Situation Update, Dec. 7th - DNI John Ratcliffe holds the future of the republic in his hands

There really is so much to cover today.
This is the Situation Update for Monday, December 7th, 2020.
I'm Mike Adams, your host, publisher of NaturalNews.com, founder of Brighteon.com.
We've got a lot to cover here, but the highlights are that the Office of Military Commissions has cleared its calendar for For the month of December.
I've confirmed that.
It was a rumor floating around the internet, but I went right to their website, which is mc.mil, by the way, and you can go to their cases and their court calendar.
Sure enough, December 7th through the 16th, canceled, canceled, canceled, canceled, canceled, canceled.
It's just all canceled, and then the rest of the days are just totally empty now.
So for whatever reason, they're clearing the calendar there for military commissions, also known as military tribunals.
The second big thing that's happening is this massive airlift into Nellis Air Force Base.
I did talk about it some yesterday, but there are implications of that massive airlift that we haven't really gone into yet.
I'm going to cover that tonight.
A third big issue is we have a day coming up That is 45 days after the election, which is the time frame during which the Director of National Intelligence must issue a report about foreign interference in the U.S. election.
And this was ordered by Trump's 2018 executive order.
Now, December 18th is the 45th day after the election.
So by December 18th, DNI, that's the Director of National Intelligence, Ratcliffe, John Ratcliffe needs to issue a report.
Now, Ratcliffe has played a key role in shooting down the deep state's fake conspiracies against Trump.
For example, recently when the mainstream media was reporting that all the information coming from the Hunter Biden hard drive was Russian disinformation, DNI John Ratcliffe took to the airwaves and said, nope, that's not Russian disinformation.
That's actually real stuff.
So today we're going to cover some background on Ratcliffe because a lot of what happens in this election hinges on what he does.
He can give Trump the justification to invoke the national defense option against international or foreign interference in this election, i.e. cyber warfare that General McInerney has been warning us about.
And there are some strong indications that Ratcliffe is that he knows that Joe Biden didn't win.
In fact, he said on an interview yesterday that he's not sure that Joe Biden is going to become president.
So we're going to get into that and I'll try to give you the best read I can on Ratcliffe.
But here's where we are in terms of the big, big picture here.
We have the court cases proceeding.
I'll give you a lot of details in today's podcast about that.
We have now the court-approved forensic audit of one of the voting machines in a county, I believe in Michigan.
Yeah, I'm confirming that here.
Antrim County County.
Michigan, the audit of 22 Dominion Voting Systems machines.
This forensic audit allowed the Trump team to make a hard drive image, you know, to, as I say, image the hard drive so they can capture all the data and send it over to various teams for forensic analysis of the source code and the function of the code of the machine.
And then there was also a big story about another machine in Ware County, Georgia, That was reportedly sequestered and then fed ballots that were 50-50, Trump and Biden.
And after those ballots were run, the machine reportedly spit out results that gave Joe Biden a 26% lead.
And that's being reported by a state member of the GOP. And there's a lot of shock about that spreading across the Internet right now.
So the big news here is that Trump's attorneys have their hands on the source code of multiple Dominion machines.
They've been able to test these machines, at least one of them, and confirm that it rigs the votes in favor of Biden by a lot, by an enormous amount.
This is all being confirmed and secured and documented right now.
This evidence is going to be presented to the Supreme Court.
In some way.
We don't know exactly the mechanism, but, you know, Sidney Powell and the Kraken team are working on that.
And so is Lin Wood and other attorneys, Jenna Ellis and so on.
We know that once the Supreme Court sees this evidence, combined with, remember, the confessions of the CIA director, Gina Haspel, confessed reportedly to the CIA hacking the elections.
Combined with now the over 1,000 affidavits that have been acquired by the Trump attorneys, it now seems likely that the Supreme Court will have no choice but to overturn this election by invalidating votes in the swing states.
I mean, we don't know exactly the mechanisms, but I keep mentioning that phrase, quote, irredeemably tainted or irredeemably compromised, whatever they're going to say.
This is going to kick it back to Congress.
Congress is going to vote.
One state gets one vote.
President Trump is the president, again, for a second term.
As this happens, and I'm laying out for you here, I think, one of the most likely scenarios.
As this happens, then the left has this massive uprising, and then we have the invocation of the Insurrection Act, which I have now learned was it was decided that that was a go a long time ago, long before even the election.
So that has already been preauthorized, and the documents to invoke that have already been written up.
That's a done deal.
That's going to happen the minute the left launches its Bolshevik-style revolution.
And this is why there's so much air traffic.
Well, I should say part of the reason why there's so much air traffic that Monkey Works spotted and reported on going to Nellis Air Force Base.
So if I were to summarize what we're going to get into here today, because I know these podcasts can get quite lengthy and some people just want the short version, which is fine.
I don't blame you.
Our lives are all busy, right?
The short version is we're headed into a scenario where the Supreme Court rules in favor of Trump based on the evidence that's now being acquired.
And that sets off this whole situation of the left-wing uprising against Trump.
And then that necessitates the deployment of military troops in the streets of America or in the cities, at least.
And this may be why the military commissions slash military tribunal court has been cleared out for December because they are anticipating a huge number of arrests.
And also this is why Gitmo reportedly has been expanded to handle more enemy combatant prisoners that are going to be taking more flights to the spa in Gitmo.
Now, there are a couple of variations of how this could play out.
One variation that's also been rumored, and in fact I've spoken about it as well, is that Joe Biden is seeking a pardon from Trump in exchange for Biden conceding This very well could happen on or around December 17th or 18th.
Remember, the 18th is the 45th day.
That's the day on which John Ratcliffe must issue a report about foreign interference in US elections.
If that report is leaked, either accidentally or on purpose, to Joe Biden, then Biden may realize he's done.
And he needs to make a deal.
He'll take whatever deal Trump offers him, which will probably be a full pardon, as we said, and Biden will get to keep his illicit millions of dollars of funds from China and Ukraine and who knows where else.
And he will be able to stay out of Gitmo.
He'll concede.
Trump will be the president.
