You get to the point where people will misunderstand.
For example, people think if you have a pipe, imagine this like a copper pipe or something in your sink.
That hole, that space, where the water passes through is called the lumen.

And people think that when water passes through it, there's sediment in the water, and the water, the sediment kind of builds up and builds up, and the hair and the grease and the fat and the crap, and it goes through this pipe and it starts to build up sediment.

And pretty soon that clogs up and you've got to run a Roto-Rooter or whatever you want to call it.
That's what people think happens in coronary artery disease.
