PunchGoogle.com seeks to END Google / YouTube censorship based on "viewpoint discrimination"

Welcome, everyone, to Bright Town Conversations.
Today we're joined by one of the most important whistleblowers of our time, Zach Voorhees, the Google whistleblower.
He's part of a new project to launch what will eventually become a class action lawsuit against Google to stop Google's suppression of the freedom of speech and election meddling in the United States and perhaps all around the world.
He joins us today to talk about his new project called PunchGoogle.com.
And, Zach, thank you for joining me today.
It's a real honor to have you on.
Tell us about PunchGoogle.com, what this is all about.
Well, thank you, Mike, for having me on.
It's good to hang out with you again.
Right now, as you know, YouTube has just done a massive purge of content creators because they supported the president.
Now, you know, whether you believe in the president or not or whether you want to vote for Biden, I don't care, right?
It's all about the freedom of speech.
And what YouTube is doing right now is that they are removing people with an ideological viewpoint because what they're trying to do is they're trying to rig the election So that Joe Biden wins.
That's what's really clear right now.
And so in response to this October 15th purge, I've launched a new campaign that will seek an emergency injunction against Google-owned YouTube so that we can restore these channels and restore the First Amendment for the American public.
This campaign is called PunchGoogle.com.
One word.
PunchGoogle.com.
We launched this a few days ago.
I didn't know what was going to happen.
I was actually a little bit fearful that it wouldn't get traction.
But wow, everybody responded with a flow of people.
We were funded in one-third.
We're raising a total of 130.
We got one-third of our entire funding on the first 24 hours.
And so, with that successful first day, I'm happy to announce that the attorney is satisfied that we will be able to hit our funding goals.
So even before the campaign has finished, our attorney, Chris Armenta, has decided to go ahead and start the paperwork, and she expects to be filing on Monday.
Now, I've given an invitation to you, which you've accepted.
My invitation is for any YouTube channel that has been banned by Google because of an ideological filter.

And depending on the circumstances, which is for most people will apply, then I will connect you to the attorney and will onboard you and make you a plaintiff as part of the plaintiff pool for this emergency injunction that we are filing on Monday.
So the attorney, Chris Armenta, she's been actually battling Google for a while on this issue.
And in fact, she was actually battling Google on the other side, trying to get them to take down a video related to Benghazi, believe it or not.
And what was really interesting is that Eric Schmidt...
Well, Google refused to take down a video about...
Remember Benghazi with the Muslims that were being inflamed by an inflammatory video?
And so she was actually on the side that was trying to get that video taken down.
And so she knows Google in and out.
She knows her lawyers.
And what's really interesting is that they argued...
And didn't take down the video.
And they argued that they wouldn't take down the video because the answer to bad speech was more speech.
Google said that?
Eric Schmidt said that.
Well, gosh.
They don't believe that at all.
They don't believe that at all.
How far they've come to have completely inverted and now have gone the other direction, which is if you support the wrong presidential candidate, you get banned.
Or, you know, now the excuse is, oh, all those channels were, like, into QAnon.
And that's not true, right?
Like, Sarah Westhall wasn't a QAnon fan.
Well, even if they were Q, I mean, so what?
Q has never advocated violence.
Q is anti-pedophilia and so on.
But let me ask you this question.
What's to stop the local courts in California from just ruling Section 230 immunity?
Because that's what's been happening this entire time.
What's different about this?
So what's different about this is that Section 230 actually acts in our favor because what they're saying is that they can take down the content for any reason.
And they're saying that they can do that because, you know, for off-platform violence to protect themselves from liability.
But the thing is, is that that's not actually something that concerns them because of the Section 230 liability protection.
And so what we're doing right now is that we're getting them on a breach of contract.
YouTube didn't follow their own rules in taking down these channels.
And as a result, there's a vulnerability there.
And for some reason, they changed their terms of services, which gives us more leeway in being able to bring this suit.
Right now it's not a class action.
What we're hoping to do later on is to open this up into class action.
Like I said, right now we have to keep it very focused with a plaintiff pool.
And we're going to reevaluate later on in Phase 2 whether to bring in other companies.
