And we start, of course, with the subject of today.
We have seen Trump fighting, waging war.
and one of them is the USAID Help innocent forms of, you know, beneficial for maybe poverty abroad.
But in reality, the USAID has been the front for CA operations for decades.
And I would like to show you this introduction to the subject of today.
I'm Matt Gelke in Washington, where a dramatic reshaping of the federal government continues under President Donald Trump.
Almost all United States Agency for International Development workers abroad are being pulled from the field and put on leave.
The notice gives a Friday deadline for the foreign aid group, known as USAID, and it's the latest in the sudden attempt to shut the agency down.
We've got to spend money better.
And if this executive branch and this The White House is going to take the initiative to dig in and find those details and expose them.
We applaud it.
We're all on board.
USAID was one of the first targets of Elon Musk's Department of Government Efficiency.
House Republicans are now on the attack, highlighting what they see as waste embedded in the agency's humanitarian spending.
It includes $1 million to boost French-speaking LGBTQ groups in West and Central Africa.
$47,000 for a transgender opera in Colombia and $425,000 to help Indonesian coffee companies become more climate and gender friendly.
Do we care about that?
Of course not.
Sorry if I took off the jacket, but I prefer to be with you today simply wearing a T-shirt, which is a little bit more easy for me as I'm trying to keep the air conditioning used to a minimum.
In regards to USAID, we're talking about an institution that was actually founded by John Fitzgerald Kennedy back in the days.
And like I said, it became unfortunately different for many CA operations.
Just to give you an idea, this is an old document that surfaced in 2012. It was disclosed, but of course, it's a much earlier document and it's a document that involves...

Now, the White House, Washington, April 19, 1972, alleged report that USAID funds are diverted to CIA in Laos.
And this is, of course, something that happened a long time ago.
But there is a lot more that we can say about USAID because they are also...
Of course, in bed with the Jesuits.
The Jesuits are almost mourning what is happening with this whole thing.
And the USAID also founded something like the formation of 8,000 journalists and thousands of platforms, including Politico.
And extending in all this the censorship typical of the deep state.
So they have actually abused this money.
And we need to understand how the connection goes all the way to the Vatican.
That's why I wanted to show you first of all how the Vatican is reacting.

Following the announcement of the suspension of U.S. foreign spending on Friday, January 24th, Nate Rudopsky, Executive Director of American Jesuits International, sent the following message to our community of solidarity.
His letter reminds us of Jesus' call to serve those most in need and asks supporters to provide emergency aid for Jesuit programs which have been impacted by these policy decisions.
So they are asking money now to their supporters because, of course, it has been announced by the U.S. government an immediate suspension of foreign aid.
Aid spending.
Disposable disrupt, they say, critical programs in communities across the globe, including those led by our Jesuit partners for at least 90 days, essential services like education, healthcare, and livelihood support will be at risk.
I repeat.
This is actually something the Jesuits should be dealing with, not the American public, which should definitely stop spending and wasting money on these disastrous institutions that, by the way, have been working behind the scenes, conspiring directly against Donald J. Trump from the very first presidency of Donald J. Trump.

That the USAID and the CIA helped orchestrate Trump's impeachment?
Yeah, I mean, Jesse, it's a crazy story.
I mean, you might forget that, you know, the House of Representatives impeached President Trump in December of 2019. Many people may not remember that it was a CIA analyst who was left over from the Obama White House.
Who wrote the memo that led to the impeachment.
It was all based on hearsay.
The person had not actually been in the room with Trump.
Nonetheless, this memo that he wrote relied heavily on a report done by an organization funded by USAID. In fact, its initial founding funding, I mean, now it's tens of millions of dollars, had gone into this group called the Organized Crime and Corruption Reporting Project,
a name that's not very memorable, OCCRP. But it was basically created as an extension of the State Department and then of USAID. And as you know, Jesse, this is very serious to be involved in an effort to do regime change at home.
As we've been discovering as the files have come out with what Elon Musk has been doing, we know that USAID was really about regime change abroad.
It was a kind of public facing part, you know, regime change operation like CIA, but not covert, more overt.
Well, now you see a similar blowback, just like they did censorship abroad and brought censorship tools back home.
They were doing this sort of thing abroad, creating a predicate essentially for Trump's impeachment.
So I think it's just one of many revelations that we'll see coming out in the next few weeks.
So USAID was involved in regime change abroad and here at home?
Of course.
USAID has been basically one of the main favorite France.
of the progressive side of the CIA. So, of course, now they're all in a state of panic, but the Jesuits in particular seem to be in a state of panic because they were getting a lot of this money because the Jesuits collaborate directly with the recruitment of CIA agents with the formation.

