You know, whenever you get to read a storyline like this, well, you don't pass up the opportunity.
AOC Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, or Sandy, As we know, we're here in New York.
Claims that student-athletes will be forced to undergo humiliating genital and pudendal inspections if these gender-segregated laws are somehow allowed to go through.
That's right, my friends.
AOC claims that student-athletes will be forced against their will to undergo Humiliating genital inspections and reviews if biological men are prohibited from playing women's sports and activities.
I know it makes no sense, but since when does sense have anything to do with this?
She made her statement during this week's House Oversight Subcommittee on Health.
And it dealt with the issue of the Biden administration's proposed changes to Title IX, which would, in essence, redefine, recalibrate, if you will, sex discrimination on the basis of gender identity.
If adopted, if allowed, if passed, the changes...
We would therefore extend Title IX anti-discrimination laws and protections and guarantees to all Americans who identify as women, rather than just females.
Consequently, women's sports, women's activities, women's sports activities would no longer be limited to biological females.
Now, she claimed that if the changes are not accepted, that underage women in particular would be Subject to and forced to deal with genital examinations.
This is her quote.
We are talking about opening up all women and girls to genital examinations when they are underage, potentially just because someone can point to someone and say, I don't think you're a girl.
She furthermore states, and we're saying this in an environment of a Post-Dobbs America, where states are criminalizing access to abortion,
I know, I know, and want nothing more than data on women to figure out when, who's getting a menstrual cycle, who doesn't have one, and we're supposed to believe this is going to make us better and safe, and no, I don't know what the hell she's talking about.
But let's look at this carefully.
The question that I ask is, is this true?
Is this true?
Years ago, during my almost evanescent, if you will, period of time when I was involved in organized sports, we had a baseball team and we had to show to the coach that we were wearing cups.
I think catchers in particular, and you had to hit your genital area, your pudendal genital area with a bat to hear the ding, ding, ding, to hear the sound of the cup.
That was kind of a batting version of this.
But the question remains, we have rules now that have boys' sports and girls' sports.
Do people have to show and Provide evidence of their gender now?
Well, why would it be any different?
Why would it be any different?
Why?
Do we have show events where people are, for example, given different categories by virtue of their age?
We have, like, the Senior Olympics.
Do we have cases where there are para?
Where people have to show that they are, by virtue of some physical infirmity or limitation, that they are unable to do something because of that.
So, are they going to have to humiliatingly establish inclusion in this particular group by being given some task that they can't do?
Will all the people be forced to prove, hey, I don't know if you're really 75, prove it!
Heavyweight?
Hey, I don't think you're heavyweight.
Get on that scale.
Hey, you're too heavy, lady.
You're not.
You're a lightweight.
Get off that.
Hey, you want to be a jockey?
I mean, I don't know about you, but part of every sports event where you have to satisfy some particular initial contingent or qualification aspect, you must...
Be able to show at least rudimentary inclusion, episodarian inclusion, initial inclusion, in the particular class in which you tend to be.
I don't understand it.
There isn't anything.
And right now we have this.
Are women forced to have Genital inspection?
Do you think somebody's going to walk up with some laparoscopic or some type of speculum?
I mean, look.
This is nonsense.
It comes down to this, my friends.
We have this thing in sports where we don't like people taking things, having things that make them Somehow have an unfair advantage over someone else.
That is what this is about.
That is what this is about.
Not having some transphobic thing.
The reason why we don't want some man involved in an event with women is because men For the most part, especially male athletes, tend to be a little faster.
In fact, some half-assed...
Martina Navratilova has this thing spot on regarding how some half-assed man all of a sudden is first.
John McEnroe said that I think...
What was it?
He said that Serena Williams would be, what, 700 or something in terms of...
Tennis?
And he said, I think the world of her.
She'd kick my ass right now, but this is the reality of this.
There's a story I have.
It's a friend of a family, and this friend had this deal where she was my friend's daughter, and she was a volleyball.
Athlete.
Worked out every day.
Went to the gym.
I mean, she thought she was in great shape.
So one day, she was in high school at the time, and one day she sees her brother.
Skinny.
Never works out.
Read thin.
Looks like a drink of water.
And she decides to roughhouse with him.
Well, he grabbed a hold of her, and she could not believe.
It was interesting.
I'll never forget this.
The raw power he had, just by default.
Ladies and gentlemen, I say to you right now that this is what this is about.
It's not about being transphobic or being mean.
It's about being fair, being equitable, especially when dealing with sports.
What do you think, my friends?
But, I only want to know what you think after you subscribe to the channel, hit the little bell so you're notified of live streams and new videos and all of that other stuff.
That's what I care about.
Well, yes, your commentary as well.
