Are you ready for some fascinating stuff tonight?
Are you ready for some fascinating stuff?
Things that appear to be pretty cutting dry, but then the more you dig down into them, the more you realize, my God, this is complicated.
And then you have to ask, when do you want to stop?
How far do you want to go before you stop?
That's the question.
It's almost like like Mandelbrot's fractals.
Do you keep going and going and going, or do you say enough?
Do you say, okay, that's enough.
I I've I kind of got the pattern here.
Because everything that we do, everything that we talk about is about how far and how deep do you want to go?
That's what you want to know.
That's it.
Most people will say, I don't want to go that deep.
I've been doing a lot of research and just really getting into the Epstein thing and probably more than ever.
And I am telling you that if I had to explain this to a jury, I would lose them after five minutes, because people would not be able to grasp just how incredibly complicated it is.
Okay.
Because there's so much to it.
So let me just sit back and have you sit back, and let me thank you, of course, my friends, always for being here.
Thank you so much for being a part of this thing.
Let me also tell you something that I want to say a special hello to our great sponsor, PrepareWelion.com.
As you know, my friends, I've talked to you about this before, and I'm not going to spend a lot of time because you have obviously proved that you're smarter than most people.
And when I talk to you about things, when I talk to you about some type of controlled chaos, some type of deliberate disaster, whether it's wildfires, controlled demolitions, uh, speaking of 9-11 hurricanes, weaponized weather, militarized weather, blackouts, EMPs, strikes, wildfires, um riots.
When that happens, everything shuts down.
And every now and then we've been put on kind of alert.
What happens if?
What happens if?
If you had to go one week, just one week without food, and luckily, thank God, we've never had to do that.
But everybody thinks they're able to open up their closet, they well, I've got stuff, you know, we'll do okay.
No, no, no, no, no.
A week.
And if you have kids, and what about um the whole notion of um any kind of water supplies?
I mean, do you have backups?
You have generators.
This is an industry that a good friends have my Patriot Supply have made their goal, their solid 18 karat gold goal.
Right now, my Patricia, my Patriot Supply has a three-month emergency food kit that gives over 2,000 calories a day, 22 varieties that you could never put together in airtight, waterproof pouches with a shelf life of up to 25 years, stacked in bucket devices, modularly available.
And right now, if you act, if you go to my to um prepare with Lionel.com, you can save 247 dollars on a four extra week free deal.
One month free for 247 dollars.
So do yourself a favor, go to prepare with Lionel.com, prepare with Lionel.com, prepare with Lionel.com.
I cannot emphasize enough how critical that is.
Can't.
Everything else you think, oh emergency food?
No.
Operative word, emergency.
And my friend, let's get into this, shall we?
Let's go into some facts of the case, and you'll find this exceedingly interesting.
The Department of Justice is now, they say, considering whether transgender identifying individuals should be barred.
It's being considered from owning firearms under federal law.
It's a consideration.
Citing the language of ATF Form 4473, question G is in girl, which disqualified those adjudicated as a mental defective or committed to a mental institution.
Now, of course, the committed part is what's critical.
But the fact that this discussion is happening reveals one of the most fascinating hypocrisies in modern American politics.
You see, for years, progressive activists and lefties and left-leaning politicians and media folks have argued that guns are dangerous, that no one needs them, that the second amendment is outdated, that the ordinary citizens should surrender their firearms in the name of public safety.
Nobody deserves or should have a gun.
And that transgender identity itself might qualify as a form of mental illness.
That's right.
That was presented.
And the moment the DOJ floats the idea that maybe, maybe it could qualify as a form of mental illness, thereby disqualifying those individuals from firearm ownership.
Some of the very same voices who didn't want guns, who hated guns, who loathed guns, suddenly, suddenly they discover a deep and impassioned love for the second amendment.
Have you heard this?
Now think about the inconsistency.
Think how this works.
For decades, Democrats have argued that your crazy idea of the Second Amendment is ridiculous.