And importantly, in this scenario, which I consider to be the best case scenario, in this scenario, The left doesn't have a reason to wage their massive uprising and attack Trump.
It's going to be very hard for the left-wing media to roll out its narrative that claims Trump stole the election if Biden concedes.
So this is what we should really hope for.
We hope Biden concedes and Trump's going to have to sort of corner him into that with overwhelming evidence of fraud and threaten Biden with being arrested and charged with treason.
Which is what Biden has participated in, by the way, treason, outright treason during acts of warfare against this country.
The other scenario that's worth mentioning here from the high-altitude view of all this is that the Supreme Court does not rule in favor of Trump, which is one of the possible outcomes here, or that attorneys fail to structure the lawsuits appropriately before they get to the Supreme Court, and thereby...
SCOTUS isn't able to render a decision that could affect all the swing states.
It may be too narrow, or there may be some other overriding precedent that disallows the court from seeking the appropriate remedies that it wants to declare, but it can't.
In that case, then there is the military option still remaining.
You know, invoking the cyber warfare provisions of United States Code, national security options, all these things that I've mentioned in previous day's podcast.
But a lot of this hinges on what John Ratcliffe does on December 18th.
So December 18th, for a number of reasons here, is starting to kind of firm up as a really pivotal date in determining the future of our country.
Remember that December 14th is not really a big, it doesn't matter, it's not written in stone that the electoral votes on that day determine the outcome of the election.
Those votes could be voted against by Congress on January 6th.
And in fact, there's another scenario here where there may be so many arrests of left-wing members of Congress That they would absolutely lose the majority in the House and utterly lose any chance of controlling the Senate before January 6th.
We could see resignations by the hundreds or arrests or some of those individuals trying to flee the country, actually going into hiding and maybe refusing to resign, you know, but just going into hiding.
So this is the next 30 days here.
Any of these scenarios could play out.
We don't know exactly how it's going to turn out, but we see the signs of how it's shaping up.
And we know what the evidence shows us, and we know that the lawyers are achieving success each and every day, getting their hands on more and more evidence.
Even though the mainstream media is saying that they're losing all their cases, they're actually not.
They're getting cases accelerated towards SCOTUS and they're gathering more evidence with each passing day.
That's what's actually happening in the real world.
So, that's kind of the big picture view of where this is going.
I'm going to get into a lot of that.
But I do want to mention, as a bit of a tangent here, something about big pharma and the mRNA vaccines and PCR tests.
Because this has come up a lot in the independent media.
And this is an area where I have quite a lot of expertise and actually some inside information to share with you.
I'll try to keep this short, but I know that Big Pharma faked its claims of 95% effectiveness for the mRNA vaccines.
I know how they faked them.
I also know that the U.S. military has stockpiled Pfizer's mRNA vaccine long before it was ever approved by the FDA. And this gets back to Operation Warp Speed that I talked about yesterday, which was influenced by Communist China.
Remember extorting and infiltrating deep layers of the military as well as federal agencies because China hacked the OPM database, Office of Personnel Management.
Back in 2014 and 2015.
And so they knew who to exploit and how to blackmail people.
In fact, they had all the blackmail information.
So Operation Warp Speed is being rolled out right now as a way to injure military personnel and to impair America's military readiness.
This is another wave of a biowarfare attack on America that has been engineered by China.
But getting to Pfizer and their false claims of effectiveness of the vaccine, here's what I know.
Because, you know, I run a lab and we do food testing in the lab.
We do heavy metals analysis and we do glyphosate, which is an herbicide analysis and also microbiology.
And we do these as quantitative analyses, which means we are...
Quantitating, as we say, how much lead is in a certain sample.
And since we know the mass of the sample, we might take, for example, some superfood, and we're going to take 0.4 grams of that food, and then we're going to find out exactly how much lead is in that 0.4 grams.
It might be micrograms of lead, let's say, theoretically, and then we're going to calculate that back out.
Well, we reached out to a maker of PCR equipment.
And the company is called Thermo Fisher.
And they are, in fact, the first company that the CDC relied on to send out the faulty test kits in February of this year.
Those were all Thermo Fisher test kits, and they all contained bad reagents, bad chemicals.
And what happened was it set back the national testing process.
For the coronavirus by 30 days.
Remember that?
When the CDC sent out hundreds of thousands of kits, it was like early February, I think.
And then we didn't hear anything for weeks.
And then about 30 days later, the CDC said, oh, well, all those kits were bad.
Those kits were Thermo Fisher kits, it turns out.
And yeah, they messed them all up.
People have forgotten.
They messed it all up.
It was a delay.
Well, that allowed the epidemic to spread more efficiently and more quickly in its early days when the virus was actually dangerous, not like it is now where the virus has lost most of its function.
So we were talking to Thermo Fisher about acquiring PCR equipment in order to test food for GMOs because genetically engineered organisms, they can be detected in food.
You're looking for DNA sequences in the food.
And we had a sales rep from Thermo Fisher actually visit us at our offices in Central Texas.
And in that meeting, I asked the sales rep, because I'm a quantitation kind of food science guy, I said, hey, how do we use PCR to quantitate the level of GMOs that are in a food?
And by the way, this is the same question that you would ask if you're saying, how do we quantitate the viral load in a patient using PCR? And the answer that she told me there was, well, there is no quantitation.
You can't quantitate.
You can't use PCR to say how much of something was in the sample.
You can only use PCR as a qualitative test to say, yes, it has some of that.
We don't know how much.
It might be only one strand of DNA.
And this gets into what's called the cycling of the PCR equipment.
The more you cycle it, the more it's essentially doubling the number of DNA strands in your pool there, in your sample, basically.
And when you cycle these PCR machines 20 or 25 or 30 times, You're essentially doubling the number of DNA strands 20 or 30 times.
So if you start with 10 strands of DNA and you double it, let's say 20 times, what you really have there is 10 times 2 to the power of 19.
That's how many strands of DNA you have now.
That's a huge number.
19 being 20 minus 1 because you already used the 2.
So it's a huge number.
We're talking, obviously, orders of magnitude here.
And if you double them another 10 times, then it's massive.
