It's stunning to me that each day's situation update here seems to be more urgent than the last.
And today is the most urgent of all.
What you're about to hear here is not only information that you can independently verify, I'll mention the sources as we go through this, but also information that shows you in any rational way that it's all about to go down, folks.
It's all about to go down.
So here we are.
This is Monday, December 14, 2020.
And on this day, it looks like the states are going to issue their fraudulent electoral votes.
Votes that the media will claim this confirms that Joe Biden has won the election, even though the election was obviously rigged and altered and fraudulent and fake ballots and all of this.
But between now then and January 6th, nothing really happens in terms of these electoral votes.
So Congress convenes to accept the votes on January 6th.
But as of today, once the states seal those official votes, it means so many important things.
It means the states...
Are now all in with the fraud.
It means the treason has been committed today.
It means that Texas has now been harmed.
And it means Texas now has standing with the Supreme Court.
Or any other state that was harmed by this fraud has standing with the Supreme Court.
That's what this means.
In fact Trump put out a warning to those states Warning them, votes cannot be certified.
This election is under protest.
He put that out last night, and he's exactly right.
But you see, the state submitting these fraudulent votes is going to trigger a number of very, well, historic actions.
So if the state legislatures fail to appoint their own electors, It means that the state legislatures are no longer functioning in a rational and legal way.
They are not representing the voters in their states.
They are allowing the obvious fraud, the overwhelming evidence of fraud to succeed.
If legislatures cannot correct this obvious fraud and even an act of foreign interference and cyber warfare against the United States, and then if the state civil courts cannot correct it, and then if the Supreme Court cannot correct it, guess what that does?
It hands President Trump the justification that he needs to immediately launch military tribunals And invoke the Insurrection Act and deploy troops for the mass arrests.
Because only under conditions of a broken civil justice system can Trump invoke the, what you might call the extra-constitutional military tribunals.
And that is exactly where this is going and that's exactly what needs to happen.
We're going to cover I'm going to read you some of what Sidney Powell says about Trump triggering his 2018 executive order on foreign election interference.
But before we get to that, I want to tell you that our friend Monkey Works, who monitors air flights, has said this publicly.
He has said that, I believe this was in one of his Overwatch videos that was just recently published.
He says there's a word from the Special Forces guys in the field that We all need to prepare for a 10-day lockdown soon.
He goes on to say, I don't have dates, but it was said with a sense of urgency.
As a Christian, I pay attention when I start to get things independently from multiple sources.
That same messaging came through three different people that I personally know and trust.
So that's what Monkey Works has shared publicly.
Now, I reached out to, well, I attempted to reach out to three of my sources in the Special Forces arena.
One source told me they had heard nothing, and two sources could not be reached.
I don't know what that means.
I don't know if they're just, they've turned off their phones, they're going dark.
I don't know.
Or maybe they're just out drinking beer.
I'm not sure at this point.
So I've not been able to independently confirm that.
But if you recall my situation update from yesterday, I explained the timeline of what's about to happen here and why all these days matter.
And just a brief overview, today, the 14th, the states submit their electoral votes.
By Friday of this week, the 18th, Director of National Intelligence John Ratcliffe is supposed to issue his report on foreign interference in U.S. elections.
This, I have been told from a reliable source, will name Joe Biden and Kamala Harris, both of whom are now extremely well-known, well-documented via Senate investigations, Hunter Biden's laptop, hard drive, and other sources.
It's known that Harris and Biden are treasonous criminals.
And they will be cited in the report.
Then, in the days after that, the 19th, 20th, and 21st, for example, Trump, I believe, will be approaching Biden to say, hey, Biden, concede.
If he does not concede, and he may be given a very short window, 48 hours or 72 hours, then it seems likely that there's a window of opportunity for Trump to initiate the mass arrest.
And This could possibly occur on Christmas Eve, the 24th.
Remember that Trump signed the executive order just a couple of days ago, giving all government employees that day off, except for special forces and military and national defense personnel.
So that would be a very handy day to go round up a bunch of traders and give America the best Christmas present ever, right?
All right, but I don't know that that's the date it's going to happen.
It's just a possibility.
But that's kind of the timeline of where we are.
At the same time, remember, Sidney Powell has four court cases, any one of which may be accepted by the U.S. Supreme Court.
And because these four court cases originate in states with individual voters who have standing in those states, Arizona, Wisconsin, Pennsylvania, and I think Michigan, that means that Supreme Court, if they accept those cases, they can no longer dismiss them for lack if they accept those cases, they can no longer dismiss them for But there's no guarantee they're going to accept any of those cases.
However, remember, it only takes one case to win the whole election, because if the Supreme Court makes a decision in one case, that decision, depending on how the complaint is structured and how the decision is structured, that decision could have national ramifications, that decision could have national ramifications, and it could reconfigure the electoral votes in all swing states or even other states.
So even if the states certify their elections today, they can uncertify and recertify at a later date, anytime before January 6th.
They could do that voluntarily through their own legislators.
Or they could have it imposed upon them by the Supreme Court.
So don't think that today is the final day.
It's not over today, and you should absolutely expect the states to submit electoral votes that make it look like Joe Biden has won.
But remember, this is the confirmation of the crime.
This is proof of treason.
And in fact, I'm going to read to you now the entire tweet from Trump about this.
He says, quote, Okay, got that?
Boom.
Trump just said, if you certify these votes, we're going to arrest you.
That's basically what he just said.
Continuing, everybody knows that dead people, below-age people, illegal immigrants, fake signatures, prisoners, and many others voted illegally.
Also, machine glitches, another word for fraud, ballot harvesting, non-resident voters, fake ballots, stuffing the ballot box, votes for pay, roughed-up Republican poll watchers, and sometimes even more votes than people voting, took place in Detroit, Philadelphia, Milwaukee, Atlanta, Pittsburgh, took place in Detroit, Philadelphia, Milwaukee, Atlanta, Pittsburgh, and elsewhere.
In all swing state cases, there are far more votes than are necessary to win the state.
He means once the bad votes are thrown out, that Trump wins those states and the election itself.
Therefore, votes cannot be certified.
This election is under protest.
So he's putting this out there for, I believe, a legal reason.
He's doing it to say we protest these fraudulent votes and anybody who is certifying these votes is engaged in crimes against the United States and will probably be arrested by special forces units.
Although he didn't spell all that out in the tweet.
It's kind of like a, you know, play stupid games, win stupid prizes kind of discovery for some of those people who are involved in this rigged election.
Okay.
Now, I want to read a little bit about what Sidney Powell said to the Epoch Times.
And I know other people say Epic Times, but...
I say epoch because that makes it obvious it's spelled E-P-O-C-H, epoch times, okay?
And also that's the way the name was pronounced in the original Matrix movie.
So, in any case, lawyer Sidney Powell asserted that due to alleged foreign interference in the November 3rd election, quote, it's more than sufficient to trigger President Donald Trump's executive order on foreign interference issued in 2018.
That's how the story begins.
Now, already...
You, as a listener of my situation update here, you already know all this.
You've known this for many, many weeks.
But most people haven't known about this.
Remember?
And we're talking about the September 12, 2018 executive order.
I don't know how long ago, but Sidney Powell is now talking today in much the same way that I had spoken about this previously.
And she continues, Powell told the Epoch Times she believes that due to that executive order, it can give Trump, quote, all kinds of power to do everything from seize assets to freeze things, demand the impoundment of the machines, referring to voting machines.
Yeah, she's right.
And Trump can also seize Facebook and Twitter and the New York Times and Google and CNN, by the way.
And he should.
He should seize all of those and much more.
Powell continues, under the emergency powers, he could even appoint a special prosecutor to look into this, which is exactly what needs to happen.
Every machine, every voting machine in the country should be impounded right now.
She's right about that.
There's frankly more than enough criminal probable cause to justify that for anybody who's willing to address the law and the facts purely on the basis of truth and not politics or corporate greed or global wealth.
And then Powell names Ratcliffe.
According to the story here, quote, Powell noted that the Director of National Intelligence, John Ratcliffe, has only a few days left until he is to prepare his report to the President, according to the September 2018 executive order.
Should Ratcliffe issue his report, and here's the quote from Powell, quote, Because there's never, we've never witnessed anything like this in the history of this country, and it's got to be stopped right now, or there will never be a free and fair election.
That's Powell.
I love how Powell says things like, it's going to be biblical, or release the Kraken, or it's going to blow the mind of every citizen in the country.
She's like a treasure chest of awesome, hard-hitting quotes, especially for being an attorney.
Attorneys usually are really boring to listen to, frankly, right?
But not Powell.
She's nailing it here.
And if anything, she's holding back.
Because what Powell actually knows, and I'm going to get to a quote here by Lynn Wood, what Powell actually knows is that Trump right now has the justification to declare military tribunals, or I should say invoke the Insurrection Act, which is lawful,
but he also has the power to, in essence, suspend the civil court system, invoke military tribunals, Actually have call for some form of martial law, have ballots seized or even a new vote under military authority, and then to go around the country and arrest all of the traitors, including corrupt court judges and corrupt mayors and governors and so on.
And Trump has not only the Insurrection Act, as we've talked about, but also the 14th Amendment, the NDAA, the 2018 Executive Order.
And many other things, such as United States Code.
He could invoke acts of cyber warfare against America, acts of domestic terrorism against America, coercion, all kinds of things.
RICO Act, racketeering, things like that.
So Trump has everything that he needs at this point.
I think that Trump is actually...
I think he's waiting for the votes to be submitted today so that the American people...
100% know that they've been screwed by these treasonous criminal Democrats.
From this day forward, I think Trump's actions could happen at any time.
Doesn't mean they're going to happen tomorrow.
They could happen on Christmas Eve, or they could happen on January 5th.
Remember, that's the date that the DOD deprives personnel to the CIA's Counterterrorism Task Force.
And remember that the CIA's Counterterrorism Task Force is the group that's running the execution squads in America right now, killing witnesses and friends and family members and boyfriends and girlfriends of important people who are challenging the election and so on.
A lot of people are being killed right now across America.
It's all being done by the CIA. Well, and Antifa, I should say.
When they do it out in the open, it's Antifa.
When they do it covertly, it's the CIA. By the way...

