Good day, my friends, and welcome to this thing of ours.
I appreciate so much that you are here, and I thank you for this Monday morning as we begin this version of what we are doing.
I thank you again for your being a part of this.
Let me remind you as I do every single day that it is right now currently 155 days until the election.
155 days.
That should ring true.
We have a lot to talk about today and we're going to do a few things here.
Take a little different tack.
Just a, dare I say, a different tack.
And it works as follows.
The first couple of days I wanted to devote to your particular mental health, your thoughts, your ideas, how you were feeling, and how wrong it was, and how terrible it was, and that's fine.
Okay.
Now we're going to talk about the battle plan has been drafted, and here's how we win again.
And it's time for you to also take, if you would, to take a look At how we're dealing with this and what we are saying specifically and how we're dealing with the notion of this case.
And the reason why is very, very simple.
And I say that.
It's very simple because a lot of times, for reasons I don't understand, Necessarily, for a lot of reasons, people like to just talk about the, dare I say, the event.
And they repeat it, and how bad they feel, and how horrible they feel.
And I understand it.
That's something that is, it's bad.
Yes, yes, I understand.
And I understand how terrible they feel, and I recognize the fact that, you know what, this is a tough time.
But we can't do this forever.
And we can't keep talking about how bad we feel.
I mean, it's okay.
We have to be involved in something a little bit different.
Now, I'm going to talk to you, my friends, as adults.
And I'm going to talk to you in ways that I think are critical.
And I'm going to talk to you about how we best handle this and what we need to do right now.
Okay?
You understand this?
Good.
So first and foremost, I want you to understand a couple of things.
Number one, we're going to be going through some things.
And please, this is not meant to be critical.
It's meant to be realistic.
To get to the bottom of this, okay?
Do you understand this?
Number two, it's not going to be merely sitting back and reacting.
It's going to be sitting back and doing something about it.
Doing something.
Not just commenting.
Not having a Jim Jordan...
Hearing, not hearing the pithy cornpone antics of John Kennedy.
That's fun, and that's great, but that doesn't really do anything for us.
So sit down, my friends.
Make sure you understand.
Make sure you subscribe.
Make sure you hit the subscribe button.
Make sure you know you are subscribed to Lionel Nation, which is critical.
Make sure you hit the like button.
Make sure you also hit that little bell so you're notified of live streams and new videos.
And before we begin, as we always do, it's critical to talk about...
This incredibly important award from our incredibly important sponsor.
It's no longer a question of if something catastrophic is coming, it's when.
While you still have some control, what are you going to do about it now to prepare?
Well, your first step is going to my website, preparewithlionel.com.
And for a limited time, take $200 off a three-month emergency food supply.

So take advantage right now and go to preparewithlionel.com, preparewithlionel.com.
One more time, preparewithlionel.com.
Now, my friends, a couple of things.
First and foremost, let me see if we can get down to business, okay?
And let me disabuse anybody of any fact that they might have had.
Our system...
It's a wonderful thing.
Our legal system has brought you more wonderful events.
Brown against Board of Education.
It's the Supreme Court.
Brown against Board of Education.
Roe, if you want.
The Gideon case.
Go down the list.
I think Brandenburg and others, cases that provide for and ensure the notion of free speech.
All of these are wonderful, but the system can be used absolutely, positively, can be used unfairly, can be used incorrectly, can be used for the wrong reason, can be used in a corrupt way that's not illegal.
Everything, let me make sure you understand this, let me make sure you grasp this particular point.
Everything that we're seeing, everything that you've seen, none of it is illegal.
You can think of whatever you want about Judge Mershon.
It's okay.
You can think that.
That is, you are entitled.
And we'll talk about this.
But nothing that he has done is illegal.
Money's not been exchanged or anything along those lines.
Nothing has been, nothing is illegal.
Do you understand what I'm saying?
Nothing is illegal.
But it doesn't have to be illegal for it to be wrong.
Because here's the thing.
If you are on the receiving end of, let's say, an unfair trial, an unfair judge, you can't believe what's happening.
But if you like what's being done, if you, for example, let's say you were the victim of a horrible event.
You are the victim of a, God forbid, a serial murder.
And you're...
