Good evening, dear friend.
This is the Wednesday evening version of this thing of ours.
On January the 3rd, the Common Era, Anno Domini.
I don't know the name of that song, but I was listening to it today and I love it.
And it's called I don't know what I'm saying.
But I loved it.
That's all they did, that one song.
And it made you happy.
I'd like to hear Tom Waits doing that.
But then again, that's me.
What am I going to say?
What am I going to say?
My friends, I welcome you and I thank you for being here to be a part of this thing of ours.
Thank you so much for attending this, this evening's version.
I appreciate it immensely.
I thank you so much for being with us.
It's a slow rollout.
We've got our good friend Ant Massey is here from Manchester, England.
Ant, how are you?
Good to see you.
Senor Stronzo, one of my favorites.
How about Pietro Picchiata?
Is there?
Strunzo.
He's, of course, joined as well.
Paul Coza as well.
Everybody, a veritable melange.
A melange, a pastiche.
A mosaic of individuals tonight.
Before we get into it, I want to say a special, got a very nice email from a nice chap by the name of Butch.
And I was thinking about this.
The name Butch.
Now, of course, if you refer to a woman as Butch, well, it's almost like Karen.
It has a whole other connotation.
But Butch is one of those names like Skip, Chip, that don't stand for truncations or nicknames of other words like Bill, Chuck, that sort of thing.
Do you understand what I'm saying?
Do you dig what I'm saying?
This is the most important, alright?
You got what I'm saying?
This is the thing.
Okay, let me stop.
Anyway, Butch is one of those names.
You know that in Spanish, I think, names like Cheo is like Jose.
Frank, our friend Frank, is a Pancho.
Liz is a Chichenide, which is, of course, one of these weird It's Sicilian names.
Salicchia, Susupina, Chichenido, whatever it is, in any event, dear friends.
So, my friends, I ask you this question.
Here's a question.
How do I say this?
Tonight, I want to start with a couple of things.
I don't know why I just thought it was interesting.
I just want to talk about that.
Names.
Did you ever have relatives or friends like Bud?
Where did Bud come from?
Bob is Robert.
But Bud, anybody can be a Bud.
You can be an Eddie, a Charles, whatever, and be a Bud.
You can be a Butch.
You can be Tommy, Bill, William.
Your names can be Archduke Ferdinand and be called Butch.
Skip.
Chip.
I think Chip is one.
I don't know if women don't have those.
Missy is like Melissa.
Betty is Elizabeth.
Peggy, Margaret, Meg.
There's all these weird kind of things.
In the US, we don't have Mick.
That's a Mike.
John and Jack is one of those words.
Biff, my ex-husband's name.
Biff?
Wow.
I think one of the names you should always ask yourself is, can they ever be the president of the...
And by the way, whenever you have a child and you want to check out the name, just do this.
Just say, ladies and gentlemen, the president of the United States, Turd Ferguson.
Remember from...
SNL or what have you.
I've told you this story a million times.
When I was a prosecutor in the juvenile division, juvenile was rough.
Juvenile sounds like it's eh, but I mean it's some pretty serious stuff.
In any event.
They would have things like Chaliqua, Chalandra, and of course these are not Italian names.
A lot of them are, I like them, they're neologisms, they're American, they're American, for the most part African American, I guess you would say that.
You don't see this in the Spanish community where they just make up names.
But this was like Chalandra, Chaliqua, Chalanda, Shamanza.
You can say anything you want.
And I had this idea where I wanted to have...
And by the way, I saw that.
I wanted to have a four or a different ringed concentric spinning wheel.
Kind of like a bingo thing, you know.
And you say, Mrs. Whatever, would you like to name your kid?
Yes.
How many syllables?
Three.
Okay, bring in the three.
And we wheel it in and we spin the version.
And we spin the version.
Me.
Kamisha.
Boom.
What about you?
Remember Rwanda, Rolanda?
And I just thought, these are fascinating.
Just like during the 80s, in white parlance, I'm sorry to say this, I'm a historian, remember when, right around the time of Dynasty, remember, honey?
Crystal.
What are some of those names from the 80s?
Crystal.
I don't know when the Megans came in.
Alexis.
A lot of them were dynasty names.
There was part of that.
There are different...
There are certain things.
And then later on, we got the words like...
Kayla.
Megan.
You know, I was like Murgatroyd.
I was like Star Child.
Remember the great line from Taxi?
When...
His name was...
Oh, I know what it was.
Remember when they went to meet Jim's father?
It was Victor Bono.
And he says, Mr. Wellington, they were rich people, Mr. Wellington or whatever, he goes, Jim, your name is Ignatowski.