You have to understand that, like I explained in volume one of my confessions, the Jesuit universities are the favorite recruiting ground.
And at the same time, like I also explained in volume four of my confessions, there are links with China, there are links with the various countries where they actually support The stabilization efforts led by George Soros.
So people, of course, focused very much on George Soros, but they seem to forget that there is also behind the scenes the Jesuits who are in charge of Soros, both Alex and George.
So this is what we're discussing today.
The Jesuits...
Are now openly conspiring, and they are not really hiding their whole view of Trump's closure or suspension, or however you want to call it, of USA aid.
One Jesuit in particular, James Martin, is a best-selling author, one of the biggest authors we have here in the United States of America at the same time.
He is a big supporter of LGBTQ issues within the Catholic Church.
And this is a relative recent take on USAID suspension by Fr.

Hope you are well.
As you probably know, the U.S. government has slashed funding to a lot of Christian charities that help the poor.
And so it can be really overwhelming to try to figure out how to respond.
People feel overwhelmed, confused, angry, sad.
But the one thing you don't have to feel is despairing or hopeless, because there's lots of places you can still help.
And I just want to talk about two of them.
Now this public service announcement is not paid for or asked for by these two organizations.
The first is Catholic Relief Services.
CRS does amazing work.
They've helped poor people all over the globe, families, mothers and children, for 80 years.
They're kind of an expression of the Catholic Church's desire in the United States to help those overseas, to really help people who are struggling.
And they do especially good work in terms of disaster relief.
They are often the first people on the ground, CRS's.
When it comes to disasters, they really do amazing work, and something like 94% of all they collect goes to the poor.
So the first group to remember is CRS, Catholic Relief Services.
The second group is a group that I'm even more familiar with, which is the Jesuit Refugee Service.
Now, some of you may know I worked with JRS East Africa in Nairobi for two years, and my job was to help Urban refugees, people who had settled from all over East Africa, who had settled in Nairobi, to start small businesses and support themselves.
And they continue to do that kind of work in Nairobi.
In fact, the shop that we opened is still there.
But JRS is active in many more places than East Africa.
They're all over Africa.
They're all over Europe, Latin America, all over the place.
Anywhere where there are refugees, really there is JRS. It was founded in 1980 by Father Pedro Arrupe, servant of God, Pedro Arrupe, who had this idea that, boy, there are Jesuits everywhere and there are refugees everywhere, so why not bring those two groups together?
Of course, today it's more than just Jesuits who work with JRS. It's brothers and sisters and priests and many, many, many.
In fact, most of the staff is laymen and laywomen.
So JRS just does amazing work.
They help...
Materially, they work with organizations that help refugees.
They help with pastoral care.
What does that mean?
That means pastoral counseling, as well as saying masses and hearing confessions and baptizing.
Now, why should we pay for your masses, your confessions, your whole show?
The Jesuits are openly co-spining against Trump.
They showed what they're made of when they...
Launched their direct attack using that episcopal bishop just a little after the inauguration.
That was already an attack that, as I discussed earlier in our show, it's an attack that was directed, of course, by Pope Francis.
But this is somebody who works for Pope Francis.
It's, of course, a Jesuit-like.
Pope Francis is a controversial Jesuit because he is very much pushing for the LGBTQ cause and he does it as something that has priority over other initiatives and I can show you the latest article that discusses that on As on the other side of the press,

And, of course, when you're talking about Catholics, immediately we discuss James Martin, because he suggested he's one of the country's most prominent advocates for greater LGBTQ inclusion in the Catholic Church.
And somebody says, I don't agree.
Why they don't agree?
Let us know why they don't agree.
Because it would be always good to know why somebody doesn't agree with a specific thesis.
And let's continue to hear what James Martin said.
Really being with the people, accompanying the people.
So JRS is just fantastic, and you can be sure that your money is going to a good cause.
So he's trying to promote a couple of Catholic organizations in alternative now to what is happening with, of course, the money is not going to come any longer from the American people through the USAID initiative,
which, like I said, It has been used always for other reasons, reasons that sincerely have nothing to do with the interests of the American people.
I mean, the fact that even a president from Rwanda shocks a CNN reporter saying that Trump's dismantling of USAID is actually something good, even if He might lose something from this initiative of Trump, says it all.
I mean, let me show you this President of Rwanda statement.
Trump's unconventional ways of doing things, I completely agree with him on many things.
Even though it will hurt you as Rwanda, which depends on some U.S. aid to fund your health care and development.
I think from being hurt, we might learn some lessons to not do things we don't do that we should be doing.
That's why I'm saying this aid thing, which I've never been a friend of it much as I've been a beneficiary.
So he seems to also be supportive.
And this is the latest article you can find on the official Jesuit magazine here in America, the Jesuit Review.
It says, Trump is a death sentence for many humanitarian groups.
I repeat, this is not really the case because...
In reality, USAID is something else.
Trump has started a war against the CIA. First, he has started a war, of course, against the FBI. He has invited most of the CIA to resign.
They seem to have refused.
But this is a war that continues.
Because it's a war against the CIA. The CIA is behind the USA. So that's it.
And I can show you that through an episode that happened a little over 10 years ago regarding Cuba.

People in America don't tend to discuss or analyze USAID.

Anyway, it says, though better known for administering humanitarian aid around the world, USAID has a long history of engaging in intelligence work and meddling in the domestic policy.