The assailant, the person, the murderer, who took somebody that you love is being just treated like garbage by the judge and is cut off and isn't allowed to provide testimony.
Like the fellow who supposedly hammered Nancy Pelosi's husband in that particular case.
That's a weird case.
30 years, whatever it was.
Anyway, the judge says, oh, I'm sorry, I made a mistake.
I so apologize.
I never let you speak.
Before they hammered this guy.
No pun intended.
If you are the victim, if you are a victim of BTK or Green River Killer or Night Stalker, you don't care.
You love that judge.
You don't think this person is entitled to any kind of law and order and justice and rights and due process.
You can't stand this person.
Am I right?
Of course I am.
You can't stomach this person.
You can't believe how horrible these people are.
You cannot believe this person is allowed to even walk around.
So when you're the victim of something, you don't care about law and order.
And there are people who despise this president to such an extent, to such an extent, and I mean it, to such an extent that they absolutely, positively, they don't want to hear anything, anything, anything about how he was mistreated.
Okay?
So, this is perspective.
So nothing that you do, nothing that you say, nothing that you provide, no anything that you say was wrong, is going to rise to the level of somebody saying, we're going to reverse this case on appeal.
Because there's this level of either unfairness, uncertainty, that is not illegal, that is not reversible error.
It's there.
And I am so sick and tired.
I don't want to mention names, per se.
But these lawyers who go on, and everybody, you notice this?
Everybody, oh, I predicted this.
I predicted what?
I predicted this.
I predicted they would find him guilty of everything?
Oh, yes.
You did?
I don't remember you saying that.
Well, I did.
I thought you said there was a possibility of a hung jury, at least theoretically, or maybe a split verdict.
Well, Whatever.
Everybody's an expert.
Why?
Because everybody wants to go on TV again.
Everybody wants to cinch that deal with CNN or whatever because those platforms are falling apart.
There's an article with the Washington Post.
The CEO is gone.
It's gone!
I read an article, an article, a story about how Rachel Maddow and Jon Stewart have Monday nights.
Monday nights are their big nights.
They only have one show a week.
Why?
Because the platform is dying.
It's a whole new world.
So consequently, what you're hearing right now is this complete, it's this garbled mess from people trying their best to get on TV.
So where are you going to get the truth?
Not from them.
You're not going to get the truth from them.
Believe me when I tell you this, you're going to get it from people like me.
I'm going to tell you the truth, and I'm going to tell you right now what you need to hear and what the President needs to hear and what's going on, which is critical.
First thing, okay, Mr. President, are you done?
Need a couple of days?
Good.
Well, I say you're done.
When I say you're done, no more Fox News.
He was on the other day with the three kids talking about whatever it is, and I understand it.
And he said something to the effect of, you know, I don't care.
Put me in jail.
Okay.
Let's take this.
Is he going to jail?
Alright.
I want you to think of this.
A person goes to a doctor and says, Doc, I got something here that's weird.
A 65-year-old woman, she says, I got this weird lump right here, right underneath my, right in my axilla, my armpit.
Is it painful?
It's not painful.
And he feels it.
And it feels kind of squishy like a cyst, which is good, but then it has kind of the hard touch of a neoplasm, which is not good.
It's a combination of both.
Now, you say, Doc, what do you think?
Maybe he says, well, if I had to bet my career, I'm saying it's probably benign.
Why?
Because most of the time, these things are benign.
The odds are in your favor.
That's number one.
Number two, I notice from the field of it, it seems kind of squishy.
It's cyst-like, which is good.
Or it could be just a regular lymph node, but nothing.
Or it could be...
So, Doc, would you be surprised if this was stage four?
No.
I wouldn't be shocked.
I wouldn't say that's impossible.
I would think that kind of fought the odds, but no, it could be.
Same thing with Trump.
Same thing.
Right now, I'm telling you right now that under all of the rules, a first-time offender, no priors.
By the way, keep in mind something.
With this current offense, with his current...
Conviction?
You can't say that anymore.
So the next case, and there will be a next case, now he's a prior felon.
Now it's a different story.
You see what I'm saying?
It's a different story altogether.
It's completely and totally different.
Do you hear what I'm saying?
Now he's a convicted felon.
