And he's the author of the book, Is COVID-19 a Bioweapon?
He's also the creator of FlemingMethod.com.
He is a brilliant researcher and physician who has, in fact, developed and I believe patented some of the methods for measuring inflammation in body tissues.
So he is an expert, a documented expert on inflammation, which is one of the reasons why he's able to understand what's happening with COVID and the vaccines and so much else.
He's been all over independent media sharing his time and thoughts, and he has talked about the war crimes tribunals and how that's shaping up or the international tribunals against those committing bioweapons war crimes against humanity today.
We'll be joined by Dr.

Today we're joined by Dr.
Richard M. Fleming, author of the book, Is COVID-19 a Bioweapon?
And he has a new petition out now that we'd like to encourage you to sign.
So here to tell us about that petition and where you can find it is Dr.

Well, thank you, Mike, and thank you to the folks that are watching.
Yeah, the easiest way to get to the petition is simply go to flemingmethod.com, www.flemingmethod.com, F-L-E-M-I-N-G-M-E-T-H-O-D.com, and that first page that you open up at the very top will give you a link to go to for the petition.
And the petition is trying to get the International Criminal Court to Come forward and take this ICC case, this International Criminal Court case that was filed by attorneys from the UK,
McCallum and Maine, as well as attorneys from Slovakia, Weiss, Porosikov and Schmidt from France, LePelier and Cohen, and then from the Czech Republic, Nielsen.
They put these four cases together and then petitioned to have the ICC put them together as a single case, which makes a lot of sense for the ICC. It's a lot more information.
They don't have to go through four cases.
But the ICC has been kind of crickets about this whole thing, which is interesting because most of the other cases have simply been kicked out for procedural issues, you know, something done wrong.
But they've not kicked this one out.
McCarron and Montagnier and myself submitted affidavits along with the book Is COVID-19 a Bioweapon?
to provide evidence for the judges to know that these people have committed crimes and then recently We had three individuals who are actual Nazi concentration camp survivors send a letter in support.
So Moshe Brown, Halil Handler, and Vera Sharab, which was amazingly brave of them because what I was told afterwards was And they hand-delivered this letter.
What I was told afterwards is that there are Nazi concentration camp survivors who were afraid to sign the letter because of retaliation.
And one of them is a personal friend of Anne Frank.
So that tells you what we're up against, what we're dealing with, that these people, you know, could endure a Nazi concentration camp.
And so I put together a letter asking for people to support so that we can put more emphasis on the ICC and get them to stand up and do what their responsibilities are.
And so that's the reason for this petition.
We're right around 45,000 signatures right now, and we ought to be way above that.

It's underlined.
You click on it.
It takes you right to the petition.
You can sign it.
You can add more information to it, excuse me, if you want to.
But the goal here is to put some pressure on these judges because, as you can imagine, there's a lot of pushback for everybody to do nothing.
And, you know, there are people on social media who say, you know, this is a joke.
You know, the U.S. can't be held accountable under the ICC. And to them I say that's exactly what Nazi Germany thought.
Well, right.
An important distinction in all of this, however, is that, at least if I'm remembering history correctly, the Nuremberg trials took place after the fall of the Nazi regime.
And so that regime was no longer providing pressure against the trials.
And today, What you are working to do with many colleagues is to hold these regimes accountable as those regimes are still carrying out their war crimes.
Well, I would call them war crimes against humanity.
Yeah, no, they definitely are crimes against humanity.
And I've been very specific in the documents that I provided these attorneys.
I mean, we have...
My specific inclusion includes the Secretary of Health and Human Services, a former commander from Fort Detrick, David Franz, who helped...
DAZAC and all the others and Fauci funnel money around for gain of function.
Collins, Fauci himself, DAZAC, Beric, Shi Zhengli, the Gates Foundation, both Bill and Melinda because they were involved in this.
Becerra, the Secretary of Health and Human Services.
Lloyd Austin, the Secretary of DOD. Because, you know, these people have been instrumental for decades in doing this.
And they, you know, the fact that they've done it for decades tells you that unless somebody holds them accountable, they're going to continue to do what they've been allowed to do.