How did you get Ignatowski when your family name is Wellington or Usherington?
And he goes, well, that's what Starchild is backwards.
And he says, no, it's not.
And he says, it's not.
I just, I love taxi.
Oh, my God.
Well, anyway, so I had King Arthur.
Queen Elizabeth.
These are names that came up with.
Placenta.
Placenta.
So one day there was a guy who was an investigator.
He's long dead.
But he smoked.
This one you could smoke in an office.
He smoked.
His fingers were yellow.
He smoked like camels.
He was in this little room and it wasn't even ventilated.
Nobody cared about any kind of air quality.
And he had this penciled in mustache.
Old, old cop.
But he was retired as a whatever it was.
And he had no sense of humor.
But his word was his bond.
And we're talking to him.
I said, you know, I said, for the first time I saw Placenta.
He said, you saw Placenta?
I said, no, no, I saw the name Placenta.
Placenta Johnson or something.
He said, which is true.
He goes, yeah, yeah.
I've seen a few of those.
Famali, anybody who knows anything about the police.
EMS, whatever it knows, famale, which is female.
Baby, baby girl, baby boy.
Less frequent, but it happens.
Ask anybody who's running an ambulance, anybody, fireman, any cop, famale, famale, famale, famale.
Millions of famales.
So I was talking to this guy, and he's smoking, and I'm in this room, you know.
I said, you know, it's funny, and I swear to you, I know it sounds like I'm, because it's funny, because of the way I tell it, but it's true.
I said, you know, her name is Placenta.
I said, you know, it's funny.
I'm surprised there's nobody named Vagina.
And this is what he did.
As I'm saying this, He's taking the longest, he sucked in, you saw the fire, and then his hands are like, it disappeared in his fingers.
I said, how do you do this?
Don't ever share a joint with this guy, you'll never see it again.
And he puts it on, and he said, I said, so the question was, I said, I'm surprised nobody's name, vagina.
And he goes, one of these, and he puts it on, and he said, she lives on Kano Court.
They call her Baby.
I said, wait, wait, wait.
Are you telling me?
Yeah.
There's no humor with this guy.
He knew her, her family, Vagina.
There was a story one time in the St. Pete Times, and it was one of the funniest things, and he said, his life of crime, oh, his life of troubled, whatever it is, took a turn for the worse when He realized the history or the derivation of his name.
That's right, Adolf Hitler Jones.
I'll never forget that.
One of the funniest stories, the way they let it out.
But I've told you this story and I'm going to say it again.
We had in our room, and don't ask me what made me think of this, the name Butch.
We had in our office, there were like six of us, And we had a cork board.
And there was this one...
It was like an affidavit or something with a little thumbprint.
And it was there forever.
And it was the best name ever.
I forget.
You couldn't say, hey, I saw a name today.
No, you had to have the document up there.
So the best name I saw, the best name, up for a long time, was...
Spelled A-S-S-H-O-L-E with a little swan accent.
A-S-S-H-O-L-E.
*S-H-O-L-E.*
A-S-S-H-O-L-E.
Okay?
Lionel totally distracts us while the world burns.
Yes, Gina!
We're going to get to this in a moment, but this is funny.
So you've got this, right?
Let me type this out for you.
I don't think you understand what I'm saying.
I don't think you get what I'm saying.
Let me see if I can do this.
There we go.
That's the name.
You got it?
Now, how would you pronounce that?
How would you pronounce it?
So, I came in and it was pronounced Azole.
Okay.
Years later, that thing was up there for the longest time.
This name came up.
Somebody came in, took this one down, drumroll, put this one up.
This was, it could still be there for all I know, 40 years later.
The name was spelled that.
Uh-oh.
It wouldn't let me...
It would not let me write this.
No, that can't be.
That cannot be.
Now, I'm being...
You know what?
I'm being...
Oh, there it is.
This is the name.
This is the name.
Pronounced Shiteed.
And ladies and gentlemen...
That's my story, and I'm sticking to it.
So welcome, Butch.
Tonight, my friend, we're talking about today was this regurgitation of nothing.
One of the first regurgitative stories, which I found to be absolutely amazing, was the following.
Sean Hannity moved to Florida.
I know in some circles this may be critical.
I think it's just great.
I guess.
He moved to Florida.
Okay.
But this was a story.
And I said, okay.
I think he's dating Ashley, whatever.
Great.
Ainsley, whatever.
You know, I love our troops.
Great.
Good firm.
So freaking what?
Well, you know, I don't know if he's going to go into town, but he announced, I said, excuse me, this is not news.
Talk about this, Gina.
I don't care about that.
Who cares?
Who cares?
It might be like, oh my, okay, good.
