Okay, welcome to the Situation Update for Sunday, December 12, 2020.

We have so many breaking bombshell news items, intel reports, and so on.
Let me just give you some of the highlights of what's happening right now.
CIA assassination squads are active in the continental United States, and they are right now.
Killing whistleblowers and eyewitnesses to vote fraud.
This is happening right now in America and there's a video that has caught one of these attempts on camera.
The media, the left wing media, their hit pieces and smears are now, they've reached the level of qualifying as acts of journo-terrorism.
So terrorism from the left-wing media.
Meanwhile, censorship by big tech has reached the level of domestic terrorism as defined by the United States Code.
So big tech engaged in domestic terrorism.
Dilbert creator Scott Adams is the latest victim of outright censorship terrorism.
And remember that part of the definition of terrorism is that it's designed to coerce the public For political purposes, using various threats and various illegal activities and so on.
I'll get into the definition here shortly.
We are anticipating trucker blockades of blue cities.
There are reports that this is going to begin shortly.
So we're entering a time of siege warfare against blue cities carried out by truckers who are almost all Trump supporters, for all the obvious reasons, because they like to have a good economy and they like to work.
And that's what Trump stands for, whereas Democrats stand for shutting everything down, locking you down, making you a prisoner in your own home, making you wear a mask that doesn't work, making you take a vaccine against your will, against your consent, and so on.
So trucker blockades are coming.
We have intel incoming from yesterday afternoon that Biden and Harris are going to be named in the upcoming D&I John Ratcliffe report that is due December 18th.
That's big.
That's huge.
This is going to provide President Trump additional leverage to use against Biden to attempt to force Biden to concede, although I still don't believe that that outcome is a likely possibility.
It is certainly a possibility.
Let's see what else.
We have good reason to believe that state legislatures are not going to vote for alternate electors.
So what you're going to see on Monday is...
The states submitting electoral votes that appear to declare Joe Biden the winner.
Understand that these numbers are temporary.
They will be overturned.
If not by the courts, certainly by the other option that we've been discussing, which is Trump's declaration of cyber warfare and acts of warfare against the United States, of which Biden and Harris are also complicit actors, or in which, I should say.
Also want to give a shout out to Kash Patel, who's the Acting Secretary of Defense Chief of Staff.
In other words, Chris Miller's Chief of Staff, Kosh Patel, is an American patriot and a hero.
And he is under intense, intense smear campaigns by the media and left-wing operators.
And Kash Patel, along with Chris Miller and Ezra Cohen-Watnick and many other patriots, they are all working together to carry out the plan to expose the deep state, save the republic, and end the terrorism against the American public that we are all living and end the terrorism against the American public that we are We are living on an active, now an active warfare battlefield.
We are, in essence, being held as prisoners of war by Governor Newsom and other Democrat governors.
We are actual POWs being held in our own homes against our will, while there are assassination teams, part of the CIA's covert counterterrorism task force that the DOD, or Chris Miller, has just said, we're going to cut off all your personnel or Chris Miller, has just said, we're going to cut off all your That's because Chris Miller is trying to stop the CIA's execution squads.
There are increasing threats against patriots, including people like myself, independent journalists, as well as GOP lawmakers, as well as whistleblowers, and witnesses that have come forward to be part of the affidavits that are being collected by attorneys such as Sidney and witnesses that have come forward to be part of the affidavits that are being collected by attorneys such as once SCOTUS decides to actually accept an important case.
That day is likely coming.
There's also, well, I might as well just get into this now.
There's a legal theory that is emerging that the Supreme Court on Friday dismissed the Texas case, but without prejudice, which means they dismissed it based on a lack of standing at that time.
But they did not say that Texas cannot refile when circumstances change.
And according to this legal theory, and I'm not a constitutional lawyer, so I don't know if this holds water or not, but it's something for you to consider.
On Monday, tomorrow, when the states submit their fraudulent electoral votes, you know, officially submit those to Congress, upon that action, that is when Texas has then been harmed.
And that is when Texas can refile its case and then achieve standing with the Supreme Court.
At least that's the legal theory.
Personally, I don't have a lot of faith in the Supreme Court because I think many of those people have been threatened.
And I think that...
All throughout every level of government, people have been coerced or threatened or ensnared in money traps or sex traps or honeypot traps like Swalwell or kickbacks from Communist China like Governor Kemp of Georgia, Governor Newsom, Pelosi and Feinstein, dirty as they come, all in with Communist China.
But it's not just the Democrats.
It's also the GOP. I don't have any faith In the Supreme Court, the state legislatures, the governors, none of it.
Right now, you know who I have faith in?
President Trump, Christopher Miller, Ezra Cohen, Watnick, these patriots and others like General Flynn, Sidney Powell, Lin Wood, people like that.
That's who I have faith in and that's all we need.
And that's the plan that I have been talking about for, what, three, four weeks now?
And then when Texas filed its case at the Supreme Court, I held out a little bit of hope.
Well, maybe I said 50-50 shot here at this.
Maybe the Supreme Court could rule in favor of Texas.
Turns out that wasn't the case.
So I don't really have any hope in SCOTUS at this point.
Now, it is critical for all patriots, all journalists...
All Trump supporters, all donors and so on to go to condition red, if you haven't already, take emergency precautions for your own personal safety.
Now, as you know, I live that way all the time.
And people like me are on certain lists of people that the left wants to literally execute.
But I don't live in a neighborhood with a published address and all that stuff.
So I'm much harder to kill than your average person.
Other people out there are pretty easy to find.
And so I just want to put the word out that all of you need to take immediate precautions.
You need to wear at least one pistol.
You need to carry concealed where legal to do so.
You need to have a firearm in your vehicle at all times.
You need to have a rifle beside you ready to run.
And so I just want to demonstrate.
I've got a rifle right here.

