A special report here on defenses against the coming likely release of a hemorrhagic fever virus or nanoparticle.
I think viruses really technically are just nanoparticles because viruses aren't alive.
So they are really nanoparticles.
But whatever you want to call it, there's something else that's coming.
And just as we have a limited window of time right now to prepare for the food scarcity, the food inflation, you know, the food riots that are coming, We also have a very limited window of time to prepare our bodies for the next insult that's coming.
And by insult, I mean exposure.
So one of the fascinating things about COVID that I've learned, and I think you've seen this as well, is that, yes, there was some kind of toxic nanoparticle that was distributed.
It was carried by some people, shed by a lot of people who took the vaccine because the vaccine turned their bodies into, you know, essentially nanoparticle bioweapons factories.
So all of us got exposed at some level.
And many of us got exposed multiple times.
I had symptoms one time after a speaking event in Tulsa, and I used chlorine dioxide to beat those symptoms.
And there was another time I had some other symptoms as well and kind of lost my voice for years.
What was it, a week or so?
That was just a few months back.
So yes, something hit me again.
And it was once again, it was exposure.
It never put me on my back in bed.
You know, it didn't wipe me out, but it made it so that I couldn't do podcasts.
You may have experienced very similar things.
You may have had a week or two or three weeks of lethargy, just extreme fatigue.
You may have lost your voice, whatever.
We were all exposed to something.
And one of the things that I noticed is that my cardiovascular performance was really impaired immediately after that.
Actually, for a couple of months.
It took me a while to regain my cardiovascular stamina.
It took training, and it took time, healing time.
And the things that I did to achieve the healing are what I want to pass along to you and to urge you to consider these things because we need to be in tip-top shape when the next nanoparticle bioweapon gets released.
And they'll call it the next pandemic.
It might be hemorrhagic fever or something called that.
But we need to be in tip-top shape.
So let me share with you that right now, I am taking ivermectin once a week.
I'm doing a once-a-week dose.
I can't recommend that for anybody else because I'm not your doctor, but I've decided that that is appropriate for me to do, and I have no side effects whatsoever.
And I believe that ivermectin is beating back Whatever insults might be circulating in my system, it's anti-parasitic, anti-worming, essentially, medicine.
And I take it in a liquid form.
And what I do is I buy, personally, I buy veterinary ivermectin that's used as an injectable form.
Obviously, you don't want to use topical ivermectin.
Again, you may not want to use anything at all.
I can't tell you to do this because, again, I'm not a doctor and I'm certainly not your doctor, but that's what I do.
And I take about 1.5 milliliters of this solution, which I think is a 1% ivermectin solution.
I take that about once a week.
Every day, I'm doing quercetin.
I'm doing artemisinin, which is the wormwood herb extract.
I'm doing that two or three times a week.
I'm doing, of course, daily vitamin C and vitamin D. And I'm doing all kinds of superfoods that you know.
I grow my own vegetables and I blend them up each day into a smoothie.
And that's part of the smoothie I drink.
So I'm drinking Swiss chard and kale and lettuces like red oak leaf lettuce and Paris Island lettuce.
And what else am I growing now?
Oh, I'm growing beets.
So I'm eating beet greens and I'm growing broccoli.
And I'm eating a lot of the small broccoli sprouts, the extra ones that sprouted.
And so I'm blending all this up and taking that daily.
Just in my smoothie.
I'm not actually eating salads.
I'm just drinking this stuff.
Blend it up.
And because of these nutritional strategies, I believe I've been able to recover my cardiovascular performance.
I also take natto kinase, N-A-T-T-O, kinase, or natto.
It's a fermented soy extract that I think was discovered in Japan, I think.
But I take that because it's really good for cardiovascular health.
I take resveratrol.
I take the go-to-cola herb.
I take magnesium.
What else do I take?
Serrapeptase sometimes because of its anti-inflammatory capabilities.
Of course, I put turmeric in my smoothies and I drink that spice.
I only drink rainwater.
I don't drink any other kind of water.
Don't drink city water, well water, tap water, bottled water, nothing.
I'm drinking rainwater only, which is a lower pH.
And I think that that actually, personally, I know there's a lot of debate about alkaline water.
Versus acidic water.
Rainwater is real close to 6.1, which is somewhat acidic, and that's what plants love, and that's what I drink.
So I'm actually drinking acidic water, you know, slightly acidic water.
And for me, that's working great.
I don't feel any need for alkaline water, but there are times where, let's say if I drink a blueberry-strawberry smoothie and the berries are too acidic and I can kind of feel that they're really, really acidic, maybe they weren't ripe enough or something, I will take sodium bicarbonate, which is baking soda, in order to neutralize the acidity, and then that feels better in my stomach.
So I do have baking soda in capsules.
That I can swallow whenever I feel like I need more alkalinity.
And I know that some people use baking soda for all kinds of things.
Some people say that they're treating cancer tumors with baking soda.
But if you're paying top dollar for bottled alkaline water, you should know you can just take a baking soda capsule for two cents that will have really more of an impact than an entire bottle of alkaline water, just so you know.
I mean, just look at the chemistry.
But those are some of the habits that I do.
And also importantly are things that I do not do.
So I do not eat fried foods except in very rare occasions.
I do not...
I mean, I stay away from canola oil, corn oil, soy oil, cheap vegetable oils of all kinds.
