My friend, it's getting better than anything I even thought was possible.
The permutations, the evaluations, the analyses, the reviews, the commentary, it is absolutely unbelievable.
Unbelievable.
I mean, just when you thought you've heard everything there is, everything.
Oh my God.
They're not even done yet.
And now turning point USA, they have to, I guess they pay money to show up to hear Megan Kelly.
I do not understand this.
I do not, I do not understand this.
Do you pay money for this?
I guess they do.
They go to Tampa.
They hear people say the obvious.
I mean, don't get me wrong.
I think Tucker Cross is great, but I hear him 50 times a day.
Why am I going?
What is, I don't understand.
But listen, God, listen, I love, I love, I love events and I love live events.
And speaking of which, Saturday night at the cutting room, guess what we're going to be talking about?
I've got this, this Epstein thing.
I swear to God, I am seeing it like, I mean, everybody thinks they see it in a way nobody else does.
I do.
Saturday night at the cutting room.
Let's talk about this and everything and zero mandami.
Oh, mandami.
And oh, God, there's so much to talk about.
So ladies and gentlemen, I say to you, and I mean this, listen very carefully.
Listen very, very carefully.
And I mean this with all sincerity.
This is going to be this story that absolutely blows everyone's mind because there's such depth to it.
And they're now bringing in the Mosad.
That's, that's, this, this never, this, this unpacked everything.
So anyway, first things first, Saturday night, cutting room.
Tickets are available.
There's the, I've got it in the corner or the section here.
You got it in the discussion section.
Let's talk about this and what's Trump doing and what's happening in the world and what's going to happen in midterms and what happens to cash and bonding and this.
This is incredible.
And here's the story.
This is probably the best story I love.
Epstein had a list.
Maxwell got time.
And Diddy got a pass.
I just did one on the Lionel Legal channel.
I want you to hear this one.
This is a good one.
This is a good one.
An absolute good one.
This is great.
And why it's great is because, well, it's because it just is.
And one of the terrific aspects of this particular storyline is the fact that there is a story of this guy, Diddy.
And people forgot about Diddy.
They forgot about, you know, who he is and what he did and all this stuff.
And nobody really remembers him.
And you might think, oh, that's, you know, that's different.
No.
Ghillain Maxwell is going to be coming out.
Wait till you see what she's going to start as we speak.
In fact, here it is.
Here's the link right there.
She's going to definitely do a, well, put it this way.
I don't know what ground she has.
I'm still trying to figure out what Dershowitz said.
Can you figure out what he said?
What did he say?
I've read the list.
What list?
The list of a list?
Names.
Now we have names.
Before we had a list, now we got names.
This is the wildest thing anybody has ever seen.
Let me give you a little bit of insight on this.
This is a pretty good one.
This is a good one.
This is it.
Okay?
This is a good one.
And I mean this sincerely.
What exactly, if you recall, what exactly was old Ghillane charged with?
You remember this?
Remember this?
This is important.
This is important.
Ghillain Maxwell now was found guilty on December the 29th, 2021, in federal court in the Southern District of New York.
She was convicted on five of six counts related to her role in the sex trafficking operation run with Jeffrey Epstein.
Stop.
Stop.
It's just Jeffrey Epstein.
She says, the operation run with Jeffrey Epstein.
The operation with Jeffrey Epstein.
She was convicted of five counts.
One, sex trafficking of a minor.
Count two, transporting a minor.
There we go.
With the intent to engage in criminal sexual activity.
So that's having the act, transporting the act, conspiracy to transport a minor with the intent to engage in criminal sexual activity.
So it's sex trafficking with whom.
We'll get to this in a moment.
Count four, conspiracy to commit sex trafficking of minors.
Conspiracy with whom.
And five, conspiracy to entice minors to travel, to engage in sex sex.
You didn't know that, did you?
You didn't think about that.
She was acquitted on one count of enticing a minor to travel.
Imagine that.
Imagine there was no evidence of that.
So you got it?
Sex trafficking, transporting a minor with the intent to engage in activity.
Conspiracy to transport, conspiracy to commit sex trafficking, and conspiracy to entice.
She was sentenced to 20 years on June 28th, 2022.
Four victims.