But he says that Big Pharma told him to stop talking about vaccines or they were going to kill him.
And as you know, I've been death-threaded by Big Pharma for like 15 years now, which is what led me to end up training with a bunch of Special Forces guys and meeting all those guys and getting in with many different circles of different groups of people, which is kind of interesting because that's how I know so much now.
And it never would have happened if it wasn't for Big Pharma threatening me and kind of forcing me to find patriots and You know, pay them to train me for thousands of hours.
It's just interesting how that works, isn't it?
And that's how I ended up meeting a lot of really interesting, really amazing patriots and having a good understanding of the culture of special forces individuals and understanding what incredible human beings they are, by the way.
I'm not going to go into more detail about that, but they are incredible.
They're athletes, and they have incredible courage, too.
I mean, you have to be athletic and have all the technical skills.
You have to be smart to run all the equipment, and you have to have courage and the ability to never give up.
So how many people have that?
Not many.
Not many.
Okay.
So what all this means is that Trump has...
As of today, when the states submit their votes, Trump has everything he needs in terms of the legal justification, you could say, or circumstances justification to invoke all of these things that he needs to invoke.
Now, as this is happening...
And I am going to talk about the CCP infiltration of the vaccine companies here.
I'll get to that shortly.
But as this is happening, remember how yesterday I was saying the patriots are running out of patience.
And I predicted in yesterday's podcast, or I'm sorry, Saturday's podcast, I predicted that soon we would start to hear patriots calling for big tech CEOs to be arrested and hanged in the streets.
Or the CEOs of the media companies to be arrested and, you know, publicly executed or whatever.
I thought that we would start to see that happening very, very soon.
And so sure enough, today, from the website stateofthenation.co, there's a story there that says the American people will now arrest all the traitors who are complicit in stealing the election.
And I want to read to you some of what's from the story for the reason that I believe this represents the thinking and the heart and the spirit of tens of millions of patriots across America.
Even if they aren't saying these things that I'm about to read to you, I believe they are thinking these things and they are willing to act on these things.
And the left must be totally freaking out because the moment that you awaken the sleeping giant of armed conservatives...
The minute they decide to fight you, it's over.
It's over.
And I believe the patriots are very, very close to that moment right now.