I mean, we have paid for it.
Tax dollars have paid for it.
They have violated their oaths to uphold and defend the Constitution of the United States by violating treaties, by developing a biological weapon, by pushing drug vaccines that are nothing more than the code of that biological weapon, by denying people informed consent, by pushing drug vaccines that are nothing more than the code of that biological
And as I've mentioned before, anybody who's taken that oath of office to uphold and defend the Constitution, whether they were elected or appointed, have violated their oaths.
And that's treason.
So I don't care if you're Anthony Fauci, and you can add to that perjury for him in front of Senator Dr.
Rand Paul, or whether you're President Biden or anybody else.
You know, when you're mandating...
Which means there is no informed consent because informed consent means you know and you have a right to choose not to be vaccinated.
When you take that away from people, you're violating those treaties.
They are committed to those violations, though.
They are committed to death, it seems.
And so it's almost as if, and I'm sorry to be somewhat skeptical about this process, I mean, I want a positive outcome here for humanity as much as anybody, but how can we expect this system to declare itself To be criminal.
And certainly the pressures on the ICC, the judges, the media is fully controlled by Big Pharma, the science journals are controlled by Big Pharma.
How do we ever get out from underneath this oppressive regime of Big Pharma vaccine tyranny?
The same way that humanity has done it every time this type of thing has raised its ugly head.
Genghis Khan went down.
Adolf Hitler went down.
During the 60s and 70s in Thailand, I forgot the name of the terrorists there, but every one of these people who thought they were invincible, every one of these powers behind the scenes who thought they were invincible, humanity has repeatedly stood up And it's nothing more than standing up together in unison saying these crimes shall not continue.
Every one of these people always thought they were so invincible.
And at first blush, they look like that.
But I was talking with Senator Bob Hall from Texas two nights ago on his program.
And I said, people seem to have this sense of being overwhelmed of what a terrible time we live in.
And I want to turn that around and make people realize we are living in a great time.
Because today, as opposed to a year ago, people are beginning to understand what's going on.
And that gives us the power, the opportunity and the power to bring these people to justice.
Everybody wants to live at a time in history when they make a difference.
Well, guess what?
We're living at a point in time in history where we make a difference.
And our children and our grandchildren will benefit from what we do or they will suffer from what we do not do.
Well said.
And I'd like to get your response on this development, too.
Just earlier today, I think it was the police union president of the police union of Chicago, I think it's Chicago, told the mayor, you know, go pound sand.
You're going to lose half of your police force because we're not taking the vaccine.
We're walking away this coming weekend.
They will have half the police force.
I think that was Chicago, but similar things are happening in Seattle and other major cities with the airline sick-outs, and there's so much resistance against it now that it seems that the American people are starting to find their backbone to stand up and say no.
Is that what you're seeing as well?
Absolutely.
And the American people need to get out there with these police forces, with these airline pilots.
They need to protest with them.
They need to support them.
You know, a year ago, we were defunding the police, right?
Right.
Now, you have an opportunity, if you want the police department to do the right thing, and many people, I used to be on a police department, many people who are police officers want to do the right thing.
They're there because they firmly want to do something for service for the people.
They're out there day after day, just like all of our emergency medical services and our fire and our police.
You know, you have airline pilots out there.
They are trying to do...
A good job for the people.
And they need the support.
If they're by themselves, they're not as strong.
But we can get out there with them.
You can sign petitions and you can get out there and be seen with them.
I mean, we saw...
Riots in the streets last year in the United States and cities being burned for no good reason.
Those weren't peaceful protests.
Peaceful protests are when you get out there and exercise your constitutional rights to assemble and let the government know.
Mainstream media can't continue.
They can try.
But they will not be successful in continuing to lock this down because you can tell the wave has turned.
Mainstream media is trying to figure out how they're going to come out of this.
Fauci is trying to figure out how he's going to come out of this.
Collins has submitted that he's going to resign at the end of the year.
He's trying to figure out how he's coming out of it.
Redfield decided how he was going to jump ship at the Every one of these cowards are trying to figure out how to get out of it and throw somebody else under the bus.
That's what you see when the system is unraveling.
