You talk to most people about litigation, lawsuits.
Let's take Alex Jones' Sandy Hook litigation or anybody's litigation.
What most people do who watch this, most civilians, they ask themselves, do I like this person?
Do I like their show? | |
Do I admire them? | |
Do I think in my collective sense of right or wrong that they should win?
Do I believe that what they're doing is good?
Do I basically want to encourage this noble cause that has nothing to do with lawsuits?
That has nothing to do with what's going on.
And I'm telling you, and I've been telling you, and if you know me, you know historically I told you that Diddy would be a flop.
I predict not predict. | |
You know what I sound like?
Stop me. | |
I sound like that egomaniac Alan Dershowitz.
But I said, based upon the facts, George Zimmerman would win, Kaylee Anthony, or Casey Anthony, that one, because of the facts of the case.
It wasn't what I liked. | |
It wasn't what I thought.
It's what the reality of the legal matter was.
It wasn't about my sensibilities or my politics.
This is a huge case that nobody really wants to discuss.
Nobody wants to talk about.
Because what we're talking about, this is serious, serious business.
This is defamation. | |
By the way, American law defamation, not French.
Defamation, libel, slander, that sort of thing.
Defamation. | |
False light invasion of privacy.
Somebody the other day was commenting, false light.
Well, look it up. | |
I don't look things up. | |
You better. | |
Intentional infliction of emotional distress.
Ooh, that's the catch-all.
That's when defamation doesn't work.
You go for that. | |
Then there's civil conspiracy and unfair trade practices and commercial exploitation.
Those are the ones you got to watch out for.
The ones that sound kind of stodgy and corny.
The Macrons are claiming that Candace Owens falsely stated that Brigitte Macron was born a man.
Okay? | |
And is a man. | |
And always was a man. | |
And is engaged in identity theft and then transitioned into her current identity.
This isn't just opinion.
This is her fact. | |
She further claimed that Brigitte and President Macron are blood relatives engaged in incest.
How you like that? | |
And that Emmanuel Macron was selected as French president via a CIA mind control program, MKUltra or thereabouts.
She further asserts that the Macrons are engaged in forgery, fraud, and cover-ups and are part of a global network of satanic pedophilic elites.
And when you are in the realm and the range of suggesting and accusing somebody of criminal activity that is liable per se, damages are presumed.
You just say that they said this and you've won.
These claims were made through an eight-part podcast series, social media posts, and merchandise sales in the millions of dollars and subscription and eyes.
They alleged that Owens acted with actual malice, knowingly repeating debunked, here we go, this is the word, conspiracy theories to build her brand and monetize the scandal.
And the plaintiffs, the Macrons, had previously won defamation cases in France against the originators of the same conspiracy.
This is Natasha Ray and Amandine Roy proving falsity.
However, those may have been reversed for purposes of due process reasons.
Now, remember, French law is a weird...
I don't want to go into the differences, but if you want to get sued for libel, France is the place to do it.
We don't have those problems in Delaware, in a place so red it makes Berkeley look like, I don't know what, like, I don't know what.
I don't, maybe like Heritage USA.
Now, here are the key factual claims in support of this.
Okay, Brigitte Macron's birth certificate, childhood photos, marriage records, family testimony confirming her identity as a woman.
Jean-Michel Troniot, Brigitte's brother, is alive, public, and not the same person as Brigitte.
Wait till this fellow walks in and says, yep, that's me.
They're going to allege that Owen selectively ignored the evidence, distorted public documents, and misrepresented known facts in her broadcast.
Then Macron sent a formal retraction demand in December of 2024, I believe a number of them.
Owens mocked and refused to retract.
Owens then escalated her rhetoric, escalated the vitriol, escalated the anger in the volume, falsely claiming, they claim that Macron's are, I can't use that word, rhymes with grape, you know what I'm talking about.
Ard murdered a journalist, suppressed dissent through intimidation.
I mean, this is wild. | |
Owens used the conspiracy to launch new independent podcasts, to grow her subscriber base, to promote merchandise, fake man-of-the-year t-shirts, replace lost revenue after being fired from the Daily Wire.