The criminal Joe Biden on Monday, December 14th, against the will of the American people.

The state of the nation is kind of saying what most people believe.
And fortunately, I don't think it's going to come down to we the people having to carry out those actions that are described in that article.
Because I think Trump is going to invoke the military to do it, special forces and so on.
I think Trump now realizes, based on what Lin Wood is saying and what Sidney Powell is saying and what General Flynn is saying in his speech on Saturday at the Capitol and so on, Trump realizes if he doesn't seize control over this situation right now across the country, it's going to break out into a bloody, dangerous civil war of some kind.
It won't be much of a civil war.
It'll mostly be patriots shooting traitors.
That's not going to last that long, but it'll be rather chaotic because it's not going to be obviously organized under the Pentagon or anything.
It's just going to be citizens' arrest probably of all these traitors like those mentioned in the article and seizing treasonous corporations and basically citizens' arrests of all the traitors who tried to steal this country from us, all those who are complicit in the weaponized lockdowns and so on.
And frankly, and again, as a disclaimer, I'm not advocating this at all.
I'm not going to take part in such activities and I'm not encouraging anyone to do so.
But if I were a Democrat governor or mayor, and hearing this kind of thing, hearing this article, I would be thinking about, you know, how thick are the concrete doors on my panic room?
I'd be thinking about, how can I get to a private jet and fly out of this country?
Because they're probably coming for you, is my assessment of where this is going.
They're probably coming for you.
Because the American people aren't going to sit back and just let their country be overrun by a bunch of communist, treasonous actors and criminals and traitors and so on.
This will go kinetic soon if Trump doesn't stop it first.
So, in fact, let's talk about Flynn here.
Flynn, he was on with Maria Bartiromo.
I'm talking about General Michael Flynn.
And very powerful interview.
I think this was on Saturday.
Flynn said, quote, Now, I don't mean to skip over that.
He just said, we have conclusive evidence of foreign interference in our election.
That's key for Ratcliffe, as you'll see here.
Flynn continues, you have the DNI coming up on this Friday with a report on the whole range of issues.
If he does the duty that I think he is very capable of doing, and the intelligence community provides the clear, unfiltered assessment, then they are going to discover that And one of the things that I would recommend if I were the DNI or certainly if I were the National Security Advisor,
I think that the President of the United States has to trigger his Executive Order of 2018 and probably appoint a special counsel to look into all this because we have serious, serious foreign influence problems with this Dominion voting machine.
So you notice something that Flynn and Powell have in common.
And it's not a coincidence.
I think they share intelligence.
But Flynn and Powell are both saying that after invoking the 2018 executive order, Trump should appoint a special counsel.
Really?
Really?
Is that what we need?
A special counsel to take 18 months to delay us all and to appear to look into this?
Didn't we already try that crap?
First with Jeff Sessions, and then with Bill Barr, and then with John Durham, and then the FBI was supposed to be looking at something.
They're not interested.
Nobody's looking into jack crap, okay?
It's time for action, not more investigations.
And I think Flynn knows that, and I think Powell knows that, but they just can't say it publicly like I'm saying it here.
It's time for Trump to invoke the military.
Martial law, if necessary.
Military tribunals, for sure.
And, you know, why not arrest the Supreme Court justices, huh?
Because they've betrayed this country as well.
Arrest the traitors on the bench.
Prosecute them for treason.
Isn't their only job to defend the Constitution?
And they can't even do that.
Unreal.
Hand over your robes.
I've had it with your robes.
No more robes.
Make them wear straight jackets up there.
But this, you know, so Flynn and Powell, they're trying to sound a little more reserved.
Oh, we should appoint a special counsel investigator.
Yeah, give me a break.
That's going to go nowhere.
We've had enough of that.
No more investigations.
We don't need any more investigations.
We already know it was rigged.
We have all the evidence.
We have all the statistics.
The DOD's got the evidence.
The DIA has the evidence.
The Kraken team has the evidence.
They don't need any more investigations, folks.
They've already got all the evidence they need.
They're just trying to ignore it.
And it's time that we the people, probably what's going to happen is we the people are going to force Trump to act by threatening to act ourselves.
I mean, I don't know what's going through the mind of Trump right now.
I know he's got great courage.
I know he always has a plan to win.
I know he's not going to surrender this country.
But I don't yet know if he is ready to pull the trigger on the special forces option.
Maybe he's already made that decision.
Maybe he's wavering.
Because he is surrounded by a lot of, you know, jellyfish GOP type of people who are not very decisive, even though Trump himself is.
So I don't know when or if Trump is going to pull the trigger on this.
And if we the people, though, if it looks like we the people are just going to rise up and do this ourselves, Trump would much rather have the military do it than, you know, 500,000 random armed militia people.
I don't mean random.
I mean patriotic armed militia people.
But what I mean is civilian, non-military, non-structured, which might be the best way to get it done, by the way.
Don't have a central command.
Let every group operate locally.
You know, get her done in your local area, that kind of thing.
That's probably going to be more effective anyway.
But I think Trump would rather have himself in command of what's going down rather than militia forces.
So my message to Trump would be, if you want to be in charge of this, you're going to have to initiate it real soon now.
Because if you don't, militia is going to initiate it.
I can see it coming.
I can absolutely see it coming.

