing back and saying, this is absurd.
	This has gone too far.
	I think the pendulum will swing back.
	So we just have to, it's crazy.
	It's just nonsensical when you look at Pronoun usages and the whole transgender issue, it becomes absurd.
	You wonder if you're living in some surreal world.
	But I think we just have to continue to be truthful and not give up and not be afraid of a battle.
	Well, and you display that courage every single day, and we're so grateful that you are here.
	You've been fighting this battle for quite some time, you and the other attorneys in your organization.

	One thing I want to ask you, Matt, is because our world is so insane, as you just alluded to, you must be inundated with requests from people who are being subjected to the most outrageous decisions or mandates.
	And I know you have a case about organ replacements being denied of people simply because of their religious beliefs to not take the mRNA experimental injections.
	How on earth does your organization vet through all of the requests in this time when there is clearly...
	There are so many violations of basic human dignity and human rights taking place.
	How do you decide who you can help?
	Well, we have that legal help form, and that's really helpful to have people put down their information.
	We contact those individuals by...
	Phone, by email, and other ways as well to talk them through and figure out their specific case to find out if it falls within our area, which is religious freedom, sanctity of human life, and God's design for marriage and family.
	And so we do it along those lines.
	But then there's the volume.
	And, you know, with regards to the last three years, the volume has been incredible.
	For example, in addition to all of our other cases, right now we have about 75 And this is not the total number that we've had.
	It's what we have right now, 75 cases involving organ transplants, where you have people that are on the organ transplant list and they've been removed from the organ transplant list because they don't want to get these experimental COVID shots.
	And we've had situations where you've had family members that have the donor and the donee.
	They're related by family and they're a perfect match.
	We've had good friends that are a perfect match, the donor and the donee, and they tell them that both of them need to get the COVID shots in order to get this organ transplant.
	We're talking about life and death.
	I mean, we're really talking about every moment is life and death for these people.
	So we are working with many, many people just in that area alone.
	We have affiliate attorneys that we brought on board.
	These are people in private practice to help expand our bandwidth.
	We've been able to get a lot of people.
	In fact, we just got someone in the mid-20s just had a successful heart transplant because of our work with this individual.
	We've had people that are moving forward with kidney transplants, and every day that they don't get a kidney transplant, they're on dialysis.
	It's kind of like an hourglass, they say, where their life expectancy gets less and less.
	We've been able to get people to have a change of heart in some of these institutions, like Vanderbilt recently changed its position because we sent a demand letter and continue to press that issue.
	We've had other situations where they didn't change, but we've now developed a network of hospitals and your state of Texas is one of them, where there's hospitals because Texas has been open and free.
	And there's some facilities that don't require the COVID shot for organ transplants.
	So some of these people literally have picked up and moved to different places like Texas or other places so that they can be near the facility and be on their organ transplant list.
	That's how desperate they are.
	That's just one area.
	That's extraordinary.
	And again, it comes down to what I would characterize as the weaponization of the medical system against those people who desire to maintain the purity of their own blood, as God intended.
	Injections have transgenic effects which are experimental with unknown long-term consequences.
	It is, in fact, rational, even without invoking a religious belief.
	It is a rational scientific belief to say, I would rather wait and see.
	In fact, I know you want to respond to that, but a quick question.
	It seems to me, if logic were applied here, the transplant hospitals would say that we won't do transplants if you've been injected, because...
	The spike protein does so much organ damage.
	Why would you, quote, waste an organ on someone who's engaging in risky behavior that could damage that organ?
	You're exactly right.
	I mean, that is the most, you know, you said earlier on, you know, demonic or satanic.
	And so there's things that defy logic.
	That defies logic for them to just simply, with a brand new, even whether or not it's mRNA or not, a brand new drug or vaccine that hasn't had the testing that it normally should get.
	Now you're forcing someone to get that particular injection.
	Look, we've made these mistakes with anthrax.
	We've made it with H1N1. You know, we've had people that have died because of those and have ongoing injuries because we said, you need to get it.
	It's going to help you.
	Everyone needs to have it.
	Or those in the military must get it.
	And we've had dreadful consequences.
	And so logic would say exactly what you're saying.
