They need to be kettled and corralled.

They would surround them and basically just move in and let them just surround them.

Kettling is used when law enforcement surrounds a group of people, blocking all escape routes, and forces them into a confined area, usually on a street or a plaza.
They are then held for an extended period, sometimes hours, with no ability to leave, even if they're peaceful or uninvolved.
Imagine being boxed in by riot police on all sides, like people were on January 6th.
Like innocent people were who were just standing there taking pictures.
People who had nothing to do with insurrection.

And then each one of them processed.
Each one of them processed and taken off and put into FEMA holding areas.
