Time Text
Welcome to the situation update for Thursday, February 23rd, 2023.
I'm Mike Adams, the Health Ranger, and I have a major statement to issue today.
And this is a statement about dioxins and about what's happening in Ohio and Pennsylvania and the whole aftermath of that train crash situation there.
And how these, let's say, scientifically illiterate morons set fire to vinyl chloride, creating a deadly toxic plume of dioxins that is now falling across the northeast of these great United States.
And I'm not going to hold back, and none of this is scripted, but I'm not going to censor myself.
This is going to sound pretty harsh.
The truth is simple.
And let me start by saying that I am a food scientist.
My specialty is food contamination testing in mass spec laboratories.
So my lab, we own right now six mass spec instruments, and we conduct more food contamination testing than any lab in North America that I have ever heard of, that I'm even aware of, perhaps in the world.
Thousands upon thousands of tests, because we're testing our raw materials, we're testing our own products, the things that we have at healthrangerstore.com.
We're testing for heavy metals, we're testing for glyphosate, we're testing for aflatoxins, we're testing microbiology, you know, E. coli, salmonella, and so on.
I don't think there's anybody in the world that does as much testing as we are doing.
As a result of this, I have experience and knowledge in the industry of food contamination that is not very common.
And I have a good sense of the levels of contaminants that would be expected in certain types of targeted analytes, such as lead or mercury or arsenic or glyphosate, for example.
And I can tell you, for example, that legumes have high glyphosate contamination on a fairly regular basis.
Or that turmeric has very high lead contamination on a regular basis.
Not all of it.
I mean, there are clean lots, but the vast majority of it is contaminated with lead.
I can tell you that moringa herb tends to have high lead.
I can also tell you that the recent stories about all the 31 chocolate bars containing some amount of lead, that those stories are overblown.
The media ran with that and they said, oh, all these 31 chocolate bars, they have lead in them.
People, that doesn't mean anything.
Every piece of chocolate has some amount of lead in it.
It doesn't mean that one atom of lead is toxic.
So I'm not somebody that sounds the alarm on everything.
I know the difference between a level that is a non-issue versus levels that should raise the red flags.
For example, I even tested a couple dozen beer products for glyphosate.
And I put out a video on that a couple years ago, and it shows the actual parts per billion results of these different beers.
I showed the cans and the brand names and everything, and I said, look, this is not a big deal.
You know, I'm not someone who says that every part per billion of glyphosate is going to kill you, because it doesn't.
It's about the concentration versus the toxicity of the molecule, okay?
Okay.
So some molecules are toxic at a high level of concentration only.
Other molecules are highly toxic at low levels of concentration.
And as a food scientist, I understand the difference.
And there are cases where I have defended foods against the media that has said, oh, they're heavily contaminated.
And I run the tests and I see, not really.
So...
Understand, with that background, what I have to say today is that this molecule right here, this is 2378 TCDD. This is a dioxin molecule.
It's part of a class of molecules, chemicals, about 75, that are formed when you combust chlorinated compounds, such as vinyl chloride.
Which is what the train was carrying that crashed in East Palestine, Ohio.
This molecule is the most toxic molecule that has ever been created by humankind.
This molecule is, I'm just guessing, but at least a billion times more toxic than glyphosate.
Maybe more.
It might be 10 to the 12th times more toxic.
I mean, it's orders of magnitude On a scale that we can barely comprehend in terms of the toxicity of this molecule.
And this molecule, dioxin, One molecule of a class of dioxins was created.
It is always created because of the laws of chemistry when you combust chlorinated compounds in the presence of oxygen.
And since they poured the vinyl chloride in a ditch and they set fire to it, they created a dioxin factory.
They generated this, which did not exist on the train in any appreciable quantity, before they set fire to it.
When they set fire to it, they created this.
Now, the EPA lied.
The authorities lied.
The governor of Ohio, DeWine, out of the loop.
I mean, despite, let's say, his best intentions.
He's not a chemist.
He doesn't understand this.
I'm sorry to say.
I don't think he would try to withhold any information from people on purpose.
He doesn't want to bring harm to people, but he just doesn't know this subject.
Nor does J.D. Vance, by the way, who is apparently out there frolicking in streams or something and saying, look, I'm fine.
You're not going to be fine, sir.
You need to contact me immediately.
In order to learn how to detox, I can save your life from the exposure that you just put yourself through.
You practically just committed dioxin suicide and you don't even know it.
And this is happening to a lot of people because dioxins are slow-acting poisons.
They are the most toxic substance that has ever been created.
They are produced in industrial processes, the formation of PVC pipes, for example.
They're also created, and the EPA openly admits this.
I've got EPA documents here.
You can look online, archive.epa.gov.
Just go to their dioxin section and they say backyard burning or household fires produces dioxins.
Because people are burning chlorinated compounds such as PVC or various things, even clothing and textile that has water-repellent chemicals in it that are made out of chlorinated compounds or even nonstick surfaces on cookware.
Why are they nonstick?
Because they're chlorinated compounds.
Chlorine is a very useful element in certain molecular configurations.
It It makes pans non-stick.
It makes water bead up on clothing instead of being absorbed through the clothing.
And that's why it's used in industry, because it's useful.
But it's also insanely toxic when it is reconfigured into this molecule, 237ATCDD. This will kill you slowly.
And this is what has been produced when they set fire to the train wreck.
They took a small disaster and they made it the biggest act of ecological terrorism that has ever been committed in North America.
That's what they did.
Again, they took a small disaster and they made it a billion times worse by setting fire to it.
And those people who set fire to it, they are illiterate about chemistry.
Or they're malicious.
One or the other.
There should be an immediate investigation.
But they don't know what they're doing.
They just created, again, the worst chemical contamination event in the history of this nation.
The media are all covering this up.
Governor DeWine's office is covering this up.
The railroad's covering it up.
The only honest reporting on this is coming out of the independent media.
Think about that.
Think about the fact that the pro-environment voices today are literally myself, the Health Ranger, and Alex Jones.
I was on his show yesterday with this powerful message, and he agreed with me.
Alex Jones cares more about the environment than do any number of left-wing government bureaucrats, EPA officials.
Even DeWine administration officials and so on.
Or the whole Biden administration.
Alex Jones cares more about the environment than any of them do.
And so do I. Because we live here.
We eat the food from North America.
And we don't want to be chemically contaminated.
We want to be able to have children.
We want to have a future for our nation and our world.
And you can't have a future if you keep creating this.
This molecule will end humanity if we don't stop making this.
Because this molecule never goes away.
This molecule is practically impervious.
It doesn't go away from ultraviolet radiation.
It doesn't go away from low temperature burning.
In fact, that can create it as it did in this case.
It doesn't go away just from simple soil microbes.
It doesn't go away just rinsing it with water.
It doesn't go away from soap.
This stuff laughs at soap and water and microbes and sunlight.
It laughs at it.
This stuff sticks around for centuries.
Even radiation.
Season 137.
The most toxic radioisotope in the aftermath of the Chernobyl accident in 1986.
How many people did that kill in the former Soviet Union?
A few dozen people.
And it probably sickened and poisoned a few hundred thousand more.
This accident in Ohio is going to kill thousands of people, most likely.
And it will shorten the lifespans of Potentially millions.
It is far worse than Chernobyl.
But cesium-137 has a half-life of 29 years.
So in about 3 centuries, which is about 10 half-lives, you can consider that the cesium is mostly gone, cesium-137.
It will revert to the non-radioactive isotopes, like 133, I think, is a stable form.
But this molecule doesn't go away.
It doesn't have a half-life.
It doesn't have a half-life.
I mean, you can talk about it having a, quote, half-life in your body.
It's not really the right terminology.
It just means your body's trying to get rid of it.
But this molecule sitting on the ground or just on a piece of soil doesn't have a half-life that we know of.
It just stays around for centuries.
It'll still be here long after human civilization is dead and gone.
If we keep making this stuff and releasing it into the air, we will not be able to reproduce.
This is a hormone disruptor.
The people in East Palestine and surrounding areas, over the next year, you're going to see them giving birth to deformed children.
They're going to be born without arms and legs.
This is going to be like thalidomide.
You're going to see asymmetrical faces in newborn children.
You know, the faces all jacked up and sideways.
And the media's going, what happened?
How could this happen?
It's the dioxins, folks.
You're going to have a generation of children that grow up to be violent, criminal lunatics.
It's the dioxins.
It alters behavior.
This is well documented in the literature.
You're going to have massive spontaneous abortions.
You're going to have reductions in sperm motility, both male and female fertility.
You're going to have metabolic disorders, cardiovascular disorders, neurodevelopmental disorders off the freaking charts, okay?
You have destroyed a region.
And no one's willing to tell the truth about this from the establishment?
To get the truth about this, you've got to tune in to Infowars.com or Brighttown.com or other alternative media sources.
We're the ones reporting the truth on this.
And then, you know, there are people out there who are denying this.
Oh, there's no dioxins.
No one's reporting any dioxins.
No one's testing for dioxins.
So I want to issue a challenge here today.
To anybody who says that there are no dioxins in East Palestine and all the fallout zones in Connecticut and Pennsylvania and New York and Canada, wherever all the fallout's happening, go conduct a few hundred dioxin tests of the soil.
Send them off to a lab and then see what the results are.