So what the machine is doing, what PCR is doing, is taking small strands that may be barely present and then multiplying them by many, many orders of magnitude.
Huge multiplication.
And then saying, yes, we detect it.
Yes, we found it.
That's all that PCR is doing, folks.
That cannot be traced back to the concentration of those DNA strands in the original sample, which is why when you're using PCR equipment, and again, this was confirmed to me by Thermo Fisher itself during sales conversations.
Because we were about to purchase all their equipment.
We're not doing it now, now that we fully understand how it doesn't exactly work.
So if someone says, hey, this food tested positive for GMOs, or hey, this nasal swab sample tested positive for coronavirus, you know what that means scientifically?
And I say this as a published scientist who runs a lab.
You know what that means?
It means...
It means there might have been only one strand of DNA in the original sample, just one.
And that could have been easily a contaminant.
It doesn't mean that the original food had GMOs in it, and it also doesn't mean that an original patient has a viral load that would cause infectiousness or sickness or illness.
It doesn't mean that at all.
And there's another major problem with this entire approach, which is that there's no standard way to swab people's noses.
You know, they swab your nose, they swab your nasal passages and they get a certain amount of mucus and some viral strains, I suppose, on that.
Well, those samples are not standardized.
You don't know the mass that you swabbed and all the different people doing the swabbing are not trained to do it exactly the same way.
So you can't quantitate it back.
You can't back-calculate any kind of quantity of a viral load in the original patient.
You also can't even correlate how much virus is in their blood that ended up in their nasal passages.
There's no proven correlation of that at all.
You see, in my lab, when we're doing food science, we have a very precise analytical balance that measures down to.0001 grams.
So we actually measure, you know, for testing chlorella, we'll measure how much chlorella we have, and we might get 0.4567 grams, you know, four decimal points.
And that goes into the calculation based on how much lead or cadmium or mercury or, you know, whatever we're looking for, arsenic, for example, might be found in the final results, and then it's all calculated in to get micrograms per gram.
That's precise.
That's called quantitative science.
PCR doesn't work that way at all.
All you're doing is multiplying the strands, and the more you multiply them, the more you see.
So there's no scientific basis to say how much you had to start with.
None at all.
PCR testing as a quantifier of either GMOs or of coronavirus infections is total science fraud.
It's bogus.
It doesn't do what the media reports that it does.
It's only a qualitative test.
It can only tell you that you had one or more strands of DNA to begin with.
That's it.
It would be like if I had a lead detection machine, and if my lead detection machine could detect one atom of lead in your body, that machine, I could test your hair Everybody would come back, quote, positive.
You know why?
Because there's at least one atom of lead in everybody's hair.
In fact, there's a lot more than that.
Everybody's got some amount of lead in their bodies.
Every human being, every living creature on this planet has lead, some amount of lead.
But it doesn't mean anything to say, oh, you have at least one atom of lead.
You test positive for lead.
There's a lead pandemic.
You know what I'm saying?
That doesn't mean anything.
Because lead, like a virus, only is dangerous to you at certain levels or certain loads.
So if you don't cross that threshold of, let's say, circulating how many nanograms or how many micrograms of lead in your blood, if you don't cross that threshold based on your body weight, which determines how much blood volume you have pumping around, if you don't cross that threshold, you don't have a problem with lead.
And your body's eliminating it all the time anyway.
Just like if you've got a certain number of viruses in your blood and it doesn't cross a certain threshold, you don't have an illness.
That's why they're not symptomatic.
That's why all these cases, so-called cases, so-called positives, it's all quackery, science, fraud.
It doesn't mean that PCR technology doesn't work.
It does work, but it cannot quantitate.
It cannot tell you how much of something was in the original sample, period.
Which also tells me, and I'm going to move on after this, but it also tells me, you know how the different regulators like the USDA, I think they allow up to 0.5% of GMOs in a food sample, and it can still qualify as non-GMO? Were you aware of that?
And there's some third-party organizations that are also involved in non-GMO certification.
They have logos, you know, on grocery store products.
Did you know they allow some of them up to 0.9% GMOs?
Well, guess what, folks?
If you're using PCR equipment, you can't get 0.
anything.
There is no quantitation.
It's not like there's a readout from the machine that says, oh, this food was 1.2% GMO. No, nothing like that exists.
Nothing, period, doesn't exist.
Totally made up.
There is no instrument that tells you what percent of the sample is GMO. Doesn't exist.
I'm telling you, it doesn't exist.
Anyone telling you that they can run a food sample and tell you what percentage of that food is GMO, they are lying to you.
Does not exist.
And I know, I run a food lab, I've talked to the people, I run other instruments, I know how this works.
No such thing exists.
So I don't know where these people are getting their 0.5%.
I don't know where they're getting these viral positives from coronavirus.
They're making it up most of the time.
Now, the one thing PCR is good for in both of these cases is it can determine that it found no viruses.
It can do that.
But again, that depends on how many cycles it's set for.
So this is how I believe Pfizer faked the vaccine results that are being used to distribute a dangerous vaccine, in my opinion, an mRNA vaccine that's going to harm people all over the world.
The way they faked it is they swabbed people.
They put the swabs in the sample prep machine.
Basically, I'm just going to simplify it.
They got it into the PCR machine and they set it for low cycles.
So they only cycled that maybe 15 times.
And that's how they found, oh, everybody's negative.
Whereas when they're trying to freak you out with the fake news, they'll set the cycles to 40.
Oh, everybody's positive.
You see what I mean?
You can take the exact same swab of somebody's snot.
It could be Joe Biden's snot.
You stick Biden's snot in a PCR machine, I can give you a negative result or a positive result just based on how many cycles I run that machine.
And since there's no standardization of these cycles, and there's also, by the way, no standardization of the number of base pairs that are matched in these PCR analyses, it means that That I, as a technician, or anyone doing this, can predetermine the outcome they want.
They can decide they want to push a pandemic, or they can decide to, quote, prove that a vaccine is 95% effective.
They can turn off the pandemic after Joe Biden becomes president.
Boom, overnight.
They can say, it's gone.
Everybody's testing negative now.