	Why would you force someone who is a candidate for an organ transplant to get this?
	Especially in many cases, some of these have already had COVID, so they already have natural immunity.
	Right.
	But there is this real crazy agenda out there that is being undermined as we speak more and more day by day by the global research and information that's coming out that these are not safe nor are they effective.
	We also had this explode in 2021.
	When the mandates came out, it first began with the VA, with their T38 health employees under Biden, and then the military in August 24, and then United Airlines, and then it spread from there.
	And we had 35,000 to 40,000, you talk about the volume, of those legal help forms that you went to the website, 35,000 to 40,000 people signed those forms, gave us information, and we had to vet them.
	Some of those individuals were representing 200, 300 people in their place of employment.
	Some of them were representing several thousand people in their place of employment.
	So we're talking about lots and lots and lots of people that was just beyond our bandwidth.
	So that's when we got our affiliate attorneys trained to help us.
	But even then, you know, it's still a lot of work.
	So we had to help employees, students who were told they couldn't go back to school, military, which we ended up getting multiple injunctions for the men and women in the military, and then shortly after that would be these organ transplants.
	And before that, All of this started going back in early 2020 when the insanity was essential versus non-essential, and churches fell in the non-essential category, but abortion clinics fell in the essential category.
	And that's when we had to litigate on behalf of churches all over the country and went to the Supreme Court, had two victories there at the U.S. Supreme Court.
	Critical, because as I recall, at least in California, what the strip clubs were open, but the churches were closed, which perhaps is fitting for at least the extreme West Coast philosophy, but...
	It's crazy.
	It is crazy.
	And I want to ask you about, do you have any cases involving the denial of treatment?
	For example, ivermectin was disallowed to be prescribed to patients whom it could have greatly benefited, even hydroxychloroquine.
	And for context here, remember how for two years the FDA attacked ivermectin, said no one should use it.
	It's horse-paced.
	And it was mocked everywhere.
	And then, in the last few months, the FDA came out and said, oh, we never told doctors they couldn't prescribe ivermectin.
	Do they think we have no memory?
	They had a tweet, you remember that, about, come on, people, you know, stop taking the horse medicine.
	Right.
	That was from the FDA or CDC, but they both had the same position on ivermectin, a drug that won prizes for its antiviral characteristic.
	That was shown to be very effective.
	And in fact, the FLCCC organization, the medical organization, they produce a very nice piece of information where they do real-time all of the research that comes out with regards to the various medications and nutraceuticals pertaining to COVID. And ivermectin is always up there very high.
	As a good medicine for COVID. But yes, we have had cases like that.
	We've had a number of situations.
	We've had, for example, matters with respect to Denial of treatment.
	We've had hospitals that refuse to allow people to get treatment.
	We've had people that have left the hospital to go to another facility.
	We've been able to work with a number of individuals.
	There's a network of doctors and people that have been helpful.
	We also had issues with the drugstores, you know, the pharmacies.
	Pharmacies, yeah.
	Yeah, refusing.
	From prescribing some of these medicines.
	And so you had to find other pharmacies that were able to do so.
	And sometimes they did, sometimes they didn't.
	So it was a moving target constantly, but really it was life and death.
	Frankly, we've had people, for example, we had one person, his wife was admitted to the hospital.
	Let me tell you about this one.
	There's a mid-80-something-year-old woman She had just gotten ivermectin but hadn't taken it, got COVID, went to the hospital, forgot to take it with her.
	So she hadn't taken it with her.
	A friend actually then brought it to her, took it out of the bottles and was able to get it to her.
	I wasn't able to go in and visit.
	She took it when she was in the hospital.
	Three days later, she's discharged and they're amazed at how quickly she recovered.
	Well, it's because she took some medicine that the hospital wouldn't allow her to take.
	The hospital wouldn't even allow her to take vitamin D or vitamin C. It's amazing the absurdity that we saw in this medical tyranny that we all went through.
	Well, that's a really outstanding example, and I've experienced that myself with family members literally having to smuggle vitamin D into the patient's room or other supplements, for example, that the patient wants.
	But this indicates the level of complicity by the medical establishment that is frankly shocking even to many doctors.