And this goes on and on and on.
Now, let me explain this to you.
And this is what is the most, critical the law firm that sued her sued Dominion, and it is known, suspected, believed, and kind of a no obviousness that nobody really wants little old Candace Owens alone.
No, no, no, no, no, no, that's not the way you do it in libel.
You do it by going after independent platforms who had her on.
Go down the list. | |
People who promoted, republished, re-remember, every time you publishes, every time you provide a platform for somebody to spew, to announce, to broadcast, to publish that which is defamatory, you have new causes of action.
So they want to go after the biggest of the big.
Networks, Rogan, the guy with the heavy dude, Dylan or whatever his name.
I mean, go down the list.
Just go down the list. | |
They're going to want everybody.
They're not going to be satisfied with this.
They want to send a message through the universe.
If you think this is the Wild West, if you think that the internet is about having people on who expresses opinion, and if you think that just by having somebody on and you presenting them and you saying, well, you know, look, this isn't my idea.
They're just, I'm just, I'm just, you know, I mean, it can be done.
It can be done. | |
It can be done. | |
You can say, today we've got a real crackpot and lunatic.
Why do you get to get a little of this batshit loon who's got this idea?
Get this, that Brigitte Macron is a dude.
That's one thing, as opposed to we now have on, you know, you'll ever that Centurion, that battlestar galactica of truth, destroying and piercing the corporate veil of better.
This is huge. | |
This is huge because everybody wants.
Who is Macron? | |
Don't kid yourself. | |
Deep state, shadow government, globalist.
What do they want? | |
To destroy any elements, any platforms of speech, free speech.
You know it. | |
I know it. | |
Everybody knows it. | |
I'm telling you. | |
You may not like this. | |
You may agree. | |
You may think that Candace Owens is single-handedly fighting against the forces of evil that seek to destroy our most innocent and our most vulnerable.
Great! | |
Good for you. | |
But as Alex Jones will show you, what you think they sued him for in public ain't what he was sued for.
And if you think what he said in public was what he said, you'll find, no, it's not.
And if you find what was claimed to be retracted, what was retracted, what was stated, there are people who go through every aspect of this painstaking.
Candace Owens is on a mission.
Candace Owens figures, I am bulletproof.
Candace Owens says, you don't understand something.
I, little old CO, little old Candy is going to rise to the top.
I'm going to be the Alex Jones.
I'm going to be the Tucker Carlson.
I'm going to be, I'm going to be, I move out of the world, away world.
It's me. | |
Candy's here. | |
And Candy's Randy, and that'll come in handy.
And don't call me Sandy.
Okay, and Mandy, that's a Barry Manelow song.
But anyway, I died that rice.
So watch what happens. | |
I'm telling you. | |
You can argue this all day long.
You can say, isn't that fair?
Fine. | |
Watch. | |
They're going to clobber her.
And wait till you see the moment.
Watch carefully because I really don't watch her.
Tell me if you notice one day all of a sudden there's that, uh-oh, there's that the light where somebody says, stop it.
Shut it down now. | |
Now. | |
Shut it down now. | |
And watch what happens.
Watch. | |
Because secretly, a lot of people want her to fail.
Her alleged supporters are really her detractors.
Watch what happens. | |
Candice Owens. | |
Uh-uh. | |
Peach. | |
I am telling you, if you don't pay attention to this, you are going to miss.
And by the way, watch her anger.
Here comes Discovery. | |
She's like dripping with baring her teeth and she's licking her chops.
Oh, I want to get it. | |
Okay. | |
Save those because what you're going to see ultimately, the resultant Candace will not be anybody you've ever seen before.
Now remember something.
Remember that great line from Jack Reger.
It's a very simple thing.
Remember when Jack Reger, the original one with Tom Cruise, it was much better.
It said, remember, you wanted this.
Now I want you to answer my questions.
I've got a section for you to comment in.
What do you think about this?
Is this fair? | |
Is this right? | |
Is it wrong? | |
You tell me. | |
But in any event, I tell you right now, my friends, for you to comment.
Comment. | |
Oh, and subscribe. | |
But comment as you see fit. |