Maybe seize assets of corporations.
General Flynn, same thing.
Trump should invoke the executive order.
And then Lynn Wood, hey, Trump should declare martial law.
And then on top of that, I interviewed the founder of the We the People convention.

I have trouble with his last name.
It's a Polish name, a little bit complex, unless I'm looking at it.
Haven't said it enough times yet.
But anyway, he's talking about Trump should declare limited martial law, hold a new election under military authority, and he says there's time to do it.
Because the original election is too messed up and too null and void, and it's time for Trump to take charge and let the American people have a vote that actually counts.
Use paper ballots, he says, and have the military count them.
No electronic machines.
I like it.
Sounds good to me.
But my only thing is, we already voted.
We already have physical ballots.
Let's just go check those out, have the military seize those ballots, and then we can get this done.
And now there's another scientist out there Who has a way to analyze the physical ballots and determine which ones are real versus fake.
And it's called the Science of Kinematics.
And there's an article up on Principia-Scientific.com.
It says the Science of Kinematics conclusively proves who won the election.
Quote, under law, the physical ballot papers used in the 2020 general election must be retained for 22 months.
The significance of this preservation of physical evidence becomes crucial when considering how kinematic identification can be used forensically to expose ballot fraud, not just in this election, but all future elections worldwide.
And what this article says is that you can use a very precise scanning of these ballots that's more than just a 2D scan.
It's a, well, kinematic scan takes into account things like creases and folds and wear and tear edges, you know, corners, the physical properties of the ballot, which tells you the history of the ballot.
Was it ever put into an envelope and mailed?
A lot of these fake ballots were not.
Was it ever handled by a human being?
What about the way the mark is on the ballot for the mail-in ballots?
Is it a perfect circle or is it actually more human?
What about identical ballots, identical signatures, all of these things?
These are kinematic studies of ballots that can be used right now to sort out legitimate ballots from fake ballots.
And since all these ballots have to be retained for 22 months, Trump can just go in and seize them.
And that's exactly what he should do.
Trump should go in and seize these ballots.
Now, if...
If Trump does invoke his 2018 executive order, there's something that I need to explain that I neglected to fully cover yesterday.
I had hinted about it, but didn't really finish it.
I said that Trump is preparing economic sanctions against Canada.
And then I forgot to finish the whole explanation.
But here it is.
Dominion Voting Systems is headquartered in Toronto.
And by the way, Canadian financial institutions were involved in China's purchase of Dominion, or Chinese front groups.
So China has purchased Dominion.
China is engaged in this unrestricted warfare against America involving toxic vaccines, which I'm going to get to in a minute, but also the rigged voting machines, the controlled big tech, controlled media, all of these things.
So Toronto is where Dominion is located.

