But picking a jury, slogging around, going from courtroom, sitting on these benches.
Can you imagine sitting on your ass for five hours?

When was the last time you sat on your ass and did anything for five hours other than sleep?

Who puts anybody through five hours of this?

When you look at the jury instructions, and you look at what they have to find them guilty of, I'm going to try my best.
We'll just take one example of this.
Notice the way Trump does this.
He does the accordion thing.
Falsifying business records in the first degree.

The defendant, we have to prove the defendant, beyond a reasonable doubt, Donald Trump, in the county of New York and elsewhere, on or about February 14th, 2017.
With the intent to defraud and intent to commit another crime.

And the intent to commit another crime and aid and conceal the commission thereof.