Now is the time for people to double down, support the people that are defending their own rights, and to stay strong.
This is not a violent thing.
This is letting the bad people know that the good people aren't going to take it anymore.
This is mass non-compliance across these large corporations affecting transportation and more.
Now, it's interesting that over the next eight weeks or so, there are many vaccine mandate deadlines that are approaching for cities, city workers, but also large corporations such as Boeing, which said that their 125,000 employees would be fired if they did not get vaccinated by December 8th.
Now, what do you think would happen to Boeing If 25,000, 30,000 employees just say, nope, and they walk off.
Can you imagine?
Yeah, exactly what's happening in the hospitals when the doctors and the nurses are walking out.
And just to let you know, today in New Mexico, in federal court in New Mexico, a case was filed for a TPO, a temporary restraining order, to block the mandatory vaccination of the Los Alamos lab, the nuclear facility to block the mandatory vaccination of the Los Alamos lab, the nuclear facility
And I provided an affidavit submitted in written testimony for the judge about the concerns and the dangers of these vaccines.
People don't realize, not only do these vaccines not work, if you look at the EUAs, but the data now very clearly shows that they are suppressing our immune system.
They are suppressing our production of interferon.
They are suppressing our production of T-helper 2 cells.
When people are receiving Pfizer and Minervative vaccines, and then given an influenza vaccine, they are not mounting an influenza immune response.
It is blunted.
We know that the T cells, the critical cells in the innate system, go down after the first Pfizer vaccine shot.
We know that natural immunity, you can't natural, person-to-person community, because there's nothing natural about this virus, but person-to-person transmission immunity is long-lasting, provides memory cells.
Up front, it provides not only IgG and IgM, but it provides the critical IgA antibody for our lungs and our GI tract.
We know that if you've been exposed to or you've had influenza or cytomegalovirus, you probably already have some natural immunity.
And what we now know most recently is that, as I've told people, these vaccines only picked out the spike protein of the SARS-CoV-2 Wuhan HU1 variant.
And so the further away we've gotten from that, the more we have put a pressure selection on the Delta variant and the Mu and the Lambda variants.
But here's the thing.
What we now know is that the greatest natural immunity to this virus comes off the nucleocapsid component of it, which you can only get if you get it from person to person.
That data just recently came out.
So they're not even vaccinating for the right bloody part of the virus to begin with.
And like I've said before, we have always done vaccines where we've taken all the variants, With all the parts and injected that into you so your body can make an immune response to all the variants and all the parts so that it bloody well works.
This is Jurassic Park, literally.
They were given the tools by people that they stood on the shoulders of.
Some of it was work that I did that they literally stole out of the work that I was doing in the early 1990s on inflammation, where they used that.
She's angry use that to help formulate how she was going to put this glycoprotein 120 there.
Not that I'm a giant, but they're standing on the shoulders of giants, and they're too ignorant to know what tools they've really got.
So they've been able to play with things, but not fully understand things.
And they are literally vaccine chasing at this point in time.
I've seen the recent papers talking about the VE, vaccine effectiveness going into negative territory now.
So those who are vaccinated may have a negative 50% rate of hospitalization, meaning that if you got the vaccine, your risk of hospitalization is now 50% higher than if you were unvaccinated.
So the vaccines are having the opposite effect.
And yet, the hospitals are only retaining workers who have been vaccinated and firing the ones who are relying on natural immunity.
What does this mean for where we're headed?
Yeah, and it's completely insane.
I mean, everything is unraveling around them on the failure of these vaccines, on the pressure selection, on the ignorance of this approach, on the failure of treating people up front more rapidly with different medications, the ones that I've measured, as well as others that some people strongly believe in.
I mean...
Natural immunity is what you're doing right now.
You're trying to build your immune system, right?
And God forbid we actually do that because everything that they did to us, quarantining us, locking us down, keeping us from communicating with other people, keeping us from having our social interactions, whether that be your peer group or your religious beliefs or whatever...
Locking us down, I mean, took away all of the things that human beings need to have a healthy immune system.
You know, I mean, they just did everything possible to weaken human beings.