And then make sure you understand limit of detection, LOD, and limit of quantitation, LOQ, because if you don't know what those are, then you're going to get test results that come back and they say not detected.
There are entire corporations in the lab testing industry that specialize in not detected because they buy instruments that don't have the sensitivity.
On purpose.
And they're hired by corporations to cover up the contamination.
And it's very easy to not detect something.
It's very easy.
And a lot of these instruments can be tuned in a way, like you can tune the distance of the spray nozzle in the ionization chamber on a mass spec instrument.
If you don't want to see something, you can always produce not detected in the lab report.
And that's what you're going to see.
You're going to see a whole bunch of not detected, but they won't tell you the limit of detection.
What's your limit of detection?
Can you see a part per trillion?
Can you see, I don't know, a nanogram per milliliter?
I mean, what can you see?
What is your instrument?
What's the detection limit of your instrument?
They never tell you that, do they?
They just say they're not detected because they're frauds.
They're frauds and they're covering this up.
They're trying not to find anything.
And this molecule is toxic at femtograms of exposure.
And it goes milligrams, micrograms, nanograms, picograms, and then femtograms.
So we're talking many, many orders of magnitude.
A femtogram is a millionth of a billionth of a gram.
It's unimaginably tiny.
I mean, obviously you can't see it.
And so they just, they gaslight everybody and they say, not detected.
The EPA, the extreme population assassins, that's what Steve Quayle calls them, I'm borrowing that term, they are interested in not detecting dioxins.
The White House, same story.
The corporations, same story.
And, you know, You look at who's been strong on this issue over the years.
It's been, frankly, it's been the Democrats.
It's been the left.
If we're going to talk politics, the conservatives, for whatever reason, don't understand or don't care about toxic chemicals in the food supply, in the environment, in the water.
You know, that's been the trend.
I think some of that's flipping now, because again, I mean myself and Alex Jones and others, we are some of the top voices right now sounding the alarm on this, but traditionally it's been the Democrats that cared at all about chemical exposure.
But then today you have the Democrat-run media that is completely silent.
And the Democrat administration of Joe Biden, completely silent.
So this is all starting to flip.
But it's really not about left versus right.
It's about we the people versus the systems that are trying to freaking murder us.
It's about we the people suffering under what we must call a chemical gas attack.
A chemical bomb was ignited deliberately in Ohio knowing they had to know that it would produce dioxins.
They had to know it would fall out of the sky because Smoke particles eventually settle on the ground.
I mean, the EPA openly talks about this.
House fires cause dioxin molecules to settle on the fields and farmlands that are grazed by animals, and this is how dioxins end up in the meat supply and dairy and cheese and eggs and chickens and hogs and all of it.
It's from combustion.
How could the railroad officials not have known this?
You're carrying a toxic substance and you don't know not to set fire to it?
How could the EPA still be in cover-up mode?
How could Governor DeWine still be covering this up?
How could J.D. Vance stand out there and pretend everything's okay?
J.D. Vance, man, your body is severely contaminated and you don't even know it.
You just gave yourself a death sentence from dioxins if you don't detox.
Now, I can help you detox, and I'm happy to help.
I'm happy to help everybody detox.
That's a lot of what I do, is I try to teach people how to eliminate these toxins.
And look, the government websites, I've got all the pages right here.
How do you detox from this?
Here it is, green tea catechins, green tea leaves, black tea, green vegetables, chlorella, seaweed.
More chlorella.
Superfoods, vegetables, can block absorption in your gut.
Eat more kale, more spinach, more fresh, raw vegetables if you can.
Eat sprouts, cruciferous vegetables, indole-3-carbinol, I3C, which comes out of cruciferous.
All these things can help you detox, and the media are not just covering up the dioxins.
They're not even telling people how to detox.
They are condemning.
Potentially millions of people to an early death and early suffering and condemning how many children to a life of deformities, of being born limbless or with deformed faces.
How come nobody knows this?
Why is it that myself and a handful of people are the only ones talking about this?
Eric Coppolino is talking about it.
I've got to credit him.
He really is the one who Really alerted me to this, and my mind is blown.
He sent me this document.
Right here, 1956.
Monsanto Chemical Company.
Straight up open admission of dioxins and how toxic they are and what they're doing to the animals.
It's just unbelievable.
1950 freaking six, folks.
Here we are in 2023, and we're still in a coordinated cover-up.
And dioxins are being generated in the aftermath of a train accident to fall out upon a massive agricultural region in a population region of our country, and the cover-up continues.
This is unacceptable.
This is criminal, what's going on right now.
Absolutely criminal.
These molecules will persist in this environment for centuries to come.
No, I can't take that call.
These people will be...
Poisoned by this for a very long time, and we're talking generations, if they can even have children, generations to come.
Historians will be talking about this, if we're still around, centuries from now.
This will be one of the biggest pivotal ecological catastrophes in the history of this continent, even in the history of the world.
And yet, CNN won't utter a peep about it.
NPR, nothing.
Washington Post, New York Times, nothing.
They won't touch it.
Think about that.
So I repeat my challenge.
You want to prove me wrong?
Conduct dioxin testing.
Show me there's no dioxins there.
Understand the limit of detection of your instruments.
Show me the reports.
Do it.
Make it public.
Because if you don't do it, I'm going to beat you to it.
Because we are, you know, in my mass spec lab, we own six mass spec instruments that we use routinely.
It turns out one of those instruments is especially useful with an add-on for detection of dioxins.
And so we are acquiring that add-on and we're going to be testing for dioxins.
And, you know, they'll probably threaten us.
They'll probably try to shut us down.
They'll probably never let us communicate on YouTube or even Twitter or anywhere that has broad reach because we're going to test for dioxins and we're going to tell the truth.
And by the way, that also includes if somehow if we find no dioxins, we'll tell the truth about that too.
If that happens to be the case, which is essentially impossible, but I let the instrument tell me what it sees.
And if it tells me that I'm wrong, then I'll go with the instrument.
Okay?
I'll be very public about it.
But unless the laws of physics have suddenly changed, unless we've been teleported to an alternative reality where chemistry no longer works, there are dioxins all over that area.
And you can't magically make them go away.
The only thing that we can do As victims of this environmental terrorism, perhaps a deliberate act of war against the American people, the only thing that we can do right now is to learn how to get this molecule out of our bodies.
Detoxification.
And that's hard because the exposure continues.
But we have to detox and then we have to hold these parties accountable, those who unleash this upon us.
And so we must support the class action lawsuits.
We must support the laboratory investigations.
And we must demand that the EPA... Get in there and do their damn jobs instead of relying on people like me to do the EPA's job for them.
Why does it come to me, Mike Adams, the health ranger, I'm doing the job of the EPA. I'm testing for dioxins and they're not.
They've got a multi-billion dollar budget and they're sitting on their asses doing nothing while people are going to die from this.
It shouldn't come down to this unless the government wants you to die.
Which they do.
They're trying to kill you with the mRNA injections.
They're trying to kill you with the famine that's coming.
They're trying to kill you with the shutdown of the energy infrastructure.
And they are allowing this chemical bomb to continue to spread without any common knowledge of what has happened in the minds of the people who are going to be murdered by this.
This is not America.
They turned the northeast of this country into a Zyklon B gas chamber is what they did.
Except it's just slower acting.
The Nazis have nothing on these people.
that can just throw away millions of lives and sacrifice children and destroy an entire ecological system the farmlands, the food, the economic damage these people are pure evil And there's no institution that's stopping them.
There's no institution that's even raising the question.
Conventional press is useless at this point.
It comes down to us, we the people.
Independent laboratories, independent media.
We're the only ones telling the truth.
So I thank you for your support.
Because we have a tremendous amount of work ahead of us and they're going to try to stop us.
They're going to try to stop the truth from coming out.
So that's my statement.
We are in a tremendous amount of trouble right now because of this.
And if we don't...
And this is what happens when we don't have honest elections, okay?
And when we have greed-driven corporations and government collusion, fascism, Poisoning the people for profit.
This is what you get.
And this system is not sustainable.
We will not survive much longer under this kind of system.
America will be over before you know it.
The human race will be hard-pressed to survive what's coming if we don't stop this.
And when I say this, I mean the chemical poisoning and the transhumanism, the vaccine poisoning and the Luciferian takeover of the whole damn system.
If we don't stop this, it's done.
It's done.
So thank you for watching.
My podcast will continue off-camera.
And I appreciate your patience.
I'm very frustrated about this because I grew up giving the Pledge of Allegiance every day in school.
I was taught that we were supposed to contribute to make a better society and that the people in charge were trying to make our lives better.
And it was all a lie, it turns out, because the people in charge are trying to murder us.
If we don't stop it, we're dead.
It really is that simple.
Thank you for watching.
Mike Adams here at Brighttown.com.
I apologize for interrupting myself.
I'm breaking in here with some breaking news.
Five scientists are dead after their plane crashed.
It was headed to Ohio.
These were employees of CTEH, which is called a, quote, science-based consulting firm.
They were to land in Columbus, Ohio.
They were supposed to be investigating an industrial explosion at the metals plant.
So, you know, here we go, more metals infrastructure.
There was an explosion there that happened in the building's foundry.
According to the Little Rock Fire Department, because this plane took off from Little Rock, Arkansas, the plane crashed near the 3M plant on Walters Road just south of Interstate 440.