Jane, there was a Jane, a pseudonym for a woman who testified that Epstein began abusing her when she was 14 and that Maxwell was present and sometimes participated.
This is Jane.
Kate, pseudonym, who testified about being recruited by Ghelane as a teenager in London.
That's really.
And also France.
But later being groomed and abused by Epstein.
Three, Carolyn.
This is her, she used her first real name, her Christian name.
She described being abused by Epstein starting at age 14 in Florida with Maxwell allegedly helping facilitate.
That's three.
And four was Annie Farmer, the only accuser to testify under her full name.
She described being trafficked by Epstein and Maxwell.
Notice Ghelane Maxwell is not in this, according to.
I mean, a Virginia Jufre, pardon me.
Okay.
Now, why is that important?
Let's compare it to Diddy.
Shall we?
Let's compare it to Diddy.
Compare it to Diddy.
This is Diddy.
Number one.
And this is just so interesting.
He had pictures, videos, Cassie, you name it.
He had everybody.
Baby oil, Tootsie Roll, the ping pong ball, sex worker, sex actor, sex, whatever it be, adult sex people.
All of them.
Videotaped women coming in.
Freak offs.
I mean, left and right.
Nothing.
Nothing.
He got charged with two counts of transporting across state lines.
How did that work?
Is that beautiful or what?
How did he do that?
The man said, those are some lawyers.
Do you understand what I'm saying?
Are you following this?
Where's all it?
Because we haven't really thought about, well, what exactly did Ghelan?
Where is this?
What list do you have?
Maybe, you know what?
Maybe Pan Body's right.
Maybe there are no lists.
They never were.
It was an expression.
It was used.
What was going on?
Comey did it for his lawyers.
I don't know what this means.
What does that mean?
I don't know.
Anyway, because you don't know what to say.
Admit it.
You don't know what to say.
This is the weirdest thing ever.
What was the act?
What was it?
What was it?
Where was it?
What was it all about?
My God, what is going on?
Where was this?
It's the most incredible story in the world.
She conspired with whom?
With just Jeffrey and her?
That's it?
That was the conspiracy?
It wasn't racketeering, but trafficking?
Forced fraud or coercion?
Maybe, maybe they did it.
Maybe, I guess.
Enticing a minor?
Okay, maybe.
That was it.
What I'm saying is with all of these people and Pamela and Cash and everybody, with all of these people and all of these witnesses and all of these years and years and terabytes and terabytes, and they got terabytes of victims and the most horrible, disgusting, vile.
Remember that?
Remember that?
Most incredible thing anybody's ever seen.
The most incredible thing anybody has ever seen.
Unbelievable.
Unbelievable.
Where is it?
Where was this organization?
It hits home now.
When you look at it and you go through these charges, because we've just kind of forgotten, we just figured that, well, maybe they didn't charge anybody with anything.
And that may have been a part of the Acosta deal in southern Florida where they have a plea agreement where nobody is charged ever again.
Who knows?
But this is the story.
And this is really, I hate to say it.
This isn't even about Mossad or any of the.
This is just inside, incompetence, corruption.
I don't know what.
Because it's not just, put it this way, they're not just protecting, you know, Epstein and the Israeli connection.
There were what, 200 men?
There were in the listen to this one.
You're going to love this.
Let me ask our friends.
How many women and victims were a part of the Epstein Judgment and Recovery Fund that David B-O-I-E-S And others maintained.
Okay, let's see what happens.
Let me just throw that in there.
And it says: the Epstein Victim Compensation Fund was a fund set up by the estate of Jeffrey Epstein, paid out settlements to 150 women.
Total victims compensated, 150.
Total payout, 125 million.
That's interesting, isn't it?
Wow!
So they made about 830,000, maybe roughly, average.
The program duration opened in 2020, closed, June of 2020, closed August of 2021.
Average payout, $830,000, although some received multi-million dollar supplements.
So there were 150 victims administered by Jordana Feldman, a former deputy special master of the 9-11 Victims Compensation.
And David Boyes, who represented Virginia Juffrey and other Epstein survivors, was not directly in charge of it.
The program was distinct from civil litigation.
However, Boyes and his firm helped many of the victims.
So in summary, 150 women were compensated.
150 women.
And Ghillain got what, four?
Four?