And I want to say that that's a testament to the strength of the immune system that after being abused for over a year, so many people, I mean, I've had two go-rounds now of SARS-CoV-2.
I had it originally in January.
And then I was blessed about two months ago for someone to share the Delta variant with me.
And you can see at 65, I'm still up and kicking.
To the chagrin of many people.
Well, there was even new research.
You speak about the therapeutics that are known to be effective and yet are withheld, especially in hospitals.
And I've got a couple questions for you on this, but the Jerusalem Post just yesterday covered new research from Israel, Israeli researchers, that confirms earlier research out of the United States that says just daily aspirin reduces the risk of hospitalization and serious COVID outcomes by almost 50%.
Just daily aspirin People were just taking for other reasons because of the anti-clotting properties of aspirin.
The exact thing, I mean, that inflammatory thrombotic response disease theory that I laid out in 1994 is what COVID is.
COVID is not cytokine release syndrome, as people call it.
Cytokine release syndrome was a cutesy name given by Big Pharma for when they were using chemotherapy with people and they took the T cells out of people and then changed them, altered them with the same technology they're using for these vaccines, then injected that back into people and the body didn't like it.
So it released cytokines and nobody wanted to use that treatment.
And Big Pharma came up with the name cytokine release syndrome.
And then everybody said, oh, we've got a name for it.
So it's OK to do it because we've got a name.
We know what it is, right?
So unfortunately, many people have looked at the cytokines and the interleukins and they said, well, a cytokine release interleukins.
No.
That's when you take parts of the body out, alter them, and shove them back in like Big Pharma does.
Inflammal thrombotic response is what happens in the human body when you have something enter the body that shouldn't be there and the body responds immediately.
And aspirin is very critical in that pathway.
It interferes with the platelet function, the thromboxin A2, the activation of the clotting part.
And the people died from COVID-19 because they weren't getting treatment.
And it's unconscionable.
I mean, I don't know what happened to the medical community if everybody just lost their nerve or whatever part of the body you want to refer to now at this point in the conversation.
But they lost that testicular fortitude to practice medicine and be responsible for patients.
They quit treating them for breathing problems.
They quit treating them for clotting problems.
I mean, how many times has somebody had a viral infection That the doctors said, go home, take plenty of fluids, rest, take aspirin, right?
What the heck happened to that, Mike?
Yeah.
No, I don't know.
I mean, they're obviously intentionally withholding this, and those are crimes against humanity, just in the withholding of low-cost, proven, safe, effective medicine, including ivermectin.
But we've only got about three minutes left in this segment.
Let me ask you a different question.
This is a breaking story that we cover.
We had a whistleblower on last night for an interview, an expert in federal grant money compliance.
And under COVID relief funds that have been distributed to states, the states are now distributing those federal funds to cities and counties, communities and some businesses in their states.
Those local municipalities are then awarding some of those funds to contractors and subcontractors and so on.
Because this is all federal money, the U.S. Treasury is administering this program, and the U.S. Treasury requires compliance with executive orders issued by Biden, which includes the vaccine mandates, for all who receive this money and who receive it even through those multiple chains. for all who receive this money and who receive it So this is another way they're trying to push their vaccine mandates through the money that they call relief funds.
I don't know about you, but I don't feel relieved by that at all.
I think the question now is whether we're saying Heil Hitler or Heil Biden.
Yeah, well, it's clear that they're bowing down to Biden.
But all this money is also displacing private sector businesses that can't compete because they don't have free money coming in from the swamp.
Yeah, absolutely.
You know, look, this is our money.
This is our tax money.
You and I pay this money out.
We didn't give them the authority to do this, and we didn't give President Biden or anybody else the constitutional authority to take away informed consent to strip us of the ability for doctors to practice medicine or to force this vaccine.
You know, the Supreme Court already ruled back in the Missouri case many years ago that you cannot force a patient to take a treatment.
Whatever happened to the Supreme Court?
This is Article 3 of the U.S. Constitution.
The Supreme Court said you can't do this.
The Constitution does not give the authority for mandatory vaccines or any other health orders from the federal government.
But of course, the tyrants will cite, you know, Jacobson, the Jacobson case, which they misinterpret, as you've talked about before.