Just to make sure everything's good.

But I want you to know, I can take care of myself because I've trained with Special Forces guys for many, many years.
For now, I estimate about 5,000 hours of firearms, tactical training, and drills.
I've got my chest rig.
I've got comms.
I've got a local quick reaction force.
I've got all that stuff.
I've got thermal cameras, AI-driven motion recognition systems, off-site mirror of everything that's going down, those kinds of systems.
That's me.
But most people aren't at that level because they haven't been threatened until recently.
So a lot of people are really vulnerable.
They don't have in their car what I have in my car.
They're just coming up to speed right now.
There's a rapid learning curve that people are addressing at the moment.
It's like, what do you mean?
They're coming to kill me?
Yes, they are fucking coming to kill you.
Yes, get it through your head because if you don't take action, then...
You might die, okay?
This is what revolution looks like.
This is what living in a battle war zone looks like.
And that's where we all are right now.
Now, I'm not saying that anybody should initiate any kind of aggressive action.
I'm saying be defensive.
Make sure that you can defend yourself.
And when they come for you, make them pay.
And this goes for guys working in the Pentagon.
They may walk into your office and try to shoot you in the head.
You need to make them pay.
And that's always been my philosophy with this, is I'm a peaceful guy.
I'm the health ranger.
I talk about health and healing and nutrition and herbs and how to prevent cancer, how to have cognitive function, things like that.
That's my wheelhouse.
I'd rather be talking about that, frankly.
But when you're about to lose your republic and when you're being death-threaded and smeared and attacked and defamed and deplatformed, And censored and banned everywhere by a bunch of communist fraudsters and enemies, domestic enemies of the people, which means the left-wing media, they're enemies of the people.
Big tech, enemies of the people.
Communists, infiltrated, treasonous traitors.
When you're being attacked by these people, you learn to defend yourself.
And as I've always said, they could still take me out, but they're going to take casualties.
There's going to be a trail of their blood leading to the trail of my blood.
And there's going to be brass all over the freaking ground everywhere.
Okay.
So that's, that's my philosophy.
Yeah.
You send enough guys, you might be able to take me out, but you are going to pay a price.
You are absolutely going to pay a price.
You better bring body bags.
That's all I'm saying.
Everybody needs to have that attitude right now if we are going to survive this.
Because Trump is on the verge of victory.
And so the deep state is so desperate at this point.
They literally want to just kill.
And they have kill teams running right now across America.
They are trying to kill everybody who could expose them.
That's how desperate they are.
And this is why Trump needs to act soon.
I don't know what his exact timeline is, but he's running out of time.
And the deep state is getting incredibly desperate to the point where they will try anything.
And the patriots are getting impatient as well.
You know, patriot groups, militia groups, and so on, who are saying, hey, we're not going to stand by and just twiddle our thumbs while our republic is stolen from us by a bunch of corrupt criminal communists and cheaters and fraudsters and Dominion voting systems and the fake news media and the, you know, communist China-controlled censors.
We're not going to sit back and just watch and do nothing.
No.
They're about to go to town.
And the days are growing short.
So just giving you that warning about what's about to happen here.
And by the way, I find it, well, a little frustrating because the message that I'm being given by my contacts is, hey, everybody be patient.
Everybody wait and be patient.
And I'm telling you, the patriots across America, they are tired of waiting, period.
They are at the end of their waiting.
Especially when you consider that the electoral votes are about to be submitted, and those are fraudulent votes.
The states are committing fraud.
The governors are criminals.
The state legislators, even when they're controlled by the GOP, are cowards.
And cities like Detroit and Atlanta and Philadelphia and Milwaukee, they committed multiple felony fraudulent crimes and even crimes of racketeering and conspiracy against the United States government.
Crimes that left-wingers were trying to drum up against Trump with the fake Russia collusion hoax.
But the Democrats actually carried out those crimes to steal this election.
And that cannot stand and it will not stand.
And I guarantee you, as an analyst, this is not a threat from me because I'm not going out to do anything.
But as an analyst, what I'm observing is that there will be blood in the streets before...
Before Trump supporters accept this fraudulent vote, they will fight for the truth.
And the truth is that Trump won.
He won by millions of votes.
He won fair and square.
The Democrats cheated and rigged.
And the Democrats need to be stopped and they need to be arrested and charged with treason.
And that's going to take military tribunals, which I believe is also coming.
I didn't even finish the opening overview of what I'm going to cover here.
I'm also covering executive orders, new ones that were just signed a couple of days ago.
I'll get to those.
One of them reorders the line of succession at the DOD in case high-level people are killed, probably during the war that is already upon us.
Many people have no idea.
That war is already here.
Lives are being lost.
Blood is being shed on U.S. soil right now already.
It's happening.
The military is suffering casualties right now, such as the five U.S. Army personnel on U.S. soil at the consulate in Frankfurt, which is technically U.S. soil even though it's in Europe.
Okay, so let's get to some of the more details now.
That's a bit of an overview of where we are.
Alright, so CIA assassination squads are active.
Here's a description from one of the videos that appeared on Bitchute that says it's a video of a woman who was a whistleblower in Michigan, I believe, and there was an attempt to take her out.
She got into her car, backed out of her driveway, and a Another car that was parked across the street then drove up, blocked her exit.
The driver got out of that car and began firing into her car.
They missed.
According to the description of this video, quote, key witnesses are being taken out.
Fourth one this morning, mainstream media hiding everything.
That's the description from that video.
All right, now, General Perna, Operation Warp Speed.
He has a new video out, a briefing about what he calls vaccine D-Day.
And I kid you not, I kid you not, this is what Perna says, quote, D-Day is the beginning of the end, and that's where we are today.
That's a quote from General Perna of U.S. Army.
Here's my take on this.
I think that that sector of the military, the DOD, those are black hat actors.
Whereas Trump obviously is working to clean up the military and the DOD, but he doesn't have total control over it.
They're black hat sectors of the DOD.
And I believe General Perna is one of those.
I think that Trump doesn't trust big pharma.
Trump has pushed Operation Warp Speed publicly for the sole reason that a very large percentage of Americans still have faith in vaccines, although that number is shrinking rapidly.
But Trump wants to give them confidence that they can move around society and not be locked down.
And so he's been touting this progress with Operation Warp Speed for many, many months, right?
And saying that he would use the military to distribute the vaccine.
Well, that was used, I believe, as a cover story to cover a lot of the distribution of military personnel and the setting up of the forward operations bases that are happening,
the airlifts into Nellis Air Force Base, for example, and the setting up of local military the airlifts into Nellis Air Force Base, for example, and the setting up of local military intelligence units and medical units in National Guard locations as well as other local military bases in preparation for a military response to
So when we say Operation Warp Speed, it is a multifaceted program that's being used by both white hat actors and black hat actors.
So Trump is using it to deploy military assets to defend the republic, whereas General Perna is using it to try to mass vaccinate the U.S. military with what I believe to be an injurious, vaccine that will harm and in some cases vaccine that will harm and in some cases kill U.S. troops and reduce the United States military readiness.
And note, by the way, note that some of the initial targets, and I've covered this before in previous podcasts, the initial targets of the military's internal immunization schedule, the priorities include the initial targets of the military's internal immunization schedule, the priorities include cyber
So in other words, they're going after the cyber warfare team because the military cyber warfare team are white hats, the 305th Battalion of Military Intelligence, for example, and other units.
And the cyber warfare soldiers are trying to be taken down by General Perna in the U.S. Army, who is tied to the vaccine industry, which has, of course, rolled out this very deadly,