Was it five?
How many did she get?
Five?
I think I said five.
I think I said five.
This is, I mean, the more you look at it, it's like, we got to remember, it's like, wow, that's right.
That's the strangest thing that ever happened.
It's the weirdest.
What is this all about?
Let me see.
There's go up.
It was, let me see.
This is this.
Oh, here we go.
Yeah, yeah.
Here, four women.
Four.
Now, do me a favor.
Stop writing.
Stop writing.
Everybody's just saying hello, and that's fine.
I love this.
That's fine.
That's awesome.
That's fine.
Focus on this for a moment.
Out of 150, she got four.
And the only, she had nothing to do with facilitating, enticing, or with other people.
There were other victims.
The only victims were that she was involved with Epstein.
What about the 150?
I don't think he did 150 by himself, but what?
What was charged?
It goes back to that Florida deal with Ocosta, where they made this kind of a plenary omnibus deal, where they said basically that, how do I say this?
That where basically they waived any and all further prosecution.
I mean, this blows my mind.
It's unso would it all this forget forget.
I mean, let's just go back to the original case.
How did any of this happen?
This is the most incredible thing in the world.
So add to it this mystery as to what we're even talking about.
Forget this and drama and all these other kind of people and what they did.
All I know is that this is the wildest.
This is a story that has no end.
And all they had to do was for Pamela Joe Bondi to just shut up.
It was forgotten.
It was nobody was.
I mean, they talked about it.
She could have said, look, we're still working on this.
We got to be careful.
There's 150 victims.
We didn't do this.
Now Trump's saying, well, the problem I have is that they added people.
It's not that there's a list, but the list that they have is going to set me up as being falsely involved in this like they did with Russia gave.
So he's got an interesting take on this too.
He's saying, in essence, look, you can't believe any of this stuff.
This is incredible.
This is one of those things, ladies and gentlemen, that blows my mind.
It blows my mind.
The level of complexity, how long it's been around, how none of this had to be, none of this had to be even the case here, unless and until she brought it up.
This would have been forgotten.
Let me say that again.
Nobody was clamoring.
We kind of forgot about it.
We knew it was me.
We knew there were some women and all this.
100, 150.
Those are the ones who opted into the suit.
Because remember, when you sign this suit, you signed an NDA, says you can't talk about it, and you waive any other further forms of prosecution or lawsuit and the like.
In that sum?
Isn't that something?
Thank you.
Somebody writes, what is your obsession with this Epstein case?
Why waste your time, Lionel?
I don't even know what to say.
I don't know what to say.
I don't know what to say.
That's got to be a joke.
So I'll let you think about that.
Do you know what this case is about?
Do you know what Epstein case is about right now?
My obsession?
This is why we...
No, no, there's more to this.
This is not done yet, and nobody's handling it because they're just talking about all this other kind of job.
This is something which is again.
I don't even know where you want to.
I can't find the area to start analyzing this with or not.
Let me say this again, Diddy.
Diddy is the best.
He got away with, this guy, if Ghelane Maxwell was a 20-year trafficker, this guy was life in prison.
He had them in, he was bringing them in by the busload, bringing them in, looping them up.
Sounds like a Frankie Lane song, get them dogged, move them up, move them in, move them, just pictures, photos, the biggest names ever.
I mean, they were UTI people with, I can't go through the specifics of it, but if you remember the physical trauma these women went through, and Kathy beating the shit out of Kathy, kicking her.
Nothing.
And that was Comey.
That was Comey there, and this was Comey right there.
Now she right now, it must be saying to herself, what am I doing?
I'll say, no, no, no, no, wait, wait, wait, wait, wait.
Hang on a minute, Ghelane.
Hang on a minute.
Hang on.
I wish Trump could commute this sentence with the provision that she somehow speaks or somehow she comes clean with this.
They're talking about stuff which is just, you know, it's interesting.
But the question is, where did this start from?
Who was involved?
Was the intel?
And this is way before Trump.
Trump had nothing to do with this stuff.
And now they're bringing up every bit of dirt about Trump and things he said about his.
He did say some creepy stuff about Ivanka.
Oh, there's no doubt about that.
I mean, it's creepy for most, but I don't think he meant anything.
Trump is so...