That was in the early 1900s, and we're so far beyond that.
Justices have even opined off the record that if that's brought up in review of this, that they will not consider it relevant to the discussion of this drug vaccine biologic program.

We've already covered a lot of ground today, and again, I love interviewing you because your mind is so quick.
We can go through lots of information quickly.
What I want to ask you now, if it's okay, is...
And I know this is hard to do, but can you kind of paint a scenario of what we may be looking at by the time January, February, and March rolls around if things don't change here?
And maybe they will change, but what happens if they don't?
If we stay on this path, where does that lead us as a nation?
Possibly the worst part of it is that if you look at the animal models, the humanized mice and the rhesus macaque models that were originally done with this virus, with these spike proteins of this virus, the harm to these animals with prion diseases, if you look at what that is in human terms, that's a year and a half.
So if we have not done something to tremendously change the path that we're on, By next summer, we could start seeing a substantial number of individuals with neurologic long-haul disease, if people want to call it that, but this prion disease of the brain that damages the brain, that causes these neurologic abnormalities, these motion disorders.
Mad cow disease is obviously one of the ones people know.
Alzheimer's diseases, a lot of these neuromuscular diseases.
And if we're not beginning to look for them, if we're not treating them, and if we're not preventing them from continuing to be passed around by these massive injection programs, we could see the medical system truly overwhelmed.
And, you know, if you think that people are stressed out now, you start saying, you know, you don't have to have a big percentage of millions of people being affected by this for it to be substantial.
And we're going to see continued heart damage and we're going to see continued inflammatory diseases.
And we will probably see an increase in autoimmune diseases.
We're going to see a plethora of health problems that we caused because we allowed this to happen.
In medicine and science in general, particularly physics, my area, when you're doing something wrong, you don't keep doing it.
In physics, things tend to really go bad.
In medicine, while people die, that's really going bad.
When you're doing something wrong, An intelligent person steps back and says, don't do that.
I mean, is this not what our parents taught us?
What was the phrase?
If everybody else jumped off the bridge, would you follow them?
Well, right now, that's what we're doing.
And you're not joking.
I have first-hand knowledge.
Someone I know very well, whose business partner was in his mid-30s, perfectly healthy, started to lose his cognition, went to the hospital, And his brain, his brain started suffering and he lost his short-term memory.
It got worse and worse.
He was diagnosed with, get this, autoimmune encephalopathy.
He died a couple of weeks later and they performed an autopsy and the doctors were stunned.
They said this was prion disease.
Mm-hmm.
I mean, that's something that I know firsthand that confirms what you just said.
We should not be having people in their 30s dying from prion disease in America or anywhere in the world.
It's so rare, except for now.
Yeah.
We have managed to...
I mean, that's why when people started kind of...
Laughing at me when I said this is a biological weapon.
They said, well, it's not much of a biological weapon if people aren't dying.
No, no, no.
A good weapon doesn't kill your enemies.
It maims your enemies.
It takes what they have away.
It slowly but surely decimates them.
This is a bloody perfect biological weapon when you think about it.
I mean, the original goal was the HIV glycoprotein 120 insert Which is exactly at that NERV5AC receptor site that I was talking about with diets and heart disease in the early 90s, which is why they started to come after me.
And then the ability to monitor that properly with nuclear quantitative measurements like Fleming method, which showed that not only were the imaging...
Techniques we were using wrong.
They were qualitative, just visual guess.
But we were over-radiating people and not getting the results that we should have.
And so I was calling for those to be reduced, to change the way we were doing it, and to begin quantifying it.
And all of that brought hell's fury upon me by the federal government.
But you know what?
Like I told somebody a week ago Saturday, I'm good with it because if I'm the bad guy for having done something wrong as they think, well, when the people that are doing the wrong tell you that somebody else has done something wrong, it causes you to think about maybe who's doing things right and who's doing things wrong.
These are bad players.
When history is told about this current era, make no mistake, you are the good guy.
You are an extraordinarily prominent good guy for what you're doing.
And I got to say, I'm inspired by what you're doing.
Your courage, the time you're taking to speak out.