People have been saying, well, what about Patreon?
Can you bring Patreon in?
And we'd like to, but the problem is that if you get two defendants, what happens is that both defendants blame the other, and then it slows it down in court.
And what we want to do is we want to get this as quickly as possible to the 9th District It's fascinating.
Yeah.
Right, the Ninth Circuit Court.
I was going to say it's fascinating.
This is only possible because Hillary Clinton is not president, because there were hundreds of federal judge decisions or positions that needed to be filled that Trump has filled.
And look, now coming up on three Supreme Court positions as well, this is a major change.
As Obama said, elections have consequences.
In this case, it seems like these consequences may help us defend our First Amendment rights against these techno tyrants who have decided that they alone have a monopoly on deciding what speech is allowed and what speech is not allowed.
And they make their decisions based on political viewpoints, of course.
They're all in for Biden.
You saw recently, I'd like to get your comments on this, Facebook is running a unit, a team there called Hate Speech Engineering.
I'm sure you saw the news on this, and it's staffed by Chinese nationals, Communist Chinese, who are brought in on H-1B visas, and they are running the algorithms to censor Americans.
Isn't this direct evidence that Communist China has infiltrated, in a way, some of these tech companies and is weaponizing them against America?
Yes, and what's really interesting is something that Project Veritas disclosed recently, and it's a letter from their HR department saying that Facebook needed to increase its quote-unquote diversity.
And in order to do that, they should start...
Prioritizing Chinese and South Koreans into the company.
Now, if you read, that would be the most interesting part normally, except if you read the language of the HR, it's very clear that the person writing it has English as a second language, okay?
And they use words that, well, I mean, I've...
I manufactured in China.
I know how Chinese use English and butcher it somehow.
And when I read this, because I got an advance copy of this, I looked at this letter and I said, whoever wrote this sounds like they're Chinese.
And I actually said, I don't think that someone would actually...
This is real.
And Project Veritas was certain that it was real.
They ran it.
It turned out to be real.
And so with this diversity initiative letter that was found in the HR servers within Facebook, it's very clear that it appears that China is writing a lot of the corporate policy that Facebook is writing.
And so to hear this, you know, now it's kind of coming out of the shadows.
Oh, the Chinese are, you know, controlling a lot of the censorship.
Well, yeah, that's what's happening.
Like, you and I both know and have felt that the Internet has become more Chinificated, right?
It's become more communist.
And this social credit system is starting to seep into every part of life.
Like, I went and...
I supported Judy Mikevitz and helped run her social media campaign and blew it up to over 100,000 followers on Twitter.
And, you know, now I've got hip pieces on me.
And so whenever someone searches for me or they want to, like, give me a service, they just search on Google.
And the first thing that pops up is the Vice Magazine article or the New York Times article on me.
And now it's like, well, now I can be denied services.
Or now people will think that I'm a crazy conspiracy theorist because I brought up this whistleblower.
And this is the Chinification of the American system from a capitalist free market economic system to a rigged communist system.
What they're trying to do is that they're trying to bring an end to our way of life.
And they're doing it with unelected technocratic bureaucrats that have installed themselves in power and do not care anything about what we think.
They do not care for democracy.
And this is the thing.
They always talk about democracy until they seize power.
Then they do it as ruthlessly and efficiently as possible.
Right now, what we're seeing is a coup of the United States being led by YouTube, being led by Facebook, being led by Patreon, being led by Twitter.
They're doing this to silence voices like yours, Mike.
And I'm trying to put a stop to it.
You're exactly right.
This is a coup against the United States of America, and I'm glad you mentioned the personal character assassination tactics that are used against people like you and I. Those kinds of tactics have been run against me for years to the point where it is difficult for me to engage in any kind of business relationship because people still default their searches to Google,
And all they're going to read about people like you and I is a bunch of fictional smear pieces written by, you know, paid agents who are working basically for communist China.
And you're right.
This is exactly how it's done.
But this is a national security issue.
And we have the U.S. Congress now, at least the GOP, trying to put in place a potential law to name China as the number one national security threat against America.
And President Trump is well aware of the of how evil and malicious China is in the way they're trying to conquer the United States.