This is why the UK government had to roll out a new AI database just to handle the processing of all of the doctors' reports of side effects and injuries from the vaccine.

And in addition to that, we know that the UK government has warned that people who are susceptible to allergic reactions should not take this vaccine at all.
Why would they say that?
And by the way, how many members in the United States military are subjected to allergic reactions for things like nuts and seeds and sometimes dairy and so on?
A lot of allergic reactions.
Those people are going to be harmed and in some cases killed by this vaccine, which is why I believe General Perna says, quote, D-Day is the beginning of the end.
And that's where we are today.
It's the beginning in his mind, I think.
This is my opinion.
It's the beginning of the end of the United States.
Because so many of these people are compromised by China.
They are enemies within.
They are enemy combatants inside the United States military, inside the Pentagon, that Trump does not have control over.
Now remember that under Trump's wing here is, in terms of personnel, it's not even the majority of the military, but it's the people who count.
Trump has, through Chris Miller, Trump has Special Operations Forces.
Trump has the United States Marines that report directly to him.
And most of the actual Marine soldiers are pro-Trump.
Trump has the United States Air Force.
And more importantly, Trump has Space Force, which as you recall from yesterday, or I'm sorry, two days ago, the Situation Update informed you that Space Force is now being added to the intelligence briefings.
Under the Director of National Intelligence.
So Space Force is being brought into the fold to be an active part of the intelligence, which leads to the cyber warfare defense of the United States of America.
And, you know, there was something else about Space Force that I failed to mention the other day that came across my desk.
Oh yeah, it's the imaging.
Space Force controls satellite imaging.
I mean, to some degree, the U.S. Air Force does as well, but Space Force also has advanced satellite imagery, which offers real-time monitoring of certain ground targets.
And some of those satellite systems, what they can do, it's pretty amazing.
They can image a vehicle and Obviously looking straight down.
And then they can tie that vehicle to an address of an intended target, which may be, let's say, a traitor such as, you know, Barack Obama, let's say.
And then they can follow that vehicle wherever it goes and map out the geolocations of that vehicle.
They tie that into geolocation cell phone metadata that is stripped out of the NSA by white hat cyber hackers there at the NSA. And then what they can do is they can compile an aggregate data file that shows the times and locations of every person that Obama met with based on either their cell phone data or their vehicle data.
And vehicles from top down, they are imaged and can be stored kind of like fingerprints.
Believe it or not, each person's vehicle is It has something unique about it when you have sufficiently high-resolution cameras and video monitoring capability from orbit.
So now, of course, cloud cover ruins that, and nighttime travel doesn't necessarily work as well.
But there's also, at a different level, there's thermal imaging, although that's not very effective from orbit.
But whatever.
I don't mean to get too geeky about this, but just to tell you, don't underestimate Space Force.
Don't underestimate the satellite imaging capabilities and what you can do with that data when you have real-time feeds and you can tie it into geolocated cell phone metadata as well as home addresses, known addresses of individuals who are being targeted and monitored.
Remember the movie with Gene Hackman and Will Smith, what was it called?
Enemy of the State, right?
Enemy of the State, I think it's from 1997 or somewhere around there.
At that time, everything in that movie looked like a crazy conspiracy from the future or something.
All that stuff was actually accurate at the time, and it's way more advanced than that right now.
So go back and watch that movie, Enemy of the State.
If you want to have an idea of actually what's in place, well, really what was in place 20 years ago, and then kind of turn up the knob on that volume to get a good idea of where we are actually today.
Oh, but just to summarize this particular point, Trump will never force you to take a vaccine, all right?
So as long as Trump is in the White House, you are safe from federally mandated vaccines.
If Biden gets to the White House, he will force you to take a vaccine, he will force you to wear a mask, and he will force you to give up your guns, by the way.
How's that?
So, you know, knock on your door.
Hey, give us all your guns.
Roll up your sleeve.
Take this death shot.
Wear a mask.
And we're taking your kids, too, by the way.
We're going to indoctrinate them in the public school system where they're going to be treated to lectures by drag queens wearing no underwear.
We're going to give them, you know, story time hour.
I mean, it's insane.
Another reason why we can't have Joe Biden ever become president, and I don't believe that he's going to.
But, you know, kind of words of advice from me personally.
Never give up your AR-15.
Never take a shot that the government says is good for you.
It's got two general rules.
it's like they want to hit you with their shots.
Well, guess what?
Self-defense still counts.
And, you know, you want to give me vaccine poisoning, I'll respond with lead poisoning for you.
How about that?
You know, self-defense matters, and vaccines are a form of violence when they are mandated against your consent.
It's a violation against the Nuremberg trials and principles against human experimentation and, you know, mandatory medical interventions with experimental medicines, And one thing I forgot to say over the last couple of days, you know how the FDA was able to grant emergency approval to these vaccines?
You know how that's possible?
If you read regulations in U.S. law, it turns out you can only get emergency approval if there is no other known therapeutic that is effective against that specific pandemic.
This explains why the entire global science institution, the science journals such as the Lancet and the New England Journal of Medicine, both of which are guilty of crimes against humanity, they are carrying out a Holocaust against humanity.
And yes, I use that word on purpose.
There will be millions who die from this if they carry this out successfully.
They trashed hydroxychloroquine, and so did the New York Times and the Washington Post and all the enemies of humanity.
They trashed hydroxychloroquine in order for the FDA to be able to claim, well, there is no therapeutic that works against coronavirus.
Therefore, we can approve this vaccine under emergency conditions.
You understand?
And that's why, by the way, those fake science articles in the Lancet Which were based on totally fabricated data from a science data company that was run by people.
One of them was an adult entertainment star and the other was a science fiction writer.
And they ran this data company that sold the data to another group that was a bunch of ghostwriters from one of the vaccine manufacturers.
It all comes back to the vaccine companies.
It was a total scam by them.
And then they got the articles published in the Lancet and the New England Journal of Medicine, who later had to retract those articles after there was a massive outcry of hundreds of scientists who said, this is totally fake.
It's just blatantly fake science.
But it was all part of this conspiracy to approve vaccines under emergency protocols.
Because when there are emergency approvals, guess what?
Two things kick in.
I didn't mean to get off on vaccines here.
It's not even supposed to be the focus.
But two things kick in under emergency protocols.
Number one, legal immunity to the vaccine companies.
So it doesn't matter how many people they kill or harm or injure, including in the military, vaccine companies have zero liability.
And secondly, you get to skip the large-scale clinical trials.
So no sufficient testing.
So any journalist on TV, whether it's Fox News or CNN or anybody that says this vaccine is safe and effective, they are lying to you.
They are enemies of humanity.
They should be arrested and charged with conspiracy to commit crimes against humanity.
They are lying.
These vaccines have never been proven safe or effective.
In fact, in the trials, people are dying from these vaccines, and this is why General Perna in the Army says D-Day.
For the vaccines.
D-Day is the beginning of the end.
And that's where we are today.
He's bragging about that, okay?
He's bragging about it.
Ha, ha, ha.
We don't have to use artillery to kill you.
We don't have to use mortars.
We don't have to use, you know, M249. We don't have to use Hummers, 50 cals, nothing.
We're just going to get you with these vaccine shots.
Experimental vaccines take you out that way.
We are the army.
We will kill you with medicine.
Fake medicine.
That's what the black hat elements of the military have now been turned into, just so you know.
Okay, moving on.
Censorship has become domestic terrorism.
And if you go to Title 18, Section 23310, Parentheses 5 of the U.S. Criminal Code.
It defines domestic terrorism as, quote, activities that appear to be intended to intimidate or coerce a civilian population and influence the policy of a government by intimidation or coercion.
That is what censorship has become now by Big Tech.
Intimidation and coercion.
You are not allowed to speak unless you say the things that they want you to say Which conforms to their political outcomes, which conforms to communist China and China's desire to destroy the United States.
In other words, censorship being practiced by the big tech companies is an act of not just domestic terrorism, but an act of strategic warfare against the United States of America to weaken the knowledge across the population so that China can succeed in taking but an act of strategic warfare against the United States of America to weaken the knowledge across the population so that China can succeed This has been the goal of Communist China.

And I'm very glad that even people like Steve Bannon have come to know this over the last couple of years, as well as D&I Ratcliffe, who is openly warning about the dangers of the CCP. The truth is, the CCP, which owns the Bidens, is the number one threat to the survival of the human race as we exist as a civilization.
China will destroy us all if we give them a chance.
And China owns Dominion voting systems.
China ran our election.
And China diverted the election to make sure that their candidate, Joe Biden, was rigged as the winner.
So remember that the censorship of the tech giants is an act of domestic terrorism and an act of warfare.
And it can therefore be prosecuted as such.

