Today has been so fact-packed, I've never seen anything quite like today.
And I don't know how long.
It is...
It is absolutely incredible.
Absolutely incredible in terms of how much we are seeing, how much is being done.
I just got done doing two videos on Diddy being indicted, a supersedious indictment.
I go into details of what that means, why that is Huge.
Then we had today, Kash Patel and other folks testifying in...
It was incredible today.
Kash Patel, Tulsi Gabbard, Bobby Kennedy is...
I liked these folks before.
I liked them.
And Kash Patel, I knew probably the least regarding him.
I love him.
I love it.
They opened up.
I don't know if you recognize this or realize this, but they took this opportunity to drop every great piece of evidence that people need to know about this rancid and rank deep state shadow government.
Oh my God, what he was saying.
But the J6, they didn't know what to do.
They did not know what the response was.
They will have no problems being cleared.
They are just exquisite.
And Bobby Kennedy, the line I love is, I don't like mercury in fish, but I like fish.
I don't want to ban fish.
I want to ban the mercury in the fish.
A perfect analog, ladies and gentlemen, to what he thought regarding vaccines.
We have that.
The story that I find interesting is this DC mid-air collision.
And I'm seeing fingerprints over everything.
We're going to go through that.
Let me remind you, dear friends, on the 22nd of February this month, I'm going to be at the cutting room.
We are going to blow the roof off of this place because this is not like anything you have ever seen.
This is not stand-up comedy.
This is stand-up reality that will have you howling because of its absurdity.
We're going to be going through that, dear friends.
We're going to be going through that and it's going to be, oh my God.
It's going to be like you've never, like you couldn't believe.
Now let us do this.
Get ready, my friends.
Sit back, because we are going to be doing so much tonight.
Wait till you hear about the way I am looking at this mid-air collision, why questions that I have for you, and questions that nobody seems to be asking, or answering for that matter.
And watch Pete Hegs it.
If you think Pete Hexit is going to rip the lid off of this, you're crazy!
Because now, he's a member of the system.
But first, this.
Listen to this.
New reports reveal that the average person has $8,674 in credit card debt, plus the total average consumer debt is a shocking $104,215 between mortgages, Auto loans, student loans, credit cards, and unsecured loans.
Unfortunately, without outside assistance, many will continue digging themselves deeper and deeper into the hole of debt.
I've advised and counseled friends and clients for years who want to take back control of individual debt about this secret weapon that has helped so many consolidate everything owed.
Listen, they've settled over $275 million in debt, and they've helped people become debt-free in an average of 28 months.
I've had such an incredible experience referring clients and friends that I wanted to partner with them here.
And introduce their services to you, my loyal Lionel Nation family.
If you want a helping hand to get out of debt, I absolutely, positively, and strenuously recommend booking a free consultation now by going to NoDebtWithLionel.com.
Look at the address.
Once again, that's NoDebtWithLionel.com.
Use the link I've provided under the title.
Listen to me.
You can take control and learn how to get out of debt now.
Now, my friends, if you've never been a part of my legal thinking, my practical thinking, my analysis as to news and the like, and despite it irrespective of what people might think as to the fact that we are conspiracy theorists, whatever the hell that means, I could not be any further from the truth.
Or that could be not any further from the truth.
I look at things and I start off with one premise.
I don't believe anything the government tells me.
And if you think, as much as we like Pete Hegseth, as much as we love President Trump, as much as we think he is the best and we voted for him, and I...
If you think that they're going to do something that is going to basically rip The lid off of what is going on in the world of the military and government, and now that it's the Trump administration, you are out of your mind.
It's not a bad thing.
It's the way it is.
If you think Pete Hegsitt is going to go and tell everybody, yeah, we were incompetent, and this pilot, who's now sadly this...
We're incompetent.
No, no, no.
Same thing goes for DNI.
By the way, can you list, Tulsi Gabbard, the 18 agencies she oversees as the head of the Department of National Intelligence?
The 18, can you name them?
In any event.
So let's do this.
Please check and see.
I just put it up.
If you want to see what's going on regarding the superstitious indictment of Diddy, this is huge.
Because remember, it's not Diddy.
Don't tell me, I don't like Diddy.
I don't care with it.
I don't care about hip-hop.
I couldn't tell a song or whatever.
I don't know.
That's not what it's about.
It's about an entire...
Culture is about an entire billion-plus dollar industry now being basically in risk of, well, disaster.
Now, let us begin, shall we?
Let us talk about this very interesting thing.
In the wake of the horrible mid-air collision over D.C., Involving, you know, the American Airlines passenger jet and a U.S. Army Black Hawk helicopter.
Let me just say this again.
A Black Hawk helicopter.
Not some little Piper Club, but this is the best of the best of the best military able to handle and maneuver.
Hell, even Bill Ackman today put up a post in which he had to take it down or a tweet.
Or an ex, or whatever it's called, where he said something to the effect of, you know, I think this looks like terrorism.
And they said, what?
What are you talking about?
I think it looks like terrorism.
Terrorism.
What are you talking about terrorism?
And he thought exactly the way I did.
Something's not right with this.
Now, the official narrative, of course, the official story, has been met with a barrage of skepticism from people like you and me.
Who are not necessarily conspiracy theorists, but we're saying either this story does or doesn't make sense at first blush.
Now here's a little bit of a sort of a deep dive into why we question at least the official account heretofore.
That doesn't mean we can't change our mind.
That doesn't mean that later on we'll say, oh, I understand now.
But the inconsistencies that have been highlighted, and the reasons that I think we all kind of believe something's weird about this, there's going to be a degree of cover-up, and none of this is at all shocking to you.
Really?
I mean, seriously, is it?
Okay.
Let's talk about the official account.
The official story says that American Airlines Flight 5342 Carrying 60 passengers and 4 crew members was on a kind of a routine approach to Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport.