	I interviewed Dr. Pierre Corey a couple of days ago here, an allopath, classically trained, never could have imagined this five years ago, but now sees it every day.
	But how do you explain that complicity where so many professionals in the field of medicine, nurses, doctors, pharmacists, and so on, just rapidly abandoned every standard from the American Medical Association or the Hippocratic Oath?
	abandoned those standards, abandoned patient rights, patient compassion, and simply began to enforce whatever was simply...
	You know, verbally demanded by the government itself.
	I think there's several different responses to that.
	Number one, I think, and I received this from talking to doctors, the doctors are not taught to have critical thinking in medical school.
	They're just taught to just do whatever they're told to do.
	And so when they get out, they just do what they're told to do and they don't have critical questioning.
	That's number one.
	Number two, big pharma has really captivated the entire field of medicine and it exerts an enormous control internationally and on all the medical fields.
	A third aspect is what you've seen happen in various places around the country, everywhere, frankly.
	Hospitals are becoming the central conglomerate.
	They're buying up the diagnostic studies.
	They're doing their own diagnostic studies.
	They refer within their own group.
	They buy out private practitioners.
	A lot of private practitioners got out of private practice during Obamacare.
	They were tired of some of the paperwork that they had to do, so they become employees of the hospital.
	Then what happened during COVID is the federal government told the hospitals, for each patient that has COVID, we'll give you X amount of money, but you have to treat them this way.
	No ivermectin, no hydroxychloroquine, remdesivir, Vents, all that.
	And so if a doctor wanted to prescribe ivermectin to someone, but now they're an employee of the hospital, they don't have any independent authority...
	They're told they can't because it's being pushed by an administrator because of a monetary situation where the hospital can get more money if they follow the federal government's protocol.
	We need a total reformation of the medical system because unless we have a total reformation, it's not going to get any better.
	It's going to get a lot worse.
	Well, this brings up a really critical point.
	I'm glad you mentioned that because this is probably not the last pandemic that we're going to deal with.
	And in fact, that has been promised by Certain individuals who are running simulations and what have you.
	So this is why your work is so critical, by the way, at Liberty Council, because you are establishing court precedent that will determine what rights we the people have remaining at the next pandemic.
	Because with COVID, The precedent wasn't set, right, about closing churches and so on or medical choice or saying no to the vaccines.
	But with the next pandemic, we must have case law on the books and ideally Supreme Court decisions that say, yes, a soldier can say no or a civilian can say no or a church can stay open no matter what, even if it's Ebola.
	If a church wants to stay open, isn't that their free choice?
	Yeah, especially, you know, when they say, well, but, you know, the big box centers, they're essential.
	And so the big box centers, they were jammed like it's Christmas, you know, month after month.
	Like it's, you know, the week before Christmas and everybody's out there shopping.
	And the abortion facilities, they're open.
	So they picked and chose which ones were the preferred ones and which ones were not.
	And we could see how these governments, state and federal, Thought of churches.
	They thought of them as non-essential.
	You know, the church has been essential for 2,000 years.
	And I think one of the things that we need to have precedent, no question about it, I think we have more precedent now that's on our side than we had before, because we didn't have, this was an uncharted territory, if you will.
	We had never seen anything quite like this, in our history anyway.
	But the other thing is, people need to Really be better grounded, because even people that are Christians, people within our faith community, they bought the pandemic propaganda from the CDC and the FDA and the big pharma, and they just didn't do critical thinking.
	Moreover, they were willing, so many people were willing to trade their freedom We're good to go.
	But we're going to have to take away a little bit of your freedom.
	Just go along with us and you'll be okay.
	It's amazing how quickly people were compliant and they fell in line.
	And so I hope that from this we've learned a lesson collectively not to ever allow this happen again.
	Well, I think clearly many Americans have learned that lesson, but the tyrants have not, right?
	The tyrants have only learned that they need to press harder.
	And in fact, one of my last questions for you here is concerning forced quarantines, because we know that quarantine centers are still under construction in states like Washington and that various state laws have either been attempted, like in New York or are on the books in places like Washington state that like in New York or are on the books in places like Washington state that claim the right to essentially have state government health people, whoever they may be, show up and force you out of your home or apartment and force
	They designate as a quarantine camp in essentially any invoked emergency, even an invisible one that you can't see or detect.