Most desperate hopes in all of this is that President Trump uses special forces units in the military and his 2018 executive order and criminal code under U.S. law as well as military doctrine during times of war to take down the tech giants.

So Trump needs to keep that in mind.
I believe he knows How dangerous big tech has become?
Big tech's censorship is completely incompatible with a free society or even with fair elections.
Remember that fair elections require the ability for people to debate ideas in the public square, to be able to debate freely.
And fair elections require people to be able to speak about their eyewitness accounts of election fraud.
And yet even that is being censored by big tech.
You can't even talk about election fraud because big tech says that Joe Biden won and that's it.
And there was no fraud.
I mean, talk about liars.
It's not just liars.
They are enemy combatants.
They cannot be allowed to continue to operate in the United States of America because they're incompatible with fair and free elections.
That is the very foundation of this constitutional republic.
All right, moving along here.
Let's talk about timelines of what's coming up.
Let me bring your attention to a December 11th executive order that was signed by President Trump.
It gives federal employees Christmas Eve off.
Now that's December 24th, of course, and that is the Thursday, correct?
So Friday is Christmas Day.
The day before that is Christmas Eve, Thursday, December 24th.
Trump has given all federal employees that day off except, quote, certain employees must report for duty on December 24, 2020 for reasons of national security, defense, or other public need.
So, number one, this is pretty interesting.
All federal employees are being sent home except for special forces in the military and national defense forces who are going to be on high alert that day.
for reasons that may become apparent here The day before Trump signed that executive order, he signed another executive order on December 10th, and it's called Executive Order on Providing an Order of Succession within the Department of Defense.

You don't have to take my word for it.
This isn't, you know, secret sourced intel or anything.
It's all public knowledge of what we call OSINT, open source intelligence.
So here's what that order says from Trump.
Quote, the following officials of the Department of Defense in the order listed shall act as and perform the functions and duties of the Office of the Secretary of Defense, which is Chris Miller currently, by the way, during any period in which the Secretary has died, resigned, or otherwise become unable to perform the functions and duties of the Office of the Secretary, and so on and so forth.
It's not every day you read an executive order that's talking about Chris Miller being killed, is it?
Chris Miller is a hard man to kill, by the way.
You should know that in advance.
Anybody that tries to kill Chris Miller, it's kind of like trying to kill me.
You're going to pay a price.
This is going to be a blood trail for investigators to follow.
That's for damn sure.
It's going to be empty mags all over the floor and empty cartridges all over the place.
Try to kill Chris Miller.
A lot of people are going to know.
But anyway, guess who's in line after Chris Miller?
And if you read this list in this executive order...
There's something interesting about it that I noticed.
Next in line after Miller is David L. Norquist, who was...
He's the 34th Deputy Secretary of Defense.
He was brought in by Trump on July 31st, 2019.
Now, many people thought that Norquist was going to be appointed to the Secretary of Defense, but rather, Trump appointed Chris Miller over Norquist.
Norquist, I couldn't find a lot of details about Norquist.
It seems like he's more of a bureaucrat kind of guy.
He's not necessarily a Trump loyalist, but he's also not an enemy of America either.
I mean, this is just my assessment.
I might be totally wrong about this.
If somebody gives me better information, I'll update this.
Norquist is next in line.
He's kind of neutral on things, as far as I can tell.
And if you go down the list, next comes the secretaries of the military departments, and then the undersecretary of defense for policy, and then the undersecretary of defense for intelligence and security, and so on.
And I think eventually it gets to one of these positions that is Ezra Cohen-Watnick, if I'm not mistaken.
But you know who's missing from this list?
The chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, General Mark Milley, who is a globalist and an anti-Trumper.
Now, I don't know if the previous version of this list had the chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, because I'm not a military guy, so I don't know how these things are normally structured in terms of their hierarchy, but I noticed that Milley is missing from this list, which I couldn't find a previous version, you know?
So I don't know for sure, but it seems like They just took Millie out of the loop here, which is a good thing.
Now, why would you issue an executive order on December 10th that talks about your Secretary of Defense dying and then who's going to replace him?
The answer is because you're expecting combat casualties at a very high level.
You are expecting the nation to be under attack, to be engaged in acts of warfare.
In fact, why would you even bother firing Mark Esper and putting Chris Miller in place?
Why would you bother doing that unless you had something big planned?
You needed to make sure that you could rely on the DOD. See, to me, this is further proof that President Trump knows that action is coming, something big is coming.