If you're interested in that, because we have this fast...
And I'm thinking to myself, what are we talking about here?
Why is this even a story?
Okay.
Next.
All day long, all day long, they've been talking about Jeffrey Epstein.
The site crashed.
What is the story?
And what if I ask you regarding what the most important...
The names of people mean nothing.
What is the only story that is the most interesting, that is of relevance to anybody else?
What?
What?
Tell me.
What?
What is, look at this, Gina says, earthquake in Queens now that I'm interested in.
Well, we're wondering about that thing too.
Judge Cohen says it's the evidence.
Albert says it's the evidence.
It's the evidence.
It's the evidence.
Where are the recordings?
I don't care.
Do you know how many people from ABC, NBC, CBS, Harvard, MIT, M-O-U-S, How many people from governors or whatever who were on his planes?
From Dershowitz to Bill Gates to whatever it is.
So what?
So what?
And the logs are kind of written in.
So what?
So what?
What difference does it make?
Why doesn't anybody explain this?
Clevin says six more plagiarisms found.
Do you care about that?
Clevin?
Am I saying that right?
Am I pronouncing your name Clevin?
Or Keevan?
It looks like Clevin.
Maybe it's a typo.
Do you really care about that, Clevin?
Seriously?
Seriously?
Does anybody care about that?
Kevin?
Gina?
Judge Cohen?
Sean?
Al Sanchez?
Weird Al?
Does anybody care about any more?
Hey, we found another Claudine Gay...
Does anybody care about that?
Do you care about that?
I don't care about that.
Now, when I'm saying I don't care about it, I'm not saying it's interesting.
I'm not violating my own rule.
I'm saying that is not worth...
Pursuing.
That's interesting.
It's a little moot.
We're going to move on to a different subject now because people can't even spell...
How many people do you think cannot spell plagiarism?
And don't forget, if you steal from one, it's plagiarism.
If you steal from a bunch, it's called research.
Can somebody help me with that, please?
Can somebody help me with that?
It's not that it's not important, but this, you know, Urkel...
Larry Summers was the president of this guy, Nobel.
And they pulled her out of the, I guess the farm team, some third stringer from whatever it is.
And they picture because she was black, had the glasses, had the hair, had the look, had the whatever, and everything she wrote about black, black, black, black, black, black, black, black, black, black, black, black, black.
Look, it's hard.
I don't.
Listen.
I...
Whatever it was.
Bart Giamatti, who was Paul Giamatti's father.
Remember Bart Giamatti?
The head of Major League Baseball?
I think he was the head of Yale.
Remember he was giving a speech and a cardiologist said, you better go to the hospital right now because his fingers were clubbing and he died of a heart attack.
He was a big smoker.
He died like the next day because that's a sign of whatever it was.
Anyway, he was a...
I think it was classical literature or something.
I mean, the man was somebody else.
This one?
Claudine?
Six months and two days?
What's her academic provenance?
What was it?
Black, black, black, black, black, black, black.
Okay.
All right.
Look.
Are you surprised?
And I'm not saying who cares because it goes to show you.
And by the way, if you read the Harvard Crimson, it was a very interesting article by somebody who was on the honor.
Honor group, whatever it was.
And these people, interestingly enough, said that something to the effect of this would absolutely destroy you if you were a student.
Okay, fine.
So that's out of the way.
Okay?
So that's out of the way.
So why are we still talking about that?
I don't know.
Because it's black.
She's weird looking.
And...
that's it.
That's it.
Is DEI dead?
No.
Is affirmative action dead?
No.
She's still making 900 grand.
So what?
That's their decision.
The whole thing is over.
The whole thing is...
And by the way, can I say something right now?
Do me a favor, and you're going to laugh at this.
You're really going to say, I don't care about that.
I care about this.
Do you know people who lie for things, for reasons that are unimportant?
Do you know people who lie?
Listen to me very carefully.
I'm running a little late with this spot.
I want to do this very, very quickly because our good friends, because I'm telling you, we have a big storm coming up.
What is it?
Tomorrow?
Whatever it is.
Big, big storm coming.
Big, big, big snowstorm, so they say.
And people are going to go out and get their bread and milk.
I don't know why.
Nothing like being inside when you have lactose intolerance and you're in some home and you're drinking bread and milk and cheese.
So while that happens, I remind you, it is critical upon you, it is incumbent upon you to have a lot of things.

Preparewithlionel.com *coughs* Thank you.
I don't know what to tell you.
I don't know what I have to do to tell you.
But the Jeffrey Epstein thing is something that I'm going to talk to you about now, and I'm going to say some things to you that you're not going to like.
Or you may not care, as you are wanting to do sometimes.