And by the way, that's a funky airport because it's not it's the only one that's in D.C. It's not on the outskirts.
And it's Very harrowing.
And people have talked about it's really tough.
And I think the runway is like 7,000 feet versus 30,000 feet.
So in any event, we're learning about that.
But for years, there was no problem.
You know, Ronald Reagan Airport, okay.
So the Black Hawk helicopter was on a training mission with three soldiers aboard.
Why?
Why are you on a training mission there?
This is so meticulous.
The airspace, by virtue of how congested it is, you don't have military, and it's only for special dignitaries, and it's not considered a dullest airport.
So the incident, of course, resulted in a crash into the Potomac.
Sadly, no survivors.
No survivors reported.
And the explanation that was given was a tragic accident attributed to human error or, I guess, what, a failure in communication between ATC, air traffic control, and the pilots.
Is that it?
Let me stop right there.
Anybody buying that?
Do you believe this offhand?
Right off the bat.
Let me just ask a second.
Do you think like, yep, that's it.
Happens all the time.
Is it...
Somebody said it was a refresher training.
We're fighting.
Will you understand this?
Does anybody believe this?
Edwin Jones believes it.
Edwin, thank you.
You're the only one.
Go over there.
Get out of the crowd.
Give your seat up.
Because you're obviously not part of our group.
So take your belongings and get out.
Just kidding.
I'm busting your jobs.
Just kidding.
I'm kidding.
Ladies and gentlemen, thank you to OA.
Thank you so much.
OA.
It doesn't matter what her name is.
It doesn't matter.
OA will have to do.
Okay?
That's all I'm saying.
Okay?
Now, Here's from our perspective.
What are we looking at here?
Well, let's look at the timing and the location of this, shall we?
Why here?
Why now?
Why?
Why?
Good question.
The collision occurred over one of the most, listen to this, heavily secured, you know this, Hank, most heavily secured airspaces in the world, near the capital.
Now, some people argue that such an accident, especially involving, this is the weirdest thing, military hardware, like a Black Hawk, is almost inconceivable without deliberate intent or gross negligence beyond what's typically expected.
Okay?
They're supposed to be what we're saying?
I don't know.
They ask, How could modern collision avoidance technology, trained pilots, fail so catastrophically?
And I'm not necessarily talking about the American Airlines flight.
I'm not talking about them.
I'm talking about the Blackhawk.
And they're saying, now you don't understand.
So many times, you don't even look out the window.
We don't know anything.
We don't know.
Wow.
Really?
Oh, yeah.
The helicopters fly at 200.
The planes fly at 500.
Sometimes they drift.
We don't even know.
Sometimes we don't even look out the window.
Oh, my God.
I said, you sure are?
You're not winning me over.
Why are they saying that?
Why are they saying that?
It's the strangest thing where they say, oh, it's awful.
I say, well, why are you flying this thing?
I mean, we don't know where we're going.
We got these buttons and these lights and these people are talking.
Sometimes we won't even look up.
I heard this.
We won't even look out the window.
Dear God.
Now, let's talk about the role of the Blackhawk.
This is what I think is interesting.
Many people are questioning the purpose and circumstances of the Black Hawk's flight.
Why was a military helicopter, come on Ramona, come on OA, come on Pilgrim, why was a military helicopter engaged in training so close to civilian flight paths, especially at night?
Was this a rogue operation?
Something out of there?
Or was the helicopter meant to be there?
At that exact moment?
I mean, these are questions I want answered.
I'm not saying I know the answer.
Some people even suggest that the helicopter might have been on a mission that went awry or was chasing the plane for reasons unknown.
And I want to talk about something else which is most important.
First of all, Ramona.
Ramona says, hang on a minute, let me see something.
Ramona says, the first Pilgrim Media says, remember Larry Skutnik, 1982 Potomac, yep, that was Ronald Reagan's greatest moment.
Now Ramona Heath says, who were the Russian citizens in the flight?
They were, I believe, they were ice skaters and trainers or teachers or something who were part of some...
Ice skating event.
Nancy Kerrigan was reacting to it.
It was very, very sad.
Laurie Partridge says, don't want them to pilot my baby busy.
Don't want them to pilot my baby busy.
Interesting.
Interesting.
George Lenz says, did the helicopter have official markings?
It's a good question.
I don't know.
At night, does it matter?
Don't you have this thing called radar?
We're talking about at night?
Isn't this thing called instrument radar?
I mean, don't you have this thing, hey, there's a plane over there.
Again, I'm just a regular person.
Flight paths and maneuvers, video footage, eyewitness accounts, all have led, Lori Partridge probably knows, have all led to claims, and by the way, remember, we have a lot of dash cams, have all led to claims that the helicopter appeared to chase the plane before the impact.
Remember this morning, I was just, we're talking, I said, look at this like this.
I'm just, I'm just a regular, I'm just a regular person.
I'm just a regular person who just asks regular questions.
Artificial sweetener is the devil's word.
He says, never stop, Lionel.
You are the voice of reason.
Thank you for that.
Again, I am the voice of questions.
I love questions.
It's the lawyer me.
I just love questions.
It's the homicide detective.
I just wonder, what does this mean?
What does this mean?
Now, many people are arguing that Some of these maneuvers don't align with standard training or protocols or emergency procedures for collision avoidance?
What the hell's going on with this?
They question why...
Oh, and they're also saying, well, the FAA person quit a day before because of Trump.
There was only one person in the tower.
All of it seems to be other people's fault.
This is a Black Hawk helicopter.
They're in war.
They don't have air traffic controllers.
They're not used to this stuff.
There should be something that allows them to involve themselves, I would think, dear friends, in situations that That allow them to, dare I say, use, they have to be used to war, where you don't know what's going on out there.
And the idea that, you know, we're so busy, we're writing these down, and I don't know about that.