Joe Biden's such a great leader.
We're so happy that he says everybody should wear a face mask.
It's working.
The numbers are going down, yeah, because they're cycling less.
Or, if Trump remains president, they can cause another pandemic just by cycling more.
45 cycles, 50 cycles.
Everybody's positive.
You're positive.
Your brother's positive.
Your dog is positive.
We took a sample of dust off your workbench and that tested positive.
My goodness, your workbench is infected too.
That's what I'm talking about here, folks.
The whole thing is a massive, massive fraud.
It doesn't mean the virus doesn't exist.
Obviously, there is a virus.
It did kill a lot of people when it was weaponized.
you know, the nursing homes in New York city and so on early April of this year, late March, Cuomo was using it to kill a lot of innocent elderly people, but it has lost its function since then.
The pandemic is over.
Now they're using fake science to try to scare people to death with basically forms of psychological terrorism.
That's what's going on.
So I had to include that in today's report.
All right.
In, in his rally, Was it yesterday or the day before?
President Trump said, quote, they cheated and they rigged our presidential election, but we will still win it.
He said he knows what's going on and he is dedicated to winning it.
There was a massive airlift operation, as I mentioned, into Nellis Air Force Base.
Now, there are two types of aircraft for this.
One type operation.
Which is the C-130s are being used domestically.
This is what my sources say.
They're being used to prepare troops and equipment for domestic civil unrest among West Coast cities.
There's another type of aircraft, and I forgot the designation, maybe it's a C-17 or something like that, that's being sent overseas along with refueling planes.
So there is a strategic deployment happening in the direction of Southeast Asia and specifically Taiwan.
So the U.S. military is working directly with Taiwan to prepare Taiwan for a China invasion that many analysts believe would be timed to coincide with massive civil unrest in the United States.
Now since I know a lot of people in Taiwan, and we even have an office in Taiwan, I will do my best to get you information about that.
I would also just send a warning out there to anybody who's in Taiwan.
You may want to plan accordingly.
There could be Chinese military action against you very soon.
Possibly in the next 30 days.
I mean, I don't want you to overreact.
China also has the ability to wait many years to do this, but they may take advantage of a weakness or a perceived weakness if they see the United States occupied with domestic violence situations.
Also, a source confirmed with me today or earlier today that the Insurrection Act, the paperwork had already been created for that.
In other words, all the legal documents that they need to invoke the Insurrection Act already been created, ready to be signed and dated, and that that is a backup plan, that Trump doesn't plan to assert that unless necessary following a left-wing uprising. that Trump doesn't plan to assert that unless necessary following So it's not a sure thing that is going to deploy the Insurrection Act.
And there is that scenario where if Joe Biden concedes, then maybe this won't be necessary.
Let's hope.
Let's hope it's not necessary.
But there's no question U.S. troops are being deployed domestically.
They're being positioned all across the U.S. domestically, and there are also assets being deployed internationally in anticipation of that action from China.
Okay.
Now, Scott Adams put out a video yesterday called Bullies Chased Out Witnesses, and this video summarizes, I think, very well the situation with the election.
He says, look, The election observers, who were the GOP observers, were pushed out of the counting rooms in places like Milwaukee and Philadelphia and Atlanta and all over the swing states especially.
They were pushed out by force, shoved out of the rooms.
Get out!
And when they were gone, the security cameras show that Democrats stole the election.
They ran suitcases full of fake ballots.
They ran fake mail-in ballots and fake military ballots.
And they re-ran the same ballots over and over and over again to get the count that they needed to try to get a win for Biden.
They did all this.
By first chasing out the witnesses.
And as Scott Adams correctly says, this right there invalidates the entire election.
This one point, with no other evidence, if this point can be demonstrated to the Supreme Court, or any rational court, that court would have to decide that, yes, this was cheating, this was invalid, you don't need any other argument.
Because, you see...
If you think about what the Democrats are trying to assert here, they're trying to say that the way that they are going to run elections from now on, and the way that you have to agree to allow them to run, is that they're going to watch the votes coming in on Election Day,
and if they're not winning on Election Day, they're going to shut down the counting, and then they're going to print or discover however many number of ballots they need to win And then they're going to add those ballots to the mix, and then they're going to count those and then claim that they won.
And you, as GOP members, you are not allowed to watch this sausage-making process in the ballot centers, not allowed to see it, not allowed to be a witness.
You have to allow them to do that.
Otherwise, you're racist, you see, because they're doing this in areas that the media will claim are associated with people of color, you know, Downtown Milwaukee and so on.
All these places.
Detroit.
The capital cities of the swing states, basically.
This is where this election theft is going on.
And you have to accept it.
And you're not allowed to challenge it.
Because you are trying to disenfranchise the voters.
That's what they say, right?
So these are the new rules of the election.
They get to see the count, pause the election, print the ballots they need, stuff them in, and then they win.
Well...
If this is how elections are run, then obviously the Democrats, who are the party of communism, let's just be honest, it's not just socialism, it's communism, they will never lose any election again.
It's a third world country at this point.
And this realization has hit millions of Americans, and this is why many Americans are deciding and even announcing that this is it.
They're going to fight this.
They're going to stand up and fight this because we don't have a country if this is how elections are going to be run.
But here's what's happening that's going to help the patriots prove that the elections were fraudulent.
So first of all, in Ware County, Georgia, reportedly from Georgia Representative Jody Heiss, Found that votes were switched from Trump to Biden.
So this is proof.
This is evidence that can be added to the court cases here.
Representative Heist said, quote, Yesterday we learned of a forensics examination of a Ware County Georgia Dominion Voting Systems machine.
Found that votes were switched from Donald Trump to Joe Biden.
This is only one machine in one county in one state.
Did this happen elsewhere?
Now, reportedly...
Ware County ran an equal number of Trump votes and Biden votes through its tabulation machines.
The tabulation machine reported then a 26% lead for Biden.
It turns out that in this run, reportedly 37 Trump votes in the equal sample had been switched from Trump to Biden.
And in terms of what this means for the algorithm, It means that a Trump vote is counted as 87% of a vote, or 0.87, and a vote for Biden is counted as 113%, or 1.13.