So if he goes to, let's say, theoretically in...
Oh, I don't know.
He goes to...
I guess he's in...
Georgia, and they're doing the Georgia thing, and he's found guilty of something.
Well, the judge takes into account his prior record, and he's a convicted felon.
So keep that in mind.
Taco Woman Sandy Rabbit says, Comey predicted that the jury would find Trump guilty of all 34 charges a week before the verdict.
Well, thank you, Taco.
Doesn't mean anything.
Doesn't mean anything.
I mean, you have not guilty of all charges.
That's not going to happen.
Guilty of all charges, that's it.
Hung jury, possible or split.
If you remember when I told you, what do I think?
First and foremost, number one, I'm not in that courtroom.
Neither was Comey.
We weren't in the courtroom.
Didn't see the jury.
Number two, To show you how these people were so good at predicting the jury, on the Thursday of this verdict, on the Thursday, they were ready to go home.
Well, good night.
They got a verdict?
Caught everybody.
Unanimous?
Nobody believed them.
That fast?
No.
So they didn't.
Anybody who tells you that they know about juries?
No.
Is Comey on Fox News?
No.
Comey's on what?
He's on another show.
Comey, like Weissman, like George Conway, like, what's his name, Eisen, or whatever.
They're on there to give you the particular opinion that they want to hear.
They're not there.
They're not going to lose a paycheck by telling you, well, and nobody wants to hear this.
Well, it's hard to say.
Those are really the answers for that.
So, I understand this.
Now, is anybody here, do you think that there was anything here that was illegal?
Because there wasn't.
Do you think this was illegal?
Do you think that the juries broke the law?
Could they be indicted?
No!
They used their discretion.
They listened to it.
They understood it.
Hell, the guy talked for five hours, whatever his name was.
Five hours.
Is the case going to be overturned on appeal?
No.
Not in New York.
But...
Is there a good reason to do?
Yeah!
But I want you to listen carefully.
Okay?
I want you to listen.
Nobody, these people, don't care about this.
Let me see if I can explain this to you.
I can talk to you all day long about, well, it's no offense.
Non-violent, probation, doesn't matter.
Remember when people said, oh, they wouldn't, they wouldn't, they wouldn't book him, they wouldn't do a photo of him?
Remember that?
Oh, they did it.
Well, does he have to actually turn himself in?
He did, but they didn't physically arrest him, they didn't issue the warrant.
Why?
Because of Secret Service consideration.
If there is any way That Mershon, Mershon, Mershon, Mershon can have the president four minutes in lockup.
Four minutes in an orange jumpsuit.
Three seconds, two hours, one day.
He's going to do it.
So understand what we're talking about.
You and I could talk about this all day long.
If there's any way he can do it, he will do it.
You understand this.
The rules don't apply.
Nobody cares what these wonderful rules are.
Well, that's excessive.
Fine.
Excessive for you, maybe.
Not to his constituency.
Does Mershon hate Trump?
Yes.
Are things unfair?
Yeah.
Here's what I want you to tell folks.
Ready for this?
I want you to listen to me carefully.
I want you to hear this.
I want you to tell your friends the following.
And this is critical.
I want you to tell them the following.
They wanted, you wanted, I thought it'd be a good idea, a dog, I don't know how much, how important, what difference it makes, but just for theory.
There was a move, a move to have the good judge, I don't want to say this, to have the good judge Recus.
Recusal is a word.
It sounds like refusal, but it's with a C. Recus.
I think you knew this.
And the reason for it is that, well, different reasons.
It works as follows.
Let me see if I can explain this to you.
We believe that there might be a conflict of interest.
Classic case.
You're working on behalf of a...
And you own stock in the company.
Well, that's a good idea for you to recuse.
And here is the thing to remember.
To avoid the mere appearance of impropriety.
The mere appearance.
Of impropriety.
If it even looks like it.
Just so that the folks watching it don't get the wrong impression.
Okay?
That's kind of like the standard, right?
So you don't get the wrong impression.
Now, his daughter worked for a company that is a PR person for a company, legal, totally legal, that defended or that promoted democratic causes.
I think it was Kamala Harris.
Adam Schiff and whatever it was.
And you probably would think, you know, I don't know anything about her.