And this is being reported by ABC6onyourside.com.
One of the affiliates of WSYX affiliate for ABC reporting out of Columbus, Ohio.
So we have five more dead scientists today and another mysterious industrial explosion.
So just add that to the mix of what we're covering today.
All right, I realized that was kind of a long intro there in the studio and you could feel my frustration and sadness.
I feel like every day I'm working so hard, and I know you are too, to try to save lives, to try to inform and uplift people and give them solutions against toxicity, against the damn deadly spike protein vaccines that are still killing people every day.
We try to give people solutions.
I mean, we do.
We do so very successfully.
But I just wish we could reach more.
And when I see these people like The governor of Ohio and an EPA administrator drinking the tap water in Palestine, you know, as an act of theater.
Are you kidding me?
These people...
Either it's not really tap water from Palestine.
They probably did a bait and switch, you know, like the saline injection version of the vaccine.
Or...
They just got something like a thousand times their maximum lifetime dosage of dioxins.
One of those two is probably the case.
These people, if they drank that tap water, they just committed a slow, painful, long-term suicide.
And I feel sorry for them.
I feel sorry that they are victims of their own ignorance.
And, you know, at some point, there's only so much that I can do and that you can do.
The people who live there, and maybe some of you listening to this live in that area, the people there are going to have to, you know, peacefully rise up and protest and make their voices heard.
They're going to have to demand dioxin testing.
And almost every story, well, actually, literally every story that I've seen on this, that talks about how safe it is in the media doesn't mention dioxins.
No mention of it.
The word dioxins has disappeared from the media more quickly than that luggage-stealing tranny of the Biden administration.
What was his name?
Sam Brinton or Brinton or something?
Stealing people's luggage and dressing up like a woman?
You can't find any mention about that dude anymore.
Nor dioxins, because they're both toxic.
Like...
And the media doesn't want to bring your attention to them.
But the people who live in that area are going to have to...
I mean, if you trust the government, obviously, you know, you're a fool.
If you trust the EPA, you're a fool.
If you trust the corporations, the ones that are doing the polluting, if you trust them, you're a fool, right?
So you're going to have to protect yourself.
And there's only so much that we can do from outside this situation, but we're doing everything we can.
Now, I promised you we're going to have an interview here today, and that's coming up.
An interview with Dr.
Bashima Williams from beingfunctional.com, and she did some homework, and I've done homework on the best natural detox remedies for dioxin exposure.
We cover quite a bit of that in the interview coming up, and I also have research that I'm going to be going through here just shortly with some additional things.
It's good news.
There are some solutions.
The issue is, and this is why public knowledge is so critical on this right now, because the longer these dioxins stay in someone's body, the more they just shred your DNA integrity.
They shred the chromosomes, by the way.
They go into the nuclei of the body cells, and they just, it's like a blender on the chromosomes.
And this is why, by the way, cancer rates skyrocket in people who have this dioxin exposure.
This is why there are so many birth deformities, children born without arms or legs or without half their face properly formed, you know, things like that.
Yeah, look up the gruesome history of dioxin exposure and neurodevelopmental deformities because it's heartbreaking, okay?
It's bad.
But the sooner you detox, the less DNA damage is done.
And that's why right now, if our media gave a damn about the people, if our government gave a damn about the people, they would be telling people what I'm telling you, which is how to eliminate dioxins from your body as quickly as possible.
And I've mentioned some of the things a little bit yesterday.
You know, seaweed has a strong effect.
Green tea and black tea and also vegetables, of course.
They're very important.
All kinds of vegetables.
The more vegetables you consume, the more it latches on to dioxins in your digestive tract.
So, you know, kale, spinach, chlorophyll is really, really strong in this area, too.
So all the green plants.
But the more vegetables you can consume on this, the better.
Like, Normal, healthy, high-fiber vegetables just have large servings of these vegetables.
It's good for you in many ways as well.
But the single most effective superfood that is mentioned again and again and again in the research is chlorella.
Chlorella is a single-cell algae.
It is known to be very rich in chlorophyll and also something called chlorella growth factor, CGF. And if you go through the literature, you can do it yourself.
Just go to PubMed, National Library of Medicine, and you can search for just chlorella and dioxins.
And you'll find some pretty amazing studies.
I'd like to go through some of those here.
Oh, and also don't forget, by the way, you can sprout your own alfalfa sprouts.
You can sprout your own broccoli sprouts, which contain the indole-3-carbinol, which is also known to help detox.
And I've talked about that for a couple of days, so I won't repeat it here.
But you can.
You can sprout your own natural medicine, so to speak.
Your own detox supplements for pennies per serving.
You can create your own chlorophyll.
Well, really, I mean, the plants are doing it, but they're creating chlorophyll, and chlorophyll is a powerful dioxin detoxification.
Which is pretty interesting, right?
Because chlorophyll, by the way, chlorophyll is like the blood of a plant.
Did you know that chlorophyll is almost exactly like hemoglobin in the human body?
You know, hemoglobin that carries oxygen.
And hemoglobin is designed around an iron element in the center.
And that's human blood and that's red.
The iron is red.
The green blood in plants is chlorophyll, and the iron is replaced with magnesium.
So plant blood is based on magnesium, you could say, and it's green.
Human blood is based on iron, and it's red.
And if you want to detox human blood, you eat essentially plant blood, which is chlorophyll.
Pretty cool to know that, right?
Pretty cool.
And you get the magnesium benefit as well.
Well, the superfood with probably the highest concentration of chlorophyll is chlorella, which is sort of where it gets its name, by the way.
You know, chlorella, chlorophyll, right?
Not that far apart.
But check out some of these headlines from PubMed.
And various science journals, by the way.
Here's one.
A lot of this research was conducted in Japan, by the way.
Here we go.
Chlorella accelerates dioxin excretion in rats.
Chlorophyll derived from chlorella inhibits dioxin absorption from the gastrointestinal tract and accelerates dioxin excretion in rats.
Pretty useful.
Pretty useful stuff, right?
Here's another one.
Effect of chlorella on fecal excretion and liver accumulation of polychlorinated dibenzopidioxin in mice.
So they're talking about a different dioxin called H6CDD, which is 1, 2, 3, 4, 7, 8, H6CDD, if you want to know.
It's like they're counting to 10, you know?
But it gets that out of your body.
Let's see.
Here's an interesting article.
It talks about how chlorella is able to chelate heavy metals, dioxins, and PCBs.
And it is helped in its function by a number of components such as chlorophyll and other small molecules such as glycoproteins.
Chlorala's supplementation decreases dioxin and increases immunoglobulin A concentrations in breast milk.
We talked about that yesterday.
And Halloween costumes as immunoglobulins.
Okay.
Here's another one.
Maternal fetal distribution and transfer of dioxin in pregnant women in Japan and attempts to reduce maternal transfer.
Now, maternal transfer means when the mother is contaminated and it's transferred to her unborn baby.
So that's called maternal-fetal distribution or maternal-fetal transfer of dioxins.
So chlorella also helps reduce that.
It's critical for pregnant women.
Let's see.
Chlorella may excrete dioxin-like PCBs via the urine of rats.
Here's an article on chlorella health benefits for detox.
It goes on and on.
You can do your own research if you want to verify any of this.
You can type in those headlines I just read, or you can just go on to PubMed yourself and you can see this.
So chlorella just happens to be the thing that is most frequently cited in the scientific literature on this particular subject.
So if you think about it, We're good to go.
You should be consuming chlorella because, you know, here's the science, and the more chlorophyll and chlorella you consume, the more you're going to excrete these dioxins that you were exposed to, and then you might not suffer all these horrible effects of long-term dioxin contamination.
But is anybody doing that in the establishment?
No.
No, not a single source.
Not a single newspaper.
No.
Not a single tech giant.
They're probably censoring searches about chlorella, you know, because they want you to die.
There's not a single government official that's recommending even just healthy eating for that matter, much less chlorella or chlorophyll or, you know, herbs or sprouts or whatever.
Not a single government official.
And you realize, too, by the way, during the whole COVID years that Trump was president, he couldn't bring himself to recommend, not once, zinc and vitamin C. Not to mention, you know, quercetin and vitamin D and ivermectin.
Oh, that was completely, you know, out of bounds.
You can't mention ivermectin.
Well, I mean, he did mention it a couple of times, but he never...
He never advocated these things.
He never said, hey, America, you should be boosting immune function with these vitamins and nutrients and cheap supplements, basically, very affordable, low-cost supplements.
He never did that.
Because there's nobody in government, it seems, nobody in government that's willing to talk about how to prevent things or just good nutritional practices.
Nobody.
Because most of them take campaign donations from Big Pharma, whose entire business model is based on people staying sick.
And the whole thing is sick, if you think about it.
The whole damn system is sick.
But anyway, you have now rare knowledge, and you can confirm it yourself.
Oh, and by the way, if you end up, let's say, eating sprouts and taking chlorella, And eating more vegetables.
And then if by some magical miracle that turns out to be no dioxins, all you've done then is enhance your health in lots of ways anyway.
Like there's no downside to this.
There's no downside to being healthier, to eating healthier and having healthier supplements or superfoods or increasing your intake of fresh, raw vegetables and living foods with enzymes that are intact, such as in sprouts.