Now, isn't that interesting?
Because just a couple of days ago, in my Situation Update, didn't I say something almost exactly like that?
In fact, I think I used the numbers like 0.85 and 1.25 or something for Biden.
But that's actually how the machines work.
Continuing with what the source says, those conducting the test were so shocked that they ran the same ballots again, the same results appeared.
The machines are designed to rig the votes.
And this is what they're finding.
So now that Trump's attorneys are getting their hands on the machines and imaging the hard drives and conducting forensic analyses and rerunning ballots when they're air-gapped from the internet, they are finding out that these are black box voting machines that absolutely rig the votes for Joe Biden.
Guess what?
What do you think SCOTUS is going to say When these people drag a voting machine into the Supreme Court hearing chamber and they have a stack of 100 ballots for Trump and another 100 ballots for Biden and they stuff those 200 ballots through that tabulation machine and the machine comes back, oh, Biden won by 26%.
They're going to demonstrate that for SCOTUS. And when that happens, the liberal Supreme Court justices are going to crap their robes.
That's what they're for.
Extra robage just in case, you know, history breaks out there on the court floor.
So they're going to have to take a break to claim themselves.
That's how crazy that's going to be because that's it.
You know, game, set, and match at that point.
The Supreme Court's going to rule the election was invalid.
It's done.
So Trump's people already have the evidence.
And this is, again, this is in addition to everything that we've been talking about for the last 10 days.
You know, the servers in Frankfurt, Germany, the CIA remote hacking, the packet scanning by the white hat hackers at the NSA and the 305th Battalion of Military Intelligence Operatives and so on, all these other things, plus the confessions that we've talked about.
And the sources who are going to testify on behalf of Trump, sources who were involved in the creation of the Dominion voting machines, for example, the sources that Sidney Powell has.
So this is going to be epic.
This qualifies as what Sidney Powell describes as biblical.
Now, in addition to that, the Epoch Times is reporting that the Trump attorneys have begun a forensic examination of Dominion machines in Michigan.
This happened on Sunday.
to 22 Dominion machines, and they did a full imaging of the hard drives.
They were allowed eight hours to conduct forensic examinations, and Jenna Ellis, Trump attorney, said we'll have results in about 48 hours.
That's Tuesday, or Tuesday evening, you should say.
So you're going to hear news about this probably around Wednesday.
So a judge granted the access.
This is a judge from Antrim County, Michigan, who authorized the audit.
And later, Antrim County spokesperson Jeremy Scott told the Detroit Free Press that forensic images will be taken from the voting machines used during the November 3rd election.
These are the machines that switched 6,000 votes from Trump to Biden.
And then, remember, it was discovered, oh, it was a glitch.
We had a glitch.
We fixed the glitch, and now those 6,000 votes are restored to Trump.
It's just a glitch.
And then, when they were asked about the glitch, they said, no, it was human error.
The machines were fine.
Trust us.
Winkity wink.
Turns out, the machines, of course, are designed to steal the election.
Now, On top of that, we have investigators in Arizona have raided the residence of a man named Elliot Kerwin, who lives in Fountain Hills, This is part of some voter data theft case.
They seized his computers and hard drives and storage devices as part of an investigation.

An investigation into voter data theft from Maricopa County Recorder's office website.
All right.
So the seizure and raid took place on November 5th.
And this search warrant was discovered by the media, and I don't know who this guy is, but apparently he's accused of allegedly stealing voter information from the Maricopa County voter database.
Was he just some random hacker, or was he involved in altering the database?
I guess we're going to have to wait to find out.
I'm always shocked that When law enforcement does anything useful on this, because, you know, where's the FBI? Where's the DOJ? Where are federal agents?
There seem to be no meaningful investigations into any of this.
That's crazy, because there's treason being committed all over the place.
Seems to me like law enforcement wants treason to succeed in most cases, I would say.
Sadly.
So now, let's move on to Lynn Wood here.
Lynn Wood is pursuing a Supreme Court petition for his court case that was rejected by Georgia.
Remember the 11th Circuit case.
So he says he plans to file a petition.
Quote, the stakes are high as the case deals with a disputed presidential election.
I intend to timely file a petition with the United States Supreme Court.
This is in an email to the Epoch Times.
Now, the court, get this, this is part of their 20-page opinion.
The court ruled that Lin Wood didn't have a case because the state already certified its election results.
That's like saying, hey, I robbed a bank.
I made it out of the bank.
You can't arrest me now.
The money is mine.
I mean, just because they committed a crime and got away with it so far, does that mean you shouldn't investigate the crime?
No.
But here's what the court said, the district court.
Quote, Wood lacks standing to sue because he fails to allege a particularized injury and because Georgia has already certified its results, election results, and its slate of presidential electors, Wood's requests for emergency relief are moot to the extent they concern the 2020 election.
So in other words, this court is saying, ah, too late, too bad.
So, I mean, think about this.
When are you supposed to sue To stop fraud, you can't do it before the election.
The court would say, well, the election hasn't happened yet.
And apparently you can't do it after the election because the court says, oh, the election's already over.
Too late.
Sorry, sucker.
So you see these games that the courts are playing here.
You're never allowed to question the fraud.
No matter how obvious the fraud turns out to be.
Here's a video of people pulling out suitcases full of ballots.
And no, they're not air travelers.
They live there.
They live in the city.
They're not staying overnight in the ballot counting office.
No, those are suitcases full of ballots.
Look, they kicked all the GOP observers out of the room.
And now they're running these ballots that appeared out of nowhere from underneath tables.
And these are all 98% in favor of Joe Biden, which is statistically impossible.
You show that video to the court, and the court will say, ah, sorry, it's already been decided.
You see?
See what I'm talking about when it comes to treason?
And why these people need to hang after being found guilty in a military tribunal?
Thank goodness the military tribunal schedule has been cleared out for December.
Because there's going to be a long line of judges who need to be found guilty and executed.
Line them up.
Get a bulk deal on rope from China even.
Just get communist rope so that they can have their last little closeness with communism in their last few breaths as they depart this world that they tried to screw over with their treason.