Pilgrim Media says those transponders can be seen on radar at low altitude.
Interesting.
Frank, a man who has been virtually non-existent, I thought for sure he was disappeared.
Taken by some type of militant group.
Says, this story reminds me of the container ship that ran into the Baltimore Bridge.
That's it.
His name is Frank.
Let me tell you something about Frank.
I've known Frank for years.
Frank's been a member of the conspiratorium for years.
Frank doesn't have any cutesy names.
Look at this one.
Artificial sweetener is the devil's workshop.
Pilgrim Media.
George Lentz.
He's Frank.
That's it.
That's what makes them so special.
White Monkey, the channel no one subs to.
You should put T-O versus T-O-O.
Anyway, he says, I was with those same flight attendants when I flew to New York City in September.
I remember her because I was joking with her.
Oh, sad.
I feel so sorry for these people.
The poor man who's texting his wife from Wichita.
Listen.
Please, if I'm wrong, please correct me.
Please correct me.
But I'm not interested, really, or apportioning any blame to those people.
To the, dare I say, to the Wichita people.
I'm not, I'm American Airlines.
Maybe it's, I'm just wrong.
Brad Wrong says, oh, Brad's got his birthdays.
Phil Collins is 74 today.
Dick Cheney's 84. Vanessa Redgrave, 88. And Gene Hackman, 95. Thank you so much for that, Brad.
Appreciate it.
I always like to hear a good review of birthdays.
Call me wacky.
Now, let's talk about this.
Many people are questioning why the helicopter didn't take more evasive action.
Ascending, descending, what's that all about?
Which is...
Basic piloting, some would say, some have suggested in various situations.
Then there's the issue of lack of clear communication.
ATC, air traffic control, silence.
There's a noted absence of clear, decisive commands, it is reported, from air traffic control in the moment leading up to the crash.
Now, some folks are arguing that this silence...
Or the nature of the communications captured, asking if pilots saw each other rather than giving direct instructions, suggests either a cover-up of some sort or an orchestrated event where those responsible were silenced or complicit.
We don't know.
We don't know.
Remember, we don't want to go necessarily to that immediately.
As the old expression goes, When you hear hoofbeats, don't think zebra.
Baron of Grey Matters says, oh, stop.
Traffic was called twice.
Pilot said he saw it both times and he would maintain visual separation.
Normal ops, he was told to pass behind CR.
Uh-huh.
Oh, stop.
So, nothing to say, Baron?
Is that what you're saying?
Baron has cleared this up.
Baron is just telling us.
What they said.
Let me ask you something, Barron.
Just as an example.
Have you ever heard an official statement that took the blame?
Like, for example, have you ever heard the official statement that says, the army was at fault, we were conducting a clandestine investigation, or, or, better yet, it appears that somebody may have hacked into this.
By virtue of some type of remote control, because that was one of the biggest concerns.
And they were actually showing that one of the features of Black Hawk is it could be flown by remote control.
Do you think, and this is an important question, Baron, do you think, have you ever heard an official statement that says, yep, that's us, on 9-11?
They go, yep, no, no, it wasn't what you think.
No, we did this.
No, no, that was us.
You ever hear that?
So what Barron is saying is he's repeating what they told you.
And I'm not suggesting for a moment, Barron, that that's not true.
That could have happened.
But I found out that most people do not admit their fault.
They don't do this.
So consequently, when you say, well, they said this, I found that people who normally are guilty of things, Don't normally admit their fault, so consequently, it doesn't make sense to repeat the official statement.
Stephen Lynch says, AA approach was changed from runway 1 to 33. Okay, don't know what that means, but thank you.
Vinny the Panda says, runway 33, I smell free Masonic shenanigans.
Now you do know there's an interesting number with the 33rd degree.
Could that be?
I don't know.
33 years was also the year Jesus Christ died.
33 is also...
Is it a prime number?
No, it's not a prime number.
Anyway, that's it.
So we'll see.
But the other questions I ask you.
Let's talk about...
Victimology and secrecy.
Who was on board?
A significant point of many people and those of us who are not unfamiliar with suspicion revolves around the identities and status of those on both aircraft.
Who were they?
Do we know?
Do we know?
Doesn't that help?
On that 9-11 day I told you, Immediately, they know where everybody sat, who they were, who flew.
They knew everything.
Immediately.
I'm just saying.
I don't know.
Maybe they do.
Maybe we're just civilians, and they say, well, look, we're not going to tell you.
And again, ask yourself, do you think Pete Hegseth is going to come over and say, hey, folks, guess what?
Hey, guys.
I just found out.
We screwed up.
Yeah, the Army screwed up.
You're the Secretary of Defense and you're going to give up?
Yeah.
Oh, yeah.
Because I'm into transparency.
Oh, I don't know.
You don't think somebody would have picked up the phone and said, Mr. President?
Yeah, listen.
Your worst suspicions are here.
Yeah.
It was deliberate.
Yep.
You want to go on the air with that?
Go ahead.
Be my guest.
Yeah, it was a targeted...
I'm just saying.
I'm just being crazy.
I'm not suggesting this.
But if that were the case, go, yep.
It was that guy aboard, and we wanted to do it and get him and take him out.
That's exactly it.
We did it to, was it Arbenz or whatever?
We've done this forever.
Who was the, um, who was the Iranian or whatever?
I mean, these things happen all the time.
If that were true, do you think President Trump would go and announce it to the world?
You think Pete Hegseth would say, hey, I told you transparency?
I don't think so.
I wouldn't think so.
People want transparency, but let's pretend that it exists.
Do we know enough about the passenger list?
Has anybody suggested that maybe prominent figures or individuals with sensitive information might have been on those flights?
Because that's the whole idea of, you see, don't know!
You see, the secrecy around the victim's identity is always critical.
And it fuels hypotheses and theories about Targeted hits, collateral damage, in a broader scheme.
