	The first group of hostages has been released from Gaza after 48 days of captivity as part of a truce between Israel and Hamas that went into effect this morning.
	13 Israeli women and children and 11 Thai and Filipino hostages who were kidnapped.
	Kidnapped and taken into the territory by the terror group.
	It's funny how the word kidnap, could that be a part of a valid military operation?
	Israeli media reported the hostages had been transferred by Hamas to the Red Cross, then on to the Egyptians before crossing into Egypt.

	Now, I hope, I hope, I hope that every single one of them, Has been reviewed and checked and is 100% healthy.
	It would be quite a different story if some of them were, let's say, either became ill, were ill before, or were somehow allowed to allow their illness to exacerbate.
	We don't know about that.

	Also, It's critical to make sure that they are in no way suffering from it.
	If you had hostages who came back and said, we were treated fairly, nobody was abused, nobody was sexually bothered or beaten, no physical nothing, we have no complaints, other than the restriction of liberty, of course.
	That would make a completely different message.
	Versus others, especially when you're talking about claims of decapitation and the like.
	So that's it.
	So right now, unfortunately, the only thing to say is just to see what happens.

	If I tell you right off the bat, right off the bat, if I say this is a claim that was made 30 years ago, ladies in particular, and this is the most important, And if I could, and I'm sorry to say this, I don't necessarily want to limit the reaction, but ladies in particular, are you suspect, or do you say, that's the way, that is justice, over a claim that is brought about 30 years after the fact?
	Does that mean anything to you?
	Does that mean something?
	Because that's the issue.
	Believe it or not, ultimately, which I find, I can argue either way.
	A statute of limitations is an artificial means of limiting actions based upon, depending upon the lobbying group of those individuals.
	And you've got to ask yourself, when cases are not brought, for whom do they benefit?
	The victim or the assailant?
	How does this work?
	Think about this.
	How does it work?

	Very critical.

	If you could say, 30 years ago, I didn't have the wherewithal.

	But, it just so happens, and by the way, these aren't all famous people, but it just so happens that New York State extended the statute of limitations to allow for cases to be brought, but you still have to have a good case.
	You still have to be able to explain what happened.
	You still have to be a good witness.
	You have to be able to explain, ultimately, to a jury, this is what happened.
	And when somebody says, when the defendant takes a stand, he says, I don't know what you're talking about.
	Who are you?
	Or, that never happened.
	Oh, yes, it did.
	No, it didn't.
	Or what about somebody you've already been sexually involved with?
	Let's say there was a time when an old boyfriend, girlfriend, somebody that you had had consensual sexual activity with, all of a sudden comes forward and says, by the way, 30 years ago, wait a minute, what?
	This is a very, very potentially exceedingly Dangerous thing, as is other cases.
	Now remember, murder, no statute of limitations.
	Certain capital offense crimes, instances against children, that's different.
	One of the reasons why that's different is that sometimes kids will say, I was not given the chance to bring a cause of action because I was a child.
	Sometimes you see that in medical malpractice cases.
	A child is delivered improperly and suffers repeatedly.
	Okay?
	So let's say a child and the child's parents were friends with the doctor and forewent or decided to skip any kind of litigation.
	And this child later on says, I've had to live with this.
	I want to bring a case now against this doctor.
	I'm 18. Now the person could be whatever, so old.
	How does this thing work?
	See, this is dangerous.
	Because you cannot forget due process considerations of the individual being accused.
	Now, oftentimes people being accused are being accused for a good reason, because they're rapists and the like.
	So I'm asking you, ladies, do me a favor, answer me this question.
	What do you think of somebody who brings a case, just right off the bat, if you have any reaction to this, to somebody who's famous up to 30 years, 20 years after the fact?

	Let's take a Palestinian event, and it appears that somebody in support of Israel, whether this is real, forced, fake, phony, contrived, I don't know, but let's just assume this.
	Let's just assume this to be true.
	What would be the result to the Palestinian movement if something happened where some Crazed pro-Israel person did something to hurt Palestinians.
	Switch it around.
	What would happen if during one of the admittedly rare Israeli protests, somebody identified theoretically as being pro-Palestinian, did something to hurt Israel?
	How would that work?
	My first response would be, in this country, it would have little to no effect because Americans don't care about anything.
	As far as the rest of the world, it's a different story.
	The world is different.
	America, you must understand, is immature and silly and doesn't really understand.
	America doesn't get things.
	We always feel isolated.
	We feel somehow, by virtue of this, we feel that we are, oh, what's the word?
	That we are privileged.
