Situation Update, April 19th, 2021 - REPORT: The game-changing Tulsa health freedom event

Alright, welcome to the Situation Update for Monday.
I think it's April 19th.
I've lost track of time because of the events in Tulsa, Oklahoma, which we're going to talk about today.
I'm Mike Adams.
I'm the Health Ranger.
Thank you for joining me today.
And I feel so blessed.
I have just experienced the presence of God over the last several days with nearly 5,000 people gathering together at the Rhema Bible College facility in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
For really a world-changing event that you're going to learn about.
I know that thousands of people listening to this were there and I got to meet maybe a thousand people in person.
I know I hugged at least 500 people and I took hundreds of photos with people and signed hundreds of books and shirts and hats and Other random things, flags and things like that, which was wonderful.
It was an amazing experience.
And let me tell you something, folks.
There wasn't a mask in the entire building.
There was no mask.
There was no social distancing.
And I would imagine almost no vaccines.
And we're all still alive.
It's amazing.
How did we make it through that if Fauci and the CDC are correct?
How are we still living?
Now, granted, my voice is a bit hoarse because I've been talking for three days straight, doing interviews and such.
I'm going to give you, really, a lot of detail here about what's coming and some of the interviews I was able to snag and so on.
But none of us died?
Huh?
How's that even possible?
No masks.
And as I've been...
In Oklahoma and, you know, in the grocery stores and in the gas stations or whatever, guess what?
You know, not only am I not wearing a mask and many other people aren't either, and the same is true in Texas.
So I don't know about all the rest of y'all in America, wherever you happen to be, but here in Oklahoma and Texas, we are not wearing masks and nobody is giving us any crap about it, frankly.
I mean, there are signs on the doors that say, you know, you must wear a mask at all times and so on.
But I was in the elevator in the hotel and someone had taken a pen to that sign.
And like Top said, social distancing is required.
So they just added the word not.
Social distancing is...
No, I think they wrote never.
Social distancing is never required.
And the part that said you must wear a mask at all times, they added not.
You must not wear a mask at all times.
So there's a resistance there.
Here in America, at least in the Texas, Oklahoma region, resistance against medical tyranny.

And you know how Americans are being de-platformed so much?
Well, this is what I call the re-platforming of America.

I was able to interview the founder and CEO of CloudHub, And also the founder of Pure Social, which I think is at puresocial.com.
And Andrew Wakefield has a new platform, a new social media platform coming up in about maybe 40 days or so, and it's the Health Freedom Social Media Platform.
And we're going to be participating, by the way, in all these platforms, even though we have our own platform, brighttown.social.
What we are experiencing right now, and this was really present at this event in Tulsa, we're experiencing just incredible cooperation because all of us have a common mission, which is freedom and liberty and health and abundance and getting America back to Christian values and defeating which is freedom and liberty and health and abundance and getting America back to Christian values and defeating evil and protecting children against the evil leftists and all their trafficking and pedophilia, blood harvesting, Guess what?
We are fighting back.
And this is how we're doing it.
We're building our own platforms.
So good things are happening, folks.
I'm going to try to just give you an overview here today of what that whole event was about and some of the interviews I got and give you a taste of what's yet to come.
But you're going to be absorbing this, I know I am, for the next couple of weeks.
I couldn't even sleep until 3 or 4 in the morning last night because there was so much God energy just flowing through my body and mind.
I was just blown away.
I literally could not sleep, which normally never happens to me.
I can't even tell you.
Something has just changed.
This is a pivot point for the future of the human race.
This Tulsa event was the pivot point.
There is now the way life was before Tulsa and now how it's going to be after Tulsa because we are the remnant.
We are the aware, the awakened, the alive, the people of faith, and God is on our side.
And God is going to win, which means we're going to win.
We're going to take this country back.
We're going to take human civilization back from the demonic entities that are trying to destroy it.
And now we know how it's going to happen.
We can see it taking shape.
And I was able to interview many of the most influential people who are part of making that happen, in fact.
So let me just give you that rundown here.
I interviewed so many great leaders in this space, including Scott McKay.
The Patriot Street Fighter.
And Scott McKay is a superstar who's fighting for America.
He's kicking ass in every way possible, and he's not holding back.
And he drove up to the event, and he was on stage introducing some other folks, and he was talking to the crowd and signing autographs.
And they mobbed him like a crowd in the 1960s would mob Elvis, basically.
He's like the modern-day podcast Elvis.
And they couldn't get enough of them.
I was lucky to be able to get them for a podcast, you know?
Scott McKay has become a good friend of mine, and he's just rocking it.
And by the way, we are, just on the business side, we are going to be manufacturing some supplements for Scott McKay.
They're going to be branded Patriot Street Fighter.
We're really struggling internally with how we're going to be able to make that happen because Our own customers are blowing all our own products off the shelves.
We can't even keep that stuff in stock.
But we're going to work with Scott McKay no matter what it takes for us to do it internally.
I don't care if I have to go in there and run the machine myself.
I'm going to fill some bottles for Scott McKay.
We're going to get that out there for you.
And you can help support his operation when those come out by purchasing those products.
But not too fast, mind you.
I don't want Scott calling me up and saying, hey, I'm out of stock again.
Make more stuff.
You know, drag your ass out of bed, Adams, and get in there and fill more pouches.