That private gun ownership is the root of America's violence.
Every time there's a shooting, even though most we've been through this to the point where I've I'm blue in the face, most shootings are self-harm, self-inflicted, um, people that you know, familial, uh, not what you might think.
But they mock gun owners, they deride hunters and collectors and second amendment advocates, they've built their brand on pushing on pushing background checks, background checks.
What most people have not been committed to the background checks don't tell anything.
They've advocated red flag legislation, but they've pushed for bans and waiting periods and confiscations.
But as soon as the DOJ, as soon as the DOJ considers declaring transgenderism as evidence of mental illness and mental instability, and thus disenabling, disqualifying somebody from gun ownership under existing law, suddenly the script flips.
You go crazy.
Suddenly it's our rights, our freedoms, our our protection under the Constitution.
The same crowd, the same crowd that once said, I don't know why anybody would want to have a gun, is now get this, demanding, demanding that their unique group identify not to be disarmed, that their group identity disenables them, disqualifies them from being disarmed.
They're saying you can't disarm our unique gender, whatever we can't, you can, Mr. Heterosexual, Mr. Family, Mr. Whatever, that's a different story.
So it's not just hypocrisy, it's unmitigated hypocrisy, writ as they say large, and it exposes the hollow core of much, if not all of the progressive and radical left rhetoric.
You see, they don't actually care about principles.
They don't care about consistency, they don't care about your rights, anybody's rights, they care about power.
And you see, if guns are in the hands of traditional conservative rural middle American types, oh, then guns are evil.
Oh, guns must be confiscated.
But if the guns are in the hands of a politically protected class like them, suddenly, suddenly they become sacred rights not to be infringed upon.
This is selective liberty.
It's cafeteria constitutionalism.
You you pick and choose like like a buffet, you pick and choose what rights matter, depending upon who holds them.
And many, many people have said some very interesting, and by the way, Charlie Kirk said something very interesting, which I find unique.
He is a very bright young man and says some things which I think are very interesting.
He said in one of his commentaries, he frames the question this way.
He says if you're crazy enough, crazy enough to mutilate your own body, flood your system with hormones, and claim you've changed your sex, something that is biologically impossible, then you are demonstrating ostensible prima facia, mental instability that makes you therefore ipso facto unfit to possess firearms.
And you can agree or disagree with it with the phrasing, but the underlying legal question is real.
The federal government already bars people who have been adjudicated as mentally defective.
And the Supreme Court has historically allowed mental health disqualifications to stand, provided they are narrowly tailored.
So the DOJ is essentially asking does identifying as transgender qualify.
Now this creates a dangerous precedent.
I'm telling you, I'm warning you.
You may laugh all you want.
You say, hey, this is great.
This is fun.
This is terrific.
Let's let's advocate this.
No, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no.
No, no, be careful.
Because this is something which maybe they're doing it theoretically, they're doing it uh some kind of a symbolic exercise, knowing nothing will happen.
But this creates a dangerous precedent.
You see, if the government can classify one identity group as inherently mentally defective, what's to stop them from expanding that logic?
See, today it's transgender individuals.
Tomorrow it could be veterans with PTSD, or political dissidents, branded as extremists, or somebody who follows a particular um way of thinking, uh, an ideology, even parents who refuse to comply with school gender policies.
You see, once you grant the state the power to define sanity in this way, then every group is vulnerable.
So that's you've got to be careful.
And that's why conservatives must tread very carefully.
You see, the hypocrisy of the left is obvious, but the potential for government abuse is just as real.
And yet, my friend, the irony remains too rich to ignore.
These are the same individuals, the same activists, the same people who've long sneered in America's gun culture.
What do you got pick this on me?
They're now scrambling to claim constitutional rights when the DOJ threatens, threatens to put their group on the on the prohibited list.
See, these are the same people who don't care about do not fly list.
They don't care about any of that.
Well, when their ox is gored, it's a different story.
And after all, what would they care?