That story has broke big over the last few days.
Yes, it's all true.
China sent troops to be trained by the Justin Trudeau government in Canada and their goal is to invade the United States.
This means that Canada, or at least Canada's government, not talking about the people of Canada, but Canada's government allowed a corporation to function in their country, a corporation that was involved in rigging and stealing U.S. elections, in a corporation that was involved in rigging and stealing U.S. elections, in other words, involved in cyber warfare activities against the United States And at the same time, Canada was training communist troops whose intention is to invade and overthrow the United States.
Canada as a country, the Canadian government, is engaged in provocative, aggressive warfare activities against the United States of America.
Justin Trudeau is a globalist.
He's bowed down to the globalist.
He hates Trump.
He hates America as it stands, but he loves the Chinese.
And he's doing everything in his power to allow Canada to be used as a kind of a beachhead or a staging location so that China can invade the United States.
Well, under the 2018 executive order, there's a section that almost no one has noticed. list.

Remember, this is at WhiteHouse.gov.
It talks about the executive order opposing certain sanctions in the event of foreign interference in a United States election.
And here's what it is.
It talks about punishing foreign countries that were hosting...
Any of the activities involved in this cyber warfare or alteration or attacks upon our elections infrastructure.
And then it offers sanctions that the president, President Trump, may invoke against those countries.
So Trump may invoke this against Canada.
And here it is.
Quote, Uh-huh, which is exactly what Justin Trudeau did, including at least one entity from each of the following sectors, financial services, defense, energy, technology, and transportation.
Now, let me just decode this for you.
What this means is that Trump can choose Canada's largest bank in I don't know what those companies are because I'm not Canadian.
As far as I knew...
I didn't know that Canada had any large transportation or energy companies or whatever, but I'm sure they do.
I don't mean to be flippant about that.
I just don't know.
But Trump can choose those largest companies and basically make them pay the price for the crimes of the Canadian government under treasonous globalist Justin Trudeau.
And I believe, more importantly, I believe that Trump is preparing these sanctions against Canada.
And that would be huge.
You see, what Trump has come to realize is that he's surrounded by enemies.
I mean, he's realized that for a long time, but I mean even geographically.
Canada, even though the people of Canada are good people, but the government of Canada is an enemy government.
They are enemies of America and enemies of human freedom, which is obvious in the fact that the Canadian government locks down their own citizens, making their own citizens prisoners.
Of Trudeau's insane tyranny.
Take away all their guns, you know, just passing gun restrictions all the time.
You know, Canada doesn't have a Second Amendment.
Although I hope after all this is done, and Trudeau is no longer in power because he's, you know, been prosecuted or something like that, then maybe Canada will realize, hey, we need a Second Amendment too.
We need a Second Amendment in Canada, eh?
Sorry, I can't help myself.
It's about time to have a Second Amendment in Canada.
But in any case, I mean, every human being should have the right to defend themselves against tyranny.
But it seems that only the founding fathers of America could think ahead far enough to put that in writing and say, hey, you can't take away the guns, even though Democrats have been trying to do so forever.
And if Joe Biden is to become president, he will take away your guns, or I should say he will try.
He will try.
But it turns out that Democrat tyrants can't dodge bullets.
What an amazing discovery.
They're not bulletproof, so I don't know how he thinks he's going to take all the guns.
You can try, but it's not going to fly.
In any case, the Canadians gave up their guns.
And most Canadian citizens are anti-gun people.
Canada's a very progressive type of country.
Most of them, well, at least I should say the ones in the cities, they are all pro-abortion.
They're just like Democrats in America.
They're pro-abortion.

They thought Trudeau was awesome.
They supported him just like Americans supported Obama.

Too late, you already voted for him.

And by the way, Canada gave away the country to China a few years ago, passing a law that said China can buy all the real estate, all the commercial real estate, residential, businesses, land, everything.
And that's what China's been doing, just buying up Canada, taking it over.

And Trudeau said, yeah, that sounds awesome.
Let's do that.
And then he just let China come in.
Well, guess what?
China's going to destroy Canada, too, unless we stop.
So that's why we're going to stop.