Number one.
If you and I walked into a room, So we were homicide detectives, and there was a woman, old woman, 85 years old, handcuffed behind her back, six shots to the back of the head, close contact, stipples, powder deposition, small caliber, handcuffs.
We look.
When you walk in, I always want to find out.
Where do you find most information?
Where do most people have most of it?
If you walk into a house, you don't know anything about them.
Go to the refrigerator.
Well, in the old days, remember we had refrigerator magnets, and then they became that stainless steel and nothing stuck?
But refrigerators still have a lot of doctors' prescriptions and names and kids and stuff, at least in the old days.
So you look at this and we say, now, what is the chance or what is the manner of death, children?
The acronym is NASH.
N-A-S-H.
It's for the four, actually five, we'll get this in a moment.
The four forms, manners of death.
Natural, accidental, suicide, homicide.
That's it.
That's it.
And the other one is undecided or unknown or undetermined.
Okay, that's kind of like a gimme.
So we walk in and we look at this.
What is this?
Is this a natural death?
Nope.
Don't even need to look.
Handcuffs?
Six shots of the head?
No.
Is it accidental?
No.
Is it suicide?
No.
Homicide?
Ding, ding, ding, ding, ding.
Homicide.
Death being caused by someone else.
That's all homicide is.
Do you know that in cases of the death penalty, do you know that when the death certificate comes back, it says cause of death, whatever it is, Homicide.
A matter of the homicide.
Because the death penalty is homicide.
It's the death caused by somebody else.
You got it?
Good.
Now, if we walked into the Jeffrey Epstein case, we walked in and said, nobody move.
Where is he?
There he is.
What's this around his neck?
Oh, he committed suicide.
Wait a minute.
Hold it.
Bring in the, get the pictures.
Bring in the actual investigators who are the best people.
Let's look at one of these strands.
Okay?
Look at these strands.
Look at this.
What are these?
Bedsheets?
Or what are these things?
Is it the CPAP?
Whatever the thing's called.
CPAP.
That's a preservative.
Is it a CPAP corridor?
Whatever it is.
What is the means of strangulation?
Can it hold it?
That's number one.
Number two.
Look at the deep.
Did you see the deep, deep furrows in the neck?
Did you see that?
Yes.
Now remember, to hang yourself, you don't have to be suspended.
You don't have to hang yourself.
Remember that terrible case of Loren?
Was it Loren Scott?
Was it Scott Loren?
This was Mick Jagger's girlfriend.
In Chelsea, we always drive by.
It's very sad.
But she committed suicide.
Just something around her neck and a doorknob, and that was it.
Because it's the notion of not strangulation, but hypoxia, anoxia, cutting off oxygen.
That's what it is, like a sleeper.
That's it.
Robin Williams, Lewy body syndrome.
You know, there's dementia.
Same thing.
Underneath.
Sometimes people who are involved in sexual asphyxiation.
Michael Hutchins from NXS.
Or INXIS.
As this one disc jockey one time referred to him.
So you don't need hanging and all that stuff.
I mean, whatever.
Now, so you look at this.
When you do the actual dissection of this neck.
There's just one of a bone called the hyoid bone.
The hyoid is underneath the mandible.
If you turn to the side, go underneath your chin, and then in the back is this hyoid bone.
And it's not connected to anything.
It's kind of like floating there.
And it's very difficult to break, to fracture.
His was fractured.
Sometimes football players have had their...
Hyoids are fractured by virtue of like a clothesline or, you know, one of these are chopped to the neck.
Something very, very thorough.
Not this.
Not this.
Not just, you know, suspension.
No.
And then the thyroid cartilage.
It's kind of like the, you know, the Adam's apple thing.
Fractured, fractured, fractured.
All indicative of strangulation, homicide, strangulation, petechial hemorrhaging.
Pressure right there in the sclare and the whites of the eyes.
You see it.
It's classic!
And who did this?
Michael Bodden.
Man's done so many...
He's done every...
He did every autopsy from Carmine Galante to did...
Investigated or worked on the...
John Belushi.
This guy, he was...
I think he still is, but was a great friend of ours.
Alright?
Okay.
Speaking of Sean Hannity, I'll never forget the time.
For some reason, they said, hey, Biden's going to be on Handy's show.
I said, okay, I'll watch it.
I think I've watched his show.
Sean, at the time, was apparently involved in Ultimate Fighting, or MMA, or something along those lines.
And he was immersed in the gentlemanly arts of self-defense, or whatever it was.
And he was going on and on, explaining to Michael Biden, the premier forensic pathologist, how Asphyxiation.
Excuse me.
How a rear naked joke can accomplish something.