What would a transgender care about?
Guns.
Do you mind if you're on the no bazooka list?
Well, maybe theoretically, but not really.
You see, the same politicians who've called the second amendment a relic of slavery, now want its protections extended to transgender uh identifying citizens.
The same media figures, the same folks who mock Republicans as gun nuts, now insist that disarmament based on mental health is per se discriminatory and dangerous and unconstitutional.
You see, this this whiplash is not subtle, it's glaring.
And the DOJ's office of legal counsel is said to be debating whether this would even stand up in court.
See, after Bruin, the 2022 case, the Supreme Court case that basically just extended everything, the right to possess a firearm to everybody.
Any new firearm regulation must align with historical tradition.
There is no historical tradition of banning guns based on gender identity.
Remember this.
Let me say this again.
The Bruin case Basically said any new firearm regulation must align with historical tradition.
There is no historical tradition of banning guns based on gender identity.
But there is precedent for disarming the mentally ill.
That means the entire debate will hinge on whether the transgender identification label itself is considered proof of mental illness.
And that battle will be fought in courts with dueling experts and uh psychiatrists and lawyers parsing and dissecting the definitions.
Now, in the meantime, what's interesting is this.
This these various leaks have already, there's these stories are being leaked, have already served his purpose.
It's a stress test.
It forces activists, politicians, and pundits to reveal their hand.
And what it reveals is a complete collapse of consistency.
You see, the left's message is suddenly fractured.
See, for years it was no one needs a gun, only a nut has a gun.
Now it's don't you dare take my gun from my cold dead fingers, right?
So for years it was mental health checks or common sense.
Now it's mental health disqualifications or discrimination.
And the hypocrisy, like I said, is staggering.
And it underscores, my friend, a deeper truth.
Progressives don't actually oppose gun rights.
They don't.
They don't actually oppose gun rights as a matter of principle.
They oppose gun rights for people they dislike.
See, they oppose gun rights for conservatives, Christians, rural Americans, Republicans, MAGA zealots, Mago supporters, suburban dads, working class citizens.
The very people who cling to the Constitution.
But when the perspective, uh the prospect rather arises that their own protected groups might lose access to firearms, which I dare say, I repeat again, they said they don't want, they don't like, they hate, but now it's a different story.
Suddenly, their second amendment absolutists.
So this isn't about guns, it's about safety.
It isn't even about mental health, it's about power.
Who gets to decide?
Who gets to control the narrative, who gets to be armed, and who gets to be disarmed?
You see, the DOJ's flirtation with redefining uh transgenderism as mental illness, worthy of disarmament, is suddenly exposed in in raw and unmistakable fashion, just how weird and strange and how opportunistic and unprincipled much of this rhetoric is.
And so that's the story here.
Not just whether the DOJ actually moves forward with such a policy.
That's not it.
Not just whether the courts would strike it down.
But the sheer spectacle, again, this stress test of drawing people out, the sheer spectacle of watching activists who once demanded universal disarmament now insisting on their own inalienable right to keep and bear arms?
If nothing else, it should remind Americans of the oldest lesson in politics.
When people show you their hypocrisy, believe them.
What do you think?
Do you see this, Michael?
Do you see this?
Someone writes, Jordan Peterson went through a lot for standing up for what is right.
He did.
And he, I think, is out of his mind.
But he did.
He did.
He started with that, he started with that.
Uh, what do I say?
He started with that business about the uh pronouns, and that was great.
It was wonderful, but uh, you know, and then that spearheaded that he he went into this absolute.
Did you hear what he had to say about being a Christian?
Did you hear this, Kimberly?
He couldn't answer the question.
Are you a Christian?
He's out of his tree.
I mean, he, I mean, he he just I I listen, you believe you listen to anybody you want, that is your God given right.
But this guy is out to lunch.
This guy is I mean, he is.
You know, we're seeing something.
Talk about stress tests.
Let me tell you something.
You can see what somebody really is about.