There's no downside, folks.
And for sprouts, there's almost no cost either.
That's what's amazing.
I mean, it's so dirt cheap, it's almost free.
It's almost free.
I know you have to buy the seeds, but those seeds go a long way.
It's almost free.
But there's nobody in media or government or the medical establishment, there's nobody in medicine, not conventional medicine, I mean, that's talking about this.
I mean, Talk about ignorance or just maliciousness.
They literally want everybody to die.
And I've known for a long time that America, frankly, the whole system of modern Western civilization, it will implode and it will collapse because we don't have healthy people.
Why?
Because we're raising children on junk food.
Processed junk food is the norm.
Relatively few people know about nutrition and supplements and sprouting.
Relatively few people grow their own food.
Relatively few people.
And the great oblivious masses are intoxicated constantly and they're malnourished and they're rapidly becoming infertile and they're already cognitively mostly retarded at this point.
And that includes our so-called governmental leaders who have zero knowledge about anything in the real world, it seems.
Just zero knowledge.
They don't know anything about where money comes from.
They don't know about history.
And I'm talking about members of Congress and senators and many governors and most of the people in the Biden administration and frankly, a whole lot of people that were in the Trump administration, the people that are professional bureaucrats and politicians, they're the most ignorant people on the planet.
They know nothing about anything.
They don't understand economics, health, medicine, science, physics, chemistry, astronomy, of course, anthropology, history.
Did I say history?
They don't know anything about anything.
All they know is how to gain more power and use their power as a weapon against the people.
That's all they know.
But they don't know anything about reality.
You and I have far more knowledge about reality.
Than almost anybody that's in power in any of these positions, with very few exceptions.
There are a few exceptions.
You know, like Senator Rand Paul has a lot of medical knowledge, and he has really very much tried to tell the truth about a lot of these things on COVID. And, you know, so I think he deserves a lot of credit for that.
And there are a few other examples like that.
But by and large, most of these people in this, quote, representative position, Constitutional Republic.
The representatives are mostly morons.
They don't know anything.
And if you want an example, I give you AOC, who thinks that gas stoves are going to destroy the planet.
And she'll tell you that while in the background she's cooking with a gas stove.
I mean, it's just, these people are beyond clown show class lunatics.
They're just, it's like idiocracy every day.
And by the way, speaking of growing your own food and having knowledge and synthesizing your own medicine through plants, I should give credit to our two seed providers.
We've got arkseedkits.com.
And the spring is almost here.
You want to grow your own plants?
Grow your own garden vegetables?
Just check out arkseedkits.com.
Use discount code RANGER. I think you get free shipping.
And then also, our other sponsor in that space is HH Seeds, which stands for Heaven's Harvest.
HHseeds.com.
And they'll also give you some sort of discount if you use discount code RANGER. But check them out, and probably a lot of those seeds are going to be out of inventory as we move into March.
So if you want to get seeds...
To grow more of your own food, that's a very important way to do it.
Oh, you know, by the way, someone asked me, what about dioxins falling out of the sky onto garden plants?
So the good news is that it's just settling on the surface of those plants.
And because dioxins are not water-soluble, they won't penetrate into the plant cells just because they fell on the plants.
So when you harvest your garden vegetables...
You should always wash them and you should wash them using obviously a clean water source that you know is clean, which could be, you know, even rainwater or could be filtered water or whatever you have.
Maybe you have relatively clean city water.
Who knows?
But wash them off.
You can wash off dioxins that have settled on the surfaces of plants.
And the other thing is that plants don't tend to bioaccumulate these dioxins as animals do.
Because animals eat the plants and then the dioxins get concentrated into the fat cells of the animals.
And that's how it ends up in meat products, dairy, milk and cheese products.
Primarily, and also eggs, you know, anything from animals could contain dioxins.
And by the way, when we get our dioxin testing equipment, which I'm going to estimate that it's 90 days out before we're up and running on that, and I am going to have to take a week off for training on this new interface in the lab, so there'll be a whole week, basically, where I'm just training in the lab again.
Happens every year or two, it seems.
We're going to be testing all this stuff.
We're going to go to the grocery store and buy milk and test the milk.
We're going to test the cheese.
We're going to test the eggs.
We're going to be testing whey protein.
We're going to be testing just pretty much anything from animals just to see what levels are.
And by the way, don't freak out if we find stuff because I guarantee you we're going to find dioxins in every sample probably.
I mean every animal sample.
Because there's a background level that's out there that's in everything, including you and me and all the animals and all the milk.
I mean, if you're drinking milk, you're drinking dioxins at some level.
There's just no question about it.
And if you're drinking milk that comes from a farm that has dioxin fallout on it, then you might be drinking a thousand times more dioxins or even higher.
But, of course, we won't know the exact answer until we conduct the testing, and we're working on that.
But anyway, there's nobody on this planet that doesn't have dioxins in their body right now at some level.
Hence, the importance of eliminating them as quickly as possible.
Which brings me to the interview that I wanted to share with you here.
Interview with Dr.
Ibushima Williams.
That's what's coming up next.
Just before we get to that, allow me to remind you that the freeze-dried food that we have at healthrangerstore.com was all harvested before the dioxin fallout.
Okay, so we have certified organic.
Almost everything we have is certified organic.
But beyond that, we do our lab testing.
You've heard me explain that many times, so I'm not going to go into all that.
But we have freeze-dried fruits and vegetables, many of them from American farmers, in number 10 steel cans that are sealed for long-term storage and portability.
These are amazing.
They last many years.
They're rodent-proof.
Mice can't get into them.
They're portable.
They're easy to store.
They're very lightweight, easy to handle.
And we have them now, all kinds of them, at healthrangerstore.com.
If you go there, just search for number 10 cans, which is the pound sign 10 cans, or freeze dried.
Search for freeze dried.
And it'll bring up what we have there.
And again, it's all pre...
Let's call it pre-Palestine food.
Because, seriously, we're now in an era where there's going to be pre-Palestine food and then post-Palestine food.
And all post-Palestine food from the Northeast...
It may be suspect in terms of its dioxin content, and I believe it needs to be tested, which is, of course, what we're working on being able to do.
But I don't think anybody else is going to bother to test it, frankly.
So since they're not testing it, it's leaving a big question mark in people's minds.
You know, it'd be better if they tested it and then told us how much they found, right?
Then at least that would eliminate a lot of giant questions, and you could plan accordingly.
Like, maybe, let's just say, let's say the dioxin levels on a food crop, let's say, I don't know, a dairy batch out of Ohio, let's say that they tested it and they found that it's only five times larger than normal, quote, background levels of dioxins, okay?
So it's 500% more.
Well, You could plan for that, right?
You could say, okay, I'm going to give 500% more dioxins in this milk.
What do I need to do?
Oh, I need to detox more, right?
Or I need to limit the milk consumption a little bit.
Or I need to maybe mix cow's milk with some, like, pea protein milk.
Because pea protein probably doesn't have dioxins in it, by the way.
This is a strong argument that you're going to hear from the vegetarians and vegans, by the way.
I know we have a lot of vegan listeners, and frankly, the vegans are probably pounding the table right now saying, yep, yep, the vegan food is cleaner food when it comes to these especially fat-soluble poisons.
No joke, folks.
No joke.
The vegans nailed it on this point.
No question about it.
Vegan milk, you know, almond milk or, like I said, pea protein milk or whatever is vastly cleaner than cow's milk when it comes to dioxins or even like, you know, RBGH hormones and things like that, bovine growth hormone or, you know, any contaminants that would be found in cows, right?
So the vegan milk substitutes are actually much cleaner in that case.
Which is different from the vegan meat substitutes like Impossible Burgers and Beyond Meat or something, which is like processed, plant-based, I call it junk food, with some of it's got sort of forms of monosodium glutamate or free glutamate enhancements and GMOs and all kinds of garbage in it, like pesticide-treated, non-organic stuff.
Like, that's horrible.
I'd rather have a regular beef hamburger.
Thank you very much.
But if I'm going to eat beef, I would like to know what's my dioxin intake so that I can plan accordingly.
So what I would do, see, I wouldn't panic about that.
I'm like, yeah, I'm going to enjoy a hamburger from time to time, but I'm going to take chlorella with it.
You see what I'm saying?
Or I'm going to eat a salad before the burger.
You get the idea.
Or I'm going to have some form of chlorophyll, maybe a smoothie with the burger.
I'm going to protect myself from the dioxins in the hamburger and have some really good fiber in my gut when I'm digesting that burger.
And that's a defensive eating type of posture that I advocate.
Because I'm not about...
If you enjoy a hamburger every once in a while, you know, go for it.
I don't want you to...
To suffer in life, if that's something that you enjoy, but you can protect yourself.
You can protect yourself.
And we know how to do it.
In fact, this is my wheelhouse.
This is what we're good at.
We know how to do this, and I'm sharing this with you.
So go out and enjoy your hamburger.
If you're a meat eater, just take a lot of chlorella with it, perhaps.
Or if you're a vegan, enjoy your pea protein.
And you don't need any anti-dioxins stuff with that because you're not getting any dioxins in it.
Most likely.
Like, pea crops are not dioxin contaminated to any extent, would be my guess.
That's my professional guess.
But, you know, we'll test them and see.