Am I hearing this?
Would you shut the up and let the man talk?
I need 300 likes.
I need 300 likes.
Okay.
Just saying.
So finally we got around to it.
This guy committed suicide like I'm Eleanor Roosevelt.
Has anybody talked about that?
Sean talked about that?
Anybody on Newsmax?
Fox?
Anybody?
Breaking Points with Sagar?
The Rising?
Judge Napolitano?
Maybe he did, I don't know.
The Direct?
Anybody care about that?
The fact that he was murdered?
You don't think that a federal prisoner, the man who could bring down everybody, the fact that he apparently was murdered?
Nobody bring this up.
So let me ask you, Butch and others, what's going on here?
Am I missing something?
Is the fix in or what?
Bill Barr said, well, as far as I'm concerned, it's a...
It's a suicide.
You're in law enforcement?
Dear God, anybody can mask?
Anybody can just...
And we're supposed to be this country that loves true crime.
Did you ever hear those awful true crime shows on iHeart?
Did you ever hear this?
These two girls, I don't know who they are, but they all kind of sound like that.
And they'll say, so like, so they went in and like...
He was dead?
Oh yeah, like not moving.
You mean like dead dead?
Like for sure dead?
What is this?
Number one podcast.
Oh, you like forensic?
You want to talk about that?
Nope.
Wait a minute, don't you like true crime?
This is true crime.
I don't want to talk about it.
Wow.
Do you like interesting things about...
I like stories about how they built the pyramids.
Any questions about the structural integrity of the North and South Tower or 9-11?
I don't want to talk about that.
It's the weirdest thing I've ever seen in my life.
What are you waiting for?
Who cares about who was on his plane?
Where's the evidence?
And what happened to whatever.
Now, here's my dream about this.
The evidence.
Now, it works something like this.
Let me see if I can explain this to you.
How do I say this?
Let me see if I can put this into words.
Imagine the following.
The following.
It's very interesting.
There's this group of people, and they are, let's say, prosecutors.
And all of the women who were involved in the case are brought into a room and say, Mrs. So-and-so, yes.
I'd like to show you something.
We have been through all of the tapes, all of the videos, all of the recordings, all of the hard drives, and we have screenshots.
And we just want you to just look, And see if any of these faces look familiar to you.
Maybe you had sex with them when you were a minor.
Maybe you were forced to have sex.
I don't know.
You tell us.
But just take your time and go through it.
It's like a photo pack.
Just go through it.
And you may not know the name, but if there's a face that looks familiar, let us know.
And if somebody says, oh my god, that guy, yes.
Oh, yes.
He was a client of mine.
How old were we at the time?
Let's say 50. 60. Whatever it was.
Okay.
Do you know who that is?
No, I don't.
But you're saying that man, oh, definitely.
Definitely.
So any, you know how they always say, any particular markings?
Oh, yes.
He had a tattoo of a nativity scene.
Well, that guy turns out to be, and then let's say, it's...
Imagine the name, you know, Thomas Edison.
I don't know.
I'm trying to think of dead people.
And you then would go to this person and say, Mr. Whatever It Is, yes.
I'm going to show you a picture.
You've been identified.
You know who this is?
Yes.
You know who this is?
That's what you do.
And you happen to be the head of a big tech company, or you're a captain of industry, or you're the president of Ecuador.
I'm just throwing names out.
I'm just throwing...
You're the chairman of the board of whatever it is.
You're the part...
Or a senator, or an ex-president, or a prince.
Has anybody blackmailed you regarding this?
Because it's out now.
You can't blackmail anymore.
See, once the information is out, I ruined it.
What are you going to do?
Blackmail somebody?
Who is responsible for this?
Anybody ask this question?
Did Sean Hannity ask any questions?
Newsmax?
Nobody?
Fredo Cuomo?
Nobody.
Interesting.
Because that's what I want to know.
That's the most important issue.
Let me also tell you an issue about this, which is very difficult.
And this is what's really going to get people down.
In terms of the worst serial human traffickers, Jeffrey Epstein was nothing.
I'm going to tell you something right now, and it's very sad.
You and I know this to be true.
The law says that it doesn't matter what you think.
You cannot consent to sexual congress, as we say, if you are a minor.
You cannot.
No matter what.
No matter your past.
No matter your...
No matter anything.
You cannot.
Can't.
You got it?
Period.
But let me tell you something.
He was not driving around in a white van, pulling kids off the street, and abducting them at gunpoint and saying, you're going to be a massage therapist and you're going to work for...
Uh-uh.
Now, Ghislaine, Ghislaine, Ghislaine, or Ghislaine, as we used to say.