And just to reiterate, we're not saying this.
We're just asking questions.
That's all I do.
I just ask questions.
Now, what about from a historical precedent point of view?
Past cover-ups.
You know, drawing parallels with historical aviation incidents like TWA Flight 800, Or the German wings crash.
You know, theorists argue that government cover-ups are not without precedent.
They'll cite examples where official stories evolved or were debunked years later.
You know that MH370?
Do we ever get the figure of that?
Nope.
Remember years ago, the Airbus?
Nope.
Flight 800?
Nope.
There's a good friend of ours who's watching now, I'm sure, who knows about that Flight 800.
Do we know anything about that?
No.
See, years later, it could be happening here.
What about politics, political motives, the political climate?
With Donald Trump as the 47th president, some folks connect the crash to, I know you're going to have a hard time believing this, political motives and political maneuvers.
Suggesting maybe it could be an attempt to divert attention.
You love that.
Diverting attention from other scandals and the like to send a message.
I mean, Trump's own questioning of the incident's avoidability has only fanned these flames with some people seeing his comments as Kind of an indirect acknowledgement of deeper issues.
Look what Bill Ackman said.
Bill Ackman called it terrorism.
I'm not saying it's anything.
I don't know.
I'm a civilian.
I don't know anything.
But I do have questions, as do we all.
What about the technical and procedural issues, the anomalies?
Any kind of technological failures?
Given the advancements that I, as a civilian, know, but given the advancements in aviation technology, from collision avoidance systems to radar and whatever the hell they use to find out who's around it, how could such a collision occur without a significant system failure or intentional disabling?
Or somebody taking over the control?
Are you willing to risk everything?
Are you willing to say, that's crazy.
That can't be.
Are you?
Anybody?
Do you know what we've seen in our lifetime?
Nothing's impossible.
Some people have argued that if these systems fail, it wasn't by accident, but by design.
Now, that could be, maybe not.
I don't know.
But these are the questions, and listen to me very carefully.
Listen, everybody, to me, very, very carefully.
And that goes to Michael, excuse me, Ms. Lauren, Ms. Lauren once said, Hi, Lionel, please cut to the chase.
Did the chopper deliberately crash into the plane?
How would I know that?
Are you listening to what I'm saying?
How could anybody say that?
That would mean I have information on this?
They're doing an investigation and I'm going to say, oh, no, no, I know this sitting here.
How would I know?
How would anybody know?
We're just asking questions.
Stephen says, original runway approach paths would not have crossed.
Okay.
So maybe it's interesting.
Maybe that could be.
Maybe this.
Maybe you're saying that because it was deliberately changed.
Maybe that follows or gives way to the idea of something deliberate.
Ramona, our good friend, says, does anyone remember the witness to Flight 800?
He was a pilot and he saw missile tracks going up to it.
Oh, yes.
He was on the news and he said, I'm a military pilot and I know what missile tracks look like.
And they never saw him again.
I don't know if they did, but I do remember that.
It was East Norwiches.
It was out there.
And they had people fishing in their boats.
And they saw this...
And they asked somebody, they said, do you know anything?
He says, look, I don't know anything about missiles, but I do know when a missile, or when something is going up, or something is going down.
That I know.
I don't know what it is.
They would say, well, it was flares.
It was the wings.
Okay, whatever it was.
That case stunk.
And they put together the...
Here it is.
Here was the...
Here was the seal.
Now, if I were the airline, if I were TWA, I would want to prove it was a missile attack, so I'm off the hook civilly.
Somebody may have said to them, you know, it might be a good idea for you just to play along with this and we'll make it worth your while.
Okay, eat this one for us.
Sparky, who's been AOL, said ATC noticed the helicopter too late and instead of screaming traffic alert, turn left, Standard practice.
To the jet, they ask the helicopter if they saw the jet, which ATC mistakenly rerouted.
Or, that's what they're telling you.
Sparky, do you think?
Do you think?
I'm just saying.
That somebody could have said, is there something you can say?
And I'm not suggesting this is happening.
I'm not suggesting that.
But do you believe somebody could have said, listen, Sparky, you've been doing this for a long time, yeah?
When somebody asks, would you say that?
Now, I don't know if what you're saying can be verified, if people monitoring the communications heard that.
They might have said, well, that's a good theory, Sparky, but we never heard that.
There was also some confusion before.
I don't know.
Again, I'm a civilian.
Siva Lynn says, change of runway, two different frequencies, human error.
Could be.
Could be.
Scott H. says, preliminary reports the tower was understaffed.
Only one person was on duty.
Should have been two.
New York Post, yeah, yeah.
Do you think that's it?
That if there had been two people there, they would not have seen this?
That the airline doesn't have any way of telling the Black Hawk?
Black Hawk.
Hey, listen, you're going to use these Black Hawk helicopters, yep, in the war, yep.
Okay, listen.
Make sure you're careful out there.
Because if you're out there in the desert doing whatever, make sure you've got good air traffic control because this thing doesn't have any radar on it or anything.
So you can go out there and you can maneuver and all that stuff.
But make sure you're not distracted.
Make sure somebody's telling you which way to go because this is...
Do you believe this?
I don't know.
Could be.
German wings was caused by an SSRI.
There you go.
That was...
Remember the...
Thank you.
Do you remember?
This is flight 9525.
And this was very interesting.
This was the story.
This was the crash was deliberately caused by the co-pilot, Andreas Lubitz, who had previously been treated for suicidal tendencies.
And declared unfit to work.
And by the by, if you look at that, and by the way, we don't know whether it's SSRIs, but because remember, Sparky, as you know, the reason why they are taking SSRIs is the issue at hand.
Why are they taking SSRIs?
Because they have problems, but under this new kind of a weird, these Biden type of Pete, booty, giggity, giggity provisions.
You could be demented and deranged and still be allowed to appear for whatever.