So, interviewed Scott McKay, interviewed Jeffrey Prather, who's, again, super awesome guy, amazing guy, lives in Tucson, Arizona, has a dojo there, a warrior, a spiritual warrior.
Jeffrey Prather gave a great presentation.

And he and I had a great interview.
I interviewed Lin Wood.
And I got to know Lin Wood's security detail team pretty well, too.
And those are just a great group of guys, many of them former infantry, some special forces experience in that group.
Dudes you don't want to mess with, you know?
Linwood has very good protection.
And Linwood himself is an incredible man, a gentleman.
He was so polite.
He was so thrilled to see me.
And I was thrilled to interview him.
We had a great conversation.
You're going to get to hear that.
That's a podcast as well.
I interviewed Mike Lindell.
You know, my pillow, Mike Lindell.
And we had the best time.
I was lucky to snag Mike for his last interview of that day.
And because after he finished there at the show, he was going to be driving over to his jet, you know, his private jet, to fly out of there.
And so we did about a 20-minute interview.
And after the interview, after I hit stop, I should have just kept recording because it was so interesting, but he started giving us this massive download of stuff, all kinds of funny, amazing things with Trump and the White House and the Oval Office and the red button on the desk.
And it was just like, oh my God, you know, Mike Lindell, he's got some fascinating stories and they're all true.
That's an amazing guy.
And he actually stayed with us in the room where we recorded for another 30 minutes or so.
We're just laughing it up and having the best time.
And he was telling us these stories.
And at one point I said, Mike, don't you have to catch a flight?
And he said, I don't have to catch a flight.
That's my plane.
I'll just tell them to wait for me.
So that's what he did.
And we got to spend some time, you know, privately in a room with Mike Lindell and learn more about him and his philosophy.
And he's a really amazing patriot for America.
I interviewed Charlene Bollinger with the truthaboutcancer.com.

So we got a great interview with Charlene there.
Interviewed so many other people.
Oh, you know, the other interesting thing about this is stuff I learned behind the scenes.
Even from Lynn Wood and from Mike Lindell and got to talk to Jeffrey Prather behind the scenes.
I got to talk to Colonel Phil Waldron.
Behind the scenes, you know, the guy who said, we have all the packets.
And Phil Waldron is a super awesome dude.
And we're going to connect with him in Texas because he lives in Texas.
I'll just say that.
So we're going to connect in the studio at my facility and get Phil Waldron on camera because that dude...
I don't even know where to begin.
He's super high IQ. He's got tons of experience.
He's a colonel.
And he knows about unconventional warfare, asymmetrical warfare, multidimensional warfare.
He's got it figured out.
He knows what went down.
And with his information combined with other people, I've got real reason for optimism about where we're headed and about what's What's gonna happen?
It's not gonna be right away, not gonna be instant, not some magical wand solution for America, but we do win this.
I mean, yeah, there's gonna be some suffering, some chaos, some collapse, some conflict, probably, maybe some succession, I don't know.
But in the end, we win this.
It's very clear now.
And these people that I was able to interview are at the forefront of what's happening with America and how we're going to win.
Now, it wasn't only the people I was able to interview.
There's a lot more that I haven't even mentioned yet.
But also, I got to do interviews with other media outlets.
So I was interviewed by LifeSiteNews.com, which, as you know, is one of my favorite sources.
And I got to meet their top marketing director, who's an amazing gal.
Her name's Rebecca.
She knows her stuff.
She's a real asset for that organization.
And You know, they got me on camera.
I don't know if it's just my suit or if...
No, she knew who I was.
She's actually very familiar with natural news.
And I got on camera and we talked about aborted human fetal tissue and vaccines.
You know, we talked about what people need to know.
We talked about living with faith and what we need to do to save Western civilization by returning to values of faith, Christ-like values.
Rebecca was awesome.
LifeSite News was awesome.
I got to interview with the Epoch Times unit.
It's called NTD. And it's kind of like a sister unit with the Epoch Times.
And I met one of their top guys and did an interview with him.
And he's launching a show soon in the Washington, D.C. area.
Very professional journalist there doing great work with the Epoch Times.
I was on with the Resistance Chicks.