Rope from China just for you.
That's right.
We thought you'd love that.
No, I mean, I'm not even joking.
A lot of people need to hang for treason, but only after found guilty.
You know, I'm not talking about vigilante justice.
Run them through the court system, the military court system.
Put Sidney Powell up there in military fatigues.
You know, let the Kraken do the judging, and we're going to find out.
It's going to be a lot fewer treasonous actors in America after about 90 days of hangings, wouldn't you say?
It's a pretty long list of who should be rounded up for that.
Let's hope that Trump takes action on that even long before January 20th.
All right, now, getting back to the practicalities of the court decisions, SCOTUS, Justice Alito, moved up the Supreme Court deadline to allow Pennsylvania to respond about the mail-in ballot case.
He moved that deadline up to December 8th instead of December 9th.
Now, according to court observers slash analysts, they believe that this means Justice Alito is attempting to position SCOTUS to accept this case for the full court.
So the court would hear this case.
Now, importantly, the origins of this case are critical because if the Supreme Court rules on this case in the way that I think they might, it would overturn election results in most of the swing states just with this one decision.
This case involves the fact that Pennsylvania executive branch officials, state officials, extended the mail-in ballot deadlines without allowing the state lawmakers to pass laws that would legitimize extended the mail-in ballot deadlines without allowing the state lawmakers to pass laws
And since the state Supreme Court in Pennsylvania specifies how elections work and places limits on this, you know, you can't just keep dragging in ballots for 10 days Not under existing Pennsylvania law.
The fact that the officials changed this without getting the laws changed means that all the ballots that came in after Election Day are unlawful.
And that's what this lawsuit was about.
If the Supreme Court takes this up and rules on behalf of the Constitution and says, yes, Election Day means Election Day, it doesn't mean 14 days of ballot printing and ballot stuffing and unloading pallets off of planes from China and trucks from Mexico and more ballots.
That's not what Election Day means.
If SCOTUS rules in favor of this, it would seemingly invalidate the mail-in ballot extensions, not only in Pennsylvania, but in many other states.
Now, attorneys would have to argue this, but they would cite the precedent that was just set by the Supreme Court.
I mean, that decision by SCOTUS would change the trajectory of this election in a huge way, would throw all the swing states into immediate chaos.
Well, maybe not chaos, but doubt, right?
So that's huge.
It looks like Alito is positioning SCOTUS to take on that case, and there are many other cases that are winding their way to the Supreme Court.
Now, on top of that, Rudy Giuliani says that there are three state legislatures that may change their Electoral College voters.
Now, I think Rudy is being overly optimistic in this case, but he's closer to the situation than I am.
Maybe he's right.
I just don't have that much faith in the state legislatures, frankly.
I just think that You know, Trump is awesome.
Trump's got courage, but most of these state-level legislators don't have much backbone.
But anyway, Rudy says that Arizona, Georgia, and Michigan might end up deciding what electors are sent to the Electoral College.
So that right there would trigger, I mean, if those three states did that, that would throw the election to the Supreme Court, and the Supreme Court would likely kick it back to Congress for a one state equals one vote kind of decision.
All right.
Now, that is consistent with the U.S. Constitution, by the way, as Rudy points out.
All right.
So I mentioned all that stuff so we could get to John Ratcliffe here about December 18th.
Now, Ratcliffe is the Director of National Intelligence, and his job, oh, by the way, he was put into that seat by Trump, I believe, in May of this year.
So this is part of that time frame of Trump putting patriots in these important seats.
The DNI, the Secretary of Defense, the You know, the Defense Intelligence Agency, all of these things.
Trump is putting all the right people in and he's moving all the treasonous actors out, getting rid of the globalists and the traitors.
And he's been doing this for quite some time.
We need to understand who is John Ratcliffe because Ratcliffe, his report on December 18th is going to be pivotal to the outcome of this election and how it goes down.
Ratcliffe has within his power the ability to issue a report that says, yes, this election was rigged by foreign actors, such as China, Iran, maybe Venezuela, and so on, maybe some other countries.
And he, this report is required by Trump's 2018 executive order that says within 45 days after the election, the Director of National Intelligence needs to issue a report, you know, of all these things, cyber warfare, foreign influence, and so on and so forth.
So, who is John Ratcliffe?
You've seen him in the media probably over the last few weeks if you've been following some of the political news.
Ratcliffe has been fighting quite fiercely against the deep state, against the lies of the Democrats, and seemingly in favor of Trump on many issues.
He's described as a Trump loyalist.
I'm not entirely convinced at the end of the day that he's going to side with Trump because we've been fooled before.
We thought Jeff Sessions was going to be on Trump's team.
Jeff Sessions turned out to be a turncoat.
We thought maybe William Barr...
And John Durham were going to do something in favor of Trump, and they turned out to be just more deep staters, right?
So I'm not putting all my eggs in the John Ratcliffe basket here, but from what I can tell, it seems like he's on Trump's team.
He served three terms in the U.S. House.
I'm reading from dni.gov.
Three terms in the U.S. House representing the 4th District of Texas, okay?
So he's a Texan.
He served on the House Intelligence, Judiciary and Ethics Committees.
From 2015 to 2019, he served on the Committee of Homeland Security, and get this, as the Chairman of the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Protection Subcommittee.
That means...
Ratcliffe knows about cyber war.
He knows about infrastructure protection.
And you know why this matters?
Because specifically in Trump's 2018 executive order, the one signed on September 12th, he talks about designating elections infrastructure as critical infrastructure for national security.
Now you know why he chose Ratcliffe to be DNI, because Ratcliffe's an expert on cybersecurity and infrastructure protection.
Now, Prior to serving in Congress, Ratcliffe was a federal prosecutor.
And if you're a federal prosecutor, you know that the world is full of bad people, because that's all you see.
He's just a bunch of scumbags and crooks and con artists and so on.
So this gives him a similar background as Rudy Giuliani.
And I think this is also really important to the history of who Ratcliffe is.
He was also the Chief of Anti-Terrorism and National Security for the Eastern District of Texas from 2005 to 2007.
That's interesting.