Now, then, let's go to the Insurrection Act here.
The Insurrection Act of 1807.
And we also saw, in addition to the calls by Sidney Powell and General Flynn and Lin Wood and many others, calls for the 2018 executive order to be invoked, we're seeing now more prominent calls for the Insurrection Act to be invoked.
And this one comes from the Epoch Times, and it's actually called the Case for Trump to Invoke Insurrection Act to Restore Election Integrity.
I'm not going to read you much of this, but just a couple of important points.
First, quoting from the Insurrection Act itself, in case you've never heard this explanation, it says,"...whenever the president considers that unlawful obstructions, combinations, or assemblages, or rebellion against the authority of the United States make it impractical to enforce the laws of the United States in any state by the ordinary course of judicial proceedings," He may call into federal service such of the militia of any state,
and use such of the armed forces, as he considers necessary to enforce those laws or to suppress the rebellion.
Notice the opening sentence here.
It basically says that when the president realizes that The normal civil court system and the civil rule of law is no longer functioning.
He can call up the militia and the military.
That's what it says.
You didn't know that, did you?
You didn't know that it says the president should call up the militia because the media never reports that.
The militia is named in the Constitution or in the Bill of Rights and then also in this Insurrection Act of 1807.
It has been an integral part of the defense of this nation since the founding of this nation.
And it's not just a bunch of crazy gun nuts.
No, it's patriots, it's members of law enforcement, military veterans, really some of the most compassionate and caring people in the country who don't want to lose this nation.
And they happen to be armed, which is how you actually defend your nation against tyranny.
I know a lot of these guys who are veterans and law enforcement and so on, you know, the good guys, special forces, that kind of thing.
All right, now, continuing then with this article from the Epoch Times, the author writes, the President's invocation of the Insurrection Act isn't a declaration of martial law.
The Constitution is not suspended.
The writ of habeas corpus isn't suspended.
The President would be using troops to enforce the law, not to override it.
So this is a very important distinction.
I'm glad the author mentioned this.
Invoking the Insurrection Act is not martial law.
Now, I understand that Many of us, including myself, we tend to sometimes intertwine some of these terms in a more casual conversation.
Most people think that troops on the streets means it's martial law.
Not necessarily.
No.
It could be Insurrection Act, which is legal under the Constitution.
It was approved by Congress, signed into law, and the Constitution is still present during this.
So invoking the Insurrection Act versus suspending habeas corpus are two totally different things.
Suspending the Constitution does not necessarily need to happen, although I would argue, even though I'm not a constitutional scholar, but I would argue that the Constitution is already no longer functioning in this country, that there is no ruling authority or...
A legal authority that is functioning.
The courts are not functioning.
Law enforcement is not functioning.
You know, the judges aren't functioning.
It's just everything is broken.
So therefore, I'm not sure that we have a republic right now.
I think the republic ended last Friday night, frankly, when the Supreme Court threw that case out.
I don't think we have a constitution that's in play.
Our goal should be to get it back.
And the way to do that, I believe, is to use the military.
That's my take on it.
But then again, I'm not sitting on the bench wearing robes.
I would never wear robes.
Who wears robes anyway?
Seriously.
It's like people with capes.
All right, but importantly, this article from the Epoch Times goes on to state, quote, the actions of the media and social media are more than bias.
They're talking about the censorship, the selective censorship against Trump supporters and even censoring people who are trying to report instances of vote fraud, for example.
Quote, they amount to the active and substantial assistance of a co-conspirator.
And that's absolutely correct.
Big tech is involved in the insurrection.
So is the media, CNN, New York Times, all of them.
They all can be taken down through the Insurrection Act without suspending habeas corpus.
And if the Supreme Court issues an emergency injunction and tells Trump, you can't take them down, guess what?
Go arrest the Supreme Court justices.
Take them down like Abraham Lincoln did.
Just pull a Lincoln.
Take him down if they're not going to follow the Constitution.
Now, I wouldn't be saying this just for political reasons.
This is about obeying the Constitution.
Even the Supreme Court, if they say they will not uphold the Constitution, which they already did on Friday, then they have to go.
And the way they go is for Trump to take them down using the military or the militia, both of which are named in the Insurrection Act itself.
So Trump could literally send out an emergency message.
I hereby authorize all militia groups to stage citizens' arrests of the following and just start listing out names and corporations and whatever.
He could literally do that.
But I doubt that that's what Trump is going to do.
I think he'll use the military instead.
Anyway, one more paragraph.
Instead, this is from the Epoch Times article, instead, he could simply invoke the Insurrection Act to have U.S. armed forces seize control of crucial electoral evidence, ballots, envelopes, and Dominion voting machines and servers, and order the military to conduct an immediate and thorough forensic audit of the votes, so that all lawful ballots are counted and unlawful ballots are disqualified in strict accordance with the prevailing state law.
So there are two problems with that suggestion in my point of view.
Number one, you're assuming that Marines can count.
I'm joking.
I'm just nudging my buddies in the Marines.
That's a funny one.
Yeah.
Yeah, that's right.
Okay.
Yes, of course Marines can count.
How do you think they load bullets in their magazines?
Yes, they can count.
But the real problem with that is that once you have the military start seizing ballots and Dominion voting machines, guess what?
They're going to be resisted by Antifa.

You're going to send, I don't know, 200 Marines into Philadelphia, let's say.
And they're there.
They start seizing ballots and machines and everything.
Guess what's going to happen?

This is never going to stay a limited effort.

And then you're going to have warfare in the streets.
And then the militia people are going to see this happening, and they're going to show up too.
This is like, hot damn, turkey shoot time.
They've been waiting for that.
And then you're going to have three parties.
You're going to have heavily armed Marines, you're going to have heavily armed militia, and then you're going to have soy boys who think they're invincible and quickly find out they're not.
That's what you're going to see all over in every city in America.
So I don't think that there's any way to make this thing a limited deployment.
I don't think you can declare limited martial law.
In fact, when I first heard that term, it didn't really make sense to me.
I think you've got to go all martial law or none at all.
I mean, it's going to be troops.
If you're going to put troops on the streets, you're going to have to control the cities.
You're going to have to declare a curfew, and you're going to have to detain or arrest or whatever anybody that ends up on the streets.
And you're going to have to set a precedent very early where you don't retreat, and you don't give up ground, and you don't let...

You're going to have to, at some point, engage them.

