I hope you can see this motto, this shibboleth, this apathom, so to speak.
This motto.
Trump, 2024, the rules.
Have changed.
I remember when I first saw this capita, it was a vendor selling.
I thought, oh, I like that idea.
And even then, I was prescient enough, and dare I say, vatic enough, and pythonic enough to recognize that, yeah, things were changing.
The rules were changing.
Left and right, it's over with.
There's no such thing as left and right.
I'm not even sure what the Democratic Party is.
I'm not even sure.
I have no idea how this even works.
And I'm using words more and more that are all cliched.
But in the nuclear bomb blast and the verbal bombast of this dystopian hellscape that once was the opulent playground for The Hollywood elite upon elite,
the Pacific Palisades, this firestorm has hit not only of flames, but the incredible rage, this incandescent anger against the Democratic leadership, or lack thereof, in California and Los Angeles.
And from the radical left bastions, the go-to group, Which was the Hollywood elite, and I keep using the word elite, but it's true.
This unimaginable, incomprehensible, humane catastrophe, fueled, so they say, and I think excessively so, by the Santa Ana winds, the hurricane force winds, and exacerbated and made worse and horrified even more from what can only be described as the gross and, I think, criminal incompetence of Mayor Karen Bass and Gavin Newsom.
It's left the city in ruins, literally, figuratively, actually.
And the very foundation of their leadership is crumbling under the weight, the apparent weight, the ineptitude of their failures as the once glamorous, Streets of L.A. have turned into this.
Again, I'm using this.
Hellscape.
It looks like Hiroshima or Dresden.
It's unbelievable.
I mean, we've seen fires.
I've seen hurricanes where, granted, it's a different disaster element, but there's something that, oh, look, this was a house.
I don't see anything.
And I see this pin.
Point, precision, this absolute pulverization, this atomization of a house with nothing around it, touched.
We'll get into that later, and I think you know my thoughts on that.
I mean, look at this, the homes of people like Billy Crystal, Paris Hilton, Anthony Hopkins.
Now look.
I don't want, please, I beg, I really mean it.
I don't care what you think about their politics, I don't care what you think about their acting, or whether they're leftists or not, or, ha ha ha, well, you know, they weren't, they weren't, you know, Trump's buddies before.
I know schadenfreude is one thing, but no, no, no.
We must reach out, extend a hand of friendship and say, come to our side.
And I'll be honest with you, just because, I mean, I'm always asking my wife, who are these people?
But if you tell me they're famous, that's good enough.
Same thing with sports stars.
I don't know who they are.
But if you tell me they're important, that means something.
Shara Michelle Gellar, an actress who knows a thing or two about disaster from her roles on screen, somebody say, didn't mince words when she took to Instagram to absolutely lambast the city's leadership.
Quote, this is a quote, City of LA, you want everyone to evacuate, yet you have complete gridlock with not a single traffic cop on the roads to help.
She seethed.
She angrily stated, directly calling out Bass, the hypocrisy of demanding evacuation while providing zero support in the chaos.
Is the hallmark of a lack of leadership that's more interested in photo ops, I guess, and political posturing, and maybe inaugurations in Ghana than in the safety of its citizens.
I mean, it's just absolutely incredible.
You wonder, don't they have in their mind, don't they have the slightest, slightest political Instinct to milk this for all it's worth, even if you don't believe a word of it.
I mean, these fires have burned uncontrolled, unchecked for days.
They've laid bare, laid waste the true cost of these horrible liberal policies that have...
Been pushed by Bass and Newsome and everybody else.
And actor James Woods, God bless him, who lost his home to this horrible...
I'm using words like inferno.
Again, I sound cliched, but I really mean it.
These words, hellscape, inferno, apocalyptic, it's true.
On X, he was venting.
Piercing through this veil of climate change shite, this rhetoric, exposing the real culprits, liberal idiots, this is his quote, liberal idiots like Gavin Newsom and Karen Bass, his words echoed and reverberated and spoke true to a sentiment that many in the community felt deeply about.
It's incredible.
And it wasn't some natural disaster.
It's not just, you know, don't blame the Santa Ana winds.
This was man-made.
Courtesy of those at the helm of California's political, I call it a machine, but it's not even a machine.
It's more like a junker or a jalopy.
Woods' home, once a sanctuary, now is just another number.
Another number in the tally.
They're going to put marks, probably looted, that's another story too, broken into, pilfered.
It speaks volumes, rather, about not only the failure of fire management, and that's putting them mildly, but the inability to maintain even basic infrastructure, like water reservoirs, but you can't do that when you're worried about steelhead and salmon, and you've got this pusillanimous titmouse named Gavin Newscomb, who...
It is working on a planet that I have yet to visit.
Sarah Foster, another voice from Hollywood, didn't hold back either.
She slammed, I love that word, slammed, excoriated the city in unpreparedness.