You know, then when people ask you, what are you drinking there, buddy?
You can answer.
I'm drinking pea protein.
Thank you very much.
Like, oh, you shocked me there for a moment.
I thought you said you were drinking pea.
And, yeah, I am drinking pea protein.
And you're eating dioxins, so what are you complaining about, right?
There you go.
Anyway, all the pre-Palestine food is going to run out.
Uh-huh.
And then we're going to enter the post-Palestine era of agriculture with giant question marks on everything.
I wonder.
I wonder how much is in that food and that bucket and that product and that jug.
You're going to be in the grocery store like, this is a dioxin landmine in here.
Yeah.
Especially in the meat and dairy sections, it turns out.
No joke.
Sad to say.
Another reason to have your own backyard chickens, by the way.
If you're eating store-bought eggs, do you really know where they came from or how clean are the fields?
What was sprayed on those fields that those chickens are eating on?
I don't spray any synthetic chemicals around my ranch whatsoever.
There's no glyphosate.
There's no 2,4-D. There's no nothing.
When my chickens are running around cruising, they are munching on all kinds of interesting weeds.
Which are very potent, very healthy, and they're munching on bugs.
They eat bugs.
They get the chitin.
And they're munching on little lizards, little geckos or salamanders or whatever these things are.
I've seen them ripping those up every once in a while.
So they're getting a pretty wide variety of a diet, and they're not eating any kind of pesticides or herbicides.
You know, there's no atrazine sprayed around here.
No glyphosate.
So, hey, you want clean food?
The best thing is to grow it yourself or raise it yourself.
The second best thing is to get it from somebody that does testing, you know, like us.
But the very best thing is grow it yourself.
Alright, with that said, let's bring in Dr.
Bashima Williams and we'll begin this conversation with questions about detox in a generic sense.
So enjoy this interview and then that will be the wrap up for today.
And I'll be back with you again tomorrow.
We've got some interesting interviews.
Let's see.
Oh, yeah.
One more thing.
HealthyLiverClass.com.
If you want to register for the liver regeneration docuseries that is running right now.
It's running right now.
And it's a few more days.
If you don't want to miss the last few episodes, HealthyLiverClass.com.
It's free to watch, but we earn an affiliate fee if you choose to optionally purchase their downloads.
But you don't have to do that.
You just watch it for free.
Anyway, HealthyLiverClass.com.
And I'm supposed to have...
Yeah, tomorrow I'm going to have John Perez.
The Crypto Nostradamus.
He's going to be joining me, and that should be crazy fun.
Always love having John Perez on.
That guy is awesome.
He knows his stuff, and he's fun.
He's just fun.
John Perez, party day.
Awesome.
All right, here's Dr.
Bashima Williams.
Enjoy.
Welcome to the Health Ranger Report here on Brighteon.com and Brighteon.tv.
I'm Mike Adams, the Health Ranger.
And as you know, America is under a chemical attack of sorts because we have fallout from the Ohio vinyl chloride ignition dioxin bomb, you might call it, that's been falling all over this, at least the northeast parts of this country, but is entering the food supply as we speak and the water supply as we speak.
So I've asked integrative wellness physician Dr.
Bashima Williams to join us here, and her website is beingfunctional.com.
And she's bringing some research to us today, and I've got some research as well.
Focus on things that can help your body naturally detoxify dioxins and also some of the things that she has seen with dioxin-related poisoning among patients over the years.
So, Dr.
Williams, thank you for joining me today.
It's great to have you on.
Thank you so much for having me, Mike.
Absolutely.
Now, this is a critical issue today.
Let me just set the background for people.
This is the dioxin 2378 molecule.
It's the most toxic molecule known to humankind.
And it's also known as TCDD, which is an acronym for the molecule.
This is created when you burn chlorinated compounds.
And I have here the EPA. EPA.gov explaining all of this, that when you burn chlorinated compounds, you create dioxins, and that these dioxins are considered persistent bioaccumulative toxins that are in the food supply and inundating our bodies,
the water systems, crops, but especially animal products, meat, cheese, dairy, milk, cheese and milk, all dairy products plus eggs.
But they can exist outside of that as well.
They are fat-soluble poisons, they are incredibly resilient, and they get higher and higher in concentration as you move up the food chain.
So, that's the backdrop.
Now, Dr.
Williams, I appreciate you taking the time to join me today.
Number one, let's just start with this question.
What do you know about the toxicity of dioxins and how they are toxic?
Let's start there.
Well, before...
The train derailment in Ohio, not very much.
So that's definitely something that I've been researching a lot lately.
However, in the functional medicine world, detoxing is something that we do on a regular basis and very prevalent since we are so overburdened with toxins anyway.
So the methods that we use to Treat toxins doesn't really change despite what the toxin is.
However, as you've mentioned in your other shows, Mike, dioxin is extremely poisonous, extremely long-lasting in the environment.
So this is going to be something that we're going to be dealing with for the rest of our lives.
Right, right.
That's the hard part about this.
And since it's a hormone disruptor, it is functional, or you should say anti-functional, in your body at ridiculously low concentrations below parts per trillion.
This is a molecule that is toxic at even parts per quadrillion concentrations in the body.
But as you said, and the great thing about you coming on is that you're a functional wellness physician, so you understand the processes of the body's natural detoxification process.
The body's designed to eliminate these synthetic chemicals that don't belong in it.
And what you do, as I understand it, is you and people in your field help people accelerate their body's own natural detoxification processes.
So is that an accurate description?
Absolutely.
That's exactly what we do.
Functional medicine definitely looks at root cause of illness and a lot of illness, especially, I'll give you an example.
Diabetes, 20, 30, 40 years ago, maybe 5%, 10% at the most, and now 20%, 30%.
And a lot of it is related to toxins that in our bodies are called obesogens, insulin resistance, toxins stored in fat causing inflammation, systemic inflammation.
So all sorts of problems.
So when we look at toxins entering our body, we definitely look at how can we safely remove the toxins, whether it's heavy metals or plastic, you know, whatever it is.
We really look at the root cause and we try to find a solution to that holistically.
I'm really glad you mentioned that because the first principle of detoxification is to stop the exposure, right?
Right.
And then the second principle is accelerate the elimination.
Right.
The thing is, it has to be done constantly because we're constantly exposed to various toxins.
And it's often outside of our control, such as this Ohio train wreck, literal train wreck situation.
So you're minding your own business in your backyard chicken farm, and then boom, giant toxic cloud drops on your farm.
No fault of you.
You didn't do that.
It wasn't your dietary choice, but now all of a sudden you're dealing with mass contamination of you and your food supply.
So what do you teach people to really ramp up?
What are the most common strategies for detoxification in a general sense?
And then we'll get to dioxins later.
So in a general sense, the name of the game is avoid, avoid, avoid.
So just my personal opinion, if I did live in East Palestine, Ohio, I would probably want to leave because that's the best thing you can do to stop the contaminations entering your body.
So the second thing we do is we really teach lifestyle avoidance as well.
Things like obviously tobacco use, alcohol use, but also using plastics.
And not using plastics and also avoiding household chemicals and a lot of cosmetics and things like that.
So avoidance is a really, really big thing.
The other thing we talk about is vegetables, for example, with your diet.
Diet is super important.
Broccoli, Brussels sprouts, any cruciferous vegetables.
Any onions and garlic, anything that has sulfur containing in it, which will help produce some natural nutrients that will help with anti-oxidation and free radical quenching, helping the liver cells work better.
So that's kind of what we do.
We try to help our patients, you know, poop better.
So lots of fiber.
We recommend about Four cups of vegetables a day.
And, you know, of course, we always try to add some supplements to help their bodies improve detoxification.
Yeah, I want to ask you about supplements here in a minute because I know that you have a, I think it's a relatively new supplement company where you have a particular strategy for daily supplementation.
We'll introduce that in a minute.
Because I have questions about what the strategy is as well.
I'm very curious about that.
But what you mentioned about vegetables is really important.
I've got a lot of research here from the National Library of Medicine that talks about what you just said.
Green vegetables reduce digestive tract absorption of polychlorinated dibenzofurans and so on in rats.
So If you are exposed to dioxins in food, which is where most people get most of their exposure, by the way, from eating contaminated, mostly animal products actually, you know, cheese and milk and so on, and meat, then if you eat a lot of vegetables with that A far less quantity of dioxins will enter your blood because you will poop them out as they're bound to the vegetables that you just ate, right?
So is that a fair statement to say if somebody chooses to eat a lot of meat and dairy that you should complement that with a whole lot of vegetables so you have the fiber and you have the binding of the toxins that carries it out of your body?
Is that a fair statement?
That's a fair statement.
When we make dietary recommendations from a functional medicine perspective, we don't push a lot of dairy and eggs to begin with.
So if someone is working with me, that's a number one.
You know, everything in limitation, what we do push a lot of is vegetables.
Specifically, I do want to mention too the types of vegetables.
You definitely want to choose organic when possible and definitely avoid the dirty dozen, especially any vegetables or fruit where you're eating the skin like bell peppers or like strawberries or celery that contain a lot of pesticides and other things that you're actually trying to detox from.
So yes, definitely a true statement.
You can't go wrong with eating a lot of good vegetables unless you're eating GMO vegetables that have toxins on them, then you're getting a double dose of toxins.