I'm sure she's a fine young lady.
I don't know the first thing about her.
But you know her stock goes up and she says, guess what?
Next time she leaves this company, oh, you've got to hire so-and-so wife.
That's Judge Mershon's daughter.
She had nothing to do with the verdict, but it doesn't matter.
So you don't think maybe in the back of his mind, Judge Mershon says, I'm doing it for you, honey.
A little bit.
Maybe.
I'm not saying it, but could you?
Do you think he's, you think maybe he's, now this is the part that you can't get around.
I'm a Democrat.
I want to be a federal judge.
They told me.
Now, the right people told me, you know, play your cards right, Mershon.
This is good, you know, you were picked for this.
There was a question of whether they actually selected.
Normally, there's like a rotation system where you spin the ball and you see who's who.
Hey, look who this judge, Judge Schwartz.
Oh, I got it.
Yeah, that's great.
You know, that kind of thing.
Nobody normally has any say.
This might have been different.
Now, was that reason to appeal?
No, that's more of an inter...
That's some interdepartmental, you know, system.
But here's the deal.
You don't think it's a reason.
Okay, now Judge Alito, whom I love, I wasn't really, I wasn't a fan.
I didn't know that much about him.
He's rather kind of quiet.
He wasn't, he was no Nino Scalia, that's for sure.
Well, his wife may have put up that flag, that pine flag, or whatever, which supposedly became tantamount to a celebration of January 6th, or insurrection, or whatever.
And for reasons I do not understand, he was asked, he was ordered, or whatever, to recuse, or excuse me, they were suggesting he recused himself because of his wife, his wife, His wife.
His wife.
Judge Clarence Thomas, his wife Ginny, I believe, she might have been either with the Heritage Foundation or other particular conservative causes.
They wanted him to recuse himself because of his wife.
He's a lifetime tenured judge.
Lifetime.
Life.
You're going to affect him?
You're going to influence him?
He doesn't care.
You can't get rid of him.
He's a lifetime tenure judge.
And they said, no, we're not going to.
No, we are not going to do this.
No, no, no, no, no, no, no.
We are not going to.
We are not going to do that.
Excuse me.
What about Judge Mershon's daughter?
Oh, that's different.
Wait a minute.
Why is that different?
Well, it is different.
That's his daughter.
That's his wife.
You think you're going to tell Alito's wife what to do?
She can fly a flag if she wants.
And whether he agrees with it or not, so what?
So what?
You don't think that the cops or that maybe the officer or judge may have a support to police or a...
Police Benevolent Association.
I don't know if you have them in your state, but, you know, these little things maybe on your driver's law, on your license tag that says, support the police!
You think that?
No!
So, let me get this straight.
Mershon's daughter doesn't have to step down, a state judge, but Alito and Thomas have to because it doesn't make any sense.
It doesn't make any sense.
Now, here's the latest one for you.
You're going to love this one.
This one absolutely kills me.
This one kills me, and it's just incredible.
And it's an example of a lot of stuff.
The stuff they're doing with Fauci and the like.
This is from March 30th, 2022.
FEC fines Hillary Clinton campaign and the DNC over Trump-Russia dossier research.
The federal election regulators fined Hillary Clinton's 2016 presidential campaign and the Democratic National Committee earlier this month, this is 2022, for not properly disclosing the money they spent on controversial opposition research that led to the infamous Trump-Russia dossier.
The DNC was fined $105,000 and the Clinton campaign was fined $8,000.
This is according to a letter sent by the Federal Election Commission to a conservative group that requested an inquiry.
Political candidates in groups are required to publicly disclose their spending to the FEC, and they must explain the purpose of any specific expenditure more than $200.
The FEC concluded, listen to me, that the Clinton campaign and DNC misreported the money that funded the dossier, Masking it as, drumroll, legal services and legal and compliance consulting instead of opposition research.
Now here is the question.
So in 2016, they were fined $8,000 for violating federal campaign law.
And by the way, Brad Smith would have been terrific, a former commissioner to be allowed to...
Speak because he knows what he's talking about, but he wasn't.
He wasn't let on because, well, that would have helped Trump.
So her team falsely reported the funding of Steele dossier as legal services and legal and compliance consulting.