She was horrible because she was acting kind of like the big sister, going out and recruiting these.
Oh, you can trust me.
I'm looking out for you.
I'm your big sister.
I'll look out for you.
And there were some people who were poor, some people who had this.
And some were surprised and shocked.
And some left.
Many settled.
You're not going to know their names.
I'm done.
I settled.
NDA.
Not interested.
Sign a waiver release.
Not interested.
I'm done.
I'm done with this.
Okay.
I'm done with this.
I got it.
Alright.
Alright.
So what's happening next is, and this is the most important, many, a lot of these girls knew exactly what they were doing.
Exactly.
And this doesn't in any way make it legal, but understand the context of this.
Do you know?
What happens in the world of modeling, beauty pageants?
It used to be in the old days when people wanted to be the centerfold.
Remember that?
Women would go, my God, they'd go crazy to be Miss August when Playboy mattered and it was classy or whatever that meant.
But it was a different world.
There were people, there were, and I tell this story, I'm going to say it again.
One time I prosecuted a case called, it dealt with the notion of aiding to the dependency of a minor.
Of a minor.
Dependency, not delinquency, dependency.
And because that's where you are made to be dependent upon the state for your care or whatever it was.
Anyway, long story short, this woman was, I'd say maybe she was 16. She looked 30. She was a call girl.
She was a pro, she would say.
So she brings this cop to her apartment that she shared with her sister, who was of legal aid.
And the sister's doing something.
She was painting her toenails or doing something.
She wasn't a part of this transaction.
She brings this guy home.
Guy's a cop.
So he's trying to negotiate with her.
What'll this get me?
What do I get for this?
$50 for this?
$100?
$200?
Whatever it was.
At one point he said, what do I get?
And she says, anything.
What do you mean?
I mean anything.
Well, what do you mean anything?
And this is going on and on.
So finally, this sister, who has said nothing, absolutely nothing, leans over and says, anything sexual.
That's it.
She was arrested for aiding to the dependency of a minor.
A minor being this already accomplished prostitute who has had more clients than you could imagine.
Who was as sophisticated.
I don't care what anybody says.
She's legal or illegal.
She's 16 years old.
She showed up.
I'll never forget this.
She shows up and she looks like something that said hooker.
I mean, the way she walked, the way she wanted, and it was very clear she wanted to get her sister off the hook by saying, it's my fault.
I'm the prostitute, not her.
And under the law, as you know, it doesn't matter.
It was a horrible case because the judge decided to bring his class in to watch.
I'm thinking, I'm going to get this handed to me.
It's the worst.
I hated this case.
It was, I, it was, but had to do it.
Okay.
So during the course, she says, I'm a professional, not lady of the evening, but I'm a call girl.
I'm a professional.
So I got time for cross-examination, which I normally do not advise.
But I thought this was interesting.
I said, I got nothing to lose because this case is a dog.
I said, do you consider yourself a good or a professional call girl?
Yes.
And isn't one of the characteristics of being a good call girl to be a good liar?
What do you mean?
Well, you're at a bar.
Somebody says, are you a hooker?
Are you a call girl?
What are you going to say?
No.
Because there's always hotel security always wants to get rid of these people.
Or a cop comes up to you and says, are you?
No.
Your whole world is deception.
So if you're good, are you a good liar?
Yeah.
But you're not lying now, are you?
No.
Thank you very much.
That was it.
Convicted her.
Couldn't believe it.
That was one of the scariest things ever.
What it taught me was that we have to make these demarcations.
We have to make these laws.
55 miles an hour, 65 miles an hour.
Not 64, not 66. 65, that's it.
Is it arbitrary?
Yes.
This woman Was she innocent?
Could she formulate?
Could she understand?
Was she a victim?
It doesn't matter.
The law said she's a minor.
But what I heard was something I'll never forget, that I had no idea.
I just had no idea.
So a lot of these girls, not all of them, but some of them knew exactly what they were doing, even though it was illegal.
Jeffrey Epstein did not, he didn't have a hard time recruiting people.
They went on and friends told friends and girls told girls and they knew exactly what they had to do.
And please, do me a favor.
You want to be a masseuse and you're being hired to go work for this guy on his private?
Look, it's against the law, but naive is just pathetic.
He's a dirtbag and a scum and he's dead.
And they killed him.
But don't think for a moment that when you say human trafficker, you also say pedophile.
I don't know how serious that was.
I don't know the age ranges.
I don't think we have, you know, grace.
I don't know.
But people in this world love that word pedophile.
Oh, pedo, pedo.
They love it.
They can't wait to say it.
And I've been through this many times with you.
That's not against the law.
That's a preference and not an act.
Okay?
