	When there's a statute that discriminates against an individual based on a suspect classification, that statute will be subject to either strict scrutiny or intermediate scrutiny, and it depends on what it is.
	If it's race, if it's national origin, strict scrutiny.
	You have got to, I mean, under equal protection, when a statute discriminates against an individual based on a suspect classification, that statute will be subject to either strict scrutiny or intermediate scrutiny.
	There are four agreed upon Suspect classifications.
	Race, religion, national origin, and alienage.