The military is not a machine that is in the business of retreating for political correctness purposes, just so you understand.
They are there to get shit done.

To understand the significance of this story, we have to go back to the OPM hack.
Remember the OPM hack?
I covered it here on the Situation Update.
It's the Office of Personnel Management hack that was discovered, I believe, in 2015 in the United States, where China was able to hack, I believe it was over 20 million records of U.S. military and government personnel, including 5.6 million fingerprints.
With all this background information and then China was able to use that information To blackmail and extort and coerce government officials, and this is one of the ways through which the CCP, Chinese Communist Party, was able to infiltrate and control every level of the U.S. government.
This is why so many traitors in the U.S. actually answer to China, such as Joe Biden and probably James Comey and John Brennan and Barack Obama and Hillary Clinton and all these people and many, many more, tens of thousands more.
Well, At the same time that China was hacking the US OPM database, there were Chinese dissidents who were hacking China's database that was very similar.
It's a database of all the members of the CCP party, the Communist Party.
Now the CCP has millions of members and in this database, There were 2 million names, or roughly 2 million, that were stolen or leaked out of that database, including all their names and birthdates and ethnicity and so on.
And it turns out that these people have now obtained many top positions in corporations, governments, and even vaccine companies all around the world.
And this document, which has been confirmed by numerous media organizations, including the Australian government, As well as the UK Daily Mail has done stories on this, and it's breaking big all over the world right now, this story.
This document, so far they've publicly released 8,192 documents.
Names from that list, which I find interesting because that's double 4096, isn't it?
Yes, it is.
And that's double 2048, and that's double 1024, 512, 256, 128, 64, 32, 16.
These are powers of two.
I don't know the significance of that yet.
It just struck me.
When I see numbers like that, 8192, remember I'm a numbers and math guy.
When I see numbers that are expressions of powers of two, like 65536 or whatever, it just sets things off.
I know that these are registers in a binary system.
So there's a reason why there were 8,192 names revealed.
Something about the way these data are stored.
I don't know.
Maybe I'll look into that some more.
But anyway, 8,192 names have been released so far.
And there are 79,000 Communist Party branches that are identified in the full document that has not been released but has been reported on.
And in this full document...
It reveals the Communist Party branches that are now infiltrating corporations and governments around the world.
And this information is from April of 2016.
And we've got videos about this up on Brighttown.com, the Australian news report talking about this, and the implications of this.
Some of the companies that are now confirmed to have been infiltrated by this Include Pfizer, AstraZeneca, and GlaxoSmithKline.
Those three combined have 123 loyalist CCP members in their ranks.
On top of that, British automaker Jaguar Land Rover also has them, as well as Airbus, Rolls-Royce, and Boeing.
So if you wonder why Boeing airplanes had a software glitch and Boeing airplanes were falling out of the sky a while back, you probably know your answer now.
Yeah, it was sabotaged by communist Chinese engineers, most likely.
Now, but I want to focus on the fact that these Chinese loyalists, these communists, are inside the vaccine companies.
And these are some of the vaccine companies that U.S. Army General Perna has partnered with in order to distribute vaccines to U.S. military personnel under Operation Warp Speed.
And I explained in yesterday's update that Operation Warp Speed is a dual purpose program that's being used by both Black Hat and White Hat operators.
I believe that Trump is using Operation Warp Speed as cover to distribute military assets and personnel.
But Perna from the Army is using it probably, in my guess, to appease his communist Chinese controllers and to cause mass injuries and deaths across military personnel.
And I want to point out that one of the top groups that has been prioritized to receive this vaccine is U.S. military cyber warfare soldiers.
So they're going after the cyber warfare groups with this vaccine.
Now, let's step back for a moment, zoom out, and think about China's unrestricted warfare.
Let's consider the elements that we're already aware of.
China built the bioweapon.
China built the coronavirus in the first place and then released it, which enabled the mail-in ballots and the lockdowns that crushed the U.S. economy, but also allowed left-wing cheating to the extent that China's puppet, Joe Biden, was Could be, at least attempted to be elected and seize control of the White House, and he would answer to China.
But just in case, China also purchased Dominion voting systems.
That's right.
A Chinese front company owns Dominion.
So much of the election took place on CCP-controlled voting systems, which is enough right there for Trump to invoke national defense and to declare the entire election null and void, by the way.
But that's not all.
Then China is training troops in Canada, thanks to globalist trader Justin Trudeau, troops that are trained to be able to invade the United States.
And that's not all.
China then infiltrates big tech and builds censorship algorithms to censor Americans.
I don't know.
And have you noticed that almost all the censorship that big tech achieves is designed to protect communist China and punish patriotic Americans?
That's what the algorithms are really all about.
It's China working through big tech.
And then China infiltrates the media.
Yeah, you're going to find out that some of these CCP loyalists are inside CNN. CCP equals CNN, the Chinese news network.
And they're also in the New York Times.
They're also in the Washington Post and so on.
They've infiltrated the media, which, by the way, is pushing the vaccines, the vaccines made by the companies that have been infiltrated by China, so that they can be influenced to make dangerous vaccines that are pushed by the media and mandated by Democrats to be injected into Americans to cause injury and harm.
It's the second wave of the bioweapons attack.
In other words, the first wave was the coronavirus.
The second wave is the vaccine.
The vaccine is a bioweapon.
And you're being coerced into taking it by big tech, which censors all, quote, anti-vax comments, as well as the media, which is pushing vaccine propaganda, plus Fauci, of course, Fraudster Fauci.
Fausti, maybe he should be called, is pushing vaccines.
And so is General Perna in Operation Warp Speed with the military.
And then, of course, the CDC, which is totally corrupt, treasonous operation, criminal cartel racketeering the whole deal.
Drug companies making money.
Off of everything here.
They're making money off the vaccines and then they're making money off more vaccines that are pushed because people who die from the first wave of vaccines will be said to have died from COVID. And so there's this self-reinforcing loop of total insanity and total criminality.
And this has all been engineered by the CCP using their people.
Two million members that have Gone, in many cases, all around the world and have infiltrated the corporations, the governments, the regulators, the universities, everywhere.
And they are running this program to weaken and destroy the United States to soften us up, listen carefully, in preparation for the land invasion from Canada.
Oh yes, and also the missiles from the Caribbean, from the Chinese military bases there that we talked about yesterday, that they're building up.
So then, so then, what about Trump?
You may ask, why was Trump always touting these vaccine companies?
Why was Trump saying, hey, we're going to have Operation Warp Speed.
It's going to have vaccines in record time.
We're going to deliver this stuff.
Well, two theories about that.
One theory is that it was all a trap.
That Trump knew the vaccines would be used as weapons by communist China and that he's not actually going to have these vaccines injected into people, not even in the military.
That's one theory.
I don't buy that theory, actually.
The second theory, which I tend to think is more true, is that the vaccine companies lied to the president.
They just flat out lied.
They're evil.
They deceived the president just as they've deceived everybody else.
And the vaccine companies told the president, yeah, we're going to make effective vaccines to protect people so you can get your economy going again.
But what they were really doing, I believe, based on my extensive two decades of research into this, what they were really doing was building biological weapons under the instructions of communist China, knowing that these would harm China.
Or hospitalize or kill American soldiers and American citizens.
And they just lied to Trump.
So Trump was duped by the vaccine companies.
And I think he fully realizes that now.
And I bet you that you're going to see the vaccine companies held to account for some of this that's going on in Trump's second term.
Trump is not a friend of Big Pharma.
He's been trying to cut their price monopolies for a long time.
And he knows they betrayed him.
They've been secretly meeting with Joe Biden.
Why?
Oh, because Joe Biden's also controlled by China.
So the very companies that have been infiltrated by China are secretly meeting with Joe Biden, who is a puppet of China, because they all have the same plan.
Destroy America.
Harm the military.