They are a blast.
I would love to hang out with the Resistance Chicks and just talk about everything.
Freedom, nutrition, homesteading, homeschooling, everything.
These are two sisters who...
They did a great job covering the event.

And they...
I'm telling you, they were doing really one of the best jobs of anybody at the event, covering it.
They were just nonstop interviews.
They were working, like I'm working, you know?
People know I'm a worker.
When I'm there, everybody knows, like, that dude Adams, he never sits down.
He's out there talking to the crowd.
He's interviewing people.
He's being interviewed.
He's doing this.
He's running the live stream, whatever.
Resistance chicks remind me of that because they were working.
Every time I saw them, they're not sitting on their asses.
They're working.
And they're doing great stuff, and they're well-informed.
They know what's going on.
And they're also Christians, you know, two sisters of great faith.
And they had me do a shout-out to their mom, I think, on camera.
And by the way, some other person came up to me and said, You've got to give me this on camera.
You've got to say, That's insane!
And so I did it for him.
I'm curious what he's going to edit that into.
It'll probably be some really crazy comedy skit.
Where every five seconds I'm popped in saying, that's insane.
But we had a lot of fun, all of us.
I got to meet just hundreds of people and gave hundreds of hugs.
And, you know, all face to face, no masks.
It was an amazing event.
And I could feel, I could literally feel the spirit of the Lord moving through us during this entire event, which took place in a Bible college, Rhema Bible College.
Oh, and you know what?
I got to give a shout out to the Bible college people.
They were so amazing.
The choir director of the Bible College, he donated his office to me to use for two solid days to do podcast recordings.
It was just amazing, and it worked out so well.
I didn't know where I was going to do the recordings.
I had no idea.
I didn't know what the setup was like, anything.
I didn't have a plan.
It turns out it was God's plan, right?
So I walked in.
They gave us the room.
So the choir director, I regret, I don't remember your name, sir, but I am going to send you a big gift box from the Health Ranger store just to say thank you.
And we did pick up all the trash in your office that we had, you know, kind of You know, from food and whatever.
We really picked the place up, didn't want to leave a mess for you.
So I appreciate you letting us use your office.
And you got a gift box coming from the Health Ranger store, I tell you that.
Share it with some of the other people there.
Everybody was super professional.
The Rhema Bible College people are the real deal.
And the video crew was awesome.
And I got to give a shout out to Clay Clark, because Clay is the guy that pulled all this together.
Thrivetimeshow.com, Clay Clark.
He's the guy who twisted my arm and said, you've got to come to Oklahoma.
And I said, I don't go anywhere, man.
What are you talking about?
And he said, no, no, you're coming to this one and you're going to buy a suit.
You know, I'm like, really?
You're funny because I don't travel and I don't wear suits.
And, you know, six weeks later, I'm in Tulsa wearing a $2,000 suit.
So I guess Clay Clark is pretty persuasive.
He got me there.
And there's even buzz that he's going to do this in other cities across America.
Wow.
Well, I'll tell you what.
I'm not flying commercial to some distant land because I've got to run my deal in Texas, but people came from all over to Tulsa.
People flew in from Alaska, from Canada.
They drove from the East Coast.
They drove from Minnesota.
I met people from all over the country.
Who came into Tulsa for that event.
5,000 people right there in person.
I think the city was thrilled.
They owe Clay Clark a lot of gratitude for Clay making this happen.
He put Tulsa on the map in 2021 as the epicenter of the revival for America.
He put Tulsa on the map and he put the Rhema Bible College on the map for that purpose.
It's just amazing.
Now, local law enforcement, too, were amazing.
I'll tell you a little bit about the security experience there without giving away any details.
You know, I don't violate OPSEC here, but the security guys were awesome.
And it turns out that a lot of the sheriff's deputies are listeners to this podcast.
I had sheriff's deputies high-fiving me in the hallway and getting pictures with me.
I mean, they're all geared up, you know, they got their gear, they're ready to respond to an active shooter situation if that were to occur, which it never did, because nobody's dumb enough to go into a building with 100 security guys and try to cause trouble.
They'd be put down in seconds.
The sheriff's guys were fans, and they were awesome.
And the local PD, the Tulsa PD, was there as well.
So you had sheriffs, deputies, and PD working together.
And the sheriff himself Gave a speech there.
And this is an awesome guy.
Pro-Second Amendment, pro-America.
He was loving it.
He had the crowd all fired up.
This is a big dude.
He is a big guy.
I don't recall his name because I met, you know, a thousand people.
But he gets it.
And he's got that place running.
And I tell you what, Tulsa is safe.
You know, Antifa and Black Lives Matter, you know, rioters or terrorists or whatever, they're not going to get any traction in Tulsa.
If you want a safe city in which to live, you know, check out Tulsa, I tell you.
These guys knew their stuff.
And then as we were leaving, ran into the whole SWAT team doing some training across the street.
It was funny.
It was like...
And by the way, I was packing my SIG P320 the whole time.
And it was really not that concealed because I had this, you know, high dollar suit and it had a split tail for the suit jacket.
I mean, it wasn't a suit.
It was a jacket and slacks and so on.
But the jacket had this tail and that P320 holster did not get along with my dress slacks.
And what would happen is every time I hug somebody, it would push that holster back.
I mean, it's my fault.
I should have had some holster keepers.
On the belt.
I just wasn't used to wearing it with this set of pants and belt.
I don't have this problem with my ranch pants.
But the SIG kept sliding out and the butt of the gun would stick out of my jacket.
I mean, it was no secret that I was carrying.
Everybody knows I carry all the time, but it was funny because the sheriff's deputies and sometimes the security guys there, the other security details, they would grab my coattail and And cover the gun up again.
I'm like, man, your gun's showing again.
I'm like, yeah, I should just only carry this thing at this point.
It's not concealed at all.
It doesn't matter.
Everybody knows who I am.
Everybody knows I'm armed.
And I'm just glad you're armed.
We're all armed.
Everybody's armed.
Safest place in the country right now.
Which it was.
And even I had some people in the audience were chuckling.
They're like, yeah, yeah, we can see your gun again.
I'm like, I know.
It just doesn't work with the suit that well.
It's just the way it is.
But I tell you what, I'm pro-Second Amendment.
I'm not joking around.
I do carry.
And I had a live round in the chamber of that pistol the entire time.
I carry, and it's live, and I'm ready to shoot and scoot if necessary.
But I wouldn't need to.
There's so many other security people.
I would just...
You know, head for a safe place and let all the other guys deal with whatever's going on.
I'm not there to be some kind of, you know, to get in a firefight.
I'd let those guys do it.
They train together.
They're coordinated.
They can do a better job than I can under those circumstances.
I mostly just carry for, you know, bad things happening in parking lots and such.
But anyway, there was a lot going on.
Oh, did I tell you that this event, you know, we live-streamed it on brighthead.com, and what my engineers told me after both days had finished was that we had live-streamed to 329,000 unique viewers.
Unique viewers.
Not just the same people reconnecting, but unique viewers.
I mean, wow.
And then someone told me that there was, I think, a total of over 2 million viewers People who had watched the live streams from multiple platforms, because I know there were other platforms streaming it.
I had heard that Right Side Broadcasting was streaming some of it, but I never ran into those guys there, so I don't know if they streamed the whole thing or not, but we did, and I know the Rhema Bible College did, and there were some other people streaming.
Anyway, it seems like, in the aggregate, there were millions of people who watched this event, and it was...
It's game-changing.