So, I don't know.
We'll see about that.
But, here's my question to you, dear friends.
Do you think, here's the question, And Sparky, you and everybody else, Ramona, if they had made a mistake, if somebody said, we made a mistake because we had one, two, few people here, we were overworked or whatever, it's our mistake.
Do you think they would have said that?
Sparky says, there's the ATC recordings and radar recordings.
Of course, there were some Russian figure skaters on the jet.
I mean, that's interesting.
I don't know, but...
They were retired.
What difference would that make?
I mean, you know, they're Russian.
It was sad.
But here's my question.
Do you believe, because you keep pointing to the official results, do you believe that that would ever be suggested or explained?
Carla, the cooking CEO, our dear friend, says, I saw DEI and they had...
And they had four retards in the air traffic control.
Plus, who's to say remote takeover of Black Hawk?
That's what I was suggesting.
There is a movie coming down with that title, on the title, or the tittle, as you say, which is very interesting.
Or I say rather the DEI.
Well, I don't know whether...
Listen, you tell me, Carla, how anybody could eliminate that, and I'll be interested.
Ramona says, hell no, they wouldn't.
Exactly.
People do not respond.
Do you know, ladies and gentlemen, and I want you to listen to me very carefully, on this day 23 years ago, on the 11th day of the ninth month, there was a building, you might have heard about it, at 5.20pm, that...
And it wasn't hit by anything.
There was some carpet fire and some drapes or something.
Maybe some carpet from something.
They said, oh, it was the debris.
Debris?
They made it sound like these were made up.
Anyway, nobody but nobody brought that up for years.
And I'm telling you, they still don't know that.
They still...
I never heard anybody say, oh, by the way, in an attempt to be clear, this Building 7 over here, I just want you to know about this.
We...
No.
That was never said.
I never forgot that.
They still haven't said that.
And you think they're going to tell you all of the errors that they made?
They're going to blame...
Oh, it was one guy.
And they're going to say, we lied.
And remember, watch what the government admits to.
Sparky says the helicopter was on its normal route.
The jet wasn't.
So you say, so Sparky, what happens if you're in the war and Al-Qaeda is not on your spec?
Let's say Al-Qaeda says, hey, that's a Black Hawk.
Yeah, they're going this way.
Don't worry about it.
They don't have any...
Any ability.
No telemetry.
No avionics.
No nothing.
They don't know who's out there.
So remember, this Blackhawk, hey, this is our thing.
We're not moving.
This is a battle.
This is a Blackhawk.
Now, I'm noticing they're going to trash this pilot, whether it's deserved or not.
You know what's coming.
And people are just going to repeat whatever they give you.
Steven says, I think all this...
I'd think full disclosure under Trump.
No way.
Uh-uh.
He can't do that.
Hillbilly says, find the black boxes.
Yeah, that's good.
The black boxes are really not the issue.
The issue is, we saw this.
Black boxes are, when you don't see anything, you're wondering, what happened?
What happened?
It dove.
It was, we found them.
No, no, it's right there.
We saw it.
We don't need a black box.
There it is.
Coming this way.
You're talking to people.
Vinny the Panda says, let us remember Panem 103.
Blown up over Lockerbie.
CIA agents at the scene searching baggage before the emergency services even got there.
Remember how quick this was also.
Very, very quickly.
Sparky says, Saturday Night Live had this skid parody of a Jerry Lewis movie, The Nutty Air Traffic Controller, over 40 years ago.
Interesting.
Here he is, Baron of Gray Matter, says, Level of dumb here.
OMG.
Two people in the tower, local and ground, changed to runway 33 was to clear a departure off runway 1, which you hear one minute later.
Sparky is wrong.
I was ATC in the military as well as FAA.
Now, Barron, let me ask you this.
I appreciate it.
Do you believe the information you are being given?
Yes or no?
Do you believe that if, and you know what, let's hope, not hope you're right because it's a tragedy, but do you believe the information that you were given?
And Barron, you were in the military.
And if something were wrong, do you think the military would say, Barron, tell them, report exactly what happened.
Don't make something up.
Don't.
No, no, no.
Tell them what happened.
Baron, would you do that?
Do you think that?
No, no, Baron.
We're the military.
You tell them.
We take the blame.
We're the government.
You tell them that.
Go ahead.
*laughs*
Baron says, of course.
Yeah.
Now, that could be, but I don't trust anybody.
Name one person who's Ever, ever come out and said, yep, it was my fault.
Pilgrim Media says it's a need-to-know deal with the feds and the military.
Yeah, it certainly is, in some cases.
But where do you think this is coming from?
It's going to come from people, believe it or not, kind of like you and me, who know their expertise, people who have some degree of expertise in this, and people who are involved in it.
But it's also going to come from people who have been a part of this type of experience, like Barron and others.
And others who are going to sit back and say, no, no, that's not what happened.
That's not what happened.
You've got to understand something, my friends.
I don't know how to tell you this.
Maybe I'm just jaundiced.
Maybe I'm just permanently scarred.
I was here...
During the biggest thing ever.
Lori Cuck, by the way, says, lie, lie, lie, all they ever tell us is lies.
If they told the truth, we'd never know.
It's very interesting.
Sparky says, below 500 feet, the avoidance measures are abridged on both the jet and the helicopter.
It was night in a congested area with the two aircraft on separate frequencies.
And none of this is ever, ever Taken into consideration.
None of this.
None of this.
There's no way.
Remember, hi, I'm so-and-so from American Airlines.
Join us, but don't fly into national Ronald Reagan, and you better not fly at night, and if somebody at the last minute changes something, forget it.
We haven't figured that one out yet.
If somebody changes the wrong runway or if somebody's looking down or not looking out the window, we are done.
Planes land.
How many planes take off and land safely in the world every day?
And the answer to that is...