Stay away from them.
I do olive oil, coconut oil.
What else do I do?
Avocado oil.
You know, flaxseed oil, things like that.
I also blend up flax every day into my smoothie as well.
So I'm getting a good dose of flax.
I'm drinking a lot of avocados, as you know.
But back to the things that I do not do.
I'm not eating refined sugars.
I'm not eating much wheat.
I don't have anything against wheat.
This is not a huge part of my diet.
I do eat butter.
I do eat cheese.
Always organic, of course.
I don't drink milk.
Just not into it for whatever reason.
But I do drink coconut water and I do consume coconut milk.
Sometimes I'll make like a potato curry dish with coconut milk in it.
You know, kind of like Indian style or Pakistani food style cuisine, which is super delicious.
And I grow fresh basil.
So I'll make a dish of turmeric and curry with potatoes and mushrooms and green peppers and onions, and then I'll throw fresh basil on top of that.
Oh my God, that's so good.
Making me hungry just talking about it.
Fresh basil is just amazing.
And it's super easy to grow.
I just clip off the top half of the plants about every three or four days and it just keeps growing back.
I've been doing this month after month after month, just forever basil.
Yeah, endless basil.
Let's see.
I don't smoke.
I don't drink alcohol.
I don't do drugs.
I don't take medications.
I don't take vaccines.
And I imagine that's also a really big part of all of this.
Now, I do occasionally have caffeine.
And what I do is when I need an extra boost...
I'll blend in the freeze-dried coffee that we sell at Health Ranger store.
Freeze-dried coffee, I'll blend it into my smoothie so it adds a little bit of a coffee taste, a little coffee flavor to my smoothie.
And then I get this kind of little caffeine boost there.
I'll do that every once in a while if I feel like...
Actually, I do it on cloudy days.
It's like when the sun is shining, I'm getting energy from the sun, really.
And then when it's kind of cloudy or gloomy, I feel a little bit more down just because of the lack of light.
And then I'll do some coffee in my smoothie, and it kind of takes me back to if it were a sunny day.
I know, it's kind of weird.
But for me, a cloudy day is...
I really notice the difference.
That's why I can't live in a place like Portland, Oregon, or Seattle.
Got to live in a place with more sunshine, you know?
But I think that the fact that I don't take pharmaceuticals and I don't take vaccines and I don't drink alcohol, I think these are factors.
These are big factors in...
The ability to recover from the insults of vaccines and hemorrhagic fever, whatever else is coming.
And the point is, I'm just sharing some tips with you.
I mean, I know everybody's different, and I'm not a snob about any of these things.
I'm not saying that everybody has to do all the same things that I do.
And there are probably some things that I don't do that I should be doing.
Maybe you're doing better than I am on a lot of these things.
All I'm saying is that we need to really reevaluate our health habits right now because of what's coming.
We're going to be hit hard.
And many people who survived COVID may not survive the next thing that's coming because it's going to be so much more aggressive.
At least I believe that's what they're planning.
And so we really need to be at the top of our game.
We cannot compromise on our health and just say, ah, you know, we'll just wing it and hope everything's okay.
No, because if you have sludge blood, Or you have like clotting factors in your diet, that could really be fatal if you're exposed to something that increases the clotting factors, you know, like a toxin.
There's one final point I want to mention in this.
Notice that COVID-19 worked by causing clotting, and the vaccine killed a lot of people with clotting.
You know, the micro blood clots, the strokes, the heart attacks, the sludge blood, all that.
Yet hemorrhagic fever is the opposite effect.
You bleed out from the inside or from every orifice of your body.
Now, remember that some viruses cause artificial clotting.
Some viruses or nanoparticles or toxins or even venoms, for that matter, cause a lack of blood coagulation, cause you to bleed out from the inside.
And so be very careful of artificial blood thinners.
You might be thinking that blood thinners are really a great strategy for you right now because they oppose blood clotting, right?
You might be taking aspirin.
Or you might be taking medication that's a blood thinner.
If you're exposed to a hemorrhagic nanoparticle toxin and you're on blood thinners, that combination could be fatal.
So instead of using artificial chemicals, i.e.
pharmaceuticals, to control the factors of your blood, what you really need is adaptive response, which means you need your body to be resilient and to be able to quickly adapt to the changing internal body environment based on the threat that is presenting itself at that time.
you might need to make sure that you can clot in order to stop internal hemorrhaging, for example.
So don't think that clotting is always the enemy.
Sometimes clotting saves your life.
For example, if you get cut or shot or stabbed or if you're bleeding out from the inside, clotting is what stops the blood loss.
And in order to have clotting, there are certain nutritional factors that you need to have.
And maybe I could do more research into that, but right offhand, of course, you need some iron, although women tend to need more iron than men, but also look into things like vitamin K and things that go into the clotting factors of the blood.
And the health of your blood cells and the health of the hemoglobin and the relationship between your lungs and red blood cells, the ability to carry oxygen and the ability to carry and transport carbon dioxide out of the body.
This has everything to do with lung health as well as heart health.
So just some things to think about and keep in mind because we're going to be facing some very real bioweapons challenges, I believe, later this year.
And it's going to take some real strategy to survive that for all of us.
We can.
I don't mean to be doom and gloom about this.
We can make it through.
But we've got to be smart.
And we've got to be ready, and we have to have our bodies ready as well.
Thank you for listening.