Yeah, no kidding.
Now, talk about in your practice, you told me off-air before we started that you have treated some people We're exposed to Agent Orange, and Agent Orange, of course, you know, it's a chemical weapon.
It's, I think, 2,4-D combined with glyphosate, basically, and it contains quite a lot of dioxins.
So what did you see in those patients that had that exposure?
So I've had a couple patients in my lifetime who are Vietnam vets who unfortunately died with leukemia.
And the presentation was an interesting discoloration of skin.
It wasn't acute exposure, but that is ultimately what ended up happening as their disease progressed.
So I've had a couple cases with vets who were in Vietnam who did have Agent Orange exposure and did die with cancers.
And do you believe those cancers were accelerated by that exposure?
That was the theory at the time in working with the oncologist.
So even a traditional oncologist also thought that was the case?
Absolutely.
We have so many things that accelerate cancer in our environment right now.
Hormone disruptors, for example, hormone mimickers, exposure to certain types of heavy metals, and so on.
How are you helping people reduce their overall risk of developing cancers or, let's say, their timeline of accelerating cancers that they may already have?
So we start with a detailed history through telemedicine, mostly physical, just from what I can observe and see.
And then we go into what their personal risk factors are.
So sometimes, for example, in how it relates to liver detox, we do look at some genetics that help us understand how well they're detoxing.
Toxins out of their body.
And then we also, while that is a genotypic expression of what they were born with, we can phenotypically change how their genes are expressed by offering certain nutrients and supplements and dietary changes and things like that.
Of course, we always address sleep.
Sleep, for example, improves natural killer cell production, which has a significant improvement in your immune system.
So less colds and less Viruses in general and you get over things faster and you have a lot more energy if you sleep well.
Diet is huge.
Like I said earlier, we push a lot of vegetables and then we add in specific proteins and healthy fats.
We try not to do diets unless they're temporary, like curative diets, like an elimination diet or something like that, where we have a goal.
And then we try to get people on whole foods as fast as possible.
We don't want people to feel restricted or deprived.
And exercise, super important exercise.
And also helping people sweat.
That's a really great way to get rid of toxins.
Faunas are amazing.
So we kind of encompass all of that in our plan that's personalized for our patients.
I'm really glad you mentioned that through diet you help people alter the expression of genes because it seems like conventional medicine so often tells people that your genetic profile is a death sentence and people feel trapped.
Oh, my genes are in control.
No, not exactly.
No, your genes are expressed based on the cellular environment, which you can control largely through diet.
And that's what you were just talking about, Dr.
Williams.
So your website, I have it up here, beingfunctional.com.
We interviewed you before, and I know you were taking some patients for telemedicine.
Do you still have some slots for some patients to sign up right now?
There's probably a three or four month wait right now, and we're still only in those three states, Missouri, Florida, and California.
Texas is proving to be very difficult because of the influx of applications they have in Texas.
Okay.
Boy, I would imagine you could get a whole lot of people from Ohio right about now if you were practicing in Ohio, but that's not one of the states.
All right, so you practice in California, Florida, and Missouri, and you're working on taxes, and you have, did you say a three to four month wait time right now?
Right.
Okay.
All right.
But anyway, folks, you can go to beingfunctional.com and learn about Dr.
Williams.
We're going to have you on quite a bit, Dr.
Williams, because I really like the way you present this.
It's very evidence-based, and you have a lot of hands-on experience with patients.
And I'm pretty excited about your new nutritional venture as well.
Let's talk about specific things that specifically may help the body detox from dioxins.
Because I've got a list here of lots of things.
Chlorella came up in the National Library of Medicine as one of the best superfoods for detoxification, including in mothers who are breastfeeding.
We're talking about green tea.
The catechins in green tea.
What else?
Pigments in green tea.
Yeah, that's the catechins.
Black tea, vegetables, and other types of superfoods.
Cruciferous.
Kale, spinach, all of these types of things.
But for the most part, what I find interesting...
Oh, and seaweed.
I find interesting is that these are things that we always talk about.
Those of us in the world of nutrition, we're always doing these things.
So are there any surprises in that list from your point of view?
Or what do you have to add to that list?
Number one, no surprises.
And just a couple other little editorial things.
Number one, you know, it's the volume too.
Volume matters.
So one way I try to get my patients to eat three or four cups of veggies a day is just to try to replace one of your meals with a salad.
That's a good rule of thumb.
Number two, try to be prepared with all those cruciferous veggies.
If you're not intentional, it probably won't happen.
So, you know, I try to have them cut and already in glass containers in my fridge.
I can just throw them in my salad as well.
And then also, turmeric is huge just for the anti-inflammatory effects that it has.
And bile makers, anything that helps produce bile, because that's how we get rid of toxins.
So we push a lot of things like, and you don't have to eat these every single day, but eat a little bit of them throughout the whole week.
Artichokes, parsley, things like that are really, really important as well.
Yeah, great suggestions there.
And, you know, folks, when it comes to the salad, you know, I've seen people have like a big iceberg lettuce salad, which is almost worthless, and then they add on all this non-organic cheese and then this toxic salad dressing made with canola oil and MSG and garbage.
I'm like, that kind of defeats the purpose of having the salad, you know.
You just made a little toxic bowl right there.
If you're going to have a salad, it's got to have some real greens in it.
Get yourself some pungent, even some bitter, really strong tasting greens, some of that, and have a healthy dressing, healthy oils like olive oil.
And if you're going to put cheese on it, make sure it's organic and use it sparingly for that salad because you want all the lettuce fiber to push through to kind of sweep out your digestive tract and carry a lot of toxins out with it, right?
Right.
Try to eat the rainbow of colors for sure.
And then adding onions and garlic and other sulfur-producing foods is actually also really, really important.
So Being prepared and having all that ready to go is really going to help make that salad amazing.
Absolutely.
Now, do you do smoothies?
Because you know I always have my crazy smoothies here.
I literally travel with these.
Do you do smoothies of any kind?
I do smoothies.
I usually have a whey protein that I use, and I also do a handful of greens and four strawberries, and I also put flaxseed and cinnamon and turmeric in it, and usually hemp-based milk.
Huh, that's interesting.
Cinnamon.
Yeah, I like the fact that you're putting cinnamon in there.
There's also a product called Fido Food.
And I'm sure you have a product like that, too.
We have one that's called Fido Food that is packed with all those vegetables we talked about, but in a powder form.
So one scoop of that goes a long way.
And I feel good.
That's a good thing to drink after a workout.
So that's generally how I break my fast.
Just try to break a fast with as many colors as you can.
That's a great point.
And I also put licorice root powder in my smoothie a little bit because of the liver protective effects of that.
And licorice root also being effective against spike protein.
So you get double benefits on that.
And I also, I believe in cycling them.
So I don't think that your smoothie should have the exact same ingredients every day, right?
That your body expects a variety.
And some days, way more of one thing, but none of something else.
And then a different day, you might flip that and reverse it.
Because that's the way we normally would ingest food.
I mean, that's a normal thing, a normal behavior.
It shouldn't be the same bland, homogenized diet every day.
If you eat the same thing every day, your body starts to develop antibodies against it.
So like, for example, I had someone who had a reaction to almonds and antibody reaction to almonds, but that's because she ate a lot of almonds every day.
So we definitely, that's going back to that point earlier that I made.
Have a diet that has a whole variety of things in it and don't restrict yourself.
When we restrict ourselves, we run into problems because then we're going to lack nutrients that our body needs.
And you have to listen to your body, like you said earlier.
Listen to what your body needs.
You know, that's interesting because in the summertime in Texas, it's really crazy hot and I'm outdoors a lot and so I sweat a lot and I'll find my body craving salt.
Because I'm losing so much salt.
I become salt deficient.
So a lot of people would interpret that as saying, oh, I want to eat potato chips or I want to eat Doritos or whatever.
I just put salt in the smoothie.
It's like, body wants salt, put it in the smoothie.
And it tastes great.
I mean, just a little bit.
I'm not talking about a lot.
And I know you're using a pinch of the Celtic salt or the Himalayan salt, which has a lot of minerals in it.
That's what I use.
Outside of just sodium chloride.
So that's really important.
Yeah, exactly.
And by the way, I never add salt to foods.
Like if I'm at a restaurant, I don't salt the food because that's already crazy salty at a restaurant.
But I do add a pinch of salt to my smoothies in the summer only when my body tells me I need that.
But you teach those principles about body awareness and how...
People can listen to what their body needs.
Or if you try a food or you try a supplement, you can pay attention.
How does it make you feel?
How does your brain feel?
What about your moods?
What about your libido?
What about your sleep?
What about all these things?
If you pay attention, your body will tell you what's going on, right?
Yeah, all sorts of things.
Headaches, migraines, fatigue, eczema.
Dry skin, itchy skin, all sorts of things that you can tell with how you're feeling directly correlate with that increase in self-awareness so that you know what foods your body likes and what foods your body doesn't like.
Alright, now I'm going to bring up your other website here, which is your new offering, myvitamin.com.
Tell us about, as I understand it, you're offering a set of nutrients for daily consumption with a specific strategy.
Could you kind of give us all a brief of what that is?
Absolutely.
Mike, I've been doing this for a long time, and there's just one of me, and I can't see a million people.