According to available data, around 100,000 planes take off and land safely around the world every day.
This is from the International Civil Aviation Organization and others, but FAA has reported managing over 45,000 flights daily within the United States safely.
45,000 every single day.
Barron says, I'm sorry, you are wrong.
Pilot of Hilo...
Is the cause of pilot error?
Perhaps wrong aircraft in sight.
Watch the freaking video.
They were on the same frequency.
Now, again, you don't know that.
I'm sorry, sir.
Let me ask you.
Is there any way, and I hope, I'm not hoping the Hilo pilot was incorrect, but is there any way that That can be changed to make it look...
First of all, you're just assuming that the information that's being given has not been sifted through somebody from FAA, somebody from the government.
Here's what you say.
Here's what we need for the...
Because there's always a baron of gray matter out there.
We've got to make sure he knows what's going on.
Tell him this.
Whether it's true or not.
Nobody's going to follow up on it.
Stephen Lynch says...
Yearly flight for Blackhawk.
Flew same twice.
Flew same twice Saturday.
I don't know what that means, but yeah.
Listen, again, this is wonderful if it's true.
Lori says, hey Barron, we're jaded by lies.
We don't trust no stinking video.
Well, I don't even know about that.
What I'm asking is very simply this.
Would you put your life on the line?
Would you sign something, Barron?
A document.
Risking everything and saying, based upon me, Barron, thank you for your service.
I used to do this.
I was in the military.
I was in ATC.
I was doing that.
I'm here.
I have the same information you do.
They're giving me this.
Governments don't lie.
Military never lies.
People don't like to cover civil liability, negligence, whatever.
I am 100%.
I'm an expert witness.
I'm barren of gray matter.
I'm an expert witness.
And what have you looked at, sir?
Whatever they told me in the newspaper, or the news, beg your pardon?
Whatever I was told on the news, that is what I'm basing my expert opinion on.
Say that again?
That's right.
I have no reason to believe that media, and by the way, media do a wonderful job in scouring the truth.
Media.
Can you imagine those dingleberries on News Nation?
Wait a minute.
Don't go on with that.
Yeah.
That's what they're telling you.
No, no.
Chris Cuomo.
Make sure we find out.
Verify this.
Don't just go and repeat what the government says.
Are you kidding me?
Are you kidding me?
Sparky says, there's a crisis of competence across the board in the U.S. in just about every occupation.
Plenty of close calls caused by ATC in the last few years.
It was just a matter of time.
Maybe.
Maybe not.
I don't know.
But let me go back to what I'm saying.
I would love to see, seriously, if we had a trial right now, And you were to take the stand and you would qualify, Baron.
And by the way, seriously, thank you for your service.
I appreciate that.
But you were to take the stand and you qualify.
This, this, this.
I get my witness and I say, would you ever base an opinion in court or whatever it is, under oath, Based upon what you read or heard in the media?
That is probably right, but would you ever?
Of course not.
Do you understand that the United States media still, as of today, pay homage to a place called Shanksville, where nothing ever crashed?
And they put up an obelisk or a statue or some tribute.
To this day, presidents go there, Trump, and they salute.
Nothing happened there.
Nothing.
Nobody ever questioned it.
Never.
And they had news reports that said, no, hold it.
It's over here.
New Baltimore, Indian Lake.
That's where the collision...
No, no, no, no.
I thought to myself, you've got to be kidding.
And Barron, God bless him, because he said, you all are stupid, you're crazy, you don't know what's going on.
It was this, based upon what they're telling you.
Do you think anybody in the government, and again, I'm saying this for the millionth time, do you think anybody in the government really and truly Honestly, honestly, doesn't have anybody who is available who would say, here's what you say.
I know what I'm going to do.
You say this.
You say that they switched the thing.
And if somebody says, wait a minute, we're not able to verify this.
What do you mean?
We're not able to verify them switching channels, or who's not able to?
The people.
Say whatever you want.
Say they changed the runway, didn't change the runway, stick to your story, and if some guy named Barron the Gray Matter from Finocchio, Alabama, Says, wait a minute.
I listened to that.
Uh-huh.
No, you don't understand.
Who are you?
I was in the military.
Okay, I've got generals here.
You want to talk to them?
No, no, you don't understand.
You're not saying the truth.
It wasn't this way.
It wasn't runway one.
It was 33 and that's the Masonic.
And they're going to say, no, it wasn't.
And you're going to say, yes, it was.
And nothing will come of this.
It's the easiest thing in the world.
Nothing.
Most people right now, I swear to God, they're going to throw a wreath, they're going to do whatever it is, and it probably is.
I'm saying it again.
But that's not because I believe their words.
Carla, the cooking CEO, says, I'll move to have that witness disqualified under Dobert.
Oh, immediately.
Well, there you go.
Laurie Cuck says, seriously.
We're the freaking plane.
Okay, I like that.
George Lynn says, make no mistake, the overlords have contempt for us.
Well, that's true.
Steven Lynch says, in my opinion, based only on flight aware, no media.
Lori Cox says, and if you don't see a plane, you go on a list.
Okay?
Listen, that's fine.
Listen, that's fine.
I wish somebody would say this.
And by the way, Mr. Barron, I appreciate your work.
I wish you would say, assuming this to be true.
Assuming this is the correct information.
Assuming this is the forensic.
Assuming, yeah.
If this were true, yeah, maybe.
Maybe.
Today, we had a hearing where the government, which may or may not, your government, had either contributed to January 6th, exacerbated January 6th,
caused January 6th, infiltrated January 6th, your government that put people underneath the prison and this gulag for basically trespassing, And for parading without a permit, that government is telling you, no, it was runway one, runway three.
And somebody said, well, I heard the tape.
Can you authenticate that?
Is this a true and accurate depiction of the entire tape?
Is there anything else in there?
Oh, I don't know.
It doesn't really matter.