And over the next couple of weeks, take the time to watch some of those.
I have to as well because I missed most of the speakers because I was doing the other interviews and so on, doing podcasts and coordinating podcasts.
So I miss a lot of the live speakers.
I'm going to go back and watch those speeches because it's definitely worth doing.
And you're going to find a very powerful message, a pro-Christ message, a pro-America message, a pro-liberty message.
And you're going to see that the people of this country are not going to just lay down and surrender and go away and be ruled by tyrants like Fauci.
You know, and the CDC and the vaccine criminals and so on.
American people are taking a stand.
You know, stand for freedom, health freedom, medical choice.
You know, they're taking a stand.
And I also interviewed Andrew Wakefield, of course, who's launching a social media platform, the Health Freedom Hub.
I think it's what it's called.
That's coming in about 45 days or so, we're going to be part of that.
I'm going to be up there with the username HealthRanger.
And did I tell you I interviewed Jeff, the founder and CEO of CloudHub?
And he's a really smart guy.
He's got a great vision for what's an appropriate level of moderation for a public platform.
And he's got amazing success already with CloudHub, and he's taken it further.
And I got to say, CloudHub, now that I know who's behind it, I'm going to start using it.
Because before, I didn't know.
I was like, well, I've heard of CloudHub, but you never know.
I was like, is it owned by the Russians?
Or, you know, like, who owns this?
What are they into?
What are their values?
Well, now I know.
And he's got the right values.
So I'm going to start using CloudHub now.
And I met the founder of Pure Social.
And that's actually the social media network engine that's powering the Andrew Wakefield Health Freedom Hub website that's coming up soon.
So, you know, there's a lot of stuff going on.
I met Dave from His Glory.
And I'm a big fan of his work.
I'm going to have him on the show.
And he's a fan of mine.
And he overcame basically a near-death experience.
And God wants him to be on this earth.
Dave Scarlett.
And God's working through him.
And really connected with Dave.
I met a friend of his, Floyd.
Floyd Brown, who's the owner of Western Journal.
Western Journal, another very authentic, faith-based publishing organization that is at the top of my list of really credible, very fact-checked reporting.
They do a great job like the Epoch Times and LifeSite News.
In fact, I would have to say, If you were to ask me who are my top three sources off of my own networks, like who do I look to as news leadership?
It's, you know, it's Epoch Times, it's LifeSite News, and it's Western Journal.
I really do consider those the top three sources because they have courage, But they're also very, very diligent about quality control of their articles.
And LifeSite News has shown tremendous courage, willing to cover the vaccine issue, willing to fight against vaccine passports, but also to do so from a place of real fact-checking and putting out truth, honest information.
You know, the Epoch Times is just...
My mind is blown by that organization and how...
How successful they are and how professional they are and how well they're run.
Epoch Times, there's just...
I mean, they should be bigger than the New York Times.
They probably will be soon.
There's so many countries, so many languages, and they're fighting against communism.
Man, if you're not subscribed to the Epoch Times yet, that's E-P-O-C-H. Some people call it epic, but I like to say epoch because...
You know, epic sounds like E-P-I-C, right?
But epoch is E-P-O-C-H. So epoch, theepochtimes.com is the website.
They're one of the best.
Top of my list.
And Western Journal, of course.
I also got to meet Nick Searcy, the filmmaker.
Yeah, the Nick Searcy, who works with all these, you know, faith-based actors like Kevin Sorbo and others.
Who are, you know, making great films with great messages rooted in ethics and morality and, you know, to separate them from the filth of Hollywood and the demonism and the almost pornography that's on Netflix now, you know?
Guys like Nick Searcy are the antithesis of all of that twisted Hollywood evil.
And I got to meet him and he's a great guy.
And we're going to help promote his films.
I met so many people.
It was just mind-blowing.
And it just opened up so many opportunities where we can help.
We can help them.
And I'm sure they'll find ways to help us as well, but that's not even the point.
It's like, how can we help you?
The biggest question I was asking people, like, what can we do for you?
What can we help spread the word about?
What can we help publicize?
Oh, you're launching a new social media network?
Awesome.
I'll announce it on my network.
This is the opposite of the way the globalists operate, where they're just always stabbing each other in the back and stealing audiences from each other and whatever.
We are faith-based.
We have a common mission.
We work together to save humanity.
I was on Ann VanderSteel's broadcast, and Ann VanderSteel is just a rock star.
She is amazing.
I had no idea how awesome she is and how professional she is and her crew.
They've got their stuff together.
I'm telling you, they've got that show locked down.
I mean, it's a really professional operation.
I had no idea.
And I'm going to have Ann on my show.
I'll be joining her show and help make a couple of connections for her.
And I know she made a lot of connections for this event as well.
She knows pretty much all the speakers.
You know, she's a networker.
I mean, not in a negative way, just in a really positive way.
You know, Charlene Bollinger is a networker.
She is a leader in this space.
And if you, like...
When I wanted to find Andrew Wakefield, I couldn't find Andrew Wakefield.
And I ran into Charlene.
I said, I can't find him.
Charlene says, I'll find him for you.
And she did.
And she brings Andrew in.
And that's how we got the interview.
I got to thank Charlene for that.
And Charlene Bollinger and her husband, Ty, they are rock stars in this space.
I just have so much respect for what they're doing.