You have to ask yourself, is there anything to this?
Is this story legitimate?
Is this story legitimate?
Is it does it have any legs?
Is it going anywhere?
Or is this some crazy, you know?
You know, internet story or what have you?
And that's the interesting thing.
And the thing with him and other people is that they come across and they say Matt, what's his name?
Matt, what's his name?
The guy with the beard, and then you have uh people like uh Candace Owen, God bless these people.
God bless these people.
This is the most important.
But you see, this is this is the most important thing in the world.
I want you to understand.
I want you to ask yourself this question, which is even more important.
What do you think is the reason for all of this?
Let me ask you, what do you think is a reason for this?
What do you think?
Kimberly says, Kimberly Kennedy has a very good voice.
She says it's important to share with with uh with youth how to think properly and to not be a lemming.
Well do you want me to discuss that with you?
Do you really want that?
Everything applies, everything that you said was wonderful, except when it comes to religion.
Religion is the most antithetical, it's it is so contrary to critical thinking because you're told this is it, take it or leave it.
Have you ever seen when I talk about a fractal?
Do you know what this is?
I mean, what is a fractal?
What is a fractal?
Have you have you heard of this?
F-A-C-T-A-L, Mandelbrat, Benoit, Mandelbrat.
Have you have you heard of a fractal?
And I'm I'm not trying to be cute, because it's something that is it's not only is it fascinating, but it gives you it gives you an interesting way of uh as analogy.
A fractal is this geometric pattern that repeats itself at different scales.
You zim zoom in on one part, and you'll find a smaller version of the whole, and zoom in again, and the pattern keeps reappearing, and it's called self-similarity.
And the Mandelbrot set, or named after Mandelabrod, is the most famous fractal in math.
It's generated by a very simple formula using complex numbers.
It's used, by the way, for map makers, and it's critical to CGI, and because when you were to ask you, measure a coastline, measure, you know, you'd say, well, the land goes like this, it goes straight and up, down.
So how many miles is that?
How many miles?
You mean straight across?
No, how many miles of coastline?
Well, I don't know.
Nothing is smooth, nothing is straight.
Fractals allow you to zoom in and to come up with the most precise pictures.
All right, to make a long story short.
When you look at the fractals and realize, okay, I've got it.
I'm going deeper and deeper and deeper.
When you talk about this case regarding transgender, what is this about?
Let me ask you a question.
Let's talk about uh critical thinking, and I'll be your uh Socratic leader, I'll be your professor.
Class, here's my question.
Who is behind?
All of a sudden, this militant militant transgenderism did it spontaneously come about.
Where does it come from?
I ask.
Where?
What do you think?
Where do you think so?
Where do you think it comes from?
Was it something that was just a matter of time?
Something that we we would have a uh dealt with at one particular point, or or is it, or is there something else?
Now somebody says ideological subversion.
Do the people themselves who are involved in this, do they think they are being subversive?
Do you think that?
Do you think that?
Do you think they're being subversive?
Do you think that one day they said, we have finally, it's time now for all these people who have secretly wanted to to either address the fact that they're transgender, remember?
Rachel Levine is nowhere to be found.
Rachel Levine, the Biden, the first one you saw.
Oh, this is Randall.
Remember that one's like, oh, Jesus, what the nowhere to be found?
I ask you, dear friends, where does this come from?
Where does it come from?
I have a working hypothesis.
And until it's proven wrong, I work accordingly.
It's like when you have one of those black boxes in school and you shake it and you think, I think, I think it's a marble and uh and a paper clip.
I don't know, but that's my hypothesis.
I can't, it's not a theory because I can't test it, but I'm but I'm gonna I'm gonna use this.
We are seeing things that are so fascinating, and one of the stories that we love to see is for you to understand the notion of hypocrisy of the double standard.
Did you see the story I did last night about Busky?
Did you see this?
Did you see this?
Did you see my piece on this comedian who I think is as you would say, hilarious?