Actually, the opposition research was the attempt to smear her opponent with false and salacious allegations.
Obviously, it was also intended to influence the 2016 election and to defraud To defraud folks by not knowing the truth and from interfering, and committing a fraud by virtue of not reporting.
Moreover, Hillary's campaign was headquartered in New York State, out of Brooklyn, I believe, which made it fall under the jurisdiction of New York Penal Law, Section 175.10, the state law which makes it a felony to falsify business records with the intent to conceal the commission of a crime.
So what's the main difference, the key distinction between Hillary's campaign violation versus recent ones?
Simple.
With Hillary's violation, there wasn't a Manhattan DA politically motivated to bring an unprecedented case to trial, and they merely looked the other way.
Now, does that sound fair to you?
No.
Is that illegal?
No.
But this is another example of, yet again, yet again.
Another example of this duplicitous false equivalence.
Now, next point, and listen to me carefully.
I want you to promise me something, my friend.
And I mean that sincerely.
I don't want you to ever look at a case because you like someone.
If Joey Behar...
Were to be charged unfairly under a statute, we as good Americans would say that she deserves the same rights that we do.
And that may hurt you.
That may hurt you.
I told you right now, I am in complete and total support of Alec Baldwin beating this ridiculous criminal negligence case because I don't believe he committed criminal negligence.
I don't like him as a person.
But that doesn't matter.
So I want you to think right now, this thing called lawfare.
And lawfare is basically, as you know, the weaponization of normal procedures, normal laws, normal things that are available, but we're using it against you.
For example, I can take the state motor vehicle statutes and I can pull you over and just go crazy.
Looking at your car, giving you tickets, you drive away and pull you over again.
I'll pull you over again.
I mean, I can harass you.
I really can.
And you can say, well, he's committed so many offenses.
Is that illegal?
Hard to say.
My friends, you oftentimes depend upon the rational belief, the rational application of the laws by good and competent.
DAs.
And I would say virtually 100% of them are.
They really are.
Because there's so many cases you don't hear anything about.
Okay.
I want you to listen to me a couple of things here.
First of all, enough with the morning.
This is not about the Democrats, but a shadow government superstructure of lawfare ninjas.
People who are set up all over the country, all over the world, all over Our republic.
To go after people they don't particularly care for.
Mershon sentenced Allen Weisselberg.
This is a 76-year-old man.
Twice!
Twice!
The Rikers.
You don't think he's beyond putting Trump in jail?
Mershon would be the hit of the Democratic...
We don't have Tammany Hall anymore, but...
He will be a hero.
He will be on more board.
He is set for life.
They will never be able to thank him enough.
And when he retires, he will find book deals, board memberships, all legal.
All legal.
All legal.
76 years old.
Twice.
Rikers Island.
Okay?
Now, this is important.
President Trump, you going on Fox News and putting out videos are nice, but as I've been telling you, you're preaching to the choir.
Trashing the defense means nothing.
Listen carefully.
Steve Bannon.
Rudy Giuliani.
Roger Stone.
Alex Jones.
Harvey Weinstein.
Peter Navarro.
Diddy.
That fellow who met an untimely demise in a certain federal lockup whose name we may not say.
Alec Baldwin.
Richard Nixon.
What do all of these people have in common?
Lawfare.
We'll get rid of you this way.
You might say Alec Baldwin.
Yep.
Alec Baldwin made somebody angry.
I don't know why.
If this were Ron Howard, Alec Baldwin...
Ron Howard would have never been charged.
Scorsese, they would have had...
Not one person has come forward.
You don't think, for example, if Clint Eastwood came in and said, listen, I don't like this guy.
Professionally or politically.
But I've been on a few sets and I've used a few guns.
And it's not my job to go through and check my weapon when I've got an armor.
Now, they might have been negligent.
But there's somebody after him.
Same thing with Diddy.
Why?
They don't want him anymore.
Nixon was a setup.
That was a soft coup.
The next point you've got to understand is that conservatives never retaliate.
They're not ruthless.
Fox News Channel is their therapy dog.
Fox News and that other one are means by which conservatives today believe that being a conservative, being a Republican, has nothing to do with voting.
It just has to do with you being kind of a star effer, as it was, and having your own favorite person.