You know, you're not getting paid for any of these interviews.
You know, I mean, you're spending your time and resources and subjecting yourself to attacks and censorship and so on.
But you're putting it on the line.
And that's what good guys do.
So I want to thank you, Dr.
Fleming, for what you're doing.
It's making a difference, a huge difference.
You're fighting for humanity.
This is for our children and our grandchildren.
A week ago, Saturday, when I was doing that presentation in Frisco, Texas, it hit me at the time.
Sometimes things would do that.
I said, my grandparents and my parents looked at me and said, we want a better world for you.
And they did everything imaginable to make a better world.
And failure to act right now means we're telling our children and grandchildren, we don't care, you're going to have a worse world.
Well, guess what?
I don't have a choice.
No good parent has a choice.
No good human being has a choice.
A mom or dad or uncle or whatever you are for the people you care about.
To leave this world a better place versus a worse place is our responsibility and obligation.
And the children and grandchildren, if they are deprived of the world that we knew, that we grew up in...
We'll remember that.
They will be able to judge on that, and they will judge on it.
So if you think it's harsh or hard now to stand up to do the right thing, just think of the consequences of dealing with your children and grandchildren going, why did you surrender everything you had?
And take it away from me without questioning, like your parents and grandparents did.
We owe this to them.
Oh yeah, well said.
And by the way, when all of this rolls out, and I think over the next two to three years, it's going to be so obvious, the damage from these vaccines and the damage from the withholding of medical treatments, I would not want to be those doctors and hospital administrators Who demanded no ivermectin, no vitamin C, no zinc, you know, no aspirin.
How are those people going to answer for what they have done?
They're going to be scrubbing their Twitter accounts and Facebook accounts and interviews like never before.
But guess what?
The internet never forgets.
We know who these people are.
We know what you did.
Yeah, and like I've told people, you know, the Wuhan databank stripped its databank, right?
I've got part of it.
I've got part of it.
We will be holding these people accountable.
And when I talk to physicians now, and this is 22 months, I've given a lot of latitude.
I mean, I really have.
I've tried to say, okay, I get it.
You're not scientists.
The difference...
Again, in that presentation, I explained to people, a PhD is somebody who solves problems.
An MD is someone who treats problems, and a JD is somebody who causes problems.
So...
I get it that MD clinicians do not solve problems, and they basically are very good at, once they're given the answers, they're very good at disseminating the treatment for it, but they've got to be given the answers.
So for 22 months, I've kind of held off and said, okay, I get it.
You don't know, and you're trying to listen to Fauci and the powers that be.
But we're 22 months into this, and you don't have to be a PhD to figure out something's not quite right here.
Thank you.
And the PhDs, we're the ones that are least likely to be vaccinated of any group.
So now I'm turning around, I'm going, time's up.
It's 22 months.
Time's up.
You stop doing stupid stuff and start thinking and listening to what the rest of us are telling you.
Because in Nuremberg, they went after the government officials first, but then they had the doctor's trials and they had the judge's trials.
And by God, when we do this, we're going to be coming after the doctors and the judge's And the attorneys who block this because the people are the ones who suffered.
And on my watch, you don't get a free pass.
We're 22 months into it.
Get your brains in gear.
Don't tell me you're too busy to take and work on this because at 22 months, you're not too busy.
You're too lazy.
Yeah, no kidding.
Well said, well said.

I want to remind our readers, sign the petition for the ICC to take up this case and issue international crimes indictments against those guilty for this.

We do.
And we actually, so now what you're going to see is you're going to see the copyrights to that.
And that was put up and those have been pulled down because they're now copyrighted.
But here's the importance of that.
That copyright came from the U.S. federal government, which means the U.S. federal government has now recognized those treatments.
Uh-huh.
That was critical in getting that copyright.
So they're available for people that call in and want to get them or send emails in or get them off to the doctors.
But we had to pull them off because there's copyrights because otherwise you could say, well, you're abandoning the copyright.
Right, you're putting it in a public domain.
Yeah.
So we did that.
But it means the federal government has accepted...
These treatments.
Well, right.
And the NIH knows that ivermectin works.
They list it on their website as well.
Okay.