National Security, Anti-Terrorism, Cybersecurity, Infrastructure Protection.
This is who Ratcliffe is.
He served as the U.S. Attorney for the Eastern District of Texas from 2007 to 2008.
He managed a docket of 34 national security and terrorism-related matters and coordinated the district's joint terrorism task force responsibilities.
In other words, this guy has been in the thick of it.
And he published an op-ed in the Wall Street Journal just a few days ago.
Guess what the op-ed says?
Quote, China is national security threat number one.
This was huge.
This sent shockwaves across the media and the political spectrum.
Ratcliffe just slams the hammer down on China in the Wall Street Journal.
And from that article, let me read you just a little bit of what he has said, some select passages to give you a bit of a flavor of who Ratcliffe is.
And as I'm reading this, keep in mind that China owns Dominion voting systems.
Remember we covered that yesterday.
China, through that Swiss bank, what's it called, UBS and the middleman company, China bought Dominion.
The communists run Dominion.
And then Ratcliffe is in the Wall Street Journal saying China's the number one threat.
Get this.
Quote, the intelligence is clear.
Beijing intends to dominate the U.S. and the rest of the planet economically, militarily, and technologically.
Many of China's major public initiatives and prominent companies offer only a layer of camouflage to the activities of the Chinese Communist Party.
U.S. intelligence shows that China has even conducted human testing on members of the People's Liberation Army in hopes of developing soldiers with biologically enhanced capabilities.
What the?
What?
No, seriously, this is what he wrote.
He's talking about Gene editing.
He mentioned this in another interview with Maria Bartiromo, an interview that's now posted up on brighteon.com.
He said this is about genetically modified super soldiers, and China's been doing this.
Now, I reported this like a year ago, and everybody thought, no, that's some crazy conspiracy theory.
It's like Captain America super serum Avengers, but...
Chinese Communist version or something.
They thought it was fiction.
It's not fiction, folks.
They're using CRISPR gene editing.
They're running experiments on their own soldiers.
They're trying to breed a race of super soldiers.
No kidding!
And Ratcliffe just ran with that in the Wall Street Journal!
Right?
So this is a guy who's not pulling punches.
He continues, this year China engaged in a massive influence campaign that included targeting several dozen members of Congress and congressional aides.
And he says, I briefed the House and Senate Intelligence Committees that China is targeting members of Congress with six times the frequency of Russia and 12 times the frequency of Iran.
Basically, he just said Congress has been compromised by communist China.
And he also said in another interview, they've been succeeding.
Yeah, of course they've been succeeding.
You just look at Senator Feinstein or Nancy Pelosi.
They're all compromised by China.
Look at Adam Schiff.
Look at these Democrats.
They're basically CCP party members.
Well, I guess the P means party.
Okay.
CCP members in America.
They're puppets for the Chinese Communist Party.
Okay.
So, who else is John Ratcliffe?
You know, besides this badass that just unloads, you know, gene-edited super-soldier accusations on China in the middle of the Wall Street Journal.
He also says he's produced thousands of declassified documents for Special Counsel John Durham to use to prosecute Obama-era officials who violated the law in their illegal spying and prosecutions of Trump officials.
This is from the Washington Examiner.
Quote, there was an abuse of power and of legal authorities, and it's not a question about whether those things took place.
This is Ratcliffe.
This is his statement.
They did, he says.
I mean, there's an FBI lawyer who's going to jail for counterfeiting evidence before the FISA court, and that after all of the Obama-Biden senior national security officials Said the idea of illegal spying and abuse at the FISA court is a bunch of nonsense, and now they're sprinting the opposite direction.
I mean, literally every one of them, Comey, McCabe, Yates, they've all said, oh my gosh, we're shocked, and had we only known.
And so again, the American people deserve an accounting, he says.
And I've certainly provided a lot of information to the now special counsel, talking about Durham, to provide that accounting.
And I'm counting on him to talk about a lot of the things that I know I can't talk about.
Okay, and then in the Daily Mail, they're writing up what Ratcliffe told Fox News host Maria Bartiromo, and they say, Ratcliffe suggested in a Sunday morning interview that there might not be a Joe Biden administration.
That's right.
I listened to the interview, and sure enough, Ratcliffe, and this is an interview you've got to see.
It's, where is it?
Let me get to the title of this, because you've got to bring this up on brighttown.com.

All right, here it is.
Here's the title.
D-N-I Ratcliffe, R-A-T-C-L-I-F-F-E, colon.
China is threatening U.S. militarily, economically, technologically.
That's the title.

You're going to see a headshot of Maria Bartiromo on Fox News.
Listen to that.
It's 22 minutes.
Mind-blowing.
Mind-blowing.
And in that interview, Ratcliffe basically says, we're not sure Joe Biden's going to be president at all.
Why would he say that?
Because he's the director of national intelligence, and he's authoring the report on foreign interference in the U.S. election.
He already knows this thing was rigged.
And if he acts in a way that's consistent with everything that he's said here so far, he's going to issue a report that lays it out.
His report's going to say, yeah, guess what?
This whole thing was rigged.
This whole thing was invalid.
And then Trump is going to cite that report to either take it to SCOTUS or to say, hey, guess what?
Martial law.
We're going to arrest the traitors.
We're going to recount the ballots with the military in charge this time.
And guess what?
You put the military in charge, suddenly Joe Biden doesn't get that magical 26% advantage in all the votes, you see.
And Trump wins like 80 million votes, 85 million votes, 90 million votes, and Trump walks away with like 380 electoral college votes or something like that.
That's one outcome that we could be seeing.
So here's the quote from Ratcliffe.
In the Maria Bartiromo interview, quote, He says,
all of the threat streams that we have from all aspects, militarily, economically, supply chain issues, foreign investment, technologically, cyber issues, cyber warfare, 5G, telecommunications.
Yes, he said 5G. China is in all of those, and they're the only country to be in that space, and the only country that threatens America supremacy.
That's what he told Fox News.
So, does this sound like a guy who's willing to turn over our country?
To Joe Biden, who's run by the Chinese communists?
Seriously, if you're the DNI, you've seen Hunter Biden's laptop.