Watching endless Judge Jeanine moments and hear what a genius Dershowitz is and that's it.
That's all they want to know.
It never ceases to amaze me.
It's like, what are you doing?
I don't know one person who is a Yankee fan who says, I don't want to go to a Yankee game.
I just want to hear the commentary about the game.
Does it make any sense?
Trump is right now...
A convicted felon.
They won him in an orange jumpsuit.
And this is not the right wing.
This isn't Soros.
This is something even bigger.
This is something even bigger.
Now let me explain something to you, which is another story.
And nobody cares about this one because I don't even know how to...
I don't know.
There's this thing I want you to know about.
There's this Let me see.
There are these people Let me see.
Let me get the name of this.
There are groups of people I forget the name of it, but they're called There are these Chinese particular things that they will use in order to implement TikTok and others.
And what they're doing is they're showing the world, look how backwards we are.
Look how embarrassing the United States is.
Look how they treat former presidents.
Look.
I don't know if I want to deal with a former president, but Well, I'm MBS.
I don't know if I like this.
Because if I'm doing something right now that somebody later on says is shady, I don't want them coming after a guy and undo what I'm doing.
We look like the biggest third world banana republic there is.
But they don't care about this because they just don't care.
But if you think this is Nancy Pelosi, if you think this is George Soros, you're out of your mind.
Stand by for one second, my friend.
Dear, dear, dear friends.
Just wait for one second.
Listen very carefully as we talk to you about...
Here's somebody, by the way, you're talking about somebody who was a subject of lawfare.
Look what they did to Mike Lindell.
Mike Lindell.
This incredible business owner, this wonderful man, Mike Lindell.
Look what they did.
Look what they did specifically.
And look what they tried to do.
And they tried to do it at MyPillow.com.
Look what they did.
And look what they're doing.
We're going to fix that.
MyPillow.com.
Promo code Lionel.

I've mentioned this before, the notion of Chinese, because people love to always talk about the Chinese.
And what I'm talking about is called Spamoflage Dragon Bridge, Spamoflage Dragon, Storm 1376.
It's defined as an online, quote, propaganda and disinformation operation.
You know how that goes.
It uses a network of social media accounts to either make posts in favor of the Chinese government or against us.
It was seen in the 2020 and they're doing a lot of things too.
One of the things they're doing, you're going to love this one.
This is really brilliant.
The Chinese are Showing pictures of all of the riots, all of the campus, you know, problems with Palestine and Hamas.
And showing the Chinese folks, this is why totalitarian stuff works.
This is why our control of you is necessary.
Because we don't want our country turning into a U.S. Keep that in mind.
Even though you could say, Well, there's been some...
By the way, Sunday was...
Was Israel without a hitch?
Sunday was Israel Day or Israel...
I didn't hear any...
I didn't hear anything, which is, thank God, it was a...
Oh, dear God, I hope there's...
In Philadelphia, they have problems with that.
But the point is, they're using our student unrest and the like, they're using it to show...
Chinese.
Chinese citizens.
See?
This is why we implement what you would call totalitarian regime.
This is why we are confiscatory of your particular freedoms.
They're also making us look like a joke.
Donald Trump.
Look what they're doing.
Pictures of him.
They're laughing at us.
They used to have this rule that said, in fact, believe it or not, during the time of...
Nixon.
They said, we cannot have a president in the dock.
We cannot have this.
People left and right, this was a different country.
They said, we can't do that.
I don't care what he does.
And that's why they said, please resign.
Please.
Don't make this thing go away.
Gerald Ford, squeaky clean Gerald Ford, my arse as it were, they told him specifically, you do it the right way.
You better do it.
You better Forgive him.
Better pardon him because he'll bring up what you did during the Warren Commission regarding that little wound in the back.
Miyamoto Musahi.
Well, thank you so much.
I appreciate that.
Thank you so much.
Now, a couple of things here.
Remember, what's going on?
First, the president must be able to say...
And he cannot do this.
He is not able to say this because he is so angered by what's going on.
And what would make them even more angry is if he realizes that the next time he goes to court, it turns out, and you're going to be hearing a lot of stuff about his lawyers.
Why didn't they call Weisselberg?
