The hardest thing sometimes to do is to get people to focus on what you're bringing to the table and what may in fact sometimes be maybe not the best news, maybe not the most inviting, maybe not the most helpful, but news that's still important and critical, but maybe not something they want to hear.
People also think they know everything.

and why you should pay attention to that.
And when you say that to people, I can always tell immediately who's paying attention and who's not.
One of the things people will do is they love to dismiss things.
They love to say, wow, or they love to start talking.

Very few people really listen.
And when I say listen, I don't mean listen in terms of listen because of what's important.
They don't really know how to listen because they're not good students.
In order to pay attention to this, you got to really focus on stuff.