We have, my friends, I hate to say this, Bobby Kennedy Jr., whose father was dispatched by Thane, when it was Caesar, and nobody's ever even brought that up.
Bobby brought it up, but nobody even listens to him.
Bobby Kennedy says, I know who removed my father.
Nobody cares.
Nobody cares.
Okay.
Bobby Kennedy's uncle, John Kennedy, his own family doesn't care.
And you mean to tell me?
That you've got this plain thing all figured out.
We take presidents out buildings.
We destroy history.
And you think that you've got the information that all you need to know on this, which could probably be correct.
You had a hearing today, I'm just saying, where people were Rand Paul.
Who says, I'm a physician.
Hepatitis B is caught through drug abuse and sexual activity.
Why are you giving it to a one-day-old baby?
Rand Paul was made by your government to seem like an idiot.
And you think that everything you need to know about this tragedy is going to be provided on Fox News?
And they're going to have their own expert.
Oh, yeah.
If there was some expert who showed up, let me tell you something, Harris Faulkner, I would look into the fact of whether this thing were controlled, let's say, remote control.
What?
Get him off!
Get him off!
That's the way we work in this country.
Nelson A., ladies and gentlemen, says, drone reunion tonight over the skies of New Jersey, like the incident in D.C. Nada to see here.
Drone reunion.
You're seeing more drones?
Did you hear the president?
God love President Trump.
Did you hear what he said the other day?
Through Caroline Levin?
Well, we looked at it.
Nothing to see here.
And it's not the enemy.
It's just also some hobbyist.
And there are others that might be involved.
Nothing to see here.
Thank you.
Now, what I would do is, if I hired Barron again, I'd say, Barron, I want you to do me a favor.
We're going to hire you.
I want you to be my aide, my expert witness.
Tell me how you could, could we want, let's say we have a Federal Torts Claim Act, FTCA, against the federal government, and we're trying to prove negligence on their part.
Go through this.
Tell me what you know.
Tell me how you would hide something.
Tell me.
I don't think you would say, well, look, I was watching, you know, Drudge had it, and I heard it on thing, and I, you know, and I heard this, and they moved it, and that's it.
No, no, no, no, no, Barron, no.
This is the federal government.
I want you to help me.
No, no, I, that's, that was it.
That's it.
Yep, that's what they said.
They don't lie.
They don't lie.
Well, it's not what the government said.
That's it.
And I promise you, remember, President Trump, God bless him, remember when that fateful day, 23 years ago, when he said, I've built buildings before, and I've seen the way buildings, remember that?
Never said that again.
Don't be surprised if somebody said, don't you ever do that.
Now let me ask you a question.
Let me ask you a question.
You are in charge of the Pentagon.
You're Pete Hegseth.
And Pete Hegseth says, I've got a military that for the past four years have been through more horror because of the Biden administration than you can imagine.
I don't want to see how I'm going to handle this.
Do I bring somebody out court-martialing?
Remember General McChrystal?
Remember him?
Boy, they just...
And they're going to go after General Milley, knock a star off him, whatever it is.
But do you think Pete Hegseth would go on and say, okay, I'm going to...
This guy and his family, we're going to, after the fact...
And let's assume he was negligent.
Let's just assume.
We're going to berate him after he's dead.
What do you think the rest of the military...
But think of their new Secretary of Defense if he did that.
What do you think would happen?
What do you think?
Do you think Pete Hegseth would say, I'm sorry, this guy was wrong and we're going to...
Or do you show your troops, I got your back.
I'm just going to sit down, I'm going to be quiet, I'm going to let this go away.
I'm going to let the civilian people, I'm just...
I'm going to say, based upon our level of preliminary investigation, we don't see any reason to suspect.
And I'm going to do nothing.
I'm just going to basically do nothing.
Because I don't want to do anything to hurt the esprit de corps, which I've been trying to maintain.
He could very well do that.
I promise you.
I promise you.
If I had witnesses, let me get my own witnesses.
I'll get them.
My own.
Experts?
And they'll say, oh, no, no, no, no, no.
Look for this, this, this, this, and this.
State your name for the record.
Barron, the gray matter.
Has anybody ever changed a runway?
Happens all the time.
Happens all the time.
And when it happens all the time, how many crashes are there?
None.
There was a guy who said, I've flown into Reagan for 50 years.
50. He explains how you've got to go down the side of the Potomac, take a right, 50 degree over here.
It's weird.
7,000 foot runway versus 13,000, blah, blah, blah.
I promise you.
I could say, and what happens if this, if there's a change?
Oh, that's no problem.
I would also get, state your name for the record, Major General Warren Officer so-and-so.
Are you an expert?
Have you flown the Black Hawk?
Absolutely.
How many times?
Oh, a thousand.
I was in Black Hawk now.
I was fighting war.
Have you fought in battle?
Yes.
Do you have any type of device that lets you know, especially in battle, if there are any planes?
No, we don't have that.
No.
You're basically SOL.
You're on your own.
We have nothing.
We don't have any...
It takes up too much space.
We don't have any radar or any type of avoidance, collision.
Nothing.
Nothing.
I mean, does this make any sense?
Or, he could very well say, oh, it happens all the time.
I mean, I'm surprised it doesn't happen more often.
Could be.
But something...
Something, and I think Laurie said it best, we just don't trust anything the government does.
Pilgrimedia says he would get fraged or fragged, I think you were saying.
Sparky says retired airline pilot Dan Greider of Probable Cause, who solved the D.B. Cooper case.
Was that solved?
And Juan Brown of Blanco Lirio are doing YouTube sources for this and other.
Aircraft issues.
I haven't checked the mainstream media.
Well, that's good.
Thank you for that.
I hope you go and tell them that we're doing this as well.
I thank you for that.
So, again, and were you there, sir?
No.
Do you know anything?
No, I don't have any information either.