Why didn't they call his, whatever that fellow, the Tim, whatever, the Bodyguard.
I don't know.
Did they preserve enough issues and objections on appeal?
I don't know.
These things I don't know.
But a couple things he has to do right now.
He has to say that we are going to have legions and swarms and cadres and posses and militias of voter sentries and precinct guardians.
We're going to unleash them.
We have people who are going to be there.
Ready to protect the vote.
Because you know what's going to happen.
At 3 o 'clock in the morning, like our good friend Dinesh D'Souza said, they're going to show up at some Philly precinct with all kinds of ballots in the last minute, all of them voting for Joe Biden.
We've seen this before.
It will be brought before a judge and no lawyer in their right mind is going to say, I'm not going to do this.
I'm not going to go the way of Rudy Giuliani.
No way.
Uh-uh.
But that's precisely what he has to do.
You don't understand these people.
There is no reasoning with them.
And the people that you see on TV, they're not involved in this.
Do you think that Norm Eisen or George Conway or Weissman, you think they're involved in this?
No!
They might have been in the past.
No!
Those are CNN folks.
There's a piece that came out today.
Stormy Daniels.
And Stormy Daniels is trying her best, she says, that Melania must leave her husband because he's a convicted felon and an abuser and all this other stuff.
Okay.
I want to address this.
First, Stormy, you don't understand how this thing works.
Melania ain't going nowhere.
Nowhere.
Divorce?
Never.
Absolutely never.
It's like in the mob.
There's no divorces.
Remember this story about Tony Moretti with Frank Sinatra?
Tony Moretti is the guy who went to, supposedly, who went to Tommy Dorsey and said, I want to get him out of this contract.
Make him an offer you can't refuse.
Either you sign the contract or either your signature or your brains.
That was Tommy Dorsey.
That was Tony Moretti.
Tony Moretti went crazy when he found out that Frank was going to divorce Nancy.
He goes, what?
No, no.
He said, you want to have a good matter?
Fine.
No, he said, I'm in love.
He goes, no, no, no, no, no, no.
No, no, no.
And he was furious.
Tony Moretti later on had tertiary syphilis, started to talk a little bit too much, and they got him, I think, in some Jersey But they got him.
In Japan, I read that divorce rates are almost non-existent.
Adultery?
Through the roof.
Different story.
So, Stormy Daniels is trying her last-ditch effort because people just love to hate on her.
What I'm telling you when I told you that they should have stipulated to her testimony, why did you ever say you didn't have any Fling with her.
What are you doing?
Why are you saying that?
What are you doing?
What are you talking about?
This is the most ridiculous thing in the world.
I would have stipulated and said yes at the affair.
No questions.
But Nicholas, the woman who was the...
Why she had to...
She called it, quote, slut-shaming.
I would have said your enrollment.
No questions, Your Honor.
Thank you.
Have a nice day.
Why?
What is she going to say to me?
I don't know.
Are we going to say she didn't sign the NDA?
She made it up?
What are you talking about?
Why are we doing this with Stormy Daniels?
What am I going to impeach her about?
Oh, you're an adult...
You're an adult film star.
Yeah, okay.
Okay, that's it.
My question is, is that your signature?
Yeah, that's it.
Any other questions?
Yeah, the adult, whatever, woman, signed the...
What are they doing?
They just want to make a big deal about this?
I don't understand this.
Now, Michael Cohen's a different story.
And it doesn't matter.
This was, and you know, one of the first things they did was, when they sat down, they said, so do you think that the president and Stormy Daniels, yeah, he did it.
Well, he lied about that too.
See?
See, he lied about that.
You can't trust this Trump.
He lies about everything.
We all knew he, he lied, he said he never, come on.
You see what he does?
He has this thing where, it's like that Roy Cohn thing.
I like when they say Coen's, Cohn, where they said, Don't admit anything.
Sue, sue, sue.
Be litigious.
Be whatever you are.
Litigious James, that's the A.G. It's ridiculous.
Peter Seiber asks the question, can Mershon impose a gag order on Trump upon sentencing?
Yeah.
If Trump is saying something, what was it, 10 of those?
And why Trump is talking about the gag order was about family member.
