I'm going to be discussing this from the viewpoint of an American.
As a lawyer.
As an American lawyer.
As an American lawyer who has been involved in American media for Five, six years, whatever, a long time.
Framed within the context of the usual American news consumer and looked at through the vantage point, through the framework of the American news prism.
And what I'm going to say is what has happened regarding these warrants that seek to be But I'm going to say it in a way that does not necessarily talk about who's right or who's wrong.
You see, one of the most important and most critical things for you to do to try to remember is that when you look at this, have a bird's eye view.
Don't look at who's right or wrong.
Don't look at the usual subject.
Or subjects or suspects.
Don't look at what is correct by virtue of what comports or what you agree with.
But the chief prosecutor of the ICC, not the ICJ, the International Criminal Court, because this deals with individuals versus civil cases against countries, if you will.
And again, this criminal civil, it has an analog, obviously, but...
He said he is seeking arrest warrants for Israeli and Hamas leaders, including Netanyahu.
This is incredible.
Because this implies, this involves the application of what we call rules-based order.
Except when that rules-based order involves rules or an order that some people don't particularly care for.
And to some it's like, this is inconceivable.
You're putting in, in essence, a potential indictment.
Hamas and Israel simultaneously?
That's what's incredible about this.
The allegation is that there are reasonable grounds to believe that the wanted persons, that the named persons, are responsible for war crimes and crimes against humanity.
This is according to Karim Khan, who was the prosecutor.
Now, there are others as well.
Along with Netanyahu, the prosecutor is looking to arrest Yoav Galant, who is the IDF.
The Israeli defense minister.
The Hamas officials include the group's leader, Yahya Sinwar, of course, the commander of its military wing, the Al-Qasam Brigades, who is al-Masri, and the chief of Hamas's political bureau, Haniyeh, who was the individual.
According to the Prosecutor Khan, Netanyahu and Gallant are suspected of war crimes and crimes against humanity in Gaza, and I'm perusing the various indictments, or the various accounts of such, such as intentional attacks on civilian populations, And I'm using the particular language here.
Willful killing and causing of suffering, using starvation as a method of warfare, and the extermination and or murder as well as inhumane acts.
Now remember, this is different than what the ICJ was alleging, potentially alleging, in terms of a prima facie case, if you will, regarding genocide.
The Hamas leaders allegedly, quote, bear criminal responsibility for murder, rape, and other acts of sexual violence and for taking hostages, torture, another, quote, inhumane acts.
Let me see if I can leave you with this.
When I say leave you with this, I want always Whenever I speak with you, for you to walk away with something like, okay, I get the flavor of it.
You know, when you see a movie that you've liked or you've enjoyed a movie, it's not one particular scene.
It's not one particular aspect of it.
It's the idea that it's an entire feeling you got.
There's not one particular aspect of it.
And that's the same with here.
It's a big picture.
First, Americans don't know what this is.
This is a globe.
It's a nice little colorful kind of hodgepodge and mosaic and quilt, so to speak.
This abstract mosaic of countries and languages.
But this doesn't really apply to us because we're American.
And America doesn't really...
Yeah, whatever.
But we're here.
This is us.
And nobody else matters.
Not the UN, not the World Health Organization, nobody.
Nobody.
Unless, unless somebody like Klaus Schwab or the World Health Group or whoever it is, Economic Forum, and these folks come along and they say something that our shadow government leaders agree with, then we're groovy with that.
But for the most part, Americans do not understand what this is.
Absolutely.
It means nothing.
Number two, and I'm going to stop with the serialization of this because I'm going to forget the numbers, but the next point.
American media, as we speak, American news media, cable news media, heritage news media, prototypical news media, act as, and do not take this the wrong way, but act as mouthpieces for, Representatives of Israel.
And Israel and the U.S. and Europe and Britain for the most part.
It's one singular unit.
One common message.
One focal point with identical foci.