But the Democrats are all in with China.
Biden is all in with China.
Hunter Biden has business deals with China.
And the tech giants are all in with China.
So in defeating big tech, this is really a much bigger issue.
This is about defeating communist China and their attempt at takeover of our country.
Right.
And it's really funny.
It's like the McCarthy era was like, hey, there's a communist subversion of the American system.
They all laughed at him.
And now it turns out he was exactly right.
And now we see, you know, this red dragon rear its head up again, you know, as they're trying to take over the system.
And it's all happened in the last four years.
Like, I was working at Google, a libertarian company that said, and still has as its mission statement...
To organize the world's information and make it universally accessible.
They still have that at the same time that they're banning pages for talking about the crimes of Joe and Hunter Biden.
Unbelievable!
How far this company has fallen.
And what a coincidence that this was the darling of the media.
What a coincidence that this was what everyone was talking about.
They made movies about it.
I called the interview where people were talking about how great it was to work at Google.
And it was great.
But the company inside, there was a festering, rotten core.
Because what they wanted to do is they've been planning this for a very long time.
When I blew the whistle on machine learning fairness, one of the things that didn't get a lot of attention was the fact that, you know, yes, machine learning fairness is how they re-rank the entire internet and rig it so that, you know...
in the elections.
But the thing is, is that where did this come from?
Machine learning fairness was not invented in Google.
It was invented in Stanford.
And Stanford is in bed with China.
And it's Stanford that is responsible for the biggest rigging of the technocratic system that we're fighting against today.
I'm glad you mentioned that because machine learning fairness, for those who are new to the term, this is a system where Google uses biased human beings to train AI systems how to be just as biased as the liberals that are programming them.
So basically it's a way to automate the intolerance, the bigotry, the fraud and deception of left-wing lunatics.
So you don't even need the human lunatics anymore.
You've got AI systems that are now trained in that way to censor content, whether it's videos, articles, tweets, whatever the case may be.
That's machine learning fairness, which of course is completely unfair.
Nothing's fair about it.
Nothing's fair.
In fact, it's algorithmically unfair.
Critical race theory.
That's what machine learning fairness is.
It's the computerization It's the taking of this critical race theory and embedding it inside of an AI. That's what it is.
And it was unleashed within Google Search.
It was unleashed with YouTube and Google News.
That's why you see everything happening the way that it is right now.
And it's the end of the American system.
And it's the reason why I blew the whistle.
I talk about the story about what machine learning fairness is at punchgoogle.com because it's such an intricate component of why I am fighting this beast system.
Well, we have to dismantle this entire system for humanity to ever exist as a free species on this planet.
Google, as we see it today, has to be destroyed.
It has to be taken down and dismantled.

Maybe get some channels restored.
But a question to you, Zach, even if channels are restored on YouTube, that doesn't stop the biased algorithms for search results or what people see on their homepages and so on.
There's still shadow banning.
There's still mysterious deletions of followers and subscribers.
You know, people who have channels on YouTube, they're always losing their subscribers for some mysterious reason, even when those people say, I didn't unsubscribe, you know?
So there's still a lot of games being played there.
Just being on YouTube doesn't mean you're going to be able to be seen by anybody there.
Yeah, that's correct.
But that, I believe, would be in violation of the injunction.
And so what we're doing is that we're putting Google, YouTube on notice.
We're saying we, the people, are getting together.
We're putting you on notice that what you're doing is unconsciously evil and against your own terms of service.
And, you know...
For them to be able to say, well, we're just going to just block it off and shadow ban it.
A judge is not going to like that.
A judge is going to see right through that immediately.
And keep in mind that this is not the only judicial action that's coming.
We have, as the American people, the DOJ now throwing the hammer and the gauntlet down on YouTube and saying, Hey, Google, you are acting as a monopoly.
You are threatening entire sites.
How many health sites have lost all of their organic traffic from Google?
Tens of thousands.
Thousands.
Has it been 99% of your organic traffic, Mike Adams, has been destroyed from Google?
Think about this.
Who else is going to be next?
It's already happening.
Anybody who has a different opinion on COVID, if you disagree with the CDC or the WHO, you get shadow banned or blacklisted or basically deplatformed.
