Now the latest news, this is kind of interesting, the latest news is that the Fulton County Board of Ethics, yes, it exists, has apparently conducted an investigation and they have determined that it does not have jurisdiction to hear two complaints against Fannie, Fannie Wilson.

I keep saying Wilson.
And it was a finding that they say kind of circumvented just a tad defense attorney's contention that the DA violated county ethics rules in the election interference case.
Now, the ethics board today was set to hear two complaints related to these allegations that she had an improper romantic relationship with Nathan, her boy toy.
That should be disqualified from the case.
But when the meeting convened, the chairman, a Daraka Satcher, announced the board did not have jurisdiction over the complaints because Willis is a state constitutional officer and not a county official subject to the ethics code.
Instead, it was said that Georgia State Ethics Commission is perhaps a proper venue for the complaints of Fulton County Code of Ethics.
Our code of ethics only applies to accounting officers and employees.
So, for now.
Now, do you think this somehow satisfies some kind of a victory?

By proving a membership, their membership in the organization, their membership in this racketeering enterprise, this group, this cabal.
So we don't have to prove that they all, you know, that Carlo Gambino gave the issue.
No, we've got to prove the existence of a racketeering organization.
Predicate acts, meaning that certain people were involved in it.

Once that happens, you are a racketeer.