We're never going to get to the bottom of this.
Nothing will ever happen.
And the best part is Ghislaine Maxwell.
You know who her father was, right?
Robert Maxwell?
Oh, you know the stories about them.
Oh!
Oh my God!
She's as connected with intel as you can get.
I don't know what this is about.
Remember when they found her in this big...
What was it in Maine?
These big windows.
Remember they were on the lam looking for her?
She was at an In-N-Out burger.
And all this stuff kind of like taunting people.
And she was in this place with big windows.
Any sniper could have taken her out.
What's going on here?
Why didn't they take him out before?
Why didn't they disappear?
Because they wanted to show you we can get him anywhere we want.
It was critical.
Critical!
Do you understand this?
Critical!
This is the depth of this story.
But all they're talking about is Bill Clinton.
We know he's on the...
What's the matter?
I don't even know where to...
And by the way, it's not just the usual suspects.
Nobody's doing it.
Nobody.
Nobody.
Nobody from any news organizations.
Nobody.
Look at who Epstein's roommate or cellmate was.
This guy Tartaglione.
Just look.
I'm not going to go through this again because nobody cares.
You see, listen my friends.
I'm wasting my time.
I live on another planet.
I live in a world of realism and I live in a world of no nonsense and thinking like a lawyer, thinking like a prosecutor, thinking like a cop, thinking like a forensic just looking at the evidence of this.
I don't understand what's going on.
There are some things which I find fascinating.
Why are so many female stars not admitting they're on Ozembek and Wagovi.
What's it called?
Wagovi and...
Why?
Why?
Did you hear the latest with this...
Who is this one?
The one we're talking about?
Who?
Kelly Clarkson.
She goes, I lost weight!
Wow!
You know, it's a damnedest thing.
She lost, I don't know how much.
How much?
A hundred pounds?
Who knows?
I'm walking more.
What?
Yeah, I'm walking.
I'm walking.
And my dad...
What?
I'm not eating carbs.
What are you doing?
He says, keto, this is the Atkins diet.
Oh, that's great.
Terrific.
Are you taking Ozembic?
She never addressed that.
How about Oprah?
Hey, look at me.
Oprah, don't tell me.
You're doing exercise?
Well, you know, clean living.
Did Oprah come clean with that?
Nobody does.
Maybe.
I don't know.
Why don't people just say, I took this stuff because I can't lose weight and I lost weight and that's it.
What's the big deal?
Here's the best story today.
Vegan burgers are not good for you.
Why?
Well, do you have carbs?
Yeah.
Carbohydrates are bad?
Oprah admitted to it as epic.
Okay.
Oprah's finally admitted.
They have maybe salt.
Okay, you should always watch that.
Are you telling me that vegetable compounds, not soy, but mushroom burgers, are better than saturated fat, meat, hamburger, ground?
Are you telling me that that's better for you?
And I heard there was a talk radio host, well, there you go, because after all, I think burgers taste better.
Well, maybe you do, and that's okay.
They actually put this story out?
Wait a minute, what?
You're telling me a mushroom patty is better, excuse me, is not as good as ground beef, ground with all kinds of bovine hormones and antibiotics and God knows what?
What are you talking about?
Nobody cares about this.
You're so used to lies.
Nobody cares.
Anything.
Look at these stories.
Trump eyes Madison Square Garden rally.
There's a report.
Did you know that one?
Look at this one.
Trump is on fire, my friends.
I may rent Madison Square Garden and that's the belly of the beast, he says.
Trump told a conservative news site.
He told, oh, a conservative news site.
Which conservative news site?
Whatever.
Can you believe this?
Oh, Breitbart.
Okay, great.
Here's another great story.
Listen to this one.
You're going to love this.
New Jersey deploys cops to send dumped migrants to New York City in desperate move.
F this.
Migrants in New Jersey?
Forget about it.
Get it?
Get it?
Sopranos, get it?
Okay.
New Jersey officials are making sure the Big Apple doesn't dump the out-of-control migrant mess on the Garden State and are even deploying cops to usher asylum seekers from the U.S. border onto Manhattan-bound New Jersey transit trains as soon as they get off their buses.
This is terrible.
I feel sorry for these people.
These people do not deserve...
Any of this.
Look at this story.
You're going to love this one.
Broadway takes massive hit as New York City suburbanites steer clear over safety concerns.
Gee, I wonder why.
Maybe because they read the paper.
And we know for a fact.
We know for a fact.
And this is the most important thing in the world.
Listen to what I'm saying.
Wow.
Do you see this, honey?
Odyssey preparing to file for bankruptcy within weeks.
Cumulus, now Odyssey and Salem, maybe Beasley.