And, you know, it's not just, I mean, I got to meet some people that I see as heroes.
I got to meet Lynn Wood for the first time.
You know, I got to meet Clay Clark for the first time.
I got to meet, you know, Dave Scarlett for the first time and Pastor Gregory Locke and so many other people for the very first time.
And I got to meet legislators in the Oklahoma legislature.
Who are kicking ass and working on voter integrity, election integrity laws.
And I got to meet one of the founding members of the Eagles, Ricky.
I got to hang out with him.
I got to meet so many incredible people.
But at the same time, I also got to be there for others who wanted to meet me.
So we all got to meet some of our heroes.
And even when I went out in the evening to a restaurant with a group...
I went out to the restaurant, it's kind of a high-end restaurant, walked in, and one of the servers was like, you're Mike Adams, and you're eating here, oh my god!
And I got to chat with him and some of the other people that worked there, and they were fans of this podcast and Natural News and Brighteon and so on.
I couldn't believe it.
I thought, surely nobody will know me outside of this event, but nope, they did.
It's like even just going out to eat.
You know, there's more people out there because guess what?
America's waking up, folks.
America gets it.
There are people, lights turning on, you know, people fighting God, people fighting purpose, people who have said enough is enough of these lockdowns and masks and vaccines and lies and election rigging and fake news media and race wars, false propaganda, nonsense.
Enough of that.
And they're ready for some truth from people.
And they can sense the truth.
They sense it.