Okay, but you were a pilot.
Yeah, I was a pilot.
But I don't know anything about this.
So, let's start with this.
Number one, let us presume, let us start, not that the information is false.
We're not doing that.
Let us say, this is what they're giving.
Thank you very much.
That's number one.
Number two, what is the likelihood of us believing?
Better yet, what would be the motivation for the government to lie about this?
What would be the motivation for a government to avoid blame?
Number one.
What would be the motivation for a government to...
And we've got to find out who was on that manifest.
Remember, did you hear somebody at first mention the name...
Didn't Mayorkas...
Didn't you hear, honey, Mayorkas?
We heard that name.
Very early this morning.
And I don't know anything about that.
But let's assume...
And again, I'm not saying this.
But let's assume Mayorkas was on that plane.
Or something.
You think this would change the...
I don't know.
I'm not saying it.
Again, I'm telling you this.
All I do is I provide a framework of questioning.
It's all I do.
But isn't that interesting?
Isn't that fascinating?
Isn't this fascinating how this thing works?
And you also find people, and I found this, some people who will stick to those stories and those saying, there is nothing to this.
Nothing.
Really?
Nothing.
Okay.
And what they do is they say, well, because I've gone this long sticking to this story for this amount of time, I am not going to budge a minute from this.
I'm not going to budge a minute.
Okay, fine.
And you've seen these people before, right?
Well, I was in the military, and this happens all the time.
Really?
Absolutely.
Okay, well, maybe it does, maybe it doesn't.
I don't know.
In any event.
What do you think about such and such?
I don't know about that.
Okay, fine.
I have been through this.
You have no idea.
You have no idea.
I have been through the 9-11 days.
I'll tell you another one, which is interesting.
Maybe you don't remember this, but I do.
When I was on WABC, it was during the height of the O.J. Simpson case.
And overnight, overnight, everybody was a blood splatter expert.
I've never seen anything like it.
I never...
And they said, the one I'll never forget is, why wasn't there more blood in the Bronco?
And I'll never forget that.
I can almost see it now.
This was 30 or whatever years ago.
Anyway.
And I said, what was that again?
He says, why wasn't there more blood in the Bronco?
This is the person who disbelieved OJ's guilt.
I said, well, let me ask you a better question.
Why was there any blood in the Bronco?
You're missing the point.
Immediately.
So then we started talking about this.
And they said, you know, OJ should have been just covered with...
So we had this emergency room.
Physician, he called me and says, well, let me tell you what happens when somebody has been stabbed.
And let's say blood pressure has dropped significantly because of internal bleeding.
Normally, any type of, you know, thoracic, you know, cervical, I should say cervical cut or whatever, would result in, you know, this shower, this cascade of...
But if the blood pressure is so low, nothing will happen.
And I said, I can't believe this.
And the people kind of, I'm not saying that our good friend Barron is like that, but in this particular case, these people said, I am not going to be challenged, and they doubled down on it.
They said, no, you don't understand.
He goes, no, wait, wait, you don't know anything about this.
Go back to that day, downtown, 23 years ago.
You see, when metal is heated, And over, and they went into blood, metal stress, elasticity, plasticity.
They were experts in this.
Well, you know, I used to work in a, and I used to do a demolition, and they were experts.
And they stuck to it.
And you say, well, that's really not true because, you know, this is free fall speed.
It doesn't matter.
Now you're challenging me.
And they double down.
And go, you people are stupid.
Oh my God, OMG, you're just stupid.
Why?
Because I'm challenging you.
I'm saying, in essence, this doesn't prove anything.
You're just feeling kind of, you know, hurt.
Your feelings are hurt.
So that's it.
So we will pick up with this tomorrow.
I think this is just superb.
Ladies and gentlemen, absolutely.
Absolutely.
Ladies and my different Sparky, Pilgrim, Nelson A., Laurie Cuck, Stephen Lynch, George Lenz, Carla, the cooking CEO, thank you.
Baron of Grey Matter, thank you.
You have been a delight this evening, and I thank you so much for your time and your perseverance.
Pilgrim, of course, I thank you.
Vinnie the Panda, Hillbilly55, we thank you.
Ramona, Ramona Heath, ladies and gentlemen.
Scott H, Stephen, Ramona, Ms. Lauren1, I thank you.
Brad Rung, White Monkey, Frank, he just goes by the name Frank.
Artificial Sweetener is the Devil's Work, thank you.
Lori Partridge, ladies and gentlemen, who spends much of her time watching dashcam videos of, interestingly enough, Russian airline disasters.
We're perhaps an OA thank you as well.
What a delightful time.
What a delightful evening.
Wasn't this great?
Wasn't this fun?
Wasn't this fun?
Please go and hear my both on Lionel Legal and On Lionel Nation, my review of the super serious indictment in the Diddy case, which is terrific.
Do you have yours up yet from today yet?
Honey, do you have your...
Yes.
Mrs. L has a video coming up with a retired FBI agent.
It is...
Incredible.
Go to Lin's Warriors and sign up.
Sparky says, Grider figured out D.B. Cooper was the first copycat.
Richard Floyd McCoy, who the FBI dismissed because he was in his 20s.
D.B. Cooper was described in his 40s.
McCoy looked like Cooper.
And I will double check.
I'm sure that is indeed...
God bless him.
Anybody who jumps out of a jet, good for him.
Bless his heart.
All right, my friends.
Don't forget, thanks.
We will be back tomorrow morning at usual time.
Thank you so much.
And again, your discussion, remember, be skeptical, question everything.
But when you dismiss something, you should have a reason to dismiss it, not just to say, ah!
So, it is a fine balance.
All right, ladies and gentlemen, have a great and a glorious day.
Don't ever change and mean that sincerely.
And until tomorrow, remember these words.
The monkey's dead.
Shows oversue you.
Export Selection