Every now and then, especially as the Elections come along about 170 or so days away, under 170 now.
They play this pretend game where they finger-wag, why you, BBU, you, we're going to demand a ceasefire.
And people say, this doesn't mean anything because what people are saying is, Funds, the monies, the military, armaments, the bombs, nothing is really changing except for this kabuki kind of theoretical whatever.
Next, Hamas.
Now, Hamas, in the, based upon United States, classic, prototypical cable news, and by the way, this is left and right, This is CNN, Fox, and all the other attendant folks.
They all view Hamas as being a terrorist organization, no legitimacy, no point of view, representing no one, cold-blooded killers who must be stopped at all costs.
And that wherever they are, wherever they are, if you suspect there is Hamas in a building, in a neighborhood, in a hospital, in a library, in an office building, in an apartment complex, and we don't know exactly if it's one Hamas, two, a group, a battalion, a brigade, a squad, I don't know.
But, under our rules, you can go in and wipe them out.
Meaning, Everybody who is around this particular area who is basically a human shield.
This is the way we've been told.
You understand that?
This is what we've been told.
We've been told this.
We've been told this.
If you watch American cable, that just like in World War II, and we always make analogies to whatever version of world history best, comports with our worldview, but it would be like going into Germany and saying, okay, we're going to do a few battalions without wiping Hitler out completely.
Okay.
Now, this thing on the other side of the world, and by the way, Europe notwithstanding, they're saying, oh, no, no, no, no, wait, wait, wait, wait, wait.
You're looking at this from October the 7th.
And while they don't necessarily parse the applicability, Of terrorist status to Hamas?
Because the American cable status goes like this.
Does Israel have the right to defend itself?
Yes.
Is Hamas a terrorist organization?
Yes.
Was October the 7th a terrorist function?
Yes.
That's it.
That's it.
Whatever, by any means necessary, to expunge, eradicate, ablate...
Baudlerize and excise this terrorist cancer called Hamas.
You got it?
That's the way it works.
Whatever happens in the meantime.
War is hell.
War is messy.
War is unfortunate.
And or Gaza, they ask for it.
They voted these people in.
Or just return the hostages and it's done.
That's that argument.
The other It's simply, this didn't start in October the 7th.
This started with 1948, or before then, or maybe, technically speaking, 1967.
They're not talking about one instance.
They liken October the 7th to a jailbreak, or you've heard references to a slave result, like Annette Turner, a slave Result.
Or a resorting, if you will.
That this is a fighting back, a retaliation against, this is what they're saying, apartheid, ethnic cleansing, genocide, whatever you want.
This is just, this has been going on in one way or another well before.
October the 7th.
And not to mention the various Israeli operations.
And that's what's being stated.
They are saying and they are using a word which has been, in our country, summarily rejected.
The notion of genocide.
Genocide is a word that is not applicable.
It's just like the word Holocaust.
It is inapplicable.
But genocide is different.
Holocaust, I think we all understand the historical reference of this, but genocide is a word that people in their own mind have this idea of what it means.
And it's a term of art.
It's an accusation.
It is a charge.
It's like the way in America we get burglary and robbery confused.
You know, where we say they robbed a house.
You rob a person and not a...
A thing because you have to show fear.
No, Americans don't care about that.
You know what we mean.
Well, that's kind of what this is.
What happens if this is issued?
What happens?
And by the way, is Amal Clooney a part of this?
Ask Amal.
Did she vote in favor of this?
Is she a part of this?
When America...
Thought it was groovy that Putin had a warrant issued against him.
What do the American sock puppet media say about that?
Well, wait a minute.
We never said the...
We didn't say that all warrants were okay.
It's just we happened to get along with that one.
Well, that's exactly what's going on right now.
What happens when you can't have movement?
Putin was, during this time period, or whatever, couldn't meet with BRICS representatives, South African, Brazil, Russia, India, China, South Africa, because of these warrants.
People said, well, you know, what are you going to do?
