	Allen Weisberg here in New York City is doing it.
	A 76-year-old man, the former CFO of the Trump Organization, admitted to lying during the ex-president's New York City fraud trial.
	He pled guilty to perjury, in connection with the case, and is looking at five months in Rikers.
	In a deposition, I believe, and on the stand.
	Five months.
	76 years old.
	This is in addition to other parts.
	Other sentences that he has already served regarding his activities and the like.
	And this is about the misapplication of valuation regarding Trump Tower and the like.
	And the reason why I'm telling you this is that there's no such thing as, well, certain kinds of No, no.
	Perjury is perjury.
	Lying under oath.
	As to material issues, in fact, are against the law.
	It's that simple.
	There's no, well, yeah, but...

	Fannie Willis is basically saying, you don't understand something.

	She doesn't care about what you think or anybody thinks about the truth.
	She's above that.

	She's better than you.
	And the stories are ridiculous.
	And the issue was very simply this.

	It happened in 2019 when they met at this conference.
	They were going at it like weasels since 2019.

	She could have admitted to basically everything, everything, and not face disqualification.

	And more importantly, more importantly, more critical than anything else, I am telling you right now.

	Not because she thought maybe strategically it's better if this particular type of evidence not get in.
	She did it because she says, basically, you don't deserve the truth from me.

	By the way, this plea was the second criminal conviction for this once trusted money man after he pled guilty in 2022 to 15 counts of tax wire fraud?
	Because you're going after him!
	Is anybody going to go after Fannie for having lied to the court?
	For having violated a number of bar provisions and judicial, I mean, not judicial case, she's not a judge, but bar professional responsibility mandates, mandatory rules regarding going out and speaking before black churches as cases are pending.
	And what about Wade?
	Forget him.
	This is a guy who's basically lying during the divorce proceeding.
	Lying about everything.
	And he basically says, it's none of your business.
	It's like these children, these spoiled...
	Not very bright, I'm being kind, people who think that somehow the law does not apply to them.
	They don't have to worry about the law.
	Who are you to tell them what to do?
	It doesn't work like that.
	They can do whatever they want.
	That's it.
	And if she is not charged with perjury, if she is not disbarred for lying before the court, a district attorney Who has an even higher level of truth and candor and veracity than a regular advocate?

	There's no justice in the world.
	It's that simple.