Trump is such a good...
You know what I mean?
Did you see when they were doing the pledge or the Star Spangled, whatever, the national anthem?
He's doing the salute.
It's like, what?
No.
Nobody's salute.
Put your head.
He likes that military thing.
He's like a little baby.
But he's our baby.
He means well.
He falls for the trappings.
He's just, you know.
Yeah, I saw that.
Yeah.
150 people who settled 150.
And what is it again that I listened four times, five times to Dershowitz about this list or something?
I still don't understand.
What are you talking about?
I don't understand this.
And Virginia's Eufray.
You know, you would think somebody would spend some time.
Bless his heart.
Alex called Brigitte Burgitt.
And Katie Halper calls Eufray goofy.
I mean, just, you know, you would think somebody would just maybe just kind of get it.
And also Stephen Miller.
You see how Stephen Miller does the Did you see this turning point thing?
I don't know what this was.
This was the biggest bunch.
This was such a celebrity jerk off.
Turning point.
Can you imagine?
Can you imagine going to this?
Oh, here we go.
Turning point.
Oh, here we go.
Turning point USA.
I guess that's.
There's Georgia.
Then there's December in Phoenix.
I don't know what the hell this is.
But what do they do?
Liberation Show.
Student Action Summit.
Educator Summit.
What a racket this is.
We believe in freedom.
Turning Point is a 501c3 organization whose mission is to identify, educate, train, and organize students to promote freedom.
What does freedom mean?
What does that mean?
I mean, this is okay.
By the way, John Kerry's face, he looks just like the kid from Face.
What's his name?
Remember that?
Mask, Mask?
It's so sad.
Not Scooter.
What's his name?
Mask in the movie?
I don't want to spend too much time on that, but he looks like this Rocky Dennis.
Yeah, Rocky Dennis.
He is just beyond...
I will never...
Remember that terrible shooter, the guy who shows up who did the hit and he put on this rubber mask?
I know a guy who looks like that.
He's had so much plastic surgery that it's just he's he's lost.
It is whatever his face was, the contour, the gesticulation, the ability to frown and to and to whatever, completely gone.
Blows my mind.
Why people do this?
I will never understand it.
And listen, I think it's great.
I think it's great.
I think it's all wonderful that people do this freedom and all this stuff.
And good for, you know, good, yeah, good for, good for, you know, young people.
But this is, I mean, this has become such almost comical where we just sit around and just hear these blowhards just talk about how great they are.
You know, and Tom Holman, you kissed my ass.
What is this about?
I don't understand this.
I saw a clip of Charlie Kirk interviewing Megan Kelly about what?
What are we to, I mean, good.
I mean, listen, God bless a big.
I like what we do is our own turning point at the cutting room on Saturday night.
I'm your host.
I'm your leader.
I'm leading the pack, I guess.
But that's just inner, I mean, that is entertainment because you can't believe this is even happening.
You can't believe this is happening.
You can't believe this.
It's one of those, it's one of those things where we just love to talk.
Now, the good news is Democrats don't do it.
Democrats don't do it.
They don't really care one way or the other.
And that's sad because they really don't have anything to stand up for.
But what we're seeing is this.
This case is so complicated, so closed, so limited, we're never going to get to the bottom of the Epstein case.
Never, ever, ever.
The only thing we can do is point out a few things and ask ourselves, at all, all Donald Trump has to do is say, Pam, now Pam could say, I didn't bring this up, you told me to.
That's my first question.
Who was the genius who said, I'm going to bring this up now?
I'm going to talk about this now.
I am.
I'm going to bring this up now.
I'm going to bring the, I'm going to do it.
I'm going to bring this up.
Nobody's talking about, we pretty much forgotten the Epstein thing.
Well, what are you going to do?
That was then.
Let's move on.
We've got other things to do.
Oh, no.
I'm bringing it up.
And how about Dan Bongino acting like a little bitch, supposedly screaming or yelling, yelling at the Attorney General?
This is the way you handle it?
You're yelling to make the president look bad?
See, that's the other subtext.
Who were these people?
During the days of yore, would it have been William F. Buckley, William Sapphire, Pat Buchanan, Murray Kempton, George Will, maybe?
Remember, what was it, with Jack Germond and John McLaughlin, the McLaughlin Report?