It wasn't about, I mean, you could mention Mershon.
Trump came out and said this judge is corrupt.
That's fine.
But you can't.
It was about other people.
Peter, and thank you for this, Peter.
I would have, every single time, I would have said specifically, every single time, every single moment, this is what I want to do for the people of the United States.
We know he doesn't like, we know what he feels like.
We know this.
We know.
I understand.
Talk about what's going on.
You see, by the way, this has cost me I don't know how many millions of dollars.
It's cost the people of New York millions of dollars.
And right now, in our country, every single day, 2,300 children are missing.
2,300.
You know that, speaking of law enforcement, there are jurisdictions around the country where they have not processed rape analysis kits, rape kits.
Where they could get to the bottom, especially now with DNA.
Do you know that DNA funding and forensic genealogy is backlogged because of the fact that they don't have enough money?
Do you know that?
Do you know that?
But they're coming after me.
By the way, this is also bad news for Fannie Willis.
They're telling Fannie, it's over.
It's done.
It's done.
We're not going to...
Nobody cares about your case anymore.
It's like, okay.
Because the first one...
It was the first one to get the conviction.
What are you going to do?
Double down it?
So what?
Jack Smith is done.
The J6 case is done.
Fannie, you're through.
You're done.
It's also interesting.
Fannie's worth about $8 million.
Who is it?
Alvin Bragg's worth about $4 million.
I don't know where the hell they get this money from.
She's working for the government, but good for you.
Bless your heart.
Must save his pennies.
It's incredible, my friends.
Absolutely incredible.
But here's the bottom line.
I want you to listen to me carefully.
It is important.
It is imperative.
It is critical that the president puts all this behind him and gets down to business.
If you're going to go on Fox News, talk about what you're going to do.
Challenge something.
Challenge something where you challenge something, forcing the other side.
Why won't the president debate me?
Whatever it is, challenge.
Say something.
Say something wrong.
Always throw them off.
Have them say, no, that's not what we said.
Do something.
Quit talking about this case.
We know all about it.
We know it.
We all suffer it.
Many people are still in mourning.
Let it go.
Because they're coming after you and me and others.
Steve Bannon.
Steve Bannon.
They're actually going after him because he lied.
And Navarro, too.
In 2005, I think it was, when he had the MLB and Major League Baseball players, Mark McGuire was the best.
Mark McGuire said, that's in the past.
I'm not here to talk about the past.
Excuse me.
Yes, all testimony is by definition in the past.
We're not going to ask you what's happening now because we can see what's happening now.
And we're not going to ask you about the future because, what are you, Kreskin?
So answer my question.
Did you or did you not take performance enhancement drugs?
You know, the past, nobody was held in contempt then.
Palmiro, Sosa, nobody.
And Canseco was right there.
Nobody cared about that because they were popular.
In 93 or 94, tobacco executives stood before Congress and said, we have no evidence that nicotine is addictive.
Why the hell do you inject?
Why do you make it stronger with nicotine?
The cigarette is a delivery system for nicotine.
Nobody found them in contempt.
Anybody find Fauci in contempt?
Nope.
Come on.
It's not rigged illegally.
It's rigged legally.
We're not in charge.
Our people aren't protected.
The people who run the show are put in there by the shadow government.
That is that, my dear friends.
So let me thank right now our good friend Peter Seibert, Raul Rodriguez, and our other great friend, Taco Woman, Sandy Ravage.
I think that's very funny.
Very, very funny.
I thank you for that.
Oops.
Now, my friends, Tonight.
Tonight.
A couple things.
First, this is critical.
Let me see.
7 p.m. as usual.
We will be doing this.
Make sure you please, make sure you follow Mrs. L at Lens Warriors.
I believe I left the link.
If not, it's Lens Warriors.
Follow what she's doing because it's critical that you do this.
Number two, I've got more videos coming out.
I'm going to be talking about Stormy.
People like to talk about her.
I don't know why.
Also, the demise of cable news platforms, which is beyond hysterically funny.
And also, just where things are going and how they're hoping that you are distracted from what really counts in the meantime.
So anyway, dear friends, thank you so much.
You are a delight.
I mean this.
I am so honored to be with you every day.
We'll see you tonight at 7 p.m.