Now, Let's talk about timetables here because if you look at Friday, December 18th, well, actually, let me back up.
Tomorrow, December 14th, that's the day that the states submit their Electoral College votes to Congress.
And then Congress votes whether to accept that on January 6th.
So that's like over three weeks away.
What happens the rest of this coming week is that on Friday the 18th, that's when Director of National Intelligence John Ratcliffe is due to issue his report on foreign interference in this election.
That report, which will likely be classified, so we won't be able to see it all, that report will be distributed to Bill Barr at the DOJ, as well as the head of the Department of Homeland Security, as well as the president himself, and a few other officials that are named in that 2018 executive order.
Remember, I'm told that Joe Biden and Kamala Harris are both going to be named in this report, specifically Kamala Harris.
She was mentioned in an email that was found on Hunter Biden's laptop.
Oh, yes.
You've got to love these Democrats.
Between Anthony Weiner and Hunter Biden, it's like a laptop treasure chest, you know, treasure hunt thing.
I mean, it's like hidden gems and Easter eggs everywhere on these guys' laptops.
And it's also amazing that these people just leave laptops all over the country with all of this incriminating evidence on it.
Like, oh, here's Hunter Biden raping underage Chinese girls or whatever, smoking crack and banging hookers.
And here's Anthony Weiner with who knows what kind of crazy illegal porn and whatever else.
They just leave laptops all over the place, and then the FBI has to run around and cover up all their crimes.
That's the function of the FBI these days is to cover the crimes of the Democrats, just in case you're curious.
The FBI has no other function in our society today.
And apparently the DOJ is right alongside the FBI to cover up the crimes of the Democrats and delay everything and then give patriots false hope, you know, until the election can be stolen.
And then after the election is stolen, the media starts reporting, oh my gosh, the Bidens are, they look pretty corrupt, all these financial crimes, you know?
But this report on the 18th is going to be big.
It's going to be a bombshell.
Now, importantly, this report gives President Trump leverage to use against Joe Biden over the following days.
Using this report that, again, I've been told will contain condemnations or statements of findings of facts that implicate Joe Biden and Kamala Harris.
So the entire Trump will be able to take this document and put it in a folder, maybe redact some stuff in it, and then go meet with Joe Biden and Kamala Harris and say, okay, check out this folder.
Here, you can look at it, but you can't keep it.
Read it.
This is what we have on you.
Oh, and here's this other folder.
This is actually a giant three-ring binder full of all of your financial transactions with China, your hidden money laundering accounts in offshore banks, such as HSBC and so on.
And here's what we have on you.
Here are all the audio recordings, the phone data, the flight records, the kickbacks from Burisma, and so on.
This is what we have on you.
You can either, Joe Biden, you can concede now, concede the election now, and you will be offered a full pardon by President Trump.
A pardon that means you cannot be prosecuted for these crimes and you get to keep all the tens of millions of dollars.
That you illicitly took from Ukraine and China and so on, and Hunter Biden doesn't have to go to prison.
He can keep on smoking crack and banging hookers because you'll have money to pay for that habit.
If you don't concede, we're going to win anyway, we being Trump's people, the patriots, we're going to win anyway because, well, wink, wink, insurrection act, things like that, and then we're going to arrest you and charge you with treason.
Because you are implicated, and then you're not going to go through a civil court.
You're going to go through a military tribunal court.
You're going to end up in a deep, dark hole at the bottom of Gitmo.
So make a choice, Joe, about which future looks better for you.
All right, so that conversation will likely be happening right around the 19th and the 20th would be my guess.
And they might give Joe Biden a few days to make that decision, such as the 21st, 22nd, 23rd, maybe at the most.
72 hours, Joe.
That's also the time during which you're going to see Joe Biden rolling out another medical boot because Obama will be up there breaking his ankles and knees and everything.
Biden will be limping around, maybe boots on both feet at that point.
And then we'll get to see what happens, because then on the 24th, all the federal officials are home from work, which means they're not at their desks, they're not at their computers, they don't command their staffers, they don't even have access to the office secure systems from home.
That's the 24th.
I have to ask you this question.
This is not based on any special intelligence information.
This is just my suspicion.
Wouldn't Christmas Eve, the 24th, wouldn't that be the perfect day to roll out the mass arrests of certain people, such as Obama and Biden and others?
I mean, special forces are working, but other federal agencies are not working.
You just roll them out, you wrap them up, You go get Pelosi, because these people are going to be at home with their families probably.
They won't be expecting anything on this day.
You go extract Feinstein and Newsom and all the traitors.