And yet, think about this logically, Zach, the CDC changes their position every week.
How can you possibly keep up with the contradictions of the system that's so corrupt and the WHO run by China again?
Where China, the WHO back in January said, oh, this isn't even contagious.
It doesn't spread from person to person.
That was Chinese disinformation.
The same communist China that's running, I believe, Google, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, and many other similar companies like Vimeo and Pinterest, for example, also infiltrated by communist Chinese.
And now they've been justifying this entire time.
Many of these, the censorship, by saying, oh, it's hate speech.
They're against hate speech.
But then they define hate speech with machine learning fairness, which is unfair.
So hate speech is anything a liberal doesn't want to hear.
That's it.
Right.
And the thing is, is that their hate speech is totally allowed.
And because the left controls the definition of language, they just continually move the goalposts, right?
Remember what they said, like in the 80s, in 70s, it's all about racism, racism, racism.
We need to get rid of racism.
Now, racism has been redefined so that you have to have, quote, institutional power plus prejudice, right?
That means that when a person of color or some disadvantaged person has a racial prejudice against another person, it may not actually be racism if that person is, say, white or Jewish or whatever other race that is higher up on the hierarchy of...
The impression Olympics, right?
And it's just like, this is going to continue to twist and evolve because the left controls the language.
And now they're trying to take the language and they're trying to embed it into the AI. And what that means is that, you know...
You could quote the WHO and be wrong because it's not what they said yesterday.
It's what they said back in February.
And so it's like they don't even have their authoritative sources correct.
It's authoritative plus what they said recently.
Well, exactly right, and this whole idea of what is an authoritative source is complete nonsense, because now you have all the so-called authoritative media sources, New York Times, Washington Post, which is just a CIA mouthpiece, come on, CNN, a total journalistic joke, NBC News filled with journo-terrorists that run around stalking Trump supporters and calling it journalism.
But these are all considered authoritative sources.
And then what they do is they just have basically a cognitive circle jerk of self-reinforcing truth.
And then they say, well, we're not going to cover Hunter Biden's laptop.
We're not going to cover the hard drives that came out of China showing Hunter Biden doing crazy things with crack pipes and young girls, because that's not okay.
That's not true.
Oh, it's Russian disinformation, they say.
So They have an out for everything.
And now they control absolutely what you're allowed to see and share and write or say.
And come on, people.
This is so un-American.
It's anti-human.
It's not just anti-American.
It's anti-human.
It really is.
It's an anti-human, totalitarian coup on humanity.
And I say that it's humanity because the United States is the most important country in the free world.
And if the United States falls, the rest of the world falls with it.
And that's the reason why I had to do this campaign.
I had to swallow my pride.
I said, I must do it.
I told my team, I said...
Am I really going to have a campaign to stop the largest technological company the world has ever known?
And Ian, who's sitting right beside me, he looked at me and he said, you must!
You have to!
If not you, then who?
So I did it.
And you, the American people, are getting behind this.
And you're saying no more.

I mean, even right now, look how they censored the New York Post to defend their candidate, Joe Biden, whose son is completely a criminal, The Biden crime family engaged in international money laundering, kickbacks, bribery and fraud and official corruption.
But because that corruption involves communist China, which is running the tech companies, then the tech companies defend Biden and bury the news.
I mean, we have already lost...
Our country at this point.
We're trying to get it back, but we've already lost.
I mean, imagine if Biden wins.
We will never have truth again in the rest of the country.
It'll be gone forever.
You know, there's an interesting quote that I heard, which is that every dictatorship on the planet is the result of a failed revolution.
Donald Trump is that revolution.
And if the left is able to retake control through military and technological means, then what's going to happen is we're going to have the most brutal dictatorship the world has ever known.
The rest of the world is depending on us to do the right thing now.
That's the reason why we have to stay together and fight, and it's working.

Like, you know, you're probably pretty happy that YouTube is, you know, purging all these people because you're seeing content creators now and end users coming to Brighteon.
Are you not?
Well, yeah, but I'm saddened by the whole thing.