That was kind of good.
And then there were these other local things.
But every week was this great movie, this great particular piece with, you know, with Bill Buckley and Firing Line.
But now it's like we just like the host by virtue of the fact that they're famous.
We don't know who they are, really.
I remember one time seeing Carrie Lake speak at an event in New York.
And I swear to God, you would have thought it was Sophia Loren or I don't know who.
I'm trying to think of who.
It's the most incredible thing.
Oh, our friend at Arcane Electric says, oh, sorry, Arcane Eclectic, are you filter blocking certain keywords in chat?
No, Arcane.
Well, oh, I'm not.
But if they're filthy, if they're thank you, Teresa Skinner, if they're, you know, racist or things that YouTube doesn't care for, I think they kind of do it for us.
Now, I don't know how to tell you something, but if you don't know how to get through words, you're not.
People say, YouTube keeps blocking me.
No, they're not.
No.
You know how to block a word or say a word or maybe put an asterisk here or spread.
I've been doing this now for I don't know how many years and it's the same story.
How come they won't let me say my word?
They will let you say your words.
Why are these words so important?
I can't say, I can't say Israel.
Okay, yes, you can say it someplace.
I can't say it.
Okay, okay.
What do you want to say?
I don't know.
I just wouldn't say the word.
It won't let me say it.
Okay, take it easy.
Take it easy, Toby.
Take it easy.
Please relax.
It's going to be okay.
Anyway, it's the same stuff.
But thank you.
So the bottom line is simply this.
I'm still going through this and laughing my ass off because I've looked at everybody.
Oh, they had Epstein's ex-lawyer or former lawyer, I guess, before he died.
The brother.
These other folks who have tried to figure out, like, here's what I think it means.
And here's what really don't know.
I mean, it means what it means.
It's been like this for the whole time.
And the best way, Ghelane's Maxwell is saying, now you're worried about it?
Now you're paying attention?
Why are you paying attention to this now?
Why?
Why now?
What happened now?
What do you think is going to happen?
What?
When was the last time you ever heard, ever heard, of any kind of, oh, how do I say this?
The last time you heard of the names of kids who are involved in serious chains of victimization.
Never.
You've never heard lists and things like that.
I mean, if these were actual prosecutions, you're not going to hear them.
You're not going to read the list, whatever these lists are.
And there are no client.
There are no client lists.
Nobody was a client.
Do yourself a favor.
Client list and black book.
Remember the black book?
Who's got the black book?
What black book?
What are you talking about?
They've got pictures of all these people who were there.
They act like there was something illegal in going to the island or going to New Mexico or going to his apartment in the 71st, the mansion.
There's nothing illegal.
Remember what I told you, and I said This before.
Hugh Hefner did this.
Hugh Hefner had orgies in the famous grotto with famous people, actresses, actress in the open.
There was drugs.
You better believe it.
There were drugs.
Uh-huh.
Yep.
This is nothing new ever.
But there are other people who were threatened to Polanski your ass.
Remember that one?
That's another one.
He was the only one.
Well, we had to do something.
Polanski was, it's like the Al Capone when they would arrest him every now and then because they would bring him out and they say, you know, say something, Alcohol.
We got to get him on the tax evasion.
But this is going on.
You see, what's really interesting, what I find more interesting, rather than Mossad and all that, I'm so, I mean, seriously, I think sometimes a lot of people love the secret, you know, the intel, you know, and all this kind of stuff.
Anyway, but what I find interesting is the whole culture, the culture of these people, the culture, this depraved, like Diddy.
Let me say this again.
Diddy got nothing.
They gave him a pass.
He had it on film.
The women were there.
They were brought in.
There were huge parties and this and, oh my God.
Not only that, some of the biggest names ever.
And they walked him.
But Ghelane, uh-uh.
And it was Ghillain and Epstein that was it.
Nobody else.
Four women.
Who were the other 150?
Were there other men there?
Yes.
What about the, what about Prince Andrew?
How did that work out?
How did that?
How is he not?
We go on and on and on and on.
It's fascinating.
It is fascinating.
So every time you think, okay, I have done a complete and total deep dive on this.
There's nothing more to say.
Nope, there's something else.
Nope.