	That seems like a gross violation of basic civil rights.
	Yeah, I think you're right.
	And, you know, I think one of the things that was shocking to everyone, certainly to me, is some of the laws that are on the books, both federal and state.
	And some of those have been changed as a result.
	but many of them are still the same way.
	So, for example, in Florida, where I live.
	You understand that you would have an emergency and you would have a curfew if you had a massive hurricane hit, say, South Florida, as an example, or any place in Florida, and the power lines are down.
	You understand that there's going to be some curfew.
	There's going to be a little restriction in your movement.
	There's going to be some regulation so people don't gouge on gas prices and so forth and so on.
	But you understand that that's a temporary emergency.
	So those laws were written to give enormous powers to the state leaders to impose these temporary emergencies.
	Those same laws were used for COVID, but instead of temporary, it went on month after month after month after month.
	Those have to be changed.
	And what we also need to recognize is that this is happening on a global scale.
	The World Health Organization just finished its World Health Assembly.
	They have 307 amendments plus a pandemic treaty.
	They're coming back in May of 2024 with the intent of passing all of that in one fell swoop.
	Joe Biden is the biggest impetus to push this forward.
	He's got an ambassador that's moving forward to bring in other nations.
	The Xavier Becerra, we mentioned him earlier.
	He was just in Geneva about a week ago, promising $1.75 billion that he would pay.
	I don't know where he's going to get it.
	To these nations that think, well, if we sign on to this and we give up our freedom, And sovereignty then goes not to us, but to the World Health Organization in Geneva.
	They have the ability to lock down, control medical treatment, control imports and exports, quarantine and so forth.
	Then we'll have a Mayo type clinic on the corner of every village.
	And that's essentially the lie that they're being sold by the WHO and the Biden administration.
	And they're willing to sign on to this.
	So that is a very serious threat to freedom.
	For those that, you know, we don't have time to go into it, but to understand just a little bit of this, it moves the World Health Organization from an advisory group, which you could just take it or leave it, to a globally legally binding entity so that when it says lockdown, you better lockdown, otherwise you're going to be facing their sanctions and wrath.
	So that's a real serious threat to our freedom.
	That's being pushed forward by Big Pharma, by Bill Gates, and many others.
	There's going to be a huge legal fight in that area, and I'm glad you mentioned it, because we've had other experts on, including Dr.
	Francis Boyle, for example, who have parsed the WHO's Global Health Treaty documents.
	And you're right, Matt, that the WHO would assert The right to impose quarantines, movement restrictions, mandatory vaccines, masks, lockdowns, and social distancing on even local counties,
	local hospitals, local churches, even though the WHO, of course, consists of globalist bureaucrats who were never elected by the American people, nor who are subject to the United States Constitution or any sworn oath of office, by the way.
	So this is the usurping of domestic local power by what I would consider to be a nefarious, globalist organization that has been proven to be steeped in medical fraud and is a puppet of the pharmaceutical industry.
	That's my opinion, but what do you think?
	Well, I think exactly the same way, and I would add China in there as well.
	China is a big influencer.
	Bill Gates gave $1.2 billion to the WHO in one year.
	So he is one of the top seven world funders of the WHO. He's a eugenist who believes in population control.
	He believes that climate change would be the greatest threat to the survival of humanity.
	He wants to reduce Carbon emissions down to zero by at least the year 2050.
	To do that, you reduce population.
	And to do that, you have mass vaccination.
	That's a point one of his four-point plan.
	So he is making money off of the pharmaceutical industry.
	He's making money off these forced vaccines.
	And he is one of the biggest influences of the WHO. So if you want Bill Gates to dictate your everyday life, you know, just don't do anything.
	But if you care about freedom, which I know people watching your program do, we need to make sure that our members of Congress wake up.
	The U.S. House can and should investigate.
	They should bring all these 307 amendments together.
	And the pandemic treaty.
	They should bring Biden's ambassador and put them under oath and other people as well.
	They also should zero them out of the next budget so that there is no funding for the WHO. Agreed.
	And that's something that the House can do by itself.
	They don't need Senate approval for that.