This comedian who appeared in white face.
Did you did you see this fellow?
Did you see this young man who went in white face?
Did you did you see it?
It was very interesting.
And he decided to come about and do this, whatever this thing was.
He he went to a NASCAR, he went to a NASCAR event, and he it was so fascinating.
Did you see it?
Okay.
What's interesting is that if a white person had done this, which they had, Robert Downey Jr.
Ted Danson did a blackface.
He got into a lot of problems.
Jimmy Kimmel years ago when he was doing the man show.
Um others as well, I think.
But Robert Downey Jr. got a pass because he's a member of the club, he's a chosen one.
But you are being told that this person can do it, and this person can't.
This group can say it, but this group can't.
And if you are white, if you are white, if you're Sydney Sweeney, if you're a white sorority, if you're you must understand that you do not have the rights as a black transgender bonnet wearing uh transmutational wood.
You were told this, you were told this.
Stern did it correct, Marco.
Stern was at everybody, and he he did it one time with uh Sherman Helmsley from okay.
So what happens is why is that important?
Because they want you to get used to the idea of never being able to predict anything.
We want you to learn it's learned helplessness, learn helplessness is one of the most interesting things there is a lot.
Let me just go on the record again.
I think it is nothing short of genius.
This guy, did you ever see Dave Chappelle when he does the white guy white Ted?
Or this, I mean, it is great.
Now he can get away.
He has the N family.
The N family.
Okay.
One of those things, the N family.
But learned helplessness.
What is learned helplessness?
Have you heard this?
It's one of the most important concepts there is.
And you have to understand it if you want to get into the whole notion of psychological mind control and all that stuff.
Because what I want to do is I want to train people.
And I give these people constantly.
This is a concept developed in, I think, in the 60s by Seligman and Meyer.
If someone is repeatedly exposed to stress or punishment or failure that they can't control or escape or predict, they eventually stop trying.
Even though the escape or the success later is possible.
They learn that nothing they do matters.
They learn there's nothing that matters.
The original experiment were dogs.
Researchers expose dogs to unavoidable electric shocks.
And then later, when placed in a box where they could jump over a small barrier to escape the shocks, those same dogs didn't even try.
They just lay down and endured it.
In contrast, dogs who had not been trained in helplessness quickly said the hell with it.
The classic example is the elephant that you chain to a to a stump by something on its foot.
And then later on, once you put the chain around his foot, it doesn't even realize it's connected to anything.
So it doesn't move.
What you are being told, and what you are being trained to do is to get used to the fact of inconsistencies.
Transgenders who scream about guns when it's not them.
This one over here, you're being told, you're being constantly, constantly, constantly told to double stand.
I just told you the story.
Transgenders are going, this is a stress test.
This is a floater.
They're going to say, oh, you can't do that.
And you can say, but how can you how can you claim that you don't?
Well, how come you can say the N word, but I can't, mm-hmm.
How come you can be blackface?
Mm-hmm.
How come you see?
And you are just confused, and you just sit there and you just take it.
You just take it over.
That's what they want, but you're not.
Because what I do, what we do is we remind you constantly.
So think about this, dear dear friend of mine.
Think about what I've said.
Just think about this.
Talk to your friends about it.
Learn helplessness.
Look it up.
And right now, again, go to PrepareWithLion.com, secure your four-week free, four-week emergency food kit.
This is a deal.
Let me tell you this.
I know people say this.
I don't know how long this is gonna last.
I really don't know.
They don't tell me.
And I believe in these people, and they are simply the best.
All right, dear friends, make sure you tune in to me at 1 a.m. Eastern time, 1 a.m. Eastern time, 1 a.m. Eastern time on WABC 770 WABC.
We're gonna take this.
I've got stuff I'm gonna blow them away.
Wait till we talk about Epstein.
They are not used to this.
They are not provided depth.
The fractal.
The Epstein case is so complicated.
It's not even funny.
And I love complexity.
All right, my friend.