Something else as well.
Anybody find out about the Brunel case?
Nope.
Remember him?
Jacques Lou Brunel?
That was the, that was, that was a feeder.
That was the feeder.
That was the guy who did all the, uh, he did the models.
Oh, yeah.
See, nobody's talking about that one.
You're looking at the plane.
And you have a picture of, hey, look, there's somebody who's rubbing Bill Clinton's back.
Uh-huh.
That's not exactly riveting, but, you know, what are you going to do?
But still, now we're going to get into Bohemian Grove, too.
By the by, on my Twitter or X, I have a repeat, if you will, of a great, one of the best exposés ever of Alex Jones with David Gergen exposing Bohemian Grove.
Fantastic.
I'm not saying Bohemian Grove is ill.
Again, it's that symbolic bullshit, you know, with the owl in the woods.
These people love symbology.
They love eyes wide shut.
And since the beginning of time, the notion of underage and forbidden and the virgin sacrifice and all that stuff, it has been part and parcel of our human culture.
Do you hear what I'm saying?
Do you hear what I'm saying?
All right, my friends.
So that's it.
Coming up at five, Mrs. L, by the way, Arcane, Eclectic, thank you.
And Terese Skinner, Teresa, brother Skinner, thank you.
Mrs. L is going to be at five o'clock.
She does her live coming up right after this.
I love this stuff.
This is so good.
And what's so interesting is how everybody's kind of like, I wouldn't say everybody, but people are kind of like missing the good parts about it.
We've been through everything.
If you watch what we do, literally, there's nothing, there's no other aspect to this that we cannot bring to your attention.
Okay?
Focus on this, my friends.
And this week, Pam Bondi, Bongino, Pam cannot, she is so hurt by this.
They just got started.
You think she can handle four more years of this?
You know, part of me says, look, the Democrats, nothing got rid of Merrick Garland.
Every time he took a hit, remember, he went after Catholic people.
But that's kind of what they wanted.
This is a different story.
This looks kind of like a kind of incompetence, you know.
And also, Mr. President, stop, stop, stop.
Oh, by the way, go back.
There's a great piece about Susie Wiles and her connection with Pam Bondi in the old days in Florida.
Oh, this is, I mean, this is really interesting.
It's really good.
It depends how deep you want to go.
It's up to you.
Now, remember, no matter how weird it gets, I don't want those Democrats back at all.
I'll take President Trump.
President Trump could commit second-degree murder on TV or first.
And I'd say, well, what are you going to do?
Because remember, during four years of Biden, he wasn't even there.
They never said a word.
So I'm in no hurry to replace.
I'm not replacing anybody.
I like it just the way it is.
May not be perfect, but he's our guy.
He's our guy, and we need him and we love him.
Period.
End of discussion.
But it's going to be fantastic.
Now, watch what happens next with the, dare I say, the, that Mossad.
Oh, you love that Mossad stuff.
You love that stuff.
American Rebel, by the way, says, do you think head of three-letter agencies, Mr. B and C will be charged?
No.
No.
Come here and Brennan, no.
In fact, what they did was it was the stupidest thing, even saying you were investigating them.
Stupid, stupid.
Because when they're not charged, yet again, they're going to be looked like fool.
Nothing's going to come of it.
Nothing.
You know it, and I know it.
But thank you, my friend.
All right.
Have a great and a glorious day.
A wonderful, wonderful eve to you and yours.
Remember, I appreciate it so much.
One more time.
Saturday night.
This is my own turning point.
I'm going to lecture you about freedom, whatever that means, because you need lecturing on freedom.
You don't know about freedom.
You don't understand freedom.
You don't get it.
Freedom is good.
You can quote me on that.
Freedom is good.
And you need me to explain that to you.
Have a series of lectures on why freedom is preferred as opposed to being held in captivity.
All right, dear friends, we love you.
Have a wonderful day.
Mrs. Ella coming up.
Don't forget, go to Lynn's Warriors.
Everybody leave now.
You go to Lynn's Warriors.
She's got a barn burner like you can't believe on this beautiful 80-degree Sunday afternoon.
And don't forget, tonight, 1 to 5 overnights on WABC, yours truly.
I've got to kind of soft-soap it with those folks because terrestrial.