Cause widespread injury, sickness.

I wouldn't be surprised if some of these shots actually contain active SARS-CoV-3.

So now we're talking about a massive takedown.

Talking about Monkey Works says he's being warned this is going to be 10 days.
10 days of lockdown while the special forces go do their thing.
They are going to go arrest people.
They're going to lock them up.
They're going to extract them.
They're going to find them.
And remember, Special Forces U.S. Army units, I think it was Green Berets, they were being trained in blowing hard targets or like hard doors.
I forgot the exact term.
But getting people out of hard reinforced targets, you know, like safe rooms of governors and such.
Yeah, you know, your six-inch concrete reinforced steel door with rebar, that's no match for U.S. Special Forces, it turns out, because they have splosives and shit.
And in fact, there's a company called Global Ordnance, LLC, We're good to go.
As part of the U.S. Army's Bulk Explosives Program for the supply of new production Type 1 TNT to the U.S. Army, the Bulk Explosives Program contract is for five years and it has a ceiling value of $188 million.
As part of the reward, global ordinance will deliver 1 million pounds of TNT to the U.S. Army in 2021.
That's a million pounds of TNT! That's enough to...
To blow all the safe rooms of all the Democrats who need to be arrested and deep state traitors too.

You have a 10-day bug-out bag?
You have a 10-day supply bag in your car?
What if this announcement comes down while you're somewhere visiting a friend's house in your car?
You're stuck there for 10 days.
You have 10 days of supplies in your vehicle?
What if you're in a hotel room on a business trip and this comes down?
You're kind of screwed, especially if you couldn't bring your Glock with you on that flight because you landed in a liberal city.
Yeah, I wouldn't want to be under a 10-day national lockdown without a firearm.
That sounds like suicide.
That's why I don't travel anywhere that I can't take my firearms.
And it's not just a pistol either.
People who travel with me know that.
So my practical advice here is be ready for the 10-day lockdown in case it does happen.
Maybe it's just a rumor, but I get the feeling that things are really accelerating in this direction.
I get the feeling that SCOTUS is going to fail us.
I think the Supreme Court justices, some of them are traitors.
Most of them are traitors.
Not Thomas, not Scalia, for sure, but there are traitors on the bench.
I think that the state legislatures are spineless.
I think that the mayors and the governors are agents of China.
I think that the Dominion Software Systems We're deliberately, algorithmically rigged to steal the election.
I think big media is controlled by the CIA and China, and big tech is controlled by China, and the vaccine companies are literally trying to kill us.