However, before I get your hopes up, I've been told by other sources that things really won't happen in terms of the insurrection option until January.
So I don't want you to think that that's an official prediction.
I'm just saying, man, that would be a good day to do that.

And a lot of the stories that I've focused on here and many here that I'm going to talk about here, I put links to these stories in the naturalnews.com article that usually comes out the evening of this podcast.
So if you see a podcast, you know, a situation update for December 13th today, then later in the day, look for the article about December the 13th.
And in that article, I will link to the sources.
Now, often that article doesn't come out until the evening because, well, I'm just busy with stuff and it takes me time to put all this together.
And what I also try to do...
In addition to giving those sources that you can independently verify, I always try to distinguish where my information comes from or at least what kind of class it comes from.
In other words, if it's a deep background source, I will say this is a source.
Or if it's a military intelligence source that I have, that's what I'll say.
Or if it's some totally anonymous source, I can't even tell you where it came from.
I'll give you that description, and then you can decide whether or not to believe that source.
There is a lot of information that comes through.
I'm always vetting information myself, and there are many, many, many tips that come in that I discard as unreliable or not substantiated enough.
So there's a lot of stuff I do not pass on.
Even recently, there have been a lot of rumors about...
Bunker buster bombings and things like that happening near the Canadian border and things like that, which I cannot substantiate.
A lot of rumors floating around, but I can't substantiate it, so I don't put that on my list of things that I can talk about actually happening.
The sources I have, in many cases, are people, sources that I have acquired through individuals that I have acquired I've known that I have assisted, in some cases that I have trained with, where we've been on the range together, and I got introduced to certain circles of people, and trust was gained slowly and over many years.
I'm telling you, you don't just develop a source online.
Oh, you just meet somebody.
Oh, I watched your video.
You're awesome.
Can you start giving me, you know, incredible intel on the inside story?
It doesn't work that way, folks.
It happens in the real world, and it happens slowly.
It happens over time.
And any good source will check you out too.
So all these people that are my sources, they have checked me out.
Many of them have toured my facility in Texas.
They know that I am for real when it comes to combat level tactics because they've seen me in action.
They know that I'm a patriot.
They know that I've been through all the threats and all the smears and everything else.
So I'm for real and I'm on the side of the Constitution and the patriots.
And so that's how I develop sources and that's how I vet sources.
It doesn't mean they're always correct.
Sometimes they're not.
But this has been a very good way to vet sources, and this is how a lot of very reliable information comes to me, because, of course, they want me to get it out.

