	In what appears to be one of these news stories of obvious, Joe Biden will be stepping down.
	He'll be stepping down because, of course, he has to step down because of the fact that he can't function.
	It has nothing to do with strategy.
	Can he get the right delegates?
	What do the polls say?
	What about superdelegates?
	He can't do anything.
	Imagine, God forbid, imagine theoretically that he was dead.
	Imagine that he pulled a Mel Carnahan.
	He was no more like a dead parrot.
	Imagine that.
	Well, everybody now is saying he'll be gone.
	And the leaks aren't leaks.
	They're announcements.
	Everybody is saying from multiple sources that Joe Biden will be gone.
	He will withdraw from the weekend, or by the weekend, probably Sunday.
	And according to these sources, there's no...
	I know you know this.
	There's no sources.
	This is a way they provide information.
	But according to these...
	Sources, they're saying, oh, this is happening all of a sudden.
	It's not happening all of a sudden.
	He's been gone since 2017.
	But I digress.
	I sound like a broken record.
	I realize this, okay?
	Everybody said it would happen at a kind of a gradual pace, kind of peri passu, and then all of a sudden, boom, that's it.
	That's it.
	Now, many people were suspecting last night, believe it or not, that he would have actually been He would have quit during or right before the President's speech to somehow steal the thunder.
	Anything is possible.
	I said, no, they wouldn't do that.
	Then I said, wait a minute, what am I talking about?
	These people are absolutely sick.
	Now, you're going to be hearing that Biden has agreed to step down.
	Agreed.
	That's like somebody agreeing to walk off the plank, agreeing to the cigarette in a blindfold, agreeing to the gallows.
	Nobody agrees to this.
	They're not going to drag him out kicking and screaming.
	They've made deals like you can't believe regarding his monies, his prosecutions, his son, his family.
	Remember, all those Bidens have those LLCs and...
	All of these weird financial arrangements for monies we never got to the bottom of.
	Now, they've already drafted, quote, a speech, which is going to be using big words, and he'll probably say pause in the middle of the speech.
	He's going to continue on as president.
	That's the issue.

	They're going to run up to him and force him for every kind of lame duck bill or perk there is.
	He can do whatever he wants, theoretically.
	Now, he also will, according to these leaks, he will not endorse Kamala Harris, his vice president.
	And the idea is that they're supposedly hoping that he will...
	endorse or suggest or ratify or encourage an open process in which the convention is open to Kamala Harris and Gavin Newsom and Gretchen Whitmer and Shapiro and all these others, okay?
	Now, as you know, since the beginning of time, Kamala Harris, cackling Kamala, has been obviously the heir apparent.
	The likely successor, she's the vice president, okay?
	And what happens is, she, as we speak, she, her people, are vetting and reviewing possible running mates and the like.
	Now, the running mates for her are, they say, Andy Beshear, the governor from Kentucky, Pennsylvania Governor Josh Shapiro, Yeah, maybe.
	The big Dems, and by the way, they keep saying Barack Obama.
	Barack Obama doesn't run anything.
	But anyway, theoretically, the big Dems have allegedly and reportedly and theoretically been pressing him to rethink his run, pressuring him.
	And according to this, Pops Biden has been confronted and he has been presented with the argument that Not only is he perhaps not mentally or cognitively equipped to win or to serve, but he could drag down the, quote, down-ticket, down-ballot races, the down-ballot candidates.
	That, of course, would severely jeopardize Democratic odds of winning, of controlling the House, and raising the risk that they could lose the Senate.
	As you know, this is one of those things which is the most important stories ever, and why it took this long, nobody can even figure this thing out, okay?
	But actually, I've said for the longest time, it's going to be Gavin Newsom and Gretchen Whitmer.
	Regular delegates would be allowed to vote under any kind of a new agreement.
	By the way, these party agreements can be changed and altered at the drop of a hat.
	The delegates would vote on the first ballot.
	If there's no winner in the first, then the superdelegates would be allowed to vote.
	And remember the reason why superdelegates are there.
	Superdelegates were there to prevent another instance like Joe McCarthy.
	Remember that?
	George McGovern was the shock.
	And awe, the oh no moment.
	It was the oh no, dear God.
	Oh no.
	Where did this come from?
	So to allow the elders and the adults in the room to decide who would be best suited to take the party into the next realm.
	We have this instance, this new addition, the superdelegates, kind of like, it's kind of a, it's almost like, think of it as the Higgs boson of the nominating process.
	In any event, dear friends, Biden, as you know, is out.
	And to repeat, not because of COVID, not because they talked him out of it, not because the number, he can't.
	Do it.
	He is gone.
	He is an animatronic, as Tucker Carlson said.
	A mannequin.
	He's gone.
	It's not that.
	And Joe Biden is thinking, oh, damn it!
	Because Joe Biden wanted more than anything else to continue.
	Her reign is the First Lady.
	The Evita Peron.
	The Edith Wilson.
	She's probably more evil than the rest of them.
	But either way, good news.
	Trump is triumphant.
	Trump takes it in 2024.
	But never, ever, ever, ever bet the farm until you see him raise his hand.
	And even then, I'm not so sure.