Throughout the 1960s, 1970s, the agency often partnered with the CA, now Shuttle Office of Public Safety, a department beset by allegations that it trained foreign police in terror and torture techniques and encouraged official brutality.

But they were claiming, of course, to do it for the good of Africa, but eventually they discovered that both in the case of Band Aid, you know, Do the Nois Christmas, and in the case of We Are the World, they were instead sending their money to dictators in Africa, unfortunately.
According to a 1976 government accountability office report, USAID officials have always denied these accusations, but in 1973, Congress directed USAID to phase out its public safety program, which worked with the CIA to train foreign police forces in large parts because the accusations were hurting America's public image.
It matters little whether the charges can be substantiated.
They inevitably stigmatized that USAID had helped train thousands of military personnel and police officers.
The total United States foreign aid effort.
And by the time the program was closed, USAID had helped train thousands of military personnel and police officers in Vietnam, the Philippines, Indonesia, Thailand, and other countries now notorious for their treatment of political dissidents.
Ravi Shah, the head of USAID at the time, of course, defended the Cuba program first in an interview with Andrea Mitchell on MSNBC. Now, Andrea Mitchell, apparently, guys, is leaving MSNBC. She's retiring, finally, that monster.
There is a lot, though, of corruption, guys.
And let's go to the censorship and to their involvement with journalists.
That's why the journalists love them so much.
They have got, of course, a huge budget, a budget, you know, 40, 50 billion a year.
And this budget has been used to...
To help funnel billions of dollars into a secretive US government NGO called Inter News Network, which has worked with, imagine, 4,291 media outlets.
Producing in one year 4799 hours of broadcast, reaching up to 778 million people around the world with this propaganda.
Why should we give any more money?
And why are the Democrats so desperate to defend these criminals?

New reporting reveals that That USAID and a CIA analyst were behind a project that later led to one of Trump's impeachments.

How much do you believe this?
Well, look, here's what we know.
We know that USAID effectively created this organization called the Organized Crime and Corruption Research Project, Reporting Project, OCCRP, which nobody's heard of, but it teams up with well-known news media companies around the world.
We know that it would not exist had it not rerouted a State Department grant.
from its narcotics enforcement division through USAID and that USAID can sign off on all of the senior has to sign off has a requirement to sign off on all the senior staff and on the work plan.
We also knew that it did the foundational research that was essential to bringing the impeachment case against Trump in December of 2019. It was what the CIA whistleblower Relied upon in his initial complaint in December of 2019. So those are the facts of it.

Explain what they funded and how it's connected to what the CIA agent...
And who that, you know, who that was, what we know, because I thought it was the original guy was the British guy that was hired by the OPPO research place that Clinton had been working with, and he was collecting it from his sources.
What are you believing now?
Yeah, I mean, this is the case of the, you remember, this is where Trump talks about the perfect phone call with Ukrainian President Zelensky.
This is his second impeachment.
Impeachment, yeah, of 2019. So this is basically a situation where the CIA person in the White House who had been left over by Obama writes a complaint describing alleged violation of the law.
This was then picked up in the House, impeached Trump.
The Senate, of course, declined to hear it.
But I think what's so interesting here is that this is an organization that's behind it, that's funded by USAID, that would not exist without USAID, engaging in what I think you have to consider to be domestic politics, which is absolutely forbidden.
You have to remember that our intelligence agencies, our foreign policy establishment, of which USAID is a big part, it's not really an economic development agency.
I think people misunderstand that part.
It's really about soft power.
It's about establishing the power of the United States in an aggressive way, including in regime change.
The head of this group, OCCRP, actually brags of helping to change the governments in four or five different countries.
So why are the Jesuits so obsessed with keeping alive USAID?
Because they are also obsessed with controlling the geopolitical balances through the use of USAID.
They are the ones who train most of today's CIA agents.
And so I think that it's very important for people to realize that nothing is as it appears.
I mean, the CIA and the Vatican intelligence apparatus...
Have a long history, right from his foundation, right from his first, the founder of the CAA was actually himself a Catholic, and a lot of Catholics have been in charge of the CAA. Will Bill Donovan was the guy who put together...

This link with the Vatican goes back all the way to the very early stages of the development of this new, important and powerful institution.
The CAE interest in the Catholic Church is not really limited to intelligence gathering.
The Vatican, with its immense wealth and political influence, has in recent years become a key force in global politics.
Particularly with Catholicism playing such a pivotal role in Eastern Europe and Latin America.
And of course, unknown to most Catholics, the Vatican, that externally maintains an apolitical image, in reality has a very active foreign office and diplomatic corps that with the Jesuits that function as the counterintelligence as well as the intelligence of the Vatican.
It's central, have a central role.
So we have, of course, since World War II, the CIA link with the Vatican has subsidized various organizations, Catholic lay organizations that functions as the...
I mean, also, for example, in France, the Priory of Zion has been a creation that is supposedly linked to the Vatican and it had an anti-communist function during its heyday.