So I wanted to make sure that I could at least offer some professional-grade-level supplements that were clean and GMO-free and heavy metal-free.
These supplements are extremely clean from...
You know, no gluten, no dairy, all that stuff that my patients who seek my help and have that level of expectations for that level of quality.
But I did not want patients to just go in and randomly choose whatever they wanted on a website where It would be really difficult.
Some of these supplements have a proprietary blend of ingredients.
For example, there's a supplement called Medcaps DPO that is specific for liver detox enhancement.
You can take that all by itself, but if you're really after liver detox, for example, since we're talking about We made a detox med pack and they look something like this so that it's really convenient to take.
You have your morning regimen and your evening supplements that you can take.
They're really good and accessible to anyone who wants to go on MyVitamin.com.
So this is something that you started with the patients that you were consulting with, but then now you're opening it up to anybody that wants to take part in this, even if they're not consulting with you.
That's right.
So all of my patients are on these supplements because we know that...
We know that getting to the goals that they have, whether it's reversing diabetes or lowering cholesterol or whatever it is, we know that diet, exercise, lifestyle sometimes is not enough, and especially in this soil that we're growing things in now or in the The toxic environment that we're living in, we know that diet is not enough.
Actually, all of my patients take supplements.
That's an expectation they have as well because they don't want to necessarily take prescription medications or you wouldn't be seeing a functional medicine doctor.
That does not mean we don't prescribe medications, but definitely in my practice, I've decreased more medicine than I've certainly written for over the past 10 years.
So I'm on your website, and what people subscribe to a different, like they get a daily packet, but they can subscribe to, what, a hair, skin, and nails formula, and then there's a detox formula, general wellness.
There's one for college students.
Is that more cognitive-focused?
There's one for general wellness for college kids, just a really simple.
And then there's also one that enhances cognitive function as well for college kids and also for us, you know, older people.
So this is designed to just take the confusion out of a lot of people like, oh, how much should I take of this and that?
What's the right dosage?
When should I take it?
They get a packet and they just, is it one in the night, one in the day, or is it It's one in the morning and one in the evening.
We try to mix it with your meals.
Always take with food.
For people who are fasting, take it before you eat breakfast or lunch and take it before you have dinner.
We also talk a lot about stacking habits in our practice so that people are more compliant.
This increases compliance significantly.
So what about, let me ask you this then.
A lot of our audience, they're doing superfoods and they're doing smoothies.
And this is what we have actually here on the side of the desk.
We have like organic sprouted radiance blend product.
Is it totally okay for people to continue to do all their other superfoods and smoothies on top of these targeted supplements that you have?
Yes, the worst thing that'll happen is you'll make expensive pee because you will pee anything extra that your body doesn't need out that day.
But it'll also allow the body to need whatever it does need to have accessible to it.
Right, right, exactly.
And also, the other thing I like about what you're doing is it's convenient for travel because I've traveled when I've had to bring, you know, not only my blender and all my smoothie ingredients in bottles, and then I have to bring certain supplements in bottles, and, you know, it fills a suitcase.
It's crazy.
But I just, I refuse to eat hotel food and whatever junk food out there, so I have to bring all my stuff.
And it's like lugging around a kitchen, you know?
What you have, if you, I'm sorry, go ahead.
Oh no, I was agreeing with you.
Well, what you have is kind of, you can just, I guess, tear off like two or three days, you know, put it in your pocket or something, or take it on the airplane with you if you're going to be traveling for a long time, and you can just, it's real easy.
Yeah, not to mention, you know, just in light of us talking about reducing plastic waste as well, you don't have seven different plastic bottles to take.
You've got a little box and these little sleeves and that's it.
And it's so simple.
Again, convenience.
For me, what's most important for me is that my patients are compliant because if these vitamins don't work for what my goals are for my patients, I know it's not because the vitamins are not good.
It's because there's something else that we need to look into or dig deeper into.
Right.
And so, yeah, so all of that, I mean, you know, this throwaway society we're living in with just, I mean, if we all just stopped using so much plastic, that would be amazing.
Yeah.
You know, we wouldn't need...
That brings us full circle to what we started with today, which is dioxin exposure.
I'll say this.
I know you're not making any specific claims about your products treating dioxins, let's say, nor am I making claims about my products in that way, but just in a general sense, If you're lacking minerals and nutrients and especially certain plant-based phytochemicals, then your body is kind of impaired in its ability to naturally eliminate foreign substances.
So having good nutrition, I think, isn't that just a pillar of effective detox?
Yes, absolutely.
And one thing I want to mention is your body's engines sort of are the enzymes.
And all of the enzymes need minerals and cofactors and things like that for them to work optimally.
So detox is no exception.
And detox is a very energy-using procedure.
So not having the right nutrition.
So, of course, we would not recommend supplements necessarily to people who don't want to change their diet.
They wouldn't be seeing me to begin with, but really, you have to have a good diet.
This is what I want to tell people that are afraid of this dioxin exposure and other toxins, is that there is hope in that you do have some control, and we really do try to empower our patients at being functional, that you do have some level of control.
That just because you were exposed doesn't mean that you have a death sentence.
Now, again, if I was acutely exposed to that degree, then I would want to leave that area because that's one thing that you can do, that you can control, is how much daily exposure you have.
You do have to sacrifice a lot.
I can't imagine leaving a farm that your family's been in for a hundred years.
I can't imagine that.
But at the same time, what's worse is I can't imagine having, you know, a cancer or the skin changes, the skin acne or the burning of the face and skin or the diabetes and obesity that will later develop the immune system dysfunction.
Reproduction is a huge concern, especially to anyone who's living in and around that area that's pregnant.
Any kids with developmental delays and things like that, those are all things that we've actually seen in science as it relates to toxicity in general.
Well, you bring up something, I mean, you're kind of alluding to this, but these toxins are invisible.
So if you're walking around a farm that's heavily contaminated, you can't see it.
You don't know.
And especially dioxins are toxic at ridiculously low levels of concentration that even the best laboratory instruments can barely see.
So there's no way to know unless you happen to have access to a lab, which most people don't, and the testing is very expensive.
There's no way to know exactly how much you're getting.
So, you know, as a precaution, clear out of the areas where there is especially acute contamination and then, you know, up the strategies for natural detox.
Like you said, Mishima, Sweating, drinking water, having good elimination, eating more vegetables with fiber.
I remember a time when our own government used to tell us pretty good dietary advice, like, have more fruits and vegetables.
Now it's like, take more jabs and breathe the toxins.
Everything's upside down now, but if you take the health advice back in the 1970s, it was actually more on track than it is today.
Wild, huh?
Right.
Well, we are selling convenience now.
That's the primary thing that we're doing.
We're selling convenience.
You and I are not selling convenience, but that's what's being sold to us.
And because of that, it's allowed us to have more free time to work harder and do this other stuff, which really is just a joke.
Taking back control of things you can control is super important.
Okay.
Here's one more question.
I know that with your beingfunctional.com telemedicine, you conduct laboratory tests, a blood analysis.
I mean, not you personally, but you order blood analysis tests for your patients.
Do you have a way, just in case people were curious, to order a dioxin blood test or a dioxin urine test or something like that for your patients?
I don't know of a dioxin test right now.
I've never had to really order it, other than my experience 20-plus years ago with my vets who passed away, unfortunately.
I've never really had to deal with dioxin, per se, but we do have tests that look for glyphosates and other toxins like that.
Heavy metal testing is a huge thing we do.
Again, this is where we start treating a patient and they don't get better.
This is where we start looking for secondary causes.
I actually just had a patient today who has lost 25 pounds and our initial attempts failed.
And it wasn't until we really up-regulated liver detox function That all of a sudden the puffiness went away, the swelling went away, the weight went away.
And we actually reduced her workouts.
We were having her do more meditation and things like that.
But really, it all comes down to The obesogens and toxins and things like that that are really affecting our society.
And so a lot of times we can just assume that you have it because really 98% of us walking around have toxins.
This is not a new problem.
We've had thousands of people send us their hair samples and actually pay for...
Metals analysis in their hair via our lab, our ICP-MS instruments.
And so I've seen a lot of results of metals analysis in hair.
And I've got to say, everybody's hair is contaminated with lead.
We see cadmium all the time, even some mercury in some people's hair.
We see crazy high copper in certain people, and even high aluminum.
Now, just being curious about this, this was a My dogs killed a rabbit, and so there was a dead rabbit, so I clipped off some of the rabbit fur, and I took it to the lab to run it to compare it to all the human hair that we've been testing.
And wouldn't you know it, this rabbit was so clean compared to the human hair.
And you think, I mean, if someone doesn't know this, they think, oh, well, the wild animals, they're out in the dirty woods or whatever, and we're civilized eating clean food.
No, it's exactly the opposite, folks.
You're living in a toxic environment.
The wild animals are way cleaner than we are.
And I even tested my hair.
And, you know, I eat organic.
I drink smoothies.
I detox.
The rabbit was cleaner than my hair.
I mean, imagine that.
The heavy metals are everywhere.
I mean, cadmium with the chickens and the rice and the arsenic.
It's in our food supply.
It's in our fillings if we have them.
It's in the air that we're breathing.
If you live in a home that was painted before 1979, you're probably breathing in lead paint.
It's in those little, it's in lead windows.