I know that David Knight called him a CIA shill at one point.

But I don't know where Pchenik comes from.
I don't know if he's still CIA or what.
I really don't know.

Oh, and I should say, sorry, one more thing, is people I really don't trust are new sources who reach out to me, and they want to try to convince me that there's some big, badass, deep state inside source, that they're going to feed me all this great information.

Here's something you can affirm publicly.
Ezra Lovat on the Tucker Carlson show saying that Justin Trudeau trained Chinese troops in Canada.

Where Ezra Levant had said during the Tucker Carlson interview, quote, Canada is training one- and two-star Chinese generals in our war colleges, training lieutenants and majors, commanders.
He says it's the biggest scoop he's ever had in his life.
They got all this unredacted documentation from the Canadian government about these so-called Canadian forces' bases.
Where Canada is teaching Chinese troops all about winter warfare.
Now why would China need winter warfare skills in North America?
I mean, why couldn't they just train in Northern China?
That's cold enough.
Why do they have to come here?
The answer is, obviously, they plan to invade and occupy the United States of America during the winter.
Oh gosh, we're in winter, isn't it interesting?
And this is when China is trying to overthrow the country politically, and also through the tech giants, and now they're trading troops.
Now, I want to mention something here.
Until this story broke, anybody who talked about Chinese troops being staged in Canada...
As a possible invasion into the United States.
Anybody who talked about that was called a tinfoil hat wearing conspiracy goon.
And some of the people who were talking about this quite prominently were Dave Hodges and Steve Quayle and maybe Doug Hagman and so on.
I may have mentioned it a few times as well.
But suddenly with this breaking story, total confirmation from the Canadian government that yes, Chinese troops have been trained.
In winter warfare in Canada.
That is a confirmed story and it has now been covered everywhere and the documents are authenticated.
Now, this is important for you to understand that this is not some crazy wild conspiracy theory.
When you watch some of my interviews with J.R. Nyquist and in the most recent interview, he said that China has staged weapons and ammunition and uniforms.
In certain locations inside the United States, and they plan to activate troops inside the U.S., as well as having troops cross the borders, both north and southern borders, into the United States during a time of America's weakness and vulnerability.
And in addition to that, we have open source information from Customs and Border Protection.
I've talked about this before, where CBP has intercepted incoming shipments of illegal weapons systems from China, Such as full automatic upgrade Sears for AR-15 that were shipped into Florida and also illegal suppressors that were shipped into Detroit.
And you can find all of this in the press releases of U.S. Customs and Border Protection.
They're bragging about this because it's like, hey, we caught these criminals.
We caught them.

So what do you make of it when Communist China that has Fang Fang doing the Bang Bang with Swalwell and other high-level officials and Communist China using their programmers to build the, quote, hate speech engineering algorithms at Facebook that censor Americans who support their president and who support the Constitution...
China paying hundreds of millions of dollars to the Wall Street freaking Journal and the New York Times and the Washington Post and all these other mainstream outlets to publish Chinese propaganda.
This is all confirmed out in the media.
China running the Confucius Centers at U.S. universities all across the country.
China paying off lawmakers and governors and senators, members of Congress, with kickback schemes based on the PPE equipment from COVID. This is how Newsom got a bunch of money, half a billion dollars in kickbacks, and also Governor Kemp of Georgia and probably many other governors that we don't yet know about.
It's all fake purchases for PPE from China, masks that don't even exist and things like that.
China doing all of this.
They've infiltrated every level of our society.
Oh yeah, China buying up all the Hollywood studios and running the scripts for the movies like Top Gun, you know, the most recent Tom Cruise Top Gun movie where, oh, they had to take the patch of Taiwan off of his, you know, military jacket because you can't have Taiwan in a movie when China is writing the script, can you?
And China taking over Amazon's movie divisions in terms of controlling the scripts and China taking over Netflix and China taking over the Discovery Channel scripts and so on.
It just goes on and on and on.
And then China rigging the elections, purchasing Dominion voting systems, and then preparing to invade the United States.
This is what's happening.
We are in We are in war in America, and China is using biological weapons, i.e.

130,000 acres, that's about the size of Tulsa, Oklahoma.
That's a big area.
Why did we sell it to China?
So this is all happening in Canada.
And now then we learn from the Gate Stone Institute that China is also moving toward having military bases in the Caribbean.
And from the Gatestone Institute, quote, one of the, one, I'm sorry, of more concern to U.S. security interests is the ongoing seaport expansion project in the already commercially important port at Kingston, Jamaica, as well as the port at Freeport, Bahamas, China's possible new base of operations 90 miles off the U.S. coast.
The CCP seems to be implementing a multi-dimensional strategy in the Caribbean, reaping economic, political, and potentially military gains a few miles offshore of the United States.
Can you say Cuban Missile Crisis?
China is going to have troops to the north of us, missile bases to the southeast of us, military-trained narco-soldiers to the south of us, While China takes over our culture, movies, Hollywood, universities, education, lawmakers, election systems, and media.
That's what we are fighting against, folks, just so you understand it.
And China's goal is the absolute extermination of every American, and every Canadian, for that matter.
And so when you see these people taking money from China...
You understand why I say they should be arrested, tried for treason, and if found guilty, publicly hang to death or face an execution squad.