You can't move.
And are you going to say that, do we say, well, are you a signatory to this?
Does it apply?
And then you're going to have to ask the question, number one, do you believe in rule-based order around the world?
Or is it certain?
And by the rules-based order, nobody knows what that means.
So right now, American, typical, prototypical sock puppet media, are saying, you can't do this.
What about Hamas?
That's total sense.
What about Netanyahu?
No, no.
Meaning they don't know what it is.
And by the way, whether this is brilliant or not, you have both, quote, participants theoretically, even though it's more complicated than that, simultaneously and theoretically facing a dissimilar fate in terms of a warrant.
This is going to change everything.
And the best part about it is that you have A country, right now where I am, where the only time anybody even discusses, discusses what's going on between Israel and Palestinians or Gaza is when they talk about interruptions at college campuses,
graduation ceremonies that are cancelled, seemingly incoherent Gen Zers with their kafiyas who are mouthing Seemingly and likewise incoherent bleats and phrases that nobody seems to understand,
or how Ivy League schools are not doing enough to protect Jewish students, or how Ivy League school presidents who are accused of not doing enough happen to be guilty of plagiarism, which is, I don't know, we kind of forgot that one.
That's our thing.
That's what we talk about.
In our media, whenever there's a protest, it's always anti-Israel or pro-Hamas, but you never hear pro-Palestinian, because that's this perpetual bubble of incoherence on our part.
But now this has come in.
This changes everything.
And you have the left and the right, theoretically, in our country, absolutely...
In lockstep.
And we're also finding out, and this is by far the strangest, people like me are listening to, and in many cases agreeing with, people, commentators, programs, platforms, that I and we have historically rejected as either being confused, wrong, or daft.
But now we're saying, wait a minute.
So when you have Jerry Nadler, Nancy Pelosi, Chuck Schumer basically issuing strong statements against Bibi and then you have shows and programs where you have incredible groups of folks Finkelstein,
Amy Goodman, Katie Halper, Aaron Monte, the incredible Max Blumenthal, Judge Napolitano, Colonel McGregor, the incredibly brilliant John Mearsheimer, Jeffrey Sachs, Elon Poppe, people that we haven't said, wait a minute, what?
This is a re-establishment.
Of this intellectual theater or school of thought with people that we've never really had, for reasons I don't know, anything to do with each other.
And so now you're going to be saying, listen, going back, hey, Amal Clooney, are you for this?
Hey, George Clooney, are you for, which side are you on?
Hey, Joe Biden, how are you going to be dealing with the rest of the country?
In 169 days.
What are you going to be doing in your incoherent state?
Whose side are you on?
You know the old joke about Joe Biden is interested in a two-state solution, Michigan and Minnesota.
So, this is incredible.
Remember, Donald Trump, the consummate political genius, has been very, very strong and very, very steadfast.
Watch him fine-tune his particular frame of reference.
Let me tell you this, my friend.
Just listen to me, and listen good.
This is like nothing we've ever seen before.
This is, you know, when Klaus Schwab said, the Great Reset, I don't think he ever had this in mind.
The world as we know it, this place here, this thing, it's unrecognizable.
The leaders, the followers, the movers, the shakers, the political, the polar distinctions are changing.
Coalitions are changing.
The rise of international order, which we pretty much have excused because, well, we're not a secretary, who cares?
UN, thank you.
It's different now.
It's different.
It is completely different.
Now you can do one of two choices.
Well, you can do more than one of two.
One, you can continue to watch American cable news and you're wasting your time.
It's not even propaganda because it's incoherent.
Normally propaganda is coherent.
You must look around the world.
You must go to streaming platforms and hear international fora, international speakers, and people who have not necessarily enjoyed this prototypical usual suspect's position.
Listen to what the academics are saying.
Listen to what is going on in this street.
Who remains...
How do we say this?
Who emerges victorious and how our new coalitions and cadres and consortia, how are they reshaped right now?