And despite, despite the incredible taxes siphoned from these folks, She said, quote, our fire hydrants were empty.
Our vegetation was overgrown, brush not cleared.
Our reservoirs were emptied by our governor because tribal leaders wanted to save fish.
This is what President Trump said, precisely.
This isn't mismanagement.
It's criminal betrayal.
It's negligence.
It's manslaughter.
Bass and new scum have, what do you call her, ass.
They prioritized this, I don't know what, this psychotic fringe over the fundamental, the rudiments of governance, leaving this state vulnerable, again, to, again, these words, cataclysmic events, like these wildfires, and they knew about them.
Her call for resignation was not just a cry of frustration.
And by the way, these are not at all from the liberal bastions.
These are from people that, I mean, put it this way, like they used to say, if I've lost Cronkite, I've lost Mid-America.
Well, if you lose these people, let me tell you something, Gavin Newsom, you've lost it.
And you can kiss 2028 goodbye.
They demand accountability.
In the face of such criminal neglect.
Valentin Schmerkowski, please forgive me if I'm not pronouncing these names correctly, added his voice to this resounding anger chorus of condemnation and loathing and accusation of betrayal, pointing out the absurdity Of having the fifth largest economy on the planet.
The fifth!
Yet firefighters lack water pressure?
To fight fires?
Wait a minute, doesn't it, it's like, what?
What?
Quote, the taxes we pay for third world infrastructure is unbelievable.
And again, it highlighted and reiterated and reverberated the stark contrast between the wealth of the state and the poverty, the abject poverty of its emergency response capabilities to its richest constituents.
It's incredible.
And the personal toll of this disaster has been...
I mean, just listen.
You just have to watch this.
Heart-wrenching.
Again, whatever it please, because I know sometimes people say, but you watch her.
She is going to be a force.
Remember, the rules have changed.
The people that were once the, put it, the ones who were loathed, you've got James Woods on CNN.
You've got people now shaking hands.
You've got people saying, wait a minute, that's a great Cam Fong, as Chin Ho on Hawaii Five-0 said, we're all in this together, brother.
And I bet you, from Paris Hilton, watching her Malibu dream home turn into a nightmare on live TV, Billy Crystal mourning the loss of his longtime residence.
Remember, these are individual museums.
Your house is more, it's not, it's where, it's a little mark sometimes where your kids grew.
It's your museum.
It's where your stuff is.
It's where your home is.
Where your pets and your, it's, I don't have to explain to you what that is.
These are not just stories of loss.
But again, of the criminal dereliction of duty, the misfeasance, the nonfeasance of these individuals.
And you've got Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt, these reality stars, who also lost everything.
Showcased and highlighted the indiscriminate nature of disaster.
Brought about, this is incredible, by a lack of foresight.
Preparation.
Thought.
And let me also say, these individuals who were screaming and yelling for all of the billions to go to Ukraine are now saying, wait a minute.
Now they're coming around.
Why?
Because the rules have changed.
By Thursday, by when I'm recording this, the fires had ravaged nearly 30,000 acres.
With at least five lives lost.
And yet, the response from Bass and Newscom has been absolutely nothing short of disgraceful, non-existent, unbelievable.
Their policies wrapped up in the guise of progressive ideology.
Left California, again, the fifth largest economy on the planet, without an infrastructure.
Without emergency services.
All of it in shambles.
The Palisades Fire alone, with over 17,000 acres destroyed, stands as a testament to their, again, I submit to you, dear friends, their criminal negligence.
This is not just a crisis.
This is a condemnation, once and for all, of a leadership, of an ideology that has failed at every turn.
And when you have Hollywood's largest, biggest stars, screaming, once, Democratic, the mainstays, where's Clooney?
Where are these other people?
The ones who stood up and said that Biden was okay.
Where are they?
Are they jumping in to even help?
Is Zuckerberg helping?
Who?
Look at this.
Watch what happens.
Look at who in the community.
They're so afraid to speak.
Some of these people are such pusillanimous tits that they don't even say anything.
They're implicit.
They're afraid.
Even now.
But the ones who are speaking, this is a clarion call, my friends, not only for change of leadership, but a change of direction, a change of policy, a change of politics, and polity.
Bass and Newscom have not only lost the trust of their regular constituents, but they've showed that what they are doing, that how they have reacted, is so monumentally criminal.
It is beyond anything anybody could even imagine.
Let me say this again to you.
Do not think I'm exaggerating.
This is criminal.
Very rarely do we see people who are so inept, so maladept, if there was such a name, or maladapt, in any event, at governance, where it traverses into the lane of criminal liability and exposure.
This is the time.
Watch what happens.
Because the rules have changed, my friends.
What do you think?
Let me know your thoughts and comments in the comments below.
Let her rip.
Don't hold back.
And comment.
The world is listening.