It's just holy...
This is huge.
Now let me tell you what I would do.
You know what I would do?
Let me tell you what I would do.
But first, before what I want to tell you what I would do, I'm going to tell you what you're going to do.
You're going to go to mypillow.com promo code Lionel.
And you're going to go and you're going to put in this code, as I'm telling you right now.
And you are going to try one thing, just one thing only.
I am a, do you like slippers?
Are you a slipper person?
Slippers are the way to go.
And when you have, by the way, here it is.
MyPillow.com slash Lionel.
When you have a company that does nothing but do pillows, duvets, toppers, pillows, soft, soft, soft, soft, soft, and they put together slippers, forget it.
Go and look at the deals.
MyPillow.com, promo code Lionel.
Look at them.
They are giving this away.
They're still standing.
MyPillow.com.
Promo code Lionel.
Now let me tell you what we're going to do right now, my friends.
By the way, this is something which I've been saying as one of the first podcasters ever.
It's true.
True.
Talkers Magazine, one of the pioneer, whatever it was.
I saw the writing on the wall.
Oh dear God.
This was also when Broadcasting went to streaming at first.
It was a show called Iyada.com, which was the only problem was that the bandwidth, but the concept was incredible.
In any event, dear friends, it works like this.
If I worked the New York City area, the theater district, well, not too far from it, it's right over there, I would say, alright, everybody, here's what we're going to do.
I would have the Hercules unit.
You ever see this?
These are these big cops with riot helmets on and gear and, you know, automatic weapons and they walk around and they have their lights on and they look like they're just ready to open fire at any second.
Okay?
And the theater district is not very, it's not that big.
But I would have it.
And everywhere you went, and everywhere you went, and everywhere you would ramble about or ambulate about, there it was.
I would have these people there.
And it would be incredible.
And there would be nothing but nothing but police and And people would come out and they would say, this is incredible.
Why don't they do this?
Because they want this.
They want the disaster.
Let me tell you one thing right now.
On February the 3rd, you ask Liz Solak, who was there.
She was so overwhelmed by it.
She said it was life-changing.
She may not remember saying that, but she did say this.
She had to administer oxygen.
She was so moved by it.
A kid, of course.
Right there is the link.
February the 3rd, the cutting room.
The premiere, the storied cutting room.
Come out.
Let's do it and show people how it's done.
Bring your cameras.
We're going to take pictures.
We're going to talk.
This is not stand-up.
And I'm going to pull a Chappelle where I walk out.
Bring your cameras.
Bring whatever you want.
I don't care.
I'll tell now, then, what I'm telling you now.
But in a different setting.
We also pass out cards.
You write out questions.
I answer.
You determine this.
It's like nothing anybody's ever done.
Do you understand what I'm saying?
Good.
Now, one more thing I want you to talk about.
I want you to think about.
Listen to me very carefully.
You've been very, very good about this.
We appreciate it immensely.
Mrs. L loves you madly.
And I understand why.
This is the link to her YouTube channel.
Right here.
I'm putting it right there.
And there it is, my friends.
And if you happen to be listening to this later, it's Lynn's Warriors on YouTube.
Lynn's Warriors.
L-Y-N-N-S.

You put at.
And there it is.

It is the best.
We've got stuff coming up.

What the real professionals in the world of child protection are really freaking out over in 2024.
I don't want to give you too much information because I know how you get.
So let me thank you for this.
Thank you for your love.
Thank you for your attention.
Thank you for just being who you are.
No matter how demented that is.
It is an honor.
And I don't care who you are.
Clevin and Stephan and Judge Cohen and Senor Strunzo.
He's a real Strunz.
Susie Bell, Mystery Management, D.B., Don T., Anna Tonino.
Of course, Liz Solak.
She's the den mother.
You know her, you love her.
T. Staff, John McGuire couldn't get hired.
Everybody's here.
Weird Al Sanchez.
Everybody's here.
Some of these things I do not know by virtue of your Ben.
I don't know what that is.
I do know what that is.
But thank you.
Thank you for being here.
Thank you.
Are you demented?
Yes.
Are you crazed?
Yes.
Do you make me wonder, frankly, whether you have lost contact with sanity?
Absolutely.
But like my good friend Butch says, be sincere whether you mean it or not.
And he also says, if it's neither here nor there, where is it?
Which is a great point.
And he also asks the question, is the alphabet in that order because of the song?
And how do they ship styrofoam?
These are things that he brings up and I want to bring to you as well.
And anyway, dear friends, have a great and glorious day.
We'll see you tomorrow at 8 a.m.
Be there.
Thank you so much.
Please subscribe to the channel.