I'm not immune from the laws of having to do chores.
None of us are.
It's humbling.
It's good for us.
So if you will set aside some time and all you have to do is listen, your life is going to change.
You're going to learn things that will blow your mind.
You're going to see things that you did not realize were already there.
You're going to make connections that you didn't know could be connected.
Something has just happened.
There has been a shift.
In the forest, you know, a shift in the fabric of the cosmos just took place in Tulsa.
And I, for one, will never be the same.
This has changed my life, and I think it will change yours.
So set aside some time, give it a listen, learn from all of this, spread the word, tell your friends and those of you who are wives listening to this, tell your husbands, I know you do!
That's what people say, you know.
When men talk to me, they say, my wife listens to your podcast.
Or when women talk to me, they say, I listen to your podcast and I'm trying to get my husband to listen to your podcast.
So all of you who are wives, bless you.

And see if you can turn your men onto this information.
Wake them up.
You know, improve their health.
Oh, you know what?
People kept asking me, too, like, what's the number one easiest thing I can do to improve my health?
Just something simple.
And you know what I said?
Because a lot of people ask me the same question for some reason.
I said, look, you want to get healthier?
Eat one raw, fresh apple before every meal.
That's it.
And they said, you mean I don't have to take something away from my meal?
All I have to do is add something?
Something delicious?
Like an apple?
And I'm like, yeah, just add an apple.
Like, how can that work?
Because when you eat the apple, it's going to fill you up.
You're going to eat half as much of the meal that you had planned.
You won't be able to slam, you know, a full pizza or whatever, or that full rack of ribs.
If you eat an apple...
It's gonna take up some space.
And you're gonna eat less of other stuff.
Or maybe you won't have room for the dessert.
And you don't even have to have any discipline except just to eat the apple.
If you eat the apple, your body sends you the messages for the rest of it.
Like, I'm full!
I'm too full!
I'm stuffed!
I can't even have dessert!
There you go.
You just replaced chocolate cake with an apple.
Guess what?
You're gonna get healthier.
You're gonna drop excess pounds.
You're gonna have fruit fiber that will help clear out your digestive tract.
You're gonna absorb toxic heavy metals that might be in the food because fruit fibers are like, they're mopping it up.
They're like sponges attracting toxic heavy metals in the food.
Eat an apple or some other fresh fruit, not fruit juice.
I'm not talking about, oh, I drank a glass of orange juice.
No, that doesn't count because it's the fiber.
Really, that matters.
It's the fiber.
Eat the apple or eat a pear or eat an orange or eat a grapefruit before every meal.
It will change your life.
Of course, I'm not the first to figure this out.
We have an apple a day keeps the doctor away.
People have known this for a long time.
It's just basic common sense.
Just add an apple.
Organic, obviously.
You're going to get the peel.
You're going to get the fruit.
There's a lot of nutrition in the peel.
You're going to get...

It works.

But I got to tell you, Things are going to change from here forward.
They're going to change for the better.
Doesn't mean we won't have some difficult times.
Doesn't mean we can give up prepping or anything like that.
We still got to prep.
We got to be ready.
But there are solutions within reach.
And I can see the pathway now.
It's clear how we make it through this and how we take our civilization back from the globalist destroyers, the anti-humanists.
