| These sources, familiar with the situation, said that this hero, this anti-slavery activist fellow, who some might say might be appearing or posed for a Senate run, invited women to act as his, quote, wife. | |
| On undercover overseas missions, ostensibly aimed at rescuing victims and role play and that sort of thing. | |
| And he would then, according to this vice piece, allegedly coerce these women into sharing a bed or showering, claiming it was necessary to fool the traffickers. | |
| And it goes on and on and on. | |
| And the total number of women is believed to be higher than seven, as that would only account for employees, not contractors or volunteers. | |
| And one of the sources close to Operation Underground Railroad has detailed knowledge apparently of Ballard making apparently sexual advances to a volunteer. | |
