Fannie Willis deserves to be indicted, arrested, convicted, charged with perjury, and forced to crack rocks upstate.
Allen Weisberg here in New York City is doing it.
A 76-year-old man, the former CFO of the Trump Organization, admitted to lying during the ex-president's New York City fraud trial.
He pled guilty to perjury, in connection with the case, and is looking at five months in Rikers.
In a deposition, I believe, and on the stand.
Five months. | |
76 years old. | |
This is in addition to other parts.
Other sentences that he has already served regarding his activities and the like.
And this is about the misapplication of valuation regarding Trump Tower and the like.
And the reason why I'm telling you this is that there's no such thing as, well, certain kinds of No, no.
Perjury is perjury. | |
Lying under oath. | |
As to material issues, in fact, are against the law.
It's that simple. | |
There's no, well, yeah, but...
No, no, no, no, no, no. | |
There's no, yeah, well, but...
Fannie Willis is basically saying, you don't understand something.
I'm Fannie Willis. | |
You can't bother me. | |
I'm Fannie Willis. | |
You can't touch me. | |
I'm Fannie Willis. | |
You can't... | |
Do anything to me because I am Her Majesty.
I am beyond touch, beyond reproach.
You don't understand. | |
I'm arrogant. | |
I'm entitled. | |
And I'm here. | |
And if you don't watch, I'm going to go back to that black church and tell the whole world how I'm being castigated and picked on because of my proud black stature.
This is nonsense. | |
This is ridiculous. | |
Either we have a system of justice or we don't.
And this woman is getting away with murder.
And what makes her form of lying worse is that she sat right next to the judge.
Right next to the judge.
So not only did she lie, but these ridiculous concocted stories about cash that she paid, cash that she had on hand.
And this story about her father who says, oh, I believe in not having cash.
Well, you had credit cards.
Yeah, but, you know, we black folk, it's a black thing.
Again, race, race, race, race, race, race.
Okay, okay, okay, fine, fine.
Whatever, if this makes your story more palatable, that's fine, as far as I'm concerned.
But it's ridiculous! | |
And she shows another contempt for you and me and the whole system.
That's right, you and me.
She doesn't care about anything.
She doesn't care about what you think or anybody thinks about the truth.
She's above that. | |
She's better than that.
She's better than you. | |
And the stories are ridiculous.
And the issue was very simply this.
Did you and Mr. Wade have a romantic relationship before 2022?
The answer is yes! | |
It happened in 2019 when they met at this conference.
They were going at it like weasels since 2019.
Yertie, her friend who subbed at the apartment, saw it.
Everybody knew it. | |
You mean to tell me these two kept their hands off each other?
Come on, stop it. | |
Stop it! | |
She's lying! | |
The whole thing is a lie.
Do you not understand why people hate the court system?
Do you not understand why people believe that everything's corrupt?
And this judge is so afraid.
He's so afraid. | |
I've never seen anything.
He hems and he haws. | |
Normally you tell a judge who's imperious, the judge who comes in and I'm in charge, and okay, fine.
That could be a problem too.
That can certainly be a problem too.
But this guy, my God, how does this work?
This woman, remember, remember, I'm saying it again for the millionth time.
She could have admitted to basically everything, everything, and not face disqualification.
Do you hear what I'm saying?
She could have done everything.
Everything. | |
She could have done everything.
She could have admitted to everything, without a doubt.
Everything there is. | |
She could have admitted to everything.
And more importantly, more importantly, more critical than anything else, I am telling you right now.
I am telling you. | |
That she didn't. | |
Because she didn't want to.
Not because she was trying to protect herself.
Not because she thought maybe strategically it's better if this particular type of evidence not get in.
She did it because she says, basically, you don't deserve the truth from me.
Not only can you not handle the truth, you don't deserve the truth.
I'm Fannie Willis. | |
Even Trump laid into her.
I mean, she is the embodiment.
Of this haughty, hubristic, total disregard for the law.
And meanwhile, in the case of Allen Weisselberg, think about this.
This fellow is going for five months, 76 years old.
This is the most... | |
He basically was alleged to have exaggerated about the valuation of...
By the way, this plea was the second criminal conviction for this once trusted money man after he pled guilty in 2022 to 15 counts of tax wire fraud?
Because you're going after him!
Is anybody going to go after Fannie for having lied to the court?
For having violated a number of bar provisions and judicial, I mean, not judicial case, she's not a judge, but bar professional responsibility mandates, mandatory rules regarding going out and speaking before black churches as cases are pending.
And what about Wade? | |
Forget him. | |
This is a guy who's basically lying during the divorce proceeding.
Lying about everything.
And he basically says, it's none of your business.
It's like these children, these spoiled...
Not very bright, I'm being kind, people who think that somehow the law does not apply to them.
They don't have to worry about the law.
Who are you to tell them what to do?
It doesn't work like that.
They can do whatever they want.
That's it. | |
And if she is not charged with perjury, if she is not disbarred for lying before the court, a district attorney Who has an even higher level of truth and candor and veracity than a regular advocate?
No. | |
No. | |
There's no justice in the world.
It's that simple. | |
So think about carefully what I've said.
Thank you so, so very much for your thoughts and your comments.
For your incredible candor and your incredible insight.