And every Canadian who's taking money from China should, in my opinion, face the same exact thing.

You notice I've been speaking a little more rapidly than usual.
So here we go.
The Supreme Court...
Dismiss the Texas case because of a lack of standing.
I already mentioned there's a legal theory that says that Texas did not have standing until after the official electoral votes are submitted by the states, which happens tomorrow, Monday.
Once that takes place, then Texas has a stronger argument to say that it has been harmed by the actions of these other four states, and then Texas may be able to refile and actually get a hearing.
Once Texas gets a hearing, if indeed it does, the court will no doubt fine in favor of Texas, but it may be impossible to get a hearing.
Nevertheless, Sidney Powell has cases that if they are accepted by the Supreme Court, they will absolutely have standing because those are cases based on local individuals in the swing states, in Michigan, for example, that clearly have standing once the Supreme Court decides to accept those cases. that clearly have standing once the Supreme Court decides to In fact, Sidney Powell says, we made emergency filings in the Supreme Court tonight, she's talking about, I think, two nights ago, for Georgia and Michigan.
We'll be filing Arizona and Wisconsin shortly.
These cases raise constitutional issues and prove massive fraud.
So we have four states that are represented by Sidney Powell's lawsuits that are pending before the Supreme Court.
If they choose to accept any one of those four cases, it is probably over for Joe Biden.
But if the Supreme Court is compromised, which we believe is a strong possibility at this point, they may refuse to accept all of the cases.
Now, why is this important?
Because in order for Trump to invoke military tribunals, he has to allow the judicial system of America, the civil court system, to prove that it is non-functioning.
That it has collapsed and failed.
So in other words, Trump doesn't need the Supreme Court to rule in his favor.
He just needs the Supreme Court to prove that they are too corrupt to function as the court in our constitutional republic.
And then Trump can invoke the military tribunals.
And reportedly, although I still haven't been able to confirm this, but reportedly Sidney Powell can serve as a judge on military tribunals.
That may be true, may not be true.
Don't worry about it.
There are plenty of other judges who can.
I mean, the military has a functioning tribunal system anyway.
I mean, they're hearing all kinds of cases throughout the year, international cases involving terrorism for the most part.
So they can do this, okay?
They don't necessarily need Sidney Powell to do it.
We don't have to rely on Powell to do everything.
She's already carrying enough load as it is.
So it could be that the purpose of Powell filing these cases before SCOTUS is simply to prove to America that the highest court of the land is itself so corrupt beyond repair that we no longer have any kind of a functioning system and we must invoke military law.
And that would provide President Trump the justification, the public perception of his justification to invoke military tribunals, mass arrest the traitors, and hold them for trial.
And by the way, if that were the case, guess who some of the traitors would be?
Oh, members of the Supreme Court.
That's right.
Supreme Court's going down, folks.
Going down.
And I don't mean Thomas or Alito, who both said they wanted to hear the Texas case.
I don't know about the others.
We might possibly, I mean, I'm reserving my opinion on this, but we might have a lot of traitors on the bench right now.
We know Roberts is compromised.
We know he's a traitor.
We know the left-leaning justices are all traitors.
We know that.
They will rule against America's Constitution every chance they get.
They have to be removed, and they can be removed under military authority once they prove they are treasonous actors and enemy combatants.
Working against the United States of America.
That day is coming.
That day is coming.
In the meantime, every single day that ticks by here, even though all the patriots are getting impatient, like, hurry up, hurry up.
Every day there's more proof coming out that the election was rigged.
Remember those 22 voting machines in Antrim County where a local judge granted access to the Trump team to take images of the hard drives of those Dominion systems and then do forensic analyses of those systems.
It turns out that analysis is done and it shows that the machines did, in fact, flip the votes algorithmically Talking about the 6,000 votes that the fraudulent elections officials in that county said, oh no, it was a human error.
Turns out it wasn't a human error.
It was an algorithmic software.
It wasn't an error at all.
It was the way the machines were programmed.
That has now been proven, and that is going to be presented in court cases, including perhaps in SCOTUS, but if not there, Trump will present this to America when he declares...

But there's going to be a day where Trump says the entire system of civil justice is broken.
It is non-functioning.

Interestingly, something to note here, a RICO case is a criminal case.
So this is Powell reportedly planning a criminal case.
Notably, not a civil case.
A criminal case means that she must have been paired up with criminal prosecutors.
So there are prosecutors in some jurisdiction, we don't know exactly which jurisdiction here, it's probably some state prosecutor in a state that would have jurisdiction in some way that we don't know of yet, but they are willing to work with Sidney Powell to press criminal charges, RICO Act or might be federal prosecutors.
I guess it would be better if it were federal prosecutors, right?
We'll just have to wait and see how that comes out.

So, Those are the people that she's naming right now in her apparent RICO prosecution effort.
But that will take many months, so don't think that's going to happen by Christmas, that's for sure.
But Powell's quote on that is, frankly, our National Security Agency and Defense Intelligence Agency need to be all over this immediately.
The evidence is overwhelming and extremely troubling that this has been going on and didn't just start this year, said Powell.