So occupational hazard is something that we do address when we're talking to our patients because occupational hazard is definitely a huge area for exposure.
But, you know, what's really interesting is some cancer cases I see in patients who had, as a child, lived near a farm field or an orchard.
Oh, wow.
History is pretty consistent.
I'm not saying that that definitely is what causes it, of course, but there's definitely a consistency there with toxic exposures.
I actually had a patient who, obtaining his history about 20 years prior, was standing outside by his car when the field next door was sprayed with pesticides and his entire car turned white and he was covered in it.
Well, his car turned white.
Well, because of the stuff that they sprayed.
I mean, when you're that close to a farm field, you're going to get sprayed.
When you're that close to a farm field, when they're harvesting, all of that stuff that's settled on the plants, when they're harvesting, all of a sudden this dust with all these toxins in them create this cloud that you're breathing in for several days after harvesting.
It's so crazy how toxic our food supply is.
I mentioned this once in a podcast.
I said humans are the only species that deliberately poisons its food, especially that it feeds its young.
I mean, you go out and observe field mice, even rats.
Rats don't find food and then poison it and then give it to their young.
Only humans do that.
It's the craziest thing.
I think we're just being lied to, Mike, in terms of why do we have to grow this much corn?
Why do we have to grow this much wheat?
Why do we have to genetically modify everything?
And so I think we've been lied to in terms of we have to do this and then the farmers are incentivized to do things like that.
So definitely something that we need to learn and grow with and learn from moving forward.
Yeah, and I think that, folks, if you're not consuming good nutrition and superfoods to aid your body's natural detoxification process, you're living in kind of an internal toxic stew because we're all exposed to so much stuff that even I can't avoid it.
That's what I was just talking about.
Even I can't avoid it.
The rabbit was cleaner than I was.
I mean, I guess if you forage wild food all day in the forest, then maybe you could be super, super clean, but you'd spend your whole life foraging food.
I mean, that's a lot of work.
That is.
All right.
Well, any final thoughts, Bashima, as we wrap up this conversation today?
No, I just want to thank you for all the work you're doing.
I think you're bringing a lot of light, a lot of education.
I've listened to a couple of your podcasts in terms of just bringing awareness, and you're bringing awareness to what's happening in Ohio.
You're giving the people in Ohio a lot of good information.
And also, you're bringing awareness to just how toxic we are right now and all the great things that you can do about your situation.
You don't have to accept it.
Yeah.
Well, thank you very much.
And I appreciate what you're doing.
You're working with patients.
You're working on nutrition.
You're educating people.
In some cases, one-on-one.
I know you have a long waiting list at this point, and that's probably not going to get any better after this interview runs.
You're going to have a longer waiting list.
But, you know, look, we're all doing what we can.
And that's what counts.
We try to educate people.
And I appreciate you joining me.
Look, I educate people, like, grow your own sprouts, folks, you know?
I mean, you would agree with that, too.
Grow your own living foods.
You're going to have fresh enzymes, living enzymes, in the sprouts.
Isn't that one of the best things that people can do?
Absolutely.
Absolutely.
And especially growing it the way you recommend, which is, you know, soil free.
And that's what we're going to have harder and harder time finding is good soil to grow things.
You're not kidding.
The soil is really contaminated.
And you know, they sprayed lead arsenate as a pesticide on pretty much every agricultural center in this country for 100 years.
And lead and arsenic do not vanish because they're elements.
So you spray lead arsenate on everything and then a hundred years later you're like, how come there's still lead in the soil?
Table of elements, that's why.
I mean, I spend half my day trying to teach lawmakers and authority figures basic physics and chemistry, it seems.
It's crazy.
I shouldn't rant about it, but I get frustrated.
Oh, no.
I want to mention that while we've had this conversation, this is not medical advice.
Obviously, talk to your doctors about this.
Talk to a professional.
This is just information.
Hopefully, it's something that is useful information for everyone out there.
Yeah, yeah, absolutely.
Thank you for saying that.
And let me give out your websites one more time, beingfunctional.com.
That's where people can find you for your functional medicine consultations.
And then myvitamin.com, singular, no S, myvitamin.
Right.
It's like MyPillow.
But with a vitamin.
Okay, myvitamin.com.
And people can check that out.
And allow me to plug what we have, which is not vitamins, but some superfoods.
Can you show camera five?
Check this out, Bashima.
In our store, we've got Radiance Blend.
We've got broccoli sprout powder.
And we also have broccoli sprout powder in capsules, because some people prefer that.
We've got a...
We've got an auto-vitamin E full-spectrum tocopherols, so antioxidants for your cell membranes, fat-soluble antioxidants.
And this is just obviously a small sampling of the kind of thing that we do.
We just set it up here to kind of show people some of what we have.
I think we're going to change this tomorrow with some different stuff, but You know, it's like nature makes these molecules if we are just wise enough to source these molecules.
And they're dirt cheap compared to medications, you know?
Yeah.
It's God and nature have provided the answer.
Yeah, and they make you feel good too.
Yeah.
I do want to say with MyVitamin.com, we have about a one to two week wait right now, only because we have been selling, so we've been making these packs, and especially the detox pack.
And we also just changed, we added one additional supplement to the pack, so we're making it a little bit better.
What did you add, by the way?
We added a supplement called MedCaps DPO. Originally, the MedPak for the detox pathways had Oncoplex, which is an intense amount of broccoli.
10 pounds of broccoli per bottle.
So for a month's worth, you're getting 10 pounds of broccoli in these little tiny capsules.
You're not getting a bottle.
You'd be getting the MedPak.
But we also added the MedCaps DPO, which is a detox tablet, which helps in multiple phases of the liver detox pathway.
So phase two detox.
Yeah.
Not to get too scientific.
No, but that's a good choice because I think detox is critical.
And I would also just add to people, you know, I mentioned earlier, I add licorice root to my smoothie.
Licorice root, and I don't think we have a licorice root product, but just speaking in general about this herb, licorice root contains glycerin.
Which protects the liver from damage caused by acetaminophen, which is Tylenol, or alcohol damage.
So folks, if you plan to go out drinking and then take a bunch of Tylenol, you're going to damage your liver.
By doing that, I mean, it's one of the most common causes of liver damage, by the way, is combining those two things, alcohol and Tylenol.
And you can protect yourself from either one of those with licorice root.
So, I mean, it's just an example of the power of natural molecules.
In that case, it's called glycerin.
And licorice root's part of traditional Chinese medicine, too.
Did you know that, Dr.
Williams?
Chinese medicine.
Oh, yeah.
Yes.
And we use licorice root a lot.
And also gut healing, gut lining healing.
Oh, yeah.
Really great for that.
And then also NAC. You can't forget about NAC. NAC is critical.
Yeah.
We definitely have a recommendation for our patients for pre-alcohol consumption.
To also prevent the hangover.
You're not going to not drink, so if you want a couple drinks, we don't recommend going out and getting drunk every night, but certainly there's things you can definitely do, and you're 100% right.
Alcohol is a toxin, and it will deplete your body's glutathione stores, so why not replace it before you go out and drink?
Those are all really good little pointers.
Do you have an NAC in one of your packs?
We have that in a detox pack.
Okay.
That's cool because that, you know, ever since the thing happened for the last two years, people have been, you know, scrambling to get NAC. And I think at one point Amazon, I think, did Amazon ban it or something?
And they stopped selling it because...
I forgot the details, but it was harder and harder for people to get.
Even we had trouble getting it from some time.
Anyway, you and I could geek out all day on nutrients and supplements and stuff, so we'll have to have you back to do more of this.
In the meantime, I appreciate you.
Thank you for joining us and taking the time.
Sorry to keep you a little bit longer than we planned, but good, valuable information.
Appreciate you.
Thanks so much, Mike.
It's always a pleasure to talk with you.
Absolutely.
And I think your dog needs your attention there.
I heard him in the background.
My dog's right over here too, but he's chilling right now, so it's all cool.
Yeah, it's all good.
Your dog is better than mine.
No, no, he's just chilling.
I took him swimming earlier and he's all wiped out, so that's my secret.
Oh, that's awesome.
That's really cool.
Yeah, he's around here.
Hey, Rhodey, come here.
Let me just prove it to people.
Rhodey, come on up.
You want to come up?
My dog is about five pounds, so look at him.
Yeah, here he is.
I woke him up.
Now he's kind of grumbling.
Good boy.
You're a good boy.
Yes, you are.
He was in a deep sleep.
Yeah, that's awesome.
Animal therapy is really good therapy, too.
Thank you.
Yeah, definitely.
Well, it was so nice talking with you again, and hopefully we shared some good information that will help.
We absolutely did.
All right.
Well, thank you.
Sorry, Rhody.
Sorry to never awaken the sleeping beauty.
Don't wake him up.
I can't believe you did that.
I know.
I went outside my bounds.
Okay.
Thank you for watching.
Thank you, Dr.
Williams, for joining us, and thank you for watching to our audience, and feel free to repost this.
Now he's chilling over here.
Repost us on other platforms if you wish.
You have our permission to do so.
Just give a link back to Dr.
Williams and a couple of her websites.
And of course, I'm Mike Adams, the health ranger of brighteon.com.
Thank you for joining us today and amp up your detox.
We live in a toxic world.
We need to take it seriously.
Take care, everybody.
A global reset is coming.