Remember, I launched Brighteon after YouTube completely deleted my account a couple of years ago.
It was YouTube that ultimately ended up creating Brighteon through that mechanism because I got pissed off and said, you know what?
We can never compete in enemy territory.
We can never trust Google or YouTube or Facebook.
We have to build our own platforms.
So in a sense, they initiated that effort, which has grown since then.
And by the way, off the record, well, it's not off the record, but I'll say it...
Without disclosing it, but some of the suggestions that you had for us are about 10 days away from being in place, by the way, for Brighteon.
Oh wow, that's great.
That worked really well then.
We've re-engineered the entire thing over the last, I don't know, what it's been, five months or something.
Complete re-engineering, structural re-engineering, and the advantages are too numerous to name.
But it allows us to be really portable as a platform and to move.
If we get shut down in one hosting company, we can move to another, no problem.
But see, this is what it's about.
It's about being nimble, decentralized, and adaptive.
Because we are the hunted We are hunted down by big tech.
They want to kill us.
They want to silence us.
They want to smear us and destroy us and deprive us of revenues.
And for us to survive, we have got to be adaptive.
And that's what we're doing.
And that's what you're doing.
So, you know, everything is at stake here, folks.
We will all be silenced forever.
We'll be in prison if Joe Biden wins and big tech wins and we have one party rule in this country, which is basically communist China.
We all lose.
I mean, that's what they want.
They want to have a population that's managed by an AI, artificial intelligence system, where all of your conversations are monitored by a panopticon that judges you, that scores your credit.
They're already doing it in China.
If you don't like the Chinese Communist Party, you are not allowed to buy a train ticket.
You are not allowed to fly and all of your friends that are connected with you also get their social credit scores lowered.
Can you imagine what kind of terror that is, where you're afraid of, what can I say?
Because if I say something that's wrong, then my entire family, my friend group, they're all going to be lowered because of that.
And it's a nightmare.
It's a thing that I saw coming in 2017, and it scared the bejesus out of me.
That's the reason why I started to collect all of this evidence detailing all of this that was happening inside of Google.
You know, there's another secret here that I've got to mention.
I know we're coming up on time, but Communist China is on the verge of collapse as well.
They're on the verge of political collapse as well as economic collapse.
And Trump has been tightening the screws on China in a big way, a very effective way.
And defeating communist China and setting the people free in China is necessary for the future of our world.
And China, as a communist regime, is on the verge of collapse.
Even internally, there are families that are fighting with Xi.
To try to overthrow him and restore something of an election system.
It's not just 1989 Tiananmen Square students, but that whole movement still exists in China and they want to make China a democracy.
That can happen, just like the Berlin Wall fell.
History can spontaneously break out in a new positive direction.
And like what you saw in Hong Kong, the absorption of Hong Kong and folding it into mainland China was something that was supposed to happen in, I think, 2034.
Maybe my time's not exactly right there, but it's close.
And what happened is that they had to accelerate it by over a decade.
Why?
Because shit is going down in China right now.
And I don't have all the specifics about what's going on behind the scenes, but it looks like they're getting very desperate.
There was a big announcement that there was over a $1.5 billion arms sale to Taiwan.
And I mean, we're fortunate in a way to be living in a time of international intrigue and excitement.
But, you know, at the same time, we have to make sure that we protect America and the Republic for which it stands.

Or are you starting to get some support from Congress on this?
They know about it.
They like it.
I talked to the president's inner circle about this.
They are aware of it.
They support it.
They don't want to publicly come out because they are afraid of getting nailed by some sort of in-kind donation.
Now remember, the left is doing all kinds of in-kind donations.
The purging of Trump supporters is an in-kind donation.
Yes, it is.
But surprisingly, complaining about YouTube and supporting a lawsuit against YouTube for taking out Trump supporters is too much of a campaign contribution for them to come out and support it publicly, which is the word that I've gotten from my team when we've been reaching out for the last two days.
Wow.
But I am going to meet with them, with some influential people in the next week.
I can't disclose where, but, you know, there are back channels into those people, and they really support everything that we are doing.
You know, this goes hand in hand with what the DOJ... And we are going to end this technocracy menace.