And sadly, you can't erase those images from your mind forever.
You've seen the documents on Joe Biden's corruption, right?
If you're the DNI, you have the tippy-top clearance of secret documents.
The very tippy-tippy top.
You've got all the documents coming in.
You've seen everything.
Above top secret.
Q clearance.
Everything.
All above that.
You've seen it all.
You're the DNI. So you've seen Hunter Biden's child rape videos.
You've seen Joe Biden's payoffs and bribes.
You've seen the kickbacks to Governor Newsom.
You've seen the payoff to Pelosi and Feinstein and hundreds of other Democrats.
You've seen it all.
Do you think that Ratcliffe, who's from Texas, who was an expert in cybersecurity and counterterrorism, national defense, all these things, do you think he is going to just sit back and do nothing and turn over this country to the communists when he's talking about their genetically modified super soldier human experimentation programs and their 5G programs and their cyber warfare and all of this?
Do you think he's going to turn over America to China?
I doubt it, man.
I doubt it.
Now, he is, you know, he's a politician, talking kind of guy.
He's careful in what he says.
And I'm always cautious.
I don't know Ratcliffe as well as we all know Trump at this point.
We know Trump's the real deal.
We don't know that for sure.
But from what I'm seeing on Ratcliffe, he doesn't sound like a guy who's going to sell out America.
No.
He sounds more like an authentic Texan to me.
He sounds like a guy who's going to defend this country.
That's his job.
That's exactly what he must do.
That's what his oath of office that he swore to requires him to do.
He has to defend the security of the United States.
He has to.
And he needs to write this up in the report.
That report is coming out December 18th or sooner.
In fact, he's arguing that Durham should put out an interim report so that we know what Durham is up to.
Has Durham been doing anything useful?
Huh?
What if these reports come out back to back?
Like, one day...
December 18th, Ratcliffe drops the hammer.
Boom.
China interfered in the election.
Dominion voting machines compromised.
And then the next day, John Durham surprises us all and issues his own report.
Oh, yes, and by the way, all the Obama officials are all treasonous criminals.
Here's the evidence.
Arrest them all.
We could have back-to-back party days if that happens.
Might not get much sleep just trying to cover it all.
But this is what could happen.
On the flip side, Ratcliffe, if he turns out to be a Jeff Sessions, he might stab Trump in the back, just like Krebs did from CISA. And one day, you know, December 18th, he issues a report.
And the report says, we hereby announced that there was no election interference and this was the most secure election ever in history.
Right?
That could come out.
Well, if that happens, then we know that Ratcliffe...
Needs to be on the arrest list, you know, himself.
Because then he's a traitor.
Because we know there was foreign interference.
And he knows it.
So, that's why I'm not predicting what he's going to do.
I just don't know him well enough.
But he damn well better do the right thing.
Because in his hands, he holds the key to the future of this country.
He alone can invoke Trump's military options to do things like limited martial law where the military seizes all the ballots and all the machines and does a high security offline recount under military authority to recount the ballots.
That is to count every ballot that's legal and real and eliminate the foreign interference, eliminate the CIA fudging numbers remotely from Frankfurt and give us a real vote count.
And in a real vote count, Trump wins by a landslide.
There's no question.
And, of course, then Ratcliffe gets to keep his job as DNI for however many more years.
I hope he's a patriot.
I hope he's a Christian.
I hope he's got America's best interests at heart here.
I hope he hasn't been compromised.
I guess we're going to find out.
But, you know, increasingly, doesn't it look like Trump is just totally by himself there in Washington.
I mean, he's got we, the people.
But in Washington, D.C., it's so hard to find anybody who's not tied to the swamp.
It's as if they all have a secret swamp tattoo on their belly.
And if you ran around the city just pulling up their shirts, ah, swamp creature, pull up another shirt.
Swamp creature, swamp creatures, they're everywhere.
You know, maybe if you could wear a pair of glasses that identified swamp creatures, it's like swamp x-ray vision.
You put those on and walk around Washington and you go, ah, it's horrifying.
They're all swamp creatures.
Yeah, because they've all betrayed their country.
They've all put their own interests first.
They've all been compromised.
They've all been blackmailed or they're just in it for the money.
They've sold out to the globalists.
Whatever.
Trump's by himself in so many ways.
I mean, there are some patriots.
We've talked about them.
Chris Miller, Ezra Cohen, and General Flynn, right?
Many, many others.
A lot of good patriots.
A lot of names we've never heard before that are patriots working behind the scenes in D.C. and even inside the DIA, for example, and inside the DOD and so on.
They're there.
I know.
I get that.
But my goodness, that whole place is swamp territory.
We need one of those...
One of those septic tank suction devices?
That's what we need.
Send in the septic squad.
Suck out the sewage in D.C. and you're going to need a bigger truck.
You're going to need like the world's biggest septic suckage device to go into D.C. and clean that sucker out.
And then after they're done, the halls of Congress will be mostly empty.
It's like, we don't even have a majority to vote anymore.
Everybody's gone.
They got sucked out by the swamp suckage device.
Too bad.
Guess we'll have to have a whole new system.
All right, so that's where this is going, folks.
I didn't even mention the link between the Nevada State voting website and an intelligence-linked Pakistani company.

Weird stuff going on about foreign influence in our election here.
A lot of weird stuff, frankly.
All I'm saying is, get ready.
Military troops are being positioned.
Courts are being readied, including, it looks like, SCOTUS. Military tribunals' schedule is being cleared.
We have a deadline coming up with DNI Ratcliffe.
We've got the GOP, or Trump's attorneys, seizing the The disk images, which includes the source code on the Dominion voting machines, and more and more.
This thing's about to explode.
Something big is going to explode.
What is today?
The 7th?
I will say in the next 12 days.
Yeah.
Yeah.
Well, the next two weeks before the 18th, which is a Friday.
So the next two calendar weeks is going to be epic.
Big things are going to happen.
And by the 18th, I think it's going to be very, very clear what the outcome is of this situation.
Even though it may not yet have fully played out, it's going to become quite clear.
So watch for the next two weeks.
